Melati Bertolacini: Okay, beautiful people. We are here today on the Everything's Energy Show. I'm your host, May, and I have with me two of the most energetic people I could think of. We have my mom, Doctor. Rose Michael.
0:11
Yeah. And we have the always just bubbling over with energy, David Avocado Wolfe. Thank you.
0:19
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I'm a drummer. I think people don't understand that about me. I mean, I could play, like, four hours straight of drumming and not even realize I did anything. That's been always been my problem is I I can't, like, go to gyms because I go into the gym for two hours and then I later that night, I'm like, did I do anything today? Like, it's just it's crazy what I actually have to do to get a workout in.
0:40
It has to be, like, eight or ten hours of hiking or climbing cliffs or crazy stuff.
0:45
Melati Bertolacini: Well, I don't know how you balance that with all the other business and everything else you do too. Like, you are you are a force in the industry. Like, you've been, I I would say, a pioneer in a lot of ways.
0:55
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I have known you since we met. I I think that's when we first met was in Toronto.
1:03
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's right. That was Toronto. Yes.
1:04
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: What was that conference called?
1:07
David "Avocado" Wolfe: The Total Health Show.
1:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Total Health Show in Toronto. How many years ago is that? Almost twenty.
1:12
Melati Bertolacini: I think close to.
1:12
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's over twenty.
1:14
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Really? Are we that old, David? Jeez. You were you were a baby then.
1:18
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I know. It's probably it's for sure twenty two years, I think.
1:23
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Is it that?
1:23
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Maybe longer. It could have been '23. Might have been in 2003. But that's actually what's interesting about that show is that one day my friend Anson, he's a postal carrier in Toronto, and lovely guy, and he brought me one day to that show. He's like, brought me a whole bunch of spring water.
1:40
And I was like, what's this? He's like, oh, this is spring water I brought for you that I got from a spring up north. And I said, hey, next time I come, let's go to that spring. So we went to that spring the next time, and I bought the house next door.
1:51
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh, wow.
1:51
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's how I ended up there.
1:52
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I didn't know that. It was from the total house don't know any of that. I do do know that going into your room, we had an event after you and your room where Michael was DJing actually, Michael Scalar. Okay. Was DJing, and we had to clean up the mess of smoothie everywhere.
2:08
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. That sounds like my kind of party. I remember those parties. I mean, we have done so many was like, oh, wow. Superfood parties and, you know, we just I don't know.
2:17
The alcohol vibe just went out. When the raw foods came in, the alcohol went out. And the superfoods just so much better.
2:24
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Famous for cacao.
2:25
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Right. But I mean, that's there there is the perfect drug in the world and it's chocolate. Of course. Everybody knows that.
2:34
Melati Bertolacini: Everyone's or every woman's at least favorite drug of choice.
2:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's really interesting how chocolate treats women differently than men. Yeah. Right? Like, it's really different. And kids, right?
2:44
Kids they have a totally different reaction. They're running around the playground going totally berserk, totally wild. For women it's like you know you're going to like la la land dreaming about buying shoes or something. For men, I mean tell me if I'm wrong but for men it's like you know I'm a tinkering and like you know my man gave, okay, I'm gonna make this little concoction or figure this thing out or make some free energy device or something like that. Seems like that's what chocolate's effect is.
3:06
Very strongly affects the brain.
3:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. Very strongly affects the brain. All kinds of good stuff with that.
3:12
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. I thought we might get into this is May's idea. Like, what superfoods are, like, legit?
3:18
Melati Bertolacini: Overhype, underhype. I've even seen some fun trends where sometimes you do, a fast reaction of, like, cacao. Yay or nay? Like, goji berries. Like, on a scale of one to 10, what do you give it?
3:30
But we don't have to do that necessarily. Maybe maybe later. Maybe later. We'll do
3:34
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: best of so many cool things to talk about because he was just in one of my favorite places with one of my favorite people in Greece. He's there with Donna Palitas in her center.
3:44
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah Donna's so great. I was let me tell you what happened is I hiked over from like our headquarters. We have kind of a headquarters in Athens. It's just, you know, these amazing people you meet in your life and this woman during the whole pandemic insanity, a good friend of mine from Greece, from Athens, who, you know, I haven't seen her in years, she's like, if this is over, you're coming over here. I've got some things to show you.
4:05
So eventually it was over and in 2023 we flew over there and it just became like headquarters. Her place became our headquarters. And that's where I've been hanging out now whenever I do you know, I gotta do a lot of business in Greece. We're bringing olive oil and olives and all kinds of things from up there.
4:19
Melati Bertolacini: Olive The oil. Good.
4:21
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Good. I mean, this is like so, you know
4:23
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Speaking of another super fruit, olives.
4:26
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Olives and olive oil. Olive oil.
4:28
Melati Bertolacini: Almost polyphenols.
4:29
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Yeah. The story there is crazy. I mean, is if I had to nail it down, I'd say cacao, olives, and olive oil, these are the two top longevity substances in the world.
4:40
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And we had such a great time last time I was there. We were Yes. All there with Sasha Stone, Scott McKay. I mean Totally unplanned.
4:52
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Totally unplanned. That's what makes it way better.
4:56
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: There we were, all of us together in Athens Yes. With Donna Palita. With Donna. It was so fabulous.
5:02
David "Avocado" Wolfe: She set up she brought your whole system down. She brought the EES system all the way down to this they had this big health show at the Olympic Stadium. So I walked from our headquarters down there one day. It was like an hour walk. And I it was hot.
5:15
And like, was like Las Vegas hot.
5:17
Melati Bertolacini: It's muggy there sometimes Yeah. In the
5:19
David "Avocado" Wolfe: was a little bit more humid.
5:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: More humid. Yeah.
5:21
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. And so I was kinda like, oh, this is intense. So I get to Donna and she got the whole system there. I was like, my god. Is great.
5:27
But she's like, you you need to cool off. There's a there's a ice bath next door.
5:33
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Ice bath and EE system.
5:36
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right next to each other. I was it was amazing. Perfect.
5:39
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I was like, perfect.
5:40
David "Avocado" Wolfe: So I go over there, and I, like, basically luckily, I was in my swimsuit. So I was like I just basically took everything off. I was talking to the guy over there except my swimsuit of course. And I was talking to the guy there and he's like he's like you know are you familiar with all this stuff? I'm like look I'm old friends with Wim Hof.
5:54
I've been cold plunging for over thirty years. I live in Canada. Mean, I do you think? And he's like, yeah, just go in. So I went in there.
6:02
That was the best ever. Oh my god. You know, when you get the right treatment at the right time when you need it?
6:07
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Perfect timing.
6:08
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Perfect timing. And then got out of there after about I did like ten minutes in there. I was that hot. I was that overheated. And then went to the EES.
6:15
You
6:15
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: really needed to chill.
6:17
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I needed to chill out for sure.
6:18
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Chill out. And then the EESystem too.
6:21
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Then I just went right over there and just basically hung out. I just laid on the floor in the middle of that whole thing.
6:26
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Another one of those best days ever.
6:28
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Best ever. It was truly best ever. What a great place too because you're in the you're in Olympic Stadium in Athens. That's like the whole Olympics comes from Greece and, you know, Athens, of course, I think they hosted it back 2002, something like
6:40
Melati Bertolacini: It's been a minute.
6:41
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's been a minute, but it was, you know, relative, like, twenty something years ago. Anyway, so it was cool. It was a good time.
6:49
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Anyway, that was fun being there with you. And then then I was there. I got to see your farm on Kauai.
6:54
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, yeah. That was great.
6:55
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Remember you came I I you know, we had our our center owner who's a veteran. We had a program at the Veterans Center there. He's in his eighties. Right?
7:04
David "Avocado" Wolfe: He's looking good. That guy was with
7:06
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: That was amazing. And walk he when he started with us a decade ago. Wow. You know, his his bone on bone knees needed double knee replacements, went in the system, and his pain level went from a 12 to a two or something or what had you know. And he put the system in there.
7:24
So you got to meet him.
7:25
Melati Bertolacini: That was great.
7:26
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Harvey Mehta on Yep. On Kauai. And you have the best little farm there ever. Because after that program with him, we got, you know, and we had all the room full of people with miracles. That was so awesome.
7:40
David "Avocado" Wolfe: So awesome.
7:41
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You know, Kauai, it's a small island. They had what? At least 50 people, 60 people in
7:45
David "Avocado" Wolfe: the room. Yeah. In the room. I mean, we walked in, there was a packed house. Was like, woah.
7:48
This is this is incredible. I was so glad we went. Yeah. I was so glad. And I just kept pushing and pushing my crew.
7:54
Like, gotta get there. We gotta get there. We gotta get there.
7:56
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I was so blown away that you showed up.
7:59
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Was like, oh my god. Know Kauai is nobody goes anywhere. Yeah. But I was like
8:03
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Especially from one side of the island to the other. That's like, oh, no. Nobody goes there.
8:07
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's know that. It's like Manhattan. It's like, you might as well go to Manhattan or something. I mean, people don't go to the South Side of the island if they're on the North. We're the North.
8:15
If you're on the South, people don't go to the North. Yeah. And they might as well fly off the island.
8:18
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's small island, but but it's funny.
8:21
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. It's quirky, very quirky. But it was great to have you there just, you know, in the middle of our and I've been farming there for over twenty years.
8:28
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And I've been wanting to see that farm for probably close to twenty years.
8:32
David "Avocado" Wolfe: What'd think? At your honest opinion.
8:34
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh god. Oh, it's paradise. I mean, it's just amazing what you've done. All the I have beautiful pictures with the cacao. You know, speaking back to that chocolate thing, the cacao growing there is just incredible.
8:47
But all the different trees that you have, you know, soursop and
8:52
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Soursops and nonis, of course, know,
8:55
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: in Hawaii. Noni, of
8:56
David "Avocado" Wolfe: course. Relinia and vanilla. You got to see the vanilla.
9:00
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Was a lot.
9:02
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, I love vanilla. And of course, we've got tremendous amount of avocados, I think you've got 40, know, in the whole zone of the jungle.
9:10
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Avocado Wolfe, avocado is one of that is definitely one of those super foods. I was just on with somebody yesterday, well what should I eat? Avocados, you know. It's a perfect cancer food.
