- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Epstein Chronicles. In this episode, we're gonna hop across the
- 0:07Pond and we're gonna get an update on Joe exotic
- 0:11of the Windsor family and how his former PA has
- 0:16now signaled that she is willing to talk to the
- 0:18police about Andrew and his behavior. And I'll tell you
- 0:23what this is. How you get people those closest to
- 0:28them start talking about what they were doing. And how
- 0:31many times have we seen it a high profile person,
- 0:34whether a criminal or otherwise get taken down by an associate.
- 0:39It happens all the time. Now. I don't think that
- 0:42Charlotte Manley, who used to be Prince Andrew's PA, is
- 0:46facing any charges herself, so it's not like she was
- 0:49being pressured that way. But Andrew's not the kind of
- 0:51guy that really inspires loyalty, right. I don't see anybody
- 0:56going down with the ship for the former Prince Andrew,
- 1:00and certainly not somebody like Charlotte many. Today's article was
- 1:05published by the Times and the headline Andrew's former PA
- 1:09will speak to police about her time serving the Royal
- 1:15This article was authored by Will Humphries and Charlotte Alt,
- 1:21the former personal assistant Andrew mount Batten Windsor, has told
- 1:25The Times she would speak to police about her time
- 1:28serving under the disgraced former prince. And I think we're
- 1:32going to see a lot more of this because I
- 1:34think that Andrew was being protected by the shield of
- 1:36the monarchy. But I think that shield's gone, and I
- 1:40think that people are going to be coming out of
- 1:41the woodwork now with stories about Andrew. And I think
- 1:46that one of the best sources on what's going on
- 1:49with Andrew is Andrew Lowney, who is a historian and
- 1:53an author who covers the royal family and specifically Prince
- 1:58Andrew lately, and he's certainly has his finger on the
- 2:01pulse when it comes to what's going on with Andrew
- 2:03over in the UK. And according to Andrew Lowney, he's
- 2:08had a lot of people come forward recently, you know,
- 2:11last few months or whatever, who are now willing to
- 2:14talk about Prince Andrew and his time as envoy and
- 2:18other situations. Whereas previously people were scared of the crown,
- 2:23but now the dam's broken and that water is rushing
- 2:27on out. Charlotte Manley sixty eight was private Secretary and
- 2:31Treasurer to Andrew from two thousand and one to two
- 2:34thousand and three, and before that had served as his
- 2:37assistant Private Secretary and treasurer since nineteen ninety six. So
- 2:43pretty sure that miss Manley knows a thing or two
- 2:45about Prince Andrew and that the very least can corroborate
- 2:49some of the information. Now, does she have some kind
- 2:52of smoking gun evidence? Probably not, But when you're building
- 2:56a case, it's all about that circumstantial evidence. To get
- 2:59things off the ground, you got to have witness statements,
- 3:02You have to you know, build from the bottom up,
- 3:05and that's what's going on here. And when you have
- 3:08people that have intimate knowledge of what you were up to,
- 3:11even if it wasn't criminal, it helps the investigators build
- 3:14that profile and they do it with one piece of
- 3:17circumstantial evidence at a time. Manly, who served as an
- 3:22officer in the Royal Navy between nineteen seventy six and
- 3:26nineteen ninety six, regularly accompanied Andrew on as many trips
- 3:30abroad after he was made the UK Special Representative for
- 3:34Trade and Investment in two thousand and one. It also
- 3:38emerged that she signed a seventy five dollars check from
- 3:41a Buckingham Palace bank on Andrew's behalf on June two
- 3:46thousand to pay a South African masseuse who glam Maxwell
- 3:49had arranged to attend him at his room in the palace. Well,
- 3:54that's called a paper trail and that's not going to
- 3:57be good for Prince Andrew. I know, breaking news, right,
- 4:00because that's the big problem for Andrew at this point.
- 4:03It's not even the allegations about Virginia. And that's not
- 4:06saying that won't come up at some point, but right now,
- 4:09what they're doing is following that paper trail. And that
- 4:12paper trail certainly looks like there's a lot of impropriety
- 4:15on the part of Prince Andrew, and not as a
- 4:18private citizen. Remember that's very important, right, he was representing
- 4:23the government the people of the UK and he's up
- 4:26to this bullshit. Now. If he was doing this in
- 4:29a private capacity and not on the dime of the
- 4:31British public, then he'd have an argument that nobody should
- 4:34bother him. Right, I'm a ground ass man, I can
- 4:37do what I want. But that's not the case. You
- 4:40were representing the people of the UK and if you're
- 4:46up to no good, trading secrets and passing things off
- 4:50to people that shouldn't have them, and god knows what else.
