- 0:01Speaker 1: Hello friends.
- 0:02Speaker 2: I'm your host, Chris Throuw. I'm a former Brawleries commando.
- 0:06Speaker 2: I've adventured for better and sometimes worse, across eighty countries
- 0:12Speaker 2: on all seven continents.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Welcome to the Port the t Shirt Podcast. Peter, how
- 0:26Speaker 3: are you, my friend?
- 0:27Speaker 1: I'm doing very well, Chris, thanks for having me here.
- 0:30Speaker 3: You're more than welcome, and you are doing well because
- 0:33Speaker 3: you're in one of my favorite places, Florida. Indeed, yes
- 0:38Speaker 3: and yes, I'm just going to read from your bio,
- 0:42Speaker 3: so I do you justice rather than I try and
- 0:46Speaker 3: free free whatever those rappers do, and I'll muck it up. So, Peter,
- 0:52Speaker 3: you're a certified hypnotherapist and life coach whose journey began
- 0:58Speaker 3: after leukemia diagnosis in two thousand and three. This led
- 1:04Speaker 3: to this led you to explore the powerful connection between mind, body,
- 1:10Speaker 3: and spirit. You're now the channel creator of YouTube's Blue
- 1:16Speaker 3: Sky Hypnosis, which I've been checking out. You've got over
- 1:21Speaker 3: one hundred thousand subscribers millions of views for your tools
- 1:26Speaker 3: for spiritual and emotional healing. Also former fire firefighter, and
- 1:35Speaker 3: one thing similar we share other than the spiritual angle
- 1:41Speaker 3: is we've both almost died surfing. So I'll go first.
- 1:48Speaker 3: I was in Nicaragua backpacking and I found this idyllic
- 1:53Speaker 3: beach where you had to kind of do quite a
- 1:56Speaker 3: trick to get to it. So the regular backpackers didn't
- 2:00Speaker 3: go to this beach. And we were living there in
- 2:03Speaker 3: a kind of a cabana, just sleeping on you know,
- 2:06Speaker 3: mats on the floor, smoking a bit of the local produce,
- 2:11Speaker 3: you can say, and and and and surfing. And I
- 2:15Speaker 3: wasn't massively into surfing, but a Belgium chat gave me
- 2:19Speaker 3: his board. I'd always wanted to be, you know, a
- 2:22Speaker 3: good surfer, and I knew how to kind of paddle
- 2:24Speaker 3: out and this kind of thing. And oh boy, those
- 2:27Speaker 3: ways were so there was just so much substance to
- 2:31Speaker 3: them that the first one smashed me down. And when
- 2:34Speaker 3: I went to swim up there was there was just
- 2:37Speaker 3: air bubbles I couldn't purchase. By the time I got
- 2:41Speaker 3: to the surface, I just resolved to the fact I
- 2:45Speaker 3: was going to die, took a breath, looked up, and
- 2:48Speaker 3: of course the next way was smashing down on me.
- 2:52Speaker 3: And and yeah, I genuinely thought, I just thought, you know,
- 2:57Speaker 3: this is it. I bought the farm. Yeah, don't asked
- 3:00Speaker 3: me how I got out of it. But I did,
- 3:02Speaker 3: and I've never been happier in my life. Just step
- 3:05Speaker 3: foot on the beach. It was just ah, thank you lord,
- 3:09Speaker 3: Oh wow wow.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yeah, that's a searing experience.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Yes, sure, and yours.
- 3:16Speaker 1: Mine was in Puerto Rico. My kids were all little,
- 3:20Speaker 1: and on the first day we got to Puerto Rico,
- 3:22Speaker 1: I looked out in the ocean and there were forty
- 3:26Speaker 1: or fifty people out there surfing. The next day, I
- 3:29Speaker 1: rented a board and I went and I didn't. I
- 3:32Speaker 1: didn't and still don't know anything about surfing. I've gotten
- 3:35Speaker 1: up maybe once or twice, you know, in the handful
- 3:38Speaker 1: of times i've tried it. I go out on the
- 3:40Speaker 1: second day with this rented board. There's no one out
- 3:42Speaker 1: in the water, and I think to myself, that's a problem.
- 3:46Speaker 1: And then I thought, well, you've been diagnosed with leukemia.
- 3:49Speaker 1: What difference does it make. Basically you're going to die anyway.
- 3:52Speaker 1: So I went out there and I was, I was,
- 3:54Speaker 1: you know, trying to get up on the board. I
- 3:55Speaker 1: kept falling. I kept falling. I kept falling, and then
- 3:58Speaker 1: finally I was kind of exhausted and I thought I
- 4:00Speaker 1: need to just get back to shore. So I'm paddling
- 4:01Speaker 1: back to shore and I'm about a half a mile
- 4:04Speaker 1: away down the beach from where I started. No one's
- 4:06Speaker 1: on the beach except for this one dude that I
- 4:09Speaker 1: just exchanged pleasantries with before I went out into the water.
- 4:14Speaker 1: So I get about, no kidding, about twenty yards from shore,
- 4:17Speaker 1: like really close, and I think to myself, I don't
- 4:20Speaker 1: want this board attached to my ankle. Because of the
- 4:24Speaker 1: breaking of the waves on the shore, I thought maybe
- 4:26Speaker 1: the board would hit me in the head or something.
- 4:27Speaker 1: So I made basically a fatal mistake. Took off the board,
- 4:31Speaker 1: shoved it into the shore, started swimming, and same thing
- 4:34Speaker 1: as you, waves came behind me and knocked me down
- 4:37Speaker 1: underneath the surface, came back up, did it again, did
- 4:41Speaker 1: it again, and I'm sure that I was in like
- 4:43Speaker 1: a rip or something. And I didn't understand or remember
- 4:46Speaker 1: enough to swim diagonally to the shore. So I'm just
- 4:49Speaker 1: struggling and I can't get in, and finally I think
- 4:51Speaker 1: this is I don't know if I'm going to make it.
- 4:54Speaker 1: The guy that i'd had exchange pleasant trees with didn't
- 4:57Speaker 1: know him from Adam decided to walk a half a
- 4:59Speaker 1: mile down the beach just to check on me. And
- 5:03Speaker 1: he looks at me and he yells, and he says,
- 5:05Speaker 1: are you okay? And for the first time in my life,
- 5:08Speaker 1: and I was in my mid to late forties, I
- 5:12Speaker 1: guess I screamed at the top of my lungs, I
- 5:15Speaker 1: need help. As soon as I did that, I watched
- 5:18Speaker 1: him turn to go get the board, really smart move,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and then I felt like the hand of God lift
- 5:24Speaker 1: me up by my ass and deposited me on the beach.
- 5:28Speaker 1: As soon as I said that, felt like I got
- 5:30Speaker 1: lifted up by a wave and it threw me onto
- 5:34Speaker 1: the beach. And I cannot help but believe that I
- 5:38Speaker 1: was supposed to learn that lesson of accepting help, which
- 5:42Speaker 1: I've never been comfortable with, more so now, but never
- 5:46Speaker 1: been comfortable with that.
- 5:47Speaker 3: I think that's like when you get over chronic addiction.
- 5:51Speaker 3: You get so low, you're having like nervous breakdown number three,
- 5:56Speaker 3: and you just suddenly got to let everything go and
- 6:00Speaker 3: realize that there's some well you I don't know, I
- 6:04Speaker 3: don't know why I was so lucky, but just that
- 6:07Speaker 3: epiphany that there's something bigger going on here. I'm not managing,
- 6:10Speaker 3: I'm not managing this very well. It's I've done it
- 6:14Speaker 3: my way and I've trust my life. I've really just
- 6:19Speaker 3: you know, you know, I used to have a job
- 6:22Speaker 3: I can't even think about. I'm not even like any
- 6:25Speaker 3: million miles from being employable now and crazy. So yes,
- 6:32Speaker 3: I don't really know where to start, Peter, But what
- 6:35Speaker 3: I want is for people watching to instantly realize this
- 6:39Speaker 3: podcast is for you friends. One thing I do know
- 6:43Speaker 3: about YouTube audience, not that we're only on YouTube, but
- 6:48Speaker 3: YouTube's a good example is are you familiar with the
- 6:53Speaker 3: dimensions of enlightenments of Third dimension is kind of like
- 6:58Speaker 3: the matrix fourth Dome of people that are waking up
- 7:01Speaker 3: to the to the programming and realizing that you know,
- 7:05Speaker 3: I don't.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Know even we're on moving towards fifth dimension.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Yeah, maybe just fourth dimension realized these medical interventions are
- 7:14Speaker 3: probably not in your best interest. And then, of course
- 7:18Speaker 3: fifth dimension is when you step over the threshold into
- 7:22Speaker 3: into spirit, where you realize this meat suit is a
- 7:27Speaker 3: vessel for experience in life. It's not where the buck ends,
- 7:30Speaker 3: that that you're you're part of something bigger, that there's
- 7:34Speaker 3: this great, big experiment of which you're a part. Peter
- 7:37Speaker 3: and I am so, I'm you and you're me. We're
- 7:40Speaker 3: just we're life experiencing itself subjective, you know, subjectively, and
- 7:45Speaker 3: then of course you reject them. You don't reject, but
- 7:49Speaker 3: you understand the material aspect of life is not going
- 7:52Speaker 3: to make you happy and this kind of this, this
- 7:55Speaker 3: kind of thing, and of course that that love is,
- 7:58Speaker 3: you know, the love that we were all told was
- 8:00Speaker 3: a bit sissy when we were kids. We now realize
- 8:03Speaker 3: actually it's the most most important ingredient in that. So
- 8:09Speaker 3: I would say to people watching, I can congratulate anyone
- 8:13Speaker 3: on getting to the fourth dimension and query in what's
- 8:16Speaker 3: going on in the world and why have we got,
- 8:19Speaker 3: for example, in the UK ramp and immigrate illegal immigration.