9:22
Melati Bertolacini: Or anti cancer,
9:23
David "Avocado" Wolfe: shall Yeah, we perfect cancer fighter. It's also, you know, has this amazing like softness that makes it appropriate for all ages and all people. The creaminess
9:35
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: of it.
9:35
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Creaminess. Like I was with a guy Satisfying. The other day who had no teeth. You know, was, you know, he's like at a whatever, at a
9:42
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: certain You can live on avocados. You can.
9:44
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Totally. I was like, wow. You know, you can still eat avocados if you have no teeth. It was interesting, you know, to really like make that change because I came out of California. So, you know, the raw food days and we were, you know, everybody in LA, Southern California, Orange County, San Diego, we were all like we gotta get to Hawaii.
10:03
We gotta get to the avocados in Hawaii. The avocados grown on the side of the road as you know are better than anything you could find
10:09
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: anywhere They're just off Big Island.
10:12
Melati Bertolacini: Don't need
10:12
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: a garden. They really grew up on the Big Island.
10:14
Melati Bertolacini: You know that was one of the special places. You don't have to know how to grow anything for things to just naturally grow in that environment.
10:21
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: So it's something And they're everywhere.
10:23
Melati Bertolacini: Yeah. And it's just delicious and fresh.
10:25
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But every kind of avocado, not just your Hass, which is what you have in this.
10:30
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. I'm familiar with over 600 different types of avocados. I know there's over 2,000.
10:36
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. And I thought that's a lot because they have at least 12 or something Island that I know of.
10:42
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Oh, no. There's so I mean, the Big Island like, I've got the poster that has all the major ones that were at the Trent we call what was it called? The Hilo
10:51
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: The Farmer's Market.
10:51
David "Avocado" Wolfe: The experimental station.
10:52
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Did you
10:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: it got mowed over by the lava in the '20 I think it was the 2018
10:58
Melati Bertolacini: flow. Thereabouts. Yeah.
10:59
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Somewhere in there. Might have been the 2014 flow.
11:01
Melati Bertolacini: Along with our favorite warm ponds.
11:03
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, yeah. But it's you know, there it formed a couple other warm ponds now. Okay. So there's a couple spots to go to.
11:09
Melati Bertolacini: But no more Queens Bath?
11:10
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Nope. Queens Bath is gone. Yep. This is where my kids learned to swim was in those warm ponds on the big Island. Right?
11:18
Wow. Michael and Mela grew up there with with those warm ponds. It was a wee little thing.
11:25
David "Avocado" Wolfe: No. This is the thing just so everybody who's watching at home, you know, you're thinking, you know, should we do a a vacation to Hawaii? You absolutely should.
11:33
Melati Bertolacini: Just not Oahu. Oh, no Oahu. I mean, maybe partly Oahu. It's not just only Oahu. Right.
11:39
Not just
11:40
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Wacky Key. Yeah. Yeah. Because it is Wacky Key. It's you know you know how the islands are.
11:48
You know, Big Island is root chakra.
11:50
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yep.
11:51
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You know, you have Maui as sexual chakra. That's why you have all the Kundalini teachers there, all the tantra teachers.
11:59
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right.
11:59
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And and it's Yuppieville, and it's and it's a happening place. Happening.
12:04
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Mean, you know, we go to Maui for fun. We go to Big Island for fun, but but you know how Kauai is. Tell us about Kauai. You you know the vibe.
12:11
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. Yeah. Because Big Island, you got most active volcano in the world. It's root chakra. It's a creation power.
12:17
Yeah. But Kauai's third eye.
12:19
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah.
12:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: That's that's where you go for the visions traditionally or they're your next assignments spiritually. So I tell people to go there to get and and but also to rest because it's dream time. It's it's magic. I mean the dream time there is magical. Yeah.
12:35
And Technicolor dream time. Right?
12:36
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. There's things that have happened to me on the on Kauai that just would just defy all explanations. You know? Like, I I it's just things I couldn't even describe. It wouldn't even make sense to people, but, like, technical information, chip information, computer chip information that has been downloaded to me in the interior of those, I'm not even a computer guy.
13:02
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You know what I'm saying?
13:02
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Like I
13:02
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: really have But nothing no, the downloads of just the like what the That you can get there is incredible. Crazy.
13:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Crazy. And so I feel super blessed because you know how it is with the islands. It's like the either accepts you and you're in vibration and resonance with it.
13:19
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: That's a word people don't know but let me give the definition. It's the land that shares so much love with us and loves us so much.
13:29
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's it. The Aina is like that it's like a emanating love. It's an emission that comes out of those islands and each one's different has its own character.
13:39
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. Each each island's like a different chakra. Oahu's the throat chakra, communication central. But yeah when Fukushima happened I was actually I was told I needed to be there. I was teaching a seminar on Kauai when that happened and got taken to Ni'i'ao to work with the energy.
13:59
Wow. Ni'i'ao is the crown chakra of the islands but it's also called the forbidden aisle. You know it's like Mission Impossible generally.
14:07
Melati Bertolacini: You cannot go there at all unless
14:09
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: you are invited. Twice.
14:11
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's amazing. I mean, that's like by the way, that's like a miracle that that that would happen.
14:15
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Twice. Amazing. But part of my recognition as kahuna was Mo Kalei. You know who he is right?
14:24
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Mo Kalei is the singer.
14:26
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh yeah. Not his. The other one. He was called mister aloha.
14:33
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Okay.
14:33
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But his grandfather, grandfather all the way on back, lineage on back was all the kahunas of Ni'i'au. And he passed the mana of that lineage to me. So I I anchored that with Fukushima when it happened and then and then immediately set to work with what what can we do to bring healing to Fukushima and Japan and all that stuff.
14:57
David "Avocado" Wolfe: A couple years later after Fukushima, was I on one of the beaches on the North Shore Of Kauai. This is a fact, like a radiation helmet, like one of those helmets with Japanese writing on it and like radio activity signs on it.
15:13
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh, washed up on shore?
15:15
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Washed up on shore.
15:16
Melati Bertolacini: Oh, wow.
15:16
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. And it was on the beach. I was like, this cannot no one believed me. No.
15:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But this was this was what was happening in California too. A lot of the refuse or whatever from Fukushima end up washing up on the shores Crazy. Either Hawaii or California.
15:31
Melati Bertolacini: I've heard that there's still, like, a floating small continent of just detritus out in the ocean somewhere. I don't
15:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: know what the What do they call that? The Great Garbage Patch or
15:39
Melati Bertolacini: something up the Northwest. Who knows how radioactive that patch is
15:42
David "Avocado" Wolfe: at this point? Who yeah. And that's people were like, why didn't you keep that helmet? I was like, I want no. I don't wanna touch that helmet.
15:48
Right. I, like, I basically took the helmet and I put it on top of, like, a piece of, like, a, like, a log that had washed up and I just put it up there like, you know, sat on it and that and that was it. And that and and then when I went back there, it wasn't there anymore. So somebody must have grabbed it.
16:05
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You should have gotten a picture at
16:06
David "Avocado" Wolfe: least. Yeah, at least.
16:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah, so many things that we coulda, shoulda, woulda And
16:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: then nobody believes me now, but whatever. But it was, you know, there was, as you know, in Kauai, there was detritus that washed up from Fukushima about two years after and there was a lot of pieces of homes and the debris was crazy, like really So what a catastrophe but as you know and as maybe people don't know at home is that we have all the technology to deal with all that.
16:34
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yes, we have everything to heal, fix and cure everything. And part of the reason I was told to do my technology because I grew up with radiation, My mother was fissioning plutonium in the lab.
16:46
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's your family.
16:47
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You working on bomb the whole time she was My pregnant with dad did stealth bombers and all that stuff. And I came in going, how do we heal all this? How do we heal all this? I mean it was crazy. But my favorite toys, I had you know, at least three Geiger counters of my own.
17:02
That you grew up with? And I grew yeah. And I grew up doing all of Tesla's experiments. I mean, that was what I did. I grew up with all of Tesla's experiments.
17:11
So the countering of the radiation, our technology counters all that. And it creates an implosion, it creates cold nuclear fusion, fusion instead of fission. Right. Because I go how do we heal all this? So I was told to create the technology for these times.
17:32
Oh I built my first Scalar Healing Light Chamber, let's go back 1978. But I built my first healing the EE system the way it is more or less the way it is now, the first models. Back then. Back in the day. I started, you know, was crazy.
17:49
Two eighty sixes and three eighty sixes and four eighty sixes and then we got pentiums.
17:56
David "Avocado" Wolfe: You know, one of the
17:57
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: things that And that's back early nineties.
17:59
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That I what transformed my understanding about how to deal these things is what you were just saying which is about implosion. Basically you implode the material into another dimension.
18:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: That's right.
18:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: And that's it, I mean that's the solution. And the vortex is the implosion like metaphor. It's the form of the implosion, right? It's like, you know, can completely, it's like a donut. It completely folds in and out, in and and in and out.
18:24
Yes. And things can be folded right out of this dimension, sent to another dimension. The idea Well it's transmutation, actually
18:29
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: they proved it was total transmutation of energy. It's from the phase conjugation of the wave pairs coming together. It's very sexual really. But it's like an orgasm of light force energy with that implosion from that fusion aspect. It's a cold nuclear fusion event that occurs.
18:50
And this is the real secret of how our technology works, and it was designed to counter all the radiation issues and designed to put the DNA back to its original divine, the original divine design because that is our God code. And 12, you know, if you look at it, it looks like 12 strands of DNA on the screen, right?
19:11
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yes.
19:11
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. That's very, very intentional to activate all of our latent capabilities as the god beings because we're in the time of the great turning of the ages.
19:22
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Wherever I travel in the world I always track down an EES system and usually get to sleep there which has worked out for me a number of best different times. That's night ever. That's how you're doing it, I mean every night which is amazing. I've seen your situation now I'm like woah this is every night over here, really cool. And one of the things that I love about the EES system is it's constantly reminding you that there's always a solution, there's always a way, there's no dead end, miracles are happening every single day, all day long.
19:50
That's the reality by the way. Miracles are happening every day, all day long. So all you have to do is just go miracles now and all of a sudden you're there.
19:58
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's like okay God, what next? Now what do you want me to do? Okay God, now what do you want?
20:05
David "Avocado" Wolfe: This is a much better way of life than the nine to five, like know trudge.
