• 1:37
don't work. I was a very devoted wife for eleven
• 1:40
years and didn't work since during that period. Question can
• 1:44
you walk me through the years that your professional career
• 1:46
would have taken place and any careers that you've possessed,
• 1:50
Miss Ham Do you want to start in Hawaii? Brignac? Yes, Brignac,
• 1:57
let's start to Hawaii. Question. Yeah, just briefly walk me
• 2:01
through your professional career. Answer. I mean my first job
• 2:04
as a hostess. I worked at like a little gift
• 2:06
store in North Carolina. In Hawaii, I worked at a
• 2:09
food truck. I worked at a bikini store. I worked
• 2:12
at Banana Republic as a hostess at the w Hotel
• 2:15
in Honolulu, and then I was a personal assistant for
• 2:18
Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. Question any other positions you've
• 2:24
held at other companies. Answer, I worked at a mortgage
• 2:26
company in Hawaii for a little bit. I think that's it.
• 2:30
Question the committee has reviewed the documents. Also that you
• 2:33
may have worked at a design company. Answer I started
• 2:37
an interior design company. Question and what year was that
• 2:40
design company established? Answer? I don't remember exactly. It was
• 2:44
during my time working for Jeffrey. Question and what was
• 2:49
the design company called? Answer SLK Designs. Question and is
• 2:53
the company still in operation? Answer no? Question When did
• 2:57
the company dissolve? Answer? I believe in two thousand five fifteen.
• 3:00
Question why did it dissolve? Answer? Darren Endyke asked me
• 3:05
if I could turn the company over to someone else,
• 3:07
and I said no, I didn't want it was my company,
• 3:10
and I asked for it to be dissolved. Question it
• 3:14
was your company in what way? Answer? It was my initials,
• 3:17
So I was like, I don't want my initials, you know,
• 3:19
someone else to be using my initials as their company.
• 3:23
Question what position did you have in the company? Answer owner?
• 3:28
I guess principal. Question Okay, who did Darren Endyke ask
• 3:31
you to turn the company over to? Answer? I don't
• 3:33
remember the name. Question when did he ask you to
• 3:36
turn the company over Answer. I think it was twenty fifteen,
• 3:39
probably the same time that it was dissolved. Question did
• 3:43
he tell you why he asked you to do that? Answer?
• 3:45
No question. Did you ask him why? Answer? No question.
• 3:50
Tell me about the first time you interacted with Jeffrey Epstein.
• 3:53
Answer The very first time was in La. He called
• 3:56
me on the phone after Frederick Vacai introduced us, and
• 4:00
I spoke with him, and he said he was going
• 4:02
to be in LA and wanted me to fly out
• 4:04
for a casting. And he was at Victoria's Secret Model
• 4:07
Scout and then his office flew me out on a
• 4:10
red eye from Honolulu to LA and I went to
• 4:12
his hotel room at the Shutters on the Beach, got
• 4:15
there in the morning, went to his hotel room, gave
• 4:18
him my he had just he was like in his bedroom.
• 4:22
I gave him my portfolio. He told me to undress,
• 4:25
and I was like, it's Victoria's Secret, okay. So I
• 4:28
got down into my bra and underwear and did a
• 4:30
turn and he said, you know, thank you, I have
• 4:33
to go to a meeting now. You're welcome to come
• 4:35
back at four, you know, if you like. And I
• 4:38
didn't really think anything of it. I was flying back
• 4:40
to Hawaii that same day and I had never been
• 4:43
to La so I didn't go back. And I remember
• 4:46
him calling me around four probably and asking me where
• 4:48
I was, and I was just like, I'm walking around
• 4:51
Santa Monica before my flight, and he was visibly annoyed
• 4:55
that I hadn't come back, and he mumbled something under
• 4:57
his breath, and then I never heard from him again.
• 5:01
And then months later, when I was working as a
• 5:03
hostess at the w Hotel in Honolulu, there was a
• 5:06
woman there that was interning at the front desk and
• 5:09
she befriended me, learned about my story about being divorced
• 5:13
and this fellowshipped and trapped in Hawaii, and she told
• 5:17
me about a wealthy couple that was looking for a
• 5:19
personal assistant and if I'd be interested in the job,
• 5:22
and I was like, sounds like a dream come true. Yeah,
• 5:25
And then she organized a flight for her and I
• 5:28
to fly from Honolulu to Jeffrey's private island, and he
• 5:30
met us at the dock when we arrived. We took
• 5:33
a boat over to the island and I remember seeing
• 5:36
him and thinking, oh shit, it's a Victoria's Secret guy.
