🎯 ALERT! 🎯 Price INCREASES for Silver and Gold!... (Commencing) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

Welcome to the Basement. Thank you for joining me today.
• 0:05
You might be wondering what's the future look like for gold
• 0:10
and silver? Are the BRICS countries really
• 0:13
that important? We've got some new information,
• 0:17
some startling data from our friend Neils over at Kitco that
• 0:20
we're going to go over in just a few moments.
• 0:22
But you're also many of you wondering, will you be able to
• 0:28
sell, sell? Who would ever sell?
• 0:30
You're not going to sell your silver, are you?
• 0:32
But would you be able hypothetically, to sell your
• 0:36
silver if the price gets to 80 or $100?
• 0:40
What about the dollar? We keep hearing all this, You
• 0:43
hear it all the time, right? The dollar so strong, the dollar
• 0:46
so strong. We're going to dive into what's
• 0:48
going on with the US dollar. This has to do with the bricks.
• 0:52
This has to do with the price of gold and silver.
• 0:55
But let's go right into this fascinating article from our
• 1:00
friend Niels over at Kitco. He says the world is the world
• 1:05
going to need more gold. What do you think?
• 1:08
Do you think the world's going to need more gold?
• 1:11
Do you think the world is going to need more silver?
• 1:13
Well, I'm going to tell you by the end of this article, you're
• 1:16
going to be convinced. And when we talk about the world
• 1:19
need for silver, you're going to be even more convinced.
• 1:22
And we know that the world is also going to need more
• 1:25
platinum. But according to Niels from
• 1:27
Kitko, he brought up a great point last week.
• 1:31
All right? He said he warned investors that
• 1:33
gold's sell off was an overreaction to the
• 1:37
misunderstood fundamental news. OK, Black box algorithmic
• 1:42
trading, Gold traders who've been relying on Chinese central
• 1:45
bank buying, remember that was the big deal 18 months, right?
• 1:49
What did you think about that? 1817 straight months of Chinese
• 1:53
central bank buying came to an abrupt end, right?
• 1:57
We got this big announcement what last Sunday night, the
• 1:59
Chinese central bank and that totally spooked the gold market.
• 2:04
We know it also, or was it Friday last week?
• 2:06
Whatever day it was, who cares? It was a seemed like a like an
• 2:10
eternity ago, but it absolutely killed the gold price and the
• 2:16
silver price, which made no sense 'cause it had nothing at
• 2:19
all to do with silver and it really made no sense when it
• 2:22
came to gold as well. But Niels points out in green a
• 2:25
great point. Gold this week managed to hold
• 2:28
critical support at $2300 on Monday and is seeing a 1% gain
• 2:35
on the week heading into the weekend.
• 2:37
Yoohoo, right, let's run out the pin backs real quick and review
• 2:41
gold 2332 dollars, Silver $29.57 per oz.
• 2:49
We're going to talk also about why that $30 per oz silver
• 2:52
number is so important. And you know, I got to be honest
• 2:55
with you, I don't know how you're feeling when you think
• 2:58
about silver and gold and you think about the next few weeks.
• 3:01
For some strange reason this morning, my optimism meter is is
• 3:07
is shifting more toward the optimistic side.
• 3:10
Tell me in the comments, are you feeling optimistic about gold
• 3:14
and silver this week or more pessimistic?
• 3:16
We know there's ups and downs, all that good stuff, but my
• 3:20
little inner gut is telling me that we can actually have a good
• 3:23
week this week in the metals. We'll see.
• 3:25
I'll come on here next Sunday and tell you if I was right or
• 3:28
wrong. But if you, regardless of where
• 3:31
the price fluctuations may go, want to get your hands on some
• 3:34
gold, silver or platinum, please support channel sponsor Pinbex
• 3:39
or at least give them a chance. That's what I did over a year
• 3:44
ago when you guys told me check out pin backs.
• 3:46
Check out pin backs. And what I found was they've got
• 3:49
all the products that all the other big online bullion dealers
• 3:53
have. They also have great customer
• 3:56
service. But most important to me, their
• 3:58
prices are hard to beat. Let's get back to Kitco.
• 4:01
Here we go. Given in yellow all the
• 4:04
  geopolitical uncertainty around the world.
• 4:06
It's ludicrous to think that China is done buying gold.
• 4:11
So O'Neill's went to some big conference and listen to this
• 4:15
quote. There's some data in here about
• 4:17
the bricks that I hadn't thought about.
• 4:19
Probably I believe will be news to you as well and might explain
• 4:23
to us why this week we didn't see a massive downturn in the
• 4:28
price of gold or the price of silver.
• 4:30
Silver actually treaded water last week.
• 4:33
  Quote. Here's a quote.
• 4:34
It's extraordinary to me to see how rapidly we've moved from a
• 4:38
situation where globalization seemed inevitable, right?
• 4:43
Ten years ago everything was globalizing to where today it's
• 4:47
increasingly seems impossible. That's Paren BD.
• 4:51
He's the the CEO of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
• 4:54
So what he's saying is globalization is out the window.
• 4:59
Countries are are, what's the word, kind of battening down the
• 5:03
hatches, right? Countries like India recently,
• 5:07
right, went to the England, went to the Bank of England and said
• 5:10
we want 100 tons of our gold back.
• 5:13
Everyone's becoming very nationalistic, OK Yellow.
• 5:17
While the dollar is expected to remain the world's reserve
• 5:20
currency, it will face growing competition.
• 5:24
  OK. Analysts constantly reiterate
• 5:26
that gold will play a growing role in a multipolar currency
• 5:31
world because it remains one of the world's most liquid monetary
• 5:35
  assets in global financial markets.
• 5:37
We've talked about this. Most likely we aren't going to
• 5:40
have this Project Sandman event. We could.
