- 1:21Speaker 2: The conviction of Shiloh Hendricks, as we discussed at length
- 1:25Speaker 2: on the show yesterday, marks the end of the First
- 1:27Speaker 2: Amendment in the state of Minnesota. The right to free
- 1:30Speaker 2: speech had a good run, but truth be told, its
- 1:33Speaker 2: days were numbered beginning with the first Bush administration when
- 1:36Speaker 2: Africans were invited to flood into mostly white places like
- 1:39Speaker 2: Minneapolis and Rochester. It was the administration of George H.W.
- 1:43Speaker 2: Bush that first granted temporary protected status to Somalis on
- 1:47Speaker 2: the theory that it would be inhumane to make.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Somalis live among Somalis. I mean, think about that.
- 1:53Speaker 2: It wasn't a natural disaster like an earthquake or a
- 1:55Speaker 2: hurricane that led Somalis to get temporary protected status to
- 1:59Speaker 2: live in this country. And definitely, no, it was the
- 2:00Speaker 2: fact that Somalis are so primitive that they can't govern themselves.
- 2:04Speaker 2: And then in one of the greatest acts of treason
- 2:07Speaker 2: ever committed, this so-called temporary protected status was extended for
- 2:12Speaker 2: more than 30 years, enough time for Somalis to transform
- 2:15Speaker 2: many American neighborhoods into Mogadishu. And now Americans living in
- 2:19Speaker 2: Minnesota have the same speech rights as the typical Somali
- 2:23Speaker 2: back home, which is to say they don't have free
- 2:25Speaker 2: speech rights at all.
- 2:26Speaker 3: If you say the.
- 2:27Speaker 2: N-word, if you voice your outrage and frustration with the
- 2:31Speaker 2: state of your country in a vulgar way, then you'll
- 2:34Speaker 2: be arrested and convicted. At the same time, there are
- 2:38Speaker 2: some encouraging signs in the days after the clearly unconstitutional
- 2:42Speaker 2: conviction of Shiloh Hendricks. that Americans will fight to reclaim
- 2:46Speaker 2: their civil liberties in the face of this foreign invasion.
- 2:49Speaker 2: Tens of thousands of additional dollars have flowed into Shiloh's Give, Send,
- 2:52Speaker 2: Go fundraiser following her conviction. The fundraiser is now approaching
- 2:56Speaker 2: $ 1 million, which is extremely upsetting to the mainstream press,
- 3:01Speaker 2: as you might imagine. They're realizing that this verdict, and
- 3:04Speaker 2: indeed this whole trial, has gone over very poorly with
- 3:07Speaker 2: the general public, and now they're scrambling to do damage control.
- 3:12Speaker 2: So case in point, here's the headline of a Newsweek
- 3:14Speaker 2: article from the other day, quote, fundraiser for woman who
- 3:17Speaker 2: called autistic boy N-word surges after verdict. So the framing
- 3:23Speaker 2: isn't exactly subtle. They don't mention what the verdict was
- 3:26Speaker 2: about because they know the verdict is indefensible. They also
- 3:30Speaker 2: imply that she was convicted because of her behavior towards
- 3:33Speaker 2: the child, which is not true. But they do mention
- 3:36Speaker 2: that the poor boy is supposedly autistic, and therefore it's
- 3:40Speaker 2: horrible to use bad words in the presence of this child. Now,
- 3:44Speaker 2: of course, every Somali child has an autism diagnosis, as
- 3:48Speaker 2: Nick Shirley demonstrated.
- 3:49Speaker 3: If there's one thing Somalis understand.
- 3:51Speaker 2: It's how to rip off Medicaid to the tune of
- 3:53Speaker 2: a billion dollars using phony autism claims. That's why in
- 3:56Speaker 2: the state of Minnesota alone, Medicaid payments for autism treatment
- 4:00Speaker 2: increased from under $ 700, 000 to over $ 342 million. from 2018
- 4:06Speaker 2: to 2024. That is an increase, if you do the math,
- 4:10Speaker 2: of more than 50,000%. And if you try to visit
- 4:14Speaker 2: these autism treatment centers, as we've seen, nobody's home. The
- 4:18Speaker 2: sign on the wall is misspelled. And if there is
- 4:21Speaker 2: anybody there, they'll threaten to have you arrested if you
- 4:23Speaker 2: ask any questions. But let's assume for the sake of
- 4:25Speaker 2: argument that Shiloh did, in fact, direct a bad word
- 4:28Speaker 2: towards an autistic child, whatever that means. Let's assume that
- 4:32Speaker 2: after this child stole her property, she briefly lost her.
- 4:35Speaker 3: Temper and uttered a vulgarity.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Now, why exactly would it be improper for Americans to
- 4:42Speaker 2: raise money for her defense, given the fact that in
- 4:46Speaker 2: this country, you're allowed to say vulgarities under the First Amendment? Well,
- 4:51Speaker 2: here's the explanation from Newsweek. Quote, a fundraiser for the
- 4:53Speaker 2: Minnesota woman at the center of a viral playground confrontation
- 4:56Speaker 2: involving an autistic black child has seen renewed support following
- 5:00Speaker 2: her criminal trial verdict, with supporters continuing to donate and
- 5:04Speaker 2: some leaving messages containing racist language. So the idea is
- 5:09Speaker 2: that the fundraiser is bad because the people who are
- 5:11Speaker 2: donating are racist. Perhaps the state of Minnesota needs to
- 5:15Speaker 2: kick down the doors of everybody who left a racist
- 5:18Speaker 2: message on the give, send, go, just to really send
- 5:20Speaker 2: the message that the First Amendment doesn't exist anymore. Now,
- 5:24Speaker 2: if there were indeed a lot of threatening anti-black racist
- 5:29Speaker 2: messages on.
- 5:29Speaker 3: The give, send, go, that would be arguably noteworthy.
- 5:32Speaker 2: After all, we all saw the comments on the Carmelo
- 5:35Speaker 2: Anthony fundraiser where they celebrated the murder of a white
- 5:38Speaker 2: teenager using very explicitly racist language against whites. Now, Newsweek
- 5:44Speaker 2: didn't run any stories on those comments, but we all
- 5:47Speaker 2: saw them and they were noteworthy in that case, even
- 5:50Speaker 2: if the media didn't take note of them. If something
- 5:53Speaker 2: similar were happening in this case, then, you know, you
- 5:55Speaker 2: could imagine a scenario where it might be worth mentioning.
- 5:58Speaker 2: So I took a look at the top comments on
- 6:01Speaker 2: the fundraiser, which we'll put on the screen. You can
- 6:03Speaker 2: see for yourself. I came across comments like long live
- 6:08Speaker 2: Joan of Park, which is kind of clever, actually. And sorry,
- 6:13Speaker 2: you have to go through this unconstitutional proceeding, said another person.
- 6:17Speaker 2: Free speech for everybody, wrote another person. Here's three more.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Trial is a total sham. You said the magic word, Shiloh,
- 6:25Speaker 2: the same word black folks use every day. Free speech
- 6:27Speaker 2: is paramount. We must all defend it.
- 6:30Speaker 3: Godspeed.
- 6:32Speaker 2: Then there's this one with 20 likes. I'm giving you
- 6:34Speaker 2: money to help you appeal a blatantly unconstitutional verdict. I
- 6:38Speaker 2: want you to appeal this ruling immediately. and fight it
- 6:40Speaker 2: all the way to the Supreme Court if that's what
- 6:42Speaker 2: it takes. Then there's, please take them down with the appeal.
- 6:45Speaker 2: And then there's, never let the Marxists win, and on
- 6:48Speaker 2: and on. Now, all told, it seems like a very
- 6:52Speaker 2: civilized comment section, actually remarkably coherent for a comment section.
- 6:56Speaker 2: By comment section standards, this is like a bunch of
- 7:01Speaker 2: Shakespeare's writing their comments. And One in which people were
- 7:06Speaker 2: concerned about important abstract concepts like the freedom of speech,
- 7:10Speaker 2: you know, rather than race hatred. So I was curious
- 7:12Speaker 2: what Newsweek was talking about when they said that the Give, Send,
- 7:15Speaker 2: Go is racist. And here's what the outlet came up
- 7:18Speaker 2: with as examples of the racist messaging on the fundraising page.
