- 0:04In this political coliseum, we slay the rising beast with the fateful sword of truth that transcends hypocrisy and censorship.
- 0:16It's time to unleash yourself from the tyrants of media propaganda on the America Out Loud Talk Radio Network.
- 0:26This is Unleashed the Political News Out.
- 0:33Welcome to Unleash the Political News Hour.
- 0:35I'm your host Bruce Robertson.
- 0:38I want to talk to you folks a little bit about the deadly cost of ignorance.
- 0:46This is a something that's been weighing on my mind for the last week, week and a half.
- 0:51We've seen two anti-ICE protesters in fairly organized movements, um, get killed by ICE agents for resisting and obstructing the um the investigation uh of criminal activities and the serving of warrants and arrests and so forth.
- 1:17So they're blocking ICE.
- 1:19They are and ICE, of course, is trying to do their duty to rid the country of illegal immigrants that are here on the taxpayer dime.
- 1:31And uh it's good for all Americans to have this all cleaned up, but these people are opposing because they have a nefarious agenda.
- 1:41Uh most of them are Marxist Leninists, um, sort of a uh splinter groups, but they're very well organized.
- 1:50And uh so the deadly cost of ignorance goes a long way.
- 1:54Um I just want to remind everybody of something.
- 1:59Illegal immigration costs each taxpayer approximately sixteen hundred and eighty dollars per illegal per year.
- 2:10How by birthing U.S.
- 2:14born children, which qualifies them for the child tax credit for SNAP for Section 8 housing, for WIC, and many other benefits that they uh qualify for when they have a child on U.S.
- 2:30soil, even though they are not U.S.
- 2:32citizens.
- 2:33Now, this I, in my opinion, I've talked about this before too.
- 2:37This has to change.
- 2:39Um, you can't just come over here pregnant and drop a baby and suddenly you have an anchor in the United States and you can chain migrate the whole family over here.
- 2:48Uh, that's gotta it's gotta stop.
- 2:51The uh, even if they don't work here, and even if they pay no taxes, these people can still get a tax refund based on the child credit and some of these other things, and plus they get all these benefits.
- 3:06So all of this is extend uh essentially uh an extension of welfare on the backs of the taxpayer for people who don't belong here in the first place.
- 3:19Now, we don't mind people coming in through the front door through the application process, applying for citizenship the right way, and uh getting a green card, perhaps, and then waiting for the uh citizenship application to be processed, but we won't mention, for example, what it costs in terms of fraudulent elections, crime, murders, drug deaths, health care costs, congressional redistricting, and increased number of Democrat representatives in Congress based on the increased census numbers.
- 3:55Now, you understand, ladies and gentlemen, our census and our districting for uh congressional representatives is based on population, it's not based on citizenship, it's based on how many people live in a particular district, and the census goes out and counts heads.
- 4:16Now, there is some information to suggest that these numbers are being manipulated, but there's also um quite a bit of illegal uh aliens, quite a few illegal aliens living in these districts, and they're being poured in, especially over the four years of the Biden administration.
- 4:36You know, Obama laid the groundwork for this and you know, put all these uh DACA programs and everything else in place, but Joe Biden opened the borders, and then they just started bum rushing our cities with illegal aliens, and then they do a census and they find out that the area has enough people in it now to warrant another congressional representative.
- 5:03So, you know, Congress is getting filled with people that are beholden to illegal immigrants, basically, for their position, and that's how we got Elon Omar and um, you know, uh the rest of the squad primarily, okay.
- 5:24So, ladies and gentlemen, we're being bum rushed, plain and simple, and it has to stop.
- 5:30And I know many people feel that way.
- 5:33Um, I want to share this.
- 5:34This is from Zero Hedge this past week.
- 5:38Um, it's called Obama's Trojan Horse, how his refugee machine engineered the billion dollar looting of U.S.
- 5:48Treasury.
- 5:49You got that?
- 5:50How his refugee machine engineered the billion dollar looting of the U.S.
- 5:55Treasury.
- 5:57Obama's billion dollar Minnesota fraud empire and the heist that you're still paying for.
- 6:04Imagine waking up tomorrow to find your bank account empty.
- 6:09Imagine that every dollar you saved for your children's tuition, your retirement, your security, gone.
- 6:18Now imagine looking out the window and seeing the thief driving a Porsche, bought with your money, laughing as he waves a government-issued thank you note.
- 6:31This is not a hypothetical scenario, folks.
- 6:34This is the reality of the American taxpayer in the wake of the single largest COVID-era fraud scheme in the nation's history.
- 6:44While you were locked down under COVID, masked up and worrying about the price of eggs and toilet paper, a sophisticated network of fraudsters in Minnesota, was siphoning off a quarter of a billion dollars and likely far more.
- 7:01More than a quarter of a billion.
