- 3:31Speaker 2: You know, I will only do your podcasts.
- 3:34Speaker 1: I appreciate that.
- 3:35Speaker 2: I get in too much trouble.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Look what happened to me yesterday. Apparently someone's so ugly, okay?
- 3:41Speaker 6: No.
- 3:41Speaker 2: I think you look good without makeup on.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Well, thank you. You know what?
- 3:46Speaker 2: Let me catch you. Where is this?
- 3:47Speaker 5: This is at Calabasas Starbucks. So I think that the
- 3:51Speaker 5: TMZ was waiting for someone more exciting.
- 3:54Speaker 1: But I walked out. No, I didn't have makeup.
- 3:56Speaker 5: I was on my way to get a facial from
- 3:58Speaker 5: my girl, Susana Menendez, Calabasas Facials, okay?
- 4:02Speaker 1: So I didn't have makeup on, and I was getting
- 4:04Speaker 1: a coffee.
- 4:04Speaker 5: But they're asking me about the thing I've been talking
- 4:07Speaker 5: a lot about, Ryan Reynolds, Justin Baldoni, like Lively.
- 4:13Speaker 1: You know, since I did the show just a couple.
- 4:15Speaker 5: Days ago, The voicemail came out, the voice note that
- 4:20Speaker 5: he left for her.
- 4:21Speaker 2: What did it say?
- 4:23Speaker 1: Well, he sounds sexy as shit, okay? So everyone's like
- 4:27Speaker 1: getting wet listening. I'm like, is this cat on cameo?
- 4:29Speaker 1: What can we do? And he left this. He released it. Okay.
- 4:35Speaker 5: And I thought he had to save it, but I
- 4:38Speaker 5: guess if it's a voice note, memo that you send
- 4:40Speaker 5: to somebody, it automatically saves on your phone, which I
- 4:44Speaker 5: did not know. Because I'm like, if I left you
- 4:45Speaker 5: a voicemail, I would never know how to retrieve that.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Oh, it's not a voice memo. It's a voicemail, like
- 4:52Speaker 2: a message?
- 4:53Speaker 1: No, it wasn't a voicemail. It's a voice memo. And
- 4:55Speaker 1: somehow he had it from like two years ago.
- 4:58Speaker 5: And so my initial thought was, what compelled him to
- 5:01Speaker 5: save it?
- 5:03Speaker 2: He released it on his own?
- 5:05Speaker 5: Yeah, he's releasing all the evidence from his $ 400 million lawsuit,
- 5:12Speaker 5: which apparently someone discovered that Blake and Justin are worth
- 5:16Speaker 5: $ 100 million. And so this is four times what they're
- 5:20Speaker 5: worth that he's suing them for. And he put it out,
- 5:24Speaker 5: he shared this because some people thought it sounded too
- 5:28Speaker 5: sexy because he has such a sexy voice.
- 5:31Speaker 1: And it was six minutes long and he's like, Blake, God,
- 5:35Speaker 1: I hope I'm not waking you up right now. I
- 5:38Speaker 1: just want to say, man, I'm so sorry if you're
- 5:44Speaker 1: not feeling supportive because, God, I don't want that. I
- 5:47Speaker 1: don't want that. You've shared so much. You're vulnerable about,
- 5:51Speaker 1: you know, other directors. And I want you to be
- 5:53Speaker 1: part of this. My love to Ryan.
- 5:56Speaker 5: And what he's responding to is when She said, my
- 6:00Speaker 5: two dragons, Ryan and Taylor Swift, helped me rewrite this
- 6:04Speaker 5: rooftop scene and gave it to him. And he was like, yeah,
- 6:08Speaker 5: I like the changes. And then she wrote back something
- 6:11Speaker 5: to the effect of like, I wish– I don't know
- 6:13Speaker 5: how I feel about that. I wish you were more specific,
- 6:15Speaker 5: like what you liked about it, what you didn't. So
- 6:17Speaker 5: she left that text to him at 1.44 a.m.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Okay.
- 6:20Speaker 5: And then he chose to just leave her a voice
- 6:24Speaker 5: note instead.
- 6:25Speaker 1: Quicker. So much quicker. Yeah. And– And so he did that.
- 6:30Speaker 5: And so to clear up any confusion, some people still
- 6:34Speaker 5: think it was creepy because he was like, oh, God,
- 6:37Speaker 5: I'm sorry. Maybe you've got kids crawling on you. You
- 6:40Speaker 5: probably have a baby on your boob because she was
- 6:42Speaker 5: breastfeeding at the time. So people thought that was a
- 6:44Speaker 5: little invasive at the same time, though. There's evidence that
- 6:48Speaker 5: she was like, yeah, come into my trailer, I'm pumping
- 6:50Speaker 5: or I'm breastfeeding. And she was okay with, I'm sure,
- 6:52Speaker 5: having herself covered, but doing that while she was talking
- 6:55Speaker 5: about notes.
- 6:55Speaker 6: Right.
- 6:56Speaker 5: So he was establishing in this how close and how
- 7:00Speaker 5: accommodating he was and he was placating her changes and
- 7:04Speaker 5: really wanting to make this work.
- 7:05Speaker 2: What is she saying that he has done? Because it's
- 7:08Speaker 2: a sexual harassment.
- 7:10Speaker 5: So that's he she had put out this complaint about
- 7:14Speaker 5: all the different times that she felt uncomfortable, that he
- 7:17Speaker 5: said strange things, that he tried to, you know, kiss
- 7:20Speaker 5: her neck when it wasn't called for in the script.
- 7:22Speaker 1: When there was, you know, there was.
- 7:25Speaker 5: But then in his counter suit. He really has combated
- 7:29Speaker 5: every single one of her complaints. So now the biggest
- 7:32Speaker 5: thing is, and listen, I know I've talked a lot
- 7:34Speaker 5: about this, so we're going to talk about other things
- 7:36Speaker 5: with Lala today. But the biggest thing is, the juiciest
- 7:39Speaker 5: part of it that I touched upon in my last episode,
- 7:41Speaker 5: but now I really think it's a thing, is that
- 7:43Speaker 5: there is a sequel to this book.
- 7:47Speaker 1: It ends with us.
- 7:48Speaker 5: It starts with us, and it's about she and the
- 7:52Speaker 5: character of Justin, Blake and Justin, if they were to
- 7:53Speaker 5: both stay on it.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Now co-parenting. I don't see how they could both stay
- 7:58Speaker 2: in it.
- 7:58Speaker 1: Yeah, co-parenting. But he has the rights to the second book.
- 8:03Speaker 5: And the writer has been very much from the beginning,
- 8:06Speaker 5: now she's gone silent, team Blake and Ryan. And so
- 8:10Speaker 5: now the idea is apparently there is something in his
- 8:16Speaker 5: deal in which he has the rights to the second movie,
- 8:21Speaker 5: he can lose those rights if he violates any kind
- 8:25Speaker 5: of morality clause.
- 8:26Speaker 1: And specifically, it's sexual harassment. So the theory is the.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Whole book really is about abuse.
- 8:36Speaker 6: Right. Right.
- 8:36Speaker 2: And so it's crazy.
- 8:38Speaker 5: So then so now the thought is, was this exaggerated
- 8:42Speaker 5: brought on in attempt to have him lose his rights
- 8:46Speaker 5: to the second movie?
- 8:48Speaker 2: Her husband can be in it or take it over.
- 8:51Speaker 5: Or, you know, recast him or be in charge of
- 8:53Speaker 5: the movie because right now it's in his hands and
- 8:55Speaker 5: it's staying in his hands. And apparently he'd already been
- 8:59Speaker 5: offered to sell it and he said no.
- 9:01Speaker 7: Do you think that this will be like covered by
- 9:04Speaker 7: media kind of like the Amber Heard, Johnny Depp?
- 9:09Speaker 5: Well, as of two days ago, I predicted that they
- 9:11Speaker 5: would settle out of court. But just yesterday they have
- 9:14Speaker 5: a date, a court date.
- 9:15Speaker 2: OK.
- 9:16Speaker 1: But it's not for March of 26. Oh, shit.
- 9:20Speaker 2: It's over a year.
- 9:21Speaker 1: People that are already sick of this. I mean, we
- 9:22Speaker 1: got to move on. But anyway, I think.
- 9:26Speaker 2: They'll settle it just because there's a court date. You
- 9:29Speaker 2: could settle it. You could settle the day before your
- 9:31Speaker 2: court date.
- 9:32Speaker 1: I think they should.
- 9:32Speaker 5: I think they should figure something out and be like,
- 9:36Speaker 5: But I think the damage is done.
- 9:37Speaker 1: But like I said before, people recover. Just go away
- 9:40Speaker 1: for like a year. I think so too. Everyone will
- 9:43Speaker 1: forget that you were kind of a dick.
- 9:45Speaker 2: The news cycle just moves very quickly.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Meaning Ryan Reynolds, not Justin.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Oh, is Ryan Reynolds a dick?
- 9:50Speaker 1: Yeah. You need to listen to Juicy. I've talked too
- 9:53Speaker 1: much about it. I'm not going to bore my people.
- 9:55Speaker 2: I've got Lala in here. I'll go back and listen.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Lala and I watched. I'll go back and listen.
- 9:59Speaker 6: Ha!
- 10:00Speaker 5: I watched Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And tell me
- 10:04Speaker 5: what you're thinking of this season.
- 10:05Speaker 7: Well, I'm obsessed with Beverly Hills every season, even when
- 10:09Speaker 7: they have kind of like an off season.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Me too.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I'll never stop watching.
- 10:11Speaker 2: I will never give up.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Never.
- 10:14Speaker 2: I think it's great. I feel really badly for Kyle
- 10:17Speaker 2: right now.
- 10:18Speaker 1: You do? I do. You're one of the few.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Really?
- 10:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't think she's getting a lot of love
- 10:24Speaker 1: right now.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Because of the text message?
- 10:26Speaker 5: Yes, and just people are, like, tired of her shit
- 10:28Speaker 5: or whatever.
- 10:29Speaker 2: But what shit? I don't get it.
- 10:31Speaker 7: Here's the thing, and I love Dorit, too. This is
- 10:34Speaker 7: one of very few casts.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Where I'm like, I literally, like, no one really annoys me.
- 10:39Speaker 1: I agree.
- 10:40Speaker 7: Like, I love everyone for their quirky, weird little ways.
- 10:43Speaker 7: Sutton kills me.
- 10:45Speaker 1: But.
- 10:46Speaker 2: There was, I think it.
- 10:47Speaker 7: Was last night on Watch What Happens Live, and they
- 10:50Speaker 7: cut to a clip of Garcelle being like, I think
- 10:53Speaker 7: Kyle's a little lost right now.
- 10:55Speaker 2: No fucking shit, Sherlock.
- 10:57Speaker 7: She's been in a relationship for 27 years. She's always
- 11:01Speaker 7: known herself as a wife and a mom. Her baby
- 11:04Speaker 7: just turned 16, and she's looking at her life going,
- 11:07Speaker 7: this was not the game plan. Of course you're going
- 11:09Speaker 7: to be a little confused and lost. And I feel
- 11:12Speaker 7: like no one's giving her any grace.
- 11:14Speaker 5: Well, that's what I love about Erika Jayne in the
- 11:17Speaker 5: last year, but especially this past season.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Love it. I love that her voice has changed. It's
- 11:23Speaker 1: not the same voice even. And I love it because
- 11:26Speaker 1: she's just like a cool shit. She's cool as shit.
- 11:29Speaker 5: She's the voice of reason. She's a good girlfriend. And
- 11:31Speaker 5: she says they so they go to the they go
- 11:33Speaker 5: to lunch and Kyle is there and she is there
- 11:37Speaker 5: to apologize to Sutton Garcelle and Erica to say like.
- 11:43Speaker 5: I got really upset at the Manly Hands massage day.
- 11:48Speaker 7: Yeah, I wanted to be there. Between the chef and the.
- 11:52Speaker 5: I've had Manly Hands come to an event of mine.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Really? Years ago. Is it good?
- 11:58Speaker 2: So good.
- 11:59Speaker 1: Fuck. So good. Let's do it.
- 12:00Speaker 2: I was like, where was my invite?
- 12:02Speaker 1: Screw the next.
- 12:03Speaker 2: I would have let them all run train.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I know Ocean's birthday is coming up, but.
- 12:09Speaker 5: Maybe we have Ocean's birthday, but we also have manly
- 12:13Speaker 5: hands for the moms.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Come to the slime place where the kids make slime.
- 12:18Speaker 1: No, do it at your house and have them do this,
- 12:21Speaker 1: have the kids stuff. And then the moms can get
- 12:23Speaker 1: a little manly hands in the corner.
- 12:25Speaker 2: I love this idea.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Yes.
- 12:26Speaker 7: Because I was getting off in that scene. I was like, oh,
- 12:29Speaker 7: my God.
- 12:29Speaker 2: I know. We're all really, really hot. But she stood
- 12:33Speaker 2: by the sentiment.
- 12:35Speaker 7: She just didn't stand behind her, like, leaving in a
- 12:38Speaker 7: huff and puff.
- 12:38Speaker 6: Right.
- 12:39Speaker 1: So she was like, I'm sorry. And Sutton was being
- 12:42Speaker 1: so awful.
- 12:43Speaker 2: Well, I don't understand.
- 12:45Speaker 1: What exactly are you sorry for?
- 12:47Speaker 2: And she was like, am I making sense?
- 12:49Speaker 1: Yeah, it was so weird.
- 12:50Speaker 7: What did you say that you're sorry for?
- 12:55Speaker 2: And it's like, oh. I was like, I'm sorry.
- 12:58Speaker 1: Are we— Is she up for murder?
- 13:01Speaker 5: And Sutton is, like, the bad cop that comes in
- 13:04Speaker 5: and she's on, like, hour five until the finally point, like,
- 13:07Speaker 5: Kyle's just going to admit to, like, killing someone she didn't.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Because it was just, like, Kyle. And she was like, okay.
- 13:14Speaker 1: And I'm like, and then she says it.
- 13:17Speaker 5: And you can relate to this being a reality star
- 13:20Speaker 5: where I'm like, no, for some reason– She acts like
- 13:24Speaker 5: they are all working at a factory and Kyle got
- 13:27Speaker 5: to leave before the whistle blew.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Like she was literally like, why do you get to
- 13:32Speaker 1: walk out? Whatever. It's a good scene. And anybody, any
- 13:35Speaker 1: normal person would walk out at that point.
- 13:37Speaker 7: Like I understood because, you know, when you're you're kind
- 13:39Speaker 7: of being pushed in a corner and you you don't
- 13:42Speaker 7: know how to defend yourself because there's nothing to defend.
- 13:45Speaker 6: Right.
- 13:45Speaker 7: That is the worst position to be put in. It's
- 13:47Speaker 7: like I don't even know what to say.
- 13:49Speaker 2: To make this look like. Because there's nothing that I
- 13:55Speaker 2: did wrong.
