- 0:00Hello, good morning.
- 0:01Welcome.
- 0:02I'm Samuel Trapp.
- 0:03This is International Flavor.
- 0:06You are listening to Damn Radio.
- 0:10Damn it.
- 0:10Here you are.
- 0:12I'm coming to you live from the Lake
- 0:14Ozark Real Estate of the Art Studio.
- 0:16You can feel free to call in and
- 0:18comment on any of the BS I sling
- 0:21your way, 573-746-8020.
- 0:25You can always go back and listen to
- 0:28past episodes of any show on Damn Radio
- 0:32by going to damnradio.com forward slash podcast.
- 0:35You can check out the schedule by going
- 0:38to damnradio.com forward slash.
- 0:40Let's put a guess in there.
- 0:41What do you think it'll be?
- 0:43Schedule forward slash schedule.
- 0:46And that would be our schedule of people
- 0:48today.
- 0:49I believe all day long.
- 0:53It's Wednesday, which means this happens to be
- 0:56the greatest day in radio.
- 0:59And so I think that I get to
- 1:05start off the greatest day in radio.
- 1:07We got, I don't remember, four or five,
- 1:09six shows going on today with people that
- 1:11are intelligent, that are engaging, that are awaiting
- 1:14your calls at 573-746-8020 or not,
- 1:19depending on if they wish to talk to
- 1:20you or not.
- 1:21I half the time don't answer.
- 1:26Depends on what I'm talking about.
- 1:28If I want to finish my thought, I
- 1:29leave it sit.
- 1:30And then by the time I get done,
- 1:32I forget to pick it up.
- 1:32But anyway, sometimes people, sometimes I don't even
- 1:35see the little thing blinking that shows up
- 1:38and says, you got a call.
- 1:39But a lot of times I just ignore
- 1:40it.
- 1:41Anyway, I've got a lot of news today.
- 1:43There's some issues that occurred.
- 1:45I think I want to spend the first
- 1:46segment of today's show talking about something that
- 1:51is going on in the state of Missouri
- 1:54that I don't know that people are paying
- 1:57enough attention to.
- 1:59I've had several meetings on this topic through
- 2:03Civic Outlaws, which you can go see at
- 2:07CivicOutlaws.com.
- 2:09I've written many articles about it, which are
- 2:12also available at CivicOutlaws.com.
- 2:15If you need to see them, if you're
- 2:17interested in any more, Samuel T.
- 2:20at CivicOutlaws.com.
- 2:22Now, from my radio program here at Samuel
- 2:25T.
- 2:25at CivicOutlaws.com, for my wonderful Modern Law
- 2:31Ecosystem, you can get ahold of me at
- 2:36Samuel T.
- 2:37at what?
- 2:39ModernLawEcosystem.com.
- 2:42And I think I bought, in fact, I'm
- 2:4399% certain that I already bought it,
- 2:46the Modern Law Eco.
- 2:48And so it's just ModernLawEco.com.
- 2:51But I have to route that the right
- 2:54way.
- 2:54So don't send anything to that yet.
- 2:56But I'm trying to shorten that rather lengthy
- 3:00email for a little bit.
- 3:02So I think it's key, though, to start
- 3:05the communications.
- 3:06We are working on a project, because we
- 3:09started also.
- 3:11So what do you call it?
- 3:13Civic Outlaws is a 501C3 organization.
- 3:17And we do charitable work.
- 3:19And what I do is I write articles.
- 3:22We've had a little bit of personnel shake
- 3:24up in it with a guy who wanted
- 3:25to join with us.
- 3:26And then he departed us.
- 3:28And so we're looking for another board member.
- 3:31We do need a board member.
- 3:33It doesn't cost you anything.
- 3:34You don't get paid anything.
- 3:36But you do get to be a board
- 3:37member.
- 3:38And we're looking for somebody connected with the
- 3:42community to help us grow Civic Outlaws.
- 3:45And we need another one for an organization.
- 3:47I think we have several interested candidates in
- 3:51that one that I already know about.
- 3:53They have to be in a particular industry
- 3:55that we're looking for, which is convenience store
- 4:00owners.
- 4:03What do you call it?
- 4:05Bar owners, people with liquor licenses, or people
- 4:09with a business license connected to, in some
- 4:13ways, these issues that we talk about.
- 4:17So the ATC, Alcohol Tobacco Control, is in
- 4:22a serious overreach mode.
- 4:23And they have been for a very long
- 4:25time, at least since 2019, when they found
- 4:30these new statutes they get to put together.
- 4:33And they aren't providing the documents to me.
- 4:36So I'm still working on the pathway to
- 4:39force them to do it.
- 4:40And we have a lawsuit going on in
- 4:42Cole County, Missouri, right now.
- 4:45And that lawsuit is, we're probably going to
- 4:49have our association join it.
- 4:52What we're trying to do is fight back.
- 4:56These people, and by these people, I mean
- 5:01two in particular, but it isn't just them.
- 5:04It is the entire state of Missouri and
- 5:07how it's run.
- 5:08And these issues do, they do not, how
- 5:11do I want to put this?
- 5:15They don't honor the tradition of live and
- 5:20let live, let people do what they're going
- 5:23to do, what I call liberty.
- 5:26And why don't you pick up John Locke
- 5:29on liberty and read that?
- 5:32Now, I haven't read it in 100 years,
- 5:33but I did read it in college.
- 5:36But my favorite, if any of you ever
- 5:38listened to me on economics and on things
- 5:40like that, is actually Machiavelli, his Prince book.
- 5:46It's really short.
- 5:47It's not that long.
- 5:48It's only, I don't know, take you an
- 5:49hour or two to read it.
- 5:51It's not that long.
- 5:52And one of the key thoughts in there
- 5:55with the old Machiavelli is his thought on
- 5:59liberty.
- 6:00And there are several books on liberty and
- 6:04what you think about it, but liberty, even
- 6:07liberty is subject to your own interpretation, okay?
- 6:13And the way that it was put out
- 6:15in this book to me that I remember
- 6:17for my whole life, I'm an old man
- 6:19now, and I don't have any trouble with
- 6:21that.
- 6:21I'm kind of having fun doing it.
- 6:23But, and I don't feel old.
- 6:25I still feel the same old way that
- 6:27I always felt.
- 6:28I think I look pretty much the same.
- 6:29I don't know.
- 6:30Maybe I don't.
- 6:32But, but at the same time, I still
- 6:34think the same way about liberty.
- 6:36What I believe, and this is what, this
- 6:38is the Samism here for you.
- 6:40What I believe about liberty in theory is
- 6:43this.
- 6:44I don't mess with your life.
- 6:49You don't screw with mine.
- 6:51I mean, wouldn't, I mean, how, there are
- 6:53things I enjoy in life.
- 6:55You know, my focus on travel, I've been
- 6:57to 57 countries.
- 6:59I love Russia, okay?
- 7:01I love going to Russia.
- 7:03I love talking about Russia.
- 7:05I would like to, I've been to every
- 7:07state in the United States.
- 7:08I'd like to go over to Russia and
- 7:10go to every single oblast region.
- 7:13I'd like to go to all the oblasts
- 7:15and get to all of their spaces.
- 7:17I've been to Georgia, the country Georgia, down
- 7:21there.
- 7:21That was beautiful.
- 7:22Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan.
- 7:24Those are beautiful, beautiful countries.
- 7:27And you can go in there and travel.
- 7:29And there, the Silk Road goes right through
- 7:32the middle of Uzbekistan.
- 7:35And you got fantastic cities over there where
- 7:39the world, what do they call it?
- 7:41UNICEF, UNICEF, how many UNICEF sites are over
- 7:45there?
- 7:45Where they build these, they rebuild these mosques
- 7:48from the third century BC, for God's sake.
- 7:54Liberty, for me, includes the ability to travel
- 7:58anywhere I want to travel, okay?
- 8:02I want to see these things.
- 8:04I had ideas to see these things when
- 8:06I was a kid.
- 8:07I had these things when I saw them
- 8:09when I was reading On Liberty by John
- 8:12Locke and certainly The Machiavelli's The Prince.
- 8:14And liberty, they say, is the following.
- 8:17You know, your ability to, in various degrees,
- 8:22I'm not quoting, I don't have the book
- 8:23in front of me, but this is the
- 8:26thoughts on liberty.
- 8:28If you want to be an idiot and
- 8:30wander down the street, swinging your arms in
- 8:33every sort of direction, God love you for
- 8:36it, okay?
- 8:37I like watching a guy like that.
- 8:39It's like, what in the hell is that
- 8:40guy doing, you know?
- 8:42But you can watch him walk down the
- 8:44street.
- 8:45And so, you know what?
- 8:46It's even more fun if you have two
- 8:47or three of those guys walking down the
- 8:49street.
- 8:50Liberty should only be limited for them to
- 8:53do their thing when they collide with the
- 8:56other guy walking down the street swinging his
- 8:59arms in his own fashion, right?
- 9:01I should be able to do anything I
- 9:03want.
- 9:03Now, within reason, okay?
- 9:05There has to be societal reasons.
- 9:08And that's the nature of these books when
- 9:10you read it.
- 9:10And people were thinking about this stuff 2
- 9:13,000, 4,000 years ago.
- 9:17They were thinking about liberty and people telling
- 9:19you what to do.
- 9:20And you had to live in European communities
- 9:22around those, you know, around the, what do
- 9:25you call it?
- 9:25The Renaissance time periods.
- 9:29You had to live under the authority of
- 9:31lords and dukes and kings and I'm the
- 9:36Earl of blah, blah, blah.
- 9:37And you had to live subject to these
- 9:39guys.
- 9:40You know, they provided in exchange for their
- 9:43protection, the biggest mafia ring on the planet,
- 9:47the mafia will provide the family, will provide
- 9:50you protection.
- 9:51But by the way, we get all the
- 9:53produce you're cooking and you live over there
- 9:56and, you know, if I wish to take
- 9:58the right of the dukes, which occurred in
- 10:01some of these countries, I get to sleep
- 10:03with your bride on the night you marry
- 10:05her, not you.
- 10:07Because we want nice, smart people to show
- 10:09up and not those common riffraff like you.
- 10:11These are things where liberty has developed over
- 10:13the years, hasn't it?
- 10:14And so those people, liberty was a bit
- 10:18constricted, right?
- 10:20And so they ran to America.
- 10:22America, you know, over those time periods, you
- 10:25know, we don't want to be subject to
- 10:26these kind of morons.
- 10:27We don't want to be subject to a
- 10:29government or a duke or a prince or
- 10:31an Earl or some kind of other emperor
- 10:33or dictator telling us what to do, right?
- 10:37So liberty means I want to go, but
- 10:40there's got to be limits.
- 10:41We ought to have some societal norm to
- 10:43that on top of that.
- 10:45US was supposed to provide that, okay?
- 10:48US, I mean, here we are in the
- 10:49US, but guess what we have?
- 10:51And states are supposed to provide it and
- 10:53they provide a different level of society awareness
- 10:56and societal duties than does the country of
- 10:59the United States.
- 11:00The United States, it's a freaking mess.
- 11:02You know, we're in debt to our nuts.
