- 0:00Hello, good morning, welcome.
- 0:01I'm Samuel Trapp.
- 0:02This is International Flavor.
- 0:04You are listening to damradio.com.
- 0:08Very glad to have you this morning.
- 0:10I actually got some sleep last night.
- 0:14So, you know, there's a switch.
- 0:17Pretty crazy.
- 0:19But it's pretty sad because I never sleep.
- 0:22And on the days that I do sleep,
- 0:23it's like, yeah, I'm ready to go and
- 0:24some kind of lunatic.
- 0:26And all I do is work.
- 0:28I wanted to let you know, before I
- 0:29get started on my topic today, that tomorrow
- 0:33is Civic Outlaws Day here on Dam Radio
- 0:39in our program.
- 0:42Why does it always, why does something feel
- 0:43echoey in here?
- 0:44I don't know what's going on.
- 0:46But it is.
- 0:47It is echoey.
- 0:48And I don't like it.
- 0:50At any rate, tomorrow is Civic Outlaws Day.
- 0:54And I have another analysis, another bit of
- 0:57an article.
- 0:58As you know, our focus for the last,
- 1:03oh, gee, several months, and then a couple
- 1:06of, we have several topics that we're working
- 1:08on.
- 1:08The two most important, well, there's three.
- 1:13One is licensing in general, issues that I
- 1:15spoke about here.
- 1:16The other one is legislative action to expand
- 1:22the police state, in my view.
- 1:25I noticed that in my email this morning,
- 1:29when I checked it, I got a response
- 1:33to the Sunshine request that I sent out
- 1:36to Representative Benny Cook.
- 1:41I haven't read it yet.
- 1:42I haven't uploaded anything.
- 1:43I haven't checked out any of the documents
- 1:45he sent me or what the answer is.
- 1:47Nothing.
- 1:48I chose, since I didn't have the time
- 1:50to look at it and give it any
- 1:51respect, I chose not to.
- 1:54And, but I will after the show.
- 1:56And I'll go dig in.
- 1:58I've already written another article regarding one of
- 2:01his, one of his, another sponsored bill that
- 2:05he has done.
- 2:09Where's this echoing coming from?
- 2:11It's driving me crazy.
- 2:13Anyway, the, I've written this article.
- 2:17And this one is, with the help of
- 2:19glasses, I can tell you what it is.
- 2:23And so for tomorrow's show, I'll be going
- 2:26through my fifth article.
- 2:28And this one's kind of a combination.
- 2:31There's two, there's a Senate bill and a
- 2:34House bill.
- 2:35The Senate bill's the companion of the House
- 2:37bill.
- 2:38And it's about ATC.
- 2:39The House bill is 3154.
- 2:41The Senate bill is 1407.
- 2:43And basically it's, it's really interesting to me.
- 2:48And I don't have any concrete convictions.
- 2:50I have my first impressions of it.
- 2:53And my first impressions are, I don't like
- 2:55it.
- 2:56I think anything, and if you get to
- 2:58know me, you will know that I don't
- 3:00like the expansion of state power.
- 3:02I just don't like it.
- 3:03I believe they have enough power.
- 3:04They don't need any more.
- 3:06I believe the bureaucrat needs to tone it
- 3:09down a little bit and turn into an
- 3:11administrator like they're supposed to be.
- 3:13And not a, not, geez, I'm God's gift
- 3:16to the planet because I happen to run
- 3:18an agency.
- 3:19You know, hell with you.
- 3:20No offense, but who cares?
- 3:25What makes you God's gift to the planet?
- 3:28You're not.
- 3:29None of us are.
- 3:31It's live and let live.
- 3:33You need to work with people and allow
- 3:36people to expand their own dreams, not just
- 3:39you and yours.
- 3:40And if you're in the bureaucrat position because
- 3:42it's the easy route, well, I don't have
- 3:45as much respect for you as I would
- 3:46have somebody else.
- 3:47You know, when I look at a bureaucrat,
- 3:49the sad truth is, is I see a
- 3:51person who's learned how to kiss ass or
- 3:54has had people kiss ass up to them.
- 3:56That's how you get there.
- 3:58Truthfully, there's no other.
- 4:00You get your positions because you're connected.
- 4:04That's why people that aren't connected, we get
- 4:07a bitch from the sidelines.
- 4:08And that's how it works.
- 4:11That's America.
- 4:12That's mostly every other country on the planet,
- 4:15too.
- 4:16It doesn't matter the form of government.
- 4:18The government is not your friend.
- 4:21Very seldom is that the case.
- 4:24And the government, just because they're not out
- 4:27to get you, doesn't mean you shouldn't be
- 4:30paranoid.
- 4:33It's a simple equation.
- 4:35And I'm telling you, things that expand the
- 4:38power of the police state drive me crazy.
- 4:42But that is not my topic for today.
- 4:44But tomorrow's article will be.
- 4:46It's called, and I've already written it.
- 4:48It's done.
- 4:48It's Civic Outlaws Series, Article No.
- 4:515, House Bill 3154, Senate Bill 1407, the
- 4:5610% owner drag net and the return
- 4:59of discretionary licensing policy.
- 5:02This is B.S. This is not.
- 5:04This is.
- 5:05These are not good bills.
- 5:07And you should be sending things to your
- 5:10representatives and saying, look, anything that expands the
- 5:14power of the state, I'm not for it.
- 5:16And, you know, the only thing they listen
- 5:18to is losing their position, unfortunately.
- 5:22But that means you got to participate.
- 5:25And I don't claim to be the greatest
- 5:27of participants in my life, but I make
- 5:30my opinions known.
- 5:31But most of the time for me, it's
- 5:33more of a, well, there you go.
- 5:35I've understood this ever since I served in
- 5:38the military and watched the B.S. that
- 5:40went on at the very high levels as
- 5:43a diplomatic interpreter.
- 5:44I'm telling you, I got some stories about
- 5:46those.
- 5:47I have some horror stories about those times.
- 5:50I had fun in it.
- 5:51I enjoyed it.
- 5:52But boy, they made it difficult.
- 5:55And that's the problem is a government made
- 5:59up of sycophantic a-holes who just want
- 6:05to improve their power and get to the
- 6:08next level.
- 6:08And they're lifelong bureaucrats with no ambition except
- 6:13to be a lifelong bureaucrat.
- 6:16Now, a lifelong administrator, that I can respect.
- 6:20But a lifelong, I am more important than
- 6:23the system, I'm against.
- 6:26And so I will call it out if
- 6:29I see it that way, because I don't
- 6:32like it.
- 6:34And so that's what I will do anyway.
- 6:35But that is not my topic for today.
- 6:37My topic for today is back on the
- 6:39international thing.
- 6:40I watched some pretty cool, several of them,
- 6:43and I'm going to share them with you
- 6:45because it's important.
- 6:47Everybody knows that I watch religiously, just like
- 6:51I do watch news and events and stories
- 6:57and YouTube and telegram and things like that
- 7:01from the Western point of view.
- 7:03I also watch it from different points of
- 7:07view, Al Jazeera, Times of India, Moscow Times,
- 7:13that I participated and watch.
- 7:17I watch especially Russian language programming news channels.
- 7:22They have a 60 minutes, which is a
- 7:24good one that's really longer than 60 minutes.
- 7:26It was like two, three hours.
- 7:28And so it's hard to get through the
- 7:3060 minutes when it's really not 60 minutes.
- 7:33I read Russian newspapers.
- 7:34I'm kind of partial to Ukraina.ru and
- 7:38RT, because RT you can do in Russian
- 7:42and in English.
- 7:43The Russian version is better.
- 7:44And if you do the Russian Ukraina.ru,
- 7:48one of the reasons I like them is
- 7:49because they publish my articles.
- 7:51And they've published four or five of them
- 7:53in Russian over there.
- 7:55And so I'm kind of impartial to them.
- 7:59And they have opinions, which I like.
- 8:01And I met those people when I was
- 8:02at Kazan for the BRICS conference a couple
- 8:04of years ago, a year and a half.
- 8:06So anyway, I follow, I try to get
- 8:09it as much as possible from the horse's
- 8:11mouth.
- 8:12I don't like, I listen to other interpretations
- 8:16and I like doing it.
- 8:18But it's mostly to say, oh, this is
- 8:20some of the topics that people are talking
- 8:22about.
- 8:23I've picked three things for today to go
- 8:25over with you.
- 8:26And they're all war related, but not from
- 8:30the war point of view or from the
- 8:32war issue, but from the effects of the
- 8:35war, the economics of it all.
- 8:37And Vladimir Putin yesterday gave an interview to
- 8:42one of the Russian channels.
- 8:45I think it was Channel One, Peter V.
- 8:48Kannel, and I think, but I'm not positive.
- 8:51I know I've seen that reporter before.
- 8:53And he, you know, he's a young man
- 8:57and he's pretty good.
- 8:58So I'm telling you, I'm looking, and I
- 9:01want to take this from the point of
- 9:02view, this, in order to begin the show
- 9:05and begin this topic anyway, I want to
- 9:07say the following that, you know, and I've
- 9:09sort of kind of used this before as
- 9:12an analogy, but I'm going to try it
- 9:14again.
- 9:14When I was a young man, I used
- 9:15to play, especially at home, you know, I've
- 9:18grew up with 10 siblings, would have been
- 9:2211, but one passed away.
- 9:23And so when I was younger, I was
- 9:25right in the middle of this, you know,
- 9:26five younger than me, five older.
- 9:29And when I was younger, we used to
- 9:31play a lot of board games, a lot
- 9:32of sports outside too.
- 9:33And one of the most famous games that
- 9:35we played all the time is Risk.
- 9:38It's a classic, you know, Milton Bradley world
- 9:41domination game.
- 9:42Risk is simple.
- 9:43It's an easy game, an easy concept.
- 9:46Once you understand the mechanics and the limitations,
- 9:50there's essentially only one optimal way to play
- 9:54it.
- 9:54Trouble is we all knew it.
- 9:56So it got boring pretty quickly.
- 9:58And if you, you know, you'd either, and
- 9:59the only way to win is all risk
- 10:02right now and take whatever little chunk of
- 10:04either the South American portal or the Australian
- 10:07portal, they've changed the rules.
- 10:09Christmas time, I played it at my son's
- 10:11house and they've changed some of the rules
- 10:13and some of the connections probably to get
- 10:15rid of this particular avenue.
- 10:18But if you didn't pick one of those
- 10:20two options, you weren't going to win.
- 10:22That's all there is to it.
- 10:24You can't defend Europe.
- 10:25Nobody ever starts a land war in Asia.
- 10:28You're not gonna win.
- 10:30And so it's nonsense.
- 10:31But if you start in Australia, you can
- 10:33slowly build and take over the world.
- 10:35It's an economic concept.
- 10:37If you start in South America, you have
- 10:39a fairly good chance, but when's the last
- 10:41time Australia in reality started a war.
- 10:45I mean, seriously, when, when's the last time
- 10:48in South America, other than the United States,
- 10:51when, when did they have war down there?
- 10:53Seriously.
- 10:54I mean, ask yourself that question.
- 10:56We've been involved in all kinds of wars.
- 10:58Wonder who the aggressor is.
- 11:00Who's the aggressive person on the planet?
- 11:03We're protected by two oceans and two allies
- 11:06that we control.
- 11:07Okay.
- 11:08And so the, the, the fact is nobody
- 11:11really, it's, it's not going to be easy
- 11:13for somebody to bring the war to us.
- 11:15So we take it to them because our
- 11:18defensive measures are so powerful that, that, that
- 11:20things have come up and that's what we're
- 11:22doing right now.
- 11:23So, but risk assumes something very convenient.
