- 0:10[SPEAKER_00]: You know, it's funny, babe.
- 0:12[SPEAKER_00]: Sometimes you just gotta listen to someone.
- 0:16[SPEAKER_00]: You know, listen to the story, and like, don't say anything the whole time.
- 0:21[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so do you want me to just say silent all episode?
- 0:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I think it's, there's something really, like, if I'm talking to someone and they're just silent the whole time, do you think that's a good thing or bad thing?
- 0:32[SPEAKER_00]: Like, then I say, mm-hmm.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, really?
- 0:37[SPEAKER_00]: Oh wow, they're just, they're just looking at you while you're talking, but that makes you feel uncomfortable.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, definitely.
- 0:43[SPEAKER_00]: Especially if they like maintain the eye contact.
- 0:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like I'm like, are they disagreeing with me as I'm continue to talk?
- 0:50[SPEAKER_00]: So you need validation.
- 0:52[SPEAKER_00]: You need validation as you're speaking.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like you need to, you need to know that okay, we're good here.
- 0:56[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for sure.
- 0:58[SPEAKER_03]: Also, a recent thing that happened to me the other day is that
- 1:03[SPEAKER_03]: I was, what did I do?
- 1:05[SPEAKER_03]: I was like talking about something, and you know when you're kind of on a roll, it's like, I know you can be on a roll.
- 1:11[SPEAKER_03]: Sometimes you can throw in like a little joke about some random shit, or you say something, that's kind of like a, like a, like a, what do you call it like, but I'm cheating.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_03]: But I'm cheating like you know, it's like that sounds like that sounds like that sound as someone can play.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_03]: It's like but I'm okay like my like my drop type of thing.
- 1:35[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_03]: You get what I'm saying?
- 1:37[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_03]: You don't know the sound where like somebody is like they have a they play like a sound effect.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like it's like a drum and it goes but I don't.
- 1:48[SPEAKER_03]: You don't know what I'm talking about?
- 1:50[SPEAKER_03]: But um, you guys, if you're listening to this, you know what I'm talking about.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_03]: Like somebody says a joke and then they play a sound effect after that.
- 2:01[SPEAKER_03]: And it's like the drums goes like done, done, and then on like that, like a on that metal thing.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I know what you mean.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a funny joke.
- 2:13[SPEAKER_00]: Haha.
- 2:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm thinking, but I'm thinking.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_03]: Do I need to add you need to add the the audio but I'm talking about as a sound effect because I feel like you know He's like what I'm talking about.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I feel like I'm gonna have well in case someone doesn't know what we're talking about I think I'm gonna try to find it, but okay, so we go.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_00]: We go bottom.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_03]: So what I'm saying is you know those types of jokes that are The barang Ching jokes Like you it's like you say something
- 2:41[SPEAKER_03]: It sounds like a different language but it's like you make a joke for the purpose of it being that kind of like
- 2:51[SPEAKER_03]: You know what, I give up on this.
- 2:53[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so what about?
- 2:54[SPEAKER_03]: So basically, you know what I'm going to say, you see those types of jokes and usually you laugh right after.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_03]: And you would say something like, yeah, you know how that goes, right?
- 3:04[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what to do.
- 3:06[SPEAKER_03]: Come up with it.
- 3:07[SPEAKER_03]: It's not working.
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: It's not working at all.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_03]: I think I'm like being really loud on the podcast right now.
- 3:14[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not think you're good.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_00]: This is like high energy.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_03]: And sometimes it's awkward if you make that type of a joke and then you're laughing and then the other person is like not laughing with you
- 3:26[SPEAKER_03]: That happened to me like the other day where there was a lot of back and forth one person would say something Then the person would kind of like you play off of each other's like your joke sort of Coz I can see your face and then live you're like those and then It was like that where I said so And I like laughed at what I said and usually like the other person laughs with you It's kind of just like automatic sort of thing.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 3:53[SPEAKER_03]: doesn't matter and yeah and and I felt so awkward at the moment that I was like oh shit okay and what did you say?
- 4:02[SPEAKER_03]: I continued what the fuck I was saying I don't know what I was saying I don't know what I was saying but you got to dress it and say what?
- 4:07[SPEAKER_03]: like oh that was not fun right like I can't do that I'll do that with you.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: That was not fun but you know you guys Alia is funnier than you guys think she's actually hilarious but like it's something interesting.
- 4:18[SPEAKER_03]: It's like when I try to be funny it's not
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like you're so funny because they think the things that you think about and the little joke like Alia is a good person who will poke like if she's meeting someone for the first time She will like there's a way how she's like peeling off the onion, right?
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: Like one layer is just that but kind of poking at a person Yeah, and then see okay, how deep can we go with these um with these with these jokes, you know what I mean so
- 4:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 4:51[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, let's not feel good today.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: We're going to do a part three from the relationship.
- 4:56[SPEAKER_03]: We've never done a part three.
- 5:00[SPEAKER_03]: Like we've only done part one and two of any topic.
- 5:04[SPEAKER_03]: So the first time that we're bringing a part three, we're bringing a trilogy episode, because there was so many submissions that we just, we'd be talking too much.
- 5:14[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we'd be talking with, that's why the episode would be so long, too.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like there was two hours for each episode and we're still not done.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, because we did the Wednesday one in the Patriot one, right?
- 5:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then here we are again with the Wednesday one.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_00]: If you're a person out there who enjoys the long episode, listen, have a blast.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: You know, but for some of the, I don't, I don't think there's someone who's like, I don't like it.
- 5:36[SPEAKER_00]: You just kind of break it up.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but sometimes when you have to break up a podcast for another time, you kind of lose where you were sometimes the ash doesn't You kind of just like refreshes everything.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_00]: I hate when that happens the app.
- 5:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the app like Apple music.
- 5:48[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, I heard the ash I was like what are we talking about?
- 5:51[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, guys.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_03]: So can tell by the title we're talking about your relationship deal breakers again We have so many left so let's get right into it.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_00]: We might do a part four.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_03]: Not enough.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_03]: Definitely not okay.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_03]: We're gonna do like rapid fire first person said
- 6:07[SPEAKER_03]: poor hygiene, obvious deal breaker.
- 6:11[SPEAKER_03]: Like I said my deal breaker in the, in the, in the, high, the first part, the first episode.
- 6:18[SPEAKER_03]: I said dirty fingernails cannot, cannot, can undo that.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_03]: This is, this is on anybody.
- 6:26[SPEAKER_03]: Deal breaker for any, for a conversation.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_03]: I am talking to you.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_03]: No, I'm just kidding.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_00]: No, I think no, but like that's not cool.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you know, cut your fingernails make sure you're good Just like make sure you clean that shit now listen if you're like Work with your hands a lot
- 6:44[SPEAKER_03]: Depending on your job, maybe in an artist, you have paint on your hands or some different.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_03]: Which I almost strictly like, you got dirt on your fingernails.
- 6:54[SPEAKER_03]: Clear, clear dirt.
- 6:55[SPEAKER_03]: Get it out of here.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_03]: Also like really long nails on a girl, but like the nails are like bare and they're kind of like really white and like the white part is really long.
- 7:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like, like, if you're gonna throw your- I mean, it was not gonna- We're not gonna judge.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not judging, but I think- It's both too far.
- 7:20[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, kind of- It's like too much nail.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_03]: Okay?
- 7:24[SPEAKER_03]: For you.
- 7:25[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, for me.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just saying like something about it that you don't like off putting when I see a lot of nail growth like if you're going to grow out your nails super long like at least put like a little Cleat something about I don't like the color of like a natural nail Where is I could read that the part that's grown out is I could really long.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 7:46[SPEAKER_00]: That's interesting.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_00]: I mean that's interesting take.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: I like it.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: I was
- 7:49[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, somebody said significantly different political views.
- 7:55[SPEAKER_00]: Talk to about the political issues in the audience to wait staff.
- 8:00[SPEAKER_00]: I hate that.
- 8:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I agree with that.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: Is that a deal break?
- 8:06[SPEAKER_03]: It's so off-putting.
- 8:08[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like while you rude, like it's okay to be nice, like I say in the other episode, you're nice to me.
- 8:14[SPEAKER_00]: That's all good.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: I like it.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_00]: I respect it.
- 8:16[SPEAKER_00]: But like be nice to other people.
- 8:17[SPEAKER_00]: That's who Loki matters.
- 8:19[SPEAKER_03]: But also some people are specifically not nice to like service workers in a restaurant, coffee shop, like that.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_03]: No, please.
- 8:28[SPEAKER_03]: No, thank you.
- 8:29[SPEAKER_03]: Very direct, like very coffee or like 12
- 8:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I remember when I saw work at the coffee shop some people were like that Like they come in and they just give their order to just be like 12 hours latte and then oh, yeah, what kind of milk would you like?
- 8:50[SPEAKER_03]: Regular like okay, cool yeah, it's uh, it's really like a turnoff.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_03]: It's a turnoff or friends to If you don't say please if you don't say thank you Yeah, don't like that at all
- 9:07[SPEAKER_00]: beers is a turn.
- 9:09[SPEAKER_03]: That is very, very subjective.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_00]: It's just, yeah, why?
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: Like if you listen to this, tell us why don't you like beer?
- 9:17[SPEAKER_03]: Someone having a beard is a deal breaker is crazy because I love beards.
- 9:23[SPEAKER_03]: I was actually having this car, what?
- 9:25[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have a beer.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it do.
- 9:26[SPEAKER_00]: That's not beer.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yes, that's a beard.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a little baby beard.
- 9:30[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, a beard is like when you can see that shit from the, from the, from the, from the, I'm not opposed to like a bigger, like, longer beard, either.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_03]: Shut up, grow it out.
- 9:41[SPEAKER_03]: I like, like, what you do is really well, especially because you have so much hair on your head.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_03]: You'd be too much to have, like, on your head and on your throat, but you just have a hair on your face.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_00]: So you like what I do?
- 9:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_03]: I like what you do.
- 9:52[SPEAKER_00]: Like the little tray, trying to get me to give you a call of it.
- 9:57[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, no.
- 9:58[SPEAKER_03]: No, I like it.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_03]: And sometimes I'll be forgetting you have a mustache.
- 10:01[SPEAKER_00]: What you mean forgetting.
- 10:02[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I don't know.
- 10:03[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, I don't realize that you have a mustache.
- 10:06[SPEAKER_03]: It's so part of your face.
- 10:07[SPEAKER_00]: Imagine if I just cut it one day.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know what you would look like.
- 10:10[SPEAKER_00]: Not good.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 10:12[SPEAKER_03]: So did you try one time?
- 10:13[SPEAKER_00]: No, no.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_03]: Just like, but if you shaved it all the way, it would eventually grow back to what it is now, right?
- 10:19[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, of course.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_00]: But of course, but I would never do that.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_00]: And if I ever do, I'm not leaving the house for a week.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_03]: That's a long time.
- 10:27[SPEAKER_03]: It would say to grow anything.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_03]: Probably longer.
- 10:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like two weeks for it to be.
- 10:31[SPEAKER_00]: two weeks.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_03]: I would be so curious to see because you specifically also leave like your chin beard a little longer than the rest.
