- 0:00Speaker 1: Hi, It's Amy with Intuitive Coaching with Amy Radio, and
- 0:04Speaker 1: this is your sacred space for spirituality, intuition, manifestation, and
- 0:10Speaker 1: metaphysical wisdom. Today, let's talk about optimism. I caught myself
- 0:16Speaker 1: in a train of thought recently and I was like,
- 0:20Speaker 1: this is a very pessimistic way of looking at this situation,
- 0:25Speaker 1: and so I thought, well, why not do a show
- 0:28Speaker 1: an optimism? So how do you become more optimistic? If
- 0:32Speaker 1: you've been following my show, you know I've been talking
- 0:35Speaker 1: a lot about optimism as it relates to faith. I
- 0:38Speaker 1: believe that optimism is the first step to developing faith,
- 0:43Speaker 1: rock solid faith. But how do you actually stay optimistic
- 0:49Speaker 1: even when things don't seem to be going your way
- 0:52Speaker 1: or you have a history of things not going your way.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I'm going to give you some simple practices and some
- 0:59Speaker 1: mind set shifts that will help you see optimism differently
- 1:05Speaker 1: and hopefully make it a part of your life. And
- 1:09Speaker 1: as a result, you can change what you attract. Because
- 1:13Speaker 1: optimism is not about ignoring your reality. So we're not
- 1:20Speaker 1: talking about spiritual bypassing or toxic positivity. We're actually talking
- 1:26Speaker 1: about how you direct your energy towards the outcome you want.
- 1:32Speaker 1: It's about choosing to believe that you can and you
- 1:36Speaker 1: will succeed. So what is optimism really? Optimism is the
- 1:45Speaker 1: ability to expect a good outcome. The Dictionary defines it
- 1:50Speaker 1: as hopefulness and confidence about the future or the successful
- 1:55Speaker 1: outcome of something. Optimism is to look at a situation
- 2:01Speaker 1: and think, there is a solution, there is a possibility here,
- 2:08Speaker 1: there is a blessing on its way to me, as
- 2:10Speaker 1: opposed to pessimism, which would be looking at the problem thinking, oh,
- 2:17Speaker 1: there's no way this can come together. Everything's going to
- 2:22Speaker 1: fall apart. I guess that's the best way I could
- 2:25Speaker 1: turn those three around for you. Optimism is a spiritual
- 2:29Speaker 1: practice and an aspect of holding faith. I've said that
- 2:35Speaker 1: to you many times that faith starts with optimism, then
- 2:39Speaker 1: moves into intuition, action, and trust all make up faith.
- 2:47Speaker 1: Optimism signals to the universe, God, the divine Spirit, that
- 2:52Speaker 1: you are open and willing to receive because God responds
- 2:58Speaker 1: to your belief, and using to be optimistic is a
- 3:02Speaker 1: declaration of your willingness to believe. So optimism means you
- 3:07Speaker 1: expect good and what you expect you tend to attract.
- 3:14Speaker 1: All right, So here's why we as humans struggle with optimism. Well,
- 3:19Speaker 1: most of us are taught, like truly taught to think
- 3:24Speaker 1: in worst case scenario, criticism and doubt. And when I
- 3:29Speaker 1: say taught, taught by example, like, that's what we see, right,
- 3:34Speaker 1: And I believe that those instances where we're learning worst
- 3:40Speaker 1: case scenario and criticism and doubt, they have the highest
- 3:44Speaker 1: emotional charge. So of course, on some level, our little
- 3:47Speaker 1: systems as kids, are going to pay attention to those
- 3:52Speaker 1: more strongly. I also believe that through the evolution process,
- 3:59Speaker 1: the human mind, the human brain now looks at the
- 4:02Speaker 1: world through worst case scenario, criticism, doubt. So pessimism actually
- 4:09Speaker 1: becomes a learned way of looking at your world, a
- 4:13Speaker 1: learned way of thinking. And we do this because we
- 4:17Speaker 1: believe that it's going to protect us, and that that
- 4:21Speaker 1: way of looking at the world is going to keep
- 4:23Speaker 1: us safe. But negativity and pessimism are not true safety.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Negativity and pessimism are not true protection. Energetically, negativity pessimism
- 4:40Speaker 1: is preparation for a reality you don't want. So I
- 4:45Speaker 1: want to be clear here, let me pause, because they
- 4:48Speaker 1: don't in case you've stumbled on in my program, I
- 4:52Speaker 1: don't want you to think that it's not okay to
- 4:54Speaker 1: feel negative feelings. No, of course, that's natural. It's what
- 4:59Speaker 1: we hold. So every time you hear me say pessimism
- 5:02Speaker 1: or negativity or optimism we're talking about it's not the
- 5:07Speaker 1: sensation of that first feeling, right, it's our continuing to
- 5:12Speaker 1: stay in that place or the pattern, continuing to follow
- 5:18Speaker 1: a pattern of looking at the world pessimistically. And here's
- 5:23Speaker 1: the truth of how a lot of conversations with spiritual people,
- 5:28Speaker 1: oftentimes we're choosing a negative or pessimistic perspective and aren't
- 5:35Speaker 1: even aware of it. That's where the learned behavior comes in.
- 5:39Speaker 1: We don't even see it as negative. So often when
- 5:43Speaker 1: I'm having a conversation with a client, I'm like, hey,
- 5:45Speaker 1: are you are you recognizing that that is creating a
- 5:47Speaker 1: result that you may not want? And they're like what?
- 5:51Speaker 1: And I know where it comes from. I can see
- 5:53Speaker 1: it psychically. Anytime I'm talking to somebody that's in a
- 5:56Speaker 1: pessimism loop, it's not just from them, it's from what
- 6:00Speaker 1: they picked up. So that way of looking at their
- 6:03Speaker 1: situation actually feels really normal. So I don't want you
- 6:07Speaker 1: to ever beat yourself up for feeling negativity, or looking
- 6:12Speaker 1: at a situation from a negative, from a negative perspective,
- 6:16Speaker 1: or feeling pessimistic. Pessimism is defined as a tendency to
- 6:21Speaker 1: see the worst aspect of things or believe that the
- 6:25Speaker 1: worst will happen. It is a lack of hope or
- 6:29Speaker 1: confidence in the future. So what I want to add
- 6:35Speaker 1: to this, So, yes, we learn this in childhood, this
- 6:38Speaker 1: negative pessimistic way of thinking. Yes, I believe the human
- 6:42Speaker 1: brain has evolved to look at the world that way
- 6:46Speaker 1: because it believes it's a way of keeping ourselves safe.
