SPEAKER_00: Shabuatov a gitevah hulem daf samekhv and we're in the middle of the suyas over here of kashras of uh of the different animals.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: We had a Mishnah that went very very much through the different uh types of uh uh organisms you could say that we eat, specifically uh what wouldn't and not animal because that includes iphis as well.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: Organisms include plants, that's why I thought it was a bad word.
• 0:25
SPEAKER_00: But either way, uh you get the point.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_00: We talked about the Hamas and Haias, one of the Simone Tahara, we talked about birds, eye fice, and we talked about chagovim, and we talked about fish, really in the opposite order.
• 0:38
SPEAKER_00: But we went through all of that in the Gemara, really uh in the beginning in today's duff, which I think it's Kedayan, especially Sunday where we get to choose where the best is to start.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: But uh the Gemara over here ends off with uh uh discussing about the different uh chagovim grasshoppers, which we don't really have a masara now today for.
• 0:54
SPEAKER_00: I think some Temanem still eat it.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: But uh but the mais chagovim are a kosher thing if you know uh if you know what you're doing, um let me know how they taste if you ever try it.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: 600 types in the thing.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: But either way, we're gonna start with uh we're gonna start today with the dogum, with the doggim at the bottom of the daff.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: With dogim koshieshai snap rivus cases, because otherwise we start in the middle of the khagovim.
• 1:18
SPEAKER_00: And it's Sunday, so we don't have to apologize.
• 1:20
SPEAKER_00: Uh with doggim koshiashlay snapper because kesses.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: So what were the simone kashas relates to?
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: We'll get it we'll do it in the full duff, don't worry.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: What's the simone kash relates to the doggim as it relates to fish?
• 1:30
SPEAKER_00: Kolci Ashle Snap Rivikas Kesis.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_00: Every barbe Rav knows this.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: Barbe Rav the Khadiya Mada knows that you need fins and scales for the fish to be kosher, and with that, tonarabana, we have a baressa.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_00: What if the fish doesn't have fins and scales now?
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_00: But it's gonna grow.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: We know that it's going to have one day.
• 1:49
SPEAKER_00: So what about right now?
• 1:50
SPEAKER_00: Can you take this fish and eat it right now, even though it doesn't have fins and scales, since it will develop the fins and scales?
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: What are some examples of this type of fish?
• 1:59
SPEAKER_00: The pian, the fian, however you want to pronounce that.
• 2:02
  SPEAKER_00: Sariza mutter.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_00: So those things are gonna be mutter.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: Why, even though they don't have now, they will have one day, and that's going to be good enough.
• 2:12
  SPEAKER_00: What about the opposite?
• 2:12
SPEAKER_00: What if they have fins and scales right now?
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: But they're not gonna always keep it.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: They are going to uh shear them when they're oil and ayam, certain type of fish that are oilam and ayam, let's say.
• 2:21
  SPEAKER_00: What are some examples?
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: Kigoin akunas and va funas, kaspatias, va chaspatias, va tunas, so all these different types of fish that have fins and scales right now, but one day they're not gonna have fins and scales.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: So is it gonna be okay to those are raised in motor?
• 2:35
SPEAKER_00: That's also gonna be motor.
• 2:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's not awesome.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_00: So on that note, we have a Mishnah over there, whereas over there, a nida.
• 2:40
  SPEAKER_00: So it's not awesome.
• 2:41
SPEAKER_00: Call Shi Yeshloy Kaskesis, Yeshloi Snapper.
• 2:44
SPEAKER_00: You should know a claw.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: Is that claw gogo that any fish that has kasquesis, any fish that has scales, yeshloy snapper?
• 2:51
SPEAKER_00: You should know it has fins, and you don't even have to check for the fins, even if you don't see the fins, you know that there are fins, or there was fins, or there will be fins.
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's not the point.
• 2:59
SPEAKER_00: It has fins, it's a kosher, it's a kosher fish, as long as it has scales right now.
• 3:03
SPEAKER_00: That means it for sure has fins as well.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: So basically, what does that mean?
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: The Gamar's about to ask in a second, why didn't the target just say all you need is what?
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: All you need is scales, because if you have scales, obviously you have fins.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: But either way, that's what the Mishnah says.
• 3:14
  SPEAKER_00: Coshi Aishla Kaskesis.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: Any fish who has scales, the each lay snapper has fins automatically.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_00: There are some fish who has who have fins, right?
• 3:25
  SPEAKER_00: What are the fins?
