- 1:51Speaker 3: Lauren Buffett also said that.
- 1:55Speaker 4: Stocks is a better investment over the course of time
- 1:58Speaker 4: than real estate, at least for having said here, yeah
- 2:01Speaker 4: to understand and Warren Buffett, I mean the only thing
- 2:05Speaker 4: we can go by his public record, and public record
- 2:07Speaker 4: says that he owns one house, the house in Omaha, Nebraska.
- 2:10Speaker 4: He had He had a vacation property in Laguna Beach,
- 2:13Speaker 4: which he sold. He brought the property for one hundred
- 2:16Speaker 4: and seventy five thousand dollars and sold it for like
- 2:17Speaker 4: seven million.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Dollars years ago. But he only on paper. He says
- 2:22Speaker 3: he owns one home.
- 2:24Speaker 5: He did your player.
- 2:29Speaker 3: What we do, but.
- 2:35Speaker 4: Farmland owns four hundred acres of farm land. Stuff like that.
- 2:37Speaker 4: But long story short, he said that he understands stocks better.
- 2:47Speaker 4: It's it's easier. It's a lot easier, he said. Charlie
- 2:50Speaker 4: liked real estate a lot more than he. So what
- 2:54Speaker 4: do you think about Warren Buffet pretty much saying that
- 2:57Speaker 4: he prefers stocks over real estate. Like I said, I mean,
- 3:00Speaker 4: it would assume if you look at his personal life,
- 3:04Speaker 4: that's consistent with what he's actually saying.
- 3:07Speaker 5: There's two sets of information.
- 3:09Speaker 6: I've always said this the information that you give to
- 3:11Speaker 6: the public to give the right answer or answer that's
- 3:14Speaker 6: easy to understand. And then it's the information when you
- 3:17Speaker 6: talk to your peers or you're in a mastermindset homework assignment,
- 3:21Speaker 6: go google how many units or doors this Berkshire hat
- 3:25Speaker 6: the way on. That's the other trick, Like I don't
- 3:28Speaker 6: personally own the thing, but I may have it in
- 3:31Speaker 6: a trust or a trust of a ally or a
- 3:35Speaker 6: family member.
- 3:36Speaker 5: Now are stocks like do they have more data points?
- 3:41Speaker 6: He's your buy in, he's your exit liquidity easier to research,
- 3:46Speaker 6: hands down, But The answer is always. And this is
- 3:49Speaker 6: what I love about Amazon and that example we talked about.
- 3:52Speaker 5: The answer is all. It's not one or another.
- 3:55Speaker 6: You want to own stocks, real estate, businesses, crypto, water rights,
- 4:00Speaker 6: I want to own everything.
- 4:02Speaker 5: The day of I'm just going to.
- 4:05Speaker 6: Be a linear investor and one thing that's over with,
- 4:08Speaker 6: because then you're not going to see the missed opportunity
- 4:11Speaker 6: in something that is huge elsewhere. And Blackrock doesn't do that.
- 4:15Speaker 6: Blackrock has ETFs and then bitcoin got popular.
- 4:19Speaker 5: They said, let me get that too. So is it
- 4:22Speaker 5: easier to invest in?
- 4:23Speaker 6: For sure? Are the returns higher? I know some of
- 4:26Speaker 6: y'all want to do is stock versus real estate debate?
- 4:28Speaker 6: I'm not gonna do it. I love y'all because you
- 4:29Speaker 6: have my friends and I want to obliterate y'all. But
- 4:32Speaker 6: the answer to me is always to.
- 4:34Speaker 5: Invest in both. All y'all like my politically correct.
- 4:42Speaker 2: Answer, Yeah both, I'm both.
- 4:46Speaker 6: Yeah, And if you come to invest Fest, you will
- 4:48Speaker 6: be able to hear how to invest in real estate,
- 4:50Speaker 6: crypto stocks trade and they haven't announced the line up yet,
- 4:55Speaker 6: but you know, there may be some other assets out
- 4:57Speaker 6: there that you guys can invest in yourself and go
- 5:00Speaker 6: to invest.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Vest investing yourself. That's the biggest investment you ever made.
- 5:04Speaker 5: Yep.
- 5:07Speaker 4: Okay, well you think that berkshat halfway will jump into bitcoin?
- 5:11Speaker 4: Now that won't he retired?
- 5:12Speaker 5: Hello, now this I would think.
- 5:15Speaker 6: Okay, if I'm replacing Buffett, which is a lesson in
- 5:20Speaker 6: certain shoes, you shouldn't feel.
- 5:21Speaker 5: But how do you turn down that job?
- 5:25Speaker 6: I think at some point he has to at least
- 5:28Speaker 6: look if he wants to get a incredible return.
- 5:31Speaker 5: No matter what he does, he'll never be worn.
- 5:33Speaker 6: But what can you do to have an impact as
- 5:35Speaker 6: the person who succeeded Warren? An alternative asset with a
- 5:40Speaker 6: higher return. Just imagine if they were to invest in
- 5:43Speaker 6: when it was at twenty thousand.
- 5:46Speaker 5: M.
- 5:48Speaker 6: So if I were him, I would definitely be looking
- 5:51Speaker 6: at an asset class to investing that can give me
- 5:54Speaker 6: a higher return over a longer period of time, for sure,
- 5:57Speaker 6: and bitcoin looks like the best investment vehicle for them
- 6:00Speaker 6: to do.
- 6:01Speaker 1: So yeah, they So they're not invested in bitcoin, but
- 6:05Speaker 1: they're like bitcoin adjacent adjacent yep.
- 6:07Speaker 2: Yeah, So they invested.