- 13:56Speaker 7: Like I don't know how to defend something that doesn't
- 14:00Speaker 7: need defending.
- 14:01Speaker 5: I didn't think Kyle behaved poorly at all in that moment.
- 14:03Speaker 5: You know, she didn't think she.
- 14:05Speaker 1: Was doing anything wrong. You can analyze it or not.
- 14:07Speaker 2: She spent 27 years with Mo and then she's going
- 14:10Speaker 2: to like.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Be with PK?
- 14:12Speaker 6: No.
- 14:13Speaker 5: I mean, but I did think, yeah, she should have
- 14:15Speaker 5: recognized you stopped communication. I actually talked about you in
- 14:19Speaker 5: a previous episode because I was like, when you had
- 14:22Speaker 5: your breakup with your ex and I was friendly with
- 14:24Speaker 5: him and then I had to be like, I'm not,
- 14:26Speaker 5: I'm not talking to him anymore.
- 14:27Speaker 1: And that was it.
- 14:28Speaker 5: Like right in the very, very beginning when I didn't
- 14:30Speaker 5: know what anything was wrong. And he was like, you
- 14:31Speaker 5: have to talk to Lala. And I was like, no,
- 14:33Speaker 5: I'm very, so I was like, right off the bat,
- 14:35Speaker 5: I was like, And then I remember I was going
- 14:37Speaker 5: through a Starbucks drive-thru and you were like, I need to,
- 14:40Speaker 5: I'm asking all my friends, like, can you not? And
- 14:42Speaker 5: I'm like, oh, it's been weeks and I will never. So,
- 14:45Speaker 5: but I can see, you know, she might've thought it
- 14:48Speaker 5: wasn't as contentious, their breakup and it was okay. And
- 14:52Speaker 5: it was just, but regardless, no, you don't, you know,
- 14:56Speaker 5: and we see last night that she kind of goes, okay,
- 14:58Speaker 5: I got it.
- 14:58Speaker 1: Stick with the girl.
- 14:59Speaker 5: But what I loved about Erika Jayne is Erika's in
- 15:02Speaker 5: her interview is like, Garcelle, like you did a public
- 15:08Speaker 5: announcement by sending an email to all of CAA that
- 15:11Speaker 5: your husband was cheating with this woman for five years
- 15:13Speaker 5: in Chicago. And Sutton, we were I'm guessing you didn't
- 15:19Speaker 5: have a great breakup and we still don't really know
- 15:21Speaker 5: much about it.
- 15:22Speaker 6: Right.
- 15:22Speaker 1: So you both have been through a divorce.
- 15:23Speaker 5: Like, why are you not giving her a little grace?
- 15:26Speaker 1: And, you know. And Erica went through the worst situation.
- 15:30Speaker 2: Totally.
- 15:31Speaker 5: And so I love that Erica is like the only
- 15:33Speaker 5: one like she's being nice to Dorit.
- 15:35Speaker 1: She's being nice.
- 15:36Speaker 5: Like she's the only voice of reason. And like a
- 15:39Speaker 5: girl's girl, like a cool woman that's like been through
- 15:41Speaker 5: some shit. Like it's very nice to see.
- 15:44Speaker 7: It's very nice to see. But I understand why Dorit
- 15:48Speaker 7: is having her moment. There's something about and the Bravo
- 15:51Speaker 7: fan base, they're definitely intelligent.
- 15:54Speaker 2: Like that's just a known fact.
- 15:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:57Speaker 2: But they do.
- 15:59Speaker 7: Love a scorned woman who is angry because they fucked
- 16:04Speaker 7: with me hard season 10 when I was scorned out
- 16:07Speaker 7: for fucking blood.
- 16:08Speaker 2: I was taking no prisoners. They loved me. They do
- 16:11Speaker 2: not like a compassionate, calm.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Has your shit together. Not at all.
- 16:17Speaker 2: That's why they love Shannon Medore.
- 16:21Speaker 1: Yes.
- 16:22Speaker 5: When her life is tragic, wish it was this past year.
- 16:27Speaker 5: When she was going through weight struggles, she told me herself,
- 16:32Speaker 5: I've never been more popular.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Yeah. So I'm like, they do.
- 16:35Speaker 1: They like it.
- 16:36Speaker 7: And I love that because that's when we need to
- 16:38Speaker 7: be supportive. So Dorit is having her moment of like,
- 16:43Speaker 7: I'm fed up.
- 16:44Speaker 2: We don't know what it was like behind closed doors.
- 16:46Speaker 2: Was she in PK?
- 16:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 16:49Speaker 7: People are– she's like the star of– and before it
- 16:52Speaker 7: was just kind of like she shows up in Chanel
- 16:54Speaker 7: and like I watched her just because I loved– she
- 16:57Speaker 7: was just so fun to look at, right?
- 16:59Speaker 6: Right.
- 17:00Speaker 1: But when I think about the clothes, since we're talking
- 17:02Speaker 1: about the clothes. Yeah.
- 17:04Speaker 5: So she went out with Bose for a drink on
- 17:06Speaker 5: yesterday's show. And she's wearing a Louis Vuitton top.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Yeah, I loved it.
- 17:12Speaker 5: And it's always, except for that one time when she
- 17:14Speaker 5: said it was vintage, when she went to Kyle's cowboy party.
- 17:17Speaker 1: This is Louis Vuitton vintage.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Yes.
- 17:19Speaker 5: This is from my collection. And, I mean, it's not counterfeit.
- 17:25Speaker 5: It's not old.
- 17:27Speaker 1: No, it's brand new.
- 17:27Speaker 2: She's not getting it for free.
- 17:29Speaker 6: New.
- 17:30Speaker 1: She's paying for it all. And, okay, I got to say,
- 17:34Speaker 1: if I had, if Peter was.
- 17:40Speaker 5: Spending that kind of money on luxury items for himself.
- 17:45Speaker 5: And we were a little bit financially struggling. And it
- 17:50Speaker 5: was going on for the last five years of our
- 17:51Speaker 5: marriage with the glam and the whole thing and not thinking.
- 17:55Speaker 1: About, well, maybe I could do my own fake pony.
- 17:58Speaker 5: Maybe I could not wear another $ 7, 500 outfit to go
- 18:03Speaker 5: work out in.
- 18:05Speaker 1: I think that can add to their problems.
- 18:08Speaker 2: I mean, she's decked to the nines.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Even if she resells it, it's still not going to
- 18:15Speaker 1: get 50%.
- 18:15Speaker 2: No, you get hardly anything.
- 18:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:18Speaker 2: The time alone in doing that isn't worth it.
- 18:20Speaker 1: I know.
- 18:21Speaker 2: The communicating with some random person is not fucking worth it.
- 18:25Speaker 2: This is going to Goodwill.
- 18:27Speaker 7: Drop off see you later yeah but that that uh
- 18:30Speaker 7: bodysuit there's an account that posts all yeah I love
- 18:34Speaker 7: that account I know I don't know why it doesn't
- 18:35Speaker 7: get more love there's like one comment and.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I apologize that we don't have her name at the
- 18:39Speaker 1: top of her head.
- 18:39Speaker 2: But it is it is cool because sometimes.
- 18:41Speaker 5: You see something you're like oh I love that and
- 18:43Speaker 5: sometimes it will be you know Zara and then other
- 18:46Speaker 5: times it's $ 7, 200 for a bikini like the.
- 18:49Speaker 2: Boat bag 36 grand yeah.
- 18:51Speaker 7: That that onesie that she was wearing the Louis I
- 18:54Speaker 7: know what you're talking about the purple one um I
- 18:57Speaker 7: think it was like over three grand.
- 18:59Speaker 5: I've never had one piece of clothing in that price range.
- 19:02Speaker 5: I've had maybe a bag or a piece of jewelry.
- 19:04Speaker 5: But that's just me and that's fine. I spend my
- 19:06Speaker 5: money differently than others. But I'm like that is exorbitant.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Well, it's every outfit.
- 19:10Speaker 1: And your house was in pre-foreclosure. Was it? I don't
- 19:14Speaker 1: know where it is now. I don't know what's going
- 19:16Speaker 1: on with that.
- 19:17Speaker 5: But we see in the preview that she's like he
- 19:21Speaker 5: is filing because.
- 19:24Speaker 1: And then Eric is like– Oh, before the 10 years.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Before the 10 years.
- 19:26Speaker 6: Wow.
- 19:26Speaker 1: Smart motherfucker.
- 19:28Speaker 2: Smart motherfucker.
- 19:30Speaker 1: I remember I think Tom Cruise did that to Nicole Kidman. Well,
- 19:35Speaker 1: you know. He did it right at like nine and
- 19:37Speaker 1: a half years.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Well, then you only owe alimony for half the time
- 19:39Speaker 2: you were married. So, yeah, that makes.
- 19:41Speaker 6: Right.
- 19:42Speaker 5: And if you go past the 10 years, you owe
- 19:45Speaker 5: alimony till the day she marries someone else or dies.
- 19:48Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly.
- 19:49Speaker 4: And.
- 19:50Speaker 5: So a lot of people then are like, well, I'm
- 19:51Speaker 5: never going to take another spouse. You could have a
- 19:54Speaker 5: boyfriend live with you for the next 30 years if
- 19:56Speaker 5: you're in that situation to someone really rich.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Yeah, because I don't know that common law marriage exists
- 20:00Speaker 2: in California.
- 20:01Speaker 5: I think, and I don't know everything, but I think
- 20:04Speaker 5: it did before same-sex was approved.
- 20:08Speaker 7: Okay.
- 20:09Speaker 2: And then somehow same sex kind.
- 20:11Speaker 1: Of like crossed that out.
- 20:14Speaker 5: Where the palimony, like the palimony doesn't really exist anymore.
- 20:18Speaker 1: What does that mean?
- 20:20Speaker 7: Like if you just lived with someone and then you
- 20:23Speaker 7: get alimony from– So like if you were.
- 20:24Speaker 5: With someone for 20 years and especially if you were gay,
- 20:27Speaker 5: it was a good thing to have because you couldn't
- 20:29Speaker 5: get married. So you could be like, oh, my God,
- 20:31Speaker 5: you know, I was with this guy and I took
- 20:33Speaker 5: care of the home and the dogs and da-da-da.
- 20:35Speaker 1: I should be entitled to something.
- 20:36Speaker 2: And then same-sex marriage was passed and they.
- 20:39Speaker 1: Said– Because they were like, get married. Everyone can get married.
- 20:46Speaker 5: So we're just going to go by the marriage laws
- 20:48Speaker 5: and not try to decipher what the relationship is anymore.
- 20:52Speaker 1: And I'm just assuming that because I don't hear about
- 20:54Speaker 1: it anymore.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Because every time I look it up, it does not
- 20:56Speaker 2: exist here.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Like it's not even acknowledged.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:00Speaker 7: Which I do love that part because as someone who
- 21:01Speaker 7: doesn't want to get like married like that.
- 21:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:05Speaker 7: I want to know that I could shack up with
- 21:06Speaker 7: someone and not have to deal with the same type
- 21:10Speaker 7: of issue, you know?
- 21:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:12Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:13Speaker 7: I'm not a big inheritor. I don't want to inherit
- 21:15Speaker 7: your beef. I don't want to inherit your debts. I
- 21:17Speaker 7: don't want to inherit nothing from you.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Right.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Which you do with that contract.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Exactly.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Christmas shopping has already started in our house. My daughter
- 21:27Speaker 4: is so organised, already planning Christmas gifts from Macaulay. Hair
- 21:31Speaker 4: care for her aunt and a fab fragrance for her bestie.
- 21:34Speaker 4: But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I'm
- 21:36Speaker 4: an early bird, buying one present a week from now
- 21:39Speaker 4: till Christmas, which makes budgeting less stressful. I can buy
- 21:42Speaker 4: in-store or online from Macaulay.ie for home delivery or free
- 21:46Speaker 4: click and collect.
- 21:47Speaker 2: So easy.
- 21:48Speaker 4: Gifts they'll cherish at prices you'll love.
- 21:53Speaker 3: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 21:57Speaker 3: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 22:00Speaker 3: have faced tremendous setbacks, and yet somehow have found a
- 22:04Speaker 3: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 22:07Speaker 8: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 22:10Speaker 1: I'm heading to the Emmys, and I have police complaints
- 22:12Speaker 1: filed against me.
- 22:13Speaker 2: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 22:16Speaker 2: what would you do if it was given back?
- 22:18Speaker 3: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 22:21Speaker 3: you had to succeed in order.
- 22:22Speaker 1: To feel loved?
- 22:23Speaker 2: He said, I have a work dad. I need a
- 22:25Speaker 2: home dad. What happens next? When I came in, he
- 22:27Speaker 2: started crying. Everybody in life encounters hardships.
- 22:31Speaker 3: What defines them is not those hard moments that they
- 22:34Speaker 3: go through.
- 22:35Speaker 2: It's about what happens next. I decided to risk it all.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I realized how valuable every day was.
- 22:40Speaker 2: You're worth the work. Listen, Dara, I'm not going to
- 22:42Speaker 2: pull punches.
- 22:43Speaker 1: You can use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 22:45Speaker 3: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 22:49Speaker 3: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 22:59Speaker 1: So we see that happening.
- 23:01Speaker 5: And I want to also ask you, as someone who
- 23:04Speaker 5: has been sober for how many years now?
- 23:07Speaker 2: Six, over six.
- 23:08Speaker 1: Six.
- 23:08Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 23:09Speaker 5: And what did you think of that scene where Dorit says,
- 23:14Speaker 5: we were meeting with his sober coach or whatever, Al-Anon,
- 23:20Speaker 5: what did you call it?
- 23:21Speaker 1: What do you call it? Sponsor.
- 23:22Speaker 6: Sponsor.
- 23:22Speaker 5: We're meeting with a sponsor because PK is sober. And
- 23:25Speaker 5: the sponsor is the one who suggested- I think you
- 23:28Speaker 5: guys should separate. And she's like, I was blown away.
- 23:32Speaker 5: And I didn't know if PK had told him that
- 23:35Speaker 5: or if this guy was just coming up with it
- 23:37Speaker 5: on his own. And I thought that was very strange.
- 23:41Speaker 5: I know there's no like real rules. You know, it's
- 23:44Speaker 5: not like as you're a sponsor, but I would think
- 23:47Speaker 5: there's like something to adhere to if you choose to
- 23:50Speaker 5: be a sponsor in the AA program, right?
- 23:52Speaker 7: Well, I remember when I first got into AA and
- 23:55Speaker 7: I started talking about it, my then sponsor was like, hey, like,
- 24:00Speaker 7: the rules are you don't do x y and z
- 24:02Speaker 7: like you don't talk about it and I said well
- 24:05Speaker 7: that's great for all of you I won't mention that
- 24:06Speaker 7: you guys are in it but like I'm in the
- 24:09Speaker 7: public eye the program is single-handedly keeping me sober there's
- 24:14Speaker 7: people like me so I'm going to talk about a
- 24:16Speaker 7: program that exists for other people to know about I
- 24:19Speaker 7: won't mention your names and you know she she she
- 24:23Speaker 7: put her guard down and was like that makes total
- 24:25Speaker 7: sense I really think it depends on who you are
- 24:28Speaker 7: how you practice your program Dorit I wonder if because
- 24:32Speaker 7: when she first brought up like my husband's an alcoholic
- 24:35Speaker 7: I immediately went like not your story to tell you
- 24:40Speaker 7: should not be outing him as.
