- 1:20Speaker 2: start today with our very own Trey Trenholm. Is a
- 1:23Speaker 2: big question to ask, what's.
- 1:28Speaker 1: Your stance on sleeping with married women?
- 1:35Speaker 2: I mean it's usually you know, based on her preferences.
- 1:38Speaker 2: But I'd say from behind or folded up like a
- 1:41Speaker 2: lawn chair.
- 1:42Speaker 1: That's what Tarah does to you.
- 1:46Speaker 2: This conversations about you, Trey, or perhaps you can bend
- 1:51Speaker 2: her like Beckham. Where is this coming from?
- 1:55Speaker 1: Eh? You know, asking for a friend? Are you know
- 2:00Speaker 1: somebody that's going through a divorce you know husband cheated
- 2:02Speaker 1: on her?
- 2:03Speaker 2: And oh there's qualifications to this. It's not just it's
- 2:07Speaker 2: not just regular. You know, you're being hit on by
- 2:10Speaker 2: a married woman.
- 2:12Speaker 1: No, Like I said, ask you for a friend who
- 2:16Speaker 1: might know somebody you know used to date a long
- 2:18Speaker 1: time ago, got married in the process of a divorce,
- 2:24Speaker 1: might want to hook up.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Your buddy. Go for it if anyone, if if anyone
- 2:32Speaker 2: has earned you, you get in there. Make sure all
- 2:39Speaker 2: those kettlebell workouts you've been doing or paying off.
- 2:44Speaker 1: Yeah, but is it I mean, is it is it bad?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Is it bad? Mojo?
- 2:53Speaker 2: It doesn't sound like. It sounds to me like you
- 2:55Speaker 2: get to be karma, because it sounds to me like,
- 2:58Speaker 2: based on what you said, the husband cheated on her,
- 3:01Speaker 2: she found out. Now they're getting divorced, and she wants
- 3:05Speaker 2: you to be the boomerang that comes around on this guy.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Yeah, but I don't sound bad.
- 3:11Speaker 2: That sounds like a lot of fun for you.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Right, But I don't really want to be thrown at
- 3:15Speaker 1: her husband as the as the boomerang and deal with
- 3:21Speaker 1: that as well.
- 3:22Speaker 2: That's his fault. Everything that is now happening is his fault.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Okay, well, let's so in fairness, I'm only getting her
- 3:32Speaker 1: side of the story.
- 3:36Speaker 2: There is that, But do you really feel like investigating?
- 3:41Speaker 1: No, I'm my it's hard to believe, but I actually
- 3:47Speaker 1: have like a little bit of an ethical quandary here.
- 3:50Speaker 1: But also I don't want to get I have had
- 3:54Speaker 1: enough drama this year. I don't want to get into
- 3:57Speaker 1: someone else's divorce drama. I don't want to. I don't
- 4:02Speaker 1: want to all of a sudden, I'm gonna get, you know,
- 4:04Speaker 1: subpoena to testify.
- 4:09Speaker 2: All right. That is spoken like a true man who
- 4:13Speaker 2: has been around the block enough to know that there
- 4:16Speaker 2: are some traps here.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Yeah, there's like, okay, listen, it's been twenty plus years,
- 4:25Speaker 1: but sex with her was a plus, so it would
- 4:34Speaker 1: and she's maintained like, it's okay, it would be probably
- 4:38Speaker 1: be worth it.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Oh yeah, if it was good, then it'll be great. Now.
- 4:42Speaker 2: I've no doubts about.
- 4:44Speaker 1: That because I from what she said, she hasn't been
- 4:46Speaker 1: touched in quite a while, so I am sure there's
- 4:50Speaker 1: all sorts of fun to be had.
- 4:52Speaker 2: Oh huh, she goes take some stuff out on you.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Yeah, but then you know, she goes home. Usband's like, yeah, sees, husband,
- 5:02Speaker 1: Why are you so happy? Oh because I just because
- 5:11Speaker 1: I just fuck somebody.
- 5:13Speaker 2: Yeah, not just anybody, but Tray.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:18Speaker 2: He threw me around like a pair of kettlebells.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Luckily I don't know. I don't know the husbands. I'm
- 5:27Speaker 1: at least safe on that.
- 5:30Speaker 2: Uh.
- 5:31Speaker 1: But I I.
- 5:34Speaker 2: You're in an ethical quandary, or you just don't want
- 5:36Speaker 2: to get involved in the drama, or both at both. Okay,
- 5:44Speaker 2: I can't help you from the from the ethical side,
- 5:47Speaker 2: to me, you are fine. Look, my stance on this
- 5:51Speaker 2: has always been sort of lawyerly based, right when it
- 5:56Speaker 2: comes to adultery. To me, it doesn't make sense if
- 6:01Speaker 2: you are not in the marriage and you are not
- 6:03Speaker 2: married yourself. You are a single guy, right, you are
- 6:07Speaker 2: a single guy, and if you hook up with a
- 6:09Speaker 2: married person, they're the ones breaking their vows. You've made
- 6:13Speaker 2: no such vows to anybody. Now, biblically, you would be
- 6:21Speaker 2: considered an adulterer. I don't think that's fair because you
- 6:25Speaker 2: didn't make any promises to anybody. That's obviously an argument
- 6:30Speaker 2: I would lose with the almighty ultimately, but that's how
- 6:34Speaker 2: I feel it. You didn't enter into any sort of
- 6:37Speaker 2: contractual obligation to remain monogamous, So why do their promises
- 6:43Speaker 2: fall on you?
- 6:45Speaker 1: If you don't know they're married, then I agree you're
- 6:47Speaker 1: not an adulter. But if you know, you know, and yeah,
- 6:51Speaker 1: you're right, it does get into this gray area of
- 6:55Speaker 1: at what point, although you know, do you really need
- 6:58Speaker 1: a judge's signature to say that marriage is over when
- 7:01Speaker 1: in all aspects it's over? Yeah?