20:10
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Well, but it's like that cacao, it's orgasmic.
20:13
Melati Bertolacini: Yes. I was thinking too, how many people do you know outside of your farmers that actually get to interact with cacao in its natural state? Like most of us are never gonna see it growing.
20:25
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah, Hershey's is not it.
20:27
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right.
20:28
Melati Bertolacini: And we see just the end version, you know, wherever we are. I mean, so many people don't even know, they don't have access to fresh farms Yeah,
20:39
David "Avocado" Wolfe: how it is, like with coffee, yeah, with coffee and cacao
20:43
Melati Bertolacini: It's processed, one good way but it is processed.
20:45
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah, it's processed, yeah.
20:46
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But one of your companies is actually Sacred Chocolate.
20:49
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Chocolate, that's right. Yeah, it's
20:51
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: the best, awesome. Been doing
20:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: cold processed chocolate, I mean, don't even know how many years, it's been over twenty years I think at this point. It has been over twenty years, I think we started
21:00
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I 2000 and love that it's in a heart and it's beautiful. Well,
21:03
Melati Bertolacini: thank you. Your lovely wife brought me a little gift last time she's in town. I don't know of anywhere else that I've seen the freeze dried, I guess she called it the umbilical cord of the cacao pod.
21:14
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, the umbilical. This is a thing too. As a cacao farmer, you find out all the little secrets, right? So interestingly and across Amazonia where cacao is from, you know, cacao is originally from Central America all the way into Amazonia. And we believe it's probably primarily was bread, the original Theobroma cacao was bread in the Orinoco River Basin of Venezuela.
21:36
But the traditional way of consuming cacao was only women and children would eat the umbilical parts and the fruity parts. Wow. That's really interesting. So that across Amazonia. So that tells you something intrinsic to the substance.
21:52
Yeah. And over the all the years, I I do believe that that's true. Like the umbilicals, we freeze dry them.
21:56
Melati Bertolacini: Oh, and it tastes it I think it tastes lovely. It kind of gives me like a I've had freeze dried mangosteen. It has a similar texture, just not quite as sweet, but still very fruity.
22:05
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yes. It's very fruity. It's very nourishing. It seems to be female reproductive friendly. Like, that's if I had to characterize, like, what part of the body it's affecting, I would say it's very it's very female reproductive.
22:20
And then I would say for children, it's very good for like growing children. I'm talking about not just the white pulp around the beans. I'm talking about the thing that links them all together which we call the umbilicals for everyone who's like, wait, which part is it again?
22:33
Melati Bertolacini: Yeah. That middle
22:34
David "Avocado" Wolfe: section. That thing
22:35
Melati Bertolacini: grows or, you know, the pods are
22:36
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: around. Not ever gonna get that from Hershey's.
22:39
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Never know. You know, I've been wanting to go. So, you know, we have a chocolate bar, our chocolate factories in, it's by Cocoa Beach basically or Cacao Beach, which is where because the train didn't go all the way down to Miami back in the day. They didn't have air conditioning. And so they would bring the Cacao right up to Cocoa Beach, that's why it's Cocoa Beach, and then from there put it on a train and send it up to Hershey up in Pennsylvania and their milk chocolate.
23:06
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I did tour there, but it's been decades
23:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: and I decades and decades think it was in the we went as kids in the seventies.
23:13
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah.
23:14
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's been a minute. I drove by there recently. I didn't go in, but I was like, was on the highway next to it. Was like, there's the exit right there. Should I go?
23:22
Hershey, Pennsylvania. Hershey, Pennsylvania. But the thing that I wanted to say about that is that where did the cacao come from? Well, it came from West from Eastern Cuba, from Barracoa. And so with what's happening in Cuba right now, we could see you know a change in the regime and we might be able to go there and bring the cacao back.
23:42
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh yeah.
23:43
David "Avocado" Wolfe: From Eastern Cuba which is the closest place to North America where you can grow a significant quantity of cacao without having to worry it's gonna get too cold or frost or whatever.
23:55
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. And for people that aren't aware, there are big shifts going on politically with Cuba.
24:02
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah, it's gonna, that regime, I'm shocked that that regime has not fallen yet actually. We shall see, mean eventually people will have their freedom and eventually it will break down. This crazy cycle of like tyranny to freedom to tyranny to freedom is just, at some point we gotta just step out of all that stuff. It's so stupid. It's such a waste of energy and time.
24:23
But, you know, Frank Herbert who wrote those great books, Dune sequels and and all that, he had a great phrase. He said, power attracts pathological personalities.
24:33
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's a really powerful and good quote. Yeah. There's so much truth
24:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: in that.
24:38
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: There was a lot of deep truth in Dune.
24:40
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Lot of deep stuff in there. Yeah. Lot of it's it's very political, actually. Know, the books are like a faint within a faint within a faint, right? You know, there's always these kind of
24:49
Melati Bertolacini: things Fear is going the mind killer, right?
24:51
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah, fear is the mind killer, right? Which if you can stay out of fear, is the whole thing is like loose, right? Like this whole system that we're in.
24:58
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Loosh. But fear and God can't share the same space, Can't
25:01
David "Avocado" Wolfe: the same space.
25:02
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Can't, fear and God cannot share the same space Yeah.
25:05
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Period. Period. So if you just get out of the fear and stay in the God space, everything's gonna work out and it's gonna be, you know, you're gonna basically be Yeah. Wrecking the whole new world order, whatever the thing is they're trying
25:18
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: to do. Fear is just forgetfulness. This is the way it's defined for me. Yeah.
25:23
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I like that.
25:23
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Fear is just forgetfulness of who we are, all that we are, all that we're here for, all that we have access to. Fear's just forgetfulness. Duh, I forgot who I am. Duh. When you take a deep breath, oh yeah, I remember who I am.
25:36
I'm a powerful, infinite, unlimited son or daughter of God. You know what's
25:40
David "Avocado" Wolfe: an interesting little hack that I learned recently, you know, when dealing with fear, let's just say you're in, you know, some kind of, you're in a sporting event or whatever it looks like for you, you know, however it comes up, is this is US military actually. They found that people were able to step out fear better than even a deep breath with pushing their tongue on the roof of the mouth. Have you do you know about this little hack?
26:03
Melati Bertolacini: I think I've heard
26:04
David "Avocado" Wolfe: something That like one really changed it for me. It was like, woah, what an interesting hack.
26:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Well that's the connection with the that connects pituitary pineal gland, etcetera. So that's very interesting
26:14
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's that yogic thing. I was like, what an interesting thing that this is like US military is basically teaching yoga. It's a yoga idea.
26:22
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Which yoga means to link.
26:23
David "Avocado" Wolfe: To link. Right?
26:24
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: To link up to God, essentially. Link up to the divine that links the brain. It's yeah.
26:29
David "Avocado" Wolfe: The throat lock. It's like the Jalandharabandha, I think is what right? Mhmm. Push your tongue up against the roof of your mouth. And I just thought that was such a It just always comes back, you know, no matter how secular or material or whatever thing the thing is, eventually the spiritual teachings will link in
26:47
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Well, and come spiritual. The word spirit comes from the Latin spirari, which means to breathe. So we're back to that, you know, God breathed the breath of life into man, so then we're in this free will zone where it's up to us whether we're continually, constantly, consciously reconnecting with that source. Source energy of all power, light, wisdom, intelligence. You take that deep breath and let yourself know what God wants you to know.
27:12
And relax into that. Now what's this really about? Okay.
27:17
David "Avocado" Wolfe: You gotta love these kinda shows, right? Just reminding us of like what's really going on. At any moment, we're really actually in a magical realm. You know, we were driving through Las Vegas today and so we're just like, you know, it's just, it's berserk. I mean, this place is berserk.
27:36
Bizarro World. It's Bizarro World. But, you know, there's this amazing thing that, you know, there's this crazy connection here with Hawaii. All the Hawaiians are here.
27:44
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: All the Hawaiians are here. We call it 9th Island.
27:47
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah.
27:48
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: We literally call it 9th Island. The connection is so almost tangible. Yeah. I don't understand it either other than this is a powerful emerging vortex.
27:58
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yes. For sure. It has something to do with like the it's an opposite. Right? Like Mhmm.
28:04
You're in some kind of a dry ancient lake bed of some sort. I mean, it couldn't be drier and hotter than here. This isn't the Sonoran Desert. This is like the Mojave Desert. There's no, like, monsoon that comes through here.
28:17
Like
28:17
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And it's been a a money vortex of Yeah. Of of, you know, just sin city. Yeah. But the other side of that is creating the the spiritual side components somehow simultaneously. Right.
28:31
Melati Bertolacini: Right. Abundance vortex and that can go either way.
28:34
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It can go either way. Right. It's an opposite. It's an extreme.
28:37
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But the amount of corruption that there's been here and is here. And the amount of consciousness.
28:44
David "Avocado" Wolfe: And the light is also here. I find that it just tremendously interesting. When I first got into doing the raw food restaurants, the very first raw food restaurant that we actually successfully opened was in Las Vegas.
28:59
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I didn't know that.
29:00
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Back in 1998.
29:04
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Wow.
29:04
David "Avocado" Wolfe: '19 maybe 1990
29:06
Melati Bertolacini: restaurant that was opened when we first moved here. Yeah. And then they've closed since. Is it the same one?
29:12
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It probably was. It was I'm trying to think of his name, Bob Saladino. He was great. Lovely guy. But it was interesting that it was Las Vegas that first made that move.
29:21
You know?
29:21
Melati Bertolacini: Yeah. We don't really grow anything
29:23
David "Avocado" Wolfe: here. Right? Yeah.
29:24
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's a powerful vortex though. Is Yeah. No question. Everybody comes from all over the world here. Yep.
29:31
And that's part of what makes it so good. It's you know, it's the least expensive airport in the world to fly in and out of
29:38
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Incredible.
29:38
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Or in the country. In The US. The US
29:40
David "Avocado" Wolfe: for sure. I was just thinking like, okay, now that I've been hanging out with you guys at your place and what an awesome place, and my mom's here of course, is that I just I'm gonna fly through here to Hawaii now, which I'm doing. I'm on my way to Hawaii tomorrow.
29:57
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh, so you're flying Hawaiian Airlines back? It's nonstop.
30:00
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's it. You got it. That's it.