- 7:22Speaker 3: I'll read their article.
- 7:24Speaker 2: A review of publicly visible comments on the fundraiser found
- 7:27Speaker 2: messages from supporters defending Hendricks, including comments such as fight
- 7:31Speaker 2: for free speech alongside others containing racist remarks and attacks
- 7:35Speaker 2: targeting racial groups. One donor wrote, long live America. Get
- 7:41Speaker 2: these foreign invaders out.
- 7:44Speaker 3: So there you have it.
- 7:45Speaker 2: According to Newsweek, long live America. Get these foreign invaders
- 7:49Speaker 2: out is racist hate speech. Now, hundreds of thousands of
- 7:53Speaker 2: foreigners can enter this country illegally, defraud us, harass us,
- 7:56Speaker 2: steal from us, lower our quality of life in every respect,
- 8:00Speaker 2: murder us. And we're racist if we call them what
- 8:03Speaker 2: they are. You know, it's not hard to see what's
- 8:06Speaker 2: going on here. They don't want to stop with the
- 8:08Speaker 2: prosecution of Shiloh Hendricks. They want to make it illegal
- 8:10Speaker 2: for anybody anywhere to object to the illegal invasion of
- 8:14Speaker 2: the United States. This is a top down effort from
- 8:16Speaker 2: some of the most influential activist groups and NGOs on
- 8:19Speaker 2: the left. It's much bigger than one case in a
- 8:22Speaker 2: park in Rochester. Now, one of the many elements of
- 8:26Speaker 2: the Shiloh Hendricks case that we didn't have time to
- 8:28Speaker 2: mention yesterday is how the prosecution originated. This was not
- 8:32Speaker 2: an isolated decision by one district attorney. It was the
- 8:35Speaker 2: result of pressure from the NAACP, which put out this
- 8:38Speaker 2: statement shortly after the incident in the park went viral.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Take a look at this.
- 8:45Speaker 2: The NAACP actually wrote out a list of all the
- 8:48Speaker 2: charges that they wanted to see in the case, beginning
- 8:52Speaker 2: with disorderly conduct. And their list of chart, now this
- 8:57Speaker 2: is the NAACP, not a law enforcement organization, last time
- 9:01Speaker 2: I checked, listing out the criminal charges that should be placed.
- 9:08Speaker 2: It also includes fifth degree assault, harassment slash stalking, bias-motivated assault,
- 9:14Speaker 2: child endangerment, and assault in the second degree, otherwise known
- 9:18Speaker 2: as assault with a weapon.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Did she have a weapon?
- 9:22Speaker 4: No.
- 9:23Speaker 3: Did she assault anybody?
- 9:24Speaker 4: No.
- 9:24Speaker 3: But NAACP doesn't care.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Now, if Shiloh Hendricks had been convicted of all those charges,
- 9:30Speaker 2: she'd have to spend at least 10 years in prison.
- 9:33Speaker 2: That's what the NAACP was pushing for. They wanted this
- 9:36Speaker 2: woman to go to prison for a decade for saying
- 9:39Speaker 2: a bad word. And really, it wasn't a pressure campaign
- 9:43Speaker 2: at all. The NAACP was issuing orders, and the prosecutors
- 9:48Speaker 2: felt compelled to to follow orders as they always do
- 9:53Speaker 2: and bring a criminal case as a result. As the
- 9:57Speaker 2: independent journalist Tom Hennessey has found, the president of the
- 10:00Speaker 2: Rochester NAACP, a sub-Saharan African by the name of Wally Olegbede,
- 10:05Speaker 2: good old down-home American name right there, delivered a speech
- 10:09Speaker 2: in which he demanded that Shiloh Hendricks be held accountable
- 10:12Speaker 2: for the alleged trauma that she caused. He was upset
- 10:16Speaker 2: that more charges were not forthcoming.
- 10:19Speaker 5: Watch.
- 10:21Speaker 6: Also wanna thank the city attorney's office for their leadership
- 10:25Speaker 6: in this. We asked for a lot more charges that
- 10:31Speaker 6: we felt were appropriate. They did their due diligence and
- 10:34Speaker 6: this is sort of where they landed. Yeah, we're gonna
- 10:36Speaker 6: continue to pursue and we call on the county attorney's
- 10:40Speaker 6: office to really look at everything they can do. There's
- 10:45Speaker 6: a lot more than meets the eye. There's some things
- 10:47Speaker 6: I'm not gonna share, but But trauma was inflicted. And
- 10:54Speaker 6: she continues to show no remorse, continues to try to
- 10:58Speaker 6: fundraise and take advantage of this vulnerable child. And so
- 11:04Speaker 6: accountability and justice is essential. I mean, that's why we
- 11:07Speaker 6: all stand here today to say that. When you're traumatizing
- 11:13Speaker 6: our children, any child, you need to be held accountable.
- 11:19Speaker 2: Now, as for what he said in the clip, first
- 11:22Speaker 2: of all, the child stole Shiloh's property. The fact that
- 11:25Speaker 2: he has some fake diagnosis doesn't mean that he's allowed
- 11:28Speaker 2: to steal from somebody in a park. And secondly, there's
- 11:31Speaker 2: no evidence whatsoever that she inflicted trauma on the child,
- 11:35Speaker 2: as the jury found. If there had been any hint
- 11:37Speaker 2: of evidence that the jury could have used, they would
- 11:41Speaker 2: have returned a guilty verdict immediately for disorderly conduct against
- 11:45Speaker 2: the child. But there was zero evidence, so they had
- 11:48Speaker 2: to acquit. But more importantly, notice what he says at
- 11:51Speaker 2: the end there. He says that anybody who traumatizes a
- 11:54Speaker 2: child must be held accountable under the law. And of course,
- 11:58Speaker 2: I would agree with that. Which is why we need
- 12:01Speaker 2: to know exactly why Sharmiki Bile Omar, the guy who
- 12:06Speaker 2: shot the viral video of Shiloh Hendricks, and whose name
- 12:09Speaker 2: I'm almost certainly mispronouncing, and who repeatedly urged her to
- 12:13Speaker 2: say the N-word on camera, fled to Somalia before this
- 12:17Speaker 2: trial began, according to Tom Hennessey's reporting. Now, Sharmakey is
- 12:22Speaker 2: the guy on the right.
- 12:24Speaker 3: In this photograph. You can see him right there.
- 12:27Speaker 2: And just weeks before he recorded the video of Shiloh
- 12:29Speaker 2: Hendricks in the park, he was facing charges for, quote,
- 12:33Speaker 2: third and fifth degree criminal sexual conduct after being accused
- 12:37Speaker 2: of raping a 16-year-old after offering her a place to stay.
- 12:41Speaker 2: The charges related to criminal sexual conduct, penetration of a
- 12:44Speaker 2: person under 18 years old using drugs, coercion and fifth-degree
- 12:47Speaker 2: criminal sexual conduct and non-consensual penetration dating back to January 20th, 2022.
- 12:53Speaker 3: Okay, so what happened to those charges?
- 12:56Speaker 2: Well, I mean, why was this guy free to walk
- 12:59Speaker 2: around a playground after those kinds of charges? Well, according
- 13:02Speaker 2: to a local news station, quote, the Olmstead County Attorney's
- 13:05Speaker 2: Office dismissed charges against Muhammad Hussein Omar and Sharmaki Bail
- 13:09Speaker 2: Omar in March of 2025. Court documents state that the
- 13:13Speaker 2: case was dismissed and In the interest of justice. Now,
- 13:19Speaker 2: what does that mean exactly? Why would serious charges like
- 13:22Speaker 2: this be dismissed in the interest of justice? In Minnesota,
- 13:28Speaker 2: this is basically a catch-all provision. It means whatever prosecutors
- 13:32Speaker 2: want it to mean. So we have no idea. It
- 13:36Speaker 2: basically means that the prosecutors didn't think the case was
- 13:39Speaker 2: fair for some reason. Maybe they didn't want to put
- 13:42Speaker 2: another black criminal in prison because that would be racist,
- 13:44Speaker 2: or maybe a witness decided not to testify.
- 13:46Speaker 3: We don't know.