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: The fins are the flappy ones, the scales are the the ones on the goof that are similar to the goof that are uh scaly body.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: So there are some fish that have the flappy scales, veinly caskets, but they don't have the the the flap the the fins, but they don't have the scales.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_00: Yeshloy kaskesses, snappier, dog tar.
• 3:41
  SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah continues talking.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_00: That if it has both, it has snappier and kasquesa, then it's a dog tar.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: It's a kosher fish, as we know.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: We're just giving you clothing.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: If it has fins but does not have scales, that is a dog tame because it does not have casquesas, and you need that, you need both in order to be tar.
• 3:58
  SPEAKER_00: Says the gemar.
• 3:58
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: One thing we learned from the Mishnah is Mihti.
• 4:00
  SPEAKER_00: Let's see.
• 4:01
  SPEAKER_00: A kaskesis kasamchina.
• 4:02
  SPEAKER_00: What are we saying?
• 4:03
  SPEAKER_00: Kasquesas.
• 4:03
  SPEAKER_00: We're semichon scales.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_00: Because we we just said if you have scales, then you for sure have fins.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: So I don't really need to even check for the fins.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_00: So what are we saying?
• 4:11
  SPEAKER_00: Just the scales.
• 4:11
SPEAKER_00: Just scales are good enough onto their own.
• 4:14
SPEAKER_00: Because if it has scales, it's for sure kosher.
• 4:16
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, lichs of rahmana, kaskaz, la lich se snap here.
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: So why does the posik need to go out of its way to say both?
• 4:21
  SPEAKER_00: Just say kasquesas.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_00: You don't need to say snap here because if it has kasqueses, it's 100% kosher.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_00: As we just said, because beodul the khadra has also scale fins.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_00: Says the gemara, I'll tell you why not.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why the posik has to say both.
• 4:30
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_00: You could have technically said only one.
• 4:32
SPEAKER_00: But e kas of rahmala kaskes, if the posig only wrote scales and didn't write fins, then I wouldn't know what scales are.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't know what kasqueses are is, and I wouldn't know what snap your.
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: I wouldn't know which one it is.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: How about me in my kaskasis snap here?
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: I would think, what does kaskes mean?
• 4:48
SPEAKER_00: That the toy is thinking mak but it needs kasquesis.
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe it means fins.
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: How do you know Baklah that kasquesis means scales?
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: So the filu dogtame, and that would teach you even a dog tame because you would think something that only has fins maybe is gonna be kosher, and we know that's not true.
• 5:01
SPEAKER_00: So that's what the tarot once said both.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: Snap your and casquesis to teach you what?
• 5:07
SPEAKER_00: To teach you that you actually need both.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: You need the fins and the scales.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_00: If I only wrote one, if I only wrote kasquesis, you would have thought maybe that it's fins, you wouldn't have realized that it's scales.
• 5:14
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, the tarot said both to teach you, don't make this mistake, you need both, and you're for sure gonna have this fish with with uh scales, says the Gemar.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: Okay, the hasha because I want to snap your casquesas, me my the casque labusho.
• 5:26
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but the question we're all wondering, right?
• 5:28
SPEAKER_00: So it said, why didn't it just say casquesis if that's the thing we care about?
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: Because if if it didn't say snapier, I wouldn't know what casquesis is.
• 5:34
SPEAKER_00: I would have thought that a casquesis is a snappier.
• 5:36
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so it wrote both casquesis and snappier, and now we know that casquesis means scales and snappier means fins.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: So it's like okay, but how do I know that?
• 5:44
SPEAKER_00: How do I know which one is which?
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: The hashta, the cause of one of snapier for casquesis, now that the Torah said both, share.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_00: I know that you need both, but how do I know which one's which?
• 5:51
SPEAKER_00: Me mind the kasques is levusho.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that the kaskasis is the levusha?
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: Is the clothing of the animal, meaning the scales, the body, the skin of it.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that that's what the kaskasis means?
• 6:01
SPEAKER_00: And so the gymara, I have a passa.
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: The pasik says, Vishir you in kaskasim hu lovush.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: This is a postak by Golias that he was wearing a coat of kaskasim hulovush.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: So we see that the idea of kaskasim is levush.
• 6:13
  SPEAKER_00: That's the levush, that's what's uh what's on the goof.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: It's the skin that's mameshamud to the goof, and that's how we know what casquesis is.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: Kaskesis is not the flappy fins that aren't uh considered the levush of the fish.
• 6:25
SPEAKER_00: It's rather the scales that are the levush of the fish.
• 6:30
  SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara.
