Charlestown police arrested Jonathan Vasquez after he crashed into an officer’s cruiser while driving the wrong way — and the officer allegedly fired his weapon. Shockingly, the officer had his body-worn camera off at the time, violating Rhode Island’s 2022 statewide policy requiring cameras during enforcement or calls.