- 11:06We can't, we can't, we can't, I mean,
- 11:08hell, each of us could give up our
- 11:10firstborn children and still not pay the debt,
- 11:12right?
- 11:13You know, to the idiots that are running
- 11:15the show now.
- 11:17And that translates down to the, that's on
- 11:22the national level.
- 11:23You know, we have great things in this
- 11:25country, but we got a bunch of morons
- 11:26in charge of it as well, which is
- 11:28one of the things that happens in any
- 11:30governmental system.
- 11:31Y'all go through there.
- 11:32I read a book not long ago that
- 11:35talked about the collapse, the impending doom.
- 11:39And I'm not so big on the doomsday
- 11:41books and I'm not a big doomsday sayer,
- 11:44but just because you don't believe it doesn't
- 11:46mean it's not coming.
- 11:48You know, just because you're not crazy doesn't
- 11:51mean they're not out to get you.
- 11:53Okay.
- 11:53And you know, just because you're not paranoid
- 11:56doesn't mean people aren't hanging around the corner
- 11:59waiting to pluck you off because they are.
- 12:02And it's a, it's a crazy old world.
- 12:05And some of this is going on right
- 12:08here in Missouri.
- 12:10Okay.
- 12:10We've got several actions.
- 12:14I've read them to you before on Friday
- 12:16mornings on my civic outlaws program this Friday,
- 12:19uh, 7 a.m. To eight 30.
- 12:21We'll be having civic outlaws and we'll be
- 12:23going over.
- 12:24Hopefully an article that I'm trying to finish
- 12:26up this afternoon that I will have for
- 12:29you on gaming on Catherine Hannaway and her,
- 12:32her, her activities.
- 12:34We got to follow up on that, which
- 12:36I started several weeks ago, but it's been
- 12:38a busy few weeks.
- 12:40Uh, tomorrow probably will not be a show
- 12:43on international flavor unless I get a chance
- 12:46to record it tonight.
- 12:47It'll be prerecorded because tomorrow I'm a busy
- 12:50little beaver and I have got to go
- 12:53on a, uh, a day trip somewhere very
- 12:57early in, uh, or rather not talk about
- 12:59it on the show, but there will be
- 13:00no show unless it's prerecorded, but I'll announce
- 13:04that if I, uh, uh, have a show
- 13:06tomorrow, I'll say this is prerecorded.
- 13:08So you can't call in and you don't
- 13:09need to worry about calling in.
- 13:10So, uh, my attack over the next few
- 13:13days, and I've done a lot of research
- 13:15on this for, for Molag.
- 13:17If you go out to Missouri licensing advocacy
- 13:20group, molag.org, uh, you can check out
- 13:25the activities, uh, civic outlaws is an educational
- 13:30and, uh, charitable organization.
- 13:32We want your money.
- 13:33We want your input.
- 13:34We want you to come and join us
- 13:36in creating this type of information for people.
- 13:39That's what we wish.
- 13:40If you want to find out more about
- 13:42it, or you have specific questions, or you
- 13:44want to sit down and see whether your
- 13:45organization can connect with ours in a certain
- 13:48way, then you send an email to me
- 13:51at Samuel T at civic outlaws.com.
- 13:55And, uh, I also have the, uh, like
- 13:58I told you just a few minutes ago,
- 14:00modern ecosystem.com Samuel T Samuel T at
- 14:02international flavor.com is also an email for
- 14:06the radio program you're listening to right now.
- 14:09So civic outlaws and Molag are partnering and
- 14:13going through and we provide research.
- 14:17We provide legal strategy to, uh, uh, Molag,
- 14:24and Molag is a 501c6, uh, civic outlaws
- 14:28501c3, Molag 501c6.
- 14:31And what does that give us?
- 14:32What's the differentiation?
- 14:34It's still a charitable organization.
- 14:35We're pushing people to join us, people that
- 14:38hold licensing because licensing has turning into a
- 14:42serious, serious conflict in the state of Missouri.
- 14:47A lot of you might know the story
- 14:48about me and going through.
- 14:50It's pretty funny because I was meeting with
- 14:52a, uh, uh, uh, potential client the other
- 14:54day talking to some, uh, somebody about one
- 14:58of the, one of the projects that we're
- 14:59doing.
- 15:00And, um, the book that I wrote to
- 15:02the United States Supreme court, okay.
- 15:05It costs you 10,000 bucks to write
- 15:06a book, uh, that has to be in
- 15:08certain little type.
- 15:09It's a little paperback book.
- 15:11This is one of the bullshit things of
- 15:12practicing law that a lot of lawyers don't
- 15:14even know because guess what?
- 15:16You don't go to the Supreme court all
- 15:18that often of the United States.
- 15:19Most of it's because nobody wants to spend
- 15:21any, spend the money, the time or the
- 15:23effort to have the United States Supreme court,
- 15:25which also doesn't do anything.
- 15:27They sit up there and they pick cases
- 15:29and they pick out, uh, less than 6
- 15:32% of the cases presented to them per
- 15:36year.
- 15:36So you know that even when you file
- 15:38your suit, the only ones that are going
- 15:40to get listened to are the Donald Trump
- 15:42cases are the big time political cases.
- 15:45It all listen to anything else or obscure
- 15:48rulings that they need to come up with.
- 15:50But they, they're the 90, 94%.
- 15:53They just ignore.
- 15:56They just write.
- 15:57Nope.
- 15:58One word.
- 15:59Nope.
- 16:00We ain't listening.
- 16:01We're, we're, we're not interested basically.
- 16:04Okay.
- 16:04And uh, so you're real, you're real if
- 16:08you get justice on this planet, which I
- 16:10did not.
- 16:11But if you get justice, the alleged justice
- 16:14is coming from three dudes on the appellate
- 16:17court of the level where you are and
- 16:19us here in Missouri, we're on the eighth
- 16:21circuit.
- 16:21Okay.
- 16:22And I'm, I'm, I'm telling you this for
- 16:24a reason because I talked to you about
- 16:26judge Ross in the Eastern district of Missouri
- 16:29and the ruling that he made on the
- 16:31machines called, uh, torch machines, which is nuts
- 16:35cause they're not torch machines.
- 16:37Well, but the only ruling he applied is
- 16:39torch machines.
- 16:41Okay.
- 16:42He applied these torch, uh, and torch is
- 16:45a company.
- 16:46Torch is a company that makes huge money.
- 16:49And I believe that this is me.
- 16:51Now this is a theory.
- 16:52It just seems to me, this is a,
- 16:53this is a Sam believes this is probably
- 16:55happening, but you know, Sam could be wrong.
- 16:58It's possible, right?
- 16:59Possible that Sam is wrong.
- 17:01Yeah, of course it's possible.
- 17:04Doesn't mean I am, but doesn't mean I
- 17:06am just because you're wrong.
- 17:07Doesn't mean, uh, uh, um, well forget that
- 17:10part.
- 17:11I'm not going to say anything rude right
- 17:13now.
- 17:14I'll try not to.
- 17:14But the fact is, is that this ruling
- 17:18by this judge Ross, which started with, and
- 17:22this is very creative, very creative use of
- 17:27this by the U S attorney's office, by
- 17:30Catherine Hanroy, by anybody that's interested in creating
- 17:33a name for themselves to become the next
- 17:38governor, perhaps to, uh, uh, to tell the
- 17:42people of the way things ought to be
- 17:44to politicize it a particular way to push
- 17:48people in the direction where it wants to
- 17:50go.
- 17:50What did we start this conversation with?
- 17:52Liberty, right?
- 17:54Liberty.
- 17:54Liberty is your ability to do the things
- 17:57that you want to do.
- 17:58If you like to sit at home all
- 18:01day, all day long, 24 seven and play
- 18:06video games on your, uh, I don't know
- 18:09your, we station, your PlayStation, whatever they're doing
- 18:12these days, uh, computer games of some sort.
- 18:15And that's what you like.
- 18:18Well, God love you for it.
- 18:19Swing your arms while walking down the street
- 18:21and God love you for it.
- 18:22If you like to ride your bicycle like
- 18:25I do, and you can just get on
- 18:26your bicycle and you feel if I can
- 18:28ride, if there was a place to ride
- 18:30at the Lake, there really isn't.
- 18:31It's a death wish here.
- 18:32Death wish.
- 18:33I have to go somewhere to find a
- 18:35path that you're not going to get murdered
- 18:37on your bicycle.
- 18:39And so that's a, that's a story for
- 18:42a different day, but that's Liberty.
- 18:44It's you can go do what you want.
- 18:45And if you wish to walk down to
- 18:48your convenience store and inside there happened to
- 18:52be some gaming, uh, if you want to
- 18:55call it gaming, there happened to be things
- 18:58that you can put money into and play
- 19:00games just like a video game.
- 19:02Now, nobody would be bitching.
- 19:04Catherine Hannaway wouldn't be complaining at all.
- 19:07If there were 10 Pac-Man games and
- 19:10they had arcade style games and Sam wandered
- 19:14down to the convenience store where there's alcohol
- 19:18being sold and played Pac-Man all day
- 19:23long.
- 19:24Nobody would say a thing.
- 19:28And by the way, I do believe there's
- 19:30a tax on that money that comes in
- 19:32the state of Missouri, make some money off
- 19:34of Pac-Man.
- 19:35They make some money off of whatever.
- 19:37And also nobody's ever going to bitch.
- 19:40If you go to the casino, you get
- 19:42in your car, you drive to Kansas city
- 19:45or St. Louis.
- 19:46Uh, most people don't stop in Booneville these
- 19:49days and go to a casino and sit
- 19:53there all day long and put in $500
- 19:57worth of freaking quarters into a machine that
- 20:03may or may not pay you some money.
- 20:08Okay.
- 20:08So in between, and by the way, if
- 20:10there's a foosball table at the, at the
- 20:13convenience store and you and your buddy, go
- 20:15down and play foosball all day or a
- 20:18gaming center or an arcade or an Elks
- 20:21Lodge or a charitable organization that has them
- 20:26in the basement or the back room, nobody
- 20:28is going to complain.
- 20:31Okay.
- 20:32But now is where the picking and choosing
- 20:35gets interesting, right?
- 20:36Because Catherine Hannaway and, uh, Kristen Templeton and
- 20:43company at the alcohol tobacco control and at
- 20:46the attorney general's office are deciding for you
- 20:50between those two things.
- 20:53Okay.
- 20:54Between those two, you can't go to the
- 20:56casino cause I don't know your car.
- 21:00Uh, you don't drive it more than 10
- 21:02miles because it's on its last legs and
- 21:05by God, you're not ready to go buy
- 21:07a new one.
- 21:07So you're not going to the casino and
- 21:10you don't like playing Pac-Man.
- 21:12So you're not going to go down to
- 21:13play Pac-Man or Gallagher or whatever the
- 21:15hell they're playing these days.
- 21:17And they got some pretty cool ones.
- 21:19Uh, you know, these video games that you
- 21:21play and you'd rather not play a game
- 21:24on your computer or gamble on your computer,
- 21:28uh, with sports books, which you can do
- 21:31in the state of Missouri.
- 21:32You'd rather not sports book.
- 21:34And you want the opportunity.
- 21:37You know, it's fun for you to sometimes
- 21:39play and make some money gambling, not gambling,
- 21:42whatever.
