- 0:00SPEAKER_03: Welcome to TS Paranormal Podcast.
- 0:02SPEAKER_03: I'm Ronnie from Chapsol.
- 0:03SPEAKER_03: Um, I'm here today with Verona Ghost Hunters.
- 0:06SPEAKER_03: You say it Verona, right?
- 0:08SPEAKER_03: Verona, yep.
- 0:09SPEAKER_03: Verona Ghost Hunters.
- 0:10SPEAKER_03: And you want to introduce yourself?
- 0:12SPEAKER_03: I'm Nacho.
- 0:13SPEAKER_03: I'm Mark.
- 0:14SPEAKER_03: Mark.
- 0:15SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 0:16SPEAKER_03: And who else is in your team?
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: That's uh we have about 10 or 11 people.
- 0:22SPEAKER_00: Um there's Deborah there is uh Karen, uh Megan, um Dan is is a teammate.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: Um Brian Cash was one of our teammates.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: He just passed away.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: Um Brian Bartsey is a guy from Ohio that runs with us once in a while.
- 0:44SPEAKER_00: Um geez, that's that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: So if I forgot you guys, I'm sorry.
- 0:51SPEAKER_03: Oh, they'll forgive you.
- 0:53SPEAKER_03: So where are you guys mainly based out of?
- 0:56SPEAKER_00: Um, we're near Pittsburgh.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: We're about uh what 10 miles away from Pittsburgh.
- 1:02SPEAKER_03: All right, so we're gonna get in this, we're gonna, you know, get rid of the generic questions.
- 1:06SPEAKER_03: Um, both of you guys are gonna answer.
- 1:08SPEAKER_03: Um, why'd you guys get into paranormal?
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: So I've I've always been intrigued by it.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: I've always watched any type of creepy show like that.
- 1:19SPEAKER_00: But in 2012, I moved into a house, and the the night I moved into it, me and my nephew, who is my age, um, he helped me move, and we were laying in the living room just on mattresses and on the floor, and it was September, it was really hot with the back door open, and we're laying there, and we both heard a noise and looked at each other like, what was that?
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: It sounded like a big heavy metal chain going across the back porch.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: There was nothing on the back porch, so we jumped up, went out, looked, nothing there, nobody there.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: Looked around, neighbors' houses are dark, nothing.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: Okay, that was weird.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: We're hearing things.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Went back in, laid back down, and about 10 minutes later, it did it again.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: This time we were halfway to the door before it even stopped, and nothing.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: So then time goes by that nothing else really happened.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: But we always seem to be missing stuff in the house.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Now, I had four kids and they were all under like 15.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: So, you know, kids move stuff, whatever.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: And then um, my wife it was just like, there's nothing here, you're you're you're crazy, blah blah blah, whatever.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: So one night I went to bed, and about three o'clock in the morning she wakes me up and she's out of her mind and can't even speak.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, what is wrong with you?
- 2:42SPEAKER_00: And she just points out my bedroom door to the kitchen, and every kitchen cabinet door was standing wide open.
- 2:49SPEAKER_00: Which a kid could have done that, but there are two cabinets that are up above that I have to stand, and I'm 6'2, have to stand on my tiptoes to open.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: Nobody in the house could have opened those doors, and nobody was up.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: Um, so when it freaked her out, I knew that I better do something and I didn't know what to do.
- 3:08SPEAKER_00: The next day I'm walking through the parking lot at Giant Eagle going to get something at the grocery store, and there's a car that says Oakmont Paranormal Society on the back of it with a phone number.
- 3:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Well, I need these guys.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: So I called him and I said, uh, the guy just answered the phone, hello?
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Like, is this Oakmont Paranormal?
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: He's like, Yeah.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I need to talk to you right now.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: He's like, Okay, where are you at?
- 3:31SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'm standing behind your car in the parking lot.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: So he comes out and is talking to me, and I'm telling him what's going on.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: He's like, Oh, we'd love to come out and investigate.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: So it was probably another month later they came out and they did some investigations, and they got some pretty cool EVPs.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Um, nothing on video, but there was this oddball things that happened.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: And from that moment on, I'm like, okay, I'm hooked.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Well, they just like left, and like I didn't really have an answer, right?
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: I mean, like, well, what you know, what do I do about this?
- 4:03SPEAKER_03: Thanks.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: So I reached out to a buddy of mine who lives in Ohio, he actually Brian that actually runs with the team, and I said, Hey, um, here's what's going on.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: He's like, Oh, I got a guy.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: So he sends this guy out.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: He comes to my house, he he walks through it, he blesses it, he sages it, does the full nine yards, and the house is pretty good after that.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: Well, my garage sits on the next street up, and it's up a hill, so it's a detached garage, obviously.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: And three different times I've been almost killed by a fallen garage door that doesn't close on its own ever.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: You have to like manipulate to get it to cold close.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: And then I had a friend of mine, I heard him calling me from the yard when I was up at the garage, and I'm like, come on up, and he never showed up.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: So I called him on his phone.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: I'm like, What are you doing?
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: I thought he was screwing around.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: He's like, dude, I'm at work in Grove City, and that was like over an hour away.
- 5:03SPEAKER_03: So you have a mimic?
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: Holy crap, what's going on?
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: So whatever this is just was moved to the garage.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: And actually, I I've never investigated it, but the garage is still there.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's still in the garage.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: So I mean, it's probably something I should do.
- 5:22SPEAKER_00: But shortly after that, then I joined Oakmott Paranormal and started running around with them a little bit.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: And I just found out that they weren't gonna be investigating as much as I wanted to, so I started my own team.
- 5:34SPEAKER_00: And in a little over a year, we've done about um 25 to 30 investigations.
- 5:41SPEAKER_03: That's a good number there.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: We we go a lot.
- 5:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I see you guys on Facebook all the time.
- 5:47SPEAKER_03: You guys are always going somewhere.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: We go a lot.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: What about you, Mark?
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: How'd you get to it?
- 5:56SPEAKER_01: Basically, um, I always loved Halloween.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: Growing up, loved Halloween, loved the spooky stuff, like scary movies.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Um, then I guess in the 2000s and stuff when Ghost Hunters started to come on.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: I was really watching them a lot and getting involved with them, and then you know, Destination Fear came out, and Destination Truth and Josh Gates and everybody.
- 6:18SPEAKER_01: I just loved watching all the shows, uh Ghost Adventures and stuff, and really was getting interested in it and thought someday it'd be fun just to go give it a try.
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I met Nacho and Deborah um at a club of ours in CFW and started talking to them a little bit about it, and they were mentioning they know they had a team and it'd be nice if I could go out with them once or something.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: I said, Yeah, I'd like to give it a try.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: So a few months ago, I started buying a couple old cheap pieces of equipment from Amazon and whatnot, and uh went out with them one time and was basically hooked right after that.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: So I've been on only four investigations with them right now.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: Well, three plus uh Crescent.
- 6:56SPEAKER_01: There's a vendor show there, so we got to I got to take my daughter and walk around Creston with her uh for several hours.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: So that was um very fun experience, and yeah, I just I can't wait for the next one every single time.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: So get home, start reviewing the audio and video that we have and try to find stuff.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: Um, unfortunately, uh nothing but the octagon house has paid off as far as finding anything uh on my evidence-wise on my stuff, but uh keep looking forward for the next one.
- 7:24SPEAKER_03: Yeah, the octagon house is supposed to be pretty active from what I see from you guys.
- 7:28SPEAKER_00: It's it's amazing.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Mark's are also already building his own equipment.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, okay.
- 7:35SPEAKER_00: He built an SLS and now he's built an XLS.
- 7:38SPEAKER_01: Okay, yeah, and the old Xbox is laying around.
- 7:41SPEAKER_01: Fear might as well do something with them.
- 7:43SPEAKER_03: I have all the parts, I've not built one yet.
- 7:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, old Xbox and a connect.
- 7:47SPEAKER_03: I'm like, oh, I'm gonna build this.
- 7:49SPEAKER_03: That was like a year and a half ago, and it's still sitting there.
- 7:51SPEAKER_00: So we bought an SLS early this year, and we only got to really use it one time.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: Well, then we went to um the Green County Historical Society when um uh paranormal quest was gonna be there.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: They had a they had a free meet and greet, like come eat food, meet them, do an investigation, whatever.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: And um, they were doing a raffle, and they gave away an XLS, and I won the XLS.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: That works.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: Had them they autographed us, took pictures with us.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: So now we have an XLS and an SLS, and we'll never use two of them at the same time.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: But it was pretty cool that we got to meet them guys and talk with them, and then we went home with their equipment.
- 8:37SPEAKER_03: So, what is the difference between XLS and SLS?
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: It's it's a it's a well like a richer video.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: You you get more in-depth.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you can do 3D.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: The SLS is basically the Xbox 360 connect, and the XLS is the Xbox One Connect.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: Uh version two, version two, they call it.
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: But yeah, yeah, it provides better 3D imaging.
- 9:02SPEAKER_01: Um, so it's a little bit easier to see things and manipulate if something's behind something or standing in front of it as well.
- 9:10SPEAKER_03: All right.
- 9:12SPEAKER_03: Let's talk about your group here.
- 9:14SPEAKER_03: So I have a pretty diverse group.
- 9:17SPEAKER_03: I think there's seven or eight of us right now.
- 9:20SPEAKER_03: Um, I'm not gonna give their names, they know who they are.
- 9:23SPEAKER_03: So but they're diverse.
- 9:24SPEAKER_03: So you know, I got you know, younger, I'm not old, old, but I'm pretty old.
- 9:31SPEAKER_03: Um I got younger females, I get younger guys, I got you know, a motherly type investigator.
- 9:40SPEAKER_03: Uh well getting as sensitives later and crystals and stuff, but you know, it's a divise, diverse group, dude.
- 9:48SPEAKER_03: You know, I think that helps out a lot during investigations because I uh you never know what you're gonna get.
- 9:56unknown: Right.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: Well, our group is pretty young as far as not age but experience-wise.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um Deborah's been doing this for uh 15 or 20 years.
- 10:12SPEAKER_00: Um, I've only been doing it a few years, and you know that's that's really the extent of our experience, but everybody's learning as we go.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: And I think I think that's really what makes it fun is to watch people grow into it.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: You know, when Mark first went, he's like, Yeah, I really don't know what I believe.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: And and you know, now there are things that he's seen and he's heard, and he's like, Yeah, there's there's there's there's something, you know, so it's it's it's fun in that sense.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I basically um I'm an engineer.
- 10:45SPEAKER_01: So I'm the scientist kind of thing.
- 10:46SPEAKER_01: Um skeptic a little bit.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: I mean, I believe in the paranormal, I believe something is out there, I just need to see it to believe it.
- 10:54SPEAKER_01: And I'm not one of those people that every time a little click's heard or something, I'm like, oh, there's a ghost or someone, you know, I want to debunk it first.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: That's my first gut feel is to go debunk something before I you know say that it's something I can't explain and willing to accept.
- 11:08SPEAKER_01: So uh they kind of like me for that, I think.
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: Just uh provide a little extra perspective on things.
- 11:14SPEAKER_03: So, Mark, when was the first time you're like, Oh shit, this stuff is real?
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: Um, I have honestly, like I said, I've been out there four times with these guys.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: Um, I haven't had like the hair of my arms stand up yet.
- 11:29SPEAKER_01: I haven't been scared yet.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: Um, walking around hearing a couple little things, you know, not that big a deal.
- 11:36SPEAKER_01: Um, at the Occupon house, when I was reviewing some of my uh video footage that I had when we were setting things up, I had the camera rolling because the owner said you always have to have a camera on you, you gotta have one rolling all the time.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: You never know when something's gonna happen.
- 11:51SPEAKER_01: And when I reviewed the video, we were walking around, me and two other ladies were setting stuff up, and I in between us talking, there was other voices making pure sentences and stuff, and I was like, That's cool.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: That was not anywhere near us.
- 12:07SPEAKER_01: I do not remember hearing that then that that's when I really started liking it.
- 12:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, I always like EVPs.
- 12:14SPEAKER_03: I tell people they're addicting.
- 12:17SPEAKER_03: I mean, I roll a recorder nonstop.
- 12:20SPEAKER_03: Um, it's kind of like you know, going out looking for gold.
- 12:24SPEAKER_03: As soon as you get that little piece, like I don't care if I listen to 15 hours EVP, as long as I get one good one, you're happy.
- 12:32SPEAKER_03: I mean, that's all I care about.
- 12:34SPEAKER_03: So, everybody that's tuned in here, I don't know how many people are tuning here.
- 12:37SPEAKER_03: If you have any questions for Verona Ghost Hunters, go ahead and put it on your chat and I'll ask them.
- 12:42SPEAKER_03: Can you guys just see the chat too?
- 12:46SPEAKER_01: I do not see the you don't have to minimize.
- 12:50SPEAKER_03: I I see it.
- 12:51SPEAKER_00: So oh um, yeah, I see.
- 12:56SPEAKER_00: Well, I see hello.
- 12:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Deborah.
- 12:59SPEAKER_00: Yep, yeah, Deborah is our teammate.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: My sister Donna was on, but she's gone now.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I saw that.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: So she'll be back.
- 13:11SPEAKER_03: All right, so is there any like certain team members that like I'm the solo guy?
- 13:17SPEAKER_03: Is there any like I don't know, I don't know how to explain it, like team members that you would just put in certain situations.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: So Deborah's our empath.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: So, you know, a lot of times what she what she's feeling is kind of tells me what direction we need to go.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: Um I'm I'm more of a ghost magnet for some reason.