- 7:04Speaker 2: No, right, there's lots of great.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Okay, you know, and I'm talking myself into it.
- 7:10Speaker 2: You're welcome, Yeah, thank you. I am not the angel
- 7:15Speaker 2: on your shoulder that most people think.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Oh I I was not. I was not looking for
- 7:19Speaker 1: the moral high road from you.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Oh you came to the right place. Then right here
- 7:26Speaker 2: is devil Dan and then other devil Dan. Like you
- 7:29Speaker 2: get it, buddy, You get in there and you get
- 7:31Speaker 2: it good.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't even know who we know that would
- 7:37Speaker 1: could could play the angel part.
- 7:39Speaker 2: I could play it. I just don't want to.
- 7:42Speaker 1: He wouldn't be good at it.
- 7:45Speaker 2: I could be good at it. You want to try me?
- 7:47Speaker 2: Ask me the question again.
- 7:49Speaker 1: What's your stance on sleeping with a married woman?
- 7:54Speaker 2: Oh, you should never do that. That's that's just bad
- 7:58Speaker 2: news all the way around. I mean, give me some
- 8:03Speaker 2: more of the other. I don't know any extenuating circumstance.
- 8:07Speaker 1: Yeah, she's uh, divorcing her husband because he cheated on her.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Oh okay, yeah you don't. Yeah, I can't do it.
- 8:18Speaker 2: I think you should jump in there. But I tried.
- 8:21Speaker 2: I tried this. I tried this hard. But I really
- 8:25Speaker 2: want you to do it. I think you should do it.
- 8:26Speaker 2: You're gonna do it, do it today.
- 8:30Speaker 1: M Yeah, we'll see.
- 8:36Speaker 2: If you won't, someone else will. Yeah, you're right, she's
- 8:42Speaker 2: probably got a stable Just be happy that that she's
- 8:44Speaker 2: you know, contacted you early in the process. At least
- 8:47Speaker 2: we're hoping, which is a great compliment. So congratulations. But yeah,
- 8:56Speaker 2: after the year you've had, you deserve some some some
- 9:01Speaker 2: revenge sex. Even if you're not the one getting revenge,
- 9:08Speaker 2: you're just a tool.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Truer words have never been spoken.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I love talking about your love life. It makes me happy.
- 9:27Speaker 2: But yeah, you get in there, you take care of it,
- 9:29Speaker 2: You take care of it good. This is one of
- 9:30Speaker 2: those times where you should enjoy yourself and enjoy the
- 9:33Speaker 2: fruits of your labor.
- 9:37Speaker 1: No sent you. I had a date on Friday night with.
- 9:42Speaker 2: The married chick.
- 9:43Speaker 1: No, buddy, you want to roll this one's funny?
- 9:48Speaker 2: All right, Okay, I'm all ears. So you had a
- 9:52Speaker 2: date Friday night that was funny?
- 9:53Speaker 1: Okay, Well how I met her as funny?
- 9:56Speaker 2: M is this how I met your mother?
- 9:59Speaker 1: Reboot? No?
- 10:03Speaker 2: Okay, So.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Start following this girl on TikTok on Monday, last ye
- 10:13Speaker 1: last Monday.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Mm hmmm.
- 10:16Speaker 1: On Wednesday, by happenstance, I pull into a seven eleven
- 10:21Speaker 1: and I see this girl and I'm like, oh, I
- 10:24Speaker 1: think that's her. I'm gonna for right now. I'm gonna
- 10:27Speaker 1: leave out handles and everything else.
- 10:30Speaker 2: But sure, yeah, you don't want anyone else getting in there.
- 10:32Speaker 1: But a very interesting one. And so after the fact,
- 10:37Speaker 1: I shoot her a DM, I'm like, hey, was that
- 10:40Speaker 1: you at the seven eleven? Yes?
- 10:42Speaker 2: It was.
- 10:42Speaker 1: We strike up a conversation.
- 10:45Speaker 2: So how does that conversation go? Like, were you apprehensive
- 10:49Speaker 2: at all to be like, hey, I was just watching you?
- 10:57Speaker 1: I was just no, I was like, hey, was that
- 10:59Speaker 1: you at seven to eleven? It's like, yeah, it's not.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Her handle is not something you could just go and go, hey,
- 11:08Speaker 1: is that are you? Blah blah blah, because if you're wrong,
- 11:11Speaker 1: you might get slapped.
- 11:14Speaker 2: Oh you're gonna text me.
- 11:16Speaker 1: That, Okay, I will send it to you.
- 11:21Speaker 2: I'll keep it private. I'm not gonna tell anyone except her.
- 11:25Speaker 1: All right, hang on, all right.
- 11:35Speaker 2: I can tell you've hit sin because you put your
- 11:37Speaker 2: phone down and you looked up and you looked all satisfied.
- 11:39Speaker 2: You're like, yeah, what's his reaction gonna be.
- 11:44Speaker 1: That?
- 11:44Speaker 2: There's no way that's her handle?
- 11:47Speaker 1: It absolutely is.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Yeah, you can't just go up to a random person
- 11:50Speaker 2: be like, hey are you uh huh, Yeah, you will
- 11:53Speaker 2: get slapped.
- 11:54Speaker 1: Huh.
- 11:57Speaker 2: I can see why she stood out to you. Online.
- 12:00Speaker 1: Well I see funny videos and everything else, and uh,
- 12:06Speaker 1: all right, so we start talking and then it was like, yeah,
- 12:14Speaker 1: I'd love to take you to dinner sometime. We ended
- 12:15Speaker 1: up She's like, I really want to go see this
- 12:19Speaker 1: chick flick and I'm like, SPA Weekend. She's like, yeah,
- 12:23Speaker 1: how did you know?
- 12:23Speaker 2: I go?
