- 0:00Speaker 1: KVN.
- 0:00Speaker 2: Heidi Ho, 407 in the afternoon, News Radio 570, WKVN.
- 0:03Speaker 2: And Ron Verb, it's 52 degrees and you're on the air.
- 0:07Speaker 3: Ron.
- 0:09Speaker 1: Emmanuel.
- 0:10Speaker 4: Are you sitting down?
- 0:13Speaker 1: Yes.
- 0:14Speaker 4: I'm going to tell you something that you thought you'd
- 0:17Speaker 4: never hear.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Just so you know, I'm on the toilet when I'm
- 0:23Speaker 2: sitting down.
- 0:24Speaker 4: This will help you with your crap. I can't believe
- 0:32Speaker 4: that I am disagreeing with both you and JJ at
- 0:37Speaker 4: the same time.
- 0:40Speaker 2: Go ahead.
- 0:41Speaker 4: Now, before I get to that, I got to tell
- 0:43Speaker 4: you something else, right? You told me a while back that,
- 0:46Speaker 4: you know, from experience that it costs money sending your
- 0:49Speaker 4: kids to school, right?
- 0:50Speaker 5: College.
- 0:51Speaker 2: Yes.
- 0:51Speaker 4: But you didn't let me know that, you know, beginning
- 0:55Speaker 4: before the freshman year to now after the freshman year, right,
- 0:58Speaker 4: it cost me twice as much money to get down
- 1:00Speaker 4: there and go back and spend a day down there.
- 1:03Speaker 2: Yeah. You mean just to drive down to visit your daughter?
- 1:08Speaker 4: Yeah, and the motel room.
- 1:11Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11Speaker 4: Because, you know, you can't stay on campus. You can't
- 1:13Speaker 4: even park on campus. If you stop on campus, you've
- 1:16Speaker 4: got to spend $ 20.
- 1:17Speaker 3: $ 20.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Well, when you put it in perspective, when I simply
- 1:20Speaker 2: say to people, when I'm looking at $ 5 a gallon,
- 1:24Speaker 2: you get four gallons of gas for $ 20. So if
- 1:27Speaker 2: you get a five-gallon gas can, it's $ 25 just to
- 1:31Speaker 2: fill your gas can, for a five-gallon gas can. This
- 1:35Speaker 2: is where we are. And I'm hearing today, Iran wants
- 1:39Speaker 2: to make a deal. Iran wants to make a deal.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Then where's the deal? I've been hearing this.
- 1:43Speaker 4: Iran can't make a deal, Ron. You listen to the
- 1:46Speaker 4: wrong people. They was just over there in Russia, and
- 1:49Speaker 4: Putin says he'll do whatever it takes to have their back.
- 1:51Speaker 4: They made a deal already. But this is why I
- 1:55Speaker 4: totally disagree with you and JJ. Now, I hear you
- 2:00Speaker 4: talk about, you know, you can support Trump. but you
- 2:06Speaker 4: don't have to agree with everything he says. As a
- 2:08Speaker 4: matter of fact, he does some things that you don't
- 2:10Speaker 4: even like.
- 2:12Speaker 2: And I mentioned two specific ones, but you have to
- 2:16Speaker 2: assess it. Like, if you say, okay, 90% of the
- 2:20Speaker 2: stuff the guy's doing, I agree with and I like,
- 2:24Speaker 2: and all the stuff... that the Democrats are doing, I
- 2:28Speaker 2: couldn't support at all. Their social agenda. Make no mistake,
- 2:31Speaker 2: I couldn't vote for a Democrat. I'm getting upset that
- 2:34Speaker 2: Trump isn't focusing on the America First agenda and affordability.
- 2:38Speaker 2: But go ahead.
- 2:40Speaker 5: Okay.
- 2:41Speaker 4: I totally disagree with you. Now, I totally disagree with J.J.
- 2:47Speaker 4: when he said that he was a Biden supporter and...
- 2:51Speaker 4: He'll support Biden. You know, he's a cheerleader, right?
- 2:53Speaker 2: No, he said he wasn't, which is true for J.J.
- 2:55Speaker 2: because J.J. would call me often.
- 2:57Speaker 4: But he said some Democrats were like that.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you've got some Trumpsters that are like that, too.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Okay, well, what I'm saying is this, right? I disagree
- 3:08Speaker 4: with both of you because just think back 20 years ago, okay?
- 3:13Speaker 4: What you were like 20 years ago. Because you're good people.
- 3:16Speaker 4: You know, the Ted conservative, you know, Rich DeFarmacy, the
- 3:21Speaker 4: guy down there in Florida, and that real smart young man.
- 3:24Speaker 4: I come out and say, I'm not worried about America.
- 3:26Speaker 4: When you got people like Alex running around, we're going
- 3:28Speaker 4: to be okay. You know, but what I'm telling you
- 3:31Speaker 4: is this. 20 years ago, if there was a president,
- 3:35Speaker 4: if someone, a sitting House member said, he told me
- 3:41Speaker 4: that I... cannot release the Epstein files because it would
- 3:47Speaker 4: have hurt my friends. That's after he said, if you
- 3:50Speaker 4: like me and say nice things about me, he don't
- 3:52Speaker 4: care what you do, you're okay with him. Now, first
- 3:57Speaker 4: of all, I don't care if you're a Democrat. I
- 4:00Speaker 4: don't care if you're a Republican.
- 4:01Speaker 3: I don't care if you cure cancer.
- 4:04Speaker 4: You'll just be somebody that cured cancer from the Epstein Islands.
- 4:10Speaker 4: This is a deal-breaker, and I find it hard to
- 4:13Speaker 4: believe that good people on the Democratic side, whether it
- 4:17Speaker 4: be Clinton, whether it be Obama, on the Republican side,
- 4:21Speaker 4: whether it be Trump, Bush, or whatever, good people in
- 4:26Speaker 4: their life have helped the community, done really good things,
- 4:31Speaker 4: and supported someone who came out and said, I can't
- 4:37Speaker 4: release this. Because it will hurt my friends, to me,
- 4:42Speaker 4: and a whole bunch of us. That's a deal-breaker. Ron,
- 4:47Speaker 4: I got to go, my brother.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Thank you. Well, I think how he handled the Epstein
- 4:50Speaker 2: files upset a lot of people, including a lot of
- 4:53Speaker 2: his supporters. You're on the air.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Hey, Ron, I just wanted to let you know that
- 4:59Speaker 1: the next time I talk to Trump, I'm going to
- 5:02Speaker 1: let him know to listen to your show, and I
- 5:04Speaker 1: think he might..
- 5:06Speaker 5: He might listen to some of your advice.
- 5:08Speaker 1: You're doing some pretty good stuff.