- 8:24Speaker 3: I know the States is the same, you know, you
- 8:27Speaker 3: know it's great too, it's great to get this, but
- 8:31Speaker 3: I think the real the you know, the kind of
- 8:34Speaker 3: money shot, if that's the right word, is when you
- 8:36Speaker 3: realize that, if if life is energy, vibration and frequency,
- 8:42Speaker 3: there's people there that they well understand this. And it's yeah,
- 8:46Speaker 3: it's not the politicians. They're just the puppets that are
- 8:49Speaker 3: put in blade. There's people above that that are just
- 8:52Speaker 3: manipulating you. They're doing it with the beauty culture, with
- 8:56Speaker 3: the the the indoctrination which we been sold as the
- 9:01Speaker 3: education system, with the medical narrative, which we unfortunately can't
- 9:06Speaker 3: talk about here. And sorry, Peter, I always like to
- 9:11Speaker 3: talk a bit at the beginning of the show, just
- 9:13Speaker 3: so everyone kind of knows where I am, they know
- 9:16Speaker 3: where they are, and then you also know. So what
- 9:21Speaker 3: would you say to these individuals then that they're awakened,
- 9:26Speaker 3: they get that something's not right and they would like
- 9:30Speaker 3: to see change. What I'm just going to hand the
- 9:34Speaker 3: floor over to Peter, what do you think?
- 9:35Speaker 1: Well, let me clarify the change, change within themselves, change
- 9:38Speaker 1: in the world are both.
- 9:40Speaker 3: Well, perhaps you could suggest.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Okay, well, I mean Gandhi did say, be the change
- 9:46Speaker 1: that you want to see in the world. And prior
- 9:48Speaker 1: to going live with you, we were talking about the
- 9:52Speaker 1: Hermetic laws, the Hermetic principles, these seven principles that govern
- 9:56Speaker 1: the behavior of the universe. And the one that I
- 9:59Speaker 1: really spend a lot of time thinking about is the
- 10:02Speaker 1: law of correspondence, as above, so below, as within, so without.
- 10:07Speaker 1: If I walk into a bar and I'm pissed off,
- 10:10Speaker 1: I'm angry, I'm going to experience that being reflected back
- 10:15Speaker 1: to me by other people. Right if I walk in
- 10:18Speaker 1: and I'm feeling really good about myself, I'm going to
- 10:20Speaker 1: have I'm going to have that experience being reflected by
- 10:23Speaker 1: other people. And all of our attention in our culture
- 10:26Speaker 1: is generally focused outside. You know, if I get the
- 10:29Speaker 1: corner office, if I get the really hot girlfriend on
- 10:33Speaker 1: my arm, if I get the facelift, if I get
- 10:36Speaker 1: the new set of clothes or new car, then I'll
- 10:40Speaker 1: feel good about myself. You know, that person is this,
- 10:43Speaker 1: that person is that, and it takes us away from
- 10:46Speaker 1: where our real power is, which is inside of us.
- 10:49Speaker 1: We have the power to change what's inside of us,
- 10:51Speaker 1: and when we do that, we become an agent of
- 10:54Speaker 1: that same kind of change all around us. And this
- 10:57Speaker 1: can happen for either good or for ill.
- 11:00Speaker 3: So would an example of that be you know, there's
- 11:04Speaker 3: a lot going on in life at the moment. You
- 11:08Speaker 3: can understand why people are upset with. Our country is
- 11:11Speaker 3: changing physically by the second, and you see it, and
- 11:15Speaker 3: there's a lot of frightening stuff out there. You know,
- 11:18Speaker 3: there's a lot of scary people that really shouldn't be here.
- 11:21Speaker 3: And I'm not I'm not stereotyping everyone, of course, but
- 11:25Speaker 3: when when children start getting involved and you know, women
- 11:29Speaker 3: can't safely walk the streets, then it's time that I
- 11:33Speaker 3: think it's time that people started to take action. But
- 11:38Speaker 3: I guess the issue, Peter, you know, please give us
- 11:41Speaker 3: your your perspective on this is if you're kind of
- 11:45Speaker 3: knocking back two bottles of wine every night and you're
- 11:48Speaker 3: the kind of road rage guy in the morning because
- 11:50Speaker 3: it's always everyone else's you know, fault, and you're you're
- 11:54Speaker 3: in a job that maybe it's a bit dead end,
- 11:56Speaker 3: you're not quite happy, but you kind of don't do
- 11:59Speaker 3: anything about it. You don't, for example, get a morning
- 12:02Speaker 3: routine and get up an hour early and have a
- 12:05Speaker 3: bit of meditation time and go for a walk, and
- 12:09Speaker 3: you smell the roses, and you tend to gravitate to
- 12:13Speaker 3: the doom videos on the in you know, the scrolling
- 12:18Speaker 3: for the for the dopamine. And I guess what I'm
- 12:21Speaker 3: getting at is I always think, like, yes, you're upset
- 12:25Speaker 3: about what's going on. Are you part of the solution
- 12:29Speaker 3: or are you a part of the problem. Does this
- 12:32Speaker 3: kind of makes sense?
- 12:33Speaker 1: It does make sense, and it reminds me of my
- 12:36Speaker 1: experience being a firefighter, we were constantly told if if
- 12:40Speaker 1: you have a sprained ankle, if you have the flu,
- 12:43Speaker 1: if you just drank a beer or two, we don't
- 12:46Speaker 1: want you. Don't come because we don't need another person
- 12:49Speaker 1: who's disabled showing up at the scene trying to help
- 12:53Speaker 1: people who really need help. And I take that in
- 12:55Speaker 1: this larger context as the first thing that we have
- 12:58Speaker 1: to do is clean up our own side of the street.
- 13:01Speaker 1: You know, if we're if we're screaming at our at
- 13:03Speaker 1: our at our kid, you know, if we're if we're
- 13:06Speaker 1: if we're behaving in ways that are destructive to ourself
- 13:09Speaker 1: and others, don't we have to clean that up first
- 13:12Speaker 1: before we try to change anything else. And I'm not
- 13:15Speaker 1: saying that these things can't happen in parallel, because we're
- 13:17Speaker 1: never going to be perfect in this lifetime. But I
- 13:20Speaker 1: think we have to put some attention on us. Am
- 13:24Speaker 1: I fit to go to an MVA to motor vehicle
- 13:28Speaker 1: accident and help somebody who needs to get cut out
- 13:30Speaker 1: of their car?
- 13:31Speaker 3: You know?
- 13:32Speaker 1: Am I fit? Am I in a state where I
- 13:33Speaker 1: can actually help If I go to the scene of
- 13:36Speaker 1: a structure fire right and do what needs to be
- 13:39Speaker 1: done there, because if I'm not, I have no business
- 13:41Speaker 1: over there. And I also think that we have kind
- 13:44Speaker 1: of you know, since we were kids, we have this
- 13:47Speaker 1: this inner bullshit meter. You know, if our parents are saying, yeah,
- 13:51Speaker 1: you're spending too much time watching TV while they're sitting
- 13:53Speaker 1: there watching TV, bullshit meter goes off. Well, I think
- 13:56Speaker 1: we have the inner bullshit meter for ourselves. You know,
- 13:59Speaker 1: there's and there are all these raises like you know, physician,
- 14:01Speaker 1: heel byself, you know, first, do no harm.
- 14:04Speaker 3: Yes, it's it makes me chuckle. I quite often meet
- 14:08Speaker 3: people that watch my show and they always introduce themselves, Hi, Chris,
- 14:13Speaker 3: I love your show. I'm just gonna get a drink.
- 14:16Speaker 3: You don't mind it. I'm like, no, no, I don't go,
- 14:19Speaker 3: you know, get a beer or a bottle of whiskey.
- 14:22Speaker 3: It's it's fine. Yeah, And I'm just gonna get a burger.
- 14:26Speaker 3: You are you? You okay? I'm like, if I wanted
- 14:29Speaker 3: a burger out, I'd go and eat a burger. I
- 14:31Speaker 3: just choose, try to choose. You quite often choose not
- 14:34Speaker 3: to sort of thing. And then it's you know, I say, so,
- 14:37Speaker 3: what are you doing for your morning routine. Then oh yeah,
- 14:40Speaker 3: I kind of hit snooze on the alarm, all right, okay,
- 14:43Speaker 3: and you you know, you checking your pH levels and
- 14:48Speaker 3: you eating the right stuff. And I guess what I'm
- 14:51Speaker 3: getting at is it just makes me chuckle. There's a
- 14:53Speaker 3: lot of people love watching my channel, but don't do
- 14:56Speaker 3: anything that I suggest. And they're all really simple things,
- 15:01Speaker 3: really simple things to live in paradise. And when I
- 15:04Speaker 3: say that, I genuinely mean one hundred percent. I live
- 15:07Speaker 3: in Paradis. I'm never leaving. And it's so simple, as
- 15:11Speaker 3: you know, you get up, you make your bed to
- 15:13Speaker 3: show that you have you know, you have the power
- 15:16Speaker 3: of change. You get out and get some fresh air,
- 15:18Speaker 3: whether you like cycling, run and swimming, just walking or
- 15:22Speaker 3: singning and being. And I love the hot shower cold
- 15:25Speaker 3: shower thing because it stimulates the vaguus nerve and it
- 15:28Speaker 3: makes you feel you're alive, as if you were in
- 15:31Speaker 3: the forest again, and and all this stuff. It's just
- 15:35Speaker 3: so simple to do. Yeah, I like to run every morning,
- 15:38Speaker 3: but I never make it difficult for myself. You know,
- 15:43Speaker 3: I've learned to run up the biggest hill in my city, Peter,
- 15:46Speaker 3: and it's just pretty easy. You know, I don't, you know,
- 15:51Speaker 3: not so sorry, I've got sort of gone on on
- 15:53Speaker 3: there a bit. But it's what are we saying to
- 15:58Speaker 3: And I'm trying to help. I'm trying to support people
- 16:00Speaker 3: here because I know what it's like to be in
- 16:02Speaker 3: a dark, negative place, you know. I think because I've
- 16:08Speaker 3: been in that dark place. That's why we're having this
- 16:10Speaker 3: chat now. But what you know, what are we saying
- 16:13Speaker 3: to individuals and Peter that are you know, maybe they're
- 16:16Speaker 3: not happy in their life, they haven't got the job,
- 16:19Speaker 3: they don't like what they see, you know, in the media.
- 16:22Speaker 1: So I think from from what you've just said, what
- 16:26Speaker 1: I hear is kind of the will the willpower. You
- 16:30Speaker 1: know that if I just exercise enough willpower, then I
- 16:34Speaker 1: will be able to do these things I and I
- 16:36Speaker 1: will feel better. There's another side to the same coin,
- 16:40Speaker 1: which is what is it from your past that's holding
- 16:44Speaker 1: you back? So the job of the subconscious mind is
- 16:46Speaker 1: to protect you. That's its job, and it has no
- 16:50Speaker 1: concept of time. So something that happened when you were
- 16:52Speaker 1: a child, it's to the subconscious it's happening now. And
- 16:56Speaker 1: when people say I've been triggered, we all know what
- 16:59Speaker 1: this this. This means that we hear this all the time.
