- 1:36feeling very relaxed. And with each breath you take, you
- 1:44can feel yourself becoming more and more relaxed, and yet
- 1:50he can feel quite floppy and loose. Now, imagine yourself
- 1:58surrounded by a beautiful white light, a light so bright
- 2:04and so pure, and this light will protect you and
- 2:10bring you peace. Now, just breathe in this white light,
- 2:17feel it as it enters your body, and it makes
- 2:21you feel all warm and safe. But you feel so
- 2:26peaceful now, so relaxed, and yet you feel very happy
- 2:33and light, and your breathing it's almost still you work
- 2:39so relaxed. Now, imagine that you are in a beautiful,
- 2:48lush tropical forest, and this forest has the most amazing trees,
- 2:55and some of them are very very tall, so tall,
- 2:59in fact, let they look as if they're touching the
- 3:02sky and they reach up towards the sunshine.
- 3:07Speaker 2: There are many.
- 3:07Speaker 1: Different plants that sparkle with different colors and fragrances. Here
- 3:12it's so beautiful, and you can see birds flying gracefully
- 3:19through the canopy of magnificent heaves, building their nests high
- 3:24above the forest floor. And the sun is shining brightly
- 3:30on it a very beautiful clear day. And as you
- 3:35look up to the sky you can see a few soft, white,
- 3:39fluffy clouds just floating lazily in the deep blue sky.
- 3:47You can hear the birds chirping and singing to each
- 3:50other as they fly around the trees. Can you hear them?
- 3:56Can you? You can also hear the sound of little
- 4:01animals as they run around looking for treats and snacks.
- 4:05You can't see them, but you can't hear them. Can
- 4:10you hear them too? Can you? Amidst the rustling leaves
- 4:19and the birds, the sounds of other tropical animals add
- 4:23to the wonderful sounds of nature. Monkey's chattering, waterflies fluttering by,
- 4:32and the gentle stream that flows near by provides a
- 4:36calming background noise. Why it's so peaceful here is so wonderful,
- 4:42and you like it very much, and you feel very calm,
- 4:48very relaxed, and very very peaceful. You are surrounded by
- 4:57the wonders of nature, and you are very grateful with
- 5:01the beauty of this tropical.
- 5:03Speaker 2: Forest you find yourself in.
- 5:07Speaker 1: So you decide to follow the winding path you are on,
- 5:12and it leads you deeper into the heart of the forest,
- 5:15where you find even more exotic plants than animals. You
- 5:20see a family of sloths lazily hanging from the branch
- 5:24of a tree, whilst a group of colorful parrots squawk
- 5:28loudly overhead, and they really really are very noisy. So
- 5:36you continue on your journey when suddenly you stumble upon
- 5:41a hid waterfall cascading down into a crystal clear blue pool.
- 5:48It's so beautiful and it shiny and sparkles, and the
- 5:55sun dances on the surface like a thousand tiny little stars,
- 6:01all twinkling away. The sound of the rushing water fills
- 6:07the air, and the mist from the waterfall gives you
- 6:11a refreshing coolness from the warmth of the day as
- 6:15it gently lands on your body. The water looks really inviting,
- 6:22so you decide to take a little dip in the pool.
- 6:26So for a few moments, have a little swim around
- 6:29in this amazing water. Explore the rocks, take a good
- 6:34look at the water lilies floating on the surface of
- 6:37the water. See what else may be in this beautiful
- 6:42pool of crystal clear water. Maybe we we'll find some frogs. Well,
- 6:49maybe you can see the little fish swimming around it too.
- 6:53So go ahead and just have a little explore. Wow,
- 8:58that was veryshing wasn't it. So you climb out of
- 9:04the water and dry yourself off. What did you see?
- 9:11Did you find anything? Did you hear anything? What else
- 9:17was there? You decide to continue on your way, and
- 9:26eventually you come across an ancient ruin nestled deep within
- 9:30the forest. The crumbling stone walls are covered in vines
- 9:36and moss, and there are deep pink flowers growing all
- 9:40around it too, giving it an enchanting appearance. As you
- 9:47look around the ruins, you discovered some intricate car rings,
- 9:52showing you scenes from long ago civilizations that once lived here,
- 9:58And as you look at them, you wonder who they were.
- 10:05You wonder if they looked like you, and you wonder
- 10:10where did they all go? It was such a long
- 10:15time ago, though. You decide to carry on your winding
- 10:21path again through the beautiful trees, and you wonder where
- 10:26it will lead you to next. So you walk for
- 10:31a little while when you come across a cave hidden
- 10:35in the side of a very large mountain. You couldn't
- 10:39see it first, but as you got closer you could.
- 10:45The cave is very quiet and peaceful, and lovely and
- 10:49warm too, and it sits inside the vibrant beauty of
- 10:54this tropical paradise. You explore the cave a little bit
- 11:01and find that there is a fire already lit for you.
- 11:06You can hear the crackling of the burning logs. There
- 11:10are lanterns all around this little cave, and as you
- 11:14look closer, you see there are tiny fireflies inside the lanterns,
- 11:20giving your cave a lovely, homely feel. You notice that
- 11:29there is a hammock gently swinging at the back of
- 11:32the cave. It has a lush, fluffy pillow and a
- 11:37lovely soft blanket just for you. Well, you are feeling
- 11:42a bit tired now, after all, you've had a very
- 11:46big day of exploring this beautiful tropical forest. But you
- 11:53notice that the forest has gotten quieter. Now, Well, that's
- 11:59because all of the animals and birds have now gone
- 12:03to sleep themselves. So you climb up onto the gently
- 12:10swinging hammock, and you lay your head on the lush
- 12:15pillow and cover yourself with a lovely soft blanket and
- 12:21give a big sigh of happiness. You've had a lovely day.
- 12:28You've heard and seen a lot of animals and birds.
- 12:31You went for a swim in the pool, and you
- 12:34saw that cascading waterfall, and then you found the ruins,
- 12:42and you still wonder where did they all go? You
- 12:49notice now that it's started to rain outside your cave,
- 12:54soft gentle rain, and as you listen to it, begin
- 13:00still love you to sleep. And you are feeling very
- 13:04tired now and oh so sleepy, And you feel yourself
- 13:11singing deeply into your hammer, and it feels wonderful. It's
- 13:16just as if you are lying on a soft, fleecy cloud,
- 13:22and you feel very relaxed, very calm. When you begin
- 13:28to drift deeper and deeper to a very happy and
- 13:35peaceful sleep, you can still hear the sound of the rain.
- 13:43It's like a lullaby singing you off to sleep, and
- 13:49you're going deeper and deeper into gentle sleep. But remember
- 13:57you are safe, you are loved, and you are protected always.
- 14:08Your body is already asleep now, and your mind is
- 14:15following your body.
- 14:17Speaker 2: Into a deep, RESTful sleep.
- 14:22Speaker 1: So rest now, and when you wake up in the morning,
- 14:27you will feel so refreshed, so alate, and so very
- 14:34very happy. Well for now, just listen to the rain
- 14:42and just sleep.
