- 1:13Speaker 4: Mogie. I'm disappointed in you Mann.
- 1:16Speaker 3: You turned up in a beautiful tight T shirt, but
- 1:18Speaker 3: then you've got a bit chili.
- 1:19Speaker 4: I did, and you covered.
- 1:20Speaker 3: Up before the show started with one of the Breakfast
- 1:23Speaker 3: Show's shirts actually, and it's it's sort of covering up
- 1:27Speaker 3: your magnificent body and I'm upset about it.
- 1:29Speaker 4: But anyway, how are you your rogue stallion?
- 1:31Speaker 6: I'm pretty grassy, your mad dog, your six son of
- 1:33Speaker 6: a But yeah, I went out there to grab a
- 1:35Speaker 6: shirt and I've ended up wearing Ruders Bunning's trade sort
- 1:39Speaker 6: of workshop.
- 1:42Speaker 2: It's a shirt, yes, you know what I mean. So
- 1:44Speaker 2: I'm sort of like I'm.
- 1:46Speaker 6: Like Ruder's boyfriend because I'm wearing his his.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Sort of his coul.
- 1:51Speaker 5: My wife sometimes puts my hoodie on. Yeah, look kind
- 1:54Speaker 5: of like that, like that you sometimes put your wife's
- 1:58Speaker 5: hoodie on.
- 2:00Speaker 4: I never put her hoodie on. I put her undies on. Yeah,
- 2:02Speaker 4: that's true, you do and they feel so good.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Okay, CAZy, Hey, that.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Is what a very bright, very clean, beautifully pressed warrior's
- 2:16Speaker 3: shirt you're wearing there.
- 2:17Speaker 4: That's great stuff, mate.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 2:19Speaker 5: Yeah, it's a warrior's jersey. Thought i'd wear it after
- 2:21Speaker 5: what was just an all time amazing victory over the weekend.
- 2:25Speaker 6: What is the gats with that one? That's not a
- 2:27Speaker 6: school super League one. But there's no Warriors branding on it.
- 2:30Speaker 6: From what I can see, is that just a different
- 2:31Speaker 6: style of shit?
- 2:32Speaker 2: What do we got?
- 2:32Speaker 5: It's a nineteen ninety seven Warriors Super League jersey?
- 2:36Speaker 2: Yeah, made by Nike.
- 2:37Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 2:37Speaker 5: Lei've only made the jerseys for one year and they
- 2:39Speaker 5: didn't have the branding on them.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Wow. Yeah, very interesting, but it's interesting.
- 2:44Speaker 4: I'm surprised you're wearing it.
- 2:45Speaker 3: Actually, I'm sure I'm surprised you're not viewing that as
- 2:48Speaker 3: a sort of investment opportunity and packaging it up and
- 2:51Speaker 3: putting it away for somewhere down the years and you
- 2:54Speaker 3: can cash.
- 2:55Speaker 2: In somewhere down the years. It is an investment.
- 2:58Speaker 5: I got it online and I'll I'll be selling it. No,
- 3:00Speaker 5: I'm not going to do I love the worst. Yeah,
- 3:02Speaker 5: I don't wear it, man. I want to wear this
- 3:04Speaker 5: one to a magic round.
- 3:04Speaker 8: Man.
- 3:05Speaker 2: It's have good time in it.
- 3:07Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Good stuff, Jose, How are you?
- 3:10Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 3:10Speaker 2: Good things? You can't complain good?
- 3:12Speaker 4: I'm okay.
- 3:14Speaker 2: How are your sinuses?
- 3:15Speaker 4: My silence isn't really good?
- 3:17Speaker 2: Wow? Good stuff? What's happening on the Big Show with
- 3:24Speaker 2: Old Mogi? The Countdown proper begins? Fellas.
- 3:28Speaker 6: We are almost exactly one month away from heading off
- 3:30Speaker 6: the Magic Round. Today, a couple more opportunities to get
- 3:32Speaker 6: yourself in the drawer of your hear the queue to call.
- 3:35Speaker 2: Oh eight hundred hockey good stuff mate.
- 3:38Speaker 6: There will be a little bit of chat about the cyclone.
- 3:41Speaker 6: I don't know if you guys heard about massive sightclone
- 3:43Speaker 6: over the weekend affected the entire country. We want to
- 3:47Speaker 6: know where you were and how it was for you.
- 3:49Speaker 6: And also old mate.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Pugs aren't old pugs are there? It's back from Vietnam.
- 3:56Speaker 6: He's wearing a beanie because it's so cold in New Zealand.
- 3:59Speaker 7: You know.
- 3:59Speaker 6: Yeah, I don't know if you've been to Vietnam, but
- 4:01Speaker 6: it's hot there. I don't know if you've been to
- 4:02Speaker 6: New Zealand, but Jesus cold here. You really notice that
- 4:04Speaker 6: when you get off the plane.
- 4:06Speaker 7: Totally man.
- 4:07Speaker 3: We'll talk to Paksan next, I think. In the meantime,
- 4:10Speaker 3: here's a bit of rage.
- 4:12Speaker 1: The Darchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hdarky.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Red Hot Chili Peppers there on the Radio Hodarcky Big
- 4:21Speaker 3: Show this Monday afternoon.
- 4:23Speaker 4: Hope you're having a great day New Zealand. Now of course, Fellows.
- 4:26Speaker 3: Over the weekend there was a much heralded cyclone about
- 4:29Speaker 3: to hit the North Island.
- 4:31Speaker 4: It hit to varying degrees.
- 4:33Speaker 3: I think it's fair to say because it was a
- 4:35Speaker 3: Category two from recollection and it was all on for
- 4:39Speaker 3: young and old. And it's the first time in the
- 4:41Speaker 3: history of the country that they've actually worn the entire
- 4:44Speaker 3: North Island that this was about to hit.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Heads up, heads up, Yeah, it comes.
- 4:49Speaker 5: And it was interesting because obviously we are based in
- 4:52Speaker 5: Auckland City and as it was making its way towards us,
- 4:54Speaker 5: it sort of pivoted to the east and went right
- 4:57Speaker 5: down through it.
- 4:57Speaker 6: A bit of it. Was it a bit of a
- 4:59Speaker 6: side step keys? Were I to put it into a
- 5:01Speaker 6: rugby league or rugby union paralance? Was it sort of
- 5:04Speaker 6: a shimmy shimmy work, a bit of a goosey yeah,
- 5:06Speaker 6: goosey goosey gander.
- 5:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what we call it in footy.
- 5:11Speaker 5: And it went sort of down through the bay there
- 5:13Speaker 5: and across to the Hawk's Bay area and out that side. Yes, yeah,
- 5:18Speaker 5: man did nahty yes, which is of course when you
- 5:21Speaker 5: go through the bad plenty and then down and around
- 5:22Speaker 5: and out near.
- 5:23Speaker 2: The Hawks baby, yeah, which he always does well.
- 5:25Speaker 3: First and foremost, I hope people are all right out there.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Let us know if you had any drama over the weekend,
- 5:30Speaker 3: because I understand there was a fair amount of flooding
- 5:33Speaker 3: in the Bay is sort of plenty area.
- 5:35Speaker 5: Because this is what you're suggesting, you, Yeah, cool, funny.
- 5:43Speaker 5: Do we get the audience to like, are we asking
- 5:45Speaker 5: the audience if they were at all.
- 5:46Speaker 3: G Yeah to a degree certainly, or if they had
- 5:49Speaker 3: any drama or some something really funny happened, something humorous happened.
- 5:53Speaker 5: Yeah, we's got any funny cyclone yarns three four eight three.
- 5:56Speaker 5: You could win fifty bucks cash thanks to the leader.
- 5:58Speaker 4: I was a bit filthy because it did the on us.
- 6:02Speaker 3: And when I say, asam in Auckland City and I'd
- 6:04Speaker 3: spend all Friday like boarding up the windows of my
- 6:07Speaker 3: apartment and stuff took me and she's bloody high up there.
- 6:11Speaker 3: I had to get scaffolding put up so I could
- 6:13Speaker 3: nail and the stuff you nailed it in and.
- 6:16Speaker 4: It never never arrived and never eventuated.
- 6:19Speaker 2: You were you fuming about that?
- 6:20Speaker 3: I had like a crate of water in the corner.
- 6:22Speaker 3: I had about create of water fifty frozen meals. I
- 6:27Speaker 3: was fully you know about ten bags of cat litter?
- 6:30Speaker 2: Yeah? Right, Have you got a cat? Yeah? You know,
- 6:33Speaker 2: jez oh, yes, that's right.