- 10:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 10:39[SPEAKER_03]: So it's very like specific the way you do it.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_03]: But it where it looks really good.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_03]: Why did you get shy?
- 10:46[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_03]: I was having this conversation with my mom though because she has this obsession with like hating and she hates beards.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_03]: like specifically she always asked my dad to shave his beard but shave like to the skin.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_03]: Cause you like trim it.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah true.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_03]: You know, so like you don't let it like grow long but she also doesn't like, especially now that my dad's beard is like white.
- 11:10[SPEAKER_03]: So it grows out.
- 11:11[SPEAKER_03]: He kind of looks like Santa a little bit.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_03]: But it grows out like a little bit.
- 11:14[SPEAKER_02]: You know what I say?
- 11:15[SPEAKER_03]: You know, but he just grows out a little bit.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_02]: That's Santa.
- 11:17[SPEAKER_03]: That's Santa.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_03]: It kind of looks like shining.
- 11:19[SPEAKER_03]: Like his face is shining because he's like silver.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_03]: He got the lights down the beard.
- 11:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_03]: time is on your face and I just thought it was interesting because I had to find beards really attractive.
- 11:32[SPEAKER_00]: I don't love, I like how I look without a lot of face, a lot of face on my hair, a lot of hair.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, a lot of facial hair.
- 11:41[SPEAKER_00]: Because I have long hair now that is too much.
- 11:45[SPEAKER_00]: Having extra hair on my face is just like I just feel cleaner would like a
- 11:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no, it's great.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_00]: It looks great on the beard.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_03]: You know, somebody's oh, is that it?
- 11:59[SPEAKER_00]: That's it.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody said not being an animal lover.
- 12:04[SPEAKER_03]: It's a deal breaker.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_00]: Not being an animal lover is a deal breaker.
- 12:09[SPEAKER_00]: Deal breaker is a lot for me, personal.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: That not being an animal lover.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_03]: Like, okay, you can be an animal hater.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_03]: Like, yeah, you can be, can be like saying, you know, animals are stupid.
- 12:22[SPEAKER_00]: What is an animal lover?
- 12:23[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, like, if somebody hunts animals, I don't know if that's my favorite.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_03]: Like, if somebody is like, they go hunt some of my questions.
- 12:32[SPEAKER_03]: No, I'm telling you what's the opposite out of an animal lover.
- 12:36[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 12:37[SPEAKER_03]: Because if I can animal lover is like, anybody who isn't what I'm just saying now.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I wouldn't say somebody that goes hunting as an activity is an animal lover.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 12:49[SPEAKER_00]: There's no debate about that.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_00]: Could you be an animal lover?
- 12:52[SPEAKER_03]: Exactly.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_00]: When you kill them.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_03]: Or...
- 12:56[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what other scenario would be, but for me, that's like... To me, that's not a...
- 13:03[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a very wordy thing.
- 13:04[SPEAKER_00]: It's not a very wordy thing.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_00]: If I meet someone and you don't necessarily love, but just don't harm them.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_00]: You could be neutral, that's fine.
- 13:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like I've not like obsessed with animals.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 13:15[SPEAKER_03]: You're not obsessed with animals either.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_00]: Why are you asking as if you're asking me?
- 13:19[SPEAKER_00]: I cannot obsessed with animal either, aren't you?
- 13:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 13:22[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, cool next.
- 13:26[SPEAKER_03]: This honesty or not telling something that happened.
- 13:30[SPEAKER_03]: Now listen, as the being in a relationship, do you think there's a difference between dishonesty as in like lying or simply just not telling you something?
- 13:40[SPEAKER_00]: You're not telling me something to me.
- 13:42[SPEAKER_00]: I take that as like a white lie.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_03]: What?
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: Like, if I asked you something, and you told me half of the story, it's a white lie.
- 13:49[SPEAKER_03]: If you ask me about it, and I say something that is not to truth, that is a lie.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_03]: But without you asking me about something, and I don't tell you about something that happened.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_00]: Like, that's a lie.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_03]: I just didn't mention it.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_00]: It could be, it could be,
- 14:08[SPEAKER_03]: It could be, like if you're confronted with that scenario and you choose to tell me not the truth, that's a lie.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_03]: But if I'm just not bringing up this random story, let's say you come home one day and something crazy happening like, like, let's say a guy like asked for my number.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_00]: let's say you gave someone your number and you weren't really like colloial in this relationship and you gave someone your number just to like see what the vibes are right you come home to me hey babe how are you you good and you don't tell me what you did yeah I wouldn't necessarily consider that a lie it's just like something fucked up you did I guess it came something can't not be a lie if there was nothing said
- 14:52[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like you didn't say nothing, so why is that a liar?
- 14:55[SPEAKER_00]: Like what is the line?
- 14:56[SPEAKER_03]: Because let's say you take it to the next level where somebody, that doesn't mean it's not fucked up though.
- 15:03[SPEAKER_03]: And I think it's the same thing with like, let's say somebody in the relationship cheated and like the other person never found out about it and they had no, they never questioned it.
- 15:12[SPEAKER_00]: No, you'd lie.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_00]: You'd lie after you cheated.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's why you lied every day.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: yeah like you're lying yeah you're lying you're lying even without even without being questioned about it or without mentioning anything like the moment you cheat and you come home and you know your partner cannot find out about it every day you spent whatever you're lying yeah you're right that that in that scenario I think that's true but in other ones like let's say somebody asked for my number and like I'll be
- 15:44[SPEAKER_03]: And I, I don't, that only happened one time and we actually talked about it on the podcast.
- 15:50[SPEAKER_03]: I think it was the episode called, uh, giving away, oh, maybe it was on Patreon actually.
- 15:57[SPEAKER_03]: So if you want to hear that story, check it out.
- 16:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, what episode is it?
- 16:01[SPEAKER_03]: I want to say it's like an episode that's called phone numbers.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_03]: phone number, I think that's what it's called because it was the entire story was that it was so great you guys that's like a great episode it's crazy that's such a pitch on episode I don't remember if that was the name was it no it was because I recently was looking through like our episodes yeah to make sure that we weren't like repeating any um any topics that we have in the lineup and I saw that one was like phone number
- 16:31[SPEAKER_00]: Got a Patreon link is in the bio and if you want to hear that story you can actually individually purchase that episode if you don't have to necessarily be a member but you could I always remember because we have so much on there.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_00]: Okay cool.
- 16:44[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, that was a crazy story.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_00]: Don't do that shit again.
- 16:49[SPEAKER_03]: All right, somebody said, when your partner doesn't stand up for you with their family in order to avoid conflict.
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: Stand up for you with their family or something.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so it's like for some reason, like in a, when you're, if you, if it's a second time, like what you're in the best way to point if you,
- 17:13[SPEAKER_03]: came to my house.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_03]: Let's say for Thanksgiving, right?
- 17:17[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to have things coming up in my parents.
- 17:19[SPEAKER_03]: And let's say you were the only one that was like an outside or coming in.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_03]: And first, some reason, there starts to be an argument between you and a family member.
- 17:32[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 17:33[SPEAKER_03]: Like a disagreement of some sort.
- 17:36[SPEAKER_03]: And
- 17:37[SPEAKER_03]: and it kind of gets like heated.
- 17:39[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe somebody makes like an unfair comment towards you or something that's kind of out of pocket.
- 17:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 17:46[SPEAKER_03]: You get the picture.
- 17:47[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I was there.
- 17:48[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't step in.
- 17:50[SPEAKER_03]: So what do you mean we're there?
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: We're skipping.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_03]: It hasn't happened.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_03]: And I don't step in for you.
- 17:56[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 17:59[SPEAKER_03]: That's a problem.
- 18:00[SPEAKER_00]: You don't step in for me as in.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: But what if I'm in a role?
- 18:03[SPEAKER_03]: I don't stand up for you.
- 18:06[SPEAKER_03]: in that situation.
- 18:07[SPEAKER_00]: But what if I'm in a wrong door?
- 18:08[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you're probably not in the wrong.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's true.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_00]: I'm never wrong.
- 18:11[SPEAKER_03]: No, it's not that.
- 18:13[SPEAKER_03]: But it's like also like, I'm going to stand up for you and say, hold on a second, like we're not talking about this or that or like, we're not here to debate this thing or that thing.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_03]: Like sometimes it's like, this is not the place for the conversation.
- 18:26[SPEAKER_00]: I will always stand up for you.
- 18:27[SPEAKER_03]: You know, so when your partner doesn't stand up for you with their family in order to avoid conflict and that I can see that happening.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like, especially in early relationships, maybe you're not married yet, you don't have like that.
- 18:44[SPEAKER_03]: Cause also spending time with each other's families, I think is really important.
- 18:47[SPEAKER_03]: And over time, you'd build that relationship.
- 18:51[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I build that relationship with your parents, or you build that relationship with my parents, where you have relationships with them, sort of, without me.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I see the way that my dad has his own relationship with my mom's parents.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_03]: And then my mom has a relationship with my dad's parents.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_03]: That's kind of in a way separate from my mom and dad.
- 19:16[SPEAKER_03]: So I don't know, I feel like that is achieved over many, many years of like spending time together and getting to know each other where they become your family.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_03]: It's not just like your in-laws.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_03]: But in the earlier times, that is something that's kind of uncomfortable to do.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_03]: But you do have to step in.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_03]: Like if I start having like some sort of disagreement was like your dad or something, or starting to get kind of like a...
- 19:43[SPEAKER_00]: Even though I never see that.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_03]: In like muggy waters for some reason.
- 19:48[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, it's your responsibility to step in and like cool the waters, no matter, but like you have to stand up for your person.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I also just wonder, like, who wouldn't do that?
- 20:00[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_03]: Like, how can you suddenly set it out of experience probably?
- 20:04[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I'm sorry to happen to you that sucks.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_03]: Because there's some people that get weird where like, no matter what, they'll take their parent side.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, also, it really the, okay, so I will say it depends on what we're talking about, because just because you're my partner, don't mean you're wrong in that argument.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_00]: But at that point, it's not about who's wrong or right, at that point is about this cool down the water, we can talk about it in the car on the way.
- 20:28[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, you know what, actually, just real sidebar real quick story.
- 20:33[SPEAKER_03]: When we were in Italy, you weren't there, but there was this like activity where you have
- 20:41[SPEAKER_03]: Obviously, but you were shooting down, like you know when you go down a music park and you have a gun, they can shoot down like a bunch of tin cans and shit like that.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_03]: And then if you get like 10 of them, you get a toy.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: So it was like one of those things.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_03]: And I was like, no, I'm going to do it.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_03]: I was feeling good or having fun.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_03]: So I had, we, I don't know, we paid like,
- 21:02[SPEAKER_03]: Ten euros or five euros or something and then I got like several like I may be like 20 or 15 tries something like that and you have to get 10 to get like a prize and I got nine but it was like actually really fun I've never Helled anything remotely similar to like a gun and really like not about that But it was just kind of like a fun thing.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_03]: You know, we were just shooting like these bottles
- 21:29[SPEAKER_03]: Um, and at one point, my cousin's girlfriend was, um, she was, I was like, oh, do you want to try like to shoot it to like shoot something, you know?
