Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: This is Kiss Breakfast.
- 0:02Speaker 2: So Kylie Jenner has sat down for a brand new interview,
- 0:05Speaker 2: but this one looks a little bit different because her
- 0:07Speaker 2: interviewer was her daughter, Stormi, who's only eight years old. Yeah,
- 0:12Speaker 2: you just love kids, don't you? So basically, Stormi wrote
- 0:15Speaker 2: all her own questions for this interview. It was things like,
- 0:18Speaker 2: what's your favorite emoji, mom, and all that kind of stuff.
- 0:20Speaker 2: But she's a little sassy queen because there was one
- 0:22Speaker 2: point where she asked Kylie a question and then Kylie
- 0:25Speaker 2: tried to ask her the same question back and she
- 0:27Speaker 2: refused to answer, basically.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Take a listen.
- 0:30Speaker 1: What food could you eat every day?
- 0:34Speaker 3: Sushi or like Greek food, like kebabs and couscous. What
- 0:42Speaker 3: about you?
- 0:43Speaker 1: What? Girl, it's your questions, not mine.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Okay.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Girl, it's your questions, not mine.
- 0:50Speaker 3: She's got attitude. Oh, little nepo baby. I care more
- 0:53Speaker 3: about the food.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 0:54Speaker 3: Now, quarter chicken and chips with gravy.
- 0:57Speaker 1: Oh, from where? Like a Frango's or something?
- 0:59Speaker 3: Yeah, but every day?
- 1:00Speaker 1: No way. I would not pick that.
- 1:03Speaker 2: No?
- 1:03Speaker 3: No.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Where would you go? Can there be variety in the selection?
- 1:07Speaker 2: So, for example, could I say pizza and change the
- 1:09Speaker 2: pizza or could I say burger and change the kind
- 1:11Speaker 2: of burger? Yeah. Okay.
- 1:12Speaker 3: Yeah, right. Burger.
- 1:13Speaker 1: Burger.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Yeah. I'm still going to go rock oysters. I reckon
- 1:18Speaker 3: I could do it every day. Every day.
- 1:20Speaker 1: You know when someone else's choices bother you? Why does
- 1:22Speaker 1: that bother you?
- 1:22Speaker 3: Because you don't like them?
- 1:23Speaker 1: No, I'm not huge on them.
- 1:26Speaker 2: I don't.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Yeah, look, I could have one without gagging, but it's
- 1:28Speaker 1: just it does not.
- 1:28Speaker 3: You don't like them then.
- 1:29Speaker 2: No, but it just doesn't do anything for me. But
- 1:31Speaker 2: also it's just like that's one taste.
- 1:33Speaker 1: You could have... Like a burger is a full meal.
- 1:36Speaker 1: There's salad. There's sauce. There's bread. There's meat. But like
- 1:39Speaker 1: you're just picking an oyster.
- 1:41Speaker 3: It's a salt flavor. But you could mix it up.
- 1:44Speaker 3: You could have Kilpatrick. You could have Mornay.
- 1:48Speaker 2: What is your favorite?
- 1:49Speaker 1: You just like natural. Natural.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Twist a lemon.
- 1:51Speaker 1: What's the one with the creamy cream?
- 1:53Speaker 3: That's Mornay.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I love a Mornay.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Yeah, because that's the test. In fact, I do this
- 1:57Speaker 3: on my podcast, Behind the Mic. I ask every guest.
- 2:00Speaker 1: He got his bell back, everyone.
- 2:01Speaker 2: I did.
- 2:01Speaker 3: I got the bell. I stole it back from that.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I ask my guests, natural or Kilpatrick oysters?
- 2:06Speaker 1: If you finish with that.
- 2:07Speaker 2: Yep.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Really?
- 2:08Speaker 3: Well, you'd know because you've listened.
- 2:11Speaker 2: I forgot.
- 2:13Speaker 3: No, because that's the test, right? If you want them
- 2:15Speaker 3: smothered in Mornay or bacon, you don't really like them.
- 2:20Speaker 1: It's bacon.
- 2:21Speaker 3: That's the Kilpatrick. It's bacon and Worcestershire.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Which one's kind of like a bruschetta mix?
- 2:28Speaker 3: Oh, I don't know that one.
- 2:29Speaker 1: It's like vinegary.
- 2:30Speaker 3: Vinaigrette.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Vinaigrette. Yeah, there's one with like a vinaigrette and you
- 2:32Speaker 2: can get tiny little pieces of like capsicum or tomato
- 2:35Speaker 2: or whatever it is.
- 2:35Speaker 3: Again, right, you're covering the taste.
- 2:36Speaker 2: Yes, yes.
- 2:37Speaker 3: So you don't really like them.
- 2:38Speaker 2: It's like for me the same as if you get
- 2:40Speaker 2: a coffee and you get sugar in it.
