- 0:00I don't.
- 0:02Then you're not ready.
- 0:04Sorry.
- 0:05It's all right.
- 0:06How you doing, Julia?
- 0:08Hello, Tracy.
- 0:09I'm back here holding it together, honey.
- 0:11Yay.
- 0:12We'll
- 0:13talk.
- 0:13We'll talk.
- 0:14We will talk.
- 0:16Hello, everybody.
- 0:17It's Michael Jaco with Unleashing Intuition Secrets.
- 0:19Joined once again by Trina Piccirillo.
- 0:21So it's we've had some, a lot of stuff that's been happening
- 0:24as far as like we had a a nurse that was on that was- Oh, yeah
- 0:28talking about how she was like, connecting with the the patients and so forth.
- 0:33So you've looked at it from the brain-based you know- Yes … your
- 0:37background brain-based therapist, and you're gonna share with us, how she
- 0:40was basically in the zone, and she was picking up on- what was right and
- 0:45what was wrong, and that's how when you're in the zone, you can do that.
- 0:49So let's jump into that.
- 0:50So thanks a lot for coming in again.
- 0:52Yeah, absolutely.
- 0:53I always love being with you, and I think especially this topic is
- 0:56great with you and how you talk about the intuitive warrior, about
- 1:02if you're not in an integrated brain state, you die in battle, right?
- 1:07Yeah.
- 1:07So I was really looking forward to going over this with you 'cause I think what
- 1:12you have described is so brain-based, and I kind of wanna show you what
- 1:17you're really doing neurologically when you're talking about those things.
- 1:20So as I was listening, I knew the neurology behind it, but I wanna
- 1:24give everybody some visuals to just lock this in for all of us.
- 1:28So if you- … could go… Did you get my little-
- 1:36No, I'm not seeing it in my email.
- 1:37Maybe Tracy has it
- 1:42See if we could find it
- 1:50'Cause what we're talking about is being in a brain state of what we call
- 1:59coherence, but also when we talk about consciousness, like a lot of, your shows
- 2:06and a lot of things I think that most of your listeners follow is consciousness.
- 2:11And consciousness is on- full consciousness, being a conscious
- 2:16being, that only happens when you're in a coherent neurological state.
- 2:24And you can only tap into sort of, the ether and the collective
- 2:30consciousness and also divine consciousness if your human equipment
- 2:38is regulated and working optimally.
- 2:42So wanted to show everybody today exactly what I'm talking about.
- 2:49Did you get it?
- 2:52Tracy's looking, so hopefully.
- 2:54Okay.
- 2:54I just emailed it a minute ago.
- 2:57Okay.
- 2:58I wonder if I can find it on my side
- 3:08Let's see
- 3:09If you go down, there's a share screen little thing.
- 3:12Yeah.
- 3:13Let me see if I can pull mine up.
- 3:46Okay, so
- 3:53Are you seeing that?
- 3:56No, it's not presenting unfortunately
- 3:59Okay, hold on
- 4:03Tracy's not getting anything she says
- 4:05Okay.
- 4:06I will get it.
- 4:07We'll see
- 4:14Is that coming up for you, Mike?
- 4:18No
- 4:20Shoot.
- 4:21Okay.
- 4:23Sorry So you go down, you hit the little thing, looks like a slide Yeah.
- 4:27Share screen
- 4:29You hit that, share screen.
- 4:30Once the share screen goes up, you go to where it says window.
- 4:33It's in between entire screen and Chrome.
- 4:36Okay.
- 4:36Click on that.
- 4:38It should show what you have on your screen a window, and you click on
- 4:42that, and then you put- you hit share.
- 4:46All right
- 4:49Sorry, everybody
- 4:50That's it
- 4:53All right, so- That's the
- 4:54wrong one.
- 4:55So click on another one
- 4:58All right, hold on
- 5:02I do that occasionally.
- 5:03Sorry
- 5:04Select screen.
- 5:06So was I supposed to hit window or share screen?
- 5:11Share screen, window, and then there should be these windows that if you
- 5:17have your slide presentation up, then click on your slide presentation and
- 5:22that'll show up in the, And present
- 5:25All ah, it worked last time, didn't it?
- 5:34I think… Nope, same thing
- 5:36Let me see
- 5:43Oh my gosh, Michael.
- 5:45Let's see
- 5:51It's just showing me that I'm supposed to pick up a video slide
- 5:58We'll see
- 6:05Whatever you want to share, you have to have it up in a… And then click on that.
- 6:11Yeah.
- 6:11Did you not get my email yet still?
- 6:14No.
- 6:16Oh my gosh.
- 6:21Can we go out and start again in a minute or should we just stick with it?
- 6:28You wanna just take a break and you can go out and I'll continue the show.
- 6:33And then once you get settled and share the re- email, then
- 6:36then you can come back, and I'll talk about this a little bit.
- 6:38All right.
- 6:39Okay.
- 6:41So you see that plant that's behind me, that's a rosebush, and you see
- 6:45the sun that's out, and the sun is basically connecting with the leaves.
- 6:52So in a metaphysical realm, you don't see that, but it exists in an energy state.
- 6:58This is the same thing that happens with your brainwaves.
- 7:01So your brainwaves when you're in coherence with your heart math,
- 7:05I've talked about that in my sh- a lot of shows I've talked about it.
- 7:09It's in my Become the Master of Man- Manifesting Man- the Master
- 7:14of Your Reality the courses that I have in my in my back channel.
- 7:19So if you see those roses are created from the sun connecting with the leaves taking
- 7:27the water and the soil, nutrients in the soil, and creating this beautiful flower.
- 7:34So you flower when you become coherent.
- 7:39You start to see things that you don't normally see.
- 7:42So that's the that's the beauty of our of our intuition.
- 7:46And when I was coherent in a combat zone, I was able to survive, thrive.
- 7:53Everyone that I was, entrusted with keeping safe was always safe.
- 7:57And this, eventually the s- the town that I was in, the city that I was in was safe.
- 8:02Then I reached it to another level where I would go to the people
- 8:05that were incoherent on a positive scale, and I would surround them
- 8:11with positive energy, love, and then they would weaken and be vulnerable,
- 8:17and then they would go away, right?
- 8:19Then they wouldn't be a threat anymore.
- 8:21And now those pe- those places where I used to go are all safe.
- 8:24So that's one example of being coherent.
- 8:27Now, being coherent, which many of you, I believe, were during the COVID
- 8:32plandemic you were able to, get the nutrients that you needed to stay sa- if
- 8:37you got sick, you got the nutrients you needed to, become healthy once again.
- 8:41And unfortunately, some of you got vaccinated, and that vaccination
- 8:45basically has caused a lot of problems.
- 8:49But again, you were able to, over time, hopefully get to the point where you were
- 8:53able to, get the nutrients or the, the ingredients and stuff I do Lifewave and
- 8:59so forth, that helps you to get coherent.
- 9:02Now, let's talk about the brain and how the brain works with coherence.
- 9:07Yeah, you got it.
- 9:07Yay.
- 9:09Oh my gosh.
- 9:10Okay.
- 9:11Sorry about that, everybody.
- 9:12Okay, so this is what I wanna talk about.
- 9:15So y- you also had you also had Stefan Burns on talking
- 9:19about how our consciousness collectively affects the planet.
- 9:25So all of that is very real, and, our nervous system is like
- 9:29an antenna, and it's also…
- 9:31it's a conductor, it's a receiver, all of that.
- 9:34It's an electrical system, and if we start with just the brain and how we can be in
- 9:41a coherent state, I want everybody to just think about there's three parts of your
- 9:46brain that have to be in functional order.
- 9:50And At some point the brain's complicated, and at some point
- 9:53it's not that complicated.
- 9:54So you have this neocortex.
- 9:57So this is our frontal lobe.
- 9:58This is our ability to have higher ordered thinking, to be rational, logical, to
- 10:03know facts to have judgment, to have discernment, to figure stuff out.
- 10:09So judgment can be, like, right or wrong, but judgment can also be, like,
- 10:14is that about 10 feet or is that 25 feet?
- 10:18So it's also discerning what's going on.
- 10:21And so our frontal lobe and our executive function is like our task master.
- 10:27It's the part of us that's our governor.
- 10:30It's the part of us that is "Is it Tuesday? Where do I need to be?" It's
- 10:34your adult thinking brain, and this is the part of your brain that is not complete.
- 10:40It's not finished building until the end of your 25th year.
- 10:44So actually human adolescence is 12 to 26.
- 10:50Yeah.
- 10:50So this part of the brain develops over a long time.
- 10:54But as an adult, everybody should have a working frontal lobe.
- 10:59And this is the logical, rational.
- 11:02In the middle is your mammal brain.
- 11:05So your mammal brain is connected to your limbic system, and it's in
- 11:11charge of all of your body functions.
- 11:13So your limbic brain is in charge of your heart pumping, your respiration.
- 11:20It's supposed to be working when you're unconscious and sound asleep.
- 11:25Your, th- your mammal brain is still gonna be paying attention to having your
- 11:29food digest, all of your body functions.
- 11:32So your mammal brain is from your chin down, and it's
- 11:36your basic somatic processor.
- 11:39So if you are if you're afraid, your mammal brain is gonna get involved, and
- 11:46it's going to control your breathing.
- 11:49When we're afraid, our chest gets tighter, and maybe your stomach does
- 11:54flip-flops if you're nervous or scared.
- 11:56So that's all coming from your mammal brain.
- 12:00Your mammal brain is also where all of your emotions are.
- 12:05So if you're happy or you're freaked out or you're really pissed
- 12:10off, it's in your limbic brain.
- 12:14So your limbic brain is also where your energy is.
- 12:18So energy plus motion is what emotions are.
- 12:23And so your emotions are a part of your nervous system that gives you
- 12:29data, it gives you information.
- 12:31It gives you very different information than your neocortex.
- 12:36Your neocortex is only rational, logical thinking.
- 12:41It doesn't care about emotions at all.
- 12:44It doesn't do that Your limbic brain is a whole different department,
- 12:50and it does your emotions.
- 12:53So what happens when you're not the m- the boss of your nervous system and you
- 12:59don't know how to really consciously regulate, then sometimes you can
- 13:04get so upset that you can't think.
- 13:07And that is actually very real, because there's a division
- 13:11of labor in your whole brain.
- 13:13In general, you want your whole brain to play well with each other.
- 13:17You want the three parts of your brain to work well together.
- 13:21But that takes a little bit of effort, and it also means you have
- 13:25to be healthy for those to work.
- 13:27But in general, they're different things and they do different things, so they
- 13:32don't just naturally work well together.
- 13:34So you've got your rational, logical thinking brain, and you've
- 13:38got your emotional mammal brain.
- 13:41Your emotional mammal brain also pays attention to everything
- 13:45that happens between people.
- 13:48So your mammal brain and your whole limbic system get all involved when you have
- 13:55something going on in a relationship that is a rupture or an argument, or you have
- 14:01a disconnection, or you have a problem somehow within between people, some kind
- 14:08of interpersonal relationship thing.
- 14:10Or even it could be, like, your relationship to the world around you.
- 14:15It could be your relationship to your community.
- 14:19So it could be your relationship to your environment.
- 14:22If you don't like cold weather and you happen to be in cold weather,
- 14:27your mammal brain will get all upset.
- 14:29And so your limbic system is also your comfort and your just you feeling safe.
- 14:36But it, it specifically pays attention to relationships.
- 14:41So that's why sometimes when you have a breakup, like you have a
- 14:48relationship breakup or someone that you care about passes away, your entire
- 14:54limbic brain is gonna go offline, and it's gonna have to recalibrate.
- 15:00So your limbic brain gets fully engaged in what happens in your
- 15:05relationship to other people.
- 15:06So think about how inconvenient that is.
- 15:09So when I was learning this, I was like, "You've gotta be kidding me."
- 15:14Please tell me that you're just kidding.
- 15:17Because what that means is that from your chin down, all of your
- 15:21body systems that your mammal brain's in charge of We are mammals.
- 15:26Human beings are mammals.
- 15:27We thrive and survive in a group.
- 15:31We are collective beings.
- 15:33Our mammal brains read our environment, and they read our relationships, and
- 15:39it's not possible for your body systems from your chin down, that's a lot of
- 15:44stuff, your lungs, your heart, your kidneys, your stomach, how you digest
- 15:51your food, how your muscles work or don't work, how your hands work or don't work.
- 15:56It's a lot of stuff.
- 15:58And they all pay attention to where you are in relation to other people,
- 16:04and they're going to make chemicals, or they're gonna react, or they're gonna
- 16:08constrict, or they're gonna relax around where you feel connected or disconnected
- 16:15or safe or not safe with other people.
