- 0:00Speaker 1: Welcome to another Radio Archive Hour here on the world-famous
- 0:02Speaker 1: Phil Henry Show and our Hall of Fame show. From
- 0:04Speaker 1: our website, philhenryshow.com, comes this from our syndicated days, and
- 0:09Speaker 1: this is from October 2002. Bob Green, the owner of
- 0:13Speaker 1: Fraser Foods, the manager of Fraser Foods, he kind of
- 0:16Speaker 1: worked his way up there at the grocery store. He
- 0:17Speaker 1: tries to explain why he, quote, sexually assaulted a female
- 0:20Speaker 1: employee who was an assistant manager beneath him who was
- 0:24Speaker 1: wearing a costume for Halloween just because she had a tail,
- 0:28Speaker 1: a devil's tail with the arrow on it He says,
- 0:30Speaker 1: pointing at her, you know what.
- 0:33Speaker 2: Anyway, oh, God. Anyway, here's Bob.
- 0:36Speaker 3: And so I came to the store.
- 0:40Speaker 2: And we're on the air right now, Mr.
- 0:41Speaker 3: Green. Yes, sir.
- 0:43Speaker 1: And just to tell people, Robert Green, he is the
- 0:46Speaker 1: manager of Frazier Foods in Buena Park, charged with sexual harassment.
- 0:52Speaker 3: No, the complaint was of sexual harassment. But let me explain.
- 0:57Speaker 3: My assistant manager... came to work on Monday in a costume,
- 1:02Speaker 3: as we all did, because we work all week at
- 1:05Speaker 3: the store in costume for the Halloween holiday.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I understand that.
- 1:10Speaker 3: She came dressed in what was a very provocative leather
- 1:17Speaker 3: bodysuit as a demon or as the devil. At that time,
- 1:23Speaker 3: it was my determination that she wanted it.
- 1:27Speaker 2: When you say that she wanted.
- 1:28Speaker 3: It, that she was interested in my advances.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Because of the costume?
- 1:35Speaker 3: My explanation for that, Phil, is people on Halloween wear
- 1:42Speaker 3: costumes that reflect their inner selves or the person they
- 1:47Speaker 3: would like to be. Or they wear a costume to
- 1:51Speaker 3: hide who they really are. But a woman that wears
- 1:55Speaker 3: a very tight leather costume Demon costume, I think, is
- 2:01Speaker 3: sending a very obvious sexual message.
- 2:03Speaker 1: You're the manager of a grocery store. You have a
- 2:05Speaker 1: lot of people in your employ. She's the assistant manager, correct?
- 2:09Speaker 3: Yes.
- 2:10Speaker 1: So you know that sexual harassment means in a work
- 2:15Speaker 1: environment that if you have a position of power over
- 2:18Speaker 1: a woman or a man and you can benefit from
- 2:22Speaker 1: that or they can benefit from sexually pleasuring you, then
- 2:26Speaker 1: there's a problem there, right?
- 2:29Speaker 3: I sincerely was not sexually harassing her. That's where you
- 2:35Speaker 3: have it wrong.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Well, that's not what she claims. She says that you
- 2:38Speaker 1: came up behind her and simulated sex.
- 2:42Speaker 3: No, I did not.
- 2:43Speaker 1: You did not come up behind her, grab her hips,
- 2:46Speaker 1: and begin simulating sex.
- 2:47Speaker 3: No, I did not. She was wearing a black leather
- 2:53Speaker 3: tight demon suit. She had... simulated demon horns. It was
- 2:57Speaker 3: a costume.
- 2:57Speaker 2: I understand.
- 2:58Speaker 1: Was it like a very sexy little outfit?
- 3:01Speaker 3: Yeah, it was a sexy devil outfit. Obviously, she's sending
- 3:06Speaker 3: the message that that's who she is inside. Why else
- 3:09Speaker 3: would she wear it?
- 3:11Speaker 1: I'm not disputing that people perhaps on Halloween put on
- 3:14Speaker 1: costumes that express an inner self. I'm disputing whether you
- 3:19Speaker 1: had the right to come up and simulate sex.
- 3:23Speaker 3: I did not.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Well, then you tell me what you did.
- 3:26Speaker 3: When I saw her, Phil, she came... I saw her
- 3:30Speaker 3: come into the office. And she generally will put the
- 3:34Speaker 3: check floats in there. We have a safe in the office.
- 3:37Speaker 2: Okay.
