Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hey, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and bev.
- 0:06Speaker 2: Hi good. How are you? Who are you?
- 0:11Speaker 1: I know? Who is this woman? She keeps changing? Just
- 0:15Speaker 1: so you know, this woman keeps changing.
- 0:20Speaker 2: It's a constant state of evolution. It's a good thing.
- 0:25Speaker 1: It is a good thing. It's a really good thing. Actually,
- 0:31Speaker 1: so how are things? Let me settle into that question
- 0:42Speaker 1: because I was taught long ago that I don't have
- 0:44Speaker 1: to answer right away.
- 0:46Speaker 2: You don't. That's actually a great lesson for everybody to
- 0:49Speaker 2: pay attention to you because we don't have to when
- 0:52Speaker 2: someone asks you if you want to go do something,
- 0:54Speaker 2: or you want to go do this? Pause pause, we
- 0:56Speaker 2: all think we got to be in a hurry and
- 0:58Speaker 2: like we're so afraid we're gonna do something wrong. It's like,
- 1:00Speaker 2: just pause. There's nothing you can do wrong. This is
- 1:02Speaker 2: your journey.
- 1:03Speaker 1: Yeah, and we get to make the most of it.
- 1:08Speaker 2: That's right or not, it's probably up to it.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Right, And we get to listen to our intuition to
- 1:14Speaker 1: decide does this feel good or not? And we get
- 1:17Speaker 1: to listen to the reactions of our body of does
- 1:20Speaker 1: this feel good or not?
- 1:21Speaker 2: So yeah, you know, saying that kind of stuff was
- 1:25Speaker 2: the last time, last group that I had, we were
- 1:28Speaker 2: talking about things and she's like, well, why don't you
- 1:30Speaker 2: just put a note on your door and say that
- 1:32Speaker 2: you you know your you channel and you and you're
- 1:36Speaker 2: a healer and you're all the say all these things.
- 1:38Speaker 2: And it's like that was a process. So then when
- 1:41Speaker 2: I got home, I thought, yeah, I'm gonna do this,
- 1:42Speaker 2: and I started feeling how that each one of those
- 1:45Speaker 2: things felt, and I can feel feel where I actually
- 1:47Speaker 2: had my own personal blocks where I don't think that
- 1:49Speaker 2: I'm worthy that I don't think that I'm good enough
- 1:51Speaker 2: at doing that. I started getting into the mind and
- 1:53Speaker 2: comparing myself and she and I'm She's like, you're doing
- 1:56Speaker 2: this all time for you. Misells me the same thing
- 1:58Speaker 2: you're doing that you've been doing it all along. It's
- 2:00Speaker 2: nothing different than what you're doing. You've talked to me
- 2:02Speaker 2: about it as well. You know, the conversations that are
- 2:06Speaker 2: had during the bessage appointments, those conversations are it's a
- 2:10Speaker 2: flow of information that's coming in. It's like the things
- 2:12Speaker 2: that I say are by accidents, and it's they're just
- 2:16Speaker 2: not And so it's because we're all that way, but
- 2:18Speaker 2: we just don't stop and pay attention to ourselves. And
- 2:22Speaker 2: that's something that I have been learning, is really to
- 2:24Speaker 2: listen to myself and listen to how the things feel
- 2:26Speaker 2: and when I do feel anxiety, instead of trying to
- 2:29Speaker 2: go find something that's going to stop that anxiety for
- 2:31Speaker 2: me that's outside of myself, it's just taking that time
- 2:34Speaker 2: to like, well, that's interesting, why am I feeling this
- 2:37Speaker 2: in my body? And then and not only identifying with
- 2:40Speaker 2: it with the word right, I'm not the body is
- 2:43Speaker 2: feeling anxious at that time. Right, So then I can
- 2:46Speaker 2: go into that process and feel that we're in the
- 2:47Speaker 2: body is that having that process? And then within a
- 2:50Speaker 2: short amount of time, that's it. It's gone. It's not
- 2:53Speaker 2: in that same state anymore. So it's just the way
- 2:57Speaker 2: that we get there is through awareness. It's through slowing down,
- 2:59Speaker 2: it's through listening to the things that we say. It's
- 3:02Speaker 2: noticing how we react when certain people are around us,
- 3:05Speaker 2: when people trigger us. It's not to be pissed off
- 3:08Speaker 2: of that person, because you can't shoot the messenger. You know,
- 3:11Speaker 2: it's surround upon but the messenger was only just a
- 3:14Speaker 2: person to step in front of you to trigger you
- 3:16Speaker 2: so that you could move beyond your own ship, your
- 3:20Speaker 2: own belief systems, your BS.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Freaking BS system YEP, it's true. And you talked about
- 3:36Speaker 1: the feeling of the anxiety and the having to process it.