- 11:26And here's the problem.
- 11:27The, you know, if you don't play one
- 11:29of the, on the actual board game, if
- 11:31you don't pick one of those two strategies,
- 11:32the chances of winning are virtually non-existent.
- 11:37They're very, very tiny.
- 11:38You can still do it, but you got
- 11:40to have somebody who doesn't know what the
- 11:41hell they're doing, or more importantly, luck has
- 11:44to be with you because it's nothing but
- 11:46a dice game.
- 11:48And so the, the, the, but the chances,
- 11:50once you understand the chances of, of rolling
- 11:54a particular number, you know that as well.
- 11:57So sometimes the cards are with you.
- 11:59Sometimes they're not.
- 12:00Anyway, the, there's risk assumes something convenient that
- 12:05the board stays identical.
- 12:06The rules stay identical and every move happens
- 12:11in sequence, meaning not everybody's attacking at once.
- 12:16It's only one, one movement.
- 12:19That's it, but we're in a world.
- 12:22So the net you take in risk, you
- 12:24attack.
- 12:25Next player takes turn.
- 12:26Next player attacks.
- 12:27It's neat.
- 12:28It's orderly and completely unrealistic.
- 12:31There was another war game that I enjoyed
- 12:33much more.
- 12:35I don't remember who did this one.
- 12:37Something Hill.
- 12:38I think I don't remember, but it's called
- 12:41diplomacy and diplomacy was a very different game
- 12:43in diplomacy.
- 12:44All the moves happened simultaneously.
- 12:47Nobody knows what the other players are going
- 12:49to do until the movement of everything, you
- 12:53know, everybody moves at the same time.
- 12:55You have a negotiation phase and you have
- 12:56a moving phase.
- 12:57And so every day you make a move
- 13:00and, and during the day you meet with
- 13:02other players or phone and talk to other
- 13:04players and try to make, make deals or
- 13:08say, you know, what if I did this?
- 13:10What if I did that?
- 13:11And you, you learn, you can negotiate, you
- 13:13can make alliances and you can betray those
- 13:17alliances.
- 13:18And that one is a little bit more
- 13:21interesting for sure.
- 13:23And especially if somebody is prone to saying
- 13:27something, but not following through, you learn that
- 13:30pretty quickly.
- 13:31And you know, but it's a game.
- 13:33You have to kind of leave that out.
- 13:35And the consequences ripple across the whole board
- 13:38all at the same time.
- 13:39That game is much closer to how real
- 13:42world domination actually works.
- 13:46And then, so I watched something pretty, pretty
- 13:49critical last night, this interview of Vladimir Putin,
- 13:51which I'm going to share with you.
- 13:53It's short, five, five, 10 minutes.
- 13:55I think the whole thing that I transcribed
- 13:58is, is eight minutes and I'm as close
- 14:02as possible to the original translation as to
- 14:05the original intent.
- 14:07But something is always lost in translation anyway,
- 14:12the tiny nuances, but I'm trying to get
- 14:14it as close to the way he said
- 14:16it.
- 14:16Okay.
- 14:16Because I watched it, I saw it, I
- 14:18know what he means.
- 14:19And I'm trying to get very close because
- 14:21this is how the world actually works.
- 14:23And this is where there was a second
- 14:25interview I watched with an economist that I
- 14:28follow.
- 14:28And this economist, his name is Mikhail Khazin
- 14:31and he's from Moscow.
- 14:34I think he's a Moscow based economist and
- 14:38very, very, very smart.
- 14:40And remember a lot of these people that
- 14:43are my age who grew up and went
- 14:45to college, went to economic school during the
- 14:49Soviet Union, which was a very, very, very
- 14:51different econ, well, economics degree.
- 14:55I have an economics focus in my degree,
- 14:59which means I took enough to be dangerous
- 15:01of economics, but it's not a full economics.
- 15:04Mine is economics and Russian.
- 15:07And so I'm, I have Russian studies, you
- 15:09know, which is Russian history, Russian culture, Russian
- 15:11stuff like that and university of Illinois.
- 15:14So it's not like I went to God's
- 15:15gift of universities, you know, and then I
- 15:18have a law degree afterward, but economics was
- 15:20basically my base.
- 15:23And so, uh, I like watching how these
- 15:27people think and how Khazin especially thinks.
- 15:30And Mikhail, I'd love to have him on
- 15:31the show.
- 15:31His English sucks, but, uh, I'd like to
- 15:34have him on the show where I thought
- 15:35about interviewing him in Russian and getting something
- 15:37interesting because he's very interesting guy.
- 15:39And he was interviewed by, uh, Vladimir Solovyov.
- 15:44And that's another, I think the interview went
- 15:47forever, but I got a 10, 15 minute
- 15:49segment that I want to share with you
- 15:50because that's important.
- 15:51And, uh, and, and, and I want to
- 15:53talk about the focus.
- 15:54So, uh, because he explained that in the
- 15:57Soviet Union economics was not taught as it
- 16:00is in the West.
- 16:01And he's absolutely right.
- 16:03And it was taught in, in the West
- 16:05economics is all math.
- 16:09Okay.
- 16:09But it's taught as a, in the Soviet
- 16:12Union, it was taught as a political economic
- 16:16model because the state is important in those
- 16:20types of models.
- 16:20And virtually the rest of the world follows
- 16:23those kinds of things in the U S
- 16:25some of Europe, little bit, these Western models
- 16:28of only mathematics presume all these other things
- 16:33that don't necessarily exist.
- 16:35And you have imperfect data because the data
- 16:38only comes if you presume production systems are,
- 16:44are not going to be bothered.
- 16:47Logistics aren't going to be bothered, you know,
- 16:49or a stable model, because you have to,
- 16:52you put it in there, assuming the very
- 16:54first thing you say when building an economic
- 16:56model is assuming all the facts are unchanged,
- 17:01assuming these facts, then we can project the
- 17:05following model, assuming that, uh, the, the spring
- 17:12comes on March 23rd, like it normally does.
- 17:16We, you know, can predict that, uh, you
- 17:21know, when people are able to start their
- 17:23planting in Minnesota of whatever it is they
- 17:26choose to grow or corn in Iowa, you
- 17:29know, that they're going to grow, they plant
- 17:31that assuming they can plant between March 23rd
- 17:34and April 15, the crops will be blah,
- 17:38but the world's imperfect.
- 17:40You get tornadoes, you get, you get craziness,
- 17:42you get these other things and they all
- 17:44affect.
- 17:45That's why economic models are so difficult to
- 17:47do.
- 17:47And in America and in Western, uh, capitalistic
- 17:52sorts of governments, there is no, there is
- 17:55government modeling, but there it's like assuming your
- 17:58government doesn't turn into some raging, bureaucratic nonsense.
- 18:01And, and they, they try to destroy your
- 18:04mode of life because that's what they do.
- 18:06They're bureaucrats.
- 18:07They have nothing else to do, but assuming
- 18:10they leave you alone and don't create new
- 18:12rules, my, uh, shell oil platforms in the
- 18:16Gulf will perform as blah, you know, but
- 18:19the model has to be stable.
- 18:21So real economics, how it functioned in practice
- 18:24in the West is far different than the
- 18:26stable models that they used in the Soviet
- 18:29practice, because there, the means of production were
- 18:32all controlled by the state.
- 18:33Okay.
- 18:34And so there they had a far more
- 18:36stable set of models.
- 18:37And so they did learn the mathematical things,
- 18:39but they also learned other impacts that, uh,
- 18:43maybe weren't so stable.
- 18:45They learned about sanctions.
- 18:47They learned about, uh, targeting of their markets
- 18:50by other people.
- 18:51The, the, the world isn't stable.
- 18:54Okay.
- 18:54And every time Donald Trump or a president
- 18:57opens his mouth, the world changes.
- 18:59And this is what we were talking about
- 19:02because our models always assume rational actors, right?
- 19:07Perfect information, a balanced market, and most important
- 19:12of all stable logistics, but real economics do
- 19:16not behave that way.
- 19:18Real economics behave like the game diplomacy, not
- 19:21like risk.
- 19:22Everything moves at the same time.
- 19:24Supply chains are moving.
- 19:26Military forces, moving energy markets are moving.
- 19:28Financial markets are moving.
- 19:31Okay.
- 19:32So with that in mind, I want to
- 19:34get to, if I can find it real
- 19:36quick, I have to find the translation of,
- 19:40uh, Vladimir Vladimirovich and it's coming.
- 19:46I'm almost there.
- 19:47I, I went through a lot today.
- 19:49I got to get all the way back
- 19:50to where I was that I have my
- 19:53interpretation because that Iran and Dubai and oil
- 19:57with Kazin was very interesting.
- 19:59And I definitely want to share that.
- 20:02So we're going to talk about this interview.
- 20:06It's pretty short.
- 20:08And basically it's, uh, this is a very
- 20:11close English translation of his entire interview, which
- 20:14wasn't more than seven, eight minutes.
- 20:16So I'm going to read the question to
- 20:17you.
- 20:17And then I'm going to follow up with
- 20:19the answer by Vladimir Putin and then give
- 20:22you my own opinion on it.
- 20:23So basically the journalist says, we watched your
- 20:26meetings this morning.
- 20:27May I question right off the bat, you
- 20:30yourself just said what is happening in global
- 20:33gas markets and many countries are already practically
- 20:38in a panic over what is happening.
- 20:40Prices have skyrocketed and it is unclear what
- 20:44will happen next with prices.
- 20:46It is unclear what will happen next with
- 20:48supply.
- 20:49And of course it inevitably comes to mind
- 20:51that Europe keeps banning our gas, banning it,
- 20:55banning it.
- 20:56And new bands are approaching in April bands
- 21:00on short term delivery of liquefied Russian gas
- 21:03are supposed to enter into force.
- 21:05Then there will be some other bands as
- 21:07well that they are talking about on the
- 21:10European side.
- 21:11Vladimir Putin says, yes.
- 21:14And this is under contracts that were concluded
- 21:17sometime around the summer of last year.
- 21:20So they entered into contracts last year in
- 21:22the summer.
- 21:23And the journalist says, yes.
- 21:24And then there are more bands.
- 21:26And today they've already begun to say that
- 21:27maybe the date for the bands should be
- 21:30shifted, pushed back.
- 21:32Europeans are asking that the dates for these
- 21:34bands get pushed back because the U.S.
- 21:38invaded with Israel.
- 21:40Well, the U.S. backed Israel.
- 21:42Israel invaded.
- 21:43We're just the lapdog of Israel.
- 21:46And so we're in, you know, we're in
- 21:50all the way.
- 21:50And so given what is happening in the
- 21:53world today, I've begun to say that these
- 21:55dates should be shifted.
- 21:58Thoughts, please.
- 21:59And then Vladimir Putin says, first of all,
- 22:02and this is a direct translation.
- 22:04And he says, first of all, Russia has
- 22:07always been and remains a reliable supplier of
- 22:11energy resources for all of our partners, including,
- 22:15by the way, European ones.
- 22:17And we will continue to work in exactly
- 22:20this mode with those of our partners who
- 22:22themselves are reliable counterparts, for example, such as
- 22:27those in Eastern Europe, Slovakia and Hungary.
- 22:30We supply our energy resources there, both oil
- 22:35and gas.
- 22:36And we intend to continue doing this in
- 22:38the future.
- 22:39If, of course, the leadership of these countries
- 22:42continue to pursue the same policy as today,
- 22:46namely that they remain a reliable partner for
- 22:49us.
- 22:50As for Europe, what is happening today on
- 22:53the European market is, of course, first and
- 22:56foremost, the results of the erroneous policy of
- 23:01European authorities in the fields of energy.
