- 0:03No ID is meant for a sane audience. No ID may
- 0:08contain Liberty -oriented content. Pinko discretion
- 0:12is advised. Now, here's No ID with Paul Banducci
- 0:19and Scott Moskowitz. Oh, I might have to change
- 0:24that intro to prison, Paul Banducci. But the
- 0:28rest is correct. It is No ID, Idaho's mainstream
- 0:30media deconstruction. I'm Scott. You know, you
- 0:34go to jail two times, and all of a sudden, everybody's
- 0:38got a reputation for you. I see how it is. I'm
- 0:40not gonna let that one go. Hello, Internet, I'm
- 0:42Paul. Hairplug prison Paul. And what a glorious
- 0:46day we have in front of us, huh, Scott? Well...
- 0:49What you got lined up for us. I'm excited. You
- 0:51said you got some pretty shiny, saucy stuff to
- 0:55talk about. Spicy, too. Glorious is not the word
- 0:59that immediately comes to mind. This has been
- 1:01a strange... Few days I suppose for Idaho. I
- 1:06mean we have multiple events stories in the in
- 1:11like the international coverage milieu for one
- 1:15the shooting down at the brand new in and out
- 1:17in Twin Falls that's been on that's international
- 1:21news and the wildfires in Spokane just just a
- 1:26stone's throw from us up here in the panhandle
- 1:28And with the the smoke from it all is just completely
- 1:32blanketing. I mean, really, like half of North
- 1:34America, but definitely us here in in North Idaho.
- 1:37So and that's that's international news, too.
- 1:40So I had to actually sort through to make sure
- 1:42that I wasn't pulling stuff mostly from, you
- 1:45know, ABC, NBC, because there were Australia.
- 1:48I mean, you just you could find an endless amount
- 1:50of mainstream media sources for these stories.
- 1:53Unlike normal, you know, we're normally pulling
- 1:55on this hyper local revolution show from. all
- 1:58of the network affiliates and NPR and et cetera,
- 2:00but all of their affiliates for Idaho. In this
- 2:03case, the sources were endless. Well, you know,
- 2:06Scott, you wouldn't have had that problem if
- 2:08you checked your messenger once in a while. I
- 2:10sent you hyper local articles and you just ignored
- 2:12them all. Yeah. So our dear listeners slash executive
- 2:16producers slash producers, this is Scott's fault.
- 2:18I sent him articles. He just ignores me. Ever
- 2:21since word got out that I went to prison, Scott
- 2:24just sees me as a second class citizen. I'm I'm
- 2:26picking up what you're throwing down here, Scott.
- 2:28That's OK. I'm going to keep sending them to
- 2:29you. I'm supposed to be a known associate of
- 2:32Paul Michael Banducci. No, thanks. Hard pass.
- 2:38It's fine. I don't want I don't want you as a
- 2:40known associate. I don't even know you. It's
- 2:43a it's a well, it's my fault for sure. It's not
- 2:46my Facebook account, just not a social media
- 2:49guy and. You know, it's true. It feels really
- 2:51weird that I send his wife. I send I send articles
- 2:54about politics to Danica Kramer and it feels
- 2:57weird. Yeah, I've never messaged somebody like,
- 3:00you know, it's the only time that you would ever
- 3:02message somebody's wife as much as I do. And
- 3:04it's not for having an affair. It's straight
- 3:06up just like here's Idaho politics. And then
- 3:10Danica messages me back. But I know it's Scott.
- 3:12It's even weirder because I'm looking at Danica's
- 3:15profile picture on the messenger. But it's Scott
- 3:17being like, yeah, bro. This stuff is messed up.
- 3:20Like, man, Danica, you sure sound a lot like
- 3:22a man. This is weird. You know, sliding into
- 3:25somebody else's wife's DMs is exactly something
- 3:28that Paul Michael Banducci would do. Yeah, but
- 3:32Paul Michael Banducci was invited because it
- 3:34sounds like something that Scott from California
- 3:36would invite me to. Oh, sure. Invited. Yeah.
- 3:39She, she was asking for it. She wanted the messages.
- 3:45Dude. Yeah. All the messages. Okay, so where
- 3:49do we even start here the two dominating stories
- 3:53as I look out the window at the horrendously
- 3:56orange hazy garbage That is the sky these guys
- 4:00up here. Do you really? Oh, wow. Do you really?
- 4:02Yeah Yeah, I do. Okay. I mean, there's some smoke
- 4:06and there's some smoke in the air for sure, but
- 4:08it's not I Mean hell man life goes on for me
- 4:11up here Well, maybe I'm overstating the case.
- 4:17I mean, I was saying that it's blanketing the
- 4:18panhandle from the fire maps I was looking at.
- 4:20It looked like it was, but you're reporting up
- 4:22in Clark Fork that it hasn't. I mean, is it slightly
- 4:26hazy or is it just totally clear up there? Very
- 4:29slightly hazy, mostly clear. But that's changed
- 4:31a couple. Was it just yesterday? Might have been
- 4:34even just yesterday. Smoke was pretty heavy and
- 4:35the day before it was pretty heavy. So I think
- 4:38it's just. Anyway, the wind blows we never know
- 4:42because the weather comes off the lake for us
- 4:44and then we're in this little valley So we don't
- 4:46get the northerly winds, which is super nice,
- 4:48especially during the winter and we don't Get
- 4:51the hard -hitting stuff that comes off of Lake
- 4:54Ponderay. We just kind of catch the The edges
- 4:57of it. We're in our own little it's our own little
- 4:59world up here. I love it. So I never leave Yeah,
- 5:03fair. Well, let's leave Here's some of the the
- 5:07coverage of it I mean obviously smoke in the
- 5:09air is the the if you're gonna have problems
- 5:12from the fires You should hope for that, as opposed
- 5:15to being some of the many families whose lives
- 5:17have been greatly affected. I was thinking about
- 5:19that a lot in the last few days. How many people's
- 5:22lives have been turned upside down in the last
- 5:25couple of days? Yeah. And, you know, their lives
- 5:27will never be the same. And if smoke in the air
- 5:30is the least of our problems. But here is, let's
- 5:33start with KTVB. Up in Washington, families are
- 5:37anxious to see. What might be left of their homes
- 5:39right now as firefighters continue battling flames
- 5:42all across Spokane. King 5's Alex McClune is
- 5:45live with the latest damage estimate. The worst
- 5:47that Spokane has ever seen. Yeah, Justin, this
- 5:51is one of the hardest things I've ever seen.
- 5:53Take a look around and I can tell you these three
- 5:55homes are some of the 700 structures that have
- 5:58been damaged in the families who lived here are
- 6:00among the 67 ,000 forced to evacuate. Meanwhile,
- 6:04just across the street, neighbors are grateful
- 6:07they have a much smaller mess to deal with. People
- 6:10are returning to the edge of evacuation zones
- 6:12throughout Spokane. and grateful to see their
- 6:14home still standing across the city. We've seen
- 6:17National Guard troops trying to keep people out
- 6:19of these areas. The fires are still active and
- 6:22uncontained crews are going neighborhood to neighborhood
- 6:25and even using satellites to bring the scope
- 6:27of this damage into focus. Officials believe
- 6:29a more thorough assessment could find about 1100
- 6:33damaged structures. I've been to a lot of places
- 6:36around the world Not so good places around the
- 6:39world and I can I can tell you today that that's
- 6:42a war zone We've lived here a long time and we've
- 6:45never seen anything to this magnitude Firestorm
- 6:47in 91 was this was a monster. We were able to
- 6:51access this neighborhood without seeing a police
- 6:54blockade People here have seen we've seen firefighters
- 6:58coming through people are asked to stay away
- 7:01as those crews assess damage put out hot spots
- 7:03those same fire firefighters are staying in places
- 7:06like hotels, but also high school gymnasiums
- 7:08and even tents pitched in the ball fields Live
- 7:12in Spokane. I'm Alex McLoone so some pretty Pretty
- 7:17serious language there. It's the worst Spokane
- 7:19has ever seen and I'm not I mean obviously there's
- 7:22a you know some terrible destruction I'm not
- 7:25sure what metric one would use to make a determination
- 7:28like that property damage numbers or acreage
- 7:33Couldn't really determine usually we're dealing
- 7:36with like blizzards or ice storms or things like
- 7:38that. So So a big old fire there knocks this
- 7:41stuff out that knocks a bunch of stuff out. That's
- 7:44a yeah, that's a little different There's not
- 7:45a whole lot to compare to I don't think in Spokane's
- 7:47history. There's been a few fires here and there
- 7:49but Nothing like quite like this. So Yeah, yeah,
- 7:55it is a bummer. I think there are a lot of people
- 7:57who were affected I know at one point I heard
- 7:59there was gosh It was like somewhere between
- 8:0240 and 60 ,000 people they had evaced, which
- 8:05did kind of make me wonder where they all went.
- 8:07Where do you put them all? Where do they go?
- 8:09Good question. Hopefully, hopefully most war
- 8:11zones kind of an interesting way to put it, though.
- 8:13I'm sure it looks like a war zone because, you
- 8:15know, you've seen places that have been bombed
- 8:17out or, you know, firebombed or whatnot. And
- 8:20yeah, you can see that. I mean, hopefully most
- 8:23people have friends, family, places to go that
- 8:28is not. You know, I'm saying that they just had
- 8:30they they can lean lean on their connections.
- 8:32Hopefully I mean that's if that befell you or
- 8:34befell me That's where we would go. Let's hope
- 8:37that that's where most people have to go Yeah,
- 8:41well in December we had a very different Thing
- 8:44happened to us, which was it was a flood So are
- 8:47we living in the end time Scott fires floods?
- 8:50You know, man, I'm sure or not to feel like I
- 8:52feel like it Yeah, ours was didn't affect as
- 8:57big of an area though for the flood really just
- 8:59affected our Valley so mmm, you know Probably
- 9:03a thousand people when it was all said and done
- 9:05So the the scale is not even close and a couple
- 9:09people had their homes Washed out a little bit,
- 9:11but nothing got completely destroyed or anything
- 9:14like that and we did lose our road for a spell
- 9:16but overall Yeah, this is done. They don't compare.
- 9:20Yeah fires floods with WTF Will say and this
- 9:25is I mean, I've never been through the process
- 9:26So obviously tongue -in -cheek here and that's
- 9:28what we do on this podcast But if you're gonna
- 9:30have your house be destroyed, it is definitely
- 9:33better for it to be fire Instead of flood because
- 9:36you know, what isn't covered in like any insurance
- 9:39policies unless you buy the extra shit Water
- 9:42but you know, it is covered in every single policy
- 9:45like regardless of anything fire Like fire is
- 9:49like the only thing you do get paid on. Yeah.
- 9:52When you lose a building, seriously, like fire
- 9:55is the only one, I swear. That's why, that's
- 9:58why it's a go -to for people who don't want a
- 10:00building anymore. You don't flood the building.
- 10:03You burn it down. Well, speaking of building
- 10:06and burning. In Minecraft. More life hacks from
- 10:10Prison Paul. How to commit insurance fraud. Okay,
- 10:16so, well, this sort of encapsulates all those
- 10:19things, you know, fraudulent buildings burning.
- 10:22This was sent to me by Jess, and I'm gonna play
- 10:25it, because I'd like to read how I responded.
- 10:31Anyway, here, let me display this. Because we
- 10:34created a petition and actually led a lot of
- 10:37advocacy relating to this data center being built
- 10:39and it was supposed to have been built already
- 10:43about a year ago and Washington State blocked
- 10:46them being able to build it and prevented them
- 10:49from building the data center. How convenient
- 10:51is it that now in the same fucking area that
- 10:54they were gonna build the data center up north
- 10:56there's a huge fucking fire burning shit down?
- 10:59Do you know what eminent domain is? Eminent domain
- 11:02allows the state or the government to seize peace
- 11:04and just quickly just so you know This is this
- 11:06is just an Instagram story that that she sent
- 11:09me so I don't know who this person is It was
- 11:10just somebody speaking to their phone some dude
- 11:12with a ponytail and tattoos I don't know who
- 11:14it is, but it just the message that it was conveying
- 11:17of land and town tattoos sounds like somebody
- 11:20I know from other life experiences One of prison
- 11:23Paul's cellmates public use but there are requirements
- 11:27that have to have been met in order for them
- 11:29to do this now Conveniently, if land is burnt
- 11:33and ravaged by a wildfire, private property,
- 11:36the government is then allowed to seize that
- 11:38land and use it to build data centers or whatever
- 11:41the fuck else they want to build. So yes, it
- 11:43is disturbingly fucking convenient. The timing
- 11:47of this combined with the fact that the petition
- 11:51that we led or that we did regarding the data
- 11:53center blocking it being built has been fucked
- 11:57with and change .org has done their part in making
- 12:01sure that it didn't get publicity. You understand
- 12:03there's all of these things combining to make
- 12:06the perfect fucking tragedy. Now there's a bunch
- 12:09of people without their homes in North Spokane.
- 12:12And I'm sure that within a year or two, there's
- 12:14going to be a new data center built over there.
- 12:16Just like the shit that happened in California.
- 12:19California and Hawaii. Same stories, both spots.
- 12:25Super, super desirable land. Really hard to get
- 12:30anything done. Burn it all down. And then. Speaking
- 12:33of it being really hard to get things done, it's
- 12:37almost impossible to rebuild. Due to all the
- 12:40red tape, bureaucracy basically just prohibits
- 12:43you from rebuilding your home in any sort of
- 12:45timely or affordable fashion. You're seeing it
- 12:47in California. You're seeing it in Hawaii. So
- 12:49then it does give the perfect opportunity for
- 12:52developers or other corporations, companies,
- 12:55what have you, to come in and buy up burnt up
- 12:59land for pennies on the dollar and then do what
- 13:01they want to do with it. Well, it is interesting
- 13:05in an extremely strange coincidence the I believe
- 13:09he was the chief of the Las Vegas police during
- 13:12the Las Vegas shooting in 2017 that was a very
- 13:15suspicious and The mainstream narrative is completely
- 13:18wrong. I don't know what's right But I know that's
- 13:20wrong that same chief of police went on to become
- 13:23the chief of police in Maui Right before the
- 13:26Maui fires. I don't remember the exact timeline,
- 13:28but I remember that he When he left Vegas, he
- 13:30went to Maui and then the Maui fire happened.