- 17:02Speaker 1: What that means is that an old wound has been
- 17:05Speaker 1: activated inside of me, and my body has moved into
- 17:08Speaker 1: fight or flight response. It's moved into the sympathetic nervous
- 17:12Speaker 1: system response. So I think I always want to look
- 17:16Speaker 1: at both sides of this coin when talking about change,
- 17:20Speaker 1: because literally, there's something holding you back, almost like you've
- 17:24Speaker 1: got this beautiful sailing ship and the anchor is deployed
- 17:28Speaker 1: and you've got the sails unfurled and they're filled with air,
- 17:32Speaker 1: but you're not going anywhere. It's because the anchor is
- 17:35Speaker 1: dragging across the seabed. And in that metaphor, it's like
- 17:38Speaker 1: you've got some kind of wound perhaps that is retarding
- 17:42Speaker 1: your progress, retarding your growth, and it's not. You know,
- 17:46Speaker 1: people will use the term self sabotage, and I understand
- 17:49Speaker 1: why they say that, but my perspective on that is
- 17:52Speaker 1: it's actually not sabotage. It's the subconscious that thinks, even
- 17:56Speaker 1: if it's not true, that it's protecting you by by
- 18:00Speaker 1: keeping you obese, you know, by keeping you poor, by
- 18:04Speaker 1: keeping you in a particular kind of state that to
- 18:08Speaker 1: your conscious mind is like I don't like this. This
- 18:10Speaker 1: is not pleasant, but that's exactly what I think is happening.
- 18:13Speaker 1: And so rather than you mentioned David Goggins before, and
- 18:17Speaker 1: he's found a kind of success I guess by beating
- 18:20Speaker 1: the shit out of himself, you know, physically and emotionally.
- 18:23Speaker 1: But I think that there's a better balance here. You know,
- 18:26Speaker 1: is my anchor still deployed? If it is, it would
- 18:28Speaker 1: be insane to try to sail across the seat until
- 18:31Speaker 1: I pull that anger in.
- 18:33Speaker 3: Yeah. The My girlfriend mentions Goggins a lot because yeah,
- 18:38Speaker 3: it's a big part missing from his performance, isn't there.
- 18:41Speaker 3: I'm not criticizing him ato. I think he's a wonderful individual.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Yes, he's got an incredible story.
- 18:48Speaker 3: Yeah, absolutely, super guy. But it's great. You know, it's
- 18:53Speaker 3: all well in being good telling someone the man up
- 18:56Speaker 3: and get over it and get out there and smash
- 18:59Speaker 3: it and you know, run one hundred. But I think
- 19:03Speaker 3: that person may not even have acknowledged their own trauma,
- 19:06Speaker 3: their own you know, the and I don't know, how
- 19:10Speaker 3: do we feel about this, Pete This, Yeah, it's all
- 19:13Speaker 3: well and good, you know, living your dream and whatever
- 19:16Speaker 3: it might be. But if you don't understand the fundamentals,
- 19:20Speaker 3: then there's probably not a good foundation.
- 19:22Speaker 1: If something's not going right, I think we all have
- 19:24Speaker 1: an obligation to look at that holistically. And getting up
- 19:29Speaker 1: in the morning and meditating and doing pushups and going
- 19:32Speaker 1: outside for a walk and getting morning sun in your eyes.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Clearly that's really good for you, but it may not
- 19:37Speaker 1: actually solve what's really dogging you. And it makes sense
- 19:41Speaker 1: to me that just like a healthy car engine, you
- 19:45Speaker 1: would be firing on all cylinders. And it wasn't long
- 19:48Speaker 1: ago I was watching this amazing roundtable where this scientist
- 19:52Speaker 1: was talking about the three factors that govern the behavior
- 19:55Speaker 1: of the universe, and at the highest level that governs everything,
- 20:00Speaker 1: she said is information, just basically like consciousness, and the
- 20:04Speaker 1: next level down, she said, was emotion, and the final
- 20:07Speaker 1: level is physical material reality. So if something's not going right,
- 20:13Speaker 1: what is at that highest level for you in your consciousness?
- 20:17Speaker 1: And I think of trauma that is taking you in
- 20:21Speaker 1: a direction or making it harder for you to go
- 20:23Speaker 1: in the direction that you choose to go you want
- 20:25Speaker 1: to go. And by saying this, I'm not I'm not
- 20:28Speaker 1: throwing out or obviating all those other things. The daily habits,
- 20:32Speaker 1: like you said, making your bed and all these other things.
- 20:34Speaker 1: Those are fat fantastic, but I think it has to
- 20:37Speaker 1: be married to this higher level what's going on in
- 20:40Speaker 1: your psyche, what happened in your past that might be
- 20:44Speaker 1: retarding your progress in your present, that might be holding
- 20:47Speaker 1: you back, like that anchor deployed on the sailing ship.
- 20:51Speaker 3: Absolutely so, a lot of people will relate to this,
- 20:54Speaker 3: you know, separated parents, divorced parents, military children will understand
- 21:02Speaker 3: what it's like to have an absent parent for quite
- 21:05Speaker 3: a significant part of their childhood. I guess that that
- 21:08Speaker 3: converts to or translates to rejection about abandonment, which which
- 21:15Speaker 3: are both forms of abuse people you know, certainly my generation.
- 21:21Speaker 3: I hope it doesn't go on as much as it did,
- 21:23Speaker 3: but will know what it's like to get clipped around
- 21:26Speaker 3: the ear, and that is a euphemism for a lot worse,
- 21:31Speaker 3: a lot worse treatment of children. And then of course
- 21:34Speaker 3: there's people who have been sexually abused. What how how
- 21:40Speaker 3: would this manifest in adult behavior if it's gone pretty
- 21:45Speaker 3: much unaddressed as most you know, society societies not trauma informed,
- 21:52Speaker 3: is it? You know, you've just got to look at
- 21:54Speaker 3: a typical Facebook conversation to see how how thoughtless people
- 21:59Speaker 3: are in the way that they interact and you know,
- 22:03Speaker 3: triggering off. We've got a massive mental health crisis in
- 22:07Speaker 3: the veterans community, and we lose a lot of people
- 22:10Speaker 3: to suicide, and I totally get why. So let's just
- 22:15Speaker 3: if we can look at the behaviors first, Peter, so
- 22:19Speaker 3: people watching can go, ah, right, I get that, And
- 22:22Speaker 3: I didn't realize that, like scrolling for dopamine is you know,
- 22:26Speaker 3: possibly symptomatic of unhealed trauma, et cetera, et cetera.
- 22:31Speaker 1: For sure, for sure. So what I see in my
- 22:34Speaker 1: practice with my clients and my parents, you know, full disclosure,
- 22:39Speaker 1: got divorced when I was five years old, And I
- 22:42Speaker 1: often think about the myth of Achilles, the greatest Greek warrior,
- 22:46Speaker 1: who had this one little vulnerability, which is achilles heel,
- 22:50Speaker 1: where his mom held him when she dipped him into
- 22:53Speaker 1: the river Styx, so that he would be you know,
- 22:55Speaker 1: immune from wounds and the rest of his body. I
- 22:59Speaker 1: think we all have that achilles heel someplace, and for me,
- 23:04Speaker 1: it's probably close to abandonment. So I can speak to
- 23:07Speaker 1: this from the perspective of my own experience and from
- 23:11Speaker 1: working with so many people over the last eighteen years.
- 23:14Speaker 1: One of the symptoms of that, I would suggest is
- 23:17Speaker 1: a kind of shutting down. You know, when a person
- 23:20Speaker 1: perceives danger, because that's how the subconscious mind is perceiving it,
- 23:24Speaker 1: they can just shut down and in a relationship that's
- 23:27Speaker 1: not great, that's not great behavior. You know, they can
- 23:29Speaker 1: avoid certain things, they can withdraw and avoid certain things
- 23:33Speaker 1: and thus miss out on a kind of richness of life.
- 23:37Speaker 1: To your point, any kind of issue can result in
- 23:42Speaker 1: what we would call addictions, where a person is trying
- 23:44Speaker 1: to temporarily escape from an unpleasant feeling that they're having.
- 23:49Speaker 1: And it isn't necessarily like, oh, consciously, I'm thinking about
- 23:52Speaker 1: something that happened in the past, and now I'm going
- 23:55Speaker 1: to go do this thing to sue me. No, it's
- 23:56Speaker 1: like automatic. You know, ninety three percent of your brain's
- 24:00Speaker 1: processing powers in the subconscious mind. You have sixty thousand
- 24:03Speaker 1: or so thoughts a day, and you're only aware of
- 24:05Speaker 1: about three to five percent of those thoughts. So it's
- 24:08Speaker 1: just this automatic thing happening over and over again. And
- 24:10Speaker 1: I'm sure your listeners can identify with patterns that they
- 24:14Speaker 1: find themselves in that have been going on, maybe for decades,
- 24:18Speaker 1: and they try to use willforce to break that pattern,
- 24:20Speaker 1: and it might work for a little while, and then
- 24:22Speaker 1: they go right back. You know, if the thermostat is
- 24:24Speaker 1: set to seventy two degrees, it might go up to
- 24:27Speaker 1: seventy three, it might go to seventy four before the
- 24:30Speaker 1: system shuts off. It might go down to sixty eight.
- 24:33Speaker 1: But it's going to hover right around that place, that
- 24:35Speaker 1: set point. And I believe that our programming, that highest level,
- 24:39Speaker 1: that information level, is governing behind the scenes all of
- 24:43Speaker 1: this behavior. And if I can, I would like to
- 24:46Speaker 1: point this out that our cells, every cell in your
- 24:49Speaker 1: body is completely replaced every seven years. Why if you
- 24:53Speaker 1: got a scar like you got to cut and a
- 24:55Speaker 1: scar resulted on your left forearm when you were seven
- 24:58Speaker 1: years old, why would you still have that scar when
- 25:01Speaker 1: you're twenty eight. There's got to be some kind of
- 25:04Speaker 1: blueprint that says you have a scar in your left arm,
- 25:07Speaker 1: let's recreate that.
- 25:08Speaker 3: To me, this is fascinated absolutely. Do we know why that?
- 25:14Speaker 3: Do we have any thoughts why that is? Well?
