- 1:15SPEAKER_01: And today we have an awesome guest, Charlie Johnson, and he is the chief conscious officer.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: He focuses on consciousness training.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: He is the former president of Pay It Forward Foundation.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: And he has had a wealth of experience in business.
- 1:34SPEAKER_01: So I cannot wait for you guys to hear all about this and how we can help be better leaders today.
- 1:41SPEAKER_01: So welcome to the show, Charlie.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: Thank you for having me on.
- 1:45SPEAKER_01: So I am curious.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Talk to me about what is a chief consciousness officer.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: Everything on this planet happening right now, this massive shift, all of this chaos, this is happening because of consciousness.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: Everything is consciousness, everything physical and non-physical.
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: So a lot of times when we start talking about consciousness as this new thing, uh, as we're trying to bring it into business, like conscious capitalism, conscious management, whatever it is, consciousness has been a part of business forever.
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: What's been happening with businesses and individuals is that they've all been given a blank check and they're cashing it for$100.
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: I don't know about you.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: If I had a blank check, I'd be cashing it for a billion.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: I'd be cashing it for some absorbent amount of money.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: In business, all we've used is the mind.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: And I know that's kind of a unique thing to say because that's all we've known, that's all we've focused on, that's all we've ever been told.
- 2:41SPEAKER_00: But the mind is the middleman.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: The mind is this very fixed, finite tool that is creating the problem that can't be fixed.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: As Einstein said, the same mind that creates a problem can't solve it.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: The mind came from consciousness.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: Every piece of knowledge came from consciousness.
- 2:57SPEAKER_00: This vast resource is consciousness.
- 3:00SPEAKER_00: Um allowing business owners, executives, customer service, anyone in the business to know that they have access to that at any level that they please is an absolute shift in the business.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Shifting from the mind to consciousness is going to change everything.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: And it's the just the next logical step.
- 3:19SPEAKER_00: It's the next logical hire.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: Just like when technology took over business and everyone started hiring CTOs.
- 3:29SPEAKER_01: So tell me how you came to this.
- 3:33SPEAKER_00: Uh my business background, uh, the nonprofit background, and then the years with my teacher.
- 3:38SPEAKER_00: Um what he did is he stripped everything away.
- 3:43SPEAKER_00: He had me read everything humanly possible, not to fill my mind full of information and knowledge, but to show me that everything's coming from the same source.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Every religion, every uh politics, uh, spirituality, business, everything that we're thinking, everything that divides and conflicts us, everything that we kill each other over for, everything we argue over, everything that we think we're right and the other side is wrong, it's all coming from the same source.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: So my question has always been my time with him and learning what I've learned.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: How can such intelligent people be at such odds with each other?
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: How can two Harvard grad individuals with both a 160 IQ, one of them being a Republican, one being a Democrat, both sides think the other side is wrong and ruining the world?
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: How has no one ever sat down and asked the question, why is that not just the heads to the tails of the coin?
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Why is no one asking where the coin came from?
- 4:35SPEAKER_00: So understanding that, most people who cross paths with a teacher like mine will leave the world behind, right?
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: They'll go off on a journey, they'll do meditation, they capitalism will be dead to them, money's for the birds, all of that shit.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: That wasn't my case.
- 4:53SPEAKER_00: I I wanted to bridge that gap.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: I wanted to bring consciousness back into the business world because consciousness is not spiritual, it's tactical.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Every time someone hears that word, they immediately think of meditation, mindfulness with the chief consciousness officer.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: People start thinking this is another wellness program.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: It's not.
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: Because for the last 20 years, we have crammed wellness programs down, small, medium, and large businesses.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: HR does it because they need it to.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: Uh CEOs begrudgingly put it under their budget because they thought it would be better.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: Um, no one was really doing it for an authentic reason.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: But everyone is doing meditation, mindfulness, yoga, whatever it is.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: My question is, with all those wellness programs and all that focus and money put into that, how does the world look?
