Anthony and Dana tackle America's favorite conspiracy theory this week: is the gold actually in Fort Knox, or did somebody swap it out for gold-painted bricks decades ago? Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent went on TV and pinky-swore it's all there — no independent audit, just his word. Convenient timing, considering Washington is now floating a plan to "revalue" that gold from its fossilized 1973 price of $42 an ounce up to what it's actually worth.