• 5:43
Nothing can be ruled out where the dollar overnight becomes
• 5:47
worth significantly less. But it's happening little by
• 5:51
little by little, chop by chop by chop by chop, and the tree
• 5:56
will start to to lean. We can already see the dollar's
• 6:00
diminished role on the world stage.
• 6:02
This week, the trade agreement between the United States and
• 6:06
Saudi Arabia, which established the Petro dollar was allowed to
• 6:11
expire. We won't dig into that, guys.
• 6:14
But remember, the Petro dollar bar anything is the reason why
• 6:19
the United States was able to borrow itself into oblivion over
• 6:24
the last 50 years. The Petro dollar is why we have
• 6:28
this. See my yellow finger up there,
• 6:31
right? They're going to have to make
• 6:32
  that box bigger, right? Soon.
• 6:34
Who knows when it's going to hit $100 trillion.
• 6:36
But the Petro dollar allowed the United States for years and
• 6:40
years to live way beyond its mean.
• 6:42
But now Saudi Arabia moves to expand, the US moves to expand
• 6:47
beyond the US dollar come as it enters a new trading bloc with
• 6:52
expanded BRICS nations, Brazil, Russia, India, China, South
• 6:55
Africa, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates.
• 6:59
OK, during the conference. So the BRICS are expanding.
• 7:03
Ali Borhani said this in green. This is where it gets
• 7:07
  interesting. I, I, I mean, guys, OK, I'll
• 7:11
just read it to you here. How does this make you?
• 7:14
What do you think when you hear this?
• 7:16
Half the world's population is in the bricks plus half the
• 7:22
world's population. 2/3 of the World Trade happens in the
• 7:28
bricks plus whoa, is that right? 2/3 of the world's trade
• 7:33
happening within the bricks plus bricks are adding 74,000,000
• 7:39
consumers a year. That's two times Canada out of
• 7:44
these markets, OK? I mean, these numbers are
• 7:46
staggering, guys. India's adding so many people to
• 7:50
their consumer class. And what do the Indian people
• 7:52
love? Just as a little happy side
• 7:54
note, they love gold. They love silver, OK?
• 7:58
Because what else do the Indian people love that are moving into
• 8:02
the consumer class? Hold on, take a step back.
• 8:05
Think about this. They love things like
• 8:08
  electronics, right? Cell phones, refrigerators,
• 8:12
televisions, those all take a lot of silver.
• 8:16
Let's remember. Oh, and by the way, to make all
• 8:19
those things work, those hundreds of millions of of
• 8:23
Indian people who in the next 5-10 years will be entering this
• 8:26
consumer class, they're going to need electricity.
• 8:29
  Yeah. And where's that electricity
• 8:32
going to come from? A lot of it is coming from
• 8:35
solar, which is why the Indians are importing so much silver.
• 8:38
I digress to the orange. Because of these broad reaching
• 8:43
geopolitical shifts, it's fairly easy to make a simple case for
• 8:47
gold as a global currency. Many analysts have noted that
• 8:50
gold remains the best neutral asset to to settle trade
• 8:56
imbalances. It's not just China that's going
• 8:59
to have to buy more gold. Nations around the world,
• 9:03
especially those in emerging markets that have relied so
• 9:07
heavily on the US dollar will have to rebuild their gold
• 9:11
reserves. Guys, it's happening right now
• 9:15
right in front of us, which explains why we didn't have a
• 9:18
massive collapse in the gold price last week, which explains
• 9:22
why silver also held in strong these countries.
• 9:28
I mean, are, are you seeing it? Is it making sense?
• 9:32
I mean, what did he say to what was that?
• 9:34
Let's let's just briefly, this is worth repeating because to me
• 9:38
this is absolutely astounding. Half the world's population is
• 9:43
in the bricks. 2/3 of the World Trade happens in the bricks, OK?
• 9:49
And they're adding 74,000,000 consumers per year.
• 9:54
Is this sinking in? Does this make sense?
• 9:57
Because guys, we are in a situation where from a monetary
• 10:03
perspective, right? And they're moving, these
• 10:05
countries are, are, are increasingly using gold to, to,
• 10:10
to, to, to shore up their nation, nation finances.
• 10:13
The smaller countries know they need gold to shore up their
• 10:17
country's finances and at the same time, just the overall
• 10:21
demand for for silver to support the growing consumer class.
• 10:28
It's just it's just it absolutely.
• 10:29
I don't know what else to say. I don't know.
• 10:32
Do you see this as as a as a major catalyst that we can
• 10:35
continue, I mean, for the next 5-10, fifteen years?
• 10:39
Remember this about the BRICS countries as well.
• 10:43
They may not trust the US dollar.
• 10:46
This is a nugget. This is something is a aha was
• 10:50
an aha moment for me. And if you haven't heard this,
• 10:53
it could likely be an aha moment for you.
• 10:55
Sure, we hear all this about moving away from the US dollar,
• 10:59
  right? What does that mean?
• 11:00
That means the dollar becomes less in demand.
• 11:03
When anything's less in demand, it becomes less valuable.
• 11:06
But the BRICS countries, as they move away from the US dollar,
• 11:12
what are they going to move to? Because they may not trust the
• 11:16
dollar, but but think about this.
• 11:20
They trust each other's currencies even less.
• 11:24
So what does that leave? What does that leave us with?
• 11:27
That leaves us with. Yeah, you got it, Gold and
• 11:31
silver, the timeless stores of value.
• 11:34
Is it any wonder that we're seeing such increased demand for
• 11:38
gold? But at the same time, but at the
• 11:40
same time, let's go take a look at this because this is also
• 11:45
critical for us to remember when it comes to gold.
• 11:50
Oh, let's just look at this one real quickly.