- 13:32This is all very suspicious stuff. Well, and
- 13:35so along those lines, I want to just I just want
- 13:37to read what I replied when I was sent that whatever
- 13:41you want. What is it? A real Instagram reel?
- 13:43Because obviously neither one of us knows. Nobody
- 13:47knows what the hell is it a coincidence? Does
- 13:50it have anything to do? Is there is there just
- 13:52fires every year? So let me just read what I
- 13:54wrote back. I said, it does seem convenient.
- 13:58On the one hand, it's easy to dismiss. Like,
- 14:01give me a break. There's wildfires every year.
- 14:04Everything is a conspiracy with you people. On
- 14:08the other hand, the state does have a long, rich
- 14:11history of pulling nefarious maneuvers to get
- 14:13its way. It has contempt for the citizens who
- 14:16assert sovereignty and attempt to place limits
- 14:18on its power So could it or would it pull something
- 14:21like this if some very high -ups? Think that
- 14:23this is the way to make the quote data center
- 14:25or whatever that even is politically feasible
- 14:27Absolutely, it would and has done so over and
- 14:31over throughout all of history So the thing is
- 14:34is there's so many egregious examples of that
- 14:37sort of thing that This is spit the suspicion
- 14:41of guys like this that make these reels is richly
- 14:44deserved. Whether or not it actually is applicable
- 14:47in this situation or not, we don't know. Well,
- 14:51you're right. We don't know yet. Yet. But the
- 14:54formula has been, the formula is pretty clear
- 14:57at this point. Just give it 10 or 20 years and
- 14:59all of a sudden, somehow, some way, the documents
- 15:02will get leaked intentionally or otherwise and
- 15:04be like, oh yeah, now that was us. We did that.
- 15:08But it was for your safety. Experiency theorists
- 15:10are like batting 1 ,000 right now, dude. We're
- 15:12batting 1 ,000. I don't think we've missed in
- 15:16the last 20 years on all the stuff we've talked
- 15:17about covering the last 80 years. Open up the
- 15:22file cabinet and just start flipping through
- 15:24the files. Operation Northwoods, Mockingjay,
- 15:27Tuskegee Experiment, MK Ultra, Greenleaf. Just
- 15:36go on down the line fast and furious golf of
- 15:39tongue and Go the Gulf of Tonkin, which actually
- 15:43funny you mentioned that I just got an email
- 15:44about that just this week about the auspices
- 15:47under which we went to war were mostly false
- 15:51Yeah attacks that they said happened didn't actually
- 15:54happen But President Johnson wasn't gonna let
- 15:58that stand in the way of starting the Vietnam
- 16:01War Well, excuse me. It wasn't a war Congress
- 16:04never actually declared war, did they? It was
- 16:06a policing action. Oh, man. The more you know.
- 16:08Basically, whatever you think the government
- 16:10is capable of doing to us, multiply it times
- 16:1310. They've done it already. They'll do it again.
- 16:15And what's wild to me is that when we watch movies,
- 16:19like we'll watch movies about all this kind of
- 16:20stuff or we'll read books or, you know, you'll
- 16:23watch the Hunger Games or you watch Star Wars
- 16:25or you watch all these different types of this
- 16:27type of stuff, people versus their government.
- 16:28And every single time. We're all, you know, we
- 16:31find ourselves rooting for the little guys, but
- 16:33then people put down the book or they turn off
- 16:35the TV, walk outside and they're like, yeah,
- 16:39but if it wasn't for the government, it would
- 16:42just be anarchy. Society would collapse. There'd
- 16:45be no roads. There'd be no schools. There would
- 16:47be nothing. We wouldn't be able to do anything.
- 16:50Nothing. Nothing. People turn off their TVs and
- 16:52root for the bad guys. They turn on their TVs
- 16:55and root for the little guys. It blows me away.
- 16:58Blows me away. Outside, we're the conspiracy
- 17:02theorists. Turn on the TV and all of a sudden
- 17:05they're like, oh yeah, I could totally see this
- 17:07being a thing. It blows my mind. So it'll be
- 17:11interesting to see how easily these spokenites
- 17:13are able to rebuild. That'll be worth watching.
- 17:17Yeah, you can still see some of Adam Carolla's
- 17:20vlogs from the Malibu, a year and a half, almost
- 17:24coming up on two years now. And he's like sort
- 17:27of documenting some of the rebuilding efforts,
- 17:30quote unquote, along Pacific Coast Highway and
- 17:33in the palace age and just the snails pace and
- 17:35the ridiculous price tags that are attached to
- 17:38these projects because only the extremely wealthy
- 17:41and extremely determined can actually wade through
- 17:44the sea of bribes. Oh, excuse me. I mean, you
- 17:48know, fees that must be paid to the various agencies.
- 17:51You know, they're like three million dollars
- 17:53in to get their foundation done. that's not an
- 17:55exaggeration yeah it's all it's all it's all
- 17:59government red tape and bureaucracy it is exclusively
- 18:03government red tape and bureaucracy that is the
- 18:07issue here and everybody knows it and you know
- 18:10it's changing nothing nerfing Okay, let me let
- 18:14me pull this up. We're the crazy ones. Of course
- 18:16we are. We always say because we love potholes
- 18:18and we hate edumacation. Here is a video that
- 18:20was sent. This link was sent to me. I didn't
- 18:23get a chance. I'm just going to this is I'm raw
- 18:25dogging it. I'm just doing this live. I didn't
- 18:26get a chance to look at this or put it into a
- 18:30waveform or edit it. I'm just going to pull it
- 18:32up on YouTube. This was sent to me by Sir Deucifer.
- 18:34Do you have any information in regards to the
- 18:38fires in Spokane? Well, we have metal mailboxes
- 18:42that have melted. but yet the Amazon Prime package
- 18:44inside is still there untouched. It just so happens
- 18:49that Spokane, Washington is part of the 2030
- 18:52agenda for smart cities and is listed right here
- 18:56on the map. You can also see that this level
- 18:59three old trails fire is rolling up on the neck
- 19:03of the woods of West Plain right where the data
- 19:06center is scheduled to go. People are asking
- 19:11questions as to why the trees are still standing
- 19:13all over the place, and the metal has been melted
- 19:17in places, everything else destroyed. Again,
- 19:21houses, you can see here, reminds me of the Paradise,
- 19:26Palisades, with the houses that burned down,
- 19:31and the trees around them still standing, and
- 19:34you've got things melted down. like this vehicle
- 19:38getting torched and it being hot enough to melt
- 19:40aluminum in glass, but not hot enough to burn
- 19:45up the grass and the shrubbery right next to
- 19:47it. A lot of odd things start to stand out. Another
- 19:52one here, as you can see, this place completely
- 19:56torched, glass melted, everything else, but the
- 19:59trash cans just a few. Okay, it goes on. But
- 20:01okay, so I know what he's getting at, which is
- 20:03that he's saying it all reminds him a lot of
- 20:06the catastrophic fires in Paradise in 2018 and
- 20:10Maui in 2023 and that these were suspicious too.
- 20:13See, now this stuff is just so easy to dismiss,
- 20:16including in my own head. Like I'm working through
- 20:18this in real time here. Well, there's all this
- 20:21infrastructure people are built millions of people
- 20:24are building into areas that would have just
- 20:25been a wildfire in a forest but now it's now
- 20:28it's a now it's a subdivision and there's been
- 20:31all the yes century of fire suppression so that
- 20:33when and then so then when they do happen there's
- 20:36all this extra you know brush and and kindling
- 20:39that wasn't there before or has been artificially
- 20:41allowed to whatever and so now the fires are
- 20:43much more intense and hot there's like a million
- 20:45reasons i can see why somebody would very dismissively
- 20:50scoff at any of the and it says you guys just
- 20:52read everything is conspiracy you guys are ridiculous
- 20:54on the other hand i i've just witnessed too much
- 20:59malevolence from officialdom and a willingness
- 21:02to sort of do anything to get to whatever ends
- 21:06whoever these the reptiles are want to get to
- 21:10so i hate to be so cynical or assume that everything
- 21:13is something but man i don't know what to think
- 21:16when i see stuff like this Well, there is a difference
- 21:20between lobbying accusations which we haven't
- 21:22done yet or if we have when we do typically it
- 21:25is tongue -in -cheek unless we know for sure
- 21:27and noticing patterns Noticing pattern being
- 21:31a notice or we live in an age where being a notice
- 21:33or still gets you in trouble because it's not
- 21:35politically correct. So Noticing statistics like
- 21:38crime statistics gets you in trouble noticing
- 21:41patterns of behavior gets you in trouble noticing
- 21:44patterns that are geographic or the catastrophic
- 21:47patterns of catastrophe. You know, that's all
- 21:51we're doing. But just notice, you know, it's
- 21:53formulaic. So you notice if you pay attention,
- 21:56it's hard not to notice. But being a noticer
- 21:58is not popular in the mainstream. It gets you
- 22:03labeled a conspiracy theorist. But, you know,
- 22:07all we're doing is going, well, we've seen this
- 22:08before. It matches the pattern. We also once
- 22:12you have a grasp on how humanity works in general
- 22:15and how the state works against humanity. It's
- 22:18hard not to make the leap. And history is a great
- 22:21teacher too. If you, if you again, have any sense
- 22:24of history at all of just what the American government
- 22:26has done over the last century. Oh my gosh, it's
- 22:29blood curdling stuff. So it all starts adding
- 22:33up, you know, puzzle pieces that form in a form
- 22:37of picture as a whole. And at the very least,
- 22:41we're going to look at it, put some of the puzzle
- 22:42pieces in place and go, Hmm. This is familiar.
- 22:47I wonder... I have written patterns of catastrophe
- 22:54as a potential show title. It might be a little
- 22:56dark, but it might be appropriate for the crap
- 23:00show that is unfolding on this program and of
- 23:02course in Washington and Idaho currently. Let
- 23:05me just quit. I'm going to play the next clip
- 23:08here about the potential origin or it seems like
- 23:10maybe they're sure. or at least they're telling
- 23:12us they're sure of the origin of the fire. Before
- 23:14I do that, I want to reiterate, just for my own
- 23:17edification, so let's use the robot here. As
- 23:20concisely as possible, tell me about the timeline
- 23:22and the connection of the Las Vegas shooting
- 23:25police chief and then the Maui police chief being
- 23:28the same guy or something. Checking that now,
- 23:32hang on. So, timeline. The key figure is John
- 23:36Pelletier. He was a captain with Las Vegas Metro
- 23:39during the 2017 Route 91 shooting, not the top
- 23:43chief. He later became Maui police chief in 2021
- 23:47and was in that role during the 2023 Lahaina
- 23:50fires. The connection people talk about is basically
- 23:54just him being present in leadership roles during
- 23:57two major tragedies. There's no verified evidence
- 24:00that it's more than that. Sure, there's not.
- 24:03Oh, okay. Well, there you go. Oh, okay. Is that...
- 24:05Did you ask Chauncey? Is that the deal? Yes.
- 24:08Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And it adds its own commentary.
- 24:12Oh yeah. Nothing to see here. Citizen. Nothing
- 24:15to see here. Pure coincidence. Pure coincidence.
- 24:21Okay. The chief of police in Maui. He was a high
- 24:25ranking in Las Vegas Metro and then chief of
- 24:28police in Maui. So. Do with that information
- 24:31what you will. Here is information with regard
- 24:34to the origin of at least one of these fires
- 24:37according to the mainstream at this exact moment.
- 24:55Record show 14 years ago, Aaron Farinacci was
- 24:58convicted for manslaughter and aggravated assault
- 25:01after killing his own father in 2010 after an
- 25:04argument between the two over cleaning the dishes.
- 25:07So Farinacci. This isn't clean. Yes, it is. No,
- 25:11it isn't. Stab to death. 2010 after an argument
- 25:15between the two over cleaning the dishes. So
- 25:18Farinacci. Let that sink in for a second. How
- 25:20is this dude out of prison? He murdered his dad
- 25:23and then. Got out of prison after his 12 -year
- 25:27sentence? He pled down to manslaughter, presumably?
- 25:32Okay. It was an accident. I slipped and repeatedly
- 25:37thrust the knife into him. How is this guy out
- 25:43of prison? I'm just gonna ask that question again.
- 25:45Yeah, well, he was seen hanging out on the Boise
- 25:49Green Belt and smoking fentanyl with Ross Wardlaw
- 25:52last week. And then this week he was seen in
- 25:54Spokane. Between the two over cleaning the dishes.
- 25:57So Farinacci was released from prison in 2020
- 26:00after serving a 12 year sentence. And then he
- 26:02was discharged from probation in December of
- 26:052024. He's currently being held on a one million
- 26:09dollar bond and is expected to make his first
- 26:11court appearance later today. Now, wasn't there
- 26:14a mass, I can't even remember anymore, was there
- 26:18a mass letting out of inmates in 2020, you know,
- 26:22with the whole, with the mass psychosis? I seem
- 26:25to remember them releasing a bunch of people
- 26:28who, do you know what I'm talking about? Didn't
- 26:32happen here, I thought. Do you remember? As much
- 26:34as it happened, I mean, it happened in California,
- 26:36big time. They emptied out the prisons and jails
- 26:39in California, man. Yeah, that made headlines.
- 26:43They let a lot of really bad people go to make
- 26:46room for who they were gonna arrest if they violated
- 26:50COVID restrictions. That was the premise, really?