• 6:31
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so what what where are we holding right now?
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: I know what kaskesis means, right?
• 6:35
SPEAKER_00: How do I know what kaskesis means?
• 6:36
  SPEAKER_00: It's a positive by Golias.
• 6:37
SPEAKER_00: He used the word kaskesis to talk about his coat.
• 6:39
  SPEAKER_00: Very nice.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: So we see that the casquesis is the coat, which is the scales, it's the it's the levush of the fish.
• 6:44
  SPEAKER_00: Very good.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_00: So now I know what casquesis are.
• 6:46
SPEAKER_00: So if so Hodger Khajukushiledukte, we'll look some rahmada kaskes, but I look some snap here.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_00: So once I know casquesis, once I know what it means, because I'm a positive by Golias, so I don't need the tarot to write snappier anymore.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: What did we say before?
• 6:58
SPEAKER_00: Why does the turret have to Mihti?
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: If I am only relying on Kaskesses, why do I have to always so write Snap here?
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: If it has Kaskessis, we know for sure it has Snapier anyway.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: So let the Tyrrh write Kaskesses.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: The Tara doesn't waste a word, usually.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: And we're about to see uh there's uh this whole Indian line of Tara Ladira.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: But the point is, once we know right now what kaskasim are, the question goes back to uh to what it was before that that let the tarot write kaskasim and not write snap here.
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: What are you gonna tell me I wrote Snap here to teach us what kaskes is?
• 7:23
  SPEAKER_00: Not true.
• 7:23
SPEAKER_00: I know what kaskesis means from the Pushing Bagolias, and therefore, since we now know what Kaskesis means, let the Tara write Kaskasis.
• 7:31
SPEAKER_00: Well it looks like Snap here, Amarabavov, came to the Brava Schmall, Yagdil Tira the Yadir.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: And a Hanami writes, even though we didn't technically need to say Snap here, there's an Indian of uh saying it La Hagdil Tira La Dira.
• 7:42
SPEAKER_00: Obviously, this is uh this is something you would usually say La Hagdil tail la dira to come up when you come up uh you know you see this in Svarim, when you come up with a nice knee or a nice shot on something.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: Usually a posuk doesn't waste an extra word.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: So there are many uh different perushim not to go through now, but how to understand this pash shah.
• 7:57
  SPEAKER_00: What does this mean?
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: We learn uh at a tile telim of letters in the tirah, we learn the deepest uh the droshas and the the cabochimers and everything.
• 8:06
  SPEAKER_00: Huh?
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: But what yeah, because yeah, you find this in you sometimes, you're right.
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: You're right, you find this in you.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: That's still the tara said it, no.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, either way, obviously there's no extra letter in the tara, but there is an Indian sometimes.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: Nahagdil Tara Labia says the gimmicks.
• 8:26
  SPEAKER_00: What's the context?
• 8:26
SPEAKER_00: So this is as it relates to again fish.
• 8:28
SPEAKER_00: We're going to fish today, that's the sugia of today.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: And as it relates to kosher fish, not kosher the fish, the posik is very wordy.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: And the posik tells you specifically uh the lisa say that you should eat this type of fish and don't eat the wrong type of fish.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: But the posik says it a few times that you these are the fish to eat, and these are the fish that you shouldn't eat.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have that, the chol sheshloi, fakhol sha'inloy.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: So it says Nigemara, why does that why do I have to be so wordy?
• 8:51
  SPEAKER_00: says the bride saw.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: Once the posik tells me clearly which fish I'm allowed to eat, so sham to eenoi.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: So obviously, what is that?
• 9:00
  SPEAKER_00: What do I know?
• 9:02
SPEAKER_00: From the what the fact that the tara tells me only if eat fish with snapper and kaskessis, I know that a fish that doesn't have snapper and kaskesis, I'll tay khal a sha'einloi.
• 9:10
SPEAKER_00: Don't eat that fish if it doesn't have sha'inlo.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have snapper and kaskessis, don't eat it.
• 9:18
SPEAKER_00: And from the fact that the tarot goes out of its way to say, Don't eat fish that don't have this sim on him.
• 9:22
  SPEAKER_00: What do I learn?
• 9:23
SPEAKER_00: You can eat fish that do have these sim on him.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_00: So why do I need to say both sides?
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: So why do I repeat it?
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: Why do I say it both in the positive and the negative?
• 9:30
SPEAKER_00: So the answer is Lava Lava say vilay sase.
