- 0:10Speaker 1: Warning the Root, the Root, the Roots on fire.
- 0:14Speaker 2: You're about to experience the most high archane pedal to
- 0:16Speaker 2: the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
- 0:20Speaker 2: and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
- 0:24Speaker 2: This is Wayne Alan Root, Raw and unfiltered with America's
- 0:27Speaker 2: favorite conservative rock star, direct from the entertainment capital of
- 0:31Speaker 2: the world, Las Vegas. What time is it.
- 0:34Speaker 1: It's time War War.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Here's your host, one hundred percent raw Truth, one hundred
- 0:41Speaker 2: percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
- 0:58Speaker 3: H that's my cue. The jump in. Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome, Welcome,
- 1:02Speaker 3: Welcome to the Talk Media Network. The show is War.
- 1:06Speaker 3: This is the very first day of November twenty twenty four.
- 1:10Speaker 3: My name is Lee Elsie. The first hour on Fridays,
- 1:14Speaker 3: I am the lucky soul who gets a chance to
- 1:17Speaker 3: hang out with you from one coast to another. Daniel
- 1:20Speaker 3: and the crew pushing the buttons in Minnesota and making
- 1:22Speaker 3: us well, making us go without them would get a
- 1:25Speaker 3: lot of static. Wayne'll be here in exactly sixty minutes.
- 1:28Speaker 3: I want to start by telling you about my travels
- 1:32Speaker 3: throughout the state of Connecticut, actually in Rhode Island, a
- 1:35Speaker 3: little bit of Massachusetts over the last four or five days,
- 1:39Speaker 3: ten to one, ten to one in Trump science Republican
- 1:42Speaker 3: signs over Kamalahara science and Biden science and Democrat science
- 1:46Speaker 3: ten to one, easy, ten to one. Everywhere I looked,
- 1:51Speaker 3: every road I went down, every corner I turned, there
- 1:55Speaker 3: were Trump signs. They were Republican signs. It seemed as
- 1:59Speaker 3: though signs of patriotism and pride filled people's front yards,
- 2:04Speaker 3: their cars, their shops. It was clear the silent majority
- 2:11Speaker 3: is no longer remaining silent. Republican support was visible everywhere.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Maybe Americans are actually waking up. Maybe it is true
- 2:20Speaker 3: that that silent majority is saying that they've had enough.
- 2:23Speaker 3: Sunday night, Trump had the big rally at Madison Square Garden.
- 2:29Speaker 3: Not a empty seat in the house, thousands outside. I
- 2:32Speaker 3: saw pictures of dare I say, tens of thousands of
- 2:36Speaker 3: people trying to get in to be part of what
- 2:39Speaker 3: was already twenty five thousand on the inside, forty fifty
- 2:43Speaker 3: sixty thousand maybe more people gathering in New York City.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Do you think they're all gathering together because of Trump
- 2:50Speaker 3: or they gathering together because they have gotten to the
- 2:56Speaker 3: boiling point with where America is now. We had talked
- 3:01Speaker 3: about the idea of the left, the media equating this
- 3:04Speaker 3: to Nuremberg, right, equating this to the Nazis overtaking the
- 3:10Speaker 3: Madison Square Garden, And here is MSNBC talking about it
- 3:14Speaker 3: in that place.
- 3:16Speaker 4: Is particularly chilling because in nineteen thirty nine, more than
- 3:20Speaker 4: twenty thousand supporters of a different fascist leader, Adolf Hitler,
- 3:25Speaker 4: packed the garden for a so called pro America rally,
- 3:29Speaker 4: a rally where speakers voiced antisemitic rhetoric from a stage
- 3:32Speaker 4: draped with Nazi banners. When a Jewish protester rushed the stage,
- 3:37Speaker 4: the Associated Press reported quote Instantly a dozen or more
- 3:42Speaker 4: stormtroopers set upon him, knocking him down and beating him.
- 3:45Speaker 4: As he held his head in his arms. Most of
- 3:48Speaker 4: his clothing was torn from his body. Later he was
- 3:52Speaker 4: booked for disorderly conduct. Now, against that backdrop of history,
- 3:57Speaker 4: Donald Trump, the man who was threatened to us the
- 4:00Speaker 4: military against opponents he calls enemies from within, who has
- 4:04Speaker 4: threatened to use the troops to quell what he says
- 4:08Speaker 4: are lawless cities, and to use those troops to carry
- 4:11Speaker 4: out mass deportations of immigrants, is once again turning Madison
- 4:16Speaker 4: Square Garden into a staging ground for extremism.
- 4:19Speaker 3: So there you go. That's the putrid, disgusting, vomit spewing left.
