- Ted Turner: Greetings, everyone. Welcome to Dogs Down South. Hope you're having a really great Thursday night. I think about every part of Southeast is under some kind of rain or clouds or something going on. Hurricane Isaiah's heading towards this Georgia Alabama game, but we're gonna talk all about it. But wanted to welcome in Fish, how are you tonight, man? Adam Fisher: Good buddy. Good, good, good. Sorry I missed you a couple of days ago, but I'm glad to be here today. Ted Turner: Yeah, man. Good to have you back. And Mr. Bobby Riles, coming out the woodwork, we had to like we had to get the presidential like seal of approval. We had to get you we had to get everything, man. How you doing, buddy? Bobby Ryals: but the life has been super busy, super busy, and just excited to be able to to make it back and find time to sit and join you guys and talk about football, man. We're in the thick of it. Adam Fisher: Heck yeah. Ted Turner: We're in the thick of it, man. We're in the thick of it. It's Georgia, Alabama. Man man, like I don't know, man. It's hard sometimes. You you're in this part of the year in Georgia, Alabama, and you're excited about it, but you're also like it's a daunting feeling because you know we haven't come out on the the the best side of this game in a long, long time. I was telling Fish last week, I was like, man. To wake up on a Sunday and a Monday morning knowing we got over that hump of a regular season Alabama victory, would be would just be something that would be incredible, man. And I can already like feel it. It'd be nice to talk about it. But we're gonna talk about number one, if the game's gonna be played, where, when, what they're saying. And number two, we're gonna dig into keys to victory. We're gonna talk all things, Georgia, Alabama. We're gonna cover as much as we possibly can do. And then we're gonna pick all the SEC games around the Southeastern Conference this weekend. But before we do so, I know we have some some people that's following us on on TikTok tonight. So welcome in. I know we don't normally hop on the TikTok platform, but we're on there. So welcome in. Thank you for the follow. And if you haven't done so, go ahead and follow us as well as on Apple Podcast Dogs down south and Spotify and YouTube dogs down south. gentlemen. I will ask you really quick, I'll pose the question first for you, Fish. Like when you think about Georgia Alabama, right? Two undefeated teams, five and what comes to mind? What has been on your mind about this week as we lead up to Saturday? Adam Fisher: Just how over like the moon the media is for Alabama now and how we seem to always be the villain in games like this. Like it's all about the other team. It doesn't matter if we're playing Texas, Bama. It just it's like our brand isn't cool enough for them to get behind. It's not gonna draw viewers and draw attention. I don't know what whatever it is. There's some some reason and Bama fans and whoever else cannot tell me I'm wrong. Pay attention. If you pay attention, if you watch these shows and game day and all that crap, like you'll see it. Like you see it. Like they have this big hoopla plan this weekend. Saban's documentaries releasing. Like and it all coincides. Bryce Young's coming back to be the guest picker and it's just like it's it's all setting up against us. And then here we are about to come crash this party and man, I can't wait. Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: Wow, man. Wild. I I think you just probably nailed it on the head that every every Georgia fan was thinking this week, man. But Adam Fisher: Mm-hmm. Ted Turner: Bobby, how about yourself, man? I see you've been chiming in on a lot of Braves action and land this Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: you know all of Georgia is coming off of the the the Braves defeat. we're down here in in southern Florida with our sixty million dollar roster beating the Yankees. so but other than that, man, like how excited is How excited but mixed emotions has it been for this week for you? Bobby Ryals: Yeah, man, so when I think of Alabama, man, there's a word that just pops in my head, it's nemesis, right? and almost unfortunately kryptonite. it Ted Turner: Right, right. Bobby Ryals: has I think back since Kirby's time there, I don't think we've ever beaten Bama back to back games. You know? that sticks in my mind and it being intusculosa that sticks in my mind and just that's that one if there is one area that anybody could knock Kirby smart four, it would be his head to head against Alabama. And we've got to be honest about it. it is what it is, right? Like and I you know, praise God I was born in in Georgia, man, I got all my teeth, right? I could have been in Alabama and but Adam Fisher: That's right. Bobby Ryals: and go dogs. But but but the truth of the matter is, man, if you look at the head to heads since Kirby's been there and and even, you know, a little under Rick, but We weren't really that relevant until Kirby. that has been our biggest speed bump along the way and Ted Turner: Yeah. Bobby Ryals: I'm just ready to get in a a place where we've beat more than once in a row, right? Start Ted Turner: Yeah. Yeah. Bobby Ryals: a streak. Adam Fisher: I agree. Ted Turner: Yeah, man. We're I mean, we're asking the question, like, is is it really about Alabama being that good? Or has college football simply decided that Georgia has to prove itself over and over against Alabama? And here's the thing, man, like I keep telling people, we're coming off a victory in the SEC championship against Alabama last year. Now, there was different players on the roster, but not really for this Georgia team. Not really. I mean, a lot of the returning defense from that team. a good chunk of the returning offense, minus receivers, obviously, but a lot of players were in this game last year where Georgia kind of had the perfect I would say it's like the perfect storm from four quarters, right? I mean, we started out hot. I think that's a that's a huge thing. we we held the the Alabama rushing attack and we did some things that we typically don't do against Alabama, which we're going to discuss later, but My question to both of you guys is is like, is this really like a Georgia, Alabama thing? Or could possibly a lot of this, I'll let you guys both kind of eat away at this, could a lot of this just be it's more like mental? It's a psyche thing. We're playing Alabama. What are the players thinking? And I mean, I don't even think it's a Saban thing anymore because Caitlin De Boer, who I'm I'm really sad to admit, like Caitlin De Boer kind of owns this thing as well right now. So it's not really just a saving thing. So what is the psyche with this game? Because a lot of people are saying the same thing. They're like it's Alabama. They're even like talking out of their minds on the internet. It's it's crazy to see. Bobby, you're on a roll. I'll go to you first. Like what's the psyche behind all this? Bobby Ryals: You know, i it's interesting. I I know a few years ago, I think it was the year that we won the Natty against Alabama, even Kirby was asking himself that. He brought in counselors, right? and to see, hey, how do we get over this? Are they in our heads? and you've gotta do that. I think that this might be the time that you turn that page because here's the thing, when we played them in last year, right? And those guys that we won with very young. Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: was one of the youngest rosters in college football, still is. The Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: the the thing that makes Georgia an outlier is that they have that that youth, but most people that have that youth don't have the experience. And we're kind of that unicorn where you've got a combination of both. You still got young guys, but they've got some time on the field, right? and so I don't wanna get too deep into this because I know we'll probably break down Keelan Russell in a little bit, but you know, Kirby is a master genius. This kid's a freshman quarterback. There are gonna be some things coming at him that he doesn't see. So so do I think it's a it's in our heads? I guess we'll find out Saturday. Yeah? Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Right. Yeah. It it's Fish, I I'll I'll trigger it to you too. Like, I think Bobby hit the nail on the head. It's like possibly, like it could be a possible roadblock for a lot of our players. However, we saw two different outcomes last year. Yes, we saw a loss, but like I think is I think what w the key thing we saw against Alabama last year during the regular season was we were like a couple of questionable decisions away. From winning that game in in in in Athens. And then obviously when you get over those questionable decisions, you you win very convincingly in Atlanta. And so like Fish, it's not the Kalen De Boer thing, but like I think is it more fans based, Fish? Like are fans churning it up as this and the players really don't hear it? What do you think? Adam Fisher: I think I think a lot of our team is too young to to feel like there's some sort of stigma or some sort of black magic or voodoo that's going on. I think it they're they're one and one. Most of our starters are one and one against Bama. Most of our key position players. You know, Gunnar's been there for a little bit, you know, KJ's been there for a little bit, Ellis has been there for a little bit, you know, he remembers, you know, getting burnt by Ryan Williams three years ago in Tuscaloosa. You know, and I'm sure he wants to make up for that. You know, but w it's not like they're just they got our number every time. We beat when it matters. Okay, not that games in the regular season don't matter, but you know, we beat when we playing for championships. You know, the record's a little different. plus we got last year, twenty eight to seven. I don't think they've beat us by twenty one ever. Well not recently at least anyway, so I I think it's just something for the fans and the media to make a big deal out of. They need stuff to talk about and that's obviously the writing on the wall. So No, but I I don't feel like it it's in our players' head. Maybe Kirby like, damn, we gotta beat this so they shut the cra you know, they shut up about this and making this such a big deal out of it, you know, feeding us rap poison or whatever, Ted Turner: Right. Right. Adam Fisher: trying to psych us out. I don't know what it is, but I I don't know. I I don't I don't it doesn't bother me like that. I think there's a e it's equal opportunity every year, every time we play Ted Turner: Yeah, you know, one thing I I did hear was, you know, you haven't heard a lot of things coming out of Athens as far as this hurricane and weather and things of that nature. And one thing that really brought me to the fact that I do think that it's more the fans that stir this up. I think Kirby does a really good job of controlling social media and controlling the players and speaking to