- 0:04Hi. I'm Jay felon and you are
- 0:06listening to the slippery slope. So dr.
- 0:08Nick code work planes. That Omicron is clearly not more
- 0:14dangerous than the flu. So it says in the Daily Mail, go
- 0:19through this article says, former deputy chief medical
- 0:23officer. Nick coatsworth has claimed the
- 0:26Omicron variant of covid is clearly not more dangerous than
- 0:29the flu. Their doctor coatsworth said,
- 0:32people without pre-existing medical conditions had little to
- 0:36fear from the mildest rain. Once vaccinated and most
- 0:41wouldn't need booster shots. Now, I haven't been vaccinated
- 0:47at all and I actually have had covid assumed.
- 0:52It was the Omicron variants. I the only testing I've got done
- 0:56was the was the rapid testing so I couldn't tell what variants
- 1:01are was. However, it was very mild.
- 1:02I've had flus or way worse to be honest, but it's interesting
- 1:07that he's saying and most wouldn't need booster shots.
- 1:10And yet our governments are pushing ahead with booster shots
- 1:13and continue on The Canberra infectious disease.
- 1:16Physician earlier told the Daily Mail Australia, the time had
- 1:20come to stop wearing masks and predicted the pandemic would end
- 1:23in 2022. Okay, he's quoted as saying, no,
- 1:27it's not, it's clearly not. He told Sky News.
- 1:30When asked if I'm a crime, it was more dangerous than
- 1:33seasonal, flu, dr. Coatsworth claimed covid,
- 1:36booster shots were only necessary for vulnerable or
- 1:39elderly Australians and those with chronic illnesses, Young
- 1:44Young fit, healthy adults, and kids, their risk was so low.
- 1:48Anyway, that if you take it from 0.007 to 0.001%, I'm using those
- 1:56numbers to demonstrate the effect.
- 1:58I've had to put all, I'd have to put the actual numbers for you.
- 2:02He said, so, for the booster perspective from the disease
- 2:06perspective, this is an illness that will very rarely cause
- 2:10young cause harm to Young fit healthy adults.
- 2:14And kids. He said this is despite the
- 2:18warning or the whining of Delta and omikron wives in Europe and
- 2:21Israel being correlated with the rollout of booster shots.
- 2:24Now, I was just talking to talking to a friend of mine, the
- 2:27other the other day we were discussing booster shots in how
- 2:31workplaces in Australia are still rolling out, still
- 2:34mandating booster shots and Mild workplace.
- 2:38So they were right on that was straight into the booster shots.
- 2:42Yep. Booster shots around, man.
- 2:44They just straight away, everyone had to get the had to
- 2:47get the booster didn't matter and yet.
- 2:50No one is waiting. See you have doctors like this
- 2:52saying, hey, the boosters if you're if you're young and fit
- 2:55and this is always been the problem with covid.
- 2:57It has always attacks people with underlying health
- 3:01conditions and people who are more at risk elderly people.
- 3:04And yet we're still insisting on this on this vaccine being used
- 3:10on young children on people who aren't even at risk.
- 3:14It's just its Lucas any. Okay, continue on.
- 3:17He goes on to say that booster shots are mandated for workers
- 3:20in high-risk settings, such as hospitals, aged-care schools and
- 3:24prisons in Most states across Australia, the federal
- 3:28government updated its vaccine policy, a last week on the
- 3:31advice of Australian technical Advisory Group on immunization
- 3:36which is referred to as attacking Australians will no
- 3:39longer be classified as up to date on their covid.
- 3:42Vaccinations if they have had Add, if they have not had a
- 3:45booster six months after their second dose, you're not even
- 3:50classified as up to date. The doctor Nick codes were has
- 3:54also called to end mask-wearing as the nation enters.
- 3:57Second year, living with the virus is quoted as saying, I
- 4:01think the tide has turned on masks people recognize they had
- 4:04a place at a time of uncertainty but are appropriately
- 4:08reassessing their value, especially in schools.
- 4:11He tweeted that on Tuesday. The top doctor has been
- 4:15outspoken about Australia's root out of the pandemic.
- 4:18Believing Community Wide restrictions weren't fair.
- 4:22On the rest of the community who are already protected by a
- 4:25robust Healthcare System alongside Mass vaccination.
- 4:31The speaking with 2GB, radio on Wednesday, dr.
- 4:34Coatsworth said during the uncertainty of 2020.
- 4:37When there were more severe strains of the virus and no
- 4:40vaccine measures had been implemented that had minimal
- 4:44benefit in curtailing. New infections, you remember all
- 4:48those? Remember all those measures were
- 4:50all locked down. You couldn't leave your house.
- 4:53How we've seen in Northern Territory with your
- 4:55unvaccinated? You can't even go out into your
- 4:57own backyard, not allowed to go. Oh to work.
- 5:00All these measures that have minimal benefit and yet we're
- 5:03they have all been have all been forced Upon Us forced Upon Us by
- 5:09politicians and bureaucrats dr. Coats with goes on to say, when
- 5:13you drop restrictions the first ones you drop are the ones
- 5:16without any evidence based. And there's no evidence based
- 5:23for masks in schools. He said, we have to be honest
- 5:26with the Australian Community about that, if we're not, when
- 5:30we need to dial up the level of restrictions in the future,
- 5:33which I think is unlikely. You'll start losing people.
- 5:38He recommended the low value interventions be ditched first
- 5:41with masks in schools. The first to be scrapped.
- 5:45It's interesting to see a doctor who's actually willing to stand
- 5:48up and say, what actually, Is the problem.
- 5:53And what what we actually need to be doing, who seems to be
- 5:56talking with a little bit more common sense.
- 6:01Now, these measures that we've taken in the last two years,
- 6:04some of these measures, these Draconian rules that have come
- 6:08out, forcing people into lockdowns, for arduously, long
- 6:13amounts of time. Have just been ridiculous.
- 6:15Like, I keep saying we need to hold their politicians
- 6:18accountable for these ludicrous rules.
- 6:21These owners restrictions that they have placed on our lives
- 6:25that have had minimal benefit to us.
- 6:29And as the doctor says, if you're young and fit and
- 6:33healthy, I would say if you're fit and healthy, these boosts
- 6:39shots of these boots are shots are not going to be of much
- 6:41benefit to you. Then we need to get rid of these
- 6:44mandates, stop allowing these workplaces state governments to
- 6:48forcing us. It?
- 6:49However, as you said as I've read before, you know Atari
- 6:53that's changed the definition of being of being vaccinated to.
- 6:58Now it's up to date. So they're going to continue to
- 7:01force us to have vaccines and continue to force us to be
- 7:05booster shots to have the booster shot.
- 7:08We need to keep them accountable.
- 7:10That's my opinion. Thank you for listening to the
- 7:13slippery slope.