- 3:41Speaker 1: And you and I have had these conversations a lot,
- 3:44Speaker 1: even before tea time a long time ago, we've had
- 3:47Speaker 1: these conversations and and in fact, I just had an
- 3:54Speaker 1: interaction with another person that I've been that I've been coaching,
- 3:58Speaker 1: and it's I know what it's like to be in
- 4:04Speaker 1: that space of not being confident about listening to my
- 4:07Speaker 1: intuition or not being confident in my abilities. So when
- 4:13Speaker 1: I say that of coaching or channeling information or doing
- 4:19Speaker 1: a reading and things like that, because it was all
- 4:22Speaker 1: new tools, it was all new information. And then also
- 4:27Speaker 1: along with confidence, not having the confidence is I didn't
- 4:30Speaker 1: want the responsibility of possibly saying something and the person
- 4:35Speaker 1: takes it wrong or judges me, criticizes me whatever, right,
- 4:38Speaker 1: So it was all that, the whole package. So I understood.
- 4:42Speaker 1: I understand that I've understood it for a very long time,
- 4:46Speaker 1: and it's from from where you and I were at
- 4:54Speaker 1: that time in our relationship and still having those conversations
- 4:58Speaker 1: and still being in that space to encourage you to
- 5:02Speaker 1: do things that you hadn't quite seen yourself doing yet.
- 5:07Speaker 1: I know what that's like because I have people do
- 5:09Speaker 1: that for me, hold that space for me. And that's
- 5:11Speaker 1: that's kind of what I want to get to is
- 5:14Speaker 1: is I've been holding that space for you, seeing this
- 5:17Speaker 1: vision for you, and now other people are showing up
- 5:20Speaker 1: and validating BEV, you can do this. BEV, you can
- 5:24Speaker 1: do this. You've been doing it right. And so I
- 5:26Speaker 1: just had the same conversation with somebody else like two
- 5:29Speaker 1: hours ago, and it's a it's a and I playfully,
- 5:35Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not trying to be egotistical, impat myself
- 5:38Speaker 1: on the back or anything like that. It's an acknowledgement.
- 5:41Speaker 1: It's a validation for me to be like, yeah, you know,
- 5:46Speaker 1: I speaking the truth in her, and I've been speaking
- 5:48Speaker 1: this truth in her. And then this other conversation I
- 5:50Speaker 1: had today was very similar, and she was telling me
- 5:54Speaker 1: how this other person in her life is telling her things.
- 6:00Speaker 1: And I'm just standing there smiling and I'm listening to her.
- 6:02Speaker 1: And she gets done, she takes a breath, and I
- 6:04Speaker 1: just go, I think somebody else has said that to
- 6:07Speaker 1: you too. She's like I know, I know so sometime
- 6:15Speaker 1: and it's again, it's not it's not attached to an
- 6:19Speaker 1: ego side. It's a it's a having the ability to
- 6:26Speaker 1: breathe life into other people and just hold space for
- 6:31Speaker 1: them that they will eventually hopefully. I mean, it took
- 6:35Speaker 1: me a long time so that we catch it's like
- 6:40Speaker 1: we catch that wave and then it's like, oh my god,
- 6:43Speaker 1: this is amazing. And we've talked about that too. It's
- 6:46Speaker 1: like we it thirty years ago. I would never think
- 6:50Speaker 1: of myself in a space where I'm at right now
- 6:52Speaker 1: with who I am and what I'm doing and actually
- 6:58Speaker 1: feel excited about life. I wasn't there. I hated life,
- 7:02Speaker 1: I hated everybody around me. I was full of anger,
- 7:05Speaker 1: and and it's like such a night and day. And
- 7:11Speaker 1: when you get onto that you find it's like you
- 7:14Speaker 1: finally like what is it? Finding Nemo? When the turtles
- 7:18Speaker 1: they get caught up in the in the the undertow
- 7:22Speaker 1: and they're just like whoa, Like that's what it feels like.
