- 0:31Speaker 2: Welcome back, everybody to another Stay out of my fridge.
- 0:37Speaker 2: It's getting pretty cold where we are. It's almost to
- 0:39Speaker 2: the point where we don't even need a fridge. We
- 0:41Speaker 2: can just keep all of our milk and all of
- 0:42Speaker 2: our stuff right out on the porch. Season that's a
- 0:46Speaker 2: weird season. But joining me this week is the one
- 0:50Speaker 2: the only Ah, what's up girl, I'm in the house,
- 0:55Speaker 2: she's in the hose. Stay on my fridge. It's sure
- 0:59Speaker 2: as different these days, isn't that we don't have the
- 1:02Speaker 2: old co host? Because life is busy, and it turns
- 1:04Speaker 2: out and you have a bunch of kids, life is busy.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I can relate to that, can I. Yeah, And obviously
- 1:10Speaker 2: that's Isla. You can't see her on camera because we
- 1:12Speaker 2: have not got our fifty thousand dollars yet, and she
- 1:15Speaker 2: thinks she's the real star of the show.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Dollars dollars, right, he said views? He said views, not dollars.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Well either, we didn't have fifty thousand views or fifty
- 1:26Speaker 2: thousand dollars. So you don't get to see her on
- 1:28Speaker 2: camera this week. But there's always next week, right. We
- 1:32Speaker 2: we got a lot to talk about here. The last
- 1:35Speaker 2: couple of weeks have been crazy. We're gonna talk about
- 1:37Speaker 2: the first basketball season, spooky seasons in full swing, fall
- 1:41Speaker 2: vibes are everywhere, and Isla had her first ever Maker
- 1:45Speaker 2: Space adventure. Did I hit all the list? I'm pretty
- 1:49Speaker 2: sure I hit most of the list, right, wah. Yeah.
- 1:51Speaker 2: So it's pretty cool. Not only is Ila super involved
- 1:54Speaker 2: in the show, she's actually trying to co produce the show,
- 1:58Speaker 2: coming up with topics, coming up with everything else like that.
- 2:01Speaker 2: So this is gonna be a good one, huh.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 2:04Speaker 2: And at the time of the recording, we started off
- 2:06Speaker 2: our day with a little bit of a brunch.
- 2:10Speaker 3: Yeah, it was really really good.
- 2:11Speaker 2: Yeah, what do you like? It was that the first
- 2:13Speaker 2: brunch you said you've ever had. I don't think that's true.
- 2:16Speaker 2: It is, I don't think that's cart. What do we
- 2:18Speaker 2: have for brunch cakes? That's it? We just had.
- 2:22Speaker 3: Pancakes and we put like candy, and we.
- 2:24Speaker 2: Had a pancake buffet, like like a little pancake bar
- 2:28Speaker 2: where you could make your own. Yeah, yeah, would you
- 2:31Speaker 2: go with?
- 2:31Speaker 3: I went with chocolate chips, sprinkles, whipped cream, peanut butter
- 2:38Speaker 3: and chocolate chips and a piece of chocolate.
- 2:41Speaker 2: That's unreal. We had some bacon kind of bacon, was
- 2:44Speaker 2: it like ft far? No? What what is it? Cinnamon
- 2:50Speaker 2: toast crunch, cinnamon toast crunch, bacon? Interesting? Little fine. It
- 2:54Speaker 2: wasn't bad. It was better than I thought, but not great.
- 2:56Speaker 3: Yeah it was you said it wasn't amaz, but it
- 3:00Speaker 3: was good.
- 3:01Speaker 2: But you don't even like bacon. So what about Kevin Bacon?
- 3:04Speaker 2: Do you like Kevin Bacon?
- 3:05Speaker 3: I don't know what that is.
- 3:06Speaker 2: You don't know who Kevin Bacon is. You ever heard
- 3:08Speaker 2: of the movie Footloose? No?