- 25:16Speaker 1: My thought is that your whatever you want to call it,
- 25:20Speaker 1: your subconscious mind, your higher self, your spirit whatever has said, Oh,
- 25:24Speaker 1: this is part of who Peter is. He's got the
- 25:27Speaker 1: scar on his left forearm. So we're going to recreate
- 25:30Speaker 1: the scar as we're creating new cells in that part
- 25:34Speaker 1: of the body, and we're going to do it over
- 25:35Speaker 1: and over again, at a minimum every seven years. It
- 25:38Speaker 1: might be every four years. And there's something else that's
- 25:40Speaker 1: tantalizing along these lines, which is I remember reading a
- 25:45Speaker 1: New York Times article I think I still have it
- 25:47Speaker 1: somewhere from nineteen eighty nine, and what they said in
- 25:50Speaker 1: this article was that for over one hundred years, clinicians
- 25:53Speaker 1: have recognized that people with multiple personality disorders can have
- 25:58Speaker 1: these remarkable changes to go from one personality Ralph into
- 26:02Speaker 1: another personality, Stephen, including the appearance and disappearance of scars,
- 26:09Speaker 1: the appearance and disappearance of wounds. And as a hypnotist,
- 26:13Speaker 1: I think, well, if Ralph thinks and believes he has
- 26:17Speaker 1: a scar, but Stephen doesn't, that's why it goes away.
- 26:19Speaker 1: And when he goes back to Ralph, that's why it
- 26:21Speaker 1: appears again. And I'm not saying I've done a deep
- 26:24Speaker 1: dive into this and I've released I'm just talking about
- 26:27Speaker 1: this article from the New York Times in nineteen eighty nine.
- 26:30Speaker 1: You know, left handed left handedness, to right handedness, and
- 26:33Speaker 1: then back to left handedness. You know, aspects of the
- 26:36Speaker 1: personality obviously change, but there are also these physical.
- 26:39Speaker 3: Things, and we think of.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Physical aspect as being immutable. But back to that scientist
- 26:44Speaker 1: that said, here are the three levels of how the
- 26:47Speaker 1: world or the universe works. The highest level is information,
- 26:50Speaker 1: the lowest level is physical. So it makes sense to
- 26:53Speaker 1: me that the highest level information can affect the lowest
- 26:57Speaker 1: level physical. And now we have a word for it,
- 27:00Speaker 1: which is called epigenetics. So epi, I think in Greek
- 27:03Speaker 1: means above or higher, higher than genetics. So it's been
- 27:08Speaker 1: proven that you can change your genetic expression through your mind.
- 27:12Speaker 1: In other words, you can turn say, bad genes off
- 27:18Speaker 1: and you or downregulate them, and you can upregulate or
- 27:21Speaker 1: turn on good genes. How do you do this well,
- 27:25Speaker 1: Being in a blissful state, when you're meditating, being in
- 27:28Speaker 1: a state of love, being in a state of gratitude,
- 27:30Speaker 1: being out in nature doing things that you love. What's
- 27:33Speaker 1: that going to do? It's going to put you in
- 27:34Speaker 1: this parasympathetic, nervous state. The rest and digest mode, and
- 27:39Speaker 1: it's going to begin to shift your genetic expression towards
- 27:44Speaker 1: the positive, towards the healthy, and clearly being in a
- 27:47Speaker 1: state of stress, anger, anxiety, fear is going to do
- 27:50Speaker 1: the opposite. So we know all of this stuff, but
- 27:54Speaker 1: our current paradigm doesn't actually practice that way.
- 27:58Speaker 3: Yes, so we're looking at these behaviors you, I mean,
- 28:02Speaker 3: we could list a whole range of them, couldn't we.
- 28:05Speaker 3: I think I think I do done all of them
- 28:07Speaker 3: in the past. That overeating, that overdrinking, the substance misuse,
- 28:12Speaker 3: or self medicating. There's other yeah, I mean it could
- 28:17Speaker 3: be showing like shopping, couldn't it, Or pornography.
- 28:21Speaker 1: Or absolutely gameboy.
- 28:22Speaker 3: Now what we're saying is and this makes me chuckle
- 28:26Speaker 3: at New Year's Eve when everyone makes a resolution and
- 28:29Speaker 3: I think, oh my god, it took me like twenty
- 28:31Speaker 3: years to just even try to get a grip on
- 28:34Speaker 3: most of my behaviors. And I still, you know, I'm
- 28:37Speaker 3: still fallible. And it's crazy that we've got this thing
- 28:40Speaker 3: that you can just give something up overnight and totally.
- 28:44Speaker 3: Are you familiar with the stages of change procusca and
- 28:48Speaker 3: di clemente, I can't say it's a wonderful I recommend
- 28:53Speaker 3: anyone looks it up. It's a model that explains human change.
- 28:58Speaker 3: Why is it human being change? And of course the
- 29:01Speaker 3: first has to be motivation to change, which usually is
- 29:04Speaker 3: out pain. Then you you kind of sustain the behavior
- 29:08Speaker 3: a while, and then inevitably your old triggers come back.
- 29:12Speaker 3: You're not prepared, and you relapse or you lapse, and
- 29:16Speaker 3: then your life gets painful again. And then it gets
- 29:19Speaker 3: painful enough to go, oh, hang on, I said, I
- 29:22Speaker 3: wasn't going to do this behavior. I wasn't going to
- 29:24Speaker 3: have five McDonald's in an evening. And let's go again,
- 29:28Speaker 3: and you go again, and of course each time you
- 29:31Speaker 3: go around this circle, you're learning more. You're learning more. Ah,
- 29:36Speaker 3: this triggers me to do this this. So that's for
- 29:41Speaker 3: anyone interested Prochascar and di Clemente Stages of change. Type
- 29:47Speaker 3: that into a search engine and you'll see what I mean.
- 29:51Speaker 3: What are we saying then with people that they try,
- 29:54Speaker 3: they sustain the change for a while, and then they
- 29:58Speaker 3: go back a week saying that's the unresolved deep down
- 30:02Speaker 3: issue the driver one.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Hundred percent, one hundred percent. I mean, I like to
- 30:08Speaker 1: think I use this term triggered. I'm triggered, cheese triggered.
- 30:13Speaker 1: Trigger warning, blah blah blah. You were in the military,
- 30:16Speaker 1: you understand firearms. If you don't want a gun to fire,
- 30:20Speaker 1: there's a couple of ways of doing that right. One
- 30:22Speaker 1: of the ways is you don't trigger the gun. The
- 30:24Speaker 1: other ways you put a safety on, and the and
- 30:26Speaker 1: the most effective way is you unload it. You take
- 30:29Speaker 1: the magazine out, and you make sure that there's nothing
- 30:31Speaker 1: in the in the chamber right, lock the slide open.
- 30:36Speaker 1: It can't fire. Now. You can keep pulling the trigger
- 30:38Speaker 1: all you want, it's not gonna fire. So in this metaphor,
- 30:41Speaker 1: if someone's being triggered, we could say that's because their
- 30:45Speaker 1: gun is loaded. Well, what's it loaded with. It's loaded
- 30:49Speaker 1: with a trauma. And that trauma can be healed. And
- 30:52Speaker 1: remember what I said about how the subconscious functions. Its
- 30:55Speaker 1: job is to protect you. It's no concept of time,
- 30:58Speaker 1: So I don't care if the trauma happened last week
- 31:00Speaker 1: or if it happened fifty years ago. It's still alive
- 31:03Speaker 1: in your subconscious mind, and you know it because you
- 31:05Speaker 1: get triggered. So why not why not fire on all cylinders? Yes,
- 31:11Speaker 1: use your will force, yes, use your conscious mind, yes,
- 31:15Speaker 1: come up with a routine, yes, get support you know
- 31:18Speaker 1: other people that are going through the same thing. Perhaps
- 31:21Speaker 1: make sure that the alcohol's not in the house. Absolutely,
- 31:24Speaker 1: But why not simultaneously find out what's driving this? Why
- 31:28Speaker 1: did you take the first drink? Does it make you
- 31:31Speaker 1: feel like your whole, like you're complete? Does it make
- 31:34Speaker 1: you feel like you're okay? Do you stop thinking about
- 31:37Speaker 1: your problems? Does it make you feel like you're connected
- 31:39Speaker 1: to a deceased relative who was also a drinker. It's
- 31:42Speaker 1: going to be different for different people. And what is
- 31:45Speaker 1: the exact moment where that was created? And in hypnosis
- 31:49Speaker 1: and using other tools, people can figure this out. Oh yeah,
- 31:52Speaker 1: I'm five years old and I'm sitting in my grandmother's
- 31:55Speaker 1: basement and my dad's drinking at the bar, and I'm
- 31:58Speaker 1: looking at him and thinking, Wow, what a cool guy
- 32:00Speaker 1: he is, or how how much I want him to
- 32:03Speaker 1: love me and to respect me, and he's not putting
- 32:05Speaker 1: any attention on me. That could be the moment something
- 32:08Speaker 1: like that. We use this word trauma, which I think
- 32:11Speaker 1: is a much more fungible term because to that five
- 32:13Speaker 1: year old, that was a trauma, right.
- 32:16Speaker 3: How does it relate then to your wonderful introductory video
- 32:22Speaker 3: on your YouTube channel, and it's I would play at friends,
- 32:26Speaker 3: but we're worried about the copyright of the music. But
- 32:29Speaker 3: it's along the lines of you are not you, you
- 32:33Speaker 3: do not exist, you are not your job, you are
- 32:36Speaker 3: not the car that you drive. This paraphrasing obviously, but
- 32:41Speaker 3: why what what's the balance here or what's you know,
- 32:45Speaker 3: is there a pet On the one hand, we're not
- 32:49Speaker 3: these things that we've been told a whole life that
- 32:52Speaker 3: we are. I'm Chris, I'm an ex marine, I'm a YouTuber,
- 32:56Speaker 3: I run marathons to dead to debt, you know, very
- 33:00Speaker 3: powerful conditioning of mind, mind conditioning. And then on the
- 33:05Speaker 3: other hand, we're saying that people have unhealed trauma. What's
- 33:10Speaker 3: the kind of like link between the two or at
- 33:13Speaker 3: least just two.
- 33:13Speaker 1: So it's a fabulous question, and I'm really glad you
- 33:16Speaker 1: asked it, And my answer would be this, that we
- 33:20Speaker 1: are simultaneously and necessarily operating on a physical plane because
- 33:27Speaker 1: we have physical bodies, and we are in a physical body,
- 33:31Speaker 1: and we have certain realities that pertain to that body.