- 26:54Yeah, more or less, yeah. Let's ask the robot.
- 26:58What am I remembering about a lot of people being
- 27:01let out of prison in 2020 due to COVID? You're
- 27:07probably remembering a mix of policies. During
- 27:11COVID, many jails released people awaiting trial
- 27:14for nonviolent offenses, and some states gave
- 27:17early release to inmates near the end of their
- 27:20sentences. It definitely happened, but it wasn't
- 27:24a blanket nationwide release. Crime impacts are
- 27:28debated, but most research suggests those releases
- 27:33were not a major cause of later crime. Yeah,
- 27:37no, of course. Of course they weren't. Thank
- 27:38you so very deeply for your for your commentary
- 27:40on that. So I can't help but wonder if this guy
- 27:43was going to replace me. If I ever need a statist
- 27:48on the on the show, our robot is a statist. So
- 27:51we got it. We already got him. It's like, you
- 27:53know, was this was this was this dude one of
- 27:56them or did he only get a 12 year sentence because
- 27:57he pled down? Chauncey do you think releasing
- 28:01prisoners out of prison increased the crime rates?
- 28:05No, no, there's no connection. No connection
- 28:09next You shout like that they put you in jail
- 28:14All right, I have one more on this on the fires
- 28:18just from the straight -up mainstream But I don't
- 28:20even maybe we should just move on feel like maybe
- 28:21it's enough already Yeah, it's a tough one. I
- 28:25mean I think If that data center does go up,
- 28:28which I'm not, I'm not blanket opposed to data
- 28:31centers, by the way. I'm not, I am not blindly
- 28:32opposed to them. There's, there's things to consider.
- 28:35There's the pros, there's cons. I know right
- 28:37now it's, it's pretty, it's in vogue to be opposed
- 28:41to data centers because of my water. But the
- 28:43more research you actually do on the topic, the
- 28:45less threatening and scary data centers actually
- 28:47are in certain ways. So I'm neutral on the topic.
- 28:51And I'm a property rights guy. So if you own
- 28:52the property, you want to build a data center.
- 28:54Well, then get, you know, fuck off everyone else.
- 28:56They can build a data center. You know, you buy
- 28:59the property then if you don't want them to do
- 29:01it. But I think what we're going to see here
- 29:04is residents not being able to rebuild and the
- 29:07data centers might go in anyways and things will
- 29:10change and people will wring their hands about
- 29:13it, but they won't do anything about it. All
- 29:18right. Do you want to hear this one more fire
- 29:20clip from from Krem Channel 2 or should we move
- 29:22on? Sure, let's do it. All right. We just got
- 29:26some new video from a viewer and it may be disturbing
- 29:30to see this is Catherine Street near Francis
- 29:33and Northwest Terrace below the Nom Nom and a
- 29:36lot of people wanted to know what this area looked
- 29:38like I know of all the things to use as your
- 29:41landmark you had to use the silliest sounding
- 29:44in this very serious the most serious Spokane
- 29:47has ever anyway, it's right below the Nom Nom
- 29:51This is going to be very disturbing. Check out
- 29:53this Nom Nom. Nom Nom. You can see the devastation
- 29:57there. Homes burn down to the ground. Really
- 30:00devastating. And gosh, this is just another vantage
- 30:04point of all these videos and pictures we're
- 30:06getting in showing what neighborhoods look like
- 30:09as the sun rises this morning. Still a dark cloud.
- 30:12But is the Nom Nom okay? A plume of smoke over
- 30:16this area. And you can see some of those homes
- 30:18still smoldering. Not only here in Spokane County,
- 30:22wildfires are burning all across the state and
- 30:24new ones sparked up yesterday. And we're continuing
- 30:26to track the moderate fire burning on the Colville
- 30:29Reservation near Inchalium. That fire has burned
- 30:31nearly 50 ,000 acres and is 19 % contained this
- 30:35morning. Level 2 and 3 evacuation orders are
- 30:37still in effect for most of the area. We also
- 30:40want to get you an update here on the Espanola
- 30:42Fire. This one is burning in Airway Heights near
- 30:46Fairchild Air Force Base. Is that in Mexico?
- 30:48You would think it's like down your Z want to
- 30:51Naho But actually it's right near where you were
- 30:52in your Fairchild Air Force Base and in Idaho
- 30:55the uppersmith burning northwest of Bonners Ferry
- 30:58still prompting a level three go now evacuation
- 31:00the Boundary County Sheriff's Office's people
- 31:03in the west side and the Smith Creek zones need
- 31:06to leave now the fires burn just under 2200 acres
- 31:09and is 10 % contained in any case this is ongoing
- 31:13the fire fires are still very much active and
- 31:16we'll see what this week brings and We'll, you'll
- 31:18hear more about it next week. Surely. Yeah. Yeah.
- 31:23Yeah. I do wonder how they caught the guy. Like
- 31:27is it part of me thinks he's just the lackey
- 31:30or the stooge or the scapegoat, whatever you
- 31:32want to call it. But they're like, they needed,
- 31:35they needed somebody. So they're like, let's
- 31:37find, let's find this guy. Oh, there he is. Get
- 31:40him. That was him. That message was also scumbag.
- 31:44I also got that message too, like, wouldn't this
- 31:48guy have been a, like, isn't he a perfect Patsy?
- 31:51Oh, perfect. Yeah, of course it is. Absolutely.
- 31:54He's the guy you love to hate already. He's the
- 31:57guy you love to hate, so now they can just crucify
- 32:00him. And it's very good deflection because it
- 32:03makes everybody's brains just immediately go
- 32:05to anger and very focused on this individual.
- 32:08Why is he out? I can't believe he was out and
- 32:10able to set this fire. And then it just reinforces
- 32:13that it was this one individual. And this is
- 32:15where all the focus should be. Yep. One person
- 32:18who may or may not have gotten paid to set that
- 32:21fire. But the narrative will be just some psychopath
- 32:23who should be in prison but wasn't starting fires
- 32:26because we don't know. Don't worry about that.
- 32:29But it's him. And no need to look at anything
- 32:34or anyone else. It's him. It's this guy. This
- 32:38is the exact same structure now as we move on
- 32:42to the shooting at the brand new In -N -Out Burger
- 32:46down in Twin Falls in southern Idaho. And it
- 32:49was just... Man, southern Idaho. South Idaho,
- 32:51by the way. It's not southern Idaho. It's south
- 32:53Idaho. Might as well be a different state. But
- 32:56South Idaho getting a real genuine taste of California,
- 33:00aren't they? Shitty burgers and shootings. We
- 33:04begin a live in Twin Falls this morning. Excuse
- 33:07me. Wait a second. Did you just say shitty burgers?
- 33:09I got him. Like he never heard that before. In
- 33:14and out, man. Full send we begin alive in Twin
- 33:17Falls this morning We're talking about the in
- 33:20-and -out shooting four people are dead including
- 33:22the suspected gunmen seven others hurt People
- 33:26ran for their lives when those gunshots erupted
- 33:28at that new in -and -out had only been open for
- 33:31a very short time Twin Falls police say it started
- 33:33around 2 30 Saturday afternoon after 911 callers
- 33:37reported an active shooter Investigators say
- 33:40the gunman seen here 24 year old Chad Williams.
- 33:43He died from a cell self -inflicted gunshot wound.
- 33:46Police believe he acted alone here. They're still
- 33:48working to pin down his motive. his motive. Abby
- 34:05live in Twin Falls at the in and out where we've
- 34:08learned more about some of the victims here.
- 34:11We really do want to keep the focus on them.
- 34:13And Abby, what can you tell us? Yeah, Maggie,
- 34:18we're just not learning the name of the in and
- 34:20out employee who worked at this in and out. Her
- 34:22name was Ashley Garibay. Her family is remembering
- 34:25her as a bright light whose life was cut tragically
- 34:29short. They say Ashley loved working for in and
- 34:31out and proudly traveled to open new stores.
- 34:35Her dream was to one day manage her own store
- 34:38in a statement. Her family describes Ashley as
- 34:41adventurous, outgoing and always willing to help
- 34:43others. They thanked her fellow employees first
- 34:46responders. and others who rushed to her aid
- 34:48in final moments. They're asking for privacy
- 34:51as they mourn Ashley's loss. So we have been
- 34:54speaking to victims, families and friends in
- 34:56the past few days to learn more about who they
- 34:59were and who they what they represented, especially
- 35:02being here from the Twin Falls community. We've
- 35:04chosen to release Ashley's name because her family
- 35:07sent us a statement, but we're waiting to release
- 35:09those other names until we ensure that all family
- 35:12members have been notified. We've also heard
- 35:14from the family of one man. who was shot and
- 35:17is currently in the hospital. 39 year old Stephen
- 35:20Pixley is currently at a Boise hospital after
- 35:23being caught in the shooting. His cousin tells
- 35:25us he was just riding his motorcycle in the area
- 35:28near in and out when he heard a pop and realized
- 35:31he had been shot. The bullet tore through Pixley's
- 35:34arm entering and exiting near his elbow. He's
- 35:37currently in the hospital where he had surgery
- 35:39yesterday. So I thought they're about to give
- 35:41just riding your motor, your like your dirt bike
- 35:44or yeah. You know, I think it was a motorcycle
- 35:47of some sort, right? Your dirt bike just nearby
- 35:49and you get clipped. Yikes. Yep. So now they're
- 35:52about to put the camera and the microphone on
- 35:54this motorcycle dude's cousin. And this is sort
- 35:58of a weird, I mean, I don't know, secondhand
- 36:01connection. I'm not sure why they chose to highlight
- 36:04this guy. Maybe it's because of what he said,
- 36:06but here it is. As a Christian, I have questions
- 36:09real fast, though. I have a couple of questions.
- 36:11Number one is like, why didn't all of the flock
- 36:13cameras that are down there prevent this? I thought
- 36:19I thought all the flock cameras were for our
- 36:21safety. Right. So how come they didn't prevent
- 36:25this? And also, what a bummer. to lose that young
- 36:31that young gal. It sounds like she was hardworking,
- 36:33career minded. And I mean, that's kind of cool
- 36:35to hear that she wanted to run her own store
- 36:38at one point. That's a bummer to lose her. Sorry,
- 36:41my dogs are barking at something. I have a we
- 36:47might have a delivery right now. I have a friend
- 36:51who worked in and out in high school, and it's
- 36:54been a long time since I have been in touch with
- 36:56them, but all the way through his 20s. as far
- 36:59into like his 30s, he was still working there.
- 37:01And I believe he had become the general manager
- 37:04of an of a location, which my understanding is
- 37:07that's the dream for In -N -Out employees, because
- 37:10you get it's a it's a it's a great gig. It's
- 37:13high paying. It's great benefits. People work
- 37:16towards it. He worked towards it for like 15
- 37:18years. For all I know, he's still there. Yeah,
- 37:21I've heard that In -N -Out has a knack for people
- 37:24who have the drive. In -N -Out has the knack
- 37:27for holding on to him. I also do like how Internet
- 37:29has pushed back against California's, a lot of
- 37:32their bullshit anti -capitalism laws, their bad
- 37:36economic laws, their wage laws, their union laws,
- 37:38and Internet always pushes back on it. They lose
- 37:42every time, but they usually have something to
- 37:43say, like, hey, the burgers are going to get
- 37:45more expensive again. Like, here are the numbers.
- 37:48Here's how reality works. This isn't great. California
- 37:52does it anyways. Internet goes, OK. Yeah, they're
- 37:56privately owned. They're the same family, the
- 37:59granddaughter of the original founders, still
- 38:02is either the CEO or she's the owner, Lindsay
- 38:06Snyder. So it's family owned and it is very much
- 38:09a non -commy and always has been they've you
- 38:11know They're famously printed Bible verses on
- 38:14the bottom of their cups for many years I've
- 38:16always wondered why there has not been to my
- 38:18knowledge any sort of biopic or Documentary or
- 38:22it's sort of dramatic anything of the sort about
- 38:24the Snyder family because their story is freaking
- 38:27nuts Do you know anything about that family?
- 38:29Probably not No, not much. I just know enough
- 38:33about the company that every now and then they
- 38:35make some noise when California starts to do
- 38:37something stupid again. I like that about them.
- 38:40The original founders, Harry and Esther Snyder,
- 38:44was in the late 40s. I might get some of these
- 38:49details not exactly right, but it's basically
- 38:50something like when Harry died, the control of
- 38:54the company did not go to the oldest son because
- 38:56he was kind of problematic. It went to the youngest
- 38:59son. And then the youngest son died in a plane,
- 39:02in a small plane crash. And after many years,
- 39:06I mean, the backdrop of all this is the place
- 39:10just keeps expanding and expanding and expanding
- 39:11and making more and more and more and more money.
- 39:14I believe the stat is every year they've operated,
- 39:17every year they've operated, they made more money
- 39:19than the previous year. And that has been true
- 39:21for every single year of its existence. That's
- 39:24the dream. Good for them. Heck yeah. the youngest
- 39:26son then takes over after the plane crash death
- 39:29of the older one. And then he runs it, I don't
- 39:33remember the exact timeline, it was many years,
- 39:34and then he dies of a heroin overdose. And then
- 39:38at that point, control goes back to - Should
- 39:40have just stuck to the burgers, man. Well, they're
- 39:44sort of heroin, I'm addicted to them, you know.
- 39:47The control at that point goes back to Esther,
- 39:50the patriarch, who at that point, I believe is
- 39:52in her 80s or 90s, she was old. And then when
- 39:55she died, the control went to Lindsay, the granddaughter,
- 39:59who I believe was only in her early 20s when
- 40:02that happened. And she still runs it to this
- 40:04day, but she has had like multiple kidnapping
- 40:06attempts. And anyway, there's just this insane
- 40:09family drama against the backdrop of this wildly
- 40:12successful institution. And it's just ripe for,
- 40:16I mean, it's like stranger than fiction, but
- 40:18there's really been sort of nothing along those
- 40:20lines that I've ever heard of or seen. Right
- 40:23itself. Man, well, I don't know. Thanks for that
- 40:27burger history lesson, though. All right here.