- 16:19So again, that's kinda bad, right?
- 16:21That you have a physiological consequence directly related to your relationships
- 16:28to other people and to your pack
- 16:31Yeah
- 16:32… that's I don't know, sometimes maybe that's great.
- 16:35But if you're around a bunch of, shit going on, and a lot of strife, and
- 16:39a lot of, conflict, it takes a toll.
- 16:44Because your mammal brain thinks it's helping you, and it follows
- 16:49all of that, and it never just turns off those connections.
- 16:53It always cares about how you are with other people.
- 16:58And then that's why, again if somebody dies, you can't sleep, you can't
- 17:03eat, you can't function very well.
- 17:06Because your mammal brain is also in charge of your sleep-wake cycle.
- 17:12So do you sleep about right, or do you sleep way too much,
- 17:16or do you not sleep at all?
- 17:18That comes from your mammal brain.
- 17:20Wow.
- 17:21And so that's why when people go through grief, their sleep gets all wonky.
- 17:26And that's why a lot of times they don't eat right.
- 17:28If you either eat too much when you're stressed or you can't eat at all when
- 17:32you're stressed, that's your limbic brain.
- 17:35And so I think it's inconvenient that your limbic brain pays that much attention
- 17:42to what's going on in your relationships to your tribe, but it definitely does.
- 17:48And if you look at the average American, there's a lot of health problems, right?
- 17:54If you just look at people's body health and how well their stuff
- 17:59works and just how healthy their equipment is, we don't look that
- 18:05great as a tribe of Americans, right?
- 18:08Just look at 1,000 of us at the mall.
- 18:11Overall, we don't look great.
- 18:13And your limbic brain-
- 18:15that, that seems to have changed over time.
- 18:17You go back, 15, 20, 30 years- … and I remember it's like everybody seemed
- 18:23to be- Looked fit … yeah, looked great, and you know- Yeah … happy.
- 18:27And go back even further, I remember as a teenager I never
- 18:31even thought about these problems.
- 18:32People had problems and, but you learn how to deal with it, to a great extent.
- 18:36Some people didn't.
- 18:38But this is a great, this is a great tool to understand How we've
- 18:42been probably manipulated a lot.
- 18:44Yeah, think about when you're bombarded with data and you're
- 18:48bom- bombarded with thous- hundreds of channels on a TV screen.
- 18:52And, when you and I were growing up, I think we're about the same age,
- 18:55I'm 61 there was three channels.
- 18:58Yep.
- 18:59That's it.
- 19:00That's it.
- 19:00And so whatever was on there was all that you were exposed to in that way.
- 19:05Then you were exposed to your life and your neighborhood
- 19:09and your family and school.
- 19:11But you weren't otherwise bombarded with other images of
- 19:18things happening between people.
- 19:21So if you just look at just the average content, it's a lot of,
- 19:26dramas, people fighting problems, and, there's always some kind of a problem
- 19:31in a movie that you're watching.
- 19:33A lot of it's very violent.
- 19:35It's- it's the themes are conflict driven.
- 19:38And so this is also bad news.
- 19:41Your brain does not know the difference between real and a movie Your brain, when
- 19:50you are watching stuff, it is like being in a simulator for a pilot trying to learn
- 19:56how to fly and they're in a simulator.
- 19:58You, it's very similar, and that's why you put somebody in a simulator
- 20:03and make sure they know what they're doing before you l- give them a several
- 20:06million dollar plane and let them go up and kill themself and other people.
- 20:11So when we are exposing ourself to media, any kind, just be aware
- 20:18that your mammal brain is listening and observing and experiencing
- 20:23everything that you're showing it.
- 20:26It doesn't know the difference.
- 20:27And that's why sometimes when we're watching a movie and there's a chase
- 20:31scene, we know we're in a movie, we walked in, we're sitting in a theater,
- 20:37there's all these other people, we have popcorn in our lap maybe.
- 20:41We know it's a movie.
- 20:43So how come when you're watching a really good movie and there's a really good chase
- 20:47scene, if you feel your heart rate, your heart gets all going like you're in it.
- 20:53Yep.
- 20:53And if we hooked you up to a biofeedback- … which now biofeedback equipment's real
- 20:59simple and portable, you could do this.
- 21:02You could take a simple little biofeedback measure and go to a movie and just watch.
- 21:07So why is that happening?
- 21:09Because again, your brain does not know the difference between simulation
- 21:13and reality, and so your heart rate goes up, your hands might be sweaty,
- 21:18and your muscles will tighten up when you're watching a good chase scene.
- 21:22So from your chin down, your body has chemical reactions that all go off.
- 21:28Certain chemical things go off.
- 21:30You might get, based on how crazy the movie is, you might
- 21:33get adrenaline and cortisol.
- 21:36Your heart rate, your respiration changes.
- 21:38So I don't think that's very convenient.
- 21:41I don't actually like this that much.
- 21:42When I was learning this I was pretty upset.
- 21:45It was like, "Oh, no, this is terrible news." 'Cause I'm listening to this,
- 21:50learning about this, and what this is called is interpersonal neurobiology.
- 21:58So interpersonal is the space between two people, neuro is your brain,
- 22:03and biology is everything else.
- 22:06So the interpersonal neurobiology that I work with as a therapist, when someone
- 22:13comes to me with an interpersonal problem or any other kind of thing,
- 22:18I'm always working right on here, and I always know that I have to work
- 22:23through all these different brain states because it is very physical.
- 22:28All the stuff that happens with your friends and family and relationships
- 22:33and your community and with your government, it affects us physiologically.
- 22:38Your brain is always listening, as Dr. Amen says.
- 22:41And I was like, "That's terrible. What do you mean my brain is always
- 22:45listening?" And then I have a physical consequence of what's happening around me?
- 22:50I hated that So now the last part of your brain is the brain stem.
- 22:56So this sometimes we call the reptile brain, which, in our community
- 23:01that has recently, for me, taken on a whole nother dome- dimension,
- 23:07but people sometimes, even for a long time say, you're functioning
- 23:11from your reptile brain, right?
- 23:14So your reptile brain is the brain stem.
- 23:18It's the very back of our brain.
- 23:20It's the oldest part of your nervous system.
- 23:24It is not evolved at all, and all it cares about is, am I alive or am I dead?
- 23:31Wow.
- 23:32It does not care about anything else.
- 23:35It's not evolved.
- 23:38It doesn't give a rat's patootie about what you think, and it only cares about
- 23:45if you're alive or dead, and it is the last part of the brain that usually, if
- 23:51so- if we're looking at somebody that they're in an emergency room, they're
- 23:55critically injured, and we're trying to see if they are what we say brain dead.
- 24:01A lot of times you could have your brain stem still working, and all that means is
- 24:06that you're gonna still take a breath in and a breath out, and your heart'll still
- 24:12work, but there's no thinking, there's no memory, there's no emotions going on.
- 24:19So here's the deal.
- 24:20There's these three brain parts.
- 24:22Everybody has to deal with them.
- 24:24Everybody has a factory-issued equipment.
- 24:28This is it.
- 24:29This is your factory-issued equipment.
- 24:32And your reptile brain is the boss of the other two.
- 24:38This is the hierarchy.
- 24:40Because your brain stem says if I'm not alive, then nothing
- 24:43matters." So that's first.
- 24:46So safety is really important.
- 24:49And so again, your brain stem s- looks for safety and is
- 24:55whatever's going on gonna kill me?
- 24:58And if it can't get a good answer, it won't indulge the other two.
- 25:02So it'll gang up on the other two and just shut you down.
- 25:08So that's why it's you ever, we all talk about, like, when we get triggered-
- 25:13when
- 25:13we're freaking out, this is all that's going on.
- 25:17So if you can l- just remember this map and start working with regulating your
- 25:21nervous system, it's insanely helpful.
- 25:25Okay?
- 25:25So remember, the outer part is your consciousness, and that's where you can
- 25:31think first and decide to do something.
- 25:35So you go, "All right. My conscious directed behavior is I'm not gonna touch
- 25:40a hot stove." So you go that's hot.
- 25:43I'm not gonna touch it.
- 25:44And also, if I accidentally touched it, I'll just move my finger."
- 25:48So conscious directed behavior.
- 25:50I'm gonna think about it first, and then I'll decide if I wanna do it or not do it.
- 25:54Now, your unconscious behavior is- the result of your limbic brain and
- 26:02your reptile brain being b- BFFs.
- 26:05Those two gang up and they say, "All right, my survival, my safety
- 26:12depends on my group. It depends on the relationships I have in my group." So
- 26:17that kinda makes sense, because for mammals, truly, I don't think that
- 26:22we could survive without our group.
- 26:25And if we think about a long time ago, when maybe we lived in a little, small
- 26:29group, and we had a little village, and we all helped each other, and we
- 26:34were collaborative, the thing is, you really couldn't survive on your own.
- 26:39So a whole lot of people needed to pitch in and divide the labor, and
- 26:45certain people needed to manage the kids, and certain people
- 26:48needed to manage the animals.
- 26:50Somebody needed to go out and hunt.
- 26:52Somebody else needed to know about, basic medicine and taking
- 26:57care of the health of the tribe.
- 26:59There was a lot of work to do to just keep everybody alive, so that's
- 27:03why we live in groups, and we all have our jobs, and our survival
- 27:09depends on being a part of a group.
- 27:12So our basic way that a mammal survives is, am I alive or dead, and
- 27:19am I in good relation with my group?
- 27:22And then we evolve to have this higher order thinking.
- 27:27But what's gonna happen in your life all the time is when you are in a situation
- 27:33where, like we say, we get triggered.
- 27:36When you get triggered, then what happens is, remember, the reptile brain is the
- 27:41boss, so it's always, cast a vote first.
- 27:45Okay are we safe?
- 27:47How are we with other people?
- 27:49And then if you don't really feel like you're able to make yourself safe,
- 27:55then to the amount that the alarm goes off between these two is directly
- 28:02proportion to how you can think.
- 28:04Because what happens is you can get so upset, and so afraid, and so freaked
- 28:09out about a fight with another person, and maybe just what someone said
- 28:15about you, because a long time…
- 28:18Very recently, if somebody in the tribe was not okay with you,
- 28:22they could have you banished.
- 28:24They could just have you shunned from the group, and then you wouldn't survive.
- 28:30And so it's in our ancestral programming to get so upset when things aren't going
- 28:38well with our group that we can't think.
- 28:42And so what happens is if those first two aren't taken care of, then the,
- 28:48your outer cortex doesn't work anyway.
- 28:51Wow.
- 28:51And that's why we have that ex- we have that, that ex- that experience of I was so
- 28:56upset I couldn't remember my phone number.
- 28:59That's why when people call 911 they can't remember their address to tell
- 29:03the 911 operator, because the, all the blood rushes to these other two,
- 29:09and then your conscious-directed behavior just goes offline.
- 29:13It's like you lose internet connection.
- 29:15Yeah.
- 29:15Which is kinda dangerous if you think about it.
- 29:18Oh, yeah.
- 29:18Because your conscious-directed behavior keeps you from touching a hot stove.
- 29:24And it is logical, rational.
- 29:27It remembers the facts, and so it remembers kind of order and so you don't
- 29:32need that to go dark on you, right?
- 29:34Yeah.
- 29:36All right.
- 29:37And- Man, I love this.
- 29:38I can just take each one of those and tell you how I've overcome and
- 29:43how I direct traffic in each one of these, and I'm sure you have some
- 29:46really good insights on that as well.
- 29:48But here's the- Yeah,
- 29:49I'm gonna ask you about that
- 29:51… yeah.
- 29:52So- Because- You know, combat trained you learn how to you g- you're
- 29:55gonna have the emotions come in.
- 29:57Yep.
- 29:57And you feel, you start to feel that tightening, the, the center
- 30:01line focus and the, shallow breathing will start to come in.
- 30:04And you learn how to just relax through that and just start to open your conscious
- 30:08mind up to information so you can get your high order thinking, involved.
- 30:14And then even higher again, into these intuitive states of consciousness.
- 30:18But of course- But what
- 30:19if you don't do that?
- 30:20What if you don't do that, right?
- 30:22So that's
- 30:22like what you're showing.
- 30:22You're gonna, you're gonna shut down.
- 30:24Yeah.
- 30:24You're gonna shut down and freeze.
- 30:25I've seen so many people freeze, it's sad to see that.
- 30:28But there is a way you have to relax through that.
- 30:30You have to like, you know- Yep … you have to notice that at first.
- 30:33So- You
- 30:33have to even be aware that-
- 30:35… you have to get out of that training.
- 30:36Yeah, you have
- 30:36to be
- 30:37aware You have to
- 30:37notice.