them on a daily basis about how emotions can literally steal the very thing you work on every day so hard. You know, you go through bloody Tuesdays, you go through the summer where where, you know, Kirby's Kirby has put has put his players in all elements. You know they saw rain. You know they saw they obviously saw hundred degree temperatures and it's paid off this year, right? But when you look at all those aspects of it and you get into the real thick of it, I think that is a team this year that knows what's ahead of them. you're gonna see, I mean, just I'm telling been telling Georgia fans all week, get ready. You're gonna see the game. I mean, game day's moved inside. It's gonna be, I don't know the name of the gym in Alabama. Nobody really cares. but but they but they moved game day in the gym. Pat McAfee is scattering it all over. and you know, it it it's part of the what do you call it, the pageantry of college football in Georgia, Alabama. But you're gonna see probably Alabamas all across the board. But I do remember there's been plenty of years where we've played the same mix. We went to Texas and you know, you saw Texas and they were kicking their cowboy boots on on the top of the desks and everybody was against Georgia. The pageantry of all this is is that Kirby and and the players, they don't I really don't think they they're bothered by this. Like it's a thing we see and we worry about, but they don't worry about. let's get into it real quick. So stats. let's let's hop in and let's look at what we're looking at. So both teams five and okay number two, number six. Alabama, 49.6 points per game. Georgia, 51.4, very close there. Total offense, man, it is so close, man. 478.8 yards of total offense, 473.8 for Alabama. the rushing is the difference, I think. 213 yards per per game, 186. passing very close, 265 to 287 for Alabama. Points allowed. 20.8 for Alabama, 13.4 for Georgia. and then the last thing is turnover margin is very much the same as well, plus six, plus seven, which for both teams is very, very good. I mean, I would tell you that for Georgia in years past, that number has been drastically different. and then then we we look at like through five games, national rankings worth discussing excuse me. total offense twenty second nationally is where Georgia's at. Right behind them is Alabama twenty-fifth. The big statistic is Georgia's total defense. They rank eight. Allowing 244 yards. Alabama ranks 39th, 312. Georgia scoring offense, number one in college football right now at 51.4 points per game. scoring defense about number 11 or 12 nationally. Alabama scoring offense number two. That's the that's the thing. Number one doesn't seem great until you hear number two, right? And then scoring defense, Alabama's around 50th. Question here is this: when you look at these numbers, Is Alabama actually the more complete team, or is Georgia being underrated because Alabama has the bigger national reputation? And I know we I don't want to drill this in the in the ground, but like what does does is literally the only thing media is publicizing this week is because Georgia can't beat Alabama during the regular season. What are we thinking? Adam Fisher: That's that's all they got. Bobby Ryals: Everything is relative. I was saying I was just saying yeah, I was just looking up some stats just a second go just to kind of make sure I was on the right track. everything is relative. Like you run through those those numbers and they're all very similar. You look at that total offense as like neck and neck, right? It's a coin flip. It's a coin flip. Here's where you get to the meat and the potatoes of it. Right? People want to talk about schedules, right? The best defense that Alabama has faced was Florida State. Their defense ranks 60th nationally. Georgia hung a ton on Oklahoma, whose defense was ranked fifth in the country. So, you know, who you play matters, but people want to give credit just because we started our season with a couple of of of teams, which, you know, I I don't if I'm a season ticket holder, I don't want all the cupcake games. I want to go see an exciting game. But I also want to look at the health of college football. If it weren't for those games, those schools would fold. They wouldn't have football programs. You know, but when you start looking at statistically, you know, Alabama has this big brand just because of their history. Well, you know, I watch on the field and I'm not saying they're a bad team because they're they're a, very good team. I mean, I I really think you're looking at one A, one B to be honest. Miami Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: might be in there somewhere. of course, we don't even want to talk about that level of competition. But you know, you're looking at 1A1B, man, it's a flip of a coin at this point. This game is gonna be what tells it all. and and even at the end of this game we may may still not know. You got the weather coming in. That completely Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Right. Bobby Ryals: changes everything. Ted Turner: I agree. Bish, you wanna add anything to that? Adam Fisher: Yeah, and to your point, Bobby, those little schools can get a quarterback, a running back, and a couple of linebackers with what Georgia pays them to come play You know. So I mean, it it works for everybody. And, you know, it's just the nine game SEC grind, man. That's why and other schools in the past have done the same thing without a nine game SEC grind and and it doesn't seem like it gets as publicized so much. Man, this week, good God, they love to talk about that on Fine Bomb, buddy. in college football live, like the people they have on, man, that's it it comes up. You know, Bama's faced more stiffer competition this year so far than us and apparently they've only played one cupcake and we've played two well three because they're adding Arkansas into that and they love to harp on how Vandy's a shell of their selves from last year and you know so what? You know, I I just they need something to talk about. And they love like flipping the script. Bobby Ryals: Yeah, you you don't know who's on your schedule, right? Adam Fisher: Yep, exactly. Ted Turner: Well, mean I mean, I I put a video out there today and you know, the number one thing I just want to know this, like, why is it always if Georgia beats Alabama, right? If in the playoffs, right? Or playoffs or SC championship, it's because Bama wasn't really as good as everybody hyped them up to be. But if Alabama beats Georgia, Georgia is like I mean, Alabama is King and Georgia is Kirby can't beat Saban, Debore, you add the but It just comes down to the fact of there has to be a narrative and the way that the fans control it is always built off of the regular season. And so like I think we could all three agree with this. Do you know how bad not only from a sense of winning that Georgia Alabama game, but know how bad I want to break this hex. Like, next year at this time, I would love to be sitting there going, Okay, kind of like a few years back when we won the national championship after What, 1980? It was gone, right? And then we won it twice. We haven't heard about 1980 in a long time, right? I just want to, I want to win so that I don't have to hear about this crap anymore. So I can look at Bama Vans and be hey man, anything else you got because that's over with. We Bobby Ryals: Right. Ted Turner: owned, we owned you in the s in the in the in the playoffs, and now your regular season crap is over with, right? Adam Fisher: That's right. Yep. Yeah. Find another story to read, man. Ted Turner: man. So right, right. So let's let me I'm gonna ask each of you this. I'll I'll give you Bobby, I'll give you Alabama first. What's the biggest misconception about this Alabama team that you think is out there right now? Bobby Ryals: man, I don't I don't know. I tell you I think well I'll say this. I think that they have been tagged Maybe Ohio State maybe a little bit, but they I think they're overhyping their receivers, to be honest. you ha you've best defense you've played is Florida State. Right? And if Satan doesn't call in for for the Lord to come down and do a lightning strike, you know, Ted Turner: Right. Bobby Ryals: you you you probab they probably lose that game, man. They were on their heels like Ted Turner: Right, right, right, right. Bobby Ryals: bad, right? and so, I don't I I've watched Ryan Williams drop several balls. Why? open. Drop several balls. Right? So so I think that they're giving Alabama a little bit too much credit out wide on offense. Ted Turner: Mm. I like that. I like that. Fish, what about for Georgia? Like what would you say is a misconception that you think is for Georgia? Like, do you feel like we're getting a little more credit in some areas than we're doing? Adam Fisher: No, it's that we can't beat Bama during the regular season. That's the misconception. Ted Turner: That's an easy fallback, right? Adam Fisher: I mean yeah, I mean it's low hanging fruit, but yeah. Like that's it's I've been watching okay, so I got off work early today, came home and I sat in my room and I've been watching the talking heads on T V for three hours. And I've Bobby Ryals: Mm. Ted Turner: Don't do it, bro. Don't do it. Adam Fisher: just never heard s so much crap in my life. Like it's j it's it's like the Texas game a couple of years ago, dude. Like, I mean I'm just sitting there with my jaw open, you know, just flabbergasted. Like that they're just so in love, like, with this team that we're playing, whether it be Bama or Texas, and expect the same thing on game day this I'm not watching game day this weekend. I'm gonna watch SEC Nation like Ted Turner: Yeah. Adam Fisher: I always do. I don't watch game day. I except for the picks. I watch the picks, that's it. because it's all drama and and hoopla now. Like it's not really what it used to be, you know. God bless Corso. Bobby Ryals: Yeah, well Ted Turner: Yeah. Bobby Ryals: just to chime in on and piggyback off of that, Fish, I think well one thing we have to keep in mind is these guys are probably fed a set of highlights and they don't Adam Fisher: Mm-hmm. Yep. Bobby Ryals: they don't have time to watch every single game every week, right? And so there's Adam Fisher: They love to act like they do though. Bobby Ryals: Yeah, yeah, and and there's y you don't see a whole story based on just highlights. There are a lot of plays and a lot of things that happen, a lot of context that gets left out, when you're just watching highlights. You know, I watch Alabama highlights and they look like they are from another planet. You know, like I mean like Keelon Russell busting loose and he he's got great wills and he's got a good arm and you know, but like I also see all my Alabama buddies complaining like the whole game, you know, about the the play Ted Turner: Yeah. Bobby Ryals: of the the team. So, you know, it is what it is, man. They they got a narrative they want to pitch and they're gonna do everything they can to do