- 5:10Speaker 2: I don't think he listens to anybody.
- 5:14Speaker 5: Well, he might put you on as an advisor.
- 5:17Speaker 1: If he listens to your show for a week, you
- 5:21Speaker 1: might be in the White House with him.
- 5:25Speaker 2: Really? Wow.
- 5:26Speaker 3: I think so.
- 5:27Speaker 5: You're doing pretty good.
- 5:30Speaker 1: He needs to get back on track.
- 5:32Speaker 5: He needs to.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Finish a job over there in Iran.
- 5:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 5:35Speaker 1: But he does need to get back on track with
- 5:38Speaker 1: the America First stuff. And he needs to get that
- 5:42Speaker 1: finished up so prices are going to go back to normal.
- 5:46Speaker 1: And gas comes back down. And he needs to keep
- 5:51Speaker 1: up the blockade until they fold.
- 5:54Speaker 4: And I hope Congress lets him do it.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Well, it depends if they are going to fold.
- 6:03Speaker 5: I mean..
- 6:05Speaker 2: This is hard to read. Like I say, they know
- 6:07Speaker 2: more than we do. But I've been hearing for the
- 6:09Speaker 2: longest period of time, Iran wants to make a deal.
- 6:12Speaker 2: Iran wants to make a deal. Well, I've been hearing
- 6:14Speaker 2: this for how long now, and I don't see any deal.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Do you? Well, they do want to make a deal,
- 6:20Speaker 1: according to what I've heard, except the deal isn't what
- 6:23Speaker 1: we want. They have their terms, but they're not giving
- 6:27Speaker 1: up on their nuclear stuff, and that's That's a non-starter.
- 6:32Speaker 5: They've got to get rid of the nuclear stuff.
- 6:34Speaker 2: And if that's a non-starter, then..
- 6:35Speaker 1: That's what the whole thing is about.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Right. Well, if they don't want to do that, then
- 6:39Speaker 2: there's not a deal. Then they don't want to make
- 6:41Speaker 2: a deal. Because they're not going to accept it. Listen,
- 6:44Speaker 2: I just want to see what happens and where it goes.
- 6:52Speaker 2: That's all I'm saying. It's okay to criticize Trump. It's
- 7:02Speaker 2: okay to do that and to say, what is going
- 7:06Speaker 2: on here? When I hear people try to... If this
- 7:09Speaker 2: was Biden and gas was $ 5 a gallon, people would be...
- 7:13Speaker 2: Many of these people that are defending Trump would be
- 7:14Speaker 2: bitching to high heaven. That's a double standard then.
- 7:20Speaker 6: True.
- 7:20Speaker 1: I criticize them for it, but we can't back out
- 7:23Speaker 1: of there now. We've gone too far in to just
- 7:28Speaker 1: pack up and go home.
- 7:29Speaker 5: Well..
- 7:30Speaker 2: We have to stick with it.
- 7:32Speaker 1: And just like Biden, when he just bailed out of
- 7:35Speaker 1: Afghanistan and left $ 80 billion worth of equipment there. He
- 7:41Speaker 1: should have stuck around, even though there was a deadline
- 7:44Speaker 1: that he was supposed to meet.
- 7:46Speaker 2: I'm not saying there should be a deadline in it
- 7:50Speaker 2: at all, but it has to conclude here. This can't
- 7:54Speaker 2: go on for a year or two or be another
- 7:57Speaker 2: forever war in this type of situation. You will devastate
- 8:01Speaker 2: the American economy and the American consumer.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Another thing I don't like is, well, none of us
- 8:07Speaker 1: like the media, but with them bad-mouthing Trump constantly, Iran
- 8:12Speaker 1: listens to that stuff. And they hear that they're trying
- 8:16Speaker 1: to divide our country even worse than it already is.
- 8:20Speaker 1: And that encourages them, I think.
- 8:23Speaker 2: But that's always– Behind Trump. Isn't that always the country?
- 8:28Speaker 2: I mean, we have freedom of discussion in our country.
- 8:31Speaker 2: I don't view the people that's– I go back to
- 8:35Speaker 2: say this. When Marjorie Taylor Greene and Tucker Carlson, they
- 8:38Speaker 2: were all on stage helping Trump get elected, and then
- 8:41Speaker 2: he insults them like she's a– well, I forget what
- 8:45Speaker 2: he called her, that it was just reprehensible and Tucker's
- 8:49Speaker 2: low IQ. And I think that, and I just shake
- 8:53Speaker 2: my head. I think this is just so..
- 8:56Speaker 1: I agree with you on that.
- 8:59Speaker 2: There's nothing about it.
- 9:00Speaker 4: He was a little rough on them.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Right, and he's rough on them because they don't agree
- 9:03Speaker 2: with him on the Epstein files and they don't agree
- 9:06Speaker 2: with him on starting this... war in Iran. Well, that
- 9:12Speaker 2: is America. They can disagree with those two things and
- 9:15Speaker 2: still agree with the rest. But to turn on him
- 9:18Speaker 2: like he does, there's nothing admirable about that. They're entitled
- 9:21Speaker 2: to their opinion.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Well, since he got rid of Pam Bondi, it seems
- 9:26Speaker 1: like the Justice Department is doing a lot more arrests
- 9:31Speaker 1: and prosecutions. Maybe they will get back onto the Epstein files.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I don't believe that Emanuel had said that Trump said
- 9:40Speaker 1: it was going to hurt his friends.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I don't believe that. I don't believe that. But here's
- 9:44Speaker 2: the reality. Release all of the information. Release everything. Everything
- 9:50Speaker 2: about it, and let's see what's involved and who's involved.
- 9:55Speaker 2: I'm sorry, you're not seeing any justice at all. It
- 9:58Speaker 2: truly is about the victims. I mean, I'll say it again.
- 10:01Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein was created by the intelligence community. This was
- 10:05Speaker 2: an intelligence community operation. But think about that. So the
- 10:08Speaker 2: intelligence community, whether that's Israel or the United States or whatever,
- 10:12Speaker 2: was engaged in this. having adult men have sex with
- 10:17Speaker 2: minor children, with children not of age.
- 10:20Speaker 1: And it's unacceptable and it's a huge black eye on
- 10:24Speaker 1: Israel and us if it was us or them or both.
- 10:27Speaker 3: Right.
- 10:27Speaker 1: And that's why it's getting covered up.
- 10:30Speaker 2: That is exactly correct. So why isn't Prince Andrew in jail?