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: How does business look?
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: We've never been so divided, we've never been so conflicted.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: So we've got to understand why.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: We've got to understand it's a level of consciousness.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: We've got to understand that the shift happening right now that's bringing up everything that any human being has ever suppressed, including a CEO, including the last 20 or 30 years, the individuals at the top of these businesses who are now thinking different thoughts.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: They're having stuff come up they don't know how to deal with.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: They're losing their confidence, they're losing their clarity, uh, they're thinking something that they've never thought before.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of fear going around, and it's spreading the gap between executives and employees.
- 6:17SPEAKER_00: A chief consciousness officer would be on staff to help everyone understand what's going on on this planet, what the shift is, what consciousness is.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: And I continuously say that word and before you and I started this conversation.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: The question is, what is consciousness?
- 6:33SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: The simplest metaphor is the wise fish swimming through the ocean.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: He swims by two young fish and says, Hey boys, how's the water?
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: And the two young fish look at each other and say, What's water?
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: That's consciousness.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: As you're talking to me right now, as your listeners are listening to this and watching this, everyone is swimming in consciousness.
- 6:53SPEAKER_00: Everything physical and non-physical, everything physical that you could think of, all the senses that you can touch, taste, and feel, every thought, everything is consciousness.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: The most important thing to understand is knowledge is structured in consciousness.
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Anything you've ever known, learned, will ever learn, read about, watched a video on, learned from your parents, from a teacher, from a mentor, all of that knowledge came from where?
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: From consciousness.
- 7:19SPEAKER_00: It didn't come from the mind.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Because the mind's just a middleman.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: Thinking that consciousness comes from the mind is like listening to your car radio and diving into the car radio thinking the band's going to be there.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: It's just a receiver.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: That's all this is is a middleman.
- 7:33SPEAKER_00: So all we've done for the vast majority of our existence is deal with a middleman.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: The middleman's kind of dying out right now.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: We need to get to the source.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: The source is consciousness.
- 7:44SPEAKER_00: And it doesn't, it's not spiritual.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: It's not about awakening, it's not about getting to the top of the mountain.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: It's about someone in second grade being pushed to third or fourth grade.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: It's about letting customer service, middle manager, a VP, a C-suite executive, anyone in business understand that they have access to it.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: Not only do they have access to it, their consciousness, every piece of knowledge they've ever wanted to know, is that same source.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: So just bringing that to their attention, that's all that's necessary.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: The seeds planted.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: The universe is an incredible gardener.
- 8:14SPEAKER_00: It's going to water it and it's going to grow.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Just listening to this conversation, whether they understand consciousness, whether they think I'm crazy and don't believe in it, their awareness has gone from here to here.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: They can't unhear what you and I are discussing.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: And that's all we legitimate, that's really all we need on this planet with everything that's happening.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: You know, you're you're talking about this and I keep thinking of like so many different instances where people talk about, you know, unconsciousness, consciousness, like, you know, what becomes what first.
- 8:42SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, there are so many things that we just do.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: We're just, we're, we don't even realize we're doing it.
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: And so you're bringing something out into the open to tray, take something to have people be aware, like, you know, what you're consciously aware of that behavior or something that you're doing.
- 8:59SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: So, so, okay, so that's um just a simple shift there.
- 9:04SPEAKER_00: When people talk about conscious, like I'm conscious, um, I was in a fight and I was knocked unconscious, that's not consciousness.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: So conscious means you and I are aware of each other.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: You can hear my voice, right?
- 9:17SPEAKER_00: There's something in your ears that allows you to hear, something in your eyes that allows you to see.
- 9:20SPEAKER_00: Conscious, unconscious, subconscious, that's all different stuff.
- 9:24SPEAKER_00: Consciousness is fundamental to our reality.