- 30:37And always you're gonna lose from the top down.
- 30:42There's a order to this.
- 30:44Yep.
- 30:44So the first thing to go is your ability to think and be logical and rational.
- 30:50Always goes dark first.
- 30:52Yeah.
- 30:52That's gonna go first.
- 30:53Then your limbic brain.
- 30:55That's why people sometimes literally physically can't move.
- 30:59And then your reptile brain.
- 31:01So now when you're in a situation with your, is it called a squad or a patrol,
- 31:06or what did you guys call it, your group?
- 31:09Yeah, we, many different, depending on where I was working.
- 31:12If I was in the SEAL teams and we're patrolling, yeah your squad.
- 31:16Working with your squad.
- 31:16Everyone has their, areas of responsibility, so when something
- 31:20happens some kind of violence maybe comes or you have to be quiet or…
- 31:25So you have all these different things you, you would normally
- 31:27go into, and you train.
- 31:28So you instantly go in-
- 31:31So guess what part, guess where all that is.
- 31:32That's in your neocortex.
- 31:34Yes.
- 31:34All the training, all the data, how to use your gun how to make sure
- 31:39that you have the right ammunition.
- 31:41What do you do if you get sand in your weapon?
- 31:44All of that is in your frontal lobe.
- 31:46Good point.
- 31:47Also, how many guys are with us, that's in your frontal lobe Where is the where's
- 31:54the exit vehicle if we need to leave?
- 31:57And all of the paths of the maps that you have in your brain of we're
- 32:02going in here, we're gonna do this we were told that this is the mission.
- 32:06All that's in your frontal lobe.
- 32:09Yeah.
- 32:09So all of that stuff, how many guys are with me what are their names, what
- 32:14are the commands that I was trained to do to say "We're here, we're moving
- 32:18this way." All of that training.
- 32:21And just the procedures that you learned- Yeah … and that you're
- 32:25all depending on is this is my job, I'm gonna be in the front.
- 32:30You're gonna bring up the middle.
- 32:32When you're in the middle, this is your job.
- 32:34You're not gonna be doing what the front guy's doing.
- 32:36There's already somebody there.
- 32:37When you're bringing up the rear, you have very specific tasks.
- 32:41You're supposed to be looking for very specific things.
- 32:43And everybody has their procedures that they're gonna follow in what we're doing.
- 32:48All that is in your frontal lobe.
- 32:50So just like you were saying in some previous videos, if you get so upset
- 32:56and scared, and you don't know how to channel adrenaline properly- … then
- 33:02you're gonna lose all of that.
- 33:04And then everyone's in danger.
- 33:06Yeah.
- 33:07You need all of that.
- 33:08So you can't get too emotional, but you have to have enough emotion for
- 33:14your overall system to work as it's optimally designed for it to have balance.
- 33:21And for you to really benefit from everything that God gave you and
- 33:25how you're made, you just have to have balance, and these parts have
- 33:29to play well with each other, right?
- 33:31Yeah.
- 33:32I know you gave this one example one time of you said s- when sometimes people
- 33:36come in and they think that the way that they stay safe is they're very angry.
- 33:42Yeah.
- 33:42They come in with anger, and they're, like, focused on that energetic
- 33:47space of "I'm gonna dominate. I'm gonna be the boss. I'm gonna come
- 33:51in and be the biggest and the baddest." So this is like a seesaw.
- 33:57As one goes up, one goes down.
- 33:59So if you do that, then you are consciously directing energy
- 34:04to the back and the middle.
- 34:06You're saying, "I'm gonna be 'Cause the reptile brain
- 34:11resonates with eat or be eaten.
- 34:14It loves that.
- 34:15It understands that.
- 34:17I'm either the biggest or the smallest, and I'm gonna take you
- 34:21out or you're gonna take me out.
- 34:23That's total reptile brain.
- 34:26So reptile brain loves that, and reptile brain is all about that.
- 34:30But you know that reptiles actually eat their young.
- 34:36Mammals don't, but reptiles do
- 34:39Good point
- 34:40If reptiles hang around, they'll eat their eggs.
- 34:44They'll eat their babies.
- 34:45And reptiles as a species, they don't nurture their young, and
- 34:50they don't live in communities.
- 34:52One lizard on a rock one snake hanging out doing its thing.
- 34:58They don't hang out in groups.
- 35:00But
- 35:00mammals do.
- 35:02So if one person is acting like that, it's gonna trigger all the other mammal brains,
- 35:09because it's not how we do business.
- 35:13So if one person is acting like that, it's gonna trigger all the rest of
- 35:18your nervous systems to feel out of sync, 'cause it is- out of sync.
- 35:24And the more you let that go without balancing it, the more dangerous it is.
- 35:30Excellent.
- 35:30Excellent point.
- 35:31Does that make sense?
- 35:32'Cause like I said, all the guys that had that reptile brain thinking, all those
- 35:36guys that I know, that I, that were, I saw over the years, they're all dead.
- 35:41All of them attracted that, and they just went against the other
- 35:45reptile-thinking brain people out there that were, violent and so forth.
- 35:50Those of us that were in, empowered were using our neocortex and
- 35:55conscious directed behavior and so forth we just worked around that.
- 35:58We never got involved.
- 35:59It's wasn't part of our… we'd see it coming before it happened, and
- 36:03we'd just direct ourselves around it.
- 36:05Or if it did happen, we were able to minimize or eliminate
- 36:08it very easily and very quickly.
- 36:11Yeah.
- 36:11And that is very neurologically based.
- 36:15You adapted, y'all figured that out from just being around it.
- 36:18You're like, "Oh, no, that is not good. That puts everybody in danger,
- 36:22so we've gotta minimize the risk when somebody like that is around." Yeah.
- 36:27So we're either gonna knock it off, or we're gonna have to just minimize them
- 36:31as a liability, but they're a liability.
- 36:34Yeah.
- 36:35And that's because- And that's what we did over
- 36:36time.
- 36:36We be- we became very effective.
- 36:38My, my groups that I was… Especially the CIA groups I was with we became
- 36:41extremely effective over time.
- 36:43So that's a real thing.
- 36:45Yeah.
- 36:45Okay?
- 36:45Definitely.
- 36:45So what we wanna do- Very real … is not get our thinking
- 36:48brain to again, go offline.
- 36:51It is not safe.
- 36:53But it's also where we get these expressions like when someone comes at
- 36:56you and they're like, "Blah, blah, blah, blah," and they're, and you're like,
- 36:59"Okay, don't bite my head off," right?
- 37:02"Don't kill me." Okay I, I'm afraid you're gonna kill me if I tell you this," right?
- 37:07It's kinda comes from real stuff, right?
- 37:11Yeah.
- 37:11So all right.
- 37:13So I'm gonna ask everybody to think about when you lose your
- 37:16mind, which way does it go?
- 37:20Okay?
- 37:20Because this right here is a map of what I just showed you.
- 37:25Nice.
- 37:25So if you want your brain to work where all three parts function like they're
- 37:33supposed to, that way wherever you are on the planet, of course you're
- 37:37gonna pay attention to, am I safe?
- 37:40You want that part of your brain.
- 37:41That's a re- that's a reasonable, practical question.
- 37:44All right.
- 37:45So you don't wanna get mad at your reptile brain, and you're like, "I appreciate
- 37:48you. Thank you." So you wanna be safe.
- 37:51Then you wanna say, "How am I with other people?" You do, even if
- 37:55you're antisocial, you do have to have a working relationship with
- 37:59the other s- however many billion people there are on the planet.
- 38:03You just have to be relatively good at that.
- 38:07And then you have to have your brain be logical and rational.
- 38:11So all the energy that you have in your brain, if it works together, then
- 38:16you're gonna be functioning from this window of tolerance in the middle.
- 38:21So all the energy that you have in your brain, which is the electrical current,
- 38:26it's the frequency of your brain.
- 38:28We can measure it by measuring the blood flow.
- 38:32We can measure the electrical current on an EEG.
- 38:36There's a lot of ways that we can measure the energy and just make sure
- 38:39that all three parts have adequate blood flow and they're working as designed.
- 38:44And if we have a functional imaging scan, we can scan it and see it.
- 38:49But also, we have so much information about it that for me, I can look
- 38:55at somebody's behavior and I can tell you where they're at.
- 38:58So I wanna show everybody else how to do that.
- 39:01You're all gonna know this today.
- 39:03So when your brain starts to go dark, y- you're either have gone up in too
- 39:11much emotion- so you're you're in that energy of emotional overwhelm.
- 39:19And, or you're gonna shut down and not wanna feel.
- 39:25And so on a… It's not showing the one, two, three, is it?
- 39:30So I don't know why the, The slide is cut off.
- 39:33Is it showing the whole slide for you where it shows one,
- 39:36two, three at the bottom?
- 39:38No, it just goes to four and then it cuts off from there.
- 39:41Okay.
- 39:41So we'll just deal with it.
- 39:42Okay.
- 39:42So on a scale from one to 10, you can measure the energy in your brain.
- 39:49And again, if we have a piece of equipment where we can man- manage it.
- 39:54Ah.
- 39:55Sorry, my battery's dying.
- 39:56I need to plug it in.
- 39:57Okay.
- 39:58So if you don't have enough energy in your brain, like you're trying
- 40:02to shut down because maybe you're going into freeze mode, then
- 40:07you're gonna, you're gonna be in…
- 40:10Ah.
- 40:11Whoops.
- 40:12Hold on.
- 40:14I hit the button when I was plugging in my battery.
- 40:16Okay.
- 40:17On a scale from one to 10 we're gonna measure your arousal, and that's
- 40:21your blood flow and your energy.
- 40:22It's also how well all the parts are talking.
- 40:26And so when you get stressed, in general people either shut down- they just
- 40:32check out and you can kinda see 'em.
- 40:35They don't like emotions.
- 40:37So what they're doing is they're kinda gonna go down, and they're gonna excuse
- 40:41themself from the high intensity.
- 40:44And so when you get like that, what you're trying to do is you're trying to shut
- 40:50down that mammal emotion and the feeling of not feeling safe, and you're trying
- 40:56to be all like in your thinking brain.
- 40:59You just wanna think but you don't wanna feel.
- 41:01Sometimes that feels safer to people.
- 41:04So they'll s- they'll try to literally slow down their nervous system and slow
- 41:09down their breathing because they're thinking that if they slow down, then
- 41:14maybe they can start thinking again.
- 41:17And-
- 41:19The other pl- there's only three places.
- 41:21The other thing is that you go up here and you freak out, and then you're
- 41:26feeling… And if you do that, if you indulge high emotions without balance,
- 41:32then you'll feel emotionally overwhelmed.
- 41:34You'll start to panic And this is how you can tell that your
- 41:39frontal lobe is shutting down.
- 41:40If you don't have equipment, you can just look at are you getting
- 41:45emotionally overwhelmed, are you starting to have a panic attack where
- 41:47your chest is tight, you can't breathe.
- 41:50You're starting to just do stuff without thinking.
- 41:52You're just grabbing stuff, and you're just like, "Okay, whatever. Go."
- 41:57You're hypervigilant.
- 41:58You're trying to watch for everything.
- 42:00You're trying to control everything, which isn't possible, so it's not rational
- 42:05or logical to try to watch everything.
- 42:08And you're very defensive.
- 42:09You feel unsafe.
- 42:10You're super reactive.
- 42:12You rage.
- 42:13Your brain is going 100 miles an hour.
- 42:16We call that anxiety, but it's also just freaking out, right?
- 42:20And that means that your frontal lobe has gone offline.
- 42:25So again, it's the same thing we were talking about before, but it's
- 42:29just written in a different way.
- 42:31And the thing is, if you don't catch it and start calming yourself down,
- 42:35by the time you hit a 10, you can actually overheat your brain so
- 42:39much that it'll shut down on you.
- 42:41So it's like the equivalent of having a heart attack, and that's what we call
- 42:45either a nervous breakdown, when someone ends up in the emergency room or they
- 42:52have to go in a hospital temporarily.
- 42:54That's what this is.
- 42:57And, or somebody commits suicide.
- 43:00Yeah.
- 43:00That's what a 10 is.
- 43:01So I don't have a 10 on here, because we're gonna all catch
- 43:04it before we ever go there.
- 43:06And I want you to know what do you look for.
- 43:08How do you know you're out of balance?
- 43:11Let me show you a little different one.
- 43:14But let me let me interject a little bit here.
- 43:17We can go back to the- Yeah … the COVID-19 days- Of course … in the
- 43:20early stages where they started to get people high anxi- high anxiety.
- 43:25Yes.
- 43:26And everybody's fearful and everything.
- 43:28They're not thinking rationally.