- 24:41Speaker 5: That and I felt like that's where Kyle was team
- 24:44Speaker 5: PK too she was like he doesn't have um A
- 24:48Speaker 5: place like she does because he's just the husband who
- 24:53Speaker 5: even if he does a scene with Mauricio, I don't
- 24:55Speaker 5: even know if he's getting paid because the way it
- 24:57Speaker 5: works is the wife gets paid. And everybody else signs
- 24:59Speaker 5: off on it. So I'm like, he doesn't, she was like,
- 25:02Speaker 5: he doesn't really have the same platform, the same place
- 25:05Speaker 5: that Dorit has.
- 25:06Speaker 1: She's the one on the show. She's the one that
- 25:08Speaker 1: can say the story first. Right.
- 25:10Speaker 5: And so her saying he was a raging alcoholic and
- 25:13Speaker 5: I covered up for him for 10 years.
- 25:15Speaker 7: Because he did not mention any sort of drinking problem
- 25:18Speaker 7: when he sat down with Mo. So I was a little,
- 25:20Speaker 7: I was confused by that.
- 25:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:23Speaker 2: But who's to say if she.
- 25:25Speaker 7: Had a conversation with him and said, can I talk
- 25:26Speaker 7: about this on camera? That he didn't say, sure, you
- 25:30Speaker 7: can talk about your perspective. This is your show.
- 25:34Speaker 2: We don't know. He could have said that.
- 25:35Speaker 7: And I want to give her the benefit of the
- 25:36Speaker 7: doubt because, you know, I do like her. She and
- 25:40Speaker 7: I had a really great time in New York and
- 25:42Speaker 7: we had a really fun conversation.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Yeah, she's fun and I like her too.
- 25:45Speaker 2: She's great.
- 25:46Speaker 7: And again, I like all of these women. There's not
- 25:49Speaker 7: one that I'm like, fuck this bitch. I don't want
- 25:50Speaker 7: to see her on my screen. I want to say
- 25:53Speaker 7: that he told her, whatever you want to talk about,
- 25:56Speaker 7: He knows what he signed up for, right? He appears
- 25:58Speaker 7: on camera, too.
- 25:59Speaker 5: But you said that kind of made you go, like,
- 26:02Speaker 5: you didn't like that she was saying that.
- 26:05Speaker 7: Well, I just know the way that I practice my program,
- 26:08Speaker 7: I would not. I'm out talking about my sobriety, but
- 26:13Speaker 7: no one else can have one fucking word about my
- 26:15Speaker 7: sobriety and my story.
- 26:16Speaker 2: Like, that's not your story to share.
- 26:19Speaker 7: So it was I was taken aback when she said
- 26:23Speaker 7: I'm married to an alcoholic. It's like, well, if he's
- 26:26Speaker 7: in a program that's anonymous and unless he's out here
- 26:29Speaker 7: talking about it, he needs to be present when you're
- 26:32Speaker 7: talking about his alcoholism.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I think she is coming from a place that I
- 26:41Speaker 1: feel like.
- 26:41Speaker 5: She has like was, you know. Like covering, like she said,
- 26:47Speaker 5: I was coming up for him. I was doing all
- 26:49Speaker 5: this stuff. I got on the show because he wanted
- 26:51Speaker 5: to do it. And he was a dick and everything,
- 26:54Speaker 5: but I was willing to stay till the end. Like
- 26:57Speaker 5: I've had friends where they're not in a happy marriage, really,
- 27:01Speaker 5: but they were like, I'll stay till, you know, till
- 27:04Speaker 5: you die, till we die.
- 27:05Speaker 1: And then they.
- 27:06Speaker 5: Are surprised when all of a sudden someone comes in
- 27:08Speaker 5: and hands them the, you know, the notice of I'm filed.
- 27:12Speaker 5: And they're absolutely shocked. And they're like, I knew I
- 27:14Speaker 5: wasn't going to marriage, but I wasn't ready to leave.
- 27:17Speaker 5: Like I was going to just put up with it.
- 27:19Speaker 5: I thought we were just going to be one of
- 27:20Speaker 5: those miserable couples till we die.
- 27:21Speaker 1: Well, people get comfortable.
- 27:22Speaker 2: People get addicted to the comfortability.
- 27:24Speaker 1: So I think she is coming. This is a while ago.
- 27:27Speaker 1: You know, this is like nine months ago or whenever
- 27:29Speaker 1: this was filmed.
- 27:29Speaker 5: And I think she was really coming off a place
- 27:32Speaker 5: of being really quite shocked.
- 27:35Speaker 1: And we see it in real time, which is.
- 27:38Speaker 5: Very compelling to watch where we talk every day.
- 27:41Speaker 1: We're best friends too. Oh my God.
- 27:44Speaker 5: Now, like clearly, I mean, now I, I have no
- 27:48Speaker 5: doubt that they will eventually divorce.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Like there's no way they're going to make it. No.
- 27:52Speaker 7: And I think that once she, once there's that, that final,
- 27:57Speaker 7: you know, stamp that you're on your own and go
- 27:59Speaker 7: do your thing. I think what kind of, and I
- 28:03Speaker 7: shared this with her, I was like, what kind of
- 28:05Speaker 7: revived me is when like, I went out and met
- 28:10Speaker 7: someone and it was like it was supposed to just
- 28:13Speaker 7: be a one night stand and it like truly revived me.
- 28:16Speaker 7: Like I felt like that was when I could really
- 28:19Speaker 7: move on and know like, OK, I'm still.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Like the only way to get over someone is to
- 28:23Speaker 1: get under someone new.
- 28:25Speaker 8: Yes.
- 28:25Speaker 7: And you start feeling that like, oh, I like I
- 28:28Speaker 7: feel sexy. And why do I feel like I want to,
- 28:31Speaker 7: you know, you fall.
- 28:32Speaker 1: Into this person anymore. She needs to get laid.
- 28:38Speaker 5: She needs to be romanced and get laid. And I
- 28:40Speaker 5: think sometimes when you're in mommy mode and you have
- 28:43Speaker 5: been in kind of a sexless marriage with these, they
- 28:45Speaker 5: both kind of admit that that was it for a while.
- 28:48Speaker 5: I think that you can get to a place where
- 28:50Speaker 5: you don't really miss it. I think there are women
- 28:52Speaker 5: that they don't really know what they're missing. It's like
- 28:54Speaker 5: when you give up whatever, something, your favorite thing to eat.
- 28:59Speaker 5: And then you're like, oh my God, you know, I
- 29:01Speaker 5: haven't had McDonald's in like five years. And then some,
- 29:03Speaker 5: then you're on a road trip and you're like this
- 29:04Speaker 5: fucking sandwich. It's like, oh my God, like you're like
- 29:08Speaker 5: toes are curling.
- 29:09Speaker 1: And so it's like, I think that can kind of happen.
- 29:12Speaker 2: No, I think it will.
- 29:12Speaker 5: With women when you're so in mommy mode and you're
- 29:15Speaker 5: so busy and you're in career mode and you're like,
- 29:18Speaker 5: I don't, I'm not looking for it.
- 29:19Speaker 1: I'm not out flirting.
- 29:21Speaker 5: I'm not, you know, but I would love to see
- 29:23Speaker 5: her date someone that kind of sweeps her off her feet.
- 29:26Speaker 2: I think we're going to see that.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 29:28Speaker 5: What do you think about, now some people feel that
- 29:32Speaker 5: Garcelle and Sutton, you know, are not really giving that
- 29:36Speaker 5: much to the show, but I feel.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Like But do they ever?
- 29:40Speaker 6: No.
- 29:41Speaker 1: I mean, what are they supposed to do? Like, they
- 29:43Speaker 1: don't have men so that you can't have that storyline. Yeah.
- 29:45Speaker 2: I mean, I like them as an addition.
- 29:48Speaker 1: Yeah. And how do you feel about the Jennifer Tilly?
- 29:51Speaker 7: How do you not love her? There's not one thing
- 29:54Speaker 7: that she could say or do that would make me
- 29:55Speaker 7: not love her. But also there's– Thanking Sam in every
- 29:58Speaker 7: confessional for all the cool shit she gets to buy.
- 30:01Speaker 2: I'm like, you're a real woman.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Her ex-husband who passed. I think she's really fun and
- 30:04Speaker 1: I think she's like.
- 30:05Speaker 5: A fun little perk that kind of takes that Kathy
- 30:08Speaker 5: Hilton role.
- 30:09Speaker 2: I don't think they're ever going to give her– what
- 30:11Speaker 2: do they hold? A diamond.
- 30:12Speaker 5: She's got nothing to lose. She doesn't have a child
- 30:15Speaker 5: that can hate her for being on TV. She doesn't
- 30:17Speaker 5: have an ex-husband who can hate her for being on TV.
- 30:19Speaker 5: She has a boyfriend that we don't see.
- 30:21Speaker 2: Who is a poker player.
- 30:22Speaker 1: But however, we're not really seeing much of her life
- 30:26Speaker 1: except for her possessions.
- 30:27Speaker 2: No, but I think that that's what's fun about her.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't mind it.
- 30:30Speaker 7: She pops in, shows us her weird little fucking boat
- 30:33Speaker 7: bag from Louis Vuitton that costs like as much as
- 30:36Speaker 7: someone's car.
- 30:37Speaker 1: Or a boat. Or a boat.
- 30:38Speaker 2: An actual boat. Like, I just think she adds that lightheartedness.
- 30:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 30:43Speaker 2: And it's not like she needs the paycheck.
- 30:45Speaker 5: No, that's why I think they're not going to fuck
- 30:47Speaker 5: with her and kind of like ruin her life with
- 30:48Speaker 5: a weird storyline.
- 30:49Speaker 6: No.
- 30:50Speaker 5: But so I think she'll come next back next year.
- 30:53Speaker 5: But like if it just kind of continues on this path,
- 30:55Speaker 5: she might be like, I'm good after.
- 30:57Speaker 1: I don't know. Like I love something needs to happen. Yeah.
- 30:59Speaker 6: I love.
- 31:00Speaker 1: She's also a voice of reason.
- 31:02Speaker 2: She's a voice of reason. But I can tell like
- 31:06Speaker 2: she's calm.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 31:07Speaker 2: But one wrong move. She will fucking demolish you. Right.
- 31:13Speaker 2: Like those are the ones the ones that are very calm.
- 31:15Speaker 1: Like, oh, yeah.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Well, I'm like a barker.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Right.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Not much of a biter. Like, you don't really need
- 31:20Speaker 2: to worry about me. I'm like all. I can't believe.
- 31:23Speaker 1: One thing I don't believe.
- 31:25Speaker 5: I just don't believe that she wants to have another baby.
- 31:27Speaker 5: I think that is kind of a little bit of
- 31:30Speaker 5: a storyline.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Who would want to have. I know people do for
- 31:34Speaker 1: your boyfriend, but she's 47 or 48.
- 31:36Speaker 5: And her daughter is like already 16.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Yeah. I don't know.
- 31:42Speaker 2: But let me tell you, I'm 34.
- 31:44Speaker 5: Remember when Luann said she wanted to have another baby
- 31:47Speaker 5: with the French guy?
- 31:49Speaker 2: Yeah, and then Ramona takes a pregnancy test on the way.
- 31:51Speaker 1: And then Ramona was like, oh my God, my period
- 31:53Speaker 1: is late.
- 31:53Speaker 2: She's like, I have my period. I have my period
- 31:57Speaker 2: right now.
- 31:58Speaker 1: And then Kim Richards was like, I want to have
- 32:00Speaker 1: another baby. And Kyle's like, what? Remember when Kyle Richards
- 32:04Speaker 1: was dating the guy that she met in her mailbox?
- 32:06Speaker 2: No, she didn't say, I want to have another baby.
- 32:08Speaker 2: She goes, I'm going to have a baby. And she's like,
- 32:12Speaker 2: are you sure it's not something else? It's at Sir.
- 32:15Speaker 7: And she's kind of like taking the trash out of
- 32:18Speaker 7: the fucking limo.
- 32:20Speaker 1: No, the limo was another episode. It's the same season, though.
- 32:23Speaker 2: It's the same season. It's like lipstick.
- 32:26Speaker 1: Remember she was dating Kim Richards?
- 32:30Speaker 5: She was dating that really unattractive guy that Brandi Glanville called,
- 32:34Speaker 5: that he looked like a.
- 32:37Speaker 2: A dog staff or something.
- 32:40Speaker 1: I'm always like, where is that guy? Like, like, where
- 32:44Speaker 1: is that guy?
- 32:45Speaker 2: Where is that guy?
- 32:46Speaker 1: Where is that guy from New Jersey?
- 32:48Speaker 5: That was Daniel Stobbs. Guy that was like basically a gangster.
- 32:54Speaker 1: With long hair. Danny. Like, where is daddy?
- 32:58Speaker 2: How they roll up into that very, like, it was
- 33:02Speaker 2: such a cute event for the woman. For the woman
- 33:05Speaker 2: whose child had, like, cancer or something. Right?
- 33:10Speaker 1: You're like, what are you guys talking about? When you know,
- 33:12Speaker 1: you know. It's like the vintage is so good.
- 33:16Speaker 2: Everyone knows. At the Brownstone, you guys. You know.
- 33:20Speaker 5: Do you, now here's the question, because I, you know,
- 33:22Speaker 5: have talked about this so much. I've taken a strong,
- 33:27Speaker 5: unique stand recently.
- 33:29Speaker 6: On?
- 33:30Speaker 1: I don't think Kyle's a lesbian.
- 33:32Speaker 5: And I don't know that she and Morgan were ever
- 33:35Speaker 5: anything but friends. And that's my shocking statement.
- 33:38Speaker 2: No, she seemed too conflicted.
- 33:41Speaker 1: What do you think?
- 33:43Speaker 7: I think maybe they had moments of like, I don't
- 33:47Speaker 7: think that they ever had sex or, you know, I
- 33:50Speaker 7: don't think that she ate her box or anything like that.
- 33:53Speaker 7: I think there were moments of maybe like laying in
- 33:56Speaker 7: bed together in some cuddles and it feeling like, OK,
- 33:59Speaker 7: this feels like.
- 34:00Speaker 2: More than a friend.
- 34:01Speaker 1: And I see myself. Yeah.
- 34:03Speaker 7: Could I see myself with this person? No, she seemed
- 34:07Speaker 7: too conflicted at the reunion about that. Like she was battling.