- 6:50Speaker 1: And I do want to give an aspect of this
- 6:55Speaker 1: way of living, pessimistic, negative thinking to our past hurts
- 7:00Speaker 1: and pains. If we've gone through something really difficult, yeah,
- 7:05Speaker 1: it can be really easy as you move forward to
- 7:09Speaker 1: have a pessimistic perspective on it. Really easy. So if
- 7:13Speaker 1: you've been hurt in your romantic relationships, it can be
- 7:16Speaker 1: really easy to take a pessimistic perspective into dating, even
- 7:22Speaker 1: as you really want to manifest the partner of your dreams.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Same goes for a financial issue. If you have a
- 7:30Speaker 1: struggle you've always had financially, or it's a reoccurring struggle,
- 7:35Speaker 1: or it was very significant in your past. If you
- 7:39Speaker 1: revisit something similar to that, it can be very easy
- 7:43Speaker 1: to take a pessimistic, negative perspective around it. Just human nature. Again,
- 7:50Speaker 1: I do believe it's our way of trying to protect ourselves,
- 7:53Speaker 1: but I don't think it's all that protecting. And it
- 7:56Speaker 1: definitely doesn't feel safe when you're in motion because it
- 7:59Speaker 1: is creating a result. Right. Your thoughts are energy. So
- 8:06Speaker 1: if your internal dialogue is full of oh, it's not
- 8:10Speaker 1: going to work out, it's not going to happen for me,
- 8:12Speaker 1: something's going to go wrong, you're creating that future. Essentially,
- 8:19Speaker 1: then you're creating a future you do not want. And
- 8:23Speaker 1: so because this is such a learned behavior thing, or
- 8:27Speaker 1: it's based on a trauma, or it's just the way
- 8:32Speaker 1: the human mind has evolved, it can be really natural
- 8:38Speaker 1: to be creating scenarios that we do not want and
- 8:41Speaker 1: not even know why, even as we are actively trying
- 8:44Speaker 1: to manifest the result we desire. So optimism then becomes
- 8:52Speaker 1: a practice. And even as I was researching the show,
- 8:57Speaker 1: one of the pieces of research I came across is
- 9:02Speaker 1: was saying, Hey, you're going to have to look at
- 9:04Speaker 1: being optimistic as a practice and it's not easy, it's
- 9:10Speaker 1: not automatic. It's something you have to actively do. And
- 9:16Speaker 1: so I found that comforting because in that moment where
- 9:22Speaker 1: I was feeling really pessimistic about something and what inspired
- 9:27Speaker 1: this show. Essentially, I can now say to myself, you're okay,
- 9:32Speaker 1: Yes you still want to choose optimism, and yes it's
- 9:38Speaker 1: going to take some work. It's instinctually easy to take
- 9:43Speaker 1: a pessimistic perspective on something, and so add some trauma
- 9:50Speaker 1: to that, add the learn behavior part to it, and yeah,
- 9:55Speaker 1: before you know it, you might be working at your
- 9:59Speaker 1: dream business, but all the thoughts running in the background
- 10:02Speaker 1: of your life are pessimistic, and you find yourself making
- 10:06Speaker 1: choices and decisions that don't serve you well. And then
- 10:10Speaker 1: you wonder why, why didn't it work out for me?
- 10:12Speaker 1: I gave it my all, or I was doing my part,
- 10:15Speaker 1: or I thought it was doing my part. What happened
- 10:19Speaker 1: It's because of the pessimism hanging out in your subconscious mind.
- 10:26Speaker 1: And so hopefully I'm going to give you some suggestions
- 10:29Speaker 1: so you can start to become more aware of it
- 10:32Speaker 1: and ultimately start that process of daily shifting into optimism
- 10:39Speaker 1: so that you can create a future of your desire,
- 10:45Speaker 1: all right, So how to be more optimistic? So I
- 10:51Speaker 1: want you to think of this as a masterclass, and
- 10:55Speaker 1: so take a moment and get some pen and paper,
- 10:59Speaker 1: because I'm going to give you a lot of different suggestions.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Some came through psychically, some came through as research, and
- 11:06Speaker 1: ultimately I want you to approach this show from a
- 11:09Speaker 1: place of Hey, I do need optimism, and it's probably
- 11:14Speaker 1: something I struggle with in particular areas of my life,
- 11:18Speaker 1: and so let me start a practice to help me
- 11:24Speaker 1: be more optimistic. So one of the first things I'll
- 11:28Speaker 1: say to you is start really focusing on what you love,
- 11:36Speaker 1: like true love. And I've said that many times here
- 11:40Speaker 1: on the program. Things that you truly love tend to
- 11:44Speaker 1: work out for you, even if it's a hot mess.
- 11:48Speaker 1: And so start giving more attention and spending more time
- 11:54Speaker 1: doing things you truly love, and that might take a
- 11:59Speaker 1: second to orient yourself towards what you really love, and
- 12:04Speaker 1: going forward, I want you to focus on making choices
- 12:08Speaker 1: around what you truly love instead of what's practical or
- 12:12Speaker 1: what you feel you have to do. But what would
- 12:15Speaker 1: you truly love that will save you every time, even
- 12:20Speaker 1: if you're holding a semi pessimistic perspective. Next, and I've
- 12:28Speaker 1: said this many times on the program, and you know this,
- 12:30Speaker 1: that you got to know what outcome you want, and
- 12:35Speaker 1: so don't be vague. Name exactly what you want that
- 12:40Speaker 1: end result to be. So if you and keep it simple.
- 12:45Speaker 1: That's what I've found with naming the end result is
- 12:47Speaker 1: you got to keep it simple. So if you want
- 12:50Speaker 1: to get a certain type of job, see yourself in
- 12:57Speaker 1: that certain type of job. It may not be with
- 12:59Speaker 1: you exact company you think, or it may not be
- 13:06Speaker 1: it may not have like a very specific component to it,
- 13:10Speaker 1: meaning this one job that's being offered by this one
- 13:13Speaker 1: company in this one department. That's not what I'm talking about.