- 4:27Speaker 3: MSNBC basically calling the people who are celebrating America or
- 4:32Speaker 3: celebrating America by putting signs on their lawn Nazis. That's
- 4:35Speaker 3: exactly what he just said. And I think people are
- 4:38Speaker 3: seeing through this path, and this is what's going to
- 4:40Speaker 3: be done from here until election day. This is the
- 4:44Speaker 3: only play in the book. These pathetic pieces of human
- 4:50Speaker 3: trash have left. They're calling you now, Nazis. Trump's not Hitler,
- 4:55Speaker 3: Trump's not a fascist. What he represents is a break
- 5:01Speaker 3: from the old political games, a break from that tired
- 5:06Speaker 3: talking points. And the Democrat Party has shifted so far
- 5:10Speaker 3: that they have actually sold out the country to dangerous
- 5:15Speaker 3: on American ideals. They cozy up with radical groups who
- 5:20Speaker 3: want to undermine everything this country you and me want
- 5:24Speaker 3: to stand for. That's the truth. Look at Kamala Harris
- 5:29Speaker 3: and her radical foreign backers Chinese Communist Party, Communist Party
- 5:34Speaker 3: of Canada, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Brazil. Putin is going for
- 5:40Speaker 3: Kamala Harris. The Iranian Supreme Leader is pulling for Kamala Harris. Trudeau,
- 5:47Speaker 3: Mexican drug cartels all profiting and pulling for a weak, pathetic,
- 5:54Speaker 3: limp wristed United States of America domestic support for Kamala Harris.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Radical things figures the Communist Party of the United States
- 6:04Speaker 3: Baxer Sorrows, Barack and Michelle Bernie Hillary, the Progressive Marxist
- 6:11Speaker 3: members of Congress aoc Omar Rashida talib all all in
- 6:19Speaker 3: for Kamala Harris, Bill Gates, Fauci Liz and Dick Cheney,
- 6:24Speaker 3: Stormy Daniels, Michael Cohen. May I go on?
- 6:27Speaker 1: Should I go on?
- 6:28Speaker 3: America deserves better than this. You deserve better than this.
- 6:31Speaker 3: We're a country that's founded on freedom, faith, hard work,
- 6:36Speaker 3: not radical agendas from the elites deciding what is best
- 6:42Speaker 3: for you. They want to decide what's best for you.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Just look to COVID. That's all you gotta do. Look
- 6:49Speaker 3: a couple of years ago. It's for the greater God.
- 6:51Speaker 3: It's for the greater good. We know it's good for you.
- 6:54Speaker 3: So it wasn't again, it wasn't about a man. I'm
- 6:56Speaker 3: writing a column about this. I'm writing an angry column.
- 6:59Speaker 3: About this. It's not about a hymn, it really isn't.
- 7:04Speaker 3: It's about what America should represent and what it should be.
- 7:09Speaker 3: So this country, the people who are waiving their Trump
- 7:13Speaker 3: banners or other Republican banners in their front yard, and
- 7:16Speaker 3: I'm being very serious ten to one. If the Republican
- 7:21Speaker 3: Party loses in this election, I think I'll come behind
- 7:25Speaker 3: this microphone on Wednesday morning, absolutely speechless. It was overwhelming
- 7:31Speaker 3: this weekend. One street corner after another, street corner after
- 7:35Speaker 3: another street corner filled with Republican candidates. If you think
- 7:42Speaker 3: America deserves better than what we have right now, then
- 7:45Speaker 3: you join that movement. And I think it's time to
- 7:47Speaker 3: stand together and wake up. I mean, I'm in the
- 7:51Speaker 3: bluest of the blue states, and I did a lot
- 7:55Speaker 3: of traveling this week. I saw a lot of different signs. Now,
- 7:58Speaker 3: a sign doesn't vote right, no sign walks into a
- 8:03Speaker 3: voting booth, and phil zada a ballot that doesn't happen.
- 8:07Speaker 3: I understand that. But here in Connecticut, the bluest of
- 8:12Speaker 3: the blue states, I'm witnessing what appears to be overwhelming
- 8:19Speaker 3: support for Donald Trump. And even if Connecticut doesn't go red,
- 8:24Speaker 3: which it never does, and I don't expect it too.
- 8:28Speaker 3: Just the idea that it's having an effect, ground swell
- 8:32Speaker 3: effect here in this state. I've got to think that
- 8:35Speaker 3: across the country it's having similar effects in Georgia, in
- 8:40Speaker 3: North Carolina, in Nevada, in Michigan. And when seventy five
- 8:45Speaker 3: thousand people show up at a rally in New York City,
- 8:49Speaker 3: seventy five thousand show up to support a man who
- 8:53Speaker 3: supports a movement to make America great again, I have
- 8:57Speaker 3: to think there's a real chance that this becomes a
- 9:03Speaker 3: huge red wave. Now I know they're gonna cheat, and
- 9:08Speaker 3: cheating comes in all different forms. I'm getting dozens of
- 9:13Speaker 3: great emailers who are sending me, whether it's Gateway Pundit
- 9:17Speaker 3: or a Fox News story or some story that is
- 9:20Speaker 3: showing state after state after state after state with irregularities
- 9:25Speaker 3: in voter rolls. It's diabolical, it's treachery. It's treasonous, is
- 9:30Speaker 3: what we're watching. And you know something else that always
- 9:33Speaker 3: strikes me every single time, no matter what state you're in,
- 9:36Speaker 3: every time there is a push for tighter regulations when
- 9:43Speaker 3: people go to vote. Whether it's an id or the
- 9:46Speaker 3: idea to come up with a better mechanism to prevent
- 9:51Speaker 3: non citizens from voting, or a mechanism to prevent any
- 9:56Speaker 3: waste or fraud or abuse to the system that's going
- 9:59Speaker 3: on right now now. Democrats always put a stop to it.