- 23:04This is an abuse of the green agenda.
- 23:07This is the use of all of these
- 23:09instruments for domestic political activity and for achieving
- 23:13some sort of party or some group objective.
- 23:20Such policy has nothing in common with the
- 23:24interests of the people of these countries.
- 23:28Now, indeed, prices have risen both for oil
- 23:31and for gas across the board.
- 23:34As for oil, that is understandable.
- 23:37This is connected, among other things, with restrictions
- 23:40on Russian oil and additionally everything that is
- 23:43happening now in the Middle East with the
- 23:45aggression against Iran.
- 23:47All of this overlaps, one on top of
- 23:50the other, and leads to difficult and frankly
- 23:53very serious results for consumers.
- 23:57As for gas, the surge in prices on
- 24:00the European market is not even directly connected
- 24:03today with restrictions on gas supplies to the
- 24:06European market.
- 24:07After all, the main gas suppliers to Europe
- 24:10have not reduced their volume.
- 24:12And who are the main suppliers today?
- 24:17Algeria, the U.S., Norway, and to some
- 24:21extent Russia.
- 24:22No one has reduced supply and prices have
- 24:25already jumped to 700.
- 24:28Why?
- 24:29Because the general situation on the world market,
- 24:32including the oil market and in this case
- 24:34the gas market, because buyers have appeared who
- 24:39are ready to purchase the same natural gas
- 24:42at a higher price, in this case due
- 24:45to the events in the Middle East, due
- 24:47to the blocking of the Strait of Hormuz,
- 24:49and so on.
- 24:50If such premium buyers appear, then from the
- 24:53European market, I think, some traditional suppliers, including
- 24:57Americans and American companies, will, of course, move
- 25:01their resources there where they pay more.
- 25:04This is natural.
- 25:06There is nothing political about it.
- 25:08It's only business.
- 25:09That's all.
- 25:10Therefore, I repeat once again, this is the
- 25:13result of the mistaken policy of European authorities
- 25:17over the course of many years.
- 25:19And in this regard, I think about the
- 25:21following, as you just said, and this is
- 25:24serious, what he says right here.
- 25:26This is how Vladimir Putin thinks, okay?
- 25:30And that's why it's important to provide for
- 25:32you the whole thing.
- 25:33This is how he thinks.
- 25:34And this is not uncommon.
- 25:36This is a very Russian thought process.
- 25:38And by the way, this is a very
- 25:40American thought process at the same time.
- 25:42Those people who understand the world and understand
- 25:45what they're doing are pretty blunt about what
- 25:47they can do.
- 25:48And here he continues this.
- 25:50As you just said, Europe plans in a
- 25:54month, the 24th is the last day, from
- 25:57the 25th on, March, he's talking about, to
- 26:00introduce restrictions on the purchase of Russian gas,
- 26:04including liquefied gas.
- 26:06And then in a year, in 2027, even
- 26:09more restrictions up to a full ban of
- 26:12gas from Russia.
- 26:14But now other markets are open to us.
- 26:18And perhaps for us, it's more profitable for
- 26:21us right now to stop supplying the European
- 26:25market and move those markets that are opening
- 26:28and secure ourselves there, which they've already done,
- 26:31by the way.
- 26:32And here too, I want this to be
- 26:34clear.
- 26:34There is no political background, no political agenda.
- 26:37But if in a month or two, they're
- 26:40going to close us anyway, then perhaps it
- 26:42would be better for us to stop right
- 26:44now and move to where the countries that
- 26:47are reliable, move toward reliable partners instead and
- 26:52strengthen our positions there.
- 26:54But this is not a decision.
- 26:56This is as, meaning, he says, this isn't
- 26:58a decision right now.
- 26:59I am just thinking out loud.
- 27:02But I will certainly instruct the government so
- 27:05that together with our companies, we will work
- 27:07together through this issue.
- 27:10Now, in the West, all you'll get is
- 27:12a little blurb about, you know, oh, Putin
- 27:15said he's cutting us off.
- 27:16No, that's not what he said.
- 27:18He said, I'm considering cutting it off because,
- 27:21hell, you're going to cut us off in
- 27:22a year anyway.
- 27:23And on the 24th, there's some serious restrictions
- 27:26coming up this month.
- 27:27You don't want us here.
- 27:28We've already been making counter plans.
- 27:34You know, we're going to go somewhere else.
- 27:35This is what he's talking about.
- 27:37This is how the world thinks, right?
- 27:39And the journalist says to him, says, well,
- 27:41today, there's another important piece of news, our
- 27:44gas tanker.
- 27:46So I don't know if you're aware of
- 27:47this or not, but I'll give you the
- 27:49short question.
- 27:49Then I'll give you some stuff.
- 27:50One of our gas tankers has been attacked
- 27:53in the Mediterranean Sea.
- 27:55Now, we're not talking in the Black Sea.
- 27:57We're talking in the Mediterranean.
- 27:59And the Mediterranean is wide open, right?
- 28:03And it was seriously attacked.
- 28:05So Ukraine did what the US did outside
- 28:08of Sri Lanka and sent a missile.
- 28:12Well, this one was drones because Ukraine doesn't
- 28:14have any sea-based missile capability.
- 28:16All they got is drone.
- 28:18And Russia blew up their only ship is
- 28:20what I understand.
- 28:22But I could be mistaken on that.
- 28:24But I know that this action was with
- 28:26drones and some pretty serious drones because they,
- 28:29I don't know that the ship actually sank,
- 28:33but its cargo was destroyed, never got to
- 28:35where it was going.
- 28:35So the war is expanding, friends and neighbors.
- 28:38The war is expanding.
- 28:40And now the Russian ship was targeted.
- 28:44And the US in Sri Lanka in open
- 28:48international waters blew up an Iranian ship and
- 28:51just to say, look what we can do.
- 28:55Okay.
- 28:55And then, you know, we can do this.
- 28:57Well, we knew you could do that.
- 28:58That hasn't happened since World War II.
- 29:01And now it's happened.
- 29:02And, you know, all the guys on the
- 29:05submarine will get new rewards and get awards
- 29:08to pin on their uniforms to say, hey,
- 29:11this is a great thing.
- 29:12We blew up the first boat since World
- 29:14War II.
- 29:15No, this is the first salvo.
- 29:18Unfortunately, well, it's not really the first.
- 29:21This is the first sea-based salvo against
- 29:24another ship that is going to lead to,
- 29:29we are being dragged in to a world
- 29:33war.
- 29:34That's my belief.
- 29:35And each step will become more and more
- 29:39like a dice roll in risk because you
- 29:42have nothing else that you can do.
- 29:45But don't think that the Iranians are giving
- 29:47up because they're not gonna.
- 29:49And we've created a religious martyrdom over there
- 29:54by the decapitation strike.
- 29:56And that's what I think.
- 29:57But anyway, this guy, the journalist asked a
- 29:59question.
- 30:00What do you think about Putin?
- 30:02What do you think about our ship getting
- 30:04blown up in the Ukraine?
- 30:12Ukraine can't win on the ground.
- 30:14So the Ukraine is hard pushing to get
- 30:18the U.S. and NATO involved against Russia.
- 30:21And I think the U.S. and Israel
- 30:23are in the same boat, you know, with
- 30:25the Iranian thing.
- 30:26And so Zelensky is trying to get the
- 30:30attention back on him.
- 30:31Look what we can do.
- 30:32Hey, we can send our Ukrainian experts.
- 30:36Yeah, they're really experts.
- 30:37If they were experts, Russia wouldn't have advanced
- 30:40as far as they're getting.
- 30:42And oh, gee, we can attack deep inside
- 30:44of Russia.
- 30:44Well, good for you.
- 30:45What are you going to do to defend
- 30:47yourself against the attacks that are going on
- 30:49deep inside of your territory?
- 30:51So now the Ukrainian people are being sent
- 30:53as experts to the Middle East to say,
- 30:57here's how you beat Russian drones.
- 30:59Well, you aren't beating Russian drones now.
- 31:02Anyway, this ship blew up.
- 31:04The Ukrainians attacked a ship in the escalation.
- 31:09And Vladimir Putin's answer to this is the
- 31:11guy says, what do you think of this?
- 31:12He said, well, we think this is a
- 31:15terrorist attack.
- 31:17We have encountered things of this kind more
- 31:19than once.
- 31:20What is surprising is that this only worsens
- 31:24the situation in the global energy market, including
- 31:28the gas market, and in this case, primarily
- 31:31for Europe.
- 31:33It turns out that the Kiev regime is
- 31:36actually biting the hand that feeds it, namely
- 31:39the hand of the European Union.
- 31:43The European Union provides the Kiev regime with
- 31:47endless assistance, both weapons and money, and the
- 31:49Kiev regime creates nothing but problems for the
- 31:52European Union one after another.
- 31:55Vladimir Putin's very blunt.
- 31:57As for the general behavior, this behavior is
- 32:00quite aggressive on the parts of the Kiev
- 32:02regime and very dangerous because, as I've already
- 32:05said, according to the information available to our
- 32:08special services, just as in the Nord Stream
- 32:11pipelines, they were once blown up with Kiev
- 32:15with the support of certain Western intelligence services.
- 32:18An operation is being prepared to blow up
- 32:21the Blue Stream and Turk Stream gas pipelines.
- 32:25We have already informed our Turkish friends about
- 32:28this matter.
- 32:29We will see what happens in this sphere,
- 32:32but this is a very dangerous game, especially
- 32:35in today's world.
- 32:38End of the interview.
- 32:40And it was only, well, it's not the
- 32:41end of the interview.
- 32:42The interview went on for a while, but
- 32:43that was only two questions that I took
- 32:45out of the interview because I think the
- 32:48analysis of the world gas and oil market
- 32:51is important, okay?
- 32:53And because we're not insulated from it, even
- 32:56ourselves, okay?
- 32:57I told you yesterday, went to the gas
- 33:00station and I paid two, I was all
- 33:04happy about paying $2.60, $2.59 a
- 33:09month ago, you know?
- 33:10And I only fill up a couple times
- 33:12a month.
- 33:13I don't go anywhere.
- 33:14And so I filled it up.
- 33:17It didn't cost anything.
- 33:18The difference was $12, I think, this time
- 33:22when I filled it up.
- 33:23Overall, it's only a 25-gallon tank, you
- 33:26know, and 12 bucks over 20, that's 50
- 33:28cents a gallon.
- 33:29And we're not done.
- 33:30It's on the way up.
- 33:31It's going to be worse.
- 33:33You know, it's going to get worse.
- 33:35And that is why I wanted to include
- 33:38this Russian guy, Mikhail Khazin, in his interview
- 33:43with Solovyov.
- 33:45And this is from something called, well, it
- 33:49was Vladimir Solovyov's radio program.
- 33:52He has a morning radio program.
- 33:53This guy works and works and works.
- 33:55I mean, he's got his show every night
- 33:57is like three hours.
- 33:59And then he has a radio program that's
- 34:01like two hours or three.
- 34:03And it goes on.
- 34:03And I forgot.
- 34:04I forget what that's covered.
- 34:07Open something with Solovyov.
- 34:08I forget what it's called.
- 34:10But he's got also the news, well, his
- 34:13awesome format where he has all these political
- 34:18and economics and professors and artists and people
- 34:22that talk about the views.
- 34:25And he has a show of evenings with
- 34:27Vladimir Solovyov.
- 34:28And I try to watch the Sunday one.
- 34:30You know, the Sunday one is kind of
- 34:33a big deal.
- 34:34And I try to watch that one and
- 34:35get as much out of it as I
- 34:36can.
- 34:37But it's three hours long.