- 40:30Well, you know, your Californians really do go
- 40:32apeshit for in and out, don't they? Like, I don't
- 40:35know. I don't know the history of Zips. Zips
- 40:37is a northwest institution, but I couldn't tell
- 40:40you the first thing about who owns Zips or anything
- 40:42like that. You California is not nearly as good.
- 40:45Yeah, here is continuing on on that clip that
- 40:48we pause for that aside. Here is the motorcycle
- 40:52randomly got shot. his cousin that they that
- 40:55KTVB featured in this. in this clip. As a Christian,
- 40:59I don't believe that this is a time to hate.
- 41:03It's okay to be angry. There is a lot of emotion.
- 41:06There's going to be anger, there's going to be
- 41:07hate, there's going to be questions, you know,
- 41:10why in the world does somebody do it? What can
- 41:12drive a 24 -year -old in his life to where he
- 41:15would do something like this? I can't imagine
- 41:18the life that he went through to bring him to
- 41:20this. It doesn't justify it in any way, shape
- 41:21or form, but it makes you wonder, you know. What
- 41:25could bring somebody to do something like that?
- 41:27And that's that's the question. I'm sure a lot
- 41:28of people are asking right now. He says right
- 41:32now his cousin still can't really move his fingers
- 41:35and doctors are doing all they can to help him
- 41:37get his mobility back. OK, so now let's move
- 41:42on here too. That was pretty gracious of a thing
- 41:45to say. Good good on you cousin of guy who got
- 41:48shot for reals. Good on you. That's a hard. That's
- 41:51a hard way to think about it. Here yeah, it's
- 41:55not where my mind goes Perhaps he's a better
- 41:58man than I here is the press conference from
- 42:01the Twin Falls Thank you so very deeply press
- 42:06conference from Twin Falls PD We're here today
- 42:09to provide a very truncated version of it. I
- 42:12tried to keep it as short as possible We're here
- 42:14today to provide An initial update regarding
- 42:17the incident that occurred yesterday, Saturday,
- 42:19August 1st, 2026 in the area of In -N -Out. In
- 42:22review. Do you hear that deep sigh? That was
- 42:26him thinking to himself, I picked a hell of a
- 42:27day to quit drinking. In review. Yesterday at
- 42:322 .29 PM, multiple 911 calls were received by
- 42:35the Twin Falls City Communication Center. Dispatchers
- 42:38could hear screaming and reports of gunshots
- 42:40in the background. Officers from our department
- 42:43along with officers from local state and federal
- 42:46law enforcement agencies all converged to the
- 42:49incident. Fire and medical personnel from the
- 42:52Twin Falls Fire Department and Madge Valley paramedics
- 42:54also responded. First responders faced what was
- 42:58described as one of the most chaotic instances
- 43:00a law enforcement officer can face in their career.
- 43:02Law enforcement began to search for the suspect
- 43:04as well as assisting medical personnel to the
- 43:07scene safely and providing first aid and transporting
- 43:10those in need to our local hospital. Our department
- 43:14has been in constant contact with the in and
- 43:16out management and they are actively assisting
- 43:18us in the investigation. At this time we can
- 43:21confirm that there are multiple victims. Based
- 43:24on the information currently available, there
- 43:27are three victims that are deceased. Seven others
- 43:30are injured. Two of those patients have been
- 43:33treated and released. Three are in stable condition.
- 43:36And two are in critical condition. Now we know
- 43:39there have been multiple comments online about
- 43:41multiple shooters. We can confirm that there
- 43:43was an off duty state trooper and a citizen who
- 43:47actively engaged the suspect by returning gunfire
- 43:50towards him. Yeah, that dude's been getting loads
- 43:53of attention. I even know his name, Jordan Salinas.
- 43:58Salinas? Salina? I don't know. It's Mexican.
- 44:02But the dude looks like a badass. And of course,
- 44:04all of the more conservative outlets on the interwebs
- 44:08are turning him into a hero already, which it
- 44:11sounds like, you know, he probably deserves.
- 44:14He engaged with the active shooter. So we had
- 44:16two active shooters, but one guy trying to do
- 44:19the right thing. And it sounds like he didn't
- 44:22take him down, though, but he did maybe save
- 44:24a few lives by diverting the guys. It was like
- 44:27a Chad, Chad's attention. Maybe getting letting
- 44:32people get the heck out of there. So good on
- 44:34him Again, I'm gonna ask though. I thought the
- 44:38flock cameras were supposed to prevent this kind
- 44:39of stuff, right? Aren't they supposed to solve
- 44:41these crimes and prevent these mysteries or solve
- 44:43these mysteries and prevent these crimes? Like
- 44:45I'm just you know, I'm just gonna keep throwing
- 44:47that out there only we had more surveillance
- 44:49This never would have happened. Also if we had
- 44:52stricter gun laws, this probably never would
- 44:53have happened either Here, what do you think
- 44:58the odds are that? Twin Falls leftists or Boise
- 45:02leftists bring that up? You know what what's
- 45:05the countdown on that three two one? You know
- 45:08how many days until we hear about that? Yeah,
- 45:10they won't be about the mental health side of
- 45:12things. It'll be about gun control As far as
- 45:15I have seen it hasn't or if it is about the mental
- 45:16health Sorry, and I apologize if it is about
- 45:19the mental health. It'll be We're gonna hear
- 45:22Melissa Wintrow get on the horn and be like you
- 45:25see These cuts to Medicaid are killing people.
- 45:28Literally. If we hadn't cut 3 % from Medicaid,
- 45:33then Chad, whatever the heck his last name was,
- 45:38wouldn't have done what he did. Have we all just
- 45:40pay our fair share? Right? Right? Right? Right?
- 45:45If we all just pay our fair share, put up more
- 45:47flock cameras, something like this would never
- 45:49happen. Right? Here is an intro. I'm going to
- 45:55address that press conference. I'm not going
- 45:56to play it. Here is the intro to the role that
- 46:00Mr. Salinas played in this. Images from the scene
- 46:03are revealing this person who we're learning
- 46:06is a Jordan Salinas, a bystander who drew his
- 46:09own weapon on the suspect, telling the Idaho
- 46:12statesman he had just pulled into the parking
- 46:14lot when he heard the gunfire, saying he felt
- 46:17no fear, both him and an off -duty state trooper.
- 46:20Jordan immediately thought, I've been training
- 46:21my whole life for this moment. Oh, yeah. Parkour!
- 46:24Parkour! Parkour! Parkour! Parkour! Parkour!
- 46:31Parkour! Parkour! Parkour! Parkour! Parkour!
- 46:46Parkour! Parkour! Parkour! Parkour! that the
- 46:54story was breaking was just saying like all officers
- 46:56responded quickly and they were they were not
- 46:58mentioning this guy at all even though there
- 47:00was lots of videos of him like bystander videos
- 47:03like people shooting with their cell phones from
- 47:05their cars of what this guy had done but now
- 47:08they've started to which is a very well they
- 47:10have sort of it's sort of yeah they have to that's
- 47:12exactly right they really have no choice they
- 47:14would they would love to pretend like this didn't
- 47:16happen and there wasn't an armed civilian who
- 47:18took took him out or at least you know delayed
- 47:20the the carnage But they have to because there's
- 47:23just too much groundswell and too much video
- 47:27and people talking about it. So that's what they're
- 47:28doing. And as such, Good Morning America actually
- 47:31sat down with the guy. We're hearing from the
- 47:33man who fired back. It was like a switch. Like,
- 47:36OK, you know, green light. He said it's real
- 47:37now. Yeah, like this is real. It's happening.
- 47:4035 year old Jordan Salinas tells me he and his
- 47:43girlfriend Emily had just pulled into the parking
- 47:45lot when the shooting began. Soon as we pulled
- 47:48in just a sea of people. just flooding out of
- 47:53the building. Yeah, we didn't know what was going
- 47:55on. We both thought it might have been a kitchen
- 47:57fire. What's happening? What's happening? Shoot,
- 48:00shoot! As hundreds ran for their lives through
- 48:03that crowded shopping center. Everybody's running.
- 48:06Jordan drew a semi -automatic pistol and went
- 48:09toward the danger seen on video repeatedly firing
- 48:12at the shooter. You were actively taking cover
- 48:15behind the in and outside. The biggest thing
- 48:17was just that he didn't know where I was. When
- 48:19those first shots broke at him, I mean, he...
- 48:22He had no idea you had said he didn't like the
- 48:25bullets going both ways No, he seemed unusually
- 48:28comfortable aiming that rifle at those cars.
- 48:30Does anybody like the bullets going both ways?
- 48:36So I Shot at him, uh -huh, and he didn't like
- 48:42it What? Oh, wow. So you think it was the shooting
- 48:45at him that he didn't like? Yeah, I'm pretty
- 48:48sure See what happened was what happened was
- 48:50he was going his direction that he didn't like
- 48:52he was comfortable when he was shooting and then
- 48:56he was getting shot at and suddenly he wasn't
- 48:59so comfortable. He didn't like it. He wasn't
- 49:03he wasn't a man. Usually comfortable aiming at
- 49:05those cars and then as soon as some rounds start
- 49:08coming at him everything changed. Authorities
- 49:11say an off -duty state trooper also took aim
- 49:14at a suspect, and the pair's heroic actions bought
- 49:17valuable time for people to flee. The motive
- 49:20for the shooting is still unclear. Seven people
- 49:22were injured. Three more were killed. Among them,
- 49:26Christopher Cronin. So they haven't found a manifesto
- 49:28yet? No, but the chief of the Twin Falls Belief,
- 49:32John Pelletier, released a public statement and
- 49:35said he misses Maui, but he loves living in Twin
- 49:38Falls. No, I don't, yeah, who knows what they're
- 49:39going to find if maybe nothing, you know. If
- 49:42they do find something, is it even going to be,
- 49:45are we going to know what to believe then? I
- 49:47mean, I still won't. We still won't. Is it real?
- 49:50Is it an MKUltra situation? Is it just a lone
- 49:53wolf? There will never there can never be answers
- 49:56to these things. And the skepticism and the suspicion
- 49:59on our part is richly deserved, whether or not
- 50:02it applies in this situation once again. Well,
- 50:06it even goes back to what we were just mentioning
- 50:07with the Jordan Salinas guy. The mainstream media
- 50:11would would not have touched him. They weren't
- 50:13planning on giving him any sort of attention
- 50:16at all. But the Internet did what the Internet
- 50:18does. Somebody screenshot the guy. It started
- 50:21circulating and then. a hero was born. And so
- 50:24the mainstream media sort of they were strong
- 50:26armed into having to be like, OK, OK, we should
- 50:29probably somebody should probably talk to this
- 50:32guy. And then, you know, I could just see him
- 50:33in the back doing a rock, paper, scissors. All
- 50:36right. Good morning, America. You got him. You
- 50:38get to do it. See, what happened was the mainstream
- 50:42media was super comfortable when they were controlling
- 50:44the narrative just in one direction. But then
- 50:46when the Internet fired back, suddenly they just
- 50:49weren't as comfortable. Everything changed. Among
- 50:51them Christopher launched his sister telling
- 50:54the New York Times He'd lived in Idaho for 30
- 50:56years and loved traveling cooking and the outdoors
- 50:59and 23 year old Ashley Garibay who worked at
- 51:02the restaurant the community in Twin Falls is
- 51:05devastated by the loss But they're praising Jordan
- 51:08for helping save so many the investigators say
- 51:10that you probably saved a lot of lives my goal
- 51:13was to try to Help as many people get home It's
- 51:19possible, you know, to be with their families,
- 51:21to be with their friends. That was a good way
- 51:22to put it. I bet he rehearsed that because, really,
- 51:25a guy like that, and in my mind, if I'm clear
- 51:28of thought while something like this is happening,
- 51:30my goal is to kill that motherfucker. And that's
- 51:34not tough talk. It's not like, oh, if I'd been
- 51:36there, I would have iced the guy. That's not
- 51:38what I'm trying to say. I'm just saying, that's
- 51:41what I've been going through my mind. It's not
- 51:42like, oh, I hope these people get home. It would
- 51:44be like, I have to kill this fucker, and I hope
- 51:46I don't die while I'm doing it. Holy smokes Yeah,
- 51:51who knows what was really going on in the military
- 51:53would be like my goal was to neutralize the threat
- 51:56Yeah, I mean this guy's answer is good Who knows
- 51:59what was really going on in his head in the in
- 52:02that exact moment? And but now that he's had
- 52:03a chance to collect his thoughts. This is what
- 52:06he's just sort of portraying I'm sure I would
- 52:08do the exact same sort of thing, you know, it's
- 52:10cuz it's no but it's good. It's a Whoever coached
- 52:13him. They did a good job I'm sure somebody said
- 52:18whatever you do Don't tell them that you were
- 52:21hoping to kill the guy totally But you know that
- 52:25most most red -blooded American dudes who are
- 52:27gun and who are gun guys rightfully and I'm not
- 52:30Making fun of them. I'm rightfully so I agree
- 52:32the thought isn't man. I hope people get home
- 52:34The thought is I got to kill this motherfucker
- 52:36That was that was the entire goal And Jordan
- 52:43emphasized you don't need a weapon to be helpful
- 52:46in a situation like this. Well, of course, he
- 52:48and that state trooper helped drive the suspect
- 52:50away. We also know that he said dozens of people
- 52:52sprung into action to get people to safety and
- 52:54to help with first aid. Plus all the actions
- 52:56of the first responders. All of that together
- 52:58helped get a lot more people home safely, guys.