• 5:40
Like I hope he doesn't remember me because I didn't
• 5:42
clearly didn't like me. He was annoyed with me, and
• 5:46
now I won't get the job. Question how did you
• 5:49
meet Frederick Focai? Answer at the Nemon Marcus in Honolulu.
• 5:53
I was getting my makeup done at the one of
• 5:56
the makeup counters and telling the makeup artist that I
• 5:59
was trying to be a model, and she's like, oh,
• 6:01
you should really meet Frederick Falcai. He would really like
• 6:04
your look. He's here promoting his hair Caro line, So
• 6:08
I knew. I was obsessed with fashion and magazines at
• 6:11
the time, so I knew who he was. And she
• 6:14
introduced me, and he said that he was doing a
• 6:16
hair show in Maui, like in a couple of days
• 6:19
in the next week, and would love for me to
• 6:22
be in his show. So I flew to Maui and
• 6:24
there was no hair show. Question who paid for the flight? Answer?
• 6:29
I don't remember. I assume he did. Question what year
• 6:32
might this have been? Answer it would have been late
• 6:35
two thousand or early two thousand and one. Question and
• 6:39
what were you told about Jeffrey Epstein prior to meeting him?
• 6:42
Answer that he was a Victoria's Secret Model Scout. Frederick
• 6:46
asked me if I could introduce me to his friend
• 6:49
that was a Victoria's Secret Model Scout. Question. When did
• 6:53
you first meet mister Epstein in person? Answer? At his
• 6:56
hotel room in la at the Shutters. Question and can
• 7:00
you describe to me how that took place? Can you
• 7:02
set the scene? Who opened the door? Walk you through?
• 7:05
Anyone else present? Answer? So he just had a massage,
• 7:10
he had just gotten a massage and a massuse answered
• 7:12
the door, and it was a large like suite, so
• 7:16
it had a separate living room and a half bath
• 7:18
and then the bedroom. And he showed me in and
• 7:21
said that he just got a massage. And he showed
• 7:23
me to like the half bath so I could freshen
• 7:25
up from the red eye. And then she took me
• 7:28
into his bedroom and I remember him being on the bed.
• 7:31
I don't remember if he was like over the covers
• 7:33
or under the covers. And that's where I gave him
• 7:35
my portfolio and he was like lying on the bed
• 7:38
and looking through my portfolio and I undressed. Mister Timmins.
• 7:42
What year was that? Kellen Lay two thousands or early
• 7:46
two thousand and one? Brignac asked a question, now, who
• 7:49
is the massuse? I'll let you in answer, I'm not sure. Question,
• 7:53
and you mentioned a friend reconnected you to mister Epstein
• 7:56
months later? Who was that friend? Miss Ham? Can we
• 8:00
go off record for a second, Brinnac, I'm going to
• 8:02
ask the questions that are on the record. First. Are
• 8:05
we on the record or off the record? Right now?
• 8:07
The reporter on the record, Ham I have to gets
• 8:11
cut off by Brynac. Okay, we'll go off the record.
• 8:14
They get back Brinac, we can go back on the record.
