- 0:20Speaker 3: a prop, it's what to say!
- 0:21Speaker 2: I'm Mark!
- 0:22Speaker 1: And it's time to f * * * the show!
- 0:25Speaker 1: Time to talk, let's go! What's up, everybody?
- 0:31Speaker 2: Hello and welcome to another edition of the Major Wrestling
- 0:35Speaker 2: Figure Podcast. I am your host, the most professional wrestler,
- 0:38Speaker 2: TNA star, proud member of the system, main character on
- 0:42Speaker 2: AMC Thursday nights at 9 p.m., the Scotty Pippen of
- 0:46Speaker 2: Wrestling Figure Collecting, Brian Myers.
- 0:49Speaker 1: And I'm your host, injured WWE superstar, almost ready, Matt Cardona.
- 0:54Speaker 1: Got my arm up to about 90 degrees. We're getting there.
- 0:58Speaker 4: Well, I'm also your producer of the show, Smart Mark
- 0:59Speaker 4: Sterling Esquire, the most famous professional wrestling lawyer. And this
- 1:02Speaker 4: show is brought to you by our good friends Ringside Collectibles.
- 1:07Speaker 1: Major.
- 1:09Speaker 4: Save 10%.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I can't wait to hear about that Sabu. I do
- 1:12Speaker 1: not have mine yet. I definitely need it. Follow us
- 1:15Speaker 1: on Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube at MajorWFPod. Subscribe to
- 1:19Speaker 1: this podcast wherever you get your podcasts and leave us
- 1:21Speaker 1: a hashtag MajorReview. If we read it on air, you
- 1:25Speaker 1: will get a prize. Thank you. Some more people left reviews,
- 1:27Speaker 1: but keep going, guys. I want it to be hard
- 1:30Speaker 1: to choose the review. I want there to be so
- 1:32Speaker 1: many reviews. Which one do I pick? That would be
- 1:34Speaker 1: a nice thing. Nice problem to have.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Greg G at Lucha Rad. He says, it's more than
- 1:41Speaker 4: a podcast. It's a community. The pod is three friends
- 1:45Speaker 4: connecting over collecting a common thing that brings people together.
- 1:49Speaker 4: I've made friends, checked out new stores, and started new
- 1:52Speaker 4: collections because of this podcast. One of my favorite things
- 1:55Speaker 4: that I have picked up from this podcast is the
- 1:58Speaker 4: concept of figs for friends. Just randomly getting a fig
- 2:01Speaker 4: for a buddy, even if they don't collect. You can
- 2:04Speaker 4: literally see the nostalgia hit them. You guys rock. That's true.
- 2:08Speaker 2: I love that idea.
- 2:09Speaker 1: That's great. Thanks for the review. Appreciate you. Giveaway courtesy
- 2:14Speaker 1: of Ringside Collectibles. Last week, it was the From the
- 2:18Speaker 1: Vault Shawn Michaels. I believe it was WrestleMania 10. The
- 2:22Speaker 1: winner of that....
- 2:25Speaker 4: Call me Fig Papa.
- 2:26Speaker 1: I like that.
- 2:27Speaker 4: Call me Fig Papa.
- 2:29Speaker 2: That's a sick name.
- 2:30Speaker 4: Hey, look at that. He grabbed five Smart Mark Sterling.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Call me Fig Papa. Yeah. And the giveaway this week is, yo,
- 2:39Speaker 1: it's me. It's me. It's DDP from the vault. Greatest
- 2:46Speaker 1: interview in MajorPod history? I think so.
- 2:49Speaker 4: As far as views.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Oh, the views don't lie. got for a follow-up with
- 2:54Speaker 1: TNA Wrestling.
- 2:56Speaker 2: We were cooking again on AMC SETI, the greatest cruiserweight
- 3:00Speaker 2: in the world, taking on stupid Ricky Sosa. Me and
- 3:05Speaker 2: Bear got involved, but we had to, you know, show
- 3:09Speaker 2: them what's in for them at Bound for Glory this weekend, Tampa, Florida,
- 3:14Speaker 2: October 11th.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Do not miss it. The biggest show of the year.
- 3:19Speaker 2: Cedric going for the X Division Championship, Eddie taking on
- 3:22Speaker 2: Ricky Sosa, and myself and Bear in the Call Your
- 3:26Speaker 2: Shot Gauntlet. And, Brucie, did you know that I am
- 3:32Speaker 2: the greatest Call Your Shot Gauntlet performer of all time?
- 3:36Speaker 1: I didn't know that, but I'm glad you're on the
- 3:38Speaker 1: card because I saw a lineup and I didn't see
- 3:41Speaker 1: your face. My heart sucks, but I forgot about the gauntlet.
- 3:43Speaker 1: The gauntlet is there. This week on TNA....
- 3:48Speaker 2: We do have an eight-man tag to see what place
- 3:52Speaker 2: certain people get. If you get the pinfall, you're 20.
- 3:55Speaker 2: If you get pinned, you're one. So big stakes there.
- 3:59Speaker 2: But yeah, I have the most eliminations in Call Your
- 4:02Speaker 2: Shot gauntlet history.
- 4:04Speaker 1: Do you know who has the second most? I'm not sure.
- 4:09Speaker 2: Moose is tied with Almost Ready Matt Cardona.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Really? Yeah. That's weird. How many eliminations do I have?
- 4:21Speaker 2: 10.
- 4:22Speaker 1: Really? I eliminate 10 people?
- 4:23Speaker 2: I know.
- 4:24Speaker 1: I have 13. I knew I had a lot.
- 4:26Speaker 2: That's why I asked, because I've had some pretty strong
- 4:28Speaker 2: showings in the Call Your Shot, and I haven't even
- 4:30Speaker 2: been in the damn thing in three years, so watch out.
- 4:33Speaker 2: I'm looking at that graphic.
- 4:34Speaker 4: I'm confused. It says, with Avery Stiles. Who's he with?
- 4:39Speaker 1: He's been in, like, Youngboying Frankie.
- 4:43Speaker 4: Oh, I see.
- 4:43Speaker 1: He's not in the matches.
- 4:45Speaker 4: It looks like he's with that, like, a team.
- 4:47Speaker 1: No, that's why he's got the little head. He's got
- 4:49Speaker 1: the Fielder's head.
- 4:51Speaker 4: No, but like the name's in the bottom. With him.
- 4:53Speaker 1: With, because he'll be out there with Frank.
- 4:55Speaker 4: Okay.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Maybe you're a big Avery guy and you just want
- 4:58Speaker 1: to tune in to see him standing at ringside.
- 4:59Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 5:00Speaker 4: Oh, sure, yeah, but I just didn't know who he
- 5:01Speaker 4: was with.
- 5:04Speaker 1: Listen, for the second time this season, I went to
- 5:07Speaker 1: Halloween Horror Nights. I'm not going to. Great time. Shout out, Duran.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Great R.I.P., Tour guide again. He was so good. We
- 5:13Speaker 1: had to go again. But I don't want to waste
- 5:15Speaker 1: time on Hollywood Horror Night. It was so good. You
- 5:16Speaker 1: got to go this year. But look who I ran into.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I can't believe it. This is like Monday Night Wars
- 5:22Speaker 1: era stuff.
- 5:23Speaker 2: What?
- 5:24Speaker 1: Kirk bomb.
- 5:25Speaker 2: VIP Kirk at Universal. He was on a guided tour
- 5:30Speaker 2: as well. That's even crazy.
- 5:32Speaker 4: Do you think they trade guided tours?
- 5:34Speaker 1: He's got the hookup, huh? He's the man. Kirk is awesome.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Great running into Kirk. Halloween Horror Nights, great time.
- 5:42Speaker 4: Off Hours Kirk? Are we even allowed to show this?
- 5:45Speaker 1: Yeah, I know. Is he going to get in trouble
- 5:46Speaker 1: for this? No, he was as it. You're allowed to
- 5:49Speaker 1: live your life.
- 5:50Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 5:51Speaker 4: Not in Disney.
- 5:52Speaker 1: People were asking about Kirk, Big Rubber Guy. So what
- 5:54Speaker 1: do you think about that? I'm not against it.
- 5:56Speaker 2: I think a Kirk Major Star would be great because
- 5:58Speaker 2: then you could get it signed and bring it to him.
- 6:01Speaker 2: Bring it to the park.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I think we could do a low run. Kirk Major Star.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Kirk Major Star?
- 6:08Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Like, we do, like, Kirk, Andy from Calhoun. Like, a
- 6:12Speaker 1: low run.
- 6:13Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Imagine these. These are big hits.
- 6:15Speaker 1: They'd be great. Guys, I don't know if you heard this.
- 6:21Speaker 1: I'm not in the WWE Hall of Fame yet.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Bro.
- 6:24Speaker 1: But I am.
- 6:25Speaker 2: Nightmare.
- 6:27Speaker 1: The newest inductee. This is a nightmare. These are the
- 6:30Speaker 1: Calhoun High School Athletic Hall of Fame I'm in. Yes,
- 6:37Speaker 1: it's under the Sports Entertainment Act. Category, which, let's be real,
- 6:42Speaker 1: look at me give my speech right there. What is
- 6:46Speaker 1: this speech? Like, what did you even say? No, I
- 6:49Speaker 1: basically talked about it.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Crumbs make crumb cake.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I'm proving myself right.
- 6:53Speaker 2: The haters wrong.
- 6:54Speaker 1: I do want to shout out a teacher there, Mr. Formato,
- 6:57Speaker 1: who kind of gave me like, well, that's Coach Muscarella.
- 7:00Speaker 1: We'll get into him in a second. But this Mr.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Formato gave me kind of like the intro to me
- 7:06Speaker 1: coming up. You know what I'm saying? And I was like, oh,
- 7:09Speaker 1: my God.
- 7:10Speaker 3: It was awesome.
- 7:11Speaker 1: He listed everything I ever did, talks about, the podcast.
- 7:15Speaker 2: There's no accomplishments at Calhoun High School to list.
- 7:19Speaker 1: It's all the WWE pro wrestling accomplishments. He talked about
- 7:22Speaker 1: collect major. Wow. I was like, oh, man. He said
- 7:27Speaker 1: my toy collection is worth an estimated $ 3 million. I
- 7:29Speaker 1: was like, oh, my God. He kept going. It was great.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Big fan to know all this, but thanks. But I
- 7:35Speaker 1: gave my speech, and it was a great event. Coach
- 7:37Speaker 1: Muscarello was my high school. He hasn't aged. I haven't
- 7:41Speaker 1: seen him in 23 years. He hasn't aged. But yeah,
- 7:44Speaker 1: I basically said in the speech, like, guys, let's be
- 7:46Speaker 1: honest here. I'm glad you added the sports entertainment category
- 7:50Speaker 1: because I was not this star athlete in high school.
- 7:53Speaker 1: But it's because I didn't really care. I didn't take
- 7:56Speaker 1: it seriously. I didn't apply myself. You got suspended for
- 7:58Speaker 1: drinking on property. What's that? You got suspended for drinking
- 8:01Speaker 1: on property. I didn't mention that on the speech. My
- 8:05Speaker 1: mom said, don't mention that. You did? Yeah, senior year,
- 8:08Speaker 1: got suspended.
- 8:09Speaker 2: That is a bad motherfucker, Mark.
- 8:13Speaker 1: I dragged during lunch and got caught.
- 8:18Speaker 4: That's bad, dude.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Look at Mark's face. I do have a lot of
- 8:25Speaker 1: pro wrestling accomplishments, so it was great. I was honored
- 8:27Speaker 1: that they recognized that. My parents were there. John Gravina,
- 8:34Speaker 1: my cousin, was there. Bob and Terry no-showed the flag
- 8:37Speaker 1: football game to go to this. What's that? They no-showed
- 8:39Speaker 1: the flag football game to go to this. And look
- 8:41Speaker 1: at that mural. Look at that. Me with the NWA
- 8:44Speaker 1: World's title.
- 8:45Speaker 2: It's wild.
- 8:46Speaker 1: IC title. Powertown.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Broski right there.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I did it.
- 8:51Speaker 4: Is this the first? I saw it said inaugural.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Yeah, first class. Wow.
- 8:55Speaker 4: First ballot Hall of Famer.
- 8:58Speaker 1: What can I say? What can I say? I bet
- 9:02Speaker 1: there are so many people who went to high school
- 9:04Speaker 1: with me who are so pissed.
- 9:06Speaker 2: I know so.
- 9:07Speaker 4: What teacher is this?
- 9:08Speaker 2: Is this your English teacher?
- 9:09Speaker 1: No, it's my cousin John.
- 9:10Speaker 4: What teacher is this?
- 9:17Speaker 1: I gave WTW a little shout out while we were wrestling.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I know Broski's brother and sister-in-law are disgusted by this.
- 9:28Speaker 1: I'm honored. Yeah. Guys, this is not a joke. I'm
- 9:30Speaker 1: hanging this up with all my other accomplishments.
- 9:33Speaker 4: You should.
- 9:34Speaker 1: PWI, Independent Wrestler of the Year, and this.
- 9:37Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 9:37Speaker 1: But yeah, there's Coach Musgrillo, my wrestling coach. He was, oh,
- 9:40Speaker 1: my God, what a legend. What a.
- 9:42Speaker 2: Ridiculously accomplished athletes passed over for this.
- 9:45Speaker 4: Great suit. Is that a David Allen?
- 9:47Speaker 1: This is a David Allen, yeah. But you know what
- 9:49Speaker 1: I realized halfway through the whole thing? I'm like, everyone
- 9:52Speaker 1: here is wearing blue because that's like the school color.
- 9:55Speaker 1: I'm wearing purple.
- 9:55Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's the Mac color.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Yeah, look at that. Very proud. Thank you very much
- 10:01Speaker 1: for the recognition. Mr. Elias, the teacher who organized the
- 10:06Speaker 1: whole thing, thank you very much. It was a great, great,
- 10:08Speaker 1: great day.
- 10:08Speaker 2: Nice.
- 10:10Speaker 1: And then, you know, of course, I hit all my spots.
- 10:13Speaker 1: Thomas's Diner, My Hero, Bocce. You know what I'm saying? So, Mark,
- 10:20Speaker 1: tell us about, you had a bad encounter?
- 10:22Speaker 4: Oh, oh, oh, oh. Yeah, so I was in Cincinnati
- 10:25Speaker 4: this weekend and, you know, got out of the, you know,
- 10:29Speaker 4: the security area or whatever. So landing in Cincinnati, there
- 10:33Speaker 4: were some guys there for signatures. There's always these guys there,
- 10:36Speaker 4: which they're always very respectful and they always have a
- 10:38Speaker 4: couple cards or whatever. And for the first time since
- 10:42Speaker 4: my figure came out, one of them had the figure.
- 10:46Speaker 4: So I always sign a card or two. So I
- 10:49Speaker 4: sign the cards. Then he asked me to sign his figure.
- 10:51Speaker 4: He had a paint pen. And I tried to say no.
- 10:55Speaker 4: I said, I said, I don't really want to sign
- 10:59Speaker 4: the figure.
- 11:00Speaker 1: You're a dick. Are you serious?
- 11:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:03Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 11:03Speaker 2: I felt bad. I don't think this is an invasion
- 11:07Speaker 2: of privacy.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Back up. Where exactly were you?
- 11:11Speaker 4: Coming out of the airport.
- 11:14Speaker 1: So someone... Was he polite?
- 11:17Speaker 4: Yeah, very nice.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I would have did it.
- 11:20Speaker 4: He's very nice.
- 11:21Speaker 2: This has changed TKO Broski because two years ago you're.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Going, fuck these guys. If someone's throwing random stuff in
- 11:29Speaker 1: my face, not saying please, F that.
- 11:33Speaker 4: No, he was very nice. Okay, so first of all,
- 11:35Speaker 4: I ended up just doing it. But I was trying
- 11:38Speaker 4: to explain that there's only 3,000 of these. That's it.
- 11:40Speaker 4: There's never going to be another figure. This is it.
- 11:46Speaker 4: You know, I would rather you find me at a
- 11:49Speaker 4: signing or something like that. You know, I was trying
- 11:51Speaker 4: to say that. And then he said, I will give
- 11:53Speaker 4: you money if you want. How much money do you want?
- 11:56Speaker 4: That's what he said. And then I thought to myself,
- 11:58Speaker 4: I'm not taking cash from a gentleman in the airport. What?
- 12:04Speaker 1: I would have took the cash we offered.
- 12:05Speaker 4: No, I just felt too bad. He goes, then he said,
- 12:08Speaker 4: I just saw, he's like, I just saw Billy Gunn.
- 12:10Speaker 4: I gave him some cash for stuff. And I was like, ah.
- 12:15Speaker 4: I appreciated the offer of cats, so then I just
- 12:18Speaker 4: did it.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Yes.
- 12:20Speaker 4: But I didn't want to. I felt too weird.
- 12:22Speaker 1: That changes things when they're even saying that.
- 12:26Speaker 4: I felt weird taking the 20 spots.
- 12:27Speaker 1: What are the intentions? To sell it immediately?
- 12:31Speaker 4: I don't think so. I got the impression it was
- 12:34Speaker 4: for him.
- 12:36Speaker 1: I've said this. First of all, if you're going to
- 12:38Speaker 1: go to an airport, Or a hotel.
- 12:41Speaker 2: It's just you're not setting yourself up for great interactions
- 12:43Speaker 2: with wrestlers.
- 12:44Speaker 1: Don't expect a great experience.
- 12:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 12:46Speaker 4: Right?
- 12:48Speaker 1: But if you're, I can't speak for every wrestler. I'll
- 12:50Speaker 1: speak for me. If you come up to me and
- 12:51Speaker 1: you are polite, even if you're going to flip it,
- 12:55Speaker 1: but if you're polite about it, if you're not shoving
- 12:57Speaker 1: multiple things in my face, if you have a 8x10,
- 13:00Speaker 1: a figure, a card, okay. If you come to me
- 13:03Speaker 1: with like a sheet of cards, bro, what are we
- 13:05Speaker 1: doing here?
- 13:06Speaker 2: Right.
- 13:06Speaker 5: Right?
- 13:07Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just so suspicious. It's just not. Like I said,
- 13:10Speaker 1: you're not setting yourself up for a great encounter. If
- 13:13Speaker 1: you come up with those Frankenstein Funko Pop windows, absolutely not.
- 13:17Speaker 1: Won't do it.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Refuse.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Anything plain, like I'll just get a signature from anybody, no.
- 13:23Speaker 1: If you have a Matt Cronin or Zack Ryder thing.
- 13:25Speaker 1: The ultimate scum is the kid decoy.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Oh, my kid really wants this sheet of cards signed. But,
- 13:33Speaker 4: you know, the other thing I was thinking about is like,
- 13:35Speaker 4: you know, a airport signed smart mark sterling upper deck
- 13:41Speaker 4: um trading card is not much value so you you
- 13:45Speaker 4: want me to sign that okay fine i'm not i'm
- 13:47Speaker 4: not adding much to this but when you're talking premium
- 13:51Speaker 4: items when you're talking 3 000 elite figures they'll never
- 13:54Speaker 4: be another one like i just.
- 13:55Speaker 2: Feel like i don't think it matters what it's just
- 13:57Speaker 2: like yeah you're at the airport like you don't yeah
- 14:00Speaker 2: yeah like you you don't these people don't deserve anything
- 14:04Speaker 2: from you like you're at the airport like It doesn't
- 14:06Speaker 2: matter what they're trying to get signed.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Sure.
- 14:08Speaker 4: I just wanted to draw a line on the figure
- 14:10Speaker 4: and only sign him out.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Mark, I think that's fair. That's your right.
- 14:14Speaker 2: Yeah, right.
- 14:16Speaker 1: I drew my line on the Funko thing or generic things.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Everyone can draw their own line. Some people don't have
- 14:24Speaker 1: to do anything.
- 14:25Speaker 4: And I will say, he was very polite.
- 14:26Speaker 2: We've shown clips on this show of Ray Mysterio getting
- 14:29Speaker 2: mobbed and signing everything in sight. Rhea Ripley getting mobbed
- 14:32Speaker 2: and signing everything in sight. It's just everyone has a
- 14:35Speaker 2: different view of it, but.
- 14:38Speaker 4: He was nice. I did ask him. I was going
- 14:40Speaker 4: to just do it right away if he was in
- 14:42Speaker 4: the group. I said, are you in the group?
- 14:44Speaker 2: I guess my rules are just the airport and my hotel.
- 14:50Speaker 2: I draw the line because it's like an invasion of privacy.
- 14:53Speaker 2: You catch me at the mall with my kids, I'll stop.
- 14:55Speaker 1: I'll talk to you. I'll take a picture.
- 14:56Speaker 2: I'll do whatever.
- 14:56Speaker 1: I'll sign something.
- 14:57Speaker 2: I don't care.
- 14:58Speaker 1: But I feel like these are like attacks almost. You
- 15:00Speaker 1: know what I mean?
- 15:01Speaker 2: Like they brought that to get you. Like you didn't
- 15:04Speaker 2: just randomly have a mark figure. You know, I just,
- 15:05Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 15:06Speaker 1: It's, it's, uh.
- 15:07Speaker 5: Right.
- 15:08Speaker 4: Just happened to be walking by me with a figure.
- 15:10Speaker 1: It's all circumstantial. Like, you know, for instance, like when
- 15:13Speaker 1: I was on the Indies and like a convention, I
- 15:14Speaker 1: was going for a convention, you know, and you're at the, no,
- 15:18Speaker 1: you got to come to the convention.
- 15:19Speaker 2: That's insane. Yeah. And, and kind of fucked up in
- 15:23Speaker 2: a way of like, if someone's paying you to be there,
- 15:26Speaker 2: you know what I mean? You're screwing over the vendor.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Both of you probably have experienced this. Like you leave
- 15:31Speaker 2: the convention, you're still like, in the building and someone
- 15:34Speaker 2: asked you for something. Oh, that's for free. What?
- 15:37Speaker 4: I don't feel bad about saying no to that.
- 15:38Speaker 1: I was just there for hours, dude. I was just
- 15:40Speaker 1: there for hours.
- 15:41Speaker 4: That's another part that I forgot about this. I said,
- 15:42Speaker 4: hey man, I would rather you find me at a signing,
- 15:45Speaker 4: you know, something like that. That's what I tried to
- 15:46Speaker 4: get out of it by saying. And then he said, oh,
- 15:49Speaker 4: you got a signing today or tomorrow? And then I
- 15:51Speaker 4: was like, well, no, but, so, you know, I don't know.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I do have a whatnot.
- 15:56Speaker 2: You can get this, get it personalized and have a
- 15:59Speaker 2: much nicer interaction with me than bothering me.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I just think there's ways about it. For me,
- 16:07Speaker 1: if you're polite and you don't try to... Listen, if
- 16:11Speaker 1: you're polite and you're shoving 10 things in my face,
- 16:13Speaker 1: you're not getting it done.
- 16:14Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just, like I said, it's the location. It's
- 16:16Speaker 2: not even the amount of stuff or the attitude or,
- 16:18Speaker 2: you know what I mean?
- 16:19Speaker 4: Well, if you're listening, pal, I appreciate that you were polite.
- 16:21Speaker 2: Okay.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Yes. Guys, we had two major pod... You talk about
- 16:27Speaker 1: Hall of Famers. We need to... I think we do,
- 16:29Speaker 1: this year, we do the figure Hall of Fame. We
- 16:31Speaker 1: got to induct some real humans.
- 16:32Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Because two first ballot Major Pod Hall of Famers.
- 16:35Speaker 2: This is all part of your plan to kidnap Jeremy Bedour,
- 16:38Speaker 2: but keep going.
- 16:40Speaker 1: Jeremy's not involved in this. We'll talk about him later
- 16:42Speaker 1: in the show. But these two Major Pod legends.
- 16:44Speaker 4: Wait, Jeremy's got to go in that line with Andy.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Jeremy's got a bendy. It's true. He's got a bendy.
