- 0:09You're listening to The Hidden Lightness on America Out Loud Talk Radio.
- 0:13I'm your host, Jimmy Hinton.
- 0:15Well, what an eventful weekend, wasn't it?
- 0:18Oh my goodness.
- 0:20We have deranged people shooting at President Trump again.
- 0:24This is wild.
- 0:26This is absolutely insane.
- 0:28And I've got a lot to talk about for this show because this is just nuts.
- 0:34And the left's reaction to this tells us everything that we need to know about who they are.
- 0:41At least the elites from the left.
- 0:45And I uh I gotta say, what a tremendous job that the Secret Service did.
- 0:52What a tremendous job that uh all the people there uh did in taking cover and giving cover, and uh it just it was really incredible.
- 1:02And there are a lot of a lot of criticisms, and people are like, Well, how did this guy not have his shirt on?
- 1:10Didn't they see a guy coming with no shirt?
- 1:13And of course, there are all of the internet experts who are forcing their opinions and telling the the uh Secret Service how to do their job, and uh, of course, it's the Facebook warriors who are doing that, the TikTok warriors and the uh the ex-warriors and so forth.
- 1:37Uh they're telling the the Secret Service how to do their job and what all they did wrong, and and how how big of buffoons they are.
- 1:48And I want to point out just the very obvious right now that these people attempting to assassinate President Trump.
- 1:59Uh, I don't know if we've I need to look this up.
- 2:02I don't know if we've ever had so many assassination attempts on one singular president in the history of America.
- 2:12And it's really interesting to me because people are like, oh, the the you know, President Trump, he's the he's divisive and listen to the words that he says, and uh, yeah, he's he's not exactly classy, uh definitely not classy in the way that he uh presents things.
- 2:33He name calls, he he does a lot of that stuff just to get her eyes out of people.
- 2:39Uh, but one thing that we can be sure of, he's not a violent man.
- 2:44And this is the picture that the left really wants to paint.
- 2:48That he's he's violent.
- 2:49The violence is coming from the right.
- 2:53That it's the Republicans who are they're they're they're making us do it.
- 3:01Right?
- 3:01That's that's the argument.
- 3:04They're making us get angry, they're making us burn the cities down, they're making us protest and throw rocks at police officers.
- 3:13They're making us do that.
- 3:15If they weren't so racist, we wouldn't have to do these things.
- 3:18We wouldn't have to attempt to assassinate the president, right?
- 3:23I mean, it's just so crazy.
- 3:25It's just absolutely crazy.
- 3:28But I do want to point out the obvious fact that these are no longer like really mentally deranged lunatics who are doing this stuff.
- 3:40Well, they are.
- 3:41I mean, anybody who attempts to assassinate somebody, a president.
- 3:46Uh, but what I mean is, this was an educated teacher.
- 3:54This is a guy who's teaching, as Rush Limbaugh used to say, young skulls full of mush.
- 4:01Now, I don't know if he's a professor or a teacher.
- 4:06Uh the the all the articles that I read just said that he's a teacher.
- 4:11And that's pretty wild to me that uh that they don't specify whether he's a college professor or whether he's teaching high school, elementary school.
- 4:22Uh I don't know.
- 4:23I can look up real quick.
- 4:25That's try to multitask and look this up.
- 4:30Okay, so the NPR has an article.
- 4:33Details emerge of alleged shooter at White House Correspondents Dinner.
- 4:37Uh, there's nothing uh alleged about this.
- 4:41He shot.
- 4:44He was a gunman.
- 4:45He walked in and began to shoot.
- 4:49He began to open fire.
- 4:51Now, how he walked away with his life is beyond me.
- 4:55Uh, but anyway, here's an article, and I've not read this, so bear with me here.
- 5:00Hours after a gunman attempted to breach the White House correspondence dinner, details are slowly emerging about who he is.
- 5:06The alleged gunman has been identified as Cole Allen, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
- 5:12The sources spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly.
- 5:18He is believed to have been targeting administration officials as acting attorney general Todd Blanch told NBC's meet the press Sunday morning.
- 5:29The incident brought America's commonplace gun violence just feet away from a room full of lawmakers, top officials, and journalists.
- 5:38It also may add to a string of troubling political violence in the U.S.
- 5:42that includes two assassination attempts on President Trump.
- 5:47It also injects more chaos into what was already a turbulent time for the Trump administration, which is attempting to negotiate an end to the war in Iran that the U.S.
- 5:58started at the end of February.
- 6:01Alan had written what a White House source characterized Sunday morning as a manifesto.
- 6:06And Alan's brother notified the new London Connecticut police of that writing just minutes before the incident at the dinner.
- 6:15Good on his brother.
- 6:19Alan's sister spoke to Secret Service and Montgomery County, Maryland Police, saying her brother, quote, had a tendency to make radical statements and his rhetoric constantly referenced a plan to do, quote, something to fix the issues with today's world.
- 6:38Now, this is the problem that uh that I have with violent rhetoric.