• 9:33
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes the tariff does this.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: We to we said it specifically as relates to an essay and a laysa se to give you an assey and a lay sase.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: If you are either this and you eat the the sharatamayim or dog tame, you are either both an assey and the lysase, what's an afkamina and many nafkaminas, right?
• 9:47
SPEAKER_00: Asei de chalisa say, assey is not the chhleisa seva asei, it's lessase.
• 9:51
SPEAKER_00: So if you're either this, you're either not only a lysase, but also an asse.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, that's why the posik was shinon.
• 9:57
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemaraviter.
• 9:58
  SPEAKER_00: Toykhlu Mikol Asherba May.
• 10:01
SPEAKER_00: The posuk is again very wordy.
• 10:04
  SPEAKER_00: It says Taihlu Mikhalashabamaim.
• 10:05
SPEAKER_00: And if you read the poll posik inside, it says a few times.
• 10:07
SPEAKER_00: It says, So I start off with Toychlu Mikolashabamaim.
• 10:18
  SPEAKER_00: I listed Aysum Taikhil.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_00: Why am I saying eat it, eat it, eat it so many times?
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: Why do I need to say Toychlu Mikolashaba May?
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: So we need a little bit of context for this gimmickl.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_00: This is not talking about the regular um heter as it relates to kosher fish.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: This is talking about a heter as it relates to what's known as sharatamayim.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_00: There are shratzim tamayim of the mayim.
• 10:44
SPEAKER_00: And this comes as a little bit of a surprise.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_00: Um it's not so yadua, but there are shratzim from the mayim that are actually mutter.
• 10:51
SPEAKER_00: And these types of shratzim in the maim that are mutter, uh sharatzamaim is something that was created, or sometimes you have still water in a cup, stays for a long time.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: It creates bacteria, you could us you could understand.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_00: Sometimes these all all these worms and and uh and shrotzim that get created within themselves, let's say from the cleav.
• 11:10
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna see soon, not only from a cleav, but in a bar of mime, still water that doesn't have a navea.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: It's not uh it's not fresh water coming flowing from a source somewhere, going through a stream, but it's rather sitting in a bar.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: It's sitting in a uh a gathering of water that's in one place still, it doesn't have a nave.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: So all those things that that grow and produce from that water, these types of shrotzim, shrotseyamaim, those are actually gonna be mutter.
• 11:31
SPEAKER_00: They're not considered shrotzya maim that came from elsewhere.
• 11:34
SPEAKER_00: They were as a result of this water, and they and therefore it's gonna be something that you're gonna be allowed to eat.
• 11:38
  SPEAKER_00: It's not considered uh a shirt's stomach.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_00: So to mikola shraba maimatama.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: Why does it have to repeat?
• 11:43
SPEAKER_00: Shiachl hai veter mimfurish veter mistam.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: Since I have a heter as relates to shratze amaim, they mefurish.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: And I have a heter as relates to stamps.
• 11:54
  SPEAKER_00: The post says twice.
• 11:55
  SPEAKER_00: I have mikolashamayamatama.
• 11:57
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 11:57
SPEAKER_00: Because as it relates to mefurish, it explains that only shrotze mayim that were nigdal in that were gedailim in a klee.
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: That came from a klee, that was the mefurish that we explained, as we're about to see in a minute.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara is gonna go through where do we see the mefurish?
• 12:12
SPEAKER_00: But if it as what came from a klee, that's what's gonna be motur.
• 12:15
  SPEAKER_00: That's mefurish, we're stam.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_00: There's also a heter stam, shratze amayim, and we're gonna see in general soon.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: So since I have a hater twice, once mefurish only in a clean, and once stam in general.
• 12:25
SPEAKER_00: So I should learn that Ma can shit the mefurish later of the Bakalim.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: What was I matir when I said it very mefurish that this is matir, that this is mutter?
• 12:32
  SPEAKER_00: What was I matir?
• 12:33
SPEAKER_00: I was matir, calim, only shratze a maim that come from Kalim.
• 12:36
SPEAKER_00: I'll share the Mistam later and the Batalim.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: So I should learn also to the place where we learnt it stam, that when we say Shratzeyamaim or Muttir Stam, it means only from Calim.
• 12:44
SPEAKER_00: Because we said it also one time before, and we know what that said, that meant only from Calim.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: So so too when we say stam, it should mean only from Calim.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_00: Only Shratze Amaim that come from Calim, that you're gonna be able to eat.
• 12:57
SPEAKER_00: How do I know to include other still body of waters that don't have an Avial, that don't have an original source of water?