- 34:10Speaker 7: I don't know what I want. And I've eaten a
- 34:12Speaker 7: few cookie in my day. And it's kind of confusing.
- 34:15Speaker 2: You're like, all right, well. And I think that's, you know,
- 34:17Speaker 2: she gave up drinking.
- 34:19Speaker 6: Right.
- 34:20Speaker 2: She's desperate for clarity.
- 34:22Speaker 6: Right.
- 34:23Speaker 5: I said she didn't have a midlife crisis.
- 34:24Speaker 1: She had a midlife awakening.
- 34:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 34:27Speaker 5: It was an awakening of being sober, working out, stepping
- 34:30Speaker 5: away from Mo.
- 34:32Speaker 1: But it now feels like.
- 34:35Speaker 5: There's some regret of making it so easy for Mo
- 34:41Speaker 5: and her to live separately.
- 34:43Speaker 1: Like she's, his life is so easy. He's in.
- 34:47Speaker 5: A concierge-run penthouse that was staged beautifully.
- 34:50Speaker 1: His daughter can see. He works with three of the daughters.
- 34:54Speaker 1: And the other daughter got a Porsche that she can
- 34:56Speaker 1: come over anytime she wants.
- 34:57Speaker 2: In the last episode, she slept at her dad's.
- 34:59Speaker 6: Right.
- 34:59Speaker 5: So his relationship with his kids are not suffering at
- 35:02Speaker 5: all because they waited so long.
- 35:06Speaker 1: You want the house in Aspen this week? Great. I'll
- 35:09Speaker 1: take it next week. I'll go to La Quinta instead
- 35:11Speaker 1: with my Dancing with the Stars partner or whatever. And
- 35:14Speaker 1: she has to be like, Oh, okay. Did you get
- 35:17Speaker 1: the sheets I sent you?
- 35:18Speaker 2: That's all right.
- 35:19Speaker 1: I already got sheets.
- 35:21Speaker 6: What?
- 35:22Speaker 1: Like, it's just kind of like, I feel like that.
- 35:24Speaker 5: Is honestly the juiciest part for someone like me that's
- 35:29Speaker 5: been married for, like, a really long time, who's now, like,
- 35:32Speaker 5: basically an empty nester. And, yeah, you might, like, be
- 35:36Speaker 5: over your husband sometimes, but then you're like, but, you know,
- 35:41Speaker 5: what— I don't know.
- 35:43Speaker 1: Like, I don't think he— she' s.
- 35:45Speaker 5: Not giving him— he' s definitely having his cake and eating it, too.
- 35:48Speaker 1: He's not— he' s not missing anything. They're not splitting up the money.
- 35:52Speaker 5: He doesn't care that he's not at the Encino house
- 35:55Speaker 5: with the four dogs.
- 35:56Speaker 6: No.
- 35:56Speaker 1: He doesn't miss the dogs. No.
- 36:00Speaker 2: That's really sad. Men are just very different than women.
- 36:02Speaker 1: They are.
- 36:03Speaker 2: And I don't think we're supposed to be together.
- 36:04Speaker 1: I mean— I mean, yeah, I do think gay men
- 36:09Speaker 1: are the happiest couples.
- 36:10Speaker 2: They are. Have you gone to Palm Springs?
- 36:12Speaker 1: I mean, they are the happiest. They are the happiest.
- 36:16Speaker 1: And also because many of them, you know, have maybe
- 36:20Speaker 1: not a total monogamous relationship for 40 years, but they
- 36:23Speaker 1: can stay together for 40 years because they're men.
- 36:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 36:26Speaker 1: And they see things in a different way than we do.
- 36:28Speaker 7: When you talk to it's like we miss the the
- 36:32Speaker 7: little things like we we were going to grow old
- 36:36Speaker 7: together and like watch our grandkids come through these doors
- 36:39Speaker 7: where like a dude doesn't think about that. He's like,
- 36:42Speaker 7: I fucked a 22 year old last night.
- 36:44Speaker 2: Life is fucking awesome.
- 36:46Speaker 6: Right.
- 36:46Speaker 2: We don't think that way. We like memories.
- 36:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 36:51Speaker 2: And experiences.
- 36:52Speaker 6: Yes.
- 36:52Speaker 7: And we hold on to those things. Men are more
- 36:55Speaker 7: in the moment of, oh, my gosh, we got the WAP.
- 36:58Speaker 2: We're popping champagne. It's very– we're not supposed to be together.
- 37:02Speaker 5: Well, let me get into this breakup that I'm a
- 37:05Speaker 5: little bit obsessed with since we're talking about this.
- 37:07Speaker 2: Oh, what is this?
- 37:07Speaker 1: Kirk Connell. Who's that? This is Matt James and Rachel
- 37:11Speaker 1: Kirk Connell.
- 37:12Speaker 5: Okay.
- 37:13Speaker 6: Okay.
- 37:13Speaker 2: 28 years old? She's a baby. They were going to
- 37:16Speaker 2: get married?
- 37:16Speaker 6: Okay.
- 37:16Speaker 1: So let me tell you the whole story because I
- 37:18Speaker 1: am obsessed.
- 37:18Speaker 2: Okay.
- 37:19Speaker 7: Tell me.
- 37:19Speaker 5: I watched this whole season. And he was the first
- 37:23Speaker 5: black bachelor. And his mom was white. His dad was black.
- 37:26Speaker 5: But they broke up when they were young. And his
- 37:28Speaker 5: mom was very attractive. And he was a delight.
- 37:31Speaker 1: Okay.
- 37:32Speaker 5: And so they've been together four years. But they've broken up.
- 37:39Speaker 5: But I want to tell you what's interesting about a
- 37:40Speaker 5: couple things. So she goes on Call Her Daddy and
- 37:43Speaker 5: I listened. And honestly, it's heartbreaking because people should realize
- 37:49Speaker 5: this is what happened with this girl. This guy did
- 37:52Speaker 5: not stick up for her a few times. And she
- 37:57Speaker 5: should have believed it the first time. And this is
- 37:58Speaker 5: the controversial part that I'm the only one talking about it.
- 38:01Speaker 5: And even I believe she and Collar Daddy Alex danced
- 38:06Speaker 5: around a little bit.
- 38:07Speaker 1: And the controversy is.
- 38:09Speaker 5: They were on the show post-George Floyd, Black Lives Matter,
- 38:15Speaker 5: but really close to it. Like the world was at
- 38:18Speaker 5: a racist, racial talking all the time, right? While the
- 38:25Speaker 5: show is going on.
- 38:26Speaker 2: And she's in 2020.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Yes.
- 38:28Speaker 6: Yes. OK.
- 38:29Speaker 5: And while or 21 or whatever, while it's going on,
- 38:33Speaker 5: she is a front runner and somebody goes deep dive
- 38:37Speaker 5: and sees that when she was a freshman in college,
- 38:40Speaker 5: she went to a fraternity party where the theme was Antebellum, Antebellum,
- 38:45Speaker 5: whatever the like.
- 38:46Speaker 2: Wearing the Civil War type outfits. Like Lady Antebellum type?
- 38:50Speaker 1: Yes, like wearing the Civil War outfits.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Okay.
- 38:52Speaker 5: And actually the fraternity had nationally said stop doing that
- 38:56Speaker 5: theme and these people did it.
- 38:58Speaker 1: Where did she go to school? I'm not sure, but
- 39:01Speaker 1: she was just there in a photo.
- 39:03Speaker 2: It's a strange thing to have.
- 39:04Speaker 1: Yes, it is. It's awful.
- 39:05Speaker 5: But she was 18 and she was invited and she
- 39:08Speaker 5: went with her sorority sisters and she's in a photo.
- 39:10Speaker 6: Okay.
- 39:11Speaker 2: All right.
- 39:11Speaker 5: So- Cut to, you know, and I've told this story before,
- 39:17Speaker 5: but I just think it's interesting. So Chris Harrison, the
- 39:20Speaker 5: host of it for 20 years, he's doing an interview
- 39:23Speaker 5: promoting something else. And the host asks him about these
- 39:28Speaker 5: photos of Rachel.
- 39:29Speaker 1: Now he.
- 39:30Speaker 5: I believe, you know, he has the knowledge that she's
- 39:32Speaker 5: the front runner, but I think he's protecting her. But
- 39:35Speaker 5: in it, He's like, this is crazy. She's, you know,
- 39:38Speaker 5: he also has young college kids at that age. And
- 39:41Speaker 5: he's like, this is a college kid that went to
- 39:42Speaker 5: a party and, you know, like.
- 39:44Speaker 2: Didn't understand like the gravity of what she was doing.
- 39:46Speaker 1: Yes.
- 39:46Speaker 2: It was more like, this is just a platform for
- 39:48Speaker 2: me to go get wasted with my friends.
- 39:50Speaker 5: He was just, he was, saying, let's give some of
- 39:53Speaker 5: these kids some grace when they make a decision where they,
- 39:56Speaker 5: you know, didn't know it.
- 39:57Speaker 1: It doesn't, she, okay.
- 39:59Speaker 5: It was bad, but it wasn't like, oh my God,
- 40:01Speaker 5: did you know that she and her family were, you know,
- 40:03Speaker 5: part of the Ku Klux Klan?
- 40:04Speaker 1: It wasn't that. Okay.
- 40:06Speaker 5: But at the time it was like, oh my God,
- 40:08Speaker 5: it was the height of cancel, right?
- 40:09Speaker 6: Right.
- 40:10Speaker 1: So she doesn't really know this is going on.
- 40:13Speaker 5: This is what I'm gathering from what I'm listening and
- 40:15Speaker 5: I don't have the perfect timeline. And she says in
- 40:18Speaker 5: the interview, we are getting along, we're having our alone
- 40:22Speaker 5: time off camera in the fantasy suites and everything.
- 40:25Speaker 2: That's where they have sex, right?
- 40:26Speaker 1: Yes.
- 40:27Speaker 5: And so then she says, but then all of a
- 40:29Speaker 5: sudden they're like, we don't have an engagement. He doesn't
- 40:36Speaker 5: ask anyone to get married and we don't have an engagement.
- 40:39Speaker 5: And it felt like the producers were sort of annoyed
- 40:41Speaker 5: that we didn't have our engagement. Then between that and
- 40:45Speaker 5: then after the rose, all this stuff explodes where she
- 40:48Speaker 5: is like public enemy number one.
- 40:50Speaker 1: But she's very careful. She doesn't really share this.
- 40:53Speaker 5: Of how she's feeling. But then she goes back on
- 40:55Speaker 5: the show. They have a different host because they fired
- 40:57Speaker 5: Chris Harrison for that.
- 40:58Speaker 6: Okay.
- 40:58Speaker 1: For his comments in defending her.
- 41:00Speaker 2: Really?
- 41:01Speaker 1: Yes.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Where have I been?
- 41:03Speaker 1: Because nobody talks about this because it's too sensitive, but
- 41:05Speaker 1: I don't fucking care. It's 2025.
- 41:07Speaker 5: And I'm fascinated by the story because it's like a
- 41:10Speaker 5: moment in history that needs to be discussed. Because basically
- 41:13Speaker 5: they bullied him to not be with her. The public,
- 41:17Speaker 5: everybody was like, don't be with Rachel because she went
- 41:21Speaker 5: to that party.
- 41:22Speaker 6: Okay.
- 41:22Speaker 1: Okay.
- 41:23Speaker 5: So she has to come out there and they have
- 41:25Speaker 5: a new host who is a black guy and he
- 41:27Speaker 5: was good at the job.
- 41:29Speaker 1: And, you know, Matt James won't barely look at her.
- 41:34Speaker 1: And he's like, could you give her a hug? And
- 41:35Speaker 1: he's like, no. And she is shunned.
- 41:38Speaker 5: I have to work on myself. I have to, you know, learn.
- 41:41Speaker 5: So she leaves and.
- 41:45Speaker 1: But he's still talking to her every day. They're secretly
- 41:48Speaker 1: seeing each other.
- 41:49Speaker 7: So on camera, he shuns her for the photos.
- 41:53Speaker 1: Yes.
- 41:53Speaker 5: And because of all the public of like, how could
- 41:55Speaker 5: you be a black man with this woman?
- 41:57Speaker 2: Okay.
- 41:57Speaker 5: So I remember at the time, I was like, this
- 42:03Speaker 5: is our version of the 1960s. This is crazy that
- 42:07Speaker 5: the public won't let this couple be together.
- 42:09Speaker 2: When he wants to be with her.
- 42:10Speaker 1: Yes, he wants to be.
- 42:11Speaker 5: With her, but he's... So wrapped up in everybody in
- 42:15Speaker 5: his ear and talking about and this career that he's
- 42:17Speaker 5: now having in TV. He's like, I can't fuck with you.
- 42:20Speaker 5: So they are in all purposes of everybody in the world.
- 42:24Speaker 5: They are broken up. I find out when I do
- 42:27Speaker 5: my guest spot on The Bachelor where it was the
- 42:30Speaker 5: cute it was this cute girl.
- 42:32Speaker 1: Katie, she was a bachelorette.
- 42:34Speaker 5: So I'm there and I get the scoop from people.
- 42:37Speaker 5: And the scoop is they're secretly seeing each other.
- 42:40Speaker 2: Oh, we got the juicy scoop. And I go, what?
- 42:44Speaker 5: That is the saddest thing I've ever heard. Like that
- 42:46Speaker 5: is so, why are people not seeing that this is sad?
- 42:48Speaker 5: That the social media and everybody.
- 42:51Speaker 1: Is making him be like, you can't be with this
- 42:54Speaker 1: girl because you're black and she's white. Literally, that's what
- 42:56Speaker 1: it was. So she secretly is talking to him and
- 42:59Speaker 1: seeing him. Now she reveals that also at that time,
- 43:02Speaker 1: Someone sends something to reality, Steve, that he has reached
- 43:07Speaker 1: out to this girl and somebody's talking.
- 43:09Speaker 2: Okay.
- 43:10Speaker 1: And she's like, the girl's like, I have been talking
- 43:13Speaker 1: to or seeing Matt. I've been talking to him.
- 43:15Speaker 5: But I've also been hearing rumors that he's actually seeing
- 43:18Speaker 5: Rachel secretly. So Rachel finds this out and she's like, oh,
- 43:22Speaker 5: my God, like, I'm done with you. He lures her
- 43:24Speaker 5: back again. And then he's like, okay, now let's date, okay?
- 43:29Speaker 2: So now they.
- 43:30Speaker 5: Date for three years, three years, and I'm following them.
- 43:35Speaker 5: And all they do is go and travel together. and
- 43:38Speaker 5: are food influencers. But it's really his account. It's all
- 43:42Speaker 5: him making this perfectly cute face with her perfect body,
- 43:46Speaker 5: eat all this food. And he'd be like, okay, try
- 43:49Speaker 5: this mac and cheese. And I was like, how's this
- 43:51Speaker 5: girl staying thin? And they're traveling all over the world.