- 34:38And so I usually only get in the
- 34:40first couple hours, you know.
- 34:43But this is a radio interview.
- 34:47This was not with Mikhail Khazin, who sometimes
- 34:50is a commentator on the Solovyov show, but
- 34:53he was being interviewed on the radio program
- 34:57this time.
- 34:57Khazin has his own channel on YouTube as
- 35:00well and Telegram.
- 35:02And I've watched him on that, too.
- 35:03He's an interesting cat.
- 35:05And he knows some stuff.
- 35:07He's an economics guru.
- 35:10And he understands the world quite well.
- 35:13So Vladimir Solovyov, he says, Mikhail Leonidovich, Iran
- 35:17is delivering asymmetric strikes against the world economy.
- 35:21And it is happening in a harsh manner.
- 35:24And Khazin says, not so much against the
- 35:27American economy as against the British-American infrastructure
- 35:32in the Middle East.
- 35:34Now, he pointed immediately Solovyov in the right
- 35:40direction, in what is critical here.
- 35:43And this is important.
- 35:44He says, moreover, there are questions here.
- 35:47I mean, it was so interesting to watch.
- 35:48I was glued to this guy.
- 35:51And the portion I'm reading to is only
- 35:54like 10, 15 minutes of it.
- 35:56And I got time to get us there
- 35:58for sure.
- 35:59And he says, moreover, they're taking out British
- 36:04-American infrastructure in the region, not American economy,
- 36:07British-American.
- 36:09Moreover, there are also questions here because information
- 36:12is already circulating.
- 36:14Tucker Carlson even spoke about it, that Iran
- 36:16did not strike these economic facilities in Saudi
- 36:20Arabia, that it was actually a diversionary operation
- 36:24carried out by Israel to get Saudi Arabia
- 36:28involved.
- 36:29So this talk is out there, that these
- 36:32strikes against infrastructure in other countries.
- 36:36And he says, as for the strikes on
- 36:38Bahrain and Dubai, yes, those are strikes against
- 36:40American infrastructure.
- 36:42But considering that they have partially blocked the
- 36:44Strait of Hormuz, then yes, this is going
- 36:46to be a huge blow to the global
- 36:48economy.
- 36:49And as we can see, at least regarding
- 36:52oil prices, this is instantly visible to the
- 36:56naked eye.
- 36:57However, if we look at markets, we see
- 36:59that there is no serious panic yet.
- 37:02That is, everyone thinks that this will end
- 37:05quickly now and everything will return to normal.
- 37:09And then get this key sentence.
- 37:10He says, I, by the way, do not
- 37:13believe this.
- 37:15But I hope, but hope does sustain the
- 37:19young.
- 37:20I mean, this guy's slick.
- 37:22And Solovyov says to him, what do you
- 37:24mean you don't really believe it?
- 37:25What do you believe?
- 37:27And Hazin says, I think this is the
- 37:30beginning.
- 37:30And this, unfortunately, is also what I believe.
- 37:33And so I suppose this is kind of
- 37:36a self-validation thing, because this is what
- 37:39I believe.
- 37:40And what he is saying is different economic
- 37:43models, different everything like that.
- 37:45But this is exactly how I think.
- 37:47OK.
- 37:48And he said, I think this is the
- 37:49beginning of the fundamental destruction of the economic
- 37:52model itself.
- 37:53The whole model is now changing, the whole
- 37:56model.
- 37:57And this is me commenting on that.
- 37:59I should read his entire thing first and
- 38:00then comment.
- 38:01But I can't do it.
- 38:04But this is the beginning of the destruction
- 38:05of the fundamental economic models.
- 38:08And people aren't paying attention to this, except
- 38:10for people like Jeffrey Sachs, people like Mikhail
- 38:13Hazin, and me.
- 38:15OK.
- 38:15And I'm no genius.
- 38:16Those two are.
- 38:18But I believe the same basic principles, OK,
- 38:23on the economic sphere, regardless of what these
- 38:25idiots do, you know, trying to show who's
- 38:28got the biggest weenie.
- 38:29You know, I got the bigger weenie.
- 38:31Look at all these missiles I can throw
- 38:33your way.
- 38:33We shouldn't be involved in this war anyway.
- 38:35This is why you can't play risk and
- 38:39you got to play diplomacy, because risk, who
- 38:43is the unstable partner?
- 38:45It's always America out creating wars somewhere or
- 38:49Israel creating wars on America's behalf somewhere.
- 38:52I'm telling you, it's an unstable world.
- 38:55But where does the instability come from?
- 38:58When's the last time China ever started a
- 39:01war?
- 39:01When's the last time India ever started a
- 39:04war?
- 39:07When is the last time that Russia ever
- 39:09started a war?
- 39:13Think about those things.
- 39:15Think about them and then answer these questions.
- 39:18Because Mikhail Hazin says, I think this is
- 39:21the beginning of the fundamental destruction of our
- 39:24economic model, the world economic model.
- 39:26And he's talking about, the very next sentence,
- 39:29the very same Bretton Woods model, the dollar
- 39:33system, and so forth.
- 39:35The Western model is what he's talking about.
- 39:37It has been cracking, cracking, cracking for many
- 39:40years, but it has held.
- 39:42But now the collapse is beginning even more
- 39:46quickly.
- 39:46And the main reason is not even the
- 39:49strikes that still may occur.
- 39:51The main reason is logistics.
- 39:54The fact is that when the first tankers
- 39:57began to be attacked in the Straits of
- 40:00Hormuz, notice Iran announced that oil tankers, if
- 40:05they are not American, may calmly pass through
- 40:08the Straits of Hormuz.
- 40:09But the other ships are not moving.
- 40:12Why?
- 40:13And here I can expose my own hypothesis,
- 40:17this is Hazin.
- 40:18But it seems to me to be the
- 40:20answer.
- 40:21The fact is, and this is what I
- 40:22believe, and he says it exactly why I
- 40:26think it this way.
- 40:27The fact is that no tanker will go
- 40:30anywhere if it cannot be insured.
- 40:34All insurance policies were withdrawn as soon as
- 40:38the operation began.
- 40:40New insurance is required.
- 40:42Now notice, I'm going to take a break
- 40:44here because Qatar stopped supplying natural gas immediately.
- 40:48And they're like number three in the world
- 40:50of natural gas supplies.
- 40:51And they shut down.
- 40:53Now Iran did bomb one of their production
- 40:55facilities right on the Straits, but Qatar shut
- 41:00down right away.
- 41:02And why?
- 41:03Because of the insurance issue.
- 41:05Because we're not going to do this and
- 41:07take the risk.
- 41:08We're not idiots.
- 41:09We don't just send new tankers out and
- 41:12wait for somebody to blow them up.
- 41:13Look at the Mediterranean's not even safe.
- 41:16You got these idiots in Kiev blowing shit
- 41:18up.
- 41:19We got the US blowing shit up in
- 41:22Sri Lanka.
- 41:23And we have Iran blowing shit up.
- 41:25People are constricting.
- 41:29They are sucking them back into their own.
- 41:33Russia, Putin just said what?
- 41:35He said, well, hell with them.
- 41:37We'll just cut them off ourselves.
- 41:39We've tried the route of let's figure this
- 41:42out.
- 41:42There's no reason to hate us.
- 41:44And obviously, they're going to still hate us.
- 41:47So screw them.
- 41:48We'll send our gas somewhere else.
- 41:51And he said, it's only a hypothesis.
- 41:52But damn, they're definitely leaning that way.
- 41:57If the European communities are restricting, why in
- 42:04the world would you want to do business
- 42:05with them anyway?
- 42:06Hell with you.
- 42:07I'll fine.
- 42:08I'll sell my stuff to Pakistan.
- 42:10So what?
- 42:11You're still going to sell it.
- 42:13He's still going to make money.
- 42:15And then he can continue to swat at
- 42:18the fly of Ukraine.
- 42:20Right.
- 42:20And that's it.
- 42:22And so let's continue with Kazim.
- 42:23He says neither insurance companies nor reinsurance companies.
- 42:28And it is the reinsurance companies to actually
- 42:31pay the money in the case of an
- 42:33emergency have calculated their new rates going forward.
- 42:39So and moreover, that is difficult to do
- 42:42because they don't know what's going to happen
- 42:44next.
- 42:45Nobody does.
- 42:46You think the insurance companies are going to
- 42:49insure your tanker so you can say, oh,
- 42:51the U.S. is going to escort your
- 42:53tanker.
- 42:54That doesn't mean it ain't going to get
- 42:55blown up.
- 42:57It's like your chances might go down, but
- 43:00an actuarial table isn't going to change because
- 43:03there's a boat next to you.
- 43:05It's not going to happen.
- 43:06And so for these.
- 43:07Moreover, this is difficult to do.
- 43:09And for this reason, everything economically in these
- 43:13markets has simply stopped when the situation settles
- 43:17down and it's unclear how long that will
- 43:19take.
- 43:20It won't be two weeks.
- 43:21In my view, it will become clear that
- 43:23the cost of logistics has increased dramatically and
- 43:28it will affect everyone.
- 43:29And if the cost of logistics sharply increases,
- 43:32then small carriers are going to be forced
- 43:35out of the market and large carriers will
- 43:37begin significantly raising prices to cover the cost
- 43:40of insurance and transit.
- 43:43And this is a much stronger blow to
- 43:45the world economy than bombs being thrown somewhere.
- 43:50Now, that's a direct quote of everything that
- 43:53Mikhail Khazin answered in response to that question
- 43:56with some little Dubovitsky additions from Samuel.
- 44:01And that's me.
- 44:02And so Solovyov says, well, then what's the
- 44:06price of oil going to be?
- 44:09And Khazin says, well, what kind of question
- 44:11are you asking?
- 44:13Solovyov, because he's, you know, he thinks it's
- 44:15going to go back over a hundred dollars
- 44:17barrel.
- 44:17And he says, these are not questions I'm
- 44:19asking personally.
- 44:20He said, the Israelis say the conflict could
- 44:23last till August.
- 44:24Bloomberg writes that the price will go above
- 44:26100.
- 44:27And Khazin says it will go above 100.
- 44:30But the point isn't even that.
- 44:32Here's what he says.
- 44:33The point isn't even that.
- 44:34The point is that if logistics collapse, the
- 44:37cost of everything will rise sharply.
- 44:42And that's the problem.
- 44:44And then inflation will rise everywhere.
- 44:48Moreover, this inflation will not be monetary inflation
- 44:52where central banks can just print more money.
- 44:56It will be structural inflation when prices rise,
- 45:00because the real cost of moving everything rises.
- 45:05And this is a much more serious global
- 45:08problem.
- 45:09This guy's extremely smart, friends and neighbors.
- 45:13And this is what I, you know, some
- 45:14of the things I tried to express and
- 45:15can't do it as well as this guy.
- 45:17Because with monetary inflation, you can at least
- 45:20try to do something through interest rates at
- 45:23your national bank.
- 45:25But with structural inflation, there is nothing you
- 45:29can do.
- 45:29You just have to rebuild the entire economic
- 45:33model itself.
- 45:35Solovyov says, do you mean the entire global
- 45:38system?
- 45:39And Khazin says, yes, the global system, because
- 45:43the entire system is built on cheap, stable
- 45:47logistics, cheap oil, cheap transportation, cheap money.
- 45:53And now all of that is ending.
- 45:56And Vladimir Solovyov says, but then this means
- 45:58it will be a completely different world.
- 46:01Khazin says, that's of course.
- 46:03And this is exactly what we are entering
- 46:05right now.
- 46:07And Solovyov says, but this means the destruction
- 46:09of the previous model.