that. Adam Fisher: That's right. Absolutely. Ted Turner: Yeah. Yeah, nobody's no nobody's showing Ryan Coleman Williams those drops and nobody's showing, you know, I saw it last week, but nobody's showing Daniel Hill fumble the ball. I mean, they said it on Brooks Austin said it. I mean, Daniel Hill is like centimeters away from these two other backs. Like as soon as they can get the playbook and as soon as they can get a little bit more at a playing level, obviously they can only be attained sometimes through reps. I mean, apparently this guy's gonna be On the bench. I mean, this Crowell kid from from Alabama. But last question before we get into like some like we're gonna highlight some players on both sides of the ball. But the one thing I wanna ask you is is for all of our like fans, I mean, I I'm gonna repeatedly say this, but some people need to take their cellular devices from their granddads and their dads. things of that nature on Saturday because some of the stuff that I see is absolutely wild, man. I mean, Gunner is performing at such a high level right now. And the things I read about the fact that did anybody see the throw against and I mean, if fish I apologize. We didn't have our fish out of water segment. Adam Fisher: Yeah, it's all good. Ted Turner: for for your Arkansas review in the fish out of water section. But I but I mean like man Some of the balls that were caught and not caught. Landon Raldon had no choice but to catch that ball. I mean, how do that is an impressive throw from a guy that everybody gives a lot of crap about how how well and how while not well he doesn't throw the deep ball? Talon Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: Taylor missed that ball that I think he did everything he possibly could to not hit him straight in the hands, you know. So but my thing is of this is does do you believe Georgia, like if if Georgia doesn't win? Right? Like, is this a is this a like a is this a daunting moment other than like we can't beat Alabama in the regular season, which we'll hear for another week. But if Georgia doesn't win win this game, what is this what is the outlook for Georgia for the rest of the year? I'll go to you first, Fish. Adam Fisher: Eleven and one heading into the playoffs or heading into the SEC championship game. Like that's what happened last year. Why wouldn't that happen again? Like Ted Turner: So you truly believe you truly believe these are the two best teams in the SEC? Adam Fisher: Yeah, easy. Texas not even close. Well, a close third. Ted Turner: Close there. Well, they got their hands I don't know or do they got their hands full? We'll talk about it later. But Bobby, what do you think, man? I mean, is the sky falling in Georgia if we lose this game? I think there's a lot of people around the country that think this is this is definitely possibly a really good rematch for playoffs later on. What do you think? Bobby Ryals: Man, i if we lose this game, right, like the biggest thing to me, the that that's gonna be a big deal is we're just gonna have to hear these Alabama fans yap all year. but, you know, outside of that, I mean honestly a loss for for either Alabama or Georgia doesn't hurt their chances at all. They're still gonna be both they'll both still be top ten teams. Ted Turner: I agree. I think I think the the answer too in this is like I think it's how. I think it's how either of these teams lose. I I I think if it's a close game, like everybody's thinking, I think neither one of these teams are gonna be really scarred. maybe even the one that loses stays out of the SEC championship and I mean that's another hex that Georgia's under, right? I mean, how many hexes are we under, man? Like we we win the SEC championship and like the other the other teams that weren't even in it go farther than us and then You know, we we lose the regular season Alabama and we kill and win the SEC. I don't know. I guess until the twenty fourteen playoff that they're going to decide on December one comes into play and those games go away. We'll never really know. But I think I think the how is also key in and you know what happens in this. I don't think if it's a twenty seven twenty-four game and and Alabama, you know, Georgia wins twenty-seven twenty-four, I think that's fine score wise. But I think if it's like a thirty-eight, 21 game and Georgia just ran the ball straight down Alabama's throat. I think Alabama's looked at as okay, wait a minute. We didn't really, maybe we didn't really know as much about Alabama as we as we thought, right? And I'll tell you, like, I know that Keelan Russell is not Faison Brandon from Tennessee, but you know, Auburn, I'm sorry, texted something to Tennessee that I thought was really, really, really impressive. I mean, Faison Brandon was clicking on all four cylinders as a freshman for Tennessee. And I've been a person I've been a Josh Heipel fan for a long time. And I think he does a lot of great things with young quarterbacks. But man, Texas, Texas took away Faison Brandon's run slash throw and it made him become a pocket passer. And it was the difference in the game, right? And we're going to talk about Keys to victory, but there's a lot of things that if if it's done right by Georgia, a lot of there are some people out there that are saying if this is done right by Georgia, it could expose Alabama in a lot of areas. that they've not recruited well against, which is their offensive line, and that is totally and then is and in some parts is diminishing, which is their dominant defenses from the past. So let's look at statistical leaders real quick. Let's do a highlight of it of of some players on each side of the ball. number one thing I wanna point out there that we all got on Wednesday yesterday was that John C. Bowens is on the out list. So not sure what's going on there. I I mean, guys, did I miss it? I I I thought he came back in the game after He he tweaked, I could be wrong. Any of you guys see that or was he out? As soon as he went out, was he done? Adam Fisher: I think he was just tweaked a little bit. I think he came in and got a few more carries. But I think he just he yeah, he he's not a hundred percent. Ted Turner: Yeah. I don't know. Maybe he maybe he re injured during the week. Yeah. Maybe you're just not gonna hear about it 'cause Kirby's not gonna say it, but but there is, I mean, some this is not notorious for Georgia, but there is a there is another availability report that comes out because if you remember correctly, Lane Kiffin trolled this one with Sam Levitt earlier in the year. So I'm not saying Kirby's doing that, but I am saying that a lot could change in two or three days. But when we look at Kind of some key statistical leaders on each side of the ball. Obviously, Gunnar Stockton performing at a very high level on the offensive side. 1,049 passing yards, 13 TDs, one interception. His completion rate is a is a 75.5%. He's got a 202.0 passer rating. that that ranks third nationally entering this matchup. Nate Frazier, you wonder how healthy he is. I think actually, I think Nate's fine. I think he was held out a lot because I felt I think I think I felt like we were deep enough in the run game to where we didn't really have to push him back. At least we hope, right, with with Chauncey being out. receiving wise, I mean, we spread it all over the place. Craig Dandridge, Talon Taylor, right there, neck and neck, one seventy-seven, one seventy-six, Sakobi White helt, one thirty-five. Chauncey's in there as well. These are the receivers and gunner are the things that stick out. I want to ask both of you guys. This was something that people were worried about at the beginning of the year, right? Can we throw the ball? Who what what wide receiver is going to step up? Who's going to make the biggest move? Tell me really quick, Bobby, Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: like what are you most excited about as far as on offense? What do you think what do you think we will see a lot of on Saturday from our offense? Bobby Ryals: I think one thing that we've been we've not seen a ton of so far this season, and I think it's really gonna be because of the weather, and I believe it's gonna be the difference maker for us, is I think you'll see us really implement our tight ends a little better. winds are supposed to be, my understanding, somewhere around twenty five miles per hour. throwing a ball up in that kind of wind, man, it's gonna catch it, right? I mean it's gonna be Adam Fisher: Yeah. Bobby Ryals: it's gonna be a nightmare. So any passes that you do see, I do believe will be short, quick routes. and so I think that we'll see our tight ends get engaged a lot in this game. If it were if I was the play caller, that's what you would see because you can't run the ball the whole game. and you've got a room full of the best tight ends in the country. and so I think you'll see some some some tight end play, right? And lost and I mean all of them. Lost and lucky. I I'd like to really see Prothro, right? Like, let's see what he's got. Riddell like looked like Brock Powers in in one of the games. Ted Turner: Right. Bobby Ryals: you you've got Elias Williams. Yeah, I mean the the list just goes on and on and on. You could run those guys in and out of there. Go with the two tight end package, right? Like and just I think you could have a field day. Make those linebackers like cover. You know, and so Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. I like it. Bobby Ryals: I think that's what you'll see. I think that's what you should see, running the ball and then using your tight ends. Ted Turner: Yeah. Fish, if I would have told you that we were gonna have two out of the first five games where ten different people would have caught a pass from Gunnar Stockton, you probably would have said false. we we Adam Fisher: Ha ha ha Ted Turner: don't we probably don't like as much as we've seen the tight end, so Bobby, I super agree with you. Fish, what do think, man? I mean, what do you look at as far as offense? And we we know it could be a sloppy game. I mean, we're gonna be watching the weather really closely tomorrow. First off, for just safety for people in that area of the storm, hoping and praying that Unlike a football game that everybody's, you know, makes it out fine and safe and they're still up in the air questions. Like I don't think that I don't think if this thing takes, you know, if it takes the you know, takes land and it starts doing more than expected, like, yeah, the things could change. But, you know, after that, when you look at, like you said, wins and things things that could come into play, fish, like what do you think this offense looks like, even knowing that Gunner in the air and these wide receivers and a lot of these people have done a lot of damage in the first five games. What could it look like? Adam Fisher: See, I actually think that this that Chauncey being out with the hurricane coming through is is a bigger deal than a lot of people are maybe thinking it