- 13:48Speaker 2: We also don't know why this guy was at a playground,
- 13:51Speaker 2: which really makes you think. There are very few things
- 13:54Speaker 2: that will make me stop giving a business my money
- 13:57Speaker 2: faster than calling them and getting absolutely nothing. No answer,
- 14:00Speaker 2: no callback, just the phone ringing into the void. And
- 14:04Speaker 2: at that point, I assume one of two things. Either
- 14:06Speaker 2: they've gone out of business or they don't actually want
- 14:09Speaker 2: my business. Either way, I move on. Now, if you're
- 14:13Speaker 2: like most millennials, you hate picking up the phone.
- 14:17Speaker 3: And I know I do. Now you don't have to.
- 14:19Speaker 2: Nextiva built an AI receptionist called Expert that answers every
- 14:23Speaker 2: call on the first ring, even if you're in a.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Meeting on the road or on the other line.
- 14:27Speaker 2: And if you hate the idea of talking to an
- 14:29Speaker 2: AI chatbot, and trust me, I understand, I still think
- 14:33Speaker 2: it's better than talking to some guy in Mumbai. It's
- 14:36Speaker 2: making sure a potential customer actually gets in contact with
- 14:38Speaker 2: your business and not having to send them 10,000 miles
- 14:42Speaker 2: away to a foreign country. And if the caller needs
- 14:44Speaker 2: a real person, Expert hands it off with a summary
- 14:47Speaker 2: of what the customer needs. Listen to this example of
- 14:49Speaker 2: what Expert sounds like when it takes a call.
- 14:54Speaker 5: Thank you for calling Copperleaf Kitchen. This is Expert, an
- 14:57Speaker 5: AI assistant on a recorded line. How can I help
- 15:00Speaker 5: you today? Hi there. Can I make a reservation for tonight,
- 15:04Speaker 5: preferably somewhere quiet? I can help with that. We do
- 15:07Speaker 5: have indoor seating away from the main dining area. May
- 15:10Speaker 5: I have your name and party size? Yeah, it's Jane,
- 15:13Speaker 5: and it's for two. Perfect. Thank you, Jane. I'll reserve
- 15:17Speaker 5: a table for two in a quieter section and send
- 15:19Speaker 5: you a confirmation shortly. Awesome. Thank you.
- 15:23Speaker 3: Well, not bad at all.
- 15:24Speaker 2: And I'm as AI skeptical as they come, as you know,
- 15:27Speaker 2: but there are legitimate uses for AI. And in this case,
- 15:30Speaker 2: it certainly beats talking to some guy with a heavy
- 15:33Speaker 2: accent that you can barely understand on the other side.
- 15:36Speaker 3: Of the world.
- 15:37Speaker 2: It's detailed and precise, and it's a great tool for
- 15:39Speaker 2: business owners because every call is a potential customer. And
- 15:41Speaker 2: if you miss that call, they'll probably just find someone else.
- 15:44Speaker 5: Expert.
- 15:45Speaker 2: Helps make sure that doesn't happen right now. If you
- 15:47Speaker 2: use my link, nextiva.com slash Walsh, you'll get your first
- 15:51Speaker 2: 30 days totally free. That's nextiva.com slash Walsh for your
- 15:55Speaker 2: first 30 days free. Whatever the case, a dismissal for
- 15:59Speaker 2: this particular reason is not a dismissal with prejudice, meaning
- 16:02Speaker 2: prosecutors are free to bring the case again if they
- 16:05Speaker 2: want to, or if hypothetically a witness starts cooperating. So
- 16:11Speaker 2: it's not quite a get out of jail free card.
- 16:14Speaker 2: From Tom Hennessey's reporting, we know that the police report
- 16:16Speaker 2: in this case seemed very thorough, including an exact address
- 16:19Speaker 2: and very specific accusations. So it seems unlikely the case
- 16:24Speaker 2: fell apart on the merits, although again, we don't know.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Is it possible that Sharmaiki, the man at the center
- 16:29Speaker 2: of the prosecution, fled the country in order to avoid
- 16:32Speaker 2: further prosecution for these charges.
- 16:35Speaker 3: Or maybe other similar charges? I don't know.
- 16:38Speaker 2: This is a question that, to the best of my knowledge,
- 16:40Speaker 2: has gone completely unanswered by local media, and the ramifications
- 16:44Speaker 2: for Shiloh Hendricks' trial were clear. Because the guy with
- 16:47Speaker 2: the cell phone recording fled to Somalia, she was not
- 16:51Speaker 2: allowed to confront her accuser in court, which is her
- 16:53Speaker 2: constitutional right. She wasn't able to question him on the
- 16:57Speaker 2: stand as to whether he was raising money from the incident,
- 16:59Speaker 2: as Hendricks' defense attorney believes to be the case. Now,
- 17:03Speaker 2: along the same lines, because Sharmaiki fled the country, we
- 17:06Speaker 2: probably won't learn anything about how he obtained a commercial
- 17:09Speaker 2: driver's license, allowing him to drive 18 wheelers. Yes, this guy,
- 17:14Speaker 2: along with the Somali father who testified against Shiloh Hendricks,
- 17:17Speaker 2: Shire Jamali, has a CDL. This is footage that appears
- 17:21Speaker 2: to be from one of Jamali's social media accounts. These
- 17:24Speaker 2: are the kinds of people who are taking jobs from
- 17:26Speaker 2: American truckers, total degenerates who lie on the stand, who
- 17:30Speaker 2: harass white women and their children in the park. And
- 17:32Speaker 2: then in one case, flee the country before the trial. Again,
- 17:36Speaker 2: the whole trial was a complete farce. And the more
- 17:39Speaker 2: you look into it, the worse it gets. We actually
- 17:41Speaker 2: spoke to Brian Carolus, Shiloh Hendricks' lawyer by phone. And
- 17:46Speaker 2: he told us that when he went to Rochester to
- 17:49Speaker 2: try this case, he was under the impression it would
- 17:51Speaker 2: be a First Amendment case that would be taken seriously,
- 17:55Speaker 2: because it is a serious First Amendment case. And he
- 17:58Speaker 2: said upon arriving in Rochester, he noticed several things that
- 18:00Speaker 2: were strange. First of all, Many names in the police
- 18:03Speaker 2: report were redacted, including the name of the Somali child
- 18:06Speaker 2: in the park. And he didn't think that was a
- 18:08Speaker 2: big deal at first. He expected he'd get the names
- 18:10Speaker 2: eventually and that they weren't relevant. But the names were
- 18:14Speaker 2: not disclosed even through pretrial proceedings. He emailed the prosecutor
- 18:18Speaker 2: over the weekend before the trial saying, am I missing something?
- 18:21Speaker 2: I still don't know who you're calling to testify. On
- 18:24Speaker 2: Monday morning, the prosecutor asked to approach the bench with
- 18:28Speaker 2: a piece of paper containing the witness names. When the
- 18:31Speaker 2: defense attempted to object, the judge blew up on Carol Luce,
- 18:34Speaker 2: not the prosecutors. The judge attacked the defense attorney for
- 18:37Speaker 2: attempting to try the case through the media, which made
- 18:40Speaker 2: no sense because the objection took place in the courtroom.
- 18:44Speaker 2: And the judge then brought everyone back in chambers and
- 18:47Speaker 2: accused Carol Luce of grandstanding. But the judge also privately
- 18:50Speaker 2: acknowledged that she had ordered the prosecution to hand over
- 18:53Speaker 2: a witness list the week prior when the trial began.
- 18:55Speaker 2: In other words, even the liberal judge, who was clearly
- 18:59Speaker 2: biased against the defense, admitted that the prosecutors were playing games.
- 19:03Speaker 2: So when you take all this together, along with all
- 19:08Speaker 2: the problems we outlined in detail yesterday, this is a
- 19:10Speaker 2: case that needs to go to the Supreme Court, and
- 19:12Speaker 2: it needs to end with a clear ruling that the
- 19:15Speaker 2: fighting words doctrine is unconstitutional. People are allowed to say
- 19:20Speaker 2: whatever they want in this country, unless they make an
- 19:22Speaker 2: explicit threat of violence that would make a reasonable person
- 19:25Speaker 2: fear for their life.
- 19:27Speaker 3: That's the line. Slurs do not qualify. You know, having
- 19:32Speaker 3: an opinion. You can have whatever. This is America.