30:02
Melati Bertolacini: Let us know when you're
30:03
David "Avocado" Wolfe: in town. Yeah. So and I'll fly back. I'm like, you know what? I'll probably just fly back here because every day that flight's happening, and it just really I don't know.
30:12
It just tells us something about because Hawaii is
30:14
Melati Bertolacini: If you can avoid LAX?
30:16
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, yeah. Right. I mean, usually, I try to avoid LAX and I go to
30:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: San Diego. Also is not
30:22
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Not, is less than excellent, I just say like San Diego Airport for going to Hawaii.
30:27
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah.
30:28
David "Avocado" Wolfe: But Las Vegas is best. So that's the plan.
30:31
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Well, mom's here. Yeah. And we're here.
30:33
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. And you guys are here. So that's enough for me.
30:35
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And you came to our oasis, that's what we
30:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: call What our an So amazing you know having been around to the different centers, your place where you guys are living is like, is really like the best EES center I've seen yet.
30:48
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's good. We're gonna take you to the compound also.
30:53
Melati Bertolacini: We lovingly call our office the compound because it doesn't look like a normal office space. Not open to the public but that's where all of our production happens. Okay. You get to pick out some goodies for you Nice. And your
31:08
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Thank you.
31:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yes. You get to go shopping.
31:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Well, gave me this goodie right here. I've been really appreciating that. That's treated by your system right there.
31:15
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah.
31:15
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's been fun. And I love, you know, all the know, I've got your little sticker on my phone and all those things. It's just by the way, you know, people are like, does this stuff really work? It's like, look, you ain't gonna find out unless you try. How are you gonna know?
31:28
Yeah. That's it. It's like, I try it all. I do it all. It's like, let's see what let's see what happens.
31:33
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Let's see what really works.
31:34
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. What's interesting is what keeps coming back. Like your system keeps coming back into my life. It just keeps coming back some way, shape or form. I'm like, okay.
31:42
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Well, we've known each other like than twenty years. More than twenty years. Yeah.
31:47
Melati Bertolacini: I think that's a true test though. There's a lot of things out there. Some of them are great, some of them are not. A lot of the not great ones don't they're not here anymore. Right.
31:56
Because over time, like, you can hype something up and you can say, oh, it does this, that, the other, but if the proof isn't in the pudding
32:04
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: A lot of it.
32:04
Melati Bertolacini: Five, ten years down the road, it's not there anymore.
32:07
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Was I was studying
32:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: some business this morning.
32:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: You're right. I was studying business this morning, like, podcasts, and this woman was talking about in business, you gotta put up like on your website, what's your best selling product? And I thought that was really interesting because it's like the best selling product has been selected by the customers, right? It's like because it's working. It doesn't become best selling and stay that way because it doesn't work.
32:31
And people intuitively know that. That's why you'll see best It's interesting, right? It's been selected by the people. And so don't push against that, roll with that.
32:41
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I always talk about the gift and the challenge of our technology. Know, our clinicals go back to 2001, the first full system and the testing with NASA and all that goes back in the 90s, literally. Geez. Late 90s, 2000, all that. So we've been around a long time really doing this.
32:59
And Doctor. Shintani on Oahu, you've met him right?
33:02
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yep, that's right.
33:03
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Isn't he awesome? The awesome. Doctor. Terry Shintani. Yep.
33:06
He's just great. He did clinicals, peer reviewed published study, reversal of seizure disorder. Could not say it was autism, could not say it was vaccine damage but it was clear case and total reversal which was a miracle. But he's been seeing miracles there for
33:25
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I mean, just at Donna's place in so I was I think it was after you left, a woman came who she had some, you know, I think breast cancer. And she was like terminal. Yeah. She basically moved from The UK and she or she was Irish living in, you know, outside of London, something like that. And she was a writer and she's like, I'm I'm moving to Greece.
33:50
And somehow when she was in Greece, she got wind of the EES system and she kept coming, kept coming, kept coming. And she's been fine for years.
33:56
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yep. Yeah. We hear that all the time.
34:00
David "Avocado" Wolfe: All the time.
34:00
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You heard it in in Kauai. Remember, there's a room full of people that had had that c word.
34:07
David "Avocado" Wolfe: All kinds of things.
34:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And all kinds of things. Yeah. You heard about the baby there too. Remember there was a baby that what was the story of the baby there?
34:17
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That was it was that couple.
34:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Uh-huh. Oh, no. It was deaf. The baby was a 100% deaf.
34:24
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Okay.
34:25
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And after overnights sleeping in the system, I mean they said the baby be permanently deaf for life, etcetera. And and baby got full hearing back. I mean I just love
34:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Those kind of things.
34:38
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: The blind seeing, the lame walking, the deaf hearing, that's what we hear all the time. So that's the gift and the challenge of our technology is it really works.
34:48
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Well let me bring this up. I've noticed some interesting things over the years. I'm curious in your experience if you've noticed this too. When somebody finds healing through your technology or through the raw foods or through the superfoods or through the herbalism, you know, we kind of put all those things together.
35:04
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh, absolutely. Know, our best wellness. Yeah.
35:07
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Comes from yeah.
35:08
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's a holistic package. And it's holistic means all the different aspects. You can't ex I say this all the time. You can't expect to be super healthy if you're still poisoning yourself. Duh.
35:19
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Duh. And so, interestingly, I found there's been different reactions. Some people, they forget they were ever ill and and and Oh, absolutely.
35:28
Melati Bertolacini: The time.
35:28
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That happens all the time. All the time. Beautiful thing. So it's like, okay.
35:31
Melati Bertolacini: But But here's the thing that mind boggles me. Instead of going back and doing what they did previously to get better, they will oftentimes like, okay. It came back, so let me go try something else.
35:43
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right. Instead of doing the thing that worked before. That's one of those weird things. I I was gonna bring that up. It's then some people will, like, re re regress back into old behaviors or poisonings or things they were doing.
35:55
Melati Bertolacini: Problem is sometimes, you know, you don't always have the time to turn it around then. Yep. And so it's it doesn't always work out very well for them, unfortunately.
36:03
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Or the yeah. Like, where the creator's kinda looking at you going like, oh my god.
36:07
Melati Bertolacini: I really Like, I gave you the tools. You have the tools, and then you lost the tools.
36:11
David "Avocado" Wolfe: This. You've
36:12
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: been there, done it, you didn't get what you didn't learn.
36:15
Melati Bertolacini: Well then they go back to old patterns of behavior too.
36:17
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yes, yeah.
36:18
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Mean. Yeah, go back to their old diet or whatever that
36:22
David "Avocado" Wolfe: So it seems to me that when something really sticks, there's been a change in the person's
36:28
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: identity. Consciousness.
36:30
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Yeah. Well, it's a consciousness shift.
36:32
Melati Bertolacini: Was thinking that too, that woman that Donna had in Greece that was from The UK, she put herself in a completely different environment. And would say the system probably has a lot to do with it, she fully removed herself from her old lifestyle and stressors. Yeah, yes. I think that probably has a lot to do with why she's doing so well.
36:51
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You quit doing what created it.
36:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: 100.
36:54
Melati Bertolacini: Food, the food increase is amazing.
36:56
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Don't go back to doing what created the disease in the first place.
36:59
David "Avocado" Wolfe: 100%. You got
37:01
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: shift or get off the planet is what I've always said. Shift or get off the planet. You gotta change everything. But change your diet, change your consciousness, change your thoughts.
37:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I'll tell you what I can say about that is you don't want the old stuff anyway. You know, that people, what about what I'm gonna, then I'm not gonna be able to do whatever it is. It's like, you don't even want that. You're like, that's coming from some program you picked off off of from like television or, you know, second grade teacher or some other program. It's, you know, so.
37:28
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And I say give yourself the first class upgrade. Yeah. Yeah, eat like you're in the front of the plane, not the back, okay.
37:34
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah, exactly. Or the back of the limousine or something like that. Where you wanna be in the back or in the front of the plane, the back of the limousine, you know, there's a little trope there. Anyway, the self image is what I was kind of getting at. I was trying to think of the guy from Harvard, William James from Harvard, way back, this is like one hundred years ago.
37:55
And he identified, he was like one of the first kind of like success philosophers and researchers and it was a change in the self image that really causes the deep healing. And I was like, wow, that's so interesting, right? When somebody has just a change in their self image, the way they look at themselves, the way they or, you know, when somebody let's just say somebody disciplines themselves and they're like, I'm gonna go, I'm gonna eat well, I'm gonna move to Greece, I'm do gonna the EES system, I'm gonna go every week or every day or whatever. There's a change in the self image that comes with all that. And that I think is the key, I really do.
38:31
The way you look at yourself.
38:32
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I talk about, you know it's ideal optimal meditational states in the system, the way it synchronizes right in that brain hemisphere. So you pull people out of that fright, flight or fight of brain dominance. That's fright, flight or fight mechanism. So they can go to that zero point and know whatever God wants them to know, whatever their highest guidance Right. Wants them
38:52
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Or flight. That's good. That was quick. Mhmm. Fight, fright or flight.
38:57
That was quick.
38:58
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. The fear reaction. The whole fear reaction pattern for being out of balance that counts domination issues. Yeah. Because when the body when I have more than thirty years research on right left brain synchronization because that's like so key to everything.
39:13
As long as there's brain dominance, there's the domination issues and constant compensation for imbalance. It takes more than 90 some percent of the body's energy just coping with a hostile environment. When you synchronize right and left brain hemispheres you go to that zero point or I say the space between breasts where God lives, but that zero point, it's a zero point true zero point energy scaler. The zero point you go to that zero point then it's a space where you have access to all the energy you could possibly want to do anything and everything you could possibly want or need to do to heal, fix, cure anything. The body relaxes into that.
39:55
It's your ultimate relaxational spot. The whole body goes, I can finally freaking relax and you can know whatever there is to know, the knowing of which that allows all things to heal and clear as issues in the body, life, relationships. But you're also not at constant compensation for imbalance with struggle. So you're no longer in that. Now the body has all the energy to do what it really wants to do, and the body wants to function perfectly.
40:24
It's a miracle.
40:25
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's a miracle. It's automatic.
40:26
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Just get away. Power that made the body heals the body, duh.