- 2:41Speaker 1: You don't like coffee. No, you don't like coffee. I
- 2:43Speaker 1: get one sugar. No, you don't like coffee. One sugar
- 2:47Speaker 1: makes it so sweet.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Like, if you can't drink a black coffee, you don't
- 2:50Speaker 2: really like the taste of coffee.
- 2:52Speaker 3: I don't really like coffee. You don't really like oysters.
- 2:54Speaker 1: It's settled.
- 2:55Speaker 3: There we go.
- 2:56Speaker 2: I also want to talk about Jennifer Aniston's boyfriend, Jim Curtis. Now,
- 2:59Speaker 2: she's been with this guy who, by the way, he's
- 3:02Speaker 2: a hypnotist, a life coach, an author, and a speaker.
- 3:05Speaker 3: Oh, he sounds just awful.
- 3:06Speaker 2: Decades of experience in wellness. So they've been together for
- 3:09Speaker 2: about a year now. And apparently this is the most
- 3:11Speaker 2: comfortable Jen has felt in a long time. So this
- 3:15Speaker 2: could be a long-term relationship if everything goes well. Now,
- 3:19Speaker 2: since Jim is a life coach, he was doing an
- 3:21Speaker 2: interview and he's got some experience on how to handle arguments.
- 3:25Speaker 2: So he revealed how he handles hard moments with Jen.
- 3:28Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Meditation, acceptance, understanding, you know, kind of those kinds of things.
- 3:35Speaker 3: And In the honeymoon phase, your tools don't have to
- 3:39Speaker 3: be big sledgehammers. You know someone who says everything but
- 3:43Speaker 3: says nothing?
- 3:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Meditation, acceptance, buzzwords.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:48Speaker 1: What do you actually mean?
- 3:50Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Do you mean sitting down, listening to each other and
- 3:52Speaker 2: understanding each other's point.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Of view as opposed to... Just say literal things.
- 3:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 3:57Speaker 2: But also meditation, thoughts on.
- 3:59Speaker 3: Oh, no, I don't think I could do it. I tried.
- 4:01Speaker 3: There was an app. There is an app.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Oh, um... Can't Not Calm.
- 4:05Speaker 3: Yeah, one of them.
- 4:06Speaker 2: Yeah, the one that Harry Styles like voices meditation tapes
- 4:09Speaker 2: and stuff on.
- 4:09Speaker 3: I remember having it on like in the bath and trying,
- 4:12Speaker 3: but my brain.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Oh, yes. Mikey is a man who bathes for anyone
- 4:15Speaker 2: who doesn't know. He just floats there.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Yeah, he's just sort of flopping around. I love a bath.
- 4:21Speaker 3: But I try it. I'm sure other people listening, you've
- 4:24Speaker 3: given it a go. And it's like, now focus here
- 4:26Speaker 3: and count, blah, blah, blah. My mind just goes elsewhere.
- 4:29Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 4:30Speaker 3: I can't do it. I'm too uptight.
- 4:31Speaker 1: I'm the same as you.
- 4:32Speaker 2: I think there's different forms of meditating. Like there's the
- 4:35Speaker 2: breathing one. There's, you know, there's one where you can
- 4:37Speaker 2: literally just lay flat and listen.
- 4:39Speaker 1: I don't know. There's different types. And I've tried them all.
- 4:41Speaker 3: Don't work.
- 4:42Speaker 1: My brain won't stop.
- 4:43Speaker 2: I overthink trying to switch my brain off so much
- 4:45Speaker 2: that I'm thinking so much.
- 4:46Speaker 3: It's so true. It's so true. One that I don't mind,
- 4:49Speaker 3: someone taught me ages ago, if you're trying to be present,
- 4:52Speaker 3: was I think you've got to count. So you count
- 4:55Speaker 3: how many things you can see in the room.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Oh.
- 4:59Speaker 3: So to be like a big screen microphone camera, big
- 5:02Speaker 3: screen microphone camera, and how many things you could smell.
- 5:05Speaker 2: So if you're outside, it might be like- Oh, so
- 5:07Speaker 2: it's just making yourself more present in a moment.
- 5:09Speaker 1: In that moment.
- 5:10Speaker 3: I can kind of do that. Yeah. But again, your
- 5:12Speaker 3: brain just starts thinking elsewhere.
- 5:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:14Speaker 2: Yeah, the other thing is when I can't sleep, all
- 5:16Speaker 2: the tricks, like I've tried before.
- 5:19Speaker 3: The literal- Counting sheep.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Counting sheep.
- 5:21Speaker 2: It does not, nothing will work. Like my brain, as
- 5:24Speaker 2: soon as I try and do something, it won't allow
- 5:26Speaker 2: me to do it.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