- 21:46[SPEAKER_03]: so then she like did one and I think she got it and then she was gonna do a second one and like there's obviously the things that you put in this like gun is not um like bullets they're like these little pellet things so they can pierce like they can still hurt somebody especially at close range so you don't want to like fuck around with that you don't want to joke with that you don't want to point it at anybody you never want to point it any type of gun
- 22:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, except I think that's the way to water gun bubble guns, something like that, but yeah, this one yeah, like that blows our bubbles.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_00]: I thought you said BB gun.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, yeah, like shoot that that hurts hurt.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_03]: Anyway, so we all know this and she like made a joke.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_03]: And after, like, loading it with the next thing, she, like, turned around and jokingly was, like, saying something like, oh, should I go here?
- 22:46[SPEAKER_03]: Should I go there?
- 22:47[SPEAKER_03]: We're all just, like, immediately ducked.
- 22:50[SPEAKER_03]: What?
- 22:51[SPEAKER_03]: And we were like, bro, like, you can't do, like, it's not funny.
- 22:53[SPEAKER_03]: What are you doing?
- 22:54[SPEAKER_03]: And everybody kind of, like, came at her because it's like, you just don't do that.
- 22:58[SPEAKER_00]: He don't do that.
- 22:59[SPEAKER_03]: But she's, like, the outside person, like, with our family.
- 23:04[SPEAKER_03]: You know, so everybody was kind of like pissed that she did that because it's kind of like a It's like such a stupid joke.
- 23:13[SPEAKER_03]: You just don't do that.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_00]: You do not especially Especially
- 23:18[SPEAKER_00]: if it's like the extent it would like not your family.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_03]: But no, you just don't do that period.
- 23:23[SPEAKER_00]: I know, but even if it is with my family, I can see me doing that with my cousins and joking around.
- 23:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, okay, cool.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not, but like, when you're meeting people like you still wouldn't do that.
- 23:31[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you still wouldn't do that.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you still wouldn't do that.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_03]: This is like a legit, like a legit, you know, it was like a rifle.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_03]: So like the shit that goes in your, like, you're holding in it.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, like you miss shoulder.
- 23:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_03]: It was it was cool to do like it's like cool activity to like look to the thing and like try to hit it You know, but What happened this is not me condoning gun guns by anything.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I feel like how to say that But after that the vibe was so off and the funny thing was she had an attitude about it What cuz she felt embarrassed that we were all like getting on her for making a stupid joke
- 24:08[SPEAKER_03]: And she felt embarrassed and her ego was hurt, so then she was like, I mean, I don't couldn't know this behavior by any means either because then she, I'm not talking, um, I'm like, maybe I shouldn't tell the story.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_03]: But then she was like talking shit kind of, saying like, oh, you guys are like, can't take a joke, blah, blah, blah, that's me putting amightly.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_03]: And everybody was like, no, like, you're trying to make it that it's like, we can't take a joke.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_03]: That's not funny.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_03]: You don't joke about that.
- 24:40[SPEAKER_03]: And then that's where my cousin was like, he wasn't going to like stand up for her just because that's his girlfriend, like against the family.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_03]: He was like, no, what she did was like, stupid, just apologize.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_03]: And like, all in up to what she did, that it was a stupid joke and like, let's move on.
- 24:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 24:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, me too, but I just thought it was funny.
- 25:02[SPEAKER_03]: It was like a good scenario in which like there are situations where like It's about standing up for like what's the truth not just no matter what I'm gonna say that for you against my family Like no, if you fucked up and you do some like stupid shit I'm not gonna do that.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and you might get embarrassed because it's like you're with my family and then they're like judging you or whatever Which is don't do we a shit?
- 25:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that was not cool.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_00]: I would have done the exact same thing.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_00]: You don't do that.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 25:28[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody said deal breaker not wanting kids not knowing how to apologize Hating their family not just boundaries.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_00]: We talked about that not having kids one in the previous episode, so I want to jump right into the Not knowing how to apologize.
- 25:44[SPEAKER_00]: No, and how to apologize not to me.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_00]: That's not a deal breaker
- 25:48[SPEAKER_03]: That's something you can work on.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_00]: That is something you can work on because I'm a big believer in.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_00]: You can improve on a lot of these dealbreakers that people say, it's a deal breaker.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_00]: To me, I'm a very patient person.
- 26:02[SPEAKER_00]: So something that might be a deal breaker to you.
- 26:04[SPEAKER_00]: If I love this person, I'm a work on this shit.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_03]: This was something that we had to work on in our relationship, and specifically, I had to work on in this relationship, because you can't see any space in it.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_03]: But I really had a hard time apologizing.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like I'm a lot better now.
- 26:27[SPEAKER_03]: That's not really something that we kind of like run into that I'm not a Paul judge.
- 26:32[SPEAKER_03]: Would you say?
- 26:33[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, I'm gonna be completely honest.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, you did not know how to apologize.
- 26:40[SPEAKER_00]: It was actually physically hard for her to say I am sorry.
- 26:45[SPEAKER_03]: Especially because Yoni made it so big deal that I wasn't apologizing for even if I accidentally hit him with the door or something like that and you would be like, are you not going to say sorry?
- 26:59[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's little things that I would say sorry because I hit you.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not just thinking, obviously not, you're not hurt for real, but it's like if I just elbow you kind of hard a little bit like,
- 27:15[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, so at first it was one of the things that was kind of like a little bit off putting for me.
- 27:21[SPEAKER_00]: We first met because I was like, how come it's so hard for you to say, I'm sorry.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes when you don't say I'm sorry, someone calls you out on a
- 27:32[SPEAKER_00]: It makes it ten times harder for you to say I'm sorry because now you feel like a kid it gets the corner and you have to apologize but then again making me like telling me what to say yeah exactly like you're forcing me to say now even though you want to say it you just cannot say it so that was all you for for for a while yeah and that happens so much if you like in the first year
- 27:54[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it happened a lot and I understood that it was something that was hard for you maybe because I don't know if it's a family thing I don't know if you never really grew up saying I'm sorry or my bad I was the total opposite.
- 28:05[SPEAKER_00]: I was always like yo, I fucked up in my bed.
- 28:07[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be the first one to say Yeah, I'll say I'll say I'm sorry before you even realize I fucked up
- 28:12[SPEAKER_03]: it's something that I definitely definitely grew up and because I noticed within my family how people don't apologize and people don't own up to like something being their fault or they caused something or they were wrong about something that was a big thing that was like ingrained in me that the not showing that you were wrong about something huge.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_03]: Huge me oating up to being wrong about something that was a thing at the beginning of our relationship.
- 28:40[SPEAKER_03]: That was that was like a Reoccurring all the time
- 28:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so it's dying the beginning of really, because I knew that this is something that you can learn that it's okay to not know something and it's okay to be wrong.
- 28:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's okay to be wrong and it's okay to say, I'm sorry if you are sorry, like it's okay.
- 29:05[SPEAKER_03]: That is like an exaggeration because if I did, I think it was like at the beginning was very situational.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_03]: Like there was, and it became a thing that I,
- 29:16[SPEAKER_03]: have a hard time apologizing or saying I'm sorry or sometimes you know you have an argument and let's say I would overreact and then um you kind of are both like in a funk and you're not really talking to each other and it's like which person's gonna break the ice first and sometimes it's gonna sit in it for a little bit longer you know.
- 29:35[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, some people definitely have to sit in the funk a little bit longer.
- 29:38[SPEAKER_03]: Some people are kind of just like, I think it was also that you then made it a thing every single time.
- 29:45[SPEAKER_03]: Once you realized like, and we had already talked about this being something I need to work on.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_03]: And then any time there'll be a situation as simple as, like, hitting you accidentally with like something or,
- 30:04[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, what do my feet on my cold feet on U.N. night, and then you like annoyed that my feet are cold or whatever?
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_03]: Something like simple like that.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_00]: Something serious.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_03]: You would then be like, so you're not going to apologize.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_03]: Like before, even had a chance to apologize, you like, made it a thing.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_03]: But it was kind of a joke.
- 30:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_03]: But at the same time, it made them a charter for me to apologize.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_03]: But now I do think I've, I don't, what would you say?
- 30:29[SPEAKER_00]: I would say right now, we're not, we're definitely way better than before.
- 30:33[SPEAKER_03]: out of ten times when I need to apologize, I apologize like eight times.
- 30:40[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I don't know exactly like how much bad that thing knows that I definitely know that it's gone a lot better in the beginning because it's just so important because there is no ego in saying I'm sorry like shit, I'm sorry, but I know that it's a hard thing for people to say though, you're not the only one like
- 30:58[SPEAKER_00]: I think it's hard to apologize.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just not that person.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_00]: I apologize so quick to where you think it's not even real.
- 31:05[SPEAKER_03]: I think it, I think it really depends on the, some of the contexts.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_00]: But I mean it when I apologize.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: I don't just say, oh, I'm sorry.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_00]: Just I actually just don't have a problem apologizing.
- 31:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 31:16[SPEAKER_00]: Um, about the not knowing thing that it's kind of like on the same level.
- 31:20[SPEAKER_00]: I would say.
- 31:21[SPEAKER_03]: Right now.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, like if I had to rank the importance for that for me, if I say I'm sorry is important, obviously saying thank you is important and then fixing us I'm sorry is more important and saying thank you
- 31:35[SPEAKER_00]: No, yeah, yeah, for sure.
- 31:37[SPEAKER_00]: But saying I'm sorry, and just like admitting to not knowing something, those are like pretty high in my, like what's important for me for the other person to have in a relationship, because it shows open mindedness.
- 31:48[SPEAKER_03]: But it's interesting that you like really let me just be the way that I was while trying to help me work on that.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_03]: Like it wasn't a deal breaker for you.
- 31:57[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't a deal breaker, because I just knew I had so many other qualities.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you had other qualities, but I knew that it was
- 32:06[SPEAKER_00]: It was something that you can just look, I quickly realized that it was probably something deeper, deeper, and maybe a way you grew up, it was something, it was so concrete, like there was no, it almost didn't make sense.
- 32:19[SPEAKER_00]: It's not by choice that you just don't choose to say.
- 32:22[SPEAKER_03]: It felt like I was fighting again something inside of me, right?
- 32:26[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and I just knew, okay cool, that's right.
- 32:29[SPEAKER_00]: But the whole time I'm thinking, I'm just going to lead by example.
- 32:33[SPEAKER_00]: And that's what I was without voicing it.
- 32:34[SPEAKER_00]: Without saying I'm going to lead by example.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_00]: I was just, when I don't know something, I'm like, oh, like, what does that mean?
- 32:41[SPEAKER_00]: And then you be like, oh, you don't know what that means?
- 32:43[SPEAKER_00]: Like no, I don't.
- 32:44[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, the knowing thing true, but I was gonna say the I think another thing that helped is that I was just in a completely different environment Like the person I was interacting with didn't have the the ego and the gotta be right thing without there was no competition of like
- 33:02[SPEAKER_03]: You care about being right and I care about being right.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_03]: So it's constantly like who's gonna lose and who's gonna win?