- 7:11The feeding our future scandal is not just a story about greed.
- 7:16It's the smoking gun of a much darker political operation.
- 7:21Federal prosecutors have charged 70 people in a 250 million dollar conspiracy, and the FBI is reportedly eyeing fraud that could call that could total over two billion across multiple sectors, including autism therapy, housing, and daycare.
- 7:40Now, the vast majority of these defendants come from the Somali community in Minnesota.
- 7:47That shouldn't be a shocker to anyone.
- 7:49But do not be distracted by the foot soldiers to understand how a fraud of this magnitude happens.
- 7:56You got to look past the people cashing the checks and look at the architect who built the bank.
- 8:03The industrial scale theft traces directly back to Barack Obama.
- 8:09And of course, he was the community organizer in chief.
- 8:13So he knows how all these you know ground wars uh get structured.
- 8:18He learned from the best, the Marxist Leninists in Chicago and Columbia University and other places where he allegedly attended.
- 8:30It was his it was really Obama's administration that deliberately flooded Minnesota with tens of thousands of refugees, creating a dependent insular enclave primed for exploitation.
- 8:46It was his policy of equity that paralyzed oversight, and it's his policy heirs now who are frantically trying to bury the evidence.
- 8:59So I said he's the architect of the enclave.
- 9:03You might be wondering how Minnesota, a state which was once known for Scandinavian stoicism, you know, there's a lot of Scandinavians, a lot of Swedes up there.
- 9:13And uh so they're known for Scandinavian stoicism and uh lakes, land of a thousand lakes, right, became the global epicenter for Somali diasporic fraud.
- 9:27It was not an accident, folks.
- 9:29It was a federal mandate.
- 9:31Between 2008 and 2006, the Obama administration oversaw the admission of over 54,000 Somalian refugees into the United States.
- 9:46But they didn't just scatter them across the states.
- 9:49They targeted specific swing states and counties, with Minnesota being the primary dumping ground.
- 9:58And by the time Obama
- 10:00Left office.
- 10:01Minnesota was home to the largest Somali population in the country, now estimated at over 80,000 people.
- 10:11Now this concentration in Minnesota was strategic.
- 10:15By clustering refugees in Minneapolis, the Democratic Machine created a voting block that could be harvested for elections and a demographic that demanded massive government outlays and the appointment of new congressional districts.
- 10:33So they called it diversity, but in reality it was demographic engineering.
- 10:40The Obama administration poured federal grants into refugee services, quote unquote, creating a lucrative industry of nonprofits and community organizers whose entire existence depended on keeping the flow of refugee refugees coming in, and also federal dollars coming in, keeping it all moving.
- 11:03This established the infrastructure for the fraud we're seeing today.
- 11:07When you import a population from a failed state like Somalia, with no tradition of Western civic duty, and you teach them right off the bat, even before they learn English, you teach them that the government is a bottomless pit of free money, and you don't get assimilation, you get predation.
- 11:33Okay, you're gonna get predators when you teach people that.
- 11:41The genius of the Obama era strategy was not just the importation of people, but in the weaponization of race to silence dissent.
- 11:51Under the guise of equity, the Obama administration pushed for relaxed standards in federal contracting, specifically favoring minority owned nonprofit organizations.
- 12:04Now this created a regulatory environment where asking questions became a career ending risk because you get labeled a racist.
- 12:14Consider the man mechanics of the feeding our future fraud scheme.
- 12:18The fraudsters claimed to be serving thousands of meals a day to children who we found out did not exist.
- 12:27At one site, they claimed to be feeding two thousand children a day in a second story apartment.
- 12:34Anyone with eyes in their head could see that this was impossible.
- 12:38So why didn't the Minnesota Department of Education stop this?
- 12:43It's because when they tried, they were called racists.
- 12:47The fraudsters emboldened by the racial grievance culture that Obama had cultivated, sued the state for discrimination.
- 12:56Now, terrified of the racism label, the state resumed payments.
- 13:02This is the direct result of a decade of Obama era policy that equated oversight with oppression.
- 13:11Don't look into it because then you're being oppressive.
- 13:14The bureaucrats were far more afraid of a lawsuit from the ACLU than they were of letting billions of dollars in taxpayer money walk out the back door.
- 13:23Because after all, it's not their money, right?
- 13:26The protege was Elon Omar, and the prototype was the Meals Act.
- 13:34Okay.
- 13:35So bear with me a second here.
- 13:37If Barack Obama built the machine, then Elon Omar is the operator of that machine.
- 13:44Omar is the ultimate product of the Minnesota Somali Enclave.
- 13:49She rose to power, not despite her radicalism, but because of the democratic demographic reality that Obama created.
- 13:58And her legislative fingerprints are all over this scandal.
- 14:04In 2020, as the pandemic began, Omar sponsored the Meals Act.