- 19:35Speaker 2: If the First Amendment means anything, it means that you
- 19:37Speaker 2: can have whatever opinion you want. You can express your opinion.
- 19:42Speaker 2: And if your opinion is insulting or vulgar, well, that's
- 19:46Speaker 2: the way it goes. Objecting to Democrats' open border agenda
- 19:51Speaker 2: does not qualify as, you know, making a threat, period.
- 19:54Speaker 2: Arresting American citizens for exercising their constitutional right to freedom
- 19:58Speaker 2: of speech is an act of treason, and anyone involved
- 20:01Speaker 2: in these prosecutions belongs in prison. That's what actually should happen.
- 20:07Speaker 2: This is not just an academic legal debate. As you
- 20:09Speaker 2: probably noticed, this explicit effort to quash free speech is
- 20:14Speaker 2: not confined, of course, to one park in Rochester. Wherever
- 20:17Speaker 2: you find leftist women and low testosterone men in positions
- 20:19Speaker 2: of power, you'll notice that constitutional rights are being suspended,
- 20:23Speaker 2: particularly the First Amendment. This is happening everywhere. The judge
- 20:26Speaker 2: in the Shiloh Hendricks case is just one example among many.
- 20:30Speaker 2: Consider this recent video out of Fort Worth, Texas, for example,
- 20:33Speaker 2: if you haven't seen it. So the Fort Worth Police
- 20:35Speaker 2: Department has acknowledged that that the footage is real and
- 20:39Speaker 2: they say they're gonna retrain their officers on the First Amendment.
- 20:44Speaker 2: But in this video here, you see that they ticketed
- 20:48Speaker 2: Christian preachers for offensive speech, watch.
- 20:54Speaker 6: That audience means like music, not talking.
- 20:58Speaker 7: If someone is offended by your talking, then we have
- 21:02Speaker 7: a problem.
- 21:03Speaker 8: That is a constitutional violation of our rights.
- 21:05Speaker 6: If you shut us down.
- 21:06Speaker 2: No, if they are offended by your speech, okay, then
- 21:10Speaker 2: I'll write you this ticket and we'll.
- 21:11Speaker 8: Go from here.
- 21:12Speaker 3: Wait, you're going to take us for offensive speech? Yes, absolutely.
- 21:15Speaker 3: Are you serious? Offensive speech. You're going to cite.
- 21:17Speaker 6: Us for offensive speech.
- 21:18Speaker 8: Yes, it's called disorderly conduct.
- 21:20Speaker 5: Oh, whoa. Yes, it is.
- 21:21Speaker 3: Disorderly conduct has to be accompanied by conduct.
- 21:25Speaker 5: Conduct.
- 21:25Speaker 6: This is the conduct that you're doing.
- 21:26Speaker 3: I'm a retired police officer. For who? 26 years, federal
- 21:30Speaker 3: law enforcement. So it's federal.
- 21:32Speaker 8: So this has nothing to do with local.
- 21:34Speaker 5: Wow.
- 21:34Speaker 6: This has nothing to do with local.
- 21:36Speaker 3: Do whatever you can do. It says 80 decibels.
- 21:39Speaker 5: Wow.
- 21:39Speaker 8: It says 80 decibels.
- 21:40Speaker 3: Since y'all know the.
- 21:41Speaker 8: Law so well, I'm not going to let.
- 21:43Speaker 3: Y'all... So, I just want to clarify.
- 21:47Speaker 7: If anything is said that's offensive, you're going to write
- 21:50Speaker 7: a ticket?
- 21:50Speaker 9: If someone complains that your language or what you're saying
- 21:53Speaker 9: is offensive.
- 21:58Speaker 2: Now, it's not just that the police officer doesn't understand
- 22:00Speaker 2: the Constitution. She's so brazen about it that she's willing
- 22:03Speaker 2: to say all of that out loud when she knows
- 22:06Speaker 2: she's being recorded. If someone is offended by your talking,
- 22:12Speaker 2: then we have a problem.
- 22:13Speaker 3: The officer says. She's going to hand out tickets for
- 22:17Speaker 3: offensive speech. And indeed she did.
- 22:21Speaker 2: Last night, Libs of TikTok obtained the citation that was
- 22:23Speaker 2: given to the preachers for their offensive speech. You know,
- 22:28Speaker 2: because female cops can just invent laws on the spot now.
- 22:32Speaker 2: It reads, disorderly conduct, noise. Again, it's the same fake
- 22:37Speaker 2: charge they used to suspend the First Amendment rights of
- 22:39Speaker 2: Shiloh Hendricks. It's egregious to the point that it's almost incomprehensible.
- 22:44Speaker 2: How does this happen? How can any American, much less
- 22:47Speaker 2: a trained police officer, lack a basic understanding of the
- 22:50Speaker 2: Constitution and freedom of speech? I mean, it would have
- 22:54Speaker 2: been unthinkable just a few decades ago. It's the inevitable
- 22:56Speaker 2: result of a few things, starting with DEI hiring. This
- 23:01Speaker 2: woman almost certainly benefited from her gender when she was
- 23:04Speaker 2: getting hired, just like the judge in the Shiloh Hendricks case.
- 23:07Speaker 2: benefited when she was appointed. These are women who at
- 23:11Speaker 2: best are qualified to volunteer at a local animal shelter
- 23:15Speaker 2: or maybe work part-time at a preschool. Although I'd feel
- 23:18Speaker 2: better if we kept them around animals instead of human children.
- 23:21Speaker 2: But the point is they're not equipped, mentally or otherwise,
- 23:24Speaker 2: for serious positions of authority. And to make matters worse,
- 23:26Speaker 2: throughout their entire lives, these women are encouraged to be
- 23:29Speaker 2: narcissistic and self-obsessed. They're never held to account. They're never
- 23:33Speaker 2: told they're wrong. Because anyone who punishes them or contradicts
- 23:37Speaker 2: them will be deemed sexist and their careers will be over.
- 23:40Speaker 2: That's how we get women helicopter pilots flying into commercial airliners.
- 23:43Speaker 2: It's how we get judges and police officers who don't
- 23:46Speaker 2: understand anything about the law. They don't pause for a
- 23:49Speaker 2: second to think, am I qualified? Well, they lack any
- 23:53Speaker 2: capacity for introspection. As a result, you know, civilizational collapse.
- 23:58Speaker 2: For most of human history, when someone in your community
- 24:01Speaker 2: was struggling, people stepped in to help. Families helped families.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Churches helped families.
- 24:06Speaker 3: Neighbors helped neighbors.
- 24:07Speaker 2: We understood that carrying one another's burdens was part of
- 24:11Speaker 2: living in a community. Somewhere along the way, we outsourced
- 24:13Speaker 2: almost everything. That's one reason I appreciate what Christian Healthcare
- 24:17Speaker 2: Ministries is doing. CHM isn't health insurance. It's a health
- 24:20Speaker 2: cost sharing ministry where Christians come together to share one
- 24:24Speaker 2: another's eligible medical bills. It's a simple idea that's been
- 24:27Speaker 2: working since 1981. In fact, CHM has satisfied 100% of
- 24:33Speaker 2: every eligible medical bill that they've received. Program started just
- 24:38Speaker 2: $ 115 per person per month with added protection for catastrophic
- 24:41Speaker 2: medical events. If you're looking for an affordable biblical alternative
- 24:45Speaker 2: to the way most people approach healthcare costs, it's worth
- 24:48Speaker 2: taking a serious look. Get started today by visiting chministries.org
- 24:54Speaker 2: slash Walsh. That's chministries.org slash Walsh. One of the most
- 24:59Speaker 2: important investments we can make is in the people who
- 25:02Speaker 2: will come after us. That starts with giving young people
- 25:05Speaker 2: the tools, knowledge, and foundation they need to lead. Today's
- 25:08Speaker 2: students are stepping into a world that looks very different
- 25:11Speaker 2: from the one many of us grew up in.
- 25:13Speaker 3: They need more than just a degree.
- 25:14Speaker 2: They need the ability to think critically, the confidence to
- 25:17Speaker 2: pursue their goals, and the character to lead with purpose.
- 25:20Speaker 2: That's why the kind of education students receive matters so much.