- 12:24Speaker 1: Uh. I don't have a lot of celebrity crushes, but
- 12:27Speaker 1: Isla Fisher's one of them.
- 12:29Speaker 2: Well that's a good one.
- 12:30Speaker 1: Huh and actually very funny movie.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Well that's good. Yeah, it was weird. It's like Tara
- 12:35Speaker 2: and I went to go see Spider Man yesterday and
- 12:37Speaker 2: I saw on the wall like one of the options
- 12:39Speaker 2: at the theater was SPA Weekend. Like what is that?
- 12:42Speaker 2: I look at the cast and I'm like, holy crap,
- 12:43Speaker 2: that's a great cast. I didn't know anything about the movie.
- 12:47Speaker 1: Very funny, but yeah, we had a nice dinner, nice time.
- 12:53Speaker 1: I'm I am very out of practice dating like I
- 13:00Speaker 1: because Brandy approached me and then my previous relationship from
- 13:09Speaker 1: that I kind of we had mutual friends. I knew her,
- 13:13Speaker 1: so this was the I I have not done this
- 13:16Speaker 1: type of of just kind of dating. And we had
- 13:19Speaker 1: a good time. I'm like, and I probably was too much.
- 13:22Speaker 1: I was like, hey, you know, if you wanted something
- 13:23Speaker 1: tomorrow whatever, So, uh, but I'm at some certain point
- 13:28Speaker 1: just I'm too old to play games. So we'll see
- 13:32Speaker 1: what happens. I don't know, gotcha, But yeah, so that
- 13:38Speaker 1: was excitement.
- 13:40Speaker 2: Congratulations, had a date, yay. And and you're right because
- 13:44Speaker 2: like your previous two relationships, like you just said, I
- 13:46Speaker 2: didn't realize that the brandy sort of sought you out,
- 13:48Speaker 2: which which isn't that nice When that happens, it's it's
- 13:51Speaker 2: so nice. It takes a pressure right off. And then
- 13:55Speaker 2: before that you kind of it was a friend of
- 13:57Speaker 2: a friend's situation. So yeah, this is the first time
- 13:59Speaker 2: in a long time that you shooted your shot, shot
- 14:03Speaker 2: your shot.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Shot your shot. Yeah. And also and had a really
- 14:08Speaker 1: enjoyable time, good conversation.
- 14:11Speaker 2: And it sounds like the movie was good.
- 14:13Speaker 1: It was highly recommend it's a It's one of these
- 14:20Speaker 1: things that I really love about a movie these days,
- 14:23Speaker 1: Like an hour and thirty seven minutes.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Wow, that's almost unheard of these Like the new standard
- 14:29Speaker 2: is like two hours two hours.
- 14:30Speaker 1: Yeah, short, sweet to the point, and some very funny moments.
- 14:37Speaker 2: Uh, okay. So so you you told her at the
- 14:39Speaker 2: end of the night you had a great time, and
- 14:41Speaker 2: you threw it out there and be like, hey, if
- 14:42Speaker 2: you're not doing anything tomorrow, we can do something again.
- 14:45Speaker 2: And she didn't take the bait.
- 14:48Speaker 1: She was like, she didn't not take the She was like, yeah,
- 14:54Speaker 1: call me or whatever. And then we just kind of
- 14:57Speaker 1: missed each other and ah, so, so.
- 15:02Speaker 2: You had tentative plans the next day but didn't quite.
- 15:04Speaker 1: Con I don't say. I wouldn't say we had tentative plans.
- 15:07Speaker 1: It was very like I said. She said she was
- 15:11Speaker 1: going to a pool with her friends, and I was like,
- 15:13Speaker 1: all right. She was like, well, yeah, shot at me.
- 15:16Speaker 1: I did. It didn't work out. Whether there'll be.
- 15:19Speaker 2: Another date, I have no idea, gotcha. I like this
- 15:26Speaker 2: for you. You're in demand. You got to you gotta run, buddy,
- 15:31Speaker 2: you got to run. You got to soak it up,
- 15:33Speaker 2: because when was the last time that you had attention
- 15:35Speaker 2: from two at the same time.
- 15:39Speaker 1: It's been a minute and last time I can think
- 15:43Speaker 1: of it. I totally I totally look everything up. I
- 15:50Speaker 1: chose in poorly.
- 15:53Speaker 2: This this is your moment, this is your chance. Yeah,
- 16:02Speaker 2: dating is take it.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Just a. It's such a hassle.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Just take a deep breath and enjoy, enjoy in the
- 16:09Speaker 2: moment that you know you're you're, you're kind of a
- 16:11Speaker 2: hot piece of meat for it for right now.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Yeah no, uh, I'll get up.
- 16:21Speaker 2: See that's a defeatist attitude. Man, He's like, Okay, now
- 16:24Speaker 2: I'm gonna now. I'll be the little angel guy on
- 16:27Speaker 2: your shoulder. I'll pump you up a little bit. You're
- 16:28Speaker 2: a good man, You're a good catch, so good that
- 16:31Speaker 2: there's a married woman who wants some revenge sex with you.
- 16:33Speaker 2: And uh, a woman with a questionable a woman with
- 16:37Speaker 2: a questionable TikTok handle seems to have enough interest in
- 16:41Speaker 2: you to hang out with you for you for a
- 16:43Speaker 2: few hours at night. Ill this is promising.
- 16:50Speaker 1: Yeah see. And here's the other thing with the married chick.
- 16:53Speaker 1: I don't know that it's just sex she wants I
- 16:55Speaker 1: very well could be she wants more.
- 17:00Speaker 2: It's very very possible. Just keep her at arm's length.
- 17:08Speaker 2: We're wiener's length. Be Okay, do you just get some
- 17:23Speaker 2: unfortunate news on your phone?