- 14:10Now, this legislation fundamentally altered the rules for federal nutrition programs, allowing parents to pick up meals without children being present and removing the requirement for congregate dining.
- 14:26While it was pitched as a compassionate measure during COVID, it effectively removed the only verification mechanism the government had.
- 14:35It was a blank check, folks.
- 14:38It is no coincidence that the fraud exploded immediately after these rules were relaxed.
- 14:44Omar's campaign has been found accepting thousands of dollars from individuals that were later indicted in the scheme.
- 14:53That's money she quietly returned only after the media glare became too bright.
- 14:59She defends the lax rules as necessary to feed kids, twisting the narrative to make you feel guilty for questioning the left.
- 15:08And the theft.
- 15:10But the money didn't go to kids.
- 15:12It went to luxury condos in Nairobi.
- 15:15It went to beachfront properties in Turkey and Porsches in Minneapolis.
- 15:21The deep state money laundry, the rabbit hole goes deeper than just meal tickets.
- 15:29The connections between the Somali fraud network and the highest levels of the democratic establishment are becoming impossible to ignore.
- 15:39Just take a look at Roselake Capital, a venture firm founded by Tim Minette.
- 15:45And we're going to jump and continue with this story after a word from our sponsors.
- 15:50But uh we'll pick back up on Roselake Capital when we come back.
- 15:55This is Unleashed the Political News Hour, and I'm your host, Bruce Robertson.

- 18:44And before we left for the break, uh I was talking about the deep state money laundry that's going on uh in mainly in Minnesota, but also in other major cities run by Democrats across the country.
- 18:58And as I said, the rabbit hole goes deeper than just meal tickets because they were they're fraudulently doing child meals and all this other stuff.
- 19:05But the connections between the Somali fraud network and the highest levels of the Democratic establishment are now becoming impossible to ignore.
- 19:16There's a group called Roselake Capital, which is a venture capital firm funded by Tim Minette, who is Elon Omar's husband.
- 19:25Strangely enough, and as the fraud investigations heated up, astute observers began to notice that the firm's website was scrubbed of some very interesting names.
- 19:37Prior to scrubbing the internet of those names on her uh Elon Omar's husband's website for his hedge fund, the firm listed advisors, including a former Obama ambassador to Bahrain, a former Obama ambassador to China, and a former DNC treasurer.
- 19:58Now
- 20:00We might ask ourselves why are top tier Obama officials swimming in the same cesspool and financial waters as the family of a Congresswoman whose district is ground zero for the largest fraud in history.
- 20:18These networks provide the cover.
- 20:20They provide the legitimacy, and they potentially provide the mechanism to wash the proceeds of all this grifting going on.
- 20:30So it's a laundry, right?
- 20:32This is not just local corruption.
- 20:35It's a federally integrated operation where the political elite protect the foot soldiers who deliver the votes and the cash.
- 20:46Now, you're paying for this, ladies and gentlemen.
- 20:49You and the good people of Minnesota and every other district where this is going on.
- 20:55Every time you look at your pay stub and see that massive chunk taken out for federal taxes, remember that that money is not building roads.
- 21:05It's not securing the border.
- 21:07It's not building schools.
- 21:10It's funding the lifestyle of people who hate you.
- 21:14The $150 million stolen in the feeding our future scam is just the tip of the iceberg.
- 21:21Investigators believe that total theft across child care, autism, and housing programs, as I said earlier, could reach billions.
- 21:30And I'm hearing the number bandied about of nineteen billion dollars.
- 21:36But the financial cost pales in comparison to the security threat that we face.
- 21:42Much of this stolen money was remitted overseas.
- 21:47We know it brought it bought real estate in Kenya and Turkey.
- 21:50What we don't know is how much of it ended up at the hands of Al Shabaab, the terrorist organization in Somalia, or other extremist groups in the Horn of Africa.
- 22:01By turning a blind eye to this fraud to preserve quote unquote community relations and community organizing, the Democrats have effectively turned the U.S.
- 22:13Treasury into a piggy bank for foreign interests, and politically they have succeeded.
- 22:20The Somali bloc in Minnesota votes over 80% Democrat.
- 22:25They've sent Elon Omar to Congress now three times.
- 22:29They are a captured constituency, bought and paid for with your own tax dollars.
- 22:36How about that?
- 22:39Now, the minif the Minnesota fraud scandal is the inevitable result of the Obama doctrine.
- 22:46Import a dependent class, dismantle the safeguards against corruption under a banner of equity, and then brand anyone who notices it and questions it as a bigot.
- 22:59They counted on your silence.
- 23:02They counted on your fear of being called a name.
- 23:05But the receipts are in.
- 23:07We know who did this.
- 23:08We know how they did it, and we know who let it happen.
- 23:12The solution is not reform and discussions and hearings.