• 13:03
SPEAKER_00: How do I know to include Ba'rais uh pits of water, Sheikh and Ma'ras, these different types of gatherings of water that are still that don't have an aviya?
• 13:09
SPEAKER_00: So show you Shah man, you could bend down and drink from them, but ain't I nimnan?
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to you don't have to be careful, you don't have to watch out, and you could eat the shratzam that come along with it.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: How do I know that Tamal Nam the Pascal says Toykhlu Mikolashamayim?
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: It says it again to be marbe, even burrash shiikhum aris, the taiklu mikola shirba ma'im, also from shikhun's the shrotsiamaim from those are going to be okay.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: So that's how I know because mefurish and stam, it says to mical shabbaim, what if they say twice to tell you you would have only thought as it says mefurish from Kailem his mutter?
• 13:39
SPEAKER_00: I would think even stam that meant also only Kaila's mutter.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: Kamash Malan, Tahlu Mikala Shabamaim to teach you also by Shikhunaris.
• 13:45
  SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara.
• 13:46
SPEAKER_00: The question we're all wondering, right?
• 13:47
  SPEAKER_00: Where does the pasik?
• 13:48
  SPEAKER_00: Heychan hitr bi Kalim.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find this Mefurish Pasuk that says that you're allowed to eat it by Calim?
• 13:53
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find that idea?
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: The khsib, because the pasik says, as that toihlu, mikalah shabbamaim.
• 13:59
SPEAKER_00: The pasuk says, From this you should eat.
• 14:01
  SPEAKER_00: Mikola Shabbamaim, the goimer.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: And it goes on to list from what types of waters.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: It says from the seas and from the from the streams, right?
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: From uh from the rivers, from all these things, and it lists specifically the different types of bodies of waters.
• 14:14
SPEAKER_00: So zet toih, mikola shabba'im, bayamun nakalim.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: So bayamimunhalim hu the khi isle echal.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_00: So what do I learn from the postic?
• 14:21
SPEAKER_00: That postic teaches me as it relates to fish, what are you allowed to eat?
• 14:24
SPEAKER_00: If it has a snap iron, kaskash, mikolash or bamaim, anything from the water, if it has a snap iron kaskasses, what types of waters?
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: The yamim, the nichalim, these types.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: So what do I learn from there?
• 14:34
SPEAKER_00: If I listed to you types of waters, then I learned something very specific.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_00: I learned that specifically these types of waters, the yamim, the nichalim, the khi isle, if it has the simonim, then echal.
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: Then you're allowed to eat it.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_00: If it has a snapper kaskesis, then echal.
• 14:50
SPEAKER_00: You're allowed to eat it.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_00: The leslie, if it doesn't have the simonim, it doesn't have a snapper kaskes, loitich, you're not allowed to eat it.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_00: Ha, the kalim, but as it relates to kalim, meaning that or that if it has simonim, yeah, it doesn't have simonim.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: No, that's as it relates to the yamim and a chalim.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: But if we're talking about water that came from Kalim, then Afa the Leslie a chal.
• 15:05
SPEAKER_00: Even if it doesn't have a snapper haskaz.
• 15:07
SPEAKER_00: Even if it doesn't have the simonim, you're gonna be able to eat it.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: And that's where we see meforish by Kalim.
• 15:11
SPEAKER_00: It's not so mephurish, right?
• 15:13
SPEAKER_00: But it's this it's meforish enough to teach you from this Joshua we just learned that the water from Kalim, you're going to be able to eat even if it doesn't have snabrikaskezes, meaning regular sharits amai.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so aima be calim af the left of the tech.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: But says how do you know Tadarsh and Kalim to be marba, even if it doesn't have any simonim, you're gonna be able to eat it.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I should say the opposite.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_00: That the Tara is telling you when are you allowed to eat a sh uh uh fish from the Yamim and Khalim when it has the simanim.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: But as relates to f uh fish from Calim or stuff that grew in Calim, maybe you can't eat it at all, even if it does have Simonim.
• 15:45
SPEAKER_00: Maybe that's it's telling you bidukafuh, says of the Islay Latechol.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: Maybe the duke is the exact opposite.
• 15:51
SPEAKER_00: That as relates to Calim, even if Imamish has Simonim, you're not gonna be able to eat it.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: That's the Tara's telling you, but Yamim unakalim, if it has semanim, we're gonna be able to eat it.
• 15:58
SPEAKER_00: But something else, Calim, even if it has simonim, you can't eat it.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's telling me that way.
• 16:01
  SPEAKER_00: Says, don't think that.