- 17:27Speaker 1: Uh? No, I just I actually, I something came across
- 17:35Speaker 1: my eye watch and I hit the wrong button, which
- 17:40Speaker 1: responded to a text I didn't want to respond to,
- 17:42Speaker 1: and I was trying to see if I could unsend it,
- 17:44Speaker 1: and I can't. So we'll see.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Is it to your TikTok lover?
- 17:50Speaker 1: No? No?
- 17:51Speaker 2: Okay? Uh? Does your TikTok lover based on that handle?
- 17:56Speaker 2: Have you checked to see if she's not only fans?
- 18:01Speaker 1: Uh? No, nope, she's not.
- 18:08Speaker 2: You sure, Yeah, okay, I'm just checking. Not that I'm
- 18:12Speaker 2: opposed to you doing that too. Trey. You have fun, buddy,
- 18:15Speaker 2: You've earned it. You're a fifty two year old man.
- 18:21Speaker 2: You still have a lot of life left to be lived,
- 18:23Speaker 2: do I. Well, you may not, which means you better
- 18:29Speaker 2: get in there while you can.
- 18:30Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Let's get Daniel Cook from COOKDFW Roofing and Restoration in
- 18:35Speaker 2: the Treehouse for your free roof inspection and property review
- 18:39Speaker 2: called eight three three cook DFW today to get that
- 18:43Speaker 2: scheduled eight three three COOKDFW. The website is cookdfw dot com. Daniel,
- 18:48Speaker 2: part of the roofing process is knowing about ventilation and
- 18:52Speaker 2: how important that can be to the life of the roof.
- 18:55Speaker 2: That's something you guys look at. It's not just about shingles.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Absolutely, Dan A lot of homeowners underestimate the amount of
- 19:03Speaker 3: attic heat build up that their home has, affects their
- 19:07Speaker 3: AC system, affects their roof condition, long term, affects just
- 19:12Speaker 3: overall their home. And so when we come out we
- 19:15Speaker 3: make that assessment with the homeowner, We try to educate them,
- 19:17Speaker 3: make sure they have the proper ventilation.
- 19:20Speaker 1: There is a calculation of this.
- 19:21Speaker 3: We walk them around if they're interested in going around,
- 19:23Speaker 3: we show them what their intakes look like, what their
- 19:25Speaker 3: exhaust system looks like, and try to make the best
- 19:28Speaker 3: fit for their home. So that's a very common thing
- 19:30Speaker 3: that we do and it should be done every time
- 19:32Speaker 3: you have construction done at your property. You need to
- 19:34Speaker 3: be educated on what's happening and why.
- 19:37Speaker 2: And if you've ever dealt with a roofing contractor that
- 19:41Speaker 2: didn't have a conversation with you about ventilation underneath that roof,
- 19:47Speaker 2: then you need to call Daniel Cook at eight three

- 20:59Speaker 2: intide the Treehouse. I'm Dan, He's Trey. Today is August
- 21:04Speaker 2: twenty fifth, twenty twenty six. Let's celebrate today with some birthdays.
- 21:12Speaker 2: Today's kind of loaded on birthdays, so I'll try to
- 21:15Speaker 2: run through some of these as best as I can. Okay,
- 21:19Speaker 2: here we go. Robert Don't call me horri is fifty six,
- 21:24Speaker 2: also known as Big Shot Rob, won seven NBA titles
- 21:28Speaker 2: with three different franchises.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Big Shot Bob Well.
- 21:34Speaker 2: According to here, it says big Shot Rob I never
- 21:37Speaker 2: called him that. I don't know, it's honest to god,
- 21:39Speaker 2: that's the first time I've seen that. So Robert or
- 21:42Speaker 2: is fifty six. Happy birthday to him. Seven rings. That's impressive.
- 21:47Speaker 2: Seven rings, three different franchises. Marvin Harrison is fifty four,
- 21:51Speaker 2: and he's old enough now that his kid is now
- 21:54Speaker 2: in the league if I know, if I remember that correctly,
- 21:57Speaker 2: and has been for a couple of years. Yeah, he's
- 22:00Speaker 2: good too. Turns out sometimes heredity does work. So Marvin
- 22:05Speaker 2: Harrison fifty four years old. Hall of Fame closer. Raleigh
- 22:09Speaker 2: Fingers is eighty today. He was three time World Series
- 22:13Speaker 2: Champion nineteen eighty One's a l MVP cy Young winner
- 22:18Speaker 2: and owner of one of the greatest mustaches, legendary mustache.
- 22:23Speaker 2: All mustaches, all fancy mustaches fall underneath the shade of
- 22:29Speaker 2: his fancy mustache. Tom Sellick to me is the quintessential
- 22:34Speaker 2: just manly mustache. Raleigh Fingers is the is the quintessential
- 22:39Speaker 2: fancy mustache.
- 22:43Speaker 1: Tom Sellek or the cast of Tombstone manly mustaches.
- 22:48Speaker 2: See, I would agree with you, but I don't know
- 22:51Speaker 2: if all those mustaches are real. Sam Elliott's is. I
- 22:56Speaker 2: know Sam Elliot's mustache is real. The other guys in that,
- 22:59Speaker 2: I can't be certain. I do think. I do think
- 23:02Speaker 2: Kurt Russell's was. I think it was authentic. I'm not sure.
- 23:09Speaker 2: I've seen him with facial air, so I know he
- 23:11Speaker 2: can grow it. But that was a pretty elaborate one.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Yeah, agreed.
- 23:18Speaker 2: Other birthdays today, the singer from Willcoe, Jeff Tweety is
- 23:25Speaker 2: fifty nine. The def Leopard guitarist who previously played with
- 23:29Speaker 2: Di O and White Snake, Vivian Campbell sixty four. Billy
- 23:32Speaker 2: Ray Cyrus is sixty five, and he gets to celebrate
- 23:36Speaker 2: his birthday with the woman that most of us could
- 23:41Speaker 2: only dream of.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw the strangest story he was celebrating. He
- 23:51Speaker 1: was on vacation with Elizabeth Hurley at Jackie Collins estate,
- 24:00Speaker 1: like some some beach house. Now that's a name I
- 24:04Speaker 1: had not heard in decades. I thought she was dead.