- 13:18Speaker 1: Yes you can want that, and yes you can manifest
- 13:20Speaker 1: from that place, but we're talking about building the muscle
- 13:25Speaker 1: of optimism. So in that you want to focus on
- 13:30Speaker 1: end result and keep it simple. I talked a little
- 13:33Speaker 1: bit about this. If you listen to my show on
- 13:35Speaker 1: Fear of Loss and going back to what do you
- 13:39Speaker 1: want the purest, cleanest desire of what you want? Same
- 13:44Speaker 1: idea here. When you get to that clean, clear, simple desire,
- 13:50Speaker 1: situation by situation, that is your end result that you
- 13:56Speaker 1: want most. It gets a lot easy to be optimistic.
- 14:01Speaker 1: I think when we have a very con m what's
- 14:06Speaker 1: the word I want to use, a complicated en result,
- 14:10Speaker 1: or we have all these plans before we can get
- 14:13Speaker 1: to the end result, meaning I have to do this,
- 14:15Speaker 1: to do this, to do this, But then I get
- 14:17Speaker 1: I'm going to allow myself to have this. That's not
- 14:19Speaker 1: what I'm talking about, just a really clean in result.
- 14:23Speaker 1: So if it's something like I want to make a
- 14:26Speaker 1: delicious meal, you say I want to make a delicious meal.
- 14:29Speaker 1: You don't say, oh, I want to make a delicious meal,
- 14:31Speaker 1: and I want so and so excuse me to tell
- 14:35Speaker 1: me that it's so delicious, and you know, like you
- 14:39Speaker 1: just keep it simple, right. I want to have a
- 14:42Speaker 1: good time. I'm going to that party and I just
- 14:45Speaker 1: want to have a really good time. I want to
- 14:47Speaker 1: feel comfortable in my own skin. Oh, I just want
- 14:50Speaker 1: to feel better. I want to feel aliveness. I want
- 14:53Speaker 1: to feel energetic. I want to feel centered, I want
- 14:55Speaker 1: to feel grounded. Those are simple desired in results. Maybe
- 15:02Speaker 1: it's a financial obligation. I want to say that find
- 15:05Speaker 1: up financial obligation paid or resolved, or I want that
- 15:13Speaker 1: person to call me back just so I can get
- 15:15Speaker 1: some closure around that situation. So keep keep it really simple,
- 15:21Speaker 1: very very simple, and within your control. That's where I
- 15:25Speaker 1: want you to focus on the end. So it's not
- 15:29Speaker 1: really a manifesting exercise where say you're focusing on the
- 15:33Speaker 1: end result and envisioning that and moving energy towards that.
- 15:38Speaker 1: It's really more of a this is what I intend
- 15:43Speaker 1: for my reality. This is the way I see the
- 15:48Speaker 1: day going without putting all the details in it. Hey,
- 15:52Speaker 1: this is where I want to arrive. I want to
- 15:54Speaker 1: get all my work done today. It's not oh I
- 15:57Speaker 1: want my I want this, and I want so and
- 15:59Speaker 1: so to be nice to me, and I want someone
- 16:02Speaker 1: to call it twelve thirty. We're not going there. We're
- 16:05Speaker 1: just focusing on the desired end result. That makes the
- 16:09Speaker 1: most sense for you, because when you focus on the
- 16:13Speaker 1: real desired outcome, optimism gets easier and it's less about
- 16:18Speaker 1: manifesting and more about just living a good life. And
- 16:24Speaker 1: the next I want you to get really familiar with
- 16:27Speaker 1: your negative and limiting thoughts. Just notice them and then
- 16:32Speaker 1: become an expert on how they show up, when they
- 16:36Speaker 1: show up, and how they feel and why they show up.
- 16:40Speaker 1: So's it's more like becoming friends with the negative perspective.
- 16:45Speaker 1: It's more getting to know the pessimism within you, Like
- 16:51Speaker 1: what is it? What are you most pessimistic about? Maybe
- 16:54Speaker 1: it's an area of your life where you have something
- 16:58Speaker 1: from the past that created a lot of hurt and
- 17:02Speaker 1: pain for you. So now going forward, you tend to
- 17:05Speaker 1: be more pessimistic. Okay, now you know? Right now, you know,
- 17:10Speaker 1: and you can check yourself during those times and you
- 17:14Speaker 1: can say, hey, this may not be this may not
- 17:17Speaker 1: be an accurate thought. This thought may be leaning more
- 17:20Speaker 1: pessimistic because of my past. And let me see if
- 17:24Speaker 1: I can see this situation through a more optimistic lens.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Quote right, So, then redirect any negative thoughts as quickly
- 17:35Speaker 1: as you can. So notice the pessimism, catch the thought
- 17:40Speaker 1: that created that feeling, and you'll find that your pessimistic thoughts,
- 17:44Speaker 1: this is my belief around it. They're all in the
- 17:47Speaker 1: same realm and they all sound about the same, right,
- 17:50Speaker 1: And as you start to recognize them and own them, right, say, hey,
- 17:58Speaker 1: I tend to look at situations like this for these reasons,
- 18:02Speaker 1: then you can start to replace them with something better.
- 18:06Speaker 1: And maybe it's like all you can get to is
- 18:09Speaker 1: you know, I'm really willing to trust that God's going
- 18:12Speaker 1: to bring this all together, or yes, I am recognizing
- 18:17Speaker 1: that perspective and it's pretty negative and that's okay, But
- 18:22Speaker 1: I'm going to choose in this moment to focus on
- 18:24Speaker 1: what's good Again. We're not ignoring our reality. We're not
- 18:28Speaker 1: spiritually bypassing, we're not moving into the realm of toxic positivity.
- 18:34Speaker 1: You're being really, really honest with yourself. And you know
- 18:39Speaker 1: you can always once you really get comfortable with switching
- 18:43Speaker 1: your pessimistic thoughts into optimistic thoughts, you can always start
- 18:47Speaker 1: to lock into something wonderful is getting ready to happen,
- 18:51Speaker 1: or something wonderful is unfolding in my life and make
- 18:55Speaker 1: that a running thought. So one more time, you don't
- 18:58Speaker 1: have to force positivity. You just have to interrupt the
- 19:03Speaker 1: negative thought. Next, look for evidence that things do in
- 19:08Speaker 1: fact work out for you. We tend to look for
- 19:10Speaker 1: evidence of things not working out, particularly that one thing
- 19:14Speaker 1: that happened where it didn't come together, but we often
- 19:19Speaker 1: ignore all the time so many things have come together right,
- 19:24Speaker 1: and this is like this is our world. You know.
