- 0:08We've learned anything from these past couple of years.
- 0:11My fellow Americans is that personal medical freedom and liberty are in prices.
- 0:19America Rot Law Pulse brings together the top experts in health care related fields to keep you up ahead.
- 0:29Welcome, ladies and gentlemen.
- 0:30This is Dr.
- 0:31Clayton J.
- 0:32Baker on the America Out Loud Pulse program on the America Out Loud Radio Network.
- 0:39Liberty and Justice for all.
- 0:42Today we have a very special guest in the battle to stop geoengineering from the great state of South Carolina.
- 0:51We have Representative Lee Gilreith from District 7 in South Carolina.
- 1:01Representative Gilreath has submitted a bill to stop geoengineering in the state of South Carolina.
- 1:09It's one of over 30 state bills in the United States during this legislative session.
- 1:16There's a companion bill in the state Senate in South Carolina as well.
- 1:21I am delighted to have Representative Gilreith on the show today.
- 1:29Thanks for being with us, uh Lee.
- 1:32And can you take a moment and just tell us how you got into this battle?
- 1:36And then I'm going to have you walk us through your bill.
- 1:40Welcome.
- 1:42Thank you, Clayton.
- 1:42I appreciate you having me on and the opportunity to just help educate and make people aware of what is going on in our skies.
- 1:53So that we know the enemy that we're fighting.
- 2:10About the time that COVID, you know, was a realization to all of us.
- 2:17And this is not right.
- 2:20So I started doing research on it.
- 2:24And the number one place that I found to do research of someone who I've become close friends with now is uh at GeoengineerWatch.org.
- 2:36Um Dane Wiggington uh has done a fabulous job.
- 2:40He's dedicated over 20 years of his life.
- 2:44Um, with this been full time, um, just exposing and collecting data of what is in our skies and what is going on.
- 2:55And he puts a weekly podcast out that's about an hour on Saturdays.
- 3:03Um, and he has exposed who's doing this, uh, what's what uh toxic metals um and other chemicals that are in this um chemical dispersion that he refers to and I do too is uh SAI stratospheric aerosol injection, geoengineering climate control or solar radiation management.
- 3:29Um this was patented in 1946.
- 3:34They started uh doing it in 1947.
- 3:39Um this was actually going on in World War II uh and in some different battles that they would disperse in the skies for cover.
- 3:51Um so it it had been experimented with before there is uh so many different chemicals in here, and I get looking at my children and my grandkids, and I say there's if this doesn't stop, none of us are gonna have a future, but these young people coming up are certainly not going to have a future, not a healthy one.
- 4:18Correct.
- 4:19This is this is on our food and our water, land, and we're inhaling up to 20 million micro nanoparticles per breath, every breath we breathe.
- 4:32That goes straight into our bloodstream and our spine and our brain, lungs.
- 4:38Um and like I said, there's a plethora of different toxic uh metals and chemicals in this um that they're spraying on us without our consent.
- 4:54Yes.
- 4:55Absolutely.
- 4:58I didn't run for South Carolina House um with this an agenda item.
- 5:03We had a uh let me stop and say I I have never uh wanted to be a politician.
- 5:11Um I didn't really want this on my resume to be honest with you.
- 5:15Um I'm a contractor, small business contractor, and uh we do side excavation and um I run a farm.
- 5:24So politics was not really on my agenda, but it is now, and uh I'm happy to be here.
- 5:34But I just said this has got to stop.
- 5:37Um so my first year in South Carolina House, I wrote legislation um on this bill and uh spoke to uh Monty Fritz with uh he's a representative in Tennessee, and he had passed his the year before, first one in the United States um to do so.
- 5:57And so I got to um looking at his bill, looking at all of his, he sent me all of his research he had done.
- 6:05So I carry forward with that.
- 6:08Um I reach out to Dane Wiggington and um like I said, we've become close friends and talk all the time.
- 6:15So I still I get a lot of information, um, all my information I get from him.
- 6:20He's he's the only one in this that I fully trust.
- 6:24Um by telling exactly what we're dealing with and and what this is uh without muddying the any waters without any political um ties to this whatsoever.
- 6:39He just wants he's devoted his life to stopping this.
- 6:44Um I have the utmost respect uh for Dane and uh certainly appreciate all that he's done.
- 6:52There's about I think there's 34, maybe 35 states that have filed legislation on this.
- 6:59Um I know three passed it, Tennessee, Florida, and Louisiana, and I think Missouri, if I'm not mistaken.
- 7:08Um Missouri's in progress right now.
- 7:11They they advanced their uh bill, uh uh the first step, and um they're they're making progress, but um they don't have a law in place at this point.