- 43:54Speaker 5: And he's like, oh yeah, you put that hot honey
- 43:57Speaker 5: on it. And they're like eating all this food and
- 43:58Speaker 5: they're traveling all around. And I'm like, wow, this is
- 44:00Speaker 5: so cool. They're like, traveling the world and they're getting
- 44:04Speaker 5: all these sponsorships and they're like foodies and bloggers and
- 44:08Speaker 5: bloggers and TikTokers and all of this stuff. So when
- 44:11Speaker 5: I was listening to it yesterday or this morning, she goes, um, yeah.
- 44:17Speaker 5: And then, you know, one time with our final fight
- 44:19Speaker 5: was that we were supposed to go to this restaurant in, in, in, uh,
- 44:22Speaker 5: Tokyo or something. And I, and it was closed. And
- 44:25Speaker 5: then the place I picked really wasn't good. And, So, therefore,
- 44:28Speaker 5: he wasn't going to be able to make a video
- 44:30Speaker 5: out of it. And I put so much pressure on
- 44:32Speaker 5: myself because, like, I failed him. Because every meal was
- 44:37Speaker 5: for content.
- 44:38Speaker 1: Oh, my.
- 44:38Speaker 2: What a nightmare.
- 44:39Speaker 1: And that's what they did for three.
- 44:41Speaker 5: Years was travel. And so my question to Rachel is–
- 44:46Speaker 5: Were you getting half of this money? How were you
- 44:49Speaker 5: guys splitting up? Because every time it was just him
- 44:51Speaker 5: eating something, I didn't watch it through. I need to
- 44:54Speaker 5: see her cute face with her perfect brows eating. I
- 44:57Speaker 5: was like a weird little freak, like watching her want
- 45:00Speaker 5: to eat.
- 45:01Speaker 1: Like I was getting off on it. So I'm like.
- 45:04Speaker 5: I think what happened is I think it's so fascinating
- 45:07Speaker 5: for so many reasons why this relationship didn't work. It
- 45:10Speaker 5: started out in this weird social climate.
- 45:13Speaker 2: It was destined to fail. And the reality show. Foundation
- 45:15Speaker 2: was cracked from the jump.
- 45:16Speaker 1: Then you add up that you're influencers around traveling and food.
- 45:20Speaker 5: And he's talking about marriage and kids, but he's never
- 45:23Speaker 5: asking you to marry him. And you're on year two
- 45:25Speaker 5: and year three and like– And she's so, it's so
- 45:29Speaker 5: sad because she's like so insecure. And I think he's
- 45:31Speaker 5: such a, he totally mind fucked her. And I also
- 45:34Speaker 5: just think he might have, and this is harsh. I
- 45:38Speaker 5: think he kind of lost respect for her. Because I mean,
- 45:41Speaker 5: he was like, I've lied to you a bunch of times.
- 45:43Speaker 5: I've dragged you around the world a bunch of times.
- 45:45Speaker 5: I've shoved all this food in your face. I don't
- 45:47Speaker 5: know how she's staying thin. And like, you still are
- 45:51Speaker 5: trying to please me and you're still hanging on. And
- 45:54Speaker 5: I just am like, Oh, that like breaks my heart.
- 45:56Speaker 1: I know.
- 45:56Speaker 5: I don't know if that's true and that's sad, but
- 45:58Speaker 5: I'm just like, I don't know. But I think like
- 46:00Speaker 5: it's a good lesson for girls to learn because she's
- 46:04Speaker 5: so cute. People want to see her with Craig from
- 46:07Speaker 5: Southern Charm.
- 46:09Speaker 2: Oh, that would be very cute. How's that going?
- 46:12Speaker 7: Are people like team one or the other? Are people
- 46:14Speaker 7: letting them be kind of pretty amicable?
- 46:17Speaker 5: I think nobody's team one or the other. I think
- 46:19Speaker 5: he handled it so well. And she was sad enough–
- 46:23Speaker 5: like both of them were sad enough about it that
- 46:26Speaker 5: I think people were– and both of them were likable
- 46:28Speaker 5: enough that it just like didn't– it just didn't pan out.
- 46:33Speaker 1: Yeah, there was no nobody.
- 46:35Speaker 5: But in this one, this is my prediction for Matt James.
- 46:40Speaker 5: He stops being a food vlogger and gets his real
- 46:42Speaker 5: estate license.
- 46:44Speaker 2: Oh, and then he's on Selling Sunset.
- 46:45Speaker 1: And then he's just whatever, a realtor. Like some hot
- 46:48Speaker 1: women will like ask him to show a place.
- 46:50Speaker 7: It's very hard to be a female right now dating
- 46:54Speaker 7: and figuring out like what you want in a dude.
- 46:57Speaker 7: Because if you're like a woman who cooks and cleans
- 47:03Speaker 7: and does the whole bit of housewife, the dude doesn't
- 47:08Speaker 7: have a lot of respect for you. But if you
- 47:09Speaker 7: have your own shit going on, then he feels like
- 47:13Speaker 7: he's not masculine and wearing the pants. It's like, I
- 47:15Speaker 7: don't know what lane to be in. So when you
- 47:19Speaker 7: know what you want, let the rest of us know.
- 47:21Speaker 7: Because it is fucking hard out there. And I would
- 47:24Speaker 7: have to like, leave my four walls to me to do,
- 47:27Speaker 7: like I understand. But I just, I watch my friends
- 47:30Speaker 7: leave their four walls pretty often and they're not.
- 47:33Speaker 2: Having any luck.
- 47:34Speaker 7: And to be honest, it's like, so I'm going to
- 47:36Speaker 7: waste my time going out. And when you're telling me
- 47:39Speaker 7: what's out there, I know. Or I could stay home,
- 47:42Speaker 7: watch some housewives, eat some good food, put some zit
- 47:45Speaker 7: patch little things on my face, hang out with my kids.
- 47:48Speaker 7: Like that to me sounds more fulfilling than going out
- 47:50Speaker 7: there to see what clowns exist in the circus.
- 47:54Speaker 2: Do you agree?
- 47:56Speaker 5: It is really– No, but it is really hard and
- 48:00Speaker 5: it is– I definitely think it's harder for your aged girl.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Well, it is.
- 48:07Speaker 5: And I could find someone– But a lot of us
- 48:08Speaker 5: didn't– like our generation, it's just a different generation, a
- 48:12Speaker 5: different way of looking at things. And– Yeah, it's tough
- 48:19Speaker 5: for all those reasons, you know? And then it's like
- 48:21Speaker 5: there's this whole like flexing of like, I don't have
- 48:25Speaker 5: to work. Look what my man got me. And we
- 48:27Speaker 5: see it all on social media. I mean, a lot
- 48:28Speaker 5: of it is just the fuck up of seeing everybody's life.
- 48:31Speaker 5: Like you can see every type of woman's inside of
- 48:34Speaker 5: their home life, whether they are struggling, whether they are
- 48:37Speaker 5: showing off. unpackaging because they are a proud sugar baby.
- 48:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:43Speaker 5: And they, I got your daddy and like your man
- 48:45Speaker 5: wants to be with me, that kind of shit. Or
- 48:46Speaker 5: they're that girl that is like, sorry, I'm going to
- 48:49Speaker 5: have to postpone me screwing a thousand men.
- 48:53Speaker 1: That Lily girl, like, and she's like this cute English girl.
- 48:57Speaker 5: And she's like, I wanted to break the records, but
- 48:59Speaker 5: US customs is being a bitch, you know, like with
- 49:01Speaker 5: letting the thousand, I don't, I couldn't even read the article.
- 49:04Speaker 5: I was like, this is, So I'm like, you're seeing
- 49:06Speaker 5: all of it and it is really, really hard.
- 49:09Speaker 1: And I agree that.
- 49:11Speaker 2: It's very hard.
- 49:12Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:13Speaker 7: But looking back and I think that this has a
- 49:15Speaker 7: tremendous impact on why I am the way I am
- 49:18Speaker 7: now is let's take out.
- 49:20Speaker 2: That my ex turned out to like not have money. Right.
- 49:24Speaker 7: When I was with him, we lived a pretty lavish life.
- 49:27Speaker 7: We were flying private every other day. It was no
- 49:32Speaker 7: big deal to walk into a designer store and get
- 49:35Speaker 7: decked head to toe, right? And I was in the
- 49:39Speaker 7: darkest place of my whole life.
- 49:41Speaker 1: During that time?
- 49:42Speaker 2: During that time.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Why?
- 49:44Speaker 2: I was just unfulfilled. I was not like, I think
- 49:48Speaker 2: I was forcing myself to like.
- 49:50Speaker 1: Say how great this is?
- 49:52Speaker 2: Yeah, and it just, I'm like, this looks fun. I
- 49:55Speaker 2: saw what I was posting. It looked fabulous, but it
- 49:57Speaker 2: was dark.
- 49:59Speaker 7: So now that I have a 30,000-foot view and I've
- 50:02Speaker 7: gained my independence, I don't care to go in. And
- 50:06Speaker 7: I've walked through Louis and Gucci a million and one times,
- 50:09Speaker 7: and I'm like, I don't want anything.
- 50:12Speaker 2: Does it give you kind of an ick factor? It
- 50:15Speaker 2: gives me an ick factor.
- 50:16Speaker 1: You do have a cute Gucci purse here, though.
- 50:18Speaker 2: Well, this was my grandmother's.
- 50:20Speaker 1: I have a classic one for my mom, too.
- 50:22Speaker 2: Yeah. This is, like, very vintage.
- 50:24Speaker 1: I love it.
- 50:24Speaker 7: You know, you hear about all these people who are
- 50:26Speaker 7: being robbed blind. Where you're like, I don't even want
- 50:29Speaker 7: this stuff. Because then people just want to break in
- 50:32Speaker 7: and steal it.
- 50:33Speaker 1: Or worse, be at gunpoint. Or be at gunpoint. Like Dorit. Yes. Like,
- 50:37Speaker 1: you know, leaving a restaurant and walking in your car. Yes.
- 50:41Speaker 7: So there is something about when I see social media
- 50:45Speaker 7: or when I'm with girls who think I'll I'm the
- 50:49Speaker 7: wrong audience member to talk about any of the big
- 50:53Speaker 7: expensive things that you have because I've been there. It
- 50:57Speaker 7: brought me nothing, not even a little bit of happiness.
- 51:01Speaker 1: Not those Gucci slides?
- 51:02Speaker 2: Which, by the way, I did leave when I aborted mission.
- 51:06Speaker 2: I left those. I left the Mrs. Emmett hanger that
- 51:09Speaker 2: my dress was supposed to be on.
- 51:11Speaker 1: So good.
- 51:12Speaker 2: Yeah. I was like, fuck these slides.
- 51:16Speaker 5: Yeah, I definitely think there's like an ick factor when
- 51:18Speaker 5: you see all of that and the people that cherish
- 51:23Speaker 5: it and also all the counterfeit, like how much how
- 51:26Speaker 5: easy it is to get counterfeit of it.
- 51:27Speaker 2: Right.
- 51:28Speaker 5: And then you see these breaking windows for it and people.
- 51:32Speaker 5: you know, stealing, but also risking their life because they're stealing,
- 51:36Speaker 5: like their life's screwed if we ever catch one of
- 51:38Speaker 5: those people.
- 51:39Speaker 1: Like, you know, it's like all of it. Like, it's just,
- 51:41Speaker 1: it's just kind of like, yeah, it's a turnoff.
- 51:45Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 51:46Speaker 2: I'm just like unfazed by all of it.
- 51:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Which is why I'm also like, Dorit, why don't you
- 51:50Speaker 1: just move away from that?
- 51:51Speaker 5: Like, I'd like to see a different Like what she–
- 51:54Speaker 5: you know, she has a great fashion sense. What she
- 51:57Speaker 5: should do is get back into fashion and have it
- 52:00Speaker 5: made in America and have it.
- 52:02Speaker 1: Quality and chic.
- 52:02Speaker 2: She should have her own fashion line.
- 52:04Speaker 5: Yeah, and have it chic and cool but not at
- 52:07Speaker 5: a $ 3, 000 price range. But at like, you know, $ 50
- 52:11Speaker 5: to $ 150 is, you know, you can get a piece for.
- 52:14Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's, I think, a quality item.
- 52:17Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:18Speaker 2: Like you're right in the middle.
- 52:19Speaker 7: It's not, you know– 150 completely doable right to show
- 52:24Speaker 7: up in $ 4, 000 you know tops yeah every single episode
- 52:29Speaker 7: it's it's a lot and I have appreciation I shouldn't
- 52:31Speaker 7: say that I don't have appreciation for like the designer
- 52:35Speaker 7: bags and all of those things because I'd be heartbroken
- 52:37Speaker 7: if someone did come in and take all of them
- 52:40Speaker 7: but it's just not something that I need to go
- 52:43Speaker 7: out and if I see it on Instagram I'm not like.
- 52:46Speaker 1: Oh You don't get the high off of it.
- 52:47Speaker 2: I want that.
- 52:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 52:48Speaker 2: No.
- 52:49Speaker 1: And the opening and the boxing.
- 52:51Speaker 2: Not in the least.
- 52:51Speaker 5: I think in some ways that's made people desire it
- 52:54Speaker 5: and in some ways that's made people be turned off
- 52:57Speaker 5: by it.
- 52:57Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 52:58Speaker 1: And be like, oh, it's so common now. Mm-hmm.
- 53:00Speaker 2: That's exactly what it is.
- 53:01Speaker 1: And the dupes are so– not even dupes. The fakes
- 53:04Speaker 1: are so good.
- 53:05Speaker 2: But even those, Heather– Down to the box and the bag. No,
- 53:08Speaker 2: but even that runs like– I talked about this Gucci
- 53:11Speaker 2: North Face Puffer jacket.
- 53:13Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 53:13Speaker 2: And it was fake and I had I was not
- 53:16Speaker 2: going to buy it. Eight hundred dollars.
- 53:18Speaker 7: Granted, the other the real one probably ran at eight
- 53:21Speaker 7: thousand dollars, but like eight hundred dollars for a fake Gucci.
- 53:26Speaker 2: I'm good. Yeah. I'll go to Zara or I'll go.
- 53:29Speaker 7: To like Aritzia and spend eight hundred dollars on a
- 53:32Speaker 7: bunch of shit.
- 53:33Speaker 6: Right.
- 53:33Speaker 2: Not one fake.
- 53:34Speaker 7: Like I'm not that desperado to make someone think that
- 53:37Speaker 7: I can afford this jacket.
- 53:38Speaker 1: But I also get it if, like, you know, brings
- 53:40Speaker 1: you joy, brings you joy. But this girl is adorable.
- 53:43Speaker 1: She's a good girl.
- 53:44Speaker 2: How do we get off on that tangent?
- 53:45Speaker 1: Because we're just talking about life in general.
- 53:47Speaker 5: And, like, she kept saying, like, I would say I'm
- 53:51Speaker 5: sorry for things that I really didn't even know what
- 53:54Speaker 5: I was sorry for. And, like, all that kind of stuff.
