- 0:08Speaker 1: This week, I'm putting this episode out.
- 0:10Speaker 2: On the free feed, okay, because don't we know, Bravo
- 0:13Speaker 2: episode because I'm going yet again to another football game
- 0:16Speaker 2: because my team keeps winning.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Okay, all right, that's good, that's good.
- 0:22Speaker 4: You know my dad was doing that whole following his
- 0:24Speaker 4: college team.
- 0:26Speaker 3: Yeah, I think they lost in November.
- 0:29Speaker 4: He went to preview, so they were like traveling to
- 0:32Speaker 4: state to state to state, same thing you're doing.
- 0:35Speaker 3: But they're out of it.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Unfortunately. Well we are now in.
- 0:40Speaker 2: The final four basically.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Nice ye.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Now, once again, I don't know if we even should
- 0:49Speaker 2: have won the game we just won.
- 0:50Speaker 1: But we did. It doesn't matter, it doesn't matter.
- 0:53Speaker 2: We did win, and we had some real bad calls
- 0:56Speaker 2: on us and everything. And my husband met somebody in
- 0:59Speaker 2: the newer in bathroom, like some guy.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Just started talking to him, and he was.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Like, you know, I don't really have a dog in
- 1:06Speaker 2: this fight. I didn't really care about the game. But
- 1:07Speaker 2: when I saw this particular call is when there was
- 1:10Speaker 2: a face mask that wasn't called, he said, And then
- 1:13Speaker 2: I noticed a couple other bad calls, y'all.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Got I thought I'm going to root for old myths.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So I was like, all right, yeah, so anyway, I'm
- 1:20Speaker 2: going to the festival. I'm going to Phoenix Wednesday through Friday.
- 1:24Speaker 2: If you see me, say hey, okay. I went to
- 1:28Speaker 2: Phoenix one other time in my life when I worked
- 1:31Speaker 2: for WorldCom, just there for a work trip, and I
- 1:35Speaker 2: literally just like looked for the Nordstrom outlet because I
- 1:37Speaker 2: heard it's really good there, and yeah, I.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Won't have time to do that this time. No, damn it.
- 1:42Speaker 1: Well dang, I know, and you know, a hurry back
- 1:47Speaker 1: ace Fanding lives there. I don't.
- 1:50Speaker 2: I just first of all, it's like a five hour
- 1:53Speaker 2: and twenty minute flight, So I mean literally I got long.
- 1:57Speaker 2: I could literally go to London. It just is I mean,
- 2:01Speaker 2: because I'm going from all the way over here and
- 2:04Speaker 2: phoenixes all the way over on the West coast, you know,
- 2:08Speaker 2: almost to California.
- 2:11Speaker 1: It seems long. I know.
- 2:12Speaker 2: So New Orleans was fine to go in and out
- 2:14Speaker 2: in one day because it's only yeah, Central time, and
- 2:17Speaker 2: then right back up. But yeah, it was only like
- 2:19Speaker 2: a two and a half hour flight. This is a
- 2:20Speaker 2: different story. But so we're going Wednesday, game of Thursday.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Leave Friday.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Okay, we'll be down here, you know, hold it down
- 2:28Speaker 3: the fort.
- 2:29Speaker 1: I know you do. I know you will. Now.
- 2:31Speaker 2: I see you have on a cross necklas. Is it
- 2:33Speaker 2: because it's Sunday and you're feeling the Lord today? Like
- 2:35Speaker 2: Mary Cosby?
- 2:36Speaker 1: No, I love cross necklaces. Yeah, I have a bunch. Yeah,
- 2:40Speaker 1: I love crossing.
- 2:41Speaker 3: I like gothic. I like gothic.
- 2:44Speaker 2: Cross nicklasty too. I used to have like tons and
- 2:46Speaker 2: tons of crosses that I would put on the wall
- 2:48Speaker 2: like in different groups. Oh no, I don't do that well,
- 2:51Speaker 2: and then it got weird, and then it was like, yeah,
- 2:53Speaker 2: what's going on here?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Are you trying to propel something or attract something? Are
- 2:56Speaker 1: you trying to keep a vampire out of your house?
- 2:58Speaker 4: You know they can't come in your house unless you
- 3:01Speaker 4: invite them in, so you don't need a cross wall,
- 3:04Speaker 4: thank you.
- 3:05Speaker 1: Some people take it way too far.
- 3:09Speaker 2: Okay, well, I will never invite a vampire into my
- 3:11Speaker 2: house knowingly good. Don't do that unless it's Brad pitt
- 3:16Speaker 2: an interview with the vampire.
- 3:18Speaker 4: He can come in, he can stay, I'll cook some
- 3:20Speaker 4: blood whatever he wants me to do.
- 3:22Speaker 1: I'll do it. I'll cook him blood. I'll cook him blood.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Oh guys, okay.
- 3:29Speaker 2: I will also say today's Wednesday, and this will come
- 3:33Speaker 2: out on the Free Feet on Thursday. And if you
- 3:35Speaker 2: guys have been listening to Keisha and I have been
- 3:37Speaker 2: covering season four of Sixty Days in Over on Monday's
- 3:40Speaker 2: Monk Shop Monday, it's coming to an end.
- 3:43Speaker 1: It's really good. I agree, Love Dren Lockup does come
- 3:48Speaker 1: back in two weeks, so everybody, just so, we just
- 3:50Speaker 1: got to kind of shift it over a little bit.
- 3:53Speaker 2: I gotta shift it over into comedy away from just
- 3:56Speaker 2: pure tragedy.
- 3:58Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, because there was a even though we it
- 4:02Speaker 4: was comedic, our recaps were we just, yes, we don't
- 4:05Speaker 4: do serious.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I know I don't do serious. That great, but no,
- 4:10Speaker 1: it's hard.
- 4:11Speaker 2: But you guys, if you want to see something sort
- 4:14Speaker 2: of serious, sort of funny, Kisha and I also recapped
- 4:17Speaker 2: The Cult of the Real Housewife Mary Cosby that was.
- 4:21Speaker 1: On the Free Feed and I had a interview.
- 4:23Speaker 2: With the director and the producer and Keisha told a
- 4:26Speaker 2: story about her step granddad. So if you didn't see
- 4:30Speaker 2: it over on Instagram or TikTok, you need to be
- 4:33Speaker 2: following us Pink Shade Pot and the Liberlaneakeisha because I
- 4:37Speaker 2: posted the story she told me, and then Keisha has
- 4:39Speaker 2: posted a follow up on her own TikTok to explain
- 4:43Speaker 2: the story.
- 4:44Speaker 4: Yeah, I told my mom because she's like, do you
- 4:46Speaker 4: think they're going to kick that lady off the show?
- 4:48Speaker 4: She's the devil, She's just a girl. First of all,
- 4:51Speaker 4: be so for real.
- 4:52Speaker 1: And then I was like, yeah, we were.
- 4:54Speaker 3: Recording the show, and then it dawned on me.
- 4:56Speaker 4: I was like, wait a minute, that happened. Us goes,
- 4:59Speaker 4: Oh my god, you so right that was us, And
- 5:01Speaker 4: I'm like, this totally.
- 5:04Speaker 1: And Ron forgotten. It's her own situation.
- 5:06Speaker 3: I think we didn't forgive. But it's just been so
- 5:09Speaker 3: long ago.
- 5:10Speaker 4: I mean, Skyler was two and she's turned in twenty
- 5:12Speaker 4: four okay this year, so it's just not you know,
- 5:15Speaker 4: every time the family gathers, we don't bring it up
- 5:17Speaker 4: or anything like that. So yeah, she's like, you're so
- 5:21Speaker 4: right that sure, damn did happen to us?
- 5:24Speaker 1: So yeah, you.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Guys want to know, you're gonna have to go watch
- 5:27Speaker 2: the social media. Okay, let's talk about Welcome to Plathfel guys.
- 5:31Speaker 2: So this is welcome to Plathor, well, welcome to plotfil
- 5:34Speaker 2: season two, episode two, Now, Keisha, I was trying to
- 5:38Speaker 2: remember from my past viewings of this show when Max
- 5:42Speaker 2: was going to make an appearance, and here he is.