40:29
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's amazing actually that, you know, the zero point you're talking about to me always reminds me of like, the human being, this is one of these programs we got, you know, that we're an animal and that we've been, you know, we came from apes and monkeys and all this kind of stuff. I'm just like That was a bad program. Oh my god. Please stop this nonsense. It's there's nothing about anybody's life that has anything to do with a monkey every day.
40:51
It just makes no sense. It's so silly. It's so bad. But it denies a particular thing that you and I have been discussing, is the God force. Like you have soul powers, God force that comes through the zero point.
41:04
You have an infinite amount of energy available to you by tuning into that. And it's just tuning into it. That's all it is. It's already available. It's already there.
41:12
It doesn't matter what your situation is. And once you tune into that, anything becomes possible. So no matter what they injected you with or what kind of crap happened or whatever, you can flip it all upside down because God power is more powerful than any of that stuff.
41:25
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah, and when you know you can, you can. If you think you can't, you can't. But when you know you can, you can. We have access to unlimited power, infinite intelligence, unconditional love, should we choose to accept it. But the technology is designed to put people in that state where it makes it easy.
41:41
Yeah. We needed a power assist here.
41:44
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I mean, I I
41:46
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I kind of argued. They asked me to do this and it's like, well, why? Why? Why? He said, you know, there's so much we're bombarded twenty four seven with so much detrimental technology.
41:58
They said I needed to create technology for healing, to create the counterbalance to everything that they were doing with Scalar and the Scalar weaponry. All the abuse of Tesla's work, Tesla himself, you know, coming in. You know, you know, you know, it was a big project. I'm going, okay, god. You want me to do what?
42:18
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Like woah, it's heavy duty. But it seems like it's always, you know, when you respond to the forces of detrimental, you know, electromagnetic fields and toxic food and everything else, where you're gonna get to by the response can take you to a higher place. Right? So that's kind of what the technology is about, isn't it? It's like, really it's just actually helping you get to a higher place.
42:42
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah, one of the principles of Scalar is reorganization to a higher level of function. And it's super luminal velocity, it activates the light. You know, our DNA is primarily light, right?
42:56
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I like this idea of bringing the light in. For a lot of years people
43:00
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's called photons, quantums of Yeah, quantum, where the
43:04
David "Avocado" Wolfe: quantum physics idea comes from.
43:06
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Prime function of DNA is storage of photons. So this literally activates the light at the core of the DNA. And it's an implosion of light force life force energy.
43:18
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's really about the light, isn't it? I mean that seems to be the, you know, the ultimate form of energy.
43:25
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: That's why just Scalar itself doesn't have that interface in the same way with the DNA. Well I
43:31
Melati Bertolacini: think people forget sometimes too, Scalar can be a blanket term. Scalar by another name is ether. It's just energy right? So there's multiple applications for how it can be utilized. Not everything Scalar is wellness based by Sure.
43:44
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: No I was asked to create the counterpoint to all the Scalar weaponry.
43:48
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's
43:48
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: been so weaponized against us in the secret programs. So I think now is a
43:56
David "Avocado" Wolfe: good time to kind of like dive into, you know, some of the things that we would put into a program. Know, like if you come in and you're like, I'm looking for healing, I've got to heal myself, I'm feeling like my energy's down, I'm losing the connection to source energy, whatever the issue is, or I have a diagnosis, whatever that is. You know, like the stack that we're gonna put together for you is gonna be, you're gonna sit in the EES system.
44:19
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Sleep in it.
44:20
David "Avocado" Wolfe: And sleep in it. You gotta close
44:21
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: your eyes to be able to reboot the body. Yep. It takes time to reboot, to reset. It's like rebooting computers so things go back into coherence, back into connection. Close the eyes because then the body internalizes the energy.
44:37
And you can go to those deeper meditational states, but you can go to that deep, deep delta and theta where everything reboots so it can respond to all the stressors appropriately. So you gotta talk about that. It's really sleeping in the system.
44:51
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Okay, I like that because that is my favorite is to sleep in the system. You know, because I guess your astral body is able to get out, right? And so you're able to finally like let your body do what it's, instead of the Astro constantly interfering or like thoughts and all the things that cause the interference. It's like you get fully out of your body with a good REM sleep, like deepest REM sleep, and then the body can just automatically heal itself. And then let's add on to that.
45:17
So then, you know, what about water? We're gonna have the best quality water, right, immediately switch off from the plastic water, the tap water, you know, everything has to be purified to the best technology possible or come from springs. I was just at the most epic spring, oh my God.
45:35
Melati Bertolacini: We love I want your tour of springs that you've been to.
45:38
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I just was reunited with one of my favorite springs at the Arctic Circle in Iceland. And I had been over fifteen years. I think it had been sixteen years since I was there. Wow. You talk about a like that spring had been on my mind for years and I've gone to a lot of springs all over the world.
45:54
I've hunted springs for thirty years of my Yeah. Over thirty years of my life. And by the way, that all started Las Vegas. That yep, that's I just realized that. My whole spring water hunting thing happened as a result of doing I would come out to Las Vegas to fast with a friend of mine.
46:10
This is back thirty years ago, over thirty years ago back in like 1995. And we came back from a fast, we were fasting out and you remember those hot springs that are below Hoover Dam?
46:22
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Right.
46:22
David "Avocado" Wolfe: And one night we had hiked, or one afternoon we'd hiked out there and then we got there and we realized we don't have flashlights, we don't have anything. Like we're gonna have to stay the night down here, there's no way we can get out of here in the middle of the night. And so we ended up staying the night there and the next day we came back and I think that was day three of the water fast. So then day and four we get out of I was basically at that point, you know, I didn't really understand fasting, was new to fasting so I was kind of rolling around on the floor of my friend's place just reading books to process the time and I came across Victor Schauberger stuff.
46:52
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh wow.
46:52
David "Avocado" Wolfe: And that's what got me into becoming a spring water hunter as a hobby. It happened right in Las Vegas, actually.
46:57
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Show burgers. Yep. Yeah. Great, great, great stuff.
47:01
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Great stuff. The whole implosion concept. So that's the water piece. And then there's the food piece. Right?
47:06
It's like Yeah.
47:07
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: On the water piece, I mean, we
47:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: have That is a cool thing that what is that? Is that like a little
47:11
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: what is that? It's a hydrogen it's a hydrogen water bottle. Right? Oh, okay. So it releases the active hydrogen.
47:19
You put in purified water but it's also hypercharged so it's restructuring the water with the scaler and then you've got your active hydrogen, your ultimate antioxidant. And yeah this is our EESystem water bottle. Have to check There it are studies on hydrogen water
47:36
Melati Bertolacini: as an antioxidant have been
47:38
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I know, it's profound.
47:39
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Can take this on the plane.
47:41
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah, it's basically like most of the people who understand the stress of being in an airplane know that you have to have hydrogen before, during and after flying. And I also recommend carbon before, during and after flying because you're trying to deal with slowing down the free radical damage and carbon and hydrogen are the best, which is interesting because hydrogen, carbon, carbohydrates. Interesting. Interesting.
48:07
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. That's where that word comes from.
48:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. It's the basis.
48:10
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Or the levels
48:10
Melati Bertolacini: of thought, if you're not, you know, having access to natural spring water that's mineralized, if you're doing purified water, trying to add back in those trace minerals.
48:20
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right,
48:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: yeah. Trace minerals, another huge piece. Huge, I mean,
48:25
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I'm this is a huge believer in the power of salts. Yeah. I mean, just just like on the big I learned how to hunt, like, salts on the beaches, you know, basically on the rocks Yeah. Yeah. On the big island right there by the
48:38
Melati Bertolacini: good salt.
48:39
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That Kauai. Actually. There. Kauai.
48:41
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. But Kauai is where the red salt comes from. Yeah, the the red clay, the alai. Yeah, the alai, that salt is from, yeah, and it's like the best.
48:54
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's from the South Side, you know, over by Hanapepe over there. And what a cool area. And you can still go there. If you want to, you can just go over there and get all the salt you could ever need, get buckets of salt over there. Yeah.
49:05
Because no one really watches any of that. You know?
49:07
Melati Bertolacini: It's a fun thought too. It's like everyone's like, oh, red salt or pink salt and Celtic salt. How about just mix them all together?
49:14
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's so a friend of mine did that, and she has a product called Master Salt
49:18
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Master Salt.
49:19
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Which is one of my favorite salts. So she's mixed all these great salts from around the world, which it's not just the trace minerals, which you were talking about how important they are, but it's also that there's archaea present in salt, which are the, you know, the most primordial organisms on the earth. Right. So that's another piece of the whole thing about salt.
49:35
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. And that's something we did with our EESalt with hypercharging it and all that. We mixed all these different salts.
49:42
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, you guys have that?
49:43
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: So the same concept that was intentional.
49:46
Melati Bertolacini: Water, you know, all of that. The other step would be detox. And a huge part of that is salt baths.
49:52
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, man. We talked about that a lot in Kauai. A lot of people were interested in that. So we went deep on that. I thought that was really cool because, you know, when you're talking to an audience, want to hear, you want to, you know, elicit from them what they're really going to do.
50:07
Yeah. And one of the things that you can do and everybody likes to do and is very easy to do is to actually take in like a good hot salt bath every night with your borax and your essential oils, right? All your key things.
50:22
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But That's salt, not Epsom salt.
50:24
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Sea salt. Yeah, I've always been a fan of sea salt.
50:27
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah, if want put Epsom salt with it, then it makes really better to absorb the magnesium afterwards with the magnesium spray, magnesium oils. Oils, yeah.
50:38
Melati Bertolacini: Or a cream of some sort.
50:39
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. Yeah. Open up the pores, pull all the other because the There's
50:43
David "Avocado" Wolfe: salt a lot of magnesium in sea salt though. There really is.
50:46
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: That's true.
50:47
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I mean, it's, you know, so when you think about the the overall healing power, I'm always just going to tell people, just go to sea salt. You're like, what about Himalayan salt? It's like, oh, look, I like Himalayan salt. You know?
50:57
Melati Bertolacini: But It leaves a pink ring around your tub though. That's not so fun to deal with.
51:01
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Sure. And on top of all that, it's like, you know, sea salt's more living. It's closer to life. It's like if you put sea salt in a container and you leave it for a few years, you will open that container up and the sea salt will have tried to escape. It can even get into the ring.