- 10:03Speaker 3: Why is that? The answer is easy, because they are
- 10:08Speaker 3: much more proficient at cheating than the rest of us.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Why is it not a felony with a minimum mandatory,
- 10:17Speaker 3: minimum mandatory, no plea bargain when you're caught falsifying voter
- 10:22Speaker 3: records or falsifying votes, or stuffing balance here in Connecticut.
- 10:27Speaker 3: I know this is a countrywide, nationwide show, but here
- 10:31Speaker 3: in Connecticut. I've talked about this before. Bridgeport on camera.
- 10:36Speaker 3: There's video footage of a woman in particular stuffing the
- 10:41Speaker 3: ballot box. Nothing's happened to her. Nothing. These are the
- 10:45Speaker 3: kind of things that cannot be allowed to continue. If
- 10:49Speaker 3: you're caught in a voter fraud scenario, you should go
- 10:57Speaker 3: to jail, period, end of sentence, not even up for discussion.
- 11:03Speaker 3: It's a treasonous action. As far as I'm concerned, it's
- 11:08Speaker 3: treason us. That's the way I take it. Maybe you
- 11:11Speaker 3: see it differently, but to me, voting is sacred. It's
- 11:15Speaker 3: all we have that keeps us from this great nation
- 11:18Speaker 3: to a banana republic run by a bunch of powerthirsty
- 11:24Speaker 3: bureaucas all.
- 11:26Speaker 2: I gotta go.

- 15:01Speaker 3: be here after the top of the hour. In case
- 15:03Speaker 3: you haven't heard, my name is Lee Elsie l E
- 15:05Speaker 3: E E L c I And on Fridays I get
- 15:09Speaker 3: a chance to hang out with you for the first hour,
- 15:11Speaker 3: get you all warmed up and ready for Wayne, who
- 15:14Speaker 3: gen will be here in less than sixty minutes. Rather
- 15:18Speaker 3: than dive into any news story, I just I want
- 15:20Speaker 3: to get up on my soapbox right now and talk
- 15:25Speaker 3: to you about the importance of getting out and casting
- 15:27Speaker 3: a vote. If you haven't done it, you have to
- 15:31Speaker 3: do it. And my guess is most people who are
- 15:34Speaker 3: listening to talk radio, conservative talk radio are going to
- 15:38Speaker 3: take the time out of their schedule and figure out
- 15:41Speaker 3: how to vote.
- 15:42Speaker 8: Now.
- 15:42Speaker 3: I know most places have early voting Connecticut here where
- 15:46Speaker 3: I am has fourteen days of early voting, which is excessive.
- 15:51Speaker 3: But anyway, the point I'm trying to make though, is this,
- 15:54Speaker 3: this is maybe the most consequential election in our lifetime,
- 15:59Speaker 3: and it's important that not only you vote, but I
- 16:05Speaker 3: think sometimes people ask me, well, what can I do?
- 16:08Speaker 3: How can I help? I mean, you're on the radio
- 16:10Speaker 3: every day, you yell and scream, you talk about all
- 16:13Speaker 3: these issues. You try to talk about character and courage
- 16:16Speaker 3: and getting out and making a difference, and sometimes, you know,
- 16:19Speaker 3: average everyday folks, they feel like, well, they're nine to five,
- 16:22Speaker 3: gets in the way, their family a little league, they've
- 16:25Speaker 3: got pta all that stuff, and they are trying, but
- 16:29Speaker 3: maybe there's not enough time in the day, or maybe
- 16:31Speaker 3: they just don't know what to do. Well, there's only
- 16:34Speaker 3: a few days left until the election, and what you
- 16:38Speaker 3: can do is you can canvass your friends, your family
- 16:44Speaker 3: members and try to find out who isn't voting, or
- 16:49Speaker 3: who's apathetic to voting, who doesn't really care, who's not
- 16:53Speaker 3: really into it, who's not paying attention, and try to
- 16:56Speaker 3: explain to them or stress to them the absolute importance
- 17:02Speaker 3: of getting themselves registered and ready and casting a vote
- 17:08Speaker 3: before the deadline on November fifth. You can't squawk, you
- 17:11Speaker 3: can't bitch, you can't complain about the way things are.
- 17:15Speaker 3: If you're not part of the process, you just don't
- 17:19Speaker 3: have In my mind, you just don't have really the
- 17:22Speaker 3: standing to do it. If you're gonna sit on your
- 17:24Speaker 3: hands and let somebody else do the work, then when
- 17:29Speaker 3: your taxes go up or your potholes on your street,
- 17:33Speaker 3: guess what, Suck it up, buttercup. Because you ain't part
- 17:36Speaker 3: of the process, you ain't part of the solutions. I
- 17:40Speaker 3: don't want to hear you, bitch, So I guess my
- 17:43Speaker 3: point is this, If you're asking what can I do?