- 53:57Speaker 5: And I just– and so then anyway, she was totally blindsided. Like,
- 54:02Speaker 5: he announced they were broken up without– like, they broke up.
- 54:06Speaker 5: And then the next day he posted, we're broken up.
- 54:09Speaker 5: And that was the other thing. They, you know, were
- 54:11Speaker 5: obviously sleeping together. They were traveling together. They were going to,
- 54:14Speaker 5: you know, on all these trips together. But they never
- 54:19Speaker 5: lived together.
- 54:20Speaker 2: They never lived together?
- 54:21Speaker 1: Because he said.
- 54:22Speaker 2: Did they live in the same state?
- 54:23Speaker 1: No.
- 54:24Speaker 5: But like he had a place, he had an apartment
- 54:27Speaker 5: in New York and an apartment in Miami.
- 54:29Speaker 1: She had a place in Georgia.
- 54:31Speaker 5: And so they oftentimes were together, but they never officially
- 54:34Speaker 5: lived together. And he would be like, well, because I'm
- 54:38Speaker 5: so religious, I don't want to live with anybody until
- 54:41Speaker 5: I'm married. And we'll keep these places because we're going
- 54:43Speaker 5: to be that couple that travels.
- 54:44Speaker 2: I just don't think religious men live in Miami and
- 54:46Speaker 2: have apartments.
- 54:48Speaker 1: Sorry.
- 54:48Speaker 2: Don't buy it. I think they pretend.
- 54:50Speaker 1: I think. I think anyone. I know that Miami was
- 54:52Speaker 1: like the real thing.
- 54:53Speaker 2: That's the moment.
- 54:55Speaker 1: And New York. Yeah. Like, come on.
- 54:57Speaker 7: New York, I could let slide. You like to have fun.
- 54:59Speaker 7: And it's like, you're not trying to hide anything.
- 55:00Speaker 6: Right.
- 55:01Speaker 7: You tell me you have a place in Miami. You're
- 55:03Speaker 7: a dirty fucking dog. And the sad part is, you're
- 55:07Speaker 7: like the Lord Jesus Christ compared to most of the
- 55:10Speaker 7: people who live in Miami. I mean, I'm going to
- 55:14Speaker 7: have people from Miami come for me.
- 55:15Speaker 2: But I have women from Miami who tell me, You know,
- 55:20Speaker 2: with my ex, they're like, oh yeah, that should have
- 55:21Speaker 2: been your first clue.
- 55:22Speaker 6: Right.
- 55:23Speaker 2: Like I'm from there and I know.
- 55:25Speaker 6: Right.
- 55:26Speaker 1: So anyway, I wish her the best. I say yes.
- 55:28Speaker 1: Kind of like.
- 55:30Speaker 2: The Potomac guy.
- 55:31Speaker 1: Which Potomac guy?
- 55:32Speaker 7: Doesn't he, Stacy's guy, doesn't he say they can't sleep
- 55:37Speaker 7: together or live together because he's religious too?
- 55:40Speaker 1: Let's just go to that right now.
- 55:41Speaker 2: That's like the new thing.
- 55:42Speaker 6: Okay.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Real Housewives of Potomac.
- 55:44Speaker 5: I know I haven't covered it that much, but you
- 55:46Speaker 5: guys don't need to really be up on it for
- 55:48Speaker 5: this discussion.
- 55:48Speaker 1: No. So there's this new girl in it, and she's
- 55:51Speaker 1: very pretty. Her name's Stacey.
- 55:53Speaker 5: And she is dating this guy who's pushing 50, who
- 55:57Speaker 5: won't even.
- 55:57Speaker 2: He does not look 50, though. He looks good.
- 55:59Speaker 5: No, he looks good, but I can tell he's like
- 56:01Speaker 5: that old. And he won't even- I don't even know
- 56:06Speaker 5: that they've dry humped. I don't even think they've French kissed.
- 56:09Speaker 5: They've been dating a long time and he's like, I
- 56:13Speaker 5: will sleep with you eventually, but I just won't do
- 56:17Speaker 5: it right now because I'm so religious. And I'm like,
- 56:21Speaker 5: I think, I don't know if she's the smartest person
- 56:23Speaker 5: in the world and she kind of came up with
- 56:26Speaker 5: this so that she could be on the show because
- 56:27Speaker 5: it's such a weird storyline.
- 56:29Speaker 1: I would hire her too if she's like, this is.
- 56:31Speaker 5: My boyfriend who seems a little gay and says he's
- 56:34Speaker 5: religious and he's also on like the QVC with me.
- 56:37Speaker 5: and won't touch me, I would hire her too.
- 56:42Speaker 1: Or is she.
- 56:43Speaker 5: Really thinking that this is going to go somewhere and
- 56:47Speaker 5: this is the love of her life? Because she's kind
- 56:49Speaker 5: of dumb about her divorce too. That was wild. Yeah,
- 56:53Speaker 5: married like 16 years to some like He's rich. German
- 56:56Speaker 5: or Swedish or something. And she's like, no, we're just
- 57:00Speaker 5: going to– we don't have– we don't need to have–
- 57:03Speaker 5: I don't need to have a lawyer. He'll always take
- 57:05Speaker 5: care of me. And they're like– he says that now,
- 57:08Speaker 5: but once he gets a new girlfriend, you think that
- 57:10Speaker 5: girlfriend who then– is married to him or has his
- 57:12Speaker 5: baby is going to be like, did you make sure
- 57:14Speaker 5: that your ex-wife got her payment? Oh, your ex-wife wrote
- 57:18Speaker 5: me and said that her Range Rover is up for
- 57:21Speaker 5: an upgrade. I want to make sure you take care
- 57:24Speaker 5: of your ex-wife because you promised that you would 10
- 57:26Speaker 5: years ago before we got together.
- 57:28Speaker 2: No, no. You have to have.
- 57:29Speaker 7: She said she waived child support, but she won't waive
- 57:33Speaker 7: the alimony. And the lawyer said, why are you willing
- 57:35Speaker 7: to waive the child support, but not the alimony? Because
- 57:37Speaker 7: I want to make sure it's in writing that he
- 57:39Speaker 7: takes care of me. but you don't want it in
- 57:40Speaker 7: writing that he'll take care of your child, men get weird.
- 57:44Speaker 5: And they go– because then either they or the new
- 57:47Speaker 5: girl is like, why is– like let's just say where
- 57:50Speaker 5: we live, whatever. Like why is the daughter– why can't
- 57:54Speaker 5: your daughter go to Calabasas? Like that's such a great
- 57:56Speaker 5: public school. Why does she have to go to Oaks
- 57:58Speaker 5: Christian for $ 22, 000 a.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Year or whatever it is? Like why?
- 58:00Speaker 6: Why?
- 58:01Speaker 1: Why?
- 58:02Speaker 5: And then, yeah, well, I checked and it is one
- 58:05Speaker 5: of the best schools. And then, you know, and you're like,
- 58:07Speaker 5: but you said, but you're denying your daughter this. My
- 58:10Speaker 5: daughter doesn't even call me. Like, that's the other thing.
- 58:12Speaker 5: Now the teenager daughter doesn't want to hang out with
- 58:14Speaker 5: the dad. And hence you get, you know, Alec Baldwin
- 58:18Speaker 5: calling his daughter a little pig on the answering machine
- 58:20Speaker 5: 30 years ago.
- 58:21Speaker 1: You know, like it just happens.
- 58:23Speaker 2: That was wild. It happens. No, it does happen.
- 58:25Speaker 5: So you've got to have your shit in writing with
- 58:28Speaker 5: real lawyers, everybody.
- 58:31Speaker 2: Well, I think so, too.
- 58:32Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 58:33Speaker 2: He'll always take care of Arabella because he does it
- 58:35Speaker 2: right now. Well, I know him, but you don't know him.
- 58:39Speaker 1: Also, his business could fail.
- 58:40Speaker 5: He could he could come on hard times. And if
- 58:42Speaker 5: he doesn't have that, he at least has to pay
- 58:44Speaker 5: you a certain amount or a certain percentage.
- 58:46Speaker 1: And you could be screwed that way, too.
- 58:47Speaker 2: No, I think she's she's seeing the best in people,
- 58:49Speaker 2: which I appreciate.
- 58:50Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 58:51Speaker 2: For someone her age, she's stunning.
- 58:53Speaker 7: You would think she's been a little bit more wounded.
- 58:55Speaker 7: She'd have more life experiences under her belt to be like,
- 58:57Speaker 7: this is kind of weird.
- 58:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 58:59Speaker 7: Because the guy who's like, I don't want to sleep
- 59:01Speaker 7: with you because I'm super religious.
- 59:04Speaker 2: By the way, such a turnoff. Yeah.
- 59:06Speaker 7: You're probably super fucking bad in bed and it's not
- 59:09Speaker 7: going to.
- 59:09Speaker 1: Be worth it.
- 59:10Speaker 5: He and Matt James should go do a show together
- 59:12Speaker 5: and fall in love.
- 59:13Speaker 1: Make them eat the food.
- 59:14Speaker 7: We should put them in Matt James's penthouse in Miami
- 59:18Speaker 7: because I'm just so confused. Like you're just out there
- 59:22Speaker 7: with a bunch of like blow and tons of BBLs
- 59:25Speaker 7: and you're like, nope, I'm a Christian.
- 59:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 59:30Speaker 5: What do you think about Ashley? Did you see that
- 59:34Speaker 5: Ashley was a drag king?
- 59:36Speaker 2: I'm obsessed with her, by the way. She is so pretty.
- 59:40Speaker 2: So cute. everything about her. I love that she like
- 59:43Speaker 2: ripped her fucking top off with her.
- 59:48Speaker 5: So for you guys, this was a moment in housewife's history.
- 59:51Speaker 5: It's this is show is not your typical show. So Ashley,
- 59:55Speaker 5: who is divorced from an old, ugly Australian, who I
- 59:58Speaker 5: think was married to somebody when she started, when she
- 1:00:00Speaker 5: met him, I think she worked at one of his restaurants.
- 1:00:02Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: That makes sense.
- 1:00:03Speaker 5: And I'm just saying, I think, but someone told me.
- 1:00:05Speaker 5: And then, um, And then she has these two little
- 1:00:08Speaker 5: boys and she is bisexual and always brought in like
- 1:00:11Speaker 5: thirds and whatever. And then he got caught helping a
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: lady that wanted to take a nap in his hotel room.
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: She was very tired.
- 1:00:20Speaker 5: And she took a photo of him in his underwear.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: And finally she came to– and also there was some
- 1:00:27Speaker 5: guy in London that said he also had to take
- 1:00:28Speaker 5: a nap in.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: His hotel room.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: Lots of napping.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: So anyway, they get divorced.
- 1:00:33Speaker 5: And now she's– She's out bisexual and she does a
- 1:00:39Speaker 5: drag king show.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: So she dresses like a guy and does this whole
- 1:00:43Speaker 5: big dance because she's a good dancer.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: And yeah, she rips off her shirt.
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: She's on your boobs.
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: She gives Karen a lap dance.
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: She rips off her shirt with her mom and her
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: uncle there with just her pasties. And- I mean, yeah,
- 1:00:56Speaker 5: it was something we hadn't seen before. We've seen a
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: lot of drag queen shows, but we've never seen a
- 1:01:01Speaker 5: housewife be a drag king. So I want to say
- 1:01:03Speaker 5: congrats for that.
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: She looked hot. The Josh is the most unlikely pairing,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: her boyfriend.
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: I'm obsessed. I'm obsessed with it.
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: Yeah, but he seems cute and nice.
- 1:01:15Speaker 7: No, he's so cute, so nice, and I love the
- 1:01:17Speaker 7: way that I'm sure... He just looks at her mesmerized.
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: Like, how did I get this piece of ass? Like,
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: she is amazing. Yeah.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: Because you know she's good in bed.
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 1:01:28Speaker 2: Sober or lit.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: She says she's, what did she say? She said I'm
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: a top as a lesbian or in a bottom as
- 1:01:34Speaker 1: a hetero.
- 1:01:36Speaker 2: Wait, top as a lesbian? Yeah. Bottom as– okay.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: I guess like she's– I don't know. I guess she
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: wears the strap on or I don't know.
- 1:01:43Speaker 2: I don't know, but I can tell she's fun.
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: So anyway, she's sexy. And then we have Karen Huger
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: who did.
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: Get a DUI when she crashed into this tree.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: That was wild, that body cam footage.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: So the body cam footage comes out.
- 1:01:57Speaker 2: Did she say she was Jefferson's concubine or something?
- 1:02:00Speaker 5: She said Thomas– she was Thomas Jefferson's concubine.
- 1:02:04Speaker 2: What the fuck?
- 1:02:05Speaker 5: She was really– she was so drunk that when I
- 1:02:08Speaker 5: see something like that, I think as someone who has
- 1:02:12Speaker 5: enjoyed cocktails in my life, when you are so wasted,
- 1:02:16Speaker 5: sometimes it's almost like you're in a dream state. And
- 1:02:19Speaker 5: you're like, don't even know what you're saying. Like, and
- 1:02:21Speaker 5: I think that she was that drunk.
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: Well, obviously.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Like, what the fuck are you talking about?
- 1:02:25Speaker 5: And then, like, Ray is, like, so anyway, she gets
- 1:02:28Speaker 5: her attorneys.
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: The whole season, she's like, I'll be vindicated and this
- 1:02:32Speaker 1: and that.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Yeah, she is saying she'll be vindicated. And she's like,
- 1:02:35Speaker 2: I'm stressed. I'm not eating.
- 1:02:37Speaker 7: And then it comes out that she's, like, actually on
- 1:02:39Speaker 7: Ozempic because she doesn't want to get diabetes.
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: Right. Well, you know what? Also, the days of shaming
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: people of Ozempic are also over. Okay?
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:02:48Speaker 5: Because it used to be, you're stealing it from the
- 1:02:51Speaker 5: diabetic people.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: They're going to lose a leg.
- 1:02:53Speaker 2: And the stomach's like, we can make more. We can
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: make more.
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: Now, that is not the case. There's lots of companies
- 1:02:59Speaker 5: that you can get it from and do it.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: If you want to do it, great. One of my
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: predictions came true.
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: What is it? That you could lose your hearing, your eyesight?
- 1:03:07Speaker 5: This one I'm very proud of because I said this
- 1:03:09Speaker 5: over two years ago.
- 1:03:10Speaker 2: Tell me.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: I said Lizzo is going to go on it and
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: lose weight. And she has.
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: She looks good.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: She has.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: She looks very good.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: And I said, and it'll cause her to lose some popularity.
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: And has she?
- 1:03:23Speaker 5: But once people accept that people are getting thinner because
- 1:03:28Speaker 5: they can, and then eventually you're just going to have
- 1:03:32Speaker 5: to enjoy them because they wrote a good song.
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: And so she'll come back around.
- 1:03:38Speaker 6: But.