- 16:51Speaker 1: You're right. Two Major Pod legends squared off. The one
- 16:56Speaker 1: man rock band, Heath. And rapid delivery, Rory Fox. They
- 17:02Speaker 1: squared off at Central Empire's Wrestling Bridge City Slam 8.
- 17:07Speaker 2: If neither guy can remember spots, who remembered the match?
- 17:13Speaker 2: Did they just stare at each other like a glitch? Oh,
- 17:14Speaker 2: they did.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Like a glitch video game.
- 17:17Speaker 2: Neither one fucking knew what was going on.
- 17:18Speaker 4: Which one of us is dropping down?
- 17:20Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:21Speaker 1: I was supposed to wrestle Rory at this show. Is
- 17:24Speaker 1: this the part where we tie up? Fuck.
- 17:32Speaker 4: They told the photographer there to write down the spots.
- 17:36Speaker 2: Good God.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Yeah, I was supposed to wrestle Roy at the show
- 17:39Speaker 1: years ago, but I believe I tore my bicep and
- 17:42Speaker 1: he might have tore his quad. He fell down and
- 17:44Speaker 1: tore his quad twice or something.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 17:47Speaker 1: But I'm sure it was a hell of a match.
- 17:49Speaker 1: This is something.
- 17:50Speaker 4: The ref called a hell of a match here.
- 17:51Speaker 1: That's definitely. Guys, hear me out on this. Next month,
- 17:56Speaker 1: watch along if we get the footage.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 17:58Speaker 1: Heath was rapid delivery. The roast, the roast of Heath
- 18:01Speaker 1: versus Rory. What are you guys down for that? We
- 18:04Speaker 1: get it.
- 18:04Speaker 2: I'm down for that. I'm going to need to crack
- 18:06Speaker 2: some garage beers, but yeah, I'm down. Let's get, let's,
- 18:09Speaker 2: I want to see this match. Watch along.
- 18:11Speaker 1: Heath versus rapid delivery, Rory Fox. And we'll do like
- 18:16Speaker 1: commentary over it. Like, Oh man. Oh baby. Um, Go
- 18:27Speaker 1: against the one-man band.
- 18:29Speaker 4: Heath to Roy.
- 18:31Speaker 1: Make sure you shine my title up very nicely because
- 18:36Speaker 1: come October 3rd, you're looking at the new champ.
- 18:42Speaker 4: Oh, baby.
- 18:44Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 18:45Speaker 1: I'm so fucked. Do you think he knew that it
- 18:48Speaker 1: was Roy until he showed up to the building? Oh, you?
- 18:50Speaker 2: I met you ten times. Right? Because I thought he
- 18:55Speaker 2: said Rory the first time and it just got caught
- 18:57Speaker 2: in there. Oh, you know the way he said it,
- 18:59Speaker 2: but then he clearly says Roy later on. Maybe that's
- 19:04Speaker 2: why he's pointing at him. He's like, Oh, it's you.
- 19:06Speaker 2: Oh man. It's you.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Oh, but if you're watching on YouTube, Heath has a
- 19:12Speaker 1: poster hanging up behind him, which I just so happened
- 19:15Speaker 1: to find at my parents' house this week, this deep
- 19:19Speaker 1: South wrestling live Friday, January 19th, 2007. Guys, the main event,
- 19:25Speaker 1: The Majors Brothers versus FWF Legends, the Gemini.
- 19:31Speaker 2: FWF Legends. I feel like everyone got fired and this
- 19:36Speaker 2: never happened. It was for the vacant titles and we won.
- 19:41Speaker 2: Is this the one that happens in the gym? In
- 19:44Speaker 2: the high school. So we've only had one show at
- 19:47Speaker 2: this place, right?
- 19:48Speaker 1: But I think you're right. Maybe the gym and I
- 19:50Speaker 1: get fired and we have to wrestle like Regal and
- 19:51Speaker 1: Dave Taylor or something.
- 19:52Speaker 2: And Urban Assault and like a multi-man, I thought.
- 19:57Speaker 1: So you're saying that Kofi Nahaje did not take on
- 20:01Speaker 1: Keith Walker and that.
- 20:01Speaker 2: Keith Miller did not take on Robert Anthony? I don't know.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Those undercard stuff might have happened, but we were working
- 20:04Speaker 1: on top, brother.
- 20:05Speaker 2: I don't know. Man.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Yeah, we were working on top.
- 20:09Speaker 2: Look at that.
- 20:09Speaker 1: I know. I mean, I bet there's results. I found
- 20:14Speaker 1: some wild stuff in my parents' house. I found my
- 20:18Speaker 1: original Toys R Us Times Square Hogan figure. It says, like,
- 20:21Speaker 1: too matte. All yellowed out and stuff with the Sharpie.
- 20:25Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 20:25Speaker 1: Why don't you have that in your collection? Because I have, like,
- 20:29Speaker 1: an upgraded one. Paint pen, you know?
- 20:32Speaker 2: Gotcha.
- 20:33Speaker 1: What was the date of that? This is January 19th, 2007.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Can you find the.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Updated card on a cage match.
- 20:40Speaker 4: I'm looking for it.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Cause I think house O'Reilly was Bradley.
- 20:45Speaker 2: I literally think like the weekend before they clear house
- 20:48Speaker 2: and fire everyone.
- 20:49Speaker 1: You know what? I feel like bill and high impact
- 20:52Speaker 1: got fired. That seems about right.
- 20:55Speaker 2: So they put urban assault in our weird three way
- 20:57Speaker 2: and Gemini's gone. And then it's like for the vacant
- 20:59Speaker 2: belt and we win the belts back.
- 21:02Speaker 4: Uh, January 4th, 2007. High Impact, Micah Taylor and Tony
- 21:08Speaker 4: Santorelli versus the Majors Brothers. Time limit draw for the
- 21:13Speaker 4: number one contendership. Then it says 1-11, 2007, the Gemini
- 21:16Speaker 4: defeat the Major Brothers by DQ. And then 1-25, 2007,
- 21:20Speaker 4: the Major Brothers defeat Johnny Curtis.
- 21:24Speaker 2: And Samson.
- 21:32Speaker 1: This cage match ain't as accurate as people say, guys. Well,
- 21:35Speaker 1: this is just missing. Exactly. They're missing something. Anyway, a very,
- 21:43Speaker 1: very cool trip down memory lane. Go listen to the
- 21:46Speaker 1: Deep South episodes on majormarks.com. Did you guys see me
- 21:52Speaker 1: on What Is Your Bagel Order with our good broski,
- 21:54Speaker 1: Jeremy Jakobowitz?
- 21:55Speaker 4: Boy, did I.
- 21:56Speaker 1: Saw a couple clips of it. First of all, a
- 21:58Speaker 1: lot of controversy. We're not even going to get into that.
- 22:00Speaker 1: What's the controversy? Okay, we'll get into it after. Can
- 22:03Speaker 1: we talk about the figure stuff that we brought up
- 22:04Speaker 1: in the show? Did we have a clip or anything?
- 22:07Speaker 1: That's like big boy stuff, you know, about the risers.
- 22:10Speaker 4: The risers, what I did was, for all the retros
- 22:12Speaker 4: that it opens, I got the rings.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Bro, you can't tell I'm wearing a long sleeve.
- 22:16Speaker 2: I got goosebumps.
- 22:17Speaker 1: That is a great idea that I might steal.
- 22:20Speaker 4: All right.
- 22:20Speaker 1: Retro ring steps as risers.
- 22:23Speaker 4: I've seen a lot.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Perfectly.
- 22:26Speaker 1: I'm the Michael Jordan of wrestling for collecting. I've never
- 22:28Speaker 1: seen that. That is great. Is that a WrestleMania 10,
- 22:32Speaker 1: but in Japan?
- 22:33Speaker 4: Yes, it's a DHS.
- 22:34Speaker 1: Bro, I need that. That is cool.
- 22:36Speaker 4: He loves Japan.
- 22:38Speaker 1: Totokan? The big one. Yeah, Totokan.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. Okay, I might have to slide into your
- 22:43Speaker 2: DMs even though you're right here and buy that.
- 22:45Speaker 5: And I got that, which Sting got, and then I'll
- 22:47Speaker 5: get Lexus on.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Bro, that's awesome. And you have the Chelsea Green Cactus
- 22:51Speaker 1: Jack 2 pack. Oh, I do. Bro, that Mania 10,
- 22:54Speaker 1: I like it. I dig it. Jeremy, good broski, good
- 22:58Speaker 1: friend of the show. Has an awesome figure collection. Also
- 23:02Speaker 1: has great social media. He's a food influencer. Check it out.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I never thought me answering questions while eating a bagel
- 23:10Speaker 1: would create controversy on the internet, but it did.
- 23:12Speaker 4: You ruined my Sunday morning.
- 23:15Speaker 2: By what?
- 23:17Speaker 1: Just dirt sheet headlines like.
- 23:20Speaker 2: Matt Cardona says he took pay cut to go to.
- 23:23Speaker 1: WWE, which like, yes, I guess I did say that,
- 23:25Speaker 1: but like, It was pissing me off. Context is king.
- 23:28Speaker 4: I'm arguing with Marks about Matt on all Sunday morning.
- 23:31Speaker 4: I'm like, what is my life?
- 23:34Speaker 1: Context, go listen to the interview. It's a fun interview.
- 23:36Speaker 1: Very lighthearted. I stand by everything I said, but very
- 23:39Speaker 1: fun interview. Jeremy's the man.
- 23:42Speaker 4: Me too.
- 23:42Speaker 1: Now he has a separate figure Instagram page, I believe.
- 23:46Speaker 4: Matt, did you appreciate my tweet, though?
- 23:49Speaker 1: I did. Thank you. You tweeted about Matt? You were
- 23:51Speaker 1: so mad.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Bro, I was losing my mind on Sunday.
- 23:54Speaker 2: All right.
- 23:55Speaker 1: I was getting a little angry, but what are you
- 23:57Speaker 1: going to do? What are you going to do? It's
- 23:58Speaker 1: the internet, right? That's what it's there for. You can't
- 24:01Speaker 1: get happy when everyone's talking good, but you can't get
- 24:03Speaker 1: mad when everyone's talking bad. Guys, you can't read the comments.
- 24:06Speaker 4: I refuse to argue with people about myself, but I
- 24:10Speaker 4: will argue with people about my pals.
- 24:12Speaker 1: Jesus. Another Jeremy who, I don't want to eat a
- 24:15Speaker 1: bagel with him, but I'd like to eat something else
- 24:17Speaker 1: of his.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Jeremy Padala.
- 24:22Speaker 4: The PG show, bro. You're going to make it PG-13.
- 24:24Speaker 1: He wrote this awesome article, okay? And we've heard the
- 24:30Speaker 1: term lately, kidults. I'm going to read what Jeremy said,
- 24:34Speaker 1: and you know I'm going to butcher this because it's long.
- 24:37Speaker 1: As we enter the holiday season, it's my annual reminder
- 24:41Speaker 1: to our media friends. Adults who collect are collectors. If
- 24:46Speaker 1: you need to define us via age group, then adult collectors.
- 24:50Speaker 1: not kidults. Kidults was a catchy term made up by
- 24:54Speaker 1: the non-collecting media to make sense of adults who bought
- 24:59Speaker 1: consumer products traditionally associated with kids as intended recipients. Who
- 25:04Speaker 1: are adult collectors? Adult collectors slash collectors are the largest
- 25:08Speaker 1: consumer segment in toys and collectibles and growing. Why do
- 25:13Speaker 1: adult collectors collect? Some collectors have been passionate about a
- 25:17Speaker 1: fandom or community their whole lives. Some are building an
- 25:20Speaker 1: investment portfolio with scarce, valuable assets. Many are both. There's
- 25:25Speaker 1: a lot more to this. Read the whole social media post.
- 25:28Speaker 2: But I'm on board. No one says I'm a cadult. Yeah,
- 25:32Speaker 2: it's a fake, made-up term. And I was not crazy
- 25:36Speaker 2: about it to begin with, and this just cemented that.
- 25:37Speaker 2: Then I'm like, this is a lame-ass term that's not real.
- 25:41Speaker 2: Adult collectors serves just fine.
- 25:45Speaker 4: And as Chris here says, adult collectors have access to capital.
- 25:47Speaker 2: Also true.
- 25:48Speaker 1: That is very true, Chris.
- 25:49Speaker 2: I feel like a kid adult's like, I don't know,
- 25:52Speaker 2: like freaking Papa Bear Paul's brother never moved out of
- 25:56Speaker 2: his parents' house.
- 25:57Speaker 4: That's a good one.
- 25:58Speaker 1: You know, like something like that.
- 26:00Speaker 4: Oh, the poor guy taking shots here.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Sorry, Joey. I know you're listening. Shots fired. Bang, bang.
- 26:06Speaker 2: It's like, I don't know.
- 26:07Speaker 4: We need an Access to Capital shirt, I think.
- 26:09Speaker 1: I think, yeah.
- 26:10Speaker 4: There's got to be something. Yeah. We love Access to Capital.
- 26:12Speaker 1: We need an Access to Capital shirt. Access to Capital.
- 26:16Speaker 1: And what's the other one? What's the one that we
- 26:18Speaker 1: just got from the Builders episode? The missiles?
- 26:23Speaker 2: Projectile.
- 26:24Speaker 4: Projectile play?
- 26:25Speaker 1: Projectile play. We should use that for the Bluetooth ad
- 26:28Speaker 1: going forward, but. Yeah, we need a projectile play and
- 26:31Speaker 1: access to capital.
- 26:33Speaker 2: What do you say?
- 26:33Speaker 4: The initial line?
- 26:34Speaker 1: You know what else we need? Kidults with the Ghostbusters
- 26:38Speaker 1: X through it.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Yeah, that's good.
- 26:41Speaker 1: TD, you're going to be working hard this week. Guys,
- 26:46Speaker 1: some more big boss man stuff. Listen, nothing was really
- 26:52Speaker 1: figured out. This has become a freaking saga. I just
- 26:55Speaker 1: thought this was interesting. UK collectors Simon Cresswell and James
- 26:59Speaker 1: Tilling shared a 1995 letter from Hasbro's UK Consumer Service Department.
- 27:04Speaker 1: This is what they wrote in the email. Hi, Brian, Mark,
- 27:08Speaker 1: and Matt. We wanted to contact you and send over
- 27:10Speaker 1: some pictures which may solve or further confuse your Big
- 27:14Speaker 1: Boss Man 2 debate. Before we get into that, just
- 27:16Speaker 1: wanted to say that we've been listening and watching since
- 27:19Speaker 1: episode one, and you actually inspired us to start our
- 27:21Speaker 1: own podcast, so now we co-host Talking Dick. The Dick
- 27:25Speaker 1: Tracy Movie Podcast devoted entirely to the 1990 movie Dick
- 27:29Speaker 1: Tracy and anything connected with it. First of all, that's insane.
- 27:32Speaker 1: I love that. Like, I got to give that a listen. Like,
- 27:35Speaker 1: more than just one episode, a whole podcast? I don't
- 27:37Speaker 1: know how that's possible, but okay. People think that our
- 27:41Speaker 1: podcast is impossible.
- 27:43Speaker 4: Yeah, but stuff is being created at all times. And
- 27:47Speaker 4: the show keeps going. There's more wrestling.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Anyway, so in 1995, when we were around 12 years old,
- 27:53Speaker 1: we wrote Hasbro and asked if we could purchase any
- 27:55Speaker 1: WWF figures from them that we still needed. In May 1995,
- 27:59Speaker 1: we got a reply and a letter from a person
- 28:02Speaker 1: named Maddie Holder from the Consumer Service Department. She provided
- 28:06Speaker 1: a list of figures and confirmed that WWF Hasbros were
- 28:09Speaker 1: now discontinued and kindly gave us a list of retailers
- 28:12Speaker 1: in the UK who supplied them. Now, if you look
- 28:15Speaker 1: through the list, a few things stand out. The green
- 28:18Speaker 1: cards aren't on there. Nails is listed as The Convict,
- 28:22Speaker 1: and it mentions a second edition of Jake the Snake
- 28:24Speaker 1: and Rick Rude. It's also not quite in release order
- 28:27Speaker 1: in terms of assortments, but the assortments are grouped in
- 28:30Speaker 1: the correct order of figures at least, but it mostly
- 28:32Speaker 1: makes sense. Anyway, on the list, Big Boss Man is
- 28:36Speaker 1: rightly listed in Series 1. Then Big Boss Man 2nd
- 28:39Speaker 1: Edition is listed in Assortment 3, but also in Assortment
- 28:43Speaker 1: 7 as well. suggesting in our minds then that he
- 28:46Speaker 1: might have actually been in both assortments after all, released
- 28:49Speaker 1: twice in two different assortments. Is this possible? Please have
- 28:53Speaker 1: a read and let us know your thoughts, blah, blah, blah.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Best wishes. It was a great little article. Now, D,
- 28:57Speaker 1: this is where you're going to come in and try to...
- 28:58Speaker 1: It's the carry forward. The carry forward. Come out and
- 29:02Speaker 1: explain the little carry forward deal. Do you have the
- 29:04Speaker 1: photos that you found, D?
- 29:07Speaker 4: Oh, here we go.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Have you slept since this Big Boss Man saga two
- 29:26Speaker 2: or three weeks ago?
- 29:27Speaker 3: I mean, it's been information that I've known for five years,
- 29:30Speaker 3: but now collectors are just now discovering it and pondering
- 29:34Speaker 3: upon it. But um yeah it's uh it's hard being
- 29:38Speaker 3: a kid alt i mean as one fellow kid alt
- 29:40Speaker 3: talking to other kid alts i mean it's.
- 29:42Speaker 1: We just clarified that we are not kid alts.
- 29:44Speaker 3: Yeah but d might be a kid he might be
- 29:47Speaker 3: yeah i mean i'm just encompassed in a room filled
- 29:49Speaker 3: with dolls and projectile play only only so many things
- 29:53Speaker 3: that a kid all can.
- 29:53Speaker 2: Get off on projectile play down there.
- 29:58Speaker 3: Uh, but yeah, this, uh, this is, I think they're, uh,
- 30:01Speaker 3: these two individuals or maybe one of these individuals has
- 30:03Speaker 3: been on Twitter and I think they posted this back
- 30:05Speaker 3: in like 2018, 2019 or something. It's, it's been a while. So,
- 30:09Speaker 3: but this has been information that's been out there, but
- 30:11Speaker 3: obviously to collectors, they're not looking for that kind of information.
- 30:13Speaker 3: They're not like going to like this, this, and this
- 30:17Speaker 3: information has been out there, but it's just, that's just
- 30:20Speaker 3: been the established lore and, uh, about the, the, the,
- 30:24Speaker 3: the assortments being called series, series one, series two. because
- 30:29Speaker 3: collectors refer to them only up to like 10 or
- 30:31Speaker 3: something when there's actually technically, if that UK assortment had
- 30:34Speaker 3: come out with the orange card packaging, that would be
- 30:38Speaker 3: wave 16, assortment 16. So there's technically 15 assortments.
- 30:43Speaker 1: We're saying series. You're saying packouts.
- 30:46Speaker 3: What do you mean by packout?
- 30:47Speaker 1: Like the way they would ship.
- 30:49Speaker 3: I'm talking about the assortments because that's, when you say series,
- 30:53Speaker 3: I mean, generally people associate that with the term wave.
- 30:57Speaker 3: That is the wave of products that have come out.
- 30:59Speaker 1: Right, a wave in a series.
- 31:00Speaker 2: But I feel like you're talking about the way the
- 31:01Speaker 2: product would actually ship, which no one really knows.
- 31:05Speaker 3: That is how it ships. They ship by short minute
- 31:08Speaker 3: in those cases with that wave.
- 31:10Speaker 1: But when you say you ship at the exact same time.
- 31:12Speaker 1: It makes it very confusing.
- 31:13Speaker 3: They did not ship at the same time. That's the
- 31:15Speaker 3: thing that people think, that one comes out in spring
- 31:18Speaker 3: and summer, or one actually comes out in early 1990s.
- 31:21Speaker 3: And then the other one comes shortly thereafter.
- 31:23Speaker 1: Oh, D, you were not born. All of Hasbro, Wave
- 31:25Speaker 1: and 2, 1 and 2, you could get them in
- 31:28Speaker 1: the stores at the same exact time. You didn't have
- 31:30Speaker 1: to wait.
- 31:32Speaker 3: So here it is from May 1st, 1995. From, oh,
- 31:36Speaker 3: dear Mr. Tilling. So this actually came from Mandy Holder.
- 31:42Speaker 1: Oh, I butchered that name then, huh?
- 31:43Speaker 3: No, they butchered it, I think, in the email. Maybe
- 31:45Speaker 3: it was a typo. It was probably autocorrect. Yeah, they
- 31:48Speaker 3: were initially wanting to know where they could receive items
- 31:51Speaker 3: in the UK because this came from the UK offices.
- 31:55Speaker 3: So these were the retailers that were available at the
- 31:57Speaker 3: time that were carrying it. I'm assuming just like in
- 32:00Speaker 3: the States, some of these retailers are probably no longer
- 32:02Speaker 3: in operation.
- 32:02Speaker 2: Right.
- 32:04Speaker 3: But then this is it just confuses it more because
- 32:08Speaker 3: a similar with LGN internal documents and not just with LGN,
- 32:12Speaker 3: but if wrestling superstars with all assortments, there's miscommunication because
- 32:16Speaker 3: this stuff wasn't fully filed to the extent that it
- 32:18Speaker 3: is now because everything's digital and stuff was not digital there.
- 32:22Speaker 3: It was literally, I mean, not to, I guess, say
- 32:27Speaker 3: in a rudimentary way or whatever. It was basically written
- 32:30Speaker 3: on a napkin and that information was transmitted that way.
- 32:34Speaker 3: Whereas now everything is done digitally and information. So the
- 32:37Speaker 3: second edition and third editions, that was not clarified to
- 32:39Speaker 3: these offices of what was a carry forward and what
- 32:42Speaker 3: was not a carry forward. So they were kind of
- 32:45Speaker 3: just guessing. But if you go by the assortment numbers,
- 32:47Speaker 3: if you go by the packaging, if you go by
- 32:49Speaker 3: the master cartons, all the information is there. And this information,
- 32:53Speaker 3: like Ravishing Rick Rude here is listed as assortment two.
- 32:56Speaker 3: He came out in assortment one as opposed to figure
- 33:00Speaker 3: assortment number two. And they don't have any of the
- 33:02Speaker 3: because a lot of the times when this information is
- 33:06Speaker 3: distributed to consumers, none of the item numbers are present.
- 33:09Speaker 3: None of the assortment numbers are present. But now that
- 33:12Speaker 3: information is more readily available. But back then, that was
- 33:15Speaker 3: too much work, too much work to include all that
- 33:18Speaker 3: information on documents like this. But it is interesting to
- 33:21Speaker 3: see these kinds of documents, especially that with that typeface,
- 33:23Speaker 3: that typeface is no longer. But that was that was
- 33:26Speaker 3: kind of the industry standard at the time, kind of
- 33:28Speaker 3: like typewriter. typeface. It's interesting to see these kinds of documents,
- 33:33Speaker 3: but this document has been around. Can you put that message.
- 33:35Speaker 4: Back on, the one from the lady?
- 33:38Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 33:40Speaker 4: Mandy Holder, Consumer Services Department. Has anybody tried to contact
- 33:44Speaker 4: Mandy here?
- 33:46Speaker 1: I have not, no. Mandy was probably in her 40s.
- 33:49Speaker 3: She was probably in her 30s or 40s here, unless
- 33:51Speaker 3: she was an assistant or so. She's probably in her
- 33:54Speaker 3: 60s or 70s now.
- 33:55Speaker 1: I can't believe that she took the time to write
- 33:56Speaker 1: back to these kids. That's awesome.
- 33:57Speaker 2: That's also insane, right?