- 33:34Speaker 1: We have to eat, we have to sleep, we have
- 33:36Speaker 1: to be able to provide for ourselves. We have to
- 33:38Speaker 1: be able to clean ourselves and so on. But we're
- 33:41Speaker 1: also simultaneously operating in a spiritual reality, and we have
- 33:45Speaker 1: to find a way to merge these things. So theoretically,
- 33:49Speaker 1: it would be possible if you've changed your consciousness enough
- 33:54Speaker 1: that all of those traumas would just fall away, they
- 33:56Speaker 1: would just dissolve. But that's not the average person's experience,
- 34:00Speaker 1: mine included. So I want to be operating again, this
- 34:03Speaker 1: concept of firing in all cylinders. I want to be
- 34:06Speaker 1: operating and going, as you know, deeper and deeper into
- 34:09Speaker 1: the spiritual realms while still taking care of my physical
- 34:12Speaker 1: body and my physical experience and the things that happened
- 34:17Speaker 1: to me that are affecting my consciousness. Does that make
- 34:21Speaker 1: sense as an answer to your question, is there any
- 34:23Speaker 1: part of it that's not clear?
- 34:24Speaker 3: Yes, it does. I don't want to overload things and
- 34:28Speaker 3: get things confusing, But there's something here about during the
- 34:32Speaker 3: medical narrative. Everyone knows what I'm talking about. You know,
- 34:35Speaker 3: some of us realized how wrong it was from the
- 34:38Speaker 3: get go, because we've studied, we're academic, we know how
- 34:43Speaker 3: things work and what they're telling you. You know, on
- 34:45Speaker 3: the once you understand who owns the news channels, then
- 34:51Speaker 3: you understand you should never ever listen to them. And
- 34:54Speaker 3: so here's the thing. I took action. I stood in
- 34:58Speaker 3: my truth and I did what I thought was right
- 35:00Speaker 3: because I'm mainly because I'm a parent. If I wasn't
- 35:04Speaker 3: a parent, I don't really have a community that relies
- 35:07Speaker 3: on me, you know, for guidance and standing up with
- 35:10Speaker 3: a rifle or anything, you know. But I'm a parent.
- 35:13Speaker 3: I brought someone into this world. I gotta have their back.
- 35:17Speaker 3: So I march. I got the veterans together. We marched
- 35:20Speaker 3: on Parliament. I know it's tokenistic, friends, if you're you know,
- 35:24Speaker 3: marching in this kind of thing, but I was just
- 35:26Speaker 3: trying to demonstrate to other people it's okay to say no.
- 35:31Speaker 3: You know, if you've got someone telling you to wear
- 35:34Speaker 3: your underpants on your face, it's okay to go. Do
- 35:38Speaker 3: you know what? That's kind of like a bit weird, dude.
- 35:41Speaker 3: I'm I won't be doing that. You know. It's literally
- 35:45Speaker 3: no scientific evidence at all that that is based, and
- 35:50Speaker 3: I'm not. I don't want to get into the minushai
- 35:52Speaker 3: of the medical thing, right. But then there's the other
- 35:55Speaker 3: side of the coinpeed of where my spiritual self that
- 35:59Speaker 3: all the everything, the great energy, this one the eye
- 36:02Speaker 3: of the eye, this experience. You know, you or me
- 36:04Speaker 3: and I'm you. We're just We're just life experiencing itself. Subjectively.
- 36:09Speaker 3: I could have gone and sat in my backyard the garden,
- 36:13Speaker 3: bit a son on my face, music on, and I'm
- 36:17Speaker 3: in heaven and it was you. I didn't know if
- 36:22Speaker 3: I was doing the right thing. The last life coach
- 36:25Speaker 3: I spoke to, the one wonderful chap Wayne Forrest I
- 36:30Speaker 3: spoke to yesterday, said Chris, absolutely, when they're coming over
- 36:33Speaker 3: your borders and your family is in danger, obviously I'm
- 36:37Speaker 3: talking about the immigration. You know absolutely, you stand in
- 36:41Speaker 3: your truth and you do what is right. And that's
- 36:46Speaker 3: that's what you're saying, Peter. That's the material aspect of
- 36:50Speaker 3: this existence.
- 36:52Speaker 1: And I had this experience as a firefighter. Maybe you
- 36:54Speaker 1: had it in the in the in the military, that
- 36:57Speaker 1: you know, I'm doing chest compressions on somebody that we've
- 37:00Speaker 1: find floating face down in a pool, and there's three
- 37:03Speaker 1: of us taking turns doing chest compressions on her, trying
- 37:06Speaker 1: to get her heart going again. Physical right, We're doing
- 37:09Speaker 1: everything that we can to save her life. We get
- 37:12Speaker 1: her heart going and put her in the ambulance and
- 37:15Speaker 1: she goes off to the hospital and I find out
- 37:18Speaker 1: later that because her brain was so damaged, because she
- 37:21Speaker 1: was without oxygen, that she died. Well, I'm simultaneously doing
- 37:27Speaker 1: everything I can possibly do in that moment to try
- 37:29Speaker 1: to save her life on a physical level, on a
- 37:32Speaker 1: human level, there's a part of me when I find
- 37:34Speaker 1: out that she's died, is that is sorrowful for her
- 37:38Speaker 1: and for her family, and you know, wishes that there
- 37:40Speaker 1: was something else we could have done. But then there's
- 37:42Speaker 1: a spiritual part of me that's like, that's her path,
- 37:45Speaker 1: that's her path, and you have to allow as one
- 37:49Speaker 1: spirit to another to let them walk their path because
- 37:53Speaker 1: maybe that was what was necessary. Maybe that was her
- 37:55Speaker 1: spiritual contract. Maybe the people that she left behind, for
- 38:00Speaker 1: whatever reason, need to go through this experience. I don't know,
- 38:03Speaker 1: but it brings peace to me to step into that
- 38:07Speaker 1: part when the physical part has run its course. So
- 38:10Speaker 1: I do think we're balancing these things. I've been told
- 38:14Speaker 1: by my spirit guides and meditation that it is, like
- 38:18Speaker 1: Shakespeare said, all the world's a stage, all the men
- 38:21Speaker 1: and women are merely players. Each has its entrance and
- 38:24Speaker 1: its exit, that we are all like actors. We've taken
- 38:27Speaker 1: on this role, right, this personality and the word personality
- 38:31Speaker 1: comes from the Greek masks they used in theater two
- 38:34Speaker 1: thousand years ago. It's not you, it's your personality. But
- 38:37Speaker 1: we've taken on the personality the way an actor takes
- 38:40Speaker 1: on a role. They play many roles in their lifetime.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Is any one of those roles the actor?
- 38:47Speaker 3: No?
- 38:47Speaker 1: Does it inform them? Does it help them grow and change? Yes?
- 38:52Speaker 1: So we have to hold, in my opinion, this awareness
- 38:54Speaker 1: that we are on a stage, that we are going
- 38:58Speaker 1: through a kind of play, and that it it has
- 39:00Speaker 1: its own reality, but there's a larger reality outside of it,
- 39:04Speaker 1: and that just like an actor on the stage, I
- 39:06Speaker 1: want to do the very best I can. I want
- 39:09Speaker 1: to make sure I memorize my lines. I want to
- 39:10Speaker 1: make sure I don't let anybody down. I want to
- 39:12Speaker 1: make sure that I entertain the audience and I do
- 39:15Speaker 1: all of the things that I'm there to do that
- 39:16Speaker 1: I'm being paid for. But I still have an awareness
- 39:19Speaker 1: this isn't me right. If the step falls down, if
- 39:23Speaker 1: I don't if there's only five people in the audience
- 39:26Speaker 1: or whatever. I get fired. I know this isn't like,
- 39:30Speaker 1: this isn't me. There's a bigger reality. Yeah.
- 39:33Speaker 3: The other thing as well, is with the scenario that
- 39:38Speaker 3: was the aforementioned scenario, is like, when you study it
- 39:42Speaker 3: long enough, you just see that there's a dark network.
- 39:47Speaker 3: I think JFK actually talked about this. You know, there's
- 39:50Speaker 3: a dark network out there. They've they've been playing their
- 39:54Speaker 3: game since they learned to take control of the money
- 39:57Speaker 3: system and charge interest and no is Uzeri obviously, and
- 40:02Speaker 3: it even gets mentioned in scripture because it's recognized as
- 40:07Speaker 3: uzuri will lead to the enslavement of mankind.
- 40:11Speaker 1: And it was the one time that Jesus got angry
- 40:14Speaker 1: and he flipped over the tables of the money changers.
- 40:17Speaker 3: Yeah, and I see, you know, I see what this
- 40:21Speaker 3: dark network's doing. They're playing people. The gas lighting is
- 40:26Speaker 3: like their most favored They put an idea in your
- 40:29Speaker 3: head and then they you know, they like build you
- 40:33Speaker 3: up or break you down based on this idea that
- 40:36Speaker 3: was never even a thing in the first place. You know,
- 40:39Speaker 3: you know, all these conversations about transgender the transgender issue,
- 40:46Speaker 3: it's I'm fifty five. I've with the exception of Thailand,
- 40:49Speaker 3: because things are different over there. I physically met two
- 40:54Speaker 3: transgender people in my fifty five years. I've been around
- 40:58Speaker 3: sort of others. But why is this the thing?
- 41:01Speaker 1: Why?
- 41:01Speaker 3: What you know, if you go on Twitter, you'd think
- 41:04Speaker 3: it's like literally the only subject anyone ever wants to
- 41:07Speaker 3: talk about. And I get it is because we're being
- 41:10Speaker 3: gas lit. We're being fragmented into identity politics. And so
- 41:15Speaker 3: this is why I don't just go and live on
- 41:19Speaker 3: a desert island somewhere and go yuh. But it's confusing.
- 41:26Speaker 3: You can see I'm confused by it.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Peter Well, I mean to that point about these different issues.
- 41:33Speaker 1: Every when something comes out of nowhere and it happens everywhere,
- 41:38Speaker 1: all at once with alacrity, you pretty much know that
- 41:41Speaker 1: it's centrally directed. Yeah, you know, Western so called liberal
- 41:45Speaker 1: democracies don't give up on their most cherished principles, including freedom,
- 41:50Speaker 1: at the same time overnight, and everybody does it all
- 41:54Speaker 1: at once. It doesn't work that way, and the last
- 41:57Speaker 1: four years have and it's not just me. I've talked
- 42:00Speaker 1: to many other people that are in the same boat.