- 25:23Speaker 2: The right college experience can help young people discover their strengths,
- 25:27Speaker 2: develop their talents and prepare for the responsibilities ahead. That's
- 25:30Speaker 2: exactly why I'm proud to have Grand Canyon University as
- 25:33Speaker 2: a sponsor. GCU has held tuition rates steady on traditional
- 25:36Speaker 2: campus for 17 years. We've also continued investing in their
- 25:39Speaker 2: students with 75 percent of their programs and facilities built
- 25:42Speaker 2: within the last decade. Whether you're pursuing a degree on
- 25:45Speaker 2: campus in Phoenix or online from wherever you are, GCU
- 25:49Speaker 2: offers hundreds of programs designed to meet students where they
- 25:52Speaker 2: are and help them move toward where they want to go.
- 25:55Speaker 2: More than 132,000 students have chosen Grand Canyon University because
- 25:59Speaker 2: they want an education built around opportunity, leadership, and purpose.
- 26:02Speaker 2: If you're thinking about your future or helping someone you
- 26:05Speaker 2: care about, think about theirs. Learn more at gcu.edu. Grand
- 26:10Speaker 2: Canyon University, private, Christian, affordable, nonprofit.
- 26:14Speaker 3: That's gcu.edu. This is something we have to keep in mind.
- 26:18Speaker 2: Foreigners have dramatically increased their numbers in the United States,
- 26:21Speaker 2: but they still need the assistance of leftists, mostly women
- 26:24Speaker 2: and emasculated men, to get what they want. And the
- 26:28Speaker 2: problem is that at the moment, they're getting this assistance
- 26:31Speaker 2: to a degree that would be comical if the impact
- 26:34Speaker 2: on the country weren't so serious. In fact, as we speak,
- 26:37Speaker 2: leftists are doing their best to enable another wave of
- 26:39Speaker 2: George Floyd-style riots across the country.
- 26:42Speaker 3: This is happening right now.
- 26:43Speaker 2: It's all because of the death of a lifelong felon
- 26:47Speaker 2: named Corey Ruiz, who by all accounts was a degenerate
- 26:51Speaker 2: and a menace to society. Ruiz had something like 12
- 26:54Speaker 2: felony convictions dating back to 2007. Those are convictions, not
- 26:59Speaker 2: even just arrests, in everything from robbery, strangulation, auto theft, assault.
- 27:06Speaker 2: As reported by Andy Ngo, Ruiz was also a deadbeat father.
- 27:09Speaker 2: I'm shocked by that.
- 27:12Speaker 3: I'm surprised. You see a guy like this, you expect
- 27:14Speaker 3: that he'd be married.
- 27:16Speaker 2: Got three kids, living at home, taking the kids to
- 27:20Speaker 2: baseball practice on the weekends.
- 27:22Speaker 3: I'm shocked that he's a deadbeat dad. Who could have thought?
- 27:26Speaker 2: No, apparently he owed nearly $ 50, 000 in child support at
- 27:29Speaker 2: the time of his death. And like George Floyd, Ruiz
- 27:32Speaker 2: died doing what he loved, namely resisting arrest while committing
- 27:36Speaker 2: multiple felonies. This is from Madison, Wisconsin.
- 27:41Speaker 5: Watch.
- 27:43Speaker 7: Horrifying video captured the moment a Wisconsin police officer fatally
- 27:46Speaker 7: shot a man who authorities say knifed him while resisting arrest.
- 27:50Speaker 7: The chilling cell phone video from bystander Michael Dubeck starts
- 27:54Speaker 7: off by showing three cops wrestling with the suspect in
- 27:57Speaker 7: the middle of an intersection in Madison. As the man
- 28:00Speaker 7: appears to collapse to the ground, one of the other
- 28:02Speaker 7: officers is seen firing his gun three times at the
- 28:05Speaker 7: suspect before a witness can be heard wailing no in
- 28:08Speaker 7: the background. The disturbing clip appears to show blood pooling
- 28:14Speaker 7: on the concrete surrounding the face-down suspect. According to Madison
- 28:19Speaker 7: Police Chief John Patterson, bystander videos, which circulated largely across
- 28:23Speaker 7: social media since the July 22nd shooting, show an incomplete
- 28:27Speaker 7: perspective of what happened.
- 28:29Speaker 9: I will say that I'm aware of cell phone video
- 28:31Speaker 9: that has been shared and circulated online depicting this incident.
- 28:37Speaker 9: I ask the community... recognized that there is other video
- 28:42Speaker 9: that they have not seen, that's not circulating online, that
- 28:45Speaker 9: will be reviewed as a part of this investigation.
- 28:49Speaker 7: Cops have been responding to calls that someone was trying
- 28:51Speaker 7: to enter parked cars.
- 28:52Speaker 3: In the neighborhood.
- 28:53Speaker 7: When the harrowing incident unfolded, Patterson said. The suspect fled
- 28:58Speaker 7: on a bike through nearby backyards in an attempt to
- 29:01Speaker 7: get away before officers intercepted him in the street. During
- 29:05Speaker 7: a brief scuffle, cops say the man then pulled out
- 29:08Speaker 7: a knife and injured the same police officer who later
- 29:10Speaker 7: shot the suspect. The officer, who was described as a
- 29:13Speaker 7: veteran cop, has yet to be publicly identified. The suspect
- 29:17Speaker 7: was identified as ex-con Corey Ruiz, who later died at
- 29:21Speaker 7: a local hospital. The deadly incident has sparked fury in Madison,
- 29:25Speaker 7: with protesters taking to the streets as well as the
- 29:28Speaker 7: site of the shootings.
- 29:30Speaker 2: So to recap, he was trying to break into some cars,
- 29:32Speaker 2: which is something he had a habit of doing. Then
- 29:35Speaker 2: he ran from the police and resisted arrest, which he
- 29:37Speaker 2: also had a habit of doing. This is a career
- 29:40Speaker 2: felon who should have been rotting in a cell for
- 29:42Speaker 2: the rest of his life. This is a guy who's
- 29:43Speaker 2: never contributed anything worthwhile to society at any point in
- 29:46Speaker 2: his life. Just a total drain on everybody around him
- 29:49Speaker 2: all the time.
- 29:50Speaker 3: At the time.
- 29:52Speaker 2: Of this incident, he had just been released from a
- 29:54Speaker 2: correctional institution in May on extended supervision for battery on
- 29:58Speaker 2: a police officer, but he absconded. The police found him
- 30:01Speaker 2: and yelled at him to drop the knife several times.
- 30:04Speaker 2: They attempted to deploy a taser. An officer is injured
- 30:07Speaker 2: by a knife. The officers open fire and retrieve the
- 30:10Speaker 2: knife from Ruiz's right hand. So this is maybe the
- 30:14Speaker 2: least sympathetic case imaginable. Yet another case where the BLM
- 30:19Speaker 2: martyr did everything in his power, literally everything he possibly
- 30:25Speaker 2: could to escalate the situation until deadly force was necessary.
- 30:32Speaker 2: This was a man with a death wish, and his
- 30:35Speaker 2: wish was granted. And in a sane society, that's really
- 30:39Speaker 2: all that needs to be said about it. The degenerate,
- 30:41Speaker 2: useless criminal got what he was asking for.
- 30:45Speaker 3: That's fine. Let's move on.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Okay, that really is the only response to something like this.
- 30:50Speaker 2: That's the only rational response. You see a video like that, like, okay, well,
- 30:56Speaker 2: Total degenerate, useless criminal, doing nothing but victimizing other people
- 31:00Speaker 2: for his entire life, never contributed anything, constantly resisting arrest,
- 31:05Speaker 2: assaulting police officers, and finally he takes it a step
- 31:07Speaker 2: too far and gets shot.
- 31:09Speaker 5: Okay.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Oh well. Moving on.
- 31:14Speaker 2: But instead we're supposed to be shocked by this turn
- 31:16Speaker 2: of events and pretend that some grave injustice was done.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Pretend that we're sad. Pretend that this is something really sad.
- 31:24Speaker 2: Why is it sad exactly? And then we have the
- 31:29Speaker 2: wailing bystanders, the bystanders who immediately conclude that this was
- 31:34Speaker 2: a cold-blooded murder, which they were going to literally no
- 31:38Speaker 2: matter what happened. It doesn't matter. Now, I'll repeat the
- 31:42Speaker 2: most important fact here. He was armed with a deadly
- 31:44Speaker 2: weapon while resisting arrest and injured an officer with that
- 31:48Speaker 2: deadly weapon before he was shot.