- 17:46Speaker 3: What can I do? How can I be a part
- 17:47Speaker 3: of this? How can I make a difference? Well, you
- 17:49Speaker 3: know what, Call up that person you know doesn't really
- 17:52Speaker 3: care about voting, or call up that person you don't
- 17:54Speaker 3: think really votes and say, hey, you know, John Jan Sally,
- 17:57Speaker 3: are you voting? And if they say I don't think so,
- 18:00Speaker 3: convince them to vote. Get down in the ballots, fill
- 18:06Speaker 3: in those bubbles and be part of the democrat process,
- 18:12Speaker 3: democratic process, and preserve this amazing republic that we enjoy.
- 18:20Speaker 3: The freedom that you enjoy is because people died on
- 18:23Speaker 3: battlefields to give you that right to go cast a
- 18:27Speaker 3: vote so you could be heard in this democratic process.
- 18:32Speaker 3: So I don't think there's any excuse anymore for anyone
- 18:35Speaker 3: not to vote. If you shrug your shoulders and say
- 18:37Speaker 3: I don't like any of the candidates, I don't think
- 18:40Speaker 3: my vote counting, and it doesn't make a difference. It's
- 18:43Speaker 3: all the same. Politics are all the same. Oh then
- 18:46Speaker 3: when you get your bills, and you know when your
- 18:50Speaker 3: state legislature raises their taxes and your federal government raises taxes,
- 18:54Speaker 3: and your money goes to programs that you're hell bent against,
- 18:59Speaker 3: guess what that falls on you because you weren't part
- 19:03Speaker 3: of the process. You decided to stand idly by on
- 19:07Speaker 3: the sidelines and not be part of any type of solution.
- 19:12Speaker 3: So that's what I'm telling folks who may be listening
- 19:16Speaker 3: and wondering what they can do and pick up the phone,
- 19:19Speaker 3: call somebody. Maybe you can make a coffee date out
- 19:23Speaker 3: of it, a lunch date. I want to go to
- 19:25Speaker 3: lunch and we'll go vote. I want to get a coffee,
- 19:27Speaker 3: we'll go vote, buy a coffee, will go vote. The
- 19:31Speaker 3: hell's wrong with that? Nothing? And maybe just by having
- 19:34Speaker 3: somebody do it once, you get somebody in a habit
- 19:37Speaker 3: to keep doing it, because I know presidential elections have
- 19:41Speaker 3: huge turnouts, right, I mean huge comparatively speaking to the rest.
- 19:45Speaker 3: But it's something that we have to be way more
- 19:51Speaker 3: interactive with in the long run. We have to be
- 19:56Speaker 3: better citizens and a more informed electorate in order to
- 20:01Speaker 3: try to chase out the the corruption and the slugs
- 20:06Speaker 3: that inhabit Washington and you know, whatever capital city that
- 20:10Speaker 3: runs your state, whatever station might be listening to me
- 20:13Speaker 3: on tonight across the country. So that's my soapbox soapbox
- 20:18Speaker 3: speech here as we broadcast on the I guess the
- 20:22Speaker 3: eve of the eve of the eve of election day.
- 20:26Speaker 3: All right, well, take a short break, we'll come back
- 20:28Speaker 3: once again. I always thank you guys for spending this
- 20:31Speaker 3: hour with me on all these great stations across the
- 20:33Speaker 3: talk media network. Again, the show is war.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Hi. It's Wayne L. Root for Vertical Research Advisory.
- 20:47Speaker 5: For more than thirty years, Kip Perridge has been a
- 20:49Speaker 5: leader in the financial industry, taking seven companies public and
- 20:53Speaker 5: raising hundreds of millions of dollars for great American companies.
- 20:56Speaker 5: In two thousand and three, Kid founded the VRA, his

- 21:50Speaker 3: Why there we go? This is awesome. Second time I've
- 21:52Speaker 3: said a third time, second time recently that I've got
- 21:55Speaker 3: a chance to talk. I have to go back and
- 21:56Speaker 3: look at the archives. With the news Matt the hottest
- 22:02Speaker 3: network on cable news without a Question, and Christopher Ruddy
- 22:07Speaker 3: is our guest. He runs the show over there. Mister Ruddy, sir,
- 22:10Speaker 3: how are you today?
- 22:12Speaker 8: Lee, I'm great and I'm glad to be on with you.
- 22:15Speaker 3: So I got to start this off. Former congressman who's
- 22:19Speaker 3: a regular on my show, Rob Simmons from Connecticut, he
- 22:23Speaker 3: wanted me to tell you right off the bat. He
- 22:25Speaker 3: says that, you know, he wanted to call in and
- 22:27Speaker 3: say hi, but he's a little bit busy. But he
- 22:29Speaker 3: he said that he thinks your network is the best
- 22:32Speaker 3: and he actually bought one thousand dollars worth of your stocks,
- 22:35Speaker 3: So you've got.
- 22:36Speaker 8: Something what We're always appreciative and we are growing really fast.