• 16:10
SPEAKER_00: This time it says it in the lay side.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: If a fish doesn't have a snapper kaskes, but yammu umanechalim, mikol sharatzamaim, you're not allowed to eat it, right?
• 16:19
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have a sha if it doesn't have a snapper kaskes, where you're not allowed to eat it, if it doesn't have the simonim, that's in yamim and echalim.
• 16:25
SPEAKER_00: So I learned from there, but yamanachalim the lasle loyte echo that in the yamim and a chalim, specifically if it doesn't have the simonim, if it comes from yam and chalim, that's when you're not allowed to eat it.
• 16:34
  SPEAKER_00: How about Kaylin?
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: But if it comes from Kaylin, I'll give the Leslay echal.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Even if it doesn't have the simonim, you are gonna be able to eat it so I see it in the positive and the negative, and that's why I'm not gonna be able to diet the other way.
• 16:42
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemar, okay.
• 16:44
  SPEAKER_00: I understand.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: So far I see from Kayalim, right?
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: But the aimma, why don't I say the following?
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: Why don't I darcin a claw prato claw over here?
• 16:50
SPEAKER_00: What would be the claw prato call?
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: Maime is a claw, right?
• 16:54
  SPEAKER_00: Water.
• 16:54
  SPEAKER_00: Water in general.
• 16:55
SPEAKER_00: We didn't list what type of water.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_00: So water is a claw.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_00: By yamamanakalim, those are types of bodies of water, right?
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: The seas, the sh the the rivers.
• 17:03
  SPEAKER_00: But yamunakalim, prat.
• 17:04
  SPEAKER_00: So that's a prat.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: Klaw, uprat, ain baklal elamash of a prat.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: So we have a claw and a prat.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_00: What do I do when I have a claw of prat?
• 17:11
  SPEAKER_00: Ain't bakal elamash of a prat.
• 17:13
SPEAKER_00: The only thing I can include in the claw is specifically the prat that we mentioned.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_00: The specific thing that we mentioned, which is what?
• 17:19
SPEAKER_00: Ma which is yamunakalim in.
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_00: What were the prat?
• 17:24
  SPEAKER_00: The prat was.
• 17:25
  SPEAKER_00: The yamunakhalin.
• 17:26
SPEAKER_00: So that teaches me yamunakhalin in.
• 17:28
SPEAKER_00: That only something found in the yamimunakhalim can you eat it if it has the simonim, if it has fins and scales.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: But in Bam But in Ne'itzin Baharitzin, but in like ditches and like these other types of uh streams with Niviyas, that's loy.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're not gonna be able to eat it, even if it has fins and scales.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: Maybe I should learn that.
• 17:45
  SPEAKER_00: Why don't I say from a chlal al-Prat?
• 17:46
SPEAKER_00: The Khalil Prat is teaching me again, I learned in Bakhlal al-Mashab Prat.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: The only thing you could learn from the pastic is what it said in the Prat.
• 17:53
SPEAKER_00: What did it say in the Prat?
• 17:54
  SPEAKER_00: Yamam and Nachhalim.
• 17:55
SPEAKER_00: So I should learn you're only allowed to eat fish even if they have simonim.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: Only if they have simonim, right?
• 17:59
SPEAKER_00: So if they have simanim, you're allowed to eat it, but from where?
• 18:01
  SPEAKER_00: Yamam and Khalim.
• 18:02
SPEAKER_00: From somewhere else, Neatan macharitin, you can't eat a baklal, even if they have.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: Even if they have uh simanium, you're not gonna be able to eat it at all.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_00: So I'll tell you why I don't say that.
• 18:10
  SPEAKER_00: Because Bamayim, Khodabaklaw.
• 18:12
  SPEAKER_00: They have another claw.
• 18:13
  SPEAKER_00: It's not a claw prat, it's a claw prat uklaw.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: In biklal elamashabrat, very limited.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_00: Klaw prat uklaw is in biklal elo, we we darsen keina prat, right?
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's similar to the prat.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: So it's much more inclusive.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: It's not only the prat itself, yam al-khal, it's something that's similar to the prat.
• 18:30
SPEAKER_00: So therefore, since it says ma'im again, but ma'im chazar uklaal, another claw, which is a klaw prat uklaw, I learned something that's keina prat.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: What's keina prat over here?
• 18:40
SPEAKER_00: Neitz and the kharitin are gonna be included.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: Nitzin a kharitin are gonna be included in just like yamim and the khalim, nitzunharit in any of these types of orders.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemar, is that a claw pratuklaw?