- 6:48Now, people can disagree with people and uh whatever, like poking fun at people, uh picking on people, uh, whatever.
- 6:58But when you start inciting violence, and you start talking crazy talk, you're gonna fix the world's problems.
- 7:00Inciting violence.
- 7:04And you start talking crazy talk.
- 7:09You're going to fix the world's problems.
- 7:13And by the way, uh, he also went out and bought two handguns and a shotgun, storing them at his parents' home without the parents' knowledge.
- 7:13And by the way, he also went out and bought two handguns and a shotgun, storing them at his parents' home without the parents' knowledge.
- 7:26Um craziness.
- 7:27Craziness.
- 7:28You know, this is this.
- 7:28You know, this is this is why violent rhetoric and violence in general should have no place in our society.
- 7:39These people need to be shut down.
- 7:41They need to be stopped.
- 7:42They need to be reported.
- 7:44And I know a lot of times reporting them doesn't really do anything.
- 7:47And it's it's sad that that's the case of our situation here in America, but I've reported violent people before multiple times.
- 7:58And those violent people acted out.
- 8:02In one case, it involved a violent rape.
- 8:08I had reported this guy repeatedly and said this guy is a problem.
- 8:11He's causing problems, he's a loudmouth.
- 8:14Residents in this in this uh apartment complex are scared of the guy.
- 8:19He's not right.
- 8:20He keeps making derogatory statements towards women, he's a misogynist, he's a piece of crap, and you guys need to shut him down.
- 8:30And the police didn't do anything about it.
- 8:33And to, you know, in all fairness, because none of the residents were reporting it, because they were all terrified, none of the residents were reporting it, so it was basically my word against his, and I was not an eyewitness.
- 8:50I didn't hear him say those things.
- 8:52I didn't even know who the guy was.
- 8:54I had a name and a description, but I didn't know who he was, and lo and behold, he forced himself into a woman's apartment, and a violent and gruesome scene unfolded.
- 9:13And it's so frustrating, and I get it.
- 9:16It is very, very frustrating.
- 9:18I've been there, I've been there several times, and I've lost a lot of sleep over this.
- 9:25But that is not a reason for us to not report.
- 9:28We report anyway.
- 9:29And here's kind of my rule of thumb.
- 9:35Not that we always catch the bad guys, right?
- 9:39Because a lot of times we don't.
- 9:41It's a lot of times.
- 9:42I just I just uh listened to episode number two of the Chasing Evil podcast, and that's the story that I told where I worked with the U.S.
- 9:53Marshals to find fugitive kidnapper Melody Bannister and her four kids, whom were kidnapped.
- 10:01She kidnapped her four kids and was on the run for eight months, and that was a big win.
- 10:09Right?
- 10:10Uh that was a tremendous payoff because the kids' lives were in immediate danger.
- 10:16Finding those kids literally meant life and death.
- 10:21Very literally.
- 10:22It meant life and death.
- 10:24That was a win.
- 10:26We don't always get wins.
- 10:28I have other cases that I've worked on.
- 10:29I had another case that I worked on with the Marshalls, and uh I was basically the link to find information for a missing woman.
- 10:43It was a it was a single single person missing case.
- 10:48And uh I was able to get authorities in contact with the last person who saw her live, and unfortunately, she lost her life.
- 11:02And uh eventually that there was a homicide case that was opened up in that.
- 11:09To me, that was a tremendous loss.
- 11:12Tremendous loss.
- 11:14Uh we don't always have information available at our fingertips.
- 11:19We don't always get things right.
- 11:20We don't always uh police officers and law enforcement are not always able to respond to information because of the way the laws are set up, the way the laws are designed.
- 11:30So it's it's complicated.
- 11:35But when you have a lunatic like this, who's an educated person, he's a school teacher, and he's ranting and raving about how Trump is such a scumbag and he's gonna fix, he's gonna fix the problems that he goes out and he buys a few guns.
- 11:55Yeah, you should probably report that.
- 11:58And so again, good on his brother for picking up the phone and calling police.
- 12:04Uh, this NPR article goes on just minutes into the dinner, attendees in the ballroom heard muffled popping noises and saw the president, first lady, and top officials hurried away from the head table, where journalists representing the White House Correspondence Association were also seated.
- 12:22Other attendees throughout the room, including lawmakers, cabinet officials, and hundreds of journalists, fell to the floor as they awaited in an all clear from law enforcement.
- 12:34Law enforcement uh later revealed that the alleged gunman was apprehended right outside the ballroom after he attempted to charge past a security checkpoint.
- 12:44You can see that on the on the video.
- 12:47He doesn't just run, he sprints.
- 12:51And I mean, the second he gets by them, uh, the the one uh I assume he's seeker service, uh, one seeker service guy already has his weapon drawn, and he he's ready.
- 13:10Umid the confusion after the incident, White House Correspondence Association president Jang announced to the room that the program would continue.