• 11:52
It's been a few days. OK, here we go.
• 11:58
That's 800,000 Chinese people lining up after I think it was
• 12:02
their lunar holiday. Whatever it was, it was a couple
• 12:05
of months ago, but 800,000 Chinese people lining up at a
• 12:10
mall to buy gold, from what I understand was one store.
• 12:15
But that's not what we're looking at.
• 12:17
There's my I love silver shirt. Hold on, We're going to get to
• 12:20
it. We're going to get to it.
• 12:23
There it is. So as this demand for gold is
• 12:26
skyrocketing, look at this chart again, we can't look at this one
• 12:30
enough. This comes from channel sponsor
• 12:31
  First Mining Gold's investor presentation.
• 12:34
And yes, it has to do with their company, but it also has to do
• 12:37
with the overall gold market. From left to right, starting in
• 12:42
1990, the yellow bars representing the amount of gold
• 12:46
that's been discovered in the world.
• 12:48
Can you see it is going down, down, down while the amount of
• 12:52
money spent to find the gold on exploration has gone up, even
• 12:58
though when we come to the more recent years, we see a big
• 13:01
uptick, not record, not $10 billion, but what, six and a
• 13:05
half, $7 billion spent and almost no gold is discovered,
• 13:11
right. So think about this in the, in
• 13:13
the, in the context of what we just talked about is the world,
• 13:17
right? What, 2/3 of the world's
• 13:19
commerce represented by the BRICS Plus is demanding more and
• 13:23
more gold, Less and less gold is being discovered.
• 13:27
And we know, right, that the same exact situation, basement
• 13:34
dwellers, is true for silver, probably at an even more
• 13:37
exaggerated level. I mean, it's astounding to
• 13:40
think, I'm sorry, I have to say it to you again.
• 13:43
It's been 3 days since we talked about this.
• 13:46
To think that the entire market cap of the entire silver mining
• 13:50
sector is less than $15 billion. That's like 5% of the market cap
• 13:56
of Home Depot. GameStop had a market cap
• 14:00
  higher, right? GameStop, right?
• 14:03
Couple times last week or the week before had a market cap.
• 14:07
GameStop, one company that's I, I don't know whatever, you know,
• 14:12
you might have different opinions about GameStop, but
• 14:13
nonetheless, that one little company had a market cap bigger
• 14:17
than all the silver mining companies in the world combined.
• 14:21
OK, so you think there's a lot of money going into the into
• 14:24
  discovering and exploring for silver?
• 14:27
No, almost none. And I would imagine that to a
• 14:31
certain degree, the same is true for platinum.
• 14:33
I'm not a platinum guru. I think we have one here on the
• 14:36
show who's joining us. Hello, Annie Oakley.
• 14:38
All right, Thank you, Annie. Good to see you.
• 14:41
  Jake's custom parts. Thank you.
• 14:43
So that's what's going on with the bricks.
• 14:45
OK, Now let's talk about something very interesting this
• 14:49
week. I think it's very important for
• 14:51
the silver price and that is that we get above $30.
• 14:55
I shared with you earlier, how are you feeling?
• 14:58
How are you going to feel next Sunday if we're sitting down
• 15:01
here talking about 3233, maybe even $34 silver?
• 15:07
I'm not making that prediction, but I'm saying it feels to me
• 15:12
more and more likely as I'm absorbing everything that went
• 15:16
on last week. Guys, we had a very volatile
• 15:19
week last week in the silver market in particular.
• 15:22
It was nuts, OK? And that those periods of
• 15:25
volatility are often times precursors to big, big moves.
• 15:31
I don't even want to think about, right?
• 15:33
I don't even want to think about us having to sit down here next
• 15:36
Sunday and talk about 27 or $26 silver.
• 15:40
I think the the, the numbers are skewed to the upside.
• 15:43
It's very important, OK, very important that the silver price
• 15:48
continues upward. I heard one of the big analysts
• 15:51
just talking. Thank you, Ron McAdams.
• 15:53
Wow, Super Chad. Hey, I gotta, I'm going to put
• 15:55
  up. Thank you, Ron.
• 15:56
I'm going to put up our little banner here for you guys.
• 16:00
That way if you want to support any of the sponsors, feel free
• 16:04
to do that as well. OK, so why is silver so
• 16:09
  critical? Why?
• 16:10
Right? In a nutshell, solar energy.
• 16:14
  In a nutshell, artificial intelligence.
• 16:16
Are you seeing this? This baby is a connection that
• 16:20
you might benefit, and I don't know if you've made this
• 16:22
connection yet, the connection between solar energy and the AI
• 16:28
revolution. OK, because AI is taking over.
• 16:31
NVIDIA is making all these chips, right?
• 16:33
That's the most expensive, our most highly valued company in
• 16:36
the world, NVIDIA, NVIDIA completely overvalued.
• 16:40
But we'll leave that alone. Making all these AI chips, Those
• 16:44
AI chips #1 need silver. But guys, on top of that, not
• 16:52
just needing the silver, those chips need a lot of electricity
• 16:56
to function. And where's a lot of this
• 16:58
  electricity coming from? Solar.
• 17:00
Microsoft announced like one of the biggest solar projects in
• 17:04
the history of the world a month or so ago specifically to power
• 17:08
their AI initiatives that they're going on.
• 17:12
The world needs more electricity to power.
• 17:15
Goldman Sachs just put out a report that like the the year
• 17:19
over year growth in electricity demand is going to be way, way,
• 17:23
way higher than anyone thought that it was going to be.
• 17:28
So hold on one second here. So as we think about as we think
• 17:33
about this connection, right, think about the connection and
• 17:37
then and then think about the common thread.