- 53:00Yeah, took a lot of people. I mean, I get like
- 53:02without a gun. What are you going to do? Use
- 53:05foul language. Now go away or I shall taunt you
- 53:08a second time. As opposed to, man, I sure hope
- 53:13I can help everyone get home to their family.
- 53:16Well, I imagine this being like, so, uh, he was,
- 53:18you know, he was pretty comfortable being the
- 53:20only one shooting. But when I stood up and started
- 53:23insulting him, he was pretty uncomfortable. He
- 53:25didn't like it when the insults flew his way.
- 53:29Yeah, somebody get Dan Gookin in the parking
- 53:33lot. Just start calling the guy names. You're
- 53:36a pussy. You're asking him Chad. Why are you
- 53:40pissing on me? Why are you pissing on me? This
- 53:43is a gun free zone. Didn't you know that the
- 53:45City Council building is a gun free zone? How
- 53:47did the gun even get in here? I am the mayor
- 53:50and I say stop shooting at me you pussy. You're
- 53:53a pussy We had to work Dan Kuken into that stupid
- 54:00I think we're a little sick in the head. But
- 54:02yeah, we truly. And so if you want to support
- 54:05us value for value because you're also sick,
- 54:07that's the model. No, that was a weird first
- 54:10segment. I mean, really, it's been a weird few
- 54:12days. Yeah, we're not. We're not really. Of course,
- 54:15we're not making a tough one, dude. Yeah. Well,
- 54:18man, the whole show is built on making light
- 54:20of everything we talk about. I know stuff and
- 54:23you made it really damn hard, you asshole. It
- 54:25was impossible this time. It was just, it was
- 54:27just too much, too dense, too international.
- 54:30I could not be ignored, you know? And so I just,
- 54:33please forgive me. So I guess I'm going to throw
- 54:36out a PSA to our executive producers. And to
- 54:39all those affected, I want to say we are deeply
- 54:43sorry. We're sorry. We're sorry. We are sorry
- 54:51for how clunky this episode feels as we try to
- 54:54cover serious topics. in a lighthearted way.
- 54:58Yeah, exactly. And that's why it is clunky. And
- 55:00maybe that's why Patterns of Catastrophe is still
- 55:02the number one contender here as the show title.
- 55:05I'm feeling it. And this show where we try to
- 55:09think of fun and interesting titles for each
- 55:12episode is a value for value show. No ID is a
- 55:16value for value proposition. And that means that
- 55:18we are an advertiser free show. There are no
- 55:20sponsors. You'll not hear any ads. You'll not
- 55:22hear any live reads, no brands, no products to
- 55:25promote. Nothing of the sort. It's just straight
- 55:27value for value as inspired by the mothership
- 55:31of no agenda. And what that means is we try to
- 55:34put out value with each show that we do and it's
- 55:37free and it's just what it is. There's no pay
- 55:39walls and there's no subscriber only anything
- 55:42or exclusive conversations with Paul. If you
- 55:45pay that there's nothing like that. It's just
- 55:47the show. It comes out every Thursday and we
- 55:49try to make it as viable as possible. What's
- 55:51that? Exclusive conversations with Paul for an
- 55:55added fee. So Paul's already reneging on the
- 55:59value for value. Once I bring up the sound of
- 56:01his own voice, he's like, that is value for value.
- 56:04You pay me money. You get to hear my voice and
- 56:06I probably will say interesting things. That's
- 56:08called capitalism, sir. That's just a that's
- 56:10just regular old trade. It's great proposition.
- 56:14Uh, OK, sure. Just leave the money on the dresser.
- 56:18Mean what? I do need cab fare. I live an hour
- 56:21and a half out of town. So cab fare is appreciated.
- 56:24That's value for value If you find our program
- 56:28to be valuable if you find our show to be a valuable
- 56:31addition to your week and it's something that
- 56:32you feel you're getting value from we ask that
- 56:35you return value in the Time and talent and treasure
- 56:39categories. There are many ways to return value
- 56:42I haven't mentioned this in a couple of shows.
- 56:44Probably the number one time way that you can
- 56:47return value to our program at this time, at
- 56:50this juncture, is word of mouth. That is how
- 56:53shows like this grow. And I guess really anything,
- 56:57word of mouth is the way true organic growth
- 56:59happens. Just straight up testimonials, lending
- 57:03your credibility to us by promoting and otherwise
- 57:07mentioning our show to your circles. Send people
- 57:10the link. Keep us keep us front of mind and mention
- 57:13us as something that somebody that you know might
- 57:17enjoy or someone that you don't know. I don't
- 57:18know. Tell your wives, tell your children, tell
- 57:21your grandparents in the nursing home. They have
- 57:22lots of time on their hands. It helps us grow.
- 57:25It's a big value add to word of mouth to spread
- 57:29the word about no ID. And then there's also sending
- 57:33messages, which I got lots of this week. People
- 57:37texting these videos, these shorts, you know.
- 57:41Questions, answers, memes, all that stuff is
- 57:44greatly appreciated. And articles, I was also
- 57:48sent an article on Idaho being selected as a
- 57:50finalist for a new U .S. nuclear campus. We'll
- 57:54get to that in the second half of the show. That
- 57:55article was sent in by our anonymous boomer.
- 57:58That is all big value ads in the time category,
- 58:03so thank you very much. Onto the treasure portion
- 58:08of time talent and treasure if you have no time
- 58:10and you're not talented a great way to return
- 58:12value is treasure As fast as our currency is
- 58:16losing value It still has a little bit left if
- 58:19you want to do not currency by the way if you
- 58:21want to do a barter of any sort not barter but
- 58:23a returning value with treasure of non currency
- 58:27like ammunition or food or beverages or services.
- 58:35You can you have a good list you can go on give
- 58:37us a precious metals. What else? Yeah, I mean
- 58:40we're like crows anything shiny or edible. We're
- 58:43pretty stoked. Yeah, and we remember faces. So
- 58:48we do remember faces and you can train us to
- 58:50steal for you. We'll talk about that off show.
- 58:54So making a treasure. Contribution returning
- 58:58value a treasure makes you an executive producer
- 59:00of no ID. Today is episode number 40 We're the
- 59:04big 4o and as of today, we are officially we're
- 59:07at the now We're at the top of the hill and starting
- 59:10next week. We will be over the hill. Yay We can
- 59:13see all the wildfires. Do we die it like episode
- 59:1595 Scott? And it we like call it call it quits
- 59:20it episode 95. That's a pretty good run It is
- 59:24a good run I don't know, a hundred seems like
- 59:26a good number. I don't know. Let's cross that
- 59:28bridge when we come to it. In the meantime, we
- 59:32have some executive producers to thank this week,
- 59:34and we have not one, but two cash donations that
- 59:39were handed to me in envelopes. So that's awesome.
- 59:44Let's start here with Flinner of the Findings.
- 59:48And this is cash money. It is $21 Blackjack.

- 1:01:26chicken flinner. Thank you for that handwritten
- 1:01:28note. And may I say I particularly appreciate
- 1:01:31being labeled the best podcast in the Northwest,
- 1:01:33which is essentially saying you are the biggest
- 1:01:36catfish in the smallest trout pond. Thank you.
- 1:01:42This is from, this is handed to me in an envelope
- 1:01:45that says to no ID show from Sir Donald of the
- 1:01:49fire bottles, secretary general of greater Idaho.
- 1:01:53And Sir Donald is from Spokane Valley, and there
- 1:01:56is no note in this envelope, but there is $111
- 1:02:01.11. That would be a row of Schmeckels from Sir
- 1:02:07Donald of the fire bottles. Man, you know he's
- 1:02:12important because he has like 12 surnames. Now,
- 1:02:16do you know what a fire bottle? I don't know
- 1:02:17who you are, but you must be rich and important.
- 1:02:20Thank you. Do you know what a fire bottle is?
- 1:02:24I know what a firecracker is. I know what a bottle
- 1:02:28of fire water is. Is that a Molotov cocktail?
- 1:02:33Fire bottle? Good guess. It's much more benign
- 1:02:36than that. I didn't know this either. I learned
- 1:02:39it from Sir Donald. It's a vacuum tube. It's
- 1:02:41an old nickname for a vacuum tube. Oh. Oh. The
- 1:02:47more you know. The more you know. Yeah, thank
- 1:02:52you sir Donald and then another no note and it's
- 1:02:5850 bucks from Reb the gold -digging cowgirl Who
- 1:03:03told me that she this is she didn't write to
- 1:03:06write this down in a note and Reb and both Reb
- 1:03:08and sir Donald are been executive producers before
- 1:03:12so we appreciate them a lot and Reb did tell
- 1:03:14me in person that she frequently buss out her
- 1:03:19phone while tending her land and her livestock
- 1:03:21to send to write notes to us to send us messages
- 1:03:23based on the stuff she's hearing but that she
- 1:03:26never actually hits the send button so she's
- 1:03:28the the most the biggest source of feedback what
- 1:03:31there never was I'm so curious now man Well,
- 1:03:38Reb, let me be the first to encourage you to
- 1:03:41hit that send button and send that incendiary
- 1:03:45irresponsible email to your coworker or us, because
- 1:03:49I can't wait to see it. That's what I told her,
- 1:03:51too. I was like, well, don't be shy. Come on.
- 1:03:53Even if it's not even complete. I don't know.
- 1:03:55Just hit the send button. Go into your drafts.
- 1:03:58Just hit all the stuff. Hit send on all the stuff
- 1:03:59you never. I don't know. Anyway, thank you very
- 1:04:01much. Without hate mail, I wouldn't even have
- 1:04:04an email. So come on, girl, send it. Thank you,
- 1:04:07Rab, for the 50 bucks. Very much appreciated.
- 1:04:10Yes, thank you. And finally for this week, executive
- 1:04:14producer for episode 40, Josh Hoover sent in
- 1:04:201234, another nice little numerology donation,
- 1:04:25and Josh said, Prison Paul, what was the worst
- 1:04:30thing about prison? The Dementors? Sincerely,
- 1:04:34from Joshua Noel Hoover. Now, when this came
- 1:04:37in, I assumed, I was like, oh, this must be somebody
- 1:04:40who was like in prison with Paul, who like, they
- 1:04:44like, I don't know, shared his life, or he was
- 1:04:46one of those guys that was sitting at the picnic
- 1:04:47table when they were discussing how great the
- 1:04:49bag of chips was that was quelling their riotous
- 1:04:51impulses. Not all of my friends are from prison,
- 1:04:53Scott. Do you not know this? I do have friends
- 1:04:56from outside prison. Just most. And but then
- 1:05:00Paul was like, no, I don't think he was. And
- 1:05:02then I realized my my wife was like, oh, that's
- 1:05:06that's an office reference. Now, I should know
- 1:05:09I should have known that because she's the office
- 1:05:12for my wife is the it's like a comfort show.
- 1:05:15You know, it's something that you'll just have
- 1:05:16on in the background, like at all times. She
- 1:05:18just loves it. So I've seen every episode and
- 1:05:20I watched I watched the office when it was actually
- 1:05:22on the air. You know, I would like. I'll date
- 1:05:25myself here a little bit, but I would Tivo it
- 1:05:27and watch it every week. Even with friends. I
- 1:05:28mean, you know, we love that show. But then I
- 1:05:30really got familiar with it once I got together
- 1:05:32with my wife because she would just watch it,
- 1:05:34you know, just sort of all the time in the background.
- 1:05:35So I should have recognized that from the prison
- 1:05:38Mike scene of the office where he talks. Well,
- 1:05:41let's just play a little bit of it. But here's
- 1:05:42the here's the reference. I'm prison Mike. Now,
- 1:05:45do you are you with the office guy? You've made
- 1:05:46office references on this show. How well do you
- 1:05:48know the office? I know the office just well
- 1:05:52enough to be dangerous, but not well enough to
- 1:05:55be useful. Okay, so this is Steve Carell in his
- 1:05:59purple bandana and he's addressing the conference
- 1:06:01room and he's getting into character so he can
- 1:06:05explain how awful prison is to all the people
- 1:06:09in the office who had been sort of thinking it
- 1:06:11sounded great. There was a new guy there that
- 1:06:13had done some... time for like a white collar
- 1:06:16crime. And he was saying like, Oh, you know,
- 1:06:18you get you get exercise and this and that. So
- 1:06:20they were saying how great prison was going to
- 1:06:21be. And, you know, of course, Michael Scott took
- 1:06:23this very personally as their boss who they're,
- 1:06:26you know, they're supposed to love him and hanging
- 1:06:28out with him. So why in the world would they
- 1:06:29be, you know, thinking that prison is great,
- 1:06:32so he assumes this character, this persona of
- 1:06:34Prison Mike with his purple bandana, and tries
- 1:06:36to tell him how awful prison is. Do you really
- 1:06:38expect me to not push you up against the wall,
- 1:06:41biatch? Just gem after gem in that scene. Hey,
- 1:06:45hey, that's just the way we talk in the clink.
- 1:06:47The clink. But I am here to scare you straight.
- 1:06:49In the clink. I am here to scare you straight!
- 1:06:54In prison, you are somebody's bitch. So basically
- 1:06:57every one of these is now going on the soundboard.
- 1:06:59Now, you were you were in you weren't in like
- 1:07:03a federal pound me in the a prison in Cooney
- 1:07:05County Jail. There wasn't really any of that.
- 1:07:07They looked down on that sort of behavior. OK,
- 1:07:09so everybody in there's they're not into the
- 1:07:11whole owning people or gay stuff stuff. Everybody
- 1:07:17was kind of just trying to get through. So in
- 1:07:21fact, I learned speaking of the more, you know.
