A 24-year-old man vanished during a hike in the American River Canyon near Auburn—his car found parked at Overlook Park, but he’s still missing as search teams ramp up efforts. Last seen Friday morning, his family reported him missing by Saturday. Wearing a brown t-shirt, dark shorts, gray shoes, and possibly a beanie, Ian Roberts’ disappearance has shaken the community.