- 6:35Speaker 6: Did you did you you've got a sort of secure everything?
- 6:39Speaker 6: Did you secure jizz? Did you tie it to? You know,
- 6:41Speaker 6: tie your cat to? I don't know your towel rec
- 6:44Speaker 6: or anything.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Well, I put her in a little backpack that we've got. Actually,
- 6:48Speaker 3: it has got a little clear area where she can
- 6:50Speaker 3: see out, just so that I knew that she was
- 6:52Speaker 3: going to be okay.
- 6:53Speaker 6: Don't you ever I thought you said you're going to
- 6:54Speaker 6: put her in a tupple wee container.
- 6:56Speaker 5: Yeah, she didn't fit Mogi right, So but she fit
- 6:59Speaker 5: in that back fact that your wife often wears to
- 7:01Speaker 5: escort you around.
- 7:02Speaker 4: Well, when I say backpack, it's more of a fanny pack.
- 7:04Speaker 5: Yeah, you know what I mean, the front facing, clear
- 7:07Speaker 5: fanny pack that you put a.
- 7:08Speaker 2: Cat in, because they exist.
- 7:10Speaker 3: But I tell you what fellas Even though I didn't
- 7:12Speaker 3: sort of rip through the CBD, there was carnage everywhere.
- 7:17Speaker 5: And this is the other thing people need to remember
- 7:19Speaker 5: as well, like you know, getting everyone all and putting
- 7:21Speaker 5: everyone in like a you know, like a state of emergency. Yes,
- 7:24Speaker 5: is in case the worst happens. Yes, it's not saying
- 7:27Speaker 5: the worst is definitely going to happen, but it's about
- 7:29Speaker 5: being as prepared as possible. Absolutely, it wasn't in Auckland anyway.
- 7:33Speaker 5: My parents are in the Bay of Plenty and they
- 7:34Speaker 5: said it was pretty narly down there.
- 7:35Speaker 2: That's right.
- 7:35Speaker 6: I mean you have people saying it didn't even why
- 7:38Speaker 6: did they bother warning us? It's like, well, this is
- 7:41Speaker 6: the whole point. Yeah, The point is to warn you
- 7:43Speaker 6: so that in case something happens. And for me it
- 7:45Speaker 6: was good because it means I could plan my luten. Yes,
- 7:48Speaker 6: you know, when the cyclones hit you, it's it's free
- 7:50Speaker 6: rain to go luten. It's your opportunity to take advantage
- 7:54Speaker 6: of other people's bad fortune or misfortune.
- 7:57Speaker 2: So certainly around.
- 7:58Speaker 6: Where I live there's a lot of sort of holiday
- 7:59Speaker 6: home and that sort of thing. Well that's free rain
- 8:01Speaker 6: for old moggie. I get in there and I just
- 8:03Speaker 6: helped myself.
- 8:03Speaker 2: So it's like, I guess it's a it's a silver.
- 8:07Speaker 6: Lining to a pretty heavy gray cloud Sadly, as you say,
- 8:10Speaker 6: keys of the cyclone didn't really hit as heavy as
- 8:13Speaker 6: I wanted because Luda's rights generally means that you can
- 8:16Speaker 6: only exius things that have been damaged by the cyclone.
- 8:19Speaker 6: So windows have been blown in your beauty what I want.
- 8:23Speaker 6: So I had to persuade a few branches through a
- 8:25Speaker 6: few car windows, et cetera, et cetera. But on the
- 8:29Speaker 6: on the whole, I was up.
- 8:30Speaker 2: So that was good.
- 8:31Speaker 6: Right, So you've got a good haul. I got weirdly even.
- 8:34Speaker 6: There's even a couple of cars that had CDs in them,
- 8:36Speaker 6: which I hadn't seen before. But I got in there,
- 8:39Speaker 6: I got some toolkits. Still people leaving tool kits in
- 8:43Speaker 6: their cars overnight and during the weekend. Jason Public service announcement.
- 8:47Speaker 6: You can't leave your tools and your work you or
- 8:50Speaker 6: anything like that. You never know what could happen. Some bars,
- 8:53Speaker 6: it will take them. In this case, some barstard did.
- 8:56Speaker 6: Whilet's get left in cars all sorts of things.
- 8:58Speaker 5: Yeah, right, okay, so you just kind of in there
- 9:00Speaker 5: and help yourself. Well I wasn't even really like, you know,
- 9:03Speaker 5: it was just raining kind of yeah, but it was
- 9:05Speaker 5: quite heavy.
- 9:06Speaker 6: I got quite quite damp. Yeah, I sorry to hear that. Oh,
- 9:09Speaker 6: I know that was worth the risk for me.
- 9:11Speaker 3: It was, you know, even though they were like Mogi
- 9:14Speaker 3: actually a similar thing in the CBD there, Kyzy.
- 9:18Speaker 4: You know a lot of rain Moggi.
- 9:19Speaker 3: A lot of places were flooded, particularly when accidentally the
- 9:23Speaker 3: end of my umbrella went through, you know, shop windows
- 9:25Speaker 3: and stuff like that, and buckets of water were thrown.
- 9:27Speaker 4: And you know, you were throwing the water.
- 9:30Speaker 3: In and you've got to help people out in that.
- 9:32Speaker 3: You've got to clear out the stock so it doesn't
- 9:34Speaker 3: get ruined.
- 9:35Speaker 2: That's right, exactly right.
- 9:37Speaker 4: I went into a.
- 9:38Speaker 3: One Japanese shop actually scored a shipload of noodles.
- 9:43Speaker 5: So you just you broke the window, you threw water,
- 9:45Speaker 5: and you walked off with noodles.
- 9:46Speaker 4: Yeah, sex of them, sex.
- 9:49Speaker 5: Of noodles to go with your crateive water? How was
- 9:53Speaker 5: the cyclone for you? Is only any funny? Yarns three
- 9:55Speaker 5: four eighth three got fifty bucks cash on off of
- 9:59Speaker 5: thanks to Toledos.
- 10:00Speaker 4: In the meantime, he's been harp up.
- 10:04Speaker 1: The hood Arching Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kezy
- 10:07Speaker 1: tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarkies.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Indeed, she had there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show
- 10:13Speaker 3: this gloomy Monday afternoon we've got a bit of cyclone
- 10:18Speaker 3: chat going on after of course the cyclone was supposed
- 10:21Speaker 3: to hit over the weekend, it hit certain areas and
- 10:24Speaker 3: not others, Fellows.
- 10:25Speaker 5: Yes, fortunately it wasn't as bad as where as it
- 10:28Speaker 5: possibly could have been. That's true, which is great, which
- 10:30Speaker 5: is the silver lining here.
- 10:31Speaker 6: Sort of a little bit of annoying because you have
- 10:33Speaker 6: so much to talk about, don't you when things go
- 10:35Speaker 6: really pear shape? So yes, so well we don't have
- 10:38Speaker 6: any chat because yeah, yeah, I know, but never mind, Keysy,
- 10:40Speaker 6: next time may we'll get them.
- 10:42Speaker 2: Thanks man. Lots of tests coming through.
- 10:45Speaker 5: On three four eight three, Hoidy J was like, oh,
- 10:47Speaker 5: text in if you've got any wacky yarns from the cyclone,
- 10:49Speaker 5: which I thought was pretty taste distasteful, not very nice, distasteful.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Tasteless, tasteless, yeah, or distasteful. Same thing.
- 10:58Speaker 5: The another thing that I also think is tasteless as
- 11:00Speaker 5: someone texting here was there a cyclone over the weekend?
- 11:03Speaker 2: Ordered Hoody J. Just sneeze. See that's not fun?
- 11:06Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean that's good stuff, is it?
- 11:08Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 11:08Speaker 2: Totally okay? Cool because he's.
- 11:11Speaker 4: Making a joke about my massive snarls.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Yeah, which is no joke.
- 11:16Speaker 5: By the way, Hey guys, saw a paper bag blowing
- 11:19Speaker 5: across the road in the Hawk's Bay.
- 11:21Speaker 4: Oh man, full on, that is full on? You're okay?
- 11:25Speaker 5: Yeah, just texting again? Three four eight three inches? Let
- 11:27Speaker 5: us know, are you okay? Someone who's ticked through cyclone?
- 11:31Speaker 5: These nuts get a you guys from Robbie Gidda. You guys,
- 11:38Speaker 5: no dramas and Napier stocked up four dozen beers, thirty
- 11:41Speaker 5: eight loaves of bread, two boxes of candles, and some connies.