- 5:45Speaker 2: And okay, I just say, for those of you that
- 5:48Speaker 2: watched with us the first time back in the day,
- 5:52Speaker 2: I remember Max being way hotter.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Okay, so.
- 5:58Speaker 3: You know I love talking about these Plathor people.
- 6:00Speaker 4: Now, that guy must have definitely well, he was hot
- 6:04Speaker 4: when he was on the bike with the helvet on
- 6:05Speaker 4: and as shades.
- 6:07Speaker 3: Uh.
- 6:07Speaker 4: But once he turned it turned took it all off
- 6:09Speaker 4: and had blueberry stained on his teeth.
- 6:11Speaker 1: No, that wasn't cute hot.
- 6:14Speaker 2: So I wonder as we go, as he's around a
- 6:17Speaker 2: little bit for a little bit of time, I wonder
- 6:19Speaker 2: he says he stays around for a while, I wonder
- 6:22Speaker 2: if I'll remember different things.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Of why I thought he was really cute at the time.
- 6:29Speaker 4: But there may be your prescription free glasses or a
- 6:32Speaker 4: contact wasn't at to the level that they are now,
- 6:35Speaker 4: because that boy is definitely not hot.
- 6:37Speaker 3: He looks like he grew up on the farm next
- 6:40Speaker 3: to the.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Platform, right. I think he did grow up pretty religious
- 6:44Speaker 1: as well. Okay, and oh well, wouldn't be surprised he
- 6:47Speaker 1: had no swag. Well, he had more swag than Mariah.
- 6:52Speaker 2: She looked the hot damn mess always always, She says,
- 6:57Speaker 2: I'm going to get every piece makeup in the wet
- 7:00Speaker 2: and wild section of CBS and put it on my face.
- 7:04Speaker 4: And I just want to get I just want to
- 7:05Speaker 4: get a piece of tissue. Lock it a little bit,
- 7:07Speaker 4: just get in there and tame it down a little
- 7:11Speaker 4: bit more.
- 7:11Speaker 1: Tame it down a little bit.
- 7:12Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, you don't need fusta colored lipstick on with
- 7:17Speaker 4: dark eyes, shadow and glitter too much.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Yeah, And later on she gets later on, she gets
- 7:24Speaker 2: into real big eyelashes that aren't okay all right, but
- 7:28Speaker 2: not like your is not applied.
- 7:30Speaker 3: Well yeah, oh yeah, you got to get them applied.
- 7:33Speaker 2: Well, well, let's discuss. So we opened with Micah saying
- 7:39Speaker 2: he's in Tallahassee to do a super hot sexy photo
- 7:43Speaker 2: shoot with Helena.
- 7:45Speaker 4: Pay I was confused, Okay, okay, who are they doing
- 7:52Speaker 4: the photo shoot for?
- 7:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know if they're doing it to build
- 7:57Speaker 2: up their portfolio, if they're just getting a photographer to men.
- 8:00Speaker 2: So they'll have pictures to put in their portfolios to show. Okay,
- 8:05Speaker 2: that's kind of what I got, because I have the
- 8:07Speaker 2: same note as to who is here besides the photographer
- 8:10Speaker 2: and the makeup artist.
- 8:12Speaker 1: That makeup artist needed to be fired.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Helena also could use some makeup help. But again, let's
- 8:19Speaker 2: remember what year of this was. It was eight years ago, right.
- 8:25Speaker 3: So that was twenty eighteen. No no, no, no, no no, because
- 8:29Speaker 3: COVID had already happened.
- 8:30Speaker 1: So this is twenty twenty one or late twenty twenty.
- 8:34Speaker 1: They're in the South. They didn't care about COVID that much.
- 8:37Speaker 4: Well, we had evolved a lot with makeup. We had Alta,
- 8:42Speaker 4: we had Sephora. There was just no excuse, and especially
- 8:45Speaker 4: for a model. I was horrified, Yeah, horrified.
- 8:49Speaker 1: She came in with her mind, but she came in
- 8:51Speaker 1: with the full face.
- 8:53Speaker 4: Yeah, just kind of said, trying to help me. But
- 8:57Speaker 4: nothing with the tan line or.
- 9:00Speaker 2: The tan line, you guys, nothing drives me more crazy
- 9:03Speaker 2: when I see like the most gorgeous wedding you've ever
- 9:06Speaker 2: seen in your life, and then people have tan lines
- 9:08Speaker 2: and I'm like, you could make up that out, like
- 9:11Speaker 2: if you forgot and left your strap you can do
- 9:14Speaker 2: something with it to blur it.
- 9:16Speaker 1: Yeah, most definitely. I didn't get it anyway.
- 9:19Speaker 2: So he's going to do a super hot, sexy photo
- 9:22Speaker 2: shoot with Helena and he hasn't done any modeling a
- 9:24Speaker 2: while because of COVID, so he's excited to get back
- 9:27Speaker 2: into it. And he said, you know, you broaden your
- 9:29Speaker 2: horizon with every photo shoot you do. And he's excited
- 9:32Speaker 2: to show Helena his progress in modeling. So they're in
- 9:36Speaker 2: a hotel and they're sitting on the bed and she goes,
- 9:41Speaker 2: I have a lot of ideas and they're sitting on
- 9:43Speaker 2: the bed, so it's very suggestive. And he goes, mm hmm,
- 9:46Speaker 2: anything hot. So I think I could just learn the
- 9:48Speaker 2: term hot.
- 9:50Speaker 1: I think so too.
- 9:51Speaker 4: I think he'd only use the term as far as temperature,
- 9:55Speaker 4: temperature of food, temperature.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Of prints, outdoors and outdoors yeah.
- 10:00Speaker 2: Today yeah, And she goes, yeah, we can accomplish that,
- 10:05Speaker 2: and he says, you definitely can.
- 10:07Speaker 1: She says, wow, Mike, I'm.
- 10:09Speaker 2: Surprised you're so flirtatious because when we first met you
- 10:12Speaker 2: were so shy, and now you're calling me hot and
- 10:14Speaker 2: beautiful and stuff like.
- 10:16Speaker 1: I like this, Micah hot and sexy and a Maine virginity. Yeah,
- 10:24Speaker 1: we've wondered about that.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Who did it? I don't think it was her. I
- 10:28Speaker 2: think it's happened at this point, but I don't think
- 10:30Speaker 2: it was her.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Oh I'm so sorry for whoever the girl was.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Oh, I don't look at him. No no, no, no no,
- 10:39Speaker 1: I just think you knew what to do. Oh of
- 10:41Speaker 1: course not no, no, no, yeah, it would have been
- 10:44Speaker 1: she had to be on top kind of situation.
- 10:48Speaker 2: Okay, So talking up, he says, growing up, we had
- 10:53Speaker 2: clothing restrictions and my parents found it immodest to show
- 10:56Speaker 2: your body to the world. But now I'm in a
- 10:59Speaker 2: hotel room with a girl getting some hot and steamy
- 11:02Speaker 2: photos taken, and it's like a one eighty, but in
- 11:05Speaker 2: a positive direction. So this is my note, Like what
- 11:09Speaker 2: you said, there's only a makeup artist and a photographer here,
- 11:13Speaker 2: and there's tan lines.
- 11:14Speaker 1: What are we doing just tan lines? Back make up
- 11:18Speaker 1: the hair.
- 11:20Speaker 4: I just that's why I was like, who who they
- 11:22Speaker 4: have to be doing this for her portfolio, because honestly,
- 11:25Speaker 4: when Micah walked into the hotel room, I thought.
- 11:28Speaker 3: He was staying there and like the photo shoot was
- 11:31Speaker 3: going to be in a different location.
- 11:33Speaker 4: He's like, oh, well, let me just go ahead of
- 11:34Speaker 4: stay the night of Tallahassee. Little did I know that
- 11:38Speaker 4: was the scene of the photo shoot, which was strange.
- 11:42Speaker 1: It was solid. Yeah.
- 11:44Speaker 2: So he comes out in the tucks with no shirt
- 11:47Speaker 2: and like his pants have undone, and he keeps like
- 11:51Speaker 2: looking down and she she's like, oh world wardrobe malfunction.