- 10:35Speaker 2: Does anybody believe Clinton when he says anything about in
- 10:38Speaker 2: the hot tub with these women? Who knows what was
- 10:42Speaker 2: going on there? But where's the justice? Well, there isn't
- 10:45Speaker 2: any justice. It's a two-tier system. Basically, they will get
- 10:49Speaker 2: away with it. Nothing will happen. The victims might get
- 10:54Speaker 2: a settlement from Epstein's estate, but they're not going to
- 10:58Speaker 2: see the people who raped them go to prison. Follow me?
- 11:02Speaker 4: Release the files and clean house.
- 11:04Speaker 5: Right.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Whoever was involved, get rid of them all. If it
- 11:08Speaker 1: was a congressman, representative, CIA, whatever.
- 11:11Speaker 2: It doesn't matter to me if they're a Democrat or Republican.
- 11:15Speaker 2: I could care less.
- 11:15Speaker 3: Absolutely.
- 11:17Speaker 1: I'm sure both are involved.
- 11:19Speaker 4: Right.
- 11:20Speaker 1: But not Trump, because Trump kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago.
- 11:23Speaker 2: All right, but clear up that confusion. Let me put
- 11:27Speaker 2: it this way. If Trump was involved, then he should
- 11:31Speaker 2: be charged as everyone else would be. If Clinton's involved,
- 11:37Speaker 2: he should be charged as everyone else is. It's that disgusting.
- 11:40Speaker 2: I understand why people say, people in America are saying
- 11:44Speaker 2: there's a double standard of justice that's going on. One
- 11:47Speaker 2: for them, one for the rest of us. And that's
- 11:52Speaker 2: what the problem is. I want to see the Justice Department,
- 11:54Speaker 2: like you're seeing, go after all of this fraud in
- 11:59Speaker 2: Minnesota when it comes to millions and billions of your
- 12:04Speaker 2: tax dollars being wasted in the leering centers and the transportation.
- 12:09Speaker 2: I want to see them go after it in California
- 12:11Speaker 2: with all these people with the hospices that had no patients.
- 12:14Speaker 2: These are people ripping off millions and billions of your
- 12:18Speaker 2: tax dollars for When you're trying to make a go
- 12:22Speaker 2: of it on April 15th and you see all the
- 12:25Speaker 2: money that's taken from you. I still sit back and say,
- 12:28Speaker 2: they put Martha Stewart in jail for $ 50, 000, which was
- 12:31Speaker 2: just ridiculous. And yet these people are getting away with
- 12:36Speaker 2: this kind of stuff. Or the Nancy Pelosi with the
- 12:39Speaker 2: big stock trades based on insider information. Or any of
- 12:43Speaker 2: the politicians that are doing the inside information. It's ridiculous.
- 12:47Speaker 2: All right.
- 12:48Speaker 3: I agree.
- 12:48Speaker 2: Thank you. Appreciate it.
- 12:49Speaker 7: Thank you.
- 12:50Speaker 2: You're on the air.
- 12:52Speaker 3: Hey, they're ready to make a deal.
- 12:56Speaker 2: Again, every day I'm hearing that.
- 12:59Speaker 3: Well, listen, listen. You grew up with your friends and
- 13:04Speaker 3: people you know. There's some people that says, hey, I'll
- 13:07Speaker 3: be over. It doesn't show up. There's other people that said,
- 13:09Speaker 3: I'll be in your party. Don't show up. There's other people.
- 13:13Speaker 3: I know I'm talking to a couple guys right now
- 13:16Speaker 3: that own businesses. And the people begged him to get
- 13:20Speaker 3: a job and then they don't show up. And they're
- 13:22Speaker 3: telling me, I don't understand these people. So, you know
- 13:26Speaker 3: what I mean? So everybody blames Trump for everything for
- 13:29Speaker 3: crying out loud.
- 13:31Speaker 8: Okay.
- 13:31Speaker 3: I'm not, I'm not, I'm not like a room for Trump,
- 13:34Speaker 3: but don't keep on bashing him. You know what I mean?
- 13:37Speaker 3: Like Frank from Fort Lauderdale.
- 13:41Speaker 9: Right.
- 13:43Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 13:45Speaker 4: Let's be nice.
- 13:46Speaker 3: Okay. Let's, let's, Let's take accountability. Okay?
- 13:51Speaker 2: Okay.
- 13:52Speaker 3: He hasn't done anything like Joe Biden did. So, well, oh,
- 13:55Speaker 3: by the way, do you understand what he's doing with
- 13:58Speaker 3: that Iranian thing, with economic fury, with Besson and everything?
- 14:04Speaker 3: Do you have any clue how we're destroying that country?
- 14:09Speaker 2: Yes. You're talking a blockade and... Money. Of course I
- 14:16Speaker 2: understand that aspect of it. But at the same time,
- 14:20Speaker 2: we're kind of destroying our own country.
- 14:22Speaker 3: No, we're not.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
- 14:24Speaker 3: We're not. That's what the media wants you to believe, Ron.
- 14:26Speaker 3: You need to turn off the mainstream over there.
- 14:28Speaker 2: I don't need the media. I just drive by the
- 14:30Speaker 2: gas station.
- 14:32Speaker 1: You're funny.
- 14:33Speaker 3: Hey, Ron, it's going to be $ 5 a gallon.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:37Speaker 3: It's going to go up to $ 5 a gallon.
- 14:38Speaker 2: It's not going to go up. It's already there. All right,
- 14:41Speaker 2: Bubba Ganoush. When do you see it at $ 5? Oh,
- 14:45Speaker 2: I'll be back. Radio 570 WKBN. And Ron Furb, it's
- 14:52Speaker 2: 424 on Thursday, April 30th. It's 59 degrees and you're
- 14:56Speaker 2: on the air. Ron? Well, my, my, my.
- 15:04Speaker 3: How are you?
- 15:05Speaker 2: Look at who we have here.
- 15:07Speaker 10: Ha, ha, ha, ha.
- 15:12Speaker 11: Oh, Ron, Ron, I'm having a beautiful, wonderful time, but
- 15:16Speaker 11: I just saw something so disturbing. What? I had to
- 15:21Speaker 11: call in as I relax. It's 1030 at night.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Yes.
- 15:27Speaker 11: And I'm relaxing and somebody, well, actually like five people
- 15:31Speaker 11: sent me a picture of Christine Oliver's mailer that came today.
- 15:35Speaker 11: And I just had to laugh and thought it would,
- 15:40Speaker 11: I mean, everybody should. Did everybody get their mailer? Did
- 15:43Speaker 11: you get your mailer today, Ron?
- 15:45Speaker 2: I did not.
- 15:47Speaker 11: Check the mail yet?
- 15:47Speaker 2: Check the mail, yeah.
- 15:49Speaker 6: Oh, God, they're so exciting. You know what I normally
- 15:52Speaker 6: do with those mailers.
