SPEAKER_02: I'm super excited for her.
• 0:56
  SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be cool.
• 0:57
SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be very, very cool.
• 0:58
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:00
SPEAKER_02: Today we've got a lot to get through, people.
• 1:02
SPEAKER_02: So a lot crack crack.
• 1:05
SPEAKER_02: We're gonna go through three quick fire physiques, because you guys loved that.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_02: So keep sending them over if that's something you're wanting to review.
• 1:15
SPEAKER_02: And we do apologize if we can't get to everyone, because like there's so many track through.
• 1:22
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: We'll keep track of like the bank of all of you that sent them in, but we're gonna pull like two to three a week.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: We can't we can't do like an hour straight of that because we gotta get to show recaps and all that type of stuff.
• 1:32
SPEAKER_02: So and we we we don't want to make the podcast too long for you guys.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: Then we've got junior nationals, especially those that are on Spotify because they can't even see what we're looking at.
• 1:41
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's true.
• 1:41
  SPEAKER_02: That's very true.
• 1:42
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then we've got junior nationals, which I've just pulled up the photo that John posted of like all of them next to each other.
• 1:49
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
• 1:50
SPEAKER_02: And he tags them all as well.
• 1:52
  SPEAKER_02: Amazing.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_02: They all look it, it's so funny, they all look so similar.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_02: The uh in terms of looks, like just looking, and I'll show you the photo that I'm talking about in a minute.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_02: Um, but I pulled it up and I was like, damn, this looks like the same person when you just glance at it.
• 2:07
SPEAKER_02: Um and then we've got what else are we going through?
• 2:11
  SPEAKER_02: Show day recapture.
• 2:12
  SPEAKER_02: Upcoming shows.
• 2:13
  SPEAKER_02: Upcoming shows.
• 2:15
SPEAKER_00: World classic of the past weekend with junior nationals.
• 2:18
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so let's go through physique ratings first.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_02: So you need a haircut.
• 2:29
SPEAKER_02: I need to do my hair.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_02: This this this has been in a in a slick back bun and this hairband for longer than I would like to admit.
• 2:38
  SPEAKER_00: Well you're wearing a helmet.
• 2:39
SPEAKER_00: Are you do you are you wearing a helmet when you're with Max on the bike?
• 2:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, I am.
• 2:45
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so I've always got to keep my hair like back in some ways, so it's kind of annoying.
• 2:50
  SPEAKER_02: But it's fine.
• 2:51
SPEAKER_02: I'll I'll I will I'll wash it and brush it at some point.
• 2:57
SPEAKER_00: Max's video of you not on it with him and him just going through traffic, just going at it.
• 3:01
  SPEAKER_00: I was like, damn.
• 3:02
  unknown: Yeah.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, that's what happens when that's what happened quite literally what happens when you're I'm not on the back of the bike.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_02: So I was like, be careful, please.
• 3:15
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so first person is Victoria.
• 3:18
SPEAKER_02: I've actually posed Victoria before, and I'm pretty sure this is Kerrigan's.
• 3:22
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is Kerrigan's.
• 3:25
  SPEAKER_02: We're we're collabing.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_02: So, hey guys, if you do another physique assessment, she would love to be part of it.
• 3:31
SPEAKER_00: They rose the shit out of her, got it.
• 3:33
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's perfect.
• 3:34
  SPEAKER_02: We could do that.
• 3:34
  SPEAKER_02: We can do that.
• 3:35
  SPEAKER_00: Garbage.
• 3:36
SPEAKER_00: Who the fuck is your trainer?
• 3:37
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I I know.
• 3:40
  SPEAKER_02: I mean the audacity.
• 3:42
SPEAKER_02: So I mean you can go first being her trainer.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_00: Her front pose is very, very good.
• 3:50
SPEAKER_00: Um, especially from where she's where she's come from.
• 3:53
SPEAKER_00: I know that's not what we're looking at here, but her before and afters are nutty.
• 3:57
SPEAKER_00: Um, and where she's at here in this front pose, her posing is phenomenal.
• 4:01
SPEAKER_00: Like, that's a very good, like, yeah, good job, Phoebe.
• 4:04
SPEAKER_00: That's a very good like stature of a front pose.
• 4:06
  SPEAKER_00: Nothing's really off there.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: Um, you could tell that as she gets leaner, you can already see the head of that quad like peeking out a bit, and she still has a ways to go body composition-wise, which tells me she's gonna be a bit quad dominant when she is lean enough.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: And so her training reflects that.
• 4:23
SPEAKER_00: We know that the leg needs to come down a little bit and more isolation to the glutes, but regardless, she is fairly well balanced top to bottom, and posing's really good.
• 4:31
SPEAKER_02: So that front pose, like again, is a huge example of like just sitting in the front pose.
• 4:37
SPEAKER_02: It she I know she's flaring and doing certain things to like you know, pop things and stuff like that.
• 4:43
SPEAKER_02: You can't see it though, and that's like a huge thing you want to try and make sure that you're focusing on when doing any poses, front and back, like you just sit there and make it look like you're not even trying at all.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_02: That's the whole goal, you know.
• 4:56
  SPEAKER_02: And then back pose.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_02: Back pose, obviously, I feel like she's a little close with the footwork, but I also think that she is at the moment a little lower body, lower body dominant.
• 5:09
SPEAKER_02: So I think as she starts to come down, she will then obviously start to balance out ever so slightly, I do think.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I wouldn't change the back pose because it doesn't look like footwork-wise, it's in line with where her shoulders need to be, so that's absolutely fine.
• 5:25
SPEAKER_02: But when her physique starts to change, that's when we'll start to change the posing a little bit more.
• 5:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: And all in all in the back pose again, like you said, a little bit lower body dominant, but we also know that certain people will carry their fat different areas of the body if she continues to get leaner and go through her cut, we'll see what needs to be changed balance-wise.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_00: When you're it's easier to obviously give critique to someone that's like closer to stage lean or their stage photos, which Victoria doesn't have.
• 5:52
SPEAKER_00: So, with where she's at right now, that's the best I can give.
• 5:55
SPEAKER_00: It's a lot easier to assess a front pose in the offseason than it is a back pose.
• 5:58
  SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, 100%.
• 6:00
SPEAKER_02: So, well, thank you, Victoria, for coming to the show.
• 6:04
  SPEAKER_02: You did great.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_02: And now we've got the next one.
• 6:12
  SPEAKER_02: We've got Daisy.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_02: So let me know if you want a pose posing episode, but I was wondering if you could do a physique assessment.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_02: This was the first picture is in April.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_02: I've only got the second.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_02: Oh, did I even take a screenshot of it?
• 6:54
SPEAKER_00: Can you click it from there?
• 6:56
SPEAKER_02: No, this is just a screenshot, I think.
• 6:58
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, it's a screenshot.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's why I have more physique assessments, that's why.
• 7:04
  SPEAKER_02: Because I didn't take a screenshot of hers.
• 7:06
  SPEAKER_02: Sorry.
• 7:08
  SPEAKER_02: Let me zoom in.
• 7:11
  SPEAKER_02: Can we zoom in?
• 7:12
  SPEAKER_00: We're tired today, guys.
• 7:14
  SPEAKER_02: I know.
• 7:14
  SPEAKER_02: I'm I'm extremely tired.
• 7:16
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, I can't zoom in.
• 7:18
  SPEAKER_02: God damn it.
• 7:19
SPEAKER_00: So You can't hold and scroll in on it?
• 7:22
SPEAKER_02: No, it won't let me do that.
• 7:23
  SPEAKER_00: That's weird.
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_02: I know.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_02: It won't let me do that.
• 7:27
SPEAKER_00: I was gonna say she has a stage photo up above that's being covered.
• 7:30
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 7:30
  SPEAKER_02: So, okay, intermission again.
• 7:33
  SPEAKER_02: God damn.
• 7:35
  SPEAKER_02: Let me apologize.
• 7:36
SPEAKER_00: You can click to bring up the other one.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, bring up the other one and then fix that one up.
• 7:41
SPEAKER_02: Let me just go back and let me bring someone else up just for a Zim moments, and then I'll find hers and you can assess this one.
• 7:48
SPEAKER_00: This is Phoebe on vacation mode, you guys.
• 7:51
SPEAKER_02: I living a best life in Bali.
• 7:54
  SPEAKER_02: I apologize, guys.
• 7:56
  SPEAKER_02: I am sorry.
• 7:58
  SPEAKER_02: It's also five.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_02: Not even five a uh it's not even six a.m.
• 8:03
  SPEAKER_02: yet.
• 8:04
SPEAKER_02: So give me a goddamn break.
• 8:07
  SPEAKER_02: Give me a break.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_02: Okay, you read this one.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_02: Let me get up the hi Phoebe.
• 8:12
SPEAKER_00: I just watched your podcast episode with Corey and said, and you said to send over physiques for critique at Junior Nats over the weekend.