- 46:11And Mikhail Khazin says, yes, I've been saying
- 46:14this for 20 years.
- 46:15The Bretton Woods system cannot last forever.
- 46:18And it is ending.
- 46:21Now I've been saying that for two years.
- 46:22I haven't been saying it for 20.
- 46:24I've been worried about it for 20.
- 46:26And Solovyov says to him, you once told
- 46:28an interesting story.
- 46:30And this is where he gets into the
- 46:31interesting story on economics.
- 46:32And to me, this is very interesting.
- 46:34I hope it is to you, because here's
- 46:35what he said.
- 46:36He said, you once told me an interesting
- 46:38story about how economics was taught in the
- 46:40Soviet Union and how it is taught now.
- 46:44And he said, yes.
- 46:45And this is an interesting story.
- 46:47And he's a global level economist, right?
- 46:49He says, in the Soviet Union, economics was
- 46:52not taught as a separate science.
- 46:54It was taught as part of a political
- 46:56economics class, which meant the study of real
- 47:00economic processes, how production works, how resources move,
- 47:05how the balance between sectors function, and so
- 47:09forth.
- 47:10But after the collapse of the Soviet Union,
- 47:12we began to copy the Western model of
- 47:15economics education.
- 47:17And Western economic education is not the study
- 47:20of the economy.
- 47:23That's true.
- 47:24It's the study of mathematics and mathematical models.
- 47:28And as an economist myself, not anywhere near
- 47:32his level, I still remember the supply-demand
- 47:35curves and how you take time and function
- 47:38it in and all those things.
- 47:39I can still do it.
- 47:40That's not what I do for a living.
- 47:42But I still understand it, for the most
- 47:45part.
- 47:46But these guys live it every day.
- 47:49And he says, economists today study models that
- 47:52have nothing to do with real life.
- 47:56They're studying mathematics.
- 47:58And Solovyov says, meaning they study formulas instead
- 48:02of reality?
- 48:03It's actually true.
- 48:05And Hazin says, exactly.
- 48:07They study models.
- 48:08But these models are built on assumptions that
- 48:11are completely unrealistic.
- 48:13For example, that markets are balanced, that participants
- 48:16behave rationally, that information is the same for
- 48:21everyone.
- 48:22But in real life, none of this is
- 48:24true.
- 48:24So when a crisis begins, all these models
- 48:28collapse, because they simply do not describe reality.
- 48:33This is classic stuff.
- 48:36I love this.
- 48:37But of course, I like economics.
- 48:38And Solovyov says, meaning economists have been taught
- 48:41something that doesn't work?
- 48:43And Hazin says, yes.
- 48:45Basically, saying Soviet learning about market inputs, instead
- 48:52of mathematical equations that might be able to
- 48:57explain why something happened after the fact, or
- 49:01even something that you can predict in the
- 49:03future, it has nothing to do with reality.
- 49:07Economics is basically at a point in time,
- 49:09and you've got to understand all these other
- 49:11things.
- 49:11And you've got to assume that, well, assuming
- 49:13supply and demand are equal, assume there's nothing
- 49:16impacting supply, assume there's nothing impacting demand.
- 49:19But right now, they're impacting both supply and
- 49:22demand.
- 49:22And economists are going, well, I don't know.
- 49:24My model doesn't say anything about that.
- 49:27What in the hell am I going to
- 49:28predict now?
- 49:30Instability exists, which is why actuarial tables don't
- 49:34tell you how much you're going to pay
- 49:35for insurance on your next load of gas,
- 49:39liquid gas through the Straits of Hormuz.
- 49:42And so Qatar's not gonna ship it until
- 49:46things stable down, and they can't get insurance.
- 49:48And that's why Trump yesterday, might've been day
- 49:51before, he made some comment about, well, we're
- 49:54going to guarantee all insurance, because he knows
- 49:56this.
- 49:57Do you remember that quote?
- 49:58I wasn't able to find the exact quote,
- 50:00but he said something about it the other
- 50:01day.
- 50:01He said, well, I'm going to insure everything.
- 50:04Oh, here's a good plan.
- 50:05He'll insure everything.
- 50:07What are we going to do?
- 50:07Print more dollars?
- 50:09That's why Mikhail Khazin says that this is
- 50:12the collapse of the Bretton Woods system, if
- 50:14we keep doing it.
- 50:14And I'm telling you, Pete Hegg says that
- 50:16these generals and even Lindsey Graham out there
- 50:20thumping the drum for more war against people
- 50:24that aren't going to give up.
- 50:25They're going to fight to the death.
- 50:27That's it.
- 50:28And if that means they die, well, you
- 50:30know what?
- 50:31They will too become martyrs.
- 50:32We've created a generation of martyrs, another generation
- 50:37of martyrs.
- 50:38So if you think this is going to
- 50:39end in two weeks, you better think again.
- 50:42I believe differently and it might calm down
- 50:45in two weeks, but this ain't over and
- 50:48it never will be.
- 50:49And it hasn't been over in the Middle
- 50:51East in the last 3000 years.
- 50:53Seriously.
- 50:55It won't be over anytime soon.
- 50:57The Persian culture has been around for 2
- 51:00,500 years.
- 51:03They've seen people like us come and go.
- 51:05They've seen things come and go.
- 51:09This is just the beginning, sadly, friends and
- 51:14neighbors.
- 51:16So Mikhail Khazin says, yes, they're learning something
- 51:20that doesn't work.
- 51:21We're entering a new era economically.
- 51:24Khazin says, yes.
- 51:25And the main thing that will determine this
- 51:28era will be the destruction of the previous
- 51:31financial architecture, the dollar system, the logistics chain,
- 51:36which, by the way, he was talking about
- 51:37this logistics chain is Lloyd's of London, the
- 51:43global supply system, all of it will be
- 51:46rebuilt, he says.
- 51:48And that's the last of his commentary.
- 51:54I then reviewed one more.
- 51:58And this one has to do with the
- 52:01U.S. now funding Kurdish land troops, supplying
- 52:07them to take the mountainous areas.
- 52:11Now, okay.
- 52:12Anybody who knows even a remote little bit
- 52:16about what happened in Afghanistan over the last
- 52:1820 years knows that it's a mountainous region
- 52:21that, you know, we don't want.
- 52:24I mean, we didn't go there because we
- 52:27wanted it.
- 52:27We went there allegedly to get rid of
- 52:30terror cells and the Taliban and ISIS and
- 52:34all those things that are still in power
- 52:36after we gave up 20 years later and
- 52:40ran away, like in Monty Python, run away,
- 52:44run away.
- 52:46How many do we lose?
- 52:48Gawain, Edgar and Borg.
- 52:50That's five.
- 52:51Three, sir.
- 52:52Three.
- 52:53Anyway, sorry, my Monty Python slipped in yet
- 52:57again.
- 52:58Sorry about that.
- 52:59So there are reports that of this.
- 53:05So here's what I want to discuss this
- 53:08next portion.
- 53:11Let me roll down to where it is.
- 53:13The troops crossing the border.
- 53:15Okay.
- 53:17Troops have broken through Iran's border and NATO
- 53:21is really entering the combat, just like we
- 53:23fund Ukraine and NATO is really funding Ukraine.
- 53:27This is NATO and the U.S.'s next
- 53:29forever war on behalf of Israel.
- 53:32That's what this is.
- 53:33And it's really the U.S. and not
- 53:35NATO in this instance.
- 53:37But Israel, I mean, I'm sorry, Ukraine was
- 53:40all the United States too.
- 53:41So here's our next forever war from our
- 53:44peace president, right?
- 53:48So let's see.
- 53:50Troops are crossing the border.
- 53:51Military offensive against Iran has begun and new
- 53:55emergency measures from Tehran are appearing.
- 53:58Putin has announced evacuation of Russians from the
- 54:03embassies and stuff like that.
- 54:04He went through a whole list of people
- 54:06and how they are able to get out.
- 54:08Maria Zakharova gave her report yesterday from Ministry
- 54:12of Defense and that was very, very interesting.
- 54:14I was hoping to include a bunch of
- 54:16that, but it's too much.
- 54:18I won't get to it.
- 54:19But she had a really good, she was
- 54:21talking about giving specific instructions for how the
- 54:26people are supposed to get out through Tajikistan,
- 54:31through wherever else is connected, former Soviet Republic.
- 54:36She says they have methods in place and
- 54:40partnerships with the countries surrounding Iran and Russians
- 54:44who work at the embassy or have private
- 54:47corporations that they work for.
- 54:49They need to go to the consulate or
- 54:51to the mission, the Russian mission, get their
- 54:54passport stuff, and then they will receive instructions
- 54:56on how to get through.
- 54:58And then they will be escorted basically through
- 55:01the systems in Tajikistan, couple other places that
- 55:04they can cross.
- 55:05And she listed out the places of crossing
- 55:07where they can go and stuff like that.
- 55:09It was an interesting broadcast for how they
- 55:11plan to assist the Russians in getting out
- 55:14of harm's way.
- 55:16And so that's how they're doing.
- 55:17The U.S. has announced leaving, get your
- 55:21poop in a group and get out of
- 55:22these countries.
- 55:25Let's get you out of there.
- 55:26And here's how we do it.
- 55:27I don't know if it's as formal, but
- 55:29I saw some steps in that for going
- 55:33to the embassy and whatnot, at least in
- 55:35places like Qatar, Bahrain, places like that, because
- 55:40what's going on in the air and in
- 55:42Saudi Arabia.
- 55:43So at any rate, will Article 5 on
- 55:47collective defense be invoked?
- 55:51Will everybody in Europe get involved?
- 55:55Will the U.S. now be pushing what
- 55:57Europe has been trying to push about Ukraine?
- 56:02We don't know what these decisions will be.
- 56:04If we know anything, we know that it's
- 56:05completely unstable, that you don't know what Trump's
- 56:08going to do today, tomorrow, next day.
- 56:10Nobody knows.
- 56:11There's talk.
- 56:13Marjorie Taylor Greene was saying she thinks he's
- 56:15going senile now.
- 56:16So that stuff's going to start.
- 56:18People are going to be asking about, what
- 56:19in the hell is he trying to do?
- 56:21Frankly, I want to know what in the
- 56:22hell is he trying to do.
- 56:24This is bullshit.
- 56:25Pardon my French.
- 56:26This is just stupidity.
- 56:27All the way down the line, this is
- 56:30moronic and we shouldn't be involved.
- 56:33Not at all.
- 56:34I'm one of the 60% who say
- 56:36that he's absolutely wrong and this isn't what
- 56:39we voted for you for, Mr. Peace President.
- 56:41But again, I think that internationally, the guy's
- 56:47a mess.
- 56:48And so the policies are crap that we've
- 56:52been putting in internationally.
- 56:55Now we've gone to the other extreme from
- 56:57the idiocy of the Democrat Party and Hillary
- 57:01Clinton days, idiocy, and corruption, corrupt, corrupt, corrupt.
- 57:07Now it's the opposite.
- 57:09I'm king of the world and this is
- 57:11what you're going to do.
- 57:13There's no negotiation.
- 57:14There's no discussion.
- 57:15There's only power.
- 57:16That's it.
- 57:17And that is not a world that I
- 57:19appreciate.
- 57:20I just don't appreciate a bully in a
- 57:23sandbox.
- 57:24I don't appreciate it.
- 57:27But will Article 5 on collective defense be
- 57:29invoked?
- 57:30Iran doesn't intend to raise the white flag.
- 57:33Trump has been warned about a heavy price
- 57:36for starting this war in a very sharp
- 57:39statement.
- 57:40The Pentagon has launched an investigation after a
- 57:43strike at the girl's school in Iran.