- 31:50Speaker 3: That's it.
- 31:51Speaker 2: That's the end of the analysis. But, of course, none
- 31:54Speaker 2: of the facts matter when there's a BLM martyr to christen.
- 31:58Speaker 2: In fact, Ruiz's ex-girlfriend, Marjorie Ann Alomar, told NBC News, quote,
- 32:02Speaker 2: there were many other ways that he could have been subdued,
- 32:04Speaker 2: whether he had a knife or not. Now, you might expect,
- 32:09Speaker 2: you know, that kind of brain-dead legal analysis from the
- 32:12Speaker 2: kind of woman who would date a man like Corey Ruiz,
- 32:16Speaker 2: the kind of woman who spends her entire life bouncing
- 32:19Speaker 2: from one abusive deadbeat to another, and yet we're supposed
- 32:21Speaker 2: to see her as a victim rather than an active
- 32:24Speaker 2: participant in and cause of her own dysfunctional life. The
- 32:28Speaker 2: problem is that the inane position Ms. Alomar just presented
- 32:33Speaker 2: is actually the official position of Ruiz's defense team, which
- 32:35Speaker 2: includes a race hustler and Ben Crump disciple named B.
- 32:39Speaker 3: Ivory Lamar.
- 32:40Speaker 2: And their defense, if you can call it that, is
- 32:43Speaker 2: that the officer should have kept using the taser when
- 32:47Speaker 2: Ruiz produced a knife. Never mind the fact that he
- 32:48Speaker 2: was indeed hit with a taser before he was shot,
- 32:51Speaker 2: and it didn't stop him from hurting the cops with
- 32:53Speaker 2: the knife. The defense's position is in defiance of all.
- 32:58Speaker 3: Available evidence, is that the taser alone would have been effective.
- 33:05Speaker 2: And if the taser was not effective, then I guess
- 33:07Speaker 2: the police officers just have to get stabbed. I guess
- 33:09Speaker 2: they just have to offer themselves up to be butchered
- 33:12Speaker 2: at that point.
- 33:14Speaker 3: That's according to the defense attorney. Watch.
- 33:18Speaker 10: The facts are, did he make any type of aggressive movements?
- 33:21Speaker 10: Did he threaten someone? Did he threaten the officers? The
- 33:24Speaker 10: answer is, I think, overwhelmingly no. I think that's what
- 33:26Speaker 10: the evidence supports. Perhaps the taser was reasonable.
- 33:30Speaker 3: The taser was reasonable.
- 33:32Speaker 10: You know, she said taser, taser, taser.
- 33:34Speaker 3: They used it.
- 33:35Speaker 10: They didn't even wait five seconds to see the effect
- 33:37Speaker 10: that the taser had on Corey. Not five seconds. You
- 33:41Speaker 10: got four officers. You've already tased a guy. Two people
- 33:45Speaker 10: at least tased him.
- 33:46Speaker 3: We have to.
- 33:46Speaker 10: Wait on reports to confirm if there were more than
- 33:49Speaker 10: two tasers. But they never even waited to see the
- 33:52Speaker 10: effect of it. Instead, they resorted to deadly force.
- 33:59Speaker 2: Now, I guess the idea is that as they were
- 34:00Speaker 2: getting stabbed, the officers were supposed to try one more
- 34:03Speaker 2: time with the taser. Even in the midst of actively
- 34:06Speaker 2: being stabbed by a violent lunatic, the officers are supposed
- 34:09Speaker 2: to refrain from using lethal force. They're supposed to willingly
- 34:13Speaker 2: sacrifice their lives for the sake of keeping a criminal
- 34:17Speaker 2: parasite alive.
- 34:19Speaker 3: That's the idea.
- 34:20Speaker 2: If you remember during the 2020 election, they tried to
- 34:22Speaker 2: run the exact same narrative with Jacob Blake. who was
- 34:25Speaker 2: shot by police after he went into his car, grabbed
- 34:27Speaker 2: a knife, and turned toward an officer. Blake had a
- 34:30Speaker 2: warrant for domestic violence at the time, and police were
- 34:32Speaker 2: on the scene because a woman called 911 to report
- 34:35Speaker 2: yet another domestic incident in which Blake trespassed on her
- 34:38Speaker 2: property and took her car keys.
- 34:39Speaker 3: The police tried to tase him. It didn't work.
- 34:42Speaker 2: He grabbed a knife and threatened to stab the officers
- 34:43Speaker 2: with it. And so the police defended themselves. And in response,
- 34:47Speaker 2: Kamala Harris said the police officer should be charged. She
- 34:50Speaker 2: met with Blake's family and pretended that he was somehow
- 34:52Speaker 2: a victim Riots began almost immediately in Kenosha, destroying tens
- 34:57Speaker 2: of millions of dollars worth of property, mostly small businesses.
- 35:00Speaker 2: Kyle Rittenhouse attempted to defend some of the businesses when
- 35:02Speaker 2: the mob attacked him, at which time the local government
- 35:05Speaker 2: tried to ruin his life. It was a perverse episode,
- 35:08Speaker 2: by far one of the most disturbing cases in modern
- 35:10Speaker 2: American political history. And now Democrats are trying to do
- 35:13Speaker 2: the exact same thing with a very similar fake narrative
- 35:18Speaker 2: once again. The protests and riots are ramping up because
- 35:21Speaker 2: it's an election year and Democrats were looking for an
- 35:24Speaker 2: excuse to terrorize the public. And to that end, in
- 35:27Speaker 2: addition to swarming the streets and blocking the traffic, leftists
- 35:30Speaker 2: just took over the stage at a concert at the
- 35:34Speaker 2: state capitol.
- 35:35Speaker 3: Watch.
- 35:37Speaker 5: Corey!
- 35:37Speaker 8: Say his name!
- 35:39Speaker 2: Corey!
- 35:39Speaker 5: Say his name!
- 35:42Speaker 8: Corey!
- 35:42Speaker 5: Say his name! Corey! Say his name!
- 35:47Speaker 3: Sorry!
- 35:48Speaker 8: Sorry! Sorry! Yes, I saw that. Sorry!
- 36:07Speaker 5: Sorry! Sorry!
- 36:08Speaker 9: Sorry!
- 36:25Speaker 3: Again, it's very similar.
- 36:26Speaker 2: As we've seen, it's very similar to 2020. The barbarians
- 36:31Speaker 2: are running rampant, shutting down everyday life because they're communists.
- 36:35Speaker 2: And that's what communists do. Bitter people who are furious
- 36:38Speaker 2: that other people have normal lives and they don't. And
- 36:41Speaker 2: other people are happy and they aren't. They can't tolerate it.
- 36:44Speaker 2: and weak people are giving the communists exactly what they want.
- 36:47Speaker 2: The Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra has reportedly just canceled all the
- 36:50Speaker 2: remaining concerts at the Capitol for the year because the
- 36:53Speaker 2: Socialist Party in Madison has threatened to continue terrorizing the events, which,
- 36:57Speaker 2: by the way, should prompt immediate action by the DOJ.
- 36:59Speaker 2: The Wisconsin Socialist Party or DSA should be shut down
- 37:03Speaker 2: as a terrorist group and the leaders should be arrested.
- 37:05Speaker 2: That's not hyperbole. It's how you need to handle something
- 37:08Speaker 2: like this. But of course, the DOJ, as usual, is
- 37:12Speaker 2: doing nothing. And It's not just happening at the Capitol,
- 37:14Speaker 2: to be clear. There are plenty more videos like this.
- 37:17Speaker 2: Rioters are getting in people's faces while they're trying to
- 37:18Speaker 2: eat dinner. They're shutting down small businesses and berating customers.
- 37:23Speaker 2: Running the same playbook we saw from 2020, and once again,
- 37:26Speaker 2: none of them are being rounded up and thrown in prison.