- 19:27Speaker 1: I was having a conversation with someone recently and I
- 19:31Speaker 1: was like, you do realize that we're having this conversation
- 19:35Speaker 1: because it does work out. Maybe it's not going exactly
- 19:38Speaker 1: the way you want it to, and yes, I would
- 19:41Speaker 1: prefer if it went differently, but it does ultimately unfold.
- 19:48Speaker 1: And the person was like, yeah, I do see that.
- 19:53Speaker 1: So again, we put a lot of plans and a
- 19:55Speaker 1: lot of stipulations on things, and that is the world
- 19:59Speaker 1: we live in. Most of it's unnecessary. Most of it's
- 20:03Speaker 1: to hold us accountable because we think we're not we're
- 20:08Speaker 1: not capable of holding ourselves accountable, but in truth, we are,
- 20:14Speaker 1: and we do show up for ourselves, and we do
- 20:16Speaker 1: take care of ourselves and we do manifest the things
- 20:19Speaker 1: that we want. So once you start to recall every
- 20:22Speaker 1: time something went right, it probably went right today. Right
- 20:26Speaker 1: if you made some coffee today, it probably went right.
- 20:30Speaker 1: You know. Notice all the times that solutions did appear
- 20:37Speaker 1: like they appeared, you thought it wasn't gonna work out,
- 20:39Speaker 1: and it showed showed up that every blessing arrives just
- 20:44Speaker 1: in time. And that support from the divine is your
- 20:50Speaker 1: proof that thinking in ways that are optimistic are actually
- 20:56Speaker 1: for your good and in your favor. And then start
- 21:01Speaker 1: to celebrate those moments, celebrate and appreciate those wins, those successes,
- 21:06Speaker 1: those blessings, those things that worked out out of nowhere.
- 21:10Speaker 1: You know. I also it's like, as I'm sitting here
- 21:12Speaker 1: talking to you, I'm like, that would be an incredible offer.
- 21:17Speaker 1: I don't know how I would package it, but for
- 21:19Speaker 1: a year, I have some way of meeting with a
- 21:22Speaker 1: bunch of people and they just write down everything that
- 21:25Speaker 1: worked out in their week. Do you know how that
- 21:27Speaker 1: would change the dynamic of your life? Just that simple
- 21:31Speaker 1: practice of like wow. And it's not necessarily like a
- 21:35Speaker 1: gratitude list, though it could be one, but just really
- 21:38Speaker 1: just having this moment of like saying like wow, I
- 21:40Speaker 1: thought that wasn't going to come together, and it did.
- 21:42Speaker 1: I thought this was the way, and then I shifted
- 21:45Speaker 1: this and it all worked out. Like if you could
- 21:48Speaker 1: just start to capture those moments, because I've been doing
- 21:51Speaker 1: this work for fifteen years, and what I do know
- 21:56Speaker 1: to be true is humans forget. Forget. Like if you
- 22:01Speaker 1: asked me the last time I manifested something like big,
- 22:05Speaker 1: like that felt like wooh man. I mean every day
- 22:08Speaker 1: I manifest something because we're manifesting beings and if you're
- 22:11Speaker 1: on this path, you're always manifesting good into your life.
- 22:14Speaker 1: But like I could, I know there's like ten like
- 22:18Speaker 1: micro manifestations that have happened in the last since Christmas,
- 22:22Speaker 1: and I couldn't maybe one I could tell you off
- 22:25Speaker 1: the top of my head. Because we forget. We forget
- 22:29Speaker 1: because we're our minds are so ingrained to look at
- 22:32Speaker 1: the negative and to think the worst that even when
- 22:36Speaker 1: all these blessings and wonderful things are occurring, we forget
- 22:42Speaker 1: and so be willing to slow down and celebrate and
- 22:47Speaker 1: appreciate all of that. Optimistic people attract more blessings by
- 22:52Speaker 1: acknowledging all the blessings they have already received and then
- 22:59Speaker 1: choose environs that feel good. This is one that consistently
- 23:02Speaker 1: came up as I was doing their research is you
- 23:06Speaker 1: got to start making choices around what you're around. And
- 23:10Speaker 1: I'm even going to start to say you need to
- 23:11Speaker 1: be a lot stricter with that. We're given negativity a
- 23:18Speaker 1: lot of leeway in our lives, and it's time to
- 23:21Speaker 1: really move away from that energy. It's one of the
- 23:25Speaker 1: reasons I do this work is so that somebody has
- 23:28Speaker 1: somewhere to go and talk about what they want, what
- 23:30Speaker 1: they truly want, from a place of yes, yes, yes,
- 23:34Speaker 1: you can absolutely have it. I'm here to support you
- 23:37Speaker 1: in figuring that. Out right, most of us don't have
- 23:41Speaker 1: that in our lives, and most of us are in
- 23:44Speaker 1: environments that on some way, in some way contradict what
- 23:48Speaker 1: we want. And so it's really going to be important
- 23:51Speaker 1: that you start to make better choices. You can start
- 23:54Speaker 1: to use your intuition. You can start to really trust
- 23:57Speaker 1: yourself to say, oh, this feels good, this doesn't. And
- 24:00Speaker 1: as you start to do this more and more and more,
- 24:03Speaker 1: you'll just start to attract environments that feel good, media, people, places.
- 24:11Speaker 1: This is the way you start to really nourish an
- 24:14Speaker 1: optimistic perspective. See, I was taking some notes in my notebook.
- 24:19Speaker 1: Let's see if I have any additional insights on this one,
- 24:22Speaker 1: because it was it was I might put them here. Yeah.
- 24:27Speaker 1: So you guys, surround yourself with what inspires you, uplifts you,
- 24:30Speaker 1: motivate you. And you have to do that on repeat,
- 24:34Speaker 1: not just on Sundays, not just when you're listening to
- 24:39Speaker 1: this podcast, but you start just and there's so much
- 24:43Speaker 1: content in this world that can help you feel good.