- 7:21Okay.
- 7:23Um we I went back in December, um, another uh senator who I'm friends with.
- 7:31He uh called and said, and he came to one of my presentations.
- 7:34I do presentations all over the state of South Carolina trying to just make people aware of this and educate them.
- 7:40Very good.
- 7:40Um, and he he came to one of my presentations with his wife and daughter, and and uh they're all very concerned about it.
- 7:47And so he asked me if I would help him in the Senate asked get his legislation out of subcommittee in the committee.
- 7:54So we went in December and uh I had Dane testify.
- 7:58I had a doctor from Tennessee who had testified in the Tennessee hearing, and I had a um a gentleman uh Judge Brad Thomas in Florida testify as well.
- 8:09He testified in the Florida hearings.
- 8:11Oh, yes, yes, Brad Thomas, yes, excellent testimony.
- 8:15Yes, and and he did a uh excellent job this summer helping me get my uh third bill up that we'll talk about in a little bit.
- 8:24Um, but he was very influential and helpful um in getting that legislation written for us.
- 8:31But we were able to get S 110 in the Senate in December out of subcommittee and into committee.
- 8:40Wonderful.
- 8:40Um, yeah, that was a um it was it was a a huge step, I felt like for South Carolina.
- 8:49Um everybody is there's a lot of people awake now.
- 8:55There's a lot of people seeing it.
- 8:57Um grassroots are now wanting to get involved and have reached out to me, you know, supporting this.
- 9:04It's just a matter of time before none of us are gonna be able to hide from this.
- 9:09Um, it is we see how it's affecting our weather.
- 9:13Uh, we see all the other um implications of it.
- 9:18But you know, our country is in a drought.
- 9:22I I'm almost 57 and I've uh farm, so I pay attention.
- 9:27I mean, I have my whole life.
- 9:28I pay attention to rain, and that I've never seen a winner where we have um I don't know what the total rainfall is, but I know it's not over an inch.
- 9:40Um, I know that, yeah, absolutely, and I know that uh Dane would be the first to tell you that when you put all this particulate matter up into the sky, the sky holds on to a lot of the moisture that ordinarily would be down on the ground, and so you end up with this desiccating this drying effect uh on the
- 10:00The ground level, and that's what we're dealing with.
- 10:02I mean, California's got it, it's been going on for decades.
- 10:05Yeah, but but the whole the whole nation is dealing with this now.
- 10:08The wood the water table is just not where it used to be because of all this manipulation of the weather.
- 10:16Absolutely.
- 10:17That's exactly right.
- 10:19Yeah, yeah.
- 10:20Even even with uh uh we had a big ice storm as everybody, you know, across the country.
- 10:25Um, and then I've still got ice in my front yard, and it's it was 70 degrees today here.
- 10:32Um do you feel, Lee, that people in South Carolina are really starting to.
- 10:39I mean, I'm talking about the average term I use is normie, you know, the guy who just refuses to think anything's abnormal, just kind of, you know, kind of going through life.
- 10:49Do you feel like the normies are starting to wake up to this, at least some of them?
- 10:54I really do, Clayton.
- 10:56Um, I mean, they're not out, you know, protesting against it or anything, but they are certainly asking questions now where um before they were questioning whether I was crazy or not.
- 11:09Um now they're you know coming to me with questions um of these things.
- 11:17And you know, we had we had a little bit of a drought last winter, but then when it started raining was right during wheat harvest season.
- 11:27And very few bushels got uh harvested in the milling stage, which is what we eat of the wheat.
- 11:37Um it was most of it was feed wheat, and a lot of it was just lost in the field, sprouting out.
- 11:42Um, I've seen that up here.
- 11:45Yeah, I've seen that up here that everything gets disrupted, and both the planting period up here in the north east, up where I am in in upstate New York, we had a tremendous problem with getting all of the um grain in late because it was so wet, and then you have this prolonged drought during the summer, and then it rains again when it's harvest time, and so you almost have to think that they're trying to deliberately destroy the the crop.
- 12:13Yeah, yeah, yes.
- 12:14I think it's uh it's it's just like the rest of it.
- 12:17It's an engineered uh collapse.
- 12:19Engineer collapse, yeah.
- 12:21Very disturbing, and I think that's something that people have to understand.
- 12:24This isn't, you know, it's always billed as experiment.
- 12:27Well, if it's billed as it's not happening, and then it's billed as experimentation, and then it's billed as you know, saving us from climate catastrophe, when in fact what it is is really weaponization right from the start.
- 12:42Yeah.