- 13:43SPEAKER_00: They love me, they love to touch me, they love to pull my beard.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: Um, so I I get I get a lot of the the touchy stuff and things like that.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: So between the two of us, you know, we we usually know where to go and what to do.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: Uh oh, there's my sister.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: Hi Donna.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: Um I've I've been receiving more and more uh information from spirits.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: I've been I mean I've been hitting the head.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: I've had spirits come to me in in my my twilight sleep and talk to me and tell me things about a place where they were going.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: Um, I actually had a thing with the lady across the street.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: Her her son, who had died two years ago, was like talking to her through me, which I had never experienced anything like that.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: And I almost lost my mind over the whole thing because I'm like, what the hell is going on?
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: Um, so I've I've been doing more of that, and we've been we've been taking these uh these uh these uh the name of the para learning classes.
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: Um so we've got our degrees in two or three of the certificates in two or three of the classes, and we got somewhere to go, but we're always trying to learn.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: Uh-huh.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: So we we kind of feed off of each other and and decide what we're gonna do and where we're gonna.
- 15:07SPEAKER_00: I can go in there with a full plan, and within 30 seconds, uh the the spirits are telling us to do something totally different.
- 15:12SPEAKER_03: So it should be the spirits, spirits dictate what you should be doing.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, yeah, no, they they always do.
- 15:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, unfortunately, I'm not as sensitive or anything, so I can't get the feel.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: When I go in someplace, I actually have to give myself about an hour to get used to the atmosphere.
- 15:33SPEAKER_01: Every time I go to someplace new, I kind of feel a little uneasy or a little disoriented, but I I'll just let it go for about an hour, slowly walk around, see things, talk to some people, um, and then I settle down and and things are good after that.
- 15:48SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm free to roam on my own or or go do whatever I immediately feel necessary.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: Um, we were at the Ross house one time and everybody was downstairs, and I heard some footsteps up above, and I just immediately grabbed the camera and ran right up, you know, just to see what's going on.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: Um so I'm not afraid to go on my own or do anything like that.
- 16:08SPEAKER_03: That's good.
- 16:08SPEAKER_03: I'm trying to get my team to do more.
- 16:10SPEAKER_03: I think solos are important during investigations, um, especially places that you know we investigate.
- 16:17SPEAKER_03: You're talking like Fairfield, Madison, you know, everything that had patients in there, they were solo, they were there by themselves.
- 16:25SPEAKER_03: All they had interaction was with a nurse or somebody.
- 16:27SPEAKER_03: So I think when you get too many people, they might shy away.
- 16:31SPEAKER_03: So that's why I like doing solos a lot.
- 16:34SPEAKER_03: But let's talk about Stanley Hotel.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: That that was amazing.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: We actually went with um it was a conglomeration of I think there was 12 or 15 of us there.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: We went with some other people, and there was probably two or three other groups there.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: Okay, and man, it was it was amazing.
- 16:58SPEAKER_00: Did you did you guys sleep up in that the brothel room after?
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: No, we slept so great story.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Um, I was the one messaging there and that there was two ladies that we went with that slept in um yeah, I can't remember the lady's name though.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: The very first room on the right, they were gonna sleep in that room, and then Jay was gonna sleep in the next room over.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: And about halfway through the night, those ladies left that room because they were just very uncomfortable.
- 17:31SPEAKER_00: Well, they weren't gone maybe a half hour, 20 minutes, and Jay had gotten up and was sitting in the sitting area, and that chair in the room that they were in slid across the floor about six feet.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Damn.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: And he was gone.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was yeah, that was.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: I wished we'd have gone up there, but we were actually in the hotel part.
- 17:54SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: But when we were sitting in the brothel, we we were up there.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: Um, Megan, Megan was with us, and we were up there, and we were actually doing a live.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: It's I may have uploaded it.
- 18:07SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was the one, I was messaging you guys during that.
- 18:09SPEAKER_03: I'm the one that said put money on the bed.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: Oh, so you were there when I got hit in the back of the head.
- 18:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I was the one that said you were told not to put some money on the bed.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I told you that's why you got hit.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, I got hit in the back of the head because I didn't put down any money.
- 18:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and you're like, I ain't doing that.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 18:29SPEAKER_03: I actually had uh I don't know, I was watching a live last month and someone was doing it.
- 18:33SPEAKER_03: They were in a brothel, not Shamley Hotel, but they were getting the same thing, like hitting stuff, and I'm like, You're in a brothel, you better, you're a guy, you better throw some cash down.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, I I learned a lesson.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: I mean, that was no joke.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: I I got hit in the head and I saw stars.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: I mean, it was like there was somebody back there pounding on my head.
- 18:54SPEAKER_03: I mean, you went downhill pretty fast, like I don't know, not emotionally, but emotionally mentally.
- 19:00SPEAKER_03: I mean, you were you went downhill pretty fast, and I think you left for a little bit after that.
- 19:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, outside.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: Megan went down and she she got her her got her she got her oils, and yeah, probably about it.
- 19:12SPEAKER_00: Took me probably about 20 or 30 minutes to come back from that.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: I mean, it was it was rough.
- 19:17SPEAKER_03: It was rough, but cool experience, I guess.
- 19:22SPEAKER_03: Uh, there's one other place I want to talk about because this is where my parents grew up.
- 19:27SPEAKER_03: West Theater.
- 19:30SPEAKER_03: Barberton.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: I we have not been there.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: It's definitely somewhere we want to go to.
- 19:37SPEAKER_03: There's something on your Facebook about it.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she shared, she shared something that somebody else had shared.
- 19:43SPEAKER_03: Okay, well, let me try to get that together and we'll get we'll get up there together.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: Let's do that.
- 19:50SPEAKER_03: I said my parents grew up there.
- 19:52SPEAKER_03: Um, my grandparents grew up there, so I have a little barber to magic in me.
- 19:58SPEAKER_03: So I still know some people out there.
- 20:00SPEAKER_03: I'll get that together for us.
- 20:02SPEAKER_03: And I'm trying to get I know we talked about doing chamois hotel sometime, so I want to do that probably in the fall.
- 20:11SPEAKER_00: I'll go back.
- 20:13SPEAKER_03: So when I reserve that, I'll let you know.
- 20:16SPEAKER_03: And whoever you guys want to bring, there's probably gonna be two or three.
- 20:19SPEAKER_03: It's like a six and a half hour drive for us.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think it was five hours you're from Pittsburgh, yeah.
- 20:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so yeah, but definitely want to do that after watching your guys' live.
- 20:29SPEAKER_03: I was all I was all about that.
- 20:31SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I have to do Shanley.
- 20:33SPEAKER_03: I just kept looking it up.
- 20:34SPEAKER_03: I'm like, it's it's calling to me, so yeah, we'll get Shanley.
- 20:40SPEAKER_00: So I grew I grew up in in that area.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: I grew up in uh Brunswick, Lodi, Chippewa Lake area.
- 20:45SPEAKER_03: Okay.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: My mom and sister still live in Brunswick.
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: We're often in that area.
- 20:54SPEAKER_03: Uh well.
- 20:57SPEAKER_03: I did take notes.
- 20:58SPEAKER_03: I say I don't script, but there's a couple things I want to talk about.
- 21:01SPEAKER_03: So let's talk about your upcoming investigation, August 28th, Mattis Seminary.
- 21:05SPEAKER_03: Um, it's for your teammate that just passed away, Brian Cash.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we're doing a benefit for for Brian's family.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's and it's so cool that Adam Kimmel uh offered Madison Seminarius seminary to us for nothing.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: Nice, and that all proceeds will go to his family.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: Um our our so Brian was part of our team, but he was also part of Hallowiew.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: And so both of our teams are going together.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: We're gonna do this event, we're gonna raise money for him, um, for his family, and uh his mom and dad are gonna be there.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: Um, but yeah, they they they gave us the seminary to use.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: I think we have it to like three o'clock in the morning, four o'clock in the morning.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna do ghost hunts, we're gonna have raffles.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: My sister made some really nice.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: shirts we're gonna raffle up a couple um shirts for for brian uh we might raffle off some some other things i i don't we haven't gotten into all that yet but uh there's gonna be food there's gonna be some giveaways um but it's all gonna be in memory of brian and this is this is a big deal to us i mean brian was was like he he was our viking and and this guy was just a damn good investigator but he was so much more of a better person and it it it's it's a big loss for all of us and we just we just wanted to get together and step up for his family all right well yeah I told my uh group I said I'll be in San Antonio that week my son's gonna be graduating basic training that day awesome but try to get my group to go out there um I'll donate some stuff too that would be awesome and then uh I'll figure out why I'm gonna donate then I can always drop it off to Adam Adam's a great guy yeah Adam's phenomenal talk to him once in person most of the time it's on the phone so but he does so much for the community and Brian's from right there.
- 23:10SPEAKER_00: I mean he he grew up five minutes from Madison Seminary so he's right from right down the street from me then because I'm 10 minutes away so yeah that's awesome but yeah so anybody that's out there watching this you get to Madison Seminary get out there message Verona ghost hunt chasers I always want to call you verose ghost hunters but chasers same thing but uh a lot of times we do we just go by Verona ghosts yeah we just we just kind of shorten it because well we're lazy but um yeah I mean so get out the Madison seminary if you can August 28th it's for a good cause a great cause um but I'm gonna plan on doing I'm gonna invite you guys in your group I don't have a day yet December sometime I'm gonna do a little I don't know what you want to call it it's gonna be at Madison Seminary but just a thanks for everybody that's been on podcast come out I'll pay for the whole night and just got to get here and we'll have a good time at Madison we have no problem traveling if you do you shouldn't be in a ghost hunting group yeah right have you guys done Madison before we we were just there last month or the month before that was our first trip there and it was it was good we went with uh the haunted raven okay he does all these different things and that was that was a really cool uh thing that he put on he he does his little spiel at the beginning the the the coolest thing that he did was he has this thing called dine with the dead and he brings in food there's food there's pop there's water whatever and he's got all his equipment set up all around the dining area and the first plate of food is made for the spirits and he puts them over on a table where he has flowers that he bought for the spirits as well and he offers them you know the flowers and and the food and then we just kind of everybody else gets their food and then you kind of talk and you ask questions during the meal right just as you would in in any in any investigation and you get all kinds of different things going off um there was a dead bell that was back in the kitchen they had just brought in in a new haunted doll I think that day or that week and the deadbell was back there that I think so and the deadbell kept going off but it was really cool and it's something that I want to implement with my team we just haven't had the opportunity to do it.
- 25:54SPEAKER_00: But that was really cool and then it was just we we all did a an investigation together and then you could just go on your own and do whatever you wanted.
- 26:02SPEAKER_00: So that was kind of cool to see how other people do it.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: And um we we really enjoyed that so we wanted to go back there anyway and then with him offering up Madison for for Brian's thing that it was it was a big deal so can't wait to go back we're gonna change pace a little bit here we're gonna talk about a little bit of Facebook stuff that's been coming up a lot lately how many followers is enough followers oh I don't think there's ever enough followers um because you you'll have you know if we we have like I don't know what we have 2,000 followers now or something we have like 15 that are active you know now we follow a bunch of other groups and so that leads us to you know meeting people like you getting to do a collaboration with somebody else and we like to do things like that but I don't think there's ever enough followers like I'm torn about it me personally like I just wanted a hundred followers I just want to do some lives that was it that was that was my main goal but kind of it does suck in this day and age that if you want to get your name out there or maybe do some private investigations that you have to have that big following back so people can trust you.
- 27:32SPEAKER_03: It's just not word of mouth anymore.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: Right but I mean like you your Facebook page I don't see too many of on there like I want to hit this many followers you know I did that was it last month I put on there my I'm only like 499 000 away from 500 000 followers or something like that because as a joke so I actually gained a lot of followers from that and I expected to lose a lot because I was trying let's be honest I was making fun of people yeah I expected to lose a few but I'm like I have like I can give up 1400 I'm fine with that you know as long as I have that hundred so I can do some lives here and there for my friends but no it just seems like a big thing right now that just instead of posting stuff they just ask for followers and that's I don't think that's what ghost hunting's about yeah well I think I think it's I think to you get to a certain point and and you know I we we've asked when we got close to 500 I think we asked and I think we got close to a thousand I think we asked and then after that it just exploded like we've just our page isn't even barely a year old I don't think and you know we've picked up uh six or seven hundred in the last two months and it it's it's just from meeting people and you know word of mouth really does help some but you know one somebody follows one group and they stumble on your page and oh I like I like what they posted so now they're sharing it and somebody else comes along so you know we we we did ask for followers to a certain point but now yeah you know if but if somebody asks we see somebody asking for followers we we follow and we will share from time to time and say hey you know these people have a hundred followers or they're trying to get to 500 or whatever.
- 29:29SPEAKER_03: Yeah I mean there's you guys right now I mean because you exploded you said like six seven hundred followers and that's from the content you're putting out there you guys are going places you guys are doing investigations um putting your lives out there I mean that's that's how you get your followers yeah right in my opinion I am terrible at lives I keep saying I'm gonna do them yeah it never happens like every now and then I'll do them we used to do lives I hope you ever go ahead sorry go no I'm done yeah we do what two lives a night something we we used to do lives every investigation and it just got to the point that it's a distraction it is and so we haven't been doing them the last couple and we might do one here or there but I really want to spend my time investigating and you know if if I if I have something that's worthy of sharing then I can share it later but until we get our team stabilized and we get people that really understand what what they need to do we're we're just not gonna do many lives.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: You know if we have a really active night somewhere like oh my god then let's let's go ahead and do a live but you know we used to be hey we're gonna do a live tonight at seven o'clock and maybe we'll do one at midnight we're not gonna do that anymore it just it it takes too much time and energy away from what we want to do.
