Whitley Law Firm is rolling out Whitley Wheels Forward — giving away 100 bikes and helmets to local kids ages 4 to 11 who might not otherwise have one. Parents can sign up from June 22 to July 27, with winners announced August 3. The real fun kicks off August 14, when selected kids pick up their gear at a free outdoor celebration outside the office in Raleigh, complete with music, food trucks, face painting, balloon animals, and a bike obstacle course — all welcome to join the community ride.