- 6:08Speaker 1: In New Holdings, which is a Brazilian digital bank that
- 6:11Speaker 1: offers cryptocurrency, and then they whole shares in Jeffrey's Financial Group,
- 6:15Speaker 1: which has exposure to bitcoin's ETFs like Blackrock as you
- 6:19Speaker 1: just mentioned before, so they're adjacent.
- 6:23Speaker 2: But grey Abel is. Yeah, he's a successor.
- 6:26Speaker 1: Based on everything he's done in his career thus far,
- 6:29Speaker 1: he's kind of leaned toward the side of being what
- 6:31Speaker 1: we spoke about last week, a cautious, a very cautious investment.
- 6:37Speaker 2: So that's been his approach. Can that change, We'll see.
- 6:39Speaker 1: I mean he's not He's not in that frame of
- 6:45Speaker 1: ninety years old. I'm sticking to my plan and this
- 6:48Speaker 1: or he could you know, be like I've learned from
- 6:50Speaker 1: this guy, and you know, I'm going to continue his
- 6:52Speaker 1: legacy down the approach of conservative investment because we've seen
- 6:56Speaker 1: him pay off to the treasures tress of three hundred
- 6:58Speaker 1: and forty seven billion, So yeah, it will.
- 7:01Speaker 2: It'll be interesting to see how it plays out.
- 7:02Speaker 6: One percent exposure for them, and that fund over a
- 7:06Speaker 6: five or six year period could get them a seven
- 7:08Speaker 6: eight hundred percent return hypothetically if they get it. If
- 7:12Speaker 6: nothing else, I know what's done a great job of
- 7:14Speaker 6: acting like he doesn't know how to trade his price,
- 7:18Speaker 6: Like if you just go homework assignment. Go map out
- 7:20Speaker 6: like his top ten investments and see when he got in.
- 7:23Speaker 6: They're usually close to the bottom of the market. So
- 7:27Speaker 6: if anything he's learned him, he's taught him how to
- 7:29Speaker 6: do price discovery really well. If they get in bitcoin
- 7:33Speaker 6: at the right price. Like even if let's say, if
- 7:35Speaker 6: it fell to sixty one thousand or sixty two thousand,
- 7:38Speaker 6: which I don't think it will, but if.
- 7:39Speaker 5: It did, how do you argue to not buy it
- 7:43Speaker 5: at that price.
- 7:46Speaker 2: You gonna have some exposure at that price.
- 7:49Speaker 3: You gotta have some You gotta have some exposure at
- 7:51Speaker 3: any price.
- 7:52Speaker 4: We said, if you if bigcoin goes in eighty thousand,
- 7:54Speaker 4: you gotta like it. If it's in seventy thousand, you
- 7:56Speaker 4: gotta like it. Like if you believe in bitcoin, you
- 7:59Speaker 4: have to have exposure at any at any price.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Yeah, that's the part, is the belief, right, If one's
- 8:08Speaker 1: stance has been that it's rat poison.
- 8:10Speaker 3: You don't got to have exposure on any price. Then
- 8:12Speaker 3: either you got to have exposure.
- 8:14Speaker 4: You got to have exposure at any price, or you
- 8:16Speaker 4: don't have to have exposure at any price, because if
- 8:18Speaker 4: you don't believe in it, if it's at ten thousand dollars,
- 8:20Speaker 4: you're not gonna buy it.
- 8:21Speaker 1: And that's what I'm saying, right, It's it's more than
- 8:23Speaker 1: just the prices, the actual belief.
- 8:26Speaker 2: Right. If the CEO is saying, yo, it's rat poison,
- 8:28Speaker 2: we're not touching it.
- 8:29Speaker 3: Well, Jamie Dimond said that it was a scam also,
- 8:32Speaker 3: and they.
- 8:32Speaker 5: Were buying that shit like crazy in England.
- 8:34Speaker 1: And he's still a CEO. There hasn't been a successor.
- 8:38Speaker 1: He's passing it down. So let's see what the successor does.
- 8:41Speaker 1: It's his stance rat poison.
- 8:43Speaker 2: We don't know yet.
- 8:44Speaker 6: And if even if you're not pro bitcoin, you can't
- 8:48Speaker 6: not see that the value of the dollar is dying.
- 8:51Speaker 6: It's a paratrade. You would have to be long bitcoin
- 8:54Speaker 6: versus short the dollar.
- 8:57Speaker 3: That's a fact.
- 8:58Speaker 5: Well, it's just math.
- 9:01Speaker 4: We will see. We will monitor the situation. But yeah,
- 9:04Speaker 4: people tell you things all the time that's not actually true.
- 9:09Speaker 5: Yes. Hello.
- 9:10Speaker 7: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 9:14Speaker 7: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 9:18Speaker 7: accused of murdering a Texas. Man of Venezuelan charged with
- 9:22Speaker 7: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 9:26Speaker 7: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 9:30Speaker 7: Donald J. Trump's leadership. I'm Christy Noman, the United States
- 9:33Speaker 7: Secretary of Homeland Security. Under President Trump, attempted illegal border
- 9:38Speaker 7: crossings are at the lowest levels ever recorded, and over
- 9:42Speaker 7: one hundred thousand illegal aliens have been arrested. If you
- 9:45Speaker 7: are here illegally, your next you will be fine nearly
- 9:49Speaker 7: one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned, and deported. You will
- 9:53Speaker 7: never return. But if you register using our CBP home
- 9:57Speaker 7: app and leave now, you could be allowed to reach
- 10:00Speaker 7: turn legally, do what's right. Leave now. Under President Trump,
- 10:04Speaker 7: America's laws, border and families will be protected.
- 10:08Speaker 5: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