- 13:22And Trump signaled on social media that he wanted the dinner to continue.
- 13:27Only later, on the advice of law enforcement, did Trump say he wanted the dinner to be postponed.
- 13:34And Zhang confirmed that it would be.
- 13:38Now, there was a lot of uh flack that President Trump got for this.
- 13:44People were saying uh there's all the conspiracies, right?
- 13:47Oh, it was staged.
- 13:49There's no way that there would be an attempt on his life, and see, he wanted to, he wanted to have the dinner anyway.
- 14:00And it's just so absurd and so maddening because I see educated people who once were respectable people, who once I considered really brilliant minds who have absolutely fallen into this Trump derangement syndrome trap, and and I don't like using that term, but it's very true.
- 14:00And it's just so absurd and so maddening because I see educated people who once were respectable people, who once I considered really brilliant minds, who have absolutely fallen into this Trump derangement syndrome trap.
- 14:21And and I don't like using that term.
- 14:24But it's very true.
- 14:25They've gotten into this deranged system where everything's a consistent.
- 14:25They've gotten into this deranged system where everything's a conspiracy.
- 14:30And do you remember when Trump said about the the election, how the election was stolen.
- 14:36That the left, they went absolutely bananas about that.
- 14:42And he is a conspiracy theorist, and he's he's a whack job, and he needs to be, he needs to be impeached, he needs to be arrested, he needs to spend the rest of his life behind bars.
- 14:52He's trying to throw the election, you know, on and on and on.
- 14:56And now, if you look at where the conspiracy conspiracies are coming from, it's coming from the left.
- 15:04It's pretty bad when an MS now host has to call out the left wing theories.
- 15:13Former White House Correspondence Association president Eugene Daniels recounts the event that abruptly happened after shots were fired Saturday night.
- 15:26MS now hosts called out disturbing conspiracy theories spread by left wing commentators, claiming that the White House correspondence dinner shooting was a false flag.
- 15:40MS now host Eugene Daniels said one thing that I'm disturbed by as we woke up this morning is seeing folks on the internet say that this is a false flag that we're basically all in cahoots to do to say that this was staged.
- 15:58I mean, this is this is how far they've come.
- 16:00This is where the Democratic Party is right now.
- 16:06That these people want so badly to catch Trump in a scandal, any scandal, doesn't matter if it's manufactured or not.
- 16:15They just want so badly to catch him in a scandal that they're literally gonna try anything.
- 16:22They're showing video of somebody who supposedly was signaling right before the the shots were fired.
- 16:29They did this with uh the other assassination attempts as well.
- 16:34The left, they're still saying that it was staged, that there's no evidence that Trump was shot in the ear, that it was fake blood, that it was all staged, and again, these are educated people.
- 16:45Some of these people are like master's degrees and PhDs.
- 16:53And that's scary to me.
- 16:55They're the ones pushing these narratives.
- 16:57Well, we're coming up on a break here quickly.

- 18:56But it is a principle.
- 18:57And patriotism is loyal to that principle.
- 19:01I'm happy to report that American patriotism flows freely once again.
- 19:09America out loud.
- 19:12Is that place to awaken your heart, soul, and mind to the outloud truth.
- 19:25Trump, uh, his life was uh attempted to be taken over the weekend.
- 19:31Again, this is the third assassination attempt on the president uh just in this term, uh, which is absolutely crazy.
- 19:41I mean, he's what, a little over a year in.
- 19:44And the first one was uh right before he was voted president.
- 19:50He was at a uh a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania on my side of the state, the uh the good side, the West side of the state, the Pittsburgh side, uh, and that event immediately drew criticism from the left, and they still are painting these bizarre conspiracy theories that they captured the wrong guy, that uh the details don't add up, that you know, you know who it sounds like, you know who they really sound like.
- 20:23The left has turned into Alex Jones with all the strange conspiracies and everything is everything can't just be black and white, it all has to be shrouded in conspiracy.
- 20:38And what's interesting, and Candace Owens is going down the same path.
- 20:42She's just oh my goodness, is she just so bizarre, so desperate to get to get likes and attention.
- 20:52And Dan Bangino was pointing this out, who, by the way, headed up the FBI, and I think he probably has a pretty good sense of how the FBI investigates things, but he pointed out that Candace Owens that it's always like he played a montage of audio clips, and for like months.
- 21:00Probably has a pretty good sense of how the FBI investigates things, but he pointed out that Candace Owens it's always like he played a montage of audio clips, and for like months.
- 21:14It was like over the course of seven months.
- 21:15It was like over the course of seven months, she's like, any day now it's gonna be revealed.
- 21:17She's like, any day now it's going to be revealed.
- 21:20Any day, we're getting closer, folks.
- 21:20Any day, we're getting closer, folks.
- 21:22Any day now, we're gonna find out who the real shooter was of Charlie Kirk.
- 21:22Any day now, we're going to find out who the real shooter was of Charlie Kirk.
- 21:26Any day now, any day.