- 23:18The solution is a complete dismantling of the refugee resettlement pipeline that Obama built.
- 23:25We need a forensic audit of every federal dollar sent to community nonprofits in the last ten years.
- 23:33In fact, we need a federal audit, forensic audit of every federal dollar sent to any NGO in the last ten years.
- 23:42We need to seize the assets, we need to take the cars, seize the houses, close the overseas, block the overseas accounts, seize those assets of everybody involved.
- 23:53And most importantly, we need to stop being afraid of being called racist.
- 24:00The cry of racism is the thief's final defense.
- 24:07It's kind of like an ad hominem attack, you know.
- 24:10When they the last attempt of somebody who's losing is to call you a name.
- 24:17Ignore it.
- 24:18Keep your eyes on the money, keep your eyes on the truth.
- 24:21They stole our country and they sold it back to us as diversity.
- 24:27And now it's time to demand a refund.
- 24:31So billion dollar looting of the US Treasury.
- 24:42Billion dollar looting.
- 24:44This whole feeding our future thing.
- 24:47It's happening.
- 24:49They paralyzed the police, okay?
- 24:52They paralyzed the police.
- 24:55Concentration was strategic.
- 24:58By the time Obama left office, Minnesota was home to the largest Somali population in the country.
- 25:05Clustering ref uh refugees in Minneapolis, they created a voting block, okay, as I said earlier.
- 25:13This is the infrastructure for the fraud.
- 25:15It's the architecture of the enclave.
- 25:20The genius was not just in the import importation of people, but in the weaponization of race to silence dissent.
- 25:29They pushed for relaxed standards, they favored minority owned nonprofits.
- 25:34I created a regulatory environment where asking questions brought the world down on your head, really.
- 25:43All right.
- 25:45So as I said, we're paying for this.
- 25:52We have to dismantle the legacy.
- 25:57You know, the way they're doing it is very like communist Marxist Leninists.
- 26:03So what can we do right now, ladies and gentlemen?
- 26:07How can we stop this?
- 26:09How can we help stop it?
- 26:11How can we stop the fact that they stole our country and sold it back to us as diversity?
- 26:18Well, first of all, we can share this podcast.
- 26:22The mainstream media is trying to bury the Obama connection.
- 26:25I would say let's force the conversation.
- 26:28And I'm doing my part to try and do that right now.
- 26:32We can demand audits, as I said earlier.
- 26:34Contact your state representatives and demand a specialized audit of all department of education and DHS grant recipients in your state.
- 26:44We can reject the guilt.
- 26:47When they try to guilt shame you for asking where the money went, laugh in their faces.
- 26:53You're the creditor, ladies and gentlemen.
- 26:56They're the debtors.
- 26:58And debt collection day is coming.
- 27:03Now, meanwhile, on the brighter side a little bit, HUD seems to be cleaning house.
- 27:08HUD under Donald Trump has ordered all public housing authorities and owners receiving department funded housing to verify tenant citizenship and eligibility in 30 days.
- 27:21After an audit flagged tens of thousands of deceased and ineligible tenants nationwide.
- 27:29Same thing's happening with the voter rolls, by the way.
- 27:32We will leave no stone unturned, said Hud Secretary Scott Turner.
- 27:36We're proud to collaborate with Department of Homeland Security to execute on the president's agenda of rooting out the abuse of taxpayer funded resources.
- 27:46Ineligible non-citizens have no place in America to receive welfare benefits.
- 27:54But yet it's been happening.
- 27:56Trump's commerce secretary, Lutnik just said something very interesting this week.
- 28:02And this is another thing, okay?
- 28:04It's not just domestic, it's global.
- 28:07He said globalism has failed.
- 28:09He said this at Davos at the World Economic Forum on their stage to their faces.
- 28:16And then he asked the question nobody else could answer.
- 28:20Why mandate an energy transition to technologies that your adversaries and enemies monopolize?
- 28:29Nobody can answer that question.
- 28:30The numbers are now public record.
- 28:33China controls 91% of all rare earth processing.
- 28:37China controls 69% of electronic vehicle batteries and 80% of the components inside those electronic vehicles.
- 28:47Even Western batteries are assembly operations of Chinese parts.
- 28:54You know, the West has the rocks, let's say, the geology.
- 28:59China has the chemistry.
- 29:02And so here's what the Davos crowd won't tell you.
- 29:06Europe never decarbonized.
- 29:08Remember the whole push against carbon footprint, all that stuff.
- 29:13You know how we're ruining our environment with carbon emissions, carbon credits, that whole deal.
- 29:25They imported the factories to China, and then they imported the product back.
- 29:31Global emissions rose.
- 29:33Western industrial capacity collapsed.
- 29:37Okay, and they also closed down all their nuclear plants for energy.
- 29:42So there's an energy crisis in places like Germany now.