• 17:40
This is a this is fun. This'll this'll give you
• 17:43
something to, you know, you might be wondering what's the
• 17:46
common thread? Are you wondering that what's
• 17:49
  the common thread? AI chips.
• 17:51
OK, Expanding, exploding. Demand for electricity,
• 17:55
expanding, exploding. What's the common thread?
• 17:59
Silver. Is it any wonder that we have
• 18:02
people saying now that silver and I'm in this camp.
• 18:06
OK, Are you in the camp? Right?
• 18:08
What what does this mean to you when you hear that silver could
• 18:11
be the new oil, right? 100 years ago, oil was, was
• 18:17
important, but really not much. But as, as it was refined and
• 18:21
made into gasoline and and diesel fuel and everything else
• 18:24
plastic over the last 100 years, oil became the lifeblood of the
• 18:29
world economy as we're moving into the next 100 years, right?
• 18:34
  And it's electrification, green energy.
• 18:38
  All right? Electrification, green energy
• 18:40
  and artificial intelligence. It could.
• 18:43
It's easy to see, right? Electric vehicles, electric
• 18:47
everything. It's easy to see that silver
• 18:50
could prove itself to be like the new oil.
• 18:54
I know. It's mind blowing, right?
• 18:56
Yeah. We can talk about $600.00
• 18:58
silver. We can talk about $300.00
• 18:59
silver. We can talk about $2000 silver.
• 19:03
Leonard Zhang brought that up last time I had her in the
• 19:05
basement. Right, That the math behind
• 19:07
  silver really indicates $2000 silver.
• 19:10
But it could happen and it could happen sooner than we
• 19:14
anticipate. Let's go take a look real
• 19:16
quickly. Speaking of silver and silver
• 19:18
prices, yes, did you say? Happy Father's.
• 19:24
Day to everyone. No, I didn't.
• 19:25
  Sorry, Susie. I'm in.
• 19:26
  I'm. I'm in a little trouble with
• 19:28
Susie. I forgot to tell all you fathers
• 19:30
out there. Happy Father's Day and all of
• 19:33
  us. That's one thing.
• 19:34
We got a couple things in common now, don't we?
• 19:36
We love silver. We love gold.
• 19:38
We're together here in the basement.
• 19:39
We're having a good old time. Everybody smile with me, right?
• 19:44
We're having a good time. We got that in common.
• 19:47
We love silver and gold, but each and every one of us has a
• 19:51
  father. That's a that's a fact, right?
• 19:54
Biological fact. I don't think I can get thrown

off YouTube for saying that you have a father.
• 20:00
Your father may be with us still.
• 20:02
Your father may be moved on, but happy Father's Day to all the
• 20:06
fathers out there, those of us, I'm a father.
• 20:09
But at minimum, we all have a father.
• 20:11
And let's all remember to be extra nice to our daddies today.
• 20:15
Thank you guys for for hearing that one out.
• 20:17
Now, I lost my train of thought. Where was I?
• 20:19
  I was going. Oh, yeah.
• 20:20
Yeah. Let's go check out the prices.
• 20:22
Let's go check out the value of silver over here.
• 20:26
  Hold on. Here we go.
• 20:28
We're heading over there. the US Debt Clock.
• 20:31
We're back to visit you, Mr. Debt Clock.
• 20:34
I forgot where the secret window is, but let's go down to the
• 20:39
dollar to silver ratio now sitting at $162.00 per oz.
• 20:46
What does that mean? I think I, I think let me know
• 20:49
if this, if this helps make it easier for you to understand.
• 20:53
What that means is that for each new, new ounce of silver that's
• 21:00
dug out of the ground every year by the mining sector, all the
• 21:04
new silver that comes onto the market over the course of the
• 21:07
year, for each one ounce that comes out of the ground, there's
• 21:11
now 162 paper Unicorn fart dust dollars that are being created.
• 21:19
OK, what does that tell us? Right.
• 21:21
They're creating dollars at a much faster pace than they're
• 21:25
creating or mining silver 'cause you can't create silver.
• 21:29
There's only so much silver on the on the force, on the on the
• 21:33
  face of the earth. Over A5 year, it's 15158 / a
• 21:38
five year. That means over the last five
• 21:40
years, for each one ounce of silver that was dug up by a
• 21:44
mining company, there were $1500 printed.
• 21:50
OK, Paper dollars make believe. OK, absolutely crazy, crazy
• 21:55
numbers. And that comes from down here.
• 21:58
The M2 money supply, you can see in the left corner where my
• 22:00
little yellow finger is moving back and forth, which is going
• 22:04
up. That's the measure of all the
• 22:06
paper electronic money that's out there in the system.
• 22:11
M2, if you go up to the very top, middle consists of M1 plus
• 22:15
savings deposits, time deposits, individual retirement accounts,
• 22:19
key O balances at depository institutions and balances and
• 22:23
retail money market funds. That means over the last five
• 22:27
  years that bears report repeating.
• 22:30
There's a reason why Susie refers to me as Repeater Ron.
• 22:34
Over the last five years, each time one ounce of silver was dug
• 22:39
out of the ground through toil and turmoil.
• 22:41
Silver's very, very hard to get out of the ground.
• 22:45
But for each one ounce over the last five years, there were 1500
• 22:50
dollars printed in paper money. If you forgot what paper money
• 22:55
is, you're in the right place. Here's a wet dollar.
• 22:59
Hold on here. Because before we came on, right
• 23:02
before we came on, there's that's what that there were 1500
• 23:06
over the last five years. OK, here.
• 23:08
Oh man, if I had more cash, I could show you guys.
• 23:11
But we'll do a visual here. Here's one ounce from Big 10,
• 23:15
the Silver Shire. Isn't that beautiful, that one
• 23:18
  ounce. Look at that.