- 9:27SPEAKER_00: Everything that you are looking at, and everything you've ever known, every planet, every everything to do with humans, with plants, with animals, with the sky, with water, everything.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: Everything came from consciousness.
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: That's why they call it the hard problem of consciousness.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: Because in our linear time, in our linear mind, in our construct and the condition that we've been told and taught and learned, it's physical matter, right?
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: Where did that come from?
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: Well, fundamentally, it's coming from consciousness.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: So we've gone from everything that is something coming from nothing.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: Our minds cannot wrap around that.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm not going to go into detail about that because that's something that we as humans, even other civilizations, will never know.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: It's like saying, Will you ever know God?
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Will we ever know certain things like how you and I came from a single cell inside of a woman's body?
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: We take that for granted because 8 billion people came from the same source, right?
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: But when it comes to consciousness, I don't like to get into it too deep, like these uh incredible PhDs like um Bernard Kastrup and all those guys talking about it.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: We will never get to the source.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: But what we can be aware of is like the fish.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: What's water?
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: Well, consciousness is everything.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: We can tap into that.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: We can tap into that knowledge.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: Wherever our awareness points, we can bring that information back with us.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: So if a CEO and every person in the company is here and they're they're successful, that's fine.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: Well, if they want to grow, they've got to expand their awareness.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: You expand your awareness with consciousness.
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: You can't expand it with the mind.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: The mind is fixed.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: You're not, you know as well as I do, there's 50 to 80,000 thoughts a day.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: It's fixed, it's full, it's chaotic, we've got too much coming after us.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: And one of the best examples of showing you how limited the mind is, is that NASA study.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: They followed a few thousand kids at the ages of four and five, 98% of them were considered genius.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: By the time those kids were adults, less than 2% kids were considered genius.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: So we basically learn ourselves into ignorance.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: We've got all of this access to this vast resource.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: And then we learn, we become Republican or Democrat, we become Catholic or atheist, our teachers taught us this, our parents taught us this, this is our rights, and we just cram it down to this fixed box.
- 11:45SPEAKER_00: So, like my teacher and what we discussed earlier, this is why a Republican and a Democrat coming out of the same Harvard grad with the same intelligence can be at such odds with each other.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: And all of that division and conflict between religions, between politics, between people at work, between whatever.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: You and I and all your listeners want to leave the world better than we came into it.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: We want to rid the world of division and conflict.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: Well, every time you choose a side, you're creating division and conflict.
- 12:19SPEAKER_00: That's very difficult for most people to hear.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 12:22SPEAKER_00: You could be the con you could be an 85-year-old lady down the street that wouldn't hurt a fly, and you're Catholic.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: That's fine.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: Again, I don't have a dog in the fight.
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: I don't care.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: But you're creating division.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: Because in your mind you believe something and you believe atheists are wrong and they're ruining the world, and we vice versa.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: So the chief consciousness officer, after making a comment like that, let's get back to business area, um, they're neutral.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: They're not Republican or Democrat, they are not Catholic or atheist.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: They're an open space that allows the individual to be authentic.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: So when I come into an organization and I ask a question to a customer service or a VP, once they understand what this position is, they know I'm not coming from a, I need to know if you're on my side or if you're against me.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: Because that's how every conversation is with the vast majority of people.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: We're choosing sides.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: We can say to each their own, we can say that I don't care that you don't believe what I do.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: But if we're really pushed into a corner, we really care.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: Look at the world.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: Look at the division, look at the conflict, look at I'm a Trump guy, you're a Biden guy, this is this, this is.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: We're continuously divided.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: And no one's asking the question why.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: We just we just put up with it.
- 13:35SPEAKER_01: Well, it's interesting.
- 13:36SPEAKER_01: I find that today, a couple different things, you know.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: Um, somewhere along the way, we have forgotten to agree to disagree.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: We have completely forgotten to agree to disagree.