- 11:43Speaker 5: Didn't use any of it apart from one Connie nice.
- 11:46Speaker 3: Right, Okay, you see there is a temptation, and I
- 11:50Speaker 3: don't know if your guy's brain goes in the same
- 11:52Speaker 3: direction when an event like that is potentially going to
- 11:54Speaker 3: happen that you just hunker down and just get steamed
- 11:57Speaker 3: responsibly over the entire period.
- 12:00Speaker 6: Yeah, I mean I managed to avoid that, but it
- 12:02Speaker 6: certainly crossed my mind. Absolutely, did Kezy, you would have
- 12:05Speaker 6: been on it, wouldn't you.
- 12:05Speaker 4: Yeah, he was hammering it hard, he said, responsibly.
- 12:08Speaker 2: Did I say that?
- 12:09Speaker 4: Yes?
- 12:09Speaker 5: Uh, well, yeah, what I was talking the truth because
- 12:12Speaker 5: I did have a few beers over the weekend. I
- 12:13Speaker 5: had the in laws up and you know you're hunkering
- 12:16Speaker 5: down small house, little Grannie flat out in West Arekland.
- 12:19Speaker 6: It was a nightmare, not because of the cyclone, but
- 12:23Speaker 6: just because of the personality clashes and the.
- 12:25Speaker 3: Fact that you're all locked up inside. Someone else was drinking.
- 12:29Speaker 4: The beers that you paid for.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Well, my father in law was drinking the beers that
- 12:33Speaker 5: I paid for. But I have drunk plenty of his beers,
- 12:36Speaker 5: I have you. Yeah, yeah, yeah, You're.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Going to annoyed you so much.
- 12:39Speaker 6: I don't know, man, I guess I was in a
- 12:40Speaker 6: bad moood. We've had a text come through here on
- 12:43Speaker 6: three for three. My mum locked me inside during the cyclone.
- 12:46Speaker 6: Glad wrapped the cat. That must be from bad Boy Bubby. Yes,
- 12:51Speaker 6: that's right. What's that it's a film, is it?
- 12:54Speaker 3: Yes?
- 12:54Speaker 2: It's you know who would love that? Kezy? Your missus?
- 12:57Speaker 4: Really seriously, man, you should get her to watch it.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Would be into it.
- 13:03Speaker 4: She would love that movie.
- 13:05Speaker 2: What's about We're just going to check it out me.
- 13:08Speaker 2: No spoilers.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not going to tell you the storyline before
- 13:12Speaker 3: you watch it.
- 13:13Speaker 5: It's just that the thing that reminded you of it
- 13:15Speaker 5: was someone Glad wrapped a cat.
- 13:18Speaker 2: Three for eight Treation.
- 13:19Speaker 6: Keysley and his missus Watch Bad Boy, Bubby Let Us Know.

- 13:32Speaker 5: After being kept a prisoner in his own home for
- 13:34Speaker 5: thirty five years, a man accidentally kills his parents.
- 13:39Speaker 7: Is that.
- 13:41Speaker 2: About sums it up? But there's so much more to it.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Oh, there's a lot going on, I can tell you
- 13:45Speaker 4: that much cool.
- 13:47Speaker 5: Speaking of a lot going on, we've got old Charlie
- 13:50Speaker 5: Gubb coming.
- 13:50Speaker 2: Why are you laughing? So what does he do to
- 13:52Speaker 2: the cat?
- 13:55Speaker 4: What does he do to the care You'll just have
- 13:58Speaker 4: to watch it and find out.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Charlie gave up news.

- 14:22Speaker 3: We've got our resident expert on the rugby league about
- 14:27Speaker 3: to join us on the bar.
- 14:29Speaker 4: He's an ex warrior, a bit of a legend.

- 14:42Speaker 9: that weekend bullying the bullies on their home court.
- 14:46Speaker 3: I tell you what, I don't wait, wait, Kesey, how
- 14:50Speaker 3: shit house in Melbourne at the moment, I don't know.
- 14:54Speaker 9: Can you call them shareuse or they're just we're just
- 14:57Speaker 9: beating them. We're we're good to everyone at the lost
- 15:00Speaker 9: two is good, but I don't know it's good that
- 15:03Speaker 9: they're on the back foot.
- 15:05Speaker 5: Yeah, Charlie, just to let you know, Sorry, bad boy
- 15:07Speaker 5: Gubby just think you know that Jace didn't actually watch
- 15:10Speaker 5: the game.
- 15:10Speaker 2: He's got no idea.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Excuse me, Keith, I watched every single minute and I
- 15:17Speaker 3: was compelled.
- 15:17Speaker 4: I loved it.
- 15:18Speaker 2: What was the score pattern?
- 15:20Speaker 5: The score was thirty eight fourteen. The Warriors absolutely teling
- 15:24Speaker 5: up the Storm. Seventeen straight losses to the Storm, who
- 15:27Speaker 5: are just such a glamour club. They have been so
- 15:29Speaker 5: successful under coach Craig Bellamy. Yet Charlie, somehow our Warriors
- 15:33Speaker 5: came out and not only beat them on the score ball,
- 15:34Speaker 5: but physically we man handled them. You know, what do
- 15:39Speaker 5: you think the mindset was for the Warriors players? Because
- 15:41Speaker 5: it seemed like they were going out there to hurt them.
- 15:44Speaker 9: Definitely, and there's been that talking of the whodoo we
- 15:48Speaker 9: always lose to Melbourne and stuff like that, so I
- 15:50Speaker 9: reckon we We had them real fired up, especially after
- 15:53Speaker 9: last week. We got a bit dominated through the metal
- 15:55Speaker 9: Sharks made a lot of line breaks and it wasn't
- 15:58Speaker 9: all smooth satan over there. You see when Jackson Ford
- 16:02Speaker 9: I think dropped it off the kickoff. He loves it,
- 16:04Speaker 9: and then they scored straight away Cooper Clark on de
- 16:07Speaker 9: Boo or whatever y he scored a real soft try
- 16:11Speaker 9: and I was like, damn as this it?
- 16:13Speaker 7: But no, it wasn't it.
- 16:14Speaker 9: We came back and we put the foot straight on
- 16:16Speaker 9: the throat and started American history X just fighting the curb.
- 16:20Speaker 6: Probably my favorite part of the whole game was a
- 16:23Speaker 6: fifteen minute period where we'd never really touched the ball
- 16:27Speaker 6: and we were just absolutely smashing them on d It
- 16:31Speaker 6: reminded me of the two thousand and one two thousand
- 16:33Speaker 6: and two seasons where it was as much one fun
- 16:36Speaker 6: watching the other team have the ball in hand because
- 16:39Speaker 6: they were just getting absolutely smoked. What does that tell
- 16:43Speaker 6: you about the team culture when that sort of stuff's happening,
- 16:45Speaker 6: especially when you're five to eight is pulling out the
- 16:47Speaker 6: big boss man slam on players.
- 16:50Speaker 9: Oh, it's pretty good. It's good to watch as a fan.
- 16:52Speaker 9: It's easy watching and probably when they're playing, they're just
- 16:56Speaker 9: feeding off each other. Especially those young boys would be
- 16:59Speaker 9: getting rock hard watching that. Yeah, and that's how it
- 17:02Speaker 9: should be.
- 17:03Speaker 2: Rock hard.
- 17:04Speaker 5: Charlie, what's what's your take on our halves peering. You've
- 17:07Speaker 5: obviously got Tanna Boyd who's coming this season. He's steering
- 17:09Speaker 5: around doing a great job. Mitt Carf who's injured again,
- 17:12Speaker 5: but you know he is a very, very talented player.
- 17:15Speaker 5: But then you do have Chanel Harris Tavita, who if
- 17:17Speaker 5: he's in the halves, it shows us up defensively. Do
- 17:20Speaker 5: you think we need to concentrate on that defense first?
- 17:24Speaker 9: Well, personally, I think Chanel's done enough to keep his spot. Yeah,
- 17:29Speaker 9: I think that it's just the harsh reality of professional football.
- 17:33Speaker 7: Kiezy. You've got to you got to play your way
- 17:36Speaker 7: back into the team.
- 17:37Speaker 5: Now.
- 17:37Speaker 9: We bought him, man when Chanell had a head knock,
- 17:40Speaker 9: and it's not through no fault of his own, it
- 17:42Speaker 9: just wasn't wasn't firing and the team wasn't firing, but
- 17:45Speaker 9: they're firing now with Tanner Boyd and Shane, and I
- 17:47Speaker 9: think a lot of it has to do is giving
- 17:51Speaker 9: too much, giving the steering wheel to Tanner Boyd. Yeah,
- 17:55Speaker 9: so he gets the ball whenever he wants kind of thing.
