A year after a horrific crash in Calgary’s Temple neighborhood that killed a 50-something pedestrian and critically injured others, the 26-year-old pickup driver has finally been charged. On August 11, 2026, he faces charges of criminal dangerous driving causing death and two counts of causing bodily harm — stemming from the night when his vehicle struck the woman crossing the street, then slammed into a Jeep before bursting into flames.