- 24:46Speaker 1: There's also a lot of content in this world that
- 24:49Speaker 1: can make you feel bad, you know, I say often
- 24:54Speaker 1: on this program, I watch a lot of TV. I
- 24:56Speaker 1: love TV shows my favorite form of entertainment. Why because
- 25:00Speaker 1: it reminds me a lot of building characters for a
- 25:03Speaker 1: novel and so and I write novels, and so I
- 25:07Speaker 1: watch a lot of TV. And lately my biggest complaint
- 25:11Speaker 1: is we have so many shows right now on murder
- 25:14Speaker 1: and crimes and dark and betrayal and people dying, Like yeah,
- 25:22Speaker 1: that always used to be out there, but the wholesomeness
- 25:27Speaker 1: is getting washed away. I found myself watching the Hallmark
- 25:32Speaker 1: Channel and like for me, like I do feel like
- 25:35Speaker 1: I have a bit of edge, and I have enough
- 25:37Speaker 1: edge that no, Hallmark isn't for me. But it was
- 25:40Speaker 1: actually so nurtured by the Hallmark Channel over the holidays.
- 25:47Speaker 1: It's quite And I didn't even watch any holiday movies.
- 25:50Speaker 1: I just watched some of their other content because it
- 25:52Speaker 1: just it wasn't complicated. It wasn't maybe it was soapy,
- 25:56Speaker 1: but you know, it was romantic and it felt good right,
- 26:03Speaker 1: And I think we need to surround ourselves with people
- 26:07Speaker 1: situations that inspire that uplift us that motivate us, don't
- 26:12Speaker 1: not necessarily pacify or playcate like. Growth is real. Right,
- 26:17Speaker 1: Sometimes we have to do some hard stuff, but we
- 26:20Speaker 1: need to be environments that feel good. And the word
- 26:22Speaker 1: that just keeps coming forward is wholesome. I said that
- 26:26Speaker 1: to somebody over this holiday season. At some point, I'm like,
- 26:30Speaker 1: I feel like I'm becoming wholesome and on the spiritual
- 26:36Speaker 1: sid like hole some like I am a whole being, yes,
- 26:39Speaker 1: one hundred percent, But more so I'm just like, I
- 26:44Speaker 1: don't I don't want to look at the world from
- 26:46Speaker 1: the place of harsh and mean and cool and talk
- 26:53Speaker 1: and shit. And you know, I don't mind a little goofy,
- 26:56Speaker 1: I don't mind poking fun at something. But yeah, we
- 27:01Speaker 1: need things that make us feel good. And so whatever
- 27:07Speaker 1: that is for you, make it a constant in your life,
- 27:11Speaker 1: a constant. When you're in your car, you're listening to
- 27:14Speaker 1: something that makes you feel good, when you're having a
- 27:17Speaker 1: conversation with someone, you're having that conversation with someone that
- 27:20Speaker 1: makes you feel good, and you're having a conversation in
- 27:23Speaker 1: a way that makes you feel good, even if you're
- 27:26Speaker 1: talking about hard things. Being who you want to be
- 27:32Speaker 1: requires a tremendous amount of focus and effort, and so
- 27:36Speaker 1: put yourself in environments that motivate you, that keep you
- 27:40Speaker 1: focused on possibility, and then let yourself believe your desire
- 27:49Speaker 1: is amazing and wonderful and you are worthy and deserving
- 27:54Speaker 1: of amazing things. So this is another point here. You
- 28:00Speaker 1: got to be willing, be willing to believe you deserve
- 28:06Speaker 1: to have an amazing life. You have to be willing
- 28:10Speaker 1: to believe that it is your birthright. Will go next
- 28:13Speaker 1: level in this your birthright to live an amazing life.
- 28:19Speaker 1: This is the core of being an optimistic person. You
- 28:23Speaker 1: have to believe you are worthy of goodness and you
- 28:26Speaker 1: have to expect goodness. You have to expect goodness, all right,
- 28:35Speaker 1: And in that, in that expecting goodness, here's my next point.
- 28:41Speaker 1: You have to start to see problems and setbacks and
- 28:44Speaker 1: things not going your way initially as an opportunity for
- 28:48Speaker 1: your growth in your understanding, in your wisdom, in your faith,
- 28:53Speaker 1: and even in your desire. So what if, oh, this
- 28:58Speaker 1: thing not working out? Praise God because I realized that
- 29:03Speaker 1: my real desire is this. That's optimism. So what if
- 29:08Speaker 1: a setback leads you to exactly what you want? What
- 29:12Speaker 1: if a setback leads you to figuring out exactly what
- 29:16Speaker 1: you want, and then when you're in a difficult situation,
- 29:24Speaker 1: what if you just start asking yourself, what can I
- 29:27Speaker 1: do to make this situation better than ever before? Maybe
- 29:32Speaker 1: it's a repeat pattern, Maybe you have a pattern, a
- 29:34Speaker 1: negative repetitive pattern. Maybe you date the same type of
- 29:39Speaker 1: you end up in the same type of relationship over
- 29:41Speaker 1: and over and over again, and you have a moment
- 29:43Speaker 1: in that last relationship where you say to yourself, what
- 29:47Speaker 1: if I can make this situation better than the last situation?
- 29:53Speaker 1: Or what if it's a health issue, Maybe you have
- 29:55Speaker 1: a chronic health issue or a health issue that has
- 29:58Speaker 1: been repeating itself. What if you could say, what if
- 30:04Speaker 1: I could make this time better than ever before. It
- 30:07Speaker 1: doesn't mean it necessarily has to change, but what if
- 30:10Speaker 1: you could just be a better you, a better perspective.
- 30:13Speaker 1: And it doesn't mean you're going to be okay with it.
- 30:15Speaker 1: You can still really not be happy with the situation
- 30:20Speaker 1: and not like it and still choose to see that
- 30:23Speaker 1: it can work in your favor and for your good.
- 30:26Speaker 1: You can make it better than it's ever been before.
- 30:29Speaker 1: This is, honestly, this is the one I take. Anytime
- 30:33Speaker 1: I've had a chronic health issue, I always hit a
- 30:37Speaker 1: point where I'm like, hey, I'm sick of suffering with this.
- 30:41Speaker 1: How can I make this time better? And then after that,
- 30:45Speaker 1: I say, you know, when I was younger in college,
- 30:49Speaker 1: I would my first year at USC, I chronically like
- 30:54Speaker 1: every single month got a throat in faction and it
- 31:00Speaker 1: was probably you know, it could have been stressed. It
- 31:02Speaker 1: could now I'm saying it could have been hormones, like right,
- 31:06Speaker 1: there were a lot of factors, right, And I remember
- 31:10Speaker 1: after like about four months of going through that, I
- 31:13Speaker 1: finally said, Okay, what if I figured out that works?