- 33:59Speaker 1: I'm thinking, like, is this a typewriter? Like, this is crazy.
- 34:02Speaker 4: It would still happen.
- 34:03Speaker 3: I mean, you just don't see these documents appear too
- 34:06Speaker 3: often because people probably, it's in the trash somewhere. It's
- 34:09Speaker 3: probably been discarded. But nice to see that it has
- 34:12Speaker 3: been preserved because it's a historical document, just like all
- 34:15Speaker 3: the Hasbro.
- 34:15Speaker 1: My friends were smart enough to do this when we
- 34:17Speaker 1: were kids. We'd be, like, freaking out.
- 34:20Speaker 3: But, yeah, there's a lot of misinformation here in terms
- 34:23Speaker 3: of because that's just how it goes.
- 34:25Speaker 1: If the page recalls Nails the Convict.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and at the time he was technically called the
- 34:30Speaker 3: convict because this is 1984. And I think in WCW
- 34:33Speaker 3: or Independence or whatever, he was called the convict at
- 34:35Speaker 3: the time. But I don't even know. That might have
- 34:37Speaker 3: just been what they received. I don't know if that
- 34:40Speaker 3: was actually like them watching the product and knowing about
- 34:44Speaker 3: that kind of stuff. But yeah, and then Jake the Snake,
- 34:48Speaker 3: I think, is it on this page or is it
- 34:49Speaker 3: on the next page?
- 34:50Speaker 2: It's like new ravishing and a new Jake.
- 34:54Speaker 3: That's completely... inaccurate to what actually happened. Uh, but yeah,
- 34:59Speaker 3: the Jake, the snake air, I'll just go through the pages.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:03Speaker 3: Carry forwarded from, uh, from the 1991 products. But yeah,
- 35:06Speaker 3: I was just trying to scroll through here, but then
- 35:09Speaker 3: in terms of the inaccuracies besides those, because there is
- 35:12Speaker 3: probably more, uh, but, uh, cause this was sent early
- 35:15Speaker 3: in the morning today. Uh, but, uh, so the, so Jake,
- 35:18Speaker 3: the snake initially offered in assortment one, uh, if it's seven, zero, zero, zero,
- 35:23Speaker 3: and the item number is seven, zero one, three, uh,
- 35:25Speaker 3: And he was the first carry forward release included in
- 35:29Speaker 3: the first assortment in 1991, which is the third assortment overall.
- 35:32Speaker 3: And that assortment number is 7020, which is the one
- 35:36Speaker 3: that is pictured to the far right. So initially they
- 35:38Speaker 3: were offered on a Euro slot or butterfly hook, as
- 35:42Speaker 3: collectors like to call it, Euro slot packaging format. But to,
- 35:46Speaker 3: once again, get those off the pegs really easily, they
- 35:49Speaker 3: switched to the J hook. And the J hook was
- 35:51Speaker 3: also seen there on the carry forward release. with the
- 35:56Speaker 3: white bar. That's basically a way of distinguishing the previous
- 35:59Speaker 3: ones from the initial releases.
- 36:03Speaker 1: What white bar are we talking about?
- 36:05Speaker 3: The white bar that makes the item number and assortment
- 36:08Speaker 3: number more visible.
- 36:08Speaker 1: Yes, I see.
- 36:09Speaker 2: Okay.
- 36:11Speaker 3: And then the second and third Carry Forward releases were
- 36:15Speaker 3: Brutus the Barber Bee Cake, item number 7003, and Big
- 36:20Speaker 3: Boss Man, 7005. They were initially a part of 1998 uh,
- 36:25Speaker 3: for the, uh, derivative figure assortment two, seven, zero, 10. Uh,
- 36:29Speaker 3: and the, uh, uh, they were, uh, released in the
- 36:33Speaker 3: same wave again, uh, in figure assortment four, and that is, uh, seven, zero, two,
- 36:37Speaker 3: five in 1991. So you see there with the assortment
- 36:40Speaker 3: numbers there. Uh, and I think these were also offered on, uh, your, uh, uh,
- 36:44Speaker 3: butterfly hooks as well. Your slots, um, but the, uh,
- 36:48Speaker 3: not as common.
- 36:49Speaker 1: So wait, so Rick Rude was carried forward and we
- 36:52Speaker 1: don't have a photo?
- 36:52Speaker 3: No, no, no, he was not carried forward. That was not, uh,
- 36:55Speaker 3: and Roddy Roddy Piper was also, uh, in the catalog images,
- 36:59Speaker 3: he was planned for, I think assortment six, but he
- 37:01Speaker 3: was replaced with the first edition with, uh, assortment one Hogan.
- 37:05Speaker 3: So he was replaced, uh, later on. So, So stuff
- 37:08Speaker 3: that is not as... And then same with this Randy Savage. Technically,
- 37:13Speaker 3: this is a carry forward, but he was refreshed. But
- 37:16Speaker 3: it is the same item number, 7026, with Macho King
- 37:19Speaker 3: Randy Savage initially being offered in the spring and summer
- 37:23Speaker 3: 1991 season. A part of Figure Assortment 4, 7025. And technically,
- 37:28Speaker 3: it was the fourth carry forward release being offered again
- 37:31Speaker 3: in the first assortment of 1992 season. as a part
- 37:34Speaker 3: of the assortment 57045. I still wish.
- 37:37Speaker 2: This was repainted with long... They went so half-pregnant. They
- 37:41Speaker 2: made all these changes. They just redecked it with long tights, man.
- 37:45Speaker 1: As a kid, I didn't even put two and two together,
- 37:48Speaker 1: so I just thought, oh, this is the Macho King
- 37:50Speaker 1: again without the crown and scepter.
- 37:52Speaker 2: I remember my mom's friend came over and brought this over.
- 37:55Speaker 2: She knew I liked wrestling and brought this figure over
- 37:57Speaker 2: to me, and I was just like... I just opened
- 37:59Speaker 2: it because I didn't know what to do, and then
- 38:00Speaker 2: I was like, whoa, it's this Macho Man on the butt.
- 38:02Speaker 2: I always knew.
- 38:03Speaker 1: I didn't find out until like seventh or eighth grade.
- 38:06Speaker 1: I was hanging out at Craig Siegel's house. I'm like,
- 38:07Speaker 1: what is this? But now looking at it, like the
- 38:10Speaker 1: card is totally different. It's like, what was it? But
- 38:12Speaker 1: I guess as a kid, you're not, you know.
- 38:14Speaker 2: Thinking about carry forwards and refreshes.
- 38:16Speaker 1: Well, you're throwing the cards out. You don't remember the box.
- 38:17Speaker 1: Projectile play. You're just a kid.
- 38:21Speaker 3: And then 7-0-0-1, Hulk Hogan, the flagship character of the
- 38:27Speaker 3: Hasbro assortment, largely, based off of how prominently he was
- 38:31Speaker 3: featured across TV. Promotion material originally released in 1990 as
- 38:35Speaker 3: part of Figure Assortment 1, which was 7-0-0-0, and was
- 38:37Speaker 3: the fifth carry forward release to be included and was
- 38:42Speaker 3: carry forwarded for the second assortment of 1992, which was
- 38:46Speaker 3: Figure Assortment 6. So originally, Roddy Piper was in his slot,
- 38:50Speaker 3: but Roddy Piper was pushed out for Hogan, and that
- 38:53Speaker 3: could be for a multitude of reasons. So, yeah.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Well, thanks to you guys. We still don't know exactly
- 38:59Speaker 1: what went down with that big boss man. He knows.
- 39:01Speaker 4: What do you mean?
- 39:02Speaker 1: He knows.
- 39:03Speaker 4: He's been telling you.
- 39:05Speaker 1: He also said that the first.
- 39:07Speaker 3: Collectors are going to accept what they're going to accept, Mark,
- 39:09Speaker 3: or kid alts are going to accept what they're going
- 39:11Speaker 3: to accept. So live in your bubble.
- 39:14Speaker 1: But Jesus, more Hasbro talk, which I thought was very,
- 39:19Speaker 1: very interesting. James Short, Retro Rumble HQ on Instagram. He
- 39:25Speaker 1: posted these fun school figures and to show how you
- 39:29Speaker 1: could tell they're fun schools under uva light look at
- 39:33Speaker 1: that so we got the million dollar man right.
- 39:37Speaker 2: There so that's exposing the cheap plastic on a fun
- 39:40Speaker 2: on a fun school i mean the cheap.
- 39:42Speaker 3: Material yeah Yeah, so their Pantone color mixing was a
- 39:47Speaker 3: little different. These were manufactured in India as opposed to China,
- 39:51Speaker 3: like their Hasbro counterparts were. So yeah, these were distributed throughout,
- 39:57Speaker 3: I think collectors online say like 92 and 93 or whatever,
- 40:01Speaker 3: but it was 95 and 96, because the actual sticker
- 40:05Speaker 3: states the date of when they were listed. So the
- 40:08Speaker 3: first releases were Million Dollar Man and smash demolition smash
- 40:13Speaker 3: so these came out uh it varies but uh the
- 40:16Speaker 3: ones that i found said january of 95 and then
- 40:19Speaker 3: there's other ones that also say like april of 95
- 40:21Speaker 3: or so so these were carry forwarded throughout the year
- 40:23Speaker 3: or distributed throughout the year uh because who knows how
- 40:26Speaker 3: india does their operations around there uh but no no
- 40:29Speaker 3: axe but i think axe was initially uh solicited on
- 40:32Speaker 3: the uh 99 Uh, the, I think the, the 95
- 40:36Speaker 3: card back for these two had, uh, more characters listed
- 40:40Speaker 3: that never came out, but overall people largely collectors like
- 40:44Speaker 3: to say 20, because that is like the main card back, uh,
- 40:47Speaker 3: that is used, uh, across these. And then there's Roddy
- 40:50Speaker 3: Roddy Piper. So the white, uh, the Pantone mixture for
- 40:53Speaker 3: that is a little different this time around. So the
- 40:55Speaker 3: Roddy Roddy Piper, uh, carry forwarded of, uh, what was
- 40:59Speaker 3: going to be a carry forward. But, yeah, I'm not
- 41:01Speaker 3: sure if there's two different variations there with, because he has,
- 41:04Speaker 3: these are graded examples from this particular kidult, James Short.
- 41:09Speaker 1: There are some variations within the fun schools.
- 41:12Speaker 2: I feel like there's so, such little known about these,
- 41:15Speaker 2: because it's just, like, we'll never know.
- 41:17Speaker 3: I mean, there's, it's not really talked about too much either,
- 41:20Speaker 3: is that they're like the GI Joe's were manufactured also
- 41:23Speaker 3: over there. I think it's kind of similar to what, like, um,
- 41:26Speaker 3: what was, uh, jocks, uh, jocks was making some counter
- 41:28Speaker 3: stuff as well. So it, it, it was the wild West.
- 41:32Speaker 3: It was the wild West product was getting out there,
- 41:34Speaker 3: but that's not the way things are done nowadays. And
- 41:37Speaker 3: we'll never be going back to this, uh, nowadays, largely.
- 41:40Speaker 3: I mean, there's still a knockoff and bootleg manufacturers out
- 41:42Speaker 3: there that are, uh, distributing product, uh, to their, their, their,
- 41:46Speaker 3: their countries and nations that way. But then there's Ultimate Warrior,
- 41:49Speaker 3: whereas they didn't use neon paint before, but the China
- 41:53Speaker 3: release actually did have neon paint. So that's the fluorescent paint.
- 41:59Speaker 3: Honky Tonk Man. Hulk Hogan, featuring neon across him as well,
- 42:07Speaker 3: fluorescent injection molded plastic.
- 42:08Speaker 1: For his shirt. The Hogan is a fun school that, like,
- 42:12Speaker 1: there's so many, like, variations and some that look like
- 42:14Speaker 1: they have neon paint on it and, like, lighter color
- 42:17Speaker 1: yellows and some that are, like, sun damage. So I'm
- 42:19Speaker 1: going to run mine because even my fun school, Hogan,
- 42:22Speaker 1: I'm not quite sure it's fun school, but I'm going
- 42:24Speaker 1: to try this UV light thing and see.
- 42:26Speaker 3: Yeah, and there's people saying that there's Legion of Doom
- 42:29Speaker 3: that have also been released, but there's no carded examples
- 42:31Speaker 3: to show that that is proof. But who knows if
- 42:33Speaker 3: those were even packaged on packaging ultimately. Those could have
- 42:36Speaker 3: been came in a poly bag. Who knows what was
- 42:38Speaker 3: going down in the fun school factories when that was manufactured.
- 42:43Speaker 4: Probably a lot of projectile play.
- 42:46Speaker 3: That's going to be overused a lot now. And then
- 42:49Speaker 3: neon with Mr. Perfect as well. So neon yellow singlet,
- 42:52Speaker 3: not so neon over there, just a flat yellow. Because
- 42:56Speaker 3: they probably didn't even have access to the spec sheets then.
- 42:59Speaker 3: They were probably just going off of what they were
- 43:01Speaker 3: given because these came out in 95, 96.
- 43:03Speaker 1: It's such a random selection of characters. Yeah.
- 43:07Speaker 3: And none of this stuff would happen nowadays, but that's
- 43:10Speaker 3: just how.
- 43:11Speaker 2: It went down then. I'm astonishing some of the deco.
- 43:13Speaker 3: And then neon, so at least some neon pink, but
- 43:16Speaker 3: a different shade of neon pink was selected for the
- 43:21Speaker 3: attire here on this Macho Man.
- 43:22Speaker 4: And the Savage.
- 43:23Speaker 1: How much Fun School do you have? I have.
- 43:26Speaker 2: He has almost all of them, I think. Everyone that
- 43:28Speaker 2: we're about to see, I have.
- 43:29Speaker 3: You have all 14? All 14 known ones?
- 43:32Speaker 1: There's some that are on the back of the package
- 43:34Speaker 1: and be like, did it ever come out?
- 43:35Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 43:36Speaker 3: That's the 20 I'm referring to. There's like Nasty Boys.
- 43:40Speaker 3: Those are listed. Rocker, Shawn Michaels. Yeah, Rocker, Shawn Michaels.
- 43:44Speaker 3: That might be the other six. Yeah, because that's four.
- 43:47Speaker 3: Unless I'm missing a character. Maybe Demolition Axe was the
- 43:51Speaker 3: other one.
- 43:51Speaker 1: Big Boss Man I've never seen. Legion of Doom, never seen.
- 43:55Speaker 1: Nasty Boys, never seen. Rocker, Shawn Michaels, never seen. And
- 43:57Speaker 1: Bearhug Hogan, never seen.
- 43:59Speaker 3: Yeah, that might be the other one. Then there's Razor
- 44:01Speaker 3: Ramon as well. So, yeah, just.
- 44:06Speaker 3: Stuff that would never happen nowadays, but once again, it's
- 44:09Speaker 3: a historical document. We were looking at historical documents. These
- 44:12Speaker 3: are historical documents. These are history.
- 44:15Speaker 1: Yeah, the Taker and Brett, like the red card versions,
- 44:17Speaker 1: is pretty wild. Taker has the coat. It's nuts. Those
- 44:23Speaker 1: go for a lot of money.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Oh, the fun school ones?
- 44:26Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 44:26Speaker 2: I feel like you can't even find them to buy them.
- 44:31Speaker 3: Lex Luger, Narcissus Lex Luger. And I think this, no,
- 44:35Speaker 3: two more. Bam Bam Bigelow got the neon yellow.
- 44:40Speaker 2: Whoa.
- 44:41Speaker 3: And then Yokozuna.
- 44:42Speaker 4: Whoa.
- 44:43Speaker 1: Very, very interesting stuff. So thanks for sharing that. That's very,
- 44:48Speaker 1: very cool.
- 44:49Speaker 3: Collector James Short. Retro Rumble HQ on Instagram.
- 44:54Speaker 1: Yeah, check it out. What about legendary toy designer Stephanie Iskander?
- 44:59Speaker 1: She finally got her very own Latuni Super Slammers Axe.
- 45:04Speaker 1: posted a photo with it. Guys, I told you, 10
- 45:06Speaker 1: out of 10 product. I was blown away by this thing.
- 45:11Speaker 1: I just hope there's a smash coming.
- 45:12Speaker 2: It's got to be, right?
- 45:15Speaker 1: I hope there's a smash coming, but I was really,
- 45:18Speaker 1: really impressed. I don't want to plug it too much,
- 45:20Speaker 1: but I'm really, really impressed. Now, this next thing isn't
- 45:24Speaker 1: quite new. It's just an interesting thing to talk about.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Collector Alex Douglas of Vintage Jacks BCA, he shared this
- 45:33Speaker 1: on X on that the Signature Series Edge in Superstars
- 45:37Speaker 1: Series 7 Edge, if you really look carefully, the photo
- 45:41Speaker 1: on the package of the human Edge is on the
- 45:44Speaker 1: opposite of what the figure should be. I never noticed that.
- 45:47Speaker 2: I was today's years old when I saw this post
- 45:49Speaker 2: this weekend, and I was like, oh, he's completely right.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Yeah, Edge's first two Jax BCA figures, Superstars 7 beat
- 45:55Speaker 1: Signature 3 to stores by about a month, month and
- 45:58Speaker 1: a half in early 1999. photo inserts show the opposite
- 46:01Speaker 1: ring gear i'd love to find a mock packaging error
- 46:04Speaker 1: where the figures inserts are swapped so they could finally
- 46:07Speaker 1: match i mean that's that wouldn't be uncommon there's so
- 46:08Speaker 1: many mess ups but what was really interesting was a
- 46:11Speaker 1: post that we posted from years ago and i said
- 46:15Speaker 1: this is in 2021 why is the signature series edge
- 46:19Speaker 1: with no vest pictured instead of series 7 edge on
- 46:22Speaker 1: the back of the sunday night heat boxes.
- 46:25Speaker 2: Which makes me think like is The way that is designed,
- 46:28Speaker 2: that's like dark match edge. Right.
- 46:31Speaker 1: And the one that came out, it's like the actual.
- 46:33Speaker 2: Woody War when he debuted.
- 46:35Speaker 1: So I don't know if they were like rushing it.
- 46:36Speaker 1: They switched it.
- 46:37Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Stuff we'll never figure out.
- 46:39Speaker 2: That's my inkling there if I had to take an
- 46:41Speaker 2: educated guess.
- 46:43Speaker 1: Yeah, just very, very interesting stuff. What about this on Heritage?
- 46:47Speaker 1: The Intercontinental Championship ring used with that red WWF held
- 46:53Speaker 1: by Savage, Tito, Ricky Steamboat. It's a beautiful title.
- 46:59Speaker 2: It's so cool.
- 47:00Speaker 1: You ever hear the story, I don't know if this
- 47:01Speaker 1: is the particular title, where like Macho tried to clean
- 47:05Speaker 1: it and like stripped all the color off?
- 47:08Speaker 2: No, I've never heard.
- 47:09Speaker 1: Huh?
- 47:09Speaker 2: You heard that?
- 47:10Speaker 1: Someone told you that? Yeah, and there's like, you could
- 47:12Speaker 1: tell like if you look at like photos.
- 47:14Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 47:15Speaker 1: But I'm interested to see how much.
- 47:16Speaker 2: This goes for.
- 47:17Speaker 1: I mean, it's going to go for a lot. How
- 47:19Speaker 1: many of those do you think existed? I don't know. Right.
- 47:21Speaker 1: I couldn't tell you. Photo mash, I'm sure.
- 47:24Speaker 2: You got a photo mash and it just goes up
- 47:26Speaker 2: and up from there.
- 47:28Speaker 1: Mike the Miz our good friend Mike the Miz he
- 47:32Speaker 1: put out his 20 years of Miz shirt said he
- 47:35Speaker 1: did it all by himself but didn't thank I gave
- 47:37Speaker 1: him basically the whole design didn't thank me once in
- 47:40Speaker 1: a video or picture.
- 47:41Speaker 4: So 20 years in the WWE kind of crazy you
- 47:44Speaker 4: haven't done anything to commemorate it it's.
- 47:46Speaker 6: Kind of funny that Nick Aldis didn't do anything to
- 47:48Speaker 6: commemorate it either he didn't do a celebration no nothing
- 47:51Speaker 6: maybe I got to do it myself you know I
- 47:53Speaker 6: did do myself see that look at that what's it
- 47:57Speaker 6: say 20 years.
- 48:00Speaker 2: But then you don't realize what the actual 20 years is.
- 48:03Speaker 1: It's all my.
- 48:04Speaker 6: Logos that I've had throughout the 20-year career of WWE.
- 48:08Speaker 1: First logo being the chick magnet. That was my thing.
- 48:12Speaker 1: But you get the idea. He put all the logos
- 48:14Speaker 1: in the 20. Great idea. Maybe I gave him that idea.
- 48:17Speaker 1: Here's a little text from Mike DeMiz. He sent me
- 48:19Speaker 1: the design. I said, oh, that sucks. Maybe I like
- 48:21Speaker 1: it if the 20 had all the images of your
- 48:22Speaker 1: old shirts in it.
- 48:23Speaker 2: What a scumbag this guy is.
- 48:24Speaker 1: Doesn't thank me. And then also, which I didn't even realize...
- 48:27Speaker 1: On the back of the shirt, if you go to
- 48:29Speaker 1: WWE shop, it lists all his accolades, like two-time WWE champion, blah, blah, blah.
- 48:33Speaker 1: I said, it'd be funny if you added one-time husband
- 48:35Speaker 1: of Maryse. And he added that, too. No, thank you. Jeez. Unbelievable.
- 48:41Speaker 2: Scum of the earth, this guy.
- 48:42Speaker 1: I don't like that, Miz. Come on. At least send
- 48:44Speaker 1: me a free shirt. You know what I'm saying? Man.
- 48:49Speaker 4: So the question of who's a better friend, Miz or Morrison,
- 48:52Speaker 4: I think the clear answer is Morrison.
- 48:54Speaker 1: Well, it was definitely Morrison. What was his birthday, Miz?
- 48:57Speaker 1: the other day. So happy birthday, John Morrison. Johnny Major.
- 49:00Speaker 1: What was I going to say here? We got a
- 49:03Speaker 1: new t-shirt on ProWrestlingTees.com. We've been talking about it. Check
- 49:07Speaker 1: this out. Major Monsters.
- 49:09Speaker 2: There it is.
- 49:10Speaker 1: Celebrate the Halloween season on ProWrestlingTees.com slash Major. We said
- 49:16Speaker 1: we're going to add some new shirts for you guys.
- 49:18Speaker 1: You guys have been asking, or maybe I've been asking,
- 49:19Speaker 1: but here it is.
- 49:21Speaker 4: So Matt's Frankenstein, Brian's Wolfman, and I'm a Dracula some
- 49:26Speaker 4: sort of something?
- 49:26Speaker 1: I think you're just yourself. I didn't see. Dracula with
- 49:28Speaker 1: gray hair and a gray beard. I thought it was great.
- 49:31Speaker 1: I thought it was very creative. I like it. Major Monsters.
- 49:36Speaker 1: Check that out. uh what about this triple h he
- 49:41Speaker 1: did some writing for the upcoming spider-man comic book triple
- 49:48Speaker 1: h the amazing spider-man episode 1000 officially out very.
- 49:53Speaker 2: Very cool i would love to know more about this
- 49:56Speaker 2: like me too and no clue that this would even
- 49:59Speaker 2: be something on his radar in the notes.
- 50:02Speaker 3: But yeah, it's a big thing. So I guess this
- 50:06Speaker 3: is like a compilation of various stories, and he's one
- 50:08Speaker 3: of the people that it's kind of like those movies
- 50:11Speaker 3: to where it's like shorts inside the movie. So it's like, oh,
- 50:15Speaker 3: this person directed this one, this person directed that one,
- 50:17Speaker 3: so I guess that's what it's a combination of. One
- 50:20Speaker 3: of them is called The Big Night, a short story
- 50:23Speaker 3: in issue 1000, and it was co-written with WWE Director
- 50:27Speaker 3: of Character Development Rob Fee, with artwork by Ed McGinnis.