51:19
Like,
51:21
Melati Bertolacini: No. It's a it's a fun experiment. Living crystal. Just salt and water, and it'll grow.
51:25
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It'll grow. Yeah. And so that to me has always been why I'm like, I'm a seesaw guy.
51:29
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Salt of the earth.
51:30
David "Avocado" Wolfe: The salt. And that's the the whole Hawaiian thing too. And every creation story. We are, we come from the clay and the salt of the earth. And so we, you know, take that to heart and you're like, You know, dealing with people who are very frugal eaters or eat almost nothing at all, you know, when you really penetrate their story, either there was a spiritual being that basically gave them that ability or they worked their way there through salt water cleansing.
51:57
And salt water cleansing eventually if you flush out
52:00
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: all the debris. The Hawaiian colonic is drinking a tablespoon of red salt or in a in, you know, at least a liter of water and drinking that first thing in the morning. Yes. That's the salt clanse, saltwater cleanse, it's called the Hawaiian colonic, you know that one.
52:19
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I know that one, I will say this, anybody who tries that, we always recommend that by the way in all my cleanses. I usually recommend people do two of them. You don't wanna be in a car or an automobile.
52:28
Melati Bertolacini: Or traveling at all.
52:30
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Not on a plane.
52:31
David "Avocado" Wolfe: You don't wanna be in any kind of situation like that. So make sure you're home and everything's stable. But that's one of my favorite cleanses of all. People are like, will that work? It's like, do you know how powerful salt is against foreign proteins like allergens?
52:45
Yeah. I mean, that, you know, the Batman Galich's book, his many cries for water book. Remember that?
52:50
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yes. And he's like
52:52
David "Avocado" Wolfe: yeah.
52:52
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Great
52:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: book. Allergies, autoimmune conditions. It's like, it's so simple.
52:57
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: The body's many cries for water. But then you know I had a pharmaceutical rep scientist that actually told me they intentionally told people no salt diets because they knew it would drive the diabetes up. And it's ka ching, ka ching, ka ching. And they're still telling people no salt diets, but what's the first thing they do if somebody goes in? They they do a saline solution to help people.
53:20
David "Avocado" Wolfe: In emergency room. I mean, come on. It's so silly. Right? And then what they're charging for that too, that saline bag, at some point, I was thinking maybe it was during the pandemic days back in those days, but the saline bags were going it got up to, like, was it $800 a bag?
53:37
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I was like, you gotta be kidding. What kind of business that? It's salt water.
53:41
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's salt water in a sterile in a sterile water solution. Crazy. So I wanna get in now into food because, you know, food is another thing, and I love what Rudolph Steiner says about this. I'm a nutritionist. Oh, we
53:51
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: love Rudolph Steiner too.
53:52
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Rudolph Steiner's take on it.
53:53
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: She grew up in
53:54
David "Avocado" Wolfe: You were a Steiner kid?
53:56
Melati Bertolacini: Waldorf in Montessori. Yeah.
53:58
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. But you grew up in Waldorf School.
54:00
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Waldorf School.
54:00
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: That's that came from Rudolph Steiner. Rudolph Steiner. So much great,
54:04
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, he's so rich.
54:05
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But the organics, just organics.
54:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Beyond, biodynamic. Mean, our farm in Hawaii is biodynamic. Biodynamic. We're organic and biodynamic. And one of the things he said, it just brought it all to a wonderful crescendo which is there are as many diets on earth as there are human beings on earth.
54:25
That's the real truth. And once you understand that you go, oh, see this animal thing, oh, coming from an ape or a monkey or descended from animals or whatever that was gets you believing that you're gonna eat like a horse and eat the same things over and over again or something. Is total
54:42
Melati Bertolacini: Nonsense. It's
54:43
David "Avocado" Wolfe: nonsense. It's just it doesn't make any sense at all.
54:45
Melati Bertolacini: Well, I I like to use the term eat the rainbow.
54:48
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Mhmm.
54:49
Melati Bertolacini: Yeah. And eat seasonally
54:50
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Rainbow Diet. There's a book called that. Yeah. Rainbow Diet. Gabriel Cousins.
54:55
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Remember Gabriel's book.
54:56
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: But also, you know, look at the Ayurvedic lineage and traditions. It's five thousand years years you know, look what they did with their man.
55:07
David "Avocado" Wolfe: So rich a diet. Let me tell you something interesting about this, a couple of people I know, know, was like, is it a personality disorder? What's going on? It's like almost like eleven out of twelve Pitta aggravation. You know how they have this thing in Ayurveda with like when somebody's Vata aggravated and they're totally spaced out and they're loopy, right?
55:31
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Vata's air air. Pitta's like fire.
55:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: So, you know, I was like, you know, dealing because, you know, in this business of dealing with, you know, I deal with a lot of growers, wild crafters, farm workers, you you deal with a lot of different types of people. And some of the toughest people I was like, oh, they're pit to aggravate it, which means there's too much fire. So, for example, people who are pit to aggravated should not be drinking alcohol. They need to drink a lot more water and salt. They need to have a lot more cooling foods like cucumber and things that can bring everything down.
56:06
You know, those kind of things. And so it was just interesting to like note, it's not a mental disorder, it's aggravation. So that came up immediately when you were talking about the Vedic system. Yeah. It's so deep.
56:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: The Ayurvedic lineage is very, very rich and
56:25
Melati Bertolacini: all And we're not of stagnant, we're not one thing for our lives.
56:28
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right, yeah, it evolves, right? You start out more kapha and then you work your way towards pitta and then eventually later in life it's vatha, as you have to balance those forces out. Or another way of looking at it is generally, like people, especially with age, generally the population needs more protein, moderate fat, lower carbohydrate. Know, it's the general trend of the population, things like that. So you know what people really need to do is know thyself and know what of the right foods that agree with you and what doesn't agree with you.
57:03
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Right. That's where I like muscle testing. Mhmm. Things are either gonna make you stronger or not. Things are either gonna give you energy or it's gonna take your energy just coping with it or dealing with it.
57:13
And learn what strengthens you individually in that moment because it changes too.
57:19
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah that changes, right, exactly. And so then let's get into the superfoods. Now the superfoods are really interesting because one of the big things about food and diet and everything is just the less seems to be more. It's just, know, if you wanna live a long time, you wanna feel better, generally over time, less food, less food. And I think most people agree that when you're 20 years old, there's a certain amount of food you can eat that's a lot more than, I mean, I've seen gals in their like thirties eat three or four times as much as me in a day.
57:51
I'm like, how like, what the heck? I mean, just
57:53
Melati Bertolacini: I I I have to laugh at this, like, daily recommended, you know, intake thing because I feel like it's completely nonsensical.
58:01
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's nonsensical because there's too much to individuality.
58:04
Melati Bertolacini: Exactly.
58:05
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. It's so this whole thing of like, you know, like these are skinny girls. And I'm like, how? How
58:13
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: does that work?
58:13
David "Avocado" Wolfe: How is this working? How is happening here? You know, I'm like, if I eat, like, I can eat like, I don't know, like one meal a day and if I eat more than one meal a day I'm gaining weight at this point.
58:26
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: At this point, yeah. And we of course you and I, let's be real, we've done so much fasting that our bodies get a lot more efficient with food and just doesn't need as much.
58:38
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's it. And so, you know, in the long term for everybody listening at home is, I'm telling you and you know this and I think you know this too, it comes down to water fasting. The more you can, and you have to do it gently, you have to get into it in the right way, you have to understand it, you have to learn about it, read books on it, it's great to read books on fasting while you're fasting, but eventually, know, pretty much when I get to Hawaii tomorrow, sometime the next week, I gotta get on like a three or four or five day water fast just because I gotta just reset, get connected to Hawaii again and get going.
59:09
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Even if you do it, and a lot of people will do one day a week, and that's a good way to do it.
59:14
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's a great way do it.
59:15
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You know? I mean
59:16
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I'm just not that type of person. Yeah.
59:18
Melati Bertolacini: Well, there's so much to There's so
59:21
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: much to enjoy. We're we're bouncing all over the planet. Totally. And so every day is a telling best day ever, new day. So every day is different, and you're tuning in, well, what do we want what are we doing today?
59:33
Yeah. Know? We're so in the moment with wherever we are on the planet that it could be anything.
59:39
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I just like when the momentum builds, when I'm like four or five days into a water fast and I'm like, got momentum now. Then it becomes easy to do the next day and the next day and the next day. So to me it's all about getting that momentum up. But that's another major piece. And then, you know, another big piece in all this is, you know, so there's the superfoods is allowing you to get more concentrated nutrition and more interesting nutrition like spirulina, you know we're talking about Oh spirulina
1:00:04
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: yeah, we were talking about spirulina on the big Island. Yeah. That is an ultimate super food and yeah. It's
1:00:12
David "Avocado" Wolfe: amazing, right?
1:00:13
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah, it's the richest protein source on the planet.
1:00:17
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's incredible. Yeah. Right? Mean it's like 65% protein, crazy.
1:00:22
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And the chlorophyll levels but it's yeah, it's phenomenal. And the
1:00:26
David "Avocado" Wolfe: carotenoid levels levels too, that's another thing because behind every chlorophyll is four carotenoids. And when you start looking at it, you start going, oh wait, if this stuff has like, let's just say with, I think spirulina has four or five times as much chlorophyll as wheatgrass has. Yeah. And if you look at it could even be as much as 10 times as much. It's high a lot higher.
1:00:46
Yeah. But you also get five, six, 10 times more carotenoids that come with it. The beta carotene, the lycopene, and there's like 750 carotenoids. You
1:00:56
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: know, one of my best favorite fasts was fasting on spirulina. Yeah. Yeah. Fasting on spirulina. What was the guy that was a
1:01:05
David "Avocado" Wolfe: big guy? The Japanese
1:01:06
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: guy. No, Doctor. Christopher.
1:01:08
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, Doctor. Christopher, sure.
1:01:10
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Doctor. Christopher, yeah. That's who I got that idea from I think, and fasting on spirulina. It's an amazing thing that we were talking about. The Big Island has there's a spot on the Big Island that has the greatest concentration of light of anywhere on the planet and that's where they grow it with the deep undersea water.
1:01:29
So you've got the best spirulina and you've also have the best astaxanthin, the red algae.
1:01:34
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right.
1:01:35
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Which is very powerful too.
