- 0:23[SPEAKER_01]: I know at the time when by so fast we just went into one from the other and I still have so much to go so I kind of want to make this episode a little bit more of like a rapid fire Let's get through it.
- 0:32[SPEAKER_01]: If new ideas come out from something you say or something.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_01]: I say like we'll get into that as well But I do want to like get through all of these because these are some good ones.
- 0:42[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and on page how specifically I Ask you to comment.

- 0:59[SPEAKER_01]: I want to hear all about that.
- 1:01[SPEAKER_00]: So, and if you haven't heard the part one, obviously it's on the main pod.
- 1:05[SPEAKER_00]: You can listen to it.
- 1:06[SPEAKER_00]: I want to Spotify or Apple wherever you listen to it, but yeah, okay.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_00]: You want to get into it.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_00]: You want to start or not?
- 1:11[SPEAKER_01]: I want to start.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm going to start with, um, I hate to admit this, but I bought.
- 1:23[SPEAKER_01]: fake, Cartier, Lovering, and bracelet.
- 1:30[SPEAKER_00]: How much did you pay?
- 1:31[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, it was from eBay.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, you can buy real shit from eBay too.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: No, this wasn't back then.
- 1:38[SPEAKER_01]: I bought this back when I was kind of obsessed with Kylie Jenner.
- 1:43[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: And this was back when she was in her King Kylie era.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_00]: Give me a time.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: 2015 was a big year for Alia.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_01]: 2015, 2016, yeah, I did a lot of experimentation, like finding a wham.
- 2:00[SPEAKER_01]: I think I'm getting closer, but like, you know, we changed all the time.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_01]: But she was, at the time, she had, like, a short bob, and she had, like, blue tips.
- 2:11[SPEAKER_01]: So the tips of her hair were these, like, blue, torquesey color.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_01]: And she would she just started doing like her makeup stuff.
- 2:18[SPEAKER_01]: So she's like when she first got lip filler and she would get She would line up her lips and make them really like plump and she like everything she did.
- 2:28[SPEAKER_01]: I would eat it up But one made her so um, I don't know like why did everyone want to be her because she was cool and she was a rich girl who got I never got access to something she was cool.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_01]: Okay, but different generation
- 2:44[SPEAKER_01]: It and also she's a girl.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_01]: So why would you think anything?
- 2:48[SPEAKER_00]: I guess so you know what I mean?
- 2:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I know what you mean.
- 2:51[SPEAKER_01]: So you got to pay Cardi A from She used to have like a stack.
- 2:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't think she wears it anymore, but at the time she used to have a stack of Cardi A lover Bracelets, which if you know those I think are maybe like To either $2,000 or $4,000 for one and she used to have like six or seven
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: Probably more than that because some had like diamonds in it and you know if you don't know what the Love ring or bracelet is you can look it up, but it kind of looks like just like a band and the ring I wore up into we met 2018 it lost the color by then it was silver It was gold at first when we met I thought it was silver
- 3:35[SPEAKER_01]: Originally I bought it gold, and I wore it so much that it was kind of very true though.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: It came.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, it was because that's a time to think of version was like cooler.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_01]: And I wore it on my middle finger on my left hand.
- 3:49[SPEAKER_01]: And I remember I would never take it off that it kind of created like a dent in my finger.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 3:56[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, I had a very big, like, Kylie Jenner King, Kylie era.
- 4:00[SPEAKER_01]: And I got very influenced by that.
- 4:02[SPEAKER_00]: What's going to Kylie?
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: That's what she would like call herself.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that was her at any one Instagram, right?
- 4:07[SPEAKER_00]: Not go a lot that's a fight at me.
- 4:08[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 4:09[SPEAKER_01]: So it's like, now she even sometimes will bring up
- 4:13[SPEAKER_01]: like something about should we bring Kagan Kylie back for the night like she'll say that and she'll wear like she would wear these like wigs this is back when she started dating tiger and like she would hang out with like with what's his name um the um what's the Will Smith's kids jaden
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like with Jayden and it was like our Kylie and Jayden like dating and then she would always were like all black and kind of like Studied things really like calm combat boots and I remember my mom took me to I would shop at JC penny a lot because I was like all my parents could afford So I would ask my mom to like give me like combat boots that would these like lace up black leather boots And I think I got some cheap ones from JC pinners something like that like old navy.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know
- 4:57[SPEAKER_01]: And yeah, I was like highly influenced by my team.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_00]: What about Kim, Kim Kardashian?