- 3:39Speaker 3: She walked into the office and she bent over. She said,
- 3:43Speaker 3: good morning, Bob, to me. She opened the safe and
- 3:46Speaker 3: was putting the check floats in. At that time, I
- 3:50Speaker 3: noticed the costume she was wearing. She had... On the
- 3:54Speaker 3: back of the costume, a red devil tail with an
- 3:59Speaker 3: arrow at the bottom of it. And at this time,
- 4:03Speaker 3: I have to inform you and your audience that the
- 4:07Speaker 3: arrow was pointing to her rectum.
- 4:11Speaker 2: All right, sir.
- 4:12Speaker 3: And that was by determination. That's what I told you.
- 4:14Speaker 2: All right, sir. We're going to stop this right here, okay?
- 4:17Speaker 3: Okay. Well, that's what I told my attorney.
- 4:21Speaker 1: And you believe that as a result of that, it
- 4:25Speaker 1: was an invitation to you?
- 4:27Speaker 3: I am putting all the pieces together for you, and
- 4:29Speaker 3: I am making it clear that on Halloween, Halloween, when
- 4:38Speaker 3: someone wears a costume, they're expressing their inner self.
- 4:41Speaker 2: And in this instance, this woman's name is.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Kay Sullivan, she's the assistant manager at Fraser Foods, she
- 4:48Speaker 1: was expressing an inner devil.
- 4:52Speaker 3: That is my determination.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Did you simulate sex with this woman?
- 4:56Speaker 3: No, I walked over to her and I said, you
- 4:59Speaker 3: know you want it, and then I kissed her.
- 5:02Speaker 1: She said that you simulated sex and that you put
- 5:05Speaker 1: your tongue, you began licking her face with your tongue
- 5:10Speaker 1: and putting it in her ear.
- 5:12Speaker 3: That is an absolute lie. That is an absolute lie.
- 5:17Speaker 2: But you did say the phrase, you know you want it.
- 5:19Speaker 3: Yeah, and I don't back away from that.
- 5:20Speaker 2: And why not?
- 5:22Speaker 3: Am I on trial here?
- 5:23Speaker 2: Well, your lawyer called us and said you wanted to
- 5:25Speaker 2: have this conversation.
- 5:26Speaker 3: I said you know you want it because a woman
- 5:31Speaker 3: that will show up in a demon costume, you know,
- 5:35Speaker 3: she's sending a message, she wants it.
- 5:38Speaker 2: 1-800-449-8686. 1-800-449-8686.
- 5:40Speaker 1: You're listening to The Phil Henry Show. With me this
- 5:45Speaker 1: evening is the manager of a grocery store in Buena Park, California,
- 5:49Speaker 1: Frazier Foods. His name is Robert Green. They're wearing Halloween
- 5:53Speaker 1: costumes all this week where they work. And one of
- 5:57Speaker 1: the employees, the assistant manager, and I assume she's directly
- 6:00Speaker 1: under you.
- 6:01Speaker 3: As the assistant manager, I'm the manager of the store.
- 6:04Speaker 3: She's the assistant manager. I'm also vice president with the company.
- 6:07Speaker 1: All right, and this woman walked in wearing a tight
- 6:10Speaker 1: devil costume, which you took to mean she is desirous
- 6:15Speaker 1: of sex with you?
- 6:16Speaker 3: Desirous of sex with me? Yes, because she works in
- 6:19Speaker 3: the same office with me. And a demon-esque costume, if
- 6:24Speaker 3: you know anything about witchcraft or sorcery, a demon-esque costume,
- 6:30Speaker 3: which is that is the female demon, means only one
- 6:34Speaker 3: thing and one thing only, and that means sodomy.
- 6:37Speaker 2: I'm not familiar with demonology, so I don't know.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Well, I can tell you, if she wasn't sending the
- 6:44Speaker 3: message of sex, why didn't she dress up like Cinderella
- 6:47Speaker 3: or Snow White?
- 6:49Speaker 2: It's also a good point. I just wanted to get the...
- 6:52Speaker 2: She says that you pushed her.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Onto the wall and simulated sex with her, ran your
- 6:58Speaker 1: tongue up and down her face.
- 6:59Speaker 3: Because she wants it, or she did want it.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Well, now she's saying that she didn't want it.
- 7:04Speaker 3: That is a lie. And this is what every American
- 7:08Speaker 3: man has to put up with. A woman come into
- 7:11Speaker 3: your office, and she's all dressed up like that, and
- 7:15Speaker 3: I'm starting to sweat looking at it. She knows she
- 7:19Speaker 3: wants it. I know she wants it. I nearly did
- 7:22Speaker 3: what she directed me to do with her tail, and
- 7:25Speaker 3: that was aimed.