- 11:55Speaker 2: And she shows him and she has on like a
- 11:56Speaker 2: sticky brie.
- 11:58Speaker 1: Now do those work? Don't know? I don't think. I
- 12:01Speaker 1: don't know. I have big boobs and I don't think
- 12:03Speaker 1: that would work for me, and I have no boobs.
- 12:06Speaker 3: I just have skin now, So I was wondering, will
- 12:10Speaker 3: it Will it work?
- 12:13Speaker 2: I mean, they're gonna stick, and if you want your
- 12:15Speaker 2: whatever to be way down here, then okay. But if
- 12:18Speaker 2: you're young and they're perking, you just stick that on,
- 12:20Speaker 2: you stick your thing on top, then nothing moves because
- 12:23Speaker 2: it's sticky.
- 12:23Speaker 4: I well, because I have a dressing one to wear
- 12:26Speaker 4: this weekend, and I was kind of thinking I was
- 12:28Speaker 4: going to get someone when I saw her do that,
- 12:29Speaker 4: But then I would be the idiot that I'm sitting
- 12:32Speaker 4: there talking thinking I'm looking cute, and then my teddies
- 12:36Speaker 4: out and my dress is stuck down here with the
- 12:39Speaker 4: sticky boots.
- 12:40Speaker 2: Yes, I think, yeah, I think they got to kind
- 12:44Speaker 2: of be up a little bit.
- 12:45Speaker 1: No, they're not work yeah, yeah, but.
- 12:48Speaker 4: They would most definitely say that we need a team. Yeah,
- 12:51Speaker 4: we can't do this alone. So okay, thank you talk
- 12:55Speaker 4: to me.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, good, it's get it. Get a regular to
- 13:00Speaker 1: her broth. So anyway, he he must have.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Had some practice what I'm saying you were asking me
- 13:08Speaker 2: earlier about he took his virginity. I think it's somewhere
- 13:10Speaker 2: along the line. He got some practice because he doesn't
- 13:12Speaker 2: seem like he's about to have an accident in his
- 13:14Speaker 2: pants like Ethan Wood.
- 13:16Speaker 1: No he doesn't. No, he does seem like he's been
- 13:20Speaker 1: in this world before.
- 13:21Speaker 3: Yes, I mean not long. He hasn't been here long,
- 13:26Speaker 3: but he's been here.
- 13:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:29Speaker 2: So Helena says, okay, so we can get in the
- 13:31Speaker 2: bed and do like pillow talk for the next ones.
- 13:33Speaker 1: He's like, what is that me? So? Oh my god?
- 13:38Speaker 2: And then talking Eddie goes. They ask him what did
- 13:41Speaker 2: you think pillow talk means? He goes, I was thinking
- 13:43Speaker 2: maybe one person is mad because the pillow case is
- 13:46Speaker 2: wrong or the bed is messy, and he goes, I'm joking.
- 13:49Speaker 1: Don't use that, and he says okay. He says, no, okay.
- 13:53Speaker 2: I thought it was talking during sex, but she told
- 13:55Speaker 2: me is talking afterwards, which makes sense. Then he tells it, Yeah,
- 14:01Speaker 2: he was always shy about his looks and he was
- 14:05Speaker 2: kind of an ugly duckling, and he.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Was he was. I thought he look cute when he
- 14:11Speaker 1: was a.
- 14:11Speaker 3: Little not well, not in the pictures that I saw
- 14:13Speaker 3: with my eyes.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Oh, I thought he looked a lot like Ethan when
- 14:19Speaker 2: he was younger.
- 14:21Speaker 3: And then God said, I'm not going to do this twice.
- 14:24Speaker 1: We're not going to do a double tragedy.
- 14:26Speaker 3: This one shall be beautiful.
- 14:31Speaker 2: That is wrong, and he says, it's kind of funny
- 14:35Speaker 2: that I was shy when I was younger, you know,
- 14:37Speaker 2: seeing what i'm doing now, he goes, you know, I'm
- 14:39Speaker 2: tearing down walls that I don't see are necessary. It's
- 14:42Speaker 2: not a rebellion to my parents. It's just coming to
- 14:44Speaker 2: terms with myself and doing what I want to do.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Good for you, good for him.
- 14:50Speaker 2: So we see more sexy photos sexy sexy, hot hot
- 14:52Speaker 2: hot shower photos m.
- 14:55Speaker 3: HM in a hotel shower like, but he looked amazing.
- 15:00Speaker 1: He looks great, and he knows and he's doing great
- 15:02Speaker 1: on his modeling.
- 15:03Speaker 3: I think, yeah, I just didn't get it.
- 15:07Speaker 2: I guess when the pictures will come out, you would see,
- 15:09Speaker 2: you know, be edited and photographer can do a lot
- 15:13Speaker 2: with like lighting, you can't tell what the backer. You
- 15:15Speaker 2: can't tell it's like the holiday and express it looks
- 15:18Speaker 2: like it's some.
- 15:19Speaker 1: Fancy you know.
- 15:20Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean Helene is down there with the camera
- 15:23Speaker 4: phone and like his babies. First time on stage, you know,
- 15:26Speaker 4: the first recital.
- 15:27Speaker 3: Like you're doing great. She crushed jinnered him. You're doing great, Kylie,
- 15:31Speaker 3: you're doing great. I was like, okay, girl, just get
- 15:34Speaker 3: give it. We know what they did.
- 15:36Speaker 1: As soon as the photographer makeup artists left.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Uh huh, because he had like the giant bulge in
- 15:40Speaker 2: the pants and you don't know if pe put a
- 15:42Speaker 2: stock in there or what. So anyway, it's like she's
- 15:46Speaker 2: always dressed and he's always naked. But okay whatever, Yeah,
- 15:50Speaker 2: and you're talking to it. She goes, yeah, I mean,
- 15:52Speaker 2: I mean, yes, I'm definitely attracted to him, like I
- 15:54Speaker 2: have eyes. Yeah, I mean I think he's attracted to
- 15:57Speaker 2: me too, y'all get out of.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Here, so you're all right.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Now, we go over to Barry and Isaac, and I'm
- 16:05Speaker 2: telling you, when these seeds come on, it just immediately
- 16:07Speaker 2: when it comes on, I'm like, oh, no, is this
- 16:09Speaker 2: a scene where Barry tries to talk about sex like
- 16:11Speaker 2: I'm trying to remember, And yes it was.
- 16:14Speaker 1: It was.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Berry and Isaac are clearing trees to make room for
- 16:19Speaker 2: their above ground pool that they had at the farm,
- 16:22Speaker 2: and they're bringing the above ground pool over to this house.
- 16:26Speaker 3: I'm like, build a damn pool.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Like, build a pool, Build a pool.
- 16:32Speaker 2: It is very build It is very expensive to build
- 16:35Speaker 2: it in ground pool.
- 16:37Speaker 3: I get it, I get it, but it just seems
- 16:39Speaker 3: so cheap to save.
- 16:40Speaker 2: Removing much is and above I don't know if an
- 16:48Speaker 2: above ground pool is very expensive and so it makes
- 16:51Speaker 2: more to uh, you could get one for about well,
- 16:58Speaker 2: you could get one on Wayfair for two hundred and
- 17:00Speaker 2: fifty four dollars, or you can get one on Wayfair
- 17:03Speaker 2: for that looks more like the one they have for
- 17:06Speaker 2: three thousand dollars.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Okay, well, it costs more than I thought that it did.
- 17:12Speaker 2: But three thousand dollars, how are they going to move it?
- 17:16Speaker 2: Are they going to disassemble it, move it and put
- 17:18Speaker 2: it back together?
- 17:20Speaker 3: You know they are, Okay, that's just what they do.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Yeah, that's right. Okay.
- 17:25Speaker 2: So they're making they're trying to make rooms so they
- 17:28Speaker 2: can bring that pool over, which, by the way, if
- 17:31Speaker 2: they're renting out the farm, it seems like that would
- 17:33Speaker 2: be a renting selling point, so they should leave it.
- 17:35Speaker 3: There unless they said it like the pool does not.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Come with the house, right, you can't use it, so
- 17:42Speaker 1: it is probably a liability.