- 50:31Speaker 3: And the story brings WWE into Marvel Universe continuity. So
- 50:35Speaker 3: it's officially canon. WWE is officially canon.
- 50:38Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 50:38Speaker 3: In the current Marvel Universe. And the story shows a
- 50:41Speaker 3: young Peter Parker receiving WWE tickets from Uncle Ben. In
- 50:44Speaker 3: the present day, Peter attends WWE events as Spider-Man, watching
- 50:47Speaker 3: the matches from the stadium ceiling.
- 50:48Speaker 4: Wow.
- 50:49Speaker 1: That makes a lot more sense.
- 50:51Speaker 2: Okay.
- 50:52Speaker 1: And the guy's an episode, not episode, but in the 1001,
- 50:56Speaker 1: that's the cover that we're on.
- 50:58Speaker 5: Yes.
- 50:59Speaker 1: You can get that on Collect Major. Available next week,
- 51:01Speaker 1: I believe. Check that out, The Amazing Spider-Man. Get that 9.8

- 51:58Speaker 2: the house.
- 51:59Speaker 1: Pumping those. Can't wait. It's going to be a fun time.
- 52:02Speaker 2: All right.
- 52:02Speaker 1: The next couple of minutes is just going to be, honestly,
- 52:05Speaker 1: just very depressing. A lot of sad news. Three passings
- 52:09Speaker 1: this past week. First, let's mention Dennis Haskins, Mr. Belding,
- 52:14Speaker 1: star of Saved by the Bell and Z, True Long
- 52:17Speaker 1: Island Story. I know I have the connection with him
- 52:20Speaker 1: rather than Mark and Brian.
- 52:23Speaker 4: I always wanted to have him on MC, but we.
- 52:25Speaker 1: Never got the chance. I think I met him a
- 52:27Speaker 1: bunch of times, though. He would come to shows, WWE shows. Yeah,
- 52:31Speaker 1: he'd always just be like there, right? He was a
- 52:33Speaker 1: huge fan. You know, obviously, I loved him as Principal
- 52:38Speaker 1: Belding on Saved by the Bell. And then years later,
- 52:40Speaker 1: through The Miz, I met him and got him on
- 52:43Speaker 1: Zeke Trelawney on Story. Look at that. Look at that. Man,
- 52:47Speaker 1: I forgot about that. Holy shit. Such a great guy.
- 52:51Speaker 1: he would be at Mrs. New Year's parties. I'd hang
- 52:53Speaker 1: out with him there. I would see him backstage at shows.
- 52:56Speaker 1: Look at that. He's doing the woo woo woo on
- 52:57Speaker 1: a Christmas episode wearing that ZR hat. I totally forgot
- 53:00Speaker 1: about that too. Holy shit. But yeah, it was very,
- 53:04Speaker 1: very sad to hear about the passing of Dennis. A
- 53:09Speaker 1: funny story. My favorite, not my favorite story, but one
- 53:11Speaker 1: of the funniest stories with Dennis was backstage in LA
- 53:15Speaker 1: and I was not booked on the show. This is like,
- 53:17Speaker 1: obviously before I got fired and I was just wearing
- 53:20Speaker 1: a suit, you know, corporate broski, trying to look good, right?
- 53:23Speaker 1: Feel good. And Mario Lopez was there, A.C. Slater. And
- 53:27Speaker 1: he's like, oh, he knew. Obviously, Dennis knew I was
- 53:29Speaker 1: a huge Saved by Bell fan, wanted me to meet Mario.
- 53:33Speaker 1: But since I was in the suit, I think Mario
- 53:35Speaker 1: just thought I was like an office stooge. It didn't
- 53:38Speaker 1: give a shit.
- 53:39Speaker 2: Oh, my God. Like, it was not rude by any means, but, like,
- 53:42Speaker 2: did not care. I wish I was in gear or
- 53:45Speaker 2: something like that. We did that WrestleMania watch-along with him
- 53:47Speaker 2: years later.
- 53:48Speaker 1: Yeah, years later, yeah.
- 53:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 53:50Speaker 1: There's a picture of me building in Ziggler. I believe
- 53:53Speaker 1: it's a Miz party. But yeah, very, very sad.
- 53:57Speaker 2: And then, oh my gosh, there was something with Big O.
- 53:59Speaker 2: And Raleigh.
- 54:00Speaker 4: Raleigh? Oh, this was PWL.
- 54:02Speaker 1: He did a lot of WrestlePro, yeah.
- 54:05Speaker 2: Man. I think he might work a match with Kevin
- 54:08Speaker 2: and Pat.
- 54:08Speaker 1: Yeah, with Kevin and Pat Buck, right?
- 54:10Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 54:12Speaker 1: Pretty crazy. So rest in peace, Dennis, the man. He,
- 54:18Speaker 1: you know, we found out later nobody really knew what
- 54:21Speaker 1: was going on because he like kind of fell out
- 54:22Speaker 1: of touch with everybody. And then like, I think I
- 54:25Speaker 1: read on like TMZ or somewhere that like he was
- 54:27Speaker 1: going through like, uh, like Parkinson's is it was like
- 54:31Speaker 1: assisted living and just didn't want anybody to like, no,
- 54:34Speaker 1: which I think is like very sad, like just cut
- 54:36Speaker 1: off everybody on purpose. Um, but rest in peace, Dennis, uh,
- 54:42Speaker 1: also legendary wrestling sign guy, Rick, man, If you were,
- 54:49Speaker 1: if you did live events, if you were a WWE wrestler,
- 54:52Speaker 1: you saw this guy everywhere.
- 54:54Speaker 2: I saw someone say it, and I don't know who,
- 54:56Speaker 2: but I don't feel bad not giving them credit, but
- 54:57Speaker 2: they said it was like, it was like a badge
- 54:59Speaker 2: of honor. If he had a sign for you, you know,
- 55:02Speaker 2: you felt so, like, accomplished. Right. Yes. He was just,
- 55:07Speaker 2: everything that a wrestling fan should be, right? He added
- 55:10Speaker 2: to the show in the most positive way.
- 55:13Speaker 4: Right.
- 55:13Speaker 1: Right, he never tried to make it about him either.
- 55:15Speaker 2: Booing the bad guys, not trying to make it about, yeah,
- 55:17Speaker 2: just like, Just what it should be. And like obviously
- 55:21Speaker 2: my whole WWE career, I remember him, you know, especially
- 55:24Speaker 2: the Texas towns he would always make because he lived there.
- 55:27Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 55:28Speaker 2: And then even later when I went, I remember the
- 55:30Speaker 2: first time I did TNA in Texas, I come out
- 55:33Speaker 2: on my entrance and he's right there. I'm like, oh
- 55:35Speaker 2: my God. And like I had years of him making
- 55:38Speaker 2: signs for me at TNA and interacting with him and
- 55:40Speaker 2: stuff and just always a blast.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I remember like, we'd be doing these live events
- 55:46Speaker 1: where Friday, Saturday, Sunday, it's the same show. This guy's
- 55:49Speaker 1: sitting through the same show where you're really not changing
- 55:53Speaker 1: that match.
- 55:53Speaker 2: Oh, man. Sometimes I'd feel bad if I locked eyes
- 55:55Speaker 2: with him. You just saw the same match three times
- 55:57Speaker 2: in a row. You are a devoted fan for putting
- 56:02Speaker 2: up with that.
- 56:03Speaker 4: Yeah, and he was at every one of those. A.W.
- 56:09Speaker 4: and Ring of Honor did so many shows in that
- 56:11Speaker 4: video game center in Texas.
- 56:14Speaker 1: Right, right.
- 56:14Speaker 4: And we would do three shows in a row, plus long, long,
- 56:17Speaker 4: long tapings. And he was at all of them and
- 56:19Speaker 4: had awesome signs. And the athletes had quite a run
- 56:23Speaker 4: in that building. And he was there every step of
- 56:26Speaker 4: the way making the coolest signs for us. And we
- 56:29Speaker 4: had such a great time playing with him and then
- 56:31Speaker 4: holding up his signs and whatever. It was so great.
- 56:36Speaker 4: But yeah, that was the thing. He played his role
- 56:38Speaker 4: and we played our role.
- 56:39Speaker 1: Like I said, just adding nothing but a positive experience
- 56:43Speaker 1: to the whole thing.
- 56:44Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 56:45Speaker 1: It was just great to have him, you know, there. Big,
- 56:50Speaker 1: big fan. I would love if Mattel made a figure.
- 56:55Speaker 1: It'd be really cool.
- 56:56Speaker 4: Yeah. Cody wears underoos? Jesus.
- 57:00Speaker 2: So many legendary signs. Cody's stealing the hat. And that's
- 57:03Speaker 2: his buddy behind him there, that guy with the gray hair.
- 57:05Speaker 2: I always call him Marty because I told him he
- 57:07Speaker 2: looked like Marty Jannetty. I'd always mess with them so
- 57:10Speaker 2: it was just great times man I'll just you know
- 57:12Speaker 2: nothing but positive memories of Rick 100% and he.
- 57:16Speaker 4: Kind of looked the same like all those years I
- 57:18Speaker 4: guess wearing a backwards red hat.
- 57:20Speaker 2: Well D did some good recon here because he got
- 57:23Speaker 2: the pre gimmick shots of him before he.
- 57:26Speaker 1: Became yeah if you watch on YouTube there's so many
- 57:28Speaker 1: shots of him.
- 57:28Speaker 2: Yeah he became you know that shirt and that hat
- 57:31Speaker 2: were like every time you know I.
- 57:35Speaker 4: Didn't know he was in this Brian Danielson takeover.
- 57:38Speaker 1: Very famous segment.
- 57:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 57:41Speaker 1: Oh, crap.
- 57:42Speaker 4: Look at this.
- 57:42Speaker 1: You could have saved Bob. Jesus. There he is. He's
- 57:48Speaker 1: watching me lose the Intercontinental title.
- 57:50Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 57:50Speaker 4: Wow.
- 57:51Speaker 1: I don't know where D gets these clips, but there
- 57:53Speaker 1: it is.
- 57:54Speaker 4: He just has my Brian Meyer title.
- 57:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 57:59Speaker 2: Like I said, he's just great, man.
- 58:00Speaker 4: That's a good one.
- 58:02Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 58:04Speaker 2: All right.
- 58:06Speaker 1: That's like Krispy Kreme.
- 58:07Speaker 4: My God, Krispy Kreme, Tommy Cooper's favorite song.
- 58:11Speaker 2: He's not lying.
- 58:12Speaker 4: He must have listened to everything, too. He knew the jokes. Wow.
- 58:16Speaker 4: That's cool.
- 58:17Speaker 1: Diehard fan, 100%. Yeah, rest in peace, Rick.
- 58:20Speaker 2: Great guy.
- 58:21Speaker 1: And what about Jesus? Like, Pac, just, it's still, it
- 58:28Speaker 1: hit me so hard. Passed away last Sunday. So we
- 58:32Speaker 1: typically record Mondays, but last week it was on a
- 58:34Speaker 1: Sunday morning we recorded.
- 58:36Speaker 2: Was like selfishly like, Oh, thank God. Like, you know,
- 58:39Speaker 2: that we just, I don't know what we, if we,
- 58:41Speaker 2: what we would have said, are we able to get
- 58:42Speaker 2: through it? If we had, if we had our normal timing,
- 58:46Speaker 2: you know, almost like, so maybe, maybe that was a
- 58:49Speaker 2: blessing in disguise and could have helped some of the
- 58:51Speaker 2: people dealing with this as like, you know, our show
- 58:53Speaker 2: being an escape last week, you know, where we're not
- 58:56Speaker 2: talking about Ben.
- 58:57Speaker 4: Did you guys have, um, I mean, obviously he was
- 59:01Speaker 4: with you guys in the WWE for many years. Um,
- 59:05Speaker 4: did you, You got to work him on NXT, Brian?
- 59:07Speaker 1: I worked him a lot, actually. Yeah.
- 59:10Speaker 2: I don't know. Basically, I've been thinking about this a lot.
- 59:12Speaker 2: Do you remember when I bought that DVD and the
- 59:16Speaker 2: first time we saw him, we were living together in
- 59:18Speaker 2: either Deep South or OVW?
- 59:21Speaker 1: I don't remember that DVD, but I remember seeing him
- 59:23Speaker 1: while we were in WWE. I'm like, this guy is
- 59:26Speaker 1: crazy shit.
- 59:28Speaker 2: I bought a... Because I would just buy everything from
- 59:30Speaker 2: high spots because I was a psycho. And then he's
- 59:33Speaker 2: in this one PW, this huge UK indie show, and
- 59:37Speaker 2: he's in like a multi-man and Spud's in it too.
- 59:39Speaker 1: It's like the first time I ever saw Spud. And
- 59:42Speaker 1: they're both in it.
- 59:42Speaker 2: I remember just being like, this guy does things that
- 59:45Speaker 2: I've never seen before. And it was just like unbelievable.
- 59:49Speaker 2: But this is the first time he wrestled. This is
- 59:51Speaker 2: actually access at WrestleMania weekend, the first time they were
- 59:56Speaker 2: at MetLife in 2013.
- 59:57Speaker 1: Wow.
- 59:59Speaker 2: So we wrestled there. That was probably the first time
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: we ever met and we wrestled. Then he came for
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: a dark, I remember, and it was the day Mark
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: Henry pulls the truck on SmackDown. Okay. He's there in
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: the dark and I remember Road Dogg pulling me aside
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: saying that he wanted me to work with him and that.
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: It was funny.
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: He said he didn't care about match structure or anything.
- 1:00:26Speaker 2: He's like, Basically wanted to chop the match up and
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: use it as like vignettes for him or something. So
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: just do as many cool, spectacular things that he could
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: do in six minutes. And I was like thrilled to
- 1:00:35Speaker 2: do it because I had already met him and I
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: knew what a sweetheart he was. And I was a fan,
- 1:00:38Speaker 2: like I said, long before I met him. So I
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: was like real fired up about that. We had that one.
- 1:00:43Speaker 2: That was really fun. And then my last match, my
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: first run of WWE is against him on.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: NXT for the NXT championship. Oh, damn, I didn't realize that. Yeah,
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I remember this.
- 1:00:58Speaker 4: I thought that was great. I had just become a
- 1:01:01Speaker 4: student of yours at the time, so I was watching everything.
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: So I was real excited about that. And then I've
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: just been thinking about him so much lately. Then the
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: other time that I remember wrestling him was the last
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: time I ever got to wrestle him was a dark
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: match the day that you blew your knee out in D.C., Broski. Oh, wow. Yeah.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: It was just always so.
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: fun to work with him and like a night off
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: almost like he was just so smooth and like perfect
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: and like safe and everything was so athletic and unbelievable
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: so and if you got to know it's funny like
- 1:01:38Speaker 2: and i've seen a lot of people saying this like
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: his character was so different than the real life guy
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: like he was just like absurdly humble and kind and just,
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: you know, everyone loved him. Everyone.
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: He thought he stunk.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: He thought he wasn't jacked. Bro, I mean, I agree. Like,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: he was so jacked, so smooth in the ring. Like,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: he was, like, the perfect pro wrestler. I never wrestled
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: him one-on-one. I think I might have teamed with him
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: in NXT. Like, when I was on WWE and I
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: went down to the NXT house show, I think maybe.
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: But we definitely teamed on, like, main event Oh, my God.
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: Look at this.
- 1:02:20Speaker 2: Kowloon.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Where did you find that, D?
- 1:02:23Speaker 2: That's amazing.
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: Oh, my God. Me, Miz, and Pac at Kowloon. Jesus.
- 1:02:30Speaker 4: I have no memory of that. He was a stickler
- 1:02:33Speaker 4: for his diet.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: That's for sure. D, send me that photo. But definitely
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: teamed with him in early 2016 to the Superstars, our
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: main event. It's me and him against Tyler Breeze and Stardust.
- 1:02:44Speaker 2: Whoa.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: And then I've talked about this famously, like the only
- 1:02:47Speaker 1: reason I get in that ladder match is because he's
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: supposed to be in it and he gets hurt. Which
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: is like, that's like our weird connection. And it's been
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: hitting me like really, really hard, which is like, I
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: was never close with him. You know, like I didn't,
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: and to hear everyone like talk so fondly of him,
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: it's like, shit, like I wish I was closer with him,
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: you know?
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: It's just.
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: He was just so, I mean, just. It's great.
- 1:03:15Speaker 2: I've never heard, literally, and it's not because he's passed,
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: but I've never heard anyone say a bad thing about him. Literally, ever.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: That's how much he was beloved.
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: The episode this week was unbelievable. Probably one of the
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: best tributes I've ever seen. And all the talking parts
- 1:03:34Speaker 4: of the show were.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: Hard to watch.
- 1:03:37Speaker 4: Were hard to watch, but truthful and honest and great
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: to hear.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: And, uh, the one thing fucking Jack, he is right.
- 1:03:46Speaker 4: I know that I will also add that. Like, uh,
- 1:03:49Speaker 4: I don't know if I've ever met anybody in wrestling
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: who was more dedicated to their art.
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: And that's how I feel like a lot of the people,
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: a lot of the boys will remember him. Um, he
- 1:04:04Speaker 4: had a way that he wanted to do his art
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: and he would not let anybody dictate, uh, differently, if
- 1:04:14Speaker 4: that makes any sense. He wanted to portray himself in
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: a certain way and he wanted to wrestle in a
- 1:04:20Speaker 4: certain way. And that dedication and passion is one of
- 1:04:25Speaker 4: the reasons that he was so great. And it takes
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: a lot of courage to do that. So I always
- 1:04:32Speaker 4: admired that.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: I've been watching a lot of clips because obviously they're
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: all over social media and it's like, man, this guy
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: was so good for so long that I feel like
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: maybe he was underappreciated you know because he was just
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: consistent yeah you know like most of the time like
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: you get better and not saying he didn't get better
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: but he was so good in the beginning like so
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: he's called up to the main roster and he's phenomenal
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: right you know.
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: Yeah there's there's probably years and years of of phenomenal
- 1:05:00Speaker 4: wwe matches that people aren't even thinking about uh in
- 1:05:05Speaker 4: in his list In AEW, it's crazy. Anytime you had
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: a chance to have a big match, like a pay-per-view
- 1:05:11Speaker 4: match or a main event on a TV or something
- 1:05:13Speaker 4: like that, look at it. They're all unbelievable matches. Tip-top, history-making,
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: unbelievable matches.
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: I will say this.
- 1:05:25Speaker 2: I guess it started with Ultimate Warrior because Ultimate Warrior
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: passed the week Grand Pro Open. I don't know why
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: I came up with it, but I was just like,
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: I can't think of doing anything but let's play homage
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: to him and let's try to do some of his
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: move set. So when ultimate warrior passed, we did that.
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: And then it just kind of became my thing. I
- 1:05:45Speaker 2: don't know if it's like my own kind of way
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: of like my therapy when one of the boys passes.
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: So we did with Brody, you know, I came in
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: and we did spinning clothes lines and all those things.
- 1:05:55Speaker 2: So I was headed there on Wednesday to coach and
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: I'm like, I want to, you know, pay honor to Ben. And, uh,
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: I looked up a top 20 video of his moves
- 1:06:06Speaker 2: on YouTube and a top 10 and I had a
- 1:06:09Speaker 2: pen and paper. And after watching these two videos, I
- 1:06:12Speaker 2: had three things written down that I think that I
- 1:06:15Speaker 2: could even attempt to show my students. And even then
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: it was like things I've never done in my career.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: And it was a struggle. And I just, you know, through,
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: through fear to the wayside and went for it.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: But that, that just, what I'm trying to say is
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: how ridiculously talented this guy was.
- 1:06:32Speaker 4: Do you remember? Uh, this is, uh, I just, this
- 1:06:36Speaker 4: just hit me early on when, when we were just
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: starting MJF used to do his, his like flip combo.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying? Like that, that he would like,
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: you know, over up and over flip, flip, flip, flip. Uh,
- 1:06:51Speaker 4: and I remember you having this conversation with him, like, Hey,
- 1:06:53Speaker 4: you know, that's like really cool. You're a bad guy.
- 1:06:56Speaker 4: You can't do that. So then for years and years,
- 1:06:59Speaker 4: he would, do it but as a cocky thing flip
- 1:07:01Speaker 4: flip flip flip and then turn around and then get
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: like poked in the eye right he would poke in
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: the eye to get the heel reaction but i but
- 1:07:08Speaker 4: he for years max did that to because he loves
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: uh what pack did but he had to make it
- 1:07:15Speaker 4: a heel thing.
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: Or even like max is gonna hate that i'm sharing
- 1:07:18Speaker 2: this what's that like i don't even know what it's
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: called something like a floss burger it's got a dumb
- 1:07:23Speaker 2: name the fosbury fosbury yeah that dive that pack can
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: do like effortlessly it's like a moon-soled corkscrew to the floor.
- 1:07:31Speaker 2: Max used to be able to do that, and then
- 1:07:34Speaker 2: a couple months ago, he came to Grand Pro with
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: a crash pad, and he can't do it anymore.
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: Oh, really?
- 1:07:40Speaker 2: He's 30. Pac was 40 doing it without even thinking
- 1:07:45Speaker 2: about it.
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: That's true.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: Hey, Neese is 41, and he still does that.
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: Easy.
- 1:07:50Speaker 4: Stands up.
- 1:07:52Speaker 1: It's just wild. He has this top-quality pay-per-view match on
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: a Saturday. passes away like on a Sunday I don't
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: know maybe that's why it's hitting me so hard I don't.
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: Know yeah and I watched it like I watched it
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: live so it was another blow.
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: I can't stop thinking about them it's horrible but yeah
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: that tribute show was incredible I think.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: The package that closed Dynamite maybe I mean I don't
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: know if who made it or you know if it
- 1:08:20Speaker 2: was Giancarlo or what but it's like it's a masterpiece
- 1:08:24Speaker 2: it's one of the greatest things in wrestling history it
- 1:08:26Speaker 2: was incredibly well.
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: Done And, Mark, maybe you have some insight on this.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: I just never understood towards the end, like, where he
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: kind of switched his gear and, like, covered his body.
- 1:08:36Speaker 1: He's wearing, like, long tights and a singlet top. Like,
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: he is jacked.
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: I mean, knowing him, I felt like it might be because, like,
- 1:08:44Speaker 2: like I said, he didn't think he was as jacked
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: as he was.
- 1:08:47Speaker 4: Yeah, he probably... And it was also, like.
- 1:08:49Speaker 2: A tribute to, like, British wrestling of the past.
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I understood that.
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: But but also like you know the this is the
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: type of guy who was so passionate about his art
- 1:09:01Speaker 4: you know it could have been something where he you
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: know just saw a lot of trunk guys on being
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: on tv and wanted to you know different to be
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: different exactly exactly you know a lot of people can
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: coast i've been wearing trunks forever i'm never going to
- 1:09:12Speaker 4: change it you know what i'm saying but he could
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: be a guy who who would change things up he
- 1:09:15Speaker 4: changed his hair up he would cut it he would
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: grow it Yeah. And then I will, the last thing
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: I'll say is being guys in the business, to hear
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: everybody talk about him the way that they did, you want,
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: it makes me want to be a better person and
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: a better brother to the boys. You know what I mean?
- 1:09:44Speaker 4: Like you could only wish that people would talk about
- 1:09:48Speaker 4: you uh, 10% of how they talked about back.
- 1:09:53Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: And Andy, as we're showing the image here to unbelievable guys, um,
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: that everybody, everybody loved. And you, you, you could only,
- 1:10:06Speaker 4: I mean, I, it just makes me want to be
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: a percentage of what this man was to his family
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: and to his friends.
- 1:10:12Speaker 2: It's definitely a tough, tough blow to the industry to
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: lose two guys like that.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: So close, you know, together.