- 33:08[SPEAKER_03]: Like that was something that for somehow it became a thing for me growing up like one hundred percent Like who's wrong or right and then whoever is right
- 33:17[SPEAKER_03]: Because I can see that in my mom sometimes in specific scenarios where I'm like, Mom, clearly like what this other person is saying, you know, that's a fact and you're just being like the devil's advocate and then she'll be like, yeah, but like I don't want to give them the satisfaction and like mom, you know, it's a thing.
- 33:37[SPEAKER_03]: that now because it made it easy for me to sort of switch that up because you had none of that.
- 33:46[SPEAKER_03]: So some part of my reaction of like not wanting to show that I don't know something or being always right or not apologizing.
- 33:56[SPEAKER_03]: That is also like
- 33:58[SPEAKER_03]: in partnership with the person in front of me, also being the same way as me.
- 34:05[SPEAKER_03]: So when you didn't have any of those things, it made it a lot easier for me to let all those things go.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_03]: As much as I could, and obviously it took time.
- 34:15[SPEAKER_03]: You get what I'm saying?
- 34:15[SPEAKER_00]: Now I get where you're saying, there's no competition, especially if we're together, it's like, and also to not knowing something, it only gives you the opportunity to learn something new that day.
- 34:25[SPEAKER_00]: I always look at it like that.
- 34:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 34:27[SPEAKER_00]: Like, when I don't know something, I say this all the time, I've probably said it a meal, it's on the podcast, well, like, when I don't know something, I'll be the first one to tell you.
- 34:35[SPEAKER_00]: And also to, like, for example, it could be a simple English word, right?
- 34:39[SPEAKER_00]: English is not my first language.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_00]: Mm-hmm.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_00]: So in settings, where I don't know, like I'm talking to someone and maybe that is certainly you, but someone says the English word that I just don't know, I will say like what does that mean?
- 34:54[SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes because I don't have, I don't really have an accent, people are surprised by how do you not know this word, because maybe they don't know that I speak five other languages.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like English is your fifth language.
- 35:06[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's a fifth language that I learned, so because they can't tell by just speaking to me, they're like, yeah, what do you mean, you don't know what, um, what's so word like something.
- 35:17[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I just a word, you know, and then I tell them, I don't know, you know, my first language.
- 35:22[SPEAKER_00]: And there's a, oh, really, and then we start talking about other languages, whatever, then they make sense to them.
- 35:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 35:27[SPEAKER_00]: But I've never even in that situation if anything that'll be like the hardest part for someone to admit that they don't know something.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that was, that has been hard for me before because I didn't want them to think that I'm not intelligent.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: Exactly.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_00]: Like so in a setting where people are just talking and they say a word and you're like, what is that?
- 35:45[SPEAKER_00]: Instead of grabbing my phone or asking Google, I'm gonna ask them like, what do you mean by that or like, what does that mean?
- 35:51[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so you being that way helped me a lot unlearn all those things because I see like I now that I've grown from that and I'm not perfect by any means, but like now I see what you used to see with me in my family who still is like kind of the same and it's really ingrained in like
- 36:17[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I mean, I mean, I noticed that when I came around your family, but it's like, it's different than everybody, but yeah, not knowing how to apologize can be quite difficult, but I am living proof that it is possible to grow out of that and learn.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_00]: And also by the way, I'm not trying to act like I'm perfect and I don't know, but I really always apologize and if I don't know something, it's just some depth, there's other areas where I can improve, but these two things that we just talked about are three things, I never had a problem just admitting him because it was wrong with that.
- 36:55[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that also doesn't mean that you don't stand your ground, just because you're able to apologize.
- 36:59[SPEAKER_03]: You're still like, if you have an opinion or something like you're still going to say your shit, you're not going to just be like agreeable or something all the time.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody said can't make me laugh.
- 37:13[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that's a deal breaker.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, someone's like really actually that's very true.
- 37:19[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody's really not funny.
- 37:20[SPEAKER_03]: I'm not even interested in them to begin with.
- 37:27[SPEAKER_00]: I never heard you say that.
- 37:29[SPEAKER_03]: You're hell of funny, you made me laugh all the time.
- 37:34[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let's true, but I feel like I've never heard you put that in like the quality that you want.
- 37:38[SPEAKER_03]: Because you know what, when somebody is like not funny, I find the feeling unattractive.
- 37:49[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I'm funny, like, I'm not a funny guy, I'm just fun, I feel like I'm fun, I'm not funny.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_00]: Is that right?
- 37:56[SPEAKER_03]: Well, we didn't, she said, can't make me laugh.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
- 38:01[SPEAKER_03]: So, it's like, you make me laugh all the time.
- 38:05[SPEAKER_03]: Is it to a joke?
- 38:08[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I would say I'm more joking than you are.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because my style met a joke or like, hey, baby, we want to hear a funny joke.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_00]: All right.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 38:17[SPEAKER_03]: The fuck.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_03]: I don't do anything.
- 38:19[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm just like I'm going out random jokes.
- 38:22[SPEAKER_00]: I would have funny comments.
- 38:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 38:25[SPEAKER_00]: I think, but I'm also not trying to be funny.
- 38:28[SPEAKER_03]: That's true, but I think I'm trying to think, how do you make me laugh, but you do make me laugh a lot.
- 38:34[SPEAKER_00]: I'll be making some right away.
- 38:35[SPEAKER_03]: Actually, Yoni is just really funny at, like, you do like, stupid shit.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_00]: I don't purpose.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like you'll make.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah, it was, like earlier, he was like, like a shadow playing a guitar.
- 38:50[SPEAKER_03]: But he was like making his face and his body were like contorting funny.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_03]: And then I don't know.
- 38:56[SPEAKER_03]: It's like,
- 38:57[SPEAKER_00]: I was pretending to play a guitar.
- 38:58[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, you do like silly things like that.
- 39:01[SPEAKER_00]: But it was like electric guitar to where you got kind of like have to like change your face when you hit that note.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then like your fingers look like they were breaking.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_03]: It's, I don't know what you call that style of, of funny, but you do like silly things like that.
- 39:15[SPEAKER_03]: Like you don't take yourself.
- 39:16[SPEAKER_00]: Because you don't do that.
- 39:17[SPEAKER_00]: You, the way you never do these things.
- 39:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, really.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_00]: But you're funny in a different way.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_00]: Like you're accidentally funny.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 39:24[SPEAKER_03]: Which I like to that's funny.
- 39:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so I do, so if somebody is like neither, like they take themselves to seriously, they can't take a joke.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's really important for me to be with somebody that if I if I make a joke on their account, obviously nothing, like hurtful.
- 39:43[SPEAKER_03]: But I want to be able to like, you know, poke at you for a ton of time, you know, and like you can take a poke.
- 39:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you know, people that can't take poking, I am like, uh,
- 39:53[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, me too.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_03]: It's like, yeah, like even on a friend level.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_03]: I can't like throw a little joke.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_03]: I hear something can't really be friends like that.
- 40:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's like two series.
- 40:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody said, being still being in touch with their ex.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, yeah, that's not good for what like why you in touch with it.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_00]: Well, hold on, hold on.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_03]: Were they friends before and then they like tried to be in a relationship and didn't work out.
- 40:20[SPEAKER_03]: And then they back to being friends.
- 40:22[SPEAKER_00]: If I knew my ex before I met you.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_03]: And we, I mean, you didn't know you ex before you met me.
- 40:27[SPEAKER_03]: That's why they were ex.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, right, right, right.
- 40:30[SPEAKER_00]: I think it, well, to me, it all depends on how was the breakup, you know, was it
- 40:37[SPEAKER_03]: But why are you still in touch?
- 40:39[SPEAKER_00]: Why are you so insecure?
- 40:40[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, no.
- 40:45[SPEAKER_00]: I'm talking directly to you.
- 40:46[SPEAKER_03]: The way you said that she was crazy.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_00]: No, I mean, why would if you are in touch with your ex, honestly?
- 40:55[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I wouldn't like that.
- 40:56[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, think about it.
- 40:57[SPEAKER_03]: Think about it.
- 40:58[SPEAKER_00]: Let me think about it, right?
- 40:58[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just like texting, like what's in touch?
- 41:01[SPEAKER_03]: What does that mean?
- 41:01[SPEAKER_00]: Texting, sending memes all day.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_03]: Not as crazy.
- 41:05[SPEAKER_00]: Really?
- 41:06[SPEAKER_03]: That's crazy.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_00]: You can't be in touch with your ex.
- 41:10[SPEAKER_03]: If they're gay now, maybe.
- 41:13[SPEAKER_03]: No, well, for some reason.
- 41:14[SPEAKER_03]: That's the only case where I'm like, if they started, you know, they changed the sexuality or something.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_03]: No, I'm just chatting.
- 41:27[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you guys just chatting.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe you're faced.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_00]: I maybe want some other catch up.
- 41:30[SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy.
- 41:31[SPEAKER_00]: Catch up about it like each other's lives and you truly want the best of them.
- 41:37[SPEAKER_00]: You know, like, we're adults, you know?
- 41:38[SPEAKER_00]: Like, the shit is, we're not like, even though I will prefer now.
- 41:43[SPEAKER_03]: I, yeah, I don't know.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_00]: I would prefer.
- 41:44[SPEAKER_03]: That's what it meant for me.
- 41:46[SPEAKER_00]: I prefer, but also too, like, if you were in touch with your ex, just every once in a while, I kind of catch up about, like, I wouldn't mind, like, I'm not going to be like, oh, don't talk to him.
- 41:55[SPEAKER_00]: I'll never tell you who to talk to him when that's talked to him.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_00]: Because I don't know.
- 41:59[SPEAKER_03]: But it would be like, if I'm, like, constantly chatting.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_00]: Constantly definitely.
- 42:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 42:03[SPEAKER_03]: Every once in a while, like, I think they're still in touch, means that.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_00]: What is it it's like you talked like recently Yeah, recently like maybe they responded to your story say oh wow, I hope you're good This is amazing and you have a little back and forth and then you respond yeah cool things like I don't mind that like that's okay Well, that's not funny touch.
- 42:29[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think and so to you in touch like at any time You could like reach out and like hang out or something
- 42:36[SPEAKER_00]: but hanging out is kind of crazy about it.
- 42:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, okay.
- 42:40[SPEAKER_03]: If they can't, a deal breaker would be, if they can't communicate their feelings.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_00]: That is definitely a deal breaker for me because how else would I know how you feel about me?
- 42:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like they need to understand themselves.
- 42:53[SPEAKER_03]: If you can't communicate your feelings, it's not, I wouldn't say it's a deal breaker because everybody has a different level of emotional intelligence.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_03]: And I feel like even though it's not your responsibility to teach somebody how to be emotionally open and vulnerable, I do think that if you really love this person, there are some people that just have a hard time opening up,
- 43:19[SPEAKER_00]: I would have a really hard time being with someone who can't open up water.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_03]: I know, but I think that something that you can also work on, like I remember, we met somebody in Malta that we kind of, you know, you need someone for the first time, but after spending several days together, you kind of start having conversations about, like, your relationships, different things like that, because you only know where they're, people saw us together, we ended up like talking to a few people about just relationships in general,
- 43:48[SPEAKER_03]: Some people were married, some people were engaged, some people had girlfriends or boyfriends or whatever.