- 12:43There's 30,000 patents on stratospheric airsaw injection from our government.
- 12:4830,000 patents, 30,000.
- 12:51So you imagine how many people are involved in this, and 30,000 of them have claimed a patent.
- 12:57Yes, yeah.
- 12:58Unbelievable.
- 13:00Not including uh the weaponization of things like next rad and harm.
- 13:06Yeah, great energy weapon.
- 13:08I mean, it's everything is uh is already in place, been in place, and now there.
- 13:17Lyndon B.
- 13:18Johnson said it the best in 1962.
- 13:21Um, and he exposes all this.
- 13:23Uh I think he was it was near the Harvard Yale he was speaking at.
- 13:27Um I'm gonna read you his whole.
- 13:32You always see it on geoengineering climate.
- 13:35I mean, geoengineering watch.org.
- 13:36Um, whoever controls the weather controls the world, but he said from space, the masters of infinity would have the power to control the earth's weather to cause drought and flood to change tides and raise the levels of the sea to divert the Gulf Stream and change temperatures, climates to frigid.
- 13:55Whoever controls the weather controls the world.
- 13:59You can't say any clear in 1962.
- 14:02And that's 1962.
- 14:04Yep, that's 1962.
- 14:06So they knew exactly what they were aiming for.
- 14:08And of course, there's that now infamous document from the U.S.
- 14:11military owning the weather in 2025, right?
- 14:14So the time frame that they've been thinking about is is uh is fairly well um fairly well delineated, isn't it?
- 14:24Absolutely.
- 14:25Absolutely.
- 14:26So um what I'd ask you to do is we're gonna be about we've got about five minutes before break.
- 14:33So what I'd like to do is ask you to tell me what you think the mood is and what you think the momentum is in South Carolina and right now, and tell us a little bit about your bill, and then when we come back from the break, I'm gonna let you just take us through your bill, and you can mention the Senate bill that got out of the subcommittee as well if you wish.
- 14:56But I want to know what's what's strong about your bill, what could be better.
- 15:00You've talked with you know, one of the world, it may be the world expert with Dane Wiggington extensively.
- 15:05You've worked with Monty Fritz out in Tennessee, who is a pioneer in getting some uh legislation passed.
- 15:12And I want to know sort of what this generation of state bills is trying to you're trying to accomplish with this.
- 15:20As you said, we know that we're going to need to get federal legislation.
- 15:24And um, so maybe going into that, I'll ask you this.
- 15:27So you said you have been working around the state trying to um teach people about this.
- 15:33You mentioned answered my question stating that you do feel that there's an increased awareness in South Carolina.
- 15:40So tell us what you've been doing and tell us what you found with about three, four minutes before we're gonna take a break.
- 15:47So um again, I I welcome any chance I have the opportunity to speak on this and just try to help people um wrap their head around it because it is a lot.
- 15:59And and who wants to think that our own government is trying to um destroy us, and that's that's what it is.
- 16:08We're under attack.
- 16:10Um you can see it through the hurricanes that come through, Helene, the flooding from Texas.
- 16:17I think there were 38 other flooding areas that uh went through and happened right at that same time, and nobody knows that those are weapons of war.
- 16:28You just don't have missiles going off.
- 16:30You have flooding going on, which is huge destruction and huge loss of lives.
- 16:35Lives that are lost are not being reported on in this.
- 16:39So just making people aware of what is going on.
- 16:44I do see um in our state house and around the um around the state that people are waking up to this, and they have a lot of questions on it.
- 16:55Um I know that representatives and senators are getting a lot of uh constituents reaching out who are sick of it.
- 17:04They're sick of seeing the air sold going on above them, and they have we're a test sample.
- 17:15You know, they have no voice to speak um against this, and and none of us do.
- 17:21I'm a legislator and I still don't have a voice um, so to speak.
- 17:25But I do in a sense that I'll just continue to you know educate and wake people up, and I'll continue to talk to people in the house, and they come up to me individually, Clayton, um, not as a group, but one after another, you know, we'll come and say, Look, I'm getting a lot of questions on this uh from my constituents.
- 17:46Explain it to me, and I'm glad to um happy to do that.
- 17:52So they look they do listen with um you know open ears, and uh if they have a question, they come back, which is that much more encouraging um in this battle because we've we've got we've got to have these people listening um fully with open open ears and open minds.
- 18:12Very well.
- 18:13So let's take a break.
- 18:14We're gonna come back in about just a couple of minutes, um, and we'll have another section uh with uh representative Lee Gilreith from South Carolina, and we're gonna ask him to take us through the South Carolina House bill that he is sponsoring to stop geoengineering in the state of South Carolina.