• 8:18
SPEAKER_00: I was hoping you'd give your thoughts on my look.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: I've been having trouble finding the front pose that looks best on me.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: I feel like everyone's telling me something different.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: Placed second in her class, almost got that pro card.
• 8:28
  SPEAKER_00: So congrats on that.
• 8:29
  SPEAKER_00: You look awesome here.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: Um, I'll let Phoebe critique this front pose a bit because I know almost right off the bat what she's gonna say, but I'll let her nail this.
• 8:37
SPEAKER_02: I think, well, one, she's not in the front pose, obviously 100% right now, so I feel like um I feel like they didn't it's hard junior nationals because it's so quick, and especially at national shows, I actually have a lot of girls that are like, I wasn't in my front pose for the photo, and I was like, that sucks because like you look really good for it, but um that's okay, that's always the case.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_02: I feel like you're twisting a little too much in the hips, the hip area here.
• 9:05
SPEAKER_02: Um, so I want to try because for fit model, I feel like they don't really want that like projected out kind of like glute shot that they're that we have in like bikini, for example.
• 9:17
SPEAKER_02: She you have a tiny, tiny waist, so I would keep your your your hips a little bit more straight and kind of just keep your hinge that way versus actually twisting and rotating the body.
• 9:29
SPEAKER_02: Um, obviously, having the hand on the hip, obviously, I think this is just when you are moving and stuff like that.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_02: Foot a little bit more forwards to elongate the leg a little a little more, but I would try and like not try and pinch into this glue as much because you're showing off just a little bit too much, kind of like it looks like the glue is bunched up, if that makes sense.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_02: So we want to try and release that um and show off a nice amount of shape without it kind of like looking forced, if that makes sense.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_00: It almost looks like and I know that there's different angles for this, so maybe that's the angle she was going with, but that elongated leg, the the toe point, some people like it out, some people like it 45, some people like it dead on.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_00: She's almost forcing it to be dead on, and that's what's flexing her glute right there.
• 10:16
SPEAKER_00: You can look at the quad line that goes up into her hip, and you can see that glute, the the glute sweep right there at that top end.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: That because she's turning that foot forward so hard, it's causing her to pull that glute and it's making it's not giving it a very good rounded look.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_00: So that's one thing there.
• 10:33
SPEAKER_00: I know that maybe with your posing coach, you were told like angle the foot this way because we don't want to show a lot of quad.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: Looking at your muscle here, I don't think that you need that you need to worry about the way your toe is pointed.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: You look very balanced, so yeah, yeah, I agree.
• 10:46
SPEAKER_02: And then back pose again, I don't think she's fully, fully in it.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_02: What I've noticed for back pose with fit model, again, at the beginning, even I thought this.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_02: I feel like I was like, oh yeah, back pose for fit model is kind of the same as bikini, it's really not.
• 10:59
SPEAKER_02: So, like your balance from top to bottom is the same as bikini, yes, but they don't want I personally feel like anyway, they're not worried about you showing off a taper like they are in bikini.
• 11:13
SPEAKER_02: So you could get away with having less gap in between, which again, I know you're not fully, fully in this pose, and this is you know I'm just using you as an example now, but you could use this as a like an example, bring the hands lower and close up this gap in between the waist and the elbows so we don't have as much of a defined point in the back pose, it's a little bit closer, and like, yes, we still see that point, but like not nearly as much as what you've got like here, if that makes sense.
• 11:42
  SPEAKER_02: So that's what I would that's what I would say.
• 11:45
SPEAKER_00: Um remind me that I have a fit model rant at some point today.
• 11:50
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, gotcha.
• 11:52
  SPEAKER_02: Uh this is Daisy.
• 11:54
  SPEAKER_02: We got her back.
• 11:56
  SPEAKER_00: There she is.
• 11:57
  SPEAKER_02: We got her back.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_02: So we got this one and this one.
• 12:01
SPEAKER_02: So she looks really good.
• 12:03
SPEAKER_02: What was the uh the message again?
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: She just uh she just she said that she competed, that that competition photo was five weeks ago in these are right now.
• 12:12
  SPEAKER_02: Perfect, yeah.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_02: So just letting you know I don't have a back shot, that's okay.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_02: Um, I mean this looks really good.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_02: My first thing is you're a little lower body dominant in this, and I think it's because I mean, just in general, you have a really nice amount of lower body, but I think also you're showcasing it off more than you need to show because of the foot placement.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_02: So foot placement is almost like completely profile, so it's really showing off all areas of the leg glute, ham, and quad, which again I think looks really, really good.
• 12:45
SPEAKER_02: But if you're in a lineup of other bikini girls, you're going for your pro card or you're going for whatever, whatever that may be, you might look a little bottom heavy.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_02: So I would say point this foot a little bit more, like play around with it, being more diagonal, because then you could bring out a little bit more of your glutes in this kind of like region, a little bit more of the glute, take away a little bit of that like sweep in the quad.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_02: I like how this is at the moment.
• 13:11
SPEAKER_02: Have the hand a little further away from the glute, just so we're not so close.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then we can get out a little bit more taper in your upper body.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_02: This is a good front pose.
• 13:21
  SPEAKER_00: It is, yeah.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_00: A little bit more lat, a little bit more upper glute from a training and like visual perspective.
• 13:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, but outside of that, it's a it is a very good front pose.
• 13:30
  SPEAKER_00: Very good.
• 13:31
SPEAKER_02: And considering this was what you look like on stage, and this is what you look like now, this is a very good change.
• 13:38
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, very good change.
• 13:39
SPEAKER_02: Like you can see some really nice.
• 13:41
SPEAKER_02: I mean, did she say this was five weeks ago?
• 13:44
  SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: She said she's competing in April, so it's six weeks, yeah.
• 13:48
  SPEAKER_02: Damn.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_02: It looks like she's literally put on muscle because she's got the foot placement the same size, same way.
• 13:58
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
• 13:59
  SPEAKER_02: Well done, girl.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: Holding really good body composition post show.
• 14:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it looks great.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, back pose looks really good as well, really nice and balance.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_02: Again, like little things like conditioning, those like types of things.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_02: Obviously, you can bring that out more, but like posing wise, from from my view, I this looks great.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and just a little critique from a coach's slash training perspective is when you're taking your check-in photos, make sure you go spend the 20 bucks on Amazon to get yourself a backdrop.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_00: You have two different, you have shadows on you.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: The left side of your body has a dark part of the room, the right side has a white wall behind you.
• 14:34
SPEAKER_00: Go and get a backdrop to put behind you, and you will your your coach will love you that much more.
• 14:39
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they really will.
• 14:40
SPEAKER_02: They make all the much difference.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_02: Okay, and then I got the last one is I got this girl, but for the oh, that's my opposing color decoder.
• 14:50
  SPEAKER_02: Ignore that.
• 14:51
SPEAKER_02: Um, for the life of me, I can't find the message that she sent.
• 14:54
SPEAKER_02: So I don't know who this is.
• 14:56
  SPEAKER_02: I'm sure I can read it.
• 15:03
  SPEAKER_02: But we've got here.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_02: How do you say that name?
• 15:08
  SPEAKER_00: Electra.
• 15:10
  SPEAKER_02: That's a cool name.
• 15:12
  SPEAKER_02: That's a very cool name.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_02: I think she said this.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: Very, very good front post.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think she sent this over.
• 15:18
SPEAKER_02: Yes, she sent this over.
• 15:20
SPEAKER_02: Oh, she even said stats.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_02: She says, Hi, I'm Electra.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_02: I'm at uh you guys are actually what I look forward to every Thursday.
• 15:28
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_02: Um, I'm two and a half and four and a half weeks out.
• 15:33
SPEAKER_02: I know I need conditioning for sure, and more lower in the glute lower glute hamtire area.
• 15:39
  SPEAKER_02: I'm 5'6 and a half.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_02: She weighs 136, waist is 23.7 to uh 7'5, glutes 37.25.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_02: I love how she's giving us stats.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: That's like how tall is she?
• 15:56
  SPEAKER_02: 5'6.
• 15:58
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 15:59
  SPEAKER_02: 5'6.
• 16:00
SPEAKER_00: Uh, you look really good here.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: Um pose can be tweaked a bit.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_00: I know Phoebe can dive in on that in a sec, but from a physique standpoint, there isn't much lacking here.
• 16:08
SPEAKER_00: You have very good upper glute, very good roundness to the glute.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: There's no slant coming down in your front pose, really good S-curve.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: Your lat doesn't look crazy forced, a little stiff, but nothing looks crazy forced there.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: Really, really good muscle placement and balance all over.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: Um, like she said herself, like if you're two weeks out here, you're a little behind in conditioning.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: But um, four, four to five weeks out for sure, you can nail that.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: So I like this overall look.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_02: A lot can change in that time frame as well.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_02: So, one thing that I see is like she's got the width this way down really nicely.