- 17:57Speaker 9: You know, he can be the SpongeBob and Chan now
- 18:01Speaker 9: can be Patrick's staff.
- 18:02Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, right, okay, yeah, I completely agree.
- 18:05Speaker 6: And for me, you know, I think you know, you
- 18:08Speaker 6: can say that that Metcalf went great last year, but
- 18:11Speaker 6: I think the team and the wins that they've had
- 18:12Speaker 6: this year have looked the best that I've seen this
- 18:14Speaker 6: team look possibly ever. The team is on the same
- 18:18Speaker 6: page right across the board. And when you talk about
- 18:20Speaker 6: bringing Metcalf back in, it's not like you're talking about
- 18:23Speaker 6: bringing Andrew Johns back, And you're not like talking about
- 18:25Speaker 6: somebody that's proved themselves season after season after season, game
- 18:28Speaker 6: after game after game. This is a guy that had
- 18:31Speaker 6: half a season last year and went pretty good.
- 18:34Speaker 9: Yeah, definitely, No, like he's Metcalf is a gun, but
- 18:37Speaker 9: like as he backed towards best, I'm not sure he's
- 18:40Speaker 9: probably not yet.
- 18:41Speaker 7: And there's no there's no shame.
- 18:43Speaker 9: In getting back to your best in New South Wales,
- 18:45Speaker 9: Carpe Mogin. It's just like sometimes you just there's just
- 18:49Speaker 9: a recipe that that's working well at the moment, and
- 18:52Speaker 9: then we might decide we want a little bit more salt,
- 18:55Speaker 9: you know, and that that's metcalf and that's not skin
- 18:58Speaker 9: related at all, sold here for it's just I didn't.
- 19:01Speaker 2: Even think of it.
- 19:02Speaker 5: But yeah, one hundred percent, Charlie.
- 19:06Speaker 2: And just so just clarifying.
- 19:08Speaker 5: If you've got SpongeBob, who's Tanner Boyd and then you
- 19:11Speaker 5: know c h t is Patrick Star? Would that mean
- 19:14Speaker 5: would Webster be mister Crabs? Or and would would Mount Smart?
- 19:20Speaker 5: Would that be the Krusty Krab? Was that how it
- 19:22Speaker 5: would be?
- 19:23Speaker 7: Yeah? Yeah? And and uh Hordy would be Squidward?
- 19:27Speaker 3: Just check serious, fous. We're talking league here.
- 19:31Speaker 2: It's not muck.
- 19:32Speaker 3: Around, hey, Charlie, who's your Porter king Player of the
- 19:36Speaker 3: day mate?
- 19:40Speaker 9: I could go to Schanew, but I'm giving it to
- 19:42Speaker 9: a young fellow off the bench. I thought brought massive
- 19:44Speaker 9: energy and that's the metrop Yeah, he was smashing, he
- 19:47Speaker 9: was good.
- 19:48Speaker 4: He smashed into it.
- 19:52Speaker 2: He's got a good song, right, it's a great team song. Man. Look, Charlie,
- 19:57Speaker 2: thank you so much for joining us once again. Mate.
- 19:59Speaker 5: I hope everything we're okay with Porter King over the weekend.
- 20:01Speaker 5: No portal who's blowing away?
- 20:03Speaker 9: No no cyclone miss uffs unfortunately, but that's all good.
- 20:07Speaker 2: Get on your mate. Well, we'll chat to you next week.
- 20:09Speaker 9: A yeah, fella, mate, let me just it's the Titans
- 20:15Speaker 9: this week at.
- 20:15Speaker 2: High Yeah that so we'll probably lose. Yeah, thanks Charlie.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Talk to you next week mate.
- 20:21Speaker 5: Fellas and don't forget if you need a portlo and
- 20:24Speaker 5: the Wellington area head up Porter King and Uncle Charlie.
- 20:26Speaker 2: You look after you beautiful.
- 20:28Speaker 4: In the meantime, he's going to the Stone Age.
- 20:31Speaker 1: The Hierarchy Big Show weekdays from four on Radio Hold Hives.
- 20:35Speaker 3: There on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Monday afternoon.
- 20:39Speaker 3: The time is four fifty four. Let's talk TV. What's
- 20:45Speaker 3: on the Telly with Mike Minogue.
- 20:50Speaker 6: Yes, I watched the Red Hot Chili Peppers documentary on
- 20:56Speaker 6: netflips there and it's about the Chili Is how they
- 20:59Speaker 6: came to meet each other, how they came to form
- 21:02Speaker 6: the band, and how the guitarist, their first guitarist, helll Slovak,
- 21:10Speaker 6: ended up dying eventually, and then John fru Shanty joined
- 21:13Speaker 6: the band, So it sort of goes all the way
- 21:14Speaker 6: up until I think Blood Sugar Sex Magic sort of
- 21:19Speaker 6: around that period. Just there pretty interesting stuff. I used
- 21:24Speaker 6: to be a huge fan of them. I'm not so
- 21:26Speaker 6: much anymore, do you know what I mean? Yes, but
- 21:29Speaker 6: interesting stuff like hurt them growing up, the way they
- 21:33Speaker 6: found each other, how they got into music, who produced
- 21:35Speaker 6: their first album, The drug addiction, like getting addicted to
- 21:40Speaker 6: heroin before you're even a rock star. But yes, that's
- 21:43Speaker 6: a big cool that one. So you've already been through
- 21:44Speaker 6: your addiction before you even get to the point where
- 21:48Speaker 6: you are huge stars. So with a watch, if you're
- 21:50Speaker 6: a fan of the band, give it a watch, give
- 21:52Speaker 6: it three point I'll give it three buzzies possible. And
- 21:57Speaker 6: it's on Netflix, so it's all good. It was where
- 22:01Speaker 6: the watch is nothing I didn't know because I've read
- 22:03Speaker 6: Flea's autobiography, I've read Start to Shoot Yes Scart, Anthony
- 22:07Speaker 6: Ketus's autobiography and being a fan frager, So there wasn't
- 22:11Speaker 6: much in there I didn't know, but it was it was.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Yeah, with Geese, good stuff.
- 22:15Speaker 7: LOGI.
- 22:16Speaker 4: I started a new series of alone. Remember that show.
- 22:21Speaker 4: I was talking about.
- 22:23Speaker 2: What happened in the last one. Man, Well, I.
- 22:25Speaker 4: Can't tell you. I don't want to ruin it for you, fellows.
- 22:27Speaker 4: I want to tell you who won.
- 22:28Speaker 2: Did someone win?
- 22:29Speaker 4: Yeah, someone won?
- 22:30Speaker 2: Obviously happy or said.
- 22:32Speaker 4: I was very happy with the person that I need
- 22:34Speaker 4: to know.
- 22:36Speaker 3: And this one set in the very dark outskirts of Canada,
- 22:41Speaker 3: and it's a really really harsh, yeah, freezing cold, like
- 22:46Speaker 3: frozen rivers and all that jazz.
- 22:48Speaker 4: The difference between.
- 22:48Speaker 3: The Australian one and the Canadian one sense accents very much.
- 22:52Speaker 4: Location, location, very much so.
- 22:54Speaker 3: Prize money five hundred thousand for the winner of the
- 22:58Speaker 3: Canadian one and two for the Australian one. But here's
- 23:02Speaker 3: the other thing. The big difference in the Canadian one.
- 23:05Speaker 3: There's far more jeopardy because there's far more things that
- 23:08Speaker 3: can kill you, like be wolves, all that sort of stuff.
- 23:12Speaker 3: And I'm thinking, my wife and I were talking about this,
- 23:14Speaker 3: they must have some massive waivers for this show, because
- 23:18Speaker 3: you know, there's a really high chance that you could
- 23:21Speaker 3: get killed by a bear, the beers all around the place.
- 23:24Speaker 3: But it's actually really fascinating people surviving in the most
- 23:27Speaker 3: extreme conditions and the other interesting thing about the Canadian
- 23:33Speaker 3: version of it is like all of the contestants seem
- 23:37Speaker 3: to have mental health issues.
- 23:39Speaker 2: Oh good, so they sort of chuck them out.
- 23:41Speaker 3: There and they sort of do well physically, but mentally
- 23:45Speaker 3: a falling apart.
- 23:46Speaker 2: So they've intentionally been chosen.
- 23:48Speaker 4: I don't know if it was intentional or not.