- 1:10:18Speaker 2: Yeah. But, yeah, my thoughts and prayers are obviously with,
- 1:10:22Speaker 2: you know, his friends and his family and all his
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: fans that, you know, I love them.
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: All right, you want to go to, oh, look at
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: all this. A lot of figures there.
- 1:10:35Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't, I forgot that he had so many Mattels.
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: Because he was a top babyface when he debuted in
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: the main roster. But he even has, like, the Adrian
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: Neville NXT figure.
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: The first time in the line.
- 1:10:47Speaker 2: Yep. He might be one of the first NXT guys.
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: He's got the Kmart three pack. Hot take also, jazz
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: wears didn't really nail his likeness too well and they
- 1:10:57Speaker 2: didn't make him jacked enough.
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: They definitely didn't make him jacked enough.
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: That's for sure.
- 1:11:01Speaker 4: Not jacked enough. But I did love that final one
- 1:11:03Speaker 4: with the eye patch because his hair was like in
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: his face.
- 1:11:08Speaker 2: Right. I loved that one.
- 1:11:09Speaker 4: That's the one that I liked.
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: The first one's almost unreal but the hair's too short.
- 1:11:13Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: We've covered that many years ago in the pod. I
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: love his last Mattel Elite down there at the bottom left,
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: the King of the Cruiserweights. I thought that was, if
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: you want to get one Neville, I think that's the one.
- 1:11:25Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. Chris DG says the Cruiserweight division run was great.
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: And I was talking with Tony, Neese, and Aria a
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: lot this week.
- 1:11:34Speaker 1: And those guys all looked up to him. You think
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: about that, a whole roster that looked up to him.
- 1:11:39Speaker 4: Yeah, they call him literally Neville. the king the king
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: of the cruiserweights and and uh you know that's the
- 1:11:46Speaker 4: kind of respect that you.
- 1:11:47Speaker 2: Have Majoristic Figure Podcast has a new tag team party,
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: Garage Beer.
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: Scratch that figure-age and scratch that beer-age with Garage Beer.
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: Every tag team needs a name. And here it is,
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: Major Garage Beer.

- 1:12:17Speaker 1: I'm Brian Myers, the most professional, I'm Smart Mark Sterling.
- 1:12:21Speaker 4: And I love beer-flavored beer.
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: And I'm always ready, Matt Cardona. And the Major Garage
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: is always open.
- 1:12:35Speaker 4: Last time we partnered with Garage Beer, things got a
- 1:12:38Speaker 4: little out of hand. But this time, we're doing things
- 1:12:44Speaker 4: more professionally.
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: Classic! Run!
- 1:12:49Speaker 4: Classic! More class!
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: Guys, guys, guys! Why can't we enjoy both?
- 1:12:55Speaker 4: More polished! Good idea! It's a crisp, refreshing partnership.
- 1:13:01Speaker 3: Yeah!
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: Built on integrity and teamwork! And focus.
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: All right, guys. The news brought to you by Major
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: Garage Beer. Use the hashtag Major Garage Beer. If we
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: choose your picture or video, you will get a prize.
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: What do we got?
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: We have right here me, Dean. 420. We met me
- 1:13:43Speaker 4: and Dean recently. I forget where. I met him. Me
- 1:13:47Speaker 4: and Dean.
- 1:13:48Speaker 2: You said we as in.
- 1:13:49Speaker 4: I thought you were there, Brian. You weren't?
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: Brian, you were there.
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: Ripped open some new figures and enjoying some garage beer
- 1:13:57Speaker 4: in my garage. Got a Goldberg there.
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: It's a hell of a place to smash a garage beer.
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: Was Fanny Pack Goldberg?
- 1:14:03Speaker 2: Goldberg is sweet. I just don't need more Goldbergs, but
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: Fanny Pack Goldberg rules.
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: Very, very cool. Guys, did you see my fandom collectibles
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: showing off more figures without producing one?
- 1:14:16Speaker 2: It's getting rough.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: I'm happy about this one, though. Mordecai, Kevin Fertig.
- 1:14:22Speaker 2: And the likeness is unbelievable.
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: The likeness looks real good. Yeah. Somebody who I think
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: could have gotten a Ruthless Aggression.
- 1:14:29Speaker 2: That looks pretty far along. But anyway, I just need
- 1:14:35Speaker 2: something in my hand. We need something. Yeah. Right now,
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: it's like a Ponzi scheme. How many announced figures do
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: we have here for this line? Oh, boy.
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: Tell him up. Here's the IndyStars Series 2, Sean Donovan.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: That just went on sale. Brian picked up two, I think.
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: Yeah, we need seven. So, listen, I love the concept
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: behind this. We say it every week. Love the concept.
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: Wait, what's on his back? Is that like.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: I think it's just... The paint bubbles.
- 1:15:04Speaker 2: It didn't, like, dry.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: Oh, okay.
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: I didn't know if he had, like, tackles.
- 1:15:08Speaker 2: He's doing a cycle. He wanted to make it accurate,
- 1:15:10Speaker 2: so he has a little.
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: Oh, man.
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: Oh, my God, Brian.
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: Yeah. What's wrong with saying that? You could say that.
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: That's like an unwritten rule. Edit that, Mark.
- 1:15:19Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: Guys, we got a lot of Haskell toys. Okay, grapplers
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: and gimmicks. He's going to have a little exclusive setup
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: at New York Comic Con with Arne Anderson.
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: Oh, shit, really?
- 1:15:32Speaker 2: Soft goods shirt there, bro.
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: Soft goods, illegal shirt right there. Arne Anderson. Looks good.
- 1:15:42Speaker 4: It kind of makes the figure better because it was
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: a weird waste thing with that one, right?
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: Maybe it's fixed or that's edited. I don't know.
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: It's cool.
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: It is AA as well as the Brooklyn Brawler 91 edition.
- 1:15:56Speaker 2: I cannot believe.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: There's going to be two brawlers.
- 1:15:59Speaker 2: The brawler war going on at New York Comic Con
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: this week is out of control.
- 1:16:05Speaker 1: At full disclosure, guys, we almost had a brawler.
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: We almost had a brawler Big River Guy, which I'm
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: almost thanking my lucky stars it didn't work out.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: Yeah, so there's the Brooklyn Brawler. Now, correct me if
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: I'm wrong. He's done a brawler before, right? Or is
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: this the first one? I think this is his first. Wow, okay.
- 1:16:23Speaker 1: So this is nuts.
- 1:16:25Speaker 2: Yeah, I know.
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: All right, as well as this Abe Knuckleball Schwartz.
- 1:16:31Speaker 4: Love that.
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: I kind of am over these Mitch accessory hats. I
- 1:16:37Speaker 2: just want them to be on.
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: Yeah, just put them on.
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: Because they never fit right either.
- 1:16:41Speaker 2: They don't fit great and they don't stay on great.
- 1:16:43Speaker 2: Hasbro had hats stuck on people's heads for whatever reason.
- 1:16:46Speaker 4: Well, now I will say, Mitch has some figures with hats.
- 1:16:51Speaker 2: That fit great. That kimchi just put me over the
- 1:16:53Speaker 2: head last time. Over the head. Yeah.
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: I'm definitely going to get the Abe Knuckleball. This one's tempting.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: A little Jake the Snake 96 edition. That's my cutoff
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: right there, so I think I got to get God-fearing Jake.
- 1:17:05Speaker 1: It's tempting.
- 1:17:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Again, illegal, but tempting. We know he has a legend's deal.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: But hey, it's not our company. We're just reporting on it.
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: And then this one shocked me. Broken Matt. Yeah. I
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: love that he's got like the Texas tornado arms. They
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: could do the delete. Yeah, it's great.
- 1:17:28Speaker 2: It's fun.
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: It's creative.
- 1:17:30Speaker 4: We technically have a broken retro.
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's very different with the robe. I'll give
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: him that.
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:17:35Speaker 2: That one's like, broken but the hardy it's past the
- 1:17:39Speaker 2: broken so this is right it's cool.
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: I i don't hate this one bit i think it's.
- 1:17:45Speaker 2: Cool billy pex's breaking news and jeff was just announced.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Jeff was just announced oh boy wow breaking news on
- 1:17:54Speaker 1: the major restaurant podcast uh ringside collectibles the sabu the
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: red pants Is this out yet, or are they just
- 1:18:04Speaker 1: showing it?
- 1:18:04Speaker 2: It's not out yet.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: Okay. It looks really cool. I'm sure later we'll talk
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: about the other Sabu. Hasbro showing off the Guile Wave
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: 2 figure. This looks sick.
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: It's really cool.
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: You see him walking around. How cool is that to
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: be a WWE wrestler and you get a Hasbro figure?
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: I know. So cool.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: Damn, you're right.
- 1:18:22Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: Do you see him walking around UFC dressed as Guile?
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: I did not.
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: I thought that was pretty sick. Big shot pillows. You
- 1:18:31Speaker 1: might need this, Brian. Rob Van Dam. This is an
- 1:18:34Speaker 1: ECW RVD. It kind of is.
- 1:18:36Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: I think you need it.
- 1:18:39Speaker 2: Oh, no.
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: A little RVD as well as the Fiend Bray Wyatt
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: coming soon. That's cool. They haven't done that yet? No,
- 1:18:48Speaker 1: I guess not.
- 1:18:48Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: Talk about.
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: a toyetic layup for them you.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: Know knuckle crunchers guys this i guess this is like
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: one of the last times if not the last time
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: for now.
- 1:19:01Speaker 3: I'm here for the Knuckle Cruncher talk.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: But unfortunately, it's.
- 1:19:05Speaker 3: Come to an end. Same with the Superstar segment, the
- 1:19:08Speaker 3: retro segment. It's on ice.
- 1:19:09Speaker 4: It's on ice.
- 1:19:10Speaker 3: But this is more of a kid-focused line, so this
- 1:19:12Speaker 3: probably is not returning because play patterns and trends change
- 1:19:16Speaker 3: for kids. So it had a good two years, 2024, 2025,
- 1:19:18Speaker 3: and 2026. You know what.
- 1:19:20Speaker 4: Would have made Knuckle Cruncher survive longer?
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: What's that, Mark?
- 1:19:26Speaker 4: Projectile play.
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: There probably is some projectile play.
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: Which you're not aware of because they come with a
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: lot of accessories and play places and stuff.
- 1:19:34Speaker 3: Yeah, I know the backstage brawl one with Jey Uso
- 1:19:36Speaker 3: and the septic sludge, basically, with the outhouse, with the port-a-potty. That,
- 1:19:43Speaker 3: I think, is sitting shelves at Walmart. So fall of
- 1:19:46Speaker 3: 2026 is your last, I think, season to get Knuckle Cruncher.
- 1:19:51Speaker 3: So all these have been previously released, but this is
- 1:19:53Speaker 3: the first time they've been single packaged. So a lot
- 1:19:55Speaker 3: of these came from either multi-packs or play sets. So
- 1:19:58Speaker 3: the Seth Rollins, I believe, came from a Walmart-exclusive three-pack
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: with CM Punk and Drew McIntyre. So now single-packaged here
- 1:20:06Speaker 3: with the World Heavyweight Championship and Garbrel accessory. This rock
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: was from the Final Boss microphone playset, and I think
- 1:20:13Speaker 3: this is the only way to get a microphone. I
- 1:20:14Speaker 3: think this is the only time that they released a microphone,
- 1:20:16Speaker 3: if I'm not mistaken. And that was through the Final
- 1:20:19Speaker 3: Boss microphone playset that I think is also available on
- 1:20:22Speaker 3: Ringside Collectibles for $ 20, $ 30 maybe.
- 1:20:24Speaker 2: Ringside got like... And a ridiculous amount of knuckle crunchers.
- 1:20:28Speaker 3: Well, good, because that's really the only way to find
- 1:20:30Speaker 3: them if you're a collector and such. I mean, they
- 1:20:32Speaker 3: are available. I think Walmart was carrying them, but my
- 1:20:36Speaker 3: Walmarts in my area no longer carry them. But I've
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: seen them at Target. And I think there's like I
- 1:20:42Speaker 3: think the early 2026 product is available right now. So
- 1:20:45Speaker 3: I think like the stuff that should have came out
- 1:20:47Speaker 3: in quarter one is the stuff that at least in
- 1:20:49Speaker 3: my area is. is on shelves. But yeah, so a
- 1:20:52Speaker 3: nice way to get that rock without purchasing that play
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: set and a great way to get a microphone for
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: you to have them in your fig fed. And then
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: you get this John Cena. I believe this was also
- 1:21:02Speaker 3: in a Walmart exclusive with the rock and Cody Rhodes
- 1:21:05Speaker 3: with the WWE championship. But this time it comes with
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: a silver table. So a nice way to get your
- 1:21:10Speaker 3: brick way. Chach that Jax was known for because Mattel
- 1:21:15Speaker 3: doesn't really include it with any of their figures outside
- 1:21:18Speaker 3: of a deluxe offering through an Elite Collection release, or
- 1:21:22Speaker 3: as we saw with an Ultimate Edition Cactus Jack, but
- 1:21:26Speaker 3: not too many notable wrestling figure accessories in terms of weaponry,
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: in terms of stuff that's underneath the ring being released
- 1:21:36Speaker 3: a lot of the times with Elite Collection figures. But
- 1:21:38Speaker 3: you do get it here with Knuckle Crunchers because that's
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: the whole purpose of the line is that you get
- 1:21:43Speaker 3: your shot. There is actually a sink, a breakaway sink,
- 1:21:48Speaker 3: that comes with the backstage brawl play set. And that
- 1:21:52Speaker 3: might be eventually available.
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: It's sad that it didn't work out.
- 1:21:56Speaker 3: I mean, it's not that it didn't work out. That's
- 1:21:59Speaker 3: just how trends go. The last two years, it didn't
- 1:22:02Speaker 3: work out.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: Two years is pretty quick.
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: Well, the trend doesn't continue because play patterns and focus
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: groups and all that stuff continue.
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: What about sales, D?
- 1:22:11Speaker 3: Well, kids is... plans change, everything changes.
- 1:22:14Speaker 4: So we'll see.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: Previously, they brought things back before.
- 1:22:19Speaker 4: Yes.
- 1:22:20Speaker 3: Uh, so I think previously, uh, before this, the, the
- 1:22:23Speaker 3: main child focus segment, uh, in terms of these entry
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: level items was, I think the bend and brawl or, uh,
- 1:22:28Speaker 3: bend and bash those, uh, those ones with the, the
- 1:22:31Speaker 3: stretchy arms, the TPU arms. So those, uh, I think
- 1:22:34Speaker 3: were prior to this. And then there was slam city.
- 1:22:36Speaker 3: There was obviously the rumblers prior to that. So, um, Well,
- 1:22:40Speaker 3: and then there's the Power Slammers. That, for a good
- 1:22:42Speaker 3: while there, during the mid to late 2010s, that was
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: like the entry-level items.
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: Power Slammers sucked.
- 1:22:48Speaker 3: Oh, the Power Slammers and then what was the other?
- 1:22:50Speaker 4: Tough Talkers.
- 1:22:51Speaker 3: Tough Talkers.
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: Tough Talkers were the worst things ever made. What about
- 1:22:54Speaker 1: Roman Reigns?
- 1:22:56Speaker 3: Yeah, Roman Reigns, he is the single. So this one
- 1:22:59Speaker 3: technically is not from Multipack. This is like really the
- 1:23:01Speaker 3: only like carry-forwarded one from previous ones, so. Uh, that is, uh,
- 1:23:05Speaker 3: I think that was like wave seven or so. This
- 1:23:07Speaker 3: is the one where he's got it tied up in a, in,
- 1:23:09Speaker 3: in the man bun, but eventually they did have it
- 1:23:11Speaker 3: to where he does have, uh, I thought that's what this,
- 1:23:13Speaker 3: cause a ringside did have these available in series, uh,
- 1:23:16Speaker 3: wave wave 11 is also available as well. Both of
- 1:23:19Speaker 3: these are in stock. So, um, yeah, but the, uh,
- 1:23:22Speaker 3: they do have one with the long hair and I
- 1:23:23Speaker 3: think that's also available on ringside collectibles. And that includes
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: the Ulo fall accessory.
- 1:23:27Speaker 2: Nice.
- 1:23:28Speaker 3: So yeah. Uh, last wave of this. And, uh, I think,
- 1:23:31Speaker 3: Entering the last wave of retros, if not already.
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: Who's the last unique character, Jacob Fatu?
- 1:23:38Speaker 3: Jacob Fatu was the last unique character, yeah, to be released.
- 1:23:41Speaker 3: And that's in Wave 11, and that's in stock right now.
- 1:23:43Speaker 3: And the Jey Uso, I think that was also in
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: Wave 11. That's a redeco. So that's technically new. That
- 1:23:48Speaker 3: hasn't been offered before from Wave 11. But we've previously
- 1:23:51Speaker 3: talked about this.
- 1:23:52Speaker 1: All right, enough knuckle crunchers.
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: All right, hold on. I got one more question. In
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: your professional opinion, knuckle crunchers run from 2011 to 2012.
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: Does Zack Ryder get a knuckle cruncher?
- 1:24:05Speaker 3: From 2011 to 2012? Probably in 2012.
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: Because Makina kind of liked him back then.
- 1:24:11Speaker 3: Makina probably wasn't working on that segment at the time.
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: I would say so. I got a rumbler.
- 1:24:16Speaker 3: I got a brawling buddy.
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: I'm getting one.
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: Yeah, but knuckle crunchers were.
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: Like tip top.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: Bro, brawling buddy, dude.
- 1:24:24Speaker 4: Yeah, true. I think it comes out early 2012.
- 1:24:29Speaker 3: Matt, would it have been in that LA Knight kind
- 1:24:32Speaker 3: of slot?
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: Yeah, I could see that.
- 1:24:35Speaker 3: Because LA Knight, not a top.
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: Top guy, but he's... He might be. He might be
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: winning that Money in the Bank.
- 1:24:42Speaker 4: We'll see.
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: The title at the Money in the Bank.
- 1:24:46Speaker 3: So yeah, Main Event Series 171, new pre-orders on ringside collectibles,
- 1:24:51Speaker 3: and technically the ones that we previously looked at were
- 1:24:52Speaker 3: in stock items with these ones that we're taking a
- 1:24:54Speaker 3: look at here. are all pre-order items. So probably have
- 1:24:58Speaker 3: estimated release dates of like January. So these are all
- 1:25:00Speaker 3: 2027 product technically. So these won't be hitting store shelves
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: until probably spring of summer, 2027.
- 1:25:05Speaker 1: On ringside, baby.
- 1:25:07Speaker 3: On ringside, you get it three to four months early.
- 1:25:09Speaker 2: You're a grown up.
- 1:25:10Speaker 3: So this wave, no official affirmed Contires outside of the Zarya.
- 1:25:15Speaker 3: We'll be taking a look at the render there. But
- 1:25:17Speaker 3: Stone Cold Steve Austin, Kane. So it may be an
- 1:25:19Speaker 3: unmasked Kane, may be a masked Kane. No official details there. Obviously,
- 1:25:23Speaker 3: probably a buzz cut Austin Theory.
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: That'll be the first time he's had that look, right?
- 1:25:27Speaker 3: Yeah, outside of that battle pack. So I don't know
- 1:25:29Speaker 3: which one's going to come out first, either this one
- 1:25:31Speaker 3: or the battle pack, because he's got a battle pack
- 1:25:32Speaker 3: with Logan Paul as well. and then axiom, uh, being
- 1:25:35Speaker 3: fit into the main event series. Uh, Nathan Frazier was
- 1:25:38Speaker 3: previously featured in the main event series and now featured
- 1:25:40Speaker 3: in the elite collection. Axiom was initially, uh, first offered, uh,
- 1:25:44Speaker 3: as an elite collection release, but now, uh, being offered, uh,
- 1:25:46Speaker 3: at the entry level price point for main event series. So,
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: and then this is the Zarya picture pictured here. So
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: I think this is, uh, when, uh, she was, this
- 1:25:55Speaker 3: is either pre teaming with Sol Ruka or this is
- 1:25:58Speaker 3: during her time, uh, with Sol Ruka, but, uh, yeah,
- 1:26:00Speaker 3: it's going to be on that kind of like re
- 1:26:01Speaker 3: Ripley body, but brand new, uh, torso. And, uh, And
- 1:26:05Speaker 3: a pelvic portion. So new tooling there. And obviously new
- 1:26:08Speaker 3: tooling for the head as well with the face paint.
- 1:26:10Speaker 3: So decked out there. Got a lot of different options.
- 1:26:13Speaker 3: I can see her, depending on her accolades in NXT
- 1:26:18Speaker 3: and if she goes up to the main roster, obviously
- 1:26:20Speaker 3: available for an Elite Collection release because she's got a
- 1:26:23Speaker 3: lot of different looks. Main event series showdown two packs.
- 1:26:27Speaker 3: No official confirmed outfits on these either. Obviously demolition. who
- 1:26:31Speaker 3: knows what kind of face paint, but you know what
- 1:26:32Speaker 3: you're kind of getting there with the demolition.
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: Oh, because the other ones are, oh, okay, I'm confused,
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: because those demolition basics are WrestleMania.
- 1:26:37Speaker 3: No, those are WrestleMania-inspired, so these might be more evergreen. Yeah,
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: that's why I don't think this is actually what they're
- 1:26:43Speaker 3: going to be in, because that WrestleMania photo there of
- 1:26:45Speaker 3: Punk versus Roman, that was relatively recent. I don't think
- 1:26:47Speaker 3: they got a fast enough turnaround time for that.
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: You never know.
- 1:26:50Speaker 4: You never know.
- 1:26:50Speaker 3: You never know, but that seems unlikely, but we will see.
- 1:26:55Speaker 4: Time will tell.
- 1:26:56Speaker 3: And then I got Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso. That's
- 1:26:58Speaker 3: when they feuded, but I'm assuming this is probably based
- 1:27:00Speaker 3: off of more current time. And so this will be
- 1:27:03Speaker 3: when they are an alliance as opposed to being on
- 1:27:06Speaker 3: opposite sides. So that's available right now as well as
- 1:27:09Speaker 3: 131 of the Elite Collection assortment mainline. And this features
- 1:27:15Speaker 3: Brock Lesnar.
- 1:27:16Speaker 1: Who is that?
- 1:27:20Speaker 2: That's losing my mind. It's time to leave WWE Kofi
- 1:27:23Speaker 2: right there.
- 1:27:25Speaker 3: Featuring Brock Lesnar, Logan Paul, LA Knight, Kofi Kingston, Ray Phoenix,
- 1:27:29Speaker 3: and Maxine Dupree. So the Xavier Woods, I don't think
- 1:27:33Speaker 3: the pre-order is listed for that one yet, but.
- 1:27:35Speaker 2: If it has.
- 1:27:37Speaker 3: Yeah, so I think that's going to pair with this,
- 1:27:39Speaker 3: so probably in their black ring gear. So whatever that
- 1:27:41Speaker 3: ring gear that Xavier Woods is in, that's probably going
- 1:27:44Speaker 3: to be in that.
- 1:27:44Speaker 2: Ring gear to pair with that.
- 1:27:45Speaker 1: I'm glad Kofi gets one last one.
- 1:27:47Speaker 3: No mustache. Yeah, because I don't think that's been achieved
- 1:27:49Speaker 3: yet through Mattel. Yeah, without the mustache, because that was
- 1:27:53Speaker 3: a look that he sported there, I think, prior to
- 1:27:55Speaker 3: his WWE departure. But yeah, LA Knight, previously shown at
- 1:28:00Speaker 3: San Diego Comic-Con. So this is the casual street clothes
- 1:28:03Speaker 3: LA Knight in his 2022 to 2020. That's cool.
- 1:28:04Speaker 1: That's fine.