- 7:24Speaker 1: It's like, hey, here we go.
- 7:27Speaker 2: This bill looks totally different and it's scary. But it's
- 7:32Speaker 2: to listen to all that stuff because it feels scary
- 7:34Speaker 2: because something that's out of what we're considering our comfortable space,
- 7:39Speaker 2: regardless of whatever that space is, because sometimes those spaces
- 7:41Speaker 2: can be uncomfortable, but we're familiar with it, so it's
- 7:44Speaker 2: it's as close to comfortable. We know where we stand
- 7:47Speaker 2: with stuff to step out into that space. And it's like,
- 7:49Speaker 2: even when we were having those conversations, I felt that
- 7:52Speaker 2: was part of my process. But when we were having
- 7:54Speaker 2: the conversation and I'm being told those things, I really
- 7:57Speaker 2: pay attention to how does my body respond when I'm
- 8:00Speaker 2: this information. And it's like when I think about some
- 8:03Speaker 2: of those things, I get I get like I almost
- 8:08Speaker 2: want to like emotionally, I almost want to cry. But
- 8:10Speaker 2: it's not a sadness. I get like what some people
- 8:14Speaker 2: might say, Oh it's anxiety. No, it's excitement. So it's
- 8:17Speaker 2: like it's identifying, you know, just it's because it feels good.
- 8:20Speaker 2: It doesn't feel bad. It just feels a little scary,
- 8:24Speaker 2: you know, like I don't know's there's a lot of
- 8:26Speaker 2: things that we do that really aren't that big of
- 8:28Speaker 2: a deal, but they're that big of a deal. They
- 8:30Speaker 2: really are. It's just making that first step. But that
- 8:32Speaker 2: step is the is a big step, so processing all
- 8:35Speaker 2: that information and then recognizing where do I put my
- 8:38Speaker 2: time into things? You know, it's just like this whole process,
- 8:40Speaker 2: this whole process has happened, and it's and it's it's
- 8:44Speaker 2: actually a pretty phenomenal place to be in, honestly, because
- 8:46Speaker 2: it's like it's it gets kind of scary and that.
- 8:50Speaker 2: But I don't like being stuck. I don't like being
- 8:52Speaker 2: you know, I've talked to a few people how even
- 8:54Speaker 2: at that job thirty years, twenty five years, Like I
- 8:56Speaker 2: can't even imagine. I can't. I've been at this job
- 8:59Speaker 2: for over ten years, you know, doing what I do now,
- 9:02Speaker 2: and it's like it's probably time for a change, just
- 9:05Speaker 2: because it's time for a change, you know, it's time
- 9:07Speaker 2: for me to follow my passions. It's time to have excitement.
- 9:10Speaker 2: Not that I don't enjoy my clients, because I do
- 9:13Speaker 2: enjoy my clients, you know, there's a lot of wonderful things,
- 9:15Speaker 2: but it's to be in that space to know that
- 9:17Speaker 2: the next part is going to be wonderful too. And
- 9:20Speaker 2: we can only know that by letting go where we're
- 9:22Speaker 2: at right this moment and let allow ourselves.
- 9:24Speaker 1: I don't know if it was.
- 9:25Speaker 2: You that said it, but like it's jumping on that
- 9:27Speaker 2: leaf floating downstream and it's just watching, you know, it's
- 9:31Speaker 2: just putting your eyes on whenever you want to wherever
- 9:34Speaker 2: you want to go. It's really up to us. We're
- 9:36Speaker 2: the creators. And then taking responsibility as something that's I've
- 9:40Speaker 2: been looking at stuff like there's things in our lives. Well,
- 9:42Speaker 2: that person did this to me, and is like, no, again,
- 9:45Speaker 2: that's the messenger. It just showed up to They has
- 9:47Speaker 2: shown up to show you the add some more triggers
- 9:50Speaker 2: to work on or you had you know, there's a
- 9:52Speaker 2: possibility that you could look at this a little bit differently.