- 7:26Speaker 4: At her rear.
- 7:28Speaker 1: You really believe that whole thing with the arrow of
- 7:30Speaker 1: the tail?
- 7:31Speaker 3: I think that there is some significance, Mr. Henry, as
- 7:33Speaker 3: I said earlier. to the costumes that people wear on Halloween.
- 7:37Speaker 2: All right, let me, let me, what did you wear?
- 7:39Speaker 2: What are you wearing? What costume are you wearing this week?
- 7:41Speaker 3: I'm dressed as President Reagan.
- 7:44Speaker 2: President Reagan?
- 7:45Speaker 3: Yes, because I admired the man. I thought he was
- 7:48Speaker 3: one of our great presidents.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Do you think that that is appropriate behavior for President
- 7:55Speaker 1: Reagan to be attempting to come up behind a demon?
- 7:59Speaker 3: Look, Mr. Henry, I admire President Reagan. I thought he
- 8:04Speaker 3: was the greatest of all our presidents, and I don't
- 8:07Speaker 3: think I did anything wrong. I believe she wanted it.
- 8:11Speaker 2: Even though she says now she didn't want it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: I think that there is a reason, you know, that
- 8:20Speaker 1: you acted on it this week, and not all the
- 8:24Speaker 1: other years, sir, that you had this kind of employee demonstration.
- 8:30Speaker 3: Well, I don't think I crossed the line. But this year,
- 8:33Speaker 3: Kay was wearing that devil costume with a tail that
- 8:36Speaker 3: accentuated her rear back area. And here's what I told
- 8:40Speaker 3: my attorney. Even though you may think I'm crazy, this
- 8:45Speaker 3: is the truth, and my attorney has it. I said
- 8:50Speaker 3: that tail had an arrow, and it was pointed right
- 8:52Speaker 3: at her butt.
- 8:55Speaker 2: And you believe it?
- 8:56Speaker 3: She come in in the devil costume, and I'll be
- 8:59Speaker 3: honest with you, my heart skipped a beat. And then
- 9:02Speaker 3: she said, hey, Bob, which can be taken in many
- 9:05Speaker 3: ways as she bent over to put the check floats
- 9:08Speaker 3: in the safe.
- 9:09Speaker 2: How can that be taken, hey, Bob?
- 9:11Speaker 3: Well, if you say, hi, Bob, it means hi, Bob,
- 9:13Speaker 3: or good morning, Bob. But hey, Bob is the beginning of,
- 9:18Speaker 3: I think, a sexual come on. And I'm going to
- 9:20Speaker 3: defend myself vigorously.
- 9:23Speaker 2: And that's when you simulated sex.
- 9:25Speaker 3: I did not agree. I don't agree that I simulated sex.
- 9:28Speaker 3: I did say, you know you want it, and then
- 9:30Speaker 3: I kissed her aggressively.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Robert Green is the manager of Fraser Food. You heard
- 9:36Speaker 1: the whole story. And the unusual aspect of this story,
- 9:40Speaker 1: it is a sexual harassment case, but he says a
- 9:43Speaker 1: woman wearing a tight, sexy devil costume is actually expressing
- 9:49Speaker 1: an inner person. She's really expressing who she really is.
- 9:54Speaker 1: And as a result, he said to her, quote, you
- 9:58Speaker 1: know you want it, and he kissed her end quote
- 10:01Speaker 1: she claims that he came up behind her and simulated
- 10:04Speaker 1: sex I was just as surprised by all of this
- 10:08Speaker 1: listening to this he claims that this lady provoked the
- 10:10Speaker 1: action do you think that costumes express who we really
- 10:13Speaker 1: are and if they do are they an invitation to
- 10:17Speaker 1: something that we might not do otherwise.
- 10:19Speaker 2: This is The Phil Henry Show. The world-famous Phil Henry Show.
- 10:25Speaker 3: 1-800-449-8686. The Phil Henry.
- 10:28Speaker 2: Show is back.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Robert Green, who's the manager of a grocery store. You're
- 10:33Speaker 1: in some serious trouble here, Mr.
- 10:34Speaker 2: Green.
- 10:35Speaker 1: You are being accused of sexually harassing your assistant manager
- 10:38Speaker 1: because she was.
- 10:38Speaker 2: Wearing a tight-fitting devil costume for Halloween week. You keep
- 10:44Speaker 2: using this term, she wants it.