• 18:49
  SPEAKER_00: It's not.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_00: Hani tre klay dismichila dali ninu.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_00: This is uh, if you look at the pasuk, with the word yamim, uh with the word mayim when it comes uh second time, it's not really after the prat.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: It's a klaw klaw uprat.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_00: It's not a klaw pratuklaw, it's a klaw klal uprat, and therefore it's two klalem dismichila dali ninu.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: So how you dartioning a klaw pratuklawl if it's not a kla klaw prato claw, it's a klaw klaw prat.
• 19:11
SPEAKER_00: Says kidamir mamarabah, I'll explain it to you with something they say in there to throw.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: Anytime you find this anywhere, you have two claulis that are next to each other and the prat is after them.
• 19:23
SPEAKER_00: So you would think maybe it's not a claw pratuklaw.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_00: No, because at kel prat pine do them claw pratuklaw.
• 19:29
SPEAKER_00: Because all you gotta do, you take the prat, you throw it in between them, and even if you have the two clawless as muchas la dadi, they're considered a claw pratu claw.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_00: That's how you have to don them.
• 19:39
  SPEAKER_00: And therefore what?
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna say the following.
• 19:41
  SPEAKER_00: Bamayim claw.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: It says bamayim, that's a claw, right?
• 19:43
  SPEAKER_00: General order.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: Payamunakalam, very specific types of order, that's a prat.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_00: Bamayim chhazaruklaw, bamayim wasn't in that order, but we're donning it as it is in that order, right?
• 19:51
SPEAKER_00: Klaw pratu ka hatela pratbinaim.
• 19:53
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, bamayim claw, so bayamunakalim prat maim chuzzeru claw, klaw, pratu, klaw, ea to don't key na praat.
• 19:59
  SPEAKER_00: I only I include what?
• 20:01
SPEAKER_00: More inclusive, not only the prat itself, but something that's keyna prat, something that's similar to the prat.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: Ma prat me first, ma'im noivim, just like the prat, which is yamiminokalim, is maim noivim.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: It's the water with a navih, it's uh it's flowing water that has a source, it's coming and it's constantly flowing.
• 20:15
  SPEAKER_00: Avkalaim naivim, so too.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: All flowing water water with a naviya.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: So my rabi, so what's that including?
• 20:21
  SPEAKER_00: Kharitzan and Isin.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: These different types of uh creeks and uh ditches and whatever it is.
• 20:25
  SPEAKER_00: La Isura.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: It's being marbid then for isurah what isurah that they're usur if it doesn't have the saman.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: If you find fish over there, because what does the posi tell you?
• 20:33
SPEAKER_00: The posi tells you you can only eat fish from the Yamunihalim if it has fins and scales.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_00: So it's marga, also harit and it's in just like them.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_00: Laisura, that it's gonna be us, but it doesn't have fins and scales.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_00: If you find fish over there, it needs to need to have fins and scales.
• 20:44
  SPEAKER_00: Mayut, what's it being mim'it?
• 20:47
  SPEAKER_00: Bhirashikan aris, lehetra.
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: It's being memaied, stuff that doesn't have an avia, still water without a source, right?
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: It just collected over there, which is like bhirushikum aris, which are more like kalim, that what?
• 20:58
SPEAKER_00: It's being memit and leh teira.
• 21:00
SPEAKER_00: That these don't need the samanim.
• 21:01
SPEAKER_00: Why do you need the samanim?
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: The post's telling you as that toi, but my cole share yeshle, snapper by kaskes, but yamam wanachalim, and we're gonna be marbe, klaw pratuklaal, keina prat, anything with an aviya, also neitzen, haritzin, these different things, that's where you're gonna need a har uh snapper and kaskes.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_00: If it doesn't have the samanim, it's gonna be asir.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: But something that's not keina prat, it doesn't have an aviya, like the like the butru shikharma, or it's still bodies of water collected water, that is gonna be mutter even if it doesn't have simonim.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: A sharet hamaim from those without any fins and without any skills is gonna be mutter because it's not included from the possibility.
• 21:34
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 21:35
  SPEAKER_00: May'i ma why don't I say the following?
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: Ma prat me first, ma'am gedelin and a gabi karka.
• 21:38
SPEAKER_00: Why don't I say it a little differently, right?
• 21:40
  SPEAKER_00: What we darshan?
• 21:41
  SPEAKER_00: We darshanakal pratakal.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara said very good.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: Let's darshan the klaw prataklaal.
• 21:44
SPEAKER_00: But instead of saying the keena prat, right?