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: But he has updated his vest since, so he hasn't
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: worn his vest lately. So maybe he's got to bust
- 1:28:10Speaker 3: out his vest to make it more on-screen accurate, kind
- 1:28:12Speaker 3: of like what Mark did with his Jazzverse release. So
- 1:28:14Speaker 3: you're making it more television timely. And then you got
- 1:28:19Speaker 3: Intercontinental Champion Maxine Dupree that was also shown off at Comic-Con.
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: Awesome.
- 1:28:24Speaker 3: With the pull-down straps, I'm assuming they're going to do
- 1:28:27Speaker 3: some type of PVC secondary piece.
- 1:28:29Speaker 2: Oh, Mr.
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: Perfect style?
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: Yeah, to where it slides down. And then uh, this
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: had some, uh, ultimate edition collectors. Cause this is the,
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: this is the main, uh, collector focus line, uh, ultimate edition.
- 1:28:40Speaker 3: So this is, uh, the greatest hits ringside calls them
- 1:28:42Speaker 3: the best of, I'm sure maybe on some internal documents,
- 1:28:44Speaker 3: they also call them a best stuff. Cause I think
- 1:28:46Speaker 3: entertainment earth also lists them as best of, but this
- 1:28:48Speaker 3: is wave 10 of, uh, uh, greatest hits of ultimate edition. And, uh,
- 1:28:55Speaker 3: It's just Carrie Ford's again.
- 1:28:57Speaker 2: Great figures.
- 1:28:58Speaker 3: Oh, yeah. And these were previously available exclusive to Amazon.
- 1:29:01Speaker 3: And I think these have probably since been sold out.
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: So this is the Royal Rumble. These came out just
- 1:29:06Speaker 3: this year for early 2026. This was the Royal Rumble
- 1:29:09Speaker 3: edition of Shawn Michaels from, I believe, 95 and The
- 1:29:13Speaker 3: Rock from WrestleMania 40, Night 2. So this was also
- 1:29:19Speaker 3: a premium live event for the spring of 2026.
- 1:29:21Speaker 1: So.
- 1:29:22Speaker 3: Now it's your way of getting it uh not exclusive
- 1:29:25Speaker 3: to amazon so perfect and available all all across different
- 1:29:29Speaker 3: uh retailers not just ringside but obviously go to ringside
- 1:29:32Speaker 3: and use major to save 10 and last but certainly
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: not least and i think this is on sale right
- 1:29:38Speaker 3: now uh in stock probably right now as well i
- 1:29:41Speaker 3: don't think this is a pre-order item i think this
- 1:29:43Speaker 3: is in stock.
- 1:29:43Speaker 1: Right now they gave away the early ones at comic-con
- 1:29:46Speaker 1: so it's got.
- 1:29:46Speaker 3: To be ready Not at Comic-Con, but it was around
- 1:29:49Speaker 3: that time frame.
- 1:29:50Speaker 2: Around that time.
- 1:29:50Speaker 3: Yeah, it was at a Walmart signing. But this is
- 1:29:53Speaker 3: Elite Collection Liv Morgan and Chucky Tupac Mattel Creations exclusive.
- 1:29:57Speaker 3: So it was offered early through that Walmart promotion, but
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: it was not exclusive to Walmart. Exclusively available through Mattel Creations.
- 1:30:02Speaker 3: And the next month for November is that CM Punk
- 1:30:05Speaker 3: and AJ Lee Tupac with Larry. So this has got that.
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: Have they been teasing on Mattel Creations like a Build-A-Thing
- 1:30:13Speaker 1: or am I mistaken? Not a builder thing, but like
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: a back, a crowdfund?
- 1:30:20Speaker 3: Not to my knowledge.
- 1:30:21Speaker 1: Maybe that's what this was.
- 1:30:22Speaker 3: Maybe it's on the forums. Maybe that was what people
- 1:30:25Speaker 3: were speculating when that launch calendar, because this was listed
- 1:30:28Speaker 3: on the launch calendar, I think, for like September, but
- 1:30:30Speaker 3: then it got pushed to here. It was already known
- 1:30:34Speaker 3: that this was coming out in October, so I already
- 1:30:36Speaker 3: assumed that it was this, and it was this item.
- 1:30:38Speaker 3: I think this was initially going to come out on Wednesday,
- 1:30:40Speaker 3: but it was pushed to Monday, so it's available right now.
- 1:30:43Speaker 3: But this features the cold-sensitive thermochromic pigment on that knife
- 1:30:47Speaker 3: accessory and on the lower torso of the Liv Morgan figure.
- 1:30:51Speaker 3: And they include swappable faceplates as well. So I got
- 1:30:54Speaker 3: a lot of options there with this Liv Morgan and Chucky.
- 1:30:57Speaker 2: Faceplates are wild.
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: This is show-to-shelf.
- 1:31:00Speaker 3: This is from, I believe, a Season 2 episode of
- 1:31:03Speaker 3: the Chucky TV show that was on USA. And she
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: did wear this in the ring, so it's not just show-accurate.
- 1:31:10Speaker 3: It's also from a match on SmackDown.
- 1:31:13Speaker 4: I like it.
- 1:31:15Speaker 3: And that's it.

- 1:35:55Speaker 1: little Power and Glory repaint. What do you guys think?
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: Got to make it done. What do you guys think?
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: Put some shades on those, some sunglass accessories.
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: Yeah, a little shades. Ready to rock. Pretty damn cool.
- 1:36:08Speaker 1: What do you guys get?
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: Just showing off my Uncle Adam here, Big Rubber Guy.
- 1:36:12Speaker 2: While we're still talking, Big Rubber Guys. Already shipping, but
- 1:36:17Speaker 2: I just finally got him. Just wanted to show him
- 1:36:18Speaker 2: off because I'm proud of him. I know he's proud.
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: He had a hell of a weekend, so I'm happy
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: for him. Guys, it's here.
- 1:36:25Speaker 2: I feel like I've been waiting forever for this just
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: because I'm such a Sabu super fan.
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: Let's hear about it.
- 1:36:30Speaker 2: Ringside Collectibles Unsanctioned Sabu.
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: It's a beauty.
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: I did a live unboxing in our Patreon of this.
- 1:36:38Speaker 2: I mean, it's crazy fun. I don't know what else
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: you'd want, you know, in a Sabu. I love this, like,
- 1:36:43Speaker 2: even though this boots, like, the soles of this different color.
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: Nice little touch. The sash. Soft goods. Pants. Multiple hands.
- 1:36:52Speaker 2: Two different heads we got on this bad boy. If
- 1:36:57Speaker 2: I'm not being a complete shill, the things that I
- 1:36:59Speaker 2: don't like, it's kind of weird. It's like an added
- 1:37:02Speaker 2: value thing, depending on how you see it. He has
- 1:37:05Speaker 2: knee pads underneath, which I'm not going to pull his
- 1:37:07Speaker 2: pants down to show you, but I feel like it's unnecessary.
- 1:37:10Speaker 2: And it kind of hinders the poseability a little bit.
- 1:37:14Speaker 2: No one's going to know or see that.
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: That's an interesting choice.
- 1:37:16Speaker 2: And then the other thing is, this is a more
- 1:37:19Speaker 2: grizzled era Sabu. So this is at least WWE, ECW
- 1:37:23Speaker 2: Sabu and on. And why I know that is because
- 1:37:25Speaker 2: of the sideburns look here that he has. Normally he
- 1:37:28Speaker 2: had the full connected beard, but that's the tell. But
- 1:37:31Speaker 2: other than that, I mean, and those are little me.
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: Being the piggy.
- 1:37:35Speaker 4: Where are you going to put this?
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: Comes with the chair. He's already on.
- 1:37:38Speaker 2: This is an extra one that I have just because
- 1:37:40Speaker 2: I loved it so much. He's already on display on
- 1:37:42Speaker 2: my miscellaneous shelf right between a, Jerry Lynn jazz wares
- 1:37:46Speaker 2: and a pinnacle Jeff Jarrett. How about that? So get
- 1:37:50Speaker 2: it now. I mean, we just saw the red versions coming.
- 1:37:53Speaker 2: I'm hoping there's like a bloody kind of version coming,
- 1:37:57Speaker 2: which will be fun. The headdress is the best that
- 1:38:00Speaker 2: he's ever had in his career. As far as a
- 1:38:02Speaker 2: figure goes, especially Mark, you can show like the color
- 1:38:04Speaker 2: on the band, you know, and all the little details.
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: Yeah. Comes with a chair, by the way. What chair?
- 1:38:14Speaker 1: I almost threw that out. Mark's throwing chairs away. I
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: haven't got mine yet. I'm going to keep it. Put
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: it in my miscellaneous section. If you can overlook the sideburns,
- 1:38:25Speaker 1: it's like an evergreen sabu. I just love what Ringside's doing,
- 1:38:28Speaker 1: creating their own lines.
- 1:38:30Speaker 2: It's great.
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: I mean, the quality, like you said, it's from an
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: independent toy company. It's pretty nuts.
- 1:38:35Speaker 4: Well, you know what I can do.
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: What have they done so far? Demolition, LOD, Joe Hendry,
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: Dreamer This. Tommy and now Sabu. Good little collection going on.
- 1:38:44Speaker 1: And it's just going to keep growing, guys.
- 1:38:46Speaker 2: I'm excited.
- 1:38:47Speaker 1: I'm excited.
- 1:38:48Speaker 4: If you keep the headdress on, you kind of don't
- 1:38:49Speaker 4: see the sideburns.
- 1:38:50Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: I meant to make that point, too. And if it's really.
- 1:38:54Speaker 2: Bothering you, which I don't know why you wouldn't pose
- 1:38:56Speaker 2: it without that anyway.
- 1:38:58Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:38:59Speaker 2: So it becomes kind of way more evergreen. I got
- 1:39:03Speaker 2: some cards this week. I got another one of the famous.
- 1:39:08Speaker 2: I don't think I talked about this last week.
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: Maybe I did. But this Matt Cardona card.
- 1:39:11Speaker 2: Oh, man.
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: Awesome. What's that number? What color is it?
- 1:39:14Speaker 5: 75?
- 1:39:14Speaker 2: This is.
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: 25 out of 25. So the hits keep on coming
- 1:39:20Speaker 1: for this horrible Topps photo of Matt Cardone card.
- 1:39:23Speaker 2: Love it.
- 1:39:24Speaker 1: I also got this Chelsea Green relic card. There's so
- 1:39:28Speaker 1: many cards in the WWE Universe. Chelsea Green relic card.
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: And then I got another.
- 1:39:36Speaker 2: Rookie card of Randy Orton. Mint 9.
- 1:39:42Speaker 1: Well, Mint 9 Randy Orton giving a cross-body to Lance Storm.
- 1:39:46Speaker 2: I've been real boned up for slabs ever since that
- 1:39:48Speaker 2: PSA update.
- 1:39:49Speaker 1: I know.
- 1:39:51Speaker 4: When you see Randy, do you tell.
- 1:39:54Speaker 2: Him?
- 1:39:54Speaker 4: I just got your rookie card.
- 1:39:57Speaker 1: I probably would, but I'm not going to see him.
- 1:39:59Speaker 1: I'm not on the road anymore. That's true. I thought
- 1:40:01Speaker 1: you were on the road literally this weekend. Yeah, that's true.
- 1:40:05Speaker 1: But I'm going for a couple Money in the Bank appearances,
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: but then I'm going to Comic-Con. I'm not going to
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: Money in the Bank.
- 1:40:12Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:40:13Speaker 1: So I don't know who I'm going to see. Mark,
- 1:40:16Speaker 1: you got anything?
- 1:40:17Speaker 4: I got a lot of things.
- 1:40:18Speaker 1: Let's go. What?
- 1:40:18Speaker 4: All right, check this out. Broski, do you know what
- 1:40:21Speaker 4: this is?
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: Looks like a hammer.
- 1:40:24Speaker 2: Okay. Oh, man.
- 1:40:25Speaker 4: This is.
- 1:40:26Speaker 2: I didn't realize you stole this.
- 1:40:28Speaker 4: This is a 10-ounce rip hammer with hickory handle. You
- 1:40:31Speaker 4: know why I have this?
- 1:40:32Speaker 2: Why is that?
- 1:40:33Speaker 4: Because it is signed by WWF Hall of Famer, Greg
- 1:40:38Speaker 4: the Hammer Valentine.
- 1:40:39Speaker 1: There's some corny things I've seen in my day, but
- 1:40:41Speaker 1: this is level.
- 1:40:42Speaker 4: Oh.
- 1:40:45Speaker 1: Is the paint special?
- 1:40:46Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:40:47Speaker 4: This is great.
- 1:40:48Speaker 1: Come on. If you brought a hammer to the ring
- 1:40:51Speaker 1: or hit someone with a hammer, it makes sense.
- 1:40:53Speaker 2: I'm with Broski. It's so stupid. It might be so
- 1:40:55Speaker 2: stupid that it's great, but it's so stupid.
- 1:40:57Speaker 4: I'm going to tell you what I'm going to do
- 1:40:58Speaker 4: with this. What are you going to do with it?
- 1:41:00Speaker 4: Use it around the house. I'm not going to hang
- 1:41:02Speaker 4: it up. This is going to be my hammer.
- 1:41:03Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm fine with that. It's a solid hammer.
- 1:41:07Speaker 4: Yeah, you know what I mean? It's got a hickory handle.
- 1:41:09Speaker 1: Not just one.
- 1:41:10Speaker 2: We found several TL Hopper signed plungers at KS.
- 1:41:14Speaker 1: See, now I understand. I understand that. So stupid. Who
- 1:41:17Speaker 1: wants that?
- 1:41:19Speaker 4: All right. For the first time, I got this finally.
- 1:41:22Speaker 1: Oh, there you go.
- 1:41:24Speaker 4: I just needed the flare. I wasn't going to collect
- 1:41:27Speaker 4: the line, but I needed the flare. I took it out.
- 1:41:29Speaker 4: I loved it. I think this is an awesome thing.
- 1:41:31Speaker 4: I think it connects with the GI Joes.
- 1:41:33Speaker 2: I love them.
- 1:41:34Speaker 4: But I like the packaging so much that I put
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: it back in.
- 1:41:37Speaker 2: These are almost like reaction style to me that the
- 1:41:40Speaker 2: packaging makes it to the point where the product's almost
- 1:41:45Speaker 2: secondary and you got to keep it in the carton. Yeah.
- 1:41:47Speaker 4: And it's sort of like you get it because of
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: the flag and it's like, oh, kind of like G.I.
- 1:41:51Speaker 2: Joe's. Unless you got a kid who's like playing with these,
- 1:41:53Speaker 2: which is why I love playing with G.I. Joe's when
- 1:41:55Speaker 2: I was a kid and they're very articulated and it's fun.
- 1:41:57Speaker 4: Yeah. But I'm going to put it in the flare case.
- 1:42:01Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:42:01Speaker 1: I mean, you have to.
- 1:42:03Speaker 4: You need the packaging as well. I picked up a
- 1:42:05Speaker 4: VSK Micro Brawler just because I saw it.
- 1:42:07Speaker 1: Wow, okay. It's a rare boy.
- 1:42:10Speaker 4: And then before we move on, I got a Scorpio
- 1:42:13Speaker 4: Sky for my friend's wall. Nice little message on there.
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: You really raided Ken. I didn't realize how much stuff
- 1:42:19Speaker 1: you were stealing.
- 1:42:19Speaker 4: He's become a very good friend of mine, and he
- 1:42:22Speaker 4: made the friend wall.
- 1:42:23Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 1:42:24Speaker 1: Love Scorpio Sky. Guys, just a sneak peek.
- 1:42:25Speaker 2: It's not going up this week, but we attempted to
- 1:42:29Speaker 2: clean K & S WrestleFest. Maybe one of the worst
- 1:42:33Speaker 2: ideas I've ever had. but it's going to make for
- 1:42:35Speaker 2: a very entertaining vlog.
- 1:42:37Speaker 4: Vlog going up.
- 1:42:38Speaker 2: There's so much stuff in there, Roski. I don't think
- 1:42:40Speaker 2: Ken's children's children will be able to sell it. Millions.
- 1:42:46Speaker 4: Millions of dollars. I was just getting kind of annoyed because.
- 1:42:51Speaker 3: He.
- 1:42:53Speaker 2: Has so many signed 8x10s that it ruined the day.
- 1:42:56Speaker 2: Like it stopped us.
- 1:42:58Speaker 1: You don't understand how... You didn't try to organize the 8x10s,
- 1:43:00Speaker 1: did you?
- 1:43:00Speaker 2: No, we put our foot down and we're like, this
- 1:43:02Speaker 2: is like ruining the day. And they're all like... Like
- 1:43:06Speaker 2: you don't understand how much... Think about how much your
- 1:43:08Speaker 2: little stack 8x10s is. Yeah.
- 1:43:10Speaker 1: Now a tote, like an arm's length of a tote.
- 1:43:12Speaker 2: It's like... Weighs as much as two bodies.
- 1:43:16Speaker 1: You might as well just throw a free 8x10 in
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: with every purchase.
- 1:43:19Speaker 4: This is what I'm saying. He refuses to do it.
- 1:43:22Speaker 1: He refuses to do any kind of deal.
- 1:43:23Speaker 2: How many guests have you had that you've just ruined
- 1:43:24Speaker 2: their lives with signing extras?
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: No one wants even a Matt Cardona 8x10 after the fact.
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: I think he.
- 1:43:32Speaker 2: Sees it as like it's still only cost. X amount
- 1:43:37Speaker 2: and he can still, even in the worst, sell it
- 1:43:39Speaker 2: for X amount. You know what I mean? I think
- 1:43:40Speaker 2: that's the way Ken sees everything, which is, there's obviously,
- 1:43:43Speaker 2: there's something to be said.
- 1:43:44Speaker 4: No, I think, I think, I was going to say,
- 1:43:46Speaker 4: I think his outlook on his collection and what he
- 1:43:50Speaker 4: has is completely wrong. I don't see anything right in it.
- 1:43:53Speaker 4: And like Broski's saying, that's going to be impossible. Maybe
- 1:43:58Speaker 4: he's got 300 signed Broski A by 10. It's like, no, what, what?
- 1:44:02Speaker 2: But he's saying he's, The only thing he said that
- 1:44:05Speaker 2: made a little sense to me, he was like, well,
- 1:44:07Speaker 2: when I'm an old man, I'll just be doing sales,
- 1:44:09Speaker 2: and I'll do one sale a week, and I'll.
- 1:44:11Speaker 4: Have $ 1, 000. I got news for you, pal. You're going
- 1:44:13Speaker 4: to die with that shit if you.
- 1:44:14Speaker 2: Don't start doing it. Bro, we didn't even try upstairs.
- 1:44:18Speaker 2: There was a back room we didn't even try to
- 1:44:20Speaker 2: mess with.
- 1:44:21Speaker 4: Signed figures that are great. Overwhelming amount. He looks at
- 1:44:26Speaker 4: a signed Evil Uno like, that's a $ 40 piece. Yeah.
- 1:44:31Speaker 4: You could probably get $ 40 at some point with that
- 1:44:34Speaker 4: signed Evil Uno figure. But we got to start moving shit,
- 1:44:37Speaker 4: especially the 8x10s. Throw it in with every order. Special
- 1:44:40Speaker 4: Matt Cardona night. Every order gets an 8x10.
- 1:44:43Speaker 2: It's at a giant office and there's no space to
- 1:44:47Speaker 2: just be there.
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: You know what he really should do is mystery boxes.
- 1:44:50Speaker 2: I said that too.
- 1:44:52Speaker 4: With a Greg the Hammer. A hammer.
- 1:44:54Speaker 2: Yeah. That hammer's going to cost more to ship because
- 1:44:57Speaker 2: it's heavy than it's worth. Let's be honest.
- 1:45:00Speaker 1: What's the expression? You can lead a horse to water,
- 1:45:02Speaker 1: you can't make him pick it. Yeah, 100%.
- 1:45:06Speaker 2: 100%. And Roski knows he's got a shipment covered that's,
- 1:45:09Speaker 2: I don't know where he's going to put it.
- 1:45:12Speaker 4: I was, okay, last thing I'll say. I did my signing.
- 1:45:15Speaker 4: He had a couple of the AEW figures. He was
- 1:45:18Speaker 4: selling them for $ 80.
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: Cool.
- 1:45:21Speaker 4: And then he also had some of my old bendies
- 1:45:23Speaker 4: that he was selling for $ 30. Okay, so separately, that's $ 110.
- 1:45:26Speaker 4: So at one point, Towards the end of the thing,
- 1:45:30Speaker 4: I go, flash sale. You get this and this, $ 100.
- 1:45:34Speaker 4: It's $ 10 off, right? He's freaking out.
- 1:45:37Speaker 3: No, no, no, you can't.
- 1:45:41Speaker 4: $ 110.
- 1:45:42Speaker 1: I'm like, what?
- 1:45:45Speaker 4: It's the end of the show.
- 1:45:46Speaker 1: $ 10?
- 1:45:48Speaker 2: Rocking with Dan, who flew in for this by the
- 1:45:51Speaker 2: worst day of my life. But, hey, I catered the
- 1:45:54Speaker 2: whole thing, by the way, out of Brian Meyer's freaking pocketbook.
- 1:45:58Speaker 2: bagels for breakfast, had some really delicious pizza and chicken
- 1:46:01Speaker 2: rolls came for lunch. I feel like I need a tet,
- 1:46:04Speaker 2: I feel like I need a tet to shot. There was,
- 1:46:06Speaker 2: it was a man.
- 1:46:07Speaker 4: How about Brian chicken wings the night before?
- 1:46:10Speaker 2: Mark did it. And then I came home.
- 1:46:11Speaker 4: I had access.
- 1:46:12Speaker 1: Mark, I put those in the oven. He those up
- 1:46:14Speaker 1: for night.
- 1:46:14Speaker 2: There were.
- 1:46:17Speaker 1: Chefs.
- 1:46:18Speaker 4: So good.
- 1:46:19Speaker 2: Um, all right.
- 1:46:20Speaker 1: I got from figure collection, the wrestling, something wrestlers. I
- 1:46:24Speaker 1: ended up getting this Patriot. I had to get, it
- 1:46:27Speaker 1: looked beautiful. Those are very nice. I haven't figured out
- 1:46:29Speaker 1: my retro rules yet, so I just got it just
- 1:46:31Speaker 1: in case. I know my cutoff's 96. That's 97, so
- 1:46:35Speaker 1: I can't do it. But I do appreciate it. If
- 1:46:37Speaker 1: you look at the back, there's so many great talent.
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: I just don't know what my rules are going to be.
- 1:46:43Speaker 1: Figure Collection makes some incredible stuff. I also got this
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: sent in the mail. These are coming along, the Matt
- 1:46:51Speaker 1: Cardona 3 3⁄4 figures.
- 1:46:52Speaker 2: I can tell that likeness is looking good there. Yeah,
- 1:46:54Speaker 2: it looks great. I can't wait to see these. It's fun.
- 1:46:57Speaker 1: Hopefully soon. I saw the painted versions as well. So
- 1:47:00Speaker 1: there'll be two painted versions. And then we got the
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: Bone Crusher coming. I don't know what's going on. But
- 1:47:05Speaker 1: you thought our factory was slow. Jack Slime. Jesus. Everybody
- 1:47:08Speaker 1: seems slow these days, huh?
- 1:47:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: But he makes some incredible stuff. And I just love
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: the packaging of this Patriot with the title. I'm sorry,
- 1:47:15Speaker 1: with the flag. I love the, it looks like a
- 1:47:19Speaker 1: Slammers Series 2 packaging. Really sick.
- 1:47:24Speaker 2: My last thing, I actually bought a whatnot. We saw
- 1:47:28Speaker 2: it in somebody's store. I didn't even watch the show
- 1:47:30Speaker 2: where it was being sold, and I put a bid
- 1:47:31Speaker 2: on it and won it. I got the Saturday Night's
- 1:47:34Speaker 2: Main Event.
- 1:47:35Speaker 1: Oh, damn. Hillbilly Jim.