- 43:30There's, "Go into sunshine. Take the, get your vitamin D3, extra
- 43:34C," and all the things that we're try- that everyone knows.
- 43:38Yeah.
- 43:38From so the ra- like you're talking about, the rational brain's not activated.
- 43:43Yeah.
- 43:43So we… So this is going to happen again, I believe.
- 43:47So this, that what we failed.
- 43:49As the human race, we failed, and you're showing us how we failed.
- 43:54So I think- And it- … this is huge for people to understand this
- 43:57… and this is biology based.
- 44:00You're not gonna over… This is literally how your interpersonal
- 44:04neurobiology's auto program.
- 44:06You already have an autopilot.
- 44:09And it's always going to respond this exact way.
- 44:13There's only three places.
- 44:15But it's like a seesaw.
- 44:17So let's say that somebody else comes along and they try to control us.
- 44:23So if you look on the bottom, if somebody comes at us and they're
- 44:27very rigid, this is like whoever they were controlling COVID, right?
- 44:32You have to do this, you have to stay home, you have to wear
- 44:35a mask, you have to do all this.
- 44:37So s- there's a big control state, and they want 100% certainty, and they
- 44:45want 100% predictability, and that's what we're hearing constantly is, "We
- 44:49have to be able to predict everybody's safety. We have to be able to control…"
- 44:54They were constantly putting… And I remember paying attention to it
- 44:59at the time, because I do this all day long, and I was so pissed off-
- 45:03Yeah
- 45:04… because I was thinking about all my clients that I spend all this
- 45:08time getting them all fine-tuned and getting their brains working,
- 45:13and then I'm like, "What the hell?"
- 45:15I get in my car, and every 15 minutes what I would hear on the radio was,
- 45:20"This is how many COVID cases we've had.
- 45:23This is your 15-minute update." And then I would hear a little voice say, "This
- 45:26is how many COVID cases, this is how many deaths, this is how many whatever."
- 45:30And they would do it every 15 minutes.
- 45:33Yeah.
- 45:33So I knew that this was gonna stress everybody's nervous system out.
- 45:37I knew their caveman brain, their reptile brain was gonna get completely activated.
- 45:42And it was gonna be hard for everyone to think.
- 45:45Yeah.
- 45:45Because it's this.
- 45:47To the extent you're focused down, then you're gonna naturally pop out at the top.
- 45:55You're… It's like a pendulum swing.
- 45:58So when somebody came at us trying to control all this stuff and telling us
- 46:03absolutely that COVID was this, and it was gonna kill everybody, 'cause they
- 46:08were… They didn't have any wiggle room in how they presented it, right?
- 46:11So that throws all of us up to the top.
- 46:15'Cause now we feel that everything's 100% uncertain.
- 46:19We've never heard of this virus before.
- 46:21It feels like everything's unpredictable because everybody's saying, "Oh, we've
- 46:26never seen this before. We don't know what it is." So this is gonna throw everybody's
- 46:31nervous system naturally based on our autopilot, it's in our deep programming,
- 46:38that as one goes, the other goes.
- 46:41So if we have some- something that is very rigid and also I think the… whoever was-
- 46:50W- whoever we wanna say the rulers were, the ones making the rules, they were being
- 46:55at… They were acting without feeling.
- 46:57And that's what the nurse who was on was saying, is, "I'm watching this." She was
- 47:03staying in the middle because her brain was working, but a lot of the procedures
- 47:09were so rigid and very controlling that they were also acting without feeling.
- 47:14Yeah.
- 47:15So her radar was like nope.
- 47:18Acting without feeling is not safe.
- 47:22That is not safe." And so she was resonating with all the things
- 47:26that she knows aren't safe.
- 47:29She knows that human beings matter and important, and all of the
- 47:34things that were happening were a breach of every one of those.
- 47:39And so she has a great system, and she's also probably really consciously worked
- 47:48on her ability to do this, is my guess.
- 47:51Oh, yeah.
- 47:51She was able to stay in the middle, and that's what all of us
- 47:54need to work on being able to do.
- 47:56Yeah.
- 47:56Is because it… When we don't know that there's a middle, and you don't
- 48:02know how to get in there, then you're just stuck at the top or the bottom.
- 48:07So if somebody else is control you can't be, so you have to feel chaotic
- 48:11and feel so upset you can't think.
- 48:15And so if you come into any environment and you're over-controlling, you're
- 48:22you're very black and white and rigid, and you don't let, allow wiggle
- 48:26room, it isn't actually healthy.
- 48:29No.
- 48:29Because the organic universe doesn't work like that.
- 48:33There isn't anything that is always 100%.
- 48:37If you use the scientific method and you do an experiment, you go to higher,
- 48:42you go to university and you go to graduate school and they show you how
- 48:46to do a really well-run experiment, then for something to be absolutely true in
- 48:54statistics, it's, it only needs to be true 93 times out of 100 to say that it's true.
- 49:03If we're trying to talk about measuring something, is, medicine or any other thing
- 49:08that you want to look at, we're gonna say is it true 95 to 93 times out of 100,
- 49:17we're gonna say it's absolutely true.
- 49:19There isn't anything that we ever do that's 100 out of 100.
- 49:23It doesn't exist in the organic universe.
- 49:25So the more that you try to be around something or approach anything by
- 49:31trying to be perfect, 'cause perfect is down by the bottom- So I don't
- 49:37recommend anybody ever try to do perfect.
- 49:40It's not possible.
- 49:41It's also not safe, because you can't pull it off.
- 49:45So then when you're not perfect, then you're gonna go to, "Oh
- 49:48my God, I don't know anything.
- 49:51I'm terrible." 'Cause all or nothing also exists on the bottom.
- 49:55Yeah.
- 49:56I saw a lot… I s- I wouldn't say a lot, but there was a good number of people
- 49:59that I worked with over the years in the SEAL community, CIA, and so forth.
- 50:04They thought that they were perfect, because they'd
- 50:06reached this incredible level.
- 50:08They're at the top of the top, one, 1% of the 1%.
- 50:11And so they're like, "No, my, my shit doesn't stink, so I… Everything I do is
- 50:15perfect obviously." And then they would get faced with something they'd never
- 50:20seen before, which w- always happens, oh, so they were i- they were inflexible and
- 50:23they were unadaptive like you just said.
- 50:25Absolutely.
- 50:26And I was… It would… I would be dumbfounded, 'cause you… I
- 50:31like what you just said there.
- 50:32Don't ever think that you're perfect or try and achieve perfect.
- 50:36You need a little level of wiggle room so that when the unknown comes
- 50:41along, which it always will, then you're able to adapt and be flexible.
- 50:46So that's- Yeah … that's excellent point.
- 50:48Very good.
- 50:49Rigid is a- is very fragile.
- 50:51So if something is rigid, like we build a building, and it doesn't have any ability
- 50:56to sway- … it's gonna break and crack.
- 51:00Yeah.
- 51:00So anything in the organic universe, including us and our way of being, if
- 51:05it's very rigid, then if something comes along and tries to move it, it'll just
- 51:10crack and break, 'cause it's not flexible.
- 51:13It doesn't have any wiggle room.
- 51:15And so for us as human beings, it doesn't mean that if you if you're not rigid,
- 51:22'cause the people that like to live down there, they think that they love rules.
- 51:27Yeah.
- 51:27And they love to know where things are, and they love to just do the same thing
- 51:32over and over, and they hate change.
- 51:35Yes.
- 51:35" Please, God, do not make me change something." And so they love that.
- 51:41How much of the
- 51:41population do you think is like that?
- 51:4335% of the population.
- 51:45Oh, that's it?
- 51:47That's-
- 51:47They have a bias towards… more than that.
- 51:48It's our OC- it's our OCD crowd.
- 51:51Where they like order, they like everything to the letter, they like, as
- 51:56much certainty and predictability as they can get, and they really are very rigid.
- 52:01Yeah.
- 52:02And, but i- it's more fragile, right?
- 52:06So then when I'm working with somebody that loves that or I work with
- 52:09somebody who's been in the military and been a military leader for a
- 52:13long time, they're like, "Let me just tell you something, Ms. Vicarello.
- 52:17That doesn't work when you're talking about the things that
- 52:20I do all day long at work.
- 52:21I have to have absolute.
- 52:23When I'm dealing with this and this, I need an, I have absolutes, and there is
- 52:27black and white, and it's healthy, and you'll never convince me otherwise."
- 52:31And I'm like, "All right." So I'm not saying, 'cause what they think I'm
- 52:35saying is that there's either rigid or there's this, and that is not- Flat as
- 52:42a pan, like you…
- 52:42no, nothing.
- 52:44There's
- 52:44nothing there … that is not what I'm saying.
- 52:46Is that- I'm not saying anarchy, no rule, complete chaos.
- 52:51That's up at the top.
- 52:52That's just as unhealthy.
- 52:54Absolutely.
- 52:54It's just the opposite.
- 52:56I'm not saying that, but that's what they hear.
- 52:58When people like to live in perfection, they're like, "Yeah, not gonna happen.
- 53:03I'm perfect.
- 53:04I like the way that I do things perfect.
- 53:07I like…" I can't, they can't imagine changing.
- 53:10But they're in my office because they have health issues.
- 53:13They have fibromyalgia.
- 53:15They have intestinal problems.
- 53:17They have stomach ulcers.
- 53:20They can't sleep.
- 53:21They have a lot of musculoskeletal stress.
- 53:25Their neck hurts all the time.
- 53:27Because remember, your caveman and your mammal brain follow
- 53:32everything that happens.
- 53:33And so- … you're not gonna win that biological fight.
- 53:37It's not gonna happen.
- 53:39Wow.
- 53:39And it isn't healthy.
- 53:40And so what I'm saying is I just want you to have a little bit of movement.
- 53:45That's all.
- 53:47That's still a lot of order, okay?
- 53:49So now if I'm gonna go from rigid to flexible and adaptive, I'm just gonna move
- 53:54this much, and then that's my no, and I'm gonna move this much, and that's my yes.
- 54:00And I just have a small little place that I'm asking you to function in.
- 54:04I'm not asking you to not have rules.
- 54:07I'm not asking you to not have a relative amount of order.
- 54:11It's just this.
- 54:13That's all.
- 54:14But that's hard to explain sometimes to people who live down there.
- 54:19Yeah.
- 54:20And it is all you need.
- 54:22So it's the 80/20 principle.
- 54:25So I'm saying all you have to have is 20% variability.
- 54:30I'm asking you only to get used to tolerating 20% wiggle room.
- 54:37I'm not asking you to be stupid and reckless.
- 54:40Just a little wiggle.
- 54:4320% is all you need for it to be super, super healthy, but really also very clear.
- 54:51There's rules, there's order.
- 54:53So there's 80% organization and a process, a procedure.
- 54:59So it's not out of control.
- 55:02It's very predictable and certain.
- 55:03If you have 80% certainty and predictability, you have a lot.
- 55:08There's not very much that changes.
- 55:11There's not very much that is gonna feel uncertain.
- 55:14If you have 80%, it's pretty certain and it's pretty predictable.
- 55:19All day long it will be, 'cause there's 80%.
- 55:22So all we have to do is indulge that 20% variability in our function.
- 55:29So the goal isn't for me to help people never go up or down.
- 55:34The goal isn't for you to stay in coherence and be, like, a very centered,
- 55:39wonderful, regulated human all the time.
- 55:43That is also not possible, and it's also not even necessary.
- 55:48If you just hang out in the middle 80% of the time, then when you either
- 55:53freak out temporarily, you catch it, you go, "Oh, shit, I'm freaking out."
- 55:57Then you catch it, you calm down, you're good.
- 56:01If you sometimes get overwhelmed and you just need to check out and you
- 56:05just don't wanna feel anything, and you also get real bossy and you're
- 56:10like, "Listen, I'm stressed out.
- 56:12I just need you to do it like I said to do it, and don't ask me questions.
- 56:17And I just need this right now, so just let me have it my way." Okay, we'll
- 56:22give you a little of that somewhere.
- 56:26And then you just get yourself back regulated.
- 56:29If you only go out 20% of the time, it won't affect your health one bit So even
- 56:39though you went out and you were a little off, and maybe you had some cortisol and
- 56:44some adrenaline, it didn't happen enough, and it didn't happen for as long as would
- 56:52cause any- anything wrong in your health.
- 56:55So don't try to not freak out, just catch it and get yourself back, and
- 57:01don't try to never have a moment where you're a little too controlling.
- 57:06Give yourself some grace if you need to go up and down, and then you just catch it.
- 57:10So the reason we call the middle the window of tolerance is because it's
- 57:19literally it isn't that you have to be happy and just blissful all the time.
- 57:23That's not what this is.