- 21:42I don't care to me.
- 21:44It doesn't make any difference.
- 21:46And to the planet, it doesn't make a
- 21:49lick of difference.
- 21:50But right now to the people that wish
- 21:54to impede your Liberty, Catherine Hannaway, Kristen Templeton
- 22:00and company, they create rules literally to screw
- 22:05with people and destroy their lives financially, financial
- 22:11lives, many financial lives.
- 22:13You start at the beginning where people have
- 22:15been doing this.
- 22:16And this is the fault of the state
- 22:18of Missouri, of your legislature, of your administrative
- 22:23tyrants, like a Hannaway and a Templeton.
- 22:28These tyrants wish to tell you what to
- 22:31do, whether you're a business owner, whether you're
- 22:33an Elks Lodge guy, whether you're, I don't
- 22:36know what, whether you're, they don't want to
- 22:38tell you what to do anymore because the
- 22:39legislature finally pulled their heads out of their
- 22:41asses and did something about gambling online, just
- 22:44like they did about the marijuana.
- 22:46I don't like marijuana.
- 22:48This is, here's a perfect example.
- 22:50I don't like it.
- 22:51Don't use it.
- 22:52Not interested.
- 22:53Don't really want to see my kids use
- 22:55it.
- 22:55Don't want to see any grandkids use it.
- 22:57I frankly am against marijuana.
- 23:00Me.
- 23:01Okay.
- 23:01But the law says people can smoke that
- 23:04crap if they want to.
- 23:06Okay.
- 23:06And more power to you.
- 23:07And I listened to the arguments.
- 23:09I don't care.
- 23:09I had my own brother tell me a
- 23:11few days ago that this, uh, uh, that
- 23:14he is trying, and by the way, his
- 23:16views are very similar to mine where he
- 23:18says, I'm not, uh, you know, I don't
- 23:20like that thing.
- 23:20Nobody likes that thing.
- 23:21It's a gateway drug, body, body bar, all
- 23:24the crap we've heard for ages.
- 23:25I still am of the opinion that I'm
- 23:28not going to start using a drug like
- 23:30that because I wouldn't finish.
- 23:33I know my personality.
- 23:35I know the way I am.
- 23:36I would keep up and I would do
- 23:38it the best of anybody ever.
- 23:41I'd be very, very good at it.
- 23:43So I won't even start.
- 23:45And I don't drink that much anymore because
- 23:46I got too damn good at it.
- 23:48And it costs me things in my life
- 23:49that I wish it hadn't.
- 23:51So I don't drink much anymore.
- 23:53Very rarely.
- 23:54I don't, I don't, you know, and if
- 23:55I do, it's one or two, it's not,
- 23:58you know, the, the, the life of the
- 23:59party chasing the white women.
- 24:01That wasn't me.
- 24:01Well, any women, but, but it, uh, it,
- 24:04it doesn't, I don't do that anymore because
- 24:07I got too freaking good at it.
- 24:09Right.
- 24:09But that was my Liberty.
- 24:10Those are my choices.
- 24:11And you're supposed to go through life, making
- 24:14your own choices, not having Catherine Hannaway, not
- 24:18having a Kristen Templeton, who, by the way,
- 24:21I have an interesting story about her to
- 24:23go through because she is only the acting
- 24:26director.
- 24:26And how long do you got to be
- 24:27the acting director?
- 24:28You want to talk about a government that
- 24:30doesn't do anything.
- 24:31Talk about this talk.
- 24:33And this, I should do an entire segment
- 24:35on because this is nonsense.
- 24:37This lady is creating policy for the state
- 24:41of Missouri and she's unelected.
- 24:43She hasn't even properly been appointed.
- 24:45All she's doing is filling a seat and
- 24:49nobody has done what they're supposed to do.
- 24:51DPS.
- 24:52What the hell is that guy's name?
- 24:53Department of public safety.
- 24:54James, Mark James, I believe is his name.
- 24:57He hasn't done what he's supposed to do.
- 24:58Guess what he's supposed to do.
- 24:59He's supposed to recommend the supervisor of tobacco
- 25:02control to the governor.
- 25:05He says who that is.
- 25:07Here are the candidates.
- 25:08Here's a candidate.
- 25:09Here's the person we'd like to see in
- 25:10there because he's her boss.
- 25:12Okay.
- 25:13Mark James is the boss of the ATC
- 25:16chief, ATC supervisor.
- 25:19And that is Kristen Templeton.
- 25:20And she is unappointed, unelected.
- 25:23She is just holding a position.
- 25:24They have her listed down as a couple
- 25:26of positions.
- 25:26This was chief of enforcement or something.
- 25:29And then the second one is she's the
- 25:31acting supervisor.
- 25:32Everything she signs is acting supervisor.
- 25:34Well, actually, there's some confusion on that because
- 25:37sometimes she signs it acting.
- 25:38Sometimes she signs it for real, right?
- 25:40Who knows?
- 25:41I don't even have that down to a
- 25:44science yet.
- 25:45They're making it up as they go along.
- 25:47And certainly she is.
- 25:48So you put this in perspective.
- 25:51There's supposed to be a process that doesn't
- 25:55impede my liberty to go to a convenience
- 25:58store and play a game that might pay
- 26:01me some benefit.
- 26:03Might be gambling.
- 26:04Might not be gambling.
- 26:05I don't even know how the damn machines
- 26:07work.
- 26:07All I know is that a judge named
- 26:10Judge Ross in Eastern District of Missouri ruled
- 26:13that certain torch machines were not legal in
- 26:19the state of Missouri.
- 26:19His ruling, his declaratory relief, which, by the
- 26:22way, he claimed he wasn't going to do.
- 26:26He wasn't going to.
- 26:26Why am I yelling?
- 26:28I don't know.
- 26:28He wasn't going to do that.
- 26:30He wasn't going to put he wasn't going
- 26:32to make a decision on declaratory relief on
- 26:35that issue.
- 26:35Why?
- 26:36Because the state of Missouri should do that,
- 26:39he said.
- 26:40But he also said, well, there are a
- 26:42bunch of lazy bastards and they haven't done
- 26:44it yet because Torch gave him the opportunity
- 26:47in twenty nineteen in Cole County Circuit Court.
- 26:50I don't remember the judge might have been
- 26:51Judge Green.
- 26:52Don't remember.
- 26:53And and I like Dan Green.
- 26:54He's been up there a while and he's
- 26:55a good dude.
- 26:56And, you know, we used to do some
- 26:58running around way back in the day and
- 26:59he was a lot of fun.
- 27:00And now he's nothing crazy, you know, good,
- 27:04good dude.
- 27:06And and he his his ruling, I think,
- 27:08and I could be mistaken and that might
- 27:10have been somebody else, but I'm pretty sure
- 27:11it was Mr. Judge Green.
- 27:13And they they appealed that ruling to the
- 27:18Western District of Missouri and nobody did anything
- 27:20about it.
- 27:20Nobody appointed it.
- 27:22Why is that?
- 27:24Because Torch at the time didn't have proper
- 27:28standing.
- 27:29Standing means you don't have anything really to
- 27:31lose right now.
- 27:32Right now, you don't have anything to lose
- 27:34and there's no real controversy.
- 27:36So it's not even a real controversy yet.
- 27:39You're asking us to give an opinion on
- 27:42a case that we can't know all the
- 27:45facts of because there's no case.
- 27:49All you're doing is saying, well, what if
- 27:51Sam was walking down the street swinging his
- 27:54arms and I was over the street swinging
- 27:56my arms and Sam's arms ran into my
- 27:58arms?
- 27:58What are we going to do?
- 27:59Well, we don't know because it hasn't happened
- 28:01yet.
- 28:02That is what it means to not have
- 28:04standing.
- 28:05You don't know because it hasn't happened yet.
- 28:08You can't go walking down the street.
- 28:09Well, you can.
- 28:10You can go walking down the street swinging
- 28:11your arms and I can go walking down
- 28:12the street swinging my arms.
- 28:14Both of those are legal things.
- 28:15But when we run into each other, you
- 28:17go, man, you got your peanut butter in
- 28:21my chocolate.
- 28:22And I go, no, you got your chocolate
- 28:23on my peanut butter.
- 28:24This is crap.
- 28:25And then, you know, I don't want your
- 28:27chocolate.
- 28:28I just want my peanut butter.
- 28:29And some third guy comes up and grabs
- 28:31your your mix and goes, man, this tastes
- 28:33great.
- 28:34Think I'll make me some Reese's and take
- 28:37money from all of you.
- 28:39You go enjoy your peanut butter.
- 28:41You go enjoy your chocolate.
- 28:42I'm going to do this.
- 28:43And the court can then analyze something that
- 28:46happened because they have an actual controversy.
- 28:49They don't have a what if.
- 28:51And the two chocolate or the two people
- 28:53that ran the chocolate and the peanut go,
- 28:54wait a minute.
- 28:55That was my idea.
- 28:56It was my peanut butter.
- 28:57And the guy goes, no, it was my
- 28:59idea.
- 28:59I put the chocolate on top of it.
- 29:01And this guy stole it.
- 29:02Now you got three people with a real
- 29:04lawsuit and a judge that could possibly say
- 29:06something.
- 29:07That's what you got with Torch.
- 29:09That's what you got in 2019 when they
- 29:11said, look, we need to know.
- 29:13We need to know, judge.
- 29:16And we want you to tell us whether
- 29:18these machines are legal or illegal.
- 29:20And guess what Judge Green said, which I
- 29:22believe was him.
- 29:23Don't quote me on that because I could
- 29:25be wrong.
- 29:26I'd have to look it up.
- 29:27But he said that, no, there's no real
- 29:30controversy.
- 29:31Have a nice day.
- 29:32Let's get a controversy first, then come back.
- 29:35That was 2019.
- 29:36They appealed that.
- 29:38Court said the same thing.
- 29:39They upheld Judge Green's ruling and said, well,
- 29:43you know, that makes sense to us.
- 29:44And you don't have a controversy.
- 29:45So have a nice day.
- 29:46Guess what we have right the hell now?
- 29:49A controversy.
- 29:50And what has happened is that we have
- 29:53a real controversy now.
- 29:55And the controversy in the district court in
- 29:57the Eastern District of Missouri is not that
- 30:00controversy.
- 30:01In fact, that judge, Judge Ross, said, listen,
- 30:06don't.
- 30:09I cannot rule on this when he said
- 30:12when one of them said when the plaintiff,
- 30:15some TNT amusements or something like that, I
- 30:18can't remember who it was.
- 30:20I think it's TNT amusements said we're suing
- 30:23Torch because our Pac-Man games and our
- 30:26foosball tables are leaving the convenience stores and
- 30:30they're taking all our business.
- 30:31Well, of course you are.
- 30:32Nobody plays Pac-Man or foosball anymore.
- 30:35They're playing these cool electronic games that may
- 30:38or may not pay you out some money,
- 30:40right?
- 30:41That's what people are playing.
- 30:42That's where the money is.
- 30:43That's where the people are going, right?
- 30:45They want to play these games.
- 30:47What's wrong with it in an arcade?
- 30:50What the hell do you care?
- 30:51Well, who's against it?
- 30:52We'll get to that in a minute.