- 31:04SPEAKER_03: Yeah I was saying that a few times but it never happened like I'll be back on midnight and I never show back up but I mean honestly I don't have that many people that watch them anyway so but the good thing about the lives is you know you just download your recording after and you have it so yeah I mean that I like doing that because I have a you know I run a YouTube page and a lot of my videos are just on my YouTube page from evidence review.
- 31:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah and it seems like that does a lot better because it's showing evidence it's just not me talking um I did uh what do we did old College Hill Old Hospital on College Hill um last month and I did a live there but it was just me walking around in the beginning I did a solo 45 minutes solo in the beginning just showing people the hospital and that was pretty much all I did there but like hey I would have known about you guys or Shanley Hotel if it wasn't for that live and you get hit in the back of the head so that was so funny hilarious I gotta get there next time too yeah that's for sure it's definitely yes well as soon as I get that booked up I'll let you guys know you guys are first dibs on that so excellent we are supposed to be going to the Hensdale house here pretty soon with Halloween in October under Halloween so that'll be pretty cool that'll be our first trip there I've heard of it I've never been there and what's the hotel that where we rented he's going he's going with us oh yeah he's going with us awesome she just found out that you're going with us to the Grand Midway let's talk about cemeteries haunted or not haunted I don't know um I have never really had a lot of communication from a cemetery um I don't think they stay there I don't know why they would stay there so I haven't spent enough time in them I'll tell you that I went to my dad's grave and I took the um well actually I just used a like a um like necrophonics and I got some words that my dad would use and he actually called my mom's name so I I believe that I had some type of communication with my dad um but I don't I don't know that I believe that cemeteries are haunted yeah I also had communication with my my nephew had who had passed I took my sister there and we had some real communication with him as well so I I don't know I don't know can you can you reach somebody that that that you loved and lost I think so but I don't know if if it's just a way to communicate I don't know that yeah I mean it's always a topic especially amongst my group um some believe that cemeteries are haunted me personally if I die I'm not hanging out at a cemetery.
- 34:18SPEAKER_00: Right right why would somebody hang out there?
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah you're gonna hang out where well for me where I can go scare somebody or you know haunt somebody a little bit go after that enemy you always had and most cemeteries are just there's there's no nobody comes to them anymore.
- 34:37SPEAKER_00: I mean we've we've been to some cemeteries that there are graves and graves and graves and there's nobody had been there there's nothing there's no flowers been left there's nothing are they hallowed ground or is it like a hidden cemetery type of thing so wonder if there's a difference between the two well the one we went to was in um waterfront yeah that was a revolutionary cemetery that that was really old where we would go with Megan and Brian it was a church grounds type of city it was up by the Shanley yeah we went up to one up by the Shanley and we spent probably two and a half hours there and nobody has been there and it's we didn't we didn't get anything there but we we spent a lot of time there and we had uh I haven't we went to Fairfield and they had that cemetery behind Fairfield and that's supposed to be pretty haunted my uh I don't know if there's I didn't walk up there but I know they have a little like memorial because they're all unknown graves from the poorhouse and I guess they stacked them up and down because they didn't need enough room to put everybody so they stacked them straight up and down supposed to be like a thousand or something back there.
- 35:51SPEAKER_03: But I guess they used to be really haunted until they put that memorial up there you know kind of recognizing the people that are forgotten.
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: I mean that's interesting it could be I mean it was a poor house and a lot of people died there so I'm not a big believer in cemeteries so cemetery up there was pretty it was pretty wild none of those those nobody's visited in 200 years we went to um Waterford PA where um there was three different forts built on that town and all three of them burned pre pre-revolutionary war the last uh I believe was Fort LeBoof and the town itself is built on top of an Indian burial ground where supposedly they didn't clear anything and they just built a town so the whole town is kind of screwed up right um but there's the Eagle Hotel and the Judson house which are right across the street from each other and we did those back to back nights and the Eagle Hotel was one of the best locations we ever went to I mean we had disembodied voices we had somebody rattling the door handle to a locked door in a in a room upstairs I mean we caught a lot of good stuff oh we have we have a great EVP of a kid saying let's play but that that one a really inexpensive place to go I think it was$25 for each location for the night and for 50 bucks we did both nights and it was amazing.
- 37:41SPEAKER_03: Where was that at Eagle Hotel?
- 37:43SPEAKER_00: Eagle Hotel Waterford PA probably you have to contact the lady's name is Heidi Longstreet she is the historian from Waterford she's awesome too much what is the best evidence so called evidence you guys have ever gotten well we yeah we have we have the really loud evp from the Eagle Hotel but I always go back to the octagon house yeah um it's the only stuff I capture I I have a uh we we we captured a shadow figure it's really hard to see on the video I've circled it I've I've outlined it if you watch it on a TV it's so much easier to see if you can play with the lighting on your computer um but everybody leaves upstairs and they're going back downstairs and as they go downstairs you see the uh tripwire light up and you can see the guy peek his head around the corner and then he turns into a little cloud of dusk and rolls away and it was really really cool I mean we we went upstairs for two hours shining flashlights every different way we could to try to debunk this thing it was just really freaking cool those I love those experiences I had one in Trans Allegheny that happened to me um it's like gray gray shadow figure gray man whatever you want to call him I don't know they have so many names but he actually walked out of room looked at me and walked into another room and like that's probably the only time that like my whole body just clinched I mean I was sitting on the floor in a hallway and I got up and you know took the step back like oh man then I I went after it and nothing it was just it was under the hallway and there was no other rooms nowhere they could have gone so um evps I've gotten some decent EVPs Madison seems to be pretty good on EVPs for me.
- 40:04SPEAKER_00: You guys done Madison before so where was the most Madison has a couple dark places in it I think the doctor's office okay so I I I do not ever try to provoke a spirit and when we were there they were they were letting us go on our own and uh I looked at Drew and I said to him I'm gonna go upstairs and I'm going to the doctor's office because he likes to be called the surgeon and I said I'm going to the doctor's office to investigate and there was a lady there was there with her young son who was on his first investigation he was already terrified and uh another young kid was with us we went up there and I was sitting on the doctor's chair doing doctor's table doing uh estes and I got punched in the kidney right after you said right after I said doctor again and I had to like I had to leave the room I I was so uncomfortable that young kid was so scared and that kid was out of his mind and I was trying to keep it together because that kid was so scared but I could not wait to leave I'm like I've I've got to go outside because this freaking hurts um and we scared the hell out of that little kid and I had no he was 13 or 14 he wasn't a little kid but I I I felt so bad because he was already terrified and that just sent him all off the edge.
- 41:34SPEAKER_00: We couldn't wait to leave mom we gotta go mom can we go mom can we go we're done mom mom I want to go and she's like oh no you wanted to come we're here but yeah getting getting punched in in the kidney there that was that was pretty crazy.
- 41:48SPEAKER_03: Are you talking about the doctor's office all the way up on the third floor or on the top floor top floor yeah that's uh yeah once you pass that threshold threshold back into that hallway gets a little darker um there's two rooms back there I won't tell you which two that you know I always get stuff out of and I think you can't see me but can you hear me?
- 42:11SPEAKER_04: Yeah I can hear you so because there's not enough room back there where they're at oh come on squeeze in literally after that the three of them went off on their own and I was in the dark hallway outside of the doctor's office and I and I did not announce that I was taking three flash photos.
- 42:31SPEAKER_04: When I took a flash photo the first one I seen somebody standing next to me and in the dark I apologized and said I'm sorry.
- 42:40SPEAKER_04: I took two more flashes afterwards turned to address the person that I blinded with the first flash there was nobody there.
- 42:50SPEAKER_03: Nobody the hairs on my neck and arms stood up they were way down the end of the hall in that big ballroom okay I couldn't leave that area fast enough I know what I saw um females going up to that hallway is alone yep yes it's is rough I mean it's rough on them really scary scary my niece had a very bad traumatic experience back there uh the first that was her first investigation and all night she was like I need something to happen I never had anything to happen yeah it happened um it took her like five it took her like five days to get over that then we went back a few months later I'm like yeah go in that room again I'm sorry like yeah face your fears and she did and nothing happened to her then she felt calm there but you know I was I was proud of her that you know being a new investigator stepped up face to face
- 44:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that takes a lot.
- 44:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's kind of like my daughter.
- 44:06SPEAKER_01: Um, she needed to join a club in college, so she joined the paranormal group that they have there at her college.
- 44:12SPEAKER_01: She barely ever even watches the shows with me and stuff.
- 44:16SPEAKER_01: But um, when we went to Crescent, she helped us at the vendor show, and and we had my camera and she had the EVP recorder, and we were down in the tunnels in Crescent.
- 44:27SPEAKER_01: We were just trying to find them, and we were walking around some of the halls, it was pretty dark, and she looks off to the right, and there's the entrance to the tunnel.
- 44:34SPEAKER_01: She goes, Oh crap.
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: I said, What?
- 44:36SPEAKER_01: She goes, There's the entrance.
- 44:38SPEAKER_01: I shoved her right in.
- 44:39SPEAKER_01: I said, Go for it.
- 44:41SPEAKER_01: I had her lead the way.
- 44:42SPEAKER_01: She's like, Why are you doing this to me?
- 44:44SPEAKER_01: I was like, Come on, right here with you.
- 44:45SPEAKER_01: Let's go.
- 44:46SPEAKER_00: But yeah, sometimes it gives me a little push.
- 44:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's right.
- 44:49SPEAKER_01: Just a little push.
- 44:50SPEAKER_01: You're going.
- 44:51SPEAKER_00: She did fine.
- 44:52SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 44:53SPEAKER_01: She did very well.
- 44:53SPEAKER_01: She really did.
- 44:56SPEAKER_03: Uh, so we're gonna play a little game.
- 44:59SPEAKER_01: Uh oh.
- 45:01SPEAKER_03: Um, you guys mentioned you guys watch some shows.
- 45:06SPEAKER_03: Kind of a stupid game, but I made one up anyways, just something to do.
- 45:10SPEAKER_03: I like it.
- 45:11SPEAKER_03: So, what is that one game kids play?
- 45:15SPEAKER_03: Mary Kill, whatever that game is.
- 45:19SPEAKER_03: I don't know what that is, but it's it's not that.
- 45:21SPEAKER_03: So we're gonna go after some show people and you know make them a spirit.
- 45:29SPEAKER_03: It's but the nicest way I can say it.
- 45:32SPEAKER_03: Have you join your group, or you can use them as bait during investigation?
- 45:41SPEAKER_03: So we'll go with Ghost Hunter straight up.
- 45:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah, Jason, Steve, and Tango.
- 45:45SPEAKER_03: Which ones you guys are picking?
- 45:49SPEAKER_01: Oh man.
- 45:51SPEAKER_01: Um, I think I want the first one.
- 45:56SPEAKER_03: Make him well, make him spirit.
- 45:59SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna have to go with Steve on that one.
- 46:02SPEAKER_03: Oh, I I would agree with that, Steve.
- 46:06SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean nothing against you, Steve.
- 46:08SPEAKER_03: I know you don't watch my show, but you're a little annoying sometimes.
- 46:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I I mean I like him.
- 46:13SPEAKER_03: I like him, but he's a little much.
- 46:17SPEAKER_03: Uh how about how about join your group?
- 46:21SPEAKER_00: Oh, it'd be Jason, absolutely.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, absolutely.
- 46:23SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, Jason and Tango.
- 46:25SPEAKER_03: Yeah, Tango's a good bait person.
- 46:28SPEAKER_01: He is, he is very much actually.
- 46:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, before Grant left, I actually met him down at Disney one time.
- 46:35SPEAKER_01: I was standing in line at a at a ride, and he was standing across from me.
- 46:40SPEAKER_01: Grant was you grant.
- 46:43SPEAKER_01: He's like, Yeah, I was like, I like the show and everything, and and all that stuff happened with him.
- 46:47SPEAKER_03: And yeah, I always liked Grant.
- 46:49SPEAKER_03: I don't know, yeah.
- 46:50SPEAKER_03: I did too.
- 46:51SPEAKER_01: I think he's a good guy.
- 46:52SPEAKER_01: I do.
- 46:54SPEAKER_03: You guys watch Ghost Brothers?
- 46:56SPEAKER_01: No, I I have not.
- 46:58SPEAKER_01: He has I don't I don't like all those screaming and yelling and jumping around stuff that goes on.
- 47:03SPEAKER_01: I yeah, I don't know.
- 47:05SPEAKER_01: That's the one thing that drives me nuts about some shows, is just people are always screaming and running.
- 47:09SPEAKER_01: I can't hear anything.
- 47:10SPEAKER_01: I don't understand that.
- 47:11SPEAKER_01: Yeah, all right.
- 47:12SPEAKER_03: Well, skip Ghost Brothers.
- 47:13SPEAKER_03: How about oh, you said Project Fear.
- 47:16SPEAKER_01: Uh-huh.
- 47:17unknown: Love that.
- 47:17SPEAKER_03: So there's four of them, so we're gonna have to make two of them spirits here.
- 47:22SPEAKER_01: I want to make Chelsea.
- 47:26SPEAKER_01: It's an instant.
- 47:28SPEAKER_03: Dakota, Chelsea, Tanner, and Alex.
- 47:30SPEAKER_03: Which two are you making spirits?