- 10:45Speaker 1: What's the difference between that and a woman who wears
- 10:48Speaker 1: a tight dress into a bar and is raped?
- 10:51Speaker 2: And the guy said because she wore that dress, she
- 10:53Speaker 2: wanted it.
- 10:54Speaker 3: I knew you would ask me that, and my attorney
- 10:56Speaker 3: asked me that too, Phil. It's a very, very simple
- 10:58Speaker 3: way to upset that argument. This is a costume. This
- 11:04Speaker 3: is an expression of who she thinks she really is.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Okay?
- 11:08Speaker 3: And I didn't rape anybody. I said, you know you
- 11:11Speaker 3: want it, and I kissed her.
- 11:14Speaker 2: What does that mean, you know you want it, when
- 11:16Speaker 2: you say that phrase?
- 11:17Speaker 3: She knows she wants it. She knows she, when she
- 11:20Speaker 3: put in... When she got into that costume, and it's
- 11:23Speaker 3: tight all through the private area of a woman. It's
- 11:29Speaker 3: very tight. She knows she wants it.
- 11:32Speaker 2: You keep using that phrase, she wants sex, right?
- 11:35Speaker 3: I believe that she wants to have it, yeah. Good
- 11:41Speaker 3: and hard. That's the way I think.
- 11:45Speaker 4: 1-800-449-8686.
- 11:45Speaker 1: 1-800-449-8686. Better watch how you dress for Halloween, ladies. Lisa,
- 11:53Speaker 1: you're on the Phil Henry Show.
- 11:54Speaker 3: What does that mean?
- 11:55Speaker 2: Don't worry. Lisa, you're on the Phil Henry Show.
- 11:58Speaker 5: Hi, Phil.
- 12:00Speaker 6: I just have to say that this guy thinks that
- 12:05Speaker 6: Halloween is.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Have you got a radio turned up anywhere, ma'am?
- 12:08Speaker 3: No, it's off.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Okay.
- 12:09Speaker 3: I think what, ma'am?
- 12:11Speaker 6: It appears that he believes Halloween is an excuse to
- 12:14Speaker 6: sexually harass somebody.
- 12:15Speaker 3: No, I did not. Tell me I'm wrong, that when
- 12:19Speaker 3: a woman dresses up in a devil costume, she's not
- 12:21Speaker 3: expressing a side of herself that's sexy or whatever.
- 12:27Speaker 6: You know, I can absolutely tell you that you are wrong.
- 12:31Speaker 3: No, you can't.
- 12:31Speaker 6: She is just dressing up as a character for Halloween.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Why a devil? And why is it tight? Why the
- 12:37Speaker 3: high heels?
- 12:40Speaker 6: It's a costume.
- 12:41Speaker 3: Yeah, okay, she could dress up in an ugly mask,
- 12:45Speaker 3: but she's trying to look sexy.
- 12:46Speaker 6: If you think that someone looking attractive is a reason
- 12:51Speaker 6: to harass them, you're wrong.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Well, I can tell by the way you're sort of
- 12:54Speaker 3: stumbling for something to say. You understand my point.
- 12:57Speaker 2: Well, I don't know that the lady's stumbling for something
- 12:59Speaker 2: to say.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Well, actually, I'm.
- 13:02Speaker 6: Driving trick-or-treaters at the same time. The point is you
- 13:06Speaker 6: have no right to sexually harass somebody just because of
- 13:09Speaker 6: the clothing they're wearing. And if you think Halloween is
- 13:11Speaker 6: your excuse to take and push yourself off on somebody,
- 13:15Speaker 6: you're wrong.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Can I ask you a question? What did I do?
- 13:18Speaker 3: And you're with trick-or-treaters. Are you with trick-or-treaters right now? Yes.
- 13:22Speaker 3: Do you have a flashlight? Yes. Because I'm part of
- 13:25Speaker 3: my neighborhood watch. A flashlight.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Well, that's fine, sir. We'll get to that. I'm trying
- 13:29Speaker 2: to answer this lady's questions. Okay, so what were you
- 13:33Speaker 2: going to say to her?
- 13:34Speaker 3: I want to know what I did that was so
- 13:36Speaker 3: sexually harassing.
- 13:39Speaker 6: You aggressively kissed a woman in a workplace setting, and
- 13:44Speaker 6: you used her Halloween costume as an excuse?
- 13:46Speaker 3: She wanted it.
- 13:48Speaker 6: Did she tell you she wanted it?