- 29:46They don't have any heat in the winter time.
- 29:50You know, net zero was balanced by accounting tricks, not physics.
- 29:54The bill just arrived on all this.
- 29:56Volkswagen is closing German plants for the first time.
- 30:00In 88 years.
- 30:02BASF is abandoning Ludwigshafen for China and the U.S.
- 30:08Gulf Coast.
- 30:11Audi Brussels is completely gone.
- 30:15European electricity is now 158% more than American electric bills.
- 30:21For heavy industry, a two times energy disadvantage is lethal.
- 30:27Okay.
- 30:28Europe is facing extermination.
- 30:32Capital is fleeing to America for cheap energy and to China for market access and cheap labor.
- 30:40So the EU is being hollowed out in real time.
- 30:44In 1971.
- 30:47Now I know some of you may not have been around at that time, but 1971, Nixon closed the gold window.
- 30:54He ended Bretton Woods 1.
- 30:58Okay, he took us off the gold standard.
- 31:022026, Lutnik closed the globalization window.
- 31:07This is what I would call Bretton Woods II.
- 31:12The globalization program was Bretton Woods II, and global and now Bretton Woods II is being ended by the Trump administration.
- 31:20The efficiency paradigm is dead.
- 31:23The resilience paradigm has now begun.
- 31:27Interdependence was supposed to be a peace bond between nations.
- 31:32Instead, it became a weapon.
- 31:34Globalism did not die of old age.
- 31:38It was brutally murdered by the physics of supply chains.
- 31:44That's my comment on that.
- 31:46Now, let's talk, get back on the topic of Davos for a minute.
- 31:50President Trump was at Davos this past week, and he announced at Davos that he had officially pulled the United States out of the World Health Organization effective this week, this past week.
- 32:02So bad day for the globalists and a great day for America, right?
- 32:07I mean, he really laid it out to them.
- 32:10If you listen to Trump's speech, it's it's pretty amazing.
- 32:12It might be one of the best speeches of any president on a uh global stage.
- 32:18All right, you should listen to it.
- 32:20I mean, he's he's it's really going after the globalists in the Davos crowd, the globalist elite who say that you will own nothing and be happy, the Klaus Schwab folks.
- 32:34Um and here's some news breaking from Argentina.
- 32:39President Miley at Davos stunned the room by saying that America is actually saving the world from leftism and wokism.
- 32:50He said the rebirth of the ideas of liberty, the Americas will be the beacon of light to illuminate the West.
- 32:59And I think he's absolutely right.
- 33:01It's a new paradigm, folks.
- 33:03And it's on our terms now.
- 33:07Now, I'd like to say a few words about the riots and ICE shootings in Minnesota.
- 33:14You know, um, I'm going to share this information with you.
- 33:19And here's a helpful way to think about the uh Alex Pretti, you know, nurse pretti case and why the Second Amendment argument on this is missing the point.
- 33:30You know, the left is saying, well, you support the Second Amendment, you should support his right to carry a uh uh a weapon in public, his right to bear keep and bear arms.
- 33:41Isn't that what the right is all about?
- 33:43Isn't that what conservatives are all about?
- 33:45But they're missing the point.
- 33:47Okay.
- 33:48It's not about the right to bear arms, it's not about the second amendment.
- 33:52Second Amendment is no problem.
- 33:54Okay.
- 33:55Let's get something clarified.
- 33:57Whether Nurse Pretti was carrying legally or not is not the central issue here.
- 34:04And even if he wasn't, that alone would not justify the use of deadly force, perhaps.
- 34:12But the question is what happened once police engaged.
- 34:16That's where the real crux of the issue is.
- 34:19At that moment, the entire relevant legal framework changes, folks.
- 34:24Gun carry law governs possession.
- 34:28Use of force law governs encounters.
- 34:32Got that.
- 34:34Once officers lawfully engage and issue commands, the second amendment no longer controls the analysis.
- 34:42From that point on, it's all about officer safety, compliance, and how much you resist.
- 34:50Here are some common objectives and why they fail.
- 34:53People are saying he was legally carrying.
- 34:56Well, legal carry addresses those who may possess a firearm.
- 35:01It doesn't grant the right to ignore lawful commands or remain armed during an enforcement encounter.
- 35:09The second amendment protects him here, they said.
- 35:18Courts have not regarded it as immunity from lawful commands or use of force standards.
- 35:26And they say, oh, he didn't intend any harm.
- 35:29Really?
- 35:31Intent is not the determining legal factor here.
- 35:34Use of force laws focus on objective threats and resistance, not subjective motives.
- 35:42Oh, but he was just filming or protesting or whatever.
- 35:46He wanted to help people.
- 35:48Well, if he wanted to help people, being a nurse, where was his medic bag instead of his pistol holster?