• 23:20
Look at that. OK, that's one ounce of silver
• 23:24
for each one ounce of silver that came out of the ground over
• 23:28
the last five years, 1500 of these suckers were created.
• 23:36
I think I need better props here.
• 23:37
Wait a minute. I got a better prop.
• 23:38
Hold on. Think about it this way.
• 23:42
For each one and you correct me if I'm wrong, hello born
• 23:47
hunting. Thank you, wow, super chat and
• 23:49
thank you Ron McAdams again for that super chat you gave for
• 23:52
each one of these that came out of the ground.
• 23:56
OK you. Also had one from Jay.
• 24:00
Jay OK, I'll get to that one as well.
• 24:02
Jay Thank you. OK, there were this is movie
• 24:05
money, so don't come here. There were 1500 of these
• 24:08
  created. OK.
• 24:10
Or you can think about it this way because this right and this
• 24:18
are pretty much the same thing, right?
• 24:20
When you're playing Monopoly, you have confidence that it's
• 24:23
worth something. When you're playing in the
• 24:25
United States right now, you have confidence that that's
• 24:27
worth something. Are you going to be able to
• 24:29
  sell? Are you worried?
• 24:31
Are you worried? A lot of you are worried.
• 24:34
There's the old Magic 8 ball. Remember that from back in the
• 24:37
day. Yeah, we'll get him out here in
• 24:39
  a second. We'll we'll ask the Magic 8 ball
• 24:41
where the silver price is going this week.
• 24:44
Thank you, Bourne Hunting and Jo, thank you for your super
• 24:49
chat. FYI, GameStop, GameStop is one
• 24:52
of the most manipulated stocks on the market.
• 24:54
The vast majority of GameStop holders know what this stock is.
• 24:59
Research guys. Yeah, it's a meme stock, right?
• 25:02
I mean, I'm familiar with the roaring Kitty situation.
• 25:06
I guess what I'm pointing out there is just how crazy the
• 25:09
market is in general. When you've got GameStop, their
• 25:13
market cap, when the stock hit over $40 per share, it was over
• 25:18
$15 billion bigger than what the what the entire market cap of
• 25:24
the entire silver mining industry sets at.
• 25:27
It doesn't make any sense. It's crazy.
• 25:30
It's absolutely crazy. So you guys are worried, right?
• 25:34
You might be wondering, are you wondering, are you worried that
• 25:39
when silver hits, this seems like the number everybody sends
• 25:42
me, everybody, I get the same e-mail and that's fine 'cause
• 25:45
that makes lets me know what you're worried about.
• 25:48
Ron, when silver hits $80.00 per oz, who's going to buy my
• 25:52
silver? It's almost, are you thinking?
• 25:54
It's almost like people are thinking, and I understand, I'm
• 25:56
not putting you down, that if silver goes really, really high
• 26:00
as measured in Unicorn fart dust paper dollars, that suddenly
• 26:05
nobody's going to want to buy it from you, right?
• 26:07
And, and like, you're going to be like, well, I got the silver
• 26:10
and the price says $80.00, but I can't sell it.
• 26:13
Nobody wants to buy it. Whoa, whoa, whoa.
• 26:17
I got some good news for you. And it's real simple for you to
• 26:20
understand, guys. Well, I'll give you an example.
• 26:24
  Well, let's, let's go, look, let's go, look, let's go, let's
• 26:30
go out. We're going to go on a little
• 26:32
trip on the Internet and we're going to say silver, Silver
• 26:38
price. Gosh, this keyboard stinks on
• 26:41
this new computer. The OK, eighth time's a charm.
• 26:46
Enter. And I like to go to this site.
• 26:50
Silver not where'd it go? silverprice.org.
• 26:56
  What happened? There it is.
• 26:57
OK, let's go look at the silver price.
• 26:59
And I want to give you an example.
• 27:02
Price of silver charts. OK, and silver price chart.
• 27:11
OK Buttercup, here we go. There's the silver price chart.
• 27:16
Can you sell your silver? Are you wondering, are you
• 27:18
  scared? Right, That's a problem.
• 27:21
I go, oh, if silver hits $80.00, if silver hits $120.00, I won't
• 27:25
be able to sell it. I won't be able to sell it.
• 27:28
OK, well, let me show you something back here.
• 27:31
Let's see, when was this in? On Friday, November 8th of of
• 27:37
2008, silver was $9 per oz OK, all right, we can go back here
• 27:46
right over Silver was oh, here we'll go way back, way back.
• 27:52
Wait a minute here. All OK, so back in, I'm going to
• 27:58
go back to like, oh, here we go in the in the mid 90s, man,
• 28:02
right when I got out of college, I should have just bought
• 28:04
silver. I could be retired now, $3.67 an
• 28:08
ounce. OK, so in 1993, which granted is
• 28:12
what, 30 years ago? Yes, 30 years, I think my math
• 28:15
is correct. Silver was at $3.67 an ounce
• 28:19
back then. You know what people were
• 28:21
asking, who's gonna buy my silver?
• 28:24
If it actually goes to $30.00 an ounce, who's gonna buy?
• 28:27
I mean, that's almost, let's say A7 times increase in the price
• 28:32
of silver from 1993 to today, right?
• 28:38
Seven times increase. So if we get a 7 times increase
• 28:43
from, we'll round up and be optimistic.
• 28:46
From $30.00 an ounce where we are today, we'll be at $210.00
• 28:50
an ounce the only way. OK, so, so that's, that's a
• 28:55
smaller, you know, 210. So if we go to, if we go to
• 28:58
$80.00 per oz, that's like less than 1 1/2, right?