- 9:55Speaker 2: And so that's what I've been telling my clients. They're like, well,
- 9:57Speaker 2: how are you doing. I'm like, I'm recognizing, I'm practicing
- 10:00Speaker 2: what I preach, because what I preach is you can
- 10:04Speaker 2: see and it have an experience. You can be in
- 10:05Speaker 2: a relationship and you can always focus on all the
- 10:09Speaker 2: things that aren't going right, maybe how you're not getting
- 10:12Speaker 2: attention and maybe how you're not whatever it is, whatever
- 10:16Speaker 2: is in that relationship, you can focus on where because
- 10:18Speaker 2: once you start looking at it, get that's how the
- 10:20Speaker 2: universe works. They'll give you so much more stuff to
- 10:22Speaker 2: look at that just matches that energy. So I keep
- 10:25Speaker 2: telling anybody that I talk to, it's like, well, whether
- 10:29Speaker 2: it's an opportunity, it's an opportunity for you to look
- 10:32Speaker 2: at things to be like, well, what do I want
- 10:33Speaker 2: because all of this is showing up right now is
- 10:35Speaker 2: to show me something that's not I'm not wild about
- 10:38Speaker 2: in my experience, But I have an opportunity because what's
- 10:41Speaker 2: the opposite of that? What does that actually look like?
- 10:44Speaker 2: It's like, oh, I want a new job, but what
- 10:45Speaker 2: does that new job look like?
- 10:46Speaker 1: I don't know?
- 10:49Speaker 2: So so you have all these experiences that kind of
- 10:51Speaker 2: help identify what does that next job look like? So
- 10:54Speaker 2: all the things are actually good that are happening for us, right,
- 10:57Speaker 2: It always is, and it's just a matter of how
- 11:00Speaker 2: what is our perspective on it? And are we open
- 11:02Speaker 2: for change? Because change is inevitable, it's unstoppable.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Yeah, and without change, we wouldn't be doing this.
- 11:11Speaker 2: I don't care, and I'm so glad. I would hate
- 11:14Speaker 2: to be the same person that I was. I really would.
- 11:17Speaker 2: I would really would. That person was not she was unhappy,
- 11:20Speaker 2: she was sad, she was trying to control everything in
- 11:24Speaker 2: her experience so that God forbid if anybody hurt her,
- 11:27Speaker 2: and what if someone does What if someone does hurt her,
- 11:30Speaker 2: It's okay because it just means there's good things that
- 11:33Speaker 2: are on the other side of that door. It doesn't matter.
- 11:35Speaker 2: Those are the things we hold on to all this
- 11:37Speaker 2: stuff so tightly, so tightly, and so afraid. And it's
- 11:40Speaker 2: like if you just let go, just jump on that
- 11:43Speaker 2: leaf and flow down the stream and you're just gonna
- 11:45Speaker 2: you're gonna see so many more amazing things instead of
- 11:47Speaker 2: trying to grip a hoole of those blades of grass
- 11:49Speaker 2: on the side, or that root or whatever you can
- 11:52Speaker 2: get that rock you're holding onto. It just doesn't serve us.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Yeah, And the idea that just like you said, said,
- 12:00Speaker 1: I wrote it down. The universe gives you what matches
- 12:02Speaker 1: your energy, I tell you what. Things have been so amazing,
- 12:11Speaker 1: overwhelmingly amazing with all the ideas and the creativity that's
- 12:16Speaker 1: been coming to me, and I just really practicing not
- 12:22Speaker 1: getting caught up in the frustration of not being able
- 12:25Speaker 1: to keep up with it all. I feel like right
- 12:29Speaker 1: now like I need a team of five more people
- 12:31Speaker 1: to help me bring all this stuff to life. And
- 12:38Speaker 1: so that's where I'm at, Like, like, my my energy
- 12:42Speaker 1: has shifted so much that all this this amazing stuff's
- 12:47Speaker 1: flowing in and it's, uh, it's matching my energy with
- 12:53Speaker 1: where I'm at. And because I'm open to this, it
- 12:57Speaker 1: just keeps coming. And my list just keeps getting longer
- 13:01Speaker 1: and longer. I'm like, listen, Universe, this is amazing and
- 13:06Speaker 1: I love it all. However, at this moment, I'm not
- 13:12Speaker 1: in a space to keep up with it. So what's
- 13:15Speaker 1: the solution there? Right? So that's kind of my relationship
- 13:19Speaker 1: with the universe right now. I'm like, needs some help,
- 13:23Speaker 1: needs some actual physical other people help right now to
- 13:25Speaker 1: help me.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Yeah, And it's like receive an implement And then when
- 13:29Speaker 2: you're talking about asking for the people, it's create a
- 13:31Speaker 2: circumstance that you recognize that you could use more people
- 13:35Speaker 2: on your team.