- 21:42This is Dr.
- 21:43Clayton J.
- 21:44Baker MD on the America Outloud Pulse Program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 21:54We're going to continue with South Carolina Representative Lee Gilreith, who has sponsored a bill in the great state of South Carolina to stop geoengineering and weather modification in the Palmetto State.
- 22:10And in the first segment, he told us, gave us a lot of great background information on his own involvement in the fight against geoengineering, his concerns, which I agree fully with, and his cool cooperation with pioneers in fighting geoengineering at the state level, such as Monty Fritz from Tennessee.
- 22:32Right now, Lee, I'm going to ask you to take us through your bill.
- 22:35Uh, give us the name of your bill, give us the key elements of it that you think are important, and tell us how you're going to get this through to law in the state of South Carolina for us.
- 22:48All right.
- 22:49Um, first I'd like to start off.
- 22:51I I turned two in last year.
- 22:52One was uh H4010, and it was a bill um on dispersing stratospheric aerosol injection uh in the atmosphere um with air contaminants and anything chemical compounds, substances or apparatus of energy frequencies manipulated within the borders of the state in the atmosphere.
- 23:21Um it had it had penalties with it.
- 23:25Um so I had rainmaker uh reaching out to me trying to get them trying to get me to admit them from my bill.
- 23:35And at that time, um it was just it best, cloud seeding is uh taking a Dixie Cup and uh trying to bail out the Titanic.
- 23:45And I agreed, and I didn't want the muddies watered, so I did another bill 3915.
- 23:51Um, but I was also trying to get these out of judiciary where they were I knew they would just say it for the remainder of their life.
- 23:58I was trying to get it into AG so I took all the teeth out of 319 and omitted uh cloud seeding.
- 24:04And it went straight to judiciary too.
- 24:06So I pre-filed a bill this year before session started, which is uh H4621 24.
- 24:13Um so H20 H4624.
- 24:18Yes, sir.
- 24:194624, ladies and gentlemen, if you're in South Carolina, the bill is H what is it 4624?
- 24:274624, yes.
- 24:294624.
- 24:30That's the bill.
- 24:30Okay, very good.
- 24:31I'm sorry, go ahead and leave.
- 24:33And it is uh it's it's like the uh 4010 bill.
- 24:38Um, except I went in further and had worked the summer with uh, like I said, uh Judge uh Thomas Brad Thomas, and and he helped me uh immensely with that throughout this.
- 24:54But doing a private citizen authorization, whereas the a private citizen can bypass the AG's office and directly um bring a lawsuit against an employee of the airport or a pilot, you know, flying in, departing, uh refueling, refilling, then that would help them to let me say this.
- 25:24The FAA has a airspace of 500 feet above the surface, and that's federal aviation airspace.
- 25:31So you can't do anything as a state above that 500 foot elevation.
- 25:39So this is why I have brought it to the ground in airports and any public funded airports, you know.
- 25:50They need I tried to bring that up in a revisable last year.
- 25:54They get defunded from the state if they are allowing any of these planes to come in or depart.
- 26:01Refuel or refill.
- 26:03So I I just felt like this would be a way that citizens could get involved.
- 26:08You can track them on a device on your phone, you can check and track these airplanes.
- 26:14And if you can prove their landing there, then you're open to a you can law you can do a lawsuit personally against employees in the airport or the pilot themselves.
- 26:30And this carries a Mr.
- 26:32Maynard for the employees, 2500 to 5,000 dollar fine.
- 26:36But the pilots is uh felony.
- 26:39Um with a 250,000 dollar fine first offense, then a 500,000, then a million uh with a 10-year imprisonment.
- 26:50So I tried to put teeth in it, and I just said, you know, we're gonna I'm gonna turn this in, and and when we the people show up with pitchforks and are sick and tired of it, this bill sitting in there ready to go.
- 27:02And I've had a bunch of grassroots uh organizations reach out to me and say, we're ready to go whenever y'all are.
- 27:10So um, you know, um I'm probably gonna wind up writing a letter um this week to uh the chairman of agriculture, Bill Hickson, and try to get him to um let us have a hearing on this legislation and follow up with you know, a lot of grassroots people um demanding that it gets done because that's what we're here for.
- 27:37We're here to represent our constituents.
- 27:39If our constituents are aware of something like something of this magnitude, in my opinion, that is unhealthy as it is and destroying our way of life, you know.
- 27:52That's certainly something that we as the legislation need to be listening to and need to be hearing our constituents speak out.
- 28:00So I'm gonna kind of pursue it in that uh manner.