- 47:33SPEAKER_00: Oh, I would make Dakota, Alex.
- 47:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I could go with Alex too.
- 47:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 47:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I see that.
- 47:42SPEAKER_03: Yeah, join your group.
- 47:46SPEAKER_01: Tanner.
- 47:46SPEAKER_03: Yep.
- 47:47unknown: Tanner, definitely.
- 47:48SPEAKER_03: Yeah, Chelsea's definitely Chelsea's definitely bait.
- 47:52SPEAKER_01: So absolutely.
- 47:58SPEAKER_01: Well now they got Connor in there because you know she's on eternity leave.
- 48:01SPEAKER_01: So I like him too, but he's good bait too.
- 48:06SPEAKER_03: Uh last one, dead files.
- 48:09SPEAKER_03: So you had two sidekicks.
- 48:11SPEAKER_03: Was it Amy Allen, Cindy Casa, and the main guy Steve?
- 48:21SPEAKER_00: Steve's the ghost?
- 48:22SPEAKER_01: All right, I only knew when it was Amy and Steve.
- 48:25SPEAKER_01: I didn't know there was a third person there, though.
- 48:27SPEAKER_01: I haven't watched in about a year or two.
- 48:29SPEAKER_03: Well, she's a newer one on there, psychic Cindy.
- 48:32unknown: Okay.
- 48:33SPEAKER_00: Well, she's gonna Cindy's gonna be the bait.
- 48:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she's gonna be the bait.
- 48:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, is she?
- 48:39SPEAKER_03: I'd rather have Cindy than Amy.
- 48:42SPEAKER_01: I don't know her.
- 48:42SPEAKER_01: I can't I can't say I'll do I do like Amy though.
- 48:45SPEAKER_03: I like uh she's funny sometimes, like they're like at the end.
- 48:49SPEAKER_03: So what should they do?
- 48:51SPEAKER_03: Move out, burn your house down.
- 48:55SPEAKER_01: What we need help doing it to help you.
- 48:59SPEAKER_03: I don't think this is it.
- 49:01SPEAKER_03: Uh so all right, so ghost adventures high lied.
- 49:05SPEAKER_03: Zach, Aaron, and I put Nick Goff in there.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: You put Nick in there.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: Oh, you're gonna go score.
- 49:11SPEAKER_00: Well, Nick's coming on my team.
- 49:12SPEAKER_00: If we're I mean, I I think Nick is phenomenal.
- 49:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you never get enough of Nick.
- 49:22SPEAKER_01: Zach Zach's the ghost, but you gotta turn him.
- 49:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, oh yeah, he's he's gonna be a demon right off the bat.
- 49:28SPEAKER_01: You know that he's a demon, he's already possessed.
- 49:31SPEAKER_01: Come on, yes, and Aaron's always bait again.
- 49:34SPEAKER_01: And Aaron's always he's the Chelsea of the group 100%.
- 49:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah I do like Aaron though.
- 49:39SPEAKER_00: I know he he brings a lot to the show.
- 49:42SPEAKER_03: He does.
- 49:43SPEAKER_03: Their new shows are terrible though, man.
- 49:45SPEAKER_00: I haven't watched them in probably me and my daughter.
- 49:48SPEAKER_00: When when when my daughter, my daughter just turned 21, when she was like 11 and 12 and 13, we used to watch those sitting on the couch and she would be scared out of her skull.
- 49:58SPEAKER_00: And I haven't watched them in years.
- 50:03SPEAKER_03: Yeah, they did the the poltergeist house, they got to go in there, and it was it was such a joke.
- 50:09SPEAKER_03: I mean, I I don't know why they still even do anything, and there's rumors now they're taking footage from other people and putting it on their show saying they did it.
- 50:18SPEAKER_00: Somebody else is I heard that too, yeah.
- 50:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that was COVID thing.
- 50:23SPEAKER_01: They got scared and quit doing things and separated pretty quickly.
- 50:27SPEAKER_04: Well, he needs another Lamborghini, so I wouldn't doubt it.
- 50:32SPEAKER_01: I'm going to Vegas in October.
- 50:33SPEAKER_01: I still don't know if I'm going to his museum.
- 50:35SPEAKER_01: Don't do it.
- 50:37SPEAKER_00: I if I was in Vegas, I would go to the museum.
- 50:39SPEAKER_00: Just just to go.
- 50:41SPEAKER_00: I really wouldn't.
- 50:41SPEAKER_00: I really would.
- 50:43SPEAKER_00: I hate to give him money, but whatever.
- 50:46SPEAKER_00: I I would I would go to the museum.
- 50:49SPEAKER_03: I I don't think I would.
- 50:52SPEAKER_03: I just can't trust him.
- 50:53SPEAKER_03: Like I think everything there's fake.
- 50:54SPEAKER_03: I heard there's a lot of fake stuff in there.
- 50:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 50:58SPEAKER_00: I would still go.
- 50:59SPEAKER_00: At least nothing else I could mock him for it later.
- 51:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 51:02SPEAKER_03: Alright, bucket list time.
- 51:07SPEAKER_03: Where's your bucket list place?
- 51:08SPEAKER_03: One one place each.
- 51:13SPEAKER_01: Well, I wanted Bobby Mackeys, and obviously that's not a possibility anymore.
- 51:21SPEAKER_01: I'd have to say Pennhurst for me.
- 51:23SPEAKER_00: Pennhurst.
- 51:26SPEAKER_00: And mine would either be Waverly Hills or Tala.
- 51:29SPEAKER_00: And I think we're probably going to to Tala here in the next year or so.
- 51:33SPEAKER_00: So I'll say Waverly Hills is my bucket list because it's a little farther away and take me a little longer to ever get there.
- 51:40SPEAKER_06: And I'm gonna pick Billy Creek Village.
- 51:42SPEAKER_00: Oh Billy Creek Village.
- 51:44SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 51:45SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I want to go down Talla and I'm gonna actually do the outbuildings.
- 51:50SPEAKER_03: So I want to do I actually want to do both back to back nights.
- 51:55SPEAKER_03: That just never seems I've been down there twice and it just never seems to line up where you do the outbuildings and the main building at the same time and back to back nights, but yeah, it's good.
- 52:10SPEAKER_03: So guys any anything else you guys want to talk about here?
- 52:13SPEAKER_03: Or I mean what are your big plans coming up besides what do you guys plan next year?
- 52:19SPEAKER_03: Anything big?
- 52:21SPEAKER_00: Um we we don't have a definite plan yet.
- 52:25SPEAKER_00: I actually I just I just threw it out.
- 52:28SPEAKER_00: We just threw some stuff out in the group asking everybody for their places that they'd want to go.
- 52:33SPEAKER_00: But one of the places we have as a plan to go is the Dunkirk Lighthouse up in New York.
- 52:40SPEAKER_00: Um it's not been investigated a lot, and so it's it's something that we've been talking about for almost a year now.
- 52:51SPEAKER_00: Peapch Island is another one we're talking about, Delaware Gap.
- 52:55SPEAKER_00: Um, obviously, we want to go to Tala next year.
- 52:59SPEAKER_00: Um, I would like to get more of the group to go to Ohio State Reformatory again because that was a that was a phenomenal night.
- 53:09SPEAKER_03: Do you guys like it?
- 53:10SPEAKER_03: I didn't like it, to be honest.
- 53:12SPEAKER_03: I thought there was just way too many people on there.
- 53:14SPEAKER_00: So we when we did ours, there was about 50 people.
- 53:17SPEAKER_00: It wasn't bad at all.
- 53:18SPEAKER_00: Okay, I mean we we had wherever we went, we never really ran across anybody.
- 53:23SPEAKER_00: We picked up um a group, I say kids, they're not they're they're young adults, all in their early 20s, and we just had so much fun investigating with these guys.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: They'd never really investigated, they've gone gone through walkthroughs of the of the place, and they all got to do some investigating, and it was a lot of fun.
- 53:45SPEAKER_00: But we were up in the uh the Jesus room, and uh they've got there's a big poster of Jane Mansfield there.
- 53:56SPEAKER_00: Um, but we're there's a there's a row of chairs, and then there's a row of like theater seats that aren't bolted to the floor, so they're kind of rocking, and then there's another row of chairs, and then there's some pews.
- 54:08SPEAKER_00: Well, Deb and this young girl were sitting in the second row in the theater seats, and we heard a noise up front.
- 54:15SPEAKER_00: We're like, what's that?
- 54:16SPEAKER_00: You know, blah blah blah.
- 54:17SPEAKER_00: Big bang.
- 54:18SPEAKER_00: So I'm I get up and I'm walking around a little bit, and I'm more toward the back of the room, and all of a sudden I hear this this loud crash, and then all this yelling, and I look, and Deb and this other girl are on their feet.
- 54:30SPEAKER_00: Something came up behind them and hit that row of chairs and shoved it forward so that they were now standing, and there was nobody in there but four of us.
- 54:38unknown: I had that arrow on the panel.
- 54:40SPEAKER_00: I mean, like those two were gonna bolt out of the out of the if it wasn't such a long walk back through all the prison cells and everything else, they'd have probably been gone.
- 54:49SPEAKER_00: I was so scared, but it was crazy.
- 54:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, there there is there's no way that that that just the chairs just moved like that.
- 54:58SPEAKER_00: It was it was and then the girl that was in the very front in front of them, she jumped up and spun around.
- 55:04SPEAKER_00: Obviously, we share all the commotion, and she saw through the back of the room, she saw a shadow spirit running off.
- 55:11SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, holy hell! Of course, the cameras pointed the other direction, so you know, because we don't want but we did, I got all the audio, and there it's quite a commotion, but that was pretty crazy.
- 55:25SPEAKER_00: Um, and also somebody whispered what didn't really whisper, but said I was standing in a jail cell, and from behind me they said hey, and two people in front of me heard it.
- 55:36SPEAKER_00: I have not gone back to see if I caught that on camera.
- 55:38SPEAKER_00: I had to have because the camera was right there next to it, but it was an audible hey.
- 55:45SPEAKER_05: That was a really good one.
- 55:47SPEAKER_03: Maybe I go gotta go back there sometime because I don't know.
- 55:51SPEAKER_03: It's just I said there's just way too many people after doing trans Allegheny.
- 55:55SPEAKER_03: They do a very good job of splitting everybody up, it's 10 people per floor.
- 56:00SPEAKER_03: Then you rotate every like I think it's two or three hours.
- 56:04SPEAKER_03: So there's not there's nine acres of flooring at Trans Allegheny, so it's huge, and the weights you don't really run into anybody, but yeah, so I reformatory, just too many people.
- 56:17SPEAKER_03: I I it was cool to see the history of the place, but that's about it for me.
- 56:23SPEAKER_03: But I've hearing a lot of people getting a lot more activity, so it's not too far for me.
- 56:29SPEAKER_01: When you go places, you don't want too many people around.
- 56:31SPEAKER_01: There's a lot of noise background, you know.
- 56:34SPEAKER_01: Um, I mean, even the first couple investigations I did with you guys was the Doss House and the Ross house, and we had six, seven, eight people and little tiny house, you know.
- 56:43SPEAKER_01: I mean, you could be upstairs and talk a normal voice, and the people in the kitchen blow can hear everything you're saying.
- 56:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it was a great experience and everything, but again, just too many people.
- 56:52SPEAKER_01: Two, three people in that place would be would be plenty, you know.
- 56:55SPEAKER_03: Yeah, if you do Ross what's that if you do if you do Ross again, get the antique store next door.
- 57:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, we didn't we didn't do that, and we should have.
- 57:04SPEAKER_03: Uh I'm gonna actually contact Cindy because we got a lot of good stuff out of the antique store.
- 57:10SPEAKER_03: I've never gotten anything out of Ross House besides one shadow figure.
- 57:14SPEAKER_03: Um, the two times I've been there.
- 57:16SPEAKER_03: But the antique store seemed pretty active.
- 57:20SPEAKER_03: So yeah, I would definitely I'm gonna see if I can just do an antique store.
- 57:24SPEAKER_03: My niece got affected in there a decent amount, so something about me and her just going down there and doing just doing the antique store one night to see what happens.
- 57:35SPEAKER_03: But yeah, definitely check that out.
- 57:38SPEAKER_00: So we did the uh we did the Monroe House in India, Hartford City, Indiana.
- 57:46SPEAKER_03: Uh how's that?
- 57:48SPEAKER_00: That there was four of us that went.
- 57:51SPEAKER_00: Only three of us stayed overnight.
- 57:53SPEAKER_00: The one guy his back was hurting him, so he got a hotel room.
- 57:57SPEAKER_00: But it was whoever was in there the night before, they wouldn't tell us who was in there, but it was a a group that has a lot of experience and been doing this for a long time.
- 58:11SPEAKER_00: They fled in the middle of the night between midnight and one and said they would never go back there.
- 58:18SPEAKER_00: The three of us stayed there the next night, and we all got really good night's sleep.
- 58:23SPEAKER_00: Um, but when we were in the basement, the the light switches at the top of the steps, so when you go down to the basement, you can't turn the light out.
- 58:33SPEAKER_00: So I just reached up and I unscrewed the bulb, and just just so it was just hanging there, I tapped it a couple times to make sure it wouldn't come on.
- 58:40SPEAKER_00: So we did our investigation and we had some stuff go on, and then all of a sudden it went quiet for like 20 minutes.
- 58:48SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, all right, well, I guess we're gonna go do something else now.
- 58:52SPEAKER_00: If um you know, you want us to leave, you should let us know.