- 1:07:24Growing up as a kid my dad used to refer to me
- 1:07:27my brother and I sometimes as pecker woods when
- 1:07:29we were Acting up or being goofy or you know
- 1:07:32kind of like the Hank Hill damnit Bobby that
- 1:07:34boy ain't right kind of moment and dad look at
- 1:07:36us and shake his head be like yeah a bunch of
- 1:07:37pecker woods so I grew up with that term being
- 1:07:40kind of just a Fun little insult for a knucklehead,
- 1:07:43you know like a knucklehead Well, I I used the
- 1:07:46word in Kootenai County Jail one time and the
- 1:07:49whole pod stopped 18 guys And a dude I was talking
- 1:07:54to goes, what did you say? What did you call
- 1:07:57me? And immediately I had an idea of the fact
- 1:07:59that I was about to maybe be in big trouble.
- 1:08:01And I was like, oh, Peckerwood. And they're like,
- 1:08:03yeah, we don't use that word here. Peckerwood
- 1:08:07is, it means like Aryan nation. It's racist.
- 1:08:10Basically it's what we refer to the Aryan guys.
- 1:08:15And none of us in here are that. I was like,
- 1:08:18oh, oh, interesting. Didn't know that. now I
- 1:08:20know thank you the more you know so I learned
- 1:08:24real quick that's a word you don't use I always
- 1:08:27thought it just was a term for like it's what
- 1:08:30a brother would call a like a sort of derogatory
- 1:08:33term for a white person peck a wood that's I
- 1:08:36never thought of it as a white supremacy thing
- 1:08:38the opposite no I'd never heard it in that context
- 1:08:41either myself but apparently it is a thing a
- 1:08:44real thing and boy don't use that with people
- 1:08:47if they're not that thing More advice from the
- 1:08:51more you know, everybody do she yeah from prison
- 1:08:52Paul. Oh, no from prison Paul. Yeah, there you
- 1:08:55go What's the very very worst thing about prison?
- 1:08:58The worst thing about prison was that the food
- 1:09:01was the dementors they Were flying all over the
- 1:09:04place and they were scary and then they come
- 1:09:05down and they suck the soul out of your body
- 1:09:07and at height Dementors like in Harry Potter
- 1:09:10So they would be the reference from executive
- 1:09:15producer Joshua Hoover Kootenai County doesn't
- 1:09:19have the budget for that, so no, there were no
- 1:09:21dementors. Oh, and you. You, my friend, would
- 1:09:25be the belle of the ball. Don't drop the soap.
- 1:09:29Don't drop the soap. Prison Mike, what was the
- 1:09:31food like in prison? Gruel. Bad. Sandwiches.
- 1:09:35Gruel sandwiches. Gruel omelets. Nothing but
- 1:09:37gruel. It was close enough. Just all gruel. Okay,
- 1:09:41anyway. Should I tell them? Should I tell them
- 1:09:42what we called those sandwiches? I should tell
- 1:09:44them. Go right ahead. Yeah. Horsecock sandwiches
- 1:09:47they had a name. That's what we call them Fake
- 1:09:50it was like fake bologna, which yes, I know is
- 1:09:52redundant, but I'll just let you simmer on that
- 1:09:55one All right, so thus concluded value for value

- 1:10:30you, Donald. Thank you, Reb. Thank you, Flinner.
- 1:10:32Thank you, Josh. It was a ton of fun hanging
- 1:10:34out with all you guys at the meetup. And they
- 1:10:37did ask, by the way, many of them asked where
- 1:10:39you were and how we could get you out of your
- 1:10:41out of your castle to come to our next meetup.
- 1:10:45Wave a horse cock sandwich in front of my face
- 1:10:47and I'll be down there in a jiffy All right,
- 1:10:50you have a song for second half I am gonna come
- 1:10:54down and visit everybody at some point. It's
- 1:10:56um when I finish my health Yeah, hopefully in
- 1:10:59the next six months my gut will be all fixed
- 1:11:01up and my foot will be mostly fixed up and then
- 1:11:05Hair plug prison Paul can come out to play and
- 1:11:07tell you all the stories I do have a song Do
- 1:11:12you have a song? F. Yeah. Maybe. I've seen people
- 1:11:19in every way shape or form all over the world
- 1:11:21going to the bathroom. The rain already fell
- 1:11:46And we already been through hell Bad days gonna
- 1:11:51get better I been down to the bottom and I been
- 1:11:57up to the top But I prefer the middle cause my
- 1:12:00mind it cannot stop Thinking my highs are highs
- 1:12:02and my lows are lows I wish that I could find
- 1:12:05some ground to just slow down and grow But maybe
- 1:12:08it's extremes that I need Please, and maybe it's
- 1:12:11the nature of my beast. Please, I grab onto the
- 1:12:14good times and push away the bad. But holding
- 1:12:17on just uses all the energy I've had. But I know
- 1:12:20it's hard sometimes. But I know the sun will
- 1:12:29shine. Because bad days gonna get bad. is gonna
- 1:12:40get better cause the rain already fell and we
- 1:12:49already been through hell bad days gonna get
- 1:12:53better the weather ain't the same the day after
- 1:12:59it rains it's so fresh you can feel the sunshine
- 1:13:01heal the pain the way that the wind blows through
- 1:13:05my window the glow from the stained glass beautiful
- 1:13:08and simple reminds me that yes we all just need
- 1:13:11a breath and yes sometimes this life can feel
- 1:13:14just like a mess but i'm just out here living
- 1:13:16for the good days and bad and i'ma give it saves
- 1:15:12just one life, I'll be happy. Okay. Second half
- 1:15:17of show. You ready? Oh, who's ready? Am I ready?
- 1:15:25I'm ready. Is anybody ready for this? Is anybody
- 1:15:28ready? I think I was too ready and you weren't
- 1:15:29ready enough. Oh my god. Alright, I'm getting
- 1:15:32ready to save one life. Let's go. Just one life.
- 1:15:36Shut it all down. Just one life. Shut it down.
- 1:15:45Quarantine quarantine quarantine For just up
- 1:15:51the end just keep up in the ante All right, you
- 1:15:55know what that means, you know that sound it's
- 1:15:58time for Scott's shots Scott This topic is loosely
- 1:16:05related to the topic. I usually like to cover
- 1:16:08We're gonna have some fun with it How much purchasing
- 1:16:14power has the American dollar lost Since 2020
- 1:16:2245 % You sure about that You weren't far off.
- 1:16:36I love your pessimism. I do love your pessimism.
- 1:16:39That's why we're friends Actually, isn't as bad
- 1:16:42as that. It's bad. It's not as bad. It's 30 %
- 1:16:4730 % it I went down my mate my mind immediately
- 1:16:51was like 75 % and I was like now I can't be it's
- 1:16:54all right. That was me actually being conservative
- 1:16:57Yeah, well actually you are probably correct
- 1:17:00because here's the thing when I when I went looking
- 1:17:03for this information the information that's out
- 1:17:06there or the most readily available without having
- 1:17:09to go super down the rabbit hole is basically
- 1:17:12the information they let us have. They being
- 1:17:15the, you know, the elites, the lizard people,
- 1:17:17the power. That's what the, you know, when the
- 1:17:20federal reserve has its reports and the, and
- 1:17:22the department of commerce puts out their reports
- 1:17:25and, you know, all of the government agencies
- 1:17:27put out their reports. Yeah, it is they. It's
- 1:17:30the it's the fucking lizard people. Yes. Samaritan
- 1:17:33known as the state. The state. So your estimation
- 1:17:40of 45 percent is probably more accurate. And
- 1:17:43if you ask any any one of us who's, you know,
- 1:17:45bought groceries any time recently, I think we
- 1:17:48all could probably nod our heads and be like,
- 1:17:49yeah, it's got to be like 45 percent. Yeah. Technically
- 1:17:53on paper, they say 30 percent, which is how you
- 1:17:56know it's more than that. Right. Yeah, 30 % those
- 1:17:59and in six years, but here's what really is wild
- 1:18:03about it is that dude 2020 was was six years
- 1:18:05ago. That's it. Yeah six years Yes, so it was
- 1:18:09in less than a decade. We've we've lost 30 %
- 1:18:13of our purchasing power So what what used to
- 1:18:15cost and again, it's more than that We know it's
- 1:18:18more than that but what used to cost $100 in
- 1:18:212020 now costs according to them 139 It's more
- 1:18:25like 150 Awesome. Well done, everybody. Well
- 1:18:28done. I hope you guys all enjoyed those checks
- 1:18:31into all the free fake money in your checking
- 1:18:33accounts. Hope you enjoy. Wasn't that great?
- 1:18:35Wasn't it worth it? Turns out printing, what
- 1:18:39was it? 70 % 60 or 70 % of all the money ever
- 1:18:43in circulate like ever in the history of the
- 1:18:45country in 2020. Turns out that wasn't such a
- 1:18:49great economic policy, actually monetary policy
- 1:18:53is what that is. Yeah, weird, right? It also
- 1:18:56turns out when you shut down the world and you
- 1:18:58don't let people produce anything or go outside
- 1:19:00or go to a restaurant or eat or anything, and
- 1:19:02you make everybody stop being productive, and
- 1:19:06then when you finally allow them to kind of sort
- 1:19:08of maybe be productive, well, now you have almost,
- 1:19:13almost for all intents and purposes, an infinitely
- 1:19:15larger supply of money chasing an infinitesimally
- 1:19:20smaller supply of goods and services. Whoa. What
- 1:19:25might happen in such a scenario, Scott? Three
- 1:19:28guesses, the first two don't count. You're actually
- 1:19:31understating the case. They actually valorized
- 1:19:35non -productivity. You were a hero if you weren't
- 1:19:38productive, if you hid in your basement and doom
- 1:19:41-scrolled Reddit while eating Cheetos, which,
- 1:19:44by the way, that factory never shut down. Yes,
- 1:19:47it was worsening. And then now and then now,
- 1:19:48you know, half those people are like, why is
- 1:19:52labor so hard to find people do they don't show
- 1:19:55up for their interviews? They don't weren't we
- 1:19:56just hearing Steve Pegg say this the other day?
- 1:19:58They don't half of them don't show up for interviews.
- 1:20:00And then the half that do that half of those
- 1:20:02don't show up for their first day. And then of
- 1:20:04those half of those quit after the first week.
- 1:20:07Last a week any connection but it is not Steve
- 1:20:10knows but for so many people never did the math
- 1:20:12on this like Do you think there's any connection
- 1:20:14between how you behaved and how you changed people's
- 1:20:16habits and how you valorized and heroicized,
- 1:20:20I don't even know if that's a word, non -productivity
- 1:20:23and then cranked fake money and everyone's checking
- 1:20:25accounts for staying home? Is any of this connected
- 1:20:27at all or there was just a virus? Wow. It's almost
- 1:20:33as if you disincentivize productivity, you get
- 1:20:37less productivity. It's kind of the same thing
- 1:20:40with taxes, right? When they put sin taxes on
- 1:20:42alcohol and tobacco is always the one that gets
- 1:20:45me cigarettes, right? They tax the shit out of
- 1:20:47cigarettes. And when you ask them about it, it's
- 1:20:49to deter people from buying cigarettes. So then
- 1:20:53immediately my next question goes, well, what's
- 1:20:57the income tax then? Just to take this a little
- 1:21:04further. How? How much purchasing power, Scott,
- 1:21:11have we lost since the year 2000? I was 12, by
- 1:21:15the way, in the year 2000. We're talking 26 years
- 1:21:18ago, which in some ways feels like a lifetime,
- 1:21:20but really in the scope of human history is nothing
- 1:21:24at all. The year 2000, how much purchasing power
- 1:21:28have we lost, Scott? 72%. Man, that guy is the
- 1:21:35red -grinned grumble to pretending he knows what's
- 1:21:38going on. What? I thought we've gone over this
- 1:21:40before. No, no. I mean, maybe. According to them,
- 1:21:46Scott, you are once again wrong. We have only
- 1:21:50lost 48 % of our purchasing power since the year
- 1:21:532000. Only 48%. Sure. Which means, put another
- 1:21:58way, it means that things cost nearly double
- 1:22:01what they did in the year 2000. is basically
- 1:22:04when you lose 48 % of your purchasing power,
- 1:22:06it means it requires an extra 94 % of the currency
- 1:22:11to buy the thing. So what was a dollar in the
- 1:22:14year 2000 is now $1 .94 in the year 2026. Of
- 1:22:18course, I think your number is probably closer
- 1:22:21because when they measure the CPI, you know what
- 1:22:23they leave out? They leave out things like groceries
- 1:22:26and gas because those are the two things most
- 1:22:29impacted and affected by inflation. So when you
- 1:22:32get the monthly, the monthly index reports for
- 1:22:35inflation, those two things aren't counted. Now,
- 1:22:39they say they're counting those things here in
- 1:22:41these figures, because these are annual figures.
- 1:22:44But I don't know about that. Or, you know, they
- 1:22:47shave, shave a few percentage points here and
- 1:22:49there. And all of a sudden, it's only 48 % instead
- 1:22:52of your 75. So you're probably You're probably
- 1:22:55right Scott. I mean I you can just do like they
- 1:22:57say you're wrong. It's like TV You know commercials
- 1:22:59for you know Knutson Chevy in the year 2000 is
- 1:23:03like you can get an entry -level a GMC Sierra
- 1:23:05and it's a 22 999 and now it's like a hundred
- 1:23:09and five K I mean I'm exaggerating a little bit
- 1:23:12but but only a little bit a house is a house
- 1:23:15is a hundred and five K a starter house now it's
- 1:23:18five hundred and five K Once again, maybe an
- 1:23:21exaggeration, but not by much. I mean, the notion
- 1:23:23that it's only double, it's bull crap. It's bull
- 1:23:26crap. What was gas in the year 2000? $1 .89 a
- 1:23:31gallon, $2 .09 a gallon. Yeah, it was sub 2.
- 1:23:35Now it's $5, $6, $7 a gallon. It's just baloney.