- 15:52Speaker 11: Anyway is I take them and drop them right in
- 15:55Speaker 11: the garbage can.
- 15:56Speaker 2: Well, I must confess, so do I. I mean, I look, say, okay, see, right.
- 16:04Speaker 6: I don't even read them. This one's cute.
- 16:07Speaker 2: All right.
- 16:07Speaker 12: This one says that she has a full plan to
- 16:10Speaker 12: reform and lower property taxes. Well, what's her plan?
- 16:14Speaker 11: Have you heard it?
- 16:16Speaker 2: I have not.
- 16:18Speaker 6: Neither have I.
- 16:19Speaker 12: That is so cute. And all of these talks and
- 16:21Speaker 12: all of these forums, I haven't heard a single plan. However,
- 16:26Speaker 12: she says that Johnny proposed a radical plan that.
- 16:29Speaker 6: Will increase taxes.
- 16:32Speaker 12: That's interesting because I've never heard that plan either. So
- 16:37Speaker 12: she has a splendid plan that she fails to share
- 16:40Speaker 12: with anybody. And he has a radical plan that he's.
- 16:43Speaker 6: Never shared with anyone. Oh, God, the campaign trail. I
- 16:48Speaker 6: can't wait till this is all over. Yeah, and apparently
- 16:53Speaker 6: she supports police and fire, but she doesn't know if
- 16:56Speaker 6: Donnie does.
- 16:57Speaker 11: Even though every time he's spoken, he has talked about
- 17:00Speaker 11: how he comes from a... His father was a police officer.
- 17:03Speaker 11: He comes from a police, you know, a... This is
- 17:08Speaker 11: his whole family. He grew up that way. He's never
- 17:11Speaker 11: not supported police or fire.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Well, there's a controversial stand. I mean, those candidates taking
- 17:20Speaker 2: that controversial stand of supporting police and fire. There's a controversy.
- 17:24Speaker 2: I'm waiting for one of them to come out and say,
- 17:26Speaker 2: I support criminals and stealing.
- 17:29Speaker 3: Exactly.
- 17:31Speaker 2: I mean, when I hear that kind of stuff, it's
- 17:33Speaker 2: ridiculous to me. Now, I will say Christine Oliver has
- 17:35Speaker 2: been actively involved in these events for decades. back in
- 17:42Speaker 2: police officers.
- 17:43Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 17:44Speaker 6: I mean, who created that website for her?
- 17:46Speaker 5: Who? Donnie.
- 17:48Speaker 11: Oh, okay.
- 17:50Speaker 2: But it's a, no, but I mean, she, she's led
- 17:53Speaker 2: that for many, many years. So, I mean, for sure.
- 17:56Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Great.
- 17:57Speaker 2: You can't falter for that.
- 17:58Speaker 11: Police and fire.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Exactly.
- 18:01Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 18:01Speaker 12: You know, it's just, it's, it's, I think one should,
- 18:04Speaker 12: there should be a check Mark for.
- 18:06Speaker 6: Has never been sued. And the only one that would
- 18:09Speaker 6: have a green check would be Don drag ish.
- 18:11Speaker 2: Yeah, but I mean, sometimes if an injustice is done,
- 18:16Speaker 2: people sue as a result of it. I have no
- 18:21Speaker 2: problem with their lawsuit. Oh, being sued.
- 18:24Speaker 11: Being sued.
- 18:25Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 18:27Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 18:27Speaker 12: I think that's a good one.
- 18:28Speaker 6: He gets a green checkmark there.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Well, at least she didn't drive her car through the Arby's.
- 18:38Speaker 6: Well, I don't know about all that, but I'm seeing
- 18:40Speaker 6: a lot of craziness.
- 18:41Speaker 12: I'm seeing a bunch of stuff with this.
- 18:43Speaker 11: Pool and library coming across.
- 18:45Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 18:46Speaker 3: Geez, Louise.
- 18:48Speaker 11: Are they going to try to make the pool and
- 18:50Speaker 11: people pay for this?
- 18:51Speaker 2: Stand by. Can you stand by?
- 18:52Speaker 11: I can.
- 18:54Speaker 2: All right. Stand by. We'll come back to the boss lady.
- 18:57Speaker 2: News Radio 570. WKVN. WKVN. All right. Back with the
- 19:02Speaker 2: boss lady from a secret undisclosed location.
- 19:06Speaker 12: So real quick about this shut this too. I mean,
- 19:09Speaker 12: I don't, he's not a police officer.
- 19:11Speaker 11: Where was he a police officer at?
- 19:13Speaker 5: Do you know?
- 19:15Speaker 2: No, it is somewhat deceiving. I addressed this the other
- 19:19Speaker 2: day when he says that as a retired law enforcement officer.
- 19:23Speaker 2: Bruce Shepis is a retired corrections officer. He worked at
- 19:27Speaker 2: the jail. I mean, he was a counselor at the jail.
- 19:31Speaker 2: He wasn't working for the FBI or a U.S. marshal,
- 19:35Speaker 2: and he wasn't in a patrol car, a patrol car.
- 19:39Speaker 2: Slapping of handcuffs or arresting anybody. I think that's deceiving.
- 19:46Speaker 2: To a certain extent, I think it's real deceiving. I
- 19:48Speaker 2: don't want to say stolen valor. like they do in
- 19:51Speaker 2: the military, but I think it's giving an impression that's
- 19:54Speaker 2: a false impression. When you say a retired law enforcement officer, no,
- 19:59Speaker 2: you are a retired corrections officer. You worked in a jail.
- 20:03Speaker 2: You're a counselor in a jail. That's way different from
- 20:06Speaker 2: being on the streets and arresting people and It's almost,
- 20:11Speaker 2: to me, it's almost like stolen valor. It's almost like
- 20:15Speaker 2: a stolen valor thing. I just think he should change that.
- 20:19Speaker 12: He's basically a security guard. I mean, if you want
- 20:22Speaker 12: to be real.
- 20:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, and I've got to correct it. He
- 20:24Speaker 2: was a prison guard, not a jail. So he worked
- 20:27Speaker 2: in the prison, so the federal prison. Well, no, he
- 20:31Speaker 2: was in a federal prison.
- 20:33Speaker 11: He was kind of like a security guard.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Well, no, he's in a federal prison as a counselor.
- 20:39Speaker 2: and a prison and a federal prison guard.
- 20:41Speaker 11: Oh, he was a counselor.
- 20:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 20:43Speaker 6: He was definitely not a police officer.
- 20:45Speaker 2: No. And when you say of, you know, federal law enforcement,
- 20:49Speaker 2: I mean, that's a certain extent. That's like, like I say,
- 20:52Speaker 2: it's like stolen valor. I don't think that's fair to
- 20:55Speaker 2: police officers that are out stopping cars, arresting.