- 35:56I mean, that dog won't hunt, as they say in the South.
- 36:00So once an individual involves themselves in an act of law enforcement situation, officers have the authority and the right to control the scene.
- 36:08Filming or protesting does not supersede commands or safety protocols.
- 36:14And then, of course, there's the old saw.
- 36:18CCW's concealed carry means you can carry anywhere.
- 36:23Well, no, it's not a blank check, folks.
- 36:25In fact, it's a regulated position that comes with obligations.
- 36:30Avoid confrontation, comply with the police, and de-escalate the situation all times possible, any means possible.
- 36:37It's meant to prevent armed interference, not encourage it.
- 36:42So, we're going to jump to another break, folks, and when we come back, I'm going to continue on this point about the shootings in Minnesota.

- 38:54Now is our time, my fellow Americans.
- 38:57America outlawed.
- 38:59Liberty and justice for all.
- 40:00On a warrant or on serious crimes, you know, murder, rape, uh, not only being illegal aliens, but also being illegal violent aliens in public to uh against our citizens, you know.
- 40:14So there's one final important point here.
- 40:17Border patrol agents are obligated to be present and have a right to return home to their families.
- 40:24And Nurse Pretti was under no obligation to be there, especially while armed.
- 40:31You may oppose immigration policies, or you may critique federal enforcement actions, but once an individual resists lawful command while armed, with a lot of rounds of ammunition, folks, he had 40 or 50 rounds of ammunition with him, okay.
- 40:50I don't know anybody that can still carry a gun like that and uh carries that much ammo on a day-to-day, all right.
- 40:58So he was armed for a battle, all right.
- 41:01He was armed for a battle during an enforcement operation.
- 41:06So he was armed for a battle, he lost the shootout competition, and he won the Darwin Award for his actions.
- 41:14What do you think about that?
- 41:18Anyway, whenever something like that happens and somebody shows up armed during enforcement operation, the discussion automatically shifts away from gun rights or politics, and it becomes a matter of use or force law, use of force, that's what it is.
- 41:34It isn't a matter of ideology, it's how the law functions in practice.
- 41:40You know, the country's top experts in the law of self-defense are weighing in.
- 41:46And although this isn't about the right to carry a firearm, the specific firearm that he used should certainly matter, right?
- 41:55And I brought this up a little bit just just a few sentences ago, and the the you know, the media is hiding all this.
- 42:03At the Minneapolis border patrol shooting, okay, with Alex Predy, Nurse Pready, the suspect was armed with a Sig Sauer P320 AXG combat, which is a high capacity nine millimeter pistol, semi-automatic with a threaded barrel.
- 42:24It has an extended 20 to 21 round magazine and a Sig Romeo optic, high powered optic, uh it's uh it's a red dot optic, which uh makes it easier to hit your target, by the way.
- 42:39Uh and it's a setup that costs between 1500 and 2,000.
- 42:44You know, this was not some cheap carry gun.
- 42:47And I know this gun, ladies and gentlemen.
- 42:49I know it personally because I happen to own one, and uh it's a chunky, clunky, it's a big gun, all right.
- 42:57It's a great gun, marvelous gun to shoot at the range.
- 43:01But really, unless you're carrying as sort of as a duty pistol, you know, in an outside the waistband holster, like a cop would, or you know, open carry, which I don't advise to people, um, unless you're carrying it in an outside the waistband holster, and you know, you're at the range or you're doing performing some duty.
- 43:24Now, these were made for the military, these guns, all right, and they're made for a reason.
- 43:28It's high capacity, it's semi-automatic, it's highly uh configurable, uh, it's got, you know, it's it's ambidextrous, so for right-handed and left-handed people.
- 43:38The fire control unit is the only uh serialized uh part on the gun, which means that you can change the grips, you can change the slide, you can it's you can do all kinds of custom things to that gun.
- 43:50And his gun was from the custom shop at SIG, okay, as is mine.
- 43:56So, you know, as I said, it's not a cheap carry gun to have.
- 44:00And once a firearm appears during active resistance, the legal standard is simple.
- 44:06Reasonable perception of imminent deadly force.
- 44:11And that standard was met here.
- 44:14Freeze frame activism doesn't override real-time dynamics, and the law doesn't require officers to wait to be shot before they shoot back.
- 44:24So what we saw was a tragic but lawful use of force.
- 44:29Did the gun go off accidentally?
- 44:31It's possible, okay, as he was being disarmed.
- 44:35Did the person, you know, in the struggle, did somebody press the trigger wrong or did it catch on something and shoot?
- 44:42That's possible.
- 44:43I heard one shot, and then there was a delay, and then there were a whole bunch of rapid shots after that, which sounded more like you know, federal officers shooting.
- 44:52So it could have been uh, you know, a negligible discharge in the attempt of disarming him.