- 13:49SPEAKER_01: And I and it comes out into a lot of different places, and it also comes out, you know, also in um in how we, you know, you could read something and you could give it a description, and I might not even see it as you know, as um discriminatory in some way, but you read it now, and it's like, oh, you can't put a name on something because all of a sudden it becomes a discrimination, right?
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 14:18SPEAKER_01: Like those, and those are all things that are happening now, you know, and so it's and it's true, it's like there shouldn't, it's not black or white.
- 14:25SPEAKER_01: Nobody should agree, like, you know, two people coming out of the same education, they should be able to agree to disagree.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: You know, two kids growing up in the same family, they're usually different.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: So again, to each their own, agree to disagree, all of that.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: What is happening, and this is again where the position of this would be for great for a company, is because these discussions are happening a significant amount.
- 14:52SPEAKER_00: They're true.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: HR is trying to figure out why there's so much division and conflict.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: Why, why is Susie and Ed not getting along?
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: Because, well, there are different political views.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: Well, it wasn't that big of a deal.
- 15:01SPEAKER_00: What is happening is the reality, the truth of how we feel as humans, that our side is right, is being forced to the surface when we in the past have had the ability to just suppress when we don't agree.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: We'll go off and say, got it.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Susie, oh, for God's sake, she's a Democrat.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Like this is bullshit.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: But to her face, we'll say, Oh, it's great.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: You're a great person, see ya.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: Well, with the shift of consciousness, it thins the veil.
- 15:34SPEAKER_00: And everything we as humans don't want to deal with, and we're really good at lying to ourselves and ignoring, that is being pushed up.
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: We can't ignore it, we can't push it aside, and it's coming up.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: Those thoughts are unable to be pushed away.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: So, like you said, we have lost the ability to agree to disagree because of consciousness before creation comes destruction.
- 15:57SPEAKER_00: Again, this is such a consciousness is everything, but companies are gonna want help with that.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: HR is struggling to deal with burnout, with stress, why everyone's fighting, why there's so much division within the C-suite, within customer service, within teams.
- 16:13SPEAKER_00: You have someone on the team who has a business background and my experience and is neutral.
- 16:20SPEAKER_00: I can't think of a more profound, powerful impact than that individual can have immediately.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: Absolutely, just by being in meetings, just by listening, just by being a neutral, like that wall behind me, just being able to absorb the information and giving advice that is not Republican advice or Democrat advice or Catholic advice or atheist advice.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Legit neutral.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: Like it's like tapping into a Google of consciousness.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: You're Switzerland.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: So tell me, like, when you're thinking about your this position that you're that you're you're that you've created and and being that chief consciousness officer, talk to me about how like the difference um in leadership within a company when they're bringing this in.
- 17:09SPEAKER_01: What happens?
- 17:13SPEAKER_00: Everyone in the C-suite now has a secret weapon.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: The CEO has someone who can expand the awareness for the strategy and for problem solving and solutions moving forward because it's no longer being alienated to 50%.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: Because the CEO can be very intelligent when they walk in with their CMO, their CFO, their CRO, and everyone, they know each other very well.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: They know someone's a Republican or Democrat.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: They know there's certain things that unconsciously or subconsciously, they're walling off.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Someone in the room could have the best answer for it, but they may doubt it, right?
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: So when it comes to the C-suite, the C CO would report to the CEO, but they would have no authority over anything else.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: They would need to be neutral, right?
- 17:57SPEAKER_00: So a chief marketing officer, in a meeting with them, my consciousness and my clarity is going to shift their consciousness and their clarity.
- 18:08SPEAKER_00: They're going to expand into new ideas.
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: They're going to be more creative.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: Even with the CFO, numbers are not my thing, but there's going to be the ability to look at numbers, to be able to look at the PL, to look at uh profits for the first quarter, the second quarter, whatever.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: You're going to raise their clarity.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: They're going to see things they've never seen before or didn't have the access to.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: They're going to be able to help sales.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: They're going to be able to help, uh, they're definitely going to be able to help uh market.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry, HR.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: They're going to be able to help hire higher consciousness individuals.