- 42:02Speaker 1: It's basically strengthened my faith because I do see what
- 42:07Speaker 1: you're describing, this darkness, and I see it in terms
- 42:10Speaker 1: of spiritual warfare, and frankly, I think it's always been there.
- 42:14Speaker 1: And I do think that the dark is kind of
- 42:17Speaker 1: unwittingly serving the purpose of the light because people see
- 42:21Speaker 1: enough of this and they're like, no, no, I'm not
- 42:23Speaker 1: having any more of this. I'm going to move to
- 42:25Speaker 1: the other side. And I do think that it's interesting
- 42:27Speaker 1: that what the last four years presented to people because
- 42:30Speaker 1: and I'm older than you, and for the first time
- 42:33Speaker 1: in my life, I saw this, Oh my god, somebody
- 42:35Speaker 1: is either on one side or or the other. There
- 42:37Speaker 1: was no there was no middle ground, and to me,
- 42:40Speaker 1: one side was choosing science, essentially a technological solution, versus
- 42:47Speaker 1: whatever you want to call it, common sense, intuition, faith,
- 42:51Speaker 1: something else like this, this unbelievable split. And for me,
- 42:55Speaker 1: as a hypnotist, I saw the most powerful, most sophisticated
- 43:00Speaker 1: propaganda campaign that the world has ever seen. Astonishing, like
- 43:06Speaker 1: I would see things that were happening and I'd be
- 43:09Speaker 1: one part horrified and the other part mesmerized, fascinated by
- 43:13Speaker 1: the techniques that were being employed. Because these techniques like
- 43:16Speaker 1: a gun like fire can be used for good or ill,
- 43:21Speaker 1: and these were certainly not being used for good. The
- 43:24Speaker 1: psychological principles, which is you probably know this called fifth
- 43:28Speaker 1: generation warfare. It's in your mind, that's the battlefield.
- 43:31Speaker 3: Yeah and yeah, kind of this, like I say, it
- 43:34Speaker 3: is thousands of if you chase the money system. When
- 43:37Speaker 3: they started. Initially the money system was like you had
- 43:41Speaker 3: some cockle shells, and I had some cockle shells, and like,
- 43:43Speaker 3: if you painted my front door, I'd give you two
- 43:46Speaker 3: cockle shells. And that meant that if I couldn't do
- 43:50Speaker 3: a favor for you in return, which used to be
- 43:53Speaker 3: kind of bartered, didn't it, you can take those two
- 43:56Speaker 3: cockle shells to anywhere in the state, maybe even the
- 44:00Speaker 3: next land. And it's recognized that two cocker shells is
- 44:04Speaker 3: like the value of painting someone's front door or you know,
- 44:08Speaker 3: fixing their gait or taking their goat for a walk
- 44:12Speaker 3: or something. Right, And then along came the merchants and
- 44:18Speaker 3: they said, wow, hang on, you know how about like
- 44:21Speaker 3: we lend people cocker shells, and but we when they
- 44:26Speaker 3: come to bring them back, we charge them interest on it.
- 44:29Speaker 3: And that turned into that system turned into the kings
- 44:36Speaker 3: and the queens and the religious leaders, all these people
- 44:38Speaker 3: that should have had society's best interest, you know, as
- 44:42Speaker 3: their priority was suddenly led to believe. No, no, no, your
- 44:46Speaker 3: job's not to look after your communities and you know,
- 44:48Speaker 3: be a good king. Your job is to accrue gold
- 44:52Speaker 3: in your cellar. Like and the more gold you can get,
- 44:56Speaker 3: the better person that you you you are. And you
- 44:59Speaker 3: can physically see how this is, you know, like our
- 45:04Speaker 3: late queen one of the richest people on the planet.
- 45:10Speaker 3: So yes, sorry, I got a bit lost them. But
- 45:14Speaker 3: like you say, the psychological techniques, in fact, the techniques
- 45:19Speaker 3: full stop. If I'm learning a bit about Leninism at
- 45:22Speaker 3: the moment, and biological Leninism is what we're seeing in society.
- 45:28Speaker 3: It's it's that communism came along and it said, let's
- 45:32Speaker 3: give the power to the people rather than the bourgeois,
- 45:35Speaker 3: you know, the bourgeois see, and the people will then
- 45:39Speaker 3: pledge their loyalty to our party. And then bio Leninism
- 45:43Speaker 3: is taken it one further and it said, well, let's
- 45:46Speaker 3: let's take the people and let's almost like reward them
- 45:53Speaker 3: for their for what used to be seen as character defects.
- 45:57Speaker 3: And by that I mean you know, I don't know.
- 45:59Speaker 3: It could be uglyess, could be being black. You know,
- 46:02Speaker 3: if you lived in America X amount of years ago,
- 46:06Speaker 3: it could be being gay or whatever. No, let's empower
- 46:09Speaker 3: these people. And so rather than you just empower the
- 46:14Speaker 3: people full stop, you're now empowering these individual groups and
- 46:19Speaker 3: then you're playing them all off against against each other.
- 46:23Speaker 3: I mean, sorry for folks, I didn't mean to sound
- 46:25Speaker 3: like offensive to anyone that that wasn't the point of
- 46:28Speaker 3: what I'm trying to say. I'm just not saying it
- 46:31Speaker 3: very well, but well.
- 46:32Speaker 1: Divide and conquer has always been a powerful strategy for
- 46:36Speaker 1: those in power because they physically cannot rule over thousands,
- 46:42Speaker 1: tens of thousands, millions of people. And one of the strategies,
- 46:45Speaker 1: as I'm sure you're well aware, it is to set
- 46:47Speaker 1: groups against each other. Yeah, and by doing that they
- 46:51Speaker 1: diminish the power of the people coming together as one,
- 46:55Speaker 1: and they remain they remain in a position of power.
- 46:57Speaker 1: And I would further say that from a cycle standpoint,
- 47:00Speaker 1: what's happened over the last four years is that everything
- 47:03Speaker 1: that people use as an anchor point to the world
- 47:08Speaker 1: has been disrupted. Even the concept of what is a
- 47:10Speaker 1: man and what is a woman? Like if you don't
- 47:12Speaker 1: know what a man and a woman is, like, how
- 47:14Speaker 1: do you know if the Earth is round or it's flat?
- 47:17Speaker 1: How do you know what up and down is? How
- 47:20Speaker 1: do you know anything? Like? We need certain things to
- 47:24Speaker 1: anchor us. I think family, family, culture, religion, tradition, principles, ethics,
- 47:35Speaker 1: these sorts of things.
- 47:36Speaker 4: The things that we used to call science gravity its
- 47:42Speaker 4: Can I say this one other thing that that there's
- 47:44Speaker 4: a psychological principle that if I can.
- 47:47Speaker 1: Get you to say yes to something very very small,
- 47:50Speaker 1: that you will be orders of magnitude more likely to
- 47:55Speaker 1: say yes tomorrow on something big. All of these kinds
- 47:59Speaker 1: of things. I was watching them being unfolded right before
- 48:03Speaker 1: my eyes.
- 48:04Speaker 3: Yes, like like all of us. I just said, if
- 48:07Speaker 3: anyone doubts that there's a global conspiracy, like they locked
- 48:12Speaker 3: everybody on the planet in their homes, not people that
- 48:17Speaker 3: like myself, and I'm sure you're so. I just ignored it.
- 48:21Speaker 3: And you know, but it there were there were remote
- 48:25Speaker 3: islands that have like you know, never been discovered by people,
- 48:29Speaker 3: and that the tribes there were wearing their underpants on
- 48:32Speaker 3: their face and reporting their neighbors, you know, for having
- 48:36Speaker 3: a barbecue, and it was like, this is powerful mind control.
- 48:41Speaker 1: Yes, that's exactly what it is.
- 48:44Speaker 3: The other thing there with the Black Lives Matter and
- 48:47Speaker 3: the transgender and all this this crazy craziness that the
- 48:52Speaker 3: wokeness they call it is. It's doing the opposite of
- 48:56Speaker 3: what your introduction video says, isn't it. It's taking people.
- 49:00Speaker 1: From service level characteristics.
- 49:03Speaker 3: Seeking their power and their understanding in the universe and
- 49:07Speaker 3: energy and spirit where you will get all your answers
- 49:11Speaker 3: and you'll get your paradise. And it's locking you into
- 49:15Speaker 3: your ego identity, your your little you know, angry, greedy, shouty.
- 49:20Speaker 3: Hey I'm black, You've got to respect me. You know,
- 49:23Speaker 3: I'm gay. You've got to you know, I'm more important
- 49:27Speaker 3: than than you.
- 49:28Speaker 1: No, No, I'm I'm you know.
- 49:30Speaker 3: I'm a boy that wants to be a girl. That
- 49:32Speaker 3: I'm a girl. And this is this is the thing
- 49:35Speaker 3: we should be debating and and it's it's it's not
- 49:39Speaker 3: teaching people that everyone's equal, we're all beautiful, everything's perfect,
- 49:45Speaker 3: your future is golden. You've just got to stop engaging
- 49:48Speaker 3: in that bullshit because you're just gonna be unhappy your
- 49:50Speaker 3: whole your you know, your your whole life.
- 49:52Speaker 1: It's true, it's true. There's a lot of truth in
- 49:54Speaker 1: what you're saying.
- 49:55Speaker 3: I made a couple of notes here, Peter. What in evidently,
- 50:01Speaker 3: as a firefighter, you must have seen some pretty awful stuff.
- 50:07Speaker 3: Are you able to without obviously, you know, upsetting yourself
- 50:10Speaker 3: or going into too much detail? Can you give us
- 50:12Speaker 3: an idea of what a you know, firefighter has to witness.