• 8:17
Sarah Kellen, her name was redacted Brignac. Question, thank you,
• 8:22
how did you meet redacted? Answer? She was interning at
• 8:26
the front desk at the W Hotel in Honolulu. Apparently
• 8:29
Jeffrey had gotten her the internship because he was friends
• 8:32
with Tom Brock, who in the hotel. Question what did
• 8:36
that friend tell you that persuaded you to reconnect with
• 8:38
mister Epstein? Answer? Well, I didn't know that he was
• 8:43
who she was introducing me to. She never told me
• 8:45
his name. She just told me that there was a
• 8:48
wealthy couple in New York that was looking for a
• 8:50
traveling assistant and if I would be interested. She had
• 8:54
taken some risque photos of me earlier, and I learned
• 8:56
later that she sent them to Jeffrey and then started
• 8:59
telling me about the job opportunity. Question can you provide
• 9:03
any other details about the job opportunity and what an
• 9:06
assistant meant here? Answer? Sorry? Can you gets cut off
• 9:11
by the person asking the questions? Miss Brignac? Question? What
• 9:15
did she tell you about the job opportunity? Answer? Not
• 9:18
a lot, Just that their current assistant was looking to
• 9:21
leave and they were looking for someone to replace her,
• 9:24
and that they were based in New York. That was
• 9:26
kind of it. You know, I was really desperately trying
• 9:29
to get out of Hawaii, and I was going further
• 9:31
and further into debt and had nowhere to go and
• 9:34
really nowhere to go, So it sounded like a good opportunity,
• 9:37
and I trusted her. Question outside of those reasons, is
• 9:41
there anything else about the job opportunity that was attractive
• 9:44
to you? Answer? I really didn't have much information other
• 9:48
than that. Now, Miss Toland asked the question. Question, and
• 9:53
you said that she knew Jeffrey because he helped her
• 9:56
get a job at the hotel? Is that correct? Answer? Correct? Question?
• 10:01
And do you know how they knew each other prior
• 10:04
to that, or how that all played out? Answer? I
• 10:06
don't question. Okay, now it's mister Biggs. Can I ask
• 10:10
a question? I don't want to interrupt, but can I
• 10:12
ask a question? Looking back on it, do you view
• 10:15
this person as someone who might have been procuring on
• 10:18
behalf of mister Epstein? Ham jumps in. I don't think
• 10:22
she can speak to other victims truly, and I'm not
• 10:24
sure she would have the ability to answer that question. Biggs,
• 10:28
I guess I'm not asking about the other person per se,
• 10:32
whether they're a victim or not. I'm asking whether, in reflection,
• 10:36
do you think she was facilitating luring you went to
• 10:39
mister Epstein's web. Mister Timmins, was she compensated for it?
• 10:44
Kellen answers, I don't know. Timmins. Do you think that
• 10:47
she was in a sexual relationship with Epstein? Kellen, I
• 10:50
don't know. She never talked about it. Back to Miss
• 10:53
Brignac question, so you mentioned meeting mister Epstein at his
• 10:57
hotel room. What was your first impression? Answer? It's a
• 11:01
good question. I didn't have a lot of interaction. It
• 11:03
was just it was pretty quick to me. I mean
• 11:06
it was obviously a little odd, not like the typical
• 11:08
castings that I've been on being in the hotel room,
• 11:11
but it seemed like he was there on business and
• 11:13
the timing of it, and he just got a massage,
• 11:16
So him being in the bedroom on the bed, didn't
• 11:19
you know, it kind of made sense and you know,
• 11:21
the massuse was there, so it all kind of added up.
• 11:24
But yeah, I didn't really have like a very strong
• 11:26
opinion at that point. Question, so he asked you to undress.
• 11:29
What happens next question? I had just got into my
• 11:34
brow and underwear, and that seemed logical since it was
• 11:37
a victorious secret casting. And I remember just like doing
• 11:39
a little turn turning around so he could see my body,
• 11:42
and he flipped through my portfolio and then handed it
• 11:45
back and was just like thanks, You're welcome to come
• 11:48
back at four o'clock. But I didn't really think anything
• 11:50
of it. I was like, I didn't really see the
• 11:52
point in coming back because he had already seen me,
• 11:55
So I kind of just dismissed that and I didn't
• 11:58
go back. Question. Okay, so after you hear about the
• 12:01
offer for the job to be the assistant to this
• 12:04
wealthy couple, what happens. Next question redacted organize the flight
• 12:08
for both of her and I to fly from Hawaii
• 12:10
to Jeffrey's Island, and we arrived, Jeffrey picks us up
• 12:14
at the dock, and I recognized him from the casting
• 12:17
and I was like, I hope he doesn't remember me,
• 12:19
because he didn't like me. He was clearly annoyed that
• 12:22
I didn't come back, and then it's going to jeopardize
• 12:24
me getting the job. And I never reminded him that
• 12:27
we had met before, and I don't think he remembered
• 12:30
me because he never brought it up. Question did you
• 12:33
ever speak about it again? Answer? No? All right, folks,
• 12:38
we're going to wrap up right here, and in the
• 12:40
next episode dealing with the topic, we're going to pick
• 12:42
up where we left off. All the information that goes
• 12:45
with this episode can be found in the description box.