• 16:43
SPEAKER_02: You want to try and make sure that you have just a little bit more width this side.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_02: This happens a lot with people where they focus so much on this side because they're like, okay, yep, I need to make sure I'm showing off my S curve, make sure I'm showing off like as much of my lat as possible.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_02: This is beautiful, this is really, really good.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_02: But we also want a bit, a bit of width from this side as well to make this balance versus it just being like this portion.
• 17:06
SPEAKER_02: So I would try and bring this shoulder round ever so slightly a little bit more, and that means kind of bringing round your upper body in general round to the front ever so slightly, so they just look a little bit more even.
• 17:17
SPEAKER_02: This will probably, when you bring the upper body round, this will probably be back a little bit, so then it will look a little bit further back, so it'll just give you a bit more evenness from side to side.
• 17:27
  SPEAKER_02: That's fine, that's good.
• 17:29
SPEAKER_02: Hand placement, have that hand on the hip bone so you can elongate your torso more.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_02: Um, because for me, it when I'm looking at this pose, it looks like your your waistline stops here because your hand's here.
• 17:42
SPEAKER_02: It sounds silly, but like that's what that's how I look at it.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: No, it does make a big difference.
• 17:46
SPEAKER_02: It when you have the hand lower, it just automatically opens up your torso.
• 17:51
SPEAKER_02: So just have that hand a little bit lower on the hip bone, just use your literal hip bone as a guide and put your thumb on it.
• 17:57
  SPEAKER_02: That's what usually I do.
• 17:59
SPEAKER_02: Um, but everything else, like the footwork, everything like this, I like how this looks a lot.
• 18:05
  SPEAKER_02: A lot.
• 18:06
SPEAKER_02: So side shot looks great.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_02: You've got really good projection in the glutes as well.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_02: Like you can even see that in the in the front pose and stuff as well.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_02: In my opinion, this looks great because everyone always kind of has that back foot like showing.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_02: You haven't, which is perfect.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_02: So I and you're you're stood up enough, you're stood up a really nice amount, you're not like leaning forwards.
• 18:27
SPEAKER_02: One thing is of my pet hate with um this shot is like people leaning into it too much.
• 18:33
SPEAKER_02: One, so it makes the glutes look like a bit flat and forcing, like you're trying to show them, and it just looks like you lean into it too much, and that's what I don't like.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_02: So this is perfectly done.
• 18:45
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, then back.
• 18:47
  SPEAKER_00: That's a really good back pose.
• 18:49
SPEAKER_02: Really, really good back pose.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_02: I would say you could probably just like open up your back and you know what I was talking about earlier with having that gap in between the waist and the elbows.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_02: Obviously, for bikini, you can do that a little bit more.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_02: So have your hands ever so slightly higher, not too high, so it's like looks like chicken arm, but have them up a little higher so we have a little bit more gap in between here, and then open up your back ever so slightly.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_02: Just because you have such a nice, uh, you have really like good dense glutes.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_02: I think you just want to show off a little bit more of your back width.
• 19:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, nothing from a physique perspective here.
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: Like you're you got hams, tie-ins, glutes, upper-outer glutes, projection, rear delts, lateral delts look good, the hourglass looks great.
• 19:32
SPEAKER_00: So we're literally just the conditioning and that little bit opposing, but solid, very solid.
• 19:38
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, very, very good.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_02: So some good amateurs like coming through, coming through.
• 19:43
  SPEAKER_02: I'm not gonna lie.
• 19:44
  SPEAKER_02: It's exciting to see.
• 19:46
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 19:47
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_02: Now let's get on to junior gats.
• 19:50
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 19:50
SPEAKER_00: Before we get into junior gnats, I'm gonna just yell this to the heavens right now.
• 19:54
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: This has nothing to do with junior gnats fit model.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: This is from the MPro classic, I think they called it the M Pro Spain show.
• 20:03
SPEAKER_00: They did overall pro cards there, okay?
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: I saw the overall, and this this is no knock on the girls there at all.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: They showed up how they showed up and are awarded how they show up.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: This is to the coaches out there, especially international.
• 20:16
SPEAKER_00: Stop bringing people into fucking hard and condition for fit model, because it's going to make all the amateurs, all the novice girls, all the coaches even go, oh, that's what they're rewarding.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: Because the judges don't have a choice.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: They can only reward what shows up.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: So you gotta pick the best one, even if all three of these top three girls have fucking tie-ins dug out like fucking bikini with glutes projecting in my face, right?
• 20:42
SPEAKER_00: It was the the everyone in that overall was bikini back poses.
• 20:45
  SPEAKER_00: Everyone.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: And it was conditioned, overly conditioned tie-ins, adductor separation.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: And it again, no knock on the competitors, coaches, look at what they are rewarding in junior nationals at universe next week, at junior USAs.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: Look at those fit model winners and emulate your conditioning off of that for your back post.
• 21:08
  SPEAKER_00: Everything about it.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_00: Because the conditioning that I'm seeing overseas, and again, no knock on the judges because they can only reward what shows up that day.
• 21:18
SPEAKER_00: And if everyone shows up conditioned like bikini, that's all they can do is reward it.
• 21:22
SPEAKER_00: They can't go, nobody gets a pro card today.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: They gotta give it to somebody.
• 21:26
SPEAKER_00: So it's not their fault whatsoever.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: So, coaches, start fucking bringing your girls in the way that you're supposed to for Fit Model, because all it's gonna have is a domino effect overseas, which is gonna trickle over here, which is gonna make people continue to go, oh, that's what they're giving a pro card to, harder and harder and harder.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: And that's how we lose the division.
• 21:45
SPEAKER_00: So emulate things after junior USAs, junior nationals, look at what is being rewarded at that conditioning level.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: That's my rant of the day because I saw that right when I opened up Instagram and I went, The fuck is this?
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: And I saw it was fit model.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: It's like, oh my goodness, guys.
• 21:59
  SPEAKER_00: So
• 22:00
SPEAKER_02: I don't I'm trying I've literally this whole time I've tried to been look for it.
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_02: I can't see it anywhere.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: I think BTS might have posted it.
• 22:05
SPEAKER_00: It was one of the main pages that posts uh like just the the big main post.
• 22:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_02: I mean it's so hard because this is how we get new divisions.
• 22:17
SPEAKER_02: This is when, you know, this is how you know the reason why bikini obviously had to to well not had to change, like they didn't have to change, but like you you then They wanted something dialed back, you know, so it becomes so much more difficult because it it it the sport evolves but then it evolves too quickly, it evolves too quickly.
• 22:44
SPEAKER_02: So we just do we just don't want it to go too far past gone or anything like that.
• 22:49
SPEAKER_02: So really try and stick to the criteria, guys.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_02: It makes uh all of the difference, more so than anything, if I'm honest.
• 22:56
  SPEAKER_00: So 100%.
• 22:59
  SPEAKER_02: I can't find it.
• 23:02
SPEAKER_02: If you find it, let me know.
• 23:04
  SPEAKER_02: Let's go back onto John's page.
• 23:11
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 23:13
SPEAKER_02: So we had so this is what I meant by the the junior national girls.
• 23:18
SPEAKER_02: Like just just looking at this like the uh this first picture, I was like, oh my god, these girls, they look the same.
• 23:25
  SPEAKER_02: All blonde.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_02: We got blonde, two, like all blondes and brun uh two brunettes.
• 23:29
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 23:30
SPEAKER_02: Like I just looked at it and I was like, ah, everyone's the same.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_02: Um very, very good lineup of girls, though.
• 23:37
  SPEAKER_02: Really, really, really good.
• 23:38
  SPEAKER_02: So we've got Amy.
• 23:45
  SPEAKER_02: We've got Paige.
• 23:50
  SPEAKER_02: Brittany.
• 23:51
  SPEAKER_02: We're just gonna have a.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_00: I didn't even see that John did this post.
• 23:53
  SPEAKER_00: That was that's sick.
• 23:54
SPEAKER_00: Having all the classes with the winners tagged and put the overall winner next to it.
• 23:59
  SPEAKER_00: That's really cool.
• 24:00
  SPEAKER_00: That's a really good post.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_02: And then we can't do Jen anymore, but that's okay.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: Not just for us, but to bring like some notoriety to the girls and just turn pro.
• 24:08
  SPEAKER_00: Like, really cool post.
• 24:18
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is a good these these girls are really, really good.
• 24:22
  SPEAKER_02: We've got Amy here.
• 24:24
SPEAKER_02: She was the class A winner.
• 24:27
  SPEAKER_02: And she looks fantastic.
• 24:29
SPEAKER_02: Like, oh my god, the presentation looks great.
• 24:34
SPEAKER_02: I like who they're picking for the pro cards for Junior Nationals as well.
• 24:38
  unknown: Yeah.
