David L. Rebuck was appointed by Governor Chris Christie in 2011 as Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Before that, he served for 23 years as a Deputy Attorney General, specializing in policy guidance and regulatory reform. He played a key role in the legalization and implementation of internet gaming in New Jersey, with the state launching its online gaming platform in November 2013.