- 44:58But the fact stands, why has he got a loaded gun in a violent protest?
- 45:04And why is he resisting so much?
- 45:06Did he have another gun?
- 45:08That's possible too.
- 45:09Law enforcement officers don't know how many guns the person has.
- 45:14If they find one and disarm him, that doesn't mean he doesn't get frisked to see if he has other guns and he doesn't get subdued before that happens, because their lives are at stake every day.
- 45:26They want to go home to their families just like everybody else.
- 45:30So the officers were in a physical struggle with an armed suspect when a gun was perceived, and the word gun was shouted out.
- 45:38Under settled self-defense law, officers are entitled to rely on fellow officers' reasonable perceptions.
- 45:46They don't have to personally confirm the threat.
- 45:49Somebody could yell gun and maybe there is no gun, but they don't have to personally confirm that before they take action.
- 45:56If you attend or participate in an active protest where violence against police has been happening or is being encouraged, never take your firearm with you, ladies and gentlemen.
- 46:09That's the first thing you learn in uh concealed carry classes almost anywhere in the country.
- 46:15I mean, I've taken a few.
- 46:17The first thing they teach you is how to deal with officers who uh may stop you, right?
- 46:23You're carrying a gun, you have a heightened level of awareness, you have to, you have a heightened level of responsibility, and you have to communicate with the police so they feel safe in your presence because otherwise things can get sideways really quickly, and it might not work out well for you, because these cops are always under attack.
- 46:42People take potshots at them all the time.
- 46:44So chances are your intent is already in place if you're carrying a gun into a violent protest, and you're not using good judgment either.
- 46:55So if you're using this train of thought, stay home.
- 47:01If you're following this train of thought, stay home in that situation.
- 47:06Unfortunately, the suspect is no longer able to work to quote unquote save lives as they the left claims he was doing because of his decision and no one else's.
- 47:19If he was into saving lives, he would have saved his own by leaving his gun home.
- 47:25And carrying a med medical pack, like you know, if he's if he's a nurse and he really wants to help people, how come he doesn't have a military medical pack on his belt where he can patch up wounds and treat people's uh, you know, uh spray from pepper spray and their faces and so forth and irrigate their eyes and all that kind of stuff.
- 47:46He wasn't doing that.
- 47:49He was pushing back against ICE officers in a violent and aggressive way.
- 47:54The responsibility for all this lies, of course, with the governor and the mayor of Minneapolis, okay, whose administrations are perpetuating misleading propaganda to misinform their citizens.
- 48:09While they remain passive, by the way, the newspapers are all involved too, the local newspapers.
- 48:14So while they remain passive, they encourage others to make dangerous choices, inciting violence against law enforcement.
- 48:24This is very concerning as it appears that there may be other reasons why Governor Tim Waltz has created this hostility, as he may himself be embroiled in an illegal fraud scheme that uh could require a prison term, ladies and gentlemen.
- 48:41So he needs as much subterfuge and chaos, obscuring his own troubles to protect himself.
- 48:51So this is a timely smoke screen for him, and it's also a fundraising tool for his defense and future political activities, maybe.
- 49:01Consider that.
- 49:02Now you might recall that from 2017 through 2020, it was riots every year while Trump was in office the first time.
- 49:11Nonstop chaos sold as righteous outrage.
- 49:15Cities were burning down.
- 49:17Trump supporters were attacked in restaurants in the streets, church shootings were going on, school shootings, and then suddenly, from 2021 through 2024, when Biden came in, the streets went quiet.
- 49:32There were no riots, there were no nightly fires, there was no breathless coverage on the evening news, all the way up until 2025 and 2026 roll around, and now the riots magically return.
- 49:50Same country, same people, same grievances, okay, but wildly different outcomes.
- 50:01Wildly different outcomes, depending on who holds the power, of course.
- 50:06If unrest was organic and unavoidable, as the left is saying, as the corporate media is saying, as certain politicians are saying, the pattern would not flip like a switch between presidential administrations.
- 50:24When it turns on and off this cleanly, it's not a coincidence.
- 50:31Is it all making sense now?
- 50:36And then listen to this.
- 50:39Okay, this just came across my desk.
- 50:41Have you heard about Signal Gate?
- 50:44Wait until all the details come out on Signal Gate.
- 50:49This is a level of coordinated, premeditated plans for insurrection between nongovernment organizations, Democrat government officials, and the media.
- 51:01And this is going to shake the very foundations of this country, and a huge reckoning is coming.
- 51:06Okay.
- 51:07This uh Alex Pready was actively tracking and targeting ICE in secret Minnesota signal group chats.
- 51:18Now, Signal is an app, if you don't know.
- 51:20It's an app where you can encrypt your conversations so nobody else can see what you're saying to each other.
- 51:28And you know who else was involved in Signal?