- 24:08Speaker 2: I'm honestly surprised she's still alive.
- 24:10Speaker 1: I think it says she was close to ninety and
- 24:13Speaker 1: actually it still looked okay.
- 24:15Speaker 2: Because isn't she like the queen of smut, like like
- 24:21Speaker 2: eighties romance novels.
- 24:22Speaker 1: Yeah she was, Yeah, the trashy romance novels.
- 24:28Speaker 2: Billy Ray Cyrus, Elizabeth Hurley at Jackie Collins's house. It
- 24:33Speaker 2: is weird sometimes when you hear certain celebrities running in
- 24:36Speaker 2: the same circles, you're like, really, that's that, that's a
- 24:38Speaker 2: that's a group.
- 24:43Speaker 1: That was just I again, I more for the story
- 24:48Speaker 1: was more just caught my eye when I saw that name.
- 24:51Speaker 2: I'm like, huh as if it was like, I guess
- 24:55Speaker 2: we're over the shock already of Billy Ray Cyrus being
- 24:57Speaker 2: with Elizabeth Hurley. So now you're at the point where
- 25:01Speaker 2: the thing that sticks out to you, and that story
- 25:02Speaker 2: was out there at Jackie Collins's house.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 25:06Speaker 2: Gene Simmons is seventy seven. You give him enough time,
- 25:09Speaker 2: he'll find a way to sell you something. Rob Halford
- 25:14Speaker 2: is speaking of Gene Simmons. I always got to bring
- 25:17Speaker 2: this up anytime his name comes up. One of the
- 25:19Speaker 2: saddest celebrity sex tapes I've ever seen, and it wasn't
- 25:21Speaker 2: even an official celebrity sex tape. It was just like
- 25:25Speaker 2: it was sort of like a gift image. It happened
- 25:27Speaker 2: so fast that got released to the internet back in
- 25:29Speaker 2: the day. I remember that. I don't think she does either.
- 25:33Speaker 2: That poor girl like she is a notch on his
- 25:36Speaker 2: belt and that's just all. It looked like. It was
- 25:38Speaker 2: like he got in there and then it was over.
- 25:42Speaker 2: Really sad.
- 25:44Speaker 1: Yeah, nor is that a sex tape I would even
- 25:45Speaker 1: really want to watch.
- 25:47Speaker 2: That's not good. Rob Halford is seventy five from Heavy
- 25:51Speaker 2: and Metal. Of course, Elvis Costello is really well known,
- 25:54Speaker 2: even though Trey and I don't know why. Singer songwriter
- 25:58Speaker 2: Elvis Costello seventy two. I don't know he is where.
- 26:01Speaker 2: I'm like, yeah, I love it. He is one of those.
- 26:09Speaker 1: Musicians musicians like other artists love him. I will tell
- 26:13Speaker 1: you how great he is. I don't get it.
- 26:16Speaker 2: I guess that's because we're not musicians. I don't know
- 26:21Speaker 2: from keenanan Kel and Good Burger Kel Mitchell is forty eight,
- 26:27Speaker 2: forty eight.
- 26:28Speaker 1: I don't think I could recognize him on the street
- 26:30Speaker 1: if he walked by.
- 26:32Speaker 2: If he did, he'd probably ask you for something because
- 26:36Speaker 2: he has not done as well as the other half
- 26:37Speaker 2: of that. Perry Rachel Bilson from The OC is forty five.
- 26:43Speaker 2: Alexander's scars Guard is fifty from The scars Guard Klan.
- 26:47Speaker 2: This is the one that was in True Blood, Big
- 26:49Speaker 2: Little Lives Succession. He's also the Northman. He was also
- 26:54Speaker 2: in it. Actually a pretty decent remake of Tarzan. Alexander
- 26:59Speaker 2: scars Gard turns fifty.
- 27:01Speaker 1: He is in a new movie. It comes out in October,
- 27:08Speaker 1: call Wicker.
- 27:12Speaker 2: We did not discussed. We have not discussed Wicker.
- 27:16Speaker 1: And it looks fascinating.
- 27:20Speaker 2: What do you know about the film?
- 27:23Speaker 1: For the preview? I saw Friday Night?
- 27:26Speaker 2: And what did you look like? What is the movie about?
- 27:30Speaker 2: Based on what you saw in the preview.
- 27:33Speaker 1: That a woman through witchcraft kind of makes her own
- 27:35Speaker 1: husband and he's made out of Wicker and he owns
- 27:38Speaker 1: the shit out of her. Really okay, well.
- 27:40Speaker 2: All right, I'm thinking of the same film then, because
- 27:44Speaker 2: I was on YouTube a couple of weeks ago, and
- 27:46Speaker 2: I love movie trailers, So anytime a new trailer comes up,
- 27:49Speaker 2: YouTube shows it to me and it said Wicker, and
- 27:51Speaker 2: I was just like, I don't know what it is.
- 27:53Speaker 2: I didn't know if it was like a Nick Cage
- 27:55Speaker 2: reboot or something. I don't know. So I just I
- 27:57Speaker 2: was like, okay, i'll watch this, and about half way
- 28:00Speaker 2: through it, I'm like, wow, okay.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Yeah, she makes a husband made out of wicker, and
- 28:04Speaker 1: he gives her his wicker.
- 28:07Speaker 2: You know what. I'd never thought that wicker furniture or
- 28:11Speaker 2: whatever have a comeback in my lifetime, but I believe
- 28:13Speaker 2: we're about to see one. Hang on to yours. If
- 28:17Speaker 2: you've got any wicker laying around, it's about to get
- 28:19Speaker 2: real hot.
- 28:20Speaker 1: I don't even know that I've seen wicker in twenty years.