- 3:10Speaker 3: Is that this movie where the last song footlooses?
- 3:14Speaker 2: Yeah? I would imagine the song Footloos is in the
- 3:16Speaker 2: movie Footloose.
- 3:18Speaker 3: Yes, I haven't watched it, but I know the song.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Okay by heart?
- 3:24Speaker 2: Think you know by heart? Go ahead, go ahead, I'm
- 3:29Speaker 2: calling you out. Go ahead. All right, let's jump into
- 3:34Speaker 2: first basketball game. Right.
- 3:35Speaker 3: It's weird when nobody else is doing.
- 3:37Speaker 2: It, when when nobody else is doing what singing? Oh
- 3:41Speaker 2: it's not that weird. Just me and you and all
- 3:44Speaker 2: of our listeners and followers whatever. We already moved on.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Let's talk about your first basketball game. All right. First,
- 3:50Speaker 2: very very first game. You traveled to a school on
- 3:52Speaker 2: a bus. Yeah, yeah, I can talk.
- 3:56Speaker 3: That's good.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Are you yawning over there? Wake up? It's time.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Yeah. It was really fun. I thought we did overall really.
- 4:05Speaker 2: Good, good fun.
- 4:07Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:07Speaker 2: Then you had your first home game, yeah, which was
- 4:11Speaker 2: more exciting and more fun for you playing at home
- 4:14Speaker 2: in your in your normal school gym or heading and
- 4:16Speaker 2: playing at a different school home. Yeah, you like it better.
- 4:20Speaker 2: Why do you like it better?
- 4:21Speaker 3: Because it was just it's because it's always so exciting
- 4:25Speaker 3: when other schools come to your school, especially the first game,
- 4:29Speaker 3: because you're like, wow, this is representing our school. We
- 4:32Speaker 3: better try to play as best as we can because
- 4:35Speaker 3: this is representing our school. Okay, sorry, I don't know
- 4:39Speaker 3: why I would say do it.
- 4:40Speaker 2: I don't know why you're tapping the chair so aggressively.
- 4:42Speaker 2: What are you now the coach or think you're the coach?
- 4:45Speaker 3: No?
- 4:46Speaker 2: Interesting? All right, So any highlights, any memories, anything about
- 4:50Speaker 2: the game.
- 4:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I thought we did pretty good, staying on our girl,
- 4:54Speaker 3: like we called it. We said, I'm just gonna throw
- 4:57Speaker 3: it around them number at thirty six, and then you like,
- 5:02Speaker 3: go on that girl, and we stayed on that girl
- 5:05Speaker 3: up for the rest of the game.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Yeah, it's good. It's good. And you got to see
- 5:09Speaker 2: me coach a team in the same league that you're in. Huh,
- 5:13Speaker 2: what do you think?
- 5:14Speaker 3: I thought it was cool.
- 5:16Speaker 2: Yeah, and we actually play each other this week, don't yes,
- 5:21Speaker 2: coach Beard Versailah. You think it's gonna be fun. Yeah,
- 5:25Speaker 2: it's gonna be weird to see me coaching against you.
- 5:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 5:28Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, I'm gonna heckle you. You don't even know
- 5:34Speaker 2: what heckle means, do you. I don't, So don't look
- 5:37Speaker 2: at me like that. I'm just kidding. It's gonna be
- 5:39Speaker 2: a lot of fun. We'll make sure to have fun
- 5:41Speaker 2: with it, right, Yeah, Yeah, awesome. Anything else about basketball?
- 5:46Speaker 3: M not really, No, that's it.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Remember, be confident, have fun, and continually get better. It's
- 5:53Speaker 2: gonna be a looking forward to getting to watch you
- 5:56Speaker 2: progress over the season. It's gonna be fun, right, nice?
- 6:02Speaker 3: All right?