- 28:05Um I think we're in the 12th hour with all this.
- 28:08I don't we don't have time to keep uh letting everybody you know get caught up.
- 28:16This is this is legislation, in my opinion, that almost tops everything out there.
- 28:21Yes, you know, and I think that's I agree with you that that's what we need.
- 28:25This isn't something where we need some sort of five-year research or discovery, and we shouldn't need that.
- 28:31If this is not something that is completely isn't completely covert, it should be if you had the cooperation of the federal government, if you had the cooperation of the FAA in the military and so on, then it should be no problem to figure out what's going on.
- 28:47Um, so we have the absolute opposite of representation uh at the federal love level, in my opinion, and that's what we're fighting against.
- 28:55And uh and ultimately, Clayton, that is where it's got the that's where the line's got to be drawn.
- 29:01It's got to stop in the federal in a federal level.
- 29:04Um with that FAA airspace.
- 29:07I mean, it's just you know ultimately they've got the in rope, but we can certainly be um here and letting our voices be heard and getting the word out and putting pressure on federal government that this has got to stop.
- 29:26This has got to stop.
- 29:27Now, do you have any um contacts with any of the federal representatives since you seem to be perhaps one of the leading lights, perhaps the leading light in South Carolina trying to fight this, at least among elected officials.
- 29:41Do you have um uh contact with uh the governor?
- 29:46Do you have contact with the federal um uh representatives, be they in the house or in the uh Senate um with regard to this issue?
- 29:59Um
- 30:00So I I reached out with a round table um to Marjorie Taylor Green's office and her rep uh joined in.
- 30:09Um we had different uh state legislators there.
- 30:12Dane was there um from Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana.
- 30:17Um and I was hoping we would get more um out of Marjorie Taylor's Greens bill.
- 30:26Um and uh I kind of felt like that was a let down.
- 30:31I don't know what happened if you know evidently some people I guess get hold hold of and um and let it let it go, but um I was disappointed in that um legislation, but hopefully uh hopefully we'll we'll have another one um coming and we have a we have a new governor cycle um in 26.
- 30:58So uh I've endorsed a gentleman that Ralph Norman that I uh talked to about this, and I feel like we'll be uh this will be backed, you know, and he'll support this, support this bill.
- 31:13Our governor right now, uh, I don't think he may not veto it.
- 31:18I don't I don't see him as being a big supporter, you know.
- 31:23Okay, right.
- 31:24So you you're you have a new cycle for governor in 2026, yes, sir.
- 31:29Okay, all right, very good.
- 31:31And have you had any support whatsoever in um uh uh the either of the senators uh in uh either Scott or Graham?
- 31:44Um I have reached out to both of them um in their office, and I have uh spoken to their representatives in the office, their staff uh get I don't get any response with it.
- 31:59Um and I've spoken to Sherry Biggs about it, uh, who is our congressman um in our district and you know she's listened to me.
- 32:14Um nothing else is gone from there.
- 32:17But hopefully, um hopefully Sherry Biggs, she's military.
- 32:21So hopefully she'll you know be supportive of this too.
- 32:26Yes, yes.
- 32:27And I had heard the some some rumblings from Nancy Mace.
- 32:31Now I know she's not your representative.
- 32:33Um I I remember recall that when she was um I think floating the notion of running for governor, that she had um said something about geoengineering and stopping it in South Carolina.
- 32:45Had you heard it, heard that uh sort of flash in the pan.
- 32:49Had you heard anything, have you heard anything from her?
- 32:52Um not personally spoken to her about it, but I have heard the same thing that um what you're saying, and I certainly hope um, you know, if she was victorious in the governor race that she would certainly be willing to help support this and uh and get this moved across the line.
- 33:14Um do you know if she's running for governor or not at this point uh yeah, she's she's running.
- 33:22Okay.
- 33:23So you have two two gubernatorial candidates that either you have some confidence in and or at least have spoken publicly about this.
- 33:31So uh that sounds like there's some uh some potential hope there.
- 33:35Yes.
- 33:36Um okay.
- 33:37I think I think those are the only two uh that would be able to, you know, help move this forward.
- 33:43Help move it forward, yeah.
- 33:44Well, I think that when you get enough um public uh outcry, you get enough public um support for it, that that changes a lot of minds.
- 33:53So um uh that's I think that what you're doing is is really so important uh at not only at the state level but at the grassroots level.
- 34:02Um and uh when would you what is the what is the timeline?
- 34:06What's the calendar look like for the legislative session?
- 34:10Um what are kind of the guy the time posts that you're seeing for what you're trying to accomplish, Lee um so we're in February, we're in session till um second week in May, and um roughly somewhere around there.