- 30:53Okay.
- 30:54And I think I want to play a
- 30:55tune today to break, but I'm not going
- 30:58to break just yet because I got to
- 30:59finish this point, right?
- 31:01And the point is that the interpretation of
- 31:07this particular Judge Ross ruling came after the
- 31:12fact.
- 31:12He didn't need to say this, but he
- 31:16did.
- 31:17And he changed his mind from what he
- 31:20was saying just a few short moments ago.
- 31:23Oh, that reality doesn't exist.
- 31:25That was a few minutes ago.
- 31:27And my reasoning is completely wrong.
- 31:29And so my own reasoning, I'm going to
- 31:31contradict my damn self.
- 31:33And I'm going to say that those torch
- 31:36machines are illegal in the state of Missouri.
- 31:39Although it only applies to these particular torch
- 31:43machines, these machines, these with this nomenclature, with
- 31:49this software package, with this setting, these are
- 31:54illegal.
- 31:56And I've declared them to be so.
- 31:59Not to lose an opportunity to obscure, I
- 32:05don't know, obfuscate.
- 32:08Is that the word I wanted?
- 32:09I don't know.
- 32:10But to create confusion.
- 32:12Not willing to miss that opportunity to create
- 32:16confusion and expand her own power and propaganda
- 32:20and reputation.
- 32:23Guess what happened?
- 32:25Catherine Hannaway, U.S. attorney, I forget his
- 32:27name.
- 32:28I'll have to get it for you.
- 32:29They chose to interpret it as, and by
- 32:35the way, they've gone on a huge propaganda
- 32:37tour.
- 32:38It'd be nice if somebody pushed back on
- 32:40this propaganda tour and told you the truth.
- 32:44Because they're not giving it to you.
- 32:46The truth is that judge's ruling applied only
- 32:51to particular torch machines.
- 32:53So they made a deal.
- 32:57Catherine Hannaway made a deal with Torch.
- 33:00Torch did the right thing.
- 33:01Torch, what they did after this judge's ruling
- 33:03is they asked the judge and said, hey,
- 33:05wait, judge.
- 33:06Remember what we did back in 2019 in
- 33:09Missouri?
- 33:09He goes, yeah, but Missouri didn't do anything
- 33:11with it.
- 33:11Now we have a controversy.
- 33:13Well, yeah, but we have a controversy about
- 33:15only these particular machines.
- 33:17And we would like, as Torch, to appeal
- 33:19your ruling in an interlocutory fashion.
- 33:24Interlocutory means while the case is still pending,
- 33:27the rest of the case still go on,
- 33:29but we want to appeal this particular decision
- 33:32inside the lawsuit.
- 33:34We want to appeal that.
- 33:36And you have to have the judge's permission
- 33:37to do that.
- 33:39And so they filed a motion.
- 33:40They said, look, first you said that nope,
- 33:43I'm never going to rule on declaratory relief.
- 33:44Then you changed your own mind, argued against
- 33:48yourself, and put it out there.
- 33:50We want to appeal that.
- 33:51We think there's a likelihood, I think so
- 33:53too, that the appellate court in the 8th
- 33:55district is going to overturn what you just
- 33:57said because you argued it yourself.
- 33:59This is nuts.
- 34:00And by the way, one of those points
- 34:02that you pointed out was the state of
- 34:04Missouri needs to do something about this.
- 34:07And what's happening now is Katherine Hannaway is
- 34:09seizing the opportunity to say that she is
- 34:12doing something because she's an individual.
- 34:16And because the legislature obviously did not.
- 34:19They're a bunch of hacks that can't get
- 34:21anything done anyway, right?
- 34:23They haven't gotten anything done on this issue,
- 34:26which has been in front of them repeatedly
- 34:29for years, okay?
- 34:32And the law doesn't say all machines are
- 34:35illegal.
- 34:36That's just what some administrator is interpreting it
- 34:40to be.
- 34:41And what do you remember me telling you
- 34:42over the last several months about the fall
- 34:47of the Chevron doctrine?
- 34:50Remember the Chevron doctrine?
- 34:52Chevron versus EPA back in 1983.
- 34:55And the Chevron versus EPA, they said, listen,
- 34:58there's particular rules that are going to be
- 35:00like this.
- 35:01And we interpret the rules this way.
- 35:02And the court, the lazy court in whatever
- 35:05district that was said, well, you know what?
- 35:08Those administrators, they know what they're doing and
- 35:11they're lifelong administrators and seizures of power.
- 35:14And they love their power and they know
- 35:18things about the EPA.
- 35:21Why don't we let them decide what the
- 35:24legislature meant?
- 35:26That was called the Chevron doctrine.
- 35:29And that became nationally recognized as the way
- 35:32for an agency to take authority, not granted
- 35:38to them by the legislature.
- 35:41All the way back to your 10th grade
- 35:43civics class, remember what you got are three
- 35:45forms of government, right?
- 35:47Or three branches, I mean.
- 35:49Three forms of power.
- 35:51Administrative, right?
- 35:53Which is executive branch.
- 35:56Legislative, which is your Congress, your House of
- 36:00Representatives and your Senate.
- 36:05And your judicial.
- 36:07That's the courts.
- 36:08Now, as of 2024, and that's why all
- 36:12this confusion exists, that's why this is so
- 36:14important.
- 36:15As of 2024, the Supreme Court of the
- 36:18United States overturned that BS bullshit ruling from
- 36:221983 and destroyed the case of Chevron deference
- 36:28deferring to two administrative assholes who like to
- 36:33seize power, okay?
- 36:34Those administrative assholes no longer get to seize
- 36:37power willy-nilly like is trying to be
- 36:40done with Catherine Hannaway and Kristen Templeton.
- 36:46That's what they're doing.
- 36:48They are seizing power.
- 36:49That's what they do.
- 36:50It's what they live for.
- 36:53They are administrators.
- 36:55And the executive branch, the governor here isn't
- 36:58doing anything about it.
- 36:59Haven't heard a word from the governor about
- 37:00any of this.
- 37:01What in the world?
- 37:02He hasn't said anything.
- 37:04That's your policy, dude.
- 37:05That's the dude that you elected.
- 37:07I mean, that's where the power, that's where
- 37:11the policy is supposed to be created.
- 37:14It ain't supposed to be created by some
- 37:16not even certified or advised and consented to
- 37:21by the Senate, which is supposed to be
- 37:24done by DPS.
- 37:25James, when you think about all the people
- 37:27who've done nothing except seize power, it makes
- 37:31you sick.
- 37:32You go, well, look at these people.
- 37:34This is not how you're supposed to run
- 37:37a government, friends and neighbors.
- 37:39That's not what we signed up for in
- 37:4210th grade.
- 37:43And we said, all right, we'll let these
- 37:44assholes run it for a while and we'll
- 37:46let them do it the correct way.
- 37:47And they, I shouldn't speak like that, by
- 37:49the way, I'm going to apologize.
- 37:53I'm down, but you still shouldn't let these
- 37:55people seize power in the way that they
- 37:58are doing.
- 37:59What I'm going to do is probably shouldn't,
- 38:01but I'm going to do it anyway.
- 38:03I'm going to drink some coffee is what
- 38:06I'm going to do.
- 38:07I'm going to have a little bit of
- 38:08a sip and I'm going to play for
- 38:10you a fantastic song.
- 38:14Oh no, that one's too long.
- 38:15I can't play that.
- 38:17What in the wide world of sports is
- 38:19going on here?
- 38:22Uh, oh, I know why something happened and
- 38:24I'm not logged in as the proper dude.
- 38:28Uh, so wait a second.
- 38:29We're going to fix that because I have
- 38:31a song for you.
- 38:32I already picked it out.
- 38:33It's just, I got to select it and
- 38:35we're going to play.
- 38:36I like where I've been going the last
- 38:37few days with my break in songs, except
- 38:40the go West thing from yesterday, uh, with
- 38:43the pet shop boys.
- 38:44And although I do like the pet shop
- 38:45boys, we're not going to hear any more
- 38:47of that today.
- 38:49Uh, where'd she go?
- 38:52My, uh, Arabic sort of, uh, tones is
- 38:57what I think is where the break is
- 38:59going to be.
- 39:02I'm still searching.
- 39:03Sorry.
- 39:04I usually am much better at having this,
- 39:07uh, set up the way I like it.
- 39:11And something happened here to screw it all
- 39:15up.
- 39:16So we're going to, oh, I was watching
- 39:18some interesting manhole cover stuff where a guy
- 39:21was recording videos in the middle of the
- 39:23night of people climbing down the streets in
- 39:24the manholes.
- 39:26It's kind of weird.
- 39:27There's a whole story about it.
- 39:28Anyway, get out on YouTube and waste some
- 39:29time out there, but I'm going to play
- 39:31for you in the meantime, a beautiful piece
- 39:33of music.
- 39:37Good stuff.
- 39:38Maynard.
- 39:39I enjoy that.
- 39:40Um, that is a D E E P
- 39:43Y N N deep in, uh, still typing
- 39:46is the song.
- 39:48It's an original mix.
- 39:49I kind of like it and I hope
- 39:52you did too.
- 39:52Anyway, I've shared it.
- 39:54I've calmed down.
- 39:55I've had a little bit of coffee.
- 39:56One more sip, please.
- 39:59Good coffee.
- 40:02That's what that is.
- 40:03Uh, so we're going to get out of
- 40:05that.
- 40:05I tell you what I think on I,
- 40:09well, I know on Friday, I'm going to
- 40:10get into more detail on this issue that
- 40:14I've been talking about so far.
- 40:16Uh, but I have a lot of other
- 40:18things to talk about that are more international
- 40:20in nature that I wish to share with
- 40:23you.
- 40:23And I wanted to talk about this, uh,
- 40:26castle that, uh, was seized to share a
- 40:31story with it.
- 40:33Um, you know what though?
- 40:34I, I hate to say it, but I
- 40:36wasn't quite finished with my rant, um, on,
- 40:39on several of the topics because I think
- 40:42it's important that people pay attention to that
- 40:45kind of activity and some of some of
- 40:50the structure that we have.
- 40:51So I will get to the, to the
- 40:54Lebanese fortress that was seized by Israel, uh,
- 40:59probably in the next segment, cause I'm, I'm,
- 41:01I'm about to do it again.
- 41:03And I hope I don't get on the
- 41:05rant and start yelling in the microphone again,
- 41:07because, uh, frankly, that doesn't get a lot
- 41:10done, but I believe I can explain it
- 41:13and I can answer questions on all of
- 41:15this.
- 41:16And I have answered questions to quite a
- 41:18few businesses on behalf of MOLAG and, and
- 41:23MOLAG is, um, uh, Missouri Licensing Advocacy Group,
- 41:28our 501c6.
- 41:30And we have, we have a pathway.
- 41:37What MOLAG does is these questions, imagine that
- 41:42you're a, a convenience store owner, uh, and,
- 41:48and we'll look at a convenience store owner
- 41:50first, your convenience store owner.
- 41:53And then, uh, you have had gaming machines
- 41:59of the type, the dispute in the Eastern
- 42:03District has to do with TNT Amusements who,
- 42:05who says, listen, well, they're taking all of
- 42:09our Pac-Man.