- 6:02Speaker 2: What do you want you want to You want to
- 6:03Speaker 2: talk fall and spooky season? Yeah, all right, let's move
- 6:07Speaker 2: over because you know what spooky seasons? Here? What's the
- 6:10Speaker 2: first thing that pops in your brain when you think
- 6:13Speaker 2: fall and spooky season? Ready? Go pumpkin pumpkin? Oh? What
- 6:17Speaker 2: about pumpkin? What about pumpkin?
- 6:19Speaker 3: Mean pumpkin pie?
- 6:20Speaker 2: You like pumpkin pie? Why do you love pumpkin pie?
- 6:25Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 6:26Speaker 2: I don't have I seen you eat pumpkin pie.
- 6:29Speaker 3: I eat at my school because we never have it.
- 6:31Speaker 2: Yeah, because it's disgusting.
- 6:33Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 6:34Speaker 2: It's gross. What do you put on it?
- 6:36Speaker 3: I put cream?
- 6:38Speaker 2: Interesting?
- 6:38Speaker 3: So I like apple pie. Now we're talking apple pie
- 6:42Speaker 3: and pumpkin.
- 6:43Speaker 2: Pie, pie and pumpkin pie.
- 6:45Speaker 3: Well, my school has their Thanksgiving dinner. I always got
- 6:49Speaker 3: through like meal that they like the special meal, which
- 6:53Speaker 3: is turkey. I think it's turkey.
- 6:57Speaker 2: I don't know what color it is. It whitish or
- 7:00Speaker 2: is it pinkish.
- 7:01Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure it's turky okay, And there's that little
- 7:07Speaker 3: there's corn, and there's rice in this one saying that
- 7:14Speaker 3: I have last year, it's like brown rice with like
- 7:16Speaker 3: a bunch of other adms with like soy sauce.
- 7:19Speaker 2: And I think, so are you talking Thanksgiving? We're not
- 7:22Speaker 2: there yet. We're in spooky season Thanksgiving.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Talking about like when we I always get that and
- 7:30Speaker 3: then when I on the side, you either get apple
- 7:33Speaker 3: pie or pumpkin pie. I always get pumpkin pie because
- 7:36Speaker 3: that's they always have the best punkin pie.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Really your school, you're going on record saying, hey, it's
- 7:42Speaker 2: the best.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Yes, I'm going to say that because.
- 7:48Speaker 2: Kay all right, So pumpkin was the first thing that
- 7:50Speaker 2: popped in your brain straight to pumpkin pie or pumpkin
- 7:53Speaker 2: It's like, hey, the orange pumpkins, like our uncle Stevie
- 7:56Speaker 2: over there in a seven thousand pumpkins.
- 7:59Speaker 3: Yeah, pumps. But then you said, why are you pumpkins?
- 8:03Speaker 3: So I said punkin pie?
- 8:04Speaker 2: So I think of what about carving pumpkins? You a
- 8:07Speaker 2: big fan of that?
- 8:08Speaker 3: Oh yeah, last year? Go check out that video, by.
- 8:12Speaker 2: The way, check it out we did a live pumpkin carving,
- 8:16Speaker 2: didn't we?
- 8:16Speaker 3: Uh huh? And was to say, if you were to
- 8:20Speaker 3: go and watch that, you would see my face before
- 8:23Speaker 3: anybody else does. What spoilerler, But you won't get to
- 8:27Speaker 3: know which wants me no, But you'll see like options.
- 8:31Speaker 2: I bet you will say isla and at some point
- 8:34Speaker 2: then you'll talk. I bet you there's pretty smart people
- 8:36Speaker 2: that could figure it out.
- 8:37Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm pretty I carved a pumpkin, but his face
- 8:44Speaker 3: I had, he had dragongle eyes, and I carved a
- 8:47Speaker 3: little red nose.
- 8:48Speaker 2: What is he? The Rudolph of pumpkins?
- 8:50Speaker 3: To see? And I made like little sharp.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Teeth, yeah, to a classic pumpkin.