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: But just the natural ability of a really powerful consciousness because of the neutrality.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: When you walk into a meeting, when you walk into a room, when you walk into an office, whether it's with customer service or the CEO, you're bringing everyone up.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: And the best example I have is do you remember that movie with uh William H.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: Nacy called The Cooler?
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: I actually do not.
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: I usually know all my movies.
- 19:03SPEAKER_00: Okay, so so it was it was Vegas.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: Vegas hired this guy.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: He had very he was like an Eeyore.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: He was like very low energy.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: Every time a table was really hopping, someone was making a ton of money, they would just bring him in, he'd grab a drink, sit at the table, and the table would crash.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: Or he'd go to roulette and he'd lean on the table, grab a drink, and that guy would crap out.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: Everything's energy, right?
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: Even the most scientific or unscientific, religious, spiritual people who don't believe in that, we know it's energy now.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: Everyone knows that.
- 19:35SPEAKER_00: So they would bring him in as the cooler.
- 19:38SPEAKER_00: He would cool it down so the people would, okay?
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: The consciousness officer is the polar opposite of that.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: Just by being in the room, the energy, the clarity, the neutrality, and the consciousness of that male or female naturally brings everyone up, naturally takes the walls down, opens up a space, and you'll have less division of conflict.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: That right there is something that the world is drastically needing, and it's only going to get more aggressive and more needed because of how the world's becoming divided and conflicted.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Like you said, we can't agree to disagree because everyone's digging their heels in.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: My side's better.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: I'm right, you're wrong, vice versa.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: Just like when technology took over businesses and we started hiring CTOs, this is the next logical hire, and they're going to need it very quick.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: You know, it's so interesting because you know, I uh in my coaching practice, we talk a lot about energy and finding what that is.
- 20:35SPEAKER_01: And and uh because I always say and repeatedly say this, you know, your vibe attracts your tribe, right?
- 20:43SPEAKER_01: And how you operate, you know, and um and it's and it's true, like you could just as you know, William H.
- 20:53SPEAKER_01: Macy walks into a room and he's the if he's the cooler, that same energy doesn't whether you know, being at a table in Vegas, but it's also people who can walk into like a networking event, or you have somebody who walks into a meeting and they are their energy just brings everything down, or you can have something that brings it all up.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: And that is it's it's it's interesting that we're talking about this because I shared this uh idea about um how you consider yourself and how people react.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: We talk a lot about anabolic versus catabolic energy, anabolic raising you up, catabolic being something that's more negative, and how you perceive people coming at you.
- 21:35SPEAKER_01: So it's really, you know, I would agree with you.
- 21:40SPEAKER_01: I think that this is something that a lot of companies really need to be able to focus on and think about because the energy that's coming into a place, it is going to, you know, depending upon how it is, it's either going to attract the right clients and the right people to work there or it's going to push people away.
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: But if you Can have somebody that's kind of you know their responsibility to help be that person, you know, you're saying the like the chief consciousness officer.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: I'm thinking also you could even call it the chief energy officer, right?
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: Like, you know, in some ways, like to to raise people up versus to bring people down.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: Um so when you're thinking about what what you're doing, are you creating like a training program or something like how you know you are one person, so what does somebody need to do to bring in a chief consciousness officer into their company?
- 22:40SPEAKER_01: Is there a training program that you're offering that's giving them a certification?
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: So um two things.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: I think we discussed this earlier, but a chief consciousness officer, uh, I just want to make this very clear.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: It is not another wellness program, right?
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: And I'm not I'm not saying I'm not saying I know you know that.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: I just on all these interviews, I want to make sure because we always have our own conditioning and bias.
- 23:02SPEAKER_00: Like in all consciousness, it's another, it's not another wellness program.
- 23:05SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: We're not talking about drinking smoothies.