- 42:10They're taking all of our Galaga.
- 42:12Nobody's coming to play the, the one with
- 42:14the ball or the spinning.
- 42:16No, one's using the claw anymore to go
- 42:18and pick up gifts for their kids.
- 42:20And they put that money in.
- 42:21It's okay to give your money away for
- 42:23something like that.
- 42:24That's fine.
- 42:25Nobody has a problem with that, but you
- 42:27can't take a machine and put it in
- 42:29there and put money in that.
- 42:31And somebody is making money off it.
- 42:33Somebody is making money off everything, or that
- 42:35machine wouldn't be there.
- 42:36Why do you think a TNT Amusements sued
- 42:39Torch?
- 42:41Because Torch has a better product and something
- 42:45that people are playing.
- 42:46The gaming's, gaming is evolving.
- 42:49Nobody's interested in Galaga or Pac-Man or
- 42:52foosball anymore.
- 42:53And they're losing share.
- 42:55And they were talking about it.
- 42:57And now they're suing and say, well, it's
- 42:59predatory of these guys to go in.
- 43:01And so they hang their hat on the
- 43:03possibility that they can say, uh-uh, those
- 43:08machines are gambling.
- 43:10And not every machine, when you walk into
- 43:12a convenience store, is a gambling machine.
- 43:16Not every one is.
- 43:18Some of these countries, companies out there aren't
- 43:21providing gambling machines at all, that that's not
- 43:25gambling.
- 43:26Or it's a perfectly allowable sort of thing.
- 43:30But what Catherine Hanaway and company have done,
- 43:33what they have done, and people aren't paying
- 43:35attention, and they ought to be, but they
- 43:37haven't done this.
- 43:38And you know what?
- 43:39I'd like to get one of the lawyers
- 43:40in.
- 43:41I've met with several different lawyers for several
- 43:43different companies on this matter for MOLAG and
- 43:48for all this stuff.
- 43:49And it'd be fun to get one of
- 43:50them on there and see what their thoughts
- 43:53are and what their discussions have been with
- 43:55Catherine Hanaway.
- 43:56But all of this is being done for
- 43:58publicity and power and potentially being governor next.
- 44:02That's what it's being done for.
- 44:03They don't give a crap about these machines.
- 44:06They've already made a deal with Torch anyway,
- 44:08and probably with a couple of other ones.
- 44:11And I want to know what those deals
- 44:13are.
- 44:13I'm sending them Sunshine requests, probably even today,
- 44:17saying, tell me what the deal is.
- 44:19How come you go and arrest all these
- 44:21people and charge them with all this stuff
- 44:22and then dismiss all the charges, give them
- 44:25back their machines and their money?
- 44:27Why?
- 44:28Why are you doing that?
- 44:30Well, it's obvious.
- 44:31You're only doing it because you need the
- 44:33political capital right the hell now.
- 44:35That's why.
- 44:37And so you create that, and people go,
- 44:39look, they're doing something.
- 44:41Oh yeah, they're doing something all right.
- 44:43They're making deals, back deals with people that
- 44:46have freaking money.
- 44:47That's what they're doing.
- 44:49If you have the money, you can make
- 44:50a deal.
- 44:51By the way, the hardest part of any
- 44:53criminal suit, because let's say it's against the
- 44:56law to have a machine of a particular
- 44:57type in your convenience store.
- 45:00Your Mr. Convenience Store owner, the state of
- 45:02Missouri, hasn't done a freaking thing to figure
- 45:05out what this is, except have Catherine Hanaway
- 45:08stand up and make it up as she
- 45:10goes along and say, all those gray area
- 45:14machines are illegal.
- 45:15So if it's not Pac-Man, and it's
- 45:18not the claw, and it's not a, what
- 45:23do you call it, a machine that gives
- 45:28you a prize, the claw gives you a
- 45:32prize if you win, doesn't that?
- 45:35Isn't that gambling?
- 45:37Isn't a claw machine a gamble every time
- 45:40you stand in front of it?
- 45:42Because you're either going to get the pretty
- 45:45little stuffed animal in the form of a
- 45:51gremlin, or you're not.
- 45:54You're gambling, and your dollar, and nobody would
- 45:58say a word if you stood all day
- 46:00long and pumped dollar bills into the claw
- 46:04on the hopes of getting a machine.
- 46:07What is it?
- 46:08When you go to a county fair, and
- 46:10they have all these stuffed animals up there,
- 46:13and they give you these guns that shoot
- 46:15little pieces of light out that sometimes bring
- 46:18you a prize and sometimes don't.
- 46:20Oh, those are all straight up and legitimate,
- 46:23right?
- 46:23You can always knock over all three of
- 46:26those bottles with a weighted softball, right?
- 46:32You can always do that.
- 46:36No, that's not gambling.
- 46:38That's just family fun.
- 46:41The family's having fun.
- 46:43And boy, if those kids want that, those
- 46:45kids are yelling at you to put more
- 46:47dollar in.
- 46:48That's freaking game.
- 46:49Nope, I can't gamble.
- 46:50Catherine Hannaway says, well, those machines are in
- 46:52the gray area, and you can't gamble.
- 46:55Why does Catherine Hannaway give a rip?
- 46:58I don't give a rip.
- 47:00You want to go pump money into one
- 47:02of those machines in the claw?
- 47:04Which, by the way, those are completely legal
- 47:06as far as I'm aware.
- 47:08That's the only way you're getting.
- 47:09You got to get rid of the claw
- 47:11machine?
- 47:11Why don't you do that?
- 47:13Kids love that machine because there's a possibility
- 47:16they might get what?
- 47:19A prize.
- 47:20They're going to get a prize, but that's
- 47:22gambling.
- 47:23That's gambling.
- 47:24We better put those in casinos or the
- 47:26casinos are losing money, according to the casino
- 47:28lobby anyway.
- 47:30Which is, by the way, all these are
- 47:32great big backroom discussion deals with highly powerful
- 47:38people, financially influential, rich, whatever you want to
- 47:43call about it.
- 47:44These are people who have lots to gain
- 47:47or lose just like always.
- 47:51These people have that.
- 47:53And so, this is what's going on are
- 47:56these deals.
- 47:56And I believe Catherine Hannaway has made some
- 47:58deals.
- 47:59And I believe Catherine Hannaway has made some
- 48:01deals with certain companies.
- 48:04I want to see them.
- 48:05Why would one company be any different than
- 48:07any other?
- 48:08And why would you make one deal and
- 48:10not apply it to the whole state?
- 48:12That's what MOLAG exists for, I believe.
- 48:17So, we're going to start with our sunshine
- 48:19requests and getting information directly from her.
- 48:22This is what we're going to do, okay?
- 48:24That's what we're going to do, okay?
- 48:26And I want to get these.
- 48:28I'd bring her on.
- 48:29I'd bring her on the show.
- 48:31She can chat.
- 48:32By the way, I keep seeing these signs
- 48:33for judges and I know them both.
- 48:35I'd like to invite either one of them
- 48:37to come on and chat with me for
- 48:39the Miller County judgeship.
- 48:41And they know who they are.
- 48:42But it'd be nice to have them come
- 48:44and talk to me.
- 48:45And I like talking about that crap anyway.
- 48:47And it would be nice to get their
- 48:49opinions on this.
- 48:50What would happen if somebody filed a declaratory
- 48:53relief judgment now, Judge Green?
- 48:56I know Dan.
- 48:57I could give Dan a call and see
- 48:58if he'll talk to me.
- 48:59He won't because it potentially would be in
- 49:01front of him and he shouldn't.
- 49:02And I wouldn't question, I wouldn't force that
- 49:04upon him anyway because I wouldn't.
- 49:06I'd just file the case.
- 49:07Maybe it'll end up in front of Judge
- 49:09Green.
- 49:09I don't know.
- 49:10MOLAG is getting active and we have plenty
- 49:13of members.
- 49:13And we're going to go after something like
- 49:16this on behalf of all of our members.
- 49:18Try to get something statewide because why?
- 49:21The state of Missouri does nothing and they
- 49:24haven't done anything except seize power if you're
- 49:28an administrator.
- 49:29But the administrator isn't supposed to interpret the
- 49:34law.
- 49:35The law is created by the legislature, enacted
- 49:40by the administrator, and the court determines what
- 49:46they meant if they are unclear.
- 49:48Not the administrator because the Chevron doctrine is
- 49:53dead and in Missouri it's even stronger because
- 49:57last year the legislature did something right in
- 50:01codifying this non-deferential stance in Missouri.
- 50:08And you know what?
- 50:09I've done this before but I'm going to
- 50:11bring it up for you again and tell
- 50:14you what it is.
- 50:17And it is our statute in the revised
- 50:22statutes of the state of Missouri, 536.140.
- 50:31And this is the version in 2025.
- 50:38And it is not very long so I'll
- 50:41share it with you.
- 50:43The legislature is telling the courts and administrators
- 50:48post-Chevron doctrine being overturned in the Loper
- 50:54Bright versus I can't remember.
- 50:58Just look up Loper Bright.
- 51:00L-O-P-E-R- B-R
- 51:02-I-G-H-T.
- 51:04Loper Bright decision 2024.
- 51:07Defeat of the Chevron doctrine in the United
- 51:09States Supreme Court saying deference to administrators unelected
- 51:14is dead.
- 51:16Interpretation will be done by the court.
- 51:19State of Missouri gets together.
- 51:22Legislatures say, well, you know what?
- 51:24We have a judicial review statute and that
- 51:27judicial review statute is RSMO revised statute state
- 51:32of Missouri 536.140. The scope of judicial
- 51:38review judgment and appeals is the title of
- 51:42this, okay?
- 51:43And it reads as follows.
- 51:45Paragraph one, the court shall hear the case
- 51:48without a jury and except as otherwise provided
- 51:50in subsection four of this section shall hear
- 51:54it upon the petition and record filed as
- 51:57aforesaid.
- 51:58This tells you how judges will review administrative
- 52:01decisions, okay?
- 52:03Actions taken by the executive branch.
- 52:08That's an administrative decision.
- 52:10This is where, why are we listening to
- 52:12Katherine Hannaway who just wants to be the
- 52:15next governor?
- 52:16Why aren't we listening to Governor Kehoe rant
- 52:19about gray area machines and him say something?
- 52:24Why isn't he saying a word?
- 52:25He hasn't said anything.
- 52:27That's the guy we elected to run the
- 52:28executive branch.
- 52:30This person, Katherine Hannaway, is only the person
- 52:33who wants to be the person running the
- 52:35executive branch.
- 52:36The next time when Kehoe doesn't run for
- 52:39office or if he does or whatever.
- 52:41But I think she's overreaching.
- 52:44That's what I think.
- 52:45And I'm just ordinary citizen Sam.
- 52:47I don't even have, I have a law
- 52:48degree and I've used it before, but I'm
- 52:50not a licensed attorney.
- 52:51I'm one of the morons like the rest
- 52:53of us.
- 52:53We're just stupid people, you know.
- 52:55We're not smart enough to figure out that
- 52:57when a judge in the Eastern District says,
- 53:00oh, by the way, these particular machines are
- 53:03illegal, we wouldn't stretch that to include any
- 53:07machine ever created anywhere, including the claw.