- 4:54Then you should be held accountable for it. And once
- 4:56the door's open to that, you know they're going to
- 4:58look at the allegations by Virginia. That's how these investigations go.
- 5:04Maxwell had been a client of Monique giann Aloni, who
- 5:08had a massage clinic in Kensington, and she promised the messuse,
- 5:12I'm going to introduce you to someone more famous than God.
- 5:16Imagine being that excited about meeting Prince Andrew. I'd rather
- 5:21go to the dentist and have all my teeth pulled
- 5:25than spend one minute with Prince Andrew, more famous than
- 5:31God maybe now certainly more infamous, that's for damn sure.
- 5:38A few weeks later, Gianne alone received a call from
- 5:41Manley to a book a treatment for Andrew in Buckingham Palace.
- 5:45So Manley certainly knows about this. And look, I'm not
- 5:48saying that this was improper, right, I'm not saying that
- 5:52Andrew did anything untowards to this woman. But it fits
- 5:56a larger pattern. And when you're dealing with something like
- 6:01what we're dealing with where there is a lot of
- 6:04scattered information, you have to build it up. And the
- 6:07way you do that is piece by piece. This story
- 6:10corroborates that story, Okay, this timeline fits here, Oh, in
- 6:14that person, they certainly said this, and on and on
- 6:17and on, and it's like a gigantic puzzle. And of course,
- 6:22as you know with puzzles, you have to start with
- 6:24the coroners first. So if you look at this situation
- 6:27that we're talking about right here with Andrew getting this massage,
- 6:30what's the big deal? Right, grown ass man can get
- 6:33a massage whenever he wants. Who cares? Two adults consenting,
- 6:37nobody's business. But if it's the overall larger pattern and
- 6:42once again proves that Andrew has been lying, and I
- 6:45think that's crucial, especially as an investigator. If you know
- 6:49somebody is playing loose with the truth and you can
- 6:52confirm it time and time again, you're not going to
- 6:54believe anything they say, and you know who else isn't
- 6:57going to believe them? A jury, that's who. Gianneloni said
- 7:03she didn't believe any background checks were done on her,
- 7:06and she was waved through palace security and taken to
- 7:09Andrew's room. I got to the room and Andrew was
- 7:12stood there in a robe, she told The Daily Mail
- 7:14in twenty nineteen. After saying hello, he disappeared to the
- 7:19bathroom and came back in the nude, like his buddy
- 7:21Jeffrey Hunh. I averted my eyes and I was quite embarrassed.
- 7:26Gianneloney said. Other than the initial embarrassment, she had no
- 7:30issues during the massage, during which Andrew was covered with
- 7:33a towel, and said he was very nice and very gentlemanly. Well,
- 7:38of course, if you want to be a cynic, you
- 7:40can say that this lady was too old for him.
- 7:43I know, I know, very cynical, right, But considering what
- 7:47we've heard about Prince Andrew and his buddies, is that
- 7:50too big of Elipe Manly signed the check paying Gianneloni
- 7:54for her visit from Royal Family Coot's bank account. The
- 7:57Times visited Manly's large will Shire her home to ask
- 8:01about the payment and whether she had seen or experienced
- 8:04anything untoward during her time serving Andrew as his personal assistant.
- 8:11Manly answered the door and said well done for finding me.
- 8:14When asked if she would speak about her experience serving
- 8:17under Andrew, she said I would rather talk to the
- 8:20police than the press, not that I would have much
- 8:22to tell them, Well, anything you can tell them might help.
- 8:27She might not have seen anything that's you know, criminal,
- 8:30if you will, but she might have timeline pieces that
- 8:32fit together, or she might have some kind of corroborating
- 8:36evidence about Prince Andrew being located somewhere, and when you're
- 8:40conducting an investigation, all of that's very important. Manly was
- 8:46made a Dame Commander of the Royal Victorian Order by
- 8:49the King in his New Year's Honors for twenty twenty six,
- 8:53and was previously appointed in OBE in nineteen ninety six
- 8:57and Commander of the Royal Victorian Order in twenty eighteen.