- 1:47:37Speaker 2: I got to say, I really wanted to see this
- 1:47:39Speaker 2: packaging in person. Yeah. Maybe this is a hot take.
- 1:47:44Speaker 2: I wouldn't mind if they switched elites to this.
- 1:47:47Speaker 1: I'm with you, pal.
- 1:47:48Speaker 2: This is like some good-ass carding. Not that balsa wood
- 1:47:54Speaker 2: shit that the elites come in these days.
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: I like it.
- 1:47:57Speaker 2: A nice big bubble for autos if the guy's.
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: A living talent.
- 1:48:00Speaker 2: Like, come on now. Wow, yeah, you're right.
- 1:48:05Speaker 1: Like, maybe we should. You can show the accessories they're
- 1:48:07Speaker 1: doing right there.
- 1:48:08Speaker 2: Yeah, you see what's in there. The Elite logo's at
- 1:48:11Speaker 2: the bottom. I love the talent. This is a great
- 1:48:14Speaker 2: way to package. And if it's more cost effective, let's go.
- 1:48:19Speaker 2: All right. these are Walmart exclusives, hence why I'm having
- 1:48:22Speaker 2: trouble finding them. This is the only one I was
- 1:48:25Speaker 2: interested in, though. This is Hogan, Jay, Punk. I'm going
- 1:48:30Speaker 2: to need it as well. People have found Wave 2
- 1:48:32Speaker 2: this past weekend.
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: I don't know if you saw that, Broski. No, I
- 1:48:34Speaker 1: have not. Yeah, it was post. People found it. These
- 1:48:38Speaker 1: are Walmarts?
- 1:48:39Speaker 2: Walmart. Walmart exclusive.
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: And I'm pretty sure.
- 1:48:44Speaker 2: I'm going to have to upgrade and just get rid
- 1:48:47Speaker 2: of my hibbilly gym that I've had for 15 years.
- 1:48:51Speaker 1: So when you have to upgrade a figure, is it
- 1:48:54Speaker 1: easily accessible or is it a big pain in the ass?
- 1:48:56Speaker 1: It all depends. Sometimes not. So you know what?
- 1:48:59Speaker 2: I know you won't do it, but I will. I
- 1:49:02Speaker 2: find the matching hands and get them and make them complete.
- 1:49:05Speaker 2: And then obviously, and then I sell it on whatnot.
- 1:49:10Speaker 4: And that's, that's, what's been stopping me. I have probably
- 1:49:13Speaker 4: 200 loose figures I need to sell, but I, so
- 1:49:16Speaker 4: like with.
- 1:49:16Speaker 2: Reference pictures online, it either take, it's crazy. Like it's
- 1:49:19Speaker 2: taken me 90 seconds to do, or it's taken me
- 1:49:23Speaker 2: like half an hour per guy where I'm like, absolutely
- 1:49:28Speaker 2: not happening but i can't tell like.
- 1:49:30Speaker 4: I got a problem because i'm colorblind i can't i'm
- 1:49:32Speaker 4: i got my daughter like is this skin tone match.
- 1:49:35Speaker 2: This very tough this is this is nice though i
- 1:49:38Speaker 2: like uh you can see the soft goods and the
- 1:49:41Speaker 2: the jeans done very differently wow it's cool i know
- 1:49:45Speaker 2: someone showed like it might have been kyle peterson like
- 1:49:48Speaker 2: one of them is way shorter and one's way bigger
- 1:49:50Speaker 2: hmm but I think this will suffice. And I'm going
- 1:49:54Speaker 2: to probably pose it just the way it was in
- 1:49:55Speaker 2: the back, you know, holding the chain.
- 1:49:59Speaker 4: I got a, um, I got the, I got the
- 1:50:01Speaker 4: crate here. Um, now I will say this is the
- 1:50:04Speaker 4: pro wrestling crate, but it came in all the late
- 1:50:07Speaker 4: crate box.
- 1:50:08Speaker 1: Were they out of stock?
- 1:50:10Speaker 4: I don't know. I don't know. Uh, this shirt I
- 1:50:13Speaker 4: thought was really awesome. Um, it's like a CMLL shirt with,
- 1:50:19Speaker 4: with the, uh, All the masks.
- 1:50:22Speaker 2: That is cool.
- 1:50:23Speaker 4: And I was about to put it on, and I
- 1:50:25Speaker 4: apologize to be negative here.
- 1:50:27Speaker 1: Uh-oh.
- 1:50:29Speaker 4: But the quality of this shirt is not great.
- 1:50:33Speaker 2: Uh-oh.
- 1:50:34Speaker 1: Shots fired.
- 1:50:35Speaker 4: And I know for a fact that I would only
- 1:50:39Speaker 4: be able to wear this once, and then that would
- 1:50:42Speaker 4: be it.
- 1:50:42Speaker 2: Are you okay?
- 1:50:43Speaker 4: It's not going to wash right. It's so thin. I'm
- 1:50:47Speaker 4: wearing this brand new.
- 1:50:48Speaker 2: I don't understand.
- 1:50:49Speaker 1: Like thin... explain like thin like soft style but not
- 1:50:55Speaker 1: off just thin it's.
- 1:50:56Speaker 4: Not even the soft style like we're used to it's
- 1:50:59Speaker 4: this thin as an i could look oh.
- 1:51:01Speaker 2: I like that though that looks that's probably the style
- 1:51:04Speaker 2: mark that looks like.
- 1:51:05Speaker 4: A dream to me look you can see through it.
- 1:51:07Speaker 2: I have like a statlander shirt that's like that you
- 1:51:11Speaker 2: want that yeah i don't mind it i think i
- 1:51:14Speaker 2: don't you're just not jacked enough.
- 1:51:16Speaker 4: What are you talking about this shirt Is phenomenal.
- 1:51:20Speaker 2: That's a thick boy acid wash thing.
- 1:51:24Speaker 1: I love it. Oh, not me. Give me the skinny boy.
- 1:51:28Speaker 4: No, that's terrible.
- 1:51:30Speaker 1: On a hot Disney day, that's probably a wonderful shirt.
- 1:51:34Speaker 4: I don't want that. Here's a little Dan Housen shirt.
- 1:51:37Speaker 4: I don't know how that happens.
- 1:51:40Speaker 2: Oh, damn.
- 1:51:40Speaker 1: Is that overstocked?
- 1:51:42Speaker 4: 8x10 here is... Psychosis?
- 1:51:48Speaker 1: Psychosis.
- 1:51:50Speaker 4: That's kind of cool. We got a, this is a
- 1:51:54Speaker 4: little print, I guess. There's nobody signed it, but it's
- 1:51:56Speaker 4: like makeup.
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: It's cool, guys. Face paint, guys.
- 1:51:58Speaker 4: Face paint, guys. A little painting. Face paint, painting. We
- 1:52:01Speaker 4: got Ultimate Warrior wristbands. That's kind of cool.
- 1:52:06Speaker 2: Damn.
- 1:52:07Speaker 4: I love coffin drops.
- 1:52:09Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:52:10Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 1:52:12Speaker 4: We got an Andre with a.
- 1:52:14Speaker 2: Oh, I like that.
- 1:52:14Speaker 1: I like that.
- 1:52:15Speaker 2: Warrior promo.
- 1:52:17Speaker 4: Oh, this is like mask and face paint month.
- 1:52:20Speaker 2: Because it's October.
- 1:52:21Speaker 4: Look at this classic.
- 1:52:22Speaker 2: Wow. He's full.
- 1:52:23Speaker 1: He's recovered. Chef Boyardee, you didn't get the chase.
- 1:52:26Speaker 4: Did not get the chase.
- 1:52:27Speaker 1: Chef Boyardee chase.
- 1:52:29Speaker 4: So that's the crate.
- 1:52:31Speaker 2: Cool.
- 1:52:31Speaker 1: I love it.
- 1:52:31Speaker 4: You want the CML shirt, Brian?
- 1:52:33Speaker 1: Is it a large ski? Yeah.
- 1:52:35Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe.
- 1:52:36Speaker 1: I'll work on it. Anything else, guys? That was it
- 1:52:40Speaker 1: for me.
- 1:52:40Speaker 4: That's it for me.
- 1:52:41Speaker 1: One last thing. I want to thank my broski CJ.
- 1:52:43Speaker 1: We did a little trade ski for some cards. He
- 1:52:45Speaker 1: sent me this. Incredible gift. Check this out. I guess
- 1:52:48Speaker 1: Pro Wrestling Tees was selling this. This Stay Puff Marshmallow
- 1:52:55Speaker 1: Broski-like lawn decoration.
- 1:52:58Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:52:58Speaker 4: Yeah, that's cool.
- 1:52:59Speaker 2: You putting that out front for Halloween? I don't know
- 1:53:00Speaker 2: what I'm going to do with it, but it looks
- 1:53:02Speaker 2: pretty damn cool.
- 1:53:04Speaker 1: This was a two-up micro brawler.
- 1:53:06Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:53:07Speaker 1: It's a big boy.
- 1:53:08Speaker 2: Nice.
- 1:53:09Speaker 4: Thanks, CJ.
- 1:53:09Speaker 1: I'm going to put this somewhere for sure. A little L.I.
- 1:53:13Speaker 1: Broski Stay Puffed Broski Marshmallow Broski.
- 1:53:18Speaker 2: Really, really cool.
- 1:53:18Speaker 1: Thank you. And that is it for me. A little
- 1:53:25Speaker 1: Major Mark Purchases of the Week, Mr.
- 1:53:27Speaker 2: Sterling.
- 1:53:28Speaker 4: Major Mark Purchases of the Week. All right, Major Mark, purchases.
- 1:53:52Speaker 2: Of the week.
- 1:53:53Speaker 4: Here we go.
- 1:53:54Speaker 3: Number one.
- 1:53:56Speaker 4: I've never seen this. Jeff Sengawalt, my purchase of the
- 1:54:00Speaker 4: week is additions to my Ethan Page personal collection I
- 1:54:03Speaker 4: have recently pulled out of 2026 WWE Topps Universe. So
- 1:54:07Speaker 4: he pulled all these.
- 1:54:08Speaker 2: Jesus, dude.
- 1:54:09Speaker 1: Must be buying the ego spot in every break.
- 1:54:12Speaker 2: Imaginable. Damn.
- 1:54:14Speaker 4: Those are cool cards, though.
- 1:54:14Speaker 1: So many different cards.
- 1:54:16Speaker 4: Yeah. All right, here's Rare boys. Some rare ones. Dan Dasagna.
- 1:54:22Speaker 4: During the week, I got two of the three rare Deathbed, WCW, Goldberg,
- 1:54:27Speaker 4: and Sid Talkback wrestlers. These are very rare to come by,
- 1:54:30Speaker 4: and in my research, I believe they may have only
- 1:54:32Speaker 4: came out in Canada, as I see a majority of
- 1:54:35Speaker 4: eBay listings located there. Just need me, a buff daddy,
- 1:54:38Speaker 4: and I have the whole set. I love these obscure
- 1:54:41Speaker 4: lines and collecting things people don't even know about.
- 1:54:43Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:54:46Speaker 4: Pretty cool there. All right, let's check this out. Yeah.
- 1:54:48Speaker 4: These are Oh, baby. Ryan Daniel. These are the AWA
- 1:54:53Speaker 4: Remco's I picked up during the week. I just love
- 1:54:55Speaker 4: the detail Remco made on this figure for the 1980s timeline.
- 1:55:00Speaker 4: That's great.
- 1:55:02Speaker 1: Trying not to get itchy for those with our show
- 1:55:04Speaker 1: coming up.
- 1:55:05Speaker 4: Oh, it's going to be hard. Going to be hard.
- 1:55:07Speaker 1: I love the boxes. Someone was asking, have you been
- 1:55:09Speaker 1: starting your research yet for this Remco edition? We're very excited.
- 1:55:14Speaker 2: Someone, a little birdie, sent us a little modern day
- 1:55:17Speaker 2: Remco box. Easter egg maybe we'll share in that episode
- 1:55:20Speaker 2: because we don't.
- 1:55:21Speaker 1: Give a fuck. Yeah, we'll save it for that.
- 1:55:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:55:23Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:55:23Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:55:26Speaker 4: This is pretty great here. Carlos Vinias, he said, I
- 1:55:30Speaker 4: went to All In 2026 traveling from New York to
- 1:55:34Speaker 4: London with one action figure in my carry-on pack. He
- 1:55:38Speaker 4: was the only action figure I was missing to have
- 1:55:40Speaker 4: the first three sets of Jazz or his AW figures
- 1:55:42Speaker 4: fully signed. I was so lucky and grateful to have
- 1:55:45Speaker 4: the opportunity to meet him and have him sign the
- 1:55:47Speaker 4: action figure at the security check-in to the stadium. This
- 1:55:50Speaker 4: figure means the world to me. RIP, Pac. Thank you
- 1:55:53Speaker 4: for everything. You will always be a special part of
- 1:55:54Speaker 4: my collection and a memory I'll cherish forever.
- 1:55:56Speaker 2: Another thing I wanted to say when we were talking
- 1:55:59Speaker 2: to him earlier, like, he kept, like, almost like kayfabe, like,
- 1:56:03Speaker 2: the mystique of his character, and he didn't, like, do
- 1:56:05Speaker 2: signings and things like that. When he obviously very well
- 1:56:09Speaker 2: could have. He made a lot of merch. Yeah.
- 1:56:12Speaker 4: So this one goes along with our bonus episode that
- 1:56:15Speaker 4: should be up there on our Patreon right now. We
- 1:56:17Speaker 4: watched Beetlejuice. And check out this Jack-O-Lantern here. Catherine O'Hare, Jack-O-Lantern.
- 1:56:28Speaker 1: Whoa.
- 1:56:28Speaker 4: He says, Dale Michael, Rise of the Jack-O-Lanterns had a
- 1:56:32Speaker 4: great display out in Wheatley Heights.
- 1:56:34Speaker 2: That's cool.
- 1:56:35Speaker 4: Pretty cool.
- 1:56:36Speaker 1: Beetlejuice is a whack-ass movie, but it's cool.
- 1:56:39Speaker 4: Oh, come on. You were not saying that on the episode.
- 1:56:41Speaker 4: That's a rage bait right there.
- 1:56:43Speaker 1: I'll never watch it again.
- 1:56:43Speaker 2: I'll say that, guys.
- 1:56:45Speaker 4: Here, let's update this collection here, guys.
- 1:56:48Speaker 2: The best.
- 1:56:49Speaker 1: So, pops me right now. What a weird collection, but
- 1:56:51Speaker 1: I love it.
- 1:56:52Speaker 4: Zach Chiera took a trip down to R.J. Julia Bookstore
- 1:56:55Speaker 4: in Madison, Connecticut earlier this week to meet actress Lena
- 1:56:59Speaker 4: Douglas and was able to get her to sign this
- 1:57:01Speaker 4: newest addition to the Seinfeld collection. She laughed and explained
- 1:57:04Speaker 4: to the worker she played a woman George dated who
- 1:57:07Speaker 4: was too tanned Like a carrot.
- 1:57:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:57:11Speaker 4: Unreal. Remember that episode.
- 1:57:12Speaker 1: I think the tan looks great.
- 1:57:14Speaker 4: She's like a carrot, Jerry.
- 1:57:15Speaker 1: I think the tan looks great.
- 1:57:17Speaker 2: Unreal.
- 1:57:19Speaker 4: La Puma here. Wow.
- 1:57:22Speaker 1: Love this.
- 1:57:24Speaker 4: He says, I'm always searching eBay for Hogan items, and
- 1:57:26Speaker 4: I absolutely love finding something I've never seen before. So,
- 1:57:30Speaker 4: of course, when I saw this Mr. Nanny cardboard video
- 1:57:32Speaker 4: store display piece, I knew I had to have it.
- 1:57:35Speaker 4: That's incredible.
- 1:57:35Speaker 1: That's incredible.
- 1:57:36Speaker 4: This was sent to a video store in Pennsylvania back
- 1:57:39Speaker 4: when the movie was coming out on DHS. Has the
- 1:57:41Speaker 4: original shipping label still on the box and came with
- 1:57:44Speaker 4: the instructions on how to put it together. The display
- 1:57:46Speaker 4: was never built and is massive. It's so big that
- 1:57:49Speaker 4: I can't even display the whole thing in my room.
- 1:57:52Speaker 4: So for now, I'm going to just use the Hogan
- 1:57:54Speaker 4: piece to display next to my Suburban Commando cardboard cutouts.
- 1:57:58Speaker 1: I love it. I love it. That might be one
- 1:58:01Speaker 1: of the best things he's ever shown here.
- 1:58:04Speaker 2: Holy uniqueness, right?
- 1:58:05Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 1:58:08Speaker 4: Yeah, really cool. All right. and then the display actually
- 1:58:12Speaker 4: also comes from Michael LaPuma. He wanted to update us. Look, guys,
- 1:58:16Speaker 4: if you want to see his whole Hogan collection, we've
- 1:58:18Speaker 4: got a whole vlog on the channel.
- 1:58:20Speaker 1: I see what he updated there. He updated his WrestleMania 3.
- 1:58:25Speaker 4: My WrestleMania 3 section of my room is now complete.
- 1:58:28Speaker 4: with my suited Andre BRG arriving.
- 1:58:30Speaker 1: La Puma has this fucking figure before I do.
- 1:58:32Speaker 2: I don't have it either. I've seen nothing but stellar
- 1:58:35Speaker 2: reviews about it. Some are calling it the greatest big
- 1:58:39Speaker 2: rubber guy of all time.
- 1:58:40Speaker 1: Hey, someone was.
- 1:58:41Speaker 4: People are saying.
- 1:58:42Speaker 1: You want to hear about people complaining about bullshit? Someone
- 1:58:46Speaker 1: was complaining that the packaging was too big so they
- 1:58:51Speaker 1: couldn't get it autographed previously. You know, because we switch
- 1:58:56Speaker 1: out the, you know, you're able to mix and match.
- 1:58:59Speaker 2: I have no words to even respond to that.
- 1:59:02Speaker 4: Autographed, huh?
- 1:59:03Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:59:04Speaker 1: You know what people do? They get something signed, and
- 1:59:06Speaker 1: then they take it off, and I'll save it for
- 1:59:07Speaker 1: something else.
- 1:59:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:59:09Speaker 1: I literally do that, yes. It was too big.
- 1:59:11Speaker 2: Okay.
- 1:59:14Speaker 1: I don't know if this guy knows, but Andre died
- 1:59:15Speaker 1: in 93. Exactly. You couldn't have gotten another one signed
- 1:59:21Speaker 1: to put on this one.
- 1:59:22Speaker 2: Right.
- 1:59:24Speaker 4: Well, he goes on to say, Mania 3 is my
- 1:59:27Speaker 4: favorite Mania of all time with Hogan versus Andre being
- 1:59:29Speaker 4: my favorite match of all time. There are so many
- 1:59:31Speaker 4: hidden details in this display. A broken cross chain laying
- 1:59:34Speaker 4: by Hogan's feet, Hogan having two mini band-aids on his
- 1:59:37Speaker 4: chest while he tells Piper yes to accepting Andre's challenge,
- 1:59:41Speaker 4: or Hogan holding up the belt they made for Andre
- 1:59:44Speaker 4: on the snake pit.
- 1:59:45Speaker 1: Wow. That Andre, it's unbelievable. It holds the beer can. Also,
- 1:59:51Speaker 1: the chain fits Hogan perfectly. More proof that the Big
- 1:59:55Speaker 1: Rubber Guys and LJNs are in the same universe.
- 1:59:59Speaker 2: All right. All right, guys.
- 2:00:01Speaker 1: Let's go to the Q & A. Brought to you

- 2:01:50Speaker 5: It's that time again of the show. Just scratch that itch.
- 2:01:54Speaker 5: Ask the boys what you want to know.
- 2:01:55Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:01:57Speaker 5: You better make sure that your question is good. Like,
- 2:02:01Speaker 5: what's your Mount Rushmore of figures from your childhood? Jump
- 2:02:04Speaker 5: on X and use the tag. Ask a major pod.
- 2:02:08Speaker 5: It'll get you hard. If they read your question on air,
- 2:02:12Speaker 5: you'll get a prize. Now that's super rare. You better
- 2:02:16Speaker 5: be smart, professional.
- 2:02:18Speaker 1: And complete.
- 2:02:19Speaker 5: Then maybe the boys will pick you for the Q
- 2:02:22Speaker 5: & A this week.
- 2:02:25Speaker 2: Ha ha! Is Chelsea aware she's going to get some
- 2:02:30Speaker 2: projectile play when she comes home later?
- 2:02:32Speaker 1: Well, I have access to capital to get some Blue
- 2:02:36Speaker 1: Chew to give her some projectile play with the help
- 2:02:43Speaker 1: of her friends at Blue Chew. That's right, baby. Get
- 2:02:46Speaker 1: that projectile play shirt coming soon to prosandtees.com. TDD doesn't
- 2:02:52Speaker 1: know it yet. By the way, TDD, happy birthday. Happy
- 2:02:54Speaker 1: birthday to the goat. He is the GOAT. I'm sure
- 2:02:59Speaker 1: his birthday week he wants to spend it.
- 2:03:01Speaker 4: Designing some major pod shows.
- 2:03:02Speaker 1: Making thumbnails for us. But he will project how I'll play.
- 2:03:05Speaker 1: Shirt about a boner. Goat kidults. What else? Access the Capitol.
- 2:03:10Speaker 4: Access the Capitol is the one I would wear. Better
- 2:03:13Speaker 4: have access to the Capitol.
- 2:03:15Speaker 1: Use the hashtag AskMajorPod. If we choose your question, we
- 2:03:19Speaker 1: will send you a.
- 2:03:21Speaker 2: Prize.
- 2:03:22Speaker 1: And luckily I have access to Capitol to get those stamps.
- 2:03:25Speaker 4: Matt's question, Brandon Narlok at Go4Narly. He says, when Matt
- 2:03:28Speaker 4: is buying a prototype or Brian is buying a rare
- 2:03:30Speaker 4: sign Hasbro, how much research do you guys do to
- 2:03:33Speaker 4: confirm authenticity and what's the biggest item you passed on
- 2:03:36Speaker 4: because you thought it was fake?
- 2:03:39Speaker 1: I think luckily a lot of like fake doesn't exist
- 2:03:43Speaker 1: in this world, I feel like, right? Because it's too deep.
- 2:03:48Speaker 4: Like eight years ago or 10 years ago, there was
- 2:03:50Speaker 4: a lot of fake 8x10s on eBay, I remember.
- 2:03:52Speaker 1: There's still that. That's different because there's no, like, cost
- 2:03:57Speaker 1: to that.
- 2:03:58Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 2:03:59Speaker 4: Right.
- 2:04:00Speaker 2: Like, you could buy a stack of Dusty Rhodes 8x10s
- 2:04:04Speaker 2: that you just got made, right, for cents each and
- 2:04:07Speaker 2: try to work, do a signature and sell them off
- 2:04:09Speaker 2: if you're a scumbag or whatever, right?
- 2:04:11Speaker 1: I think if you're taking.
- 2:04:14Speaker 2: A $ 250 Texas Tornado Hasbro, mint on card, and you're
- 2:04:18Speaker 2: trying to fake an autograph, like, it's just not common.
- 2:04:22Speaker 1: It's not going to happen.
- 2:04:22Speaker 4: Yeah, I see what you're saying.
- 2:04:23Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying?
- 2:04:25Speaker 1: Especially for the prototypes. First of all, I've held in
- 2:04:27Speaker 1: my hand hundreds of prototypes. You can tell just by
- 2:04:30Speaker 1: looking at it what's real and what's fake. You know,
- 2:04:35Speaker 1: over the past couple years there's been a lot of
- 2:04:37Speaker 1: custom two-ups and things and people are getting really good
- 2:04:40Speaker 1: with the 3D printing. But to me, once you hold
- 2:04:42Speaker 1: it in hand, even visually looking, I can tell if
- 2:04:45Speaker 1: it's original or not. But for what I've done, most
- 2:04:50Speaker 1: of the time, if I'm questionable about something, I buy
- 2:04:53Speaker 1: it and then do the research after.