• 29:03
No two, 2 1/2 times from where we are, people are buying silver
• 29:08
right now. From those people back in the
• 29:10
mid 90s, it said nobody will ever buy your silver if it goes
• 29:13
to $30.00 an ounce. Well, just like if silver goes
• 29:17
up what, 1 1/2 two times in value, three times in value from
• 29:22
here to $90.00 an ounce, people will buy your silver.
• 29:26
Because I belaboured this point, but it's important for us to
• 29:30
understand because the only way the price of silver is going to
• 29:34
get to 8090 or $100.00 an ounce is if people are buying it.
• 29:39
It's a market, right? And we know that the silver
• 29:43
price is way undervalued. We know that if silver, if if
• 29:48
right, don't make any financial decisions based on anything I'm
• 29:51
saying. But if silver, oh wow, more
• 29:54
  super chats. Thank you, Susie.
• 29:56
Right when, right. But if silver does get to
• 30:01
$8090.00 an ounce, there will be a strong still fundamental
• 30:06
argument for the price being that high, right?
• 30:09
And you'll hear people coming out of the people.
• 30:12
Everybody will be buying silver, everybody.
• 30:15
So yes, you will be able to sell your silver at those at those
• 30:18
prices. Hold on here, we got more super
• 30:21
chance. You guys are being super duper
• 30:23
America first, thank you for that super chat.
• 30:26
Happy Father's Day and all the other yes, thank you and popping
• 30:30
  off. Thank you for that.
• 30:32
OK, now the other argument and we're gonna put it to sleep, but
• 30:36
I have I actually drew on this chart for you.
• 30:39
OK, 'cause we've talked about this many times.
• 30:43
Hold on here. Let's go back.
• 30:48
Let's go back in The Time Machine.
• 30:50
Let me hide that. That's the silver rainbow.
• 30:56
You know, guys, this, this is good news for silver investors
• 31:02
in gold and copper, OK? But you got to think about
• 31:05
silver like this. Silver is a split personality,
• 31:09
right? Silver is half monetary, right?
• 31:13
The purple side of that like gold and silver is half
• 31:17
industrial. I would almost argue that
• 31:19
silver, which is fine, right? So silver's half an half half of
• 31:23
silver's demand. And, and I don't know the
• 31:27
specific numbers, but let's just say silver.
• 31:29
A big part of silver's demand comes from investors.
• 31:32
The other part comes from industry.
• 31:36
OK, so silver is like half copper and half gold.
• 31:40
And if you look at the prices of both of those metals, they both
• 31:44
have been near all time highs. We even had a copper squeeze
• 31:48
like 5-6 weeks ago. Gold we know is bumping against
• 31:52
all time highs. But think about this right?
• 31:55
So, so both the metals that silver is half related to have
• 31:59
been near all time highs. But would you, would you agree
• 32:03
with the statement that the fundamentals supporting silver
• 32:09
as a monetary metal and also supporting silver as an
• 32:12
industrial metal are actually better than copper and gold?
• 32:16
I would, I would, right? I love gold, I love copper.
• 32:19
Nothing you know, against, but I would argue so you've got silver
• 32:24
with better fundamentals, but only not even, you know, half
• 32:29
right in nominal terms, half of its all time high.
• 32:32
It's really crazy. Hold on, we're going back in The
• 32:36
Time Machine here. There's those 800,000.
• 32:39
Oh, look at this. This, this is one we got to look
• 32:41
at. This one will make your blood
• 32:43
  boil. A little diversion.
• 32:46
OK, This is Woodrow Wilson, old Woodrow.
• 32:50
He's the guy that signed the legislation that created the
• 32:54
United States Federal Reserve. The the the the expert printer
• 32:58
of Unicorn fart dust, right. Paper money has destroyed the
• 33:01
middle class in America. This is what he said like a year
• 33:06
or, I don't know, five years after he after he got out of
• 33:10
being the president and, and, and this is in regards to his
• 33:13
decision or that he allowed the Federal Reserve to be created.
• 33:17
He said, I am a most unhappy man.
• 33:21
I have unwittingly ruined my country.
• 33:24
A great industrial nation is now controlled by its system of
• 33:29
credit. Credit, guys, credit the dollar.
• 33:35
OK, Unfortunately, right, I've got a, I've got a silver
• 33:40
certificate here. When when the dollar was backed
• 33:42
by silver, was backed by gold. Right now the dollar is nothing
• 33:45
but credit. It's a system of credit.
• 33:48
We are no longer a government by free opinion, no longer a
• 33:53
government by conviction, the vote of the majority, but a
• 33:57
government by the opinion and duress of a small group of
• 34:02
dominant men. I don't know what duress means.
• 34:05
I'm going to be honest with you. Hold on here.
• 34:06
Let's look this up. See if I can ask Google.
• 34:09
Hey Google, what does duress mean?
• 34:14
Here's the definition of duress. Threats, violence, constraints,
• 34:18
or other action brought to bear on someone to do something
• 34:21
against their will or better judgement.
• 34:24
  Wow. Threats, violence, constraints
• 34:26
or other. This is strong words.
• 34:28
Action brought to pair, brought to bear on someone to do
• 34:33
something against their will or better judgement.
• 34:36
Oh, my God. I just dropped Susie.
• 34:39
Sorry about that, guys. All right, let's go back.
• 34:44
Let's go back. I want to go back to this.
• 34:46
  Long way back. Hold on.
• 34:48
Here. There's our there's the price
• 34:52
  here. Here's what happens.
• 34:54
There it is. Here it is.
• 34:56
But this is what happens to the price of silver when you have a
• 35:00
  currency crisis. This is Argentina.
• 35:04
OK, 2014, the an ounce of silver cost 122 Argentine pesos.
• 35:13
That's ten years ago. OK, 11, whatever.
• 35:16
OK, 122 when we get to let's say, what is that 2024 range?