- 23:08SPEAKER_00: I'm not I'm not gonna go in and tell everyone to meditate and do yoga and everything else.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: Everyone else is already doing that, and it's not it's not really working that well.
- 23:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:15SPEAKER_00: Um, so yes, I am one person.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: What I'm looking to do is I want a decent sized company to see this, and thankfully to you and quite a few others, they're gonna see it very soon.
- 23:26SPEAKER_00: And I think there's gonna be a hire very soon.
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: I hope uh I'm looking forward to being me.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: Um, and I want to jump in there, no matter what the company is, uh, and show them the profound power of what this is.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: And then other companies, whether they understand it or not, you know as well as I do, the competition is going to have that little FOMO, and they're gonna say, Oh, what's this position?
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: Are we lagging behind?
- 23:48SPEAKER_00: Do we need I would like to help other companies find that individual because what a chief consciousness officer is not is a super spiritual person who is against capitalism and thinks profits for the burns.
- 24:01SPEAKER_00: There's a considerable amount of very high-level consciousness, high clarity people who don't have a business background, who are trying to, in a sense, fight the system, break, bring the system down.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: Again, that's no different than a Catholic and an atheist.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: We need a business background, nonprofit background with someone who has the high level clarity and the high consciousness that can merge those two.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: Because as humans, we separate everything.
- 24:25SPEAKER_00: We need individuals to bridge the gap.
- 24:27SPEAKER_00: We need to merge it.
- 24:29SPEAKER_00: So I would assume I'm hired on full-time probably within the next four to six weeks with everything that's going on and how quickly things are going.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: And then I want to help organizations find uh their chief consciousness officer.
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: Do I have a training course?
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: No, I do have consciousness training, which helps a lot of people raise their consciousness and understand what consciousness is, which just expands everything.
- 24:51SPEAKER_00: Uh I don't have a training or a certificate course for that.
- 24:54SPEAKER_00: But I know I'm giving you a business idea?
- 25:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, it it may, it may turn into something, but um I'd rather spend my time with it with in the trenches with an organization with a thousand employees, ten thousand employees, really digging in and inspiring other companies to s to find that individual for themselves, because that position is going to be more important than a CTO with technology.
- 25:23SPEAKER_00: It really is because of the way this world's shifting.
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: So, so you share the criteria, let's say, for somebody who wants to become a chief consciousness officer.
- 25:34SPEAKER_01: Maybe they've spent time in um, maybe they spent time in HR, maybe they've spent time in a nonprofit.
- 25:40SPEAKER_01: They've been in business, right?
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: Um, what are some other criteria that would make somebody a good CCO, as you said?
- 25:49SPEAKER_00: Neutral.
- 25:50SPEAKER_01: Neutral.
- 25:51SPEAKER_00: So I mean, I mean, think but think about that word.
- 25:53SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: I I know do you know anybody that's neutral?
- 25:58SPEAKER_01: Uh, you know, I exactly.
- 26:01SPEAKER_01: I I you know it's funny, it's it's the word that you say, you know, I feel like I tell, you know, it's so it's the word that I say to my kids when I, you know, they're growing up all the time, just be neutral, be neutral.
- 26:10SPEAKER_01: It is the hardest thing to be neutral.
- 26:14SPEAKER_01: I'm like, I wear it off white, it's not even neutral.
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: I mean, expressing, you know, so you know so so really, really quickly, what they would, what would you what what I would be looking for in a male or female at the highest level, and there's very few like this, so we'd have to figure it out, is if they had a significant amount of time, maybe two to five years, uh like myself, 10, with a teacher that stripped them clean.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: Uh because a lot of people, I've had a lot of discussions, people have crossed paths with meditation teachers, akashic record readers, energy healers, channelers, maybe they had a teacher that took them onto a couple ayahuasca.