- 37:29Speaker 2: You see, if you're white, then police will arrest you
- 37:31Speaker 2: for disorderly conduct when you say a bad word. But
- 37:33Speaker 2: if you're a leftist, especially if you're not white, and
- 37:36Speaker 2: you deliberately prevent people from going about their lives, harassing
- 37:40Speaker 2: and accosting people and screaming at them, Nothing will happen
- 37:43Speaker 2: to you. Just the other day, a deranged BLM leftist
- 37:46Speaker 2: hijacked a press conference that was being run by the
- 37:49Speaker 2: police chief of the Madison Police Department, John Patterson. He
- 37:53Speaker 2: threatened several people in attendance. One protester held a sign saying,
- 37:57Speaker 2: corrupt cops deserve to die too. The main agitator was
- 38:01Speaker 2: screaming the entire time about capitalism and Zionism and so on.
- 38:05Speaker 3: But the activist wasn't even detained, much less arrested.
- 38:09Speaker 2: His skin was too dark for disorderly conduct laws to
- 38:13Speaker 2: apply to him, apparently. And instead, the police chief kept
- 38:17Speaker 2: apologizing to the man and called him his friend. It's
- 38:20Speaker 2: one of the most pathetic displays you'll ever see from
- 38:22Speaker 2: American law enforcement. Every single one of these officers should
- 38:24Speaker 2: be terminated.
- 38:26Speaker 5: Watch.
- 38:27Speaker 9: Theness of trust in the city right now did not start.
- 38:30Speaker 11: Well, we need to shut this down. You can stop
- 38:32Speaker 11: talking because we don't want to hear anything you've been saying.
- 38:35Speaker 11: You're going to say the same thing you all say
- 38:37Speaker 11: every time a black body gets shot down.
- 38:39Speaker 5: In this city.
- 38:40Speaker 11: This is a corrupt city.
- 38:42Speaker 3: That's right.
- 38:43Speaker 5: Have no fear.
- 38:43Speaker 11: The anti-Zionist is here. You understand me? You won't be
- 38:47Speaker 11: able to talk today because I'm going to keep talking
- 38:49Speaker 11: because I was born to talk my talk and walk
- 38:52Speaker 11: my walk too. I told these young people back here
- 38:54Speaker 11: on my way here that we have the power, not
- 38:57Speaker 11: that badge, not that weapon. We have the power.
- 39:01Speaker 8: The city of Madison is corrupt.
- 39:03Speaker 11: From the DA to the, what's the name of this? Oh,
- 39:06Speaker 11: you don't get to talk.
- 39:07Speaker 4: I said.
- 39:09Speaker 5: Go ahead.
- 39:11Speaker 9: I'll step aside.
- 39:11Speaker 5: That's right.
- 39:12Speaker 3: Give me this microphone, then.
- 39:14Speaker 11: Excuse me.
- 39:15Speaker 4: That's right. My name is Carlos. I represent APTAP. All
- 39:19Speaker 4: power to all people. Zero power to Zionists. Zero power
- 39:23Speaker 4: to capitalists. Zero power to colonialism. What you are doing
- 39:28Speaker 4: right now in this city. is continuing the disgusting nature
- 39:34Speaker 4: of colonialism.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Come up here.
- 39:36Speaker 4: This is our press conference. And I put my lips
- 39:39Speaker 4: all over this microphone.
- 39:41Speaker 11: Power to the people.
- 39:43Speaker 4: No power designers.
- 39:44Speaker 3: That's right.
- 39:45Speaker 4: Anybody got anything they want to say?
- 39:47Speaker 7: Let us know.
- 39:48Speaker 4: You got some questions y'all want to ask? Ask us
- 39:50Speaker 4: some questions. We're taking questions.
- 39:53Speaker 11: Anybody?
- 39:54Speaker 4: I didn't think so. No, you don't get to walk
- 39:57Speaker 4: up on me, brother. It don't matter. You don't get to.
- 40:01Speaker 4: I ain't no shaking no mother.
- 40:04Speaker 11: With no imperialist, I don't do that.
- 40:07Speaker 4: You're in my space right now too. Now I'm going
- 40:10Speaker 4: to back up right here. And if you keep walking
- 40:12Speaker 4: up on me, I'm going to show you what I'm
- 40:14Speaker 4: talking about.
- 40:14Speaker 11: Let the police.
- 40:16Speaker 8: Continue on with what you got to say.
- 40:31Speaker 3: And please respond to any questions that is asked when
- 40:33Speaker 3: you open the floor.
- 40:34Speaker 5: Okay.
- 40:35Speaker 3: I can't even watch anymore of this. It's just, okay.
- 40:41Speaker 2: Tase his dumb ass and drag him out of there.
- 40:45Speaker 2: Tase his dumb ass, drag him out, throw him in
- 40:48Speaker 2: the gutter.
- 40:48Speaker 8: Okay.
- 40:49Speaker 2: Like, you know, like the old, uh, like cartoons or
- 40:52Speaker 2: what was it? Like fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Just throw,
- 40:55Speaker 2: just toss them out.
- 40:57Speaker 3: Uh, what was it?
- 40:58Speaker 2: Jazzy Jeff getting tossed out of, uh, Will Smith's uncle's house.
- 41:02Speaker 2: You got to even look like Jazzy Jeff a little bit.
- 41:05Speaker 2: Just throw them out like a rag doll into the gutter.
- 41:10Speaker 2: That's what you do. That's how you handle these people.
- 41:14Speaker 3: Instead, what do they do?
- 41:15Speaker 2: They move aside and listen to this moron babbling. Nothing
- 41:22Speaker 2: he's saying makes any babbling about colonialism and Zionism Total, abject,
- 41:30Speaker 2: indefensible cowardice. Imagine having so little respect for yourself, your job,
- 41:36Speaker 2: your community, or your oath.
- 41:39Speaker 5: All of it.
- 41:40Speaker 2: Just a total humiliation ritual. Some deranged bum just pushed
- 41:45Speaker 2: the chief of police aside.
- 41:47Speaker 3: At his own press conference. And the chief of police
- 41:50Speaker 3: just moves timidly to the side. Okay, I'm sorry. Yes, no, no, continue. Continue.
- 41:58Speaker 2: Continue with your schizophrenic babbling.
- 42:00Speaker 3: We're all very interested.
- 42:02Speaker 2: That's not disorderly conduct, by the way. Again, not to
- 42:05Speaker 2: belabor the point. Disorderly conduct is in a playground where
- 42:11Speaker 2: there's nobody else around and saying a bad word while
- 42:13Speaker 2: you're trying to walk away. That's disorderly conduct. But shutting
- 42:16Speaker 2: down a police chief's press conference with a sign that
- 42:21Speaker 2: says cops deserve to die, no, that's not disorderly at all.
- 42:26Speaker 3: And it's certainly not threatening. And why is this happening?
- 42:31Speaker 2: Well, because obviously the bum is black and the chief
- 42:34Speaker 2: police is white. Because the Democrat Party needs another excuse
- 42:40Speaker 2: to riot and intimidate American citizens with less than 100
- 42:44Speaker 2: days to go until the midterm election.
- 42:47Speaker 3: So will it work again? Probably it will.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Actually, it'll probably be more effective this time as Democrats
- 42:54Speaker 2: attempt to get another slate of socialists elected to positions
- 42:57Speaker 2: of power. This time they're using the same tactics to
- 43:00Speaker 2: get even more anti-American candidates in office. Take a look
- 43:02Speaker 2: at this footage, which was shot by Laura Schultz with
- 43:05Speaker 2: the journal Sentinel in Milwaukee. You can see the footage here.
- 43:10Speaker 2: This is Corey Ruiz Square, which is how communists are
- 43:15Speaker 2: marking the spot where their latest martyr was killed by
- 43:17Speaker 2: the police. Their newest autonomous zone, just like we're back
- 43:22Speaker 2: in 2020, you know? Time is a flat circle, like
- 43:27Speaker 2: Matthew McConaughey said.
- 43:29Speaker 3: We can never move on.
- 43:30Speaker 2: We're always just cycling back to the same things over
- 43:33Speaker 2: and over and over again. Another autonomous square. Another thing
- 43:37Speaker 2: that could be shut down in five seconds.
- 43:38Speaker 3: No problem. No problem. They refuse to.
- 43:42Speaker 2: We got the mattresses, the tents, the chalk. They're playing
- 43:46Speaker 2: hopscotch on the ground with the chalk. It's a total dump.
- 43:51Speaker 2: Perfect illustration of what.