- 58:57SPEAKER_00: I sat there for a minute and nothing, so I got up to walk over to the light, and I was kind of shuffling my way there because you can't see in the dark, and as I'm reaching my hand up toward the light, I get about a foot from the light, and the light comes on, and I'm like, what the hell is that?
- 59:17SPEAKER_00: So then I touch the bulb and it's out, and I can't even wiggle it to go get it to go back on, and then I screw it in and it comes on.
- 59:24SPEAKER_00: So what the hell was that?
- 59:26SPEAKER_00: That was pretty cool.
- 59:27SPEAKER_00: It was time for us to go, it was time for us to go.
- 59:30SPEAKER_00: Big flashlight, and then we went upstairs and we were in the back room.
- 59:36SPEAKER_00: I forgot what whatever room it was, they've all changed now.
- 59:39SPEAKER_00: But we were sitting in there, and there was a boom in this house that the whole house shook, and it sounded like a garbage truck dropping a dumpster, and we're looking out the windows.
- 59:51SPEAKER_00: There's nothing outside, there's no dumpster outside, there's nobody outside.
- 59:56SPEAKER_00: It shook the entire house.
- 59:58SPEAKER_00: We could not come up with what the hell that was.
- 1:00:10SPEAKER_00: That's probably the darkest place that we've been to.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_00: I mean, they they call it the Demon House, but oh she yeah, she's she's been to Waverly.
- 1:00:18SPEAKER_00: I've never been to Waverly.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_03: Waverly Dark 11 p.m.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_04: It was dark.
- 1:00:40SPEAKER_01: The Creston, the the tunnels were the Crescent.
- 1:00:43SPEAKER_00: The Crescent the Creston tunnels were pretty bad too.
- 1:00:46SPEAKER_01: I heard the heartbeat going on, it sounded like sound like heartbeat.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: We could never figure out what the hell that was.
- 1:00:53SPEAKER_00: Uh-uh.
- 1:00:57SPEAKER_04: What was the shadow figure?
- 1:00:59SPEAKER_04: The mimic the mimic.
- 1:01:01SPEAKER_01: I yeah, I don't know what it was, but yeah, the the two of the Deborah and Nacho and my daughter were standing together.
- 1:01:08SPEAKER_01: I started walking away because people thought they heard shuffling down at the end of the hallway.
- 1:01:13SPEAKER_01: I got about 20, 30 feet away from them, and I heard I thought it was my daughter asking me a question.
- 1:01:19SPEAKER_01: I turned and I said, What?
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_01: She looks at me and I said, What'd you say?
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_01: She said, I didn't say anything.
- 1:01:23SPEAKER_01: I said, You just asked me something.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_01: She said, No.
- 1:01:26SPEAKER_01: Like, okay, and that was it.
- 1:01:28SPEAKER_01: Uh, we didn't catch it on anything, but I knew I heard her ask me something.
- 1:01:33SPEAKER_03: Yeah, mimics seem to be popping up a lot more.
- 1:01:36SPEAKER_05: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:01:37SPEAKER_03: I had one at Bel Air House last year, my first time there.
- 1:01:41SPEAKER_03: And Bel Air is, you know, there's a lot of teams that won't go back to Bel Air House.
- 1:01:46SPEAKER_03: Um, it is pretty dark.
- 1:01:49SPEAKER_00: I got a follower from the Bel Air House.
- 1:01:54SPEAKER_00: Um, it's uh that was our first investigation.
- 1:01:57SPEAKER_00: We went with Oakmont Paranormal, and I was upstairs.
- 1:02:00SPEAKER_00: We were investigating in that little room next to the off the off the steps where the steps from the attic come down.
- 1:02:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and we were it was me and three women in there, and I asked them to make a noise, and I heard a knock in the hallway, and I stepped out into the hallway.
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_00: My back is toward the steps, and I'm looking down to the end of the hall, and all of a sudden, something really cold like touches the back of my shoulder and then just like goes right through me.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_00: And as it's going through me, it takes my breath away.
- 1:02:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, and I spun around.
- 1:02:36SPEAKER_00: Well, somewhere we have the camera footage of it where my camera, as I'm spinning away, it catches just a real quick glimpse of something black going past me in the dark.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_00: You can see it was extra black and it went past me.
- 1:02:49SPEAKER_00: And and the one lady in the room was the psychic, and she's like, What's wrong?
- 1:02:52SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Well, wait, aren't you the psychic?
- 1:02:54SPEAKER_00: Can't you tell me what's wrong?
- 1:02:58SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, that one when I went in there, Deb was like, What's wrong with you?
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: And I'm just looking at her when she grabs, she's facing me, she puts her hands on both of my arms, and my left arm is like 40 degrees, and my right arm is sweating at like 85 or 90.
- 1:03:15SPEAKER_00: So the whole left side of my body was just ice cold.
- 1:03:20SPEAKER_00: And I've never experienced anything like that before or since.
- 1:03:24SPEAKER_00: But from that day on, I've I've had a follower.
- 1:03:26SPEAKER_00: Like if I do an Estes, you know, he'll start everything starts normal, you know.
- 1:03:32SPEAKER_00: We're just having a conversation, and then he comes along, he says, Hey boy, and then he'll give you this demented laugh, and then he turns everything upside down after that.
- 1:03:45SPEAKER_00: Now I just I just bought this little haunted doll up here last week and I took him to OSR.
- 1:03:51SPEAKER_00: And um I don't know if the doll has had something to do with it or that this follower actually wanted to go somewhere like OSR and left, but I do not feel its presence, and it did not surface at OSR when I did an Estus there, which is the first time in a very long time.
- 1:04:11SPEAKER_00: But I I picked that follower up at the Bel Air House in March of 24.
- 1:04:18SPEAKER_00: March of 24.
- 1:04:19unknown: Yep.
- 1:04:21SPEAKER_03: Um, at least you always know you have a friend.
- 1:04:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:04:24SPEAKER_00: Well, I mean, he said he was not here to hurt me, yeah, and that we knew each other in another life, that he could hurt me if he wanted to, but he didn't want to.
- 1:04:33SPEAKER_02: That's good.
- 1:04:34SPEAKER_00: I mean, I guess, but he just always felt like he was along for the ride that he wanted to go somewhere.
- 1:04:40SPEAKER_00: And I feel like maybe OSR is is a place that he felt comfortable going and jumped off.
- 1:04:47SPEAKER_00: Now, watch, he'll get me in the middle of the night because I'll say, Hey, I'm back.
- 1:04:52SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we've always been the first time we did Bel Air, we had a pretty traumatic experience down in the basement.
- 1:05:00SPEAKER_03: Um, we had one of our well, my daughter got scratched pretty bad.
- 1:05:06SPEAKER_03: Then we had all the lights off after that, and one of my teammates got knocked down and to back it to her husband, and by the time I turned my flashlight on, she was like out cold.
- 1:05:21SPEAKER_03: So we don't know what was down there.
- 1:05:23SPEAKER_03: Then we just went back last month because we did uh we did our big trip, it was six places in five nights.
- 1:05:32SPEAKER_03: I don't ever recommend doing that.
- 1:05:35SPEAKER_03: It was a long six five nights, but um, yeah, nothing was happening at Bel Air, and I end up going down the basement like found a mirror on the ground.
- 1:05:46SPEAKER_03: I'm like, hey, I heard if you stare in the mirror, you can see who you're talking to.
- 1:05:50SPEAKER_03: You know, I don't believe in that stuff, but I was gonna try anything.
- 1:05:53SPEAKER_03: So I was I was staring in it, I had my spirit box on.
- 1:05:57SPEAKER_03: Then right out of the spirit box goes, Do you want?
- 1:06:00SPEAKER_03: Your soul.
- 1:06:02SPEAKER_03: And I was like, I said, F you, I'm a ginger, I have no soul.
- 1:06:09SPEAKER_01: That's what they say.
- 1:06:10SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 1:06:11SPEAKER_01: Then uh at least you weren't saying Candyman three times.
- 1:06:14SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:06:15SPEAKER_03: But then after that, you know, going through my recordings and stuff, and I heard at the end when we were leaving, says you're gonna have a soul.
- 1:06:26SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, cool.
- 1:06:27SPEAKER_03: Mike, well, who's whose soul do I have?
- 1:06:29SPEAKER_03: Then nothing.
- 1:06:30SPEAKER_03: But going over my recordings, after I say, Whose soul do I have?
- 1:06:35SPEAKER_03: He goes, It's mine.
- 1:06:37SPEAKER_03: I'm like, sweet.
- 1:06:40SPEAKER_03: But I'm a lot happier person right now, so maybe I got a better soul.
- 1:06:44SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 1:06:45SPEAKER_03: I don't have that place.
- 1:06:51SPEAKER_03: I mean, there's I mean, Ohio and Pennsylvania have some great places.
- 1:06:55SPEAKER_03: I mean, yeah, yeah, definitely.
- 1:06:59SPEAKER_03: Is there any states you like would really want to go to?
- 1:07:04SPEAKER_04: I'd like to go to Virginia.
- 1:07:07SPEAKER_04: Virginia.
- 1:07:08SPEAKER_03: I heard you.
- 1:07:11SPEAKER_01: Um New Orleans, I have a big one.
- 1:07:14SPEAKER_01: Oh, New Orleans would be a big one.
- 1:07:17SPEAKER_00: Florida seems to have a lot of them too.
- 1:07:21SPEAKER_03: Texas is popping up a lot now.
- 1:07:24SPEAKER_01: Texas is popping up a lot.
- 1:07:26unknown: Georgia.
- 1:07:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah, Georgia and New Orleans, I think, would be my top two states to try to hit.
- 1:07:31SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I think Savannah would be great.
- 1:07:33SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah.
- 1:07:35SPEAKER_04: It just takes a lot of money to do that.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah.
- 1:07:38SPEAKER_04: So that's where you need to collab with some other group.
- 1:07:44SPEAKER_01: Or groups.
- 1:07:45SPEAKER_01: He's taking notes.
- 1:07:46SPEAKER_01: He's got it.
- 1:07:47SPEAKER_03: I'm taking notes, don't worry.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_01: Awesome.
- 1:07:53SPEAKER_03: No, I know there's a group out there that's trying to get a collab for trans Allegheny right now.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_03: But I think they have way too many people going, so I don't know.
- 1:08:04SPEAKER_03: If you guys find a place, we collab.
- 1:08:06SPEAKER_03: I mean, we're gonna do Shammy Hotel this year.
- 1:08:08SPEAKER_03: Um, you guys been uh I don't know what that place is in New York, might be PA Wildwood or something like that.
- 1:08:15SPEAKER_04: We were there in February, yeah.
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_00: We went with Bump in the Night in February, that was pretty cool.
- 1:08:21SPEAKER_04: Um, I didn't feel one thing in that building.
- 1:08:23SPEAKER_00: No, yeah, I thought it was I thought it was a cool place.
- 1:08:27SPEAKER_00: We didn't really come back with a lot of we we had some good interaction up in the doctor's office upstairs when we first started.
- 1:08:33SPEAKER_00: You and I.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 1:08:34SPEAKER_04: SLS.
- 1:08:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we we had some good interaction up there.
- 1:08:40SPEAKER_00: Um other than that, I didn't feel any we had a little bit downstairs when we were all together for the very first time in the seance room.
- 1:08:48SPEAKER_00: There was some stuff that happened.
- 1:08:49SPEAKER_00: With the dolls, yeah.
- 1:08:50SPEAKER_00: It wasn't it wasn't overwhelming, but we had some stuff with dolls there, yeah.
- 1:08:54SPEAKER_00: But yeah, it it was I thought it was a good place.
- 1:08:58SPEAKER_03: All right, yeah.
- 1:08:59SPEAKER_03: I thought about hitting that on the way back from Shanley.
- 1:09:02SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah, do it.
- 1:09:05SPEAKER_03: Just told me you didn't get much for the dentist chair.
- 1:09:10SPEAKER_00: The dentist chair?
- 1:09:11SPEAKER_00: The DOS house.
- 1:09:12SPEAKER_00: The DOS house, yeah.
- 1:09:13SPEAKER_00: Have you been to the DOS house?
- 1:09:14SPEAKER_00: No, I have not.
- 1:09:15SPEAKER_00: They're in Loreto PA.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_00: It's it's it's it's got some stuff going on there, but it's it's very small, like two two people, three people max is is what you really you want to go in there with because otherwise you have so much contamination.
- 1:09:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but less than people are absolutely quiet, yeah.
- 1:09:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so let's break this down.
- 1:09:38SPEAKER_03: We're doing Shanley Hotel.
- 1:09:41SPEAKER_03: You guys are invited to my haunted Christmas at Madison whenever I decide to do that.
- 1:09:47SPEAKER_03: Yes, we guys want to come out in December.
- 1:09:50SPEAKER_03: Honestly, I've done Madison 12 times now.
- 1:09:53SPEAKER_03: Wow, and summer times not that active when it's hot out.
- 1:10:00SPEAKER_03: When it's cold, it's pretty active.
- 1:10:06SPEAKER_01: They don't like the heat, they get more dark, and it's cold.
- 1:10:13SPEAKER_03: I'm like, I'm talking like 30 degrees cold in the whole in a whole place.
- 1:10:19SPEAKER_03: So just just warm for that.
- 1:10:24SPEAKER_03: And you go like you go like in the ready room, whatever you guys want to call it when you first walk in.
- 1:10:28SPEAKER_03: It's like 35 degrees in there, it feels like a heat wave after like two hours out.
- 1:10:33SPEAKER_04: Has he been to Fairfield and ISS?