- 26:54SPEAKER_00: Those are all great things, but I mean a legit teacher who uh is the overall encompassing individual that has you learn and read stuff, not to fill your mind with knowledge, but to strip it away.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: The awakening process is not a filling of the mind, it is an emptying of the mind.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: It's an understanding that after that happens, this is the unique thing.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: After being stripped away, most people leave the world behind because they see, they see truly what's going on.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: They see who they're dealing with, what they're dealing with, right?
- 27:31SPEAKER_00: It just shifts everything in them.
- 27:33SPEAKER_00: So to come back into a business world, which most people think is ruining the world, that's gonna be a tough position to fill.
- 27:40SPEAKER_00: But there are individuals out there like that that can combine and bridge the gap with that.
- 27:44SPEAKER_00: Because if everyone just starts leaving everything behind and they just want to tear down what they don't like, again, that's just another side.
- 27:53SPEAKER_00: The spiritual, the spiritual path has become just another religion.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: They're just as strict and dogmatic as the religion they left behind and thought was wrong.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: We've someone's got to bring that to the to the understanding and the awareness and the clarity of eight billion people.
- 28:08SPEAKER_00: I don't have a dog in the fight.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: I gotta keep saying that.
- 28:10SPEAKER_00: I don't care.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: I don't care if you're religious or spiritual.
- 28:14SPEAKER_00: I don't care if you're Republican or Democrat.
- 28:16SPEAKER_00: So back to your question, the more neutral, the better, because when you have you have this vast resource of consciousness, every time you pick a side, you're shrinking it.
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: You're shrinking the power of it.
- 28:29SPEAKER_00: So if they're neutral, they're literally tapped into pure consciousness.
- 28:33SPEAKER_00: They're just a vast resource, like the cooler.
- 28:36SPEAKER_00: You walk into a room, like you said, going into a networking event, that individual walks in the room and everyone feels better.
- 28:43SPEAKER_00: Someone who was pissed off and was gonna kick the dog when they get home may not kick the dog.
- 28:48SPEAKER_00: Little subtle things like that, but neutrality and they need to understand consciousness.
- 28:54SPEAKER_00: Um, and they uh they probably need to understand they just they gotta be really, really well rounded.
- 29:04SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 29:04SPEAKER_01: So the first thing that's coming one of the other things is coming to mind besides you becoming a teacher of this, which I you know, um, or having some type of certification course is a checklist of neutrality, almost like a uh an assessment.
- 29:19SPEAKER_01: How neutral are you?
- 29:21SPEAKER_01: Maybe there is something out there, but that would be kind of that would be something that might be interesting to someone to be able to say, you know, if you've answered these questions like this on a scale of you know zero to ten, you know, you've done that, you're you're neutral if you're you know over fifty or not, or whatever.
- 29:38SPEAKER_01: I you know, you know, the assessment is.
- 29:41SPEAKER_01: So um, because I keep thinking that, you know, what would be something that a you know, if a company wants to bring somebody in, what it, you know, we've got we've got some of the characteristics of it, but how do they really know?
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: You well, and I think that's where my value's coming in.
- 29:59SPEAKER_00: And I think that the last last 15 years of my life, which have been a real struggle because of trying to come back into this world, trying to figure out where my place is, knowing that I there's certain things I just the universe would not allow me to do, no different than my first business.
- 30:17SPEAKER_00: I flew two million miles and then all of a sudden developed the fear of flying.
- 30:21SPEAKER_00: And then when I finally left the business, I got on a plane a month later.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: So the universe has pushed me into a corner, sort of say, to get to this point where I'm discussing this with you.
- 30:31SPEAKER_00: So to find someone truly neutral, I mean, I like you Republican or Democrat, what do you think it like?
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: People are always gonna say they're middle of the road.
- 30:42SPEAKER_00: Maybe they're a libertarian.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm conservative fiscally and I'm democratic this way.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: No, legitimately.
- 30:48SPEAKER_00: Like, are you neutral?