• 24:39
  SPEAKER_00: That's a good one.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: This is a very, very, very solid, um, solid class winners all around.
• 24:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is a good backshot as well.
• 24:47
SPEAKER_02: Very balanced from top to bottom.
• 24:50
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, really nice.
• 24:51
SPEAKER_00: I love these Gilko videos, they're so cool.
• 24:53
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they are really cool, aren't they?
• 24:55
  SPEAKER_00: Hey.
• 24:58
  SPEAKER_02: Another lady in red.
• 25:01
  SPEAKER_00: Good front pose.
• 25:02
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 25:10
  SPEAKER_02: Nice.
• 25:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, very good, very good glutes.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_02: These girls from amateur, honestly, they're coming in looking already pro.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_02: It's actually kind of crazy.
• 25:20
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 25:20
SPEAKER_00: Overall winner, not fifth in the pro show.
• 25:23
SPEAKER_02: See, this is this is what I love to see.
• 25:25
SPEAKER_02: This is what I love to see.
• 25:26
SPEAKER_02: Like, you literally win your pro card and you straight away get straight away.
• 25:31
SPEAKER_00: There were a lot of ladies in the show.
• 25:33
SPEAKER_00: She beat a lot of people in this show.
• 25:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's crazy.
• 25:40
  SPEAKER_00: Brittany Lane.
• 25:41
  SPEAKER_00: I don't think I saw her.
• 25:43
  SPEAKER_00: She looks good.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_02: This is a good look very good.
• 26:23
  SPEAKER_00: Very balanced here.
• 26:24
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, everyone on Spotify that isn't able to watch this.
• 26:29
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_00: Probably a little bit more conditioned for the pro level, but she she looks really good.
• 26:35
SPEAKER_00: Great glute, great glute pop.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_02: Cause I think all these girls pretty much are on par with any pro that you kind of not any pro, but like a lot of the pros that we saw on stage at this at this previous show, they just need a little more everywhere.
• 26:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 26:57
SPEAKER_00: I didn't see where uh anyone else placed in the pro show.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_00: I'm assuming most of them did it.
• 27:00
SPEAKER_00: Morgan, this is my girl.
• 27:02
  SPEAKER_00: She won the overall.
• 27:06
  SPEAKER_02: Damn.
• 27:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she got some muscle on her.
• 27:10
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 27:12
SPEAKER_00: Sandy told her, or Becky told her, I can't remember who.
• 27:15
SPEAKER_00: Um, just a little bit more upper-outer glute, and that she's lacking absolutely nothing else.
• 27:21
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I was actually like, girl, why are you walking to the back?
• 27:24
SPEAKER_02: Because this is obviously a pro routine.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_02: I was about to be like, don't walk to the back.
• 27:28
  SPEAKER_02: Like, no.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, girl, you walk your ship.
• 27:33
SPEAKER_00: Threw that together in like 45 minutes, going pro to or going pro into the coach.
• 27:38
  SPEAKER_02: She looks so good.
• 27:40
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she killed it.
• 27:41
  SPEAKER_00: Killed it, killed it.
• 27:42
SPEAKER_00: I was super proud of her.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_00: And then she went and got it.
• 27:45
  SPEAKER_00: It was funny.
• 27:46
SPEAKER_00: It was like a not even a roller coaster, just like an incline of emotions.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: Like I'm sitting there texting her coach, and it's Dylan and Lauren Bear, Bear Aesthetics, um, awesome bikini coaches.
• 27:56
SPEAKER_00: And um, I'm texting them, and it's like she got um, she was dead center in her class, got the pro card.
• 28:03
SPEAKER_00: Then it goes to the overall, she gets the overall.
• 28:05
SPEAKER_00: Then she gets first call-outs in the pro show, then she's top five.
• 28:09
SPEAKER_00: It just kept on tumbleweeding down.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_00: What a day for her.
• 28:13
  SPEAKER_00: What a day.
• 28:14
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I can imagine.
• 28:16
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, I love this.
• 28:22
SPEAKER_00: Like, imagine your pro debut the day you turn pro, you're standing next to Britney G, Alice, and Ashley Kay in a first call out.
• 28:30
  SPEAKER_00: Like what?
• 28:31
  SPEAKER_02: That's that's so cool.
• 28:33
  SPEAKER_02: So, so cool.
• 28:37
  SPEAKER_02: Oh there's no photo.
• 28:41
  SPEAKER_02: What class is this?
• 28:42
  SPEAKER_00: E?
• 28:42
  SPEAKER_02: F, yeah.
• 28:48
  SPEAKER_02: F, okay.
• 28:52
  SPEAKER_02: I can't see there's no photos.
• 28:54
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's Taylor's girl.
• 28:55
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 28:56
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 28:57
  SPEAKER_02: I can't see.
• 28:59
  SPEAKER_02: God damn it.
• 29:00
  SPEAKER_02: Unfortunately, there's no photos.
• 29:02
SPEAKER_00: Is that a junior nationals?
• 29:03
SPEAKER_00: Or is that a Pittsburgh cover photo that went to a training video?
• 29:07
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 29:07
  SPEAKER_00: I was like, that's that's harsh.
• 29:09
SPEAKER_00: Catfishing us with a video.
• 29:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_02: This was from four weeks ago though.
• 29:14
  SPEAKER_00: So looks great.
• 29:15
  SPEAKER_00: So she's natural.
• 29:16
SPEAKER_00: She just turned pro, I mean, yeah, just turned pro natural essentially.
• 29:20
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 29:21
SPEAKER_00: Like she did Pittsburgh Natural Qualifier and then went to a regular open national show and won her pro card.
• 29:28
  SPEAKER_00: Good for her.
• 29:28
  SPEAKER_02: God damn, goddamn.
• 29:29
  SPEAKER_02: That's very, very good.
• 29:30
  SPEAKER_00: Good for her.
• 29:32
SPEAKER_02: Oh, someone changed your bio.
• 29:34
  SPEAKER_02: Someone changed your name.
• 29:37
  SPEAKER_02: Sorry.
• 29:39
SPEAKER_02: So, Brandy, I think this is this one.
• 29:41
  SPEAKER_02: This girl here.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_02: She wants to change her name.
• 29:47
SPEAKER_02: And then it's Jenna Moore.
• 29:49
  SPEAKER_02: So, congrats, ladies.
• 29:50
SPEAKER_02: Welcome to the Pro League.
• 29:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 29:52
SPEAKER_02: Super excited to have you.
• 29:54
SPEAKER_02: So now it's a case of honestly just keep improving, just keep showing up.
• 29:58
SPEAKER_02: There's loads of pro shows.
• 30:00
SPEAKER_02: If you can, if you want to, just jump in a show.
• 30:03
SPEAKER_02: Because there's good there's a lot of shows that are very getting very, very competitive now.
• 30:07
SPEAKER_02: And you never know, you could be like Morgan and just get in that top five or top or first.
• 30:11
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, get a point, get a point towards the Olympia in your first show the day you go pro.
• 30:15
SPEAKER_02: And then we have a girl.
• 30:23
SPEAKER_02: I think it was Chantal.
• 30:26
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 30:26
  SPEAKER_02: No, no, no.
• 30:27
  SPEAKER_02: I'm trying to find.
• 30:29
  SPEAKER_02: But yeah, Chantal.
• 30:30
  SPEAKER_02: Yes, Chantal.
• 30:31
  SPEAKER_02: I'm wait.
• 30:34
  SPEAKER_02: I'm just because we're on what's it called?
• 30:38
  SPEAKER_02: Amateurs?
• 30:39
  SPEAKER_02: On amateurs, yep.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_02: I'm just wanting to pull up the winner of M Pro.
• 30:46
  SPEAKER_02: Because she looks like.
• 30:48
SPEAKER_00: By the way, I found the um back poses of the fit model.
• 30:52
SPEAKER_00: And I I will give them this.
• 30:54
SPEAKER_00: The person that I'm assuming they gave it to, who's in the middle, looks very good for fit model.
• 30:59
SPEAKER_00: The other two that won their classes to get to the overall coaches is just too hard from behind.
• 31:05
SPEAKER_00: I'm happy they gave it to the winner that looks mostly fit model, like the most fit model.
• 31:10
SPEAKER_00: Um, the back poses on the other two, guys, is just dial it down a little bit in conditioning.
• 31:14
SPEAKER_00: We don't need that to be in the overall because that's all the judges have to look at.
• 31:19
SPEAKER_02: So this also was a she looked awesome.
• 31:25
  SPEAKER_00: I saw her.
• 31:25
  SPEAKER_02: Claire Murphy.
• 31:27
SPEAKER_02: She did the show, uh, won the show overall, then went to the pro show, then got top five or four.
• 31:35
SPEAKER_02: And I think it was top four.
• 31:37
  SPEAKER_02: Incredible.