is. like, it's just the backup. but no, not the way we utilize our backs. him and Nate run, run, run, run, run, you know, screen to Dwight, you know, or you know, line him up outside on third down or something like that. And I think we're gonna be if it's sloppy, we're gonna G need a heavy dose of the run. and Chauncey not being there is a big deal. I don't want to have to throw the ball downfield a lot, you know. Hopefully it doesn't become a game where we have to sit back and rely on Gunner to help to beat Alabama. Bo Walker is gonna have himself, you know, a game Saturday. That's a name I want everybody to remember. Not that he's invisible, not that we don't know who he is, but I mean he's gonna have to step up. And he's gonna take a large dose of the run too, I believe, especially if Nate re you know, reaggravates his rib injury. You know, 'cause then it's gonna Ted Turner: Yeah. Adam Fisher: be Dwight Phillips and he's a scat back, he's not a bruiser, and we need a bruiser, especially if it's sloppy and it's raining. You know, somebody can just plow ahead Ted Turner: Yeah. Adam Fisher: and go forward, bust his way through the line, which is what Nate's really good at. So, you know, Nate could possibly thrive too if he stays healthy throughout, you know, all four quarters of the game. You know, then I feel good about our chances. Ted Turner: Yeah. I like it, man. I th go ahead. Bobby Ryals: I think that but now I was just gonna say, you know, you you touched on this earlier about Nate, right? Like not playing I and I think he's being rested up for this game. Like he'll have his legs under him, right? and you know, you mentioned Bo Walker, right? The only thing that scares me about Bo Walker is he has been prone to to to fumble the ball a bit. and that's my biggest thing the dude is a like if he gets that issue corrected, that dude is a a workhorse and and with with With Bowens being out, man, like you got him and then you've got Dwight Phillips. Dwight Phillips is not necessarily the guy that's gonna get you a he's not a workhorse. He's that guy Ted Turner: Right. Bobby Ryals: that's gonna bust a long run for you, right? Because his speed is exceptional, but he's a little even though he's put on some weight, he's a little light. Adam Fisher: Exactly. Bobby Ryals: and against an Alabama defense, I I just don't see him being the guy that you go to. And so it's interesting to see what happens like with Nate Frazier and then and then does Bo Walker come in behind him? Is that Ted Turner: Yeah. Bobby Ryals: who we go to, you know? Ted Turner: Yeah. I will I'll kind of go to Alabama's offensive just people to names to look out for because that kind of sets up the question about our defense, right? because I know everybody wants to chime in on this one. I think everybody in America will be talking about this tonight, tomorrow night, Saturday morning. This will be what everybody talks about, right? So obviously passing, Keelan Russell, fourteen fourteen, fourteen hundred fourteen passing yards, eleven TDs, dual threat. has already produced multiple 300 plus total yard games against Florida State, Mississippi State, and South Carolina. just gotta throw that in there because Georgia's been leveled with our schedule so far. nobody's nobody's plugged the whole Oklahoma thing, by the way. And I agree with you. Me and Fish talked about it two weeks ago. Oklahoma, I mean, I haven't seen Alabama, I mean, we I have seen Alabama's defense, but to me, right now. From what I've seen from Oklahoma on tape and what I've seen from Alabama on tape defensively, Oklahoma is the better defensive team. I'm just saying. I'll throw that out there. obviously Bobby Ryals: Yeah, I agree. I agree. Ted Turner: Daniel Hill, rushing rushing back I'm sorry, rushing back, running back by committee. Ryan Coleman Williams is leading and receiving. One of the bigger matchups Georgia has to account for. And I think I'm I think you're right, Fish. I think a lot of these cornerbacks are just really itching to cover Ryan Williams. Another name is Brooks. bro Adam Fisher: And Aguero's not back there to mess things up for us either this time, so that's a good thing. Ted Turner: is I don't I don't I tell you what, man, one of the and I I'm just gonna say it how it is. You can't say it nice. One of the biggest differences, man, has been Khalil Barnes instead of Adam Fisher: Yes. Ted Turner: Aguero. K Khalil Barnes can flat out cover, my friend. And Aguero can flat out not do anything but hit you if the ball's coming towards you and PI you. So man, it's crazy. Bobby Ryals: Ha ha ha. Adam Fisher: Exactly. He's just gonna run in circles. He's gonna start doing random three sixties for no reason. Ted Turner: I agree. I agree. Lotsier Brooks Bobby Ryals: Here's Ted Turner: is another major spectr. Go ahead. Bobby Ryals: Now I was just gonna say you were talking about Alabama's defense. I wanted to share a couple of things with you. Total defense Ted Turner: Yeah, go ahead. Bobby Ryals: ranks, 39th in the nation. Run defense is 10th. Pass defense, 105th. Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. That's weird too, because a lot of that secondary was what Alabama was so excited about. I mean, Alabama's gonna always be, in my opinion, because I Cade Walmack does a really good job of skiing. They do a really good job of recruiting the trenches because everything's been said, you know, you come out of Alabama in the trenches, it's kind of a George DNA, right? Your linebacker, your defensive lineman, you come out of you're gonna you're gonna go pro. so I agree with that. It it's very, it's very kind of backwards. Luke Metz. 36 tackles, Caleb Woodson, 33, Devin Tompkins, 19. And so, you know, when you look at this defense for for for Alabama, statistically a little bit different than Georgia, but really the matchup that's on paper that we look at is I really think it's going to be Keelan Russell versus this Georgia defense. so I'll give it to you both because I know you, I know I think, I think it's warranted some time. People hear me all the time, so I'd rather them hear you. but Bobby Like. This is the this is the game day setup, man. You get your opportunity right here to dive into what every single person on the on the game day crew is going to talk about. That's Keelan Russell versus the Georgia defense. What is what is this matchup going to look like and what does Georgia have to do to Keelan Russell to get a victory on stack? Bobby Ryals: Yeah, you you gotta keep him at bay. He's going to gain some yards with his legs. Right? You just gotta make sure it's not enough to kill ya. the the dude is incredibly I'm not taking anything away from him, he is incredibly athletic. The dude is I mean, in my personal opinion, like he's a freshman now. By the time he leaves, he will I would if things progress the way they they should when he learns the pl playbook, he he stares down all the defenses that are gonna be thrown at him, right? and and gets it between the ears. Dude is lights out. Like Heisman candidate, for sure. Like in in in my mind, right? By the time he's done, he he will absolutely be walking across that stage for a Heisman, gifted as an athlete. I think you have to spy him. keep a guy on him and I think the weather helps us in that because I don't think he's gonna be able to air it out like he normally does. I think about the running game and all that pops up in my mind is negative three yards. Right? and so I don't know I I don't think they'll be able to run the ball. So any rushing that they get will likely come from Russell. If you can keep him at bay and I'd say under a hundred yards rushing, then I think you give yourself a very good shot to win. He's not going to be able to throw the ball around the field. Not because he's not gifted and talented, because 25 mile an hour winds not going to allow him to. And I'll say the same thing for Gunner. those those long shots down the sidelines, those big explosive plays in the passing game, I just don't think you see that with what they're gonna be facing this weekend, and it changes the dynamics of the game. Ted Turner: Right, right. Yeah, that's good. That's good. Fish, Keelan Russell, man. Keelan Russell in this Georgia defense. It's the game day topic. I guarantee it's the number one game day topic. Here's your shot at it, man. Go Adam Fisher: Okay, Ted Turner: ahead. Adam Fisher: so here I I'm gonna set this up. okay, so Saban slash Kirby slash man heavy defense. Struggle historically against mobile scrambling quarterbacks. It was Saban's Achilles heel. You know, and you know despite that I know yada yada yada still greatest coach ever, whatever. okay, so here we go. Okay, it's about eight thirty, okay. 8 30 Saturday night. Okay. Alabama's got the ball. The stand, the the crowd still, you know, kind of hyped, they're pumped. Okay, so it's first down, we get a huge sack, okay. Second down, okay. Little dink dunk, whatever, you know, to whoever they catch it, spike third and eight. Okay. All right. Georgia sides, we're gonna blitz and we're gonna play man. Okay. So we blitz and we don't get to him. Okay, he beats the pressure. Okay, steps up, scramp, you know, splits through the middle, whatever goes out wide, whatever, picks up the first down, reinflates the stadium. Okay. How do we stop that from happening? Because remember last year, what were we like over the century, getting them off the field on third down in the first half? I don't think we stopped a third down. You know, but it wasn't because they Ty Simpson was running the ball on us. We just couldn't stop him on third down. You know, but This is a completely Ted Turner: Yeah. Adam Fisher: different animal. I'm way more nervous about what Keelan Russell's gonna do to us on third down than I was about Ty Simpson. How do we stop that? That's huge. Chris Cole better have the game of his life. Cause that's what we're gonna need, bro. Ted Turner: You know, I I Fish, I don't I I'm I'm you may have just like did I tell you to set me up for this one? I Adam Fisher: Ha ha ha. Ted Turner: was watching on Sunday night, I was watching Brooks Austin, the film guy. I'll give him a a a plug, man. Go watch this guy. He knows ball. He even has a trophy on his desk that says number one ball knower. so he made a key point. Adam Fisher: Nice. His his wife got him then. Ted Turner: he did? Okay. wow, yeah. Adam Fisher: I don't Bobby Ryals: He does though. Like he does. Ted Turner: There you go. Adam Fisher: know. No, I know. I know. Bobby Ryals: I'll give him credit. Ted Turner: He knows the ball. okay, so he he's going through film versus Mississippi State, right? And he said this key. And I think it's been what Georgia has done in the past too. I look I go back and I pulled this tape, and it was like watching the worst horror movie I've ever seen. But I pulled the tape of Trinidad Chambless running around the field in the playoff game in the Sugar Bowl last year. And then I went and pulled the tape of when Bryce Young was at Alabama, Milton. I I