- 1:03:39Speaker 5: It's like, yeah, they don't like that she was getting
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: sent thinner. They also don't like that she was horrible
- 1:03:44Speaker 5: to her dancers or whatever.
- 1:03:45Speaker 2: Yeah, that could be it. I think that should outweigh
- 1:03:48Speaker 2: the Ozempi.
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:03:49Speaker 5: And then also, Mia had the craziest storyline ever. She
- 1:03:55Speaker 5: pretended that one of her sons... That she gave birth
- 1:03:59Speaker 5: while she was married to her husband was maybe not
- 1:04:01Speaker 5: her husband's and her boyfriend's.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: You think that was a made up storyline or you
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: think she was?
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: Not totally sure. Yeah. No, I think she knew. I
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: think she knew.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: I trust you.
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: I think she knew.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: You're always right in your predictions.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: There wasn't a crossover, but since she had already left
- 1:04:15Speaker 5: her husband. She knew it was controversial and probably wanted
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: to punish him a little bit.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: So she told the girls.
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: For two years, I don't know if my son is
- 1:04:25Speaker 5: actually my husband's or my current boyfriend that I've been
- 1:04:28Speaker 5: seeing on and off for whatever, 15 years.
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: And then he says, well, no, we got the paternity
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: test and he is my son.
- 1:04:35Speaker 5: And they're like, so she's another one, like a Brynn
- 1:04:39Speaker 5: from Roni, that– I think he had a fucked up childhood,
- 1:04:44Speaker 5: is kind of overly sexual because of that, and is
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: a pathological liar.
- 1:04:47Speaker 2: Oh, fuck. That's scary. It's very scary.
- 1:04:50Speaker 5: And I know it's like you want to pick these
- 1:04:52Speaker 5: fucked up people for reality TV, but one more weird
- 1:04:56Speaker 5: thing and it can just go dark.
- 1:04:58Speaker 2: Well, it did go.
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: Dark on Roni.
- 1:05:00Speaker 7: I didn't watch one episode until the finale. because of
- 1:05:03Speaker 7: all the social media attention that that finale was getting.
- 1:05:06Speaker 5: But I was just going to say, like, I think
- 1:05:08Speaker 5: that was so weird because they show they talked about
- 1:05:10Speaker 5: it with the kid, like playing Frisbee in the back.
- 1:05:12Speaker 5: They talked about it many times. And I thought it
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: was so weird. But I think she talked about it
- 1:05:16Speaker 5: because she knew the result was that he was the dad,
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: the dad's. And therefore she was like, who cares? But
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: I thought that was very, very weird.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: OK, wait.
- 1:05:26Speaker 5: So let's I have talked about Roni some. And I
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: just want to get your opinion of the latest on Brynn.
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: And did you watch last night's reunion?
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: I did. It was very boring.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: I fell asleep. But in the beginning, they did ask
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: her again, what do you do for a living, Brynn?
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: What do you do for a living?
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: She said, I do what you do. I didn't get that.
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: I think she means the show and- Or I do
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: your job. Influencing.
- 1:05:50Speaker 8: Okay.
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: But I think in the past year or two, she
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: probably- did make enough money on that but i this
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: i think she was lying about having a this marketing
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: job i don't think she ever had some we know.
- 1:06:05Speaker 7: Like she said she worked for like dove and all
- 1:06:08Speaker 7: like marketing campaigns but it's always been.
- 1:06:10Speaker 5: But she acted like she was like joan collins or
- 1:06:14Speaker 5: whatever favorite like in like mommy daris like.
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: Don't fuck with me fellas like i.
- 1:06:19Speaker 5: Was like where like she's wearing a hat to work
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: and i'm like what are you talking like We never
- 1:06:23Speaker 5: saw you at any of these jobs.
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: And I get it.
- 1:06:26Speaker 5: Like, I don't know that she's like a hooker light
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: or whatever. And I don't really care. But it it
- 1:06:31Speaker 5: just it's just, again, not really being truthful.
- 1:06:34Speaker 7: No, it is very strange because someone said in the
- 1:06:37Speaker 7: comment section of some post that she did pull up
- 1:06:40Speaker 7: Brynn's resume and it's pretty impressive. And I'm like, where
- 1:06:44Speaker 7: is it?
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: Why?
- 1:06:44Speaker 2: Why isn't it here?
- 1:06:47Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:06:48Speaker 2: We're just talking about it.
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: What do you think should happen with this show? Because
- 1:06:52Speaker 5: they sent out a post yesterday. What they say. Now, again,
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: I see things and I'm like, everything can be AI
- 1:07:00Speaker 5: and generated all this stuff. But it said from shed media, like,
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: want to hold an apple?
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: We're holding auditions.
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: They need to. And I've heard.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: Yes.
- 1:07:11Speaker 7: I have heard that they're shaking it up big time
- 1:07:14Speaker 7: because it's just not working.
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: It's. Do you think they'll do a combo of keeping
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: two girls, bringing a couple OGs back, and maybe two new?
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: I just don't think any of the new can hang
- 1:07:27Speaker 2: with the OGs.
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: Yeah. It would be weird.
- 1:07:31Speaker 7: I say just bring back all the OGs. It was
- 1:07:35Speaker 7: the most iconic of all the housewives. There was nothing
- 1:07:38Speaker 7: like it.
- 1:07:38Speaker 2: They were unproducible in the best way possible. It's the
- 1:07:43Speaker 2: only franchise I've watched.
- 1:07:46Speaker 7: Where I'm like, if I just randomly was mentioning these
- 1:07:50Speaker 7: friends of mine, a producer would step in and say, La,
- 1:07:53Speaker 7: no one knows who you're talking about. This show, or
- 1:07:56Speaker 7: the OG one, they just had to let him roll
- 1:07:59Speaker 7: and figure it out later.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Like, I guess, Tamri Sue, does anyone know who that is?
- 1:08:03Speaker 7: Well, I guess she banged, like, all of these side
- 1:08:06Speaker 7: characters were brought in and it made it so interesting
- 1:08:09Speaker 7: that Where it really felt like you were a fly
- 1:08:11Speaker 7: on the wall and not watching a produced show. Because
- 1:08:13Speaker 7: how do you produce so much chaos?
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: You can't.
- 1:08:15Speaker 5: And also, well, the biggest thing is, you know, it
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: was a different time. And these women are OGs, were
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: not on their phones while filming and they weren't filming content.
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: They didn't say, take a photo of me so I
- 1:08:28Speaker 5: can post it. They weren't also, you know, doing stories
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: while they were filming the show. And if I was
- 1:08:34Speaker 5: the producers of these shows, I would have some strict
- 1:08:37Speaker 5: rules about the phones being out while you're filming.
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: I don't know if that was like for you. With Vanderpump.
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: I just feel like it's such a, it is part
- 1:08:45Speaker 5: of being real is having your phone out. But I
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: feel like that is taking away from like living in
- 1:08:50Speaker 5: the moment.
- 1:08:51Speaker 7: No, there's so many times that we would be filming
- 1:08:53Speaker 7: something and I'd get a text from a producer that says,
- 1:08:56Speaker 7: put your phone down.
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: Okay. Well, good.
- 1:08:58Speaker 8: Yeah.
- 1:09:00Speaker 7: And it is weird because I want to say these
- 1:09:02Speaker 7: are probably the youngest of the housewives, maybe not Jenna Lyons.
- 1:09:06Speaker 7: So they're in that sweet spot of like, The posting,
- 1:09:10Speaker 7: any other franchise, they're not making money that way. Most
- 1:09:13Speaker 7: of the housewives do have a pretty impressive resume. Or
- 1:09:16Speaker 7: they say, my husband made the money. I truly am
- 1:09:19Speaker 7: a stay-at-home mom.
- 1:09:20Speaker 2: And a housewife.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:09:22Speaker 7: Whereas that's what we loved about housewives is it wasn't
- 1:09:25Speaker 7: like Vanderpump Rules. Even Summer House, those people have legitimate jobs.
- 1:09:30Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:09:31Speaker 7: Vanderpump Rules is the only show on Bravo's network where
- 1:09:36Speaker 7: it's like, These people, you know what they do. They
- 1:09:39Speaker 7: worked at a restaurant and then came into, you know,
- 1:09:43Speaker 7: this world and this is what they do.
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: And it was such a fun thing to watch because
- 1:09:48Speaker 5: it was, you know, it was truly what it's like
- 1:09:52Speaker 5: to be an L.A. struggling actor, starlet musician. You work
- 1:09:57Speaker 5: at a restaurant. You make friends. You have opportunities. I mean,
- 1:10:03Speaker 5: that is what it was like for all of us.
- 1:10:05Speaker 5: Anybody that– I worked at a restaurant.
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: Anybody. And you're trying to get a little– and we
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: saw it from the start.
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:10:11Speaker 5: And that's really cool to see. And then the show–
- 1:10:15Speaker 5: you know, evolved with your careers. And I thought, I felt, yeah,
- 1:10:19Speaker 5: at one point we were like, we get it. No
- 1:10:21Speaker 5: one's really working there anymore. But that's what I like
- 1:10:24Speaker 5: about like the Valley now is because it's like, you
- 1:10:26Speaker 5: guys are still all friends. You're still, you know, but
- 1:10:30Speaker 5: we're following your real lives and your real thing. And
- 1:10:33Speaker 5: nothing is, you know, You're not driving an hour to go,
- 1:10:36Speaker 5: you know, seat someone for goat cheese balls.
- 1:10:38Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: It's like, you know, I think they got back now.
- 1:10:41Speaker 5: They got in the groove of that. And what I mean,
- 1:10:44Speaker 5: let me ask you, what do you think? Do you
- 1:10:47Speaker 5: think anything about the new season?
- 1:10:51Speaker 2: Which new season?
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: The new people of the Vanderpump. You don't know anything, right?
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: I don't know anything of the new.
- 1:10:56Speaker 5: You appear on the Valley, though. You're coming back to
- 1:10:59Speaker 5: the Valley. And you went to Brittany's party this weekend,
- 1:11:03Speaker 5: her birthday party.
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: Yes. And I really had some FOMO about it.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: Well, she had two things.
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:11:11Speaker 5: I was invited to the Saturday party at her house.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: Right. But there was a six o'clock dinner.
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: OK.
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: And I'm looking and six o'clock dinner. You know, that's
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: right up my alley.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: That's totally up my alley. Yeah. Wait, that's not what
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: my thing said.
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: OK, so let me tell you.
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: OK, now I don't feel as bad. OK.
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: OK.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: So there was like an intimate dinner.
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: OK.
- 1:11:30Speaker 2: Which was beautiful.
- 1:11:32Speaker 7: You had Brittany in the center and then it was
- 1:11:35Speaker 7: one side of the table, which I was over on that.
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:38Speaker 7: And another side, and you could just tell who didn't
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: mess with who.
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: Right.
- 1:11:42Speaker 7: So she did a very good job of making it
- 1:11:44Speaker 7: an intimate dinner, but also you didn't cross paths with
- 1:11:46Speaker 7: someone who you didn't really like.
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: I need to know what they served really quick.
- 1:11:50Speaker 2: They served what are known, where I'm from, is.
- 1:11:55Speaker 7: Mormon potatoes, all-brown potatoes.
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: Great.
- 1:11:57Speaker 2: Brussels sprouts.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:11:59Speaker 2: They served, what's the meat that you eat with horseradish?
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: Oh, roast beef.
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: Roast beef. I don't know if there was a dessert.
- 1:12:08Speaker 2: I'm sure there was after.
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: Was there a salad to start?
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: There was a salad to start that was fantastic. They
- 1:12:14Speaker 2: had a bar, which was really cute.
- 1:12:17Speaker 7: And then the 8 o'clock party was when people started
- 1:12:21Speaker 7: arriving where it's like, okay, it's time to like, Get lit.
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: Have fun. Oh, okay. So we're ready to sit. I'm
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: there for like an hour and a half.
- 1:12:30Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:12:30Speaker 7: And I'm like, it's 7.08. People, you know my Virgo
- 1:12:33Speaker 7: and sobriety have kicked in now. I'm like, y'all, we
- 1:12:36Speaker 7: have to sit down. You can't have people arriving at
- 1:12:39Speaker 7: 8 o'clock to all of us having dinner being like, you.
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: Weren't good enough to be invited to the dinner.
- 1:12:44Speaker 7: But like, maybe curl up on the couch and watch
- 1:12:47Speaker 7: some Sex and the City while we finish our roast
- 1:12:49Speaker 7: beef dinner.
- 1:12:49Speaker 6: So.
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: The moment that I was finished, I started seeing people
- 1:12:54Speaker 7: trickle in and I was like, this is when it's
- 1:12:55Speaker 7: my time to exit. But I heard that the party
- 1:12:58Speaker 7: that you were invited to was fun.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: OK, wait a minute.
- 1:13:02Speaker 5: I am so happy because this has haunted me for
- 1:13:04Speaker 5: three days now.
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: Why?
- 1:13:06Speaker 5: Because I was very flattered to get the invite. I
- 1:13:09Speaker 5: love Britney. I know so many of you guys. I'm
- 1:13:11Speaker 5: close to you and Sheena and people like so. I'm
- 1:13:14Speaker 5: always flattered to be invited to like the premieres and
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: all that kind of stuff.
- 1:13:18Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: And but I was in La Quinta and I was
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: kind of like.
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: And I was having FOMO of you.
- 1:13:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:13:26Speaker 5: And I and I also had plans with Brandy and Julie.
- 1:13:29Speaker 5: They were going to come to my little country club.
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: So fun.
- 1:13:31Speaker 5: And because Peter wasn't there, we're going to have a
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: girls night and we were going to go. And because
- 1:13:35Speaker 5: Julie told me that the planets are lining up. I
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: don't nobody seemed to know this.
- 1:13:38Speaker 2: The planets.
- 1:13:39Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:13:39Speaker 2: She went out for one night to see it.
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: Well, I didn't. We didn't see it. But the planet.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: So she goes, we need to get together for the
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: planets to line up and everything.
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:13:46Speaker 5: First, I just thought she meant like spiritually the planets
- 1:13:49Speaker 5: are lining up. You know how people are like, oh,
- 1:13:51Speaker 5: so-and-so is in the seventh ray of the Jupiter.
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: Like, I don't understand that. And I go, oh, wait,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: planets are really lining up.
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: I think when people talk like that, Heather, they're also
- 1:13:59Speaker 7: lining up in a certain way.
- 1:14:00Speaker 2: I don't think that they're just bullshitting. When someone says
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: Mercury is in retrograde, I think it actually is.
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: Yeah, Mercury. Yeah, whatever that is.
- 1:14:07Speaker 8: Okay.
- 1:14:09Speaker 5: I go, so we made plans because they have a
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: place in Posporine for them to come over and have
- 1:14:13Speaker 5: a girls' night. And we're going to go to Wine
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: Tasting at my country club, which is on, you know,
- 1:14:17Speaker 5: in my little area. Like, right, I can walk across
- 1:14:19Speaker 5: the graph. And then come back and we were going
- 1:14:22Speaker 5: to play Mystery Date, which is a game that my
- 1:14:25Speaker 5: sister and I played when we were little.