- 8:56Speaker 3: And my sister like, she decided not too. She decided
- 9:01Speaker 3: to paint and she painted Sally on hers pretty cool,
- 9:06Speaker 3: and Avery did monster.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Oh what did I do?
- 9:10Speaker 3: Think a ghostbuster?
- 9:12Speaker 2: I don't think so.
- 9:13Speaker 3: I don't remember.
- 9:14Speaker 2: Oh so you remember theirs, but we don't remember mine.
- 9:17Speaker 3: I didn't think you carved one.
- 9:19Speaker 2: If we all did remember anyways.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Right anyways, but what she carved made me think of
- 9:29Speaker 3: when we lived. Me and my mom and my sister
- 9:33Speaker 3: lived in our old house before we lived with you.
- 9:37Speaker 3: We used to paint our pumpkins most of the time,
- 9:41Speaker 3: and I painted like random colors and I put fevers
- 9:44Speaker 3: and stuff on them. And my mom one year made
- 9:47Speaker 3: like the sky from a scary movie. And I remember
- 9:51Speaker 3: walking outside every day and jumping because I saw it
- 9:54Speaker 3: and it scared me so bad. We watched hocus Pocus
- 9:57Speaker 3: while we carved them. We always watched it. We watched
- 10:00Speaker 3: hocus Pocus the day before Halloween and like no, a
- 10:06Speaker 3: few days before Halloween, and we would do We would
- 10:11Speaker 3: watch the night before Christmas, the night of before Halloween.
- 10:17Speaker 2: That's pretty cool.
- 10:19Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 10:20Speaker 2: Are you looking forward to carving and pumpkin again this year?
- 10:23Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 10:23Speaker 2: Do you have a plan in your brain or are you
- 10:25Speaker 2: just gonna see what happens when?
- 10:26Speaker 3: I like this year because I'm more matured and stuff.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Sure you are?
- 10:30Speaker 3: I am sure. I'm going to look up a drawing
- 10:33Speaker 3: and try to do it. I might do bows. I
- 10:36Speaker 3: think that would be crue. I'm gonna make earphone I
- 10:41Speaker 3: want to make I'm gonna make like a like I
- 10:43Speaker 3: want to make like a face and then put pigtails
- 10:47Speaker 3: and then put a bowl in the pig tails.
- 10:52Speaker 2: How are you going to pull that off? I guess
- 10:54Speaker 2: we'll have to wait and see. Huh.
- 10:55Speaker 3: I'm good at that kind of.
- 10:56Speaker 2: Stuff, are you? Yeah? Pumpkin in all right? What do
- 11:03Speaker 2: you think of for Halloween costume? You got a plan yet?
- 11:06Speaker 3: I have a few plans.
- 11:07Speaker 2: Do you want to talk about it? Or is a
- 11:08Speaker 2: secret secret? I got a secret.
- 11:11Speaker 3: I'm either going to be a clown, oh you are
- 11:14Speaker 3: a clown, or I'm going to be scream But I
- 11:19Speaker 3: kind of want to bedazzle because I've seen somebody dazzled
- 11:24Speaker 3: or whole mask and it looks so beautiful.
- 11:27Speaker 2: The scream mask. You just you're gonna bedazzle a scream
- 11:30Speaker 2: mask and you think a scary bedazzled screen mass is beautiful.
- 11:34Speaker 3: It would be so pretty, okay, And they make like
- 11:38Speaker 3: pink ones. And I'm so sad because near us we
- 11:42Speaker 3: did have a Spirit Halloween, but then they moved our
- 11:46Speaker 3: shoe department there and now we don't have a Spirit Halloween,
- 11:51Speaker 3: which I every year I go there to pick out it.
- 11:53Speaker 3: But I don't like searching online because I've seen a
- 11:57Speaker 3: bunch of videos where people like order like address for
- 12:00Speaker 3: it's just a homecoming. They order a dress and they
- 12:02Speaker 3: think it's gonna look so beautiful, and then when it
- 12:04Speaker 3: comes in the mail it's not as pretty as it is.