1:01:36
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Very good. You know I was in Iceland, you know, just the other day and a friend of mine, he's amazing. He's from Grimsey Island, which is the northernmost part of Iceland. It's an island that's in the Arctic Circle. And he goes down the cliffs behind the island and he collects the eggs from thousands and thousands of nests, you know, so he'll pull hundreds of eggs out.
1:02:01
And interestingly, you know, because we've all been brainwashed this idea like you can't take that from nature, of course, reality, you do it right and not abusively
1:02:11
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's honoring.
1:02:11
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It honors it and they'll produce more eggs actually. It's just like when you pick fruit correctly or do anything correctly, it actually stimulates more. Like you prune your trees, you're gonna get more fruit than if you didn't prune your trees, that kind of thing. And so, you know, it stimulates them to produce more eggs, these eggs have a red yolk. Wow.
1:02:31
So they have real astaxanthin or basically the astaxanthin is transformed into retinoids. And retinoids are, that's real vitamin A, that's like the most And powerful thing so he saves some for me every year. And man, that was, I'd been three years since I'd been there with him. So wow, it was a treat. It was amazing.
1:02:50
Talk about a super food. So the next one is the herbalism. That's to me, that's where the medicinal mushrooms come in, is really about immunity, creating invincible immunity, right? If you are, you know, paying attention I think to anything that's going on in the world, it's like, that's the real, that's it.
1:03:07
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Mushrooms are really the best thing for immune function.
1:03:11
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Totally, yeah. Unless you're allergic to mushrooms, but you know, that's one in a thousand. But generally, as a general rule, if you're living in the temperate climates of North America, Europe, Russia, you know, Asia, medicinal mushrooms is where it's at. So that's the herbalism. And then, you know, of course you pick in, you know, whatever things you're really into, you know, that come into your herbal system, maybe it's Tulsi or maybe it's ashwagandha or maybe you like vanilla or maybe you like cayenne peppers or hot chilies, you know, which really are powerful.
1:03:43
A powerful medicine. That's a doctor, it's not Doctor. Christopher, was, who's the guy out of LA? He was a big
1:03:52
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: The iridologist.
1:03:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: You're thinking of Jensen. Jensen. But I was thinking of Schultz.
1:03:59
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Oh, Schultz. Of course.
1:04:01
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah.
1:04:02
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And he was really big on the herbs for cleansing the colon too.
1:04:05
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Oh, that's another one. Just okay. So then the whole thing of, like, does your is your system 100% efficient at getting all the waste out? And the answer is that's ridiculous.
1:04:14
Dude, nobody can a 100% efficiency? Come on. That's not possible.
1:04:18
Melati Bertolacini: Well, just even the way it's designed, has all those little lumps and ridges. Yeah. So even if your body is being pretty efficient and regular, do you think there's no residue?
1:04:27
David "Avocado" Wolfe: People think that, you know, but it's it's it's one of those like fallacies that we just tell ourselves. But with the bowel cleansing, with the whatever you're using, maybe it's gonna be chia seed or maybe it's gonna be psyllium or whatever the bulking agent is. Actually one of my favorite bulking agents is Mimosa Pudica seed because it's a super powerful parasite killer and it's a bulking agent. So to me, I like Mimosa Pudica seed. Oh, that's something.
1:04:56
Very interesting.
1:04:57
Melati Bertolacini: Where do you get that?
1:04:58
David "Avocado" Wolfe: So Mimosa Pudica is sensitive grass from Hawaii, Hila grass. Oh. Oh, the sensitive grass. Yeah. It's the seed of that.
1:05:04
Melati Bertolacini: I used to love playing with that as a kid.
1:05:06
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. You you touch it and it reacts
1:05:07
Melati Bertolacini: It looks almost like a Venus flytrap but gentle.
1:05:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. And the and of you know, so on my farm, we had weeded that out, you know, years ago. Like I basically don't want that stuff around. Little did I know what we were doing. And it's a nitrogen fixture, so, know, it'll come in to hold the land together.
1:05:25
You know, if you've been overly farming a certain area it'll come in and kind of restore balance or
1:05:30
Melati Bertolacini: I've never seen it grow anywhere else.
1:05:31
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Okay. So this is interesting. I did see there is one that's related. It's not mimosa pudica, it's something else that grows in Texas. It's a sensitive like, it's in the leguminosae family, you know, it's in that mimosa group, you know, those those you know, it's got the double pinnape Right.
1:05:49
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: They just call it sensitive plant.
1:05:50
David "Avocado" Wolfe: A sensitive plant. But there is one that has an orange flower because the one in Hawaii has a red flower. You know, it's kind of got like that astral flower. It's very interesting. But there's one in Texas, and it's an orange flower, and it's a sensitive plant.
1:06:04
I was like, woah. It could survive the snow. That tripped me out. But, yeah, there is one.
1:06:09
Melati Bertolacini: Okay. Good to know.
1:06:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Good to know. Strange. Found it one day out hiking in Texas. Was like, you got like, it's a sense? What's going on?
1:06:17
And I looked it up. Sure enough.
1:06:18
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. No. Do you still have your place in Texas too?
1:06:21
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Our our headquarters is in Texas. So for business, you know, Texas is where you wanna be. It's just an amazing place. So yeah, I have my place in Texas. And, know, Texas is a, you know, I like the Las Vegas summer better than the Texas summer, let's put it that way, because that humidity from the south, woah.
1:06:41
Woah. I survived several summers of that, and it was brutal. I was like, woah. This I'm gonna have to adapt to this. I don't like I don't know if I wanna adapt to this.
1:06:49
I like cold
1:06:50
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: better than this.
1:06:51
Melati Bertolacini: Thank thank god for air conditioning.
1:06:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right? It just saved
1:06:54
Melati Bertolacini: it for everybody.
1:06:54
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: I had my place called the Heart Center. It's almost forty years ago. You know? And that's, you know, where she was born.
1:07:03
Melati Bertolacini: In Dallas.
1:07:04
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: In Dallas. Okay. And sometimes there was no air conditioning there. And, yeah, I mean, the air conditioning was you know? And it's it was warm.
1:07:13
We moved from Dallas to when she was a baby, we moved to Hawaii. The Big Island. Big Island. Yeah.
1:07:20
Melati Bertolacini: And she's never wanted to leave since. But
1:07:23
David "Avocado" Wolfe: The Big Island.
1:07:24
Melati Bertolacini: Yeah. No. It's still our favorite.
1:07:25
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Were you guys Puna Side? Hilo?
1:07:27
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Like a little Puna Side.
1:07:28
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Yeah.
1:07:29
Melati Bertolacini: Puna's Park.
1:07:30
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Puna's Park, of course. Back in
1:07:31
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: the day.
1:07:32
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Back in the day. Yeah. Yeah.
1:07:33
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. Malama Lama Waldorf School.
1:07:36
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, yeah. Okay. I know many kids in that school right now.
1:07:40
Melati Bertolacini: It's still going, so that tells you something.
1:07:42
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. That's a great one right there. In fact, I go to that school all the time. Went to see a play there with the kids and a good friend of mine, her kids are in that school and Yeah. It's
1:07:54
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: who moved there first was my daughter Kay because we had a friend who was going there to teach so she moved there first with her to start school.
1:08:04
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Amazing. Yeah.
1:08:07
Melati Bertolacini: So back to you were saying the mushrooms
1:08:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: and Yeah. So then then you wanna figure out, like, let's just say, like, maybe it's Shilajit or, you know, whatever your whatever your your lifestyle is, like, you know, I'm up and down in airplanes all the time. I'm up and down in mountains all the time. So Shilajit is an appropriate adaptogen for me. A lot of the Chinese herbs are appropriate for me, like He Shi Wu and Romanian, those Jing kind of Chinese herb The Jingtonics.
1:08:34
The Jingtonics. And so you just kinda then you start playing around with those and then eventually you realize, geez, I want more of those and less food. It's really interesting.
1:08:43
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Well, yeah. You could just live on the superfoods. That's basically what we do. Yeah. Other than having food for fun.
1:08:51
Yeah. Food for fun.
1:08:52
Melati Bertolacini: But think it can be both. I feel like the Chinese are very good at that. I was pleasantly surprised to see a collagen soup recipe going around on the internet. It's from it's an old Chinese recipe. It's like white fungus, jujubees, goji berries, lotus seeds, and a couple other things, peach gum.
1:09:11
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Interesting. What was the white what was the white fungus? Was it a poria? It's probably a poria.
1:09:16
Melati Bertolacini: Yeah. I I could I could tell you later. Porea. But I love that this was making its rounds as it is it's food in a way, but it's neither soup. It's more like a tea that you can eat almost.
1:09:26
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Sure. It could be tremella too. I Tremellas are
1:09:30
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Tremellas That's good too.
1:09:31
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's a great you know, when every now and then I'll be I'll get up in the morning, you know, in Hawaii and I'll go out in the yard and I'll do some kind of, you know, whatever mission I gotta do or something's on my mind. I gotta go deal with this tree or I gotta pick that fruit or whatever. And I'll find a couple tremolas, and then I'll cook them into the food in the morning. It's just amazing. That's a really nice mushroom.
1:09:51
Very well loved in Japan.
1:09:53
Melati Bertolacini: You do have to, like, soak it and everything first. There's I
1:09:55
David "Avocado" Wolfe: mean, I wash it.
1:09:57
Melati Bertolacini: With with the dried. But I think the point is you can have fun with it. Like, I think it is it it doesn't have to be like a supplement and it's all boring and stodgy. It can actually be quite tasty.
1:10:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I I think, you know, sometimes we in in the Western world, we approach things first usually as a capsule or a powder, but that's just really opening the door to what the thing really is. You know, eventually, you start like, I start out with Reishi mushroom capsules from Ron Tea Garden. Right. And then eventually became a Reishi mushroom hunter.
1:10:27
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Reishi mushroom. They're great.
1:10:29
David "Avocado" Wolfe: I mean, it's amazing.
1:10:30
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Right? It's like My first Reishis were given to me on Okinawa, from Okinawa.
1:10:35
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Wow.
1:10:36
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: They were off the charts. Mean Wow. I think the first time I cooked them up, you you would just little little. The first time I cooked, I I made a thing with these Reishi mushroom. I didn't need to eat for three days.
1:10:49
I was like it's just like, oh my gosh. It was just an amazing thing.