- 13:36Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, so I got one and I we're developing
- 13:42Speaker 1: this working relationship and it's yeah, so it's awesome to
- 13:51Speaker 1: just be on the other side and that I just
- 13:56Speaker 1: keep telling people, it's like, there's the side where I
- 13:59Speaker 1: just meant to where that person twenty thirty years ago
- 14:03Speaker 1: hated life, seriously did not want to be alive did
- 14:06Speaker 1: want to be on this planet, and now where I'm
- 14:09Speaker 1: at now it's like the other side and the joy
- 14:15Speaker 1: and fulfillment and the fun and the playfulness and the
- 14:18Speaker 1: excitement and the creativity. They did a presentation a week
- 14:24Speaker 1: ago and to a group of people, didn't know anybody
- 14:29Speaker 1: in the group, and I ended with I do this
- 14:34Speaker 1: because I get to be a light of hope for people.
- 14:39Speaker 1: And I just like really felt that in my body
- 14:42Speaker 1: when I said it, and it was that's what I
- 14:45Speaker 1: get to do.
- 14:47Speaker 2: And what sounds like general light of hope?
- 14:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I like it so And the idea that no
- 15:06Speaker 1: matter where people are within within the scope of their
- 15:09Speaker 1: human experience, it can always change. It can I always change?
- 15:15Speaker 2: It can always How can I get better than this?
- 15:17Speaker 2: It can always get better, even better?
- 15:20Speaker 1: You know what I've been saying to myself, like at
- 15:22Speaker 1: night when I go to bed. At night, when I
- 15:25Speaker 1: go to bed, I say, what if tomorrow is my
- 15:30Speaker 1: is the best day of my life? As I'm laying
- 15:34Speaker 1: there getting cozy and comfany in my blankets because it's
- 15:37Speaker 1: freaking cold, what if tomorrow is the best day of
- 15:41Speaker 1: my life? And I just keep playing that what if
- 15:45Speaker 1: tomorrow is the best day of my life. And I
- 15:47Speaker 1: just keep saying that to myself, and it's just like
- 15:50Speaker 1: every day just keeps getting more and more interesting.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I like it. Ah, you told me a while ago,
- 16:00Speaker 2: so I have it. I even have it on my
- 16:02Speaker 2: board in front of me. What if this is my
- 16:04Speaker 2: best day ever?
- 16:05Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 16:05Speaker 2: And then I've got in my bathroom mirror, what if
- 16:07Speaker 2: this is our best day ever? And also now when
- 16:09Speaker 2: I go to bed, and I'll be like, what if
- 16:11Speaker 2: tomorrow is my best day? And by doing that stuff though,
- 16:14Speaker 2: you're showing things how it's like it's so amazing, and
- 16:18Speaker 2: it's so because I've been practicing that as well. And
- 16:22Speaker 2: then I've also I'm getting to know what I think.
- 16:25Speaker 2: I'm getting to know God. It's like I'm just asking
- 16:27Speaker 2: God all these questions and talking to God all the time.
- 16:30Speaker 2: And I go out and I stop and I look
- 16:34Speaker 2: around where I live and I sit there and I
- 16:36Speaker 2: just have such a great appreciation welling up inside of me.