- 17:43Speaker 2: So Barry is talking to Isaac and he says, you know,
- 17:46Speaker 2: you're such a hard worker, and in the talking head
- 17:50Speaker 2: Barry says, you know, we just had this talk with
- 17:53Speaker 2: Micah and Mariah and we heard what we did and
- 17:56Speaker 2: didn't do right as parents, and I've took that to hear.
- 18:00Speaker 2: You know, it hurts as a father. So now I
- 18:02Speaker 2: have a time to connect with Isaac in ways maybe
- 18:06Speaker 2: I didn't with Ethan or Micah.
- 18:09Speaker 4: And he needed to have like ten more conversations with
- 18:13Speaker 4: Micah and Mariah before he had this horrible.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Conversation with his son.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Later, he has said so many inappropriate conversations with Lydia.
- 18:21Speaker 1: About this ew so gross. So he's gross though, it's
- 18:29Speaker 1: a little pervy.
- 18:30Speaker 2: Allegedly, So Barry is going to try and talk to
- 18:33Speaker 2: poor sweet Isaac about sex. It's so cringey. And he says, well,
- 18:37Speaker 2: you know, Micah has started dating a lot of girls,
- 18:41Speaker 2: you know, and he goes, he goes, because he's in
- 18:46Speaker 2: that season. You know, age sixteen to twenty. You could
- 18:51Speaker 2: be in a period where you end up dating, so
- 18:54Speaker 2: season a big change. Look at Micah and Mariah, look
- 18:58Speaker 2: at the changes they've gone through and just.
- 18:59Speaker 1: A year and a half. Have you talked to them
- 19:01Speaker 1: about it?
- 19:02Speaker 2: He goes, no, not really. Mom says, don't speak to that. Yeah,
- 19:07Speaker 2: they have bitterness, they're the devil.
- 19:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I was gonna say, and if they had, Kim
- 19:11Speaker 4: would have known about it, because she would have been eavesdropping,
- 19:13Speaker 4: like ear hustling at the door or you know, awkwardly
- 19:16Speaker 4: sitting in the room.
- 19:18Speaker 1: And Berry goes, yeah, neither. I haven't talked too much.
- 19:21Speaker 2: But yeah, you're you're coming up on like girls, and
- 19:25Speaker 2: if you're thinking you have questions on topics like girls,
- 19:29Speaker 2: like the opposite sex, like you, you will you will
- 19:32Speaker 2: develop an interest and anytime you want to talk, you
- 19:35Speaker 2: just let me know.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Yeah, conversation that wasn't a conversation.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Now he says nothing.
- 19:42Speaker 2: He says as it because yeah, no, I don't really
- 19:44Speaker 2: think about that yet.
- 19:45Speaker 1: I'm just really thinking about going into the Air Force. Yeah.
- 19:49Speaker 4: I mean he might as well have just done the
- 19:50Speaker 4: whole the stork brings the baby, drops the baby off
- 19:53Speaker 4: at the front door.
- 19:54Speaker 1: That's how children get here. And that would have been
- 19:57Speaker 1: more than they've ever learned. In formative.
- 19:59Speaker 4: Yeah, And that would have been more informative than this
- 20:01Speaker 4: conversation right here.
- 20:03Speaker 1: How dreadful.
- 20:04Speaker 2: So Isaac goes, oh, God, talking head. He's like, this
- 20:07Speaker 2: is so awkward. I thought we were chopping down trees.
- 20:10Speaker 2: I mean, God, I could talk to my friends about girls,
- 20:13Speaker 2: but not with my dad.
- 20:15Speaker 3: You you didn't talk about girls with your dad.
- 20:18Speaker 1: No.
- 20:18Speaker 2: He just looked at the ground and was like, please God,
- 20:19Speaker 2: Please God, Please God, let this be over, and let
- 20:21Speaker 2: this be over. Yeah, Dave tells, my husband tells a
- 20:24Speaker 2: story about when his dad wanted to talk to him
- 20:26Speaker 2: about the birds and the bees. He trapped in a
- 20:28Speaker 2: car on like a two hour road trip. Yeah, and
- 20:32Speaker 2: his dad had two daughters before, and so he never
- 20:36Speaker 2: had to have this conversation. And his dad is a
- 20:38Speaker 2: professor and scientist, so he was like getting real graphic
- 20:42Speaker 2: with the scientific urns.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Oh no. Here's the thing about it. It's
- 20:50Speaker 1: not an easy conversation to have. No, it's not m
- 20:55Speaker 1: but you don't have to make it.
- 20:57Speaker 3: It's gonna be awkward, but you can't make it.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Not as Yeah.
- 21:05Speaker 2: I would be like, do little research and come back
- 21:07Speaker 2: to me with questions because I don't want to discuss
- 21:09Speaker 2: this with you.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Okay, yeah, you figure out where everything goes. I'm loving
- 21:14Speaker 1: you to protect yourself. Protect yourself. Being protected is the
- 21:17Speaker 1: most important part of this Conversation's important part exactly.
- 21:20Speaker 2: So over at Ethan and Olivia's she is showing him.
- 21:25Speaker 2: He comes to the kitchen and he.
- 21:26Speaker 1: Goes, what do we have for breakfast?
- 21:28Speaker 2: And she goes, there's coffee, and she goes, I've been
- 21:31Speaker 2: up all night, you know, working on my new website.
- 21:34Speaker 2: She reminds us she's a wedding photographer, but COVID she's
- 21:37Speaker 2: had people canceling and rebooking left and right, so she's
- 21:41Speaker 2: down a lot of money. So she's taking this opportunity
- 21:43Speaker 2: to sort of rebrand and get her website together and stuff.
- 21:46Speaker 4: Now I have to say, I, you know, I don't
- 21:49Speaker 4: think Olivia is the prettiest person in the rural, but
- 21:52Speaker 4: I liked how she looked with an a makeup.
- 21:55Speaker 2: Yeah, as she gets older, I think she's stunning. And
- 22:01Speaker 2: of course I've seen her in person, and her skin
- 22:03Speaker 2: is like glass.
- 22:04Speaker 1: She is also very young.
- 22:06Speaker 4: Well, she looked I mean she even though she was
- 22:08Speaker 4: having an emotional time, she was tired. Yeah, and p
- 22:12Speaker 4: and Messing are on a period. She looked really good
- 22:14Speaker 4: with no makeup on him, like she's got a nice skin.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 22:17Speaker 3: And she almost looked like a different person.
- 22:19Speaker 4: Not saying she looks so much different, you know, but
- 22:22Speaker 4: she just looked fresh face.
- 22:23Speaker 1: And it's a little bit envious.
- 22:25Speaker 2: Yeah, she looks like they've been out in the sunsh
- 22:27Speaker 2: got at a little tan.
- 22:28Speaker 4: The sunkiss a little maybe that's what it was, is
- 22:32Speaker 4: the tan?
- 22:32Speaker 1: You're right? Okay, Yeah, always helps.
- 22:35Speaker 2: So then she goes, you know, even I don't feel
- 22:39Speaker 2: like making breakfast, and he goes, okay, I'm all make it.
- 22:43Speaker 2: She goes, huh, and he goes, I've never made breakfast
- 22:46Speaker 2: or any meal ever before.
- 22:48Speaker 1: I don't like cooking too much. How is that possible?
- 22:53Speaker 2: Later in later seasons, not the last one, but in
- 22:57Speaker 2: later seasons when they are separating, he says, like, when
- 23:00Speaker 2: was the last time you made me a meal? She's like,
- 23:03Speaker 2: when's the last time you made me a meal?
- 23:05Speaker 1: Are you talking about?
- 23:06Speaker 3: Yeah? I don't do because how is it?
- 23:08Speaker 4: How is it that they've been married over a year
- 23:10Speaker 4: and he's never cooked anything?
- 23:12Speaker 2: Because it was just sort of ingrained in them that
- 23:15Speaker 2: she's doing the like the women part and he's doing
- 23:17Speaker 2: the band part. But she works a lot as a
- 23:19Speaker 2: very successful business, so it needs to be fifty to fifty.
- 23:22Speaker 1: He I mean, he wouldn't eat.