- 43:52Speaker 3: These people will do to anything they govern.
- 43:56Speaker 2: They're even setting up barricades to prevent people from entering unless,
- 43:59Speaker 2: you know, well, unless they're emitting a sufficient amount of
- 44:01Speaker 2: body odor. That's how they, you know, they just take
- 44:04Speaker 2: a sniff under the pits to see if you belong
- 44:06Speaker 2: there or not. Got to keep the stench at just
- 44:09Speaker 2: the right levels or else really there's no point. Hopefully
- 44:12Speaker 2: you're not expecting an ambulance to get to you in
- 44:15Speaker 2: time or to save your loved one who's having a
- 44:17Speaker 2: heart attack or cross town or something. These adult children
- 44:20Speaker 2: have decided to shut down the road. And nobody's stopping them.
- 44:26Speaker 2: This illegal blockade has been erected in state representative Francesca
- 44:30Speaker 2: Hong's district, which isn't surprising because Francesca Hong is a
- 44:34Speaker 2: socialist who wants to destroy the United States. And right
- 44:37Speaker 2: now she has a very real chance of becoming Wisconsin's
- 44:39Speaker 2: next governor. This one, New York Times quote, the race
- 44:42Speaker 2: for governor is crowded with five candidates vying for the
- 44:44Speaker 2: Democratic nomination. With less than three weeks to go before
- 44:47Speaker 2: the election day, the field is still in flux. An
- 44:49Speaker 2: establishment frontrunner, left the race this month after discovering campaign
- 44:54Speaker 2: finance problems, and another candidate dropped out only to jump
- 44:57Speaker 2: back in to receive a late endorsement from Mr.
- 44:59Speaker 3: Evers. Then there's Ms.
- 45:01Speaker 2: Francesca Hong, who is hurtled to the front of Democratic
- 45:04Speaker 2: PAC and polls with a platform that includes increasing the
- 45:06Speaker 2: minimum wage to $ 20 an hour, allowing local governments to
- 45:09Speaker 2: raise income taxes on high earners and putting a freeze
- 45:13Speaker 2: on the construction of new data centers.
- 45:16Speaker 3: What could go wrong?
- 45:17Speaker 2: Just force businesses to pay higher wages to people who
- 45:20Speaker 2: don't deserve them? tax the productive people until they flee
- 45:24Speaker 2: the state, and for good measure, shut down the data
- 45:27Speaker 2: centers completely. I mean, this is a side note, but
- 45:31Speaker 2: the whole data center debate, as we've discussed, has completely
- 45:34Speaker 2: lost all nuance, of course. There are serious criticisms and
- 45:40Speaker 2: concerns related to the data centers, which we've outlined, just
- 45:42Speaker 2: as there are plenty of serious criticisms and concerns related
- 45:45Speaker 2: to AI generally, which we've discussed many times.
- 45:48Speaker 3: But That doesn't mean.
- 45:50Speaker 2: That we should just abolish AI outright, nor can we,
- 45:54Speaker 2: or ban literally all data centers across the board. And
- 45:57Speaker 2: keep in mind that many of the data center hazards
- 45:59Speaker 2: you see on TikTok, data centers turning people's water orange
- 46:02Speaker 2: or whatever, a lot of that stuff.
- 46:05Speaker 3: Is completely fabricated.
- 46:08Speaker 2: And meanwhile, people have no problem with cell towers that
- 46:10Speaker 2: emit massive amounts of radiation, which is interesting. Put simply,
- 46:13Speaker 2: Francesca Hong, like every other communist, wants to sabotage the
- 46:17Speaker 2: United States. And she's happy to take advantage of every
- 46:20Speaker 2: mass hysteria and every false narrative in order to achieve
- 46:22Speaker 2: that end. So she'll jump on the hysteria over data centers,
- 46:26Speaker 2: just like she'll push the false narrative about Corey Ruiz
- 46:28Speaker 2: or anything else. Democrats are intent on bringing back the
- 46:31Speaker 2: greatest hits of the BLM summer of 2020, except this
- 46:34Speaker 2: time they've come prepared with candidates who are far more intelligent,
- 46:39Speaker 2: relatively speaking, and therefore more dangerous than Kamala Harris or
- 46:44Speaker 2: Joe Biden. For all their many faults, Kamala Harris and
- 46:48Speaker 2: Joe Biden wore at least empty suits. You know, they
- 46:50Speaker 2: didn't have the mental competence to.
- 46:52Speaker 3: Actually do anything.
- 46:53Speaker 2: So they let deep state bureaucrats run the government and
- 46:56Speaker 2: the Secret Service, which incidentally allowed Donald Trump to get
- 46:59Speaker 2: shot in the head right before he was nominated.
- 47:01Speaker 3: Now, was that a catastrophe for the country? Yes, it was.
- 47:05Speaker 2: But the current crop of Democrats running across the country
- 47:07Speaker 2: right now are much worse.
- 47:10Speaker 3: And it's not even close.
- 47:12Speaker 2: I mean, unlike Kamala, these people aren't running for office
- 47:15Speaker 2: so they can just hang out with Queen Latifah while
- 47:17Speaker 2: their underlings run rampant. These people are running for office
- 47:21Speaker 2: so they can dismantle the United States piece by piece
- 47:24Speaker 2: until there's nothing left, and they're very explicit about that.
- 47:28Speaker 2: And they're smart enough to know that most Americans don't
- 47:32Speaker 2: support them, which is why they won't stop with Shiloh Hendricks.
- 47:35Speaker 2: They understand that the First Amendment poses the greatest threat
- 47:39Speaker 2: to their ambitions. With the Second Amendment, you know, close
- 47:43Speaker 2: behind it. And that's why the Shiloh Hendricks case is
- 47:46Speaker 2: the most important free speech case of the generation. It's
- 47:49Speaker 2: why we need to overturn it and begin civil rights
- 47:52Speaker 2: investigations into everybody responsible. As events in Minnesota and Wisconsin
- 47:56Speaker 2: have now demonstrated, the left is now fully committed to
- 47:59Speaker 2: destroying their political opponents as quickly and ruthlessly and efficiently
- 48:04Speaker 2: as possible. While we still have control over the government, allegedly,
- 48:09Speaker 2: we have no choice but to respond in kind. When
- 48:13Speaker 2: the chief of police is surrendering on camera to a
- 48:16Speaker 2: raving lunatic because of his skin color, it's time for
- 48:20Speaker 2: the federal government to step in, to assume control, to
- 48:23Speaker 2: shut down the socialist parties that are engaging in domestic terrorism,
- 48:27Speaker 2: and to ensure that the civil liberties of every American
- 48:30Speaker 2: are protected. Wisconsin and Minnesota have made it clear that
- 48:34Speaker 2: they need some adult supervision. And for once in the
- 48:38Speaker 2: modern history of the conservative movement, we should give it
- 48:42Speaker 2: to them.
- 48:44Speaker 3: That'll do it for the show today. Thanks for watching.
- 48:45Speaker 3: Thanks for listening. Talk to you tomorrow. Have a great day. Godspeed.
- 48:56Speaker 2: Once upon a time, there was a country.
- 48:59Speaker 3: Not just a country, but a big one, an empire.
- 49:02Speaker 2: And in that empire, there was an upper middle class
- 49:04Speaker 2: family where two boys were raised by their mother, loved books,
- 49:09Speaker 2: Uncle Tom's cabin, and the Bible. Their father admired the
- 49:12Speaker 2: country's leaders. patriotic and happy. Both sons went to universities
- 49:17Speaker 2: where they were radicalized. One of the brothers read a
- 49:20Speaker 2: book and convinced him to try to shoot the country's leader.
- 49:23Speaker 3: He was hanged. The other brother read the same books,
- 49:27Speaker 3: but decided to lead a movement. First they came from
- 49:29Speaker 3: the universities, and no one seemed to care. Then they
- 49:32Speaker 3: took over the unions, and again, no one seemed to care.
- 49:35Speaker 3: Then they created their own media organizations and took over
- 49:37Speaker 3: the cities. And again, most people just ignored it. Change,
- 49:41Speaker 3: after all, was something they could believe in. Until it
- 49:44Speaker 3: was too late. Sound familiar? This is the real history
- 49:48Speaker 3: of communism, the Russian Revolution.
