  Hey, everybody. Good morning, I just watched the
• 0:31
  coolest video on Instagram from a farm called Songland Farms.
• 0:36
  If you look them up, I'm sure you'll be able to see it as
• 0:39
  well. It's how they harvest their
• 0:43
  lettuce and get ready for farmers market and how they put
• 0:46
  it all together. And what's so fascinating about
• 0:49
  this is that it's all like DIY setup about how they created
• 0:54
  this harvester that goes along and cuts the baby lettuce so
• 0:58
  that it's like ready for you. Totally gave me a new thought
• 1:02
  process on how to do something like this.

  And then you go to the how they're they have their washing
• 1:10
  bins, but they're drying is insane.
• 1:13
  He somehow or she somehow rigged up a washing machine that just
• 1:18
  stays on the spin cycle and they put in a plastic basket with all
• 1:22
  the lettuce in it and they spin it dry and then they have these
• 1:25
  racks with fans up above Genius. The fans are facing down to push
• 1:30
  down on to the lettuce and dry it.

  And I sat there and I watched that video.
• 1:37
  It was probably like a 32nd video, but I probably watched it
• 1:40
  10 times looking at all the DIY. And I sat there in awe of the
• 1:45
  fact that we have this capability to do these things as
• 1:48
  human beings. We see an issue and we come up
• 1:52
  with a solution. And it just got me thinking so
• 1:56
  much about how often we as human beings have a problem.
• 2:02
  We have an idea and we don't go and finalize and execute on the
• 2:05
  solutions because we don't know how.
• 2:08
  We have an idea how, but we don't know how.
• 2:10
  And then there's a limitation and we go, oh, you know what?
• 2:13
  I just don't know how to do that.
• 2:14
  Instead of trying to find a person that can help you execute
• 2:18
  on that idea. I have so many of them here on
• 2:21
  the farm and it it's sometimes you just have to stop and pause
• 2:26
  and say, you know what I'm going to, I'm going to try to find
• 2:29
  someone to help me execute on the idea.
• 2:31
  Right now I'm waiting for this weekend.
• 2:34
  It's I think it's this weekend coming up might be the following
• 2:36
  week. I'm not sure how busy they are
• 2:38
  but there is a a gentleman here runs a landscaping company and
• 2:42
  he's super creative and I called him and I said hey I've got an
• 2:46
  issue with runoff and I'm trying to figure out how to not have
• 2:50
  the hill run off into the pond so that I can plant on it but
• 2:54
  not drown everything at the same time.
• 2:56
  I'm trying to figure out how to expand the water garden and I'm,
• 2:59
  I have like I know my outcome, but I have like a block.

  And he was so excited when I asked him to come and brainstorm
• 3:08
  with me and figure out what we could do.
• 3:11
  I cannot wait to see what we come up with.
• 3:14
  But the point of today is you have ideas.
• 3:17
  You might have a block. I have a block around it because
• 3:20
  I've seen it too much and I I'm stuck on the problem side.
• 3:24
  But I know I have an intended outcome.
• 3:27
  And sometimes we have an idea and we don't know how to execute
• 3:29
  the idea. Sometimes we have an idea and we
• 3:32
  can't figure out how to even get to that part.
• 3:37
  Get help, ask someone to brainstorm with you.
• 3:40
  Pull someone in that might have a different thought than you,
• 3:44
  even if it's just like you say to them right in the beginning.

  Hey, I need someone to brainstorm with.
• 3:50
  Do you consider yourself a good brainstormer?
• 3:52
  And and it and you got to make sure with people.
• 3:55
  If you're just generally doing this with anyone around you, you
• 3:58
  say, look, I I may not use your idea, but I really need to
• 4:01
  brainstorm. You'd be amazed at how many
• 4:03
  people just love doing that. They just love doing the
• 4:09
  brainstorming. They just want to get in there
• 4:11
  and be like pitch and catch throw ideas around.
• 4:15
  That is such a wealth of fun and information.
• 4:20
  So I hope you guys do this because I'm telling you when I