- 23:24Speaker 2: He wouldn't eat. So he tries to make pancakes. But
- 23:29Speaker 2: he's doing the whole like, don't help me. Now, I
- 23:32Speaker 2: guess I need eggs. Don't help me. I don't know
- 23:34Speaker 2: who do I need. It was don't help me, I
- 23:35Speaker 2: guess I need pancake mix. Don't tell me anything. And
- 23:38Speaker 2: he's talking, he's trying to be funny and he's showing
- 23:40Speaker 2: her the lumps and boy, did I feel this in
- 23:43Speaker 2: my soul? Like shut up? You could see. And they
- 23:47Speaker 2: have a tiny house. It's not like they have a
- 23:48Speaker 2: huge house. Like another office. She could go into She's like,
- 23:52Speaker 2: I was sitting here first, Yeah, I'm trying to work
- 23:57Speaker 2: and he's bugging on purpose, just trying.
- 24:00Speaker 4: It wasn't even yeah, it wasn't even so much him
- 24:03Speaker 4: doing the horrific job that he was doing making the pancakes,
- 24:06Speaker 4: because literally, all you have to do is read the
- 24:07Speaker 4: fucking box.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Yep.
- 24:09Speaker 4: But it was some trying to crack jokes and be
- 24:11Speaker 4: cute and this, this, this and that, and then you
- 24:14Speaker 4: never want to stab a person more than in moments
- 24:17Speaker 4: like this.
- 24:18Speaker 1: It's like, leave me the fuck alone.
- 24:20Speaker 2: It happens all the time to me, because I'll be downstairs,
- 24:23Speaker 2: you know, trying to work, and I'll say, are you
- 24:26Speaker 2: all going to be in this room a lot? Because
- 24:27Speaker 2: it's so I'm gonna go upstairs and to sit on
- 24:29Speaker 2: my bed and go on my office whatever. Oh no, no, no,
- 24:31Speaker 2: we're all. We're all going on our separate race. And
- 24:33Speaker 2: twenty six times somebody will come in that room, run
- 24:36Speaker 2: the ice maker, mm hmmm, up, make a comment about
- 24:40Speaker 2: what I'm watching. So I have to stop, ask a
- 24:42Speaker 2: question even worse, and then I have to stop and
- 24:44Speaker 2: explain things of which I go, I'll tell.
- 24:45Speaker 1: You later, get out of here. Yeah. So I get
- 24:48Speaker 1: that happened to me. Just the other day. I was.
- 24:53Speaker 2: Doing the Sixty Days In recap and a scene came
- 24:56Speaker 2: in of Angela and Gabrielle like making out, and I think.
- 25:01Speaker 1: My daughter was like, are they in prison? Are they
- 25:02Speaker 1: supposed to do that?
- 25:03Speaker 2: I'm like, please get out of here. I'm trying to
- 25:06Speaker 2: take notes of this very important documentary series.
- 25:09Speaker 4: So I James is really bad about that, as you
- 25:15Speaker 4: can imagine, I imagine. So we went to go watch
- 25:18Speaker 4: something and before we did, I said maybe it was
- 25:21Speaker 4: the finale of sixty Days In or something like that,
- 25:24Speaker 4: and I said these words, just like, it's my first
- 25:27Speaker 4: time watching this episode. Your first time watching this episode.
- 25:30Speaker 4: It's my first time watching this episode. Don't ask me
- 25:33Speaker 4: any questions because we're gonna learn as we go, because it'll.
- 25:36Speaker 3: Be like question after question after question.
- 25:38Speaker 4: It's like what the And I have to remind him
- 25:40Speaker 4: I have to pay attention to this, yeah, because I
- 25:43Speaker 4: don't know what the hell mayor pay is gonna ask me.
- 25:45Speaker 3: So I really gotta pay attention. I need you to
- 25:48Speaker 3: just shush, like.
- 25:50Speaker 1: Yes, I need to pay attention.
- 25:51Speaker 2: But that's a great point because it's it's called carrying
- 25:54Speaker 2: the emotional load. So it's called it's like when your
- 25:57Speaker 2: kids will say where are my keys? Like who am
- 26:02Speaker 2: I supposed to suppose? And as men do that to
- 26:06Speaker 2: women a lot. I'm sure there are cases where women
- 26:09Speaker 2: do it to men, but mostly men do it to women.
- 26:12Speaker 1: Uh. And they ask you questions that there's not any
- 26:14Speaker 1: way you would know the answer to.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Yeah, and they're putting their emotional load on you. So anyway,
- 26:21Speaker 2: this is what Ethan is doing here, and he's being annoying.
- 26:25Speaker 2: He's trying to get her attention like a child.
- 26:28Speaker 1: M h.
- 26:29Speaker 2: And she says to him, you know when you leave
- 26:31Speaker 2: to go to work and you're sitting at your desk,
- 26:34Speaker 2: what if somebody came up to you it was talking
- 26:36Speaker 2: to you the whole time, laughing and making jokes and
- 26:39Speaker 2: you were unable.
- 26:39Speaker 1: To do your work.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Yeah, And he goes, well, I think anything I do
- 26:43Speaker 2: better than the work would be fun, and.
- 26:45Speaker 1: She goes, you would respond that way, and she said.
- 26:47Speaker 2: I know you think you're being fun, and I know
- 26:50Speaker 2: you thought this would be funny, but it's all just
- 26:53Speaker 2: very irritating. For some reason, was irritating because he's not
- 26:57Speaker 2: respecting what you're doing.
- 26:59Speaker 1: No, it's like You're job is not a real job.
- 27:01Speaker 1: It's a play job. Nailed it. And she goes, I'm
- 27:05Speaker 1: gonna cry. This is stupid. This is stupid.
- 27:08Speaker 2: She's like, my period started this morning, I have cramps.
- 27:10Speaker 2: This is all horrible timing. I don't want to eat
- 27:13Speaker 2: these carbs. I feel bloated, right, you know, just like
- 27:16Speaker 2: leaving to fuck alone. He's like, I can put the
- 27:18Speaker 2: pancakes down. You don't have to eat them.
- 27:19Speaker 4: With So why did he just go to the fucking
- 27:22Speaker 4: donut shop or something like that and go get breakfast
- 27:24Speaker 4: and get out.
- 27:25Speaker 1: Of her hair for a little bit? Totally?
- 27:27Speaker 2: So the talking head, he says, and this is going
- 27:30Speaker 2: to be something that's just a theme over and over
- 27:32Speaker 2: and over and over and over with Ethan. And he says,
- 27:34Speaker 2: growing up, I never communicated emotions, and my default is
- 27:38Speaker 2: to sort of busy myself and not have to think
- 27:40Speaker 2: about it and not have to talk about things. So
- 27:44Speaker 2: he goes, huh, talking about the period and stuff. He goes,
- 27:48Speaker 2: I kind of forgot about that. Sorry, And he goes
- 27:51Speaker 2: up and he hugs her, and in the talking head,
- 27:54Speaker 2: she goes, it's really huge for him just to sort
- 27:57Speaker 2: of give me a hug and say sorry, Like this
- 27:59Speaker 2: is like kind of a different way of him being wow, okay.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Talking head.
- 28:04Speaker 2: He tells us he grew up with six sisters and
- 28:09Speaker 2: a mother and never knew there was a thing called
- 28:12Speaker 2: a period. He just thought they had a bloody nose
- 28:14Speaker 2: or something. He never knew.
- 28:17Speaker 4: So everyone had a bloody nose for seven days straight
- 28:22Speaker 4: in his house because I was sure all their periods
- 28:25Speaker 4: were linked up. So for seven days he just saw
- 28:27Speaker 4: all the stuff he saw in the trash cans just
- 28:29Speaker 4: from constant bloody noses.
- 28:31Speaker 1: Yeah, because remember they only have like one and a
- 28:33Speaker 1: half bath in that house. Exactly my point.
- 28:36Speaker 3: So that is the stupidest thing I think I've ever heard.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Well, it's again, he just would be like, I don't
- 28:43Speaker 2: know what that is, so I'm not going to ask him,
- 28:45Speaker 2: just going to be oblivious.
- 28:46Speaker 1: And it just came from the way they were raised.