- 34:28Um hadn't been you know totally set yet, but somewhere around there.
- 34:34So in all honesty, we got budget week coming up, middle of March.
- 34:39Um I need to get a subcommittee hearing on this very quickly, um, to give it time to go back to the committee, then to be able to have a second reading in the floor on the floor.
- 34:55Um or if Senate will take it on in a committee hearing that we've you know the the S S 110 and we could get it moving forward.
- 35:07I would be perfectly happy with with that bill um right now if we can add you know, amend some teeth to it.
- 35:14Um put in there.
- 35:17Okay.
- 35:17Um so I I know it's a um do or die thing right now, no pun intended.
- 35:24Um but yes, it needs to we need to be it needs to be pushed forward um pushed forward now.
- 35:31Do I have the full support to do that?
- 35:34I I don't know, Clayton.
- 35:36Um my prayer is yeah, and we can always uh reach out to our father in heaven and and uh pray for the best that our faith in him will carry this through.
- 35:52So amen to that.
- 35:54Um how many other do you have other uh uh representatives that are supportive of it?
- 35:59Obviously you have a you have a um uh colleague in the Senate who who sponsored the bill.
- 36:05May I ask who that was?
- 36:07Uh yes, uh Rex Rice and Senator Corbyn.
- 36:11Um so uh Senator Rice is the one that um well I think it's his and Senator Corbin's bill.
- 36:18Um, but Senator Rice is the one that I was helping in the uh Senate hearing with and uh so yeah, I mean that would be a to me that would be the um the one that could van that could advance the furthest this year um before we have to refile.
- 36:42Okay.
- 36:44Okay, okay.
- 36:45And um what can we got about uh four minutes, 430 left in this segment.
- 36:52So what can listeners do to help you?
- 36:55Let's say you've got somebody who is a South Carolinian who wants to get involved here, wants to help you achieve what you're looking to do.
- 37:04Again, Clayton, um getting educated on this is not an easy task.
- 37:10Um and and you want to give 100% factual information out on something of this nature.
- 37:18I highly suggest that people go to geoengineering watch dot org and watch a documentary um that Dane Wiggington did called the Demming.
- 37:29It is uh very telling and uh very exposing um of different entities that are tied in with this and the different uh toxic metals chemicals that they're putting in these dispersions.
- 37:49Um start I say start with that so that everyone can educate themselves of what's going on.
- 37:57Um and then reach out to every legislator in the South Carolina House that you can go to uh SCW SC house.gov and uh find everybody's find the directory of every house representative in there and and send that or send them emails, you know, call ins and emails and do the same with the senators.
- 38:21Um it's just it's got to be such a large number of people reaching out that they feel you know this is gonna cause them from getting re-elected again.
- 38:32And I found out been in the house that's uh everybody's seems to be everybody's biggest fear.
- 38:38It's not mine, you know.
- 38:40Um if I'm back in, I'm more than happy to represent my 40,000 constituents, but um that's my constituent's decision and uh my good lord's decision, I guess.
- 38:56Right, sure.
- 38:58So if you're a South Carolinian, get to uh sc house.gov, call your rep, call your senator, call all the other ones if you can send them emails, tell them that you want uh the bills, which uh is uh H the House bill is H4624.
- 39:17Is that correctly?
- 39:18Yes, sir.
- 39:19And the Senate bill is S, what is it again?
- 39:22S110.
- 39:24S110, S110, H4624.
- 39:29Those are the two bills that are put in place to stop geoengineering activities to the fullest extent that uh they're able to do it in South Carolina and make sure that every representative um and every senator knows that you want that to happen.
- 39:46I really believe that um Lee that you're absolutely right that this is the 11th hour.
- 39:51We really need to get this stopped.
- 39:53I believe that people are becoming much more aware of it.
- 39:57The the normies are much more aware of what's
- 40:00Going on, but uh it's always it's a tough, it's a tough uh a tough uh um jump to make from being totally unaware of a of a of a major problem like this to becoming aware, and then it's another jump to really have some kind of a meaningful understanding of it, and then it's yet another jump to say it's time for me to take action.
- 40:21And so we've got a design, Clayton.
- 40:24All by design, yes, that's exactly very much so.
- 40:27And so we we really need to encourage people to act um definitively.
- 40:34And uh so we're uh added to that.
- 40:37Don't be afraid to reach out to your friends and and people that you see, you know, any time I have an opportunity to raise this issue.
- 40:48Um, and raise alias what they think about me anymore.
- 40:52Uh I'm I'm way beyond that.