- 13:50Speaker 3: Yes.
- 13:50Speaker 6: She said, come over here and take me now.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Well, what is she wearing that costume for is my point.
- 13:55Speaker 6: Because it's Halloween.
- 13:57Speaker 5: Grow up.
- 13:58Speaker 3: And again, she's wearing a tail... that has an arrow
- 14:01Speaker 3: at the end of it pointing to her you-know-what.
- 14:06Speaker 6: And you think that her tail pointing to her you-know-what
- 14:09Speaker 6: entitles you to press yourself all over her?
- 14:13Speaker 3: Oh, come on, ma'am. I mean, when I see an
- 14:15Speaker 3: arrow on a road sign, I go that way. She
- 14:17Speaker 3: claims I licked her eyeballs aggressively, which is an absolute slander,
- 14:22Speaker 3: and she'll get a lawsuit.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Did you lick her face?
- 14:26Speaker 3: I licked part of her face, yes.
- 14:30Speaker 6: And you think this is appropriate workplace behavior, no matter
- 14:33Speaker 6: what holiday it is or what costume she's wearing?
- 14:36Speaker 3: It seemed like she wanted it.
- 14:38Speaker 1: You keep saying that, sir. Did you lick her upper nose?
- 14:42Speaker 1: I mean, I'm looking at the complaint that this woman filed.
- 14:45Speaker 1: Licked her eyes, her face. She said that you held
- 14:48Speaker 1: onto her by her waist and licked her like a dog.
- 14:52Speaker 6: You know, Phil, even if this wasn't Halloween, that's still
- 14:57Speaker 6: not appropriate workplace behavior. You know, if she thinks she
- 15:01Speaker 6: might be interested, then he could ask her out after
- 15:04Speaker 6: work and then ask her if she's interested. You don't
- 15:07Speaker 6: maul somebody.
- 15:08Speaker 5: In the office.
- 15:08Speaker 2: What about that, sir?
- 15:10Speaker 3: All right, then why is she wearing... Let me ask you,
- 15:13Speaker 3: she could have pointed that arrow on her tail somewhere else,
- 15:15Speaker 3: but it pointed right at her, you know what?
- 15:19Speaker 6: If your mind is in the gutter, you're going to
- 15:22Speaker 6: make whatever you want to out of her costume.
- 15:24Speaker 3: All right, but I can tell you this, Mr. Henry,
- 15:27Speaker 3: and I say this to your entire audience. A woman
- 15:29Speaker 3: has a choice. She can dress up as a call
- 15:32Speaker 3: girl or she can dress up as a nurse. Interesting
- 15:35Speaker 3: that she chooses a call girl. Thank you.
- 15:38Speaker 2: No, that wasn't a call girl. That was the devil.
- 15:40Speaker 2: The devil is.
- 15:41Speaker 6: Wasn't she the devil?
- 15:43Speaker 3: She tried to point the arrow tail right into her you-know-what.
- 15:50Speaker 3: I think you've seen what.
- 15:51Speaker 6: You wanted to see because you thought you would get
- 15:53Speaker 6: away with inappropriate behavior.
- 15:54Speaker 3: Well, ma'am, I think she wanted it in her you-know-what.
- 15:56Speaker 2: All right, I've had enough of the euphemism, the double
- 15:58Speaker 2: entendres here. Thank you very much, Lisa.
- 16:02Speaker 1: The arrow was pointed to her you-know-what, so she wanted
- 16:05Speaker 1: it in her you-know-what.
- 16:06Speaker 2: You're really real.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Well, and now you're laughing at me, and I'm the
- 16:09Speaker 3: guy that's twisting in the wind on this thing.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Let's go to Tom on the Phil Henry Show.
- 16:14Speaker 3: Tom?
- 16:15Speaker 5: Good evening, Mr.
- 16:16Speaker 3: Henry.
- 16:16Speaker 5: First time I've heard the show.
- 16:17Speaker 3: I'm a driver.
- 16:18Speaker 4: I'm out here on the road.
- 16:19Speaker 5: I've got to tell you, you're the reason why some
- 16:24Speaker 5: of this sexual harassment, erroneous sexual harassment suits have been filed, Master.
- 16:29Speaker 4: You were out of line.
- 16:30Speaker 5: I don't care if she was dressed up as a
- 16:32Speaker 5: hooker and she was in a total see-through costume. You
- 16:35Speaker 5: do not approach somebody like.
- 16:36Speaker 4: That at work.
- 16:37Speaker 5: You do not carry on behavior.