- 16:39Speaker 2: I walk through the house and I'm like, I really
- 16:41Speaker 2: do like our house, and I'm, you know, noticing all
- 16:45Speaker 2: those things and I'm walking through and then i start
- 16:47Speaker 2: because I've been journaling, so it's like a journal and
- 16:50Speaker 2: it's a it's appreciation. It starts out as that where
- 16:53Speaker 2: it's me just appreciating and next thing, you know, I'm
- 16:55Speaker 2: receiving messages. So I'm just writing it through. And I
- 16:57Speaker 2: think I've been talking about this a little bit, but
- 17:00Speaker 2: it's so phenomenal that it's it's these things that we
- 17:04Speaker 2: do are are so subtle you could overlook them so easily.
- 17:08Speaker 2: But it's like, as I'm doing these things and then
- 17:10Speaker 2: my like, I'll know when it's done because it's like
- 17:12Speaker 2: it'll say love God, like it wrote right, like it
- 17:15Speaker 2: wrote me this letter and then it was just love God.
- 17:18Speaker 2: That's it. And it's like and it's happened quite a
- 17:21Speaker 2: few times just recently, so it's like it's I just
- 17:24Speaker 2: find it fascinating the stuff that kind of can kind
- 17:27Speaker 2: of flow to us, and we keep ourselves so separate
- 17:30Speaker 2: from all these things because of worthiness or you know, deservability.
- 17:33Speaker 2: There's a million different things that were ways we can
- 17:36Speaker 2: probably word it, but there's all these things that we
- 17:38Speaker 2: find fault lack in ourselves and we think, oh, I
- 17:40Speaker 2: can't be talking to that person I shoplifted when I
- 17:44Speaker 2: was a kid, you know what I mean, Or I
- 17:46Speaker 2: tried to kill myself, or there's all these reasons that
- 17:49Speaker 2: we've got we have in our story that we've made
- 17:51Speaker 2: up that kind of keep ourselves separate, and it's like,
- 17:54Speaker 2: I don't want to. I'm not doing that anymore. I'm
- 17:57Speaker 2: I'm communicating and I'm making sure I'm open and receiving
- 18:00Speaker 2: this information. I'm really loving everything that I'm doing every
- 18:04Speaker 2: day because a few days ago, I would ask myself,
- 18:07Speaker 2: It's like, can I not just be Is there like
- 18:10Speaker 2: a job that I'll be doing that I wake up
- 18:12Speaker 2: in the morning and I'm like, I am going to
- 18:14Speaker 2: work today. This is like the best day ever, right,
- 18:17Speaker 2: And it's a mindset. It's a mindset because I wasn't
- 18:21Speaker 2: getting the answer. And then so since I have been
- 18:23Speaker 2: practicing talking to God and being in a different space,
- 18:27Speaker 2: I'm getting answers because I'm finding things to appreciate it
- 18:31Speaker 2: in peace and be in the space that I'm at
- 18:33Speaker 2: every night, and to love the people that are around
- 18:35Speaker 2: me and express myself in that way and making sure
- 18:39Speaker 2: that I use my skills that I'm learning for communicating
- 18:43Speaker 2: and telling the person that I love them and how
- 18:45Speaker 2: much I love them. And it's not like how many
- 18:48Speaker 2: times in life that we'll stop from saying things that
- 18:50Speaker 2: we might seem like we're silly. Well, I've already said
- 18:52Speaker 2: I love you like ten times. Why should I say
- 18:54Speaker 2: it again? Because I fucking feel like it, Because I
- 18:56Speaker 2: feel it right now, and that's how it feels for me.
- 18:58Speaker 2: I'm going to express myself. Well, I'm not in a
- 19:01Speaker 2: person I can't not express myself anymore. Before it would
- 19:06Speaker 2: have expressed myself, but it had been with anger. I'm
- 19:09Speaker 2: just not in that space. And now it's a foreign space, right,
- 19:12Speaker 2: It's unfamiliar. It's a change, but the change is I am.
- 19:15Speaker 2: I appreciate being in that space, and I love loving people.