- 9:02The CVO is an honor awarded personally by the British
- 9:05Monarch to recognize the extraordinary or personal service to Sovereign,
- 9:10the Royal Family or the representatives. After she stepped down
- 9:15from her role serving Andrew in two thousand and three,
- 9:18Manly became a chapter clerk of Saint George Chapel Windsor.
- 9:22She retired last year. So certainly somebody that would be
- 9:25in the know, and somebody that's been on the government
- 9:29dime for a very long time. During her time working
- 9:33with Andrew, she was often listed in the Court circular
- 9:37as having joined on trade en void trips or meeting
- 9:39him at various airports or airfields upon his return. Among
- 9:44these visits was New York in two thousand and one,
- 9:48shortly after Andrew took over the role, as well as
- 9:51trips to Bulgaria, Brazil, the Falkland Islands, Peru, and Canada. Well,
- 9:56we know that Epstein was abusing people in Brazil and Peru,
- 10:01probably Canada and my guest Bulgaria as well. So was
- 10:06Andrew meeting with anybody down there that was friendly with Epstein? Again?
- 10:10I don't know. I'm just asking questions. The King's meeting
- 10:16leaders of Commonwealth nations this week, and discussions are expected
- 10:19to include the removal of Andrew from the line of succession.
- 10:24A newly released Epstein filed document shows an alleged victim
- 10:28of Jeffrey Epstein told the FBI that she saw Andrew
- 10:32in the Pedophile financier as New York home in two
- 10:35thousand and eight or two thousand and nine and watched
- 10:38does Epstein photograph the Prince giving her gorolla massage with
- 10:42her clothes on It's not known if the description relates
- 10:46to photographs uncovered this year of Andrew crouched over a
- 10:49woman lying on her back as he placed his hands
- 10:52on her. And I don't know if that's the picture
- 10:55that corroborates this, but it looks damned suspicious and it
- 10:59doesn't look good for Andrew. The woman told the FBI
- 11:04investigators in twenty twenty that she recalled going to Ebstein's
- 11:07home in New York and being quite shocked to see
- 11:10Prince Andrew was in the kitchen with another girl. She
- 11:15described the girl as being approximately twenty something and able
- 11:18to speak good English, but not an American. I won't
- 11:22even begin to speculate who that could have been. There
- 11:25are numerous women and girls who are at Epstein's house
- 11:29all the time. The FBI report of the interview states
- 11:35that Epstein asked the girl to massage Prince Andrew's shoulders
- 11:38and back. The girl started massaging Prince Andrew's back, Epstein
- 11:42left the room and came back to the room with
- 11:44the camera. Epstein never took pictures of anybody. There was
- 11:48no blackmail. Imagine being that dumb to actually believe that.
- 11:55Prince Andrew then told the girl that it was her
- 11:57turn to be massaged. Prince Andrew massaged the girl back, shoulders, waist,
- 12:01and hands. Everyone had clothes on during the massage. Well, okay,
- 12:06that's cool. What happened later on when the cameras were off?
- 12:11Considering what we just heard from the massage therapist that
- 12:15went to a Buckingham palace, do you really think that
- 12:18nothing occurred here? Andrew and Epstein were just having some
- 12:20fun tickle fights. The woman told the FBI that she
- 12:26just wanted to leave when this was happening, but Epstein
- 12:28took her to a different room where he pushed her
- 12:31against the wall, trying to take her top off. Epstein
- 12:34told her he wanted to take a picture of her.
- 12:37She told him he could take picture, but she would
- 12:39not let him take her top off, the report states.
- 12:42Earlier in the interview, the woman described being repeatedly forced
- 12:46to have sex with Epstein and one of his friends. Well,
- 12:49I wonder who that friend is. But remember, there's nobody
- 12:54else involved here, right, That's what we were told. There's
- 12:57no other co conspirators. Nobody else was abused anybody, and
- 13:01it was just Epstein and that is obviously one hundred
- 13:04percent demonstrably false. But you know what's not false. You
- 13:08know what's true as hell. Prince Andrew is one of
- 13:12the biggest dumbasses in the history of dumbasses, and the
- 13:16only person that Prince Andrew has to blame for anything
- 13:20is Prince Andrew himself. All the information that goes with
- 13:23this episode can be found in the description box.