1:10:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. What a vibe.
1:10:54
Melati Bertolacini: But it's also not like a traditional supplement either in that it's not meant to be taken or eaten every day. Right? Necessarily. Like, you can, but it you don't like, not everything is
1:11:05
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. There's never there's never Yeah. There's never any I mean, that's unnatural. Yeah. Yeah.
1:11:10
Right? Eating the same things every day is unnatural. It's not possible to actually you you just forget, you know, at some point, just you know what I mean?
1:11:17
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: So we're all over the place, and we're getting the super foods from that area From that area. Different, you know, and all the different, you know, the cultures and the different but the energies of that space on the planet and stuff.
1:11:30
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. That's what, you know, Ron taught me years ago. That's the the thing that comes from the place. Mhmm. Like the you know, when it comes from that place, it's like there's something there.
1:11:40
Which by the way, in this place, be interesting to go out in the desert out here. It's been a lot of years and hunt down the wild goji berries around here. There's at least one, I think there's in this desert, the Las Vegas Desert.
1:11:53
Melati Bertolacini: Wow, that sounds
1:11:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: So like what's gonna be in that? Like what kind of stuff is going on with that for this Traveling around Iceland, was interesting. We got a big container of goji berries. And so, you know, because the Icelandic water is so insanely good. You know, no treatment plants in the whole country.
1:12:11
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Wow.
1:12:12
David "Avocado" Wolfe: There's no chlorine, none of that exists. Think awesome. The water there, we're just making tea like, you know, because we're doing a lot of crazy hiking, climbing and then we're doing hot springs, you know, which you can get quite dehydrated. And then that goji as an adaptogen tea, jeez, was that the thing. What a jam.
1:12:35
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: So that worked. It worked.
1:12:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It was a it was a cool addition. It was like, you know, was talking to my friend, he'd been with me, like, fifteen, twenty years. We've been, you know, super fooding together in Iceland. He's an Icelander. And he said, said, man, this goji berries just goes the distance.
1:12:50
Melati Bertolacini: Sometimes they hit.
1:12:51
David "Avocado" Wolfe: They hit. It's just amazing. What miraculous plant.
1:12:55
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: What a miraculous planet this is.
1:12:57
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. Yeah.
1:12:58
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: You and I are very fortunate in that we've been traveling all over this planet for decades. Yes. Teaching, learning, teaching, learning. You know, what a gift.
1:13:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It's crazy. What's going on out there, it's just like you gotta get at least a day or two or three whenever you travel somewhere, get out into nature, go hike, climb, walk the trails, go into the bodies of water where you're at, the ocean, the rivers, the lakes, the streams, the creeks, something. And you just realize all of this stuff, the problems, all synthetic, it's related to like the human world. It has nothing to do with what's going on in most of the earth,
1:13:38
Melati Bertolacini: which temporary.
1:13:39
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. It's it's temporary. Mhmm. Yeah. Like, for sure, the trees and the lakes and the rivers and the oceans and everything, they they'll go on.
1:13:47
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's a paradise planet. Totally. They've literally had to go out of their way to
1:13:53
David "Avocado" Wolfe: They're tie doing everything they can to like parasitize the earth. Mean, desperate.
1:14:01
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's desperate. It's just desperate. We want our planet back, a new heaven, new earth. We're in the time of the turning. Yeah.
1:14:07
Speaking of the Vedic, you know Mhmm. You know, we are going from Kali Yuga into Satya. We've already officially crossed that delineation into going back into the golden age, literally. And so the gig's up. The time's up for the whole abuse of power on the planet.
1:14:24
David "Avocado" Wolfe: And so
1:14:24
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: this planet is a heavenly planet going back into being
1:14:29
David "Avocado" Wolfe: a It's going back into that cycle. They know that. That's why they're trying to use the technology to try to hold it in with their surveillance stuff or what, you know, the AI stuff they're trying to, you know, abuse The
1:14:39
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: shot, you know, the shot, it was to hijack the DNA. And you know, the mRNA was to hijack our DNA because that's our God code.
1:14:50
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's the God codes. Fortunately, we have all the solutions. Everything's all right here, right now. And it you know, when I talk to people and like, how many things have you tried? They're like, I don't know.
1:15:00
You know, it's like, get a piece of paper out. Let's go through. Let's go to I've never gotten past seven things ever in all the years. Like do you know how many things you could try for whatever it is you're dealing with? Depression, hopelessness, cancer, diabetes, whatever.
1:15:16
There's so many things.
1:15:18
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And again it's back. I agree. But it's always the power that made the body heals the body. How do we plug back into that cosmic light socket?
1:15:26
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yes.
1:15:26
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Whether it's with the plants or the the energies. But I mean I was told we had to create this to counter all the abuse of power, know create technology to counter all the abuse of technology just to help people realign Yeah. With their greatest light, life force energy. But that's what the plants are about. The trees are about everything.
1:15:48
You know, it's a paradise planet. We want our planet back.
1:15:51
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. We're getting it back. I mean, this is the time. So we're we're seeing that system die. That that's been a long, you know, Kali Yuga of just toil and trouble misery.
1:16:02
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Angel of chaos.
1:16:03
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Chaos. And destruction.
1:16:05
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And Satya Yuga is about, it's the golden age we're going into.
1:16:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. And then we it's this is you look back in history, like how in the world were these monuments constructed? And it's like, oh, because they came from a late age. And then when you flip into a Calyugo, which is always shorter, like the winter is always shorter, then they have the destruction, It's
1:16:24
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: a season. Yeah, and it's a twenty six thousand year cycle. It's a fascinating study to understand. Yeah. But we're going into, you know, this new age in a sense, not the new ager stuff.
1:16:38
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Not the CIA's new age.
1:16:39
Melati Bertolacini: No. Not a new world order.
1:16:42
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Not that version.
1:16:45
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right. And I'll tell you what, it's coming in lightning fast too. It's really epic. Like in just in our lifetime, just the acceleration, the new awakening has been The great
1:16:56
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: awakening cannot, will not be stopped.
1:16:59
David "Avocado" Wolfe: It will not be stopped. I was showing my mom last night and, you know, was showing her like, these people are reading from a script. Right? You know, these like pundits on the internet and are not the internet, but in the news.
1:17:09
Melati Bertolacini: The same verbatim.
1:17:10
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. The same words. And so I showed that to her and she's like, like, she'd never seen
1:17:14
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: that before. Really?
1:17:15
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. She's never seen that.
1:17:16
Melati Bertolacini: I was
1:17:16
David "Avocado" Wolfe: like, why are We've never never seen this before?
1:17:20
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: She's like, no. Mockingbird media.
1:17:22
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. I was like, it's a script. All reading from the script. Come on.
1:17:28
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And they're all reading the same script.
1:17:29
David "Avocado" Wolfe: The same words.
1:17:30
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's like a 100 screens where the news is all they're all repeating the same It's crazy. Mockingbird
1:17:37
David "Avocado" Wolfe: media. She'd never heard that.
1:17:38
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And you know, what's that old movie that was so good about Wag the dog.
1:17:44
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's a good one.
1:17:45
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Wag the If anybody hasn't seen that, watch That Wag the really
1:17:50
David "Avocado" Wolfe: That's a classic.
1:17:50
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Tells you what we've been doing.
1:17:51
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah, totally.
1:17:52
Melati Bertolacini: I I don't know why it didn't stick around like V for Vendetta, like I feel like has endured a little bit better.
1:17:58
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah. See, it's kind of, I don't I don't think Hollywood wanted it really. It was kind of like Idiocracy. They tried to suppress it actually.
1:18:06
Melati Bertolacini: I feel like Idiocracy made it. We still reference that.
1:18:09
David "Avocado" Wolfe: We still reference that. That's true.
1:18:10
Melati Bertolacini: Try Brano. It's what plants crave.
1:18:13
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, man. The the one I love the the when he when he shows up and he's like, okay. This one goes in your nose, this goes in your mouth, and this one goes in your butt. Oh, wait. I think it's one.
1:18:26
Melati Bertolacini: On that note, you just yeah. I think you just have to laugh at it at a certain point.
1:18:30
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Oh, totally. It's it is a cosmic giggle. I mean, for sure. I mean, the world used to cosmic giggle.
1:18:35
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's a very funny planet. Yeah.
1:18:38
David "Avocado" Wolfe: And and I I love how the Greeks, you know, they had that concept that we all inherited, which is there's that razor line between tragedy and comedy. You know, that the mask, you know, the one is like the laugh and the tragedy and just we ride that line and all you gotta do is just look the one way and it is the funniest thing you ever imagined. It's incredible.
1:19:00
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. Well, thanks for sharing your time with us here.
1:19:03
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Thanks so much.
1:19:03
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: It's been a great best best day ever.
1:19:06
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Best day ever. So happy. Super,
1:19:09
Melati Bertolacini: done yet, but I guess that'll be all for this particular episode at this time.
1:19:14
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Right on.
1:19:14
Melati Bertolacini: Thanks. So thank you everyone for sharing. I love And if you have any thoughts, please leave them in the comments. And you can also follow this lovely man on the interwebs. He's got some he's he's he posts some fun stuff.

1:19:30
Melati Bertolacini: Go for it.
1:19:31
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yes. So David Avocado Wolfe on Instagram and Facebook and David Wolfe on Twitter or X. David Avocado Wolfe on Telegram.
1:19:39
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: And they can join your fast too. That's right. Yeah. Great.
1:19:43
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Our our fast and that kind of stuff. Well, I'm the only one who does this actually. Yeah. It's a public service. And it's from my my teachers.
1:19:50
They told me way back thirty years ago, they're this is what you're to do later in your life and I was like no and then I kept thinking oh, you know they're probably right. And so it's a public service where you know I'm doing the fast with you, I do it all with you. There's nothing, I don't tell anybody to do anything unless done it myself and been doing it for years.
1:20:07
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah, that you're a great guide for that and we appreciate that you're out there doing that. Share, share, share.
1:20:16
David "Avocado" Wolfe: Yeah, share. I mean it's, I look back at the great teachers who I inherited their work, the Bernard Jensens, the Doctor. Norman Walkers and, you know, Ann Wigmore and those amazing people we're just paying it forward.
1:20:31
Dr. Sandra Rose Michael: Yeah. Aloha, everyone. Aloha.