- 40:54And the more you learn, and the more you uh get educated on how bad this is for all of us, our children or grandchildren.
- 41:02Um it'll make you want to step out and go outside of you know the comfort zone, right?
- 41:11Absolutely.
- 41:12Well, we're just about out of time.
- 41:13Thank you so much, Lee, for your time.

- 43:20Hello, ladies and gentlemen.
- 43:22Welcome back.
- 43:22This is Dr.
- 43:23Clayton J.
- 43:24Baker MD on the America Out Loud Post program on the America Out Loud Radio Network, Liberty and Justice for All.
- 43:32I want to thank my guest, Representative Lee Gilbreath from the great state of South Carolina.
- 43:42As we heard from him in the last couple of segments, he is the sponsor for House Bill H4624.
- 43:52That's House Bill H4624 in the state of South Carolina to end geoengineering in that state.
- 44:01It accompanies Senate Bill S110, which is sponsored by Senators Rice and Corbin.
- 44:10And these bills will be progressing through the South Carolina Senate over the next couple of months.
- 44:18If you are a resident of the great state of South Carolina, I urge you to support these bills.
- 44:28How do you do it?
- 44:31You want to get a hold of your rep and your senator.
- 44:35You can find their numbers on sc house.gov.
- 44:39That's sc house.gov.
- 44:42Call your representatives, tell them to support these bills, S110 and H4624.
- 44:50Tell them you want an end to geoengineering in your state and in your nation.
- 44:58If your representative says, well, this is a federal issue.
- 45:01My advice to you would be to say, no, it's everybody's issue right now, and we need to stop it.
- 45:09Three states, Florida, Louisiana, and Tennessee have passed laws.
- 45:14Those laws are limited, as Representative Gilbreath had said.
- 45:20The FAA controls airspace above 500 feet.
- 45:24That's all true, but there still are things that can and must be done at the state level, and state-level work allows state-level uh laws, that is.
- 45:36These allow for increased public awareness.
- 45:42They put pressure on the federal government to take action to stop this.
- 45:49It must be stopped, and it must be stopped by every avenue available to us.
- 45:55Remember that Representative Gilbreath's bill, as he says that he's taken this geoengineering issue, which of course takes place in the skies overhead, and he says that he's worked to bring it to the ground.
- 46:14There are misdemeanors for people servicing planes in his bill, and there are felonies for pilots who are caught doing geoengineering in the state of South Carolina under this bill.
- 46:31250,000 fines for first offense, 500,000 for second offense, one million for a third offense, and potentially 10 years in prison.
- 46:42If you can get the pilots to stop doing this, you can get this to stop.
- 46:49Also, the bill empowers private citizens to sue the pilots or the airports, airport employees who are involved in this.
- 47:00So this does not necessitate enforcement on the part of the state government.
- 47:07So these are very important elements to this legislation.
- 47:24So I encourage everybody in the state of South Carolina.
- 47:28If you spend some of your time there, if you have friends there, get on sc House.gov, call the reps, call the senators, tell them to support S110, tell them to support H4624, tell them to stop geoengineering in the great state of South Carolina.
- 47:51So there's some other exciting legislative news that I want to bring to listeners' attention today in the geoengineering realm.
- 48:02I think this is extremely important that we discuss because as you all know earlier.
- 48:12Actually, last year, not this year, but late last year, um former representative from Georgia, Marjorie Taylor Green, had submitted a House bill, which he deemed the Clear Skies Act to combat geoengineering at the federal level.
- 48:32As many of you know, Marjorie Taylor Green has left Congress, and that bill, which I believe was HB4403, um has effectively stalled.
- 48:47Good news though, Representative Greg Stuby from Florida's 17th district, has just put out the following press release.
- 49:00This is from February 9th, and I'm just going to read it to you.
- 49:04Representative Stuby introduces the Air Quality Act.
- 49:08U.S.
- 49:09Representative Greg Stuby, Republican of Florida, introduced today the Air Quality Act.
- 49:15This legislation would prohibit weather modifications in the United States and establish clear federal guidelines to protect air quality, public health, and environmental integrity.
- 49:28For more than 60 years, governments around the world, including the United States have explored weather modification techniques such as geoengineering and cloud seeding.
- 49:38Some of these efforts, including military experiments during the Vietnam era, are now well documented.
- 49:45In recent years, private investment and interest in atmosphere and climate intervention technologies have increased significantly, underscoring the need for clear rules, oversight, and accountability in a large
- 50:00Unregulated space.
- 50:05Just as we place strict standards on water quality, the same approach should be applied to air quality, said Representative Stewy.
