  And today, we're going to be talking about something that not everyone likes to admit out loud.

  There are days when faith feels far away.

  You ever have that moment where you pray and it feels like your words are bouncing off the ceiling?

  Where you open up your Bible, but the words don't hit the same way they used to?

  Where you know God is there, but your heart just feels quiet.

  If you've been there, you're not alone.
• 1:16
  Every believer at some point walks through the season where God feels distant.

  But here's the truth. He's not.

  Hebrews 11, verse 1 says, Remind us, now faith is confidence in what we hope
• 1:34
  for and assurance about what we do not see.
• 1:38
  Faith isn't about what we feel. It's about who we trust.

  I remember a season in my life where I felt completely disconnected.
• 1:50
  I was praying, reading scripture, doing all the right things, but it just felt dry.

  And I started thinking, God, where are you?

  The one night I sat in complete silence. There was no music.

  There was no distractions. I had no agenda.
• 2:06
  And I said, Lord, I don't even know what to say right now.
• 2:10
  And in that stillness, I didn't hear a voice or see any signs, but I felt peace.

  A quiet, steady peace that whispered, I never left.

  Sometimes faith doesn't roar. It whispers.

  Sometimes it's not about the feeling. It's about the faithfulness.

  Psalms 34, verse 18 says, The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those

  who are crushed in spirit.
• 2:44
  You may feel far from God, but God never feels far from you.

  When you can't trace his hand, you can trust his heart.

  He's working in ways that you can't see, healing in places you don't even realize are hurting.

  So, if you're in that place right now, if your prayers feel empty or your faith

  feels faint, don't give up.

  Keep showing up. Keep praying, even if all you can say is, help.

  Keep believing, even if you believe is as small as a mustard seed,

  because that's all it takes.

  Remember what Jesus said in John 20, verse 29. Blessed are those who have not
• 3:30
  seen and yet have believed.

  Faith isn't the absence of doubt. It's choosing to trust even when doubt is loud.

  Let's pray. Heavenly Father, for the one listening right now who feels far from
• 3:46
  you, Remind them that the distance doesn't define devotion.
• 3:51
  You are near, even when you can't feel you, when we can't even feel you.
• 3:55
  Strengthen their faith, renew their spirit, and let your peace wash over them today.

  Lord, thank you for loving us through our silence, our questions, and our weariness.

  We trust that you are working, even when we don't see it. We pray this unto

  you. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

  So to the half-faith letter begin, family, what can I say?

  Faith that feels far away is still faith. Even when it's quiet, it's alive.

  So today, take a deep breath and know you haven't lost your faith.

  You're just learning to walk by it, not by sight.

  And as always, remember to never forget the importance of how you matter.