- 28:26Speaker 2: You're about to yeah, oh man, Yeah, apparently I had
- 28:31Speaker 2: no idea. But apparently that's a whole subgenre of like
- 28:35Speaker 2: romance literature.
- 28:36Speaker 1: It's wicker or husband's made out of different things.
- 28:45Speaker 2: I think so, or maybe not necessarily just husbands. But
- 28:51Speaker 2: I don't know. If it's like a men being treated
- 28:53Speaker 2: as objects kind of a thing. But yeah, it's like
- 28:56Speaker 2: the chair comes alive and gets her really good, or
- 28:58Speaker 2: it's like a monster ish fantasy fetish thing, like the
- 29:04Speaker 2: unicorn turns into a Bronian gives it to you. I
- 29:07Speaker 2: don't know. I don't know anything about this stuff. But
- 29:10Speaker 2: I've just heard that that is a popular sub genre
- 29:13Speaker 2: of romance where it's I mean, I get the whole
- 29:16Speaker 2: or furniture.
- 29:17Speaker 1: I guess I don't Beauty and the Beast type thing,
- 29:19Speaker 1: but a furniture husband.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Hey, you know what it's it's about time the table
- 29:26Speaker 2: lamp got its day.
- 29:27Speaker 1: Oh and again, like you said, Wicker, I mean why not?
- 29:32Speaker 1: Why not? Beanbag?
- 29:34Speaker 2: That's too soft?
- 29:35Speaker 1: Tray? Yeah? Hey, who knows? Yeah, I really like it.
- 29:45Speaker 1: Actually it looked pretty entertaining. It's it's such a weird premise.
- 29:49Speaker 2: But she looks happy.
- 29:51Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, they break beds. Uh.
- 29:56Speaker 2: Tim Burton is sixty eight today, one of Hollywood's best
- 30:01Speaker 2: known directors and one of those guys that when you
- 30:03Speaker 2: see one of his films you almost instantly know it.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Director of Beetlejuice, Batman, eighty nine versions, Edward Scissor Hans,
- 30:13Speaker 2: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
- 30:17Speaker 1: He had a run for a while. Yes, Edward Edward
- 30:23Speaker 1: Scissor Hans was.
- 30:25Speaker 2: That's a classic man, Yeah, it really is.
- 30:27Speaker 1: That's I mean when you talk about because at a
- 30:30Speaker 1: certain point they all I feel like all his movies
- 30:33Speaker 1: were prefaced with you know, from the visionary Tim Burton
- 30:36Speaker 1: or something along those lines. Then you watch Edward Scissor
- 30:39Speaker 1: Hans and you go, okay, yeah, mm hmm, that's fair.
- 30:42Speaker 2: There's there's and he and Johnny Depp have worked together
- 30:48Speaker 2: countless times, and this is one of the few times
- 30:52Speaker 2: where I've been mistaken. So another trailer I saw recently
- 30:55Speaker 2: was for Johnny Depp's Scrooge movie that comes out like
- 30:58Speaker 2: Thanksgiving timber time. And because it was him and he's
- 31:03Speaker 2: dressed kind of weird and he's doing the Scrooge thing,
- 31:05Speaker 2: I assumed it was a Tim Burton movie, but it's
- 31:07Speaker 2: not some other guy that's doing it. But it actually
- 31:10Speaker 2: looks a lot like a Tim Burton movie. I'm kind
- 31:15Speaker 2: of excited to see Johnny Depp's Scrooge. It looks pretty good.
- 31:18Speaker 2: And even in the trailer for it, there's a throwback
- 31:23Speaker 2: where he's playing Ebenezer Scrooge and his bed is swallowing him,
- 31:29Speaker 2: which is a great throwback to Johnny Depp's first movie,
- 31:32Speaker 2: Friday the Thirteenth, when Freddy pulls him into the bed
- 31:34Speaker 2: and kills him.
- 31:36Speaker 1: I didn't know that was his first movie, m.
- 31:40Speaker 2: So it's interesting to see that decades later, there's he's
- 31:44Speaker 2: they're throwing back some of his stuff when he was
- 31:46Speaker 2: basically a kid. But yeah, that that movie looks like
- 31:49Speaker 2: a Tim Burton movie, but it's not, but it looks good.
- 31:52Speaker 2: And then finally Blake Lively is thirty nine to day. Yeah.
- 31:59Speaker 2: I didn't really lies how sordid the rumors of her
- 32:10Speaker 2: were until the situation with the movie a couple of
- 32:14Speaker 2: years ago. In the lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. I knew
- 32:18Speaker 2: who she was. I knew she was on a TV
- 32:20Speaker 2: show that I never watched. And then when she and
- 32:21Speaker 2: Ryan Reynolds got married, they seemed super happy, and I
- 32:24Speaker 2: was happy for them because I'm a huge Ryan Wilds fan.
- 32:27Speaker 2: And then I guess there were rumors out there that
- 32:33Speaker 2: she was kind of an awful person. And then this
- 32:36Speaker 2: lawsuit happens on the heels of it ends with us
- 32:40Speaker 2: movie with Justin Baldoni, and all this stuff gets thrown
- 32:43Speaker 2: out there, including Anna Kendrick, who was a phenomenal actress
- 32:47Speaker 2: and singer apparently hates Blake Lively and thinks she's just awful,
- 32:51Speaker 2: and all these other interview clips of them and their
- 32:53Speaker 2: interactions were showing up, and so I was like, oh, interesting,
- 32:57Speaker 2: So Blake Lively might be awful. So a lot of
- 33:00Speaker 2: us felt kind of conflicted about that because you know,
- 33:03Speaker 2: most guys our age are also fans of Ryan Reynolds.
- 33:06Speaker 2: But we also we also we also know guys that
- 33:08Speaker 2: are in relationships where they're probably not that happy.