- 53:11Or not including the claw, depends on who
- 53:14you're asking.
- 53:15Because the court hasn't determined this and the
- 53:18legislature is a bunch of inactive people that
- 53:21didn't fix this issue last session, the session
- 53:25before that, the session before that, or the
- 53:27session before that.
- 53:28Why didn't they at least clean up the
- 53:30language that was out there before that left
- 53:31it unclear?
- 53:32People have been doing this for years.
- 53:35And now Katherine Hannaway gets to come in
- 53:37and go, well, sorry, you're done.
- 53:39Done.
- 53:40I've made the interpretation and I'm God, not
- 53:42you.
- 53:43And this interpretation, I say, is illegal.
- 53:46That's what I say.
- 53:48You know what?
- 53:48Somebody's going to interrupt my rant.
- 53:50Let us see if that is possible.
- 53:52We shall see what shall be seen.
- 53:57Are you trying to interrupt my rant?
- 54:01Hey, yeah.
- 54:03Why would you do that?
- 54:04I was having fun with that rant.
- 54:07Yeah, I'd like to say she was awesome.
- 54:10Well, I appreciate that.
- 54:12Thank you.
- 54:12What else you got?
- 54:13I can't.
- 54:14I can't.
- 54:16I love it.
- 54:17Okay.
- 54:18So well, I appreciate your input, but I'm
- 54:21going to go back to my rant then.
- 54:23Okay.
- 54:24And by the way, wait a minute.
- 54:27As always, if you want to call an
- 54:29insult, that's okay.
- 54:30If you want to call and chat about
- 54:33something, tell me what the topic is.
- 54:35But if you don't like it, don't listen.
- 54:40Hey, I want to...
- 54:42No response to that?
- 54:44No response to that?
- 54:46Yeah, I'm talking.
- 54:48All right.
- 54:48Let's go.
- 54:49Let's hear it.
- 54:50Hey, yesterday, I think it was your sister
- 54:56was talking about Muslims being a majority.
- 55:01Yeah, I disagree with that.
- 55:03My wife is Muslim.
- 55:04And I'm not so positive that people should
- 55:10just dislike because of Muslim.
- 55:13However, her point was, and we're straying from
- 55:18my original rant, of course, and that part
- 55:22I'm not particularly fond of because we should
- 55:25get into that in the next segment because
- 55:27I do want to finish with my rant.
- 55:28But let me clarify, because I intended to
- 55:30do that yesterday.
- 55:31I have no problem with Muslims or Muslim
- 55:35people in general, but I also understand the
- 55:39concern.
- 55:41The concern is that you take a Judeo
- 55:45-Christian environment and turn it into a Muslim,
- 55:50possibly Sharia environment.
- 55:52Why?
- 55:54Because they think differently, they have a different
- 55:56history, they have a different thought process and
- 56:00belief structure.
- 56:01And we in America for 200 years are
- 56:04Judeo-Christian and have been.
- 56:08And so watching Europe turn into the Muslim
- 56:11majority, especially England, is for some people concerning.
- 56:15And it's something that some people think about
- 56:18here in America and go, you know what?
- 56:20We don't want that to happen here.
- 56:21We're Judeo-Christian.
- 56:23We'd like to stay that way.
- 56:25And I get it.
- 56:29Judeo-Christian is a modern word invented by
- 56:32Israel.
- 56:34Fine.
- 56:35But that's what we are.
- 56:36What would you call it?
- 56:37I only use that for a reference point.
- 56:39What would you call it?
- 56:42Caucasian, white, come from—we're not Slavic.
- 56:48We are not white Slavic.
- 56:50The Slavic people are— Say what?
- 56:54Why you gotta label somebody?
- 56:56I don't mean to label, I'm just trying
- 56:57to—well, okay.
- 57:00I don't wish to label Muslims, but the
- 57:03fact is, because not all Muslims are the
- 57:06same either, the fact is, in general, as
- 57:10societies, their societies, having lived in one in
- 57:14Qatar, it is much different than the society
- 57:18here.
- 57:20It just is.
- 57:21Hey, you know what?
- 57:22And I'm not saying it's wrong.
- 57:23I enjoyed living there, and I don't mean
- 57:25to judge them.
- 57:26If you don't like it, you can leave.
- 57:28Exactly!
- 57:30Right.
- 57:31And I did leave Qatar, and I loved
- 57:33Qatar.
- 57:34But the structure, not so— We're not talking
- 57:36about New York City or wherever you're afraid
- 57:39the Muslims are going to take over.
- 57:41What?
- 57:41I'm not afraid they're going to take over.
- 57:43What did I just say?
- 57:44I just said it's a legitimate concern for
- 57:47people that grew up a certain way to
- 57:49want to make sure that their children are
- 57:51growing up the same way they grew up.
- 57:55Well, don't move to socialist New York City,
- 57:58then.
- 57:58Well, I don't live in New York City.
- 58:01After watching people take a dump right on
- 58:03the sidewalk in front of the police, and
- 58:06the cops did nothing about it, I was
- 58:09not entertained by that, and so I wouldn't
- 58:11live there anyway.
- 58:15Okay, well, I appreciate your input, and I
- 58:20will pass that along to my lovely sister
- 58:23and let her know.
- 58:25Hell, she's probably listening.
- 58:26We shall see.
- 58:27Maybe she'll call in and argue with you.
- 58:30But I don't want to do that.
- 58:31I've got to get back to my rant,
- 58:33okay?
- 58:34Why?
- 58:34What?
- 58:35Why?
- 58:36Why do I have to get back to
- 58:37my rant?
- 58:38Am I messing with your audience?
- 58:41No!
- 58:41But it's my show!
- 58:43You want a show?
- 58:44Get a show!
- 58:47Yeah, they won't let me.
- 58:49I'll tell you what.
- 58:51I'll help you do it.
- 58:52What about the castles?
- 58:55What's it going to take for Israel to
- 58:57be secure?
- 58:58Israel is never going to believe it's secure.
- 59:03They're always—they're a warring—they are a warring nation,
- 59:08and all they want is, at least their
- 59:11heads of state, all they want is continued
- 59:15war.
- 59:16Are you trying to change me over to
- 59:18that quicker than I have been instead of
- 59:20my rants about seizing power right here in
- 59:23the state of Missouri?
- 59:25What's it going to take to make Kathryn
- 59:27Hannaway and Kristin Templeton secure?
- 59:30Why don't we say that?
- 59:31What's your thought on that process?
- 59:33Do you game?
- 59:34Do you go down to the convenience store
- 59:36and play any of those games?
- 59:37I don't.
- 59:38I'm just wondering.
- 59:40Do you go to the casino ever?
- 59:44I don't gamble.
- 59:45Well, I like to casino.
- 59:46I like to go to the casino, and
- 59:47my preferred game is—well, craps is probably number
- 59:51two.
- 59:52I like to play blackjack.
- 59:54I like to play Texas Hold'em in
- 59:59the room there.
- 1:00:00Every once in a while I'll go join
- 1:00:01one of those gambling events.
- 1:00:04I mean, should I be thrown into the
- 1:00:06darkest pits of hell because I go to
- 1:00:08the casino?
- 1:00:11No, you should be able to go to
- 1:00:13the casino if you want to.
- 1:00:13I should be able to go to the
- 1:00:14casino.
- 1:00:15Should I be able to go to the
- 1:00:16convenience store, put money in a machine, and
- 1:00:19have a claw come down and pick up
- 1:00:21a—or not pick up—a stuffed animal?
- 1:00:25Yeah, we could talk about this whether I
- 1:00:27want to or not.
- 1:00:28Well, just for a minute.
- 1:00:29It's my show.
- 1:00:30That's what I was talking about.
- 1:00:31I want your opinion.
- 1:00:32Tell me.
- 1:00:35Nobody cares.
- 1:00:36Nobody cares.
- 1:00:37That is right.
- 1:00:38Let them do what they wish to do.
- 1:00:40Nobody cares.
- 1:00:42Proper answer.
- 1:00:43Good man.
- 1:00:44Now, you want to talk about that castle?
- 1:00:45Let us switch to the castle.
- 1:00:47And the Lebanon-based militant group showing footage
- 1:00:50yesterday of the attacks on Israeli troops now
- 1:00:53operating near Beaufort Castle, which was seized by
- 1:00:56Israel because they don't feel secure.
- 1:00:59You got to take more and more and
- 1:01:00more.
- 1:01:00You got to keep bombing.
- 1:01:02And by the way, there's another article I
- 1:01:03wanted to share with you that says—where's my
- 1:01:07article on the old Netanyahu monster?
- 1:01:10Where'd he go?
- 1:01:12Let's see.
- 1:01:13Oh, a missing nuclear lab dude was found
- 1:01:15dead.
- 1:01:16That's depressing.
- 1:01:17U.S. guy.
- 1:01:19Where did—son of a nutcracker—where did he go?
- 1:01:23I'm just a mess today, Jim.
- 1:01:25How do you feel about that?
- 1:01:27Netanyahu is betting that Trump cannot stop him.
- 1:01:31The Lebanon escalation.
- 1:01:34Netanyahu is betting that Trump won't or cannot
- 1:01:37stop him.
- 1:01:39Now, of course, why wouldn't you take that
- 1:01:41bet?
- 1:01:41And he's already seized this fortress, which is
- 1:01:46900 years old.
- 1:01:47So, Hezbollah has released video footage now showing
- 1:01:51kamikaze drones attacking Israeli soldiers in the immediate
- 1:01:55vicinity of this Beaufort Castle.
- 1:01:58900-year-old medieval fortress seized by the
- 1:02:01Israeli military over the weekend with West Jerusalem
- 1:02:04calling it a major achievement and vowing to
- 1:02:08push deeper into the They're doing it whether
- 1:02:10we want them to or not.
- 1:02:12The castle is a key vantage point in
- 1:02:14the area.
- 1:02:15It housed an Israeli military base for two
- 1:02:17decades during the occupation of Lebanon, which ended
- 1:02:20in 2000.
- 1:02:22So, the group released the footage of its
- 1:02:23FPV drones in the area Monday, day after
- 1:02:26Israel captured the castle.
- 1:02:28There's no Hezbollah presence at the fortress and
- 1:02:31no military equipment or weaponry was found by
- 1:02:34Israel, but now they're installing it as their
- 1:02:36preferred drone spot.
- 1:02:38Okay, that's the news piece I wanted to
- 1:02:40share with you.
- 1:02:42What are your thoughts?
- 1:02:45I think Hamas and Hezbollah should change their
- 1:02:48name.
- 1:02:49Those are actually just the governments of those
- 1:02:52places.
- 1:02:53Right, that's what Al-Qaeda did.
- 1:02:54They just changed their name and now they,
- 1:02:57you know, what are they running?
- 1:02:59Afghanistan.
- 1:03:00Syria.
- 1:03:02Syria.
- 1:03:02And many others.
- 1:03:04It doesn't matter.
- 1:03:05It's always the same old people.
- 1:03:07They just changed their name.
- 1:03:09And the U.S. provides a different level
- 1:03:11of funding as long as they lick the
- 1:03:13rear end of the people in power.
- 1:03:14What are your thoughts on that?