- 21:26Any day now, any day.
- 21:28And it just
- 21:28And just on and on and on.
- 21:31And he was like, boy, this uh this moment that's right on the verge.
- 21:35He's like, it's gonna happen any day, isn't it, folks?
- 21:40And Bon Gino, he made a really good point.
- 21:44He said, when somebody presents themselves as the only enlightened person who has the inside scoop of what's really happening, he's like, they're full of crap.
- 21:56They're completely full of crap, and you should disregard them.
- 22:01Because when people investigate these crimes, they work as a team.
- 22:07And these conspiracies, that the government's covering all this up, that they're doing these fake assassination attempts.
- 22:13And there were even people saying that this was a fake assassination attempt to draw attention to the ballroom so that they can get more funding.
- 22:26That came from President Trump had made a post, and he was like, We need to get that ballroom done ASAP because if this were hosted in the new ballroom, security's so tight, and they're they're less entry points, and like he was kind of explaining that if it was held in in the new ballroom, the security is going to be like extremely tight.
- 22:51And uh people took that as well.
- 22:55See, he planned this fake attack.
- 22:59This was a fake attack.
- 23:00It was all it was an inside job, and uh they're kind of doing smoke and mirrors to pull your attention away from the war in Iran, and he really wants to get the ballroom finished, and that's why he did it.
- 23:18I'm like, have you ever for one second listened to President Trump?
- 23:25Do you think he cares what people think about him?
- 23:29Do you think he needs to do some kind of distraction?
- 23:35He's he's gonna flip the script every single time and turn it into something like it could be the worst monstrosity, and he's gonna flip it and be like, this is the biggest most beautiful thing in the world.
- 23:49Like, he does not care what other people think.
- 23:52He doesn't need to build distractions, and certainly not fake assassination attempts.
- 23:59That is absolute lunacy that people are saying this was this was a faked inside job.
- 24:06It's crazy.
- 24:08So MS now the hosts are calling out the disturbing conspiracy theories, which I mean, good on them, but at the same time, like a little bit hypocritical, right?
- 24:24Because the way the left-wing media paints everything, it's always a conspiracy.
- 24:33Trump voters are always out to get people.
- 24:37They're like the 1950s and 60s deep south, where they're chasing black people down with with their vehicles, and uh, you know, trying to they're just so racist that they're they're just trying to get after them and and uh they're trying to sabotage everybody's life, and they're trying to uh they're trying to round up all of the homosexuals and and uh destroy them somehow, and it's just it's crazy, it's absolutely crazy.
- 25:14Uh because there is not this nationwide racism within the Republican Party, it just doesn't exist.
- 25:22And I I really appreciate more and more John Fetterman because he points this out.
- 25:28He's like, look, I he repeatedly points it out.
- 25:31He's like, look, the the bad rhetoric, the dangerous rhetoric, is coming from my own party.
- 25:36It's not coming.
- 25:37He's like, I don't get threats from Republicans, but I sure do from Democrats.
- 25:46And he's talking about phone calls to his office, threatening letters that he gets, death threats, those sorts of things.
- 26:00Hate to burst your bubble, but it's not coming from them, it's coming from the left.
- 26:06And he's been very vocal about that, and I really do appreciate that because I I think we need to be honest about this, and we need to be as objective as possible.
- 26:20And no matter where the where the bad rhetoric is coming from, we need to point it out.
- 26:25If it's coming from the right, then we will point that out all day long.
- 26:30If it's coming from the left, then we need to point that out.
- 26:35But there is no mistaking that these assassination attempts come from pure hatred for Donald J.
- 26:45Trump, and where's that hatred coming from?
- 26:49How is that the people have so much hatred in their heart?
- 26:52Why is it now that there are more assassination attempts?
- 26:58I mean, darn near successful, too.
- 27:02That's frightening.
- 27:05Because the Secret Service is, my goodness, they keep a really tight reign on the president.
- 27:13And uh it's it's getting bad, folks.
- 27:17But where does that rhetoric come from?
- 27:19Well, here's another article.
- 27:22Jimmy Kimmel calls Melania Melania Trump an expectant widow before the White House correspondence dinner shooting.
- 27:35I have no idea where this rhetoric comes from.
- 27:40I'm being sarcastic.
- 27:43These people laugh about it.
- 27:46Do you remember Kathy Griffin in 2017?
- 27:51That wasn't that long ago.
- 27:54In 2017, she participated in a photo shoot with photographer Tyler Shields, and she held up a mask that resembled the severed, bloodied head of then President Donald Trump.
- 28:00And she held up a mask that resembled the severed, bloodied head of then President Donald Trump.
- 28:10She intended that to be as political satire.
- 28:10She intended that to be as political satire.
- 28:15And it's really not funny.
- 28:15And it's really not funny.
- 28:18And I'm not saying that because it's President Trump.
- 28:18And I'm not saying that because it's President Trump.
- 28:21I'm saying that because if can you imagine anybody holding up a severed head of President Obama?