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: Did you think she was cool?
- 5:04[SPEAKER_01]: No, I wasn't really paying attention to that.
- 5:06[SPEAKER_01]: I was all about Kylie.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_01]: But she was doing so much.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_00]: When did it stop for you?
- 5:12[SPEAKER_00]: What we met?
- 5:15[SPEAKER_00]: Actually, that doesn't matter.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, I don't know when it stopped, but yeah, I had a moment with like all of that.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_01]: I also got my ear pierced my cartilage and I thought that was the coolest thing to have like a cartilage piercing.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: Was there ever anyone else in your life that that you looked up to and wanted to be like like what about before Kylie?
- 5:40[SPEAKER_00]: Because I'm assuming Kylie was like the last
- 5:43[SPEAKER_01]: like had that big of a thing.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, like was there someone else before?
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: So Kyle was the first to want to know me.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: Like that had that level of influence, I think, yeah.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_01]: That I was like very, yeah, you know, into.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_01]: Because it was also like during social media time.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_01]: Like before that, we didn't get to see people that much.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, for you know, I was trying to think for me it was definitely, if we're talking about like stylized, I would say I loved triple XL t-shirts.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_00]: Triple XL t-shirt.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_01]: Like the bigger the cooler, right?
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: The bigger the cooler, like almost to my knees.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_00]: With baggy, the baggy's jeans you can find, and then some air force ones.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_01]: So who would you say was your lifestyle, Inspo?
- 6:34[SPEAKER_00]: I would say Nellie and ludicrous, yeah, ludicrous was one of my favorite rappers at the time.
- 6:41[SPEAKER_00]: He was so animated.
- 6:43[SPEAKER_00]: He was such a good rapper, and still as I love ludicrous, you know what I mean?
- 6:48[SPEAKER_00]: But that's like some early 2000s, you know, hip hop shit that I was really young at the time.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_00]: You know, and Nellie also, Nellie actually was the first hip hop album I ever
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: I can't remember if I bought it myself or someone gave it to me but it was the album Country Grammar.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: Anyways, yeah, so very big jerseys, oversized jerseys.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: Like huge jerseys, over a huge white t-shirt.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: And this is when I don't even speak English at the time, I think I was like 14, 13 in Antwerp Belgium and I just wanted to be an American.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_00]: I just wanted to live in New York and I didn't even want to be a rapper.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_00]: I just thought that I was just so influenced by the style and the music.
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: I was really heavy into like a dip set.
- 7:37[SPEAKER_00]: You know dip set?
- 7:39[SPEAKER_00]: It was a hip-hop group.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_00]: They're not together right now, but individually they are around.
- 7:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I would say that was like a big influence in my life that it's probably like the only thing Only people are look up to style-wise.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: Like I think even after that there was never anyone that I looked up to That I was like who I wanted like dressed like them.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_00]: I never had that
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: After the triple XL phase went away, obviously there was like, do you remember the jerk era?
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, with jerk.
- 8:09[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 8:10[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I remember that.
- 8:11[SPEAKER_01]: But that wasn't that like, recently?
- 8:13[SPEAKER_00]: No, that was 2009.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_01]: I mean, yeah, that's what I mean.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_01]: Like it was.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you, uh, the jerk era.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: That's when everybody wore fans and the skinnier jeans.
- 8:25[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, yeah, maybe no, I don't know.
- 8:26[SPEAKER_01]: I don't know, maybe that's your passion.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_00]: Like, a backpack was a big thing also.
- 8:30[SPEAKER_00]: Like, everywhere you went, you had a backpack.
- 8:32[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 8:34[SPEAKER_01]: Did you ever have the thing that you thought it was coolers for you backpack on watch holder?
- 8:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I had that a little bit.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_01]: I never wore my backpack normally because I thought it was laying.
- 8:44[SPEAKER_00]: No, I never really had that, but I never really liked skinny jeans that much.
- 8:50[SPEAKER_00]: I had a few, I was just like, I can't imagine you were skinny.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, no, I was always too tired, I felt weird, you know, I loved vans, but like the skinny jeans was never really my thing.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_00]: They might be maybe one or two followers I can find with some skinny jeans.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I remember one time I had red skinny jeans.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_01]: you uh yeah it was that's correct it wasn't saying so do you um did you ever think that red solo cups were cool?