encourage you guys if you as long as you can get as long as you can drink something and and just keep your stomach at bay when you watch it, go look at it because I I won't I encourage it because this is why Brooks Austin said this, I think. And I think he knew who he was speaking to. But Mississippi State, the reason why they struggled so much, besides the fact that Camario Taylor was handing out Christmas gifts in October on that day, was because when they were sending four, five, right? They talked about how each player can't play selfish. You can't be a defensive lineman or a linebacker trying to rush the quarterback. And if you get thrown left, you can't be selfish and try to win that battle every single way that you want to try to win that battle. When that happens, it creates incredible lanes for that quarterback to run through. The Georgia defense needs to understand they are one blitzing unit. It needs to be a stifling pocket, and that's what how it needs to happen. So if I am inside technique and I am my my blitz scheme is to go right up the two gap. I can't look and go, man, he's giving me the left side. I know, I know he is, but it's not your problem. Your problem is that hole has to cave and he has to have nowhere to go. But if every and that's what was happening in Mississippi State, man, everybody was out to win, beat their guy, and they were letting lanes just fly open. And guess what he was doing? Stepping up in those holes, running for twelve, dinking for 10, and then he popped a couple big plays. So I think if Georgia can give Brooks Austin a call and let him come in and do a little one one of how to blitz correctly, I think it will be a key for Georgia to win the football game is to understand that that pocket has to It has to collapse. It has to stifle. You have to suck you have to suffocate him and not just because I mean we did it to Trinidad all day long, man. The left side, we got incredible pressure right off the bat, almost unblocked sometimes. But guess where he went? Directly the other way, where the other side of the line was just struggling to to beat their man. But I deem to say once you figured out that you were that you were flying straight through, should you have just changed your angle? And did more of a teamwork thing and been like, look, guys, I'm gonna contain my side until you get your side contained and we gotta take him down together. Right. I think I think it's not a one man show, man. I think this is a this is a very I mean, you you can't Georgia's showing that they're gonna blitz this year. Like they're gonna blitz. Fifty percent of the time, Georgia is blitzing. So they're gonna blitz. And I agree with you. But Bobby Ryals: sure. Say not. Ted Turner: I think that's it. I think I think you can't have any selfish people out there. You I mean, Chris Cole, great football player. Raylan. Incredible, incredible. The linebacking core is great this year. The defensive line, better than we've ever been, in my opinion. This is a really great core of defensive linemen and a really great box. We can't be selfish on Saturday night, man. We got a job to do as a team, right? So, Bobby Ryals: Yeah, when that blitz has to get to him. It has to get to Ted Turner: Yes. Bobby Ryals: him. So when you've got a pocket passer, you can hurry that passer and throw him off. When you've got a guy who is that good with his feet in the pocket, he's not worried about throwing it. Right? Like you you Ted Turner: Uh-huh. Bobby Ryals: you blitz him and you don't get there, he's taking off. And now he's already into second level. Right, so if you're going to blitz Ted Turner: You've created backyard football. Bobby Ryals: if you're going to blitz at that rate, you better get to him or he is going to eat you alive all dang Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: game. Ted Turner: Yeah. It becomes backyard football, man. And Fish, you made a Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: really, really good take on that because I agree with you. We can't play backyard football on Saturday. It has to, we we have some of the best athletes in college football, if not the best. We have to play within ourselves. We have to know the assignment because we did it against Trinidad Chambliss. And guess what? It everybody wants to blame man to man coverage and the cornerbacks. It doesn't matter how good the cornerbacks are. You know how Hard it is to guard one on one for twelve to fifteen seconds. Like it seems Bobby Ryals: Yeah, yeah. Ted Turner: like an eternity running around that field, man. So honestly, at the end of the day, I I trust our secondary. I trust, I think we have no offense, I I I will say three out of four of those guys on that backside are top level talent. I think Khalil Barnes is incredible. I think KJ Bolden is in I'll say four. I think KJ Bolden, obviously we know what KJ can do. And DeMello. I think DeMelo will get coached up from last week. I think the only reason DeMelo didn't really have to take that PI last week. There was just a lot of things last week where DeMelo was playing a little bit scared of getting beat off of one bust. But we can go into that at a later date. But and of course, I mean Ellis, I mean, man, what a great interception last week. Ellis is playing at a high level. You're just not seeing a lot of Ellis because there's not a lot of people throwing at Ellis, right? so real quick, Adam Fisher: Right. I wouldn't either. Ted Turner: five keys to victory. Go ahead, Fish. What are you gonna say? Adam Fisher: No, I was just saying I wouldn't throw it to him either. I wouldn't throw it at him either. Ted Turner: Right. You haven't seen a lot of Everybody keeps asking, you know, these are the these are their granddads and their dads and everything. They're like, Who what what's Ellis doing? Adam Fisher: What's going on? Ted Turner: What'd he do wrong? Well, nobody's throwing to Ellis. You know? It's kinda like when they're out going, Why have I seen Zaydan Walker yet? Is Zayden Walker in trouble? Is he like not is he not doing well? Is he hurt? No, Zaiden Walker is stuck behind three number one draft picks. Or first round draft picks. So I mean Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Yeah. Ted Turner: I'm not s like guys, why would you take three first round draft picks off the field? Like I I agree with him. Keep and Zaydan's gonna be an incredible athlete for us and he's gonna probably do some really great things this year for us. But on third down, if you have Raylan Wilson and you have Justin Williams and you have Chris Cole, yeah, I'm not taking him out either. So that's just me. I'm gonna read off five keys keys to victory, then we're gonna pick these games. I wanna know out of the five though which one you think is the most important. I'll go to each one of you. this will get us towards our picks and we'll wrap up for tonight. first key to victory, man. There's no secret to this one, right? We just talked about it. Don't let Keelan Russell escape, right? Huge. Huge. Georgia's defense has to make Russell play quarterback from the pocket. second thing, we got to win first down. I think we gotta win first down. We gotta consistently put ourselves in obvious, you know, multiple situations where we don't have to rely on the pass. We can we can be flexible. I think we know when Mike Bobo has the entire playbook at his leisure, he does he does much better. run the football. I think it's it the the weather is gonna gonna put us in a situation where both teams are gonna have to commit to the run. But we all know this as well. If you're an SEC football team and you're on the road, if you can't run the football, you're creating more problems for yourself. Four win the turnover battle. These two teams are plus seven, plus six. You got that weird feeling: rain, wind, on the road, pressure. The turnover might turn this game completely over, right? It might put us in a situation where. It could kill us. and the last thing is don't get behind early. For Georgia, don't get behind early. You gotta set the tone early. We know what this we know what this has looked like. We have we have given up bonehead plays in the first half. We've allowed them to score twenty one seventeen, twenty one points and we've held them to zero. And it still ended up being a loss for Georgia. So I think we we all know that the first half is very, very key. especially when you're establishing the fact that Georgia has really, really, really great we have really good second half. wha what's my word for it? Come on, come on, help me out, guys. Adjustments. There we go. Out of all the vocabulary I know in life, adjustments would Bobby Ryals: But just that's for sure, yeah. He's probably some of the best. Adam Fisher: There you go. Ted Turner: not come to me. fish, really quick, out of those five, biggest key out of those five that you think will come up. And you can't pick you Adam Fisher: I mean Ted Turner: can't pick two. You only pick one. Adam Fisher: Okay, well I'm not gonna pick I'm not gonna pick I'm Ted Turner: Yeah, pick two, bro. You can have an honorable mention. You can have an honorable mention. Adam Fisher: I'm not gonna pick the the low hanging fruit. I'm gonna say not getting behind early. Not that we can't catch up because I honestly Ted Turner: I like it. I agree. Adam Fisher: feel like if we did get behind early we could, you know, make some adjustments. Kirby and Glenn are really good s you know, halftime adjustment guys. which that's that's huge for us. I mean that especially last year. It's why we won some of those games last year. that we could have just as easily lost. but that's that's gonna be huge 'cause then that puts pressure on Gunner and if it's raining and it's windy and then we can't throw the ball and we have to just pound and pound and pound the rock. You know, that's the only way we can move the ball, you know, safely, then yeah, it's not gonna behoove us to get behind by like twenty one, you know, fourteen early. Ted Turner: Yeah. Bobby, I'll give you since since Fish cheated, I'll give you an honorable mention, but what what do you think your honorable mention and where you think your number one is? Bobby Ryals: So my honorable mention is actually one that is actually a combination of several things you've said. you can't Ted Turner: So you're really cheating. All right, cool. Adam Fisher: Ha ha ha. Bobby Ryals: yeah, I'm cheating big time. You can't give a short field. Can't Ted Turner: Okay. Yeah. Bobby Ryals: give a short field, whether that's turnovers or they take a gam or we take a gamble and it doesn't work out. you can't give a short field, right? You gotta make go the distance. and then of course Keelan Russell, you know, like you said, Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: the very first one, right? You you can't give him everything. You gotta you gotta keep him at bay. Ted Turner: Yeah. I like it, man. I like it. I I will tell you this. I just wanna do all five. I just wanna do all five, man. If we do all five, man, if Bobby Ryals: Right. That's about it. Ted Turner: we do all five here's the promise, Bobby. And go ahead and go ahead and talk to your wife. If we do all five, man, number one, you never cannot be a part of the Georgia Alabama podcast ever again. And then you gotta you gotta Adam Fisher: That's legit. Ted Turner: be on Monday or Tuesday with you gotta be Adam Fisher: That's legit. Ted Turner: on Monday or Tuesday to celebrate the first one in a long time. Not on Monday morning going, What the hell happened? my gosh, man. All right. Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: Well let's do it, man. We're gonna we're gonna go into our S E C picks, but not before There it is, man. My little jingle. I love it. A little work on it, but Adam Fisher: Love it. Love it, love it, love it. Ted Turner: gives me a little hype, man. It gives me a chance to like actually Adam Fisher: Me too, buddy. Ted Turner: breathe for a second and know where my picks were. Bobby Ryals: Hey shout out to Greg over in the chat, like for a little bit. Yeah, he was he was Ted Turner: Greg wait, wait, Greg's got some chest here we go. I'm in the wrong thing on Greg. Bobby Ryals: we were talking about, you know, not not trying to overdo it and and and doing your job. Stay stay on Ted Turner: Yeah. Bobby Ryals: your assignment. And he said, you know, he he agreed with that and he said use the tight ends for sure. So I'm guessing that's gre is that Greg Domini, maybe? Yeah, I'm a traveler. Ted Turner: That's Greg Domini, man. I had the wrong thing clicked, man. I didn't put I didn't put public chat. My bad. Public chat. I got tons Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: of TikTok chat going on over here, man. I can't even keep up with it. yeah, man. Bobby Ryals: Ha ha ha. Ted Turner: I agree, man. Stay your assignment, D or O, do your job, use the tight ends for sure. Great. I'm trying to man, Greg, Greg, I try to get Greg on here as a guest, man. He don't want to come on here, man. I don't know. I guess I gotta Bobby Ryals: Ha ha. Adam Fisher: that would be awesome. Ted Turner: I guess I gotta have a home cook I guess I gotta have a home cooked meal, man, ready for or something like that. I don't know. Bobby Ryals: Fried Adam Fisher: I'll send you a Starbucks gift card, buddy. Come on. Bobby Ryals: pork chops or summer. Ted Turner: It's in front. Starbucks gift card. You gotta show it on tape. You gotta show it on tape. Bobby Ryals: I hadn't seen Greg in a while, man. Love that dude. I love playing watching Ted Turner: man. Bobby Ryals: him play ball. He's little younger than us, but good athlete. Ted Turner: Crazy. I mean, I'm I'll get I'll get Tate on here before I get Greg on here. How about Adam Fisher: Mm. Ted Turner: that? Bobby Ryals: Mm-hmm. Ted Turner: all right, boys. 12 o'clock, ABC, man. Texas AM, the Texas AM that some people are unsure of this year. They don't really know what they're looking at. But they head into a red hot Missouri team that just got done knocking off Florida. this is going to be a noon kickoff. you're right there in Columbia. Missouri's got three and a half points right now on Texas AM. Fish, who you got in this one? Adam Fisher: mean who's playing quarterback for Texas A and Hause 'cause you know, what's his name hasn't shown up all season. So I don't expect him Ted Turner: Marcel Reed, Marcel Reed, you said Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: you loved him. You said you actually wanted him if Stockton wasn't available. Adam Fisher: I did. I did say that. But that was before he completely decided to not show up this season for any games. That man is just sitting in the hotel Bobby Ryals: I bet you don't know. Adam Fisher: room playing college football twenty seventh while the rest of the boys Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Adam Fisher: are out there playing a real game. he might be missing Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: What Adam Fisher: practice. I don't know what's going on with him, man. It's it has not been a good year for him and that was you know, apparently he was who Texas A and was gonna live and die by this year and unfortunately Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Adam Fisher: they're dying. So give me Missouri big. Ted Turner: Missouri big. Who you got, Bobby? Bobby Ryals: I would I would go with Missouri. I think they've got a pretty good defense and they've got some things rolling. They're quarterback. I mean, look what they did to Florida, right? Adam Fisher: Whoa. Whoa. Bobby Ryals: and and so I I think I would I would A A and man I have a hard time picking A g A and against hardly anybody in the SEC now with what I've seen so far. Which is crazy the amount of money they spend. Like, what's the Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: deal there? Ted Turner: They got the 12th man and the 12th million. so so a little key, key thing for you. Buster Faulkner was not he was not pursued by Texas AM this year for their their backup guy, Solomon Wiggins. And they're paying for it this year, man. could you imagine Buster? Texas AM losing sleep over the fact of Buster Faulkner at Florida right now. give me Missouri, and I think that if you're looking on some betting lines, I think Austin Simmons is around two hundred and fifty-four, and I think he'll throw for well over three hundred. So yeah, give me Missouri as well in this one. I like Eli Trinkowitz and I like, I mean, guys, these games just keep piling up, man. I mean, you see how good Missouri is looking right now. We get them later on in November. we could get Florida and and Mercedes-Benz, obviously Ole Miss. You got Auburn coming to town next week. this guy doesn't Adam Fisher: Yeah, yeah. Ted Turner: get any easier. For Georgia, let's let's just knock two birds out in one stone. Let's get over the hump of Alabama and let's let's not, you know, waste an oversight on Alabama again this year, right? 1245, SEC network, South Carolina, shesh. South Carolina going into the swamp. Florida obviously coming off that tough Defeat against Missouri last week. who you got in this one, Bobby? And what you got for a score? Bobby Ryals: Man, dude this one to me, if I'm going just based off what I've seen so far this year, right, for me it's no brainer, Florida. But I feel like sometimes when Shane Beamer's back's against the wall, and I feel like it's as far back against the wall as it's probably gonna get right now, Adam Fisher: No, he's in the law. Ted Turner: Yeah. Yeah. Bobby Ryals: that that he comes out swinging. and nothing would help his cause more than to go down into Florida in the swamp and upset the Gators. I just don't think he can. I think the Gators pull it out and I I'm I think that it'll probably be a a ten point game. you know, I I I don't know I don't know what score I'd give it probably I don't know. Thirty thirty five to twenty twenty-one, maybe, maybe even a fourteen point game, yeah. Ted Turner: It's okay, man. You're you're trying to figure out how to get the 10 points. Beamer's not going to be that close. I'll go ahead Adam Fisher: Yeah. Ted Turner: and throw my pick in. This is this is Florida knows what's ahead. Florida's got some games ahead of schedule. They don't need to mess around with this game. You know, Florida will be forever, you know, losing every bit of ground that they've and I honestly think John Sumerall might just like he might be in a hospital somewhere if they lose this game because you saw how hard he's taken this Missouri loss and he's come in and Like he's standing on the podium, man. He looked like he just ran seventy-seven miles in one take with no water. And like he's just looking like I mean, he does not like to lose. That's a good thing for Florida fans. So I don't think I don't think Shane Beamer can do it. And don't ask me when they're gonna fire Shane Beamer, because it's already an absolute disaster. And you just said something, me and Fish both said at the same time. He's not against the wall, man. He's like in the wall, in Adam Fisher: Mm-hmm. Ted Turner: the curtain right now. Like he's behind the wall. Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Yeah. Ted Turner: So yeah, give me yeah give me Florida big in the swamp. Fish who you got? Adam Fisher: Well, Bobby, I had my I had my not so fast all loaded up for you 'cause I it sounded like for a second you were about to pick South Ted Turner: Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. Adam Fisher: Carolina. And I was I was ready. There you go. Bobby Ryals: Yeah, no, I I I had to do the flip at the end, right? Adam Fisher: if Florida doesn't score fifty, I'll be shocked. Jaden Ball took the took Missouri that Missouri game personally and that man is a scary good athlete. I think he's the first or second running back in the nation. Flor I know. Like he's an athlete. I Bobby Ryals: He could have been a linebacker at UGA. Ted Turner: That's scary. That's scary. Adam Fisher: I really feel like he could play any position on the field if he wanted to. I mean that's how good of an athlete Bobby Ryals: Yep. Yeah. Adam Fisher: that kid is. It's scary. but yeah. Yep. Bobby Ryals: Well, he was recruited as a linebacker for Georgia. Adam Fisher: Well so gimme gimme Florida fifty two to thirteen. Ted Turner: Bro, if they beat South Carolina fifty two thirteen, Shane Beamer's gonna need a surfboard coming up by your way in Savannah on his way home because he ain't getting on the plane. Adam Fisher: Dude, they they dropped fifty. Bobby Ryals: Yeah, they may not even let him on the bus. They might let Bro just get some hotel there and getting to Adam Fisher: They dropped fifty on Ole Miss at the swamp last time. Last time Florida played in the swamp, they dropped over fifty against Old Miss, which is a way better team than South Carolina. Ted Turner: No, I'm saying it. It's probably possible. But I can tell you this, he ain't getting on the plane. He's he's on a surfboard back to Columbia. Literally. Adam Fisher: Dude. He's gonna be paddling up the up the coast. Ted Turner: Literally, man. Red River, man, 330 ABC. Oklahoma two and two had a bye week last week, as well as Texas. Both of them lined their bye weeks up. biggest thing is is can Oklahoma find an offense in the bye week? Fish, who you got? Red River. What do you think about this game? Adam Fisher: God, nothing would excite me more, give me more pleasure than Oklahoma pulling the upset, dude. I would love that. But if the same Oklahoma team shows up that we played a couple of weeks ago, Texas is gonna is is gonna beat by seventeenth. Ted Turner: Yeah. Yeah. Adam Fisher: But so I'm I'm picking Texas cover the spread. Ted Turner: Bobby, who you got, man? Red River, Oklahoma, Texas, who is still unanimously Bobby Ryals: You want my brain or my heart? Ted Turner: the number one team in the nation, by the way. Under the radar, Texas is the number one team in the nation right now. Adam Fisher: Yeah. Bobby Ryals: They're not the n I know what it says on paper, right? Like, Ted