- 57:45Now that girl's school has been all over
- 57:47the news.
- 57:49160 to 165 middle school age girls in
- 57:53school, 14 teachers blown up by an Israeli
- 57:58or American missile.
- 58:01And they show it in the dig in
- 58:03the graves.
- 58:04And this is in the first day as
- 58:08part of the first strikes with the decapitation
- 58:12strike, took out the, what do you call
- 58:17it?
- 58:18The Ayatollah.
- 58:21It's not the Ayatollah.
- 58:23But anyway, took out the leader, the supreme
- 58:25leader.
- 58:26And the fact is, that is exactly when
- 58:32the same time period, another strike hit.
- 58:36And that strike took out this school, 14
- 58:39teachers, 106 students, parents holding backpacks of their
- 58:44girls at school and stuff like that.
- 58:46It was an all-girls school.
- 58:47So it's all girls that were blown up.
- 58:50And bits and pieces, they can't, they haven't
- 58:53even identified all the bodies yet.
- 58:55It was so destructive.
- 58:57You don't hear a damn thing about it
- 58:58over here.
- 58:59But trust me, you're hearing about it in
- 59:00other sources.
- 59:02And the Pentagon itself has said it's going
- 59:05to launch an investigation after the strike to
- 59:07find out what happened.
- 59:09And nothing will ever happen because nothing ever
- 59:11does.
- 59:12But there you have it.
- 59:14And war sucks, war is safe.
- 59:16But these are not pretty things.
- 59:18That's why they don't want you to see
- 59:20them.
- 59:21And Republicans and Democrats are sounding the alarm.
- 59:24Representatives of Tehran are speaking of sacrifice.
- 59:28They're already doing it.
- 59:30Death to America chants don't go down after
- 59:32this, they go up.
- 59:35Questions are being raised about Trump's psychological state,
- 59:38Marjorie Taylor Greene.
- 59:40Republicans and Democrats sound the alarm, emphasizing the
- 59:43age of the president.
- 59:45Fear inside America.
- 59:46Russian strikes against Europe, they're afraid of that.
- 59:50The Kremlin decides to get ahead of Brussels.
- 59:54Moscow's move after negotiations that he had with
- 59:57the Hungarian minister.
- 1:00:00Zelensky sends specialists from the Armed Forces of
- 1:00:02Ukraine to the Middle East.
- 1:00:05A decision has already been made.
- 1:00:07And at the same time, the Russians massively
- 1:00:10support negotiation between Kiev and Moscow.
- 1:00:14But how many support the war and how
- 1:00:17many?
- 1:00:17It has just become background noise, poll results
- 1:00:21and all of this noise.
- 1:00:24The U.S. has unleashed war that has
- 1:00:27undermined the security of all America's partners in
- 1:00:30the Middle East.
- 1:00:32And it is beginning to strike the entire
- 1:00:34global economy.
- 1:00:36And it is not only about oil.
- 1:00:39Iran is striking not only military targets of
- 1:00:42the United States and Israel, but also the
- 1:00:45infrastructure of Persian Gulf countries, oil platforms, ports,
- 1:00:50airports, commercial ships.
- 1:00:52And this is from a magazine called Foreign
- 1:00:56Policy.
- 1:00:56And the consequences of these attacks go far
- 1:01:00beyond just the Middle East region.
- 1:01:03About a third of the world's oil and
- 1:01:06enormous volumes of gas, fertilizer and chemicals pass
- 1:01:10through the Strait of Hormuz.
- 1:01:13Any disruption immediately hits prices and markets.
- 1:01:17In addition, the ports and airports of Gulf
- 1:01:20countries handling key routes of global trade, aviation
- 1:01:24transport, financial flow, and money transfers.
- 1:01:28I've told you this before.
- 1:01:29When you fly into, when you try to
- 1:01:32get to Russia or you try to get
- 1:01:33to India from America, you try to, where
- 1:01:36do you go?
- 1:01:37Your choices.
- 1:01:38Frankfurt, Amman, which is a pretty good one
- 1:01:41if you're going to the northern part.
- 1:01:42But in the southern part, where do you
- 1:01:44go?
- 1:01:44You end up usually in Dubai.
- 1:01:47You end up in Doha, Qatar.
- 1:01:49You end up in Riyadh.
- 1:01:54You end up in one of those three
- 1:01:56places.
- 1:01:56Or Istanbul.
- 1:01:57I've spent a lot of time in Istanbul
- 1:01:59on connecting flights.
- 1:02:00But you have to connect through the Middle
- 1:02:02East somewhere or the Persian area somewhere.
- 1:02:05You have to do it if you're going
- 1:02:08to get anywhere east to west.
- 1:02:10That's how it works.
- 1:02:11And all of that is effectively paralyzed.
- 1:02:14And already, the movement of ships through Hormuz
- 1:02:17is sharply decreased.
- 1:02:19Flights in the region are canceled.
- 1:02:21Exchanges and markets, including the gold market in
- 1:02:24Dubai, this is going to be frightening to
- 1:02:27everybody.
- 1:02:28And all the people hoarding gold are going
- 1:02:29to be happy.
- 1:02:30All of them are paralyzed because trade's not
- 1:02:33happening.
- 1:02:34Experts interviewed warn that a prolonged war will
- 1:02:37cause a global economic shock.
- 1:02:40The consequence of which will be far more
- 1:02:43serious than a simple rise in oil prices.
- 1:02:47And here they recall the famous words of
- 1:02:50U.S. President Woodrow Wilson.
- 1:02:53Now, I have a book of quotes, and
- 1:02:56I forgot to bring it.
- 1:02:57But I was going to look it up
- 1:02:58and see if I could find the actual
- 1:02:59quote, because this is just a paraphrase.
- 1:03:04Woodrow Wilson 100 years ago warned that in
- 1:03:08the modern world, the consequences of war are
- 1:03:12not limited to the battlefield.
- 1:03:15They affect the life of the entire planet.
- 1:03:19That's Woodrow Wilson, 100 years ago, talking about
- 1:03:22planet.
- 1:03:23And if you want to know the truth,
- 1:03:25it's far worse today.
- 1:03:28You think there's something that blowing up or
- 1:03:32stealing a leader in Venezuela didn't cause problems?
- 1:03:37You think that, oh, gee, we're going to
- 1:03:39take over Cuba, even if you never do,
- 1:03:42even if you just threaten it and your
- 1:03:43saber rattling doesn't affect markets?
- 1:03:46So you think that I'm going to steal
- 1:03:48Greenland too?
- 1:03:49And now we're stealing Iran.
- 1:03:51We're not against ground troops.
- 1:03:53Who's we?
- 1:03:55You a-holes.
- 1:03:56Who's we?
- 1:03:57We're against it.
- 1:03:58The American public spoke pretty strongly that we
- 1:04:02don't want 20 more years like Afghanistan, Iraq.
- 1:04:07We don't want Syria.
- 1:04:09We don't want those Libyans.
- 1:04:11We don't want to fight with the Houthis.
- 1:04:14We don't want anything to do with that
- 1:04:15crap.
- 1:04:16But now here we are again.
- 1:04:19And so we elected the guy on the
- 1:04:22fact that he was not going to do
- 1:04:23this.
- 1:04:24He was the peace president.
- 1:04:25He can make a deal.
- 1:04:26Well, he can't make a deal.
- 1:04:28He just blows people up.
- 1:04:30But that's not him.
- 1:04:31We're doing it on behalf of the only
- 1:04:33people we can't control or refuse.
- 1:04:37And we must join in.
- 1:04:38We're doing it for Israel.
- 1:04:40And that's that.
- 1:04:42And Trump, you know, this is why people
- 1:04:44think he might be losing it because anybody
- 1:04:45normally would have told Netanyahu, screw you.
- 1:04:49I'm not doing that.
- 1:04:50Americans aren't for it.
- 1:04:52And we're not.
- 1:04:54So more against than for.
- 1:04:57That's for sure.
- 1:04:58The number is growing, by the way.
- 1:05:01So it appears that today's American politicians have
- 1:05:04forgotten Wilson's warnings.
- 1:05:07And by starting this war, Trump has exposed
- 1:05:09his partners in the Gulf to unprecedented attack.
- 1:05:13Qatar isn't going to supply gas.
- 1:05:15No way.
- 1:05:16They're disrupting the flow that serves as the
- 1:05:19life system of financially and life of the
- 1:05:23global economy.
- 1:05:25And a war with Iran will become a
- 1:05:28new problem for Ukraine as well.
- 1:05:31While the attention of the U.S. and
- 1:05:33Europe ships to the Middle East, Kiev is
- 1:05:35losing its own military and political support.
- 1:05:38That is why it's blowing crap up in
- 1:05:40the Mediterranean.
- 1:05:41Hey, we're still here.
- 1:05:43Look at us.
- 1:05:45We can help you take out those Iranians.
- 1:05:47Just send us more money, more arms.
- 1:05:52We can't win.
- 1:05:53They're not going to win anyway.
- 1:05:55The whole thing is a waste.
- 1:05:57And we are going to win long term
- 1:06:00in Iran any more than we won long
- 1:06:03term in any conflict started since freaking Vietnam,
- 1:06:07Korea and before we haven't won any of
- 1:06:10these.
- 1:06:11And this is going to be the same.
- 1:06:14And Lindsey Graham is out there doing the
- 1:06:16exact same thing he's been doing for 25
- 1:06:18years.
- 1:06:20It's the exact same thing.
- 1:06:21Oh, we're going to kick the crap out
- 1:06:23of these guys.
- 1:06:24Yep.
- 1:06:24Next, next, next.
- 1:06:28I'll tell you what.
- 1:06:29The Telegraph said that if the conflict continues,
- 1:06:33the U.S. and its allies will send
- 1:06:35air defense systems and missiles, including Patriots, to
- 1:06:38protect their own bases in the region of
- 1:06:41the Middle East instead of Ukraine.
- 1:06:43That's already happening, by the way.
- 1:06:45And this will seriously weaken even further Ukrainian
- 1:06:49air defense, which barely exists right now.
- 1:06:53And it already has a severe shortage of
- 1:06:55missiles.
- 1:06:56And it's already sending up a million for
- 1:06:59defense Patriot missile to defend against 30 drones
- 1:07:05that cost 5000 bucks apiece.
- 1:07:09And, you know, so the lopsidedness of Patriots
- 1:07:13with drones originally manufactured by Iran for the
- 1:07:18Russians, well, for themselves, but for the Russians
- 1:07:21to Patriots aren't going to help him against
- 1:07:25those.
- 1:07:26And they're not helping against those.
- 1:07:29So it'll seriously weaken Ukraine.
- 1:07:32This is also a risk of getting rid
- 1:07:36of any sort of diplomacy.
- 1:07:38Diplomacy is dead.
- 1:07:39You're not going to bring the Iranians back
- 1:07:40to the table.
- 1:07:41That's not going to happen.
- 1:07:43Negotiations between Kiev, Moscow and Washington are also
- 1:07:47impacted.
- 1:07:48They might stop, you know, they are stopped
- 1:07:51because of Trump's focus on the Middle East.
- 1:07:54So it is in Ukraine's interest that the
- 1:07:56operation in Iran doesn't drag on because they
- 1:07:59need to bring attention back to themselves.
- 1:08:01And they want to punish if they can
- 1:08:04help.
- 1:08:04They want to jump in to another fear
- 1:08:07is that the crisis in the Middle East
- 1:08:09will will, you know, be prolonged.
- 1:08:12There's no significant process in either event anyway.
- 1:08:17Zelensky is trying with all his might to
- 1:08:19turn Trump back toward Ukraine, says the Telegraph.