- 23:51Speaker 3: It's an accident, but a lot of them have some
- 23:54Speaker 3: really issues.
- 23:55Speaker 5: They want them to have breakdowns on TV pretty much,
- 23:58Speaker 5: it's one hundred.
- 23:59Speaker 2: That's a reality show. I would drift as a beer. Well,
- 24:02Speaker 2: you could live amongst them.
- 24:04Speaker 3: I would cover myself and be a scat what scait
- 24:08Speaker 3: poos poose what like here or over in Canada?
- 24:12Speaker 2: Just here here.
- 24:13Speaker 4: Where I am.
- 24:15Speaker 3: But the other positive for the Canadian side of things,
- 24:18Speaker 3: they catch big fish. Yeah, pikes are big fish, big pikes,
- 24:22Speaker 3: big pikes.
- 24:24Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 24:24Speaker 3: And there's one of those sort of mindless shows. You
- 24:27Speaker 3: do get hopped into it.
- 24:28Speaker 4: So I'll give it three buzzies.
- 24:30Speaker 2: Wow, out of a possible five. Where did you watch that?
- 24:33Speaker 4: TV?
- 24:33Speaker 2: And Z plus Yeah.
- 24:35Speaker 5: Nice feelers. I didn't watch anything. I did, but we've
- 24:37Speaker 5: run out of time. But coming up after five o'clock, Oh,
- 24:39Speaker 5: Pug Sogn's back.
- 24:41Speaker 4: Just what you're going to do rewatching.
- 24:43Speaker 3: You're going to watch bad Boy Bubby tonight and give
- 24:45Speaker 3: us a review tomorrow.
- 24:46Speaker 5: Yeah cool, I'm definitely not going to do that, having
- 24:49Speaker 5: based on the text we're getting on three four oh three,
- 24:51Speaker 5: But after five Pug Sons back is gonna give us
- 24:53Speaker 5: a rundown on his Vietnam truck. Another chance to get
- 24:56Speaker 5: yourself in the drawer. Four Magic Ground, Good Stuff.
- 25:01Speaker 1: The Whole Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Kyzy.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Tune in week days at four on Radio Holdarchy.
- 25:09Speaker 3: He is indeed welcome back here, massive backbones. Hope you're
- 25:13Speaker 3: surviving your Monday afternoon. And if you're really struggling at
- 25:16Speaker 3: the moment, don't worry about it. It's nearly over by
- 25:20Speaker 3: the way. You're listening to the Big Show, which lips
- 25:24Speaker 3: it denally is brought to you by Toledos.
- 25:33Speaker 5: Toledo's all the good stuff, No nasties. Tried, Mogi, all
- 25:40Speaker 5: the good stuff, No nasties. Try Toledos today, Try Toledos today.
- 25:53Speaker 2: Toledos, Yes, old stuff.
- 25:56Speaker 4: You dead man, You did good work. Mogi Stop.
- 25:59Speaker 2: Why are you and couraging it?
- 26:00Speaker 4: Because he's doing great man in what.
- 26:03Speaker 2: Way, shape or form is he doing? Great? He's having randomly?
- 26:05Speaker 2: It really doesn't suit you? Can I say that?
- 26:08Speaker 10: Yes?
- 26:08Speaker 5: Well, yes it does. And secondly, I'm not jealous of
- 26:12Speaker 5: your clapping. Sure okay? Three four eight three tixton Is
- 26:16Speaker 5: Moggie clapping out of time?
- 26:18Speaker 2: Or are my ears? As the saying are my ears unco?
- 26:21Speaker 2: Your ears are ancho or they're on the purse? I
- 26:23Speaker 2: don't know which one it is.
- 26:25Speaker 3: I've actually noticed it about you when I look at
- 26:27Speaker 3: you head on, what my ears are on the perse?
- 26:32Speaker 4: Like one a year is high?
- 26:34Speaker 2: There's higher than.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Do you though?
- 26:40Speaker 3: Do you have to sort of especially it sort of
- 26:42Speaker 3: a gesture headphones just so that they've fit on properly.
- 26:46Speaker 4: It I was always I always look at Mike.
- 26:49Speaker 3: All these years, keys in, I'm like Kesey's headphones.
- 26:54Speaker 2: You figure it out responsibly, of course.
- 27:00Speaker 5: Ah, yeah, you figured it out, Jason. But I wouldn't
- 27:03Speaker 5: mind some feedback. Three four eight Three's Moggie clapping out
- 27:06Speaker 5: of time?
- 27:06Speaker 2: Or my ears on the piss?
- 27:07Speaker 4: Hey? Now listen up.
- 27:09Speaker 3: Our old mate Pugsucks has been over to Vietnam. He's
- 27:14Speaker 3: going to be in next and he's going to talk
- 27:15Speaker 3: us through his extraordinary holiday. Can't wait, fellas, can't wait
- 27:20Speaker 3: in the meantime. Oh, this is a tune tin and
- 27:22Speaker 3: app the mint checks.
- 27:24Speaker 1: The Archy Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keyzy.
- 27:27Speaker 3: Tune in four on Radio Kylie suspect there on the
- 27:31Speaker 3: Radio Hodarchy Big Show this Monday afternoon. The time is
- 27:35Speaker 3: fifteen minutes past five o'clock. Now our old mate Pugson,
- 27:39Speaker 3: producer of the Big Show. You might not know this
- 27:41Speaker 3: has been away for three whole weeks.
- 27:45Speaker 4: In beautiful Vietnam.
- 27:47Speaker 7: It's Pugs.
- 27:54Speaker 4: Welcome back, Pugs.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Huh Sinchow Fellas Zinchau.
- 27:59Speaker 4: Oh oh, you didn't sound like that, did you.
- 28:04Speaker 2: How was your How was your trip to Vietnam? Pugs?
- 28:06Speaker 5: And just for the listeners that aren't, weare Jace went
- 28:08Speaker 5: to Vietnam earlier this year.
- 28:10Speaker 2: Have you been as well? Come on last year? Come
- 28:13Speaker 2: last year. So it's just been banging on about it
- 28:15Speaker 2: so much. I feels like it was this year. But
- 28:18Speaker 2: Jason's been there. I've not been.
- 28:19Speaker 7: Mike.
- 28:19Speaker 2: You would love to know how your holiday was, mate,
- 28:23Speaker 2: Thank you for asking mischief fellers. By the way, I
- 28:26Speaker 2: didn't think about you once.
- 28:28Speaker 4: I didn't even know you'd gone man.
- 28:34Speaker 2: Delli's just that good. I get it. That was your trip, brother,
- 28:38Speaker 2: It was the trip of a lifetime. Thank you, Keezy. Absolute.
- 28:42Speaker 2: What was some of your highlights?
- 28:44Speaker 4: It's hard to say.
- 28:45Speaker 11: I think we really nailed the balance of culture and
- 28:50Speaker 11: tourist activities in spots with stuff.
- 28:58Speaker 2: Stuff that we we wanted to do, right, you don't
- 29:01Speaker 2: want to cultural stuff? Well, we wanted to.
- 29:05Speaker 11: Sorry, if I can rephrase, stuff that we would usually
- 29:10Speaker 11: be getting up to over here, but over there.
- 29:12Speaker 2: So like what I mean, when.
- 29:13Speaker 3: You're in a place like Vietnam and you don't want
- 29:18Speaker 3: to be doing the stuff.
- 29:18Speaker 4: That you're doing at home. You're in another magnificent country.
- 29:22Speaker 3: You want to experience, you know, their way of life,
- 29:26Speaker 3: their way of.
- 29:27Speaker 4: I mean, not you know, the filthy stuff you get
- 29:30Speaker 4: on get up to you back home.
- 29:35Speaker 11: You're right, Jason, I imagine that's sort of what your
- 29:37Speaker 11: experience was like when you went over to Vietnam.
- 29:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, what was your highlight? If you like, what
- 29:42Speaker 2: was your favorite place? I would have to say hundreds?
- 29:45Speaker 2: What was your favorite places? Will get to you?
- 29:49Speaker 8: Yeah, yeah, yeah, Why aren't actually moby lovely place, beautiful
- 29:54Speaker 8: little seaside sort of township, beautiful markets every night, lovely people.
- 30:00Speaker 4: A little bit more sort of chilled out.
- 30:02Speaker 2: Than your Maine seem. Sorry, sorry, joys, a little more
- 30:12Speaker 2: chilled out.
- 30:13Speaker 3: And I tell you what, in terms of the accommodation
- 30:15Speaker 3: you can get there, unbelievable.