• 31:38
SPEAKER_02: I've posed her a couple times before, and she's been on a run.
• 31:42
SPEAKER_02: She's been like trying to get her pro card for years now, and there was always like it was always that kind of like there's just something missing, something missing, something missing.
• 31:52
SPEAKER_02: And this this time she really brought everything.
• 31:56
  SPEAKER_02: Good for her.
• 31:57
  SPEAKER_00: She looks great.
• 31:58
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks fantastic, really, really good.
• 32:00
SPEAKER_00: So I think she has such a cool, like, large stage look, too.
• 32:04
  SPEAKER_00: That's badass.
• 32:06
SPEAKER_00: That stage itself looks really cool to be on.
• 32:09
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_02: So this was the first call-out for looks like they're in a stadium.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's a good Emilia really does go all out for his show.
• 32:22
SPEAKER_02: So this is first call out.
• 32:23
SPEAKER_02: So you've got Victoria, Alessia, Chantal, Alison, Raina, Raynan.
• 32:32
SPEAKER_00: And then Claire on the end.
• 32:33
  SPEAKER_02: Claire on the end.
• 32:35
SPEAKER_02: So I think um, I think this whole top five, quite honestly, is like pretty sick.
• 32:43
SPEAKER_02: Like pr like really, really good.
• 32:46
SPEAKER_02: So I I would say it's a very muscular um lineup for sure.
• 32:55
SPEAKER_02: As they usually are with um with some of the classes, but I think I'm trying to see, okay, here sorry.
• 33:07
SPEAKER_02: Sorry, I'm off my game today, guys.
• 33:09
SPEAKER_02: I'm all over the shop.
• 33:12
SPEAKER_02: So this was the the top six.
• 33:16
SPEAKER_02: Very muscular top six, but very, very good top six.
• 33:20
SPEAKER_02: Like this girl, Victoria, as well, is like really coming out the works.
• 33:26
  SPEAKER_02: She's uh a new pro.
• 33:28
SPEAKER_02: I think she turned pro last year, and I think she's one definitely to watch because I do think that she's she's gotten sixth place.
• 33:35
SPEAKER_02: I think all of her pro shows she's done right now, um, in the U in the in Europe.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_02: So I think she's only just getting better, and I think Alison is very, very close to that win now.
• 33:47
SPEAKER_02: Um, this especially definitely really done for the year.
• 33:52
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 33:52
SPEAKER_00: She made a whole post about it.
• 33:54
SPEAKER_00: She was like, I know that, and she just got in the top 25 points list, and she goes, I know that I got in there, and a lot of people would like think that I should keep running it, but I've brought my best now.
• 34:03
  SPEAKER_00: I'm happy with it.
• 34:04
SPEAKER_00: I need to take a break and I need to come back even more undeniable.
• 34:08
SPEAKER_00: So it was like, all power to you for that.
• 34:11
SPEAKER_00: Because she looked great here.
• 34:12
SPEAKER_00: This was this was the best Alice in front pose I have ever seen.
• 34:15
  SPEAKER_00: This was really cool.
• 34:16
  SPEAKER_02: I agree.
• 34:16
SPEAKER_02: I think overall look as well was the best we've seen.
• 34:19
SPEAKER_02: Remember, I said to you before, I I want her to have volume in her hair.
• 34:23
SPEAKER_02: She used to wear volume in her hair, and it it just brings so much more like femininity and like to the she has done it before, but she's always like by the time because her hair's so like silky, by the time obviously she gets to stage, it's always fallen out.
• 34:38
SPEAKER_02: So she literally went with like a wedding, she went with a wedding person instead of like someone from the from the thing.
• 34:45
SPEAKER_02: So sometimes it's actually better to go out outside of who they have because sometimes they you know people rush it, sometimes they don't do it 100% because they've got so many people.
• 34:56
SPEAKER_02: Sometimes it's better off to just get your person.
• 34:59
SPEAKER_02: Um but very, very good, like, very, very good lineup here.
• 35:06
SPEAKER_02: Congrats to Chantal as well.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_02: Because I think was she already on the points list?
• 35:10
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think she was.
• 35:12
SPEAKER_00: I think she was like getting there, but I don't know if she was on it.
• 35:16
SPEAKER_00: Um she had five, now she's got 15.
• 35:21
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, she was out of the top 25, but she had points, so she's up there now.
• 35:24
  SPEAKER_00: Good for her.
• 35:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, very, very good.
• 35:28
SPEAKER_02: So um, and then yeah, sorry, we completely skipped World Clash.
• 35:35
SPEAKER_02: The world clash was Britney's best look, Britney's best, best, best, best, best look.
• 35:42
SPEAKER_02: I think out of the whole the shows that she's done, she's definitely brought her breast.
• 35:47
SPEAKER_02: She was pushing Ashley, in my opinion, a fuck ton.
• 35:51
SPEAKER_02: Um in terms of like the look.
• 35:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's a metric system right there.
• 35:55
  SPEAKER_00: A fuck ton.
• 35:56
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 35:57
SPEAKER_02: They look they look um very comparable.
• 36:01
SPEAKER_02: Um, I think Brittany has a little bit more muscle density on Ashley, in my opinion.
• 36:08
SPEAKER_00: Brittany's done a very good job on bringing her legs up.
• 36:12
SPEAKER_00: She used to be a lot of side glute profile, and then her leg was kind of thin.
• 36:16
SPEAKER_00: Um, she's done a very good job with where she's at now.
• 36:19
SPEAKER_00: And when you go to the back pose, I have Britney winning the back pose here.
• 36:24
SPEAKER_00: Front pose, I mean, Ashley has a very good front pose.
• 36:27
  SPEAKER_00: She's Ashley.
• 36:28
SPEAKER_00: She hits that front pose.
• 36:29
SPEAKER_00: You look at her, glute density's crazy, super tight waist, very balanced top to bottom, hard to beat Ashley in the front.
• 36:36
SPEAKER_00: You turn to the back, this shot is Britney's.
• 36:39
  SPEAKER_02: I completely agree.
• 36:41
SPEAKER_02: One thing I will say about Britney is, and this is what I noticed anyway, was her quads coming out, and that might just be because she's pushing them out ever so slightly a little too much.
• 36:55
SPEAKER_02: So you look at Ashley's and you can see how like hers come out, and even like Nevee's comes out from the side.
• 37:04
SPEAKER_02: Again, comparing it to Ashley, who actually has a little bit of a smaller lower body anyway, so that might not act, this might not be valid, but that this is just what I saw from Britney's like it just looks a little too pushed out.
• 37:16
SPEAKER_02: So I honestly, and then it comes into you know, her this is her glute anyway, but it looks like the adductor is bigger because the quad is also there as well.
• 37:26
SPEAKER_02: So she probably doesn't even need to push out as much as she is, ever so slightly less.
• 37:32
  SPEAKER_02: And I think that would be that's a that's a that's a winning back pose here, regardless.
• 37:38
SPEAKER_02: But it just brings the the luck together just a little bit more.
• 37:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know.
• 37:42
SPEAKER_00: Navea brought a very good package here too.
• 37:45
  SPEAKER_00: Really like that.
• 37:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, Navea did Novea did very well.
• 37:49
SPEAKER_02: She at first she came out and she wasn't there, like she wasn't there.
• 37:55
SPEAKER_02: I think they actually had someone else there.
• 37:57
SPEAKER_02: They had Morgan, I'm pretty or not Morgan.
• 38:00
  SPEAKER_02: Fuck, what's her name?
• 38:02
  SPEAKER_00: Alice.
• 38:03
  SPEAKER_02: No, she's Damien's girl.
• 38:08
  SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure.
• 38:09
SPEAKER_02: Elysia Eles El Elise or something like that.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_02: They had the her on the end, then they moved her out with Yulia, and then Yulia.
• 38:18
SPEAKER_00: Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes.
• 38:20
  SPEAKER_02: Do you remember?
• 38:20
SPEAKER_00: I saw that video, so yeah, ace or it's like A-Y-S-E Morgan is her name.
• 38:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I thought it was Morgan.
• 38:28
  SPEAKER_02: I apologize.
• 38:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yes.
• 38:29
SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, I would say definitely this is a very, very good lineup.
• 38:36
SPEAKER_02: Like, so it is very good.
• 38:37
SPEAKER_00: And once again, Yulia, Miss Consistency.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_00: She's right in there again.
• 38:42
  SPEAKER_00: She's always right there.
• 38:43
SPEAKER_00: Like, you I if I if I were a betting man and someone had asked me who's gonna be in first calls of the show, I'd just always say Yulia.
• 38:49
SPEAKER_00: Like, she's always gonna be there.
• 38:51
SPEAKER_00: Whether she's winning the show or she's like in the bottom of that top five, top six, she's gonna be there.
• 38:55
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but Alice looked really good.
• 38:57
SPEAKER_00: I think Alice just needs to which is it's different for everyone, right?