- 57:25This is a real reasonable window of your biological way of being and how
- 57:31much energy runs in your brain so that all three parts are in working
- 57:36order, and one part doesn't drop off and one part doesn't boss, is when
- 57:41you stay in balance, you just learn to tolerate what's happening around you.
- 57:48You don't have to love it, but you have to just tolerate differences.
- 57:54When somebody's doing something that you don't like or doesn't work
- 57:57for you, or you don't agree with somebody, you just tolerate it, and
- 58:03you stay in the middle, and you have a conversation, and you negotiate.
- 58:10You go, "All right.
- 58:12You need to do it that way.
- 58:13I need to do it this way.
- 58:15This isn't gonna work, so we're gonna have to figure this out." And the
- 58:20only place that you're gonna be smart, where you're gonna also remember,
- 58:25like, how you're supposed to talk to somebody and also remember enough to
- 58:30explain to them why you have a certain preference so that you can be rational
- 58:35and logical, then you need to stay in the middle to have that conversation.
- 58:41And you just have to remember that your behavior sometimes throws somebody up
- 58:46or down because… Sorry, that's my pug.
- 58:50Because… Ah, come here, pug
- 58:54Okay.
- 58:55She's good.
- 58:56Okay.
- 58:57Pug management.
- 59:00Oh, no.
- 59:02She hit my power cord.
- 59:03Okay, hold on.
- 59:04Okay, pug patrol, hold on.
- 59:07Okay.
- 59:07The goal is that you wanna stretch yourself into tolerating differences.
- 59:15Yeah.
- 59:15Because if there's billions of people in the world, doesn't that make sense that
- 59:22you have to negotiate for what works for somebody else and what works for you?
- 59:26And the goal of how you stay in here is to just be aware of where you're
- 59:30at first, and then also be aware that you can throw somebody up or down.
- 59:35So for me, I've been doing this so long, just this, is if I am starting to have
- 59:43conflict in a group, like we're trying to all get somewhere and we all kinda have
- 59:48to work together, if I'm losing people, then maybe I'm being too controlling.
- 59:56Maybe I'm being too bossy and I'm not being intuitive enough
- 1:00:00of letting them have a say, and I'm not being relational enough.
- 1:00:06That's real easy to figure out.
- 1:00:08And then if I show up and I'm really, like, all upset, you can just run
- 1:00:14this experiment over and over.
- 1:00:16If you walk into any area with other people and you… I've… They
- 1:00:21had us do this in graduate school.
- 1:00:23They had us do this as homework.
- 1:00:25They had us walk in and just be real freaked out and just loud
- 1:00:29and just very high emotion, and try to get anybody to follow you.
- 1:00:35Ah.
- 1:00:36Because if you show up like that and you're all hysterical and you're
- 1:00:41very emotional and you're, like, super freaked out, nobody trusts you.
- 1:00:47Yeah.
- 1:00:48And they usually immediately step back or they try to calm you
- 1:00:52down, because nobody likes it.
- 1:00:54Your nerve- nobody's nervous system responds well to that
- 1:01:00yeah.
- 1:01:00So it's kinda easy.
- 1:01:01And then just like you were saying, the answer key for how you stay
- 1:01:07out of the top and the bottom is, you just have to be flexible.
- 1:01:11You don't have to have no safety and no rules, just a little flexibility,
- 1:01:16and then you have to tolerate change.
- 1:01:20You're just not gonna have everything stay the same.
- 1:01:23It's not healthy.
- 1:01:25It doesn't work in the organic universe.
- 1:01:28If we have stagnation, we have death.
- 1:01:33Everything has to move and change all the time.
- 1:01:37So you have to just make peace with that.
- 1:01:41Things are gonna change all the time.
- 1:01:44Now, if you have too much change, now you're gonna have chaos.
- 1:01:48So you have to look at the proportions of this.
- 1:01:53Adaptive doesn't mean every single thing can change all the time.
- 1:01:58Again, that's not reasonable or healthy, and our nervous systems can't handle that.
- 1:02:03That'll throw us into a bad biological state, 'cause we can't keep up.
- 1:02:08So a little change is super healthy for us.
- 1:02:14And so whenever I'm working with somebody on just having their brain work the
- 1:02:19very best it can and be just optimally healthy, sometimes I'll just say, "Just
- 1:02:24look around your house," especially for somebody that has a preference,
- 1:02:29the 35% that's sorta OCD and likes things to be the same and orderly.
- 1:02:35Then I'll say, "Just to keep yourself healthy is just change something like
- 1:02:40how you drive to work, just for the hell of it, just to show your brain
- 1:02:44who's boss." Just to make sure it doesn't accidentally get rigid again.
- 1:02:49Yep.
- 1:02:49Is just drive a different way to work, and you'd be surprised how
- 1:02:53stressful that is for some people
- 1:02:57To just drive a different way, because it makes you more present, right?
- 1:03:02Yeah.
- 1:03:03To have to do that, it's not like a big deal, but it is a little bit
- 1:03:06more work and people get grumpy.
- 1:03:08But it's not healthy for us to get in a groove and not be conscious.
- 1:03:13And another thing is just change something that you're doing just
- 1:03:17for the heck of changing it.
- 1:03:19It can be anything.
- 1:03:20It could be where you put your cups in the kitchen.
- 1:03:24That, I love to do that to OCD people.
- 1:03:27I love to just, on their treatment plan, I say, "Now, here's what you're gonna
- 1:03:31do. Just to show your brain who's boss, you're gonna move your dishes and you're
- 1:03:37gonna leave it that way for a month. And then if you wanna move it back, you can."
- 1:03:41And they just lose their mind, really.
- 1:03:43They literally are like, "I will die if you make me really do that.
- 1:03:47You're kidding, right?" And I'm like, "No, I'm not kidding." 'Cause
- 1:03:51sometimes people don't realize how stuck they are in the bottom.
- 1:03:56But in the same way, if you have somebody that is constantly too much they're too
- 1:04:05hyper, they're too loud, all they wanna talk about is everything was the most
- 1:04:12upsetting, everything was the biggest disaster, almost their whole narrative
- 1:04:17is intensity, bigness, problems.
- 1:04:22Constantly things are happening, then they're, they need more order and more
- 1:04:28structure, and they need more calming.
- 1:04:32And so I would take somebody that kind of feels more comfortable hanging
- 1:04:36out and doing life up there, I'm gonna have an opposite intervention
- 1:04:40for them and I'm gonna say, "All right, we need more predictability.
- 1:04:45We need a little more order, responsibility." And I'm gonna measure
- 1:04:51how well they are doing those things where they need more thinking, more rational,
- 1:04:57logical, more left brain balance.
- 1:05:01So a little bit of this where, right brain is at the top and left brain's at
- 1:05:06the bottom is a way to look at this, too.
- 1:05:09And your window of tolerance for stress is in the middle.
- 1:05:12Sometimes we call that a balanced mind or wise mind.
- 1:05:18But the flexible, adaptive, the coherent means that if you are gonna be upset,
- 1:05:27it needs to match the situation.
- 1:05:30So if you're upset at an eight, it needs to be an eight issue,
- 1:05:35an eight level of significance.
- 1:05:37You don't wanna be an eight upset at a four issue.
- 1:05:42That means you're out of sync.
- 1:05:45If also something pretty crazy is happening and you come in with a
- 1:05:50three energy, that doesn't work either, so you're out of sync.
- 1:05:56So if you under-react emotionally or you have less than adequate kind of action
- 1:06:03to take when there's a problem, like you're passive, then at least you wanna
- 1:06:10know where you're at and measure that.
- 1:06:13So at the top is too much action, and at the bottom is not enough action.
- 1:06:18And so that coherence is about your thoughts and feelings making sense.
- 1:06:24But you need to be able to think and feel at the same time.
- 1:06:27Beautiful.
- 1:06:27That's what coherence means.
- 1:06:29Yeah.
- 1:06:29And then even energy, not too much, not shut down, and
- 1:06:33then just that you're stable
- 1:06:36And
- 1:06:37like when chaos comes into our lives, you see the different,
- 1:06:40how d- people react differently.
- 1:06:42Most people are gonna want to get controlling.
- 1:06:44They wanna control that, and that's- Yeah … the worst place to be.
- 1:06:48You're at the opposite end, like you're talking about.
- 1:06:50Being flexible, coherent, balanced mind, energized.
- 1:06:55It's "Oh, that's the way I am." I'm like, "Oh, chaos.
- 1:06:58Oh, good.
- 1:06:59I'm gonna, I'm gonna crush this."
- 1:07:00That's the way I come at it, 'cause I always do.
- 1:07:03I always adapt and overcome the most impossible conditions.
- 1:07:08I don't look for chaos, of course, but when it does come
- 1:07:12into my life I'm very balanced.
- 1:07:15I have a lot of wisdom.
- 1:07:16I have intuition that I can tap into and overcome the situation and move on.
- 1:07:21But if I went into that controlling mind state unthinking black and white,
- 1:07:26Y- you have to be right
- 1:07:28… it exacerbates the situation, and that's what we've seen with things that have
- 1:07:33been happening, throughout the world, 'cause things are chaotic right now.
- 1:07:37And if people don't know how to handle that chaos like we're seeing,
- 1:07:40unfortunately it can really cause them, mental problems, mental issues.
- 1:07:45And there's this pendulum effect, right?
- 1:07:48So as somebody feels more chaotic, they're always gonna want more control.
- 1:07:53It's just easy math.
- 1:07:55Yep.
- 1:07:55So if you're around somebody that's really needs to be the boss of something, and
- 1:07:59they need to be right, they just need to make sure that you know that they're
- 1:08:03right, that's directly proportionate to how much anxiety they have.
- 1:08:10Anybody that needs a lot of control and needs to be right and needs you
- 1:08:15to listen, and they need to prove their point, and they need to be
- 1:08:19right, they have a lot of anxiety.
- 1:08:23It doesn't kinda look that way, right?
- 1:08:25'Cause they're like, "I know what I'm doing. I'm the only one that does
- 1:08:29know what they're doing, and you need to just let me take charge here."
- 1:08:34Truly, they are fearful.
- 1:08:37They're afraid.
- 1:08:38So it's a it's not a balanced, strong, healthy state.
- 1:08:42So the only reason you would want control is because you feel anxious.
- 1:08:49Yeah.
- 1:08:49And so-
- 1:08:50Like that movie A Few Good Men where Jack Nicholson comes in and says, "You can't
- 1:08:54handle the truth." But those that are in that coherent state of consciousness
- 1:08:58you can give us whatever truth you- You
- 1:09:00can handle it all day long
- 1:09:01Absolutely.
- 1:09:02Absolutely.
- 1:09:04And you can talk circles around them, but you're also literally safer
- 1:09:08because you understand the danger.
- 1:09:10Yeah.
- 1:09:10You aren't stupid, and you're not seeing it, and you're activated,
- 1:09:15and they can tell that you're present and you're paying attention.
- 1:09:18But you're also wise, and you can remember the facts, and you can remember
- 1:09:24how to use your conflict resolution skills and your problem-solving skills.
- 1:09:29And you're the one that is a better leader than somebody who has to be right and
- 1:09:34who's overbearing and not collaborative.
- 1:09:39It's just, it won't work.
- 1:09:41It always makes the other person just as unhealthy.
- 1:09:45So if you like to be the hothead and you think that helps anything, it stresses
- 1:09:51everybody's nervous system out, and it s- it depletes everybody's reserves.
- 1:09:57It's not healthy.
- 1:09:59And so I'm gonna sh- I know that you know how to get in coherent.
- 1:10:04I want us to do a little quick coherence and explain what
- 1:10:08heart math is to everybody.
- 1:10:10Beautiful.
- 1:10:10Because the way that you can know that you can get into physiological
- 1:10:14coherence, it is a real thing, and it's very measurable, and I wanna kinda
- 1:10:20show everybody kinda how to do that.
- 1:10:23But I wanna quickly I know you've seen these before, but I just wanna quickly
- 1:10:27show people, Where's my PTSD one?
- 1:10:31Ah, did it go this way?
- 1:10:34If you have trauma stuck in your brain, you're gonna have a hard time getting in
- 1:10:39here, if your brain is altered by trauma.
- 1:10:44I thought I had a PTSD slide.
- 1:10:48You did have that.
- 1:10:48You showed it at one point.
- 1:10:50Let me see where it is.
- 1:10:51Oh, okay.
- 1:10:53Yeah, right here.
- 1:10:55Okay
- 1:10:57This is a SPECT scan that just measures the energy you have in your brain.
- 1:11:01And so the one on the left, see the reptile brain, the part at the bottom?
- 1:11:06That is supposed to always be really active so that you're breathing
- 1:11:10and your heart beats all the time, but the rest of your brain is
- 1:11:13supposed to be kinda chilled out.
