  Speaker 1: And very quickly, I want to share with you what

  Speaker 1: I call the forces of restoration. The forces of restoration.

  Speaker 1: And for sake of time, because this is a chart,

  Speaker 1: I will list five of them. I may not do

  Speaker 1: justice in giving elaborate explanations, but it's important for you
• 21:01
  Speaker 1: to know. Remember I told you in Luke 15, Jesus
• 21:04
  Speaker 1: was given a parable and he said about a woman
• 21:07
  Speaker 1: who had 10 silver coins and she lost one. The
• 21:12
  Speaker 1: first way out for her was that she lit a
• 21:14
  Speaker 1: candle and got a broom and began to sweep through
• 21:17
  Speaker 1: the room until she found one. So when you want
• 21:20
  Speaker 1: to engage in the business of restoration, you cannot do
• 21:24
  Speaker 1: that in darkness. Are we together? Restoration answers to light.
• 21:28
  Speaker 1: Restoration answers primarily to the presence of light. For as
• 21:33
  Speaker 1: long as you are in darkness. Even though what you
• 21:37
  Speaker 1: are looking for is around you. Are we together? You
• 21:40
  Speaker 1: will worry yourself there. I'm reminded of a scripture. Remember
• 21:43
  Speaker 1: when the angels came to rescue Lot and his daughters.
• 21:50
  Speaker 1: Those crazy people in Sodom wanted to have their way
• 21:54
  Speaker 1: with the angels. And Lot was grieved and he said,
• 21:58
  Speaker 1: take my daughters, but don't bring this shame upon the angels.
• 22:01
  Speaker 1: They insisted. They said, we don't want your daughters. We
• 22:03
  Speaker 1: want the angels. The Bible says the angels pushed the
• 22:06
  Speaker 1: children inside and struck the people with blindness. The moment
• 22:11
  Speaker 1: they were blind, the Bible says they wearied themselves in
• 22:15
  Speaker 1: front of the door. The door was there that would
• 22:18
  Speaker 1: lead them in, but because there was no light, they
• 22:21
  Speaker 1: wearied themselves in front of the door. No matter how
• 22:25
  Speaker 1: close your door is, if you are bankrupt of light,
• 22:30
  Speaker 1: you will only worry yourself. Remember, in the parable, the
• 22:33
  Speaker 1: treasure that was lost was in the room. But she
• 22:36
  Speaker 1: could not find it. until she lit her candle so
• 22:40
  Speaker 1: in a few minutes the lord is going to be
• 22:42
  Speaker 1: lighting your candle so that with it you will find
• 22:46
  Speaker 1: the various things that have been missing in your life
• 22:49
  Speaker 1: for some of you you will be surprised when this
• 22:51
  Speaker 1: candle is lit that what you are looking for is
• 22:53
  Speaker 1: just beside you it's always been beside you but in
• 22:57
  Speaker 1: the presence of darkness you cannot see i hope you

  Speaker 1: know that sight It's not just possible because you have

  Speaker 1: an eye. You can have an eye. There are many

  Speaker 1: people who have eyes but cannot see. It is the
• 23:11
  Speaker 1: union of a seeing eye and light that brings sight.

  Speaker 1: If we off the light in this place now, nothing
• 23:19
  Speaker 1: is wrong with your eyes but you may not see

  Speaker 1: anything again.

  Speaker 1: Everybody say light. There are forces that control restoration and

  Speaker 1: it's important for us to know that restoration is... Restoration

  Speaker 1: is engaged. It is provoked by engaging certain spiritual laws.

  Speaker 1: And I will list five of them very, very quickly.

  Speaker 1: Number one, the first force that controls restoration. That when
• 23:49
  Speaker 1: a man has lost things. When a man has lost time.
• 23:53
  Speaker 1: When a man has lost relationships. Opportunity. Finances.
• 23:57
  Speaker 3: Even your relationship.
• 23:59
  Speaker 1: Your fire. Your zeal. Like we considered yesterday. Every time
• 24:03
  Speaker 1: there are losses in your life. And I want you
• 24:06
  Speaker 1: if you can. You can find. I've done several variations
• 24:11
  Speaker 1: of teachings on restoration. And I'm not going to repeat
• 24:14
  Speaker 1: myself on some of them here. But I have taught
• 24:17
  Speaker 1: in one of the series. why people lose things. I
• 24:21
  Speaker 1: wish I had the time to do justice on that
• 24:23
  Speaker 1: because it's important for you to know why losses happen
• 24:27
  Speaker 1: in the first place. There are a number of reasons
• 24:30
  Speaker 1: why losses happen in the life of any man, including
• 24:33
  Speaker 1: a believer. Among them, number one, we have carelessness. Carelessness
• 24:38
  Speaker 1: is the reason why losses happen. Number two, lack of discernment.
• 24:43
  Speaker 1: Are we together? When you are careless with your life,
• 24:45
  Speaker 1: the Bible says, how does he put it now? He says,
• 24:53
  Speaker 1: let us give all diligence to make our calling and
• 24:56
  Speaker 1: election sure. And he says to not let it slip.

  Speaker 1: There's a scripture like that in my spirit that the
• 25:02
  Speaker 1: Lord is bringing. But it's important for us to know
• 25:05
  Speaker 1: that carelessness will always lead to losses and depletion. Number two,
• 25:09
  Speaker 1: lack of discernment. How shall we escape? That's the scripture.