- 51:31That uh that lady who was tried to run over an ICE agent, her name was Good, right?
- 51:39She was also part of this underground militia against federal law enforcement.
- 51:48So enabled uh somebody just told the uh mirror uh that the man shot by border patrol was deep in an anti-ICE rapid response signal network designed to hunt down agents, dox them, swarm locations, and interfere with operations.
- 52:06This is all coming out from independent journalists, okay.
- 52:11This was not a random bystander.
- 52:14He was part of an organized resistance, coordinating harassment against federal law enforcement, trying to impede their activities.
- 52:24Signal gate is real, folks.
- 52:26So we need to track that down too and see all who's involved.
- 52:32Um I'm seeing that it goes all the way up to the Minnesota uh State House, and certain members in the State House were leaking information on where ICE was going to be, and then these people were sharing that information and mobilizing their quote unquote troops to fight against ICE.
- 52:52And they've been throwing like frozen water bottles at these people.
- 52:55I mean, you know, you could kill somebody with a frozen water bottle in Minnesota where everything's frozen, right?
- 53:01It's 12 below in Minnesota.
- 53:04They have to plug their cars in to get them to start in the morning.
- 53:07That's how cold it is.
- 53:09Uh so Steve Robinson of the Maine Wire also is happening in Maine.
- 53:15Okay, this stuff is happening in Maine.
- 53:17So Steve Robinson of the Maine Wire just put out info that's also happening.
- 53:22Uh, same thing.
- 53:23State at Secretary of State Sheena Bellows has blocked ICE from having undercover plates.
- 53:30Portland, Maine seems to have coordinated a very intricate system to do the same thing that's happening in Minnesota.
- 53:35It's happening mostly in blue states, folks, and wherever ICE attempts to enforce legal warrants and immigration law.
- 53:43This is state interaction against federal law enforcement, and this will not end well.
- 53:51And where does all this come from?
- 53:54I've got a few minutes to explain it to you, folks.
- 53:56This Minnesota and Maine and elsewhere chaos is right out of the books, right out of the pages of China's 1940s communist playbook.
- 54:07Remember what Nikita Khrushchev said?
- 54:10He said, we'll take America without firing a shot.
- 54:14He said, We don't have to invade the U.S., we're going to destroy you from within.
- 54:19Isn't that what's going on here, folks?
- 54:21The same thing.
- 54:22It's a communist playbook.
- 54:23There are eerie similarities between the organized chaos within the Republic of China that led to the Republic of China's fall in 1949 and what's happening now in Minnesota from 2020 to 2026.
- 54:38History doesn't repeat, folks, but you know, it sure does rhyme sometimes.
- 54:43China didn't fall to the communists in 1949 because Mao rolled in with the tanks one Tuesday.
- 54:50Okay, the Republic of China fell to the communists because the Chinese people lost confidence in their Republic leaders.
- 55:10That 1940s Chinese Communist Playbook has a few pages in it that show up in every age in history, but especially now in Minnesota in the 2020s.
- 55:22Here's some of them.
- 55:23Number one, organization of the chaos hides in plain sight.
- 55:28Mao used underground networks, couriers, and coded messages to organize guerrilla fighters, rallies, and uprisings.
- 55:35They didn't have phones back then, but total secrecy to outmaneuver government.
- 55:40In Minnesota, the leaders are coordinating via encrypted apps like Signal, banning cops from tracking plans for riots, occupations, and disruptions, just like Mao's sells, they're plotting in the shadows to amplify chaos.
- 55:56Signals end-to-end encryption is a modern communist dream.
- 56:01Okay.
- 56:07Where's the money coming from?
- 56:09Money being supplied is the key.
- 56:12China in the 40s, the revolution was banked back bankrolled by Soviet communist leaders, Stalin's crew.
- 56:20And they poured in cash, weapons, and supplies to fuel the insurgency.
- 56:25Nikita Khrushchev played a crucial role in funding the internal chaos within the Republic of China.
- 56:32And now the same thing is happening with CCP money in Minnesota.
- 56:37You know, revolutions don't run on good intentions.
- 56:40They run on logistics.
- 56:42Somebody pays for printing, buses, lawyers, bail, food, and media.
- 56:47If you want clarity, folks, follow the receipts and not the speeches.
- 56:52The real target is the fall of the Republic, and that's their goal.
- 56:56They're trying to bring us down, folks.
- 57:00You know, calling us names Jack Boot Jack Boots, Hitler, Fascist, racist, all of that is to erode confidence in our established government and institutions.
- 57:15A nation can be conquered with vocabulary long before it's conquered with violence.
- 57:21And that's a quote from Wayne Burleson.
- 57:23And I'm going to close my show right now by saying, thanks for listening, and may no weapon formed against you prosper.
- 57:32This is Bruce Robertson for Unleashed the Political News.