- 50:13Our sky should never be treated as a testing ground for chemical or atmospheric manipulation.
- 50:20The Air Quality Act builds on actions taken by the state of Florida by creating a uniform federal prohibition on activities intended to affect weather, temperature, or sunlight intensity.
- 50:34The bill establishes strong criminal and civil penalties for any individual or entity that knowingly releases substances into the atmosphere for the purpose of altering environmental conditions.
- 50:46The bill prohibits weather modification and geoengineering activities nationwide, establishes strong penalties to deter those who would pollute our air, strengthens federal oversight and enforcement, and creates transparent reporting and investigating mess and investigation mechanisms to improve public trust.
- 51:07It is important for the American people to trust that the government does not support or fund weather modification activities, nor does it permit rogue actors to attempt to pollute our air, Stewy said.
- 51:19The Air Quality Act establishes much needed national enforcement and accountability standards.
- 51:26The Air Quality Act is not about speculation or conspiracy theories.
- 51:31It is about strengthening transparency, accountability, and public confidence by applying the same common sense environmental standards to our air that are applied across other areas of environmental protection.
- 51:45So that's the statement.
- 51:46That's the press release that Representative Stewy put out on the 9th of February.
- 51:52And the full bill is listed as well.
- 51:57And it states that it's going to be cited as the Air Quality Act.
- 52:03It states a criminal penalty.
- 52:05Whoever violates subsection A of the Act shall be fined not more than $1,000, $100,000 for each violation.
- 52:15Imprisoned, not more than five years or both.
- 52:19Furthermore, each instance of injection, release, emission, or dispersal under subsection A shall constitute a separate violation of such section.
- 52:30So what does subsection A state?
- 52:33It states whoever in any circumstances described below knowingly authorizes or conducts weather modification in the United States shall be subject to the penalties described below.
- 52:47It has a segment on aircraft reporting.
- 52:51It has a repeal of some existing federal statutes.
- 52:56It says in section four, any provision of a federal statute authorizing or requiring weather modification, including a licensing requirement or permit, is hereby repealed.
- 53:06This is a big deal because what this says is that the former extremely loose, almost non-existent federal statutes on weather modification are would be null and void under this law.
- 53:21And it says any provision of a federal regulation or executive order authorizing or requiring weather modification, including a licensing requirement or permit for any such weather modification, is hereby nullified and have shall have no force or effect.
- 53:36Now, this is a big deal because as some of us know, in 2023, the Biden administration put out a huge increase in geoengineer geoengineering activity.
- 53:46It was signed into law.
- 53:48It was congressionally mandated.
- 53:50This appears to repeal that.
- 53:56So furthermore, in section five, it says notwithstanding any other provision of law, no federal department or agency or any recipient of federal funds may authorize or conduct any research testing or experimentation that constitutes weather modification in the United States, including the territories and possessions of the United States.
- 54:19So there's some hope here, I think.
- 54:22I think there's some very positive things here.
- 54:35Something that my sources tell me Representative Stebe and others have been working on for quite a while now.
- 54:42It does appear to have stipulations and elements in it that were not present in HB 4403, which I believe strengthen it.
- 54:54And it is, I think, a tremendous step in the right direction.
- 55:01We're going to have to, all of us who are interested in bringing geoengineering to an end are going to need to get behind this bill.
- 55:09It's going to need a Senate companion, and we're going to need to push this real hard to make sure that this scour that is happening and which Representative Gilbreath was speaking so uh in such detail and so eloquently about earlier in this program.
- 55:34Um, we can finally bring this to an end.
- 55:37In the words of Secretary Kennedy, we are going to stop this crime.
- 55:43So, with that in mind, I'd like to bring this segment of America Out Loud Pulse to a close.
- 55:50Again, I'm going to uh always, uh, as you know, if you're a regular listener of mine, I'm going to give you a short call to action.
- 55:59Um, the first thing that I would do is if you are in South Carolina or are attached to the great state, the Pellmetto State of South Carolina, I encourage you to get onto sc House.gov, call your reps, call your senators, and tell them that you support S110 Senate Bill S110, and you support H4624, and you support Representative Lee Gilreath, and that you want this law that provides enforcement opportunities and recourse for private citizens to pass into law in the state of South Carolina.
- 56:49And uh as we go forward, I want you to uh contact your House representative and tell them that you support Greg Stewbe's bill, referred to as the Air Quality Act, and you want them to get on board.
- 57:08It doesn't have a number as of the uh version of the bill that I see in front of me, but I'm sure it will very soon.
- 57:16In the meantime, I will see you back next week.
- 57:21This is Dr.