• 39:01
SPEAKER_00: First show of the year, her front pose looks bang on, and her back pose just looks like it needs like a week or two more of conditioning.
• 39:07
  SPEAKER_00: That's all it is.
• 39:08
  SPEAKER_00: Everything's there.
• 39:09
SPEAKER_00: Um, but it was just conditioning in comparison to the three girls ahead of her.
• 39:14
  SPEAKER_02: Agreed.
• 39:14
  SPEAKER_02: Very, very much agreed.
• 39:16
SPEAKER_00: Um then we already looked at Morgan.
• 39:18
  SPEAKER_00: Killer job.
• 39:18
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah.
• 39:19
  SPEAKER_02: Sorry, sorry, sorry.
• 39:20
SPEAKER_02: Yes, and we everyone she looks, yeah, she looks really, really.
• 39:24
  SPEAKER_00: She fit right in.
• 39:25
  SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
• 39:26
SPEAKER_02: She looks like she fit right in in here, so look, that's very, very good.
• 39:30
SPEAKER_02: That was it for shows this year, wasn't it?
• 39:33
  SPEAKER_02: This week.
• 39:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 39:34
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 39:35
SPEAKER_00: So And then Britney G headed over to uh I know we're gonna get to this, but Brittany is headed to Japan Pro this weekend.
• 39:42
SPEAKER_00: I know she said goodbye to the States and go to Asia.
• 39:46
SPEAKER_02: I saw someone's post, I think it was her partner's post, and he said, like, we literally decided like last minute to do it as well.
• 39:51
SPEAKER_02: So we were like, let's just like again, if you want the win, you've got to go far far to get it, and you've got to push to get it sometimes, you know.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_02: So we've got Raina is now almost at the top of the list, and I reckon that's her goal is to get to the top for sure.
• 40:10
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I think she will get there if she continues to do more shows for sure.
• 40:15
  SPEAKER_00: I love Sean's captions on this.
• 40:17
SPEAKER_00: It's at Brittany Gillespie is on the rise with a stellar performance.
• 40:21
  SPEAKER_00: What is this?
• 40:22
  SPEAKER_00: And it's it's so it's so like commentary, it's so funny.
• 40:26
  SPEAKER_00: I love it.
• 40:27
  SPEAKER_02: And what is this?
• 40:28
SPEAKER_02: Or like, but what is this, Brittany Gillespie?
• 40:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that's great.
• 40:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, you got Rainer coming up, then you've got Nivea coming up, Alice obviously came up a little bit, Chantal came up into the points system, which I'm did she come into the points system?
• 40:43
SPEAKER_00: Yes, she only had five before.
• 40:46
SPEAKER_00: So she then knocked out somebody.
• 40:51
SPEAKER_00: Unless everybody got some points to get in.
• 40:53
SPEAKER_00: No, Jessica Gonzalez was in there before.
• 40:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think she got knocked down.
• 40:58
SPEAKER_02: I think two of these these two girls got knocked down, so Jessica was in it, and so was Linda.
• 41:02
SPEAKER_02: They both got knocked down.
• 41:03
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 41:03
SPEAKER_00: Hey, John, don't fear to put a red down arrow next to those names.
• 41:07
  SPEAKER_00: Like, help us out.
• 41:08
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 41:09
  SPEAKER_02: That's such a good that's a good shout.
• 41:10
SPEAKER_00: It's no like knock on the girls, like it's just how the stats are moving.
• 41:14
SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, Alessia got another point, so she's up at 11 now, so she moved up.
• 41:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, Chantel got her win, so she's all the way up there.
• 41:22
SPEAKER_00: Allison just squeaked in there now, but we know she's done for the season.
• 41:25
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 41:26
SPEAKER_00: I mean, she's been running it hard.
• 41:28
SPEAKER_00: She's been going for a minute, and she's brought her best, so that's a huge win as it is, and she will be in the Olympia next year, 100%.
• 41:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, a thousand percent.
• 41:36
SPEAKER_02: That'll be cool to see.
• 41:38
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 41:38
  SPEAKER_02: Click, click.
• 41:40
  SPEAKER_02: We've got three shows.
• 41:43
SPEAKER_02: Three shows this weekend, and they're big shows.
• 41:46
  SPEAKER_02: So you've got St.
• 41:46
  SPEAKER_00: Pete, Rhoda.
• 41:48
SPEAKER_00: First things first, Rhoda coming from Fit Model three weeks ago.
• 41:52
  SPEAKER_00: Back to bikini now.
• 41:53
SPEAKER_00: I love what she did though.
• 41:55
SPEAKER_00: Like, she's like, let's see how they like me in Fit Model.
• 41:57
SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not placing how I want in bikini, didn't have the best season last year.
• 42:00
SPEAKER_00: Let's go see how Fit Model goes.
• 42:02
SPEAKER_00: All right, I don't know what her feedback was.
• 42:04
SPEAKER_00: I didn't read it or talk to her about it.
• 42:05
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, I'm assuming, yeah, too big, too muscular.
• 42:08
SPEAKER_00: So let's go back to bikini and start running it.
• 42:10
  SPEAKER_00: So cool.
• 42:12
SPEAKER_02: Straight in there, love it.
• 42:13
SPEAKER_02: Yulia, as always, she's always there.
• 42:15
  SPEAKER_02: We love it.
• 42:16
SPEAKER_02: We love to see her here.
• 42:17
  SPEAKER_02: And then Hope.
• 42:19
  SPEAKER_00: Hope's in there.
• 42:20
SPEAKER_02: Hope has been doing shows already, correct?
• 42:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 42:24
  SPEAKER_00: She's done a few.
• 42:24
SPEAKER_00: She's been like right outside first call out of most of her shows.
• 42:27
SPEAKER_00: I think she got like ninth or tenth at Toronto.
• 42:29
  SPEAKER_02: So okay, that's good.
• 42:32
  SPEAKER_02: That's good.
• 42:32
SPEAKER_02: And then Jody's back in there running.
• 42:34
SPEAKER_00: This is her debut season, right?
• 42:36
  SPEAKER_00: Jody Extrom.
• 42:37
  SPEAKER_00: Like she started.
• 42:38
  SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
• 42:38
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 42:38
SPEAKER_02: She she might have done one the end of last year.
• 42:41
SPEAKER_02: So which which yeah, which is still this year.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_02: So she I'm pretty sure she did the one the end of last year.
• 42:45
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, she's still been, she's still been running it, which is cool to see.
• 42:49
SPEAKER_02: Um and then we've got Jess is back in it.
• 42:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we've got Jess back.
• 42:56
SPEAKER_00: This will be Jess's best look by a literal to use Phoebe's words, fuck ton.
• 43:02
  SPEAKER_00: Fuck ton.
• 43:03
SPEAKER_02: What what has been changed?
• 43:05
  SPEAKER_02: What has been changed?
• 43:05
  SPEAKER_02: Let's give us a So Jess.
• 43:07
SPEAKER_00: So the number one thing with Jess is as we showed in her rookie season last year, was every single show.
• 43:14
SPEAKER_00: She has no problem pushing herself to like beyond conditioned look.
• 43:19
SPEAKER_00: And because of how compact she is and just genetic disposition, honestly, she uptakes food like very, very easily.
• 43:27
SPEAKER_00: So once she is once she is conditioned, she could run 50 shows and be perfectly fine holding where she needs to be, holding her fullness.
• 43:35
SPEAKER_00: At Toronto, because I talked about this last podcast, she pretty much like did a six week prep.
• 43:41
SPEAKER_00: Um, because she was like, I can't miss Toronto.
• 43:43
SPEAKER_00: She tells me and James, like, I won this show last year, we gotta run it.
• 43:46
SPEAKER_00: And so James like had to crash her into the show essentially, like, because of her own doing.
• 43:51
SPEAKER_00: So she still got third place there with um not good glute projection.
• 43:55
SPEAKER_00: Like she just didn't have the fullness.
• 43:57
SPEAKER_00: She came in looking like she had to push for the show.
• 43:59
SPEAKER_00: Um And now looking at her, it's like her glutes are double in size from that picture in Toronto.
• 44:05
SPEAKER_00: It's I think she might might have her check-in up here.
• 44:09
  SPEAKER_00: Not sure.
• 44:11
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 44:11
SPEAKER_00: I know she has it in her um actually click her page really quick.
• 44:16
SPEAKER_00: Uh click the uh go up up, up, up to the bio.
• 44:20
SPEAKER_00: That at fit with Jess thing in the bio on the bottom right.
• 44:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, click that.
• 44:25
  SPEAKER_02: What's that?
• 44:26
SPEAKER_00: That's that's it's it's that chat thing, the the channel in the DMs.
• 44:31
  SPEAKER_02: Oh.
• 44:33
SPEAKER_00: And she has she posts her stuff in there.