- 1:08:23And they emphasize that Kiev has offered Ukraine
- 1:08:25Ukrainian assistance in repelling Iranian drones in the
- 1:08:31Middle East.
- 1:08:33The day before it was confirmed that negotiations
- 1:08:37are on pause.
- 1:08:38Russia, U.S. and Ukraine and specialists from
- 1:08:43Ukraine will still be sent to the Middle
- 1:08:45East.
- 1:08:46And that's not going to hurt Ukraine at
- 1:08:48all.
- 1:08:49Of course, Ukrainian specialists are going to work.
- 1:08:54They're going to be ready to help protect
- 1:08:55civilians.
- 1:08:56Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:08:57Same old crap.
- 1:08:58The military offensive against Iran is begun.
- 1:09:01Troops have crossed the border.
- 1:09:03Kurdish forces have begun a ground operation.
- 1:09:05Thousands of fighters from the U.S. funded
- 1:09:09Kurdistan Free Life Party are already on Iranian
- 1:09:13territory and have taken positions inside the country.
- 1:09:16Now, this is a pro-Kurdish, pro-Ukraine
- 1:09:20source that I got this from.
- 1:09:23So it will be twisted into their effect.
- 1:09:26So thousands of fighters from Kurdistan units are
- 1:09:29advancing in the mountainous areas in western Iran.
- 1:09:33We don't want any of that either, just
- 1:09:35like nobody wanted any of the stuff in.
- 1:09:40What do you call it?
- 1:09:42Afghanistan.
- 1:09:43Nobody's interested.
- 1:09:45It is reported and they've lived there for
- 1:09:47centuries.
- 1:09:48You know, the Kurds have as well, you
- 1:09:50know, so we'll claim, you know, we took
- 1:09:52a little chunk of Iran and look at
- 1:09:55this and our Kurds are there and we
- 1:09:57support the Kurds and the Turks hate the
- 1:09:59Kurds and the Kurds hate the Turks and
- 1:10:02it's and they all hate Israel and it'll
- 1:10:05be just the next iteration of the same
- 1:10:08old crap.
- 1:10:10Then the U.S. gets sucked into it
- 1:10:12and it has nothing to do with us.
- 1:10:15It has everything to do with Israel and
- 1:10:17if we're their lapdog, which it appears to
- 1:10:20me, especially in this instance, then, you know,
- 1:10:24it's really not in our favor and people
- 1:10:26aren't for this.
- 1:10:26According to representative of the coalition of the
- 1:10:29political forces of Iran, Iranian Kurdistan, fighters of
- 1:10:34the Kurdistan Free Life Party have taken positions
- 1:10:36in the area of the southern mountains in
- 1:10:38the city of Marivan in western Iran and
- 1:10:43he said thousands of fighters have been deployed
- 1:10:45in the mountainous region.
- 1:10:46At the same time, the Iranian media denied
- 1:10:49the Kurdish offensive.
- 1:10:51The U.S. and Israel continue to strike
- 1:10:53Iran.
- 1:10:54Number of high-profile statements have been made,
- 1:10:56of course, by the minister of war.
- 1:10:58We're gonna kick the crap out of everybody.
- 1:11:01Yep, Iran is doomed and will never obtain
- 1:11:04a nuclear bomb and the force of Washington
- 1:11:06and Jerusalem, the holy, will soon gain full
- 1:11:10air control over the entire territory of Iran.
- 1:11:13Well, good for you.
- 1:11:15So what?
- 1:11:17It ain't gonna end the war.
- 1:11:19It ain't gonna end what happens on the
- 1:11:20ground.
- 1:11:21The statement was made by Pete Hegseth.
- 1:11:23He also said the operation is only in
- 1:11:25its beginning phases and the U.S. is
- 1:11:28ready to continue.
- 1:11:29Here are the words that you need to
- 1:11:30fear, Americans, as long as necessary.
- 1:11:33In addition, the U.S. published video footage
- 1:11:37of a strike against the Iranian warship in
- 1:11:40Sri Lanka.
- 1:11:41U.S. Navy carried out strike.
- 1:11:42So now instead of boats outside of Venezuela
- 1:11:48that had nothing to do with the seizure
- 1:11:50of Maduro and the stealing of oil from
- 1:11:53Venezuela, the U.S. Navy's gonna blow up
- 1:11:57boats and a submarine did it.
- 1:12:00Yesterday in the Indian Ocean, an American submarine
- 1:12:04sank an Iranian warship that felt it was
- 1:12:07safe.
- 1:12:07Instead, it was sunk by a torpedo, the
- 1:12:10first sinking of an enemy ship by torpedo
- 1:12:13since the Second World War.
- 1:12:17We are fighting to win.
- 1:12:19Yeah, we've fought everything to win and we've
- 1:12:21never won.
- 1:12:23Iran, however, does not intend to raise the
- 1:12:25white flag.
- 1:12:26In Tehran, they described and declared that Trump
- 1:12:29will pay a heavy price for his actions.
- 1:12:32And the statement came from the Secretary of
- 1:12:34the National Security Council.
- 1:12:36Here's the quote.
- 1:12:37Trump has dragged the American people into an
- 1:12:40unjust war with Iran because of Netanyahu's impulsiveness
- 1:12:46and absurd actions.
- 1:12:48Now he himself will answer after the death
- 1:12:51of more than 500 American servicemen in recent
- 1:12:54days.
- 1:12:55Now that's a obviously inflated number.
- 1:12:58Does the slogan America first still remain?
- 1:13:02That slogan is long gone.
- 1:13:05I mean, I don't support him with the
- 1:13:07500.
- 1:13:08That's not truthful.
- 1:13:09But America first that this is definitely not
- 1:13:12America first.
- 1:13:13The Trump administration is running out of time
- 1:13:16to explain the war with Iran to Americans
- 1:13:20rights political and emphasize the contradictory statements of
- 1:13:24U.S. officials.
- 1:13:26The publication claims that dissatisfaction is growing within
- 1:13:29the MAGA movement.
- 1:13:32I read this, too, as it was interesting.
- 1:13:34Trump supporters fear a prolonged war, rising gas
- 1:13:38prices and a new foreign conflict that contradicts
- 1:13:41his own promises and America first.
- 1:13:45The danger for the Trump administration is that
- 1:13:47it may lose control when the war ends.
- 1:13:51I think this is going to result in
- 1:13:53the loss of the House and the Senate.
- 1:13:56That's what I believe.
- 1:13:57And Iran also has its own words to
- 1:14:01say.
- 1:14:02Now, its attacks are forcing the U.S.
- 1:14:05to close embassies in the region, evacuate American
- 1:14:08citizens and insure all oil tankers because Lloyd's
- 1:14:14of London will not.
- 1:14:17This affects the global economy.
- 1:14:19So what's the easy answer for Trump?
- 1:14:21Well, hell with it.
- 1:14:21We'll pay for it.
- 1:14:22You know, we'll charge insurance.
- 1:14:24We'll pay your insurance and they don't.
- 1:14:25We'll pay.
- 1:14:27So we're the global reinsurance policy because we
- 1:14:31started the war once again.
- 1:14:32Who's going to fund it with no explanation?
- 1:14:35The U.S. taxpayers.
- 1:14:37Right.
- 1:14:39So difficulties also been caused by the words
- 1:14:43of Trump's former supporter, Miss Marjorie Taylor Greene,
- 1:14:46who asked whether Trump's psychological condition is stable.
- 1:14:50She said, and I had the quote somewhere,
- 1:14:53but this is not this is a paraphrase.
- 1:14:55Donald Trump has repeatedly said on camera and
- 1:14:58in interviews that he does not think he
- 1:15:00will go to heaven.
- 1:15:03What does that have to do with anything?
- 1:15:06And I want to ask a serious question.
- 1:15:08What's in his head?
- 1:15:10What psychological condition is he in?
- 1:15:13If he himself believes he's not going to
- 1:15:15go to heaven and he's already a man
- 1:15:17at the end of his life's path, what
- 1:15:19does that mean?
- 1:15:20And how will it affect all of us?
- 1:15:22He's already said he doesn't care about his
- 1:15:25own ratings.
- 1:15:26Representatives of the Democrats are demanding answers and
- 1:15:29say Trump doesn't have a clear plan.
- 1:15:32I agree.
- 1:15:33He doesn't.
- 1:15:34I just left a close briefing on Iran.
- 1:15:37And here is what I can say.
- 1:15:39Everything is much worse than you thought.
- 1:15:42You have every reason to be concerned.
- 1:15:45The Trump administration has no plan for Iran.
- 1:15:49Oh, yeah.
- 1:15:50Let's fund the Kurds.
- 1:15:51There's a good plan.
- 1:15:53No, it's not.
- 1:15:55It is.
- 1:15:56They say anyway, this is more commentary from
- 1:15:58that article.
- 1:15:59This illegal war is based on lies started
- 1:16:02about any immediate threat to the United States.
- 1:16:05How do you not agree with that?
- 1:16:07There is no threat to us at all,
- 1:16:09even if Iran has a nuclear weapon.
- 1:16:12Well, give a crap.
- 1:16:13What do we care?
- 1:16:14Pakistan has them.
- 1:16:17Pakistan's got nuclear weapons.
- 1:16:19North Korea has them.
- 1:16:20Who's going to attack North Korea?
- 1:16:22Nobody.
- 1:16:23Why?
- 1:16:23Because they have weapons.
- 1:16:24Why does Ukraine want them?
- 1:16:26You think Vladimir Zelensky is not a moron
- 1:16:28or not a nutcase?
- 1:16:30He's a nutcase.
- 1:16:32And if we gave him nuclear weapons, he'd
- 1:16:34lob them out into Russia somewhere.
- 1:16:36I'm afraid Netanyahu is going to do that.
- 1:16:38I really am.
- 1:16:38I don't think that guy's stable at all.
- 1:16:40He's chosen by God.
- 1:16:41You want to say that you're going to
- 1:16:43bitch here about Trump not going to heaven
- 1:16:45or thinking he's not going to heaven so
- 1:16:47he can still do whatever he wants?
- 1:16:49The worst scenario if he can do whatever
- 1:16:51he wants is Netanyahu.
- 1:16:53He's worse.
- 1:16:54He thinks he's already in heaven.
- 1:16:56He thinks he's there.
- 1:16:58He is the chosen one, period.
- 1:17:01End of sentence.
- 1:17:02He gets to control the United States, and
- 1:17:05he does, at least as far as this
- 1:17:07goes.
- 1:17:08So anyway, I'm ranting a little bit after
- 1:17:10that.
- 1:17:11Donald Trump has not presented one single clear
- 1:17:15reason for this war, and apparently he has
- 1:17:18no plan to end it either.
- 1:17:20Instead, he has to show who's got the
- 1:17:22bigger weenie by going, oh, we got endless
- 1:17:25weapons.
- 1:17:25We got them everywhere.
- 1:17:26You know what I'm going to do?
- 1:17:27I'm going to send out that Hegseth.
- 1:17:28He was in the army before.
- 1:17:30Let's have him root rah-rah troops.
- 1:17:33You know, let's have him do it, and
- 1:17:34that's all he's doing.
- 1:17:35That's it.
- 1:17:36Meanwhile, NATO has opened fire on an Iranian
- 1:17:39missile flying toward Turkey.
- 1:17:41According to Turkish Ministry of Defense, the ballistic
- 1:17:43missile launched from Iran flew through Iraq and
- 1:17:46Syria and headed toward Turkish border, intercepted by
- 1:17:49a NATO air defense system.
- 1:17:51This is the first case since the beginning
- 1:17:53of the current war when Iranian missiles were
- 1:17:55directed toward a NATO country.