- 33:13Speaker 1: Yeah, because for a while they they they seemed like
- 33:17Speaker 1: the perfect couple mm hm. And and maybe she is
- 33:23Speaker 1: wonderful at home, but yeah, a lot of things have
- 33:28Speaker 1: come out as far as working with her and and
- 33:31Speaker 1: friendships with her, and and she is not well liked
- 33:35Speaker 1: and and I love me some Anna Kendricks. So if
- 33:37Speaker 1: Anna Kendrick says you're bad and are you probably bad?
- 33:40Speaker 2: Isn't it weird that that's how I felt too.
- 33:43Speaker 1: She's like, she's so choke tiny and sweet. She she
- 33:46Speaker 1: can't lie.
- 33:48Speaker 2: No, She's she's kind of tiny and awesome because she
- 33:53Speaker 2: seems so real and authentic. I you know, if she
- 33:56Speaker 2: came out and said the earth was flat, I might
- 33:59Speaker 2: I might actually hear her out. But yeah, I mean,
- 34:03Speaker 2: I've never seen any of the pitch Perfect movies that
- 34:05Speaker 2: I think she's most famous for, but I've liked her
- 34:08Speaker 2: and other stuff that I've seen her in like the accountant.
- 34:12Speaker 1: Oh, you've never seen any of the pitch Perfect movies?
- 34:15Speaker 1: See the first one. It's actually good the second and
- 34:17Speaker 1: third one, but the first one is a good watch.
- 34:22Speaker 2: Okay. I'm one of the guys that's married to a
- 34:27Speaker 2: woman that doesn't like musicals, so which is odd because
- 34:31Speaker 2: in our relationship, I'm the one that likes the musicals.
- 34:33Speaker 1: I wouldn't really classify that one as a musical though.
- 34:36Speaker 1: I mean, it's it's about singing, but it's not. I mean,
- 34:41Speaker 1: it's not like it's grease.
- 34:47Speaker 2: I love my wife, but she has this weird thing
- 34:49Speaker 2: with people singing and stuff. It's hysterical to me, like
- 34:53Speaker 2: if for some reason it makes her uncomfortable. And keeping
- 34:58Speaker 2: in mind, I grew up in a musical and musical
- 35:02Speaker 2: theater household, so to me, it's it's really really funny.
- 35:06Speaker 2: Like me, I actually grew up watching musicals because my
- 35:09Speaker 2: mom and my dad were in theater and stuff. So
- 35:14Speaker 2: I we've never seen the pitch Perfect movies because I don't.
- 35:17Speaker 2: That is absolutely well outside of her wheelhouse.
- 35:22Speaker 1: And it's uh. I grew up going to musicals. My
- 35:27Speaker 1: my grandmother was a big summer musical person for the
- 35:30Speaker 1: ESA and uh but and I saw some fantastic ones.
- 35:36Speaker 1: I mean, I saw Gil Brenner and Carol Carol Channing
- 35:38Speaker 1: and all these other people. But interesting tie in, there's
- 35:45Speaker 1: another movie coming out. It's got Nicole Kidman and Sandra
- 35:49Speaker 1: Bullock and evidently it's a sequel to some magic movie
- 35:52Speaker 1: they made. I mean, I guess a long.
- 35:54Speaker 2: Time ago Practical Magic two.
- 35:56Speaker 1: Yes, I didn't know stock Her Channing was still alive.
- 36:01Speaker 1: Speaking about.
- 36:03Speaker 2: This is how we both know we went to the
- 36:04Speaker 2: theater recently. Because when I went to the theater, they
- 36:06Speaker 2: showed that movie as a preview, and I too thought
- 36:09Speaker 2: the same thing. It's like, Stocker Chaining still alive. Good
- 36:11Speaker 2: Urso it's awesome day she She's hanging on there a
- 36:14Speaker 2: good job. I was genuinely happy to see hers. I
- 36:19Speaker 2: also loved her in the West Wing, and I was like, eh,
- 36:21Speaker 2: I had no idea Practical Magic too. Subtitled Stocker Channing
- 36:26Speaker 2: Still Alive.
- 36:28Speaker 1: It's Witchcraft. Do you feel restless and anxious, feel like

- 37:57Speaker 1: You know, not as much as it used to I know,
- 38:00Speaker 1: I am. I guess I've gotten to the age where
- 38:02Speaker 1: I'm toold to let it like ruin my weekend. But
- 38:06Speaker 1: but yeah, I mean I I will, I will. My
- 38:08Speaker 1: emotions will rise and fall with.
- 38:10Speaker 2: The fate of the Longhorns, but not live and die.
- 38:14Speaker 1: Not live and die anymore. There was a time.
- 38:17Speaker 2: Mm hmm. How does the Longhorn squad look this year?
- 38:25Speaker 1: On paper? There there they should contend for a championship.
- 38:29Speaker 1: I mean it will second week of the year they
- 38:33Speaker 1: play Ohio State in Austin. Uh, that that will? That
- 38:36Speaker 1: will really be I think the Telltale.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Game that is an early litmus.
- 38:40Speaker 1: Test because Ohio State, even when they're down, they're really
- 38:45Speaker 1: good and and they're but they're going to be good
- 38:47Speaker 1: this year. So you know, can arch Manning figure it
- 38:51Speaker 1: all out? Uh? But on paper should be good?
- 38:56Speaker 2: Yeah. The arch Manning question is something that I look
- 38:58Speaker 2: forward to being answered this year. Every year it seems
- 39:06Speaker 2: this this comes up, and it's it's happened to get Lane.
- 39:12Speaker 2: Kiffin's just the worst, right.
- 39:18Speaker 1: He's He's an awful He's from what I can gather,
- 39:25Speaker 1: he's an awful person. He's a great coach, great, great
- 39:28Speaker 1: offensive coach.
- 39:31Speaker 2: I just got he just seems like such a douche.