- 28:21I'm saying that because if can you imagine anybody holding up a severed head of President Obama?
- 28:29Can you imagine?
- 28:29Can you imagine?
- 28:33Can you imagine?
- 28:35And by the way, there are lots and lots.
- 28:38I see so many pictures and videos of people at these protests.
- 28:44And they have a noose around a dummy, a mannequin of President Trump.
- 28:55Now, can you imagine?
- 28:58If during President Obama's presidency, people had a noose around a makeshift dummy of President Obama.
- 29:07It would never fly.
- 29:09Or at least it shouldn't.
- 29:12But this kind of stuff is widespread now.
- 29:16And in 2017, Kathy Griffin was canceled for this by both the left and the right.
- 29:22And rightfully so.
- 29:25It was wrong.
- 29:26It was disgusting.
- 29:26It was gross.
- 29:27It was it was not in good taste.
- 29:31She issued an apology after and really was forced to.
- 29:34I don't think she did that out of the goodness of her heart, because she's not a good person, in my opinion.
- 29:42She's so raunchy and just so full of hatred.
- 29:47But she issued an apology and said that she crossed the line and the the image was too disturbing.
- 29:54Well, now here we are nine years later, and people are celebrating, not only celebrating the assassination attempts on President Trump.
- 30:04They have the the t-shirts, it's a picture of President Trump, and it says you missed, and it has like a bullseye on his forehead.
- 30:16People are promoting this stuff.
- 30:21But not only are they doing that, not only are they inciting violence and celebrating it.
- 30:25Like Kathy Griffin, I think Kathy Griffin did what she did nine years too early.
- 30:29If she did that now in 2026, the left would they they'd probably put her in the running for president.
- 30:38And I'm not exaggerating here.
- 30:40I mean, this is where the left is.
- 31:27And so when people talk about TDS, Trump derangement syndrome, this is exactly what they're talking about.
- 31:33Now again, I don't I don't love that term.
- 31:38But you know, there are some times where you look at what people are doing and the way that they're behaving, and you're like, they're actually deranged people.
- 31:48I I have literal people who I used to be friends with.
- 31:53I say used to be because I just I don't want to associate with them.
- 31:58I don't do crazy.
- 32:00I'm enough crazy in my own life.
- 32:02I just don't do crazy.
- 32:05So people who are posting these conspiracy theories.
- 32:11I just I don't have time for it.
- 32:14Or the energy or the interest.
- 32:18It's nuts.
- 32:20So anyway, back to Jimmy Kimmel.
- 32:24He uh put up a picture, and he says, our first lady Melania is here.
- 32:30Look at Melania, so beautiful, Mrs.
- 32:33Trump.
- 32:34You have a glow like an expectant widow.
- 32:37That was Jimmy Kimmel.
- 32:41Um crazy.
- 32:43These people are nuts.
- 32:46And Jimmy Kimmel's not funny.
- 32:51And I'm saying that as my opinion.
- 32:54He's dry.
- 32:57He does his fake cry all the time.
- 33:02It's just these people.
- 33:06Like they want so bad for this.
- 33:08And make no mistake.
- 33:10He'll do an about face.
- 33:12He'll he'll he'll say something like, oh, we never condone violence.
- 33:16Right?
- 33:17He'll say that immediately, then a week later, he's gonna be right back to writing these kinds of crappy jokes.
- 33:24Uh just insane.
- 33:28So he also mocked the Trump's relationship.
- 33:33President Trump and Melania.
- 33:36He says, Oh, by the way, Melania, this is Donald.
- 33:40Donald, this is Melania.
- 33:44Uh, just crazy.
- 33:47He went on to say she's planning to celebrate at home the same way she always does, looking out a window and whispering, what have I done?
- 33:58And then they wonder.
- 34:01We don't know why people people are crazy.
- 34:04The Republicans made them do it.
- 34:07It's because the Republicans are so hateful, right?
- 34:10That's the narrative.
- 34:12The Republicans are hateful people.
- 34:16They're they're violent, they're nasty, they're gross.
- 34:22And you know, it's a it's akin to saying the devil made me do it.
- 34:28And only they're saying the Republicans made me do it.
- 34:33The rep the Republicans made me crazy.
- 34:38Of course, they don't say crazy, but this is what I mean.
- 34:41It's it's the violent rhetoric, and you hear it over and over and over coming from the left.
- 34:47And I I browsed Facebook for a little bit right after the uh the attempted assassination.
- 34:54And I mean, immediately.
- 35:00People who are mocking Trump.
- 35:03And they're like, oh, this one missed this one, missed too.
- 35:05This one missed too.
- 35:07This one missed again.
- 35:07This one missed again.
- 35:10This just proves it's an inside job.
- 35:10This just proves it's an inside job.
- 35:15You know, and then there's the picture.
- 35:15You know, and then there's the picture.
- 35:16Did you see the iconic picture?
- 35:16Did you see the iconic picture?