- 1:10:36SPEAKER_00: He's been to you've been to Fairfield, right?
- 1:10:38SPEAKER_00: Yes, and ISS.
- 1:10:40unknown: I want to go there.
- 1:10:40SPEAKER_03: I've not been to ISS yet.
- 1:10:43SPEAKER_00: We want to go there too.
- 1:10:45SPEAKER_03: Mike, we always try to do a decent trip every year.
- 1:10:48SPEAKER_03: We're talking doing uh going out to Iowa, do Fair Elementary School, and there's a couple other places I want to hit out there.
- 1:10:56SPEAKER_03: So um, I heard Fair is pretty dark.
- 1:11:01SPEAKER_03: Was it Sam and Colby bought that now?
- 1:11:03SPEAKER_03: I guess.
- 1:11:03SPEAKER_01: Yep, yeah, yeah.
- 1:11:05SPEAKER_03: Um, they're goofy.
- 1:11:06SPEAKER_03: I've never watched them ever.
- 1:11:09SPEAKER_01: My daughter loves them.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_03: Yeah, same here.
- 1:11:11SPEAKER_04: Yep.
- 1:11:12SPEAKER_03: My daughter.
- 1:11:13SPEAKER_04: Honestly, if if I could pick anywhere in the country to go, I'd like to go out west and maybe maybe hit like the clown motel in Tonopah, in Nevada.
- 1:11:25SPEAKER_04: I'd love to hit the Goldfield Hotel.
- 1:11:28SPEAKER_03: I want to hit the Washoe.
- 1:11:30SPEAKER_04: Yes, Washoe.
- 1:11:31SPEAKER_04: Yep, those are the places I would love to go.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_03: I actually got invited to Washu last year from a group.
- 1:11:38SPEAKER_03: I don't know who it was.
- 1:11:40SPEAKER_03: They they emailed me saying if I want to come out there, and I'm like, but it was close.
- 1:11:46SPEAKER_03: I'm not gonna lie.
- 1:11:47SPEAKER_03: Like, I might want to get a plane ticket and go out there.
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_04: I would love it.
- 1:11:53SPEAKER_03: But I end up having to work that day too, so it worked out.
- 1:11:57SPEAKER_04: Yeah, well, well, maybe that's something we can put out there at some point and maybe do that.
- 1:12:04SPEAKER_03: Because you have what the Washoe Club, and there's a hotel right across the street, too, right?
- 1:12:07SPEAKER_03: Or saluted.
- 1:12:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I'm going to Vegas first week of October, so let's go.
- 1:12:14SPEAKER_01: He said, Let's go.
- 1:12:18SPEAKER_01: But yeah, I mean my anniversary for the hell of it.
- 1:12:20SPEAKER_01: I can take a night off.
- 1:12:22SPEAKER_03: She won't mind at all.
- 1:12:26SPEAKER_03: No, definitely we'll we'll get together some.
- 1:12:29SPEAKER_03: Um, we'll talk here shortly.
- 1:12:30SPEAKER_03: I mean, I'll see you guys, what, September 12th?
- 1:12:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, September 12th.
- 1:12:35SPEAKER_03: That should be fun.
- 1:12:38SPEAKER_03: Um, I don't do any history of the place or anything before I go.
- 1:12:43SPEAKER_03: So I don't want to be influenced by anything.
- 1:12:46unknown: Yep.
- 1:12:47SPEAKER_03: Um, like I went to Bill Manor.
- 1:12:50SPEAKER_03: Was it last month?
- 1:12:52SPEAKER_03: I took my brother, he's never been on investigation before and I'd never been there.
- 1:12:56SPEAKER_03: And the owner's like, Oh, do you want to walk through?
- 1:12:58SPEAKER_03: I'm like, no.
- 1:12:58SPEAKER_03: And he's like, What?
- 1:13:00SPEAKER_03: I'm like, listen, there's two things.
- 1:13:01SPEAKER_03: I don't want to be influenced.
- 1:13:03SPEAKER_03: And second of all, if I find something, I'm coming back.
- 1:13:06SPEAKER_03: So you get two rentals out of me at least.
- 1:13:08SPEAKER_03: So I'm going in two weeks again.
- 1:13:12SPEAKER_03: So nice.
- 1:13:14SPEAKER_03: You got you got two.
- 1:13:14SPEAKER_03: Um, Bill Mayor's a cool place.
- 1:13:16SPEAKER_03: I like that.
- 1:13:17SPEAKER_00: Um, if you get we want to go there, we just actually just met them at the the Paraconic Crescent a couple weeks ago.
- 1:13:26SPEAKER_00: Uh they're great, and we so we wanted to go there, so it's another place that we will probably go next year.
- 1:13:32SPEAKER_03: That's another place, like five people, probably six people is probably max.
- 1:13:37SPEAKER_03: Yep, but it's the house doesn't look big when you get it's it's just a cool house, and we actually got a lot of activity out of it, surprisingly.
- 1:13:46SPEAKER_03: Um, surprisingly, my brother lasted the whole night, so I was happy for him.
- 1:13:51SPEAKER_00: I think it was supposed to be what you did a live on that, yeah.
- 1:13:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I watched that, yeah.
- 1:14:00SPEAKER_03: But uh, yeah, he was the one talking, I think, the whole time on the live.
- 1:14:05SPEAKER_03: I was doing Estes, but uh yeah, I mean, definitely we'll get together, maybe try to get a big trip next year together.
- 1:14:13SPEAKER_03: Yeah, guess plane tickets and go out to Nevada, I guess.
- 1:14:17SPEAKER_03: I don't know.
- 1:14:18SPEAKER_01: That would be amazing, yeah.
- 1:14:20SPEAKER_01: That would be crazy.
- 1:14:21SPEAKER_03: My wife doesn't do this stuff, so gotta convince her.
- 1:14:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, mine doesn't either.
- 1:14:26SPEAKER_01: So it's let them gamble.
- 1:14:28SPEAKER_01: We'll let them go gamble, we'll go out.
- 1:14:30SPEAKER_03: Just rent a car, go out for a day.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_01: Sure.
- 1:14:33SPEAKER_03: I wonder if you can Uber to Washi Club.
- 1:14:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:14:39SPEAKER_01: So I guess what's the scariest thing that's ever happened to you, though?
- 1:14:44SPEAKER_01: That's made you say never again will you go back to a place?
- 1:14:49SPEAKER_03: Nothing.
- 1:14:51SPEAKER_03: Like I've seen that gray shadow, I've seen people scratch.
- 1:14:57SPEAKER_03: I've never been scratched, I've been like fire poked, I guess you want to call it.
- 1:15:02SPEAKER_03: Yeah, or if I had it like a burning hot through my back, and it just doesn't bother me because I know it's it's not really a fire poker, you know, so it's just a burning sensation.
- 1:15:13SPEAKER_05: Right.
- 1:15:15SPEAKER_03: Um, I was telling my team the other day, like, I don't know if I'm getting numb to some of this stuff because you throw me a dark tunnel, I'm like, yeah, like I'm going.
- 1:15:28SPEAKER_04: I'm starting to get that way.
- 1:15:29SPEAKER_01: Well, as my boss said, Well, I told him I was going my first investigation.
- 1:15:32SPEAKER_01: My boss said you're demented.
- 1:15:34SPEAKER_01: Well, maybe that's what's happening here.
- 1:15:36SPEAKER_01: Who knows?
- 1:15:37SPEAKER_03: But I'm the guy that always forgets his flashlight, too.
- 1:15:40SPEAKER_03: Like, I mean, that's why they that's why God gave us shins, right?
- 1:15:46SPEAKER_03: To find out what's in front of us.
- 1:15:49SPEAKER_00: That find hitches on trucks, yeah.
- 1:15:53SPEAKER_03: More so that's probably the most pain I've ever been in hitting a hitch on a truck.
- 1:15:57SPEAKER_03: Yeah, terrible.
- 1:15:59SPEAKER_03: But no, if you guys come down here, um, there's another place that's starting doing some more investigations right by me, too.
- 1:16:06SPEAKER_03: So it's called Riders Inn.
- 1:16:09SPEAKER_03: I just did it the other day.
- 1:16:10SPEAKER_03: I'm going back next week.
- 1:16:12SPEAKER_03: It was built in 1812, right down the street from me.
- 1:16:15SPEAKER_03: They're starting to let paranormal investigators go in.
- 1:16:19SPEAKER_03: Um, it's a pretty cool place too.
- 1:16:21SPEAKER_03: Small, but that's up to you guys.
- 1:16:25SPEAKER_03: I can always get that.
- 1:16:26SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that I I'm I'm down for any place I've never been.
- 1:16:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:16:32SPEAKER_00: So I I do this, and I don't even know how I started doing this, but before we go on an investigation, like the day before, I just sit down and I put my um my spirit box on with head headphones, and I just sit there and I meditate on the place that I'm going to and I just listen.
- 1:16:54SPEAKER_00: And I type down on my phone the words that I hear.
- 1:16:59SPEAKER_00: And I do it for 15 minutes.
- 1:17:02SPEAKER_00: At the end of the day, I set an alarm, and at the end of 15 minutes, I stop.
- 1:17:07SPEAKER_00: And most of the time I've had things come up that are pretty relevant.
- 1:17:12SPEAKER_00: And the DOS house is is it might have been the first house that I ever did this for.
- 1:17:18SPEAKER_00: Um, but I had somebody coming to me in my dreams or in my sleep or the week before.
- 1:17:26SPEAKER_00: And I'd never had that happen.
- 1:17:28SPEAKER_00: But I took down all and I still have a list of words, but I took down this big list of words, and as I just kind of glance through it, you know, I text the ladies and I'm like, hey, um, does the name Molly mean anything to you?
- 1:17:41SPEAKER_00: And they're like, No, Molly doesn't mean anything to us.
- 1:17:44SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 1:17:46SPEAKER_00: So we drove there in the middle of a freaking snowstorm.
- 1:17:50SPEAKER_00: The roads were horrible.
- 1:17:52SPEAKER_00: And when we get there, um I think it was one of their sisters that actually met us at the at the house.
- 1:18:02SPEAKER_00: I was walking them through, and and I was telling her about this list of words, and she said, Well, the one lady's mom was in the paranormal group, and and she's the whole reason they bought this house and why they're into it.
- 1:18:16SPEAKER_00: And her name was Holly.
- 1:18:18SPEAKER_00: I went back and looked to my list of words because the name Molly came up like five or six times.
- 1:18:23SPEAKER_00: But at one point, I would type down Molly, and the next word would be like no, and then it'd go on and I'd hear it again, and I'd type it down, and it's like, really?
- 1:18:33SPEAKER_00: And so I got to the end and it I typed down Molly again, and it says, No, hot, heavy, hard were the next three words.
- 1:18:42SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, What is this?
- 1:18:44SPEAKER_00: Well, as I went back and read it, they're literally telling me, No, it's not Molly, it's Holly, you idiot.
- 1:18:51SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, what in the hell is happening?
- 1:18:55SPEAKER_00: And there were some other words on it that really made sense once we were in the house, and so I have no idea how this works or why it works, but it works for me.
- 1:19:05SPEAKER_00: And so I've been doing it every investigation since.
- 1:19:07SPEAKER_00: And we always come up with four or five things that that become relevant.
- 1:19:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I saw you put that on Facebook that you do that, and I found it very interesting.
- 1:19:17SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm gonna have to try that just to see.
- 1:19:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I don't I don't know why it works.
- 1:19:21SPEAKER_00: And here's another thing I do, and it's only ever worked once, and I can't I saw somebody else do this, somebody on TV did it once, and and I thought it was really interesting.
- 1:19:29SPEAKER_00: But typically I go in and I I I walk through the venue by myself before we start.
- 1:19:35SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, I ask them, is it okay to record?
- 1:19:37SPEAKER_00: Is it okay to take pictures?
- 1:19:39SPEAKER_00: Is it okay to to you know just talk with you?
- 1:19:42SPEAKER_00: Do I have your permission to do that?
- 1:19:45SPEAKER_00: And then I say, I'd like you to say a word for me tonight.
- 1:19:49SPEAKER_00: And that word is whatever the word is, and I pick something that should not come up in a conversation.
- 1:19:54SPEAKER_00: The first one, and this was at the octagon house again, and you gotta go to the octagon house.
- 1:20:00SPEAKER_03: I was just about to say next to the octagon house.
- 1:20:02SPEAKER_03: I better get a phone call.
- 1:20:04SPEAKER_00: Um so my word was Verona, right?
- 1:20:09SPEAKER_00: Because Verona's not going to come up in a conversation.
- 1:20:12SPEAKER_00: So we went through the whole night, and I and I kept it in the back of my mind.
- 1:20:16SPEAKER_00: I didn't tell anybody, but I had it on recording as to what I said.
- 1:20:19SPEAKER_00: So we go through the whole night, and I keep thinking about it, never hear it, never hear it, never hear it.
- 1:20:24SPEAKER_00: And we're doing a double estes.
- 1:20:27SPEAKER_00: A buddy of mine, Mike Maori, was downstairs at the bottom of the staircase, and I was upstairs, and we're going through this estes, and I somebody's pulling my beard, and I'm like, somebody's pulling my beard, and Deborah's downstairs, she's like, You're not allowed to touch him.
- 1:20:46SPEAKER_00: Stop pulling his beard.
- 1:20:48SPEAKER_00: The next word out of Mike's mouth is beard.
- 1:20:52SPEAKER_00: And then I said something, and Mike's like, somebody's pulling my beard.