- 21:00Speaker 11: People, police officers. He's trying to stand out and say,
- 21:02Speaker 11: he's the only, I mean, it's all of it is
- 21:04Speaker 11: such pandering.
- 21:06Speaker 6: And, It's so crazy.
- 21:09Speaker 11: I just can't.
- 21:10Speaker 2: I hope.
- 21:10Speaker 11: I would love to see Christine to do a video
- 21:12Speaker 11: and tell us about her plan that she presented.
- 21:17Speaker 2: Hopefully she's listening and she will come out with a
- 21:20Speaker 2: video showing her plan to lower taxes. But at least
- 21:24Speaker 2: she supports both of those things. She supports the homestead
- 21:28Speaker 2: exemption for seniors and she supports the doubling of the
- 21:32Speaker 2: owner occupancy credits.
- 21:34Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 21:35Speaker 11: And so does Johnnie.
- 21:37Speaker 2: Mm-hmm. And Dragish does too, correct?
- 21:40Speaker 11: Yeah, Dragish does too.
- 21:42Speaker 2: I mean, to me, with what's going on with $ 5
- 21:46Speaker 2: gas and with what's going on economically, if you ain't
- 21:49Speaker 2: got the guts to come out in support of those
- 21:51Speaker 2: two things... then there's no way I can consider ever
- 21:55Speaker 2: voting for you. I mean, if you don't put the
- 21:57Speaker 2: taxpayer first, and at least Dragish does, and at least
- 22:01Speaker 2: Christine does that, Shepis is too clouded on that. I mean,
- 22:05Speaker 2: you know, take a stand. Either you're for it or
- 22:08Speaker 2: against it. But if you don't put the taxpayer first..
- 22:12Speaker 11: She has a mailer that says that they supported, that
- 22:14Speaker 11: Donnie supported a property tax levy. How the frick does
- 22:17Speaker 11: she know what happened, what he voted.
- 22:19Speaker 6: For in a booth?
- 22:20Speaker 11: When he goes to the booth..
- 22:22Speaker 6: It's a vote.
- 22:24Speaker 2: How does she know? Listen, it doesn't mean if you
- 22:26Speaker 2: support a property tax levy that that's wrong, because sometimes
- 22:29Speaker 2: you need a property tax levy.
- 22:31Speaker 11: Well, sometimes you need to.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, in your community, you can't say, I'm
- 22:35Speaker 2: going to vote no on everything, because sometimes things are necessary.
- 22:39Speaker 2: I forget what community around here, they got a levy
- 22:42Speaker 2: on the ballots to be able to raise some money
- 22:44Speaker 2: to build a garage to store their equipment in. It's
- 22:47Speaker 2: one of the smaller communities around here. And I thought,
- 22:50Speaker 2: how could you vote against that? They want some money
- 22:52Speaker 2: to build a garage so their stuff doesn't sit out
- 22:54Speaker 2: in the weather. So you can't just write off all
- 22:58Speaker 2: of that stuff.
- 23:00Speaker 6: But I'm, I feel like it's just, she's lying.
- 23:02Speaker 11: She's deceiving that that's disturbing.
- 23:04Speaker 12: I mean, at least stand on what you stand, stand,
- 23:06Speaker 12: stand straight up.
- 23:08Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 23:08Speaker 5: Just, there it is.
- 23:09Speaker 11: I don't know.
- 23:10Speaker 2: It's the mellow boss lady. I mean, I don't know.
- 23:13Speaker 6: This could be the Italian wine.
- 23:15Speaker 2: This could be the boss lady, or it could be
- 23:17Speaker 2: an imposter folks. I'm not sure. It could, it could be,
- 23:20Speaker 2: cause this is not the boss lady we're all familiar with.
- 23:23Speaker 2: It sounds like I'm going to launch an investigation. All right.
- 23:26Speaker 2: Thank you for your call. We appreciate it.
- 23:28Speaker 5: All right.
- 23:29Speaker 2: All right. Listen, the memo boss lady, you're on the air.
- 23:33Speaker 5: Ronald.
- 23:33Speaker 2: It's Ted, the conservative.
- 23:35Speaker 5: How about that?
- 23:36Speaker 8: Yes.
- 23:38Speaker 5: Hey, you know, I had to stop. I was outside
- 23:42Speaker 5: working on my slogan, getting it ready. And I had
- 23:44Speaker 5: to stop and call. I need to pull you back
- 23:47Speaker 5: off the list.
- 23:48Speaker 4: No, no.
- 23:49Speaker 5: I need you to listen to me.
- 23:50Speaker 3: All right.
- 23:50Speaker 2: I'm listening. Go ahead. Okay.
- 23:52Speaker 5: Two things can be true at the same time. I 100%
- 23:55Speaker 5: agree with everything that Rich said yesterday. I agree, fuel
- 23:59Speaker 5: prices are high. However, I agree with everything Trump's doing
- 24:04Speaker 5: in regards to Iran. You know, unlike Biden, these prices
- 24:08Speaker 5: we see in fuel, they are transitory. Remember when Biden
- 24:11Speaker 5: said his inflation, 9% was transitory? His policy drove those
- 24:17Speaker 5: fuel prices. His policy gave us 9% inflation, right? So
- 24:23Speaker 5: we have to be very careful with our language, actually.
- 24:26Speaker 5: You know, I was shocked this morning. I was on
- 24:28Speaker 5: the road first thing, and I saw that gas at 499,
- 24:31Speaker 5: and I wish I could have grabbed my phone to
- 24:33Speaker 5: take a picture, but I was driving because I knew, uh-oh,
- 24:36Speaker 5: Ron's going to come out firing today.
- 24:38Speaker 2: My thing was I was.
- 24:40Speaker 5: Up by Route 11 on 224, and she was still
- 24:43Speaker 5: sitting at 425.
- 24:44Speaker 2: Yeah, well, most of the places that I would see
- 24:47Speaker 2: you say, drive here to the radio station, We're at
- 24:53Speaker 2: $ 5 or $ 4. 99. I mean, you've got to be careful
- 24:56Speaker 2: what you're looking at. Now, I did do this. Get
- 24:59Speaker 2: a load of this, Ted. When I left the broadcast
- 25:03Speaker 2: building yesterday, this is how it screws with you. Knowing
- 25:07Speaker 2: that places were going to $ 5, I wheeled it into
- 25:10Speaker 2: the Shell station on the corner, which was still at
- 25:12Speaker 2: like $ 4. 29 because I thought, oh, I mean, it's all subject.