- 1:03:17Well, Palestine and Lebanon have to have a
- 1:03:20government, so whatever they're going to be, they
- 1:03:24just need to officialize it.
- 1:03:26And if Israel doesn't like it, then, you
- 1:03:30know.
- 1:03:30Well, why don't they call it a Republican
- 1:03:33or Democrat instead?
- 1:03:36Would that help?
- 1:03:39Hezbollah is now going to be called the
- 1:03:41Democrats.
- 1:03:44Well, that's the same thing.
- 1:03:46They're demon rats.
- 1:03:49Well, that's true.
- 1:03:50Demonic rats.
- 1:03:51Well, you have to call them something, right?
- 1:03:55And no matter what you say, no matter
- 1:03:57what they call themselves, they're going to say,
- 1:03:59well, they're supported by Iran, and so therefore
- 1:04:01we got to blow them up.
- 1:04:04Exactly.
- 1:04:05So, yeah, if they were the legitimate government,
- 1:04:09they wouldn't be, they couldn't be.
- 1:04:12They are a legitimate government from time to
- 1:04:16time.
- 1:04:17They're a certain percentage of seats in the
- 1:04:23government, but they don't like that part because
- 1:04:26they have much more strict law.
- 1:04:28And so Israel is pushing right now, because
- 1:04:31as that next article I told you, Trump
- 1:04:34isn't going to do anything about it.
- 1:04:35We're not going to do anything about it.
- 1:04:37In fact, we're probably supporting it in the
- 1:04:40back rooms and nobody's going to do anything.
- 1:04:43And whether Netanyahu is guilty of crimes or
- 1:04:46not, which I believe he is, under the
- 1:04:49ICC and all the warrants he's got out
- 1:04:51on him there, under the UN Security Council
- 1:04:53and all the condemnation of him there, but
- 1:04:57nobody's ever going to do anything about it.
- 1:04:59We don't.
- 1:05:03How do you feel about the president just
- 1:05:07lying to people's faces?
- 1:05:10If you listen to what Iran puts out,
- 1:05:13they say totally different things.
- 1:05:16They say, we're not going to have negotiations
- 1:05:21unless it's reasonable.
- 1:05:23And then Trump will say, well, we're right
- 1:05:26there.
- 1:05:27Yeah, we already have an agreement.
- 1:05:29I agree with you on that, and I
- 1:05:31say that on this show quite frequently, that
- 1:05:34it is so far afield from the stuff
- 1:05:37that Israel, the stuff that Iran, the stuff
- 1:05:41that anybody says that is actually involved versus
- 1:05:47what an American politician says.
- 1:05:50Remember, the government here is all about propaganda,
- 1:05:54every bit of it.
- 1:05:55And don't think that just because it's Trump
- 1:05:57out there that it's not still propaganda, because
- 1:05:59it is, at least when it comes to
- 1:06:03this.
- 1:06:03You have to pick and choose what you're
- 1:06:05going to believe whenever he opens his mouth.
- 1:06:08How can you support somebody who just blatantly
- 1:06:12lies?
- 1:06:12You always like to push back and say,
- 1:06:14I have to support.
- 1:06:16And you always push back and go, how
- 1:06:18do you support?
- 1:06:19Now, frankly, I haven't supported, internationally, Trump ever,
- 1:06:26beginning in 2014.
- 1:06:27When I lived in Qatar, well, 2015, when
- 1:06:31he was running for office for 2016, I
- 1:06:33had my podcast going way back then from
- 1:06:37Qatar.
- 1:06:38And you can still find the recordings of
- 1:06:40what I said about Trump and the 17
- 1:06:41other assholes running for office or for president
- 1:06:45in the presidential election process.
- 1:06:48And I said Trump then was a mess
- 1:06:52internationally, but he was the best of that
- 1:06:55bunch of idiots.
- 1:06:57Why?
- 1:06:57Because he's a new voice and you might
- 1:07:01get something different, maybe.
- 1:07:04And then nationally, I generally supported the actions
- 1:07:08of Trump because those were more in line
- 1:07:11with mine.
- 1:07:11But we talked about this yesterday.
- 1:07:13There's only two choices.
- 1:07:15Who are you going to pick?
- 1:07:16You going to pick Trump or Hillary Clinton?
- 1:07:19Oh, Jesus, I wouldn't pick that woman to
- 1:07:21do my laundry.
- 1:07:22That woman's nuts, in my opinion.
- 1:07:26Now, she can swing her arms how she
- 1:07:28likes.
- 1:07:29Hey, how do you feel about him firing
- 1:07:31the military leaders and putting Pete Hegseth?
- 1:07:34Yeah, don't get me started on that.
- 1:07:36You know what I call him.
- 1:07:37I'm sure you do.
- 1:07:38I call Pete put me in coach.
- 1:07:40Peter Hedbreth?
- 1:07:41No, I call him- Peter Hedbreth.
- 1:07:43I call him put me in coach.
- 1:07:45I'm the junior varsity quarterback.
- 1:07:47I call him little Peter Hedbreth.
- 1:07:48Well, that's possibly true.
- 1:07:50I am no fan of the Hegseth monster.
- 1:07:52And he has filed or fired some nine,
- 1:07:5610 generals now because he was wronged somehow
- 1:08:00during his military service and all of them
- 1:08:03were to blame.
- 1:08:04And by God, he's going to show him
- 1:08:06who's in charge up there.
- 1:08:07You know little Cashew is like five inches
- 1:08:09taller than JR, right?
- 1:08:11Who is?
- 1:08:13Little Cashew.
- 1:08:15Cash the tail.
- 1:08:16What do I care about that?
- 1:08:18Who do I care about how tall somebody
- 1:08:20is?
- 1:08:20Are you just calling to you're just calling
- 1:08:22because I will answer you.
- 1:08:23Is that right?
- 1:08:25Yeah.
- 1:08:26Yeah.
- 1:08:27Okay.
- 1:08:27Well, I'm going to let you go and
- 1:08:29go back to my show, but I appreciate
- 1:08:31you calling in.
- 1:08:32I, you know, generally you have been, I
- 1:08:36don't know what not as offensive as normal.
- 1:08:38Although you started off, although you started off
- 1:08:41by saying, you know, your show sucks or
- 1:08:44something like that.
- 1:08:44If you don't like it, don't listen.
- 1:08:48Well, I'm glad, I'm glad you think so.
- 1:08:50And I appreciate your listenership, but I can't,
- 1:08:53that's even better.
- 1:08:55See, I can handle that stuff.
- 1:08:56That's all right.
- 1:08:57You have a nice day.
- 1:08:59I appreciate you being part of the show
- 1:09:00today.
- 1:09:02Okay.
- 1:09:03JR sucks.
- 1:09:03Well, that's between you and JR. I like
- 1:09:06JR. Have a nice day.
- 1:09:10And there he goes.
- 1:09:12So sometimes you have to put up with,
- 1:09:15uh, people that disagree with you, but that's
- 1:09:17part of America and swinging your arms around
- 1:09:20and around and around.
- 1:09:21And generally it doesn't really bother me.
- 1:09:23Okay.
- 1:09:23I don't like particular pointed insults ago.
- 1:09:26Ah, you're fat.
- 1:09:27You're ugly.
- 1:09:27You know, your, your show sucks.
- 1:09:29Well, that sucks.
- 1:09:30Don't frigging listen.
- 1:09:31Okay.
- 1:09:33But he's, I don't mind those type of
- 1:09:37exchanges, but halftime, well, more than halftime, I
- 1:09:40avoid the guy, you know, because, uh, that's,
- 1:09:43that's just my nature because I don't like
- 1:09:46that stuff.
- 1:09:47Let's talk about this article since he already
- 1:09:50switched me.
- 1:09:50Um, and I'm not ready to go to
- 1:09:52the next, uh, song in my break.
- 1:09:55And now I've lost my train of thought
- 1:09:57whilst ranting about the seizure of power between,
- 1:10:00um, uh, uh, the governor's office in the
- 1:10:04attorney general's office, which is currently being done
- 1:10:07by, uh, uh, uh, Catherine Hannaway.
- 1:10:11I think we ought to watch out for
- 1:10:13that woman.
- 1:10:13That's, that's what I think.
- 1:10:14I, I'm not, I'm not in the position
- 1:10:17of trust for that lady.
- 1:10:19Anybody who will, uh, and, and, and my
- 1:10:22problem with people in general, let's, let's go
- 1:10:24with a general philosophy I have in life.
- 1:10:28You can have certain opinions and I got
- 1:10:30no problem with it.
- 1:10:31I don't give a, you know, your opinion
- 1:10:33doesn't even have to match mine.
- 1:10:34And that doesn't mean I dislike you or,
- 1:10:37or hate you.
- 1:10:38Jim and I, that guy was just on
- 1:10:39the phone.
- 1:10:40We've had conversations for a couple of years
- 1:10:42now.
- 1:10:42I've never met the guy.
- 1:10:44Don't know him.
- 1:10:45Don't know what he does.
- 1:10:45Don't really care.
- 1:10:47But I don't want to speak to somebody
- 1:10:49who's going to be offensive and, and, and
- 1:10:51I'd prefer to just, uh, you know, have
- 1:10:54a decent, uh, back and forth.
- 1:10:58That's fine.
- 1:10:59And I don't even care if you agree
- 1:11:00with me, but once you turn into the
- 1:11:02rude, you've lost, it's like, uh, in the
- 1:11:05army, a couple, a couple of, a well
- 1:11:07-placed, uh, uh, officers that often say to
- 1:11:10the rest of us who threw around swear
- 1:11:12words all the time, it's like, you know,
- 1:11:14you could say that without throwing in all
- 1:11:17of the, uh, you know, offensive words.
- 1:11:20You could say that without throwing an F
- 1:11:23in this and F in that.
- 1:11:24And, uh, uh, dad blamed this and, uh,
- 1:11:28fargy nice holes and bastages and all of
- 1:11:31these things that, uh, Johnny dangerously passed out
- 1:11:34to us.
- 1:11:34Uh, we could say instead, and actually he's
- 1:11:38right, but sometimes only a good swear word
- 1:11:42will, uh, suffice.
- 1:11:45And you need to be able to throw
- 1:11:48that out from time to time.
- 1:11:51If somebody is an asshole, they're an asshole.
- 1:11:53And you know, immediately what they're talking about.
- 1:11:56Okay.
- 1:11:56I've been called an asshole sometimes deservedly and
- 1:12:00sometimes not.
- 1:12:00And I have that tendency, but people don't
- 1:12:04know what it is.
- 1:12:05If you go, well, Sam is that you
- 1:12:08got to explain it for 10 minutes, Sam
- 1:12:10does just go, ah, he's an asshole.
- 1:12:13Ah, well now they get it.
- 1:12:14Now they understand Jr. It's an asshole.
- 1:12:19Now people understand.
- 1:12:20I hate Jr. Well, okay, great.
- 1:12:22Good for you.
- 1:12:23Why?
- 1:12:24And it doesn't matter, but you know, Jr.
- 1:12:26Don't care.
- 1:12:26I don't care if you like Jr. Don't
- 1:12:28like Jr. Doesn't bother me at all.
- 1:12:30I like Jr. There you have it.
- 1:12:32Jr is good to me.