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: Okay. Which is, we have to play it. It's for
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: eight and above, eight years old and above.
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: Oh, then I can for sure play it.
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: It is so much fun. Okay.
- 1:14:34Speaker 5: And Julie won and got a bowling date, which is
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: so appropriate. And then we watched this movie that I
- 1:14:42Speaker 5: found the day before on Amazon Prime.
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: What's it called?
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: Hollywood High. It was made in 1976. Okay.
- 1:14:48Speaker 5: I cannot believe that Amazon Prime bought this movie.
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: It is a straight up porn. I don't think it
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: was SAG-AFTRA.
- 1:14:57Speaker 5: I want to know where these seven-year-old women are today
- 1:15:00Speaker 5: because I was like, what horrible shit did they have
- 1:15:03Speaker 5: to go through at like the Troubadour or Sunset or
- 1:15:06Speaker 5: whatever to get these movies?
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: It is like a porno. It was like, yeah, it's
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: like they're sitting in class.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: It's like the worst acting. I go.
- 1:15:14Speaker 5: It felt like something that I honestly rented like at
- 1:15:17Speaker 5: Blockbuster when I was like a teenager to be like, oh,
- 1:15:20Speaker 5: my God, this is like a juicy movie called Hollywood High.
- 1:15:23Speaker 5: And it's like four girls and they're all hot. And
- 1:15:26Speaker 5: like in class, the girl's like, wow, like children.
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: I mean, it's like, how is this on Amazon Prime?
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: So that was my night. Okay.
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: And I, you know, I wrote Britney. That does not
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: seem like an Amazon Prime flick.
- 1:15:39Speaker 5: So then I wrote, you know, wrote Britney and I'm like,
- 1:15:41Speaker 5: I'm so bummed, but I'm, in La Quinta and I
- 1:15:43Speaker 5: don't want to flake and everything. But then when I
- 1:15:46Speaker 5: saw the beautiful photos and I saw the seat and
- 1:15:49Speaker 5: there's nothing I like more than an all girls plated dinner.
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: So fun. The best.
- 1:15:55Speaker 5: But mine was for eight. So I was never invited
- 1:15:58Speaker 5: to the plated dinner. So you have just made me
- 1:16:00Speaker 5: feel so much better.
- 1:16:01Speaker 2: Yeah, don't worry about it.
- 1:16:02Speaker 5: Because I was like, Oh, my God, if I knew
- 1:16:04Speaker 5: it was going to be– and you looked so beautiful.
- 1:16:06Speaker 5: And I'm like, first of all, I wouldn't have dressed
- 1:16:07Speaker 5: that fancy. But it's okay because now I realize I
- 1:16:09Speaker 5: would have come at 8.
- 1:16:10Speaker 2: It was freezing, by the way, because that was the
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: day that there was all the rain. I also knew
- 1:16:14Speaker 2: it was freezing.
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, my God, this is outside.
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: There was one heater, Heather, and because I was seated first,
- 1:16:19Speaker 7: I had the bartender put the heater right behind me.
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: Of course you did.
- 1:16:23Speaker 5: And also nothing worse than an open toed high heel
- 1:16:27Speaker 5: on a cold California night.
- 1:16:28Speaker 2: The worst.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: The worst. Because you're like.
- 1:16:30Speaker 8: But I was.
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: But she did have a bunch of blankets.
- 1:16:34Speaker 6: Yes.
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: It looked beautiful. It was so beautiful.
- 1:16:36Speaker 5: And I would have had fun if I'd gone at
- 1:16:38Speaker 5: eight and like I would have danced and everything.
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: So yeah.
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: She had the most heartfelt, sweet speech.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: She is so genuine.
- 1:16:44Speaker 2: And she was great.
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: And I'm excited for her year ahead of her. I
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: am too. Now, what is she still doing her restaurant?
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: She's still doing that restaurant.
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: That is amazing. That sounds so fun.
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: You know, I'm very proud of her.
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: Yes, I am too.
- 1:16:57Speaker 7: Just what she does on a regular basis for her life.
- 1:17:03Speaker 7: You know, she doesn't have, Jax is not helpful. He
- 1:17:06Speaker 7: does not contribute in any way, shape or form. I
- 1:17:11Speaker 7: don't care if he hears me say that either.
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: This is a fact.
- 1:17:14Speaker 7: And she wakes up, hustles her ass off, provides for
- 1:17:18Speaker 7: her son. And I just have a lot of respect
- 1:17:20Speaker 7: for her.
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: Well, she looks beautiful.
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: She does.
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: And she's just.
- 1:17:24Speaker 2: The titties are tittying.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: The titties are tittying. The hair is flowing.
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: She let me feel them.
- 1:17:27Speaker 2: I said, girl, we're going to have an areola if
- 1:17:30Speaker 2: we don't pull up just a tad. And she gave
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: it a little adjust. And I said, we're good.
- 1:17:34Speaker 5: Now, is she seeing anyone? Because last time I was
- 1:17:38Speaker 5: on your show.
- 1:17:40Speaker 2: Was she seeing someone?
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: Your podcast. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:17:42Speaker 5: There was a guy that I guess she wanted a
- 1:17:46Speaker 5: date with or something. But you, did you date him?
- 1:17:50Speaker 5: What was the story behind that?
- 1:17:51Speaker 7: No, that was, so yes, Julian, the guy that I
- 1:17:54Speaker 7: had talked to for years and then whatever, introduced him
- 1:17:58Speaker 7: to the group.
- 1:17:58Speaker 2: And then he still stuck around. And then Brittany started
- 1:18:01Speaker 2: hooking up with him.
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: Okay. But there's someone else now.
- 1:18:05Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: Maybe. Okay.
- 1:18:07Speaker 7: I think she's having fun. I think she's out talking
- 1:18:12Speaker 7: to dudes as she should.
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: Sounding like she's having a good balance, hopefully. There is balance.
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: Between work, mommy life, and then some fun, which everybody needs.
- 1:18:21Speaker 2: And she deserves that.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:18:22Speaker 7: She had a many year of dealing with jacks. And
- 1:18:26Speaker 7: now she needs to go and enjoy her life and
- 1:18:28Speaker 7: have someone make her feel beautiful because she is.
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: Well, I can't wait for that show.
- 1:18:34Speaker 7: I will say you made me feel better, though, because
- 1:18:37Speaker 7: I was I didn't realize that the dinner was at
- 1:18:40Speaker 7: six and then the party was at eight. I thought
- 1:18:42Speaker 7: just it was a dinner for everybody at eight. And
- 1:18:45Speaker 7: I'm like, all right, whatever. Then I realized you're going,
- 1:18:49Speaker 7: but that's to the eight o'clock. We're having dinner at six.
- 1:18:51Speaker 7: And I was like, fuck, this is like the fifth
- 1:18:53Speaker 7: thing I've told Heather that I'm going to be at.
- 1:18:56Speaker 2: And then I'm like, I'm actually bailing. I told my mom,
- 1:18:59Speaker 2: I was like, I have got to because I had
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: friends in town. I said, go entertain them. You'll watch
- 1:19:05Speaker 2: the kids.
- 1:19:06Speaker 7: I have to stay at the party because I cannot
- 1:19:08Speaker 7: bail on Heather another time. And then you said you
- 1:19:11Speaker 7: were in the desert. I was like, bitch, I'm out
- 1:19:13Speaker 7: of here the moment dinner is finished.
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: The minute I get my dessert. Did they have a dessert?
- 1:19:17Speaker 3: No.
- 1:19:19Speaker 2: Maybe they did after. I didn't stay. It was like.
- 1:19:22Speaker 5: Honestly, it kind of inspired me for like my next birthday.
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: It was stunning.
- 1:19:26Speaker 1: I mean, I won't do an A and a B list.
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: But I do. I did think it was fun.
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: And your thing won't say it's Heather, bitch?
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: It was just hilarious Heather. No, but I was thinking like.
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: It's kind of fun. So it was mostly girls.
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: Girls and gays.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: So nobody brought their husband that's a straight person. No.
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, no.
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: I kind of like that.
- 1:19:50Speaker 2: No, it was great.
- 1:19:52Speaker 5: Because, I mean, I love having like a couple's dinner
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: too because I am that person that's married to like
- 1:19:57Speaker 5: an old straight golfer. But also I think it makes
- 1:20:00Speaker 5: it real fun. I like to have several celebrations together.
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: So it's like you can do your couple's dinner or whatever.
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: Yeah, you celebrate the whole month. But then I like the.
- 1:20:07Speaker 5: Girl, everyone looking cute, have a sit down beautiful like
- 1:20:11Speaker 5: housewives type dinner.
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: Yes. Yeah.
- 1:20:13Speaker 7: As someone who's not in a couple, I very much
- 1:20:15Speaker 7: appreciate the people who are like, we're going to do
- 1:20:19Speaker 7: two things. Because I can roll third wheel with the
- 1:20:21Speaker 7: best of them. I've been doing it for many years.
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:20:23Speaker 2: But I love a girls and gays birthday dinner.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: I'm all for having multiple events. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:20:31Speaker 5: And milking it out all month. I feel bad for
- 1:20:34Speaker 5: people who are at the end of a month. Like
- 1:20:38Speaker 5: if your birthday was today.
- 1:20:39Speaker 2: You're going to call it a day. You can't go
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: into the next month.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: So I'm June 14th, which is perfect. Perfect.
- 1:20:44Speaker 5: So it's the whole month of June.
- 1:20:46Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: It's like.
- 1:20:47Speaker 7: But it's like it's not because I'm September 2nd where
- 1:20:50Speaker 7: it's like if I do do that, it's like enough already.
- 1:20:53Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: Like shut up bitch. The 14th is great. Yeah. It's good.
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: It's also flag day.
- 1:20:58Speaker 2: Yeah. What the fuck is that?
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: You celebrate the flag.
- 1:21:02Speaker 2: The American flag?
- 1:21:03Speaker 5: My mom used to be like, everyone put out the
- 1:21:05Speaker 5: flag for your, no, like American flag.
- 1:21:07Speaker 6: Okay.
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: And everyone put out a gay flag. Did you just
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: say the gay flag?
- 1:21:11Speaker 2: No, I said an American flag.
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: Yeah, the American flag.
- 1:21:15Speaker 2: We were talking about kids.
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: Lala, we've talked for so long, and this has been
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: so- Oh, 118. Yeah, we have. Oh, my God. So,
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: so fun. And you have so much going on.
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: I do.
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: Let's hear all the stuff that you have going on. Well,
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: your mommy of two. Yep. Now, Ocean's going to be
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: four in.
- 1:21:31Speaker 2: March, right?
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: Yep.
- 1:21:32Speaker 2: Ocean will be four in March.
- 1:21:33Speaker 1: And then how old is Sosa now?
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: Sosa's four months. Over four months. She'll be five months.
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: And just doing great.
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: Doing great. So I'm submerged in just like mommy life.
- 1:21:43Speaker 2: You saw my new car. It's giving me a heart attack.
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: It's full mom mode.
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: No, I'm getting another car.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: It's too much of a mom mode? It's too big?
- 1:21:52Speaker 7: That will be my mom car. I need to feel
- 1:21:54Speaker 7: like I can't be constantly covered in spit up. breastfeeding
- 1:21:58Speaker 7: pumping disciplining and then get into my.
- 1:22:00Speaker 6: You know what really screams mom car what a minivan
- 1:22:03Speaker 6: no the when you get in and it's that smell
- 1:22:06Speaker 6: of like that the milk spilled into the rug you
- 1:22:10Speaker 6: know that milk smell that like yeah that formula or
- 1:22:12Speaker 6: that milk or like i like a do like a
- 1:22:16Speaker 6: cheerio um that was crushed in the rack.
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: Yeah yeah yeah you don't need to get in the
- 1:22:21Speaker 2: back of my car quite yet Run it to the cleaner.
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: Okay, so you have your podcast.
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: Yeah, the podcast, Give Them Lala. That's every Wednesday and Monday.
- 1:22:31Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:22:32Speaker 7: Amazon Live, which is like the modern day version of QVC.
- 1:22:35Speaker 7: I have all the best pics you'll.
- 1:22:36Speaker 2: Ever have in your life.
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: Yes, you do. And I did a little fun thing
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: with you over the holidays.
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: Yes, super cute.
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: So that was really fun.
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: And.
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: And then I know you have other things you can't,
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: can you, you probably can't talk about.
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: Not yet, but I'm really excited for this year. I
- 1:22:49Speaker 2: think it's going to be me coming into my own.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: I think you're in a real like creative space for yourself.
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: I needed that.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:22:56Speaker 7: I was getting a little too comfortable in life and
- 1:22:58Speaker 7: the moment I get too comfortable, the last time that
- 1:23:00Speaker 7: I became uncomfortable was with my, my situation with my
- 1:23:05Speaker 7: ex and I was like, oh.
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: My God, where are we? And I did really great things.
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: So now we're uncomfortable again and I'm really excited to
- 1:23:11Speaker 2: see what we do.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: And then you have, you're a big part of the valley.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: Like you're on it.
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: I wouldn't say I'm a big part of it. I
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: pop in. I'm very, very pregnant at that point in time.
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: We'll see what makes it. It just made sense. She,
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: she's a part of it.
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: I know she gets, I think she gets her hands
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: a little bit dirty, which I love.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: Sheena? Yeah. And she has a book coming out.
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: She does have a book coming out.
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: My good side, which I can relate to because I
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: only have one good side.
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: I love it.
- 1:23:39Speaker 2: I'm so, so many people are like.
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: I was so bummed when I did your thing.
- 1:23:41Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: When I did your, when I did your Amazon show.
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: We have the same good side. That's a problem. I know.
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: And they're like, that's Lala's scene. I'm like. But actually,
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: I wasn't sad. I didn't hate it. I didn't hate it.
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: Yeah, you looked great.
- 1:23:54Speaker 5: But it's funny because Sheena and I can take a
- 1:23:56Speaker 5: photo together because it matches.
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: It's like.
- 1:23:58Speaker 2: Yeah, that's how Sheesh and I are.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:24:00Speaker 2: We make great friends.
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24:02Speaker 2: We share the opposite good side.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: And so, yeah, I'm excited for her. She has a
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: book coming out, too, so we'll have to get those
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: pre-orders in for her, too.
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: Yeah, get them in, you guys. I want her to
- 1:24:12Speaker 2: make the New York Times bestseller list.
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: Give them, Lala.
- 1:24:15Speaker 5: You have so much going on, and I'm so excited to...
- 1:24:17Speaker 5: Just watch you blossom.
- 1:24:19Speaker 2: Thanks.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: This was so fun.
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: And thank you for having me.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: Please come back. We can always talk about, we could
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: talk for another five and a half hours.
- 1:24:26Speaker 2: Yeah, because it's easy.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: Thanks for having me.
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: Love you.