- 30:50SPEAKER_00: Um, that's gonna probably be a unique person to find, but I think we could find uh a good amount of people, male and female, that could fall in line with that.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: And maybe that's where my value is gonna come in is for the business, uh, helping whatever business hires me, but then consulting in a sense and helping more people find that.
- 31:09SPEAKER_00: And because of my neutrality, I will know uh almost immediately.
- 31:14SPEAKER_00: Let me let me mute real quick.
- 31:15SPEAKER_00: Here, hold on one second.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: Almost immediately if they're neutral enough to be in this position.
- 31:24SPEAKER_00: Now, what is everyone thinking when they watch this?
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: Man, you're judging.
- 31:27SPEAKER_00: Well, let me tell you something.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: The wall's white.
- 31:29SPEAKER_00: Is that am I judging the wall?
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: I'm not judging you.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: I'm not judging neutrality or not.
- 31:34SPEAKER_00: I don't I can't say this enough.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: I don't have a dog in the fight.
- 31:38SPEAKER_00: I don't care.
- 31:39SPEAKER_00: That's where my power comes in, that's where the unique combination of skills come around.
- 31:43SPEAKER_00: That's why I left that business behind begrudgingly because it had all the money and all the security with it.
- 31:50SPEAKER_00: And then I met this weird guy that my teacher, that I had no spiritual background, no religious background.
- 31:56SPEAKER_00: So the universe had this plan and it's here.
- 31:59SPEAKER_00: Um, I would say that finding this position like this, having individuals like you being okay talking about it on your podcast shows me the world's ready.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: And that's incredibly valuable for whatever company sees this and says we want to be the first.
- 32:16SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna take advantage of that.
- 32:19SPEAKER_00: And I would love to help other companies find individuals because they're out there.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: They're out there.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: They're they they have my set of skills and they have not left the world behind.
- 32:27SPEAKER_00: And money's not for the birds, and they don't hate capitalism, they're not trying to tear anything down.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: They understand there's this natural flow of this shift, and that natural shift is like a 22-year-old turning 23.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: We don't need a teacher.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: Just 365 days later, we turn 23, and nothing else changes, and everything's okay.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: That is consciousness.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: There's a natural shift, and we will be able to help people understand that.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: Charlie, I can talk to you about this forever because I think it's a really I think it's such a very key point um that that companies are facing, that people are facing right now.
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: Um so tell everybody where where can our listeners find you and learn more and connect more.
- 33:10SPEAKER_00: I I like to keep it simple, so I'll give you the link for my LinkedIn.
- 33:13SPEAKER_00: And the reason I do the LinkedIn is because it's an ongoing communication and conversation and comments of what a CCO is, also what it's not.
- 33:23SPEAKER_00: So when I post four or five times a week, it's how a CCO would be a secret weapon of the C-suite.
- 33:28SPEAKER_00: Um it is not a wellness program.
- 33:30SPEAKER_00: Consciousness is not spiritual, it's an ongoing conversation that they can watch because I'm assuming companies are watching now saying, this kid's crazy, or this guy's crazy.
- 33:38SPEAKER_00: Uh, consciousness is spiritual.
- 33:40SPEAKER_00: And then they start to really read.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: They see the comments, they see interviews that I truly am so appreciative of people like you allowing it to be.
- 33:47SPEAKER_00: When they hear the details of it and it's spoken out for 30 minutes, and nothing trips me up.
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: No skeptical comments, no questions that are meant to, in a sense, trip me up, push me to when they hear that so naturally come out of me, they're gonna say, Holy shit, this is exactly what we need.
- 34:05SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 34:06SPEAKER_01: All right, so listeners, I want you to connect with Charlie talk about the consciousness and go to LinkedIn, connect with him, read the post that follow um and truly connect because you know the world needs to, if we want to talk about it and just from the simple side of elevating energy within companies and creating more positive impact, this is a great uh access point to that.