- 43:52[SPEAKER_03]: And I remember somebody who was like really cool and I thought they were like a very communicative type of person said that a thing in their relationship is that they need to work on learning how to communicate their feelings.
- 44:09[SPEAKER_03]: Like they're not very open with communicating their feelings.
- 44:12[SPEAKER_03]: That thought that was really interesting.
- 44:13[SPEAKER_03]: But this person was engaged.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_03]: to like being married.
- 44:17[SPEAKER_03]: So I think like it is possible for that to be, not everybody's perfect, not everybody's like the perfect communicator, but it's about knowing that that's a problem and knowing that that's something you need to like work on.
- 44:32[SPEAKER_03]: If this person is like, I don't care to be open with my feelings at all, then it's a problem.
- 44:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I get that.
- 44:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's interesting, but yeah.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, this is a kind of a long one.
- 44:51[SPEAKER_03]: Gradual decline in efforts as soon as you get the person and if the chase was all you wanted.
- 44:58[SPEAKER_03]: So there's a gradual decline in the efforts the person is putting into your relationship now that you're together.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_00]: I know exactly what they mean.
- 45:08[SPEAKER_00]: The chase is so fun.
- 45:09[SPEAKER_00]: When you're when you're trying to like be with someone, whether you know you trying to be with them or them trying to be with you.
- 45:18[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like the pursuing is such a fun phase.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_00]: It's exciting because it's like I don't know where this is going to go.
- 45:26[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know what she's going to say.
- 45:27[SPEAKER_00]: You have a texture someone and just and just do your phone away and now want to look at it for the response.
- 45:31[SPEAKER_00]: You have a felt anxious seeing, not sending the text, sending the text is like one thing, you're anxious, but then you sent it, right?
- 45:38[SPEAKER_00]: You're like, who?
- 45:39[SPEAKER_00]: That's a risky one.
- 45:40[SPEAKER_00]: But here you go.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 45:41[SPEAKER_03]: And that's why you threw your phone away.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_03]: You're like, I'm okay.
- 45:43[SPEAKER_00]: You throw your phone away.
- 45:44[SPEAKER_00]: You just want to go take a long-ass shower.
- 45:46[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm going to get to the park.
- 45:48[SPEAKER_00]: Go play basketball.
- 45:49[SPEAKER_00]: You want to forget about that text.
- 45:50[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 45:51[SPEAKER_00]: And then you, when you walk back to your phone, you see their name pop up.
- 45:54[SPEAKER_00]: You're like, oh shit.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_03]: You know what sucks?
- 45:55[SPEAKER_03]: So if you go back to your phone and they still haven't responded.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_00]: And you know, especially if you've been going for a while.
- 46:01[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like, I purposely took extra lock to do a bunch of random shit.
- 46:04[SPEAKER_03]: And so I check my phone and there's no text back, you know, my heart will sink.
- 46:09[SPEAKER_00]: Well, not necessarily, you just want to, you're still waiting for it.
- 46:12[SPEAKER_03]: No, because what if they're just not replying, like, let's say we were just having, like, back and forth, hell, like, one text, the other text, text, text, text, text, like the full conversation over text.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_03]: It's very active.
- 46:24[SPEAKER_03]: And I send, like, this risk-yask thing.
- 46:27[SPEAKER_03]: And then I throw my phone away and I go, if we're, like, 10 minutes to, like, do something.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_03]: And then I come back, let's say more than 10 minutes, an hour.
- 46:36[SPEAKER_03]: And they just didn't apply.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_00]: Well, the part about that sucks the most is that everything was back and forth pretty much like you guys didn't exit the app, right?
- 46:44[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_00]: So it's a poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop, poop
- 47:00[SPEAKER_03]: And then it's like, I can't, this is not a text I can follow up with something else.
- 47:04[SPEAKER_03]: Like, it's the balls in their court.
- 47:06[SPEAKER_00]: And it was clear that it was because of the risk you want, that they didn't respond.
- 47:10[SPEAKER_00]: Because for the past hour, everything was just flowing like water.
- 47:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's happened before.
- 47:14[SPEAKER_03]: That's sure it's not a fun place to be.
- 47:15[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I know.
- 47:16[SPEAKER_00]: After that, I just want to be like, you know what?
- 47:18[SPEAKER_00]: Take the battery out of my phone.
- 47:21[SPEAKER_03]: Just be like, now it's cool that you can do activities on send fuck messages.
- 47:26[SPEAKER_00]: I know, but they probably already saw it.
- 47:27[SPEAKER_00]: So now it's funny.
- 47:29[SPEAKER_03]: In case they didn't.
- 47:30[SPEAKER_00]: Oh my god.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_00]: But then it's so awkward.
- 47:32[SPEAKER_03]: They did and then you didn't reply and then would you see someone deletes that message just so.
- 47:36[SPEAKER_00]: You don't say it to me, but I've never on sent a message in my life.
- 47:41[SPEAKER_03]: Really?
- 47:42[SPEAKER_00]: Like a message that I meant to send?
- 47:44[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, no.
- 47:45[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, I've been sent shit that I, I mean, I've been sent, accident texts to like other people.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_03]: You haven't.
- 47:51[SPEAKER_00]: I have.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: Oh yeah.
- 47:52[SPEAKER_00]: But like something that I said, I want to take it back.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, bro, they'll be sort of shit.
- 47:56[SPEAKER_03]: Have you ever like sent a text and you edited some of it?
- 48:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, of course, misspelled.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_03]: No, like, for now for that, but like, edited the content.
- 48:04[SPEAKER_00]: Maybe add it more context.
- 48:06[SPEAKER_03]: Hmm, but I think there was one time where like I wrote something and then I was like thinking about it.
- 48:12[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, you know, I think we better first said this and then I added it.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_00]: Super random story.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_00]: One of my friends in college sent me a long-ass text message.
- 48:22[SPEAKER_00]: It was one of those that you got to like swipe.
- 48:25[SPEAKER_00]: It feels the whole screen.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_03]: Damn.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_00]: It's like a little bit.
- 48:28[SPEAKER_00]: What is your friend in college that I think had a crush on me that I think?
- 48:36[SPEAKER_00]: But I'm not sure.
- 48:37[SPEAKER_00]: She sent me a long ass text message.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_00]: Anytime when you get that, it's like, oh, she will win this.
- 48:41[SPEAKER_03]: It's crazy to wake up to a long ass there.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't dealt with a long ass test for that in years.
- 48:47[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, so I didn't wake up to it.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_00]: You just popped up one day accidentally, right?
- 48:52[SPEAKER_00]: Not accidentally.
- 48:53[SPEAKER_00]: What do you mean here?
- 48:54[SPEAKER_03]: He?
- 48:55[SPEAKER_03]: Was it a he that he said?
- 48:56[SPEAKER_00]: No, she.
- 48:56[SPEAKER_03]: Oh.
- 48:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's a friend that I think had a crush on me.
- 48:59[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 49:00[SPEAKER_00]: You know college.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_00]: I said that.
- 49:01[SPEAKER_00]: And the text comes through and then there's another text because the paragraph was just one long one.
- 49:07[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't like a couple.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_03]: I remember one story now.
- 49:10[SPEAKER_00]: And then there's another one at the bottom that was like, oh my god, Yoni, I'm so sorry.
- 49:14[SPEAKER_00]: This was not meant for you.
- 49:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's super personal.
- 49:16[SPEAKER_00]: Please don't read it.
- 49:19[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I haven't read it yet.
- 49:21[SPEAKER_00]: I read the new one that came in.
- 49:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, at the bottom.
- 49:23[SPEAKER_00]: Because you know when you look at it at a text I tell you like oh shit do I have time so then the small bowl came I read that and that's what I said I was like well fuck now I'm really curious and Thinking back on it I should have just read it because it was probably for me But you think I deleted the text
- 49:48[SPEAKER_00]: I could have easily read the whole thing out of curiosity because anybody would be curious.
- 49:52[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think it was for you.
- 49:53[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was something.
- 49:55[SPEAKER_03]: No, that would be such a stupid thing to say after it.
- 49:57[SPEAKER_00]: I think it was for me.
- 49:58[SPEAKER_00]: That was like a way.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_03]: Because you know, there's people that write out a text like in the note app before they send it to somebody so they don't actually send it before they meant to.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 50:08[SPEAKER_03]: So...
- 50:10[SPEAKER_03]: but saying it's the right part to the right part.
- 50:12[SPEAKER_00]: I think she sent it to me because it was something I read like a one or two like in the beginning and like on it was it was something emotional about how she felt about this person.
- 50:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's crazy.
- 50:23[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm so mad.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_03]: And immediately change her mind, huh?
- 50:27[SPEAKER_03]: Immediately changed her mind.
- 50:28[SPEAKER_03]: Like she sent that and then she said delete this.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, I think she just tried to play it off as if it was for someone else.
- 50:37[SPEAKER_00]: Cause maybe she had, because the crush that she, the, the potential crush she had on me was never communicated to me.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_00]: I never knew it was just an assumption.
- 50:48[SPEAKER_00]: So, I really wanted to read it, but I don't know why.
- 50:52[SPEAKER_00]: I was just like, you know what, my friend told me to delete it.
- 50:56[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just gonna delete it because she doesn't want me to read it
- 51:00[SPEAKER_00]: And for some reason I was okay with it, but looking back on it now, I mean, it doesn't matter.
- 51:06[SPEAKER_00]: This is 10 years ago, right?
- 51:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_00]: But I kind of wish I read it.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_00]: Like, what was it?
- 51:11[SPEAKER_00]: You know, anybody would be curious, because I could have your name.
- 51:14[SPEAKER_00]: I could have easily read it and be like, oh, yeah, I didn't read it.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_00]: I deleted it.
- 51:17[SPEAKER_00]: It should be like, thank you so much.
- 51:20[SPEAKER_03]: But what did that even do anyway?
- 51:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know.
- 51:22[SPEAKER_00]: I think the food is I'm going to grab it real quick.
- 51:24[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, yeah, we ordered, uh, we've been recording for like six hours, so we, uh, I ordered some dinner because I ordered some dinner from a Chinese spot.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_03]: I was really craving some spicy Chinese foods.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_03]: So I got some stuff from the Mala project.
- 51:48[SPEAKER_03]: And then I also got some ice cream from Cafe Pana.
- 51:52[SPEAKER_03]: It's okay, ice cream doesn't go bad.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_03]: I got a cookies and cream, if you know.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_03]: I got cookies and panna from cafe panna.
- 52:02[SPEAKER_03]: It's like the best ice cream.
- 52:05[SPEAKER_03]: And then I got a seasonal one, which is like a pumpkin pie, a pumpkin pie ice cream.
- 52:11[SPEAKER_03]: And then if you wanna know the rest of the order, I got from the Malaproject.
- 52:17[SPEAKER_03]: I got their Chinese fried chicken, but it's not really like fried, like in a dough is just like, I don't know how to chicken.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_03]: And then some fried rice and some done done Dan Dan noodles and done done and so that asking him looks so good.
- 52:35[SPEAKER_03]: That ice cream is the branding is really cool too.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 52:38[SPEAKER_00]: So you say one is what?
