Fort Worth’s getting a wild new eatery: La Pistola Kitchen + Saloon, where Italian cuisine meets spaghetti western swagger. Open this fall in a revamped taco joint, it’s a cowboy-chic spot with Texas wagyu, Iberico pork, and pasta dishes — all served with a curated wine and cocktail list. Named for “the gun” in Italian and Spanish, it’s inspired by outlaw films shot in Italy and Spain.
