  I got into adventure time in college. Like early college, I didn't necessarily

  have access to actual television because I was in dorms and I was not financially

  often enough to have actual television. So everything was legally acquired, of course.

  But I got to see quite a bit of adventure Time the first couple

  of seasons. In doing some research for the passing Knowledge that I will be

  presenting later, I realized I haven't seen as much as I thought I did.

  Okay, I was just getting episodes here and there to get an overall

  understanding of what was happening. But that just means that I get to watch

  the second half of it and it's fresh. Everybody else doesn't get new adventure

  always surrounded by people who were really into Adventure Time. It was airing as

  I was in high school, and I think that was like an age group

  that people really gravitate. They're like, cartoons are cool again, Let's let's

  gravitate towards this. Uh. And throughout college and throughout all my life,

  I've been surrounded by people who really dug Adventure Time. But I just I

  think I have the vibe of a guy who likes Adventure Time but never got

  to, like forgot to. I actually watched I watched it every now and

  then when it was on TV, But because I think it had such a

  lure at the point that everyone around me was into it, I couldn't like

  everyone else here, there was no streaming, so I couldn't start from base

  one. That being said, like, as I've learned about Adventure Time,

  you don't necessarily need to start from base one. You kind of just start

  wherever you want and you'll pick it up as you go. Yeah, you

  can start with Fiona and Cake. Yeah, honestly, ten episodes. Yeah,

  think for me, it is just the entire production team of this project,

  Like everyone who worked on it has just had nothing but good things to say

  about the production, about like putting it together. It has spawned so many

  other creative projects. I mean, Steven Universe owes so much to this show

  allowing its team to even exist, and for me that is just so inspiring

  as a voice actor to see these projects that, like I feel like ten

  years ago wouldn't have been picked up, being able to show off queer romances,

  women in stem and leadership roles, actual consequences from like the emotional to

  the physical damage that Finn tastes like. It's these layers of things where it's

  like I don't have kids, nor do I plant having kids, but like

  everyone I know who has kids, and I'm like, if you haven't watched

  it, watch it with your child, please trust me. Yeah, the

  things they will learn, so really it is very much the team behind it.

  to get the soft like after school life lessons, but for the twenty first