• 35:25
All right, 8700 pesos. That was what 10 years later,
• 35:31
the price went up by 7000% measured in Argentine pesos and
• 35:37
I think it went all the way as high as 20,000.
• 35:39
Somebody could look it up if they like and let us know.
• 35:42
That's, that's what Woodrow Wilson was talking about there.
• 35:46
All right, there's the dollar index.
• 35:48
Guys, this is good news. Could you could you just open
• 35:52
your mind for one second and come with me on this journey as
• 35:56
we realize that the DXY, the strong dollar is actually strong
• 36:03
support for the gold price and the silver price because the
• 36:07
dollar has been so strong, right?
• 36:10
Well, that goes back to 1985. That's what 40 years that we've
• 36:15
had this this dollar DXY index that we could track.
• 36:19
But guess what, guys, the dollar is, is, is near nose bleed
• 36:23
historical levels. But, but consider right,
• 36:29
consider right. You might be wondering, well,
• 36:31
what does that mean for the price of gold?
• 36:33
What does that mean for the price of silver?
• 36:35
It's going to be hard for the DXY index to go much higher,
• 36:38
right? And, and, and there's lessening
• 36:41
demand for the dollar in the world.
• 36:44
But from a historical basis, we're in history right now.
• 36:48
We have all time highs. Let me tell you something.
• 36:51
Let me tell you something. If we'd sat down, you and I with
• 36:53
one of these fancy analysts from Goldman Sachs or what's that
• 36:58
other company, everybody doesn't like JP Morgan or any of the big
• 37:02
fancy companies. If we sat down with them ten
• 37:05
years ago and we told them, well, this is what's going to
• 37:08
happen to the DXY index in the next 10 years and what do you
• 37:12
think they would say that we would have gold at like 14112
• 37:16
hundred $800 per oz. Silver would be at $12.00.
• 37:20
Guys, this is good news. Hopefully this hopefully this
• 37:24
computes for you the fact that we've had such strong metals
• 37:28
prizes over the last year and where we sit right now in the
• 37:33
face of a strong dollar is a good thing.
• 37:37
And here's another way to look at it.
• 37:39
I shoot. Oh man, hold on here.
• 37:43
Let me fix this for you Stay with me.
• 37:45
This is critical for you to see, OK?
• 37:47
That's the dollar index, same time frame all the way back over
• 37:51
here to 1985. Here's where we are today.
• 37:53
Here's where we are. I'm going to draw for you the
• 37:57
period of time when we had a higher DXY index.
• 38:02
I'm going to do it nice and slow right there.
• 38:04
So that was, I don't know, a couple years ago, and I looked
• 38:09
at this earlier right here. OK, that was about two years
• 38:16
back, around the year 2000. That's the only time the dollar
• 38:19
index has been higher. And don't forget, the dollar
• 38:22
index is just that's like comparing a bunch of turds on
• 38:27
the toilet. I can't say it any other way.
• 38:29
It's like comparing the worst three worst cars in the world's
• 38:32
  worst used car lot. OK.
• 38:34
So the fact that we have had a massive, massive rally in the
• 38:39
metals prices in the face of this strong dollar, right, is
• 38:44
very good because the path of least, think about it, the
• 38:48
dollar's hardly ever this high, right?
• 38:51
So the path of least resistance, it's a comparison between, it's
• 38:55
not like an index. It's not like the S&P 500
• 38:58
working just go up and up and up forever.
• 39:00
No, it's a comparison. It's like a seesaw, OK, when the
• 39:04
dollar goes up, the euro goes down.
• 39:07
When the dollar goes down, the euro goes up.
• 39:08
The dollar can't just keep going up and up and up.
• 39:11
It's seesaws, the path of least the seesaws pretty up, pretty
• 39:15
close to the top. Never really been this high,
• 39:18
only a couple years out of the last 40 years.
• 39:21
So when the seesaw, seesaw Hee Haw starts going down, right,
• 39:27
that will be more of a tailwind, that will be wind in the sails
• 39:32
of that stack of silver that you're looking at right now.
• 39:36
Maybe you have a stack of gold. Whatever you have, it will be
• 39:40
wind in the sails. It will be we that that's why we
• 39:44
here talk about $3000 gold a lot.
• 39:48
You know, people are saying $3000 gold possibly this year,
• 39:51
maybe even next year, right, If the dollar starts to head down
• 39:55
and guys, the world is waking up, right?
• 39:58
Can you feel it? For cowbell I gotta.
• 40:04
  Go. OK, love you.
• 40:06
OK, I'll ring the cowbell here in a minute, guys.
• 40:08
Right. 200 thumbs up. Hey, yeah, I forgot to beg you.
• 40:11
You need 17 more. Oh, OK, I'm begging.
• 40:15
Please give this video a thumbs up.
• 40:18
That helps get the word out to more and more people.
• 40:20
And when we get the 200 thumbs up, I will ring the cowbell.
• 40:24
And thank you for the Super chats.
• 40:26
Of course. Thank you for the silver that
• 40:28
you guys have sent me. I love when I get an ounce or so
• 40:31
silver in the mail. It's awesome.
• 40:32
And what else? You can subscribe that's free.
• 40:37
I've never charged anything. Oh, Susie.
• 40:40
  All right. Thank you, Susie.
• 40:42
Hold on a second. Hold on, guys.
• 40:46
Susie, you want to say hi to everybody real quickly?
• 40:48
  Yeah. Happy.
• 40:48
Father's Day and. Happy Father's Day.
• 41:06
That's for you. And you know what?
• 41:07
I'm gonna ring it one more time. I haven't done this for a long
• 41:10
time. For our friend Jake, who's also,
• 41:13
I know a great father and there's a lot of great fathers
• 41:17
  out there. Oh yeah.
• 41:19
So guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys.