- 30:17Speaker 4: And it's so cheap, ridiculously cheap.
- 30:20Speaker 2: You're right, Yeah, so Pug, would you agree with it? Yeah?
- 30:25Speaker 11: Absolutely, Man, I stayed in the in the beach town there.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Oh you don't want to do that? Why would you?
- 30:34Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know if that did I not
- 30:35Speaker 3: tell you stay away.
- 30:37Speaker 2: From the beaches. That's where you say beaches, that's.
- 30:42Speaker 4: Where you get. That's where you get.
- 30:44Speaker 3: Your your runny poos, your vombs, all that sort of stuff.
- 30:49Speaker 2: I doesn't actually get any runny poos, man, did you.
- 30:53Speaker 4: Did? I?
- 30:58Speaker 6: So you haven't really been to Vietnam properly unless you've
- 31:03Speaker 6: got the runny pool?
- 31:04Speaker 7: Right?
- 31:05Speaker 4: Is that right? Jason and the power Chambers?
- 31:07Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 31:07Speaker 2: Okay, what was your favorite culinary wise? What was your
- 31:11Speaker 2: favorite dish?
- 31:12Speaker 4: It is so hard.
- 31:14Speaker 3: It is so hard because this is the thing and
- 31:17Speaker 3: what I really loved about all the cuisine there is

- 38:08Speaker 5: the perse thing. Yeah, it started with Mogi clapping out
- 38:13Speaker 5: of time, and then you guys have said that the
- 38:15Speaker 5: reason it sounds to me like he's clapping out of
- 38:19Speaker 5: time is that my ears are on the purse.
- 38:20Speaker 4: Yeah, it's coming coming to you at different levels.
- 38:23Speaker 5: Yeah right, different times. Yeah, okay, cool. Well I've asked
- 38:26Speaker 5: pugs to make a poll at some stage photo of me,
- 38:29Speaker 5: and we're just going to ask the audience kess ears
- 38:31Speaker 5: on the purse.
- 38:32Speaker 2: Yep, just so we know once and for all. Yeah cool,
- 38:34Speaker 2: it's going to a binding referendum.
- 38:36Speaker 5: Yeah, unfortunately it is. But I know our audience and
- 38:39Speaker 5: they'll back me up.
- 38:40Speaker 2: Yeah cool.
- 38:42Speaker 3: Yeah, very exciting that we're going to be down in
- 38:44Speaker 3: Jenned and we love it down there and no word
- 38:47Speaker 3: of a lie. When we went to Emerson's last time,
- 38:49Speaker 3: the place filled up so quickly. There were people waiting
- 38:52Speaker 3: outside to make sure you get an early eighteen Yeah, boy,
- 38:56Speaker 3: three pm, I'd recommend because I like nothing more than
- 38:59Speaker 3: a bit of chitter.
- 38:59Speaker 4: Check with the audience before we start.
- 39:01Speaker 2: On that note.
- 39:02Speaker 6: Have you organized a green room for us out the
- 39:04Speaker 6: back so we don't have to talk to the pride
- 39:08Speaker 6: of the show and with the music's on.
- 39:10Speaker 4: Can you get onto that please?
- 39:12Speaker 2: Man?
- 39:12Speaker 4: Just a green room for the Fellers.
- 39:14Speaker 5: No, No, I think it's going to be just the
- 39:15Speaker 5: standard us all out there chatting.
- 39:17Speaker 3: And maybe some crackers and cheeses, maybe some cold meats
- 39:20Speaker 3: and pickles would be good too.
- 39:22Speaker 4: Squid Yeah, bit a squid.
- 39:25Speaker 5: Big shout out to Emerson's. Will be there next Wednesday,
- 39:28Speaker 5: The twenty second of April show starts at four pm,

- 39:39Speaker 3: Patty Nips where we give out advice. And my wife
- 39:42Speaker 3: and I have finally figured out fellows how to do
- 39:44Speaker 3: a practical task together without without without filing divorce proceedings.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Oh good for you man.
- 39:57Speaker 1: Hold a Kee Big Show with Jason, Mike and Keysy
- 40:00Speaker 1: weekdays at four on Radio hod I can.

- 40:11Speaker 5: Toledo's keeps you balance for fresh and ready to go.
- 40:17Speaker 4: Toledoos. He's good dancing too, Mogi really good.
- 40:25Speaker 5: Someone's ticked through here on three four eight three, supporting
- 40:28Speaker 5: me by the way, saying that it's not my ears
- 40:30Speaker 5: that are on the person's that You're massively out of
- 40:32Speaker 5: time with your clapping.
- 40:33Speaker 2: Is that the same person that spelled mogi mo n
- 40:37Speaker 2: g u I E.
- 40:38Speaker 5: S Yeah, yeah, right, spellings on the person. Now just
- 40:44Speaker 5: because he he can't spell, doesn't mean that he can't
- 40:46Speaker 5: hear your clapping. That's way out of way out of time.
- 40:48Speaker 3: You know, Hey, you feels weird. Thing happened to me
- 40:51Speaker 3: this morning when I woke up. Can I tell you
- 40:55Speaker 3: about it?
- 40:55Speaker 7: Now?
- 40:56Speaker 4: Sure? Well it's not it's not a big deal, okay.
- 40:59Speaker 3: But I wake up this and as I was waking up,
- 41:03Speaker 3: I was holding onto something and I was like, what's that?
- 41:07Speaker 4: And it was my wife's bra.
- 41:10Speaker 2: It's weird ey.
- 41:11Speaker 4: We went to bed, yeah, and there was no bra
- 41:15Speaker 4: or anything.
- 41:16Speaker 3: And then when I woke up this morning, first thing,
- 41:18Speaker 3: and I was literally gripping on to my I mean,
- 41:21Speaker 3: she wasn't wearing it.
- 41:22Speaker 2: Right, did you know to bed wearing it?
- 41:25Speaker 3: Well? No, but I don't remember her tossing it in
- 41:29Speaker 3: the bed or anything like that.
- 41:31Speaker 4: And I just wake up and I'm clutching her bra.
- 41:34Speaker 2: Are you sure it was his?
- 41:36Speaker 4: I think so? Do you know what she said?
- 41:39Speaker 3: She said, Ah, maybe that's like your sexy x rated blankie.
- 41:44Speaker 5: Oh, maybe it is. Yeah, maybe you were having like
- 41:47Speaker 5: a you know, a nasty.
- 41:48Speaker 2: Dream, a nasty dream, because you know how you have
- 41:51Speaker 2: those nasty dreas.
- 41:52Speaker 4: I have such nasty dreams, you are.
- 41:55Speaker 2: I was weird, man.
- 41:56Speaker 4: I still can't explain it. It's just very odd.
- 41:59Speaker 2: It's very very odd. Do you know what happened in
- 42:00Speaker 2: New Zealand? Three four eight three?
- 42:02Speaker 5: Flier is coming up next?
- 42:05Speaker 2: Can you remember, oh.
- 42:08Speaker 4: Me putting together some furniture chat? Furniture chat here's pecsis.
- 42:13Speaker 1: How could I forget the whole Archy Big Show with Jason,
- 42:17Speaker 1: Mike and Kezy tune in week days at four on
- 42:20Speaker 1: Radio hod Ik.
- 42:21Speaker 3: Who fighters there on the Radio Darchy Big Show this
- 42:24Speaker 3: Monday evening and Fellers, I had a relationship breakthrough over
- 42:28Speaker 3: the weekend whereabouts in my apartment?
- 42:32Speaker 2: What happened proms.
- 42:38Speaker 7: Now?
- 42:38Speaker 4: I think this is.
- 42:39Speaker 3: Quite a common phenomenon, right, and I was talking about
- 42:42Speaker 3: I don't know if it was on the podcast out
- 42:44Speaker 3: show or during the show last week. Well, when my
- 42:47Speaker 3: wife and I undertake a physical, a practical, a practical
- 42:52Speaker 3: task together, it always ends in disaster.
- 42:55Speaker 5: Now, this is after you guys attempted to build a
- 42:57Speaker 5: shelf last week, which resulted in you packing a bit
- 42:59Speaker 5: of a sad and who are having to be like, hey,
- 43:01Speaker 5: it's okay, yes, and then you're having to go and
- 43:03Speaker 5: make a coffee for a bit to cool down.
- 43:05Speaker 4: Yeah, couple of times.
- 43:06Speaker 6: And when you say results in disaster, you just have
- 43:10Speaker 6: a shitter, get in a bad mood and stomp off.