- 1:20:57SPEAKER_00: So they went from pulling mine to now they're pulling his.
- 1:21:00SPEAKER_00: And so they're back and forth about that.
- 1:21:03SPEAKER_00: And we're just getting ready to wrap up.
- 1:21:07SPEAKER_00: I heard the word Verona, and I'm cracking up, and I'm like, oh my god, Verona.
- 1:21:12SPEAKER_00: And nobody knows what that meant because I didn't tell anybody.
- 1:21:15SPEAKER_00: Just at that moment, Mike downstairs says, There, I said it.
- 1:21:23SPEAKER_00: Holy shit.
- 1:21:26SPEAKER_00: And of course, I'm I had ripped my headphones off at that moment, and I heard him say, There, I said it, and I'm like, that's my word.
- 1:21:36SPEAKER_00: And of course, everybody's like looking at me like I got nine heads.
- 1:21:39SPEAKER_00: I'm like, that's the word I told them to say, and for him to come up with there, I said it was just like the icing on the cake.
- 1:21:49SPEAKER_03: You mentioned a good point though, because it's that's what I do is do a walkthrough by myself, or I send a team member in there because I don't want to take all the glory, I guess.
- 1:22:00SPEAKER_03: But I always send someone in solo just to get a feeling of the place.
- 1:22:04SPEAKER_03: I mean, that's I don't investigate.
- 1:22:08SPEAKER_03: I just if I get a feeling in a room, I just make a mental note of it, then that's where we start.
- 1:22:13SPEAKER_03: But a lot of people don't do that, and I think that's one good way to start your investigations.
- 1:22:21SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and and I just think it's respectful to to the spirits to ask their permission, yeah, and you know, try to get them to see maybe who you are, and that you're not gonna be there to cause them any grief.
- 1:22:32SPEAKER_00: And you know, I feel like maybe it it gives them a reason to want to respond to you.
- 1:22:37SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean, yeah, I think.
- 1:22:39SPEAKER_03: I mean, I always say, hey, I'm not here, this is your place, I'm not here to kick you out, you know, I'm not throwing you know holy water on anything, I'm not throwing sage, which I don't believe in, by the way, but you know, I'm not doing all that stuff.
- 1:22:52SPEAKER_03: And just we're just here to talk, that's it.
- 1:22:55SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 1:23:00SPEAKER_00: Oh, when we were at the Waterford Hotel, um I we we were done, and I'm like, I didn't I didn't hear my word tonight.
- 1:23:10SPEAKER_00: And my word was blue, the color blue.
- 1:23:15SPEAKER_00: And Deb looked at me, she's like, What, the word blue?
- 1:23:19SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, where did you come up with that at?
- 1:23:21SPEAKER_00: She's like, I don't know, it just popped into my head.
- 1:23:24SPEAKER_00: I'm like, how the hell did you do that?
- 1:23:27SPEAKER_00: And you wrote that down and left it at the hotel.
- 1:23:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I wrote it down and left it at the hotel.
- 1:23:32SPEAKER_00: And she's like, I have no idea, it just popped into my head.
- 1:23:36SPEAKER_00: Well, somebody gave it to her because I didn't give it to her.
- 1:23:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that was at the Eagle Hotel.
- 1:23:43SPEAKER_00: That was that was the the the capper of the night.
- 1:23:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we got I think that was the not the Ghost Brothers, the Ghost Bros.
- 1:23:57SPEAKER_00: Have you ever watched the Ghost Bros?
- 1:23:59SPEAKER_00: No, you should watch them, they're they're interesting.
- 1:24:02SPEAKER_03: I I like the Ghost Brothers.
- 1:24:04SPEAKER_03: I mean, they I mean again, like they do a lot of stuff down in the south, and yeah, I think like plantations and you know, slave quarters, and they go in there and I mean the one guy doesn't I know his name, but the shorter guy, you know, if it's demonic, he won't go in there because of his faith.
- 1:24:26SPEAKER_03: You know, you gotta respect that too.
- 1:24:28SPEAKER_03: But I try not to do anything demonic.
- 1:24:31SPEAKER_03: I mean, I highly doubt.
- 1:24:34SPEAKER_03: I think demonic's 0.01% of places most likely gonna run just uh an asshole spirit.
- 1:24:44SPEAKER_05: I mean, how about the house of wolves?
- 1:24:47SPEAKER_03: A lot of people think oh it's mean, it's demonic.
- 1:24:50SPEAKER_03: No, I mean there's mean humans.
- 1:24:52SPEAKER_00: I mean they're just pissed off human beings, yeah.
- 1:24:55SPEAKER_03: So what's not gonna make a mean there?
- 1:24:57SPEAKER_00: So have you been to the house of wolves?
- 1:25:01SPEAKER_03: No, I've heard of that too.
- 1:25:03SPEAKER_00: I just so it's in the Cleveland area.
- 1:25:07SPEAKER_00: Now I've I've heard that the building is very dilapidated now and it's very dangerous even to be in the building structurally.
- 1:25:14SPEAKER_00: But the area outside is even way more dangerous.
- 1:25:18SPEAKER_00: Like if people go in there now, they go in the daylight to investigate and then leave before it gets dark.
- 1:25:24SPEAKER_00: Um rejoining the spirit.
- 1:25:26SPEAKER_03: We have a there's a place out in Ashabila, that's the train wreck.
- 1:25:31SPEAKER_03: I feel it was 1800s or something where a whole bunch of people died, and we always want to investigate it, but it's all it's a homeless encampment down there now.
- 1:25:39SPEAKER_03: They have their own little government, you can't even get down there anymore.
- 1:25:44SPEAKER_03: So a lot of things coming up from that one.
- 1:25:51SPEAKER_00: We we like we like to stay busy, we like to investigate.
- 1:25:54SPEAKER_00: I mean, the whole reason we started this group was to investigate, and you know there's something out there.
- 1:26:02SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, we we that's the whole idea is to find out what's out there and why yeah, also that's what I was gonna ask you.
- 1:26:15SPEAKER_03: Like what the main reason for people investigating.
- 1:26:18SPEAKER_03: I mean, there's people have different reasons.
- 1:26:20SPEAKER_03: I mean, I always want to get people's stories straight.
- 1:26:23SPEAKER_03: I mean, we do Madison a lot, and I think what eight 15 years ago is when I started doing Madison, and the stories have changed since I've gone there.
- 1:26:35SPEAKER_03: So, what's the right story?
- 1:26:37SPEAKER_05: Yeah, I don't know.
- 1:26:38SPEAKER_03: It's still changing.
- 1:26:39SPEAKER_03: Like we just found out that upstairs they found news articles that they used to have gentlemen's parties up and upstairs in the attic.
- 1:26:49SPEAKER_04: Like, but you know, this is what I believe in a lot of these locations, and I don't know how you feel about this, the more people investigate them, and I think a lot of people bring baggage in with them and the different types of investigating they do, they have to drop that off.
- 1:27:10SPEAKER_04: So I think it's like a train station for a lot of people.
- 1:27:16SPEAKER_04: I don't know if they're trying to believe that or not.
- 1:27:19SPEAKER_04: I tend to believe that.
- 1:27:25SPEAKER_04: But the different types of people that come in and out are bringing some kind of baggage and named it back.
- 1:27:32SPEAKER_04: So it's awakening that outfit or other things that necessarily wasn't there in the beginning.
- 1:27:39SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I mean I mean, think about this way though, like I mean, I believe you.
- 1:27:45SPEAKER_03: Sorry.
- 1:27:46SPEAKER_03: Um, Ross House, the first time we were down there, we were getting a lot of stuff about coal miners and clan members.
- 1:27:54SPEAKER_05: Yep.
- 1:27:55SPEAKER_03: So there was no clan that lived in a house, the coal mine was a Down the road, they didn't stay there, and they were coming through the estes method.
- 1:28:05SPEAKER_03: So, what is it not to say that okay?
- 1:28:08SPEAKER_03: So you're investigating Roth's house.
- 1:28:11SPEAKER_03: Why aren't the houses you know next to it not haunted?
- 1:28:17SPEAKER_03: So by us going in one certain place in that neighborhood asking questions, is that gonna draw other spirits there saying, I want my story out too?
- 1:28:26SPEAKER_03: Yeah, does that make sense?
- 1:28:28SPEAKER_04: Like yeah, it makes perfect sense.
- 1:28:30SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so I mean, with everybody going to Madison, it might be drawing other spirits in saying, Why don't you talk to me too?
- 1:28:39SPEAKER_03: Like I got a story to tell too.
- 1:28:42SPEAKER_00: Especially since the Ross House and the Bel Air House are so close together.
- 1:28:46SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, you could throw a rock almost and hit each Wow.
- 1:28:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:28:51SPEAKER_00: And I and I I felt like when she said train station, that's always how I draw I describe the Bel Air House.
- 1:28:58SPEAKER_00: Is that to me it seems like it's a train station that spirits come and go and they just decide to get off there and visit and then they go again because everybody seems to have a different experience.
- 1:29:11SPEAKER_03: Yeah, Bel Air's like, yeah, it's just a hot spot for spirits, but there's so much that went around there, too.
- 1:29:16SPEAKER_03: That whole town has a lot of history, so I've always wanted they say Ross and Bel Air connected somehow.
- 1:29:24SPEAKER_03: I don't I don't know if I believe it, but I've always wanted to have a group at Ross and a group at Bel Air the same night and do like Estes method, like one person at Bel Air doing Estes, you know, speaker phone, someone at Ross asking questions to Bel Air to see if he can get some sort of connection that way.
- 1:29:45SPEAKER_03: Because I don't I don't think they're connected.
- 1:29:47SPEAKER_03: Some people are saying the mimic at Bel Air House does go over to Ross House every now and then, but I have no idea.
- 1:29:56SPEAKER_03: I know there's a mimic at Bel Air, that's all I know.
- 1:30:00SPEAKER_00: I mean, I I feel like it could happen.
- 1:30:02SPEAKER_00: I don't know if it does happen, but they're so damn close that we're gonna get up to the yes.
- 1:30:08SPEAKER_00: That's what we we want when we go back.
- 1:30:10SPEAKER_00: We want to go back to Waterford PA and take another group, and one group does the Judson and one group does the Eagle one night.
- 1:30:20SPEAKER_00: They're across the street from each other, so you can do exactly that an essence in one building and the other cell phone on the other building.
- 1:30:27SPEAKER_00: Then the next night you guys switch and investigate the other building.
- 1:30:32SPEAKER_00: And that would be, I think, really cool to be able to do stuff like that.
- 1:30:37SPEAKER_00: Two different buildings in the same investigation at the same time.
- 1:30:40SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
- 1:30:41SPEAKER_03: Would you guys be opposed?
- 1:30:42SPEAKER_03: Like if we had like my group, your group, let's split the groups up too.
- 1:30:46SPEAKER_03: So there's a connection there, like you, your wife, then like my daughter and I split up, and you know, so there's a that connection too.
- 1:30:55SPEAKER_03: I guess blood connection.
- 1:30:58SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's the paranormal, no one ever knows what's gonna happen.
- 1:31:00SPEAKER_00: So you never know what's gonna happen.
- 1:31:03SPEAKER_03: That's why we do it though.
- 1:31:06SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:31:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, that's exactly it.
- 1:31:10SPEAKER_00: I mean, we've we've always talked about getting another group to go out there, and we thought we had a group, and they they they aren't going anywhere, so yeah, if that's something you want to do, definitely.
- 1:31:23SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's it's a very inexpensive um hunt, but you have to get a hotel.
- 1:31:32SPEAKER_00: That's fine.
- 1:31:33SPEAKER_00: And yeah, the hotels are reasonable and they're close.
- 1:31:36SPEAKER_03: Yeah, if you guys want to do that, just yeah, give me a my works, my work schedule is terrible, so give me a month in advance, and I can tell you yes or no.
- 1:31:45SPEAKER_03: And once I say yes, it's gonna be a yes.
- 1:31:47SPEAKER_03: So I'm not gonna back out.
- 1:31:51SPEAKER_00: My my work schedule isn't bad.
- 1:31:53SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm Monday through mostly Monday through Thursday.
- 1:31:57SPEAKER_00: Um, and they don't care if I take a day off.
- 1:32:00SPEAKER_03: So oh my care is when they make me work a lot of extra days, so yeah, totally opposite.
- 1:32:05SPEAKER_03: Sometimes I'm not sometimes on night shift, sometimes on day shift.
- 1:32:08SPEAKER_00: So oh and Deborah's retired, so she can go anywhere she wants, anytime she wants.
- 1:32:13SPEAKER_03: So oh must be nice.
- 1:32:16SPEAKER_00: She's retired, and I'm just tired again.
- 1:32:21unknown: There's Mark.
- 1:32:22SPEAKER_01: I got the typical nine to five, yeah.
- 1:32:26SPEAKER_01: I'm off on weekends.
- 1:32:29SPEAKER_03: So, Mark, you're gonna keep doing this then, I'm guessing.
- 1:32:33SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm really interested in it, and it's definitely something I want to keep up with.
- 1:32:37SPEAKER_01: Absolutely.
- 1:32:38SPEAKER_03: Yeah, with your engineering background, you think you're gonna maybe try to make some devices or something?
- 1:32:43SPEAKER_01: Or well, I'm mechanical, not so much electrical, but I am learning a little bit, so uh yeah.
- 1:32:49SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna keep trying to come up with something.
- 1:32:52SPEAKER_01: Something different to try out everyone on the Dan's uh HVAC type of guy.
- 1:33:02SPEAKER_00: He's very handy.