• 21:46
SPEAKER_00: In blaw and a skeina prat, we darshan keina prat.
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: So what was the keina prat similar to the prat that we said?
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: Yamam Nachalim is a is Maim Noivim.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: So do all Maim Noivim if it's flowing water.
• 21:56
SPEAKER_00: So Gemara, why should I darshan that?
• 21:58
  SPEAKER_00: Let's darshan a little bit differently.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Then Ma Prat me furish maim gidal agabe karka.
• 22:03
SPEAKER_00: Then let's darshan that it should be similar to the prat, but in a different way.
• 22:07
SPEAKER_00: That the prat was what?
• 22:08
  SPEAKER_00: Yay Yamim and Nachalim.
• 22:10
SPEAKER_00: Yamim and Nechalim are Gidelim Algabe karka.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: It's Maim that are Algabe Karka.
• 22:15
SPEAKER_00: At the end of the day, there's a floor of the ocean somewhere, right?
• 22:17
SPEAKER_00: So it's it's Al-Gabe karka, and it grows on the ground.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: So Ma Prat me first, it's the type of water that's Gidelin Algabe karka.
• 22:25
SPEAKER_00: So af call maim gidelin agabe karka.
• 22:27
SPEAKER_00: So so to I'm gonna include all my that's gidelin algabe karka, which would include what?
• 22:31
  SPEAKER_00: In my rabi?
• 22:32
  SPEAKER_00: Afila barashik na'is.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_00: Even barshikamaris, because barashikhanamar is the floor of the bar has a floor, it's karka, right?
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: So to be it should be marbe, all mayim agedelim agabe karka.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_00: To be marbe, all even still bodies of water collected that don't have an ability, like barshik and ma's, that also you're gonna need the samonim.
• 22:48
  SPEAKER_00: You're gonna need a snabbar kaskess.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_00: So you're not gonna be able to eat the shirt'mim if it doesn't have the simonim.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_00: So why don't I say that leisurah to be mardi barshik numaris, le surah Umaimeth, what would it be Mayat?
• 22:56
SPEAKER_00: What's Mayim that's not Gadilim Nagabe karka?
• 22:58
  SPEAKER_00: Kalim.
• 22:58
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 22:59
  SPEAKER_00: It's Nagabe Karka, it's in a clean.
• 23:00
SPEAKER_00: That should have been maet.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: Only Kalim and only Kalim, not something that's uh similar to Kalim that doesn't have an Avio.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: No, only Kalim you're gonna be able to eat the shraat's amaim that comes from it if they don't have the simonim.
• 23:09
SPEAKER_00: So why don't I say it that way?
• 23:11
SPEAKER_00: It says the Gemara, I'll tell you why.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: Because Im Kane, Taikhlu May, ahamile.
• 23:15
SPEAKER_00: If so, what do I do with the second time it says Taichlu?
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: If I would learn this anyway from the Klaw Pratukla, what do I need the posik to say again?
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: Taikhlu, like we saw before.
• 23:22
SPEAKER_00: Ah, because that's coming to show me that the way we read the kla pratukla, like you're gonna be taikhlu, there's a way you could eat this even if it's in uh birishik na ma'as, and because the keina prat that I learned is that it has to be in a vehicle.
• 23:34
SPEAKER_00: Just like, just like Yamim and a chalim are Mayim Nivim, so to any Maim Nivim, which is gonna be mighty birish namaris that are gonna have the din of Kalim.
• 23:43
SPEAKER_00: We're gonna learn that from Taikhlu.
• 23:44
SPEAKER_00: That's what it comes and helps me, otherwise I wouldn't know what to do with that word.
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: That Birishiknumaris have the din of Kalim, that the shrotzan that come from there are going to be mutter.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: We'll hold it for today over here, and we're gonna learn, by the way, just uh segue.
• 23:55
SPEAKER_00: Well, the segue also from tomorrow.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_00: But anytime there's a big machalic is how to learn when the pasta says claw prat to claw.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_00: Do you learn it as a claw prat?
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: Do you learn it as a reboy and miot?
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: And this came up, but we went together, forgot where.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_00: But Tan de Mary Bishmal, Tan de Mary Mishmal always, the Mary Bishmal always learn learns it as a rebuy and miot.
• 24:12
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna dartion the same thing tomorrow as a reboy and meat.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: And there's a little bit of a difference because it's more, it's more limiting when you dartion as a reboom pretty short.
• 24:20
SPEAKER_00: Whether it's a claw prat or reboom, it sounds similar but different in the way you dartion.