- 31:17Speaker 1: Let me put that in place, right, like I need
- 31:19Speaker 1: the hot water and I need this, and I need that.
- 31:21Speaker 1: Let's go in and have all that stuff in the house, right,
- 31:24Speaker 1: because it's gonna happen again, Let's just say it's gonna happen.
- 31:27Speaker 1: And then once I did that and I made it
- 31:29Speaker 1: more comfortable, then I got the insight what if I
- 31:34Speaker 1: don't have to go through this anymore? Right? And then
- 31:36Speaker 1: I set out looking for a doctor who could give
- 31:38Speaker 1: me right information and that is how it works. And
- 31:43Speaker 1: or even if I wasn't getting right information from doctors.
- 31:46Speaker 1: I was still very intuitive. I didn't call it that,
- 31:49Speaker 1: and I started to just ask myself, like what am
- 31:52Speaker 1: I What could I do? And I remember I went
- 31:56Speaker 1: I became a vegetarian around that time. Did not have
- 31:59Speaker 1: another throat infection after that, and I felt inspired didn't
- 32:03Speaker 1: have anything to do with trying to really, you know,
- 32:06Speaker 1: clear or cure. I should say, I was trying to
- 32:09Speaker 1: combine cure and whatever. The throat issue, it really had
- 32:18Speaker 1: everything to do with I just wanted to feel different
- 32:22Speaker 1: in my body, and so I became a vegetarian. I'm
- 32:25Speaker 1: still a vegetarian to this day. And it was life
- 32:30Speaker 1: changing for me. So and I was just drawn to it.
- 32:33Speaker 1: What was it? It was the summer, I think all
- 32:39Speaker 1: my friends were doing had done weight launchers, and I
- 32:46Speaker 1: was ready for something a little bit different. And I
- 32:50Speaker 1: read this book that like Jesus was plant based. I
- 32:55Speaker 1: don't know if it was in fact true Jesus was
- 33:00Speaker 1: plant based, I don't know, but anyway, in this book,
- 33:02Speaker 1: that's what they were saying. And so I read it
- 33:04Speaker 1: and I was like, you know, there's something about this
- 33:07Speaker 1: way of eating and living that makes sense to me.
- 33:10Speaker 1: And so I started and I didn't stop. I've been
- 33:16Speaker 1: that way. It was supposed to be a year, and
- 33:20Speaker 1: I was doing it for spiritual reasons. I was just
- 33:24Speaker 1: kind of really frustrated with that first year at USC
- 33:29Speaker 1: and things not going my way. So I did it fast.
- 33:31Speaker 1: I was still very much in the Christian tradition, and
- 33:35Speaker 1: so I was like, Okay, let's do a fast, but
- 33:37Speaker 1: you know, I'm going to cut out meat. And by
- 33:39Speaker 1: the end of the year, a full year, full calendar
- 33:42Speaker 1: year of being vegetarian, it just stopped being appealing to me,
- 33:46Speaker 1: and I never went back. And so I'm sharing this
- 33:50Speaker 1: with you. Is going back to optimism is if you
- 33:54Speaker 1: can start to look at situations, repeated patterns, things that
- 33:58Speaker 1: aren't serving you well, things that aren't working for you,
- 34:00Speaker 1: things that you don't like, and say to yourself, what
- 34:03Speaker 1: can I do to make this situation better than it's
- 34:06Speaker 1: ever been before? That is optimism and that takes a
- 34:14Speaker 1: tremendous amount of courage. So I'm not going to pretend
- 34:16Speaker 1: like that's easy. It's really I've always been a practicer,
- 34:22Speaker 1: so I've always been very connected to spirit, and at
- 34:27Speaker 1: that time in my life when I decided to go vegetarian,
- 34:30Speaker 1: i'd already been to two different Bible colleges. I had
- 34:33Speaker 1: an active spiritual practice, and so I'm sharing that piece
- 34:37Speaker 1: with you. If you just happen to stumble upon this
- 34:40Speaker 1: show and you don't have an active spiritual practice, you
- 34:43Speaker 1: can probably hear what I'm saying and be like, what
- 34:47Speaker 1: the hell is she laughing about? So, yeah, it's the
- 34:52Speaker 1: leap of faith, right, but it comes from it's much
- 34:57Speaker 1: easier to take leaps of faith when you do have
- 35:00Speaker 1: type of spiritual practice in place. All right, So the
- 35:05Speaker 1: next piece to optimism is release the belief that life
- 35:10Speaker 1: is against you even better, see if the situation is
- 35:16Speaker 1: really a blessing. This one's next level and glorious, and
- 35:22Speaker 1: I think it's it can be hit or miss if
- 35:25Speaker 1: you start to put it like, there's sometimes when you
- 35:27Speaker 1: look at the world that way, and then there's other
- 35:28Speaker 1: times when you don't. But I think if you can
- 35:31Speaker 1: start to do it more and more all the time,
- 35:34Speaker 1: you're going to see that every situation is a blessing.
- 35:38Speaker 1: Every situation is leading you to what you want. There
- 35:43Speaker 1: was something that I was going through and I was
- 35:46Speaker 1: just like, really, spirit, I'm back here. And then I
- 35:49Speaker 1: stopped and I said, wait a minute, what if there's
- 35:53Speaker 1: a blessing in this for me? And as I was
- 35:55Speaker 1: sitting with it, I realized that, yes, I wanted the
- 35:59Speaker 1: result that I wanted, but I actually wanted a little
- 36:02Speaker 1: bit bigger result I wanted. I wanted a different orientation
- 36:08Speaker 1: around that situation. I didn't want to keep doing the
- 36:12Speaker 1: thing I was doing, And so the struggle showed up
- 36:17Speaker 1: to help me expand my perspective and to allow more
- 36:22Speaker 1: of what I actually want to experience in my life.
- 36:26Speaker 1: So again, what if, what if nothing is against you?
- 36:33Speaker 1: And what if you start to see every situation as
- 36:36Speaker 1: a blessing? And then I'm stumbling because I feel like
- 36:45Speaker 1: I've covered this point already, But I think this is
- 36:48Speaker 1: another angle on it. Seek solution. I say that a
- 36:53Speaker 1: lot to you. Seek solution. We can get really caught
- 36:56Speaker 1: up in problem, problem, problem, problem, problem, and it can
- 37:00Speaker 1: take over our energy, it can take over our body,
- 37:04Speaker 1: even problem problem, problem problem, probably our mind, problem, problem problem.