- 1:23:39Everyone knows that's baloney. Yeah, but we won
- 1:23:41that war like 30 times. We won it. We won it
- 1:23:44in like three days. So gas prices will come down
- 1:23:48anytime now, Scott. Anytime. And if you, you
- 1:23:51know, in case you were wondering about why prices
- 1:23:54are so high and you were complaining about stuff,
- 1:23:55don't worry about that either because we just
- 1:23:57tariffed the shit out of Canada and Brazil. So
- 1:24:00things are going to get better. Of course. Don't
- 1:24:03you worry. I can't wait. Yeah. One last question,
- 1:24:06because I just had to go further down. How much
- 1:24:09purchasing power has the U .S. dollar lost since
- 1:24:141913? Once again, I feel like we've covered this
- 1:24:19and I'm going to say it's 98%. 99%. I'm going
- 1:24:28to give it to you. Yeah. Quibble over 1%. 99
- 1:24:33% in 113 years. So all, all. It's all. Yeah.
- 1:24:42It's gone. And it's gone. We have none left.
- 1:24:46We have no purchasing power. Just giving your
- 1:24:51money to the state and it's gone. See you later.
- 1:24:54I thought that was fun. All right. Well, we're
- 1:24:58off to an uplifting start here on the second
- 1:25:00half of episode 40 of No I .D. Let's cover that
- 1:25:05show title uplifting start uplifting start. OK,
- 1:25:11after it's that versus patterns of catastrophe
- 1:25:13uplifting start. OK, here is one definitely has
- 1:25:18a better hook, but you know. Here is the nuclear
- 1:25:23campus story where we're finalists. Yay. The
- 1:25:27US Department of Energy says Idaho is a finalist
- 1:25:30for a nuclear energy innovation campus, sparking
- 1:25:33conversations about the gem states lengthy past
- 1:25:36with nuclear energy. Terrence Holton, with our
- 1:25:38Boise sister station, spoke with a historian
- 1:25:40to better understand why the DOE named Idaho
- 1:25:44as a finalist. For decades, Idaho nuclear reactors
- 1:25:47both processed its own hazardous waste while
- 1:25:50also taking in waste from other nuclear power
- 1:25:52sites. This led to more than a few issues. For
- 1:25:55starters, radioactive liquid threatening the
- 1:25:58Snake River plain aquifer, forcing gem state
- 1:26:00politicians to push for change. Over the 70s,
- 1:26:0380s and 90s. Is this is an aquifer and an aquifer?
- 1:26:08Are those two different things? Don't you just
- 1:26:12say it differently or am I saying it wrong as
- 1:26:15aquifer? No, no, no, it's definitely aquifer
- 1:26:19aqua fire that sounds like a like a weapon Austin
- 1:26:23Powers would use or something What's an aqua
- 1:26:25fire for starters radioactive way of saying watering
- 1:26:28something down? For starters radioactive liquid
- 1:26:32threatening the Snake River plain aqua fire forcing
- 1:26:35gem state forcing gem state politicians to push
- 1:26:39for change over the 70s 80s and 90s a lot of
- 1:26:42Idaho politicians Governor Andrus for instance
- 1:26:46were really adamant that we shouldn't be accepting
- 1:26:50nuclear waste from other places here in Idaho
- 1:26:52we have enough to deal with here was kind of
- 1:26:55the idea in 1995 In 1995, Governor Phil Bat that
- 1:27:04ordered the U .S. Dep to not ship certain types
- 1:27:07as well as remove manma from the state. Anytime
- 1:27:12any in Idaho now, like with that is sort of a
- 1:27:17foundat This week, Governor Brad Little released
- 1:27:26a statement about Idaho potentially being selected
- 1:27:29as a host for a nuclear energy campus, saying,
- 1:27:32quote, We look forward to working with the Department
- 1:27:34of Energy to continue advancing every stage of
- 1:27:37the nuclear lifestyle, strengthening our nation's
- 1:27:40energy security. Did you catch that? The nuclear
- 1:27:43lifestyle. Now, it said on the video because
- 1:27:46this is TV news. On the screen, they were showing
- 1:27:50the text of Governor Perversion Little's statement,
- 1:27:53which said the nuclear life cycle. So the text
- 1:27:57on the screen said life cycle, but the news readers
- 1:28:01said lifestyle. We look forward to working with
- 1:28:03the Department of Energy. I think whatever the
- 1:28:09aquifier is, is up there with the nuclear lifestyle.
- 1:28:12I think the aquifier is a part of the nuclear
- 1:28:14lifestyle that he's talking about. I did look
- 1:28:17it up by the way, there's no such thing as an
- 1:28:19aquifer. Everything keeps pointing me to aquifer.
- 1:28:22Did you mean aquifer? No, I meant aquifer. No,
- 1:28:25I didn't. Did you mean aquifer? No, I meant aquifer.
- 1:28:27It's all just aquifer. Nowhere can you more freely
- 1:28:31live your nuclear lifestyle than an aquifer.
- 1:28:37We look forward to working with the Department
- 1:28:39of Energy to continue advancing every stage of
- 1:28:42the nuclear lifestyle. By the way, the nuclear
- 1:28:44lifestyle in the running for show title. Yes,
- 1:28:48yes, that's a good one. We look forward to working
- 1:28:50with the Department of Energy to continue advancing
- 1:28:53every stage of the nuclear lifestyle, strengthening
- 1:28:56our nation's energy security, creating good paying
- 1:28:58jobs and ensuring Idaho remains the home of America's
- 1:29:02nuclear renaissance. While Sarah is not involved
- 1:29:05in the nuclear campus project, she believes it
- 1:29:07is an attempt to move further forward with nuclear
- 1:29:09energy. It's an earnest attempt on the part of
- 1:29:12our president's administration to, like, speed
- 1:29:15up and grow nuclear. The proposed campuses would,
- 1:29:17quote, support activities across the full nuclear
- 1:29:20fuel life cycle, according to the DOE. Now that
- 1:29:22he got it right that time, that was the same
- 1:29:25word, and he just read it correctly that time.
- 1:29:27Fuel life cycle, according to the DOE, and could
- 1:29:29be used for state's power generation and advanced
- 1:29:31manufacturing. The Department of Energy said
- 1:29:34in a statement that... Is that your dogs? Okay,
- 1:29:36I was wondering if it was part of the clip cool
- 1:29:38according to the deal. Yes. Sorry. No, no, that's
- 1:29:40it's not a sound drop It's my idiot dogs barking.
- 1:29:43I'm hold on somebody might be coming down my
- 1:29:46drive. I'm sorry. Hold on Okay, so speaking of
- 1:29:55the nuclear family lifestyle my wife went out
- 1:29:58to Clark fork went down to Clark fork to take
- 1:30:01the baby as he's been He's a little fussy today,
- 1:30:03making lots of noise. So she took him down to
- 1:30:05Clark Fork so that we wouldn't have baby in the
- 1:30:07background. But she just drove back into the
- 1:30:10driveway. So the dogs. So now we have dogs in
- 1:30:12the background. Take your pick. Dogs or babies.
- 1:30:15Intruder. Oh, it's you. Yeah. And I can only
- 1:30:17put one of them in the shed. But I don't like
- 1:30:19doing that because the dogs get really hot when
- 1:30:21I put them in the shed. So it's got to be the
- 1:30:24kid that goes in the shed. and could be used
- 1:30:27for state's power generation and advanced manufacturing.
- 1:30:31The Department of Energy said in a statement
- 1:30:32that the campuses could attract up to $50 billion
- 1:30:35in capital investment and generate as much as
- 1:30:38$10 billion in state and local tax revenue. I
- 1:30:41like your taxes. Give us your money. Give us
- 1:30:44the money. We need money. I need money. So who
- 1:30:51cares about the Snake River Aquifier? We need
- 1:30:54money. Just so you know sir, let's hear let's
- 1:31:03give sir Duce for some context that's Melissa
- 1:31:05Wintrow. She's an Idaho You know, whatever state
- 1:31:09reptile who just can't get enough of your taxes.
- 1:31:11That's this lady Yeah, and then this one I like
- 1:31:15your taxes is Lori Wolf She works with governor
- 1:31:19pervert and the budget and she just loves being
- 1:31:22a bureaucrat to be a bureaucrat and she likes
- 1:31:24your taxes And then this one, weird. Okay, no,
- 1:31:29just those two. There you go. And all of them
- 1:31:32have the IQ of a cold bowl of soup. Let's move
- 1:31:41on here to... Oh, hey. I'm for it. The nuclear
- 1:31:44campus. I'm for it. I'm all about it. Yeah. Yeah,
- 1:31:47yeah. The future is nuclear. So all of these
- 1:31:49lefties and people who don't know anything about
- 1:31:51anything, which you don't have to be a lefty
- 1:31:53to be somebody who doesn't know anything about
- 1:31:54anything, but... Usually they they track hand
- 1:31:57-in -hand who talk about Power and everything
- 1:32:01going electric. They want you know, they want
- 1:32:03everything electric now. They're anti fossil
- 1:32:04fuels and they're anti propane and anti Natural
- 1:32:08gas which is retarded because propane and natural
- 1:32:10gas are super clean. They're super inexpensive
- 1:32:12They're super obtainable and lots of things can
- 1:32:15run on them I can I can understand the argument
- 1:32:17against coal to a degree I can understand that
- 1:32:20at least a little bit more but man propane and
- 1:32:22natural gas those things are bitchin I run half
- 1:32:24my house on propane. So the war against that
- 1:32:28makes no sense. But people are dumb. We can't
- 1:32:32power the civilization that people want on solar
- 1:32:36and wind. You can't do it. It's impossible. And
- 1:32:39the input required to create that infrastructure
- 1:32:42to build those pieces of equipment, I mean, just
- 1:32:45the wind farms alone. It's a net loser. It's
- 1:32:49not green. It's the opposite of green You actually
- 1:32:51burn more fuel and you create more non -disposable
- 1:32:54stuff creating the wind farms and you can't dispose
- 1:32:58of the stuff You know what you got to do bury
- 1:33:00it just like nuclear waste So if you want a world
- 1:33:04where you can plug everything in and not worry
- 1:33:06about brownouts or blackouts and you want it
- 1:33:09to be Minimal input with maximum output and about
- 1:33:13as clean as it possibly gets it's nuclear Nuclear
- 1:33:17is the future. There's no ifs, ands, or buts
- 1:33:18about it. The one concern, of course, is the
- 1:33:21waste. And I guess what happens if a reactor
- 1:33:24runs into issues. But the technology that has
- 1:33:26come along is so advanced. The waste that is
- 1:33:28created is so small. The technology for storing
- 1:33:31it is so good. It's all ready to rock. The only
- 1:33:35thing holding back a nuclear future is bureaucracy.
- 1:33:39Red tape bureaucracy and lawsuits. And, you know,
- 1:33:41ignorance. People who want what they want, but
- 1:33:45are scared of nuclear because they don't know
- 1:33:47anything about it. All that said, yeah, it just
- 1:33:53sounds to me like Paul likes dirty air and dirty
- 1:33:55water. He opposes cleanliness of air and water.
- 1:33:58That's what I heard. Yeah, actually the water
- 1:34:01vapor that's produced from the nuclear reactors,
- 1:34:03super bad for our ozone. That water vapor, it's
- 1:34:07going to ruin everything. Here, you know what?
- 1:34:09This is perfect. Let's cover This speaking of
- 1:34:13water vapor and the air Idaho's water resource
- 1:34:16board meets later today as George Prentice reports
- 1:34:19on one of the hottest days of the year Members
- 1:34:21will be talking about something that can only
- 1:34:23be done on some of the coldest days of the year
- 1:34:25cloud seeding Cloud seeding has been happening
- 1:34:28since the night. No, you don't swim in it You
- 1:34:30just stand adjacent to it. Weren't you paying
- 1:34:31attention? Oh, right. Yeah. No, I missed that
- 1:34:34PSA or that part of the PSA? seating Cloud seeding
- 1:34:38has been happening since the 1940s. Airplanes
- 1:34:42or cannons shooting silver iodide, acetone, and
- 1:34:46liquid propane into clouds when temperatures
- 1:34:48are below freezing. Idaho power began its own
- 1:34:51cloud seeding. Okay, so people are cool with
- 1:34:53that, but they're scared of nuclear reactors.
- 1:34:57Just gonna throw that out there. Like, go ahead
- 1:35:00and spray all this stuff over our heads. But
- 1:35:04how dare you build nuclear power plants? Chernobyl.
- 1:35:09I know power began. So you see what they did
- 1:35:11here, Scott, since we are supposed to be breaking
- 1:35:13down the mainstream media narrative. Oh, yeah.
- 1:35:15Well, citizen, we've been doing this since the
- 1:35:1840s. So there's nothing to worry about because
- 1:35:21we've been doing it since the 40s. Yep. Then
- 1:35:23it's OK. Yeah. It's basically just classic Americana.
- 1:35:27Don't worry about it. It's like a pez dispenser,
- 1:35:28but with chemicals over your head. Coca -Cola,
- 1:35:33Kentucky Fried Chicken and silver iodide. Idaho
- 1:35:36Power began its own cloud seeding in 2003. The
- 1:35:40process helps generate more snow and improves
- 1:35:43water resources in the summer. It is something
- 1:35:46that is promoted by our farmers, our Farm Bureau,
- 1:35:49our water users, our state, our power utility
- 1:35:53companies. That is GOP House Representative Ben
- 1:35:56Fuhrman introducing a cloud seeding bill to the
- 1:35:59Idaho Legislature this past March. Fuhrman told
- 1:36:01lawmakers that it was time to increase transparency
- 1:36:05around cloud seeding. The bill passed through
- 1:36:07the House and Senate, but not before getting
- 1:36:09pushback from some legislators, like Clint Hostedler
- 1:36:13from Twin Falls, who think that cloud seeding
- 1:36:15shouldn't be happening at all in Idaho. I didn't
- 1:36:18consent to this. I think most people didn't consent
- 1:36:21to this. We did not consent to be experimented
- 1:36:24on. Today, the Water Resource Board takes up
- 1:36:27its new responsibility of tighter cloud seeding
- 1:36:30oversight, which will include more public meetings
- 1:36:32on the process. George Prentice, Boise State
- 1:36:35Public. Yeah, what? Like when they say oversight?