- 25:16Speaker 2: See how it screws with your mind? Oh, I'm going
- 25:18Speaker 2: to fill up now because it's going to be $ 0. 70
- 25:20Speaker 2: cheaper than And it's like, of course, today the price
- 25:25Speaker 2: is up. So if you find it for $ 4. 29, but
- 25:27Speaker 2: guess what? it's going to burn out of your tank.
- 25:32Speaker 2: I'm seeing more stations at $ 4. 99 or $ 5 a gallon
- 25:35Speaker 2: than I am at a lower. They're either at $ 5
- 25:38Speaker 2: a gallon or at $ 4.
- 25:39Speaker 1: 70.
- 25:39Speaker 2: But you've got to be careful because, like, shell a
- 25:42Speaker 2: post a price that's like if you got the $ 0. 10
- 25:44Speaker 2: off shell advantage or Giant Eagle screws with you with
- 25:49Speaker 2: that price.
- 25:51Speaker 5: Yeah, those rewards. They're all playing games. Yes. Let me
- 25:54Speaker 5: say this because I think it's important I get some
- 25:56Speaker 5: things off my chest.
- 25:57Speaker 2: All right, I'll listen.
- 25:59Speaker 5: Trump has never stopped putting America first. We have many
- 26:03Speaker 5: cynics that call your program pessimistic people, no matter what
- 26:06Speaker 5: he does. And I don't have to give you their
- 26:10Speaker 5: names because you know who they are, and I'm not
- 26:13Speaker 5: going to give them the attention they seek. So let's
- 26:16Speaker 5: focus on.
- 26:16Speaker 3: Facts, okay? Facts.
- 26:19Speaker 5: Remember those? Things that matter. Truth. Not things we make
- 26:22Speaker 5: up or wish were reality. Iran is not crippling the
- 26:27Speaker 5: United States, as someone said. I would say just the
- 26:30Speaker 5: opposite has happened. If you filter out opinions and TDS sickness,
- 26:35Speaker 5: that's what we see. The war with Iran has significantly
- 26:39Speaker 5: damaged the Iranian economy. It's pushing them basically into a
- 26:44Speaker 5: state of free fall. The financial damage right now, today,
- 26:48Speaker 5: I even looked this up, it's estimated to be about
- 26:51Speaker 5: a trillion dollars today, with recovery expected to take more
- 26:56Speaker 5: than a decade. Okay? So that sounds more crippling than
- 27:00Speaker 5: what we're seeing at the gas pump. The currency's collapsed.
- 27:04Speaker 5: They're experiencing hyperinflation, anywhere from 68% to 72%, opposed to
- 27:09Speaker 5: who you're listening to. How does that compare with 3%
- 27:14Speaker 5: inflation in the United States? OK, so again, facts over opinion.
- 27:21Speaker 5: Their costs are For food, they're even surging higher than inflation.
- 27:26Speaker 5: Their food costs are exceeding 105%. Their infrastructure has been destroyed.
- 27:33Speaker 5: Airstrikes knocked out almost 70% of their missile-enabled production sites.
- 27:37Speaker 5: And about 30% of their sale output's been destroyed.
- 27:40Speaker 2: Well, why haven't they then made a deal or surrendered?
- 27:44Speaker 5: If you'll let me explain a little bit here, I'm
- 27:46Speaker 5: going to tell you what's going to happen. The financial
- 27:48Speaker 5: strain has put them into a deep social humanitarian crisis.
- 27:53Speaker 5: Mass unemployment, widespread protests, the standing of livers has been
- 27:57Speaker 5: reduced so much that they can't afford meat. They have
- 28:00Speaker 5: no internet, okay? So their physical markets have been devastated.
- 28:05Speaker 5: There's no e-commerce. Small business is done. You've got middle-class
- 28:08Speaker 5: families being forced to sell properties trying to survive. So
- 28:14Speaker 5: you're telling me how that economic collapse is winning compared
- 28:19Speaker 5: to what we're seeing at the pump. So now we've
- 28:21Speaker 5: got some moves out of the country. Yeah, United States, GDP. Well,
- 28:25Speaker 5: it rose 2%. I thought some guy told us last
- 28:28Speaker 5: month or last quarter the end of the world was here.
- 28:31Speaker 5: And we were going to be in trouble. Well, a
- 28:34Speaker 5: lot of last quarter's GDP was related to the governmental shutdown.
- 28:39Speaker 5: We're seeing GDP rise today, 2%. AI in business investment
- 28:45Speaker 5: growth has fueled a 10% surge in business investment, excluding housing.
- 28:51Speaker 5: It's the largest jump in three years. manufacturing resurgence. I
- 28:55Speaker 5: heard on the radio, new data shows orders for business
- 28:58Speaker 5: equipment are at the largest, largest rate in six years.
- 29:02Speaker 5: Consumer spending was up. Job claims were down. Income growth
- 29:06Speaker 5: grew personal income. I think they said personal income was
- 29:09Speaker 5: a 0.6% in March, doubling the economic, uh, economic, uh, expectations. Um,
- 29:16Speaker 5: consumer spending grew by almost 2%, I believe. Um, Housing improvements,
- 29:24Speaker 5: new residential construction hit a one-year high, heard on the radio.
- 29:29Speaker 5: Home prices began to decline on an annual basis in
- 29:31Speaker 5: more than half the country, improving affordability. So all these
- 29:37Speaker 5: major indexes, stock market, we see what's going on. there.
- 29:41Speaker 5: And yes, while inflation is still hovering near about 3%,
- 29:45Speaker 5: a lot of that is fuel driven. So I'm sorry.
- 29:49Speaker 5: It's very frustrating to hear this doom and gloom because
- 29:53Speaker 5: gas is $ 5 a gallon because we're at war. Now,
- 29:58Speaker 5: does that mean it doesn't hurt? Yeah, it hurts. But
- 30:01Speaker 5: let's keep things in perspective here.
- 30:03Speaker 3: What was the alternative?
- 30:05Speaker 5: Kamala Harris? And it continued?
- 30:08Speaker 2: No, no, no, no, no, no. No, I don't. Kamala
- 30:12Speaker 2: Harris and Biden, the Democrats are not the alternative. I
- 30:15Speaker 2: think people would say the alternative is, was this a
- 30:18Speaker 2: mistake from the very beginning? Was this necessary for the
- 30:21Speaker 2: very beginning?
- 30:21Speaker 5: I can give you a list of facts that I
- 30:23Speaker 5: can see today through the media. Which country is in
- 30:27Speaker 5: a worse place right now, Iran or the United States
- 30:30Speaker 5: of America?
- 30:30Speaker 2: Well, obviously, you could say that even before the war.
- 30:34Speaker 2: Iran's in a much better place.
- 30:35Speaker 5: For anyone to say that Iran is crippling us, they're
- 30:39Speaker 5: just stupid.