- 52:40[SPEAKER_03]: One is cookies and cream.
- 52:41[SPEAKER_00]: That's ah yeah.
- 52:43[SPEAKER_00]: I've kind of overdid it.
- 52:45[SPEAKER_00]: You overdid it.
- 52:46[SPEAKER_03]: No trust me and the other one is pumpkin pie.
- 52:50[SPEAKER_00]: You know, me, I'm a very simple man.
- 52:52[SPEAKER_00]: I like vanilla ice cream, vanilla bean, French bean, vanilla, any one of those?
- 52:58[SPEAKER_03]: I actually hate vanilla bean, but I like French vanilla.
- 53:00[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like people don't know the difference.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_03]: There is a big difference.
- 53:03[SPEAKER_00]: Tell me.
- 53:04[SPEAKER_03]: Like vanilla bean is always waste sweeter, and it almost kind of has like a fake vanilla flavor.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_03]: Mm-hmm.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_03]: Like artificial.
- 53:11[SPEAKER_00]: That's vanilla bean.
- 53:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's like two fragrant like two like perfume perfume me, but a French vanilla is much more like classy has a yellow flavor It tastes much more like cream yellow flavor yellow color.
- 53:26[SPEAKER_03]: Sorry yellow color.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, and it it tastes much more like buttery creamy That's the one I like vanilla and then the vanilla is like
- 53:34[SPEAKER_03]: more classy like more chic vanilla I don't explain it but the flavor is like not as fake pronounced anyways cool give it a side note next one cheating okay we did that oh so that was the gradual decline in efforts as soon as you get to the person and then we started talking okay that's what we're talking okay okay so the gradual decline I think that happens when okay you finally got the person
- 54:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and then now they put no effort and now it's kind of just like, okay, cool.
- 54:06[SPEAKER_00]: We're together and they start showing because you know when you want to be with someone you kind of work at it.
- 54:11[SPEAKER_00]: You kind of like do your best.
- 54:12[SPEAKER_00]: You always put your best foot forward to present yourself a certain way.
- 54:19[SPEAKER_00]: You know, all the things you got to do to quote unquote and press the other person, but now that you guys are together, you stop going to the gym, you stop caring about what you're wearing.
- 54:27[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, but the efforts are also maybe towards that person.
- 54:30[SPEAKER_03]: Like you don't, maybe you don't show affection as much, right?
- 54:34[SPEAKER_03]: You don't send them like cute texts.
- 54:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 54:38[SPEAKER_00]: I think, though, flirting stops when you, even you, um, I think we're so flirt.
- 54:43[SPEAKER_00]: We're together.
- 54:45[SPEAKER_03]: That's jokingly.
- 54:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, but like... Do you wish we flirted more?
- 54:49[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no.
- 54:50[SPEAKER_00]: But it really, like...
- 54:52[SPEAKER_00]: It took a dip, you know?
- 54:53[SPEAKER_00]: Because it was the point.
- 54:55[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, yeah, because we were just talking.
- 54:57[SPEAKER_03]: We're already to flirt.
- 54:58[SPEAKER_03]: Like, I'm just talking.
- 54:59[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, I know.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_00]: And I don't see us.
- 55:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like, it's...
- 55:02[SPEAKER_00]: It's not something that just comes up, right?
- 55:03[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, sometimes...
- 55:04[SPEAKER_03]: This is the time you want to flirt more.
- 55:06[SPEAKER_00]: No.
- 55:07[SPEAKER_00]: I'm just talking about how, in the beginning, we used to flirt a lot.
- 55:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah cuz that's what you do like you got to be like a little like every time we text it We text it a little bit, but I know like at some point We're going to the cute cute I'm gonna throw that risky text out there and throw that phone and we want to think about Alice she gonna catch that shit and I'll give you more You know so
- 55:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, so I don't know if they also have another one.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 55:32[SPEAKER_03]: Constant need to speak or have video calls even in long LDR.
- 55:41[SPEAKER_00]: Follow the distance relationship.
- 55:44[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, right.
- 55:46[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, you should know that as a Gen Z.
- 55:48[SPEAKER_03]: Constant need to speak or have video calls even in long distance relationship.
- 55:53[SPEAKER_03]: And then they said, I want to live my life right now.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_00]: So she's in a long-distance relationship and that person always wants to face time.
- 56:01[SPEAKER_00]: Now, being the person who wants to face time, I get it.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_00]: You are with this new person, you know those butterflies in the beginning of a relationship that just feels so good.
- 56:10[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I just want to talk to this person every day.
- 56:12[SPEAKER_03]: I don't really like face timeings, so I don't relate to this.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_00]: How do you hate timeings?
- 56:17[SPEAKER_03]: But I remember we still like...
- 56:19[SPEAKER_03]: Did we ever get on phone calls and then would like fall asleep or on the phone?
- 56:23[SPEAKER_00]: Of course.
- 56:24[SPEAKER_00]: So I think you don't remember.
- 56:25[SPEAKER_00]: We should do that so much.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 56:26[SPEAKER_03]: I think I have a memory of that.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_00]: I would hang up and the phone would just be like you would hang up.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, and yeah.
- 56:33[SPEAKER_00]: Because you fall asleep when you sleep on the line.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, yeah.
- 56:36[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, I remember and then you would like say something and then it would be kind of a pause and you would say something else that would sort of wake me up and then I would be like,
- 56:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, and then, and then if I hang up and then you just wake up later and then you look at your phone that I fall asleep.
- 56:53[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, long-ass phone calls.
- 56:55[SPEAKER_03]: Why don't people do that?
- 56:56[SPEAKER_03]: That's so funny.
- 56:57[SPEAKER_00]: It's just so cozy.
- 56:58[SPEAKER_00]: It's like another way to cuddle from a phone call.
- 57:00[SPEAKER_03]: It is so cute.
- 57:02[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but yeah, constant needs to speak, like give yourself breaks, you know, that is really annoying.
- 57:07[SPEAKER_03]: You got to communicate that.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_03]: Like it's not a deal breaker by any means.
- 57:10[SPEAKER_03]: Just communicate like, you know, I don't want to talk to you all the time.
- 57:13[SPEAKER_03]: Like, let's have, let's live our lives so we can have shit to talk about.
- 57:17[SPEAKER_03]: somebody, oh, a same person said, getting random gifts that are branded and expenses for expensive versus getting meaningful small ones.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like it's a very specific thing.
- 57:30[SPEAKER_03]: And I think this is a very specific preference because there's some people that think getting a small, like random gift, like a, I don't know what, what's a small random gift.
- 57:40[SPEAKER_00]: Small random gift
- 57:43[SPEAKER_03]: No, like on a random day it would be like you getting me like my favorite cardamom bond from Oh, yeah, fuck don't you just randomly pay for it without one day.
- 57:57[SPEAKER_00]: I suppose you know what babe I need to go to the city I feel like I've been I feel like I live in New York, but I just live in this apartment
- 58:06[SPEAKER_00]: Like New York is so huge just like I mean we've been really No, I know but it's like we've really been so busy but it's like this is New York City Yeah, like we just we just in our apartment working.
- 58:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I know we do need to be in our Yeah, let's let's get tomorrow.
- 58:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, tomorrow.
- 58:22[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_03]: Tomorrow.
- 58:23[SPEAKER_03]: We're gonna go look at some couch I just hope it's not in Brooklyn Uh, one is in Williamsburg And the other one is in the city
- 58:31[SPEAKER_03]: Actually, maybe the other one's not in the city.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_03]: Maybe the one is like guannas or something.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_01]: Sure.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_01]: Anyways.
- 58:37[SPEAKER_03]: But I think there are some people that wouldn't really find like the gift you just said, like getting my favorite pace you from this place, like it would be like a whatever type of thing.
- 58:49[SPEAKER_03]: And they would they like want the branded and the expensive, like they want that.
- 58:54[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like, if you're a person who is always expecting a Louis Vuitton wallet that costs $4,000 or like a Gucci belt that's like $1,700 or like a YSL bag, you, I mean, if you partner can afford that gray, but it's like, what, what really matters to you, like think about, this is, these are just like materialistic things.
- 59:25[SPEAKER_00]: Like, and if you don't get that, then what does that mean about your partner?
- 59:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, what's some people think?
- 59:29[SPEAKER_03]: Like, that's so spent money on music.
- 59:31[SPEAKER_03]: He loves me.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_03]: That's like more like the best specific standards on like the engagement ring needs to be 20,000 dollars.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_00]: If he spends money on me, that means he loves me.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_00]: Like that's crazy to me.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 59:45[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, that means that's like the easiest thing to do when you don't love somebody.
- 59:49[SPEAKER_00]: You just whip them for whatever.
- 59:51[SPEAKER_00]: It's like okay cool.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_00]: And if I got money like that, spending money or giving them money or buying them things that you know makes them happy is the easiest, least amount of effort you can do is just like your order this, bring it to her.
- 1:00:04[SPEAKER_00]: She's happy.
- 1:00:05[SPEAKER_00]: You know how sad that is?
- 1:00:09[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm just saying like if all he takes is for me to I don't even have to move I can just order this shit to the house, right?
- 1:00:15[SPEAKER_00]: Roll over town 20k.
- 1:00:17[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, she would love that bag.
- 1:00:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, especially when someone got money you can afford to do that.
- 1:00:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah Here you go make her happy boom, and she's just happy because she got a bag.
- 1:00:24[SPEAKER_03]: Like What is good?
- 1:00:27[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, that was great.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 1:00:29[SPEAKER_03]: Next one someone said gaming addiction is a no go for me Gaming addiction.
- 1:00:34[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, why don't you just join them?
- 1:00:35[SPEAKER_03]: because they probably don't like gaming like that.
- 1:00:37[SPEAKER_03]: But what is a gaming?
- 1:00:39[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, a gaming addiction definitely not problem for...
- 1:00:44[SPEAKER_00]: It's like the gay home from work.
- 1:00:45[SPEAKER_00]: The first thing they do before you've been drinking water is turn into a computer.
- 1:00:49[SPEAKER_03]: And also, they're just glued to it like all the time.
- 1:00:52[SPEAKER_00]: That's not even turn off that.
- 1:00:53[SPEAKER_03]: We wouldn't even make it past, like we wouldn't get to the relationship.
- 1:00:57[SPEAKER_00]: We wouldn't get to the second day.
- 1:01:01[SPEAKER_03]: All right, somebody said, uh, we did this, somebody said, if he's pretty, it's deal breaker if he's pretty.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_00]: I get that.
- 1:01:10[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, wait, no, no, no, wow, I read this.
- 1:01:12[SPEAKER_03]: It's so wrong.
- 1:01:13[SPEAKER_00]: But I do get that.
- 1:01:15[SPEAKER_00]: If he's petty.
- 1:01:16[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's if he's petty But let's talk about if he's pretty If he's pretty, that's a deal breaker Like to some girls they like that scuffing dude, you know, like the like the ones with those Yeah, but there are some guys that like would be described as a pretty like a pretty Pretty now I can't some But there are some guys that have these like pretty-ness about them.
- 1:01:37[SPEAKER_00]: But would you say I'm pretty?