- 22:41Speaker 8: You know, thirty three million people tuned into Newsmax in
- 22:45Speaker 8: the third quarter, up from twenty two million. And if
- 22:49Speaker 8: you know TV as I know you do, that's like
- 22:51Speaker 8: a huge increase. You don't have twelve million new people
- 22:54Speaker 8: in a quarter tuning in, right, And it's a sign
- 22:58Speaker 8: I think that people are turning off the old media,
- 23:00Speaker 8: the very biased media, in favor of newsmas and we're
- 23:05Speaker 8: really excited about A Reuters Institute just came out with
- 23:08Speaker 8: a study that said that their twelve top news brands
- 23:11Speaker 8: in the United States, and Newsmax was one of them.
- 23:13Speaker 8: So that was their study, not our study.
- 23:16Speaker 3: So I just I just got a text message from
- 23:18Speaker 3: another one of our great listeners just says he bought
- 23:20Speaker 3: fifty thousand years off Newsmax. So you got a lot
- 23:24Speaker 3: of fans out there, sir, You got a lot of
- 23:26Speaker 3: fans who are supporting you. And I think that's fantastic.
- 23:28Speaker 8: Well, I think you know. We announced we're going public
- 23:32Speaker 8: later this year, early this year. We're seeking approval from
- 23:35Speaker 8: the SEC. We're planning to be listed on the New
- 23:38Speaker 8: York Stock Exchange. We even have a stock symbol ready
- 23:41Speaker 8: to go, which is pretty cool, and we're very excited.
- 23:44Speaker 8: We got huge support. People are going. We have this
- 23:47Speaker 8: website it's called newsmaxinvest dot com. People can actually buy
- 23:53Speaker 8: early shares with the coll preferred shares if they're eligible, right,
- 23:57Speaker 8: and get a twenty five percent discount to the IPO price,
- 24:01Speaker 8: seven percent dividend, all sorts of cool things, and it
- 24:03Speaker 8: doesn't take a lot to buy a share, and they
- 24:07Speaker 8: can do it by credit card or get the documents
- 24:09Speaker 8: mounted them. So it's a real simple newsmax invest dot com.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Okay, I'm gonna do that today newsmax invest dot com.
- 24:17Speaker 3: So check that out. But Christopher Ruddy is our guest
- 24:19Speaker 3: CEO of newsmax, and you mentioned how Newsmax tries to
- 24:23Speaker 3: be unbiased, and that was going to be you know,
- 24:25Speaker 3: one of my first questions. You know, it's so frustrating
- 24:29Speaker 3: watching the media outlets now, the cable news outlets MSNBC
- 24:33Speaker 3: and CNN, are you know you have to throw open
- 24:35Speaker 3: your mouth a little bit listening to them and watching them.
- 24:37Speaker 3: In some cases Fox News is almost as bad. How
- 24:41Speaker 3: do you divorce yourself from that? How can you get
- 24:44Speaker 3: people who are willing just to tell the truth and
- 24:48Speaker 3: speak to the truth and not be handcuffed to politics.
- 24:53Speaker 8: Well, I would put it a little differently. I think
- 24:55Speaker 8: everybody has biased and I think the key that is
- 24:59Speaker 8: to acknowledge where media is like claims all we're totally
- 25:03Speaker 8: scientifically objective and they're not. But to have both sides.
- 25:07Speaker 8: And that's what newsmax does to do. When we have opinions,
- 25:10Speaker 8: have both sides, try to report the news accurately as
- 25:15Speaker 8: best you can, and we try.
- 25:17Speaker 1: To do that.
- 25:18Speaker 8: But you know, nobody's perfect, but we do and we
- 25:21Speaker 8: I think if you look at the our track record,
- 25:25Speaker 8: we have always, always, always since I founded Newsmax is
- 25:28Speaker 8: a website neewsmax dot com in nineteen ninety eight. I've
- 25:33Speaker 8: always wanted you know, we're openly conservative. We're admit that.
- 25:37Speaker 3: We like that.
- 25:39Speaker 8: We say we have a we're independent media with a
- 25:41Speaker 8: conservative perspective, which means to me, we reach out and
- 25:46Speaker 8: get liberal opinion too, but we offer a conservative perspective
- 25:50Speaker 8: that you don't get. And I think it's again a
- 25:52Speaker 8: reason why our ratings on Newsmax, the new cable channel.
- 25:55Speaker 8: We just went on YouTube TV. They just put us
- 25:58Speaker 8: on eight plus million homes. If you have YouTube TV,
- 26:03Speaker 8: you can tune in find us there. I mean, it's
- 26:06Speaker 8: it's been growing. We're in close to sixty million cable homes.
- 26:10Speaker 3: Yeah. Well, and I say the way I phrased the
- 26:13Speaker 3: question is more in line with the common sense thought process.
- 26:17Speaker 3: You know, you watch or you watch thousands and thousands
- 26:21Speaker 3: millions of people come across the southern border, and one
- 26:23Speaker 3: network will tell you it's not happening. I mean that's
- 26:26Speaker 3: just a grossness reference, right am? I right about that?
- 26:30Speaker 8: Well, I'm not sure they say it it's not. I mean,
- 26:33Speaker 8: they don't report it, so it's not happening. So I
- 26:36Speaker 8: guess you're right on that score. But they they they
- 26:40Speaker 8: ignore it, they downplay it. It was sort of like
- 26:43Speaker 8: the George Floyd riots that went on for six months.