- 1:11:15So in this, the blue color is nice, even energy where your whole brain is
- 1:11:21working, all three parts are functioning.
- 1:11:24The red is the top 15% of energy that we could measure in the brain, and the
- 1:11:30white is the top 8% that we could measure.
- 1:11:34And so the only part that's supposed to be really hot is that
- 1:11:38base brain, the reflexive brain.
- 1:11:40The rest is supposed to be nice and even.
- 1:11:42So look what PTSD or emotional trauma, psychological trauma does to the brain.
- 1:11:49So look how much white-hot energy is happening in this person with trauma.
- 1:11:56And so this right here is the OCD part of the brain.
- 1:12:01This is the part of the brain that overthinks and needs everything to be
- 1:12:05a certain way, or it gets really upset.
- 1:12:07It doesn't like change, and it needs order, and it needs to know, what are we
- 1:12:11doing, and I need to be the boss of it.
- 1:12:13That's this part.
- 1:12:14So that one's really overactive and stuck.
- 1:12:17This is the gear shifter.
- 1:12:20These parts of the brain are the body kind of anxiety.
- 1:12:24It's called the basal ganglia, and this is the part that's anxiety in your body.
- 1:12:30So this part of the brain will get all out of whack if you're anxious
- 1:12:35and you don't resolve what's going on, and it gets stuck in your body.
- 1:12:39Then your heart doesn't beat correctly.
- 1:12:42A lot of people have AFib or heart arrhythmias.
- 1:12:46A lot of it is because there's trauma stuck in the brain, and maybe
- 1:12:50they get put on some medication.
- 1:12:52It's not gonna do anything.
- 1:12:54But it affects your, the tightness in your chest.
- 1:12:58Some people think they have something going on with their heart, and it
- 1:13:02is really just emotional trauma stuck in this part of the brain.
- 1:13:06And then this part right here is depression.
- 1:13:09So this part of the brain, if it's just too much energy, not enough energy,
- 1:13:14then you can't sleep your eating is off, your sleeping is off, all your
- 1:13:21biorhythms are off, your stomach probably doesn't work, your digestion is all off.
- 1:13:27So sometimes when people kinda poo-poo PTSD and they go "Okay, you're
- 1:13:32traumatized by something, just stop thinking about it and just get over
- 1:13:37it." Whatever it is that caused it.
- 1:13:40That isn't how your biology works.
- 1:13:44So when something happens that feels unsafe, especially between people, your
- 1:13:50brain really wants you to take care of that and go back and say, "What happened?
- 1:13:57How did that happen?
- 1:13:59What could I do different?" And that's what we call processing.
- 1:14:03You process it, and then you reset the circuits, which is
- 1:14:06what I do as a trauma therapist.
- 1:14:09I help them go back and make sense of it so that we make sense of how emotionally
- 1:14:18upset they got based on what happened.
- 1:14:20We go back with the perspective of now knowing that they're safe, and
- 1:14:25then we go back and re-address what happened from a place of safety,
- 1:14:30and the brain lets us do that.
- 1:14:32And it resets the physiology, and it makes this go to this So for anybody that has
- 1:14:42old stuff that keeps rattling around and getting triggered so that someone mentions
- 1:14:47something, and then on the previous slide when you freak out and you either go
- 1:14:52up or you shut down, that's old trauma and you need to go take care of that.
- 1:14:59Go to somebody and let them help you move that out and reset your
- 1:15:03electrical system, because it truly affects your health if you don't.
- 1:15:09And you can't sometimes get in the middle if you have a split brain.
- 1:15:14You have too much trauma in there, you're gonna have a hard time getting into
- 1:15:18the middle, let alone staying in there.
- 1:15:21If that makes sense.
- 1:15:22Yep.
- 1:15:23And then just these are the… if you're noticing yourself when you get
- 1:15:28triggered, something freaks you out, if you wanna run, if you just are like,
- 1:15:33"I gotta get out of here. I can't talk about this anymore. I'm out," and you
- 1:15:38either just don't wanna talk about something or you physically leave,
- 1:15:42people do that, when they get triggered.
- 1:15:45They're like, "Oh, she's gone." That's just your basal ganglia.
- 1:15:49And then if you wanna argue till the cows come home, and you stand there and
- 1:15:54just go on and on, and you wanna fight somebody, that's just this other part.
- 1:16:01Yeah.
- 1:16:02So a lot of pe- there's a lot of talk about the fight or flight syndrome.
- 1:16:08And so there's this school that, you need to learn how to fight.
- 1:16:12No.
- 1:16:13That is, as you're showing here- Exactly … that's almost as
- 1:16:16as bad as, the flight aspect.
- 1:16:20Yeah, and if you're doing that all the time, remember, your brain is always
- 1:16:23listening to you, so you're gonna be saying to your brain, "You're not safe.
- 1:16:27You're not safe.
- 1:16:28You're not safe.
- 1:16:29You're not safe.
- 1:16:29You're not safe.
- 1:16:30You're not safe." Now, if that's literally true, you live on a
- 1:16:33battlefield, then that is true.
- 1:16:37But if you just live somewhere in a suburb and you're not in danger all the
- 1:16:41time, but you're- You're making your brain and your body feel like you are,
- 1:16:46then you're going to damage your brain and you're gonna damage your health.
- 1:16:51And you're not gonna be very wise or balanced or anything.
- 1:16:56And it's an overuse of your equipment, and it has a real
- 1:17:00predictable health consequence.
- 1:17:03It's just math.
- 1:17:05Yeah.
- 1:17:05You're not gonna get away with that.
- 1:17:06It's not wise or smart.
- 1:17:08It's not balanced.
- 1:17:11It's part of the whole thing, but it's not coherent.
- 1:17:16And if you are in any of these as just an oper- Like, that's your baseline
- 1:17:21way that you go about the world I will tell you that I can prove to you
- 1:17:26that you cannot connect to the ether.
- 1:17:30You cannot possibly get a message from the beyond, from God, from
- 1:17:37the Creator, from your higher self, from the collective consciousness.
- 1:17:42You cannot tap in outside of your 3D self if you are
- 1:17:49operating in one of these modes.
- 1:17:52It's just- Yeah … an automatic manual- … turn off of your ability to be con- higher
- 1:17:59consciousness, collective consciousness.
- 1:18:02All of that, you're not gonna be able to receive or send.
- 1:18:07It's gonna just totally gum up your transmission.
- 1:18:11And you won't be able to send or receive messages.
- 1:18:14And so if you are-
- 1:18:14being in that that middle state was, that allowed me for 11 years while I
- 1:18:19worked in the CIA I would come into an area where no one else would go.
- 1:18:24The military had left, the Special Forces guys had left.
- 1:18:28They told us, "Don't go there, you're gonna die." We would go there.
- 1:18:32We would find the bad guys.
- 1:18:33We would eliminate them, and we would move within the bad guy land, and
- 1:18:38they didn't even know we were there.
- 1:18:40So you cannot go in the fight or flight situation like you're talking
- 1:18:44about and survive, 'cause all the military they're fighters, right?
- 1:18:47So they got driven out.
- 1:18:50And so then here comes this group that's very, subtle, very soft,
- 1:18:54very intuitive, but, packing.
- 1:18:57We could take care of ourselves.
- 1:18:59And that gave us the confidence to go in these areas and and do
- 1:19:01things that no one else could do.
- 1:19:04But you were regulated.
- 1:19:06Yes.
- 1:19:06So when you are regulated in the middle- … then you can do anything you want, and
- 1:19:11that's where you can have superpowers.
- 1:19:14Yeah.
- 1:19:14That's where you can tap in to such amazing abilities in the
- 1:19:20capacity of the human being.
- 1:19:22This is where we have the capacity to just know something- … that
- 1:19:26we couldn't possibly know.
- 1:19:29It's like how did I know to grab that instead of this?
- 1:19:33I just knew.
- 1:19:35When you have that intuitive thing, like you were talking about that time that
- 1:19:39there was a bomb that was gonna go off at that gate, and you were just like- Nope.
- 1:19:45Hold on.
- 1:19:46Wait five minutes.
- 1:19:47Don't go right now.
- 1:19:49You were tapping into the ether
- 1:19:51Yeah
- 1:19:52You were tapping into another dimension, and you were getting
- 1:19:55information from the field.
- 1:19:57Yes.
- 1:19:57There's information in the field all the time.
- 1:20:01It's not something we can see with our eyes, but there's waves of information
- 1:20:07constantly in the field around us.
- 1:20:10And so like you were talking about at the beginning is that plants are
- 1:20:14giving us information in the field.
- 1:20:17The animals are giving us a vibrational frequency.
- 1:20:21Other people that are maybe just in the houses next to us, they're
- 1:20:26sending out a vibrational frequency.
- 1:20:29So if you can keep yourself in this middle window, you have
- 1:20:34the ability to read all of that.
- 1:20:38So think how helpful that would be, for example, if there is a
- 1:20:42robbery happening next door to you.
- 1:20:45It's inside.
- 1:20:46Your neighbors are being held at gunpoint.
- 1:20:49That is gonna give off an absolute frequency of fear and trouble,
- 1:20:55and you could measure it if you have the right equipment.
- 1:20:58It's real.
- 1:20:59Yeah.
- 1:20:59The heat changes.
- 1:21:01There's a frequency difference, and there is a lot of information in
- 1:21:08the field coming out to be received.
- 1:21:10So if you are somebody that can hang out in this woo place, then you would
- 1:21:15all of a sudden be in your house, and you just naturally go, "Huh, why am I
- 1:21:19feeling like something's wrong? Why am I feeling like something's wrong?" And
- 1:21:24you might just wander over and look that way, and you might not kinetically
- 1:21:30understand, but you feel something's off.
- 1:21:33And it could absolutely, easily happen that you just happen to look out and
- 1:21:37through the window something going on.
- 1:21:40Or you see a car that doesn't make sense to be there, and you just
- 1:21:44feel like something is going on over there, and you just wander over
- 1:21:47there, and you could be very helpful.
- 1:21:51And so how come you just were just in your house, minding your own
- 1:21:56business, and you just somehow knew?
- 1:21:59The only way that happens is when you are physiologically in
- 1:22:03that window of tolerance, and you're in that real great zone.
- 1:22:07It's so beneficial to be in there because those kinds of
- 1:22:12things can happen all the time
- 1:22:16And that's where the woo-woo stuff happens.
- 1:22:18That's where intuition, where you just know that you're supposed
- 1:22:22to go right instead of left.
- 1:22:24You just know what somebody needs without them having to say it.
- 1:22:29If you can be in coherence, you can be walking in the woods, and if there's
- 1:22:35danger, you don't have to say anything.
- 1:22:39You can telepathically communicate with each other.
- 1:22:43There's just a certain way that you move or look at each
- 1:22:46other, and they read your mind.
- 1:22:48There's a bear 100 yards ahead of us, and nobody said a word, but you read
- 1:22:55each other, and you're like, "Ooh, got it," and you just get it, right?
- 1:23:00That's cool.
- 1:23:01I think that's really cool.
- 1:23:03So if I had to pick being right over that- I'm willing to negotiate on how often I
- 1:23:12need to be right versus tapping into that.
- 1:23:16Definitely.
- 1:23:16Definitely.
- 1:23:17And y- and the other thing is you're not gonna have health issues.
- 1:23:20If you can hang out in the middle, you're just gonna have a lot of great
- 1:23:23health, so you're not gonna have to spend a bunch of money on, taking
- 1:23:29care of your health and fixing stuff.
- 1:23:31You're just gonna be healthier and everything works better.
- 1:23:35So I know, Michael, that you know about HeartMath.
- 1:23:39Okay.
- 1:23:39So I want everybody to know, the way that if you want to know that
- 1:23:43you can really do this the HeartMath Institute has been around a long
- 1:23:48time, more than like about 30 years.
- 1:23:52I met the HeartMath people in 2003, and I was a little mom at that time.
- 1:24:00My kids were really little, and I saw them at a conference and they had a
- 1:24:05little table and I wandered over there, and they explained HeartMath to me.
- 1:24:11And they had a little monitor.
- 1:24:12I actually still have my original one, and this is obviously a wire.
- 1:24:19They have wireless devices now, but I've literally had this one
- 1:24:24since 2003 and it still works.
- 1:24:27So that probably speaks to they have good quality products.
- 1:24:32But this is a finger sensor, and what this does is it measures
- 1:24:38my heart rate variability.
- 1:24:42So you can have a sensor on your finger, and now they have a Bluetooth
- 1:24:48wireless where you put it on your ear.
- 1:24:51Did you know that you have a heartbeat in your earlobe?