- 30:41Speaker 2: Then why haven't they made a deal?
- 30:44Speaker 5: Because there's so much infighting in that country, Ron. It's
- 30:48Speaker 5: not a free country like this.
- 30:49Speaker 2: I mean, I can appreciate everything you said, but I've
- 30:52Speaker 2: been hearing. Well, just hang on a second.
- 30:55Speaker 5: In about another month, this thing will come to an
- 30:58Speaker 5: end because they'll be overthrown from within. The people won't
- 31:04Speaker 5: be able to take it much longer. So time is
- 31:06Speaker 5: on our hands. We can sit this out for a
- 31:09Speaker 5: year if we want. OK, the world would suffer. Yes,
- 31:13Speaker 5: fuel prices. You know, I'm traveling to Europe here in
- 31:16Speaker 5: the fall. I can tell you what I can tell
- 31:18Speaker 5: you with certainty that I'm thankful I booked my air
- 31:21Speaker 5: flight a couple of weeks ago because even from last
- 31:25Speaker 5: week to this week, because we've done some additional purchasing
- 31:29Speaker 5: of tickets for someone like you've got up 25 percent
- 31:32Speaker 5: in the last week. So all that stuff's true. All
- 31:35Speaker 5: that stuff's true. Gas prices, fuel prices are hurting. But
- 31:40Speaker 5: Iran is a threat. And if people don't want to
- 31:43Speaker 5: accept that, then they need to get out of the
- 31:45Speaker 5: bubble that they live in. Because we live in a
- 31:47Speaker 5: globalist world. It's like the fuel prices are global, right?
- 31:52Speaker 5: Even though we're energy independent, we live in a global world.
- 31:56Speaker 5: And I won't even go into the explanation of the
- 31:59Speaker 5: threat Iran poses. So, yeah, fuel prices are high, but
- 32:03Speaker 5: I think people need to stop with this garbage that
- 32:06Speaker 5: Trump needs to put America first. He has to put
- 32:09Speaker 5: America first, and that's why we're in Iran. Look at
- 32:12Speaker 5: what he's done to this economy, where it was with Biden.
- 32:15Speaker 5: He's fighting a Fed who will not lower rates. He
- 32:19Speaker 5: lowered them during election to try to help Joe Biden
- 32:22Speaker 5: when inflation was rising. Am I right? Did he not
- 32:26Speaker 5: do that? Did they not do that? Now, yesterday we had, what,
- 32:29Speaker 5: an eight to four vote? First time there's ever been
- 32:31Speaker 5: that much dissent on the board of the Treasury. You know,
- 32:36Speaker 5: there's a lot of things that still haven't gone into
- 32:38Speaker 5: play yet. And interest rates are one of them. Be patient, people.
- 32:42Speaker 5: What do they say? Rome wasn't built in a day.
- 32:45Speaker 5: Donald Trump's not going to turn this ship around in
- 32:48Speaker 5: a day, but we're heading in the right direction. How's that?
- 32:53Speaker 5: And I got some other stuff I can get off
- 32:54Speaker 5: my chest.
- 32:55Speaker 2: All right, well, fire away.
- 32:57Speaker 5: Okay, these people talking about charging Fauci before May 10th. Okay,
- 33:02Speaker 5: they need their heads examined also. Joe Biden gave him
- 33:06Speaker 5: a pardon. for any crimes committed to or against the
- 33:09Speaker 5: United States of America for the last 10 years. You're
- 33:12Speaker 5: not going to get him in a courtroom to do
- 33:14Speaker 5: anything with it. We've got so many extremists out there
- 33:19Speaker 5: who are feeling to live in reality that it's scary.
- 33:23Speaker 5: And I think that's why our country is so screwed up.
- 33:25Speaker 5: We've got extremists on the right. We've got extremists on
- 33:28Speaker 5: the left. You've got to deal with reality and the
- 33:30Speaker 5: situation in front of you. And then I heard something else.
- 33:37Speaker 5: I've got so much stuff running through my head. There's
- 33:38Speaker 5: something else I wanted to tell you. Now I can't remember.
- 33:40Speaker 5: Maybe it'll come back because my blood pressure got up
- 33:42Speaker 5: there a little bit.
- 33:44Speaker 2: Well, there you go. So I want to share with you.
- 33:50Speaker 2: So listen to this email. Everyone is upset about the
- 33:54Speaker 2: price of gas, but I'll tell some people who aren't.
- 33:57Speaker 2: but I'll tell some people who aren't, soldiers and their families.
- 34:01Speaker 2: When a ceasefire was going to expire, I believe the
- 34:04Speaker 2: plan was to take Karg Islands or other islands nearby.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Trump and a general saw how effective the blockade was,
- 34:11Speaker 2: so why risk the lives of troops when all you
- 34:14Speaker 2: have to do is wait? Iran is out of cards.
- 34:17Speaker 2: They played their straights and have basically no outs to
- 34:21Speaker 2: a higher hand. We as Americans are upset about the
- 34:24Speaker 2: temporary price of gas, but Trump could get that down fast,
- 34:28Speaker 2: but it would come with the death of our brave soldiers.
- 34:32Speaker 2: We as Americans should come together and respect that. Iran
- 34:35Speaker 2: will be finished once and for all. The only sliver
- 34:39Speaker 2: of an out is the weakness of the American politics.
- 34:42Speaker 2: For Iran's leadership to hold on, they have to divide America. FYI,
- 34:47Speaker 2: we're divided. If there was ever a time to come together,
- 34:50Speaker 2: now is that time. We will have no more bloodshed
- 34:54Speaker 2: for our troops. More people would have been killed in
- 34:59Speaker 2: Chicago by maybe five times than soldiers killed in Iran.
- 35:02Speaker 2: When Obama got bin Laden, I ran out onto the
- 35:06Speaker 2: street and cheered. I wasn't a Republican or a Democrat
- 35:09Speaker 2: that night. I was an American. Iran is counting on
- 35:13Speaker 2: us to complain about prices that our leaders won't finish
- 35:17Speaker 2: a job. Finish the job is what they should do.
- 35:20Speaker 2: I drive further than anyone for work each day, an
- 35:25Speaker 2: hour and a half. The short-term pain at the pump
- 35:28Speaker 2: is saving the lives of our servicemen and women. And
- 35:31Speaker 2: for that, I owe Iran. Always remember, in a game
- 35:36Speaker 2: of cards and war, always leave yourself and out. All right,
- 35:39Speaker 2: I've got to break.
- 35:40Speaker 5: Ring the bell.
- 35:40Speaker 4: Hey, real quick.
- 35:41Speaker 2: I don't have time. I've never seen all of them.