- 1:36:38Yeah, what does it mean? Do we hire a guy to
- 1:36:41get up in the planes with the feds and be like,
- 1:36:43okay, you better not seed this much, but you
- 1:36:48can seed this much, but not an ounce of, not
- 1:36:53an ounce more. Like, I don't understand. What
- 1:36:55does that mean? Or you can only use this plane
- 1:36:58and not that plane, or you can only go to 20
- 1:37:00,000 feet instead of 30 ,000 feet. Or go seed
- 1:37:03those clouds over there, but you better not touch
- 1:37:05these clouds over here. What does that even mean?
- 1:37:08How does that work? Well now how long and why
- 1:37:11does it all sound retarded? How long until one
- 1:37:14of the executives of the cloud seeding company?
- 1:37:18Becomes the head of the oversight board that
- 1:37:21oversees the cloud seeding You know like and
- 1:37:25then this becomes like a revolving door between
- 1:37:27the oversight industry and the executive boards
- 1:37:29of the cloud seeding apparatus I can't wait for
- 1:37:35them to Create another committee or commission
- 1:37:38on this and you know Pay six people that I guess
- 1:37:43over do oversight for cloud seating. I don't
- 1:37:46know. The whole thing is ridiculous I'm with
- 1:37:48Clint Hoss on this one though. Why are we doing
- 1:37:50it in the first place? Yeah, we didn't consent
- 1:37:52I think most people didn't consent to this. I
- 1:37:54think this is soundboard material. At least this
- 1:37:56one right here is a good one I didn't consent
- 1:37:58to this It doesn't matter you should it doesn't
- 1:38:03matter since when does that matter That's so
- 1:38:05cute. How adorable. I know, right? I know it
- 1:38:09is. It really is. I wish that they got as upset
- 1:38:14about, I don't know, shitty alcohol laws or shitty
- 1:38:17gambling laws or property taxes or hey, let's
- 1:38:20just start with sales tax on groceries. Let's
- 1:38:24just start there because I didn't consent to
- 1:38:25any of those. Speaking of listen listen to this
- 1:38:28consent and what we you know what people do and
- 1:38:31do not get upset over listen to this message
- 1:38:34This is not about Idaho. It's about Texas from
- 1:38:37Sir Brian with an eye New THC law is in effect
- 1:38:41in Texas harsh penalties one gram is a fine of
- 1:38:46ten thousand dollars Penalties go up to life
- 1:38:49in prison. So everybody be careful And he basically
- 1:38:53told Sir Ducifer to watch his back, and then
- 1:38:55Sir Ducifer was like, I don't know, what makes
- 1:38:56you think I smoke? But yeah, I mean, there it
- 1:38:59is, the land of liberty in the free state of
- 1:39:01Texas. Wild. Just wild stuff. We didn't consent
- 1:39:08to that either. I didn't consent to this. That's
- 1:39:10why it's hard to take these people seriously,
- 1:39:13even the good ones. It is hard to take them seriously.
- 1:39:16You want to get high? No, I don't got an extra
- 1:39:1910 grand in case we get caught. Here is KTVB.
- 1:39:24I don't know if you remember the... Oh no, of
- 1:39:28course, we just referenced it. You have to stand
- 1:39:30adjacent to a fountain. They love doing heat
- 1:39:32warnings when there's just completely... They're
- 1:39:35acting as if it's... you know, the middle of
- 1:39:37the Sahara and it's 187 degrees when it's 86.
- 1:39:41Listen to this from KTVB. 90 degrees? People
- 1:39:57are dying. They're dropping dead in the streets.
- 1:39:59Birds are falling out of the sky. It's not just
- 1:40:03any people, Scott. Old people. The most vulnerable
- 1:40:06amongst us, the old and the wealthy, who also
- 1:40:10all live in Phoenix, Arizona, where it's 110
- 1:40:14right now. So what do they have that we don't?
- 1:40:19It comes as temperatures topped 90 degrees. All
- 1:40:22three lived in different southern Idaho communities.
- 1:40:25Health officials say those most at risk include
- 1:40:27young children, older adults, and people with
- 1:40:30underlying health conditions. They're urging
- 1:40:32Idahoans to stay hydrated, limit outdoor activity
- 1:40:35during the hottest hours, and never leave kids
- 1:40:37or pets in a parked car. Thank you. Thanks, KTVB.
- 1:40:41I will be sure not to leave my kid in the car
- 1:40:44with the windows rolled up. Well, but you can
- 1:40:47leave them in a hot shed up on my property Well,
- 1:40:51there's plenty of chicken feed so we know they
- 1:40:52won't starve to death Couple more for this week.
- 1:40:56You want to do the we're kind of running over
- 1:40:58time So we'll just do it quickly here the I'm
- 1:41:01gonna skip the tax incentives hell here. Well,
- 1:41:03I'll sum it up in one sentence now There's a
- 1:41:05Coeur d 'Alene press article that described a
- 1:41:08a building incentives where they were gonna give
- 1:41:10a tax breaks to the builders and They were bewildered
- 1:41:14to learn that lower taxes equals more growth
- 1:41:16and development. Okay, that was that one And
- 1:41:21here is my beef with that one was it was like,
- 1:41:25well, you know, breaking news government with
- 1:41:28a total big old word salad says what any of us
- 1:41:32who are not economically illiterate already understand,
- 1:41:35which is lower taxes mean increased productivity.
- 1:41:39Because again, it's just if you incentivize productivity,
- 1:41:42you get more productivity. So they admit to it.
- 1:41:46But they instead of just going, all right, we'll
- 1:41:48just. take less from everybody. They go, no,
- 1:41:51no, we're going to set up special economic zones.
- 1:41:55And it has to be this federal program where we
- 1:41:58pay a bunch of people to administer this program,
- 1:42:00because, of course, red tape and bureaucracy.
- 1:42:02And who gets to participate in these programs?
- 1:42:04The beautiful people's clubs, those who are connected,
- 1:42:08those with the right kind of businesses and the
- 1:42:10right kind of places with the right kind of connections
- 1:42:12and politics. Special privileges for special
- 1:42:16interests in special zones. or tax breaks spur
- 1:42:20economic activity. But the rest of us, eh, get
- 1:42:24bent. Well, if you feel like between these fires,
- 1:42:31which are really mostly Washington at this juncture,
- 1:42:35or, you know, mass shootings at burger joints,
- 1:42:37which was definitely Idaho, if all of this is
- 1:42:40feel this this if all of these patterns of catastrophe.
- 1:42:44are making you feel like maybe you're less safe.
- 1:42:47Well, the Idaho mainstream media is here to reassure
- 1:42:50you. Idaho just keeps on growing. More people,
- 1:42:52more traffic, more subdivisions. And depending
- 1:42:54on whom you ask, more crime, more license plates
- 1:42:58from out of state, more people moving in. I was
- 1:43:01just going to say, and more license plate options.
- 1:43:04According to Idaho State Police's new uniform
- 1:43:07crime reporting data, the numbers do not back
- 1:43:10up that perception in Idaho's two largest counties.
- 1:43:14Crime actually dropped in 2025. Ada County saw
- 1:43:18an overall decrease of nearly 15%. Well, Canyon
- 1:43:22County reported a drop of more than 13 % statewide
- 1:43:26drug and narcotic offenses also fell by more
- 1:43:29than 4%. So despite Idaho's booming population,
- 1:43:32more than 4%, which of course, if it was a narrative
- 1:43:37they weren't trying to push, it would be by less
- 1:43:40than 5%. There's an over 95 % chance that, yeah.
- 1:43:48There are the data. Yeah suggest the crime wave
- 1:43:51many people talk about is actually crying happening
- 1:43:54It's in your head mean every statistic though
- 1:43:57is heading in the right direction some of the
- 1:43:59state's most serious crimes increased last year
- 1:44:02specifically crimes of homicide arson sexual
- 1:44:05offenses and extortion in 2025 and in some counties
- 1:44:10that know what I'm okay. We're listening. We're
- 1:44:15paying attention here, right? So it's like okay.
- 1:44:17Hey sit First off, this this presentation brought
- 1:44:20to you by the agencies who have a vested interest
- 1:44:23in reporting to you that crime is going down.
- 1:44:26So we have to please forgive us for having a
- 1:44:29little bit of suspicion about how they are collecting
- 1:44:32the data in the first place. Have you changed
- 1:44:33the way you report? Have you changed what you
- 1:44:35collect? Have you changed what you classify as
- 1:44:37fill in the blank? Yeah, that's right. Right.
- 1:44:40Right. Right. Shit, I just did it, right? There
- 1:44:44are a number of ways you can make the data say
- 1:44:47kind of whatever you want, number one. But number
- 1:44:49two, you don't think that Idaho State Police
- 1:44:52has a vested interest in looking good and reporting
- 1:44:56to us dear citizens. Don't worry. Overall, in
- 1:45:01these particular counties, crime is down. Right.
- 1:45:05Except for murder, arson, rape and a few other
- 1:45:10things. But other than that, the arrest for one
- 1:45:15gram of weed is way down. More than 4 % reduction
- 1:45:19in drugs. More than 4 .20%. In some rural counties,
- 1:45:28the numbers appear quite alarming at first glance.
- 1:45:32Lewis County, for example, posted... Whoops,
- 1:45:35sorry posted a 26 % increase in crime what dramatic
- 1:45:39ending jump came from an increase of just two
- 1:45:42reported crimes to Moving from eight crimes per
- 1:45:461 ,000 people to just under 10 It's a reminder
- 1:45:50that percentages are of rates and they don't
- 1:45:52always tell the full wait a minute wait a minute
- 1:45:55wait a minute Scott in the this is our 40th episode
- 1:45:59and in 40 episodes This might be the very first
- 1:46:03time I think it is where we've actually heard
- 1:46:06the mainstream media stop and explain the distinction
- 1:46:09between percentages and raw numbers without question.
- 1:46:12It's the first time in 40 episodes without the
- 1:46:14only reason they're doing it is because. Take
- 1:46:19it away, Scott. They're trying to illustrate
- 1:46:22a point. What am I supposed to do here? Because
- 1:46:24it fits their narrative. Oh. Okay, I thought
- 1:46:27we were looking for a sound drop. Sorry. I didn't
- 1:46:30realize you wanted me to just say words. I put
- 1:46:32it on a T. You're the worst. I set it up on a
- 1:46:35T for you. All you had to do was take a swing
- 1:46:36and hit a home run. God. I thought it was something
- 1:46:38like the state, but I was like, that doesn't
- 1:46:41fit there. What does he want? But what does he
- 1:46:45want? But what does it mean? What does Paul need
- 1:46:48from me now? It's a reminder. My God, I was trying
- 1:46:51to set you up, you know, like a good podcast
- 1:46:53partner, but instead you're over here just like,
- 1:46:55I don't even know what that means. No one knows
- 1:46:57what it means. It's a reminder that percentages
- 1:47:00are of rates and they don't always tell the full
- 1:47:02story, especially in Idaho's least populated
- 1:47:05counties. Yeah, mainstream media collected from
- 1:47:07law enforcement agencies all across the state
- 1:47:09shows a reality that's a little less dramatic
- 1:47:12than the one playing out on social media. Idaho
- 1:47:15is growing again and still at a historic pace,
- 1:47:19but according to the state's own numbers, overall
- 1:47:21crime is actually falling. in many places, even
- 1:47:24if the debate. So we've investigated ourselves
- 1:47:27and determined there is no wrongdoing. We've
- 1:47:29done nothing wrong. Is not slowing down any time
- 1:47:33soon. Yeah. So the one time the mainstream media
- 1:47:38is less sensational and actually parses out the
- 1:47:42data. It's to fit their own agenda. That's a
- 1:47:47good thing. If crime, you know, crime going down
- 1:47:49is a good thing. I'm happy for it. It's a positive
- 1:47:51thing. but cynical hair plug prison Paul can't
- 1:47:57help but notice mainstream media only tells the
- 1:48:01truth and I lose that term loosely and with air
- 1:48:03quotes when it's convenient to them and the people
- 1:48:07they are the mouthpieces for and thus summeth
- 1:48:13up no ID and what we're doing on this program
- 1:48:17which is to deconstruct those narratives and
- 1:48:20deconstruct all these different mainstream media
- 1:48:22sources of which there are an infinity and just
- 1:48:26otherwise take advantage of this new and revolutionary
- 1:48:30world of independent journalism and hyper local
- 1:48:33coverage and voices that aren't controlled by
- 1:48:36corporate overlords or government agencies, at
- 1:48:40least not much. If you'd like to continue to
- 1:48:44be a part of what I just described, please go
- 1:48:46to no ID show .com remember us there because
- 1:48:48no ID as such is a value for value show to stay
- 1:48:52free of all that baloney. We stay a value for
- 1:48:56value show this contribute back value if you
- 1:48:59find our program valuable with your time your
- 1:49:01talent or your treasure. And we give a big hearty
- 1:49:05thank you once again to all of those all of you
- 1:49:07producers who have who have helped us produce
- 1:49:10these 40 episodes. and beyond. So hopefully everything
- 1:49:15clears up here in the next few days. It doesn't
- 1:49:17look like it's gonna, but Godspeed to everyone
- 1:49:20out there whose lives were turned upside down
- 1:49:22or you were adjacent to someone who did. And
- 1:49:24until 41 next week from Post Falls, Smokey Post
- 1:49:28Falls, I'm Scott. And I'm Paul. Stay safe out
- 1:49:33there, everybody. Thanks for the support. Taxation
- 1:49:35is theft. I think the aqua fire is a part of
- 1:49:40the nuclear lifestyle.