- 26:47Speaker 8: I mean, that was real insurrection we saw. But if
- 26:50Speaker 8: you watch MSNBC, they you know, they'd be burning fires
- 26:53Speaker 8: and police cars and molotov cocktails and police stations burning.
- 26:58Speaker 8: They'd be saying, well, there mostly peaceful protests. Not really.
- 27:04Speaker 8: No people died in those protests. People were shot at
- 27:07Speaker 8: those protests. This was nasty stuff. And then you know,
- 27:12Speaker 8: January sixth happens. I don't I never said January sixth
- 27:16Speaker 8: was a good idea, but we never promoted it. But
- 27:19Speaker 8: I don't think it was insurrection. I don't think people
- 27:21Speaker 8: went there to overturn the government of the United States.
- 27:25Speaker 8: They were protesting a vote and they went into a
- 27:28Speaker 8: public building. I still don't understand how you get arrested
- 27:31Speaker 8: for going into a public building, right, and they considered
- 27:34Speaker 8: that trespass. I mean, you could go down to Washington
- 27:37Speaker 8: today and walk into congressional buildings in Congress it's not trespassed.
- 27:41Speaker 8: So how is a trespass in?
- 27:43Speaker 3: Particularly when the cops opened the doors for some of
- 27:45Speaker 3: these people. You see the videos come on in, you
- 27:48Speaker 3: saw it. I mean, it's yeah, you're right, about all that.
- 27:51Speaker 8: No, very suspiciously. You know, there were signs that said
- 27:54Speaker 8: do not cross, do not enter, but they were removed.
- 27:56Speaker 8: Do you see the videos. Somebody removed them about to
- 28:00Speaker 8: two hours before the protesters showed up. That's bizarre, Like
- 28:04Speaker 8: why would the police allow those barriers be removed. There's
- 28:08Speaker 8: still a lot of questions about January sixth. I do believe,
- 28:11Speaker 8: you know, I've always accepted the election results. I don't
- 28:14Speaker 8: believe that they were stolen. I think there were a
- 28:17Speaker 8: lot of their regularities. There was some fraud in the
- 28:20Speaker 8: twenty election, but the election was certified at every level. Judges,
- 28:25Speaker 8: both Trump judges and Democratic judges certified the results, so
- 28:30Speaker 8: we accept that in this country as a legal result.
- 28:33Speaker 3: Do you believe that this election is going to be
- 28:35Speaker 3: on the up and up? With all the legals that
- 28:37Speaker 3: have come across the southern border and some of these
- 28:40Speaker 3: organizations are coming out that you are saying that millions
- 28:43Speaker 3: of people are on roles that shouldn't be. I mean,
- 28:45Speaker 3: are you confident with this election system we've got set up?
- 28:48Speaker 8: Well, I wouldn't say that. I I Am going to
- 28:53Speaker 8: prejudge the election until I hear about it. So far,
- 28:56Speaker 8: there's been no indications of any significant fraud or mishandling
- 29:01Speaker 8: of the election. In fact, a lot less ballots are
- 29:04Speaker 8: being cast than was cast during the COVID. But what
- 29:08Speaker 8: I do know, and I do think, is that the
- 29:10Speaker 8: Democrats are very good, scientifically better organized than getting out
- 29:14Speaker 8: the vote. They're better organized than the Trump people in
- 29:17Speaker 8: doing it. There's already indications they're out vote getting in
- 29:24Speaker 8: states like Pennsylvania. If you look at the numbers, they're
- 29:27Speaker 8: not very good for President Trump and Pennsylvania. It's a
- 29:30Speaker 8: real warning sign. I think those are legal mail at
- 29:33Speaker 8: ballots coming in. I don't think they're fraudulent. I don't
- 29:36Speaker 8: think they're illegal alliens. So he has a problem there,
- 29:40Speaker 8: and that's an organizational problem, not a legal problem.
- 29:44Speaker 3: So we've seen this explosion of early voting. I think
- 29:48Speaker 3: last time I checked, which was a day and a
- 29:49Speaker 3: half ago, there was over thirty million people I've already
- 29:52Speaker 3: cast a ballot early. In your mind, does that favor
- 29:55Speaker 3: the Democrats or does it favor the Republicans or is
- 29:57Speaker 3: it just the same people voting, only they are doing
- 30:00Speaker 3: it in a more convenient time and manner for themselves.
- 30:03Speaker 8: Well, we don't know for sure how those votes are
- 30:05Speaker 8: going to be, but they typically follow the registrations. What
- 30:10Speaker 8: is suspicious and surprising is we know that in Pennsylvania
- 30:14Speaker 8: the ballots coming in two to one for the Democrats.
- 30:17Speaker 8: That's bad for Trump. It means on election day the
- 30:20Speaker 8: Democrats will have one point two million votes in the
- 30:24Speaker 8: bank and that Trump's going to have to win by
- 30:27Speaker 8: over probably six hundred thousand votes on election day to
- 30:30Speaker 8: win that state. It's possible, but it's more of a difficult.