- 50:17Speaker 1: Sure? And I should make it clear that I was
- 50:18Speaker 1: a volunteer firefighter in both Connecticut and in upstate New York,
- 50:23Speaker 1: and in my communities we were the first responders. About
- 50:27Speaker 1: three quarters of the firefighters in the United States or volunteers,
- 50:30Speaker 1: and this means that you carry a pager around with
- 50:33Speaker 1: you and when there's an incident, your pager goes off,
- 50:36Speaker 1: and if you can respond, you respond. And in some departments,
- 50:39Speaker 1: like in Connecticut, you respond right to the scene and
- 50:41Speaker 1: you have your personal gear with you. And in the
- 50:44Speaker 1: case of New York State, you had to go to
- 50:46Speaker 1: the firehouse and get on an apparatus and drive that
- 50:49Speaker 1: to the incident. So what we would experience in those
- 50:52Speaker 1: towns was a fraction of what you would get if
- 50:55Speaker 1: you were a firefighter in New York City, for example,
- 50:57Speaker 1: or another big metropolit an area. The example that I
- 51:01Speaker 1: gave before of doing chest compressions on a woman who
- 51:04Speaker 1: had drowned in a pool is an example being in
- 51:08Speaker 1: a motor vehicle accident where a sister is I'd never
- 51:12Speaker 1: I never heard You've probably heard of the word keening.
- 51:17Speaker 1: I'd never heard somebody making that sound before. But a
- 51:21Speaker 1: sister was screaming keening because her sister in another car
- 51:26Speaker 1: had been ejected from the car and was dead on
- 51:29Speaker 1: the road when we showed up. That kind of thing,
- 51:31Speaker 1: you know, a mother and two small children killed in
- 51:35Speaker 1: a car wreck, you know fires, you know, kind of
- 51:40Speaker 1: the things you'd expect. Guy cutting his fingers off and
- 51:42Speaker 1: a snowblower because he reached in there to clear the
- 51:44Speaker 1: snowblower and the blades were still going. These are these
- 51:48Speaker 1: are the kinds of things that I that I experienced
- 51:51Speaker 1: two young young men. Uh, and this is this is
- 51:55Speaker 1: kind of an interesting story. I think when I was
- 51:58Speaker 1: first diagnosed with leukemia, this was my everyday thought. This
- 52:02Speaker 1: was the book of my life. This was, you know,
- 52:05Speaker 1: constantly thinking about what do I need to do to
- 52:08Speaker 1: fix this? And can it be fixed? And am I
- 52:10Speaker 1: going to die. Am I going to see my kids
- 52:11Speaker 1: get older? And this one day I was picking up
- 52:15Speaker 1: our cat from the vet because the cat had cancer
- 52:18Speaker 1: and had surgery to remove a tumor, and so I
- 52:21Speaker 1: got the cat in this little carry case. I'm thinking
- 52:24Speaker 1: about the cat as a cat going to live. I'm
- 52:25Speaker 1: thinking about me, Am I going to live. And I'm
- 52:27Speaker 1: driving home and my pager goes off, and you can
- 52:30Speaker 1: always tell when it's a bad call because of the
- 52:33Speaker 1: tone of voice of police dispatch. There's a kind of
- 52:38Speaker 1: frantic quality, even though they're really good at keeping it
- 52:41Speaker 1: under wraps and remaining legible, but you can hear it
- 52:45Speaker 1: in their voice. And they talked about a motor vehicle
- 52:47Speaker 1: accident that was only about a mile from where I
- 52:50Speaker 1: was when I got the page, and so I drove
- 52:52Speaker 1: directly to the accident scene. I got out, put on
- 52:56Speaker 1: my turnout gear, went over there, and I saw a
- 52:59Speaker 1: kid who turned out to be eighteen years old, lying
- 53:01Speaker 1: on his back, cars crumpled up, and I just looked
- 53:04Speaker 1: at him, like he's gone. And then I went to
- 53:06Speaker 1: the driver's side and there was a guy who turned
- 53:09Speaker 1: out to be twenty two, and his head was turned
- 53:12Speaker 1: one hundred and eighty degrees gone, And I thought later
- 53:16Speaker 1: to myself, wow, you know, two minutes before this happened,
- 53:21Speaker 1: these guys probably didn't have a health concern in the world.
- 53:25Speaker 1: And I was fixated on the cat and myself, and
- 53:28Speaker 1: two minutes later, bang, they're gone. Like the only way
- 53:32Speaker 1: like for me that was that was I had to
- 53:35Speaker 1: move into the spiritual realm to deal with that. You know,
- 53:38Speaker 1: that was that was remarkable, you know, because people will
- 53:41Speaker 1: say you're not guaranteed, you know, tomorrow morning, you're not
- 53:45Speaker 1: guaranteed the next second, and you never know what's going
- 53:47Speaker 1: to happen. You're like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, But
- 53:50Speaker 1: when you actually experience that yourself in a way that
- 53:53Speaker 1: is emotionally searing, it tends to drive it home. Like
- 53:59Speaker 1: your experience almost drowning in mind, the drives at home
- 54:03Speaker 1: in a very visceral way. So those were you know,
- 54:08Speaker 1: those were a handful of the kinds of extreme things
- 54:12Speaker 1: that happened during my time as a firefighter. To people
- 54:17Speaker 1: in these incidents.
- 54:18Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a conversation now. I don't know if we
- 54:20Speaker 3: should have it now, but I do say to people
- 54:23Speaker 3: that you get so many people when you're ex military
- 54:25Speaker 3: that say, Okay, so I was never in the military,
- 54:28Speaker 3: but you know, I have a bit of trauma to
- 54:31Speaker 3: and they're just like so apologetic that, you know, how
- 54:35Speaker 3: dare they compare their trauma to the stuff you guys
- 54:39Speaker 3: must have been through. And my response is always the
- 54:41Speaker 3: same is to this day, I would say the vast majority,
- 54:46Speaker 3: if not all PTSD in veterans is childhood trauma, which
- 54:52Speaker 3: was the driving force behind why many of us joined
- 54:56Speaker 3: the military. Was that yearning, that seeking, that that to belong,
- 55:00Speaker 3: that that need to prove ourselves. And yeah, I mean,
- 55:04Speaker 3: of course you get you see bad stuff in on
- 55:08Speaker 3: active service, but I think that is more of a
- 55:13Speaker 3: catalyst for the underlying trauma that's already there, as opposed
- 55:17Speaker 3: to the creation of the you know, of the bigger issue.
- 55:21Speaker 3: So so despect I'm not saying that, you know, you can't.
- 55:24Speaker 3: You know, if you were in a Yeah, if you're
- 55:26Speaker 3: in a truck and it gets hit by an army,
- 55:28Speaker 3: you'd go over and eye, you know, drive over a
- 55:30Speaker 3: land mine and the next thing you know, your three
- 55:33Speaker 3: buddies are like obliterating in front of your face. Yeah,
- 55:36Speaker 3: I would imagine there's a lot of work to be
- 55:38Speaker 3: done there to get to work through that. But you
- 55:43Speaker 3: are an adult, you are rational, you have the ability
- 55:47Speaker 3: to compartmentalize things, whereas the childhood trauma can happen at
- 55:52Speaker 3: such a young age that your brain isn't fully developed
- 55:55Speaker 3: to be able to process it. And so there's even
- 55:59Speaker 3: one theory that it stored in the body.
- 56:01Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, I think that that's absolutely true. I
- 56:05Speaker 1: mean when I when I talk to you know, massage
- 56:08Speaker 1: therapists and they talk about, you know, starting to work
- 56:12Speaker 1: on people, and then they burst out into tears. What's happening.
- 56:15Speaker 1: They're not talking to them, They're releasing something stored in
- 56:18Speaker 1: the body. So absolutely, and that leads me to something else,
- 56:23Speaker 1: which is we've we've largely been conditioned to be divorced
- 56:28Speaker 1: from our bodies. You know. The only time that for
- 56:31Speaker 1: most of us, we're even aware of our bodies is
- 56:34Speaker 1: during an extreme it's extremely hot, it's extremely cold, Or
- 56:39Speaker 1: I'm walking down the street and I hear footsteps behind
- 56:42Speaker 1: me and the hair goes up in the back of
- 56:43Speaker 1: my neck. Some part of me, communicated through my body,
- 56:46Speaker 1: is telling me this is dangerous, you know. Or I
- 56:48Speaker 1: meet someone at a party and you know, I feel
- 56:50Speaker 1: like I've known in my whole life, or I meet
- 56:52Speaker 1: somebody like you and it's like, wow, this is a
- 56:53Speaker 1: great conversation. How do I know it's a great conversation
- 56:55Speaker 1: because my body's telling me. But it's telling me that
- 56:58Speaker 1: about everything. I'm about to put it in my mouth.
- 57:01Speaker 1: Every decision I make, my body is speaking to me.
- 57:04Speaker 3: Yes, Peter, I'm conscious of the time here, and I
- 57:07Speaker 3: know you're a busy man. So can I just finish
- 57:12Speaker 3: up by saying your YouTube channel? I've been showing it.
- 57:16Speaker 3: I meant to say, if I keep looking across, I'm
- 57:18Speaker 3: not being rude. I'm showing your stuff on the screen
- 57:21Speaker 3: here or through the studio. So Blue Sky hypnosis, What
- 57:27Speaker 3: is the thing then for those people that maybe in
- 57:30Speaker 3: the dark. You know, what are we doing hypnosis for?
- 57:34Speaker 3: We thought that was you know, an act you saw
- 57:37Speaker 3: when you went to the circus and they got everyone
- 57:39Speaker 3: out of the audience and made them howl at the moon.
- 57:42Speaker 1: So sure, sure, I mean I said before that, you know,
- 57:45Speaker 1: this greatest psychological campaign that was ever waged on humanity
- 57:49Speaker 1: is a kind of power, the way a gun represents power,
- 57:53Speaker 1: the way fire represents power, and it can be used
- 57:56Speaker 1: for good or ill. You know, electricity can be used
- 57:59Speaker 1: to save somebody life with an automatic external defibrillator to
- 58:04Speaker 1: get their heart rhythm back in line, or it can
- 58:07Speaker 1: be used to electrocute someone. So hypnosis is really just power.
- 58:11Speaker 1: How it's used to entertain people, to brainwash them, to
- 58:15Speaker 1: get them to do something that you want them to do,
- 58:17Speaker 1: or to help heal them, that's up to the people
- 58:21Speaker 1: who are involved in the process. But what I'd really
- 58:24Speaker 1: like to say to your audience is that there is
- 58:28Speaker 1: no problem that occurs in a vacuum. Every problem has
- 58:33Speaker 1: an origin point, a moment in time at which it
- 58:36Speaker 1: was created, and a kind of architecture to the problem
- 58:39Speaker 1: that sustains it. If you took your car to a
- 58:42Speaker 1: mechanic because it was making a strange noise, or because
- 58:45Speaker 1: there was smoke coming out of the engine, and the
- 58:47Speaker 1: mechanics said to you, hey, we have no idea. Just
- 58:49Speaker 1: turn up your radio so you don't hear the noise.