• 44:35
  SPEAKER_02: Is it not?
• 44:36
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 44:37
SPEAKER_00: She should have it in here.
• 44:38
  SPEAKER_00: No, oh it's threads.
• 44:39
  SPEAKER_00: Never mind.
• 44:40
  SPEAKER_00: Never mind.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_00: I don't know how you get to it.
• 44:41
SPEAKER_02: However, you get to it, you can from here.
• 44:46
  unknown: Yeah.
• 44:46
SPEAKER_00: So if you want to see Jess's recent check-ins, anyone, she has them in there.
• 44:49
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, um, yeah, she looks night and day compared to Toronto.
• 44:54
SPEAKER_00: Um, and realistically, the show should be a push between her and Alice.
• 44:59
SPEAKER_00: Um, not to knock anyone else, obviously.
• 45:01
SPEAKER_00: It's just like just like when you see Ashley Kay getting on a stage, you're like, oh, Ashley versus who this week.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_00: Um, and we'll get to that for Indy in a sec, which in my opinion should be Ashley versus Marie Eve.
• 45:11
SPEAKER_00: Um, but talking about this show this week, um, should be should be uh Alice and Jess show.
• 45:17
SPEAKER_00: And they they ran Miami together last year and got second and third with each other when Ashlyn won.
• 45:22
SPEAKER_00: So little little rematch there for the two, and that'll be really good to see.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_02: That'd be really, really cool.
• 45:27
SPEAKER_00: So and then we got Alice probably coming in a little bit tighter, and she already looked amazing at World Classic.
• 45:34
SPEAKER_00: And if she brings in a little bit more conditioning, she's pushing anybody, so yeah, 100%, 100%.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got Bree Wilson back.
• 45:41
SPEAKER_00: And Bree's on there as well.
• 45:42
  SPEAKER_00: Yep.
• 45:43
SPEAKER_00: Bree just got eighth, I think, in Toronto, so looking to step it up a little bit here, which um she should get some more points here for sure.
• 45:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we've got a good list, very, very good list.
• 45:55
SPEAKER_02: I knew this was gonna be a good show because I so many people kind of said, like, oh yeah, I'm looking at doing St.
• 46:00
  SPEAKER_02: Pete, St.
• 46:01
SPEAKER_02: Pete, and I was like, Oh, this is gonna be a big show.
• 46:04
SPEAKER_02: And then Indie's a fucking huge show, and that's why, and that's why I think everyone was like, Yeah, I'm just gonna do St.
• 46:10
SPEAKER_02: Pete because I know Indy's gonna be absolutely massive.
• 46:13
  SPEAKER_02: Damn.
• 46:14
  SPEAKER_00: Indy's insane.
• 46:15
SPEAKER_02: So we got Marza, Marza coming back.
• 46:19
SPEAKER_02: I just had a posing session with her yesterday, and I had strong talks with her.
• 46:26
SPEAKER_02: So to any of my tall gals on stage, own your height, own your height, own your width now.
• 46:33
SPEAKER_02: Like, I feel like it is your superpower.
• 46:36
SPEAKER_02: Own it as much as you can because I think she's obviously she's very similar to me, where we've been told, like, you know, don't look too big, or don't we don't want to be too big, or we've not even been told that, but assumed that.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_02: So I've just told her, own your height, own everything because it looks so much better on stage when you're not trying to like make yourself look smaller and fit to everyone else.
• 46:57
SPEAKER_02: It looks better when you own your space, you know?
• 47:00
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 47:01
SPEAKER_02: So I changed we changed her front pose and it looks fantastic.
• 47:05
SPEAKER_02: I'm very excited to see it next to everyone's.
• 47:08
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you got Hannah in there who's placed well in the last couple shows.
• 47:11
SPEAKER_00: Marie Eve, of course, that's been right on the cusp a couple times now, and she's she got second at Toronto, so coming to push Ashley K for the win at this one.
• 47:21
SPEAKER_00: Uh, Liana Gianamore's back in this, who consistently shows up with a good look.
• 47:27
SPEAKER_00: Um, Ashley Kay in this, of course.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_00: Kerrigan's in this one, um, coming off of fifth place in Toronto.
• 47:34
SPEAKER_00: So she's bringing uh she's nailing the feedback that the head judge at um at Toronto gave her.
• 47:40
SPEAKER_00: He said just a touch softer in the quads, touch down in the shoulders, and she, I mean, she's at a point where like James is able to just adjust a few things diet-wise, and they're doing like two check-ins a day right now, every single day in between shows.
• 47:56
SPEAKER_00: Like there's no, yeah, every single day.
• 47:59
  SPEAKER_00: Morning look, night look.
• 48:00
SPEAKER_00: All right, let's adjust this.
• 48:01
SPEAKER_00: And she's bringing exactly what they wanted.
• 48:04
SPEAKER_00: Um, Lexus, we're really excited to see Lexus come out.
• 48:07
  SPEAKER_00: Really, really excited.
• 48:08
  SPEAKER_02: She's it's been a while.
• 48:09
SPEAKER_02: I just saw, I was like, is that the same Lexus that I saw that I know that I know of?
• 48:14
SPEAKER_02: Um, this was obviously a very, very long time ago, but she she has such a crazy taper in her back pose.
• 48:21
SPEAKER_02: Like it's crazy, like her upper body, sorry, in general, is so crazy.
• 48:25
  SPEAKER_02: So, so crazy.
• 48:26
SPEAKER_00: I know the number one thing the judges will look for with her.
• 48:28
SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know if she has like a recent stage photo or her a well, one of her stage photos up on her page, but um, when she's lean, her hamstrings don't really come down much.
• 48:39
SPEAKER_00: And so she has like a thick leg, like thick hamstring into her glute, and there was never a ton of glute projection in the front pose.
• 48:47
SPEAKER_00: It looked like a lot of leg dominance.
• 48:49
SPEAKER_00: Looking here, it looks like she has accounted for that, and they're coming in um a lot better in that regard.
• 48:55
SPEAKER_00: Um, and also her hair down in the back pose will make that look much more hourglass rather than such a hardcore taper.
• 49:03
SPEAKER_00: 100% because that is a wide, like good back, really cool, but definitely needs the hair down on stage, of course.
• 49:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, sometimes it it covers almost like it shows, sorry, it shows off too much where we don't want to kind of show off, we don't want to show off too much, you know, sometimes.
• 49:19
SPEAKER_02: So I think this is this is perfect.
• 49:21
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got Rachel, who if anyone knows her.
• 49:28
  SPEAKER_02: Oh yeah.
• 49:29
  SPEAKER_02: The broken foot.
• 49:30
  SPEAKER_02: The broken foot girl.
• 49:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, which I don't wanna I don't want to plaster that as her anyway, but she it's just very pronounced that like she literally broke her foot, designed a boot, like a heel boot, and went on stage.
• 49:45
SPEAKER_02: So she did she did great.
• 49:48
SPEAKER_02: Um I've posed her, she's on the portal, we've posed her a coup I've posed her a couple of times, so it's cool to kind of see her coming into the show as her pro debut now.
• 49:57
  SPEAKER_02: Um she's improved a lot, she's improved a lot.
• 50:01
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no, she looks amazing.
• 50:03
  SPEAKER_00: Her foot's not broken.
• 50:04
SPEAKER_02: Yes, that's the best thing about it.
• 50:07
SPEAKER_02: Like, now that you've obviously got full access of obviously all of your limbs, that that's always the best thing, you know.
• 50:17
SPEAKER_02: So, but yeah, she looks really, really good.
• 50:19
SPEAKER_02: So it's gonna be really cool to see.
• 50:20
SPEAKER_02: This whole lineup is stacked, so this is gonna be good to see.
• 50:24
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then we've got Tokyo.
• 50:26
SPEAKER_00: I'm starting training up with Rachel once she finishes her season, too.
• 50:29
SPEAKER_00: I was like, she's not gonna message me recently, right?
• 50:31
SPEAKER_00: I just went and looked at my DMs and she's like, yeah, I'm set for the season.
• 50:34
  SPEAKER_00: Once I'm done, I need to.
• 50:35
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, all right, let's do it.
• 50:36
  SPEAKER_01: Perfect.
• 50:37
SPEAKER_00: This one's gonna be good.
• 50:38
SPEAKER_00: This one's gonna be great.
• 50:39
SPEAKER_00: Eureka in this, with Brittany G in this, with um Cynthia in this, with Natea in this.
• 50:45
SPEAKER_00: This is a with Irene, this is a good Japan show.
• 50:49
  SPEAKER_00: Good show.
• 50:50
  SPEAKER_00: Really good show.
• 50:50
  SPEAKER_02: A really good show.
• 50:51
SPEAKER_02: I've already just looked at this as well.
• 50:52
  SPEAKER_02: No one expected that.
• 50:54
  SPEAKER_00: No one expected that.