- 30:34Speaker 8: More Republicans are voting early, both by mail ends and
- 30:38Speaker 8: by early ballots, and Trump and some of his Republicans
- 30:42Speaker 8: have encouraged people to do that. They're not sure that
- 30:46Speaker 8: that's actually increasing the overall Republican vote. Are they getting
- 30:50Speaker 8: new voters out is the question, and that is yet
- 30:54Speaker 8: to be determined.
- 30:56Speaker 3: We're talking to Christopher Ruddy and he is the NEWSMAX CEO,
- 31:00Speaker 3: and we're going to get back to their IPO announcement
- 31:02Speaker 3: here before we run out of time. But I just
- 31:04Speaker 3: want to continue on the presidential election and obviously the
- 31:08Speaker 3: importance of that, and three weeks ago, Kamala Harris was leading,
- 31:12Speaker 3: according to Real Clear Politics, in five of the seven
- 31:15Speaker 3: battleground states. Now you look at the battleground states and
- 31:20Speaker 3: that sort of has has changed significantly. Here the battleground
- 31:24Speaker 3: states have gone almost entirely to Trump, although they are
- 31:28Speaker 3: very very small margins of error. Do you think that's
- 31:30Speaker 3: a momentum shift for him or is just polls being polls?
- 31:34Speaker 3: What do you make of that?
- 31:35Speaker 8: The shift has been tiny and it's not clear And
- 31:39Speaker 8: to me, so Trump is doing a lot better in
- 31:41Speaker 8: the polls than he did in sixteen or twenty, both
- 31:44Speaker 8: nationally and in the battle ground states. So the Trump
- 31:48Speaker 8: people look in at that say, uh huh, we're really ahead.
- 31:51Speaker 8: Because if it has a FeMn in Pennsylvania and in
- 31:56Speaker 8: twenty we were five points behind and we almost won
- 31:59Speaker 8: the state, that means they're undercounting Trump voters. The pollsters
- 32:03Speaker 8: tell you, no, no, no, we figured this out. We're
- 32:07Speaker 8: more careful now, we're getting those shy Trump voters included
- 32:10Speaker 8: in the polling. We're adjusting for it. We're going to
- 32:15Speaker 8: know an election debt.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Again.
- 32:17Speaker 8: I have a feeling that the polls are more accurate
- 32:19Speaker 8: at this time and that the race is close in
- 32:22Speaker 8: the battleground states and Trump doesn't have a big, significant lead,
- 32:26Speaker 8: but he has a slight lead in some of the states,
- 32:29Speaker 8: the Democrats are better in getting votes out.
- 32:32Speaker 3: They're just better.
- 32:33Speaker 8: And you have highly democratic states that are controlled by
- 32:37Speaker 8: the Democrats in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, and I think
- 32:41Speaker 8: there's a machine vote that they're able to get out.
- 32:45Speaker 8: I don't think the Puerto Rican comp joke was very hopeful,
- 32:49Speaker 8: especially in Pennsylvania. There's about a half a million Puerto Ricans.
- 32:53Speaker 8: I think they were very open to Trump before that,
- 32:56Speaker 8: and Trump didn't make the comment, to his credit, but
- 32:59Speaker 8: I don't think the Trump campaign distance itself as cleverly
- 33:03Speaker 8: and carefully as it could have.
- 33:05Speaker 3: Right. Yes, it was an ugly staining here late. Yeah,
- 33:09Speaker 3: the president, former president of the United States. We are
- 33:13Speaker 3: talking with Christopher Rouddy, CEO of Newsmax. So we'll take

- 38:12Speaker 3: it's really remarkable how that works out.
- 38:16Speaker 8: Well. We have some great you know, we have great people.
- 38:18Speaker 8: Rob Schmidt is doing fantastic. Rob Finnerty, a New England guy,
- 38:23Speaker 8: is now our eight o'clock host, came out of a
- 38:26Speaker 8: local news has been tremendous as a morning host for us.
- 38:29Speaker 8: We have Chris Plant, we have Greta Ancestra. We have
- 38:32Speaker 8: a lot of good talent. I think people are tuning in.
- 38:35Speaker 8: You know, a lot of TV is talent, and if
- 38:37Speaker 8: you look into the professional team we have, right, I
- 38:40Speaker 8: think people like it. I get a lot of positive
- 38:42Speaker 8: feedback because Crush spaces new voices.
- 38:44Speaker 3: Are you a flat news junkie or news and politics?
- 38:49Speaker 3: Which is more important? Which ways?
- 38:51Speaker 8: I think they're both entwined. I think every people that
- 38:54Speaker 8: are into news tend to be pretty much.
- 38:56Speaker 3: So this is Tuesday's the super.
- 38:58Speaker 8: Bowl for you then, right, super Bowl of all elections
- 39:01Speaker 8: this Tuesday. But then it feels like every four years
- 39:04Speaker 8: is the super Bowl of all elections. But this one
- 39:07Speaker 8: does seem particularly important.
- 39:08Speaker 3: Don't you think it breaks down to a choice for America?
- 39:11Speaker 3: We either go left in socialism or we go right
- 39:14Speaker 3: and stay capitalist nation. I just feel like that's where
- 39:17Speaker 3: we are right now.