- 1:17:56The alliance condemns this attack.
- 1:17:59However, the Pentagon stated there are no grounds
- 1:18:02for activating Article 5 on collective defense.
- 1:18:05Turkey summoned the Iranian ambassador.
- 1:18:08Ankara stated it may respond in kind.
- 1:18:11You know, Ankara, Turkey, that means for those
- 1:18:13of you that don't understand where the capital
- 1:18:14of Turkey is, all necessary steps to defend
- 1:18:17our territory and airspace will be taken decisively
- 1:18:19and without hesitation, say the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
- 1:18:24So now we're going to suck Turkey into
- 1:18:25a war.
- 1:18:26We remind everyone that we reserve the right
- 1:18:29to respond to any hostile action against our
- 1:18:32country.
- 1:18:32The U.S. Ministry of War, Department of
- 1:18:35War, has announced the beginning of an investigation
- 1:18:40into the circumstance of the strike on the
- 1:18:42girls' school in southern Iran.
- 1:18:44According to Tehran, more than 160 people were
- 1:18:46killed.
- 1:18:46The victims were all schoolgirls.
- 1:18:48Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said, while answering journalist
- 1:18:53questions, can you provide updated information about what
- 1:18:56the administration knows regarding reports of strikes on
- 1:19:00girls' school in southern Iran on Saturday?
- 1:19:02All I can say is we are investigating.
- 1:19:05We, of course, never strike civilian targets.
- 1:19:07Yeah, right.
- 1:19:08But we are studying this incident and conducting
- 1:19:10an investigation.
- 1:19:11The issue has caused a major reaction.
- 1:19:15Iranian authorities claim the strike occurred on February
- 1:19:1728th in the city of Minab, and among
- 1:19:19the victims were students of primary and secondary
- 1:19:22school.
- 1:19:22Al-Jazeera says the school probably educated the
- 1:19:27daughters of members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard
- 1:19:30Corps.
- 1:19:30So these are important girls.
- 1:19:33Yeah, let's cause harm.
- 1:19:36You know, I am so cynical.
- 1:19:40We're killing.
- 1:19:41We're decapitating.
- 1:19:42Why not kill their whole families?
- 1:19:44What if you think that somebody important's kid
- 1:19:47was in there and you can take care
- 1:19:49of him by killing one of his family?
- 1:19:52Hegseth's not above that.
- 1:19:54Neither is Trump.
- 1:19:56Netanyahu definitely isn't above that.
- 1:19:58In fact, this is the preferred method.
- 1:20:01We targeted individuals, leaders of countries.
- 1:20:07And why?
- 1:20:07Because we have the biggest wiener.
- 1:20:09That is why.
- 1:20:10And that's the only reason that we did
- 1:20:13it.
- 1:20:13We're not doing it to encourage them.
- 1:20:15We're doing it to dominate.
- 1:20:17Period.
- 1:20:17We're going to be world dominant.
- 1:20:19And the world is not going to like
- 1:20:22it.
- 1:20:22And now we are probably in the very
- 1:20:25beginnings of people realizing that we got three
- 1:20:28more years of this shit.
- 1:20:30And it's going to keep on coming.
- 1:20:33I don't believe in the stability of any
- 1:20:37of these people.
- 1:20:39Netanyahu especially.
- 1:20:41That guy needs to be examined.
- 1:20:43I don't know about Trump.
- 1:20:45I don't know.
- 1:20:45But I'm seriously questioning these latest actions.
- 1:20:49And when you watch Hegseth, I've seen a
- 1:20:51million sergeants like him.
- 1:20:52He just gets to get up, commanders, whatever.
- 1:20:55Oh, rip, rip, rip.
- 1:20:56We got them, boys.
- 1:20:59We're going to go kill us.
- 1:21:01And so he's going to hang us.
- 1:21:04He's one of those people.
- 1:21:05More war, more war.
- 1:21:07He's a cheerleader.
- 1:21:08That's it.
- 1:21:10And it's not good.
- 1:21:11So anyway, I'm ranting again.
- 1:21:14At the same time, Iran's ambassador.
- 1:21:18Oh, by the way, I meant to finish
- 1:21:20this last thing, that the daughters of the
- 1:21:23members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, but
- 1:21:25next to that facility, a military facility is
- 1:21:29located near that school.
- 1:21:31And this building previously was part of the
- 1:21:35infrastructure.
- 1:21:36At the same time, Iran's ambassador to Belarus,
- 1:21:40his name is Saneh, connected the strike with
- 1:21:44a sacrifice made for the success of the
- 1:21:46armies of Israel in the United States.
- 1:21:49And they're turning these people, I'm telling you,
- 1:21:52into martyrs everywhere.
- 1:21:54And that is the danger.
- 1:21:57You can't convince a martyr.
- 1:21:59It won't happen.
- 1:22:02And at a press conference in Minsk, Belarus,
- 1:22:04after a meeting with Lukashenko, the following statement
- 1:22:07was made.
- 1:22:09This may be connected with the Epstein cult.
- 1:22:13Perhaps they carried out a ritual there for
- 1:22:16sacrificing children.
- 1:22:17For some, it is war.
- 1:22:19For others, it is profit against the background
- 1:22:21of the situation in the Middle East.
- 1:22:23Now, I think that comment was nothing but
- 1:22:26inflammatory.
- 1:22:27But entrepreneurial people in Dubai are making money
- 1:22:30off of this.
- 1:22:31Tourists and expats are willing to pay enormous
- 1:22:35sums to leave the city.
- 1:22:37Prices have soared, airline prices.
- 1:22:40For evacuation from Dubai, families are paying up
- 1:22:45to $250,000.
- 1:22:49This has been reported in the Financial Times,
- 1:22:52because you can't get out of Dubai.
- 1:22:54You can't get out of Egypt.
- 1:22:57You can't get out of any place there.
- 1:23:00You're not getting out.
- 1:23:02You're there, you're trapped.
- 1:23:04That's why the Russians are trying to come
- 1:23:05up with ways to get their people out
- 1:23:07of Iran and out of these other countries.
- 1:23:10And, you know, interesting times.
- 1:23:14This is also reported by the Financial Times.
- 1:23:17According to insurance companies that deal with crisis
- 1:23:20assistance, evacuating one family of two adults and
- 1:23:25two children can cost up to a quarter
- 1:23:28of a million dollars if a private jet
- 1:23:30has to be used.
- 1:23:31Commercial air is certainly unreliable.
- 1:23:34Prices for charter flights doubled in the last
- 1:23:37few days.
- 1:23:38Even ground evacuation is extremely expensive.
- 1:23:42A taxi or minibus from Dubai to Muscat,
- 1:23:45the most popular escape destination, now costs thousands
- 1:23:49of dollars instead of several hundred.
- 1:23:51Some flights from Dubai and Abu Dhabi are
- 1:23:54gradually resuming, but most regular flights remain canceled,
- 1:23:58and tens of thousands of passengers are stranded
- 1:24:01in the largest airports in the region.
- 1:24:03That was another Solovyov commentary.
- 1:24:05It was pretty damn funny.
- 1:24:07Actually, when he was talking to Khazin, they
- 1:24:12were saying that the people couldn't get in
- 1:24:13and out of Dubai, and Russians couldn't get
- 1:24:16out.
- 1:24:16And Vladimir Solovyov says, well, because Dubai is
- 1:24:20full of Russian escorts.
- 1:24:23I mean, everywhere.
- 1:24:24They all go there and just start selling,
- 1:24:26and they get incredibly wealthy because you know
- 1:24:29how good looking they are.
- 1:24:31And all the young girls are in Dubai
- 1:24:33and in Abu Dhabi, and, you know, they
- 1:24:35fly there from all over the world.
- 1:24:37And Solovyov says something like, well, that's going
- 1:24:41to cause a rise in the prices of
- 1:24:43an escort.
- 1:24:45The price of an escort is going to
- 1:24:47triple, you know, overnight too.
- 1:24:49And so that's not going to be good.
- 1:24:51And so anyway, most flights remain canceled.
- 1:24:54Tens of thousands are stranded.
- 1:24:56European countries have already begun repatriation flights for
- 1:25:00their own citizens.
- 1:25:01So, you know, they're sending their own planes.
- 1:25:03And Putin has announced evacuation measures for Russians.
- 1:25:07Russians stranded in the Middle East are evacuated
- 1:25:10by the Ministry of Emergency and the Ministry
- 1:25:12of Defense.
- 1:25:13Financial Times says we're seeing taxis starting from
- 1:25:17$5,000 and higher, said one insurance executive.
- 1:25:21The main problems, the U.S. State Department
- 1:25:23recommends leaving the region using available commercial flights.
- 1:25:27But right now, such flights are non-existent.
- 1:25:30Although companies in the region are asking employees
- 1:25:33to work remotely, more and more residents, tourists,
- 1:25:36expats are trying to leave because the conflict
- 1:25:38shows no sign of ending soon.
- 1:25:41U.S. is preparing to indefinitely remove the
- 1:25:45German subsidiary of Rosneft from sanctions.
- 1:25:50So because of the U.S. creating problems
- 1:25:54in the gas and oil industry, they are
- 1:25:57talking removing Rosneft, which is the Russian oil
- 1:26:01company that has been sanctioned individually, taking and
- 1:26:05Lukoil, which has a lot of Russian stuff.
- 1:26:07I've talked about it a little bit on
- 1:26:09here, removing them from the list of sanctions
- 1:26:12so that they can sell gas and oil
- 1:26:14in eastern Russia.
- 1:26:15This will be a serious diplomatic victory after
- 1:26:19tense negotiations with Washington, says Bloomberg, because Germany
- 1:26:23wants to work with Rosneft.
- 1:26:28It's a messed up, muddled up, shook up
- 1:26:32world, except for Lola.
- 1:26:34The decision is expected to be announced by
- 1:26:37the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the
- 1:26:39U.S. Treasury soon.
- 1:26:41The issue concerns Rosneft Germany, whose assets Berlin
- 1:26:44took control of after the start of the
- 1:26:47war in Ukraine in 2022.
- 1:26:49Since then, they remain under state administration in
- 1:26:52legal uncertainty.
- 1:26:53Rosneft Germany owns three major German oil refineries
- 1:26:58that provide 12 percent of the country's oil
- 1:27:00refining.
- 1:27:02Mangnem is the refinery in Schwett near Berlin
- 1:27:04as a stake in Transalpine pipeline through which
- 1:27:07oil enters Central Europe.
- 1:27:10Putin decided to get ahead of Europe and
- 1:27:11instructed his government to study the possibility of
- 1:27:15stopping European or Russian gas supplies to the
- 1:27:18European Union, as I described to you earlier.
- 1:27:20He described the statement not of the decision,
- 1:27:23but as thinking aloud.
- 1:27:24And I shared the full statement with you.
- 1:27:26He noted Moscow's will consider such step because
- 1:27:30European countries are nuts.
- 1:27:31The Kremlin is going to consider leaving.
- 1:27:34The statement came after his meeting with the
- 1:27:36Hungarian foreign minister.
- 1:27:38So Russians are massively supporting peace negotiations as
- 1:27:44well as let's see where the latest numbers,
- 1:27:47according to Bloomberg, 67 percent support negotiation, 24
- 1:27:52percent support continuing the war.
- 1:27:55Now that's Bloomberg reporting that.
- 1:27:57And I'm not sure.
- 1:27:59I haven't seen the actual report yet.
- 1:28:02This is a report of a report.
- 1:28:04And that's all for today on international flavor.
- 1:28:07I'm very glad you are with me.
- 1:28:10Tomorrow is Civic Outlaws.

- 1:28:33and wish to inform people about.