- 1:33:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, he's a handy guy, yeah.
- 1:33:06SPEAKER_00: Dan's very handy.
- 1:33:08SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 1:33:10SPEAKER_00: Tommy, you want to hit that uh I was gonna say don't REM pod once for us before we go?
- 1:33:14SPEAKER_03: I keep looking at it.
- 1:33:18SPEAKER_00: As soon as we go off, as soon as we log off of here, it'll go off.
- 1:33:22SPEAKER_00: Watch.
- 1:33:22SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:33:22SPEAKER_00: I'll I'll forget to turn the REM pod off tonight in the middle of the night, it'll go screaming.
- 1:33:28SPEAKER_05: Don't want spirits in my house.
- 1:33:33SPEAKER_05: Yep.
- 1:33:34SPEAKER_01: I've just been trying to think of all the different things I've seen with you guys and things we've talked about.
- 1:33:39SPEAKER_01: And I think the only other neat thing that ever happened to me though was uh again octagon house when we went and changed batteries.
- 1:33:46SPEAKER_01: And you were all by yourself, yeah.
- 1:33:48SPEAKER_01: And everybody we're all down in the in the calm room right there, trying to get all of our batteries and everything changed.
- 1:33:53SPEAKER_01: And I was grabbing a new one from my camera.
- 1:33:56SPEAKER_01: Everybody else had walked outside but me and Nacho, and I saw him walk out the kitchen area.
- 1:34:03SPEAKER_01: A couple minutes later, I walk out and I hear all kinds of ruckus upstairs, all kinds of things moving around, chair dragging.
- 1:34:10SPEAKER_01: I said, Nacho, what are you doing up there?
- 1:34:13SPEAKER_01: Nothing.
- 1:34:14SPEAKER_01: So I sat there and listened again, and all kinds of things are moving.
- 1:34:17SPEAKER_01: I got the camera up this stairway trying to look, didn't see anything.
- 1:34:22SPEAKER_01: So I go poke my head outside.
- 1:34:24SPEAKER_01: He's standing out there with all of them.
- 1:34:27SPEAKER_01: I was by myself at the house.
- 1:34:29SPEAKER_01: There's all kinds of stuff.
- 1:34:30SPEAKER_01: So I walked over to I said, You want to get your ass in?
- 1:34:32SPEAKER_01: Here's all kinds of stuff going on.
- 1:34:36SPEAKER_01: We walked in, and what a train came by, and then people started walking in and talking like we never heard it again.
- 1:34:42SPEAKER_01: So it was over.
- 1:34:45SPEAKER_00: I think it was the second time we were at the octagon.
- 1:34:49SPEAKER_00: Um, the guy that the guy that runs the place, his name is Tommy Gill.
- 1:34:53SPEAKER_00: Tommy's Tommy's awesome.
- 1:34:55SPEAKER_00: He's a talker.
- 1:34:57SPEAKER_00: We we were the only two at the house.
- 1:35:00SPEAKER_00: Everybody else went to get something to eat or whatever.
- 1:35:03SPEAKER_00: And I was upstairs and I had put two cat balls on a windowsill.
- 1:35:09SPEAKER_00: And this is like three o'clock in the afternoon.
- 1:35:13SPEAKER_00: And I was just sitting there with the camera talking, looking around.
- 1:35:18SPEAKER_00: And the one cat ball goes off.
- 1:35:21SPEAKER_00: I'm like, Oh, thanks.
- 1:35:22SPEAKER_00: Can you now hit that other cat ball?
- 1:35:24SPEAKER_00: And the other cat ball went off.
- 1:35:26SPEAKER_00: And I sat there for 20 minutes back and forth.
- 1:35:29SPEAKER_00: Now hit the other one, now hit the other one.
- 1:35:30SPEAKER_00: And they were just alternating cat balls.
- 1:35:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, hey Tommy.
- 1:35:34SPEAKER_00: He's like, Yeah, I said, come up here.
- 1:35:36SPEAKER_00: I said, You gotta see this.
- 1:35:38SPEAKER_00: He's like, All right, let me finish my cigarette.
- 1:35:40SPEAKER_00: And then he comes up and we play with these cat balls for another 10 minutes, and then it just stops.
- 1:35:47SPEAKER_00: He's like, that was crazy.
- 1:35:49SPEAKER_00: So we're just kind of standing there in the doorway talking, right near the the banister of the spiral staircase.
- 1:35:57SPEAKER_00: And we both heard a noise and we looked at each other.
- 1:35:59SPEAKER_00: He's like, That sounded like somebody shuffling downstairs.
- 1:36:03SPEAKER_00: And I said, No.
- 1:36:04SPEAKER_00: I said, that sounded like a straw broom on a wooden floor, because all the floors in there are wooden.
- 1:36:09SPEAKER_00: I said, it sounded like somebody's sweeping.
- 1:36:12SPEAKER_00: We were having a birthday party there that night for Tommy's brother who'd passed away.
- 1:36:16SPEAKER_00: His brother loved that house.
- 1:36:19SPEAKER_00: We were having a party there that night.
- 1:36:22SPEAKER_00: And so I looked over the edge and I said, uh who's down there?
- 1:36:30SPEAKER_00: You cleaning up for the party tonight?
- 1:36:32SPEAKER_00: Clear as a bell, we hear it's me.
- 1:36:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:36:39SPEAKER_00: I looked at him and he looked at me and he's like, Holy fuck, what just happened?
- 1:36:46SPEAKER_00: And there was nobody there.
- 1:36:48SPEAKER_00: Nobody else in the house but us.
- 1:36:55SPEAKER_00: That was that I mean that that house is just it's amazing.
- 1:36:59SPEAKER_00: It's I'll I'll send you a video after this that you can see.
- 1:37:03SPEAKER_00: They had he has alarms all over the place, the doors are always locked, there's no way in this house.
- 1:37:10SPEAKER_00: There's a video of the alarm's going off, the motion sensor camera moves, and you see a shadow on the wall, and it's going up steps.
- 1:37:21SPEAKER_00: It's five o'clock in the morning.
- 1:37:24SPEAKER_00: And so the sheriff's office came out, and there was nobody there, there was nobody you couldn't get in the house.
- 1:37:30SPEAKER_00: So we thought that was a cute cool.
- 1:37:32SPEAKER_00: Well, like a month later, we we were actually the first investigation of the year there this year, and so we go, and Mark and I are upstairs, and we're we're trying to match it up, right?
- 1:37:42SPEAKER_00: We're trying to see, well, it was right here.
- 1:37:44SPEAKER_00: Here's this mark on the wall, this is where the shadow was, and we're trying to figure it out.
- 1:37:49SPEAKER_00: And Mark is like that shadow had to come from up.
- 1:37:54SPEAKER_00: There's a there's a there's a cupola upstairs, right?
- 1:37:56SPEAKER_00: It's it's uh windows, it looks 360 degrees around the house.
- 1:38:01SPEAKER_00: He says, See the straight lines, all these banisters are curved, those are straight lines.
- 1:38:07SPEAKER_00: Somebody was going up those steps.
- 1:38:09SPEAKER_00: You can't go up those steps because they're behind a door that's locked, it's padlocked.
- 1:38:14SPEAKER_00: You can't get in that door.
- 1:38:16SPEAKER_00: So somebody was physically walking up those steps, and they're they're really rickety.
- 1:38:21SPEAKER_00: I mean, I mean, they are you don't want to put any weight on them because you're coming through them.
- 1:38:26SPEAKER_00: So there's this video of a shadow going up these damn steps, and we all thought they were coming up the main steps, which you can't go on either because they will collapse, but it wasn't.
- 1:38:38SPEAKER_00: They were going up the cupola steps, and Mark figured that out.
- 1:38:42SPEAKER_00: And it, I'm gonna send them to the video after this, and it is freaking amazing that you can see this video like that.
- 1:38:49unknown: It was a full person.
- 1:38:51SPEAKER_01: Oh, it's a full, yeah.
- 1:38:52SPEAKER_00: You can see head, yeah, shoulders, arms, and the cupola is wrapped in plastic, so there's it's black plastic, so there's no light coming in there, and there's only a few lights on in the house, so it's not even like it's it's glare from a car passing by, it's in the middle of a cornfield.
- 1:39:09SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's it's it's crazy.
- 1:39:10SPEAKER_01: Best I could think was maybe a full moon that night or something, a little bit of light coming through putting that shadow on, but yeah, no other explanation for it.
- 1:39:20SPEAKER_00: It it's it is crazy.
- 1:39:22SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I've seen a couple of people talk about that house, so part of the underground railroad.
- 1:39:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's part of the underground.
- 1:39:29SPEAKER_00: We've been there four times now.
- 1:39:31SPEAKER_00: It's it's I I'm gonna tell you what, it's it it has never disappointed.
- 1:39:37SPEAKER_00: Let's make it five soon then.
- 1:39:40SPEAKER_00: Make it five.
- 1:39:42SPEAKER_00: We'll definitely go back, all right.
- 1:39:45SPEAKER_03: All right, so we've been on, let's how long we've been on our 40 minutes here.
- 1:39:50SPEAKER_03: Woo! Oh so probably wrapped this up a little bit here.
- 1:39:55SPEAKER_03: So you want to give a I'll give a shout out to you guys.
- 1:39:59SPEAKER_03: So follow them.
- 1:39:59SPEAKER_03: I have it up there.
- 1:40:00SPEAKER_03: Follow Verona Ghost Chasers on Facebook.
- 1:40:02SPEAKER_03: Is there any other social media you guys are on?
- 1:40:05SPEAKER_00: Uh we're on Facebook, we're on Instagram, we're on TikTok.
- 1:40:10SPEAKER_00: We've been we've been banned from TikTok once already, but we're we're on TikTok.
- 1:40:15SPEAKER_00: We've got a YouTube channel.
- 1:40:17SPEAKER_00: I think something from the scary that said didn't save the work on a lot.
- 1:40:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but we're we're we're on all the main ones.
- 1:40:27SPEAKER_03: So for everybody that's watching this, be doing eight-hour investigation, how many hours you do and not evidence review.
- 1:40:34SPEAKER_00: Oh well, I usually take three cameras, so you you probably end up with like 20 some hours of video, and then you've got audio, which will take you another four to six hours.
- 1:40:49SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's it's it's it's a lot of it's a lot of time after an investigation.
- 1:40:56SPEAKER_00: So I've probably got three investigations worth of video to go through back there now.
- 1:41:03SPEAKER_03: It seems like you never catch up ever.
- 1:41:08unknown: Yeah.
- 1:41:10SPEAKER_00: But if if it's something really cool that I know I caught, I'll go and pull a little bit of that just just to be able to put something up, you know.
- 1:41:17SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but if it's just to sit there and go through that, I've got to hunt and you know, look and hope I find something, because this the static cameras, you just you never know.
- 1:41:28SPEAKER_03: No, and it sucks because like if you have like a stair and like the hallway, like we were doing Bel Air House, I had going up the stairs because we always see shadows up there, but then you have the back kitchen, and like I'm focusing on the freaking platform the whole time for I had going for like two and a half hours, then I have to go back because I'm like, man, what if something was in the kitchen?
- 1:41:50SPEAKER_03: So now I'm like just focusing on the kitchen the whole time.
- 1:41:54SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, for everybody in the wrong spot, yeah.
- 1:41:57SPEAKER_03: So, everybody that wants to do like paranormal, really get into it.
- 1:42:01SPEAKER_03: I mean, it does take a lot, like it's hours upon hours of evidence review, um finding these places, going to these places.
- 1:42:11SPEAKER_03: We don't make money on it, tell you that much.
- 1:42:15SPEAKER_03: And if you did, you're not making enough to do this.
- 1:42:17SPEAKER_04: So I always said this is an expensive hobby and a full-time job almost at the same time, yeah, without pay.
- 1:42:25SPEAKER_01: Yep, but it's fun, but it's a high.
- 1:42:31SPEAKER_03: Oh, yeah, it's I love it.
- 1:42:33SPEAKER_03: I mean, I love doing all the evidence review.
- 1:42:35SPEAKER_03: I love doing I love talking to you guys.
- 1:42:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we do, we appreciate it.
- 1:42:44SPEAKER_01: Thank you.
- 1:42:47SPEAKER_03: Yeah, hopefully soon.
- 1:42:49SPEAKER_03: So yeah, we'll we'll get together soon, we'll wrap this up.
- 1:42:53SPEAKER_03: Fall running ghost hunters, follow and this is TS Paranormal, but Trap Souls also.
- 1:42:59SPEAKER_03: Got any questions?
- 1:43:00SPEAKER_03: If you want to come on the show, let me know too.
- 1:43:03SPEAKER_03: I do not have an exit little video, so uh thanks for being on my first show on this.
- 1:43:13SPEAKER_03: Um it'll be a couple days to get it up, but you guys will be all over the place.
- 1:43:18SPEAKER_03: That's what she said.
- 1:43:20SPEAKER_03: Yeah, I didn't get banned until right now.
- 1:43:24SPEAKER_03: No.
- 1:43:27SPEAKER_01: Thanks, guys.
- 1:43:28SPEAKER_01: Yep, yep.
- 1:43:30SPEAKER_03: That was a good run.
- 1:43:31SPEAKER_00: Show number one of one.
- 1:43:34SPEAKER_00: But you could download it and edit that out at the end.
- 1:43:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I could.
- 1:43:39SPEAKER_00: But no, it also beat me out where I said that F word.
- 1:43:43SPEAKER_03: Yeah, uh, we'll see how it rolls.