- 39:17Speaker 8: Yeah. The problem is people vote on likability of candidates.
- 39:22Speaker 8: I mean that seems to be very determinative unless you
- 39:25Speaker 8: feel like there's a crisis and you feel like we
- 39:27Speaker 8: need to change. I don't think most people feel as
- 39:29Speaker 8: a crisis, right. You know, there's this liberal professor Alan
- 39:33Speaker 8: Lickman who's out there and says, don't look at the polls,
- 39:36Speaker 8: look at these other factors, equals and teeth, And he
- 39:39Speaker 8: says that Harris will win. She's the incumbent party because
- 39:42Speaker 8: of certain economic and political factors. And I actually think
- 39:47Speaker 8: he has a lot of credibility. He's been writing many
- 39:49Speaker 8: many elections, and the economic landscape favors her record stock
- 39:55Speaker 8: market record, low unemployment, near record amount of cash from
- 40:00Speaker 8: people's checking accounts, falling gasoline prices, that consumer confidence just
- 40:05Speaker 8: bumped up ten points in a month. I don't know
- 40:08Speaker 8: if you saw those numbers. They came out yesterday, We
- 40:10Speaker 8: had them on Newsmax. But that to me is like
- 40:14Speaker 8: very fertile ground for the incumbent party. She's the incumbent,
- 40:18Speaker 8: she's likable. There's some pulling down it suggest she's more
- 40:23Speaker 8: for politics societe. I know conservatives don't like her, but
- 40:27Speaker 8: what the middle voters think, and they tend to think
- 40:30Speaker 8: she's more likable than Trump is likable. Now they think
- 40:33Speaker 8: Trump is more confident, more able. They actually give him
- 40:38Speaker 8: huge numbers, so very high margins and fixing the nation's problems.
- 40:43Speaker 8: So it's a strange situation where you have formal president
- 40:47Speaker 8: who wins on almost every policy issue and the handling
- 40:50Speaker 8: of those policy issues, but that she's slightly ahead of
- 40:53Speaker 8: him nationally about a point right now.
- 40:57Speaker 3: All right, well, we're almost there, man. We'll get an
- 40:59Speaker 3: answer within a week, so or at least maybe a
- 41:02Speaker 3: pre answer to an answer within a week. Chris Ruddy
- 41:05Speaker 3: is with us.
- 41:05Speaker 10: So one I actually a question about the IPO because
- 41:08Speaker 10: we're getting a bunch of social media chatter here and
- 41:11Speaker 10: one of our listeners says that it says that they
- 41:14Speaker 10: have to be an accredited investor to invest early.
- 41:16Speaker 3: What does that mean focus on?
- 41:19Speaker 8: Unfortunately, those roles are not set by newsmats. They're set
- 41:22Speaker 8: by the government. The SEC. And what they say is
- 41:24Speaker 8: investors that invest early in these programs referred shares need
- 41:28Speaker 8: to have a creditor, which means they make an income
- 41:31Speaker 8: of about two hundred thousand dollars a year or jointly
- 41:35Speaker 8: over three hundred, or they have a networth excluding their
- 41:39Speaker 8: home over a million dollars. The reason I think the
- 41:42Speaker 8: SEC does it is they want people that are investing
- 41:45Speaker 8: in new companies to be a little more sophisticated and
- 41:48Speaker 8: knowledgeable about investments. At least that's the claim. If it
- 41:52Speaker 8: was up to us, we would open it to people,
- 41:54Speaker 8: but we can't because of it's a private offering under
- 41:57Speaker 8: their rules and.
- 41:58Speaker 3: The and the official announcement for anybody to buy is
- 42:01Speaker 3: when is there a.
- 42:02Speaker 8: Date on Well, yeah, you know, we don't have a
- 42:05Speaker 8: date yet. We are seeking approval. We are going through
- 42:08Speaker 8: that process. We think it's going to happen right late
- 42:10Speaker 8: this year early next year. But if you go to
- 42:13Speaker 8: the website newsmasinvest dot com and that's all one word
- 42:18Speaker 8: newsmaxinvest dot com, there's an email signup button on that
- 42:22Speaker 8: page where you can say I just want information on
- 42:24Speaker 8: the IPO. You can read the information. Make sure you do.
- 42:27Speaker 8: You can hit the invest now. But you can request
- 42:29Speaker 8: we email you documents or you just go through the
- 42:31Speaker 8: credit card process.
- 42:33Speaker 3: All right, you want to make it a prediction or no.
- 42:36Speaker 8: I always avoid that. I think it's Trump's being Trumps
- 42:39Speaker 8: selection to lose. I think it's going to be very close,
- 42:42Speaker 8: and it's it's going to be a nail bier to
- 42:47Speaker 8: the end, although there might be a break in some
- 42:49Speaker 8: voters in the coming days.
- 42:51Speaker 3: All right. His name is Christopher Ruddy, CEO of a
- 42:54Speaker 3: little network you watch on your television called Newsmax, and
- 42:58Speaker 3: it's a pleasure to have him with us this appnoon evening.
- 43:02Speaker 3: Thank you, sir, I appreciate it. We're done speaking of appreciation.
