  Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I

  am making wagers. Time to put my money where my

  mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for

  March 23rd, 2026. And hey, can't be complaining.

  I was zigging when others were zagging and that over hit.

  Everybody else. Was expecting the under.

  I thought different boom came out in my favor.

  So nice clean sweep over this first weekend of the men's

  tournament. Wishing we had more NCAA men's
• 0:43
  games, but alas, that first weekend's over.

  We'll have to pick it up again next Thursday.

  But tonight we still do have the women's tournament.

  So I figure, hey, college basketball treating us well,

  maybe shift our analysis over there to the women's game, see
• 0:58
  if we can find us another nugget.

  Because let's be honest, I know just about as much over there as

  I do on some of these men's games.

  And I'll just look at the numbers, see what I see.

  Hopefully something will jump out at me, something will talk

  to me, something will say, hey, it looks like there's some value

  here. And I've found one.

  It is this Vanderbilt Illinois game, right?

  So Bandy is going in there or staying there, but technically

  the home team because they're the higher seed.

  There's a reason they're the higher seed.

  It's because they're the far superior team.

  They're the two seed. Illinois is the 7th seed.

  They had a Illinois had a hard fought match match up, I guess
• 1:35
  their ten seed opponent Colorado Buffaloes.

  So when I look at the numbers, I see that previous result and I

  see that the spread is 12 1/2. And then I remember it's the

  woman's game and tends to be a little more bias to the higher
• 1:49
  seeded teams. So I like this.

  This seems good. I think they can beat him down.

  Hopefully according to the algorithm, when I pump this in,

  should be 15 or 16. And we're giving up 12 1/2.

  So hopefully that works out in our favor and it still still

  gets us to win. So that's what we're going to

  do. So we're going to go Vanderbilt

  Commodores. Are they lady Commodores now?

  rank. So it's gender neutral, as they

  say, like a walkway just in a military way and starts over.

  Fighting Illini of Illinois in tonight's NCAA women's college

  basketball tournament, March Madness action.