- 35:19There's a picture that somebody took, like, as it was happening.
- 35:19There's a picture that somebody took, like, as it was happening, or maybe it was the video and they just took a still shot, but there's a there's a picture, it's a free.
- 35:24Or maybe it was the video and they just took a still shot, but there's a there's a picture.
- 35:29It's a frame of President Trump and the first lady.
- 35:34And it's when the first shot rang out, and she looks terrified.
- 35:39She you can see it on her face.
- 35:41She looks really scared.
- 35:44She's kind of trembling.
- 35:45She looks scared.
- 35:46She's she's looking away.
- 35:48And President Trump is like in his own little world.
- 35:51He's just looking up and he likes has a half smile on his face.
- 35:54And so people are saying, see, that just proves that he knew it was coming.
- 36:02That it was an inside job.
- 36:04He knew about it.
- 36:04He orchestrated it.
- 36:07That's what the conspiracy theorists are saying.
- 36:10But I went back and I watched a video.
- 36:14And President Trump, to his credit, he doesn't back down to anyone or anything.
- 36:23He heard the shots fire.
- 36:27I think at first he didn't really it it didn't really register what it was because it was far away, so people just heard a pop.
- 36:36And so he kind of looks, and then all of a sudden you see him uh duck down and kind of take cover.
- 36:44But they took one still shot the second that it happened, and they're like, See, he he wasn't even phased, he knew it was coming.
- 36:54These conspiracy theories have got to stop.
- 36:57Uh it really is exhausting.
- 37:00Uh, but we'll talk more about the bravery of the people who protected people within that room uh when we come back.
- 37:08Uh there are true heroes in this story.

- 38:48When the assassination attempt happened on President Trump this weekend, there were true heroes who stepped into action.
- 38:55And they're getting a lot of criticism, mostly, mainly almost exclusively from the left.
- 39:05And you know, they kind of want it both ways.
- 39:08They want so badly for this conspiracy to be true.
- 39:11They want they want this to be a faked hoax.
- 39:15They really want that to be true.
- 39:18All right, at the at the same at the same time, they're pretending as if it's not a hoax, and they're saying things like, well, um, the secret service, they they they really let the president down, and all those people in the room.
- 39:34Well, which one is it?
- 39:37Is it a conspiracy?
- 39:38Is it a hoax?
- 39:39Did the secret service let people down?
- 39:42Like, which is it?
- 39:44And I can't keep up.
- 39:46I can't keep up with the different conspiracies.
- 39:48It's really difficult to keep up with it.
- 39:50But I know what I saw, and I've heard different experts speak to this.
- 39:57And what I saw was extreme bravery on behalf of the people who took a pledge, they took a vow to stand in harm's way and to protect the president and uh officials, people from his cabinet to protect them with their own lives, and I think that's really incredible.
- 40:24I think it's incredible that people uh take up that job as a secret service agent.
- 40:32I know people who have worked for the Secret Service, and I I don't envy them.
- 40:39I think it's a really difficult job.
- 40:44And the things that they have to see and endure and uh go through and uh always always having to look over your shoulder, always have to be on beyond 100% of the time.
- 40:59They can't kind of zone out and and scroll on their phone and you know, just kind of chill out.
- 41:05It it is a very intense job, very intense.
- 41:11And I give them all the credit in the world, and uh they just did a bang up job, they did a super job of stepping in harm's way.
- 41:21You you can see one agent literally stands up and he kind of uh puffs his chest out and stands up really tall, and he's acting as a human shield between him and the president, and you you can't fake that stuff, and all these cowards who are calling this out, and these are these are these big conspiracies, and uh it was faked, it's an inside job.
- 41:53Uh don't give those people time and attention.
- 41:58You know, it really is like Alex Jones who got his pants sued off for the whole Sandy Hook conspiracy, and what he did was absolutely awful.
- 42:00Like Alex Jones, who got his pants sued off for the whole Sandy Hook conspiracy.
- 42:08And what he did was absolutely awful.
- 42:13Uh, he was a terrible human being for the things that he said about the family members.
- 42:13He was a terrible human being for the things that he said about the family members.
- 42:18I mean, little children's lives were lost in a really horrific tragedy.
- 42:18I mean, little children's lives were lost in a really horrific tragedy.
- 42:25That was pure evil.
- 42:25That was pure evil, it was awful, it was gross, it was uh never.
- 42:26It was awful.
- 42:27It was gross.
- 42:28It was never ever in America should we tolerate violence.
- 42:33Never.
- 42:36And Alex Jones turned it into some big conspiracy and talked about how the parents were acting, and it was all it was all an inside job.
- 42:45And he talked about exhuming the graves of the children who really didn't die.
- 42:54Like just bizarre stuff.
- 42:58And the guy's a nutcase.
- 43:02And the left is right when they call out the Alex Joneses.
- 43:08But they can't have it both ways.
- 43:10They need to call out their own.
- 43:11They need to call out their own people who are inciting violence.
- 43:17They need to call out their own people who are coming up with conspiracy theories and doing irreparable damage and inciting other people to violence and laughing about failed assassination attempts on the president.
- 43:36That's not okay.
- 43:43And it's really interesting because they criticize Christians, and Christians are always the whack jobs, and they're they're crazy, and they're the violent ones, and they're they're nuts and stay away from Christianity and this fake God and all this stuff.
- 44:02And what's the alternative?
- 44:05They mock God, they mock each other, they mock mankind, they go after their own, just ask Senator Fetterman.
- 44:17They attack their own.
- 44:20They laugh at violence.
- 44:23They incite violence, they commit violence, and then they point fingers at the conservatives, and they say, Well, they made me do it.
- 44:34And I just think we can do a lot better than that.
- 44:37And this is why I talk about the hidden lightness.
- 44:41And I know today is a little bit heavier of a topic than what I normally cover, but it really was on my heart.
- 44:49And it was on my heart more so what people's responses were than what actually happened.
- 44:56Because honestly, President Trump is, man, he's hardcore.
- 45:02And like them or hate them.
- 45:07Um, which hopefully you don't hate anybody.
- 45:12Uh you can dislike people or dislike their policies, but I don't think there's any room for hatred either here in America.
- 45:22But like them or not, President Trump is not phased by these kinds of things, or at least he doesn't act like he is.
- 45:32And I'll never forget that scene at the assassination attempt in Butler when President Trump stood up and pumped his fist.
- 45:44And I thought that was an act of heroism.
- 45:49And he showed that nobody's gonna keep him or America down.
- 45:53And people started chanting, USA, USA.
- 45:59And he was mocked for that.
- 46:03And they called it a political stunt.
- 46:06And they called him a whack job, and he's crazy and he's stupid, and he look at the cult, look at the cult of followers who follow him blindly.
- 46:18He was criticized for that.
- 46:21And I can't begin to imagine what it's like to literally take a bullet.
- 46:29I I can't begin to imagine.
- 46:33And even when he takes a bullet, he gets criticized.
- 46:41He did it wrong.
- 46:44That's not the right way to take a bullet.
- 46:48It's just, it's it's crazy, and this is not who we are as Americans, and that's why I highlight all the time on the show that we all have the hidden lightness inside of us.
- 47:02And it's up to us to let that light shine, not to be cliched, but to let our lights shine before other men.
- 47:13Because that's what inspires people.
- 47:16And I'd rather live my life as a nobody who inspires a handful of people than a supposed somebody who incites other people.
- 47:31And you know, I think that's part of the problem.
- 47:33I think that pride really gets in the way of people.
- 47:36I think the Jimmy Kimmels of this world, he really thinks he's somebody.
- 47:43And that other people are beneath him.
- 47:48And it's a shame.
- 47:51I just I can't imagine going through life thinking that other people are less important than me.
- 47:59I just can't, it's not, it's not in my DNA.
- 48:04It's not in part of my makeup of who I am.
- 48:08And I I believe that's true for the majority of us.
- 48:13I think for most Americans, we're decent human beings who decently care for other human beings.
- 48:23We care about them, we care about our neighbors.
- 48:27We check up on them.
- 48:30Uh, we visit them.
- 48:34And what happened this past weekend is not indicative of who we are as Americans.
- 48:43And so my warning for people is don't get caught in this trap.
- 48:48And it is a trap.
- 48:49Don't get caught in the trap of the endless conspiracies and the hatred and the nasty rhetoric and the wishing death on people.
- 49:00And the wishing death on people.
- 49:01Don't get caught up in those traps.
- 49:01Don't get caught up in those traps.
- 49:05Because I promise you, that doesn't make you a better person.
- 49:05Because I promise you, that doesn't make you a better person.
- 49:07It doesn't.
- 49:07It doesn't.
- 49:08It doesn't make us a better society.
- 49:08It doesn't make us a better society.
- 49:10It literally does nothing to advance us and to make us decent people.
- 49:10It literally does nothing to advance us and to make us decent people.
- 49:17It just doesn't.
- 49:17It just doesn't.
- 49:20And so my hope and my prayer is that we just put our heads down and uh number one, pray for our nation.
- 49:20So my hope and my prayer is that we just put our heads down and and uh number one, pray for our nation.
- 49:28Pray for our leaders.
- 49:28Pray for our leaders, both Republicans and Democrats.
- 49:35I mean, a lot of these people are in really, really tough positions.
- 49:40It's not popular.
- 49:44It's not popular to be a politician.
- 49:47They get a lot of hatred from people.
- 49:50They get a lot of death threats.
- 49:54A lot of nasty phone calls.
- 49:56I've I've I've sat in offices of senators and house representatives, and I've I've listened to their secretaries pour their hearts out.
- 50:10Talking about how mean people are, the nasty phone calls that they take, the threats that they get, the threats to dox them.
- 50:21Pray for them.
- 50:22And I mean that.
- 50:25You know, even the people who we disagree with.
- 50:29Pray for them.
- 50:32Yeah, that's who we are as Americans.
- 50:35And we have a choice.
- 50:37You know, at the end of the day, nobody can say the devil made me do it.
- 50:41Or the Republicans made me do it.
- 50:43Or the Democrats made me do it.
- 50:47Yeah, I heard that excused away during the George Floyd protest.
- 50:52And I just my brain can't comprehend that.
- 50:56Well, you don't know how angry people are.
- 51:01I get it.
- 51:02I've been angry before.
- 51:05But burning somebody's business down is never my response.
- 51:12It's not even it's not even a thought.
- 51:16To throw rocks at police officers.
- 51:21That's not okay.
- 51:24That's not who we are as Americans.
- 51:27Don't fall into this trap.
- 51:31I recommend staying away from protests that you know are violent protests.
- 51:39Stay away from them.
- 51:40Don't go.
- 51:42Yeah, that was the whole rhetoric.
- 51:44If if you don't go to these protests, you don't really care about black lives.
- 51:50If you don't go to a Black Lives Matter protest, then you you just don't care.
- 51:56That's a trap.
- 51:59That's manipulation and coercion.
- 52:03Don't fall for it.
- 52:06I know people who very much care for everybody for all human life.
- 52:14And just because you don't go to a protest doesn't mean that you don't care about people.
- 52:21There's a host of reason why people don't go to protest.
- 52:25I'll tell you at the top of the list, number one, I well, I just don't like the general attitude at protests, but number two, I don't feel safe.
- 52:37I I think so many of these protests are just full of hatred and anger.
- 52:43And you see people throwing rocks at people, I don't want to go there.
- 52:48Why in the world would I spend two minutes of my time, my valuable time, and go to one of those protests where people are throwing rocks and shouting, hurling insults at people and cussing up and down and wearing uh very vulgar, offensive outfits.
- 53:06I just it's not for me.
- 53:08I it's just not it doesn't contribute anything to society.
- 53:15So my message is don't fall into that trap and always let your hidden lightness come to the surface.
- 53:24Find ways to bless people, find ways to help people.
- 53:32And you don't have to do it, you don't have to get a camera out and put it all over social media, just do it.
- 53:40You know, it's like Nike.
- 53:42I like that slogan, just do it.
- 53:46No excuses, just do it.
- 53:49You know, the world's falling to crap in a handbasket.
- 53:52Okay, if you believe that, great.
- 53:54Then do something about it.
- 53:57Do something to make it better.
- 54:00Do an act of kindness, do a random act of kindness.
- 54:05Politicians are all corrupt.
- 54:07Okay, great.
- 54:08If you believe that, pray for them.
- 54:12Or visit them, talk to them, talk with them, share ideas with them.
- 54:18I promise you that when you actually go and talk to them, if you sit in their office, if you schedule an appointment and take the time to talk to politicians, they're not the monsters that the media makes them out to be all the time.
- 54:34They'll have a decent conversation with you.
- 54:37They're humans just like you and I.
- 54:41So we have this choice, and there's always I feel like there's always a crossroads in front of us.
- 54:48And at that crossroad, we can either make good decisions or harmful decisions.
- 54:55And I think we should all prefer to make the world a better place.
- 54:59We should all prefer to make our neighborhoods better, to make uh the world better, to make America better.
- 55:07And if people are attempting to do that, then great.
- 55:10Leave them alone.
- 55:12Who cares if you disagree with them?
- 55:15You know, disagreements are not the end of the world, and we've been trained to believe that if we disagree with people, then they're out to get us.
- 55:22They hate us, they're they're gonna destroy our lives.
- 55:25And so we need to, in the case of this deranged shooter, we need to take care of the problem before the problem takes care of us.
- 55:35That's not okay.
- 55:36It's not okay to think that way.
- 55:39So we can be part of the solution, and all we have to do is let a little bit of our light shine.
- 55:47And I pray, I hope and pray that uh all of you do acts of kindness, and that you just bless somebody this week.
- 55:55Turn them, turn the media off, turn the news off.
- 56:00Heck, turn your phone off.
- 56:00Heck, turn your phone off.
- 56:03And just spend some time outside and reflect and bless other people.
- 56:03And just spend some time outside and reflect and bless other people.
- 56:09I promise you won't regret it.
- 56:09I promise you won't regret it.
- 56:12That, my friends, is the hidden lightness.
- 56:12That, my friends, is the hidden lightness.

- 56:21You'll be in the know.
- 56:21You'll be in the know.
- 56:22There is a hidden lightness that shines inside of all of us.
- 56:22There is a hidden lightness that shines inside of all of us.
- 56:25When there's so much darkness that envelops the world, remember that it doesn't take much light to expose that darkness.
- 56:25When there's so much darkness that envelops the world, remember that it doesn't take much light to expose that darkness and to ultimately inspire other people.
- 56:32Join me in being a light.