- 28:48Speaker 2: And it goes all the way back to what we'll
- 28:50Speaker 2: hear in later seasons that Kim kind of alluded to
- 28:53Speaker 2: last season is when their brother died and they were
- 28:57Speaker 2: nobody was allowed to talk about it.
- 29:00Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 29:01Speaker 4: Yes, for Ethan, he's like, well, my favorite doll over
- 29:03Speaker 4: there doesn't do that.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Right, That girl that I have a moment with privately,
- 29:10Speaker 2: several private moments. Okay, So now we go to Lydia.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Lydia is sixteen, she's learning to drive. She's gonna have
- 29:17Speaker 2: dinner at Mariah's house, and she says, you know, I'm
- 29:21Speaker 2: so happy my parents are gonna let me go over there.
- 29:25Speaker 1: This is good. I was glad she got to go,
- 29:27Speaker 1: and the talk of dead Kim goes. I'm okay with Mariah.
- 29:30Speaker 2: With Lydia going to see Mariah occasionally, it's small doses
- 29:35Speaker 2: because you know, I'm trying to find a balance and
- 29:38Speaker 2: then spending time with their siblings, but not so much
- 29:42Speaker 2: that the bitterness gets passed along A favorite word.
- 29:47Speaker 1: The bitterness. But you are the bitterness. You're the reason
- 29:50Speaker 1: for the bitterness.
- 29:51Speaker 4: Yeah, she just does not see there's no way that
- 29:53Speaker 4: three of your children are not speaking to you and
- 29:56Speaker 4: in your head like something has to click and say,
- 29:58Speaker 4: maybe I'm doing something wrong?
- 30:00Speaker 2: Right, right, So she says, but Lydia is grounded enough
- 30:04Speaker 2: that she won't be swayed, and keeping that sister bond
- 30:07Speaker 2: alive might be enough to get Mariah back closer to
- 30:10Speaker 2: the family.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Okay, good luck with that. Okay.
- 30:13Speaker 2: So Lydia and Kim walk into the house and Kim
- 30:16Speaker 2: just walks in, you know, and you know why she
- 30:19Speaker 2: went to the door, We don't know. But her excuse
- 30:21Speaker 2: is she's got this book for her. And you know,
- 30:24Speaker 2: there's just random furniture everywhere. They don't have two chairs
- 30:27Speaker 2: set up to face the couch and nothing. You know,
- 30:31Speaker 2: Mariah is putting cereal in paper bowls for Lydia and
- 30:35Speaker 2: she says, that's going to be dinner. Kim brings this
- 30:38Speaker 2: book to Mariah and she goes, I thought you might
- 30:40Speaker 2: like this book. It's about this like fashion stylist or
- 30:43Speaker 2: whatever I mean. But she got it like in the
- 30:44Speaker 2: Goodwill Ben and yeah, I definitely did it. Definitely had
- 30:47Speaker 2: a fabulous man on the cover, but she probably didn't
- 30:50Speaker 2: notice that.
- 30:51Speaker 4: Well, no matter what was in the book, Mariah doesn't
- 30:54Speaker 4: follow anything that's fashionable. No matter how many picture books
- 30:58Speaker 4: you give her, she's going to be a.
- 31:00Speaker 1: A hot mess. And that apartment, no man, you have
- 31:04Speaker 1: any picture books you ever heard? Yeah, because that poor child.
- 31:10Speaker 2: So the talking head, Mariah's like, yeah, I didn't know
- 31:12Speaker 2: my mother was going to come in. So in the
- 31:15Speaker 2: talking Head, Kim goes, I would love to see the
- 31:18Speaker 2: inside of the house. But when they're ready, when they're ready,
- 31:24Speaker 2: so they sit down to eat the dinner that is cereal,
- 31:28Speaker 2: and Mariah's like, I'm just kidding.
- 31:29Speaker 1: I actually made some food. So they're having me I
- 31:33Speaker 1: love cereal for dinner. I was like, crunch look.
- 31:36Speaker 3: Kind of good.
- 31:37Speaker 2: You know that Lydia has probably never had any sugar
- 31:39Speaker 2: silver cereal.
- 31:40Speaker 4: Yeah, that's why it made sense to me, like, hey,
- 31:43Speaker 4: I'm going to show you what the deliciousness of Captain Crunch.
- 31:46Speaker 3: Cereal is really light.
- 31:48Speaker 1: Yeah, but you know, it was a joke. It was
- 31:49Speaker 1: a funny joke. It was cute.
- 31:51Speaker 2: And Mariah, because it was a prank, They're having salad
- 31:53Speaker 2: and mac and cheese and steak.
- 31:55Speaker 1: I was like, okay, good for you, Mariah. Yeah.
- 31:58Speaker 2: So they chat and Maria Ayah says, I want to
- 32:02Speaker 2: find out about Lydia's friends and about a boy she
- 32:04Speaker 2: might like. So she says to Lydia, there's somebody I'd
- 32:08Speaker 2: like for you to tell me. No, no, so sorry.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Lydia says to Mariah, there's somebody I'd like for you
- 32:14Speaker 2: to tell me how they're doing, because I'm really not
- 32:17Speaker 2: in their lives right now, and you know who I.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Mean, and Mariah knew immediately.
- 32:24Speaker 2: Yeah, And talking to Mariah goes, this was shocking to
- 32:28Speaker 2: me because this is a guy for when she was
- 32:30Speaker 2: like thirteen. And no, I can't tell you who it
- 32:34Speaker 2: is because it's not my story to tell. So I'm
- 32:37Speaker 2: talking to Lydia says, the mystery man is a guy
- 32:40Speaker 2: I've known for a while, but it took me a
- 32:42Speaker 2: while to kind of come around. Okay, okay, So Mariah says, well,
- 32:48Speaker 2: he is very sweet and he cares about you. In
- 32:51Speaker 2: the past, he would text me to see how you are.
- 32:54Speaker 2: So this mystery man has a phone, and so does Mariah.
- 32:58Speaker 4: Right, I guess since she's been working with Olivia when
- 33:03Speaker 4: she get a phone, and that's how he contacted her
- 33:05Speaker 4: because she didn't have a phone before then.
- 33:07Speaker 2: Right, But it spent about a year and a half
- 33:09Speaker 2: probably since then, you know. Okay, So Lydia says, I
- 33:13Speaker 2: haven't seen him now, gosh, in almost two years. And
- 33:16Speaker 2: what do you think I should do? And Maria says, well,
- 33:19Speaker 2: what do you want to did you want to call him?
- 33:21Speaker 2: And Lydia goys, no, I don't want to do that
- 33:23Speaker 2: without mom and dad knowing.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Well, then you ain't gonna talk to him. Okay. If
- 33:27Speaker 1: that's the.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Case, and Maria goes, well to talk to mom about it,
- 33:32Speaker 2: I think you should tell mom to put aside her
- 33:34Speaker 2: feelings and consider your feelings in this situation, Lydia says,
- 33:38Speaker 2: and then what and Mariah says, give it a shot,
- 33:41Speaker 2: like you could write him a letter, I don't know,
- 33:43Speaker 2: something small and just let him know how you feel.
- 33:46Speaker 3: Send a pigeon or an owl, you know what I mean.
- 33:49Speaker 2: I mean when Ethan and Olivia would see each other.
- 33:51Speaker 2: When they went and see each other, they communicated.
- 33:53Speaker 1: By the letter, girl, you are lying.
- 33:56Speaker 2: And then they would talk on the phone sometimes but
- 33:58Speaker 2: mostly by like a letter, stop playing in my face
- 34:01Speaker 2: right now, I'm okay.
- 34:02Speaker 1: They did not write.
- 34:03Speaker 2: Letters, yes, oh my good letters. Letters, and then they
- 34:10Speaker 2: would talk to them sometimes.
- 34:12Speaker 3: So did Kim read the letters before she gave.
- 34:15Speaker 1: Them to Ethen.
- 34:17Speaker 2: I don't know, because what if it said something in
- 34:19Speaker 2: there about like a toothpaste you should use her oh deodorate.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I feel like she read the letters.
- 34:25Speaker 2: She probably did, or once he went to work, she
- 34:27Speaker 2: dug through his room and found them.
- 34:29Speaker 3: Oh that most definitely, oh yeah yeah, yeah yeah.