- 58:51Speaker 1: We're going to install a fan to blow away the smoke,
- 58:54Speaker 1: you'd say, this person's crazy. I'm going to take it
- 58:56Speaker 1: to somebody who can trace it to the root cause
- 58:59Speaker 1: replace the part that's gone bad so that the symptom
- 59:02Speaker 1: goes away because the symptom is not the problem. It
- 59:06Speaker 1: just tells you there's a problem. So my message is
- 59:10Speaker 1: whatever anyone listening to this may be dealing with, know
- 59:13Speaker 1: that there is a root cause, and that if you
- 59:17Speaker 1: are able to find and resolve that root cause, the
- 59:21Speaker 1: symptoms that you're experiencing will either get better or the
- 59:25Speaker 1: symptoms will go away. You know, I don't look at
- 59:28Speaker 1: anything and say, oh, so you know you're bad luck.
- 59:31Speaker 1: You know, here, take all these drugs for the rest
- 59:33Speaker 1: of your life.
- 59:34Speaker 3: So, Peter, when you're putting if I use the expression
- 59:37Speaker 3: putting people under or putting them into a hyper relaxed state,
- 59:42Speaker 3: so that you can withdraw this information from them, Like
- 59:48Speaker 3: is it then? Often? Is it like a regular thing
- 59:51Speaker 3: that somebody then recalls something that they'd forgotten their whole
- 59:55Speaker 3: you know? Then maybe like my age, I'm fifty five,
- 59:59Speaker 3: maybe something happened when I was two that I because
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: I was told the other day. The thing that's traumatizing
- 1:00:05Speaker 3: you isn't something that you can remember. The things you
- 1:00:08Speaker 3: remember you've dealt with, it's the stuff you don't remember.
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: I don't know you know how much truth that is,
- 1:00:16Speaker 3: but I would imagine, let's just say you're two years
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: old and you get battered by a parent or shaken
- 1:00:23Speaker 3: baby thing or something that is not really going to
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: do your connection with life very very very good. So
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: do people often recall stuff?
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: Absolutely? Absolutely? Can you give some example, because because and
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: the reason for this is that you're subconscious never go
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: never goes to sleep. Your conscious mind goes to sleep.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: Your conscious mind could be inattentive, but even under general anesthesia,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: your subconscious is still alert. It's still recording and processing everything.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: And there's no one knows what the subconscious actually is
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: or where it's located. But there's a consciousness too that
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: you can remember things that happened to you in a
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: past lifetime. You know when I would say in my experience,
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: maybe seventy percent of my clients that the origin of
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: whatever they're dealing with now is from a past life.
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: And as I said, subconscious has no concept of time,
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: So something that happened in a past life they can
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: get triggered in the present life. So you know, can
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: people have this experience, Yes they can, And over time
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: I've learned even faster ways of getting answers. So one
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: of the tools that I have my clients use is
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: a pendulum. It's just a weighted object at the end
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: of a string or a chain. And what this is
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: doing is it's amplifying what your body's telling you. So
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: in the way that a chiropractor or a nature path
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: might use kinesiology or muscle testing, you can use a pendulum.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: I've got a video on my channel which is like
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: heal your trauma something, and it walks you through how
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: to use a pen to get a yes or no answer.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: Once you've established what your yes or no is, you
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: then test it and say, is my body currently seated
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: in a chair? I should get a yes. If I
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: get a yes to that, it's like, okay, it's working,
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: and then I can ask is this Let's say a
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: person suffering from chronic migraine headaches, you can ask is
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: there an emotional origin? Is there an emotional root cause
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: to this problem? If you get a yes to that,
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: then you could say, was that origin created for the
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: first time earlier in my present life. Let's say you
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: get a no to that, now you know it's past life,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: and then you can say, in the past lifetime, was
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: I injured in my head? You're probably going to get
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: a yes, and then you dig into what was the injury.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: So once you've collected all that information, there's a very
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: fast technique that it teaches you on that same video
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: how to use called havening, where you're basically tapping and
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: blinking and allowing your mind to take you anywhere it
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: wants to take you, because what it will do is
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: it'll create a scene in your mind of what happened
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: to you, which is essentially a really fast hypnotic regression.
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: When I'm working with people, I often take them right
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: from havening that will reprocess the trauma. Take it from
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: something that the subconscious says is a clear and present
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: danger to something the subconscious says, oh, that's benign. We
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: don't have to worry about that anymore. I will take
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: them from from the havening. If it's appropriate, write into hypnosis,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: because now they're already in hypnosis. You're in hypnosis. When
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: you watch television and people say uh oh, yeah, I
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: want to zone out in front of the TV. They're
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: describing a hypnotic experience. Someone walks in the room and says,
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: hey Chris, and you're just huh, hey, Chris, what.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: That's because you're be's cop being a parent, right.
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: Kids are kids, by the way, are always in hypnosis
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: twenty four to seven. So I will often use hypnosis
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: in conjunction with havening to further process that trauma and
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: make sure that we've eliminated it. And then we come
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: back to them when we say, okay, we got a
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: baseline before the acuity of this trauma. Let's say it
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: was a seven out of ten or a nine out
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: of ten, and now let's test it again, because we
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: don't want to stop working on that thing until we've
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: got it down to a zero, a one, or two.
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: Once we've gotten that, we know we're done with that one.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: That's gone. And people will report to me while we're
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: going through the process, you know, feeling heavy, feeling scared,
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: maybe feeling some pain in their body, feeling a sense
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: of dread. And as we move through it, it's like, oh,
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: my neck isn't stiff anymore. The color around me in
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: my inner site is no longer black, it's now yellow.
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: My heart feels lighter, I feel optimistic, I feel hopeful
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: as we move them through that, because again, what we're
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: really doing is we're reprocessing the material in the subconscious
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: mind which treats everything is real, which treats everything as now,
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: and it treats things as either a threat or not
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: a threat. Like you and the military. I'm sure you're
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: on patrol and you see some people walking toward you.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: The only thing you care about is are they a threat? Yes?
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: Or no? Period and a story. That's your autonomic nervous system.
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: Are you in the sympathetic fight or flight mode or
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: are you in the parasympathetic rest and digest mode. It's
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: one or the other. If you're not in one, urreed
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: by definition in the other. And all the words that
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: we use, worried, fear, anxious, stressed, of all of these
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: words are really just derivations of the one autonomic nervous
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: system state called sympathetic threat. When you move to not threat,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: body relaxes, your prefrontal cortex comes back online.
- 1:05:38Speaker 3: Gosh, it's incredible. And to think that you know, none
- 1:05:41Speaker 3: of this stuff has ever talked about in society. Is
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: it's not, it's not it's not in education, Then never
- 1:05:47Speaker 3: mention it on the news. It's it's crazy, crazy, Peter.
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: I think we could talk forever for our friends out there.
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: You offer, is it like a complimentary or an introductory course.
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, free twenty minute, free twenty minute call. If
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: you're not in the United States, we would just do
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: it on Zoom, which is how I do my remote
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: sessions for anybody in this part of Florida. I have
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: an office that I see people in person, and my
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: website is Blue Sky Hypnosis dot com.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: We're going to put all your links below this video
- 1:06:22Speaker 3: and the rest of your information. It's been wonderful chatting Peter.
- 1:06:27Speaker 3: It's been quite acknowledging because you know, there's a lot
- 1:06:32Speaker 3: gone on these last few years, and it's I think
- 1:06:37Speaker 3: for myself, I've fought the spiritual battle now since nineteen
- 1:06:42Speaker 3: ninety eight. Is when I have my epiphany and I knew,
- 1:06:45Speaker 3: you know, things had to change. And I'd say the
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: reason why I work, work at it, and the reason
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: why I do the things.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: You know.
- 1:06:55Speaker 3: I eat a lot of vegetables, and I make sure
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: that my pa H level is always grounded. I do
- 1:07:04Speaker 3: the exercise. I do a lot of fasting. Meditation is
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: something I'm getting better at and I'm learning different ways
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: and and it's directly proportional this stuff to my emancipation
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: from from trauma. That that's it if I give to
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: if we can use the word God, universe, whatever, people,
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: you know, I don't, I don't. I tend not to
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: use the word God because it gets so mistaken for
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: like religion. But you know, if you give to God
- 1:07:34Speaker 3: what he asks of you, which is live a simple
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: life and don't bear malice on people, stay away from
- 1:07:42Speaker 3: the intoxicants, and that you know, the fast living, then
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: I will give you paradise and you will be immune
- 1:07:50Speaker 3: to the to you know, to to the temptation, et cetera,
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: et cetera. And it's yeah, it's like day by day, Peter.
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: It's just bringing me to an ever better place, an
- 1:08:03Speaker 3: ever better place. And this is why I can go
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: without food for a week quite happily. I'm not losing.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: All I'm doing is I'm gaining. This is why I
- 1:08:14Speaker 3: get up in the morning and I smile, I say
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: thank you so much for life, mother nature. I walk
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: around the block and I just get so much from it.
- 1:08:25Speaker 3: You know, there's no money, there's no transaction, there's no
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: skydiving we were talking about earlier, there's no surfing involted.
- 1:08:32Speaker 3: It's just a simple act of grateful, grateful living. And yeah,
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: I'm not even sure why I'm saying this, but I
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: just think possibly I'd like to inspire those people out
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: there that are spattling trauma. You know, they're doing the
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: behaviors they're smoking, the dope, where they're drinking or what
- 1:08:51Speaker 3: you know, whatever else it may be, or other other
- 1:08:55Speaker 3: unhelpful behaviors, and it's just start, you know, just just start,
- 1:09:01Speaker 3: get on it, and you know, give Peter a shout
- 1:09:04Speaker 3: or even myself whatever whatever whatever works. So friends at home,
- 1:09:10Speaker 3: if you could like and subscribe, you know the routine
- 1:09:13Speaker 3: click the notification bell. That just leads me to say, Peter,
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: thank you ever so much, stay on the line just
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: so I can thank you after I hit record off.
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: Okay, Chris, and thank you too. I really appreciate this
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: conversation and I've really enjoyed getting to know you.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: Yes, and we'll have many more chats. I have, I
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: have no doubt, so I'll chat you in a second. Peter.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: That just leads me to say, massive love everyone, look
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: after yourselves and we'll see you soon.