- 37:08Speaker 1: But what if we did all of that, but we
- 37:10Speaker 1: were like solution, solution, solution, and feel that solution in
- 37:14Speaker 1: your body, and feel that solution in your mind, and
- 37:16Speaker 1: talk about there has to be a solution. I know
- 37:18Speaker 1: there's a solution. What This is why I'm an intuitive
- 37:22Speaker 1: coach because you can't typically have these conversations with people,
- 37:25Speaker 1: but you can definitely have them with me where you
- 37:27Speaker 1: just amy, I don't know what the solution is by
- 37:30Speaker 1: I know there's a solution. Let's talk about all the
- 37:31Speaker 1: ways there could be a solutions, solution, solution, solution. So
- 37:35Speaker 1: what if you start to focus on solution instead of
- 37:42Speaker 1: the problem, That practice alone will help you start to
- 37:47Speaker 1: be more optimistic. And then this one, love fully, you
- 37:53Speaker 1: know I talked about being in true love. I want
- 37:55Speaker 1: to circle back to this one. Just start loving what
- 37:58Speaker 1: you love right, you know, like, just really start loving
- 38:02Speaker 1: what you love and love it with all your heart.
- 38:04Speaker 1: Because there's so much conditions we put on enjoying our
- 38:07Speaker 1: lives being in the energy of love. Well, this has
- 38:10Speaker 1: to be in place, Well this has to look this way.
- 38:13Speaker 1: If this isn't going this way, I'm not going to
- 38:15Speaker 1: let myself feel love here. And a lot of that's
- 38:18Speaker 1: just fear of being disappointed, fear of feeling really good
- 38:23Speaker 1: and then life the other shoe dropping. But what if
- 38:26Speaker 1: we just started to love what we love and love
- 38:29Speaker 1: each moment fully and completely, and then in that give
- 38:36Speaker 1: more of your attention to what's beautiful in your environment.
- 38:40Speaker 1: You know, I studied men when I was really learning
- 38:44Speaker 1: how to be in a romantic relationship by studied men
- 38:48Speaker 1: under Alison Armstrong. Brilliant teacher when it comes to understanding men, particularly,
- 38:55Speaker 1: I believe she teaches about masculine energy men or alpha
- 38:59Speaker 1: like men. And one of the things that she said
- 39:03Speaker 1: about men is that they see beauty. That's why they
- 39:08Speaker 1: can be in a really dirty room and they focus
- 39:11Speaker 1: on what is working for them in the room. And
- 39:15Speaker 1: I thought, Ah, whereas women can go into a room
- 39:19Speaker 1: and sure we recognize the beauty, but we're more focused
- 39:22Speaker 1: on let's get all this stuff that's not working cleaned up, right.
- 39:26Speaker 1: But what if we could be more like that alpha
- 39:31Speaker 1: masculine mind and just see the beauty. Just see the
- 39:37Speaker 1: beauty doesn't mean you're going to go against your desire,
- 39:43Speaker 1: and it doesn't mean you're going to accept less than
- 39:45Speaker 1: what you want. I'm not saying take something you don't
- 39:48Speaker 1: want and then decide it's beautiful. No, that's a mind fuck.
- 39:51Speaker 1: We're not doing that. We're just focusing on this is
- 39:55Speaker 1: what you want, And let's look at the world from
- 39:58Speaker 1: a place of beauty beautiful right now, like right, I
- 40:02Speaker 1: can choose to focus on that, or I can choose
- 40:05Speaker 1: to focus on what's beautiful, that's the vibe. And then
- 40:11Speaker 1: what let your running mantra be what if it is possible?
- 40:15Speaker 1: So if there's something that you want, I want you
- 40:17Speaker 1: to just follow it up with five times what if
- 40:19Speaker 1: it's possible? What if it's possible, What if it's possible,
- 40:22Speaker 1: What if it's possible? What if it's possible? For me?
- 40:26Speaker 1: So I'm on this quest to live in this very
- 40:30Speaker 1: specific neighborhood in Pasadena, and I've always wanted to live
- 40:35Speaker 1: in that neighborhood, but I've felt intimidated by it. And
- 40:39Speaker 1: now I'm just like, girl, come on, let's give up
- 40:43Speaker 1: that I'm intimidated by something storyline and just say that's
- 40:47Speaker 1: where I want to live. And so I stopped. I
- 40:52Speaker 1: forced myself. I saw a for rent sign up, and
- 40:55Speaker 1: I forced myself to circle the block. And as I
- 40:59Speaker 1: was sitting there and writing down the phone number, I
- 41:02Speaker 1: have to also check the numerology on it too to
- 41:04Speaker 1: make sure. But as I was sitting there and getting
- 41:09Speaker 1: ready to drive away, I force myself like I had
- 41:13Speaker 1: to eke it out of my system to be like,
- 41:16Speaker 1: what if it is possible? What if it is possible? Right?
- 41:20Speaker 1: What if it is possible? So yeah, so start looking
- 41:24Speaker 1: at everything that you want from a place of what
- 41:27Speaker 1: if it is possible? What if it is possible? What
- 41:30Speaker 1: if it is possible? And then if you start speaking
- 41:33Speaker 1: kindly to yourself, it can be a hell of a
- 41:35Speaker 1: lot easier to be optimistic. You can ask yourself what
- 41:41Speaker 1: is the bright side? That also helps, when is the
- 41:45Speaker 1: bright side of the situation? Very much in alignment with
- 41:48Speaker 1: what's the blessing or silver lining? That there is always
- 41:56Speaker 1: good for you and everything? And then I want to
- 42:03Speaker 1: i want to touch on this again. Being optimistic requires
- 42:08Speaker 1: more effort than more led to believe. It is easy
- 42:14Speaker 1: to be pessimistic. It is easy to be pessimistic. So
- 42:21Speaker 1: in that case, being you know, being pessimistic or being
- 42:26Speaker 1: cynical isn't smart at all. It's just common. Where the
- 42:33Speaker 1: work is, where the expansion is, where the being the
- 42:39Speaker 1: human of influence comes into play. Is if you can
- 42:46Speaker 1: choose to be optimistic knowing that it does require a
- 42:53Speaker 1: lot more effort. And here's an affirmation that you can
- 43:00Speaker 1: play with. I'm allowed to be successful and confident I'm
- 43:07Speaker 1: allowed to see the world is good. I am successful
- 43:13Speaker 1: and confident my world is good. So in the same
- 43:21Speaker 1: vay of speaking kindly to yourself, you're going to need
- 43:24Speaker 1: to be kind to yourself. So especially when shame is
- 43:30Speaker 1: at play, you're feeling humiliation, maybe you've just failed at something,
- 43:34Speaker 1: or you're perceiving it as a failure, rejection, disappointment, embarrassment.