- 43:13Speaker 6: Your wife is only there while that is happening.
- 43:16Speaker 3: There's some accuracy to that description, but it's really interesting
- 43:20Speaker 3: because yes, we were putting shelving together last week, and
- 43:23Speaker 3: I was and I said to myself, whidy Jay, you
- 43:27Speaker 3: are not going to lose patience and you are not
- 43:31Speaker 3: going to lose your shit. I made a real effort
- 43:35Speaker 3: in that regard in my head and mentally and emotionally.
- 43:37Speaker 5: Well, that's the interesting thing because you're, you know, you're
- 43:40Speaker 5: you're a very experienced when it comes to shelving.
- 43:45Speaker 4: Anyway, within ten minutes, I'd lost my shit.
- 43:49Speaker 3: And can I just say we both we both are
- 43:53Speaker 3: guilty of falling into a pattern. So we'll be trying
- 43:56Speaker 3: to do this and I will begin to lose.
- 43:59Speaker 6: Patients, the patents sort of like you're trying to get
- 44:02Speaker 6: stuff out of the box.
- 44:04Speaker 2: You can't even manage that you go. Can you talk
- 44:08Speaker 2: us through it real quick? Jays, No, it's not that bad.
- 44:11Speaker 3: Give me five minutes before I start getting shitty, right,
- 44:14Speaker 3: you know what I mean? And then what happens is,
- 44:17Speaker 3: you know, we have a bit of a sort of
- 44:19Speaker 3: a few crosswords, and then I begin to lose patience,
- 44:23Speaker 3: and then my wife loses patience with me losing patience.
- 44:27Speaker 4: Right, Okay, you know what I'm saying.
- 44:29Speaker 2: So you started it.
- 44:30Speaker 3: But what often happens, and this is another triggering thing
- 44:33Speaker 3: for me, is my wife starts losing patience in anticipation
- 44:38Speaker 3: of me losing patience.
- 44:40Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. So I haven't.
- 44:42Speaker 3: I haven't lost my patience yet, but you can. She
- 44:46Speaker 3: feels like I'm about to, so she gets impatient with
- 44:49Speaker 3: me before I've even lost my patience.
- 44:52Speaker 6: Right, So you're blaming her for twenty five years of
- 44:56Speaker 6: what actually happens, as if it's her fault. She consents
- 45:00Speaker 6: from you when you're going to get in a bed mood,
- 45:02Speaker 6: and probably you are giving it every single sign that
- 45:04Speaker 6: you are.
- 45:04Speaker 4: That's right.
- 45:05Speaker 3: Yes, now, I said to my wife, because we bought
- 45:08Speaker 3: also this huge set of draws, and it was three
- 45:12Speaker 3: boxes with stuff in it. And I said, now the
- 45:15Speaker 3: shell the shells are only one box.
- 45:17Speaker 4: And we lost our shirt.
- 45:19Speaker 3: And I said to my wife, we need to figure
- 45:21Speaker 3: out a new system here because this isn't working. And
- 45:25Speaker 3: my wife had an idea, and she said, how about this.
- 45:28Speaker 3: How about I read the instructions, right, I set it out,
- 45:35Speaker 3: and then I called you in to do manual labor.
- 45:39Speaker 2: Right.
- 45:41Speaker 4: I'm the worker.
- 45:42Speaker 3: I screw things in, you know, I do the bits
- 45:45Speaker 3: and bobs. She lays everything up and plans it. We
- 45:49Speaker 3: built a beautiful set of drawers. Not a sign of stress.
- 45:54Speaker 3: Oh you did it. It worked perfectly great.
- 45:58Speaker 5: Right, So you figured out the key to making it
- 45:59Speaker 5: work with your partner is for her to be in charge.
- 46:02Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, it makes sense. One hundred percent checks here.
- 46:06Speaker 2: I agree with that.
- 46:07Speaker 1: Ah the whole Arching Big Show with Jason, Mike and
- 46:11Speaker 1: Kezy tune in week days at four on Radio Hodarchy.
- 46:14Speaker 3: The verb pipe there on the Radio Hodarchy Big Show
- 46:17Speaker 3: this Monday evening.
- 46:19Speaker 4: The time twenty five minutes past six o'clock.
- 46:21Speaker 2: Hey fellers, you've got testicles?
- 46:23Speaker 7: Eh? Boy?
- 46:24Speaker 2: Do I lovely lady lumps? That's not that's literally the
- 46:27Speaker 2: opposite of testicles.
- 46:28Speaker 5: Well, Testicular cancer is the number one cancer among young
- 46:32Speaker 5: guys here in New Zealand. It's highly treatable, however, people
- 46:34Speaker 5: just aren't checking. So to encourage this, we want you
- 46:37Speaker 5: to reach down your pants right now, fellers, feel around.
- 46:39Speaker 5: If you feel anything a regular, seek help from qualified professionals.
- 46:44Speaker 5: And also to remind you head to lump Lottery dot
- 46:47Speaker 5: co dot m Z get yourself in the drawer for
- 46:49Speaker 5: a ut as well.
- 46:50Speaker 2: It's about raising awareness.
- 46:51Speaker 4: Great South Keezy is cracking up through that. Just talk
- 46:55Speaker 4: a little sport a fellow show.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, great sum Oh yes, bord.
- 47:08Speaker 4: Okay enough.
- 47:10Speaker 3: Super rugby Crusaders pepped by the Reds Jacks.
- 47:15Speaker 2: Wow.
- 47:16Speaker 3: The Brumbies pipped the Highlanders.
- 47:19Speaker 2: Just what are the scores?
- 47:21Speaker 3: Fourteen to ten Brumbies over Highlanders. Reds thirty won twenty
- 47:25Speaker 3: six over the Crusaders. It was a tight, tough tussel
- 47:29Speaker 3: over and Aussie there and they drew up just pipping
- 47:32Speaker 3: the Force twenty four to twenty two.
- 47:35Speaker 7: Wow.
- 47:35Speaker 3: But the game of the weekend the Blues be the Hurricanes.
- 47:39Speaker 3: The Blues and the Hurricanes sort of top of the
- 47:41Speaker 3: table kind of. The Hurricanes are just an unbelievable side
- 47:45Speaker 3: this year. They are playing the most brilliant rugby and
- 47:48Speaker 3: I'm loving it. Seems like no one can get near
- 47:51Speaker 3: them at the moment. The Blues were in it for
- 47:53Speaker 3: a little while, but then the Hurricanes just did douge
- 47:56Speaker 3: and pulled away forty two to nineteen in the end
- 47:58Speaker 3: to the Hurricanes.
- 48:00Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 48:00Speaker 6: I mean, as far as I'm concerned, the only ones
- 48:02Speaker 6: that are going to beat the Hurricanes are the Hurricanes themselves.
- 48:04Speaker 4: I agree.
- 48:05Speaker 5: Really good point, Mogi. So JC you fully back on
- 48:08Speaker 5: the rugby union bandwagon.
- 48:10Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 48:10Speaker 3: I watched that game anyway, and I watched the highlights
- 48:13Speaker 3: of the other games. But seriously, the Hurricanes are on
- 48:16Speaker 3: fire at the moment. Rugby make good. You know how
- 48:20Speaker 3: we sort of think of Wellington rugby. They're playing that
- 48:23Speaker 3: style and they're doing it, but they're forwards are just
- 48:25Speaker 3: machines at the moment.
- 48:27Speaker 4: So that's great stuff.
- 48:28Speaker 6: Good, that's good. Yesterday I watched the UFC three two seven.
- 48:32Speaker 6: I'll be honest with you, I've gone off for UFC
- 48:34Speaker 6: a bit. It feels like they've got really old fighters
- 48:38Speaker 6: and there there's not a lot of great talent coming
- 48:40Speaker 6: through and just generally what the organization stands for sort
- 48:45Speaker 6: of annoys me a little bit. But Carlos Auburg yesterday
- 48:49Speaker 6: the Kiwi and the light heavyweight division fought Uri Procesca
- 48:54Speaker 6: for the vacant light heavyweight belt. This is after our
- 49:00Speaker 6: Pereira has vacated that belt and has gone up to
- 49:02Speaker 6: heavyweight and'll be fighting on the White House card.
- 49:05Speaker 2: Alburg he was. It was the first round. He just
- 49:09Speaker 2: he did something.
- 49:09Speaker 6: He just went to stand, put his right foot back
- 49:13Speaker 6: on the ground after doing something fairly innocuous in the fight.