• 50:55
SPEAKER_00: Like, I mean, not to not to knock certain shows, but you're talking literally the furthest you can possibly get from America.
• 51:01
SPEAKER_00: Um, and you got Eureka over there, you got Britney Gillespie buying a ticket to head over there.
• 51:06
SPEAKER_00: Like, this is a good show.
• 51:08
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, this is a very, very good lineup, and you've got some good Olympians in this as well.
• 51:14
  SPEAKER_02: So what?
• 51:16
SPEAKER_00: There's a girl that turned pro at 18 doing this that got second in her last show.
• 51:19
  SPEAKER_00: Who is that?
• 51:21
  SPEAKER_02: Let's find out.
• 51:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 51:24
SPEAKER_00: Again, thank you, John, because I never would have known that.
• 51:28
SPEAKER_00: Have we looked at her before?
• 51:30
  SPEAKER_00: That's a crazy.
• 51:31
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we have.
• 51:32
  SPEAKER_02: We have.
• 51:34
SPEAKER_02: We did look, we looked at her last time.
• 51:37
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 51:38
  SPEAKER_00: Wow.
• 51:38
  SPEAKER_00: Wow, wow.
• 51:40
SPEAKER_00: Alright, add her to my list too.
• 51:41
  SPEAKER_00: That's a this is a tough, top five.
• 51:43
SPEAKER_02: That is a beautiful front pose.
• 51:46
  SPEAKER_02: That's her there.
• 51:47
  SPEAKER_02: Damn.
• 51:48
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 51:50
  SPEAKER_02: Wow.
• 51:52
  SPEAKER_02: She looks fantastic.
• 51:55
SPEAKER_02: She looks really, really good.
• 51:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm really excited to see that.
• 51:59
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 52:00
SPEAKER_02: This is gonna be a good lineup.
• 52:01
  SPEAKER_02: My god.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_00: I wonder when she turned pro at 18 and how old she is now, but regardless, like that's fantastic.
• 52:06
SPEAKER_00: So that's a really good top five, top six there.
• 52:09
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, this is gonna be really, really good.
• 52:11
SPEAKER_02: And then I'm just gonna have a quick sneak peek at the St.
• 52:16
  SPEAKER_02: Pete fit model.
• 52:19
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, yes.
• 52:20
  SPEAKER_00: Huge as always.
• 52:22
  SPEAKER_00: Aisha's in this again.
• 52:23
SPEAKER_00: She's the front runner going into this.
• 52:25
SPEAKER_00: Like you and I have said, the second and thirds that go like three, four shows, they finally get it.
• 52:30
  SPEAKER_00: She's that girl now.
• 52:31
SPEAKER_00: She's gotten three top fives and then a second place in Toronto.
• 52:37
SPEAKER_00: So she's right on the cusp you have Misty in this show.
• 52:41
  SPEAKER_00: Um, I train her.
• 52:42
SPEAKER_00: She got third third in Toronto, so she's right on the cusp as well.
• 52:47
  SPEAKER_00: Lauren Lovato's in there.
• 52:49
  SPEAKER_00: You got um Malou.
• 52:51
SPEAKER_00: Haven't seen many updates from her, but she's she's looked great every time she's come out.
• 52:55
SPEAKER_00: Oh, and then uh Isabel's in this too.
• 52:57
  SPEAKER_00: Holy shit.
• 52:58
SPEAKER_02: Got Lauren Loth in the middle.
• 52:59
  SPEAKER_02: Angie's back too.
• 53:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 53:03
  unknown: Yeah.
• 53:03
SPEAKER_00: Zero Gravity's coming out strong for this one.
• 53:05
SPEAKER_00: Yisabelle and Angie both back on the Fit Model stage.
• 53:08
SPEAKER_00: They haven't been up there since the beginning of the year.
• 53:10
SPEAKER_02: We got a lot of girls in this one.
• 53:12
  SPEAKER_02: A lot.
• 53:14
  SPEAKER_02: A lot.
• 53:15
SPEAKER_02: So it's really, really cool to see, honestly.
• 53:18
SPEAKER_02: So that that the whole the whole weekend, this whole weekend is full of very, very good um girls in both Fit Model and Bikini.
• 53:27
SPEAKER_02: So this is gonna be a good one of as always.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_02: So very excited for it.
• 53:33
SPEAKER_02: We have one question to round off this episode.
• 53:37
SPEAKER_02: You said if you had to say one thing is the most important crit most important bikini criteria, what would it be?
• 53:48
  SPEAKER_00: It's a good question.
• 53:49
SPEAKER_00: I thought about that after we got that.
• 53:51
SPEAKER_00: And I was like, if you go like you can't say body part for body part, because technically the most I think, I think the most important criteria would be balance.
• 54:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 54:01
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I would think.
• 54:02
SPEAKER_00: Now, with that being said, I can't speak for any judges in how they do this, but this is how I would look at it you have muscularity, you have conditioning, you have balance.
• 54:15
SPEAKER_00: Those are the main three.
• 54:17
SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, presentation encapsulates all of that.
• 54:20
SPEAKER_00: If you don't present it properly, you're getting booted out.
• 54:23
SPEAKER_00: Um, but those three things I think are the most important.
• 54:26
SPEAKER_00: Like the to me, it would be a third for each of those.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_00: But I do know that in this, this is allowed.
• 54:32
SPEAKER_00: So nobody thinks that, like, oh, judges should be the same across the board.
• 54:35
SPEAKER_00: No, you have those three things that are criteria.
• 54:38
SPEAKER_00: Some judges might think, like, oh yeah, if there's a quad striation or a glute striation, that is an automatic no-no.
• 54:45
SPEAKER_00: Like, that's the top of their criteria.
• 54:47
SPEAKER_00: Like, you are out of my first call out if I see that.
• 54:50
SPEAKER_00: Whereas some might be like, okay, they walked to the back and I saw a little striation in the glute, but they're the most balanced in the show and they're the best at posing.
• 54:59
SPEAKER_00: And so that still might be their front runner.
• 55:01
SPEAKER_00: Whereas some judges might be like, oh, that conditioning is too hard.
• 55:05
  SPEAKER_00: That's a no for me.
• 55:06
SPEAKER_00: So there's that variance of like human nature in what stands out negatively to you the most as a judge, where they're they're all allowed their own opinion on that.
• 55:16
  SPEAKER_00: They're still following criteria.
• 55:18
SPEAKER_00: It's just what do you feel like throws off the physique the most when you're not meeting it?
• 55:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I agree with all of that.
• 55:25
SPEAKER_02: I do feel like, yeah, balance, balance is always gonna be key when it comes to bikini.
• 55:33
SPEAKER_02: And that's what I always try and say to my girls is like, but from top to bottom, you wanna try and look at everything.
• 55:39
SPEAKER_02: Like you could have something missing in terms of conditioning or muscularity, but if your balance is there and you're showing off that really nice shape that they're they're wanting to see, I think that you'll also you'll be good, you know.
• 55:52
SPEAKER_02: So, no notes with that one.
• 55:54
SPEAKER_00: I feel like you you see that a lot in the uh in the tall classes at national shows, like the five seven and up girls, amazing balance, but might still need to like hit the mark more on conditioning or hit the mark more on muscularity because there's more mass on them and volume to fill out, but they might still turn pro because in that tall class, balance goes a very long way.
• 56:15
SPEAKER_00: If you're balanced when you're five eight, like it stands out big time.
• 56:19
SPEAKER_02: So a hundred percent, hundred percent right.
• 56:23
  SPEAKER_02: Great episode.
• 56:25
SPEAKER_02: Very, very a lot of a lot of going through a lot of physiques uh within today's episode.
• 56:30
SPEAKER_02: So thank you guys so much for watching.
• 56:32
SPEAKER_02: Keep sending over questions, keep sending over physiques.
• 56:36
SPEAKER_02: We don't want this to just turn into physique analysis, so like definitely send over some good questions as well because we want to try and make sure that we can do a bit of both.
• 56:45
SPEAKER_02: So we can do show day reviews, we can do physiques, we can do questions, we can do all those types of things.
• 56:50
SPEAKER_02: So send them all over, we'll make sure that we can answer them as much as we can.
• 56:54
SPEAKER_00: Give us uh in the comment sections or DM us, tell us what you guys want to see for our subscriber giveaway.

SPEAKER_00: Like, can we give away a free training program, a free posing session?

SPEAKER_00: Yes, like we know what we can do, but like what do you guys want?
• 57:17
SPEAKER_00: We did the toxic giveaway for a suit and got 6,000 comments on it.

• 57:30
SPEAKER_00: So we need to do the thousand sub-giveaway.

• 57:52
SPEAKER_02: Like a live podcast event.
• 57:54
SPEAKER_02: We I've done this before, and it's a lot of fun, and we can always pair it off with something else, whether that be opposing, training, whatever, like day before.