- 12:07Speaker 2: I like it. There's probably a spirit Halloween and Watertown
- 12:11Speaker 2: we might be able to go to, I know, but like.
- 12:14Speaker 3: There's only two weeks.
- 12:17Speaker 2: Well you're waiting. What about? We have the woalfarts around us,
- 12:21Speaker 2: so they probably have a decent collection, right, I don't
- 12:25Speaker 2: know what that is wafert Walmart? Yeah? Interesting? Right? So
- 12:33Speaker 2: what else are you thinking of? A clown or scream
- 12:37Speaker 2: is dazzled?
- 12:38Speaker 3: Or I could recreate one of my costumes when I
- 12:41Speaker 3: was little. I could do a cop because when I boring,
- 12:45Speaker 3: because when I was little, I did a cop and
- 12:48Speaker 3: then we could That would be so cute if mom
- 12:52Speaker 3: was winning the pool again and my sister was a
- 12:54Speaker 3: zombie girl again a year later, and then we could
- 12:58Speaker 3: recreate our pictures. Mom would be holding me on her
- 13:01Speaker 3: like side, and then I'd be like, I do this.
- 13:06Speaker 2: Hmmm, they can't see you. You're not.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Can you put your fingers.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Put your hands up. There's no chance you're gonna get
- 13:14Speaker 2: You can't recreate it, right, you're not if it hasn't
- 13:17Speaker 2: been that long that you're in recreat I was, yeah,
- 13:21Speaker 2: we all I was a baby too. No, I mean, yes,
- 13:24Speaker 2: I was.
- 13:24Speaker 3: I mean when I was, like, did the cop I
- 13:27Speaker 3: was a baby?
- 13:29Speaker 2: Gotcha? I think you can do something you haven't done.
- 13:32Speaker 2: That's my vote. Come up with something original. I feel
- 13:35Speaker 2: like having a homemade Halloween costume is so much cooler
- 13:39Speaker 2: than just going and buying one at a store.
- 13:42Speaker 3: I know, but we don't have time to do homemade.
- 13:45Speaker 2: We do if you come up with an idea. At
- 13:47Speaker 2: the time of the recording, we still got like almost
- 13:49Speaker 2: twenty days. That's a lot of time. That's almost three weeks.
- 13:52Speaker 2: So you got to think of something outside the box.
- 13:54Speaker 2: I could do Pippylns talking good, kind of boring original,
- 13:58Speaker 2: What don't stare at me like that? Keep thinking ideas.
- 14:01Speaker 3: I really want to do, like an alien where that
- 14:05Speaker 3: one kid is like, I can do really good acting
- 14:09Speaker 3: of that. I grab onto because it looks like the
- 14:14Speaker 3: onlin is taking the kid a wed.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Oh one of those inflatable ones. Yeah, so you did
- 14:19Speaker 2: an inflatable last year, didn't you.
- 14:21Speaker 3: Yeah, but I like inflatable. So you grab onto the
- 14:24Speaker 3: wall and you he and then you run away.
- 14:27Speaker 2: You got to think of something that nobody else in
- 14:29Speaker 2: your school and nobody else the five other people in
- 14:32Speaker 2: your class are going to do. You gotta come up
- 14:34Speaker 2: with something original.
- 14:35Speaker 3: I could be, I could get I could be an elf. No,
- 14:40Speaker 3: that's wrong, Jason. I don't know. Maybe I'll have to
- 14:43Speaker 3: think about it.
- 14:44Speaker 2: I think you should think about it.
- 14:46Speaker 3: What if I was a zombie.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Girl boring and unoriginal.
- 14:50Speaker 3: A zombie cheerleader boring?
- 14:52Speaker 2: It could be like so many people are zombie cheerleaders.