- 16:39Speaker 4: You are a manager.
- 16:40Speaker 5: Why don't you answer my question?
- 16:44Speaker 3: Go ahead. How come she's wearing a costume like that
- 16:47Speaker 3: if she doesn't want it?
- 16:49Speaker 5: When she wants it. Now you're a psychologist and a
- 16:51Speaker 5: telepathic mind reader. What the hell does the costume have
- 16:54Speaker 5: to do with it? That's ridiculous, sir. I mean, absolutely ridiculous.
- 16:58Speaker 5: You're a manager of employees.
- 17:00Speaker 3: How could you.
- 17:00Speaker 5: Carry on like this?
- 17:02Speaker 3: You're a pig.
- 17:04Speaker 5: And you should be twisting in the wind.
- 17:07Speaker 3: Again, as Mr.
- 17:08Speaker 5: Henry brought up, that means that a girl that's walking
- 17:11Speaker 5: down the street in a bikini wants you to reveal
- 17:13Speaker 5: the rest of her clothes because she's secretly wanting to
- 17:15Speaker 5: be nude because she's in a bikini?
- 17:17Speaker 3: Give me a break, sir. Well, that's absurd. That's not
- 17:19Speaker 3: a costume. That happens to be a swimsuit. I'm talking
- 17:24Speaker 3: about a costume of a devil where she's tight. She
- 17:27Speaker 3: might as well have had a sign on her rear
- 17:29Speaker 3: end that said, Dirt Road Ahead.
- 17:31Speaker 5: Well, why would you engage in behavior with someone like
- 17:34Speaker 5: that at work? Why would the previous caller, you know,
- 17:36Speaker 5: why don't you just ask the girl out for coffee?
- 17:38Speaker 5: You know, it's being an adult. You don't carry on
- 17:40Speaker 5: like you're a sophomore in high school with your hormones
- 17:42Speaker 5: out of control because what you think this lady wanted.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Come on.
- 17:46Speaker 1: This is the problem that you're going to be in,
- 17:47Speaker 1: and you're going to have her attorney telling you, do.
- 17:49Speaker 2: You read this?
- 17:51Speaker 5: And he deserves to twist in the wind. He was
- 17:53Speaker 5: out of line.
- 17:53Speaker 3: He was a pig.
- 17:55Speaker 5: He was not a gentleman about this because what he thought.
- 17:58Speaker 5: You know, you don't carry on with what you think.
- 18:01Speaker 5: You act like an adult, and you ask the lady
- 18:04Speaker 5: out in a nice fashion. You ask her for coffee.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Since when do guys not stick together on this stuff anymore?
- 18:09Speaker 3: You're calling me out.
- 18:10Speaker 5: When? What are you talking about?
- 18:12Speaker 4: I am a gentleman.
- 18:13Speaker 5: I behave with people that I work with in a
- 18:15Speaker 5: professional manner. Guys don't stick together. I've been married for
- 18:18Speaker 5: 21 years, but if there was someone.
- 18:21Speaker 5: Actually, if it's just, first of all, to be friends,
- 18:23Speaker 5: and then carry him to sexual contact, I wouldn't jam
- 18:26Speaker 5: my tongue down her throat and lick her face because
- 18:29Speaker 5: of what I thought she wanted.
- 18:30Speaker 3: You sound like your wife put you on the phone.
- 18:34Speaker 1: No, I'm in a semi.
- 18:35Speaker 5: My wife's 150 miles away from me, sir.
- 18:38Speaker 3: And I am completely.
- 18:40Speaker 5: If.
- 18:40Speaker 3: You pull into Dolly's truck stop for a piece of
- 18:43Speaker 3: pie and Dolly's dressed up like a devil, you're going
- 18:45Speaker 3: to want more than a piece of pie.
- 18:46Speaker 5: I don't know what you're saying. Again, this is your telepathic,
- 18:51Speaker 5: what you think. No, sir, you are.
- 18:54Speaker 3: Out of line.
- 18:55Speaker 5: You are out of line in that stance. And I
- 18:57Speaker 5: hope you do twist in the wind.
- 18:58Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 18:59Speaker 1: He is in a big bunch of trouble. He's got
- 19:02Speaker 1: a sexual harassment suit. His assistant manager came to work
- 19:04Speaker 1: dressed in a tight devil costume. And he assumed that
- 19:07Speaker 1: a costume is an expression of what your inner persona,
- 19:10Speaker 1: your inner life is. He thought because she dressed as
- 19:13Speaker 1: a devil, she really wants sex and that she is
- 19:15Speaker 1: a devil.