Turner: Right. Right. Bobby Ryals: I still I mean y you go back to that Ohio State game, right, which put them in that number one spot. Ohio State owned them. Except for the last quarter of that game, Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. For three quarters. Yeah. Bobby Ryals: right? Adam Fisher: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: so I'm gonna say this. Oklahoma's defense is good enough. Right? At least against the run. I'm going to my my brain says this is a dumb pick. So this Ted Turner: Mr. Upset alert? Bobby Ryals: this is more for my Adam Fisher: Well. Bobby Ryals: heart. I think I'm gonna I'm gonna go with Oklahoma for the upset. Nothing on paper Adam Fisher: Nice. Bobby Ryals: tells me that this is the way to go. I'll I'll put it out there and you guys can call me idiots all day long. I'll take it, right? But Matear has that one game in him each year that he is just lights out, just and and the rivalry rivalries are different, bro. Like all the stuff on paper doesn't matter. Right? And give me give me Oklahoma in in a very close one. Ted Turner: Bobby got Oklahoma, but dude, for the upset, probably of the year, man. Upset of Adam Fisher: So far. Ted Turner: the year. I got these sounds going up here, bro. Crazy. Bobby Ryals: Mm-hmm. Adam Fisher: Mm-hmm. Ted Turner: I like it, though. I like it, man. You got two weeks, right? Can they find an offense in two weeks? I mean, this is this is their Super Bowl, man. This is Oklahoma Super Bowl. If any is going to get them back on track, I mean, I know it's virtually impossible, but you know, two losses, two losses to SEC team is crazy. pretty much decently in the playoff. So they got to go perfect, but they're gonna start it off, get Texas out of the way. But Oklahoma has a daunting schedule ahead, but we'll see. Fish who you got in this game. Adam Fisher: Gimme gimme the longhorns. Ted Turner: Do you already pick it? Adam Fisher: Yeah, I already picked it. Ted Turner: You already picked it okay, that's me, sorry. I I got I got Texas, but I think Oklahoma go ahead. Wait, you changing? Can't change. Adam Fisher: Wait. Wait. I'm sorry. I f yes, I have to because all of a sudden I guess going on a Thursday and not a Wednesday has messed with my head a little bit. I vowed a few weeks ago I'm never picking Texas Ted Turner: yes. Adam Fisher: to win another game, no matter who they're playing. 'Cause I remember picking st Texas Steven O or Steven Austin or UTSA or whatever to beat Texas. I'm jumping on your bandwagon, Bobby. Give me Oklahoma, man. Bobby Ryals: Let's go. Let's go. Adam Fisher: Oklahoma about one. Ted Turner: Oklahoma. Oklahoma by one. Listen, I'm gonna go three for three, man. Bobby Ryals: Well like geniuses i if they if they pull this off, if not, they'll be like, Adam Fisher: Dude, I know. Ted Turner: Bro, we get recognized. We get recognized. They'll come be look, the Dogs Down South Podcast, man, they picked 'cause I I gotta go now, right? I got I Adam Fisher: We know a little something. That's right. Ted Turner: gotta go now, man. I think Oklahoma finds an offense in two weeks. And this g keeps it close. If you keep it close, I mean, we've seen Texas on the ropes and it had to really take a swing to get the game one. I I I I'm gonna go Oklahoma, man. I'm I'm gonna go Oklahoma something crazy, man. Safety. Arch Manning in the end zone goes to throw the ball and it goes backwards. How about that one? I don't know. But we're all three picking Oklahoma. Adam Fisher: That would be awesome. I would love that. Bobby Ryals: You'll pull him a tear. Ted Turner: Right? Ten eight Oklahoma. No way. all right. Three thirty ESPN. Yeah. Adam Fisher: Yep. Well it's ten eight. I love it. Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: Three thirty ESPN. Ole Miss off last week as well. Hezda Vanderbilt, feisty Vanderbilt. This will be a three thirty kick off an ESPN. fish who you got this game. Ole Miss Vanderbilt. Adam Fisher: No, I don't think Vandy's D is gonna keep up with Trinidad. miss covers. Ted Turner: I like it. Who you got who you got Bobby? Bobby Ryals: Gimme old mispapitele Adam Fisher: Bit to love. Nice. Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Ted Turner: I'm just trying these sound effects and I'm not even meaning. Why does it just keep going? See, listen, I liked Vanderbilt's defense, man. I thought they did a really good job on Saturday in some elements with Georgia. I thought I don't know who's gonna be the starting quarterback for Vanderbilt, but the thing that gives you hope is is, you know, in this defense, if it stops the run, obviously we saw them have to be one dimensional against Florida. Does Vandy kind of stand a little bit better of a chance? And can Vanderbilt pose a threat to this secondary who got shredded versus Florida, which I mean, I think there were times where you looked and went, Man, you never did you ever thought Vandy could be like stretch the field like they did. I don't think they win, but I think they cover, man. It's not in a half from or old miss. I think they cover, man. I think this is a low scoring game and you know, Trinidad has to throw the ball and puts him in comfortable situations, but it's not in a half, but I'm gonna I'm gonna give him like I'm gonna give them like eight. I don't know how they're gonna get that, but maybe the safety that didn't happen in the Oklahoma game. But 415 SEC network, the terrible Arkansas Razorbacks. get Tennessee, who Tennessee's really needs, you know, they they they just need this one, right? I mean, yes, they had the win against Auburn. Parts of that win was pretty ugly. They had a quarterback change, Faison Brandon got taken out for George McIntyre. They've named McIntyre the starter. Arkansas trying to find that first SEC victory. Thirteen and a half point favorites going into Arkansas. Who you got, Fish? Adam Fisher: Well, to say what you to piggyback on what you were talking about earlier about the job Texas did on Faison Brandon, they knocked him completely out of the season. Like that man hasn't recovered from that game. Ted Turner: Get it mixed up right now. Adam Fisher: Yeah, dude. Like he's questioning life right now. Like he don't know what's up, down, left, right. Like he has no idea what's going on. I mean, they totally discombobulated that poor young man. I mean, it it's nuts. It's crazy. But you know, that's he was on a high horse, he was trending upwards. You know, so was Tennessee. They were actually ranked kinda high, you know. So, you know, I don't know. But gimme Tennessee and we'll see what happens. I don't think they cover though. Ted Turner: We'll see what happens. Who you got, Bobby? Bobby Ryals: Yeah, I got Tennessee man as much as I'd love to see Arkansas win something like I I I was a character coach for Housey County. And spent a lot of time with AJ Hill, who's their number two quarterback. He got in against Georgia. love that kid. would love to see him get in and do something, man. But you know, I mean Tennessee's just Arkansas just they're not there yet, man. They're just not there. And I don't know if this coach put closer or further away. But Ted Turner: Silverpa. Adam Fisher: A lot of more of the same so far. Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Yeah. Arkansas gotta gotta do something. They gotta use some of that Walmart money, man, and and and do something. Adam Fisher: What I'm saying. Dude, Jerry Jones, like they got the money, dude. They got Ted Turner: Until until Yeah. So Adam Fisher: the boosters. Ted Turner: I I don't know, man. Silver Fox ain't the answer. I'm gonna say that. Tennessee, Tennessee is going to run the ball a lot. Foster ran the ball a lot against a really, I think a pretty good Auburn defense, in my opinion. Bobby Ryals: Bishop's solid two. Ted Turner: yeah, I'm sorry, it is Bishop. I don't know who I said. That's a Foster. I'm thinking of Aaron Foster from like Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Floster was the old guy, yeah. Ted Turner: yeah, I'm the yeah, Bishop, man. He's gonna r he's gonna run the ball twenty times and they're gonna give a a couple of shots for McIntyre and I think he's gonna He's gonna hit some hit some of these shots. I think there's gonna be renewed faith in the passing game. I think maybe even you get Fais on some snaps in this game to let him know he's not out of it. You kinda use this game as where are they both at, right? I think you kinda you kinda run the ball, but you try to get both these quarterbacks in this game. It's a great time to have this game on their schedule because you really can kind of test both these quarterbacks and go, All right, we Bobby Ryals: Mm-hmm. Ted Turner: gotta stick with one of these guys the rest of the year. Is it gonna be FaZon through through hills and valleys, or is it gonna be McIntyre and we see how it goes? I think Tennessee doesn't have the the lead way 'cause with with Alabama coming to town soon, in a couple of weeks and things of that nature, you gotta figure life out. And I think they're gonna do it and use it in this game. I think they win. I think they win big, they cover, but it it might be messy too. I mean, there's at this at this point of time when this game starts, like this this storm will be up towards that area. So I don't know I don't know when what that'll look like. But all right, seven o'clock. This is a this is a big game, man. I would never thought this game was gonna be on our radar five weeks ago, but LSU number 10 in the nation has Kentucky coming to town. And I I don't know how Kentucky's not ranked. four and one. LSU's an eight and a half point favorite right now. so this game got interesting really quick. Will Stein's doing some great things. Can't say he's really beat any teams that have just been spectacular teams, but they're for Kentucky, for Kentucky, they're they have a terrible schedule remaining, but they're they're kind of on fire right now. Who do you got on this one, Bobby? I'll give it to you to you first. You got you got this one. Bobby Ryals: So because it's in L S U ca you know, Death Valley I I would I would give it to L S U. 'cause that matters to me. and it it just does. I I would I would pick L S U. I hey, Kentucky, I love like the gamble. Will Stein, their coach. Ted Turner: Will Stein, yeah. Bobby Ryals: you know, he he went for, you know, the win, you know, knockout punch it and got it last week and and man, I I love when coaches do that kind of thing. So but I just don't think they're quite at the level of of LSU just yet. But but hey, I love to see do well, man. Ted Turner: Would it would it change your mind if it was in Kroger Field in Kentucky? Would that change it a little bit? 'Cause it's in it's in Kentucky. It's in Kentucky. Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Yeah, a little bit. A little bit. I I've if if it were in in Kentucky, I would I would go with Kentucky for the upset. Or a home field. Ted Turner: Ooh. Well, you're you're taking Kentucky then because it's in it's at Kroger Field, seven o'clock. This Bobby Ryals: is it? Ted Turner: would yeah, it's at it's at Kroger Field. So this is a home game for Kentucky. No. Yeah. Bobby Ryals: Okay, I thought it was at in Death Valley. Okay. Well I'll I will take Kentucky then for another upset. Not sold on Lane Kippen, dude. I'm I'm just not. Like I just Ted Turner: Man, this would mm hmm. Yeah. Bobby Ryals: I don't think like here's the issue you run into and and I won't take make this too long, but the issue you run into when you buy all these players out of the portal, you don't have chemistry. Right. And so when something starts going wrong, and Kentucky's one of those teams that can force you into some mistakes, when things start going wrong, you don't have chemistry, people start pointing fingers at each other, and then they fall apart. And so Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: I just don't buy that LSU is cohesive enough to withstand that kind of pressure. So that's why with it being in Kentucky, and I'm gonna tell you those fans get get crumped there. I will pick Kentucky over LSU. Ted Turner: Kroger field rocking. We don't know where this storm's gonna be, man. If it's hooking left, hooking right, I don't know. It could be a crazy night for a lot of people, but Bish, who you got this game? Adam Fisher: Yeah, this is my upset special too of the week because I love seeing Lane Kiffin's mad face. I love it when he sticks his j Bobby Ryals: Ha ha ha. Adam Fisher: when he sticks his bottom jaw out about an inch past his top, you know, teeth and it's just like he just looks so mad over there. I love it. It makes the game Bobby Ryals: Yeah. Adam Fisher: so enjoyable to watch. like that old miss game. Like I still have that saved on my D V R so I can go watch it whenever I need to pick me up. Bobby Ryals: Ha ha Adam Fisher: Gimme gimme Yeah, they just got it signed an exclusive bourbon deal at Croker Field, man. They're everybody's gonna be drunk I mean crunk. it's gonna be a good atmosphere, dude. It it is. Gimme Bobby Ryals: No. Adam Fisher: can give me Kentucky by a touchdown. Ted Turner: Kentucky by a touchdown. I'm gonna I'm gonna stay with LSU on this one. I I I think it'll be hype. It'll be crazy. Kentucky, Kentucky has won some games that are really close. The thing I don't think will happen is I don't think they can sh they can afford to get behind like they have against these other teams like South Carolina and and Texas AM, things of that nature. teams that are, in my opinion, not an LSU's league. But I love the upset alert and I really want to go that route too. But I do think LSU has one of the better offenses. But I think you're right, Bobby. I think that that doesn't give me a national championship contender. That just gives me a team that's trying to find themselves. I think both teams are. I think Kentucky is just finding themselves from a daunting hole from from Mark Stoops. So I mean that's always good to hear from you know, when you're four Bobby Ryals: Well there there there's Ted Turner: and one. Bobby Ryals: there's this collective thing that with teams like Missouri, Kentucky, like these teams that are in the trenches and grinding it out, players staying. They're not going up and you know, and buying up the best players that they can, which is exactly what Lane Kiffin did at Ole Miss and is Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. Bobby Ryals: what he did it is is trying to do at LSU. and I just That doesn't always work, right? There you sacrifice something, right? You you look at Florida State a few years back, right? They went and bought all those players, had that solid team, right? Player gets hurt, they leave them out of the playoffs, and they haven't recovered from it. Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. It's it's it's kind of like, man, when you go by, you know, you know you need some new bedroom shoes, right? Some new house shoes, whatever you call them in your in your life. But like they're not gonna be your best bedroom shoes right off the bat. You gotta break them in, you gotta wear them. They got a long way to go. So you you tend to lean still towards the old ones, right? And your wife's like, why don't you throw these away? You don't understand, right? I think it's the same way with these with some of these other teams. It's like, look, I get it. You know, there's some Kirby will tell you all day long, I might not have the most talented guy right now starting, right? He might not be the most talented, but he's a guy that's balanced enough that he's had a little bit of life had a little bit of life behind him. He's been with his team, he knows the expectation. we take, you know, we take pride in doing things the right way. Less turnovers. we'll take more, we'll take less turnovers and less flash over. you know, holding the ball and and more flash, you know? Things of that nature. I think I got that backwards. But Miss Some, I agree with you. I I think to get to get deep into the playoffs and to go for a national championship, you gotta be well, you gotta be hot, and you gotta have a team that has culture built around them. You gotta be you gotta be in you know, can't be have a lot of injuries. you gotta have good culture and you gotta be hot. Like you got to be on a on a pretty good high. So final game, seven thirty ABC we think it's seven thirty. We we know, we think I will know a lot more tomorrow on Friday when this storm is supposed to hit the southern coast of the United States near Mississippi and Alabama in that area, Texas maybe, maybe the panhandle of Florida. But right now it's still on, 7 30. We'll see what the field looks like. But it'll it's Georgia, Alabama, number two, number six. Alabama's a little bit farther. They keep inching away, man. Right now, Vegas has them at a at a point and a half favorite. So Bobby, who you got in this one, man? Bobby Ryals: I just think with the storm I I will tell you, I'll be honest, straight up, like if the weather wasn't an issue and Keelan Russell could air it out, I would go with them a in a close one. but I think the weather plays into Georgia's hands. I think Georgia's a more physical, on the ground, run the ball kind of team and and I think if we can use those tight ends, we will have an advantage and I I I think That's what we do. And so I'm going with the dogs. Ted Turner: Very nice. Fish, who you got, man? Adam Fisher: We don't break contain, we got this game in the bag. I think Keelan Russell's legs are gonna be the most daunting task we have this weekend. Keeping him at bay, keeping him at check. and I know that's the easy man's pick guess, but I mean it's it's it's it's the truth. Like that's what we've gotta do. We can't let him beat us with his legs. But you're right, like this is we're gonna be the best defense he's seen all year. And I think he might come out a little shell shocked, at least I hope he does. And 'cause that'll benefit us greatly. and our defense, you know, hopefully won't get tired chasing that man around all week and we can, you know, all night we can get some contain, keep him in the pocket. and make him beat us with his arm rather than his legs. If that's what hap if that's what needs to happen. so yeah, gimme dogs by seventeen. Ted Turner: Did I hear that right? Adam Fisher: Yes, sir. Yes, sir. Ted Turner: All right, man, I'm gonna tell you like this, my friend. I'm I'm I'll Adam Fisher: Dude, we got a great team. It doesn't matter who we line up against. Ted Turner: yeah. Yeah, I I I'm with you, man. I'm not doing this like I I think I said this at the beginning of the year. I'm not doing this whole intimidation factor, man. I don't look at the game as who controls what. We have a great roster. We we we have Mike Bobo, who is I guess, you know, put a big you know, I gotta be family friendly here, put a big who cares on what you think about his play calling because I think what he's been doing for the past few years is he's been duping us and going, look, I'm I'm calling plays off of what I'm given, right? I have I have this as a receiver, I have these guys, I have a run game. I am putting together the best game plan I can to win this football game. I trust Bobo in this play in this play calling game right here because he makes great adjustments, but I need Bobo to know that our offense needs to have a third year in the first and second quarter. It is proven when we go to Bryant Denny, we have to win the first and second quarter. I will go out on a limb to tell you, yes, I we we Bobby Ryals: You don't let off the gas at all. At all. You start wide open, you finish that way. Ted Turner: Yes. So I'm in here to tell you if Georgia wins the first first half, Georgia wins. Okay. If Georgia doesn't win the first half, yeah, get ready, dog fans. We're gonna be in a we're gonna be in for a a nail biter. Okay. So I believe that it could be that ugly fish if we win the first half. But I also think that this team is full of guys that have been here. We've been on the top, we've been on the bottom end of this game. We've been on the top of controlling a very dominant SEC championship last year with some of the same players on our team. And so I I do think George wins. I I do think too, it's not we're we're not we're not nail biting a field goal, man. I got us I got us around thirty-one twenty-four in this one. I think I think we're enough. And the Keelan Russell thing, man, I I agree with Bobby. I think we're gonna give him a we're gonna give him a few. It's gonna happen. It's just it's just can you just contain enough to where he doesn't get into a groove, right? Doesn't get into a comfortable groove, right? Well, guys, it's been a really incredible night. Bobby, always a pleasure to have you back, man, on Georgia Alabama week. I will repeat, if Bobby Ryals: Thanks for having me. Ted Turner: Georgia does win and pull it off, you're in for a a lot of Adam Fisher: Mm-hmm. Ted Turner: Georgia, Alabama calls. so get ready. So, any final thoughts, man? Ten second final thoughts. Fish, you got a 10 second final thought? Adam Fisher: Dude, just just just just relax. Just relax. It's gonna be okay. Ted Turner: Relax. Adam Fisher: It's gonna be okay. Our team, especially the Ted Turner: Zippers. Adam Fisher: veterans, are tired of the noise. And we're about to shut it down. This is it. I got a feeling. I got the black IPs playing in my head Ted Turner: I hear you mean. I hear you mean. Adam Fisher: right now. I got a feeling. Just just trust, trust Kirby. Ted Turner: Crazy man, these one liners are wild. Bobby, what you got, man? Final thoughts? Bobby Ryals: You know, Kirby says it all the time, right? It's not about the guy across from you, it's the standard that you play to. and we just need to play to that Georgia standard. Ted Turner: Mm-hmm. FBE man. Fire passionate energy. I think I think Adam Fisher: Yes, sir. Ted Turner: Georgia's gonna be ready. hey, from the Dogs Down South podcast to all the families and people that are in the in the the storm, our prayers are with you.
