Last night I was in a "hot seat" for business owners. If you've never been in a hot seat, this video is important. A hot seat is where a group of business owners, 10 - 20 give or take, help each other solve business questions. Of course a "hot seat" could be for marriage help, fitness or anything else. But wow, if you're not part of a community of other business owners, and never experienced a "hot seat" you definitely want to experience it.