- 19:20Speaker 2: And now more on the Phil Henry Show.
- 19:23Speaker 1: You think she wants it in her quote, you know what,
- 19:26Speaker 1: as you say. Why do you say that? I'm with
- 19:29Speaker 1: Robert Greene.
- 19:30Speaker 3: Because.
- 19:30Speaker 2: I'm with Robert Greene.
- 19:31Speaker 3: Wait, Robert.
- 19:32Speaker 2: I'm with Robert Greene.
- 19:34Speaker 1: He is the manager of Fraser Foods, charged with sexual
- 19:37Speaker 1: harassment by coming up and simulating sex with a lady
- 19:41Speaker 1: in a devil costume, his assistant manager.
- 19:44Speaker 2: Why do you say that?
- 19:45Speaker 3: Because we are a generation who learn by signs and symbols,
- 19:49Speaker 3: not words. Mr.
- 19:50Speaker 1: Henry.
- 19:50Speaker 3: So when I'm shown an arrow that points to something,
- 19:54Speaker 3: I will follow it, even if it goes to where
- 19:56Speaker 3: you know what or wherever.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Doesn't matter what she thinks about it.
- 20:04Speaker 3: She wanted it. She wouldn't have been in the devil
- 20:06Speaker 3: costume if she didn't want it good.
- 20:10Speaker 2: Jesus, you sound like some bar rapist. Do you know that?
- 20:13Speaker 3: Well, keep talking, pal, and my attorney will have a
- 20:16Speaker 3: subpoena for you, too.
- 20:17Speaker 2: If that's fine with me, I'd be happy to go
- 20:19Speaker 2: in front of a judge on this. John, you're on
- 20:21Speaker 2: the Phil Henry Show. Go ahead.
- 20:25Speaker 4: What is wrong with just saying derriere or something? What
- 20:29Speaker 4: is the problem with that? My first off is, what
- 20:32Speaker 4: state are you originally from?
- 20:33Speaker 3: What do you mean derriere?
- 20:36Speaker 4: No, he seems to have a problem with... Where's the
- 20:39Speaker 4: arrow pointed to?
- 20:40Speaker 3: Her you know what? What do you want me to say?
- 20:43Speaker 5: Her know what?
- 20:43Speaker 4: Well, can't you say derriere? We all know what a
- 20:45Speaker 4: derriere is.
- 20:46Speaker 3: Yeah, but it's not just a derriere. It's a specific spot.
- 20:50Speaker 4: A specific spot.
- 20:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 20:52Speaker 4: What state are you originally from?
- 20:54Speaker 3: I'm originally from North Carolina.
- 20:56Speaker 4: Oh, North Carolina. Oh, I was just wondering, because you
- 21:00Speaker 4: act like you're from some backwoods place. You've never seen
- 21:03Speaker 4: a pretty girl... a pretty young lady or a woman, and,
- 21:09Speaker 4: you know, have you had the hots for her.
- 21:11Speaker 2: For a while?
- 21:13Speaker 3: I think she's attractive, but she's never invited me to
- 21:18Speaker 3: express how I feel.
- 21:20Speaker 4: Well, then what gives you that right to express on
- 21:22Speaker 4: how you feel while she's dressed up for Halloween?
- 21:26Speaker 3: I believe that the devil costume was a message she
- 21:28Speaker 3: was sending to me, that she, inside, is hot and
- 21:32Speaker 3: ready to go for broke.
- 21:35Speaker 4: You're wrong. You're wrong. That's very wrong.
- 21:38Speaker 3: There's... When I got out of Atascadero, the counselor there
- 21:42Speaker 3: told me to express my feelings. No, it.
- 21:47Speaker 2: You need to turn your radio down.
- 21:49Speaker 4: That was the wrong thing to do.
- 21:51Speaker 2: John, turn your radio down. Turn your radio down, John.
- 21:53Speaker 3: Oh, I'm sorry.
- 21:53Speaker 4: Let me turn it off here.
- 21:54Speaker 3: No, but the counselor at Atascadero said, you know.
- 22:01Speaker 4: Well, let me ask you this. Come Easter, if she
- 22:04Speaker 4: dresses up like a bunny rabbit and has a big
- 22:06Speaker 4: old white puffy tail on there, does that give you
- 22:10Speaker 4: the authority to do what she had just done? What
- 22:14Speaker 4: does that tell you?