- 1:01:39[SPEAKER_00]: No Damn
- 1:01:40[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, like, that's how I would describe you as a handsome man, I wouldn't say it.
- 1:01:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I wouldn't say you're pretty man.
- 1:01:47[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't think I am.
- 1:01:49[SPEAKER_03]: Um, but yeah, this person said if he's petty, you know, petty is one of those words that I've always had a heart to understand and fully what petty is.
- 1:01:59[SPEAKER_00]: So let me tell you what petty is.
- 1:02:00[SPEAKER_00]: Let me ask, is that you're not admitting that I know?
- 1:02:02[SPEAKER_03]: What is the definition of petty?
- 1:02:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, yeah, I have no problem admitting I don't know what petty means.
- 1:02:08[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no.
- 1:02:10[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, oh tell me you see I just thought you would rather go to chat GPT then hear it from me because then that would mean that I knew something and you did it Isn't crazy Can you say something please?
- 1:02:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I guess sorry.
- 1:02:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm like reading what is this wow so she just this regard The point that I really drove home here.
- 1:02:32[SPEAKER_03]: I mean okay fair.
- 1:02:33[SPEAKER_03]: I guess
- 1:02:34[SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm just kidding, I'm just playing it, but what I said was actually, no, let's see, you explained to me, I didn't read it yet.
- 1:02:39[SPEAKER_03]: So what is Pettie?
- 1:02:41[SPEAKER_00]: Pettie is someone who would do something back to you just because you did it to them.
- 1:02:47[SPEAKER_03]: Just because you did something like a, like a, like a, like, let's say, like to get back at you.
- 1:02:51[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, let's say you made a joke on my account.
- 1:02:58[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:02:59[SPEAKER_03]: Like, and like it wasn't really funny.
- 1:03:01[SPEAKER_03]: It was kind of her full.
- 1:03:02[SPEAKER_00]: No, no, no, yeah, like, but people joke people
- 1:03:05[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, or maybe it was funny what I'm going to do to be petty.
- 1:03:08[SPEAKER_00]: I'm going to bring something else that's like maybe a little bit deeper about you Oh, when it's like actually that's not funny to bring up at all.
- 1:03:14[SPEAKER_03]: That's that's pretty sure Okay, okay, okay, okay, she's still read the definition.
- 1:03:17[SPEAKER_00]: I'm very sure Watch it be wrong.
- 1:03:20[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, no, you're right bringing up something tiny just to prove a point
- 1:03:25[SPEAKER_03]: doing something out of spite, even if it doesn't matter.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 1:03:29[SPEAKER_03]: Holding a grudge over something minor, making a big deal out of something everyone else sees as small.
- 1:03:36[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, the last one.
- 1:03:37[SPEAKER_03]: But the first, the first definitely, like doing something out of spite, like just do like give back at you.
- 1:03:45[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, um, one second, I lost my spot here, real cool.
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_00]: How many of you we got for me?
- 1:03:51[SPEAKER_00]: Do we like?
- 1:03:52[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, so I'm gonna do like rapid fire.
- 1:03:57[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, similar ones.
- 1:04:00[SPEAKER_03]: When they hold a grudge against people, life is just too short for that.
- 1:04:06[SPEAKER_03]: Sometimes I begin my people hold a grudge.
- 1:04:09[SPEAKER_03]: But like don't make it like to be a video, like don't bring it up and like talk shit about it all the time.
- 1:04:14[SPEAKER_00]: Holding a grudge.
- 1:04:16[SPEAKER_00]: So for those, for anybody out there who doesn't know what holding a grudge means.
- 1:04:21[SPEAKER_03]: Holding, holding, holding.
- 1:04:23[SPEAKER_00]: Like I'm gonna,
- 1:04:25[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna like stay mad at you even though it's not even a big deal anymore.
- 1:04:28[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna stay mad at you You just know what's the years.
- 1:04:30[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, that's holding a grudge But I think okay, so what did they say?
- 1:04:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like that's a turn off Yeah, not a deal breaker though Smoking Smoking what I'm assuming this person saying smoking cigarettes I think I mean kind of hard to say because I do understand our people say like smoking can be hot
- 1:04:57[SPEAKER_03]: And if somebody is really like, they're an artist, they're really cool, beautiful, they have a beautiful mind.
- 1:05:04[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I'm really painting a specific picture here, you know, they're so handsome or whatever, like I think on guys smoking can be kind of hot.
- 1:05:13[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 1:05:14[SPEAKER_03]: So I can see how this could become a woman.
- 1:05:16[SPEAKER_00]: On women too, by the way.
- 1:05:17[SPEAKER_03]: You find women smoking hot?
- 1:05:19[SPEAKER_03]: sometimes it's like attractive like she's like wearing a long black coat hair back and she's just outside on the street as smoking a cigarette.
- 1:05:28[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, I don't really want to comment on the smoking thing because I feel like we have a lot of people listening to this and this, just you know, maybe there's I didn't say this, somebody said this Huh?
- 1:05:37[SPEAKER_00]: So, I mean, I think I don't think it's easy Yeah, I don't want to be in the middle of smoking Fuck, fuck, fuck, little blind, it's just like, bro, you do you honestly feel good person, you know, harming anybody, I love you All right Yeah, but I also think it's fair to say, like, that somebody doesn't want to be in a relationship with a smoker
- 1:05:53[SPEAKER_00]: I wouldn't like to be, you know, relationship with someone who's most because then it's I mean you can deny the fact that it's bad for you Yeah, it's bad for you and it smells a certain way that it's it's not that I don't yeah I don't like to have it my face.
- 1:06:07[SPEAKER_03]: This was a whole thing on Sex in the city in the season two or three when Carrie was with this guy named Aiden
- 1:06:15[SPEAKER_03]: and carries a smoker, and that was like a big thing in the beginning of their relationship.
- 1:06:21[SPEAKER_03]: And their relationship was huge in the show.
- 1:06:22[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if he was like, I can't, I'm sorry, but I can't like date somebody that smokes.
- 1:06:28[SPEAKER_03]: So she like tried to quit, and then she was smoking behind his back.
- 1:06:32[SPEAKER_03]: And it, it was a whole thing.
- 1:06:34[SPEAKER_03]: And then she, yeah.
- 1:06:36[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know if that's a real thing.
- 1:06:38[SPEAKER_00]: Smoking would be like a deal break.
- 1:06:41[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, does that affect your children?
- 1:06:45[SPEAKER_03]: No, okay.
- 1:06:47[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I don't know.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.
- 1:06:48[SPEAKER_03]: No, no.
- 1:06:49[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think so.
- 1:06:50[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:06:51[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, so many people in my family have smoked.
- 1:06:54[SPEAKER_00]: Like, yeah, I don't think it's a deal breaker for me.
- 1:06:56[SPEAKER_00]: But I wouldn't love it.
- 1:06:58[SPEAKER_03]: But I could see myself loving someone like, like, if you, if you started like smoking now, I would be really against it.
- 1:07:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'll be like, really against it, but we're not gonna break up because it's our smoking, you know?
- 1:07:13[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:07:16[SPEAKER_03]: Can't cook.
- 1:07:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, if you really can't make anything in the kitchen, that's a turn off.
- 1:07:24[SPEAKER_00]: If you can't make your family a meal, for sure.
- 1:07:27[SPEAKER_00]: If you can't make me on a date, what I mean by family babe, I don't mean like your wife and seven children.
- 1:07:32[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, like, if you can make a meal for the household for the night, we need some food, can you make something for us to eat?
- 1:07:40[SPEAKER_00]: If you can't do that, they'll break her.
- 1:07:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 1:07:44[SPEAKER_03]: And you can't cook me like eggs.
- 1:07:49[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, right, for those who don't know how to cook, like, literally chicken, if you eat chicken.
- 1:07:56[SPEAKER_00]: Rice cooker.
- 1:07:57[SPEAKER_00]: If you got a rice cooker.
- 1:08:00[SPEAKER_00]: That's a low key, you can just eat that.
- 1:08:05[SPEAKER_03]: Somebody said, I don't want to be your quote-unquote mother in a relationship.
- 1:08:09[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we talked about that in the other episode.
- 1:08:12[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's a repeating one for sure.
- 1:08:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's a repeating one.
- 1:08:15[SPEAKER_00]: You get in this relationship and you think that your girl's supposed to cook and clean for you and do your lawn.
- 1:08:20[SPEAKER_03]: But some people are okay with that, with that setup, you know?
- 1:08:23[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, some people, but I mean, that's just some people.
- 1:08:26[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, give me the last one.
- 1:08:27[SPEAKER_03]: Uh, if they were ever in a fraternity and have a huge ego, it's a hell, no.
- 1:08:33[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, go ahead.
- 1:08:36[SPEAKER_00]: ego, it's a hell, no for me as well.
- 1:08:38[SPEAKER_00]: ego and pride are my two least favorite things about people.
- 1:08:43[SPEAKER_00]: About people I can't deal with and people say you got to have an ego and maybe I have an ego and people say everyone has an ego like everyone has an ego.
- 1:08:55[SPEAKER_00]: It's like, I don't think I'm better than anybody.
- 1:08:59[SPEAKER_00]: People, people, I think I'm, well, it depends, right?
- 1:09:03[SPEAKER_03]: It depends.
- 1:09:04[SPEAKER_03]: Not the rollback.
- 1:09:05[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, no, it depends on my sense of specifically if they were ever in a fraternity.
- 1:09:10[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, but that's like, okay, cool.
- 1:09:12[SPEAKER_00]: You didn't like that.
- 1:09:13[SPEAKER_00]: I wasn't one, sorry.
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_00]: Like, what is that?
- 1:09:16[SPEAKER_03]: That's a, that would, I would, I feel you.
- 1:09:19[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, but about the ego thing, I I truly believe that ego it destroys a lot of a lot of things a lot of good potential that can happen like ego you have you have a you go so big that you can apologize
- 1:09:38[SPEAKER_00]: who knows where that relationship could be.
- 1:09:40[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, like every, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:09:42[SPEAKER_00]: You didn't, just because your ego was there, you didn't want to apologize.
- 1:09:45[SPEAKER_00]: Even though you knew you were wrong.
- 1:09:47[SPEAKER_00]: Now that relationship is going and that could have been a lifelong friend, and who knows what could have happened with that.
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but it's good.
- 1:09:52[SPEAKER_00]: Big ego can also be like someone who has a question about something, but it's too scared to ask that person.
- 1:10:02[SPEAKER_00]: But had they not had that ego to ask the question, they get the answer, that answer can maybe change their life.
- 1:10:08[SPEAKER_00]: I know it's like, dramatic, dramatic, but that's just like an example of like ego holds us back from so much greatness.
- 1:10:17[SPEAKER_00]: And it's just stupid, ego for what?
- 1:10:20[SPEAKER_00]: What are you trying to talk about?
- 1:10:23[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's so true.
- 1:10:25[SPEAKER_00]: I'm so passionate about this because it's like that's not something I have.
- 1:10:29[SPEAKER_00]: Like I never feel embarrassed by asking something or like my ego will get, um, like give my pride with it.