- 1:24:55I did not know that till I learned it from them.
- 1:24:58But you have a pulse in your earlobe, and the- their sensors can
- 1:25:03measure your heart rate variability.
- 1:25:07And your heart is your limbic brain, and your heart and your brain go together.
- 1:25:17Where one goes, the other one goes.
- 1:25:19That's never different.
- 1:25:21So if you're thinking something that is scary or something that freaks you
- 1:25:26out, your heart beat and the energy in your heart changes immediately.
- 1:25:33It just follows your brain.
- 1:25:35I don't know what that is.
- 1:25:36Energy follows thought.
- 1:25:38Okay?
- 1:25:40So- Just so you're aware, be mindful of your thoughts because if you just aren't
- 1:25:51paying attention to that, then y- it could be very physically expensive, right?
- 1:25:56And so- … your brain and your heart follow each other.
- 1:26:02So if your heart all of a sudden starts beating really fast and actually has an
- 1:26:07arrhythmia, your brain will immediately start saying, "Oh, no, something's
- 1:26:12wrong. What's wrong? We need to do something." They always follow each
- 1:26:15other, and that's not a bad thing.
- 1:26:17Okay?
- 1:26:18But with the HeartMath technology, you can measure your heart rate variability,
- 1:26:23and it's gonna tell you exactly what your brain is doing 'cause they go together.
- 1:26:30So it's, if you wanna spend $1,200 and get a functional imaging scan like we
- 1:26:36do at the Amen Clinic, then I could show you what your brain's doing.
- 1:26:41You can also get a HeartMath monitor, and you download an app, and you can download
- 1:26:48the app on your phone or on an iPad or on your computer, and then you're gonna use
- 1:26:56one of these monitors that's either on your finger or your ear, and it's gonna
- 1:27:00tell you exactly what your brain is doing, and it will tell you immediately whether
- 1:27:06you're up or down or in the middle.
- 1:27:10It's measuring coherence.
- 1:27:13And it's measuring heart and brain coherence.
- 1:27:16So it's directly gonna give you feedback of is your brain and your
- 1:27:21heart in a coherent state, and that is called the window of tolerance.
- 1:27:27Yeah.
- 1:27:27And if you can get in there, you will not have a mental health issue.
- 1:27:32You're not gonna have anxiety or depression if you're in
- 1:27:34the window of tolerance.
- 1:27:36So if you are a person who tends to have chronic anxiety or depression, and you
- 1:27:41just are sick of it, and one day you just don't wanna… You just want two hours
- 1:27:46without anxiety, or you just want an afternoon without depression, this is a
- 1:27:53biohack Because as soon as you get into coherence, you can't possibly have anxiety
- 1:28:00and you can't possibly have depression.
- 1:28:03It's one or the other.
- 1:28:04So this is a manual override of your nervous system.
- 1:28:09I think it's the greatest thing ever because it puts the power of your health
- 1:28:16and your mental capacity in your hands.
- 1:28:20And so you get a sensor, and then it's gonna measure where you're at.
- 1:28:26And what it'll do is when you're in the green, you'll get feedback
- 1:28:31that it's in the green zone.
- 1:28:33If you're almost there or if you're starting to go out, it'll go blue.
- 1:28:38And then if you're out, then it'll be red.
- 1:28:42And so it gives you direct feedback of you're in or you're out or you're in the
- 1:28:48middle, and it is like muscle memory.
- 1:28:52If you want to have a basketball shot and you wanna be able to stand on the free
- 1:28:56throw line and actually make buckets, the only way that ever happens is if you stand
- 1:29:01there and just shoot a lot, and maybe you have someone show you how to do good
- 1:29:06form, and then that's how you do it, but you do it over and over until you have
- 1:29:12that muscle memory, and then you can just, you got your shot, and you just have it.
- 1:29:17And so it's like learning anything else.
- 1:29:19You do it over and over, and then you've got it.
- 1:29:23And then you can do it without the sensors.
- 1:29:25So what I want everyone to know is at first you use the heart math sensors to
- 1:29:31know when you're in or out, and then after a while, you can do this anywhere you
- 1:29:37are, you don't need to have the sensors, and you can feel when you're in or you're
- 1:29:41out, and it is the most helpful thing.
- 1:29:45It really is.
- 1:29:46And it's like no matter what somebody's doing around you, they
- 1:29:51can't freak you out or shut you down.
- 1:29:55Yep.
- 1:29:56That is so helpful.
- 1:29:59Really is, and I played with that for during the timeframe where I
- 1:30:01was going overseas and, experiencing a lot of what most would, see
- 1:30:07as trauma being in combat zones.
- 1:30:09So I was playing with the HeartMath coherence and there was like, at the time
- 1:30:13they had a little game you could play.
- 1:30:14You keep a,
- 1:30:15Yes, they still have that.
- 1:30:17Oh, yeah?
- 1:30:17And so- So I would keep the balloon, Yeah … going and so I could see how
- 1:30:21my… If I kept the coherence it would go.
- 1:30:24And then I started realizing this is what, this is the state that I've been
- 1:30:29in when I've been at my best, when I've been a- in great leadership modes, when I
- 1:30:33have been, sh- my best shooting, because I go into that state of consciousness.
- 1:30:37All these different things, like you're talking about, the
- 1:30:39athletes that have the shots.
- 1:30:41And they do it- Yeah … over and over, and they just threw
- 1:30:44the bas- through the basket.
- 1:30:44If you look at someone in the past who's been a great in their sport, in their
- 1:30:49field, they have been in coherence.
- 1:30:52Yes.
- 1:30:52Question.
- 1:30:53Yeah.
- 1:30:53Because you have to channel adrenaline so that when- … especially you're in a
- 1:30:57championship game and there's thousands of people screaming and yelling, you
- 1:31:02can't let that throw you off because then you won't make any shots- Yeah
- 1:31:06because you won't be coordinated.
- 1:31:08Yeah.
- 1:31:08So for athletes, it's really important to be able to run the emotional intensity
- 1:31:13of the game and the auditorium and all the other brains in there screaming and
- 1:31:18yelling, and how you can actually have your arms and legs still be coordinated.
- 1:31:23See, if your brain goes off, so does your arms and legs.
- 1:31:27Yeah.
- 1:31:27So you'll trip and you won't make a shot if you're emotionally upset.
- 1:31:31So I'll tell you something funny is, I had this in my kitchen.
- 1:31:36I started to do it.
- 1:31:37I showed my kids.
- 1:31:38I didn't know if they would be interested or not, but I was showing them.
- 1:31:41And then what, like you were saying, they have ways that they make it fun.
- 1:31:47Yeah.
- 1:31:47So there's one of these things where it's a hot air balloon.
- 1:31:50Yep.
- 1:31:50And if you stay in coherence and you keep paying attention, then the hot air balloon
- 1:31:55flies and it goes over all this stuff.
- 1:31:58And then as soon as you stop paying attention and you start thinking about
- 1:32:02something stressful, it'll go down.
- 1:32:04And then if you get back in coherence, it'll keep flying.
- 1:32:07Yeah.
- 1:32:07And they have several games like that, just for everybody to know, like they
- 1:32:11make it fun so that you can do it.
- 1:32:13So of course, I have an athlete in my family.
- 1:32:17My youngest son is an athlete.
- 1:32:19He's a health nut.
- 1:32:20But all athletes are very competitive, right?
- 1:32:23Yeah.
- 1:32:23That's a athlete's heart.
- 1:32:25They're competitive in everything.
- 1:32:27So I really didn't know that he was using this, but he has
- 1:32:31a decent amount of anxiety.
- 1:32:32He used to.
- 1:32:33And so he was going in the kitchen and doing this a lot, and I didn't even
- 1:32:38know, and he was working on his anxiety.
- 1:32:40'Cause, see, an OCD person, they really pay attention.
- 1:32:44Yeah.
- 1:32:44And they like to know things, and they like to be good at them.
- 1:32:47And there's a positive part of OCD and anxiety.
- 1:32:50And so he was doing this, and then my oldest daughter's best friend
- 1:32:55is also a basketball player, and she is insanely competitive.
- 1:32:59So what they did in my kitchen for years was so funny.
- 1:33:03They would challenge each other to see who could stay coherent the longest.
- 1:33:09Wow,
- 1:33:09nice.
- 1:33:09So what they would do, because they know each other so well,
- 1:33:12because, somebody's best friend, they're in our house all the time.
- 1:33:16So they they would stand in the kitchen and they'd get those, those balance b-
- 1:33:19boards- where you're, like, balancing, and they got the hard ones of course, because
- 1:33:24they're athletes, so they were like, "Oh we have to have the hard one," where
- 1:33:27it's a s- a, a round thing on a board.
- 1:33:30Got it.
- 1:33:30And it's so hard to even do it at all.
- 1:33:34So they had to be good just to do that, and they'd be standing in my
- 1:33:38kitchen, and then what they would do is they would scream at each
- 1:33:41other and try to trigger each other.
- 1:33:43Yeah.
- 1:33:43They would try to say something that pissed the other person off.
- 1:33:47And when you're around somebody a lot, you know all the buttons to push, right?
- 1:33:51So they would do these challenges, and they would put real money behind
- 1:33:55it, and they would make wagers that were, like, really of substance.
- 1:33:59And they'd be like, "Okay." And so then it got to be this thing,
- 1:34:02and so then it was like a bunch of other people would join in.
- 1:34:05So then Cassidy would sit there, and then everybody would try to say something
- 1:34:09that was so crazy to her- Triggering, yeah … that she would lose her, and
- 1:34:13best friends know how to do that, right?
- 1:34:15Oh, yeah.
- 1:34:16So they're doing this in my house for years.
- 1:34:18And then when my son went to his senior year, he's point
- 1:34:23guard on the basketball team.
- 1:34:25It's his senior year.
- 1:34:26It's the champ- state championships, the 6A men's basketball.
- 1:34:32It's his senior year.
- 1:34:33It's the last game there's ever gonna be.
- 1:34:36It was so horrible for me to sit in the stands.
- 1:34:39I think I aged five years, this parent stress.
- 1:34:43I was like, "This is terrible for me." But so they're at the championship game.
- 1:34:48It's his senior year, the state championship.
- 1:34:52It's the last 48 seconds of the stupid game, and my son gets fouled.
- 1:34:59There's 48 seconds on the clock.
- 1:35:01We're down nine points.
- 1:35:04Oof.
- 1:35:05We're playing a team that has won the state championship in this
- 1:35:09category seven times already.
- 1:35:11So they're like, "You're not gonna beat them." My son's team's
- 1:35:15never won a state championship.
- 1:35:17So 48 seconds, he gets fouled.
- 1:35:20So everybody's screaming.
- 1:35:22The other team makes noise to try to throw you off, so all that's happening.
- 1:35:26So I watch my son stand there, and I watch his shoulders drop, and he just
- 1:35:31goes, "Phew." And it was a swish.
- 1:35:35Then they foul him again.
- 1:35:38And he's on the free throw line again, and he does a swish.
- 1:35:44It's the last game of his life.
- 1:35:46His team is down.
- 1:35:48I'm not making this story up.
- 1:35:50He stood there and made 9 out of 10 points in the last 48 seconds,
- 1:35:57and there was one more shot at the end that was the game-winning
- 1:36:02shot that was the two last points.
- 1:36:05But he, in the last 48 seconds, getting fouled, he did this.
- 1:36:11So I didn't know that's what he was doing, but I was in my parent
- 1:36:14brain going, "Oh my God, how is he so calm?" He didn't look stressed.
- 1:36:21His whole body was like- … no problem, nothing's on the line.
- 1:36:26And he made 9 out of 10 shots.
- 1:36:28And then we're losing our mind.
- 1:36:31We're going crazy.
- 1:36:32They win the state playoff.
- 1:36:34We wait for him to come out and we go… And I was just dying.
- 1:36:37I was like, "Austin," because I know this boy so well.
- 1:36:40He's my boy, and I know him, and I spend a lot of time with him.
- 1:36:43And I was like, "You were not stressed at all.
- 1:36:48What in the world were you doing?" And he goes, "Mom, you
- 1:36:52know that stuff from the kitchen?
- 1:36:54You know that, that thing on the computer?" I go, "What?"
- 1:36:58This had been like years.
- 1:37:01And I didn't even know he knew it was called HeartMath or anything.
- 1:37:05And it was like- Yeah … he goes, "That thing that we used to do in the
- 1:37:07kitchen, that's what I was doing." And I was like- You're kidding.
- 1:37:13And then Cassidy was saying that the way that…
- 1:37:17Now, I don't endorse this.
- 1:37:19I'm officially saying I don't endorse what Cassidy does.