- 19:18Speaker 2: I love it.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Yeah. And the love for yourself, no doubt, expanding and growing.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Yeah, because you can't get there you have. That's the
- 19:29Speaker 2: number one. Really, well, I've got really the number one.
- 19:32Speaker 2: But the God God is within this as well. So
- 19:34Speaker 2: it's like all the things, How could you not how
- 19:36Speaker 2: could you judge yourself so harshly, harsely knowing that God's
- 19:39Speaker 2: within you, You're judging God? Okay, Okay, I was well done.
- 19:43Speaker 2: I did I did it very well. Thank you for
- 19:47Speaker 2: a good portion of my life. Well, I say a
- 19:49Speaker 2: good portion as if I've lived most of it. No,
- 19:52Speaker 2: I feel like I'm going to be here for a
- 19:54Speaker 2: lot longer, and I'm I'm going to be thriving in it.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Say we've done it enough. We have a PhD in
- 20:00Speaker 1: that topic, because that's judgment. Nobody's going to do worse
- 20:04Speaker 1: than you judge yourself. And when we think people are
- 20:09Speaker 1: judging us, uh, that actually not even thinking about us.
- 20:14Speaker 1: So it's just stories we'd conjure up.
- 20:15Speaker 2: But anyway, Yeah, and even if they are, thanks for
- 20:20Speaker 2: thanks for sending some energy my way.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Thank you. Yeah, mhm, oh that's good. There's a lot
- 20:29Speaker 1: in that short amount of time that we just spent together.
- 20:32Speaker 1: And I'm telling telling you not you bev You is
- 20:37Speaker 1: the audience that if you didn't get something out of that,
- 20:40Speaker 1: you better go listen to it again, because it was
- 20:44Speaker 1: it was, it was fire man, It's good. It's really good, nuts,
- 20:54Speaker 1: And that's what we do. We bring these conversations to
- 20:56Speaker 1: you in hopes that you you get something from it,
- 20:59Speaker 1: that a resident, it's with you, and that you are
- 21:02Speaker 1: brave enough to go out and have these conversations too.
- 21:06Speaker 1: If not, it's okay, at least implement something that you're
- 21:09Speaker 1: hearing that resonates, that feels good. Your body, man, your
- 21:14Speaker 1: body's gonna tell you for sure if this is truth
- 21:18Speaker 1: or not. So listen to your body and what what
- 21:22Speaker 1: it tells you, and to stay on the path. To
- 21:26Speaker 1: stay on the path and keep going. Be resourceful. Other
- 21:32Speaker 1: people want to hear these conversations, and so if you
- 21:36Speaker 1: come across somebody or know somebody that would benefit from
- 21:40Speaker 1: these conversations, then be resourceful and share the content, meaning
- 21:44Speaker 1: the links, the platforms of which you heard it from.
- 21:50Speaker 1: So tea time with Amy and Bev are Our overall
- 21:57Speaker 1: title is Amien bev Community, but we're found on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, iHeartRadio, Google, podcast, podcast, Attic, Spreaker,
- 22:11Speaker 1: Spotify and YouTube all the things. So and I think
- 22:17Speaker 1: every time bes said, every time I say it, Bev's
- 22:19Speaker 1: like dang, I'm all over the.
- 22:23Speaker 2: Place, all over the place.
- 22:28Speaker 1: So anyway, be resourceful, share the content with them, share
- 22:31Speaker 1: the links, and be sure to comment or post questions
- 22:34Speaker 1: and we'll come back to them. Don't expect an immediate response.
- 22:37Speaker 2: We don't.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I don't operate that way. That's a whole not of topic.
- 22:42Speaker 1: But we will come to your comments and questions, and
- 22:47Speaker 1: if you have questions, something you want clarity on, or
- 22:49Speaker 1: something you want us to talk about, then leave it
- 22:52Speaker 1: in the comments so that we can implement that into
- 22:55Speaker 1: our conversations. So any final words.
- 22:59Speaker 2: I would say along with some of the stuff you've said,
- 23:01Speaker 2: is just shine your light. Yeah it's fine, it really is.