- 2:04:54Speaker 2: Which is crazy. Not recommended, but... I would recommend that.
- 2:04:59Speaker 2: I guess you're just... That's FOMO situation.
- 2:05:01Speaker 4: Well, if it's a good price, you just get it.
- 2:05:03Speaker 1: Or that, yeah, if there's that. For instance, like the
- 2:05:05Speaker 1: tugboat guy. That two-up painted tugboat was on the internet
- 2:05:10Speaker 1: for sale for years. And everyone said, fake, fake, fake, fake, fake.
- 2:05:15Speaker 1: And the big reasoning they use is their smoking gun,
- 2:05:18Speaker 1: which wasn't a fucking smoking gun, wasn't even a super soaker,
- 2:05:21Speaker 1: was that the red and white lines on his stomach
- 2:05:26Speaker 1: weren't painted straight. Well, asshole, they're hand painted. It'll never
- 2:05:30Speaker 1: be perfectly straight. So people were saying fake, fake, fake, fake, fake.
- 2:05:33Speaker 1: Then years later, I found the polyurethane tugboat figure unpainted.
- 2:05:40Speaker 1: I'm like, holy shit. This matches that two up perfectly.
- 2:05:45Speaker 1: So like I went and I found tugboat guy, but
- 2:05:47Speaker 1: there's other instances where like, where Brutus the bar beefcake,
- 2:05:51Speaker 1: the mega maniacs, it was up there. I wouldn't say years,
- 2:05:54Speaker 1: but for a while for sale. People were like, nah, fake, fake, fake. Photoshopped,
- 2:05:59Speaker 1: you know, card back. I'm like, I'm going to buy
- 2:06:01Speaker 1: this and prove it was real. Later, I was able
- 2:06:03Speaker 1: to prove it was real based on finding the original Hasbro,
- 2:06:08Speaker 1: you know, the uncut sheet of the cards, of the
- 2:06:13Speaker 1: card backs. Long story short, the only thing that I
- 2:06:16Speaker 1: have bought that I haven't been able to confirm it's real...
- 2:06:21Speaker 1: is a WCW Galoob repaint Z-Man in orange. I have
- 2:06:28Speaker 1: not been able to prove it's real. CAS was not
- 2:06:31Speaker 1: able to... They didn't know if it was fake, but
- 2:06:34Speaker 1: they couldn't prove it was real. So I still have it.
- 2:06:38Speaker 1: I don't have it displayed in my collection. I personally
- 2:06:41Speaker 1: believe it's real, but I am so not sure that
- 2:06:45Speaker 1: I don't have it on display. But I have it
- 2:06:48Speaker 1: just in case... It might be, and I don't know
- 2:06:50Speaker 1: how I would ever prove it's real.
- 2:06:53Speaker 2: As far as my autos and stuff, I'm pretty psychotic
- 2:06:56Speaker 2: when it comes to Hasbro-era dudes' autographs, and I'm a
- 2:07:00Speaker 2: lunatic about ECW guy stuff that I can just tell
- 2:07:03Speaker 2: and sense.
- 2:07:03Speaker 1: And I always ask, where'd you get this?
- 2:07:05Speaker 2: What's the story?
- 2:07:06Speaker 1: Always do your due diligence.
- 2:07:07Speaker 2: Of course.
- 2:07:08Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm never buying something completely blind. Of course I'm
- 2:07:11Speaker 1: asking questions like that.
- 2:07:12Speaker 2: And that said, I have definitely seen fake Candido autographs
- 2:07:15Speaker 2: on eBay and stuff and things like that. I can
- 2:07:17Speaker 2: just tell, unless... He was highly intoxicated or whatever, fucked
- 2:07:22Speaker 2: up on something, you know, which in the wrestling world
- 2:07:25Speaker 2: is not the craziest assumption, right?
- 2:07:27Speaker 4: Well, especially if, you know, they were doing a podcast
- 2:07:30Speaker 4: live show, you know.
- 2:07:32Speaker 2: How many Macardona live autos are there?
- 2:07:35Speaker 1: Also, guys, in the era, I'm not speaking about the Candido,
- 2:07:39Speaker 1: but like the era of modern wrestlers where you're doing
- 2:07:41Speaker 1: a K & S signing, a high spot signing, you're
- 2:07:43Speaker 1: signing thousands of autographs a day. The ones at the
- 2:07:45Speaker 1: end are going to be a little sloppy jalopy. You
- 2:07:47Speaker 1: know what I'm saying? Great question, though.
- 2:07:51Speaker 4: All right, my question here, Xavier Gonzaga, at Xavier Gonzaza,
- 2:07:59Speaker 4: is there a world where... Hogan leaves WWE and does
- 2:08:01Speaker 4: the indie companies route like Mick Foley?
- 2:08:04Speaker 2: 100%. Look at Andre and Macho. Now it's Hogan's estate.
- 2:08:09Speaker 2: It's his family's in charge of it. There could be
- 2:08:12Speaker 2: possibly down the road a discrepancy and he leaves. Okay,
- 2:08:16Speaker 2: I agree with both of you. I read it as like,
- 2:08:19Speaker 2: In like 93 if he goes to the Indies instead
- 2:08:21Speaker 2: of WCW.
- 2:08:22Speaker 1: Oh, no, no, no. No fucking way.
- 2:08:24Speaker 2: No.
- 2:08:25Speaker 4: I actually feel like my thought when I read this
- 2:08:27Speaker 4: was I could see it happening now, but I don't
- 2:08:31Speaker 4: know if it would have happened when he was alive.
- 2:08:33Speaker 4: I don't know if he would have.
- 2:08:34Speaker 1: I think almost the opposite.
- 2:08:35Speaker 2: Anything is possible with any of these guys.
- 2:08:37Speaker 1: Hogan was there.
- 2:08:38Speaker 2: A good player had a disagreement and walked away. Right.
- 2:08:41Speaker 2: Duggan had a disagreement and walked away, and now he's back.
- 2:08:44Speaker 2: It's just time changes people's opinions.
- 2:08:47Speaker 1: I could certainly see it happening. Now, listen, I'm not
- 2:08:50Speaker 1: privy to the lengths of the contracts. I don't know
- 2:08:54Speaker 1: how long. I wouldn't be surprised if he does.
- 2:08:58Speaker 2: I don't know. Lifetime?
- 2:09:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I could see it happening. There's so much money
- 2:09:04Speaker 1: to be made. And now it's weird for me saying
- 2:09:07Speaker 1: this because I have an independent toy company. And based
- 2:09:10Speaker 1: on what we did on the independents as wrestlers, there's
- 2:09:13Speaker 1: so much money to be made on these outside deals.
- 2:09:15Speaker 2: I think it's cool because wrestlers have leverage in that sense. Yeah.
- 2:09:19Speaker 1: I don't need to grovel to this one place. I
- 2:09:21Speaker 1: got options as far as merch goes.
- 2:09:25Speaker 4: All right. Brian's question here. RI collector Hasbro L J
- 2:09:30Speaker 4: N R I who from 1989 to 1994 still needs
- 2:09:33Speaker 4: a retro figure.
- 2:09:34Speaker 2: I read this and like nothing jumped out of me
- 2:09:36Speaker 2: to the point where I'm like, is this the end
- 2:09:37Speaker 2: of retros? Like has every stone been freaking unturned there?
- 2:09:41Speaker 2: Like we got the Owen Hart that we never thought
- 2:09:45Speaker 2: we'd get, you know.
- 2:09:49Speaker 1: There are a couple. I don't think there's any.
- 2:09:50Speaker 2: We got the diesels. We never thought we'd get. We
- 2:09:53Speaker 2: got an exact replica of the Double J. We never
- 2:09:57Speaker 2: thought we'd get. We got men on a mission.
- 2:10:00Speaker 1: I think the top, top guys slash top, top figure
- 2:10:04Speaker 1: wants have been taken care of. I was racking my
- 2:10:08Speaker 1: brain earlier. I do think.
- 2:10:12Speaker 2: Mr.
- 2:10:12Speaker 1: Fuji would be nice, both 80s and like Yokozuna manager,
- 2:10:16Speaker 1: but he's.
- 2:10:16Speaker 2: Like a deal breaker. I think Yokozuna manager would be
- 2:10:18Speaker 2: in the row would be more... Right. But that's not
- 2:10:22Speaker 2: going to make or break your collection.
- 2:10:24Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. There's no make or breaks. I think,
- 2:10:26Speaker 1: like you said, the diesel, the Jeff Jarrett, all the
- 2:10:31Speaker 1: orange cars have been made. We need a Bobby Backlund.
- 2:10:37Speaker 1: Bob Backlund's one. I mean, there's not much going on here.
- 2:10:40Speaker 4: All right, listen to this. This is not exactly the
- 2:10:42Speaker 4: 94 area, but I just thought of this. We had,
- 2:10:46Speaker 4: at one point on the show, a We Want Retros segment.
- 2:10:50Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:10:50Speaker 4: And every week you guys picked, this was when retros died,
- 2:10:53Speaker 4: this was before any company, any indie company was making retros.
- 2:10:57Speaker 4: Every week, one of you guys would pick what they
- 2:10:59Speaker 4: should make as a retro.
- 2:11:00Speaker 2: Okay?
- 2:11:01Speaker 4: Let's see if we.
- 2:11:03Speaker 2: We couldn't even have that segment.
- 2:11:06Speaker 1: Okay.
- 2:11:06Speaker 2: Doesn't exist.
- 2:11:07Speaker 4: Number one, USA Lex Luger. Got it. Made it.
- 2:11:10Speaker 2: Done.
- 2:11:11Speaker 4: One Warrior Nation Ultimate Warrior. Don't have that.
- 2:11:13Speaker 1: That'd be cool, but not necessary.
- 2:11:17Speaker 2: That only makes sense in what Mattel was doing where
- 2:11:19Speaker 2: they were dabbling into WCW. Yes.
- 2:11:23Speaker 4: Vader.
- 2:11:24Speaker 1: Vader.
- 2:11:25Speaker 4: King Harley Race.
- 2:11:27Speaker 2: Got. Xbox. Got.
- 2:11:29Speaker 4: Cactus Jack.
- 2:11:30Speaker 1: Well, Xbox. Did we get Xbox or we got both? No,
- 2:11:32Speaker 1: we never got Xbox. We got six. We just got six.
- 2:11:34Speaker 1: And we just got Cactus Jack.
- 2:11:36Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:11:37Speaker 4: Roddy Piper.
- 2:11:39Speaker 1: Got. You know what? A Ring Gear Piper... Like, early
- 2:11:43Speaker 1: 90s would be nice.
- 2:11:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:11:46Speaker 4: The Barbarian.
- 2:11:47Speaker 2: Got. Got. Unbelievable, he got.
- 2:11:49Speaker 4: The Giant. We don't have The Giant.
- 2:11:51Speaker 1: Never got that, but again, that's in the Mattel. Again,
- 2:11:53Speaker 1: that doesn't really make sense to what we're talking about.
- 2:11:56Speaker 4: But yeah. No, Dolph Ziggler. There's no Dolph Ziggler.
- 2:12:00Speaker 2: I think Ziggler got screwed out of a retro and
- 2:12:02Speaker 2: a pop. For sure.
- 2:12:04Speaker 4: Double J, Jeff Jarrett, we got.
- 2:12:06Speaker 1: Got him.
- 2:12:06Speaker 4: Heath Slater, we got.
- 2:12:08Speaker 1: We got him.
- 2:12:09Speaker 2: Got him.
- 2:12:10Speaker 4: Finger wiggle Scott Hall. We got a Scott Hall.
- 2:12:13Speaker 2: We got a Scott Hall.
- 2:12:14Speaker 4: Big show. We don't have any of that. The Usos.
- 2:12:18Speaker 4: We got the Usos.
- 2:12:19Speaker 1: We got the Usos. Several.
- 2:12:20Speaker 4: Jesse the Body Ventura. We got that.
- 2:12:22Speaker 1: We got it.
- 2:12:22Speaker 4: Jim the Anvil Neidhart. Heart Foundation.
- 2:12:24Speaker 1: Got it.
- 2:12:25Speaker 2: Got it.
- 2:12:26Speaker 4: Bobby Roode. Did not get Bobby Roode.
- 2:12:28Speaker 1: We probably just said that.
- 2:12:31Speaker 4: Batista. Could use a Batista.
- 2:12:34Speaker 1: They didn't make guys of that era, right? It doesn't
- 2:12:37Speaker 1: even make sense.
- 2:12:39Speaker 4: John Morrison. using John Morrison.
- 2:12:42Speaker 2: We said this.
- 2:12:43Speaker 4: Yeah. Christian. I would love a Batista. I would love.
- 2:12:49Speaker 2: Dabbling into a whole nother.
- 2:12:54Speaker 4: Yeah, no, I know. This is not the question, but
- 2:12:56Speaker 4: this is what we said. Hollywood Hogan, we got. The Fiend,
- 2:12:59Speaker 4: we got.
- 2:13:00Speaker 1: Did we get The Fiend?
- 2:13:01Speaker 4: We didn't get The Fiend.
- 2:13:01Speaker 5: Okay.
- 2:13:02Speaker 4: Bob Sparkplug, Holly, we did get. Stone Cold Steve Austin
- 2:13:05Speaker 4: in jeans.
- 2:13:06Speaker 1: Ooh, that would have been nice.
- 2:13:09Speaker 4: A referee.
- 2:13:11Speaker 1: We did. We got Keota. We got Hebner. Yeah.
- 2:13:15Speaker 4: Rick Rude, like a better Rick Rude.
- 2:13:17Speaker 1: Okay, we didn't get that.
- 2:13:18Speaker 4: I could see that. So maybe there you go.
- 2:13:21Speaker 2: Short hair Rick Rude is the only one that I'm even.
- 2:13:23Speaker 4: There you go. That goes with your question.
- 2:13:25Speaker 1: Should we just spend seven minutes on it to come
- 2:13:27Speaker 1: up with kind of a good answer?
- 2:13:28Speaker 4: Two more. Paul Bearer.
- 2:13:30Speaker 1: Got him. Got him. Sick Paul Bearer.
- 2:13:32Speaker 2: Oh.
- 2:13:33Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. Eddie Guerrero.
- 2:13:35Speaker 1: Got him.
- 2:13:36Speaker 4: Last one.
- 2:13:36Speaker 1: Yeah, we did.
- 2:13:37Speaker 4: We got multiple Eddie Guerreros.
- 2:13:38Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:13:39Speaker 4: So that was it. That was the end of the retrospective.
- 2:13:41Speaker 1: There's 10 companies making these figures. We're going to get
- 2:13:44Speaker 1: it all.
- 2:13:45Speaker 4: Yeah, and Mitch kind of has the new gen.
- 2:13:47Speaker 1: Even Mitch means like quang.
- 2:13:48Speaker 2: I can't even think of a deep cut.
- 2:13:50Speaker 1: Mitch is just making guys who are under contract, so
- 2:13:52Speaker 1: you never know what's going to happen.
- 2:13:54Speaker 2: There you go.
- 2:13:55Speaker 1: Mitch will make the short hair rig rude for us.
- 2:13:58Speaker 1: Mitch could have Cena coming next. Scott Taylor. They made
- 2:14:02Speaker 1: a Scott Taylor. He cruises Askins. FC made a Scott Taylor.
- 2:14:07Speaker 4: Damn. Imagine FWF with retros. and whatever alright.
- 2:14:13Speaker 1: Let's go do some good housekeeping alright youtube.com slash at
- 2:14:32Speaker 1: major WF pod we got some great stuff what's the
- 2:14:38Speaker 1: vlog that's going up today.
- 2:14:40Speaker 4: We went to one of the coolest collections I've ever seen.
- 2:14:44Speaker 4: It's a fan of ours.
- 2:14:46Speaker 2: Indescribable.
- 2:14:49Speaker 4: Basically has a museum. That's the way I kind of
- 2:14:51Speaker 4: thought it looked like. It was a museum of carded figures.
- 2:14:55Speaker 4: Not to give a ton of things away, but he
- 2:14:57Speaker 4: has like a secret door, Broski, that goes to the
- 2:14:59Speaker 4: vault that holds all his really rare figures.
- 2:15:04Speaker 1: Indescribable experience.
- 2:15:06Speaker 4: And what we were learning about is he kind of
- 2:15:08Speaker 4: went off the deep end with McFarlane sports figures like
- 2:15:13Speaker 4: you did with Hasbro WWF. So he's got these one-of-one accidental,
- 2:15:23Speaker 4: not accidental, but the color of this guy's gear or
- 2:15:25Speaker 4: the shape of this guy's uniform that only came out
- 2:15:30Speaker 4: once or whatever. So he's cornered the market on that.
- 2:15:34Speaker 4: Crazy wrestling displays.
- 2:15:36Speaker 2: It's a surreal experience. I can't wait for everyone to
- 2:15:39Speaker 2: see it.
- 2:15:40Speaker 4: Very wild.
- 2:15:43Speaker 1: Plus the K & S clean-up coming in. K &
- 2:15:45Speaker 1: S clean-up's coming next week. Brian unboxed the whole AAA Kellyanne.
- 2:15:51Speaker 4: That was last week, yep.
- 2:15:52Speaker 1: Hasbro Hallway's getting up there in the numbers. A lot
- 2:15:54Speaker 1: of good stuff over on youtube.com slash at majorpod. And

- 2:18:47Speaker 2: All right. What a week. First, this Thursday, live at

- 2:18:55Speaker 2: I will be there representing CollectMajor.com. We have the exclusive
- 2:18:58Speaker 2: Macho Man. We have the exclusive Macho Man to Whatnot

- 2:19:08Speaker 2: down Comic-Con locations. All day long, New York City, Javits.
- 2:19:13Speaker 2: Thursday night, Impact Rarity Show. It's the battle for supremacy
- 2:19:17Speaker 2: in the call your shot gauntlet. I am the greatest
- 2:19:19Speaker 2: call your shot gauntlet competitor of all time. And I
- 2:19:23Speaker 2: will cement that this Sunday when the big one bound
- 2:19:27Speaker 2: for Glory, Tampa, Florida.
- 2:19:29Speaker 1: Sunday, October 11th.
- 2:19:30Speaker 2: Be there.
- 2:19:31Speaker 1: But I'm also hitting a convention. Grapple Con 5. Glory Days.
- 2:19:37Speaker 2: The Residence Inn in Lutes, Florida. Look at this lineup.
- 2:19:41Speaker 2: Vampiro in the house. My boy Steve Carino, the legendary
- 2:19:44Speaker 2: Gail Kim, Tommy Rich with that beautiful head of hair
- 2:19:47Speaker 2: of his right there in that photo, broski. I will
- 2:19:50Speaker 2: be there with Moose representing TNA Wrestling, meeting and greeting
- 2:19:55Speaker 2: and deleting. So come check us out there. I'm excited
- 2:19:57Speaker 2: to hit a convention in Florida. I haven't done that
- 2:20:00Speaker 2: in a long time. And then, like I said, Bound
- 2:20:02Speaker 2: for Glory. And then I stay on the road and
- 2:20:04Speaker 2: head to Alabama for TNA TV. So I got a
- 2:20:07Speaker 2: hell of a week coming up. Oh, man.
- 2:20:10Speaker 4: For the first time ever, Brian will be remote.
- 2:20:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's going to be interesting. I might just be
- 2:20:15Speaker 1: on my cell phone sideways. I have two appearances. Well,
- 2:20:23Speaker 1: I have a bunch of appearances in New Orleans Thursday
- 2:20:27Speaker 1: for Money in the Bank. And then I'm pretty sure
- 2:20:30Speaker 1: I will be at New York Comic Con on Friday.
- 2:20:32Speaker 2: I was going to say, what is your schedule there?
- 2:20:34Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know yet. So as of now,
- 2:20:38Speaker 1: the plan is to be In New York Friday for
- 2:20:41Speaker 1: New York Comic Con. Got those Collect Major Big Rubber
- 2:20:44Speaker 1: Guy exclusives. I'm hoping they sell out.
- 2:20:47Speaker 2: Ooh, yeah.
- 2:20:48Speaker 1: Right place, right location. In stock item. Very fun. Yankees
- 2:20:53Speaker 1: in the playoffs. Going to be interesting.
- 2:20:56Speaker 4: Well, I'm off for a couple weeks, but you know
- 2:20:58Speaker 4: what that means.
- 2:20:59Speaker 1: Oh, no.
- 2:21:00Speaker 4: I'm back on Whatnot.
- 2:21:02Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 2:21:02Speaker 1: Mark finally. Mark had like a Whatnot epiphany the other day.
- 2:21:06Speaker 4: Yeah, getting the itch a little bit. You know what
- 2:21:08Speaker 4: it is?
- 2:21:09Speaker 1: I could be making money. It was like, it was,
- 2:21:12Speaker 1: it was baffling. I was like, Mark is like the laziest,
- 2:21:15Speaker 1: hardest work I've ever met.
- 2:21:16Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:21:16Speaker 1: It doesn't even make sense.
- 2:21:17Speaker 4: You know what? I will accept that.
- 2:21:19Speaker 1: It doesn't make any sense.
- 2:21:20Speaker 4: I will accept that because I work hard on the
- 2:21:22Speaker 4: things that I really love and, and have passion for,
- 2:21:26Speaker 4: but I am so fucking lazy when it comes to shit.
- 2:21:29Speaker 4: I just don't really love. Now I was the, I
- 2:21:33Speaker 4: was probably the worst employee of all time as far
- 2:21:35Speaker 4: as like my shoot job went. You know, like one
- 2:21:39Speaker 4: of those just fuck off work kind of guys.
- 2:21:41Speaker 2: Doesn't make sense.
- 2:21:42Speaker 4: Yeah, so I'm back at whatnot. That arm thing is
- 2:21:48Speaker 4: really messing me up because I really want to do
- 2:21:50Speaker 4: a loosey sale, but my OCD can't bring myself to
- 2:21:53Speaker 4: do it unless I match everything. And I've got too
- 2:21:56Speaker 4: much shit.
- 2:21:56Speaker 1: You just photo match on the internet.
- 2:21:58Speaker 4: I know, but I got to sit down.
- 2:21:59Speaker 2: You know what's very helpful?
- 2:22:00Speaker 1: Ringside YouTube videos.
- 2:22:02Speaker 2: Yes.
- 2:22:03Speaker 4: But I have to do that.
- 2:22:04Speaker 2: Also, I meant to say this when we were talking
- 2:22:06Speaker 2: about this earlier. Like, Hibbley Jim, this figure's so old
- 2:22:09Speaker 2: that the old one way beforehand, so I can just,
- 2:22:13Speaker 2: it's an easy switch.
- 2:22:14Speaker 1: Like, there's no work putting that at all.
- 2:22:15Speaker 4: Yes. No, I do have some. I probably have 50
- 2:22:18Speaker 4: that I have all together anyway.
- 2:22:20Speaker 1: So who cares?
- 2:22:22Speaker 4: I would like to do a Lucy with some big
- 2:22:23Speaker 4: rubber guys.
- 2:22:24Speaker 1: Who's Lucy?
- 2:22:25Speaker 4: Plus signed, inscribed Smart Mark Sterling figures.
- 2:22:29Speaker 1: Wow. And you have new dual autos.
- 2:22:33Speaker 4: Oh, I got the cards, yeah. I got really cool
- 2:22:35Speaker 4: cards from Ken's, including Brian Meyer's autographs.
- 2:22:40Speaker 1: Very, very cool. All right.
- 2:22:43Speaker 4: I think that's it.
- 2:22:44Speaker 1: We'll see you next week. Check out, play your ass
- 2:22:47Speaker 1: on out of here.
- 2:22:49Speaker 8: One, two, three. I'll be back, Jack.