- 1:37:22But what Cassidy does, and she went D1 scholarship.
- 1:37:26She played at Iona.
- 1:37:27She played in the big leagues in college, so that's who she is.
- 1:37:31And what she does as a strategy, she's also good, but what she does as a strategy
- 1:37:37is she trash talks during the game.
- 1:37:40Like when she's playing against a really good team, she trash talks the whole time.
- 1:37:46She gets right in their face and she says horrible things to them.
- 1:37:52And they can't concentrate, and she'll grab the ball and get the
- 1:37:55steal, and they can't dribble because the things she says are so awful.
- 1:38:01I would never repeat-
- 1:38:02what she says.
- 1:38:04But she's doing a reverse heart math.
- 1:38:07She's using this science- what super
- 1:38:08chains.
- 1:38:08Yeah
- 1:38:09… she's using this- So
- 1:38:10that's amazing.
- 1:38:11That's what I was doing.
- 1:38:12I was doing heart math while I was going back and forth overseas
- 1:38:15and staying alive because of it.
- 1:38:17Like we were talking about, your body does not know, if it's real
- 1:38:21or if it's Memorex, whatever.
- 1:38:23Yep … so we're, sometimes we feel like we're in a, combat.
- 1:38:27And quite frankly, a lot of people are, because it is, it's life or
- 1:38:32death going on out here right now.
- 1:38:33But this- … learn the heart math stuff.
- 1:38:35Stay in that window of tolerance.
- 1:38:37Stay, flexible, adaptive, coherent.
- 1:38:40Keep your even energy.
- 1:38:41Stay stable.
- 1:38:43And don't go on the extremes either, either side.
- 1:38:46And you're gonna have a very successful life like your children are demonstrating.
- 1:38:52It's a ninja biohack.
- 1:38:55It's a ninja biohack.
- 1:38:57There's some technology with it.
- 1:38:59Perfect.
- 1:38:59You get the little heart math monitor.
- 1:39:02And I'll just show everybody real quick how to do quick coherence.
- 1:39:06We'll end this, is put your hands on your heart
- 1:39:11And right now I want everybody to first say on a scale from one to
- 1:39:1510 what's your stress level, right?
- 1:39:18So before we start is, on a scale from one to 10, my stress
- 1:39:22is a six or a seven or a four.
- 1:39:25Get a number.
- 1:39:27And then now what I want you to do is I want you to put your hands on your
- 1:39:31heart, then I want you to breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth
- 1:39:40In through your nose , out through your mouth
- 1:39:45Now I want you to say, "I am safe. I'm safe in my body. I'm safe where I am right
- 1:39:54now watching this program." And now I want you to breathe in through your nose
- 1:39:59again , out through your mouth . And now I want you to imagine on the next breath
- 1:40:06that your heart is actually breathing in.
- 1:40:09I want you to imagine that the air is going in your heart, it's going
- 1:40:14up to your brain, and then we're gonna hold the count of two, and
- 1:40:18then we're gonna breathe out through your mouth, and it's gonna go through
- 1:40:22your brain, out through your heart.
- 1:40:24So your h- your- your heart is gonna take a breath in, it's gonna
- 1:40:28go to your brain, and then it's gonna go out through your heart.
- 1:40:31And I know that sounds silly and goofy, but just use your imagination.
- 1:40:37And what happens is it's going to connect the systems because remember,
- 1:40:43your brain doesn't know the difference.
- 1:40:45So we're directing with our focus the connection between your heart and
- 1:40:50your brain, and it will let you do it.
- 1:40:53Okay?
- 1:40:54So we're gonna breathe in through your heart, in through your nose , up
- 1:41:00through your brain, and you're gonna hold it one, two, and now we're
- 1:41:03gonna breathe out, down through your heart, and out through your mouth.
- 1:41:10And now one more time we're gonna breathe in through your heart - Hold two and then
- 1:41:22And now I want you to check in and see what your number is
- 1:41:28And if in general, if you do this three times, your stress will go
- 1:41:35from like a eight to a six to a four.
- 1:41:39What did you notice, Mike?
- 1:41:41Oh, yeah I'm pretty much in that state.
- 1:41:43But even being in that state that coherent state, I can like lower it down even more.
- 1:41:48I can like just go other places simultaneously.
- 1:41:55Yeah you can get to the place where you can really tap in.
- 1:41:58And if you- Yeah … talk about doing remote viewing, you need to
- 1:42:01get into a certain frequency to be able to do all those things.
- 1:42:05That's totally a coherent frequency.
- 1:42:08I'll show everybody another quick coherence, is if you get your fingers
- 1:42:13and you take your thumb and your middle finger and you go, "I am just
- 1:42:18fine, I am just fine, I am just fine."
- 1:42:24And then you breathe in through your nose, hold it for two, out through
- 1:42:29your mouth, and breathe three times.
- 1:42:33And then do that again.
- 1:42:34You could do this anywhere, like no one would really know.
- 1:42:37You could put your hands in your pocket and say- I do this all the
- 1:42:39time too, yeah
- 1:42:40… " I am just fine, I am just fine."
- 1:42:43Because what this does is there's some meridians that when you hold this
- 1:42:48finger together, it centers your limbic brain and your focus and your breathing
- 1:42:54to your heart, then it does your kidneys, then it does your digestion,
- 1:43:00and it connects all of these, are a resonant frequency to your main organs.
- 1:43:05So what you're doing when you're just doing this through your fingers and
- 1:43:08you're breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth, you're
- 1:43:11quick cohering all of your major organs with your heart and your brain.
- 1:43:17That's probably good.
- 1:43:20So if you have any health issues, this is great stuff to do.
- 1:43:25And mindfulness, the focused calming of the brain, came from, I don't know
- 1:43:32if you've heard of Jon Kabat-Zinn.
- 1:43:34Oh, yeah.
- 1:43:35But he's like the he's the guy.
- 1:43:38He's like the best at this, and he has a thing called the body scan, and it's
- 1:43:43basically getting you into this coherence.
- 1:43:46And it was invented because there were certain people that couldn't take blood
- 1:43:51pressure medicine, and they had high blood pressure, and they had heart disease,
- 1:43:56and they couldn't take medication for it.
- 1:43:59So you can't just walk around with high blood pressure.
- 1:44:02That probably isn't good.
- 1:44:04Then you have a heart attack or a stroke, right?
- 1:44:06You've gotta calm your blood pressure down.
- 1:44:09So this works.
- 1:44:10You can do heart math, and you can take your blood pressure, and then you can
- 1:44:14do heart math, and you can do a couple rounds, and you can take your blood
- 1:44:19pressure again, and it will be lower.
- 1:44:22Yep.
- 1:44:22It is a true… Even whether you believe it or not, it'll still work.
- 1:44:27It works to lower your blood pressure.
- 1:44:30If you have anxiety and you just don't wanna have it, you do
- 1:44:36this, and your anxiety regulates.
- 1:44:39It'll go away
- 1:44:41Beautiful.
- 1:44:42Good stuff.
- 1:44:43Yeah, and it's, And doing the different biofeedback stuff that
- 1:44:47you're talking about is always good.
- 1:44:48I did one one time where they do the the aura.
- 1:44:52Yeah.
- 1:44:53And this woman read my aura, and she's "I have never s- in the 30 years I've
- 1:44:57been doing this, I've never seen anybody with an aura like yours." She said you're
- 1:45:00like the closest thing to Christ there is." I was like, "Wow." But it's, all of
- 1:45:04the, all of what you're talking about is-
- 1:45:06It's this
- 1:45:06you to that point.
- 1:45:08Yeah.
- 1:45:08So how old were you at that time?
- 1:45:10Oh, that was, like, a year and a half ago maybe.
- 1:45:13See?
- 1:45:14So my guess about you is that you probably hang out in coherence
- 1:45:18at least 80% of the time.
- 1:45:20Absolutely, yeah.
- 1:45:21And it shows.
- 1:45:22And it shows in your health, and it shows in when you really wanna focus
- 1:45:27like that, and it isn't normal, right?
- 1:45:31'Cause she was like, "Oh my gosh, I've seen a lot of these." Yeah.
- 1:45:34"You're not normal, but in a good way," right?
- 1:45:38And that is the real consequence, is that, really it has a physiological consequence.
- 1:45:45You'll be you'll be immunized to mental health, you'll be immunized
- 1:45:49to addictions, because you'll have a way to be okay versus go into
- 1:45:55a substance or a bottle of gin.
- 1:45:58This works better.
- 1:46:00Oh, yeah.
- 1:46:01It's less expensive for sure, but it's also not gonna give you brain damage.
- 1:46:06And so yeah I really, I know that you've been doing this a long time,
- 1:46:10and it's such a… Now they have, the sensors are so user friendly- … and
- 1:46:15easy to use, and they make them fun, and you just download the app.
- 1:46:19Yeah.
- 1:46:20Everyone can do it.
- 1:46:22Yes.
- 1:46:23Easy, easy.
- 1:46:24So thanks so much Terrena, and your website?
- 1:46:28It's just terrenapicariello.com
- 1:46:33Okay
- 1:46:34And that's it.
- 1:46:36Changing the world one brain at a time.
- 1:46:39So you're… In our house, this is the rule in our house.
- 1:46:43Whatever your brain stuff, it's your job to figure it out and balance it, and don't
- 1:46:48make your brain issues our issues, right?
- 1:46:51Yes.
- 1:46:51So I think- Agreed … if we all take that responsibility to manage our own equipment
- 1:46:57and f- just make sure we can get in the zone and then stay there as much as we can
- 1:47:01actually change the vibrational frequency of planet Earth, and you can actually
- 1:47:08change what's going on in your community.
- 1:47:10And I don't know, Michael, if you've gone on, but I want everybody to know
- 1:47:14you can go to heartmathinstitute.com.
- 1:47:17You can go to heartmath.com.
- 1:47:19They're different websites.
- 1:47:20There's a also a HeartMath global coherence site, and
- 1:47:27there's a different app for that.
- 1:47:29And you can, They have sensors all around the planet.
- 1:47:33Yeah.
- 1:47:33They have actual big sensors that are measuring the coherence of communities,
- 1:47:39and they have all the science on those sites where you can just read for hours
- 1:47:43all the studies that they've done.
- 1:47:45But one of the things that they do that is so c- they have all the information
- 1:47:49on the website where they would have people, like a large group of people,
- 1:47:53get into coherence, and then the crime rate in that community would go down So
- 1:48:00they were able to lower the crime rate in a community by just having a bunch
- 1:48:06of people sitting around being coherent.
- 1:48:08There's all this data on their site.
- 1:48:11If you don't believe me, you can go read about it.
- 1:48:14And you can also affect people's immune systems.
- 1:48:18Okay.
- 1:48:18You can actually have the telomeres at the end of your DNA strand grow and restore.
- 1:48:25You can restore damaged DNA if you've been sick or whatever.
- 1:48:28You can restore that by doing HeartMath.
- 1:48:32Brilliant.
- 1:48:32Brilliant.
- 1:48:34Great show as always, Trina.
- 1:48:35We love your information.
- 1:48:37It's a great breakdown.
- 1:48:39I don't think anybody should go b- in any one of those
- 1:48:41extreme states anymore, right?
- 1:48:43But if you do- Nope … notice it and get back into a coherence.
- 1:48:47Yeah.
- 1:48:47That's
- 1:48:47it.
- 1:48:48And- Just notice it
- 1:48:48and try to get the HeartMath stuff.
- 1:48:51It's super, it's cheap, it's easy and you'll learn.
- 1:48:54Look what, look at what your children did with it.
- 1:48:56Oh my God.
- 1:48:57I couldn't believe it.
- 1:48:58I never know- That's
- 1:48:59brain training right there.
- 1:48:59That's wow.
- 1:49:00No wonder they were so b- they just crushed everybody.
- 1:49:03I, I I assume they don't even listen to me, so I didn't even know they were
- 1:49:07even pa- I was like, oh, whatever.
- 1:49:08And- Yeah … and then all those years later I was like, "What?"
- 1:49:12You were listening first, and then you were doing it secretly and
- 1:49:17becoming a ninja master at it.
- 1:49:18Ninja with it.
- 1:49:19And then you, then- Yeah, no doubt … then you end up using it-
- 1:49:20Took it to a way lower- … in a basketball game … a way cooler level.
- 1:49:23I couldn't believe it.
- 1:49:25That's great.
- 1:49:26But look at you using it on the battlefield.
- 1:49:29Who would've thought that either?
- 1:49:30Exactly.
- 1:49:31Yeah.
- 1:49:31So it's totally a bio… it's a secret power if you can… It's
- 1:49:35a superpower if you can learn
- 1:49:36it.
- 1:49:37Yeah.