- 39:35Speaker 2: I mean, and he's he's he's loyal to no one
- 39:37Speaker 2: and nothing. It seems. It's amazing to me except himself,
- 39:41Speaker 2: which is amazing to me. Why you would want to
- 39:43Speaker 2: pay someone like that that's so much money when he
- 39:48Speaker 2: may disappear in the middle of the night.
- 39:52Speaker 1: It's fascinating in that there is no place he has
- 39:58Speaker 1: coached that would rehire him. When Al Davis says bad
- 40:06Speaker 1: things about you, I mean and like just hateful things.
- 40:11Speaker 1: And Al Davis new football. We don't give him enough credit,
- 40:16Speaker 1: like he actually he was a football guy, but I
- 40:18Speaker 1: mean he ended up hating Leyden Kiffen. He screwed over
- 40:23Speaker 1: Tennessee kind of left. He leaves a path of destruction
- 40:26Speaker 1: wherever he goes, go ahead. Why at a certain point,
- 40:34Speaker 1: you know, is he worth the trouble? I don't know.
- 40:36Speaker 1: LSU is about to find out. I think.
- 40:40Speaker 2: Has Lane Kiffin ever been fired or is he always
- 40:43Speaker 2: just left jobs?
- 40:46Speaker 1: Oh? No, he's been fired. I believe USC left him
- 40:49Speaker 1: on the tarmac at one point.
- 40:53Speaker 2: Good for them, And I.
- 40:57Speaker 1: Want to say the Raiders fired him, but I don't remember.
- 41:00Speaker 2: He left the Raiders May had, Yeah, but a lot
- 41:02Speaker 2: of them.
- 41:03Speaker 1: Screwed the Raiders and he went to Tampa Bay. I
- 41:06Speaker 1: don't remember. Like I said, he's left a path of
- 41:09Speaker 1: destruction wherever he goes. The only place he really didn't
- 41:12Speaker 1: screw anyone over because Nick Saban wouldn't have it as Alabama.
- 41:17Speaker 1: But he even like they knew he I think Sabd
- 41:22Speaker 1: always knew he was gonna leave, so it wasn't a surprise.
- 41:24Speaker 2: But yeah, well when it comes to Lane Kiffen is
- 41:31Speaker 2: now the new head coach at LSU, leaving a path
- 41:33Speaker 2: of destruction, which is what he seems to have done
- 41:37Speaker 2: at Old Miss. The headline Lane Kiffen's ninety one million
- 41:41Speaker 2: dollar move to LSU took a wild twist, as an
- 41:44Speaker 2: executive from Old Miss revealed the FBI was called over
- 41:48Speaker 2: espionage fears because Lane Kiffen left Old Miss to go
- 41:57Speaker 2: to LSU at the end of the season before they
- 42:01Speaker 2: re even finished playing. They're in the playoff and he
- 42:06Speaker 2: leaves and he apparently tells his coaching staff come with
- 42:12Speaker 2: me now or stay and die. Basically, if you're coming,
- 42:16Speaker 2: come now, And some of them did, some of them didn't,
- 42:20Speaker 2: and they ended up hiring from his staff from within
- 42:23Speaker 2: his replacement, but he gets ninety one million to disappear
- 42:27Speaker 2: into the night to run off to death Valley, and
- 42:32Speaker 2: the old miss executive goes on a podcast and it's like, yeah, man,
- 42:35Speaker 2: we were digging through the offices for wiretaps and stuff
- 42:37Speaker 2: because we don't trust that guy.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, here's the thing. Listen, Oh miss, you're not
- 42:44Speaker 1: that special, No no one. You had some success with
- 42:49Speaker 1: Lane Kiffin. Otherwise you have been a very eight and four,
- 42:53Speaker 1: seven and five program. No no one, you're not holding
- 42:57Speaker 1: the secrets to the temple. Okay, calm yourself down. You
- 43:02Speaker 1: had a nice run. And I wish them Listen, I
- 43:06Speaker 1: hope they do well. I like I like the coach
- 43:10Speaker 1: they hired. I can't think of his name, but he is.
- 43:15Speaker 1: He's like the the every man coach, Like he's just
- 43:18Speaker 1: scruffy ill kimp, you know, just the giff. Yes, And
- 43:24Speaker 1: I hope they do well, and partly just because. And
- 43:28Speaker 1: the other thing with Lane Kiffin is like his decisions
- 43:31Speaker 1: are very Jerry JONESI ish he he waits for the
- 43:33Speaker 1: last minute and just causes a bunch of needless drama
- 43:37Speaker 1: and bs and that that's what happened. You right before.
- 43:43Speaker 1: You know, Ole Miss had a legitimate shot. Uh, And
- 43:47Speaker 1: I mean they went.
- 43:49Speaker 2: I think that it was in the semi finals.
- 43:51Speaker 1: Semifinals, and I would have loved to have seen them
- 43:56Speaker 1: win it and and just stick it to Kiffin last year.
- 44:00Speaker 1: I mean that that would have been just the perfect
- 44:02Speaker 1: parting shot.
- 44:04Speaker 2: Well, I know that type. I know that Lane Kiffin type,
- 44:07Speaker 2: the type that you know thinks they're phenomenal but still
- 44:10Speaker 2: leaves a path of destruction behind them. And I know
- 44:14Speaker 2: that if old Miss had won the national title without
- 44:18Speaker 2: him there, he still would have claimed credit for it. Uh. Oh, yeah,
- 44:24Speaker 2: that's a that's the kind of person that does that
- 44:26Speaker 2: sort of a thing.
- 44:27Speaker 1: But now they get a morning show.
- 44:38Speaker 2: There's some dust on my microphone stand here, they get
- 44:47Speaker 2: a Clorox wipe and clean this up. Sorry I got
- 44:51Speaker 2: distracted there? Did I miss something? If you loved what
- 44:58Speaker 2: you heard here today, send it to a friend, text it,
