- 1:15and gently breathe out through your mouth. And just relax
- 1:23and let you breathe and come back to its normal rhythm.
- 1:28And just imagine a beautiful white light surrounding your whole body,
- 1:35and lights that's so very bright, brighter and the biggest
- 1:41and the shiniest star. And this beautiful pure white light
- 1:48is protecting you, always gives you strength and calmness, and
- 1:55it makes you feel very happy inside. White light is
- 2:01also inside your chest, and it spreads throughout your whole
- 2:06body too, like a big ball of happiness moving inside
- 2:11you and all around you. But now I'm going to
- 2:17tell you a little story, a story about Sammy the
- 2:23Slippery Snake, and being still for just a little while,
- 2:29being still to recharge your batteries, being still just to breathe.
- 2:40So once upon a time, in a magical forest filled
- 2:45with tall trees and colorful flowers. There lived a slippery
- 2:51snake named Sammy. But Sammy was no ordinary snake. He
- 2:59wore a large hat adorned with a beautiful yellow daffodil,
- 3:03and it made him look rather charming. Indeed, and one
- 3:09sunny morning, as Sammy slithered through the forest, he encountered
- 3:15a majestic eagle soaring high in the sky. It was
- 3:21just floating on the gentle currents of the air, and
- 3:24the eagle's feathers glistened in the sunlight. They almost shimmered
- 3:29as if it was covered in a silver light, and
- 3:33Samy couldn't help but admire its grace and its strength.
- 3:37Then the eagle looked down and he saw Samy, and
- 3:41he swooped down and landed beside him, and he greeted
- 3:44Samy with a gentle hello, and they became fast friends.
- 3:52As they continued their journey together, they stumbled upon three
- 3:57white mice wearing the sunglasses and adorable bowt eyes. Sammy
- 4:04thought that they looked ever secute. The mice were having
- 4:09a little tea party under a shady tree, surrounded by
- 4:13lots of lovely cakes and jellies, and they asked Sammy
- 4:17and the eagle if they would like to join them. Well,
- 4:20of course they both said yes please, So Sammy and
- 4:25the Eagle joined in the fun. They ate cakes and jellies,
- 4:32and they even had some really lemony lemonade which made
- 4:37them suck in the cheeks because it was quite sour.
- 4:39Was ever some eyes. The little mice laughed. They thought
- 4:43it was very funny looking at the silly faces Sammy
- 4:46and the eagle maid and then they all burst out laughing,
- 4:49even Sammy and the Eagle because they thought it was
- 4:52funny too. They were really enjoying the delicious treats and
- 4:57the wonderful company of their new friends. The little mice
- 5:02were being ever so kind sharing the treats with Sammy
- 5:06and the Eagle. I was just so nice for all
- 5:11of them. Whilst they were all having such fun at
- 5:16the joyous tea party, the forest came alive with the
- 5:21sweet melodies of the birds singing high in the trees.
- 5:25The beautiful sounds filled the air, creating a peaceful and
- 5:30serene comsphere. It was so calming there in the forest.
- 5:36It was just wonderful for Sammy and the Eagle to
- 5:39just stop and rest for a while with the three
- 5:42little mice, all the time enjoying the sweet cakes and
- 5:46the jellies and making new kind friends. Sammy the Eagle
- 5:55and the mice closed their eyes, taking in the soothing
- 6:00sounds and feeling a deepest sense of calm, a deep
- 6:06sense of wonder and peace just by being still in
- 6:11the magical forest. So just for a few moments, be
- 6:17like Sammy the Eagle and the three white mice, just
- 6:22sit in peace and quiet. Just sit and think about
- 6:27what kindness means, and how you too can be kind
- 6:31to your family, to your friends, in fact, to everyone
- 6:36that you meet. In this magical forest, kindness bloomed like
- 8:49the flowers. Sammy the Eagle and the mice made a
- 8:55promise to always be kind to one another and to
- 8:58everyone that they met, no matter what. They understood, the
- 9:04kindness was like a warm hug that could make the
- 9:08world a better place. They understood that kindness could make
- 9:13someone feel very happy and not alone. And they understood
- 9:19that kindness could make someone feel loved and that they
- 9:23were not alone. Because you see, sometimes we were all
- 9:28in need of a little bit of kindness. So as
- 9:34the day came to an end, Sammy the eagle and
- 9:38the mice bid farewell to the new farm friends and
- 9:43continued their adventures in the forest. They left with their
- 9:49heart full of joy and a reminder that the word
- 9:53is a beautiful place when kindness is shared. So whenever
- 9:59you've feel a little restless or in need of calm,
- 10:05just close your eyes and imagine Sammy the slippery snake
- 10:11wearing his large orange hat with a yellow daffodil. Picture
- 10:16the eagle soaring high above the tree tops, and the
- 10:20three white mice with their sunglasses and bowt eyes. Imagine
- 10:25a tea party with lots of lovely cakes and jellies,
- 10:28and a forest filled with birds singing their sweet songs.
- 10:34Always remember to be kind, just like Sammy, the eagle
- 10:40and the mice, spread kindness wherever you go, and like magic,
- 10:48you'll bring smiles and happiness to the world around you.
- 10:53And that would be so lovely. But now it's time
- 10:58to return to your day. To take in a deep breath,
- 11:05fill your lungs, and slowly and gently breathe out, And
- 11:11it's time to bring back all the good feelings. Shall
- 11:15all the joy and the happiness you feel, all the
- 11:18kindness and the peace, and carry it with you for
- 11:23the rest of your day. To breathe in deeply and
- 11:29slowly and gently breathe out. Breathe in deeply and slowly
- 11:40and gently breathe out one last time. Breathe in deeply
- 11:49and slowly and gently breathe out. It's time to slowly
- 11:57stretch your body, feeling so happy and content in this
- 12:01perfect moment. In time to regul your fingers regular tongues
- 12:09whenever you are ready. Slowly open your eyes