- 22:15Speaker 3: Well, I mean, isn't that inviting me to look at
- 22:17Speaker 3: her thing?
- 22:19Speaker 4: What do you mean?
- 22:20Speaker 2: You know, I've got to ask you something, Bob.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Were you caught in the men's bathroom ten minutes after
- 22:26Speaker 1: this encounter?
- 22:30Speaker 3: I was, somebody, when you say caught, what do you mean?
- 22:32Speaker 1: You were found in the men's bathroom ten minutes after
- 22:35Speaker 1: this encounter with this.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Lady, weren't you?
- 22:36Speaker 3: Yes.
- 22:37Speaker 2: What were you doing?
- 22:39Speaker 3: None of your business. Wow.
- 22:44Speaker 2: None of my business, huh?
- 22:46Speaker 4: I don't even want to know. That's a little bit
- 22:48Speaker 4: too much for me.
- 22:50Speaker 3: When I got out of Atascadero.
- 22:52Speaker 1: And when you say you got out of Atascadero, Atascadero
- 22:54Speaker 1: is a state criminal mental hospital in California.
- 22:58Speaker 2: What were you in there for?
- 23:00Speaker 3: I'm a registered sex offender with the state of California's
- 23:02Speaker 3: attorney general office.
- 23:04Speaker 4: Well, there's your answer.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Wait a second. Wait a second. You can't tie this
- 23:08Speaker 3: in with that. Well, why not? How can you tie this?
- 23:12Speaker 2: What do you mean we can't tie this in with that?
- 23:16Speaker 1: You're a registered sex offender, and you're licking some woman
- 23:20Speaker 1: because she wants it.
- 23:21Speaker 4: No doubt.
- 23:22Speaker 3: You said she's got a bunny rabbit tail. If the
- 23:25Speaker 3: tail lifts slightly above her, you know what? That means
- 23:28Speaker 3: she wants a carrot there.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Okay, um, John.
- 23:32Speaker 4: Something's wrong here. This gentleman needs some help.
- 23:35Speaker 3: What did I do wrong?
- 23:37Speaker 2: I think you need to go back and talk to somebody.
- 23:39Speaker 2: You may need medication.
- 23:41Speaker 3: Oh, because I'm attracted to women? Boy, you guys.
- 23:45Speaker 4: There's not a problem being attracted to women, but the
- 23:47Speaker 4: last caller that was on there, you know, why can't
- 23:49Speaker 4: you do it the right way? Be a gentleman and ask.
- 23:52Speaker 4: You know, I asked him out for a cup of
- 23:54Speaker 4: coffee or a drink.
- 23:55Speaker 3: She was tempting me just like the devil does.
- 23:58Speaker 4: Well, I think the devil's attempted you.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Yeah, and I think that you need to go back
- 24:04Speaker 1: and talk to that counselor.
- 24:05Speaker 3: I'll never go back to Matascadero, never.
- 24:07Speaker 1: No, I'm not saying you have to go back inside.
- 24:09Speaker 1: Just talk to somebody on the outside about this.
- 24:13Speaker 3: Well, anyhow... I was known, they had me in the
- 24:17Speaker 3: San Marino paper as the Lady Liquor of San Marino. Hello? Hello?
- 24:24Speaker 4: Are you still there?
- 24:25Speaker 2: Yeah, John, I'll see you later, man. I'm going to
- 24:26Speaker 2: let you go, okay?
- 24:27Speaker 4: Okay.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Thanks very much. The Lady Liquor of San Marino, huh?
- 24:33Speaker 4: Well, sure.
- 24:36Speaker 2: Let me ask you something, man.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Am I supposed to go into your grocery store with
- 24:39Speaker 1: my wife and daughter and buy stuff?
- 24:42Speaker 3: Well, yeah. We have, in fact, a special on pork
- 24:44Speaker 3: chops right now, $ 6. 99 a pound. The other thing they
- 24:49Speaker 3: called me was the last liquor.
- 24:50Speaker 2: Hi, pal. Have a good life.
- 24:54Speaker 3: So you agree with me?
- 24:55Speaker 2: No, no, I don't agree with you. I don't agree
- 24:57Speaker 2: with you at all.
- 24:58Speaker 1: I just think that this attorney is going to eat
- 25:01Speaker 1: you up and spit you out on a sexual harassment case,
- 25:03Speaker 1: and if you still have that job managing that grocery
- 25:05Speaker 1: store next week or next month or next.
- 25:07Speaker 2: Year, I will be very, very surprised.
- 25:11Speaker 3: So what are you getting at?