- 1:10:37[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:10:38[SPEAKER_00]: I don't have that.
- 1:10:39[SPEAKER_00]: That's why I'm always just open to all this.
- 1:10:41[SPEAKER_03]: Or like constantly measuring yourself against like other men around you.
- 1:10:45[SPEAKER_03]: I'm showing them all.
- 1:10:46[SPEAKER_03]: Because that's big ego vibes right there.
- 1:10:48[SPEAKER_00]: Like, you go lifting when like you lift, you go to the gym and then you just want to lift heavier than the guy next to you.
- 1:10:54[SPEAKER_03]: But it's like you can't really even lift a shit for real.
- 1:10:56[SPEAKER_00]: Like I don't even know you.
- 1:10:57[SPEAKER_03]: Here might even think about that you just, that's like... Or like you only get tattoos that you think are like cool.
- 1:11:04[SPEAKER_03]: And then you like shit talk.
- 1:11:05[SPEAKER_03]: Other people's tattoos, like you know, relax.
- 1:11:08[SPEAKER_00]: yeah you guys you go get rid of if you listen to this and you have any kind of just shit like that get rid of it I promise you your life will get better and you'll feel you'll feel so free like them I've really been holding myself back now you're going to find yourself learning new shit meeting new people having new answers
- 1:11:29[SPEAKER_03]: You're so fine, we could literally do a part four of those.
- 1:11:32[SPEAKER_03]: Some of these are not being a foodie, wish I was kidding.
- 1:11:35[SPEAKER_03]: I don't think I need somebody to be a foodie, because I am a huge foodie and I'm okay with like...
- 1:11:40[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not a foodie, I'll eat though.
- 1:11:43[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's true.
- 1:11:45[SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah, I don't think that I necessarily need somebody to be as into food as I am, but they definitely need to be open to eating shit because I'm trying to take us places.
- 1:11:53[SPEAKER_03]: Prioritizing their family and your husband.
- 1:11:56[SPEAKER_00]: Huh?
- 1:11:56[SPEAKER_03]: prioritizing their family over me this one prioritizing that's a deal breaker listen Prioritizing your family over you.
- 1:12:05[SPEAKER_03]: I think this is very circumstantial.
- 1:12:06[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, you're asking a lot a little bit like what's going on Because also like this person got a family don't know So it's something is going down in the family maybe somebody sick maybe something like that like sometimes They need to prioritize family over you you guys some shit going on or you good because if my family's not good I'm a goal help them with something
- 1:12:25[SPEAKER_03]: But if you're not good, I'm going to help you with something.
- 1:12:28[SPEAKER_03]: Everybody's not good.
- 1:12:29[SPEAKER_03]: I'm going to try my best to help everybody.
- 1:12:31[SPEAKER_00]: No, but if you just want to hang out and watch a movie and then something's happening in my family and I got to travel, I'm out and enjoy the movie.
- 1:12:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:12:38[SPEAKER_00]: I saw a kid they want to hang out with me.
- 1:12:40[SPEAKER_03]: I think maybe it is a certain way.
- 1:12:41[SPEAKER_03]: So though, like maybe she needed him for support in some way, but then he chose to like go with his family into the, it depends.
- 1:12:50[SPEAKER_00]: Honestly, as a good partner,
- 1:12:53[SPEAKER_00]: you would have to make that judge me yourself and be like, not babe, you gotta go and help your sister.
- 1:13:00[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's true, that's true.
- 1:13:02[SPEAKER_00]: Like, I know what to get in shape, you know?
- 1:13:05[SPEAKER_03]: You might be that I'm sacrificing, like, I really wanted you to be here for this, or I really, like, would have loved if you were there, it's so important for me to be there.
- 1:13:14[SPEAKER_03]: But then I also have to measure up, like, the situation, what's more important?
- 1:13:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's really what's the ideal situation and it's all me and me me.
- 1:13:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's also just like what's important period Someone who can't eat spicy food.
- 1:13:32[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, that's not a deal breaker lazy people.
- 1:13:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, if you're lazy the turn off for real
- 1:13:40[SPEAKER_00]: I think we're done, babe.
- 1:13:41[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I think that's a buzzer.
- 1:13:43[SPEAKER_00]: And the only reason because we could really do a part four, but our food is here, it's getting cold and we've been working all day and it's Friday night.
- 1:13:52[SPEAKER_03]: That's true, it's actually Saturday.
- 1:13:53[SPEAKER_00]: It's Saturday night.
- 1:13:55[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so I like him coffee.
- 1:13:57[SPEAKER_03]: Definitely not me working harder than them.
- 1:14:00[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, I mean listen Do you want to do a powerful or should we wait?
- 1:14:03[SPEAKER_03]: Not an hour.
- 1:14:04[SPEAKER_03]: We're done.
- 1:14:05[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah Dan, everybody said don't trust them with money You don't trust if you don't if you feel like you can't trust
- 1:14:14[SPEAKER_03]: The person you're relationship with with you guys is money and like with money in general because they're going to be responsible Are going to they like spend on stupid shit, or et cetera.
- 1:14:22[SPEAKER_03]: It's not good definitely definitely deal good But just like have a car.
- 1:14:26[SPEAKER_03]: There's there's a lot of a lot of the things we talked about on all these episodes that just also need a conversation Some are clear no Well, there's many where like we said definitely work on that
- 1:14:40[SPEAKER_03]: All right, you guys, we're ready to eat.
- 1:14:44[SPEAKER_03]: I'm ready to have some fried chicken.
- 1:14:46[SPEAKER_03]: Or no, it's not really fried.
- 1:14:47[SPEAKER_03]: Some fried rice.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, she won't like it.
- 1:14:49[SPEAKER_00]: And that ice cream is going to be crazy.
- 1:14:51[SPEAKER_00]: She grabbed her phone, she was like, I'm sorry, but I'm about to order some food.
- 1:14:53[SPEAKER_00]: Because usually, if you can make something at home and you too, I'm not saying you order food all the time, but sometimes order them in food is just so easy.
- 1:15:00[SPEAKER_00]: Like, especially if you're working, imagine now cooking.
- 1:15:04[SPEAKER_03]: And then doing the dishes.
- 1:15:06[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, the crazy thing is we don't even have to cook because I have the pasta that I made last night.
- 1:15:10[SPEAKER_03]: But how are you?
- 1:15:11[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't want that.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_03]: Listen.
- 1:15:12[SPEAKER_00]: One thing about all your show and that you left over us.
- 1:15:15[SPEAKER_03]: It depends what the leftovers are.
- 1:15:16[SPEAKER_00]: If it's something I cooked, she probably doesn't want it.
- 1:15:18[SPEAKER_00]: She just ate it the first time because that's what we had.
- 1:15:22[SPEAKER_03]: No, I'm not going to go back to that.
- 1:15:24[SPEAKER_03]: But today, just felt like it's a Saturday.
- 1:15:26[SPEAKER_03]: We would literally been working all day.
- 1:15:29[SPEAKER_03]: I kind of was like, I just just, I justified it.
- 1:15:32[SPEAKER_03]: And yesterday, we went to it.
- 1:15:33[SPEAKER_03]: I like 2 a.m. woke up once ready to work today.
- 1:15:37[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, I just justified it as, you know, we deserved this.
- 1:15:41[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, cool, as she was like, so we're going to enjoy this dinner.
- 1:15:46[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you guys so much for listening.
- 1:15:48[SPEAKER_03]: We hope these were these episodes were just as entertaining.
- 1:15:52[SPEAKER_03]: If you guys want to listen to part two, it is on Patreon.
- 1:15:56[SPEAKER_03]: So, can go down in the description.
- 1:15:58[SPEAKER_00]: And part one, if you missed it, it is literally the previous episode.
- 1:16:02[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, we've been talking about this.
- 1:16:04[SPEAKER_00]: We've been talking because it's so many different perspectives, questions.
- 1:16:07[SPEAKER_03]: Such interesting things to bring us.
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:16:10[SPEAKER_00]: That was a good series.
- 1:16:12[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, we usually spread them out over the season, but we just did a shit in like one day.
- 1:16:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, maybe we'll bring it back and some more.
- 1:16:19[SPEAKER_00]: Let us know.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, some new stuff.
- 1:16:20[SPEAKER_00]: Really, let us know.
- 1:16:21[SPEAKER_00]: This is the last episode that we do on this, but if you want us to bring this back, or maybe do like a,
- 1:16:28[SPEAKER_03]: I haven't even wanted to do a would you rather, but people need to bring us some good stuff.
- 1:16:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, not like would you rather have a green shirt?
- 1:16:36[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, y'all a shirt.
- 1:16:36[SPEAKER_00]: I need something.
- 1:16:38[SPEAKER_03]: Chocolate or vanilla?
- 1:16:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 1:16:40[SPEAKER_03]: No, it has to be like.
- 1:16:41[SPEAKER_00]: Like it needs to be like would you rather have a million dollars and be sad or have a hundred dollars but be the happiest person ever?
- 1:16:53[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, yeah, those are cool, but I also want some shit where it's like, would you rather, I don't know, cheat or be cheated on, or shit like that.
- 1:17:05[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like that's what.
- 1:17:06[SPEAKER_03]: So maybe let us know in the Spotify comments right now if you guys are at all interested in an episode like that because as always, we can talk so much about just one singular submission.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_00]: I know.
- 1:17:18[SPEAKER_03]: So let us know in the comments, let us know what you thought about these episode series and we're about to go eat this dinner So yeah, I've never had food from the Mala project But I was just really craving some like my project.
- 1:17:32[SPEAKER_03]: That's what the restaurant is called
- 1:17:33[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I felt we walked past it one time.
- 1:17:36[SPEAKER_03]: It's possible.
- 1:17:37[SPEAKER_00]: But I was just really craving like some spicy food speaking speaking of spicy Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, well, I hope it's not too too spicy because sometimes when it's food is too spicy It takes away the flavor of what I'm eating.
- 1:17:49[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like yeah, but try and eat spicy like I think this one is gonna be like that spice That's kind of like numbing your mouth a little bit
- 1:17:57[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I just can't spice you.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like it.
- 1:17:59[SPEAKER_00]: For noms anything, that's spice.
- 1:18:01[SPEAKER_00]: It's good.
- 1:18:02[SPEAKER_03]: All right, you guys love you so much.
- 1:18:04[SPEAKER_03]: Thanks for being here, and we'll see you next week.
- 1:18:08[SPEAKER_00]: Bye-bye.
- 1:18:09[SPEAKER_03]: Or on Patreon.
- 1:18:10[SPEAKER_00]: Do you guys say bye or do you say chow?
- 1:18:13[SPEAKER_03]: Chow is so like, you're a peeing chow.
- 1:18:17[SPEAKER_00]: All right, chow.
- 1:18:18[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I never, I didn't grow up saying that.
- 1:18:20[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, wow.
- 1:18:21[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, that's, I say, I say bye.
- 1:18:25[SPEAKER_03]: Bye.
- 1:18:26[SPEAKER_03]: Bye.
- 1:18:27[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, we're not going to talk about how we say buy a business industry.
- 1:18:31[SPEAKER_03]: Bye.
- 1:18:35[UNKNOWN]: Ciao.