- 49:17Speaker 6: It looked like it looked to me like his chilles
- 49:19Speaker 6: blew out, but apparently it's his knee. And after that
- 49:22Speaker 6: he was really operating on one leg incredibly. He tried
- 49:25Speaker 6: to go for a head kick at one point, but
- 49:26Speaker 6: he just kept on collapsing on the ground. Muri was
- 49:30Speaker 6: kicking his legs out from under it.
- 49:31Speaker 4: He really was.
- 49:32Speaker 3: So I saw that it looked bloody painful, bloody painful,
- 49:36Speaker 3: but for all intents and purposes, it looked like she
- 49:38Speaker 3: was all over.
- 49:38Speaker 6: It was just a matter of time. If it hadn't
- 49:40Speaker 6: made it to the end of the first round, then
- 49:43Speaker 6: the doctor would have retired Carlos Alburg hurt. That would
- 49:47Speaker 6: have been the end of it, but somehow Mury walked
- 49:50Speaker 6: into a left hook that I would say the best
- 49:53Speaker 6: description for it was it absolutely melted him. He just
- 49:57Speaker 6: collapsed on the ground and then Carlos punched him in
- 49:59Speaker 6: the head about forty eight times before the reef jumped
- 50:02Speaker 6: in and decided that the unconscious Yuri was no longer
- 50:05Speaker 6: able to defend himself fair and it was probably time
- 50:08Speaker 6: to call the fight off. So we've got another world
- 50:10Speaker 6: champion in the division, an ad or nine fight wins streak,
- 50:14Speaker 6: absolutely unbelievable. Celebrate him. He is your champion, he is
- 50:17Speaker 6: a kiwi, and he is an absolute smoke show.
- 50:20Speaker 4: So what was the injury then? Do we know?
- 50:22Speaker 6: Apparently he was the last I heard it was an
- 50:24Speaker 6: acl right, but I've never ever seen like you could
- 50:28Speaker 6: see the shockwave was calf muscle, it was. It was
- 50:32Speaker 6: really something special.
- 50:33Speaker 5: Actually, there was a great video put up on Radio
- 50:35Speaker 5: Hurdarcky social Media and Hurdarky Big Show if you want
- 50:38Speaker 5: to see the footage of that. Yeah, and another equally
- 50:40Speaker 5: as impressive league injury to another athlete. Yeah, Hurdaky Big Show,

- 51:42Speaker 2: Yeah, what then.
- 51:46Speaker 5: When playing can a Hole or just having a big
- 51:50Speaker 5: night on the Hammer with the lads, Yeah, we often
- 51:53Speaker 5: partake in a social SIGI or two. I see no
- 51:56Speaker 5: problem with the odd durry with the failers, but the
- 51:58Speaker 5: misso it's not a fan. I was wondering if you
- 52:01Speaker 5: had any advice on more how to get away with it,
- 52:04Speaker 5: as I have no plans to stop. I thought jiz
- 52:07Speaker 5: Bot especially may know a few tricks. Cheers Anonymous.
- 52:11Speaker 2: Your first thing you got to do is tell her
- 52:12Speaker 2: to go fly a kite, all right? Like literally or literally?
- 52:17Speaker 5: Does that help to take your mind off things?
- 52:19Speaker 2: Totally?
- 52:20Speaker 7: Man?
- 52:21Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that's not even an issue for me. Just
- 52:26Speaker 3: do it, man, Just do it. Smoke, you'r darry with
- 52:29Speaker 3: your mate and if she doesn't like it, okay, that's fine.
- 52:33Speaker 2: It's fine.
- 52:34Speaker 5: So because your whole thing with your relationship jas I
- 52:36Speaker 5: know is I don't care if my wife doesn't like it.
- 52:41Speaker 5: I'm doing it anyway.
- 52:43Speaker 3: Absolutely, And that's worked for you. Well thirty years Keezy.
- 52:48Speaker 2: Totally not bad, not bad.
- 52:50Speaker 5: Is there a world Fellas where he should say, actually.
- 52:53Speaker 2: No, there's not.
- 52:55Speaker 7: Now.
- 52:55Speaker 6: If he was a full time smoker, then she would
- 52:58Speaker 6: have something to do. Still shared about, but him having
- 53:01Speaker 6: the odd doubt when he's out on there, if he's
- 53:03Speaker 6: on the hem of seven days a week, obviously an issue. Um, honestly, man,
- 53:08Speaker 6: break up with it? Well, do you know what I mean?
- 53:10Speaker 2: Man?
- 53:10Speaker 6: We're too far down the road, aren't we like if
- 53:12Speaker 6: we're if we're complaining about those sorts of things, you guys,
- 53:15Speaker 6: you're not mean to be together that.
- 53:15Speaker 2: It's as simple as that.
- 53:17Speaker 5: I also just flag it. I'm on your side. I
- 53:19Speaker 5: don't think she should be broken up with I do.
- 53:24Speaker 5: It's more of a like I agree that social siggies.
- 53:29Speaker 4: You partake and then are you're keasy?
- 53:32Speaker 2: Just shocking?
- 53:33Speaker 5: Yeah, I'm a shocking bastard on the siggies, just me.
- 53:37Speaker 5: But if everyone's having a dart, Yeah, it's like having
- 53:40Speaker 5: a beer or something out on the it's not you're
- 53:42Speaker 5: not doing anyone any harm. Maybe it's apart from yourself,
- 53:46Speaker 5: but it's not a massive deal.
- 53:48Speaker 2: Certainly not worth him and the moon about it. Yeah,
- 53:51Speaker 2: there are bigger issues to I would.
- 53:53Speaker 6: Just say to it. I just sit it down, and
- 53:54Speaker 6: you just gotta look her in the eye and say, look,
- 53:57Speaker 6: pack your bags, you're off. Yeah it's really good, mogie.
- 54:02Speaker 6: Just get all your stuff, put it in a bag.
- 54:04Speaker 2: Yeah, would you have a darry while you hit the.
- 54:07Speaker 4: Bricks and not that bag? That's my bag?
- 54:12Speaker 2: Oh you knew a bag she was. She reached for
- 54:13Speaker 2: the wrong bag.
- 54:14Speaker 3: Yeah, she was going for adult Jay Gavana one you
- 54:17Speaker 3: gave Vachi.
- 54:18Speaker 2: It's also Gabana.
- 54:20Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 54:24Speaker 6: Yeah, it's said that we had to into a relationship,
- 54:27Speaker 6: but that's how it goes.
- 54:28Speaker 2: You'll think us in the long run.
- 54:30Speaker 5: Yeah, totally, or just like don't tell her and put
- 54:34Speaker 5: some didor in on her mouths.
- 54:36Speaker 2: So I'm not up for line. Just nip it in
- 54:39Speaker 2: the bar.
- 54:39Speaker 4: Yeah.

- 55:03Speaker 3: it'll be something that looks to embarrass me.
- 55:06Speaker 5: It's funny you say that, Jace. It is actually the
- 55:08Speaker 5: bit that we all agreed on. All right, okay, to
- 55:12Speaker 5: do with you giving up vaping?
- 55:14Speaker 4: Yeah? Man.
- 55:14Speaker 2: The episode comes out at seven thirty tonight.
- 55:16Speaker 5: Search had Acky Big Show where we get your podcasts from. So, Jace,

- 55:23Speaker 5: of my wallet here many fair, fair.
- 55:26Speaker 6: It's almost worth it, Jace, for you to throw it
- 55:29Speaker 6: to lose just because it costs Keysy one hundred.
- 55:31Speaker 5: But imagine Jace comes in on the final day of
- 55:34Speaker 5: May and just.
- 55:37Speaker 6: So let me just say so, obviously we've got this bit, Jace.
- 55:41Speaker 6: I want you to give up, obviously, and I hope
- 55:42Speaker 6: this puts the pencil in your leading, your pencil so
- 55:45Speaker 6: that you follow thrill on it for once in your
- 55:47Speaker 6: goddamn life. Man, you've got to do it. Yeah, like

- 55:51Speaker 6: I'm putting the finger at you.
- 55:53Speaker 2: But I want you to know if you do fail,
- 55:56Speaker 2: I won't accept the one hundred dollars from you. Men,
- 55:59Speaker 2: I thanks, I'll just accept it from Kezy.
- 56:03Speaker 5: That says no, because what you're doing there is getting
- 56:06Speaker 5: him more incentive to fail.
- 56:08Speaker 6: So then he won't be failing. Well he might be,
- 56:12Speaker 6: but I'll be succeeding because I'll win an easy I
- 56:16Speaker 6: will not fail. You promise, Yeah, man, Now look at