- 34:31Speaker 2: And next to it was that doll and thanks for sticky. Okay,
- 34:36Speaker 2: so sorry that was terrible. I shouldn't have said that.
- 34:38Speaker 2: That's great, you know, and.
- 34:39Speaker 4: It's because that's something that I would say, but you
- 34:42Speaker 4: said were bad influences on one another.
- 34:44Speaker 1: I'm sorry that was that was disgusting, but accurate, but accurate.
- 34:48Speaker 2: So Lydia says, I really want to see him, like
- 34:51Speaker 2: it's been a long two years. So we see Micah
- 34:56Speaker 2: doing some exercises and being funny, and their den film
- 35:00Speaker 2: with random their denn is filled with random boxes by
- 35:03Speaker 2: the front doors.
- 35:03Speaker 4: You know.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Is that yeah?
- 35:05Speaker 4: And I can most definitely tell you about those moves
- 35:07Speaker 4: that he was showing with those exercises.
- 35:11Speaker 1: He is not a good lay.
- 35:15Speaker 4: Haley's needs a lot more practice because that was very stiff.
- 35:21Speaker 1: Everything he was doing. He is very stiff.
- 35:24Speaker 2: And even when Helena they flashed back to their first
- 35:27Speaker 2: meeting when she says, loosen up and she's like this,
- 35:30Speaker 2: you know, and he goes.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Signed having sex with like a damn.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Surfboard, Like it's just stiff. That's funny.
- 35:44Speaker 2: He is so muscular though, very he's very fit. So
- 35:51Speaker 2: and anyway, he says, he's they're filming each other. He
- 35:54Speaker 2: and Mariah and I wonder if they're doing that because
- 35:56Speaker 2: it's COVID times that they can only film a certain
- 35:58Speaker 2: amount of hours.
- 35:59Speaker 1: Like I wonder, you know.
- 36:01Speaker 4: Well, because she did say something, so I think you're right.
- 36:06Speaker 4: Because she says something, I'm like, wait a minute, that's
- 36:08Speaker 4: out of order. Because she says she's going on a
- 36:10Speaker 4: date for the first time with this guy.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:12Speaker 3: And on last week's episode, Kim says, I know you
- 36:15Speaker 3: have a boyfriend.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Right, yeah, right, so uh huh. So he's telling Mariah
- 36:23Speaker 2: that he really loved the photo shoot, like it was great.
- 36:26Speaker 2: He's like, you're gonna die when you see the photo.
- 36:27Speaker 2: She's like, oh my gosh. So Mariah then tells Micah,
- 36:31Speaker 2: you know, Lydia is still interested in that guy, you know,
- 36:35Speaker 2: the guy and it takes me and he goes really
- 36:39Speaker 2: and Micah goes, you know, Lydia has such a sweetheart
- 36:42Speaker 2: and any guy that would be with her would be
- 36:44Speaker 2: super lucky. And they say this about Lydia a lot.
- 36:46Speaker 2: But let's just remember, as we're having this conversation, Lydia
- 36:49Speaker 2: is sixteen, but she acts like she's thirty six.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Yes, most definitely.
- 36:56Speaker 2: Trumpy, I know, bless her bless her. If you allow
- 37:00Speaker 2: her on Instagram, you'll see she has really.
- 37:02Speaker 1: I saw her.
- 37:03Speaker 3: She has stepped it up.
- 37:05Speaker 1: Yeah, as much as a plath can step it up,
- 37:08Speaker 1: that's right.
- 37:09Speaker 2: So never underver seen her legs or anything like in
- 37:13Speaker 2: shorts or anything like that. So Ethan says he's got
- 37:18Speaker 2: a new motorcycle that he's working on. It says Zuzuki
- 37:20Speaker 2: blah blah blah blah.
- 37:22Speaker 1: And you know, he loves to fix old cars.
- 37:24Speaker 2: He loves to get old motorcycles that people think could
- 37:26Speaker 2: never run, and working on things is like an escape
- 37:30Speaker 2: to him. And he wishes he was as good at
- 37:32Speaker 2: fixing relationships as he is fixing cars and bikes. Right,
- 37:37Speaker 2: he and Olivia have had some rough times and she's
- 37:40Speaker 2: really hurt with a lot of things that happened, and uh,
- 37:44Speaker 2: lately she's had to postpone a lot of her wedding
- 37:46Speaker 2: bookings and they're on a no contact basis with his parents.
- 37:51Speaker 2: And he says, you know, a lot of the strain
- 37:52Speaker 2: in our relationship is caused by me not having her back. Yeah,
- 37:57Speaker 2: And he says, I can be one hundred percent confident
- 37:59Speaker 2: I'm going to get this bike fixed.
- 38:01Speaker 1: But for the marriage, I don't know. I have to
- 38:03Speaker 1: keep trying.
- 38:04Speaker 3: Yeah, So don't try like you were trying in that kitchen.
- 38:09Speaker 1: Don't bug, don't bug. What do you do?
- 38:13Speaker 2: So Mariah says she's going on her first real date
- 38:17Speaker 2: and she's glad she saved it for this guy. Growing up,
- 38:22Speaker 2: dating or even a friendship with a boy is considered wrong.
- 38:26Speaker 2: Like from a distance, you pick your guy, like you
- 38:29Speaker 2: have to assume with what Lydia is doing. Now what
- 38:32Speaker 2: Ethan and Mariah did, what Hosannah did through the church.
- 38:36Speaker 2: You pick a distance from your guy, then you get
- 38:38Speaker 2: closer and then.
- 38:39Speaker 1: You stick with them for life. That's just crazy, horrible.
- 38:44Speaker 2: So a guy drives up on a motorcycle and she's
- 38:47Speaker 2: super nervous and excited and she's like, do you like
- 38:49Speaker 2: my motorcycle? Bo, She's like trying to coseplay. He gives
- 38:52Speaker 2: her a helmet, they ride off. She holds onto him,
- 38:55Speaker 2: and she says she loves to ride motorcycle. She feels free.
- 38:59Speaker 2: Then they go to this like coffee shop and we
- 39:02Speaker 2: get to meet Max for the first time.
- 39:05Speaker 1: He'll be around, ye okay, he'll be around. She says.
- 39:09Speaker 2: She thinks Max is cute and he's funny, and he
- 39:12Speaker 2: makes jokes because he's got like blueberry on his.
- 39:14Speaker 4: Teeth, and like, I just I literally would have to
- 39:17Speaker 4: reach across the table and just say, let me get
- 39:20Speaker 4: that off for you. I cannot continue to just look
- 39:22Speaker 4: at that, yeah, blueberry on his tooth.
- 39:25Speaker 2: So he tells her, God, when I first started messaging you,
- 39:28Speaker 2: you would take like twenty four hours to text me back.
- 39:31Speaker 2: And she goes, I know. She says, my whole family
- 39:33Speaker 2: sucks communication. And she goes, but you know, he said,
- 39:37Speaker 2: when did you move out? And she said, well, I
- 39:38Speaker 2: was just turned seventeen when I moved out. He goes, wow,
- 39:43Speaker 2: we'll have to tell me about that, and he're talking
- 39:46Speaker 2: to it. She says, I have a fear of being
- 39:47Speaker 2: judged if I tell him things about myself. You know,
- 39:50Speaker 2: I haven't been in the world and I have so
- 39:52Speaker 2: much to learn. But I'm willing to take a chance
- 39:54Speaker 2: with him because I really like him. Okay, So she
- 39:58Speaker 2: tells him she has eight siblings and he goes me too.
- 40:01Speaker 1: She's like what. He goes, well, there's eight of us total,
- 40:05Speaker 1: so that was a good.
- 40:06Speaker 4: Yeah, that was a big coincidence. Like, oh, okay, okay, She.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Goes, my parents are really religious, and I grew up
- 40:12Speaker 2: with a lot of rules and their beliefs, and he
- 40:16Speaker 2: goes beliefs. She goes, Yeah, you know, one of the
- 40:20Speaker 2: rules was always telling them where I went and you
- 40:22Speaker 2: know what time and stuff, you know, which I understand
- 40:24Speaker 2: is their rule. But then I got in trouble because
- 40:26Speaker 2: I was sneaking out.