- 1:12:33I'm good to him.
- 1:12:34And we, you know, have done that and
- 1:12:36I've known that dude for a very long
- 1:12:38time.
- 1:12:39Um, so, and I appreciate his, uh, his,
- 1:12:44uh, uh, varieties.
- 1:12:47He's a different and interesting cat.
- 1:12:50That's, he's an interesting person.
- 1:12:52And he's, uh, whether you agree with him
- 1:12:55or disagree, he knows what he believes and
- 1:12:57he stands up for it.
- 1:12:58And I like people like that.
- 1:13:00So I stand up for what I believe.
- 1:13:02And I like people like that.
- 1:13:04But if you're out trying to seize power
- 1:13:07and you're creating a narrative, you're creating a
- 1:13:11narrative.
- 1:13:11And my problem with this, with this narrative
- 1:13:14creation is I'm not positive.
- 1:13:18Even you believe it.
- 1:13:19And that's why when you're in the government
- 1:13:22service, you have to be checked.
- 1:13:24If you're Kristen Templeton and you get to
- 1:13:26target particular places, I don't like that.
- 1:13:32If you use, well, I'm going to screw
- 1:13:34that guy.
- 1:13:34I'll take that guy out.
- 1:13:35Like happened to me in the practice of
- 1:13:37law with Sam Phillips at the office of
- 1:13:40chief disciplinary counsel.
- 1:13:41He said it to my face.
- 1:13:43I'm going to make sure you don't practice
- 1:13:45law in state of Missouri.
- 1:13:46Again, I laughed at him.
- 1:13:47I was like, what are you going to
- 1:13:48do?
- 1:13:49It's like, I follow the rules.
- 1:13:51I'm in the rules.
- 1:13:51He came up with an outside the rules
- 1:13:53process to kick my ass.
- 1:13:55I went all the way to the U
- 1:13:56S Supreme court fighting it.
- 1:13:58And they ignored me, which I kind of
- 1:14:00knew they would, but it doesn't mean I'm
- 1:14:01not right.
- 1:14:02You want to read it?
- 1:14:04You know, I had to pay 10,000
- 1:14:05bucks twice to print the damn book for
- 1:14:08those assholes, because you have to print a
- 1:14:11certain kind of book or we get everything
- 1:14:13else in federal court can be filed electronically,
- 1:14:16not the Supreme court.
- 1:14:18You don't file it electronically because you have
- 1:14:21to pay the toll to get there.
- 1:14:23You have to pay the toll to print
- 1:14:26a book in paperback copies.
- 1:14:2996 of them cost you $10,000 to
- 1:14:32do it.
- 1:14:33And then when you send it up, they'll
- 1:14:35either accept it or they won't mine.
- 1:14:37They tried to convince me not to do
- 1:14:39it by sending it back and saying on
- 1:14:41page one page, that document is in a
- 1:14:44place where it shouldn't be.
- 1:14:46You need to either remove it or move
- 1:14:48it to a different section of your book.
- 1:14:49And I had to pay the $10,000
- 1:14:52again.
- 1:14:56Isn't that curious.
- 1:14:57So you have to pay the $10,000
- 1:14:59again, and then you file it.
- 1:15:01And once, once that happened, I knew I
- 1:15:03was, I was not getting anywhere.
- 1:15:04I knew that the decision had already been
- 1:15:07made that the $10,000 was the, uh,
- 1:15:11the price of getting your, your book in
- 1:15:13there, but the decision was already made that
- 1:15:15whatever clerk, because my, my, my, my story
- 1:15:19was never read by any Supreme court justice
- 1:15:22is what I believe.
- 1:15:24Maybe I'm wrong, but I'll bet you anything.
- 1:15:28Nobody read it because no lawyer, no judge
- 1:15:31that read that book would say that what
- 1:15:33happened to me is what should have happened
- 1:15:35to me.
- 1:15:36That's that's BS.
- 1:15:37And the process of the Missouri bar and
- 1:15:40people like Sam Phillips, those exist in the
- 1:15:43people that are stealing power.
- 1:15:44I don't like people not stealing.
- 1:15:47They have the power, but the people that
- 1:15:50don't know, they use it to destroy the
- 1:15:52lives and Liberty of other people.
- 1:15:55And I believe that's, what's going on in
- 1:15:57this gaming industry, or if you want to
- 1:16:00call it gaming in this gray area.
- 1:16:03And I don't even like to call them
- 1:16:04gray area.
- 1:16:05Which side of the line are you on?
- 1:16:07Are you closer to the claw?
- 1:16:09Are you closer to the, uh, uh, machine
- 1:16:12that spits out tickets that you get to
- 1:16:14go and play ski ball and you get
- 1:16:17tickets.
- 1:16:17And when you have so many tickets, cause
- 1:16:19you spent, or your mom spent, you know,
- 1:16:21a, you know, a hundred dollars letting you
- 1:16:23get tickets.
- 1:16:24Is that not gambling?
- 1:16:26It's the same freaking thing.
- 1:16:27Who gives a crap?
- 1:16:29Let the kids roll the balls.
- 1:16:30Let the adults play with these stupid games.
- 1:16:33What do you care?
- 1:16:35Catherine Hannaway who gives a shit as Jim
- 1:16:38would say, well, maybe he didn't say that.
- 1:16:41He said, who cares?
- 1:16:42I say who gives a shit because truthfully
- 1:16:45who does nobody does nobody cares.
- 1:16:50Nobody gives a rip about it.
- 1:16:54And, uh, and, but we're making a political
- 1:16:57issue out of the governor's not saying anything,
- 1:16:59but there would be hopeful.
- 1:17:01Next governor is saying something about it as
- 1:17:04is Kristen Templeton by creating her own new
- 1:17:07policies to import yet another switch.
- 1:17:10She already has done import yet another criminal
- 1:17:13statute into her licensing, uh, regime.
- 1:17:18I think it's time for regime change.
- 1:17:21Governor, when are you going to appoint?
- 1:17:23When will you appoint a director or a
- 1:17:28supervisor of alcohol tobacco control?
- 1:17:31When, when are you going to do your
- 1:17:33job?
- 1:17:34And how do you get that done?
- 1:17:36You go to the DPS director, Mark James,
- 1:17:39and you say, recommend somebody to me, please,
- 1:17:44because that's what the law requires.
- 1:17:46Recommend somebody to me.
- 1:17:48Give me a list.
- 1:17:49One person, two person, three people, whatever.
- 1:17:51Tell me who should be running the ATC.
- 1:17:54And then I will pick one of those
- 1:17:56three and send it to the Senate for
- 1:17:59what it's called advice and consent that has
- 1:18:03never happened with this acting supervisor.
- 1:18:07She just out there acting supervisor for at
- 1:18:11least six, seven years.
- 1:18:13She'd been out there since 2019 spouting out
- 1:18:16crap, creating policy, seizing power, targeting individuals, and
- 1:18:21she's unelected.
- 1:18:23She's not even appointed.
- 1:18:26And that's what we're doing.
- 1:18:27So I'm on a rant today.
- 1:18:30And, uh, you know what I, but I
- 1:18:32wanted to play that second song.
- 1:18:34Well, son of a nutcracker.
- 1:18:35We only have like, uh, uh, six, seven
- 1:18:38minutes left.
- 1:18:39So maybe I'll find that song and play
- 1:18:41it for you because it's pretty cool.
- 1:18:44And this has some Dua Lipa in it
- 1:18:46as well.
- 1:18:47And man, I do like Dua Lipa.
- 1:18:49Uh, there's some good music for you, but
- 1:18:52we're going to go back to the, to
- 1:18:55the, the, the deep in D E E
- 1:18:58P Y N N because I just like
- 1:19:01it.
- 1:19:01And this song is going to finish out
- 1:19:03the show.
- 1:19:03I appreciate you listening to, uh, the show
- 1:19:07this morning and my variety of rants in
- 1:19:10different directions.
- 1:19:12Uh, tomorrow I'll either not have a show
- 1:19:14or it'll be pre-recorded and nobody can
- 1:19:17call in.
- 1:19:18I'm hopeful to do that, but I'm not
- 1:19:20positive I'm going to have the time this
- 1:19:22evening to get that done.
- 1:19:23And so, uh, the show is going to,
- 1:19:26uh, um, unfortunately tomorrow will not.
- 1:19:31And on Friday, I'll come back with, um,
- 1:19:35Civic Outlaws show.
- 1:19:36And we're definitely going to talk some more
- 1:19:38about this.
- 1:19:39I'll have my article finished by then.
- 1:19:41And that's been on my brain today.
- 1:19:43Although I still got a number of tabs
- 1:19:45pulled up about the old Netanyahu and this
- 1:19:48Lebanon escalation.
- 1:19:50Uh, there's a nice article on it called,
- 1:19:52uh, uh, Netanyahu is betting that Trump can't
- 1:19:57stop him.
- 1:19:58And that is an interesting story that I
- 1:20:01read through.
- 1:20:01It's by a guy named, uh, Farad Ibrahimov,
- 1:20:05who's a lecturer, the faculty of economics, uh,
- 1:20:08an expert lecturer at the department of political
- 1:20:11science, faculty of social sciences and mass communication
- 1:20:14and a financial university under the government of
- 1:20:17the Russian Federation, meaning he's a professor at
- 1:20:21a Russian university.
- 1:20:22And, uh, he has written in that article.
- 1:20:26It's lengthy and I won't get it.
- 1:20:30Um, um, Oh, geez.
- 1:20:35There's a, another interesting thing.
- 1:20:38I never saw this one.
- 1:20:39A Czech court is sending a fugitive, uh,
- 1:20:43trans guy.
- 1:20:45Boy, he looks entertaining in his leopard skin.
- 1:20:48Uh, neo-Nazi is headed back to Germany.
- 1:20:51The story of Maria Svenja Liebig, who was
- 1:20:54convicted of multiple offenses in her own home
- 1:20:57country prompts a debate, a debate about professed
- 1:21:01gender and prison choice, going to prison because
- 1:21:04you pretend that you're a woman.
- 1:21:06Uh, that's an interesting story too, since you
- 1:21:09identify as a woman, you can, you and
- 1:21:11your penis can go into a woman's prison
- 1:21:13because you identify as a woman.
- 1:21:16Maybe even though you identify as a woman,
- 1:21:19you can make a lot of money being
- 1:21:20the only penis in a woman's prison.
- 1:21:22Probably.
- 1:21:23Hmm.
- 1:21:24That's a potential wonder.
- 1:21:25I wonder how I feel about that.
- 1:21:27I think my initial reaction is negative, but
- 1:21:30today we're going to play the song that
- 1:21:34no, that's too long.
- 1:21:35Son of a nutcracker.
- 1:21:37I had it a second ago.
- 1:21:40Oh, where'd she go?
- 1:21:45Oh, here it is.
- 1:21:47Okay.
- 1:21:48We're gonna, we're gonna play this here song
- 1:21:50called wait for you in the same.
- 1:21:53I do like this voice and it's a
- 1:21:55bit of a, uh, this one's like a
- 1:21:56seven, eight minutes.
- 1:21:57So we're going to play that.
- 1:21:59I appreciate you being here.
- 1:22:00Uh, have a very nice day.