• 41:22
So here's how the dollar's going to go down.
• 41:24
I'm going to give you the story. I'm going to make it real simple
• 41:29
for you to understand. Because when the dollar goes
• 41:33
down, right, the dollar's already going down in real
• 41:37
value. But when the dollar goes down in
• 41:39
nominal value, right, The seesaw that we talked about, party time
• 41:46
for silver and gold, and here's how it's going to happen.
• 41:48
It'll be real simple. The world, right?
• 41:52
The bricks, we'll just use the bricks as an example.
• 41:55
And the bricks plus, right, half the world's population, 2/3 of
• 41:59
the world's commerce, all that great stuff they own all the
• 42:02
world's oil, blah, blah, blah, you know, whatever.
• 42:04
We've got a lot here, I know, no doubt about it.
• 42:06
But when they realize, right, and when they, when they pull
• 42:11
the plug, which they're doing on the dollar, I wanna, I wanna
• 42:15
remind you of something. Let's go.
• 42:18
Let's go on a little field trip back here.
• 42:21
This number, the US national debt number one, it's growing.
• 42:27
  See five, there's another 100,000.
• 42:31
We got another 100,000 and we got one more 100,000.
• 42:36
That number is growing, OK, and it's massive.
• 42:40
So here's the way it works. Got it.
• 42:43
You got to you got to set that foundation.
• 42:46
So the US government has to refinance.
• 42:49
I hear different terms, like 1/3 of that in the next year, two
• 42:52
  years, whatever, $10 trillion, right?
• 42:54
They got to go out to the market and say, hey, Saudi Arabia, hey
• 42:58
China, hey, all the different countries of the world.
• 43:03
Remember, you need to buy our debt because we're the world's
• 43:07
superpower and you need dollars, right?
• 43:10
You need dollars to, to shore up your balance sheet.
• 43:14
And they're saying no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
• 43:18
no. The, the, the, no matter what
• 43:23
path you go down, right? So the then, then the government
• 43:26
says, well, we'll pay you a higher interest rate.
• 43:27
We'll pay you a higher interest rate.
• 43:28
Well, that if they, if the government says, if Janet says
• 43:32
we'll pay a higher interest rate, that higher interest rate
• 43:35
will crash the banks, OK, That higher interest rate, and we're
• 43:38
going to talk about that real briefly here.
• 43:40
Before, before, before, after I talk about this, that higher
• 43:45
interest rate will crash the banks.
• 43:46
That higher interest rate will make that debt grow even faster
• 43:51
and faster, OK. That higher interest rate will
• 43:54
kill corporate profits 'cause they got a lot of debt.
• 43:57
That higher interest rate will kill you, right, 'cause on
• 44:01
average Americans, the consumer has a lot of debt and the
• 44:06
consumer who's the backbone of the US economy.
• 44:10
So then what happens? Well, then Jerome, this guy, hi.
• 44:15
Jerome says don't worry, don't worry, I'll buy the debt.
• 44:20
I'll just print some money out of nothing.
• 44:22
Has he done that in the past? Heck, yes.
• 44:24
When they start printing, right? That's when the value of the
• 44:29
dollar, that's when the seesaw starts to go down.
• 44:32
That's when more people wake up to the fact that we are in a
• 44:36
debt spiral. There's no way around it.
• 44:39
I don't like it. You didn't do it.
• 44:41
  I didn't do it. But it's a scary situation.
• 44:43
It's a very, very, very scary situation.
• 44:47
And if they try to lower, you know, are they going to lower
• 44:49
  rates? Yeah.
• 44:50
If they lower rates, sure. Lower interest rates, Nobody's
• 44:53
going to buy the debt. Nobody's going to want it,
• 44:55
Right. And the, and the government has
• 44:57
to sell so much debt again, right?
• 45:00
And if they lower interest rates, that's going to ignite
• 45:03
  inflation. It's, there's no, there's no
• 45:05
other way around it, OK. The BRICS countries, they don't
• 45:09
want the dollars. And I think a lot of us can
• 45:13
understand why they necessarily are, are, are moving away from
• 45:16
the dollar, right? But Remember, Remember, this is
• 45:20
  key. They want each other's
• 45:22
currencies even less, right? They trust.
• 45:25
They trust the dollar more than they trust anything.
• 45:28
But they don't trust the dollar. What do they trust?
• 45:30
What's worked? Oh, here, let's go to this guy.
• 45:33
Let's just let's just hold on here.
• 45:36
So what do they trust? Who should we listen to?
• 45:39
  Where is he? Hold on.
• 45:41
I think I got him. There he is.
• 45:44
  Here. Him.
• 45:49
  Remember him? Alan Greenspan.
• 45:52
OK, he says in the absence of the gold standard, there's no
• 45:55
way to prevent confiscation of savings through inflation.
• 45:59
Wrong. Frank's file, here it is.
• 46:02
This is what I'm talking about, 'cause they don't trust each
• 46:04
other's currencies, he says. Yet gold has a special, has
• 46:08
special properties that no other currency with the possible
• 46:13
exception of silver can claim for more than two millennia, and
• 46:19
  I believe a millennia is 1000 years.
• 46:22
Gold has had virtually unquestioned acceptance as
• 46:26
payment. It has never required the credit
• 46:29
guarantee of a third party. So there you have it.
• 46:34
That's the future, right? That's the future for gold.
• 46:38
Maybe, you know, some people like to say crypto, whatever.
• 46:41
Well, you know, I think I'll side with Alan Greenspan.
• 46:44
Hey guys, thanks for being here. Thanks for being part of the
• 46:47
  basement. Happy Father's Day.
• 46:49
Thank you for the Super chats. Thank you for the support and
• 46:52
love, and I'll see you soon. Have a great day.