- 14:55Speaker 3: I want to be like my sister at all.
- 14:58Speaker 2: It's good to be like your sister, but she's already
- 14:59Speaker 2: done that. Let's see here, top, let's top, let's go
- 15:04Speaker 2: top twenty girls Halloween costumes. What do you think they're
- 15:10Speaker 2: going to be?
- 15:12Speaker 3: First? One? Probably like for you because that that girl
- 15:17Speaker 3: is so so trendy right now? Who Freya Scott? Who's
- 15:23Speaker 3: that's that played Freya and met Nova in Jommy's.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Four We'll go to Halloween Costumes dot com. Apparently the
- 15:33Speaker 2: most popular is Harley Quinn, tinker Bell, Mowana, Wednesday, Star Wars, Ray,
- 15:41Speaker 2: Winnie the Pooh, ariel More Wednesday, Harry Potter, Leelo, Lilo,
- 15:45Speaker 2: Lilo and Stitch or whatever, ELSA Chuckie, a Shark.
- 15:52Speaker 3: I could do Chucky's bride.
- 15:54Speaker 2: You walk an angel a Ninja a Dalmatian, The Blues
- 15:58Speaker 2: Clues dog a Ninja Mare Disney Mark Disney Mark Disney.
- 16:05Speaker 3: I could be brought Chucky's Bride.
- 16:09Speaker 2: That's on that popular thing. That's what everybody's gonna do.
- 16:11Speaker 2: All right, We're gonna think outside the box. If anybody
- 16:14Speaker 2: listening has an idea of something original and not so
- 16:18Speaker 2: boring down in the comments, Yeah, what she said. All right,
- 16:24Speaker 2: let's talk about maker space. Yes, all right, tell everybody
- 16:27Speaker 2: what maker space is.
- 16:29Speaker 3: It's where you try to work on your creativity. So
- 16:32Speaker 3: you no phones, no nothing allowed. It's after school on monesdays,
- 16:37Speaker 3: and you have to you you can't like, you have
- 16:41Speaker 3: to use your imagination and you get to sew and
- 16:47Speaker 3: I'm showing third and I also you also get to
- 16:54Speaker 3: play with toys and stuff. It's really fun. And like
- 16:58Speaker 3: I played with sand and this cube thing. So you
- 17:02Speaker 3: take little mats and they have colors. You have to
- 17:05Speaker 3: make like a code and then your little robot car. No,
- 17:15Speaker 3: you don't have a remote control. It has to follow
- 17:21Speaker 3: the track. And if it's messed up, then so you
- 17:26Speaker 3: have to remake it. And then you at the end,
- 17:29Speaker 3: if you put like a purple one that will make
- 17:33Speaker 3: it spin.
- 17:34Speaker 2: It's really cool, like spin, like like a top.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Yeah, and me and my me and my friend made
- 17:41Speaker 3: a really really big track the other day and it
- 17:44Speaker 3: was really cool. And then my other friend made an
- 17:49Speaker 3: infidity one. So they just put pink because pink turns.

- 18:18Speaker 2: I don't know if you're quite there yet. Have you
- 18:20Speaker 2: ever sewn?
- 18:21Speaker 3: What could you do? I could be Dowarthy from Wizard
- 18:26Speaker 3: of Oss. Nobody's ever going to be that. Nobody's going
- 18:29Speaker 3: to be that anymore because it's so old.
- 18:32Speaker 2: It was probably made around the time your mom was around, right.
- 18:37Speaker 3: Yeah, but people like there's new tunding things and you

- 19:20Speaker 3: and she has a little dress on it. It's like
- 19:24Speaker 3: picnic thing, but it's picnic pattern, but it's blue. The

- 20:46Speaker 2: time traveler twist with a fake wrist gadget and silver accents.
- 20:51Speaker 3: That would be so cool.
- 20:52Speaker 2: That's pretty cool, right, A hot cocoa witch instead of