- 43:40Speaker 1: Those are all real feelings, one hundred percent feel them,
- 43:44Speaker 1: and in that process speak to yourself with love and kindness.
- 43:50Speaker 1: And then lastly action. I think action is the next
- 43:53Speaker 1: step in my faith formula goes well. Sometimes I interchange
- 43:58Speaker 1: with intuition or act, but in our intuition and action
- 44:02Speaker 1: go hand in hand. But action is always required. And
- 44:08Speaker 1: if you are in motion towards what you want, like
- 44:10Speaker 1: me forcing myself to stop and write that number down,
- 44:16Speaker 1: even if that apartment's already rented, a lot of times
- 44:19Speaker 1: when there's signs out front, it's already rented and they
- 44:21Speaker 1: just haven't pulled the sign. Just that act of taking
- 44:27Speaker 1: action getting a phone number, calling on the phone number,
- 44:31Speaker 1: it is saying to myself that I believe, I am
- 44:35Speaker 1: hopeful and I am confident that there is a beautiful
- 44:39Speaker 1: apartment in this neighborhood in the price range I want
- 44:42Speaker 1: to pay for me. Right, So action can help you
- 44:47Speaker 1: feel more optimistic. All right, let's talk about why optimism
- 44:53Speaker 1: helps with manifestation. If you are a manifesto, you already now,
- 44:58Speaker 1: but let's just just in case. So optimism is powerful
- 45:02Speaker 1: and manifestation because you stop resisting good things happening to you.
- 45:07Speaker 1: And I think that's the whole purpose, right of being
- 45:10Speaker 1: a manifestor. So we want to experience really good things
- 45:13Speaker 1: happening to us. We want to to have some say
- 45:17Speaker 1: in how it goes for us. Right. And so when
- 45:21Speaker 1: you really start to embody and become an optimistic person,
- 45:27Speaker 1: you stop micromanaging the how. You're more willing to tune
- 45:31Speaker 1: into your intuition and take action. And then you move
- 45:35Speaker 1: into an energy of just trusting life that is always
- 45:38Speaker 1: working out for you, that things are going in your favor,
- 45:42Speaker 1: things are good for you. When you're optimistic, you show
- 45:48Speaker 1: the universe, hey, I'm confident enough to ask for what
- 45:52Speaker 1: I want, I believe in what I want. I'm ready
- 45:55Speaker 1: and open to receive what I want, and I expect
- 45:58Speaker 1: as I am on this towards what I want everything
- 46:01Speaker 1: that shows up in my world. Ultimately it works out
- 46:03Speaker 1: in my favor and for my good. Hmm. It wouldn't
- 46:08Speaker 1: it be so fun just to live that way all
- 46:10Speaker 1: the time, all the time. And so from the state
- 46:15Speaker 1: of good is always showing up for me, the manifestation
- 46:20Speaker 1: journey becomes easier, it becomes smoother, it becomes more fluid.
- 46:24Speaker 1: You start seeing all the micro manifestations and acknowledging them,
- 46:29Speaker 1: and you'll find that you'll manifest more immediately. What was
- 46:33Speaker 1: that something I wanted on on Saturday? Yeah, I was
- 46:39Speaker 1: doing something and I stopped at a store and I
- 46:45Speaker 1: wanted something, but I also didn't Yeah, it was just
- 46:49Speaker 1: in the state where I was doing something else and
- 46:52Speaker 1: I just didn't want to spend the money on it
- 46:54Speaker 1: like I did. But I didn't, right, because why didn't
- 46:58Speaker 1: I want to spend the money? Because what he wanted
- 47:00Speaker 1: it for didn't feel the It wasn't even value exchange, right,
- 47:04Speaker 1: and so because I was really using it for something else,
- 47:08Speaker 1: that's what it was. And so I was like, but
- 47:11Speaker 1: all right, fine, I'm gonna so I'm checking out, and
- 47:14Speaker 1: then I remember I had a two dollars coupon in
- 47:17Speaker 1: my purse, and I never have coupons in my purse
- 47:21Speaker 1: because I'm a you know, a money manifestor I keep
- 47:23Speaker 1: my my purse really clutter free. And so that I
- 47:29Speaker 1: had gotten a cupon earlier that morning, and so I
- 47:34Speaker 1: was like, ah, it's still in my purse, and all
- 47:36Speaker 1: of a sudden, this thing I was like kind of,
- 47:38Speaker 1: I mean, I was willing right Like. I wasn't like
- 47:41Speaker 1: I don't want to have to buy it. No, it
- 47:43Speaker 1: wasn't that it was redundant. That's what it was. I
- 47:47Speaker 1: really just wanted I wanted the container that this this
- 47:50Speaker 1: thing was in. I didn't want the thing because I
- 47:52Speaker 1: already had that thing, and so I wound up getting it,
- 47:58Speaker 1: you know, for like sense like fifty cents because I
- 48:01Speaker 1: had I had the cubans. That's what I'm saying to
- 48:05Speaker 1: you is that if you start to believe that good
- 48:08Speaker 1: is working in your favor and for your good. And
- 48:11Speaker 1: that was a moment where I said to myself, I'm
- 48:13Speaker 1: like good, life is good, Life is good. If I
- 48:17Speaker 1: just believe that life is good, then life is good
- 48:20Speaker 1: and all these little things start to work out for
- 48:22Speaker 1: me in addition to my larger manifestations. So Optimism is
- 48:27Speaker 1: not about pretending that everything is perfect. It's remembering that
- 48:32Speaker 1: whatever is happening is leading you to somewhere beautiful. And
- 48:38Speaker 1: that is my masterclass on optimism. So if you're struggling
- 48:44Speaker 1: with staying optimistic, staying faithful, staying focused on what you want,
- 48:49Speaker 1: starting to focus on what you want, and then getting sidetracked,
- 48:54Speaker 1: this is where I'm tuned of coaching can change your life.
- 48:57Speaker 1: You don't have to build belief on your own. You