- 35:43Speaker 2: I've got to go. Can you hold me over? No.
- 35:47Speaker 1: Sky.
- 35:47Speaker 2: 570 WKBN. All right, Ron. Vert News Radio, 570 WKBN.
- 35:52Speaker 2: You're on the air.
- 35:54Speaker 6: Yeah, hi, Ron.
- 35:56Speaker 7: An aye-aye, Captain, to Ted the Conservative and the email.
- 36:01Speaker 7: Had some great points there. I just wanted to touch
- 36:04Speaker 7: base very quickly on the kind of back to that
- 36:09Speaker 7: Epstein thing and your remark about Trump. And if Trump
- 36:16Speaker 7: was in it, then he should go to jail with
- 36:18Speaker 7: this one. Well, you know, the Democrats got rid of
- 36:22Speaker 7: Eric Swalwell in six days. If Trump was at all involved,
- 36:28Speaker 7: they'd have got rid of him a long time ago.
- 36:31Speaker 7: The Epstein thing bothers me because in bringing it up
- 36:39Speaker 7: and who should go to jail and all of this,
- 36:42Speaker 7: there's 150 victims that received a division of two different lawsuits.
- 36:53Speaker 7: One was part of Epstein's $ 200 million estate. I mean,
- 37:01Speaker 7: they received a lot of money. I would venture to
- 37:03Speaker 7: say there's some non-disclosures that had to be written out
- 37:12Speaker 7: and had to be taken. And the women had received compensation.
- 37:20Speaker 2: Two different..
- 37:22Speaker 7: Two different.
- 37:25Speaker 11: Settlements.
- 37:27Speaker 7: So that, I mean, and yes, and so I looked
- 37:31Speaker 7: up to find out what the average age of, you know,
- 37:35Speaker 7: an Epstein victim, and they talk about underage, could be 14, 15,
- 37:39Speaker 7: as young as 11. Here's what I want to know.
- 37:42Speaker 7: Where in the heck were those girls' parents? How do
- 37:47Speaker 7: you let..
- 37:48Speaker 2: Right, listen, I get all of that, but the reality
- 37:51Speaker 2: is A crime was committed here and I believe with
- 37:55Speaker 2: the intelligence community and it's being covered up and it
- 37:58Speaker 2: continues to be covered up. And I don't support that
- 38:02Speaker 2: at all. It's reprehensible what happened. And Epstein was created
- 38:08Speaker 2: by the intelligence community. The intelligence community was involved in this,
- 38:11Speaker 2: whether that's the U.S. or whether that's Israel, of exploiting
- 38:17Speaker 2: young girls that were children for sex with Prince Andrew
- 38:21Speaker 2: and adult men, allegedly, and that's just reprehensible.
- 38:26Speaker 7: Well, yeah, I understand that, but I think at this point..
- 38:30Speaker 2: There is not at this point. It's a double standard
- 38:33Speaker 2: of justice. All of that information should be released. The
- 38:36Speaker 2: public has a right to know. A lot of people
- 38:38Speaker 2: got upset with Trump when he said..
- 38:39Speaker 7: All those girls' names should be released?
- 38:41Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. I mean, if you want justice..
- 38:45Speaker 7: And they'd all have to go to trial. You can't just..
- 38:47Speaker 6: Accuse people well yeah have people i mean they would
- 38:51Speaker 6: have to go to.
- 38:51Speaker 2: Jail well very good well many of them should go
- 38:54Speaker 2: to jail thank you we'll be back after this with
- 38:58Speaker 2: the legal show stay tuned.
- 39:05Speaker 9: From ABC News, I'm Lindsay Davis, anchor of Prime, streaming
- 39:10Speaker 9: weeknights on ABC News Live. The war in Iran now
- 39:13Speaker 9: hitting the two-month mark, and Americans are seeing gas prices
- 39:16Speaker 9: soar the highest in four years. A gallon of regular
- 39:19Speaker 9: is now averaging $ 4. 35, and in California, topping $ 6 a
- 39:24Speaker 9: gallon for drivers like Joel Middleton in Los Angeles due
- 39:27Speaker 9: to the state's refinery costs.
- 39:28Speaker 1: I'm not spending anything else on anything. It's all going
- 39:30Speaker 1: to gas.
- 39:31Speaker 9: President Trump insists those prices will drop, and Iran is
- 39:34Speaker 9: clamoring to make a deal.
- 39:35Speaker 5: As soon as the war's over, it'll drop like a rock.
- 39:37Speaker 2: There's so much of it. It's all over the place,
- 39:39Speaker 2: sitting all over the oceans of the world.
- 39:43Speaker 9: But Iran's regime is threatening to hit back on U.S. aggression,
- 39:46Speaker 9: and the new supreme leader in a message says Iran
- 39:49Speaker 9: won't give up its nuclear ambitions. ABC's Tom Sufi-Burge has
- 39:52Speaker 9: more on the continuing blockade.
- 39:54Speaker 8: The situation in the Strait of Hormuz remains. I mean,
- 39:56Speaker 8: we are seeing a very small number of cargo vessels
- 39:59Speaker 8: get through there. The Japanese said that one of their
- 40:01Speaker 8: vessels got through yesterday. A Singapore-linked vessel, according to tracking data,
- 40:06Speaker 8: also was allowed through by the Iranians and also by
- 40:09Speaker 8: the U.S. through their blockades because it didn't breach the U.S.
- 40:11Speaker 5: Blockade.
- 40:12Speaker 9: The California man federal prosecutors say traveled to Washington, D.C.
- 40:16Speaker 9: to carry out a mass attack on President Trump at
- 40:18Speaker 9: the White House Correspondents' Dinner was back in court today.
- 40:21Speaker 9: A judge ordered he'd remain held in jail. ABC's Pierre
- 40:24Speaker 9: Thomas says prosecutors detailed suspect Cole Allen's alleged plot.
- 40:28Speaker 10: Sources telling ABC News that after Allen checked in, he
- 40:31Speaker 10: allegedly used his laptop to research President Trump's schedule and
- 40:35Speaker 10: even went down to scope out the area around the ballroom.
- 40:38Speaker 9: After a historic visit this week, including an address to
- 40:41Speaker 9: members of Congress and a state dinner at the White House,
- 40:43Speaker 9: King Charles and Queen Camilla wrapped up their U.S. trip today.
- 40:46Speaker 9: The royal couple made one last stop at the White
- 40:49Speaker 9: House today, traveled to Virginia to pay respects at Arlington
- 40:52Speaker 9: National Cemetery. and later took part in a community potluck
- 40:55Speaker 9: gathering for America's 250th celebration. The royal couple is now
- 40:59Speaker 9: heading to Bermuda. You're listening to ABC News.