- 40:28Speaker 3: She really downplayed what they really do.
- 40:32Speaker 4: The way that she talked about it, like was like
- 40:34Speaker 4: normal teenage stuff.
- 40:36Speaker 2: Yeah, and sneaking out is normal teens stuff part of yeah,
- 40:42Speaker 2: She goes, and so that night that I met up
- 40:44Speaker 2: with you, that is the night that my parents told
- 40:46Speaker 2: me to leave.
- 40:48Speaker 1: So, and I don't know if she means.
- 40:49Speaker 2: The night I met you, Like there was a big
- 40:50Speaker 2: group and we all met, and that first night I
- 40:53Speaker 2: met you was the night I got in trouble. I
- 40:55Speaker 2: think that's what she's trying to say. I don't think
- 40:57Speaker 2: she met up with him specifically, but maybe she did.
- 41:02Speaker 2: So when we're talking to that, she says, my parents'
- 41:04Speaker 2: rule was that I could not learn the outside world
- 41:07Speaker 2: until I was eighteen. But I was craving to get out.
- 41:11Speaker 2: And even though it's a million times harder out here,
- 41:15Speaker 2: who wants to live their life in a bubble. And
- 41:17Speaker 2: you know, Max has encouraged me to find myself and
- 41:20Speaker 2: be who I am and I've never had someone accept
- 41:23Speaker 2: me the way he has. And this is the first
- 41:26Speaker 2: time I really liked a boy. And I'm scared because
- 41:29Speaker 2: it's a big gamble with my heart. But I'm going
- 41:31Speaker 2: to take it one step at a time.
- 41:35Speaker 3: Okay, I wonder how long until they do the do?
- 41:39Speaker 1: Yeah, it's it's never talked to us.
- 41:42Speaker 2: It is discussed, but in a overall Olivia at a
- 41:48Speaker 2: later episode kind of asks her if she knows.
- 41:51Speaker 1: About safe sex kind of a thing. Okay, yeah, thank
- 41:54Speaker 1: god for Olivia. Yeah, thank god for Olivia.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Now I know you want me to tell you who
- 42:00Speaker 2: boy is, but I'm not going to tell you.
- 42:01Speaker 1: Oh you know what, you suck.
- 42:03Speaker 3: Sometimes as much as I love you, every now and
- 42:05Speaker 3: then I'm like.
- 42:06Speaker 1: She sucks.
- 42:06Speaker 2: And this is one of those moments because there might
- 42:09Speaker 2: be there might be people that have never watched this
- 42:11Speaker 2: that don't know.
- 42:13Speaker 3: Well, we haven't seen him yet.
- 42:16Speaker 1: You never will.
- 42:18Speaker 2: Oh take it back, you will see him, but we
- 42:21Speaker 2: will never know that that's the guy. So how about
- 42:25Speaker 2: this when he does appear on our screen okay, I
- 42:29Speaker 2: will say, you're never gonna believe it. This is the
- 42:31Speaker 2: guy because when we see him on our screen, and
- 42:35Speaker 2: we do see him, and he is in a couple episodes,
- 42:37Speaker 2: it is never said this is the guy that Lydia
- 42:40Speaker 2: was talking about.
- 42:41Speaker 1: He's just the guy that she marries. No, no, no, no, no, okay,
- 42:48Speaker 1: all right, okay.
- 42:50Speaker 2: So Olivia tells Ethan she's going to pierce her navel.
- 42:55Speaker 2: He's like, oh, that mean we can't have sex for
- 42:57Speaker 2: a while. What She's like, Oh my god, it's not
- 43:00Speaker 2: about that.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Geez.
- 43:04Speaker 2: The Plaffs revisit the farm and Mama Plath gets misty
- 43:08Speaker 2: eyed thinking about all the memories of them crammed into
- 43:11Speaker 2: that tiny house. Ethan, Olivia, Micah, and Mariah have some good,
- 43:15Speaker 2: clean fun doing Fourth of July stuff and growing up
- 43:18Speaker 2: they never celebrated holidays or.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Did anything like that.
- 43:20Speaker 2: So they're doing sparklers and whatever and sitting in Ethan
- 43:25Speaker 2: and Olivia's backyard. Micah says, growing up, we were taught
- 43:28Speaker 2: no sex before marriage, and Mariah says, no feelings before marriage.
- 43:33Speaker 2: You can have feelings for anybody. Wow, that's crazy. They
- 43:38Speaker 2: light lanterns and say we're gonna let go of blah
- 43:40Speaker 2: blah blah and send it out to the world whatever. Right,
- 43:43Speaker 2: And then the talking to head. Mariah says, I don't
- 43:45Speaker 2: want my past to decide my future, especially if I'm
- 43:49Speaker 2: going to trust somebody with the relationship, which means sex.
- 43:53Speaker 1: I think, m that is having to trust someone.
- 43:57Speaker 2: It's interesting that when they're sitting out there and Micah says,
- 43:59Speaker 2: grow up, we're taught no sex before marriage. I can't
- 44:03Speaker 2: remember the conversation fully, so I'll be interested to remember
- 44:06Speaker 2: what they all say there, because definitely Ethan and Ethan
- 44:11Speaker 2: and Olivia were definitely like virgins when they got married,
- 44:13Speaker 2: and definitely the sister was, and that's how they grew,
- 44:15Speaker 2: you know.
- 44:16Speaker 4: Yeah, godless I feel I hope they're all have very
- 44:23Speaker 4: healthy sex lives now.
- 44:25Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel like though.
- 44:27Speaker 2: Olivia in later episodes says that when she and Ethan
- 44:32Speaker 2: would visit each other and she would like drive him
- 44:34Speaker 2: to work and stuff, that they would pull off, like
- 44:37Speaker 2: on the side of the road to make out when
- 44:39Speaker 2: their parents couldn't see scandalous, scandalous making out.
- 44:44Speaker 1: Straight straight to hell they go third base.
- 44:49Speaker 2: So that is it, guys, That is it for welcome
- 44:51Speaker 2: to ply fel season two, episode two, and if you're
- 44:54Speaker 2: new here or if you're listening on the free feed,

- 45:05Speaker 1: It's just so fascinating, so fascinating.
- 45:11Speaker 3: It's they are most definitely creatures behind glass.
- 45:20Speaker 1: Yeah, it's interesting too.
- 45:22Speaker 2: In this episode, Maria says, my parents didn't want us
- 45:24Speaker 2: to learn the outside world until we were eighteen. Like
- 45:27Speaker 2: I wonder if that was like stated like when you're
- 45:30Speaker 2: because I know that. Like in one of the first episodes,
- 45:33Speaker 2: Micah was like, the minute and I turned eighteen, I
- 45:35Speaker 2: realized I could drive in my car and I could
- 45:36Speaker 2: do what I want.
- 45:37Speaker 1: I could. I was like, that's so strange, very much. So, yeah,
- 45:42Speaker 1: I don't get it.
- 45:43Speaker 2: When you're eighteen, you don't have to go directly back
- 45:45Speaker 2: and forth to work.
- 45:47Speaker 1: You know, mmmmm mm hmm.
- 45:50Speaker 4: All is sneaking around and things that I was doing eighteen.
- 45:54Speaker 4: Before eighteen, I mean we were still in my friends
- 45:57Speaker 4: parents' truck.
- 45:59Speaker 3: Yes, yes, I mean we didn't miss a party.
- 46:02Speaker 1: No, it's a part of it, you know. Yeah, it's
- 46:07Speaker 1: four children. Oh it's terrible.
- 46:10Speaker 2: Well, everybody, like I said, if you want to see
- 46:12Speaker 2: some funny tiktoks and reels, you're gonna head over to

- 46:31Speaker 1: Yeah. Is he still with us, that step granddad? Girl?
- 46:34Speaker 4: No, I'll talk about that too on my newest TikTok
- 46:39Speaker 4: when I talk about them.
- 46:40Speaker 1: Okay, I gotta go watch that's so funny.

- 47:03Speaker 1: Next week for pap and Bravo.
- 47:05Speaker 2: So that's it and Keisha, I'll see you next week.
- 47:08Speaker 1: Bye bye,
