Facebook just won a world's first battle with a sovereign government and trounced the ridiculous Australian Media Bargaining Code, making the Scott Morrison government look very silly indeed. Not that you would know that reading the mainstream Aussie media as they are the ones who asked for it in the first place, nor the government who claim to